For those of us watching today, for those of you who have watched me, for those of you who I believe are perhaps maybe inclined to be supporters of not only the Constitution, The president, Donald Trump, not the former president.
He is my president because he has now become, he has transmogrified not just into a president, but my president, our president, and also a target and a victim of something which is bigger than anything that we can imagine.
Let me explain something to you.
Let me tell you where we're going today and why this is very important for you to understand.
First and foremost, this is a day of mourning.
This is a day of you're feeling shock, disbelief, confusion, anger.
A sense of, okay, what does this mean?
What does this mean?
What does it mean?
And what's going to happen?
Is everything going to be okay?
Should I be upset?
Is this truly the end of the world?
You don't know.
When grief hits people, what is the worst part about grief is the fact that you are overwhelmed with this tsunami of reaction, this overwhelming, you don't know, you can't believe it.
What?
It's what?
Wait a minute.
What?
And that's it.
You're shot.
And you need somebody.
And this is the most important.
They need somebody to kind of explain it.
That's all.
They need it.
You need it.
What does this mean?
Where does this go?
Am I supposed to feel this bad?
Am I supposed to be this upset?
Is this normal?
Is this good?
Is it?
Well, it's hard to say.
How bad?
How bad?
What should I do?
I've never been through this before.
So we're going to go through this today.
And I'm going to explain this to you today.
And I'm going to tell you some things which you've got to look for.
And I'm going to put things, I hope, into perspective, because we're not seeing this.
You're seeing this is the most ridiculous story ever.
And I was looking at, I saw, when I tell you, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, in my YouTube rotation of Jesse Waters, talking about Donald Trump's look, the scowl.
Did he scowl?
Did he look like a thug?
Did he look?
How do you like?
What does he look like?
This is where we are today.
This is where we are.
What does he look like?
What does he feel like?
What's going on?
Should he have smiled?
Does he look guilty?
Everybody is just jumping on board.
So we're going to go through this.
And here's what we're going to talk about specifically.
What does this mean for the Constitution?
What's the status of Trump vis-a-vis other cases?
What's his best strategy?
Why is this an attack on Article 2 of the Constitution?
The mugshot.
Does it matter?
Did we need a mugshot?
What is the purpose of a mugshot?
Of a bond?
What will Trump's demeanor in court mean to jurors?
What does he have to do?
How would you, as a trial lawyer, prepare him?
Why must he sever his cases from others?
Which is at all possible.
And is Trump guilty?
Is he guilty?
How have the media covered this here to four?
Who got it right?
Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
These are the considerations.
These are the considerations.
And this is what we have to look at.
This is where we go.
Not like other people.
But first, I must tell you this.
I must ask you.
I must do the usual thing.
First of all, please follow me always.
If you're not following X, if you're not doing or a member or whatever you want to call it of X, you know, formerly Twitter, you're missing out on everything.
This is the most, this is the most, the most critical, and I'm saying this, the most, this is the most critical group of people and the best source for you to be aware of it.
Now, more than anything else, this, okay, I'm telling you this.
I'm not exaggerating.
I'm telling you.
This is going to be the new platform.
They just proved it the other night.
They blew away.
Nobody can even understand these numbers.
By the way, when it comes to this, this is important, whenever you watch X or Twitter, they will say, well, those aren't actual hits.
You see, if you look at it, Let me look at mine, for example.
They will show you, at the end, they will show you views, likes, retweets, and actual replies.
And the views, they say, well, those really aren't views, because what those are, in essence, the story hit people's They may not have clicked.
stop it.
Stop it.
Stop it.
Thank you.
Say what you want about Elon Musk.
Say what you want about him.
I don't care.
It doesn't matter.
X, Twitter, this is it.
Nobody is saying, hey, let's go to Truth Social.
Hey, I wonder what Getter is thinking.
I mean, God bless them.
Nobody's saying that.
They're not saying that.
Hey, I wonder what...
Is parlor or parlay, is that still...
Nobody's saying anything anymore.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Does this make any sense to you?
I'm doing my best to explain.
So, this is it.
You've got to be a part of this.
If you want to see a...
The other night with Tucker and Trump, I'm telling you, this was transformational.
I'm not just saying this, okay?
So, anyway.
So, also, you've got to hit...
You've got to subscribe to this, too.
If people want to hear me, us, and I consider you, you are part of the family.
You are the Lionel Nation.
They look at subscriptions.
That's it.
How many subs?
Oh, okay.
That's it.
How many views?
Awesome.
That's all they care.
They don't care.
Yeah, but I had a duck playing the piano.
Doesn't matter.
There are girls, teenies, teeny boppers.
Can you say it anymore?
Unboxing a curling iron.
Ending in a million.
I mean, I don't know how this works.
But you've got to subscribe.
You've also got to like it.
You know how that thing works.
You've got to hit the notification bell.
Because whenever there's a new one, whenever there's a new story, you've got to be notified of this.
Also, we might want to go live.
Normally, I found out that with audiences, stick to a time.
Do not change it.
It's like having a Wii pad or a kitty litter box.
Don't move it.
Don't move it.
Maybe you'll find it.
Probably they're not, okay?
And also, a couple of things too, which you've got to remember.
