| All of these aspects are normally part and parcel of this. | |
| But not Joe. | |
| Because he shows an utter disrespect, a contempt, a complete and total detachment from reality. | |
| That is on purpose. | |
| That is not the subject of his cognitive in extremis. | |
| This is something else. | |
| This is the Sicilian flu. | |
| You know the expression. | |
| During mafia trials, whenever there would be some old-timer who realized, uh-oh, the racketeering gaze, they're moving in on me, he would all of a sudden have these problems. | |
| Oh my! | |
| Heart attack and this and that and I need a doctor. | |
| They called it the Sicilian flu. | |
| There's kind of an appropriate surprise and very advantageous malady that would just pop and rear its ugly head out of nowhere. | |
| That's exactly what this is. | |
| Joe Biden is despicable. | |
| Joe Biden is devoid of humanity. | |
| Joe Biden is the most loathsome politician I have seen in my lifetime. | |
