I saw things that were happening.

You don't want the enemy to necessarily see you.
So a lot of this stuff, electromagnetic radiation, microwaves, all this other stuff, they don't, whatever it is.
Now, there's other stuff which is interesting, and dare I even say, dare I even mention this, but I'm not, because very few people are picking up on this.
And by the way, let me just caution, this is not proof.
But this is something that makes us say like, hmm, as you know, people and I have been talking about geoengineering for a long time, geoengineering where we have been wondering what exactly are people spraying in the atmosphere?
Either these nanoparticulate matters, barium strontium, and the like, that can electrify, that can metallicize, and I just came up with that word.

That something can make the atmosphere, in essence, metallic.
And once you do that, once you are able to make metallic certain, I have read, posited, thought, perhaps, and implore that there be initial and additional investigation.

But you can, it has been suspected, that you could possibly use this new chemical and metallic construction of the atmosphere to perhaps accentuate weapon systems, accentuate whatever.