This is the most important thing.
In addition to everything else, I have a private channel.
Private channel, we can say everything that we can't say here.
Do you know how much we can't say here?
A lot.
A lot.
About a lot of stuff that's happening.
If you haven't been paying attention to what's going on, the mask mandates, you are not.
That storm, I'm on the mountain, and I'm saying, here it comes.
It's coming.
I see it.
And you're saying, well, no, no, no, no, no, no.
And I recognize, too, that I can't give out too many information.
You know, Eric Bren, the guy with the plates and the bowls, that worked great then, but most people do not like this.
They don't want you throwing up a lot of stuff at them.
They can't handle that.
You know?
You dig it?
They can't understand.
Okay.
And, very quickly, I want to say something to you right now.
I'm going to say this, and I'm going to say it, and I want you to listen to me carefully.
We've been called a lot of stuff.
Everything from truthers, birthers, truthers, birthers, conspiracy theorists, and those people, especially people like you great hunters, and you great conservationists, and people who lived in the land, and people who camped, and people who...
You understood, by virtue of your talents, how important it was to...
Maintain food and how to get by.
And you could see stuff because when you were camping and you would go out and hunt, you said, we've got to have all of our stuff.
We've got to have water.
We've got to have this.
Because that's what you do.
City dwellers, city folk, don't know this.
If you do not see what's happening right now, based upon what they're spraying through geoengineering, the fires, earthquakes, tsunamis are next, watch what is happening.
Look at Lahaina.
They've already forgotten Lahaina.
Did you hear what I said?
I told you this.
They've forgotten it.
Nobody's talking about Lahaina.
Nobody.
Nobody.
East Palestine.
Nobody's gone.
Was that corrected?
I don't know.
Where's booty giggity giggity?
I don't know.
It's just gone.
Let me say this again.
Fukushima.
Gone.
The coast, Hillary, and the flooding.
Remember Katrina?
Doing a heck of a job on Brownie.
Are those dykes and dams and everything?
I don't know.
Northern Washington fires.
What about those?
What about the Northern California fires?
What about the fires?
Fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, fire.
The fires in Canada that were causing the sky of New York to be orange.
What about those?
I don't know.
What about the next...
Supply chain problem.
I don't know.
What about the next ransomware?
Remember when they shut down for like a weekend or maybe a 10-day, I don't know, fuel pumps because of ransomware?
Everything stopped.
What about the next strike?
What about the next trucker strike?
Anything, anything that affects anything, food, stores, stop.
End of discussion.
And don't think for a moment.
That the speculators, especially people who are dealing with commodities, don't want to exacerbate that.
The bottom line is this, and I'm going to tell you this.
If you don't go to preparewithlionel.com and at least see what is available, if you don't have 90 days, 3 months of food per person in your household, 3 months, now, while you can, this is not some frivolous investment, you're out of your mind.
There's just simply no hope for you.
A three-month emergency food kit.
2,000 calories a day.
This is to live and not eating banana chips and prunes or stewed tomatoes.
We're talking about three months, 21 varieties with a 25-year shelf life.
Buckets.
Buckets of food in beautiful modular systems that are resealable, waterproof, 120 pounds.
Go to preparewithlino.com.
The link is right there, preparewithlino.com.
Not kidding you.
This is not...
We're talking now about firenados.
This is another one.
Not sharknados.
Firenados.
You understand what's going on?
Do you see it?
There's the link right now.
This is serious.
Nature, fate, is not tapping on the door and saying, Hello!
It's coming!
And nobody loves disaster more than the news media.
Okay, stop.
I am sickened but not surprised by what I see regarding the horror that is going on with President Trump.
I do not.
That photo.
Somebody should have said, Mr. President.
This photo will be the most famous photograph ever.
The Che picture that everybody has in their dorm room, the whatever you, whatever the, I guess the, it's hard to say, but whatever you want to call this, whatever you want to Compare this to.
Nothing is going to be like this.
We're going to sit you down.
They don't do like a driver's license photo.
One shot.
They don't say, you want to do that again?
They don't do that again.
They are instructed, and this man is instructed, to take the worst photo possible.
You know that, right?
The worst photo.
And this man, or woman, whoever it is, they are famous in taking the worst photos possible.
So, Mr. President, we're going to teach you how to do something.
You're going to sit down.
We're going to teach you.
We're going to give you a three-step.
We're going to tell you how to look.
We're going to talk to you how to look, how your head should be.
If you look up, you look stupid.
If you look up, you look vulnerable.
If you look down, you look either in shame or...
And by the way, listen to me carefully.
Listen to me carefully.
Do I have your attention?
There is no such thing as body language.
Write this down.
If ever you see anybody on any TV show hire a body language expert, this is somebody's brother-in-law.
Body language is like phrenology.
It's not even a science.
It is complete and utter junk.
There are no, no, no body language experts.
Why?
Because today we don't have Body language.
We have people who are walking around shuffling, walking around with those stupid slippers with the ankle socks, and they're mumbling, and there is no such thing as that anymore.
In the 50s, in the days of people, hi, how are you?
Maybe that meant something.
But whether a person sits up or down or whatever, it doesn't matter.
Did he cross his arms?
No, no, that's BS.
Capital B, capital S. Okay?
Caca del Toro.
Bovine y jesta.
So when you see somebody like...
We talked to our language expert.
They had one more study to go and they say, Jerry, I need another story.
What's that?
Who's that body language?
Yeah, have her send something.
In fact, take her old story and just change the names.
Okay?
But let me tell you something.
I would say to Mr. President, you got to understand something here.
This picture is critical.
So we're going to go over this not because of body language, but because of your history, your PR, your history.
Do we make this clear to you, sir?
We're going to do this.
Now we're going to show you something which is very, very important.
Okay?
Good.
We're going to have you look up.
And we're going to show you something.
We're going to go through a, I guess, maybe a practice or something in which you're going to notice something and you're going to look into the pen and you are not going to smile.
The Jenna Ellis thing was okay.
It was defined.
It was kind of goofy.
It's like, what are you smiling about?
The best pictures were Rush Limbaugh, Tom DeLay, John Gotti, and they were just smiling.
I think that looks ridiculous.
We're going to talk about this.
We've thought about this.
You are not a smiler.
You look like you were there, and you look like you own the place.
Let me ask you something.
Imagine somebody said, Mr. President, do you mind if I take a picture of you?
Yes.
Smiling looks like you don't respect the situation, but you are not going to look down, and you're not going to look up through your canthus.
You're not going to do that.
Do I like the picture?
No.
Does it matter?
No.
But that picture's frozen.
That's it.
Okay?
That picture is now frozen in time.
Was it thought through?
I don't know the circumstances.
Trump might say, no, you don't understand.
Whatever.
Who knows?
These people were so bad, they were guessing the weight.
Guessing the weight.
They were guessing the weight because this is how petty people are.
How much does he weigh?
Well, there's a dementia scale.
I think there's a Parkinson's or a dementia scale that people have.
Maybe we could guess that.
Oh, you don't think that's appropriate?
Oh, I see.
Oh, I see.
Maybe.
Fine.
You don't think it's important?
Okay.
You don't think it's critical?
Okay.
Why don't we have a guess of how many teeth Hunter Biden had to have replaced because of his meth mouth?
Is that okay?
Can we do that?
Oh, I see.
Really?
Can we guess how many hookers Hunter Biden had?
Oh, I see.
This is a Rorschach test about what you think is important.
I think we kind of got past that.
I think.
I hope we got past this whole This lunacy of whatever this guessing is weight or whatever it is.
On a side note, Trump now, if he does lose weight, he only has to do it so that he looks like he's getting in shape and not like he's suffering or not like he's in stress or some kind of in extremis or something.
He can lose weight if he wants.
That's okay, but he can't do this.
This is very, very important.
Okay?
So the picture's done.
The picture's already done.
I don't know the circumstance behind this.
But they're going to go over, because let me see if I can explain something to you.
We live in a world of trolls.
We live in a world of trolls, and we live in a world today of people who love to see the lowest of low-hanging fruit.
These are the people who actually think, for reasons I shan't understand, But these are people who think that for some reason or another that Vivek Ramaswamy did a great job the other day.
I don't even know what that means.
He won the debate.
You mean he won the troll contest?
You mean he was the biggest pain in the ass?
Is that what you mean?
I don't know what this means.
I don't know what this means.
There is not any rational adult.
Who would look at Vivek Ramaswamy and say, that's the guy I want sitting across from Xi Jinping.
That's the guy I want sitting with Putin or Erdogan or whatever it is.
That's the guy.
This little punk.
This little nattering, like a yapping dog.
Yeah, you want that?
You think that, oh no, he was great.
No, he wasn't.
Well, he was hilarious.
Excuse me.
Not you.
The American public thinks that this is some lunatic Karen in aisle four.
This is where we are today.
So before you talk about the PR aspect, recognize the fact that we are a country of children.
We are a country of children.
We are a country of people who don't know.
They don't know anything about history.
They know nothing about this, okay?
Now, the next thing.
I can't say this enough to you, and I can't put this into perspective, but there is something that is happening which is so monumentally fan-like.
Fantastic.
Which is nobody gets.
And here is this piece I did.
What nobody gets about the death of cable news.
You see, this is accelerating.
The patient is about to flatline here.
And that's thanks to Trump.
What Trump and what Tucker did the other night...
I couldn't have imagined it was this good.
I couldn't have imagined.
By the way, this is the video I did on this book.
Make sure you see this.
I could not have imagined it was this good.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
Do you have any idea of what happened?
Sometimes things change.
Let me give you an example of something.
Maybe you can...
You might or might not grasp how this thing works and the irony of this.
There was a movie called Boogie Nights.
Boogie Nights, at the end of it, or at one particular point, Burt Reynolds says, you don't understand.
Adult films will always be film.
Film is the art.
This is not trash.
This is art.
Okay, fine, fine, fine.
He said, no, it's going to go to tape.
Videotapes.
Videotapes.
Adult videotape.
Video booth.
This is before...
Then people said, then they had booths and live performances.
Well, that died because of this new thing called VHS or whatever it was.
That changed.
So then the film industry...
And then it just ballooned.
And then that went away, and then the internet came along.
And the internet completely, completely changed it.
Now, adult videos are still there, but not like it was.
And it keeps changing.
Now, you have to keep an eye on what's next.
Who's going to pay?
How do people make money?
How?
And the answer is by cranking up the severity of it.
Kind of like dark, whatever.
But watch what's happening.
And that means children, that means more extreme, that means more violent.
And then the argument, does that reflect what people already believe or does it encourage?
But what I'm saying is you have to look at what Of an industry in terms of how it's presented.
If you want to see how the porn industry is doing, as an example, look at what it was, look at what happened, and look.
I saw a video the other night, an interesting, it was the great Brian Lamb, I love that man, interviewing Morley Safer, Don Hewitt, Mike Wallace, about journalism.
Journalism!
Nobody knows even what that means.
A journalist to people today is a word which means I guess synonymous with somebody who works in the office who puts things up on the web or somebody who in IT or journalism Is dead.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
And you have to recognize this.
And I'm not saying, I don't want a quick response from you.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
This is important that you understand this because journalism and this information is how people get the information.
How they get this.
So what's happening, and you must grasp this, cable news is dead.
And they don't know it yet.
People who have neuropathy and are about to lose a leg because it's gone.
I told you I had a friend of mine who had diabetic neuropathy so bad he stepped on a campfire and didn't know it!
He was going to suffer from gangrene, literally.
I'm not kidding you.
He couldn't feel it.
That's what's happening now.
Americans don't understand what's going on.
So there is a shift going on.
And if you're not a part of that Twitter team or trade, you're missing this because this is where it is right now.
So when you see things, when you go out, you're going to have lunch and you're going to, let's say you go and you're, you have your CNN friends.
You have your friends, we have people in New York who walk around and they have a, you'll see an old hippie with a little ponytail, a guy with a bald head but a little ponytail, tie-dyed shirt, a strand book bag, Birkenstocks with socks, and he's at Upper West Side or A village, kind of an old-time hippie who loves the New York Times and the book review and watches NPR and that kind of stuff.
They are a dinosaur and they are the last vestige of this.
Then you've got the next generation who is less literate but more into CNN.
CNN or MSNBC.
They like to hear.
Remember, news is always about a reflection of what you believe.
If I run a TV show, I'm not going to tell you the truth.
I want to tell you what you want to hear.
Roger Ailes came up with this.
This is called Narrow Vision.
Narrow Vision is not me providing a view of the world that's broadcast.
I want to narrowcast is what I meant to say, not narrow.
Well, maybe Narrow Vision.
But I want to give you what you want to hear.
I know this.
If you ever do a YouTube channel, if you ever do this, find out who your audience is and make sure you give it.
Don't go to I can't do this.
I have made...
People say, you're making a mistake.
No, I'm not going to say something is the way it is if I don't believe it.
Yes, but your audience wants to hear that.
I'm not going to tell my audience something I don't believe in.
I know they want to hear a lot of stuff.
They want to hear a lot of stuff, but I don't do that.
I'm not going to lie to them.
I think ultimately, in the long run, honesty prevails, unless I'm just a fool.
Maybe I am.
I don't know.
Okay.
It's over with.
You don't understand what's happening right now.
And let me also tell you something.
You've got to be able to feel how things matter in the long run.
And if you don't understand...
Again, I keep saying you.
I'm not trying to be rude.
It's not about you.
If they don't understand elections, none of this matters.
Do you know how many people don't care about the Trump...
They might say, oh, I said it's Trump.
That's it.
Next, they don't care about this.
You do because within your circle of friends, your world, it means everything.
You're crushed.
You're hurt.
You're devastated by this.
And I understand it.
You know what I'm saying?
Get over it.
We're going to move on.
Okay?
Just get over it.
It's not the end of the world.
Trust me when I tell you this.
I know you might.
This may kind of surprise you, but it's not the end of the world.
Okay?
Next, what does Trump have to do in terms of this?
Okay, first and foremost, everybody on TV wants to show you that they're a genius.
I know one person in particular who says things like, nobody knows more about this than I do.
Nobody knows more about this subject than I do.
I'm an expert on this.
I'm thinking, oh my god.
You're really saying that?
Yep, nobody knows more about this than I do because I'm an expert.
I'm a genius.
I'm an expert.
I'm good.
I'm good.
Alright.
Okay.
That's okay.
Listen, everybody's got to sell their shtick.
It's a work.
By the way, I need 400 likes.
I need 400.
That you can do to help.
Here's my concern.
Trump has got to sever the cases.
When you're charged in multiple defendant cases, multiple charges, you can either sever charges or sever defendants or both.
Sometimes we'll load stuff up with you.
But if I were to say, you're on charge for...
Trafficking in children, the sale of body parts, and speeding.
I want the speeding thing removed.
At least give me a chance on the speeding.
Don't put me in the speeding with the selling human body parts.
They're going to say, he did what?
No, no.
Focus on the speeding.
The hell with the speeding.
He did what?
He didn't do anything.
They accuse him of what?
Trump's got to get rid of...
I can't even keep track of the counts.
So, that's one thing.
He's got to get rid of these...
Listen to me carefully.
He's got to get out of the way from these defendants.
Here's Raulito.
How much will Trump's mugshot hurt him during the election among the undecided?
Nothing.
It's a good question.
Nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
Why?
Because it's already...
Raul, we've already forgotten about Lahaina.
People have the attention span of a gnat.
This will have already been so saturated.
But what Trump's going to do, which is smart, Raul, he's going to own it.
He's going to say, by the way, did you see this?
Look what they did.
Look.
Look.
Everybody, look what they did.
This is my mugshot.
This is it.
He'll show you this.
He is going to, very smart, he's going to say, oh, no, no, no.
You're not going to spring it.
I'm going to spring it.
No, look what they did.
Look at this.
Huh?
Remember Paul Rubin's Pee Wee Herman?
Pee Wee Herman showed up to the MTV Awards?
I don't know what it was.
After his arrest, and by the way, he was arrested in Sarasota for, I guess, pleasuring himself during an adult video.
It wasn't like it was on Golden Pond.
Not that I'm excusing it, but it's a bit moot at this point.
Anyway, so there's Pee Wee Herman.
So where did Pee Wee Herman come?
First thing he said, so, heard any good jokes lately?
He got it.
He owned it.
Sucked all the air out of the room and directed it towards him.
Trump's going to own this photo.
Trump's going to own it.
He's going to vote for me.
Look what he did to me.
That's not me.
That's you.
This isn't...
See, this isn't about me.
It's about Article 2. It's about...
Well, let me first say this quickly.
And thank you, bro.
Trump's got to be separated from all these people.
There's too many people.
If you see that table, it looks like the Gambino family.
Who's this?
My God, is this the organization?
No, you want Trump by himself!
You want Trump by himself?
He's got to sever himself from these defendants.
Somehow.
I don't know how he does it.
They're not going to want to do that.
He better have the best appellate team, because remember, he's going to win a lot of this on appeal.
And he's going to have to have an appellate team who sits there and knows the law and says, okay, you're going to make this motion, this motion, this motion, and this motion.
And when they didn't, and if they denied this, we got a shot because in the 5th Circuit, 2nd Circuit, whatever it is, not 2nd Circuit, maybe it would be 11th Circuit, wherever Georgia is, I know this is the state court, but federal.
The law would apply, too.
You have to do this, and the Supreme Court said this, so you've got to have somebody who works in tandem, the appellate team works in tandem with the trial team, to preserve all the records for appeal, because the appeal is when you really do, when you really, you really reek, oh!
The appellate courts have the best, because this is after everybody's all over and done with, and years later, they say, you know, by the way, we're going to reverse that.
What?
You know?
Oh, yeah.
So they can do a lot more, not harm, but a lot more good by virtue of the fact that they're able to make some very strong cases reversing procedural errors.
Don't forget, you want reversible error.
Reversible error.
Reversible error.
Not error.
Reversible error.
Michigan against Tucker.
The defendant is entitled to a fair trial, not a perfect one.
Keep that in mind.
Very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very.
Okay?
Good.
Now, next, this is important.
This is about Article 2. This is a little bit more heady, but you can handle this.
I know you can.
The shadow government, the people, the evil, the...
The folks who are involved in the destruction of our society and our civilization and our system of order want to destroy the Constitution.
Not Donald Trump.
The Constitution.
Donald Trump is the the example.
Donald Trump is the I guess the I Don't know what you want to call it.
Maybe the example of this?
Maybe that?
I don't know.
But Donald Trump is the...
Donald Trump happens to be the...
He's just here.
Follow me on this one.
Watergate was a palace coup.
Watergate was not about Nixon.
Watergate was destroying Article 2, the presidency.
It's to go in and to have somebody come in.
Remember, impeachment was always there in terms of impeachment, but it was about going in and removing the president.
The shadow government also wants to destroy Article 3, court, Supreme Court.
Remember when they were going after Clarence Thomas about his trips and Alito, his neighbor picked up the tab at a Hardee's one.
Remember that stuff?
That was going after the court.
They were threatening, they were threatening To rewrite the ethics rule.
That's done.
But they tried it.
That's Article 3. Those are the courts.
They want to do that.
They want to destroy that.
They also want to pack the court.
Destroy Article 3. Article 2 is the president.
Article 1 is the legislature.
They want to go over that by basically refusing to comply with or show any type of...
Remember, Article 1 is...
The legislature is probably most important than anything else.
But they wanted to go after and to destroy this by basically saying, we're not going to show up to your stupid.
We don't care about your...
We're going to lie in front of Congress.
You mean nothing to us.
You mean nothing.
We're going to do things our way.
One of the most effective speakers of the House was Nancy Pelosi.
Or put it this way, during her reign of terror.
They want to destroy this.
They want to take the separation of powers, the autonomy of it.
They want to destroy it.
And that's what they wanted to do with Nixon.
It's not about Nixon.
It's about destroying the presidency.
This is about going after it.
This is to let you know that no matter where you go, we will impeach you twice.
Even if you can't even...
Remember the second one?
He wasn't even president then.
It doesn't matter.
We will dig you up and kill you again.
We will go after the Emoluments Clause.
We will go after your family.
We will go after your lawyers.
We will go after the rule of law.
Years ago, lawyers were always kept separate.
Mob lawyers.
Jimmy La Russa.
A great lawyer.
People like Kunstler.
The lawyers were always kept separate.
You could represent anybody.
Anybody.
I mean, John Adams represented the Boston Massacre, you know, the couple of these British soldiers.
I mean, this is the way it was.
They're going after that.
They have a 65 project.
Let me say this again.
The shadow government wants to destroy everything.
All of your traditions, all of your respect, everything that you stood for, everything that you believed in, everything that meant so many regarding respect and separation of powers, you want to destroy.
Trump happens to be in the way.
Trump facilitates this.
Trump is the perfect person for this.
Keep in mind that, okay?
So, that's important.
Now, his best strategy, of course, get away, separate.
You don't want to be at a table with Rudy Giuliani.
Let me ask you a question about this.
You ready for this?
Rudy right now is going through a lot of grief.
Watch Rudy very carefully.
Watch Rudy carefully.
Rudy's drinking a lot.
It's going to hit him like a ton of brakes.
You don't know what pressure is until you've seen this.
When you went from the highest of the high, this was America's mayor.
You don't know what it was like for him after 9-11.
He was the...
He was so loved.
So loved.
He could have run for...
He went all over the world.
The Giuliani partners, they hired him.
He was a consultant to countries.
He made more money than you can imagine.
Then he was a lawyer with...
I forget one firm.
You mentioned Rudy.
Just his name.
He was in the...
I think he was even in that original Sackler family case.
This guy was...
And then he divorced his wife.
And then he divorced his other wife.
And then he started to maybe drink too much.
They always talk about his drinking.
I don't know personally.
Hooked up with Trump.
Bought into that Trump thing.
And really became aggressive.
And really felt like he really could just do no harm.
That he was rudy.
He was bulletproof.
Everything was great.
Then he went crazy.
They died.
You couldn't write this stuff.
Then these people started to emerge.
Sidney Powell.
She also got into this stuff.
She became too close to the TV.
The Kraken.
But still.
Nobody ever, ever heard Rudy say anything that was like, be careful.
Do you know how many people how many lawyers file worthless claims against some defendant until the jury returns a verdict?
Until the jury says, I'm with you!
There were people who said that the tobacco, you're suing the tobacco company because people smoked?
Because they didn't know that cigarettes were bad?
What?
Until they settled for more than you can imagine.
They're going after every institution we have.
Everything.
Who?
The shadow government.
The people that run the show.
They're not about left and right.
They'll come at you from the left, come at you from the right, it doesn't matter.
And where is the Republican Party during this whole thing?
They're nowhere to be found.
They are nowhere to be found because deep down on the side, they hate Trump.
Trump poses an existential threat to them.
Do you understand this?
Trump poses an existential threat to the system.
And they've got to make sure, in particular, Aside from going after Article 2 and destroying it, they've got to go after him big time.
Now, what was the purpose of a mugshot?
Did they have to give him a mugshot?
No.
No.
What do mugshots for?
First, a little history.
When does everything begin?
When do things begin to start the clock?
Lawsuits are served.
You got 20 days to answer, and you got this.
What about arrest?
You're arrested.
Is it when you're taken into custody?
Is it when you're formally charged?
You've got speedy trials, statute of limitations, constitutional speedy trial, days until the arraignment.
You've got to be brought within 24 hours.
There's got to be some day when this thing, when does this begin?
And there's a notion of being taken into custody or you are under arrest.
An arrest in the physical world.
It's basically the physical taking into custody of you.
And it can mean a lot of things.
You are physically taken into custody.
And that's done in a variety of different ways.
Sometimes you're taken into custody in lieu of actual physical arrest in a notice to appear.
Or you give me a ticket.
You know, whatever.
But that starts the clock.
And many times in the old days, when you wanted to catch somebody, when felonies usually meant something really serious, you wanted to get them and you wanted to put them in jail and put them in custody and have them in custody so you could keep an eye on them.
And the reason why, the reason why was because you wanted to make sure that you held them and you held them to make sure they would answer the charges.
Eighth Amendment provides, well, you have the right to bail.
You have the right to bail under two considerations.
Number one, if you follow these circumstances.
Number one, there is a likelihood that you will answer the charges.
And number two, you don't pose a threat to the country or to the society or to the civilization or whatever you want to call it.
And also, is there any likelihood that Trump's going to flee?
No.
They could have continued Trump on the other bail he had.
Trump is not going to flee.
The idea of fleeing a bail is ridiculous.
I don't even know why.
You don't have to have any bail.
Now, a lot of times when you go into court, into jails, there's a bond schedule.
A lot of times a chief judge or somebody will figure this out.
And you've got some booking agent, and they bring you in.
You charge with armed robbery.
He looks at the bond schedule.
Armed robbery, $50,000.
$20,000.
And he gives you an amount.
That's your bond.
And then you go before the judge within 24 hours.
And then you argue and the judge will lower it, release you, whatever it is.
Continue on another bond.
But the question is, do you pose a threat to the area?
And number two, is there a likelihood you're going to appear?
Yes!
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
Simple, simple, simple, simple.
So what about the mugshot?
The mugshot, believe it or not, is to prove you were there.
To prove you were there, to see what you look like.
It's fingerprints.
Was he there?
Hey, I was never taken into custody.
What?
You never arrested me.
Yes, we did.
Here we go.
Here's your record.
Here's your picture.
Sometimes pictures are very interesting, too.
Because pictures are, let's say, in the case of an escape.
What did he last look like?
He looks like that.
That's good.
Number two.
In the days of lineups, I was one of the few lawyers, I think, ever to do an actual lineup, the old-fashioned lineup, where they would go, you would sit there with the jail guard or jail custodian, and you would go through pictures to see whether your person could stand next to this person and look like, you know, you didn't want to have like, you know, you've got a five-foot-two Mexican client, and you put them in a lineup with six-foot-three Swedes.
So a lot of it is tradition, the mugshot, To prove custody, to prove you were there.
Is it necessary?
It can be necessary, but it can also be, in this particular case, it can, by administrative order, be hidden for whatever reasons.
The question is, in this particular case, does anybody ever think, listen to me carefully, does anybody believe for a moment that at any time in history people will ever question whether Donald Trump was there?
When you've got CNN, And you've got people hovering over him?
You've got...
You see him walking in.
There he is.
Here comes Trump.
Here's what he's doing.
I need 400 likes, friends.
I need 400 likes.
Please.
Please.
I want to pull a David Ruff in here, but don't make me beg.
Please.
Don't make me beg.
It's unseemly.
So it's unnecessary.
It's unnecessary.
And by the way, this fanny...
What the hell is her name?
Fanny.
You know Fanny.
The DA.
Look, look, look.
I'm sorry.
They just got here.
You're going to be the DA.
Alvin Bright, you're going to be the one.
She's there.
Okay, fine.
Now let me ask you this question.
Listen carefully.
I'm going to go back to Rudy for a moment.
Rudy or anybody else for that matter.
Let me tell you what happened.
Rudy sits back and he says, you know what?
This guy won't even help me with my legal fees.
This guy won't even help me with my legal fees after all I've done for him and that family.
I was the one who went to, I was on a note about Shoken and I did this and I, and, and I don't want to get into too much of the weeds, but I heard some people say that perhaps maybe Rudy may have deferred fees, who knows, during divorce to sequester assets.
I don't know.
But the point is, Rudy says back.
He says, I can't believe what they're doing to me.
I cannot believe what I'm seeing.
I cannot believe what they're doing.
I cannot believe what I'm...
I can't believe...
And that family.
That family.
Where's Don Jr.?
Don Jr. and that Kimberly.
Ooh.
Ooh.
Don Jr. and Kimberly.
All they want to do is, what about me?
What about Rudy?
I'm on the verge of discussing.
Nobody's helping me out?
What did I ever do?
Did I ever do this for me?
No, I did it for you.
You know what?
I might cut a deal.
What are the chances of those?
How old is Rudy?
Let me see.
Giuliani is 79 years old.
79 years old.
Do you think?
Do you think?
If there's any chance where Rudy says, you know what?
Screw these people.
I'm not going to die in prison for these people.
I'm not going to go.
No way.
They won't even talk to me.
Who knows what's going on in the background?
They might be telling Trump, look, don't talk to Rudy.
Why?
He's a co-defendant.
Don't talk to him.
You don't think there's any chance of that?
Nonsense.
You better believe it.
You watch carefully.
Watch who's there.
And if ever you see one day, all of a sudden you show up to court and it's like, where are these people?
Where's Rudy?
Rudy's not going to be here today.
Why?
He's on the witness list.
He's what?
You don't think that's possible?
They've been saying that?
There are these wonderful videos you can watch right now.
Michael Franzese, Mikey Scars, Sammy the Bull, John Ailey, all these people.
All of these people, every single one of these people, ex-mob, Cosa Nostra, very interesting, by the way, very interesting, you know, all of them pledged fealty, all of them, to an organization where secrecy, this was a secret organization, and all of them today are doing podcasts.
Did they wave that oath?
I guess.
All of them gave either testimony or whatever, and I'm not going to call them rats because, I'm sorry, fealty and loyalty is earned.
You don't just join an organization and they give you up and go, wait a minute!
But what I'm saying is, if you think there's this thing called honor, if you think people don't say it, there was a guy named Anthony Antonin, I believe it was in Florida, went to the chair.
And there was a contract holding of this guy named Richard Cloud.
It was a TPD detective.
And this one guy said, I'm Sicilian, I don't talk.
Actually said that.
Went to the chair without saying anything.
You don't see that too, too often.
So what I'm telling you right now is, if you think people, when they find themselves in this position, are going to keep their mouth shut, you are absolutely out of your mind.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Don't ever think that.
There is no such thing as, we don't talk.
If everybody around you is talking, or you feel like you are being, just, believe me, it's not a matter of honor, it's a matter of, wait a minute, it's about strategy and the like.
Now, how do you think, how do you think Donald Trump When it comes to the trial, there will be a trial.
There's going to be no plea.
I don't think he's going to dismiss anything.
There's going to be a trial.
How does Donald Trump sit?
How does he act?
What does he do?
How will they look at him?
What is his demeanor?
Does he do that thing where he rolls his eyes?
This is going to be, or does he say, excuse me, I don't want your advice.
I'm the president.
I'm innocent.
Screw you and this.
I don't need to be here and I'm going to act any way I want.
That jury is watching everything.
That jury, that's why unless you are in the courtroom, unless you are physically in the courtroom, you will never be able to understand specifically what is going on there.
Ever, ever, ever, ever, ever.
There is so much to consider.
There's so much strategy going on right now.
So, so much.
The bottom line is this.
Trump is going to own the mugshot.
They're going to ask Trump, put the mugshot.
He's going to bring it out with him.
He's going to show you.
He's going to sell t-shirts.
He might claim some kind of a copyright.
It's money.
It's ownership.
You can't use this without me.
He might go to court.
Who knows?
Maybe we'll make new precedent as far as who owns mugshots.
That's my likeness.
Remember, there's a right of privacy.
Right of privacy is two privacies.
One, there's that dystopian, you know, 1984 stuff.
The other right of privacy is a tort.
It's a civil action, which means that you use my likeness, my likeness, voice, character, image, whatever, without compensation.
You used it.
You're making money on my...
And then we're kind of like, well, public...
Does everybody own this?
Do we go to see who...
Knowing Trump, he'll probably say, I own this.
That's my picture.
You can't use it.
It's not going to work because it's a public whatever it is.
But he's going to own this thing.
Now, it's today's Friday.
You know what he also did yesterday?
He took all of that post-Vivek Ramaswamy lunacy and it became about him.
It's about Trump today, not the debate.
Let me also tell you something about Vivek.
He's a great...
He's looking for a cabinet position.
He'll be a great...
Somebody said HHS or something.
I don't know.
Something.
He'd be a great cabinet for somebody.
If he can keep his mouth shut.
Because you want to keep somebody...
He's what Pete Booty Giggity Giggity thought he...
You know where he's gone?
He's gone now, right?
You notice that?
He's just gone.
And Bobby Kennedy is coming up a little...
By the way, did you see Clapton?
Clapton's doing stuff.
Clapton's coming out for change of subject.
Bobby Kennedy.
Clapton came out during the COVID stuff and he was talking about perhaps symptoms he had or whatever it was.
And he was a very, very active, not anti-vaxxer, but he was very concerned about some of the side effects.
If Bobby Kennedy can get a who's who of the coolest people, as you would say, ever from whether...
Remember...
If you're with Bobby Kennedy, your Hollywood thing is over with.
But you know what?
Hollywood's already dead.
Hollywood's dead.
Disney's dead.
Everything's dead.
And by the way, look at the number of people who got waivers during the SAG-AFTRA stuff who went and did movies in other countries.
Wait a minute, what?
These poor people are with signs and...
What?
Too much information.
One more I know you don't care about, but this is big.
Everything that I and Mrs. L in particular were telling about Harry is coming true.
He and Meghan, watch what happens.
He goes back and they're going to put him through hell to try to maybe gain a tenth or ten percent of what he has.
Meghan is off.
When they cut bait, that's it.
What happens to Oprah?
Oprah's in a weird category too.
I firmly believe Oprah's like a titular.
I don't think Oprah's in charge of anything.
She's just Oprah.
Oprah, will you do this?
Oprah, will you buy this property?
Yeah.
Will you buy it for us?
Okay, good.
Yeah, no, Oprah's buying this.
She is?
Yeah.
Okay.
Whatever.
Oh, you don't think they do that?
Oh, you don't think they do that, huh?
You don't think they do that?
You don't think they have people who...
Okay, all right.
Okay, good.
Now, in the meantime, I want you to sit back.
Do not lose focus.
Do not lose your mind.
Keep an eye on what's happening.
Oh, and also, Trump's back on Twitter.
Do you see that?
Trump's back on Twitter.
True social.
Twitter's where it's at.
What Trump did, believe me, Elon Musk, whatever iteration he is in today, is a genius.
Watch what happens.
Everything is changing and you're a part of it.
That's all I want to tell you.
That's all I want to tell you.
Alright, dear friends.
Thank you so much.
You have been absolutely terrific.
Remember a couple of things here, please.
Like the video.
Like the video.
Also, make sure you go to Mrs. Elle's channel.
Go to LinzWarriors at X or Twitter, whatever you want to call it, and YouTube at LinzWarriors.

And by the way, I'm going to say this again.
While you're able to, before the next firenado, before the next tsunami, the next volcano, the next hurricane, the next wildfire, the next supply chain disaster, the next ransomware shutdown, the next trucker strike, the next...
Huh?
Climate lockdowns.
Listen to her.
Climate lockdowns, the next national emergency.
Listen to what I'm saying.
Climate lockdowns.
Think I'm kidding?
Think I'm exaggerating?
No, no, no, no.
And when that happens, when that happens, food and the ability to eat and buy stuff, it's done!
And you can say, well, and people always love to make these excuses.
Well, you know what?
One guy told me, actually, I swear to God, I got a fishing pole.
He's got a fishing pole.
Actually said this.
Go to preparewithlinel.com.
Listen to what I'm saying.
