I know what you're thinking.
You're thinking, this guy's gonna just say something in favor of Trump because he likes Trump.
No, no, that's not it.
That's not it.
I want to talk about this stupid, this pathetic Georgia Rico case.
It's specious, ludicrous.
It's juridical insanity.
Let me give you the simplest reason why.
Very, very simple.
With a little word about removal.
This is kind of interesting.
Number one, let me first ask you, please, before we do this, let me get this out of the way.
This is critical.
You've got to follow me on that X thing.
I mean, you're going to love this if you've never seen me before, but trust me.
I want you to subscribe to this channel.
Subscribe to Lionel Nation on YouTube.
Make sure you've got to like this video and subscribe as well.
And please hit that YouTube notification bell, okay?
Thank you.
Just please, please, please do that.
Okay, enough with this.
Number one.
What can Trump do?
That nobody else can do.
Well, first of all, there is a Supreme Court case, Mesa, I believe, that says, and the Constitution bears it out.
Trump might remove this case to federal court.
Remember, we have state courts and federal courts.
A lot of times, the statutes are many times identical.
You have state drug laws, federal drug laws.
You've got different versions, obviously.
Some state laws, there is no federal.
There's no murder statute, really, per se, a lot of times.
There are cases where you can commit murder, deprive rights, but battery and the usual criminal code is state.
So while we have concomitant jurisdiction, concurrent jurisdictions, state court, Federal court.
Here's what Trump can do.
Trump can say that because he acted in the capacity as president, because he was acting under the color of title or whatever it is of the president, he can ask for removal from the Georgia state court to the federal court.
You see how that works?
From the state court.
To the federal court, to the northern district of Georgia, where I think he, maybe four out of the whatever, there's a goodly number of judges that he appointed.
Plus, you get it away from this publicity hound and say bye-bye to her, to Fannie.
See ya.
I'm out of here.
Now what happens to the other, what, 73 defendants?
That's a weird question.
What do they do?
How do you have them remain?
They can't avail themselves of that.
Excuse me, can I go with you?
Can I go with you?
So, we'll put that aside.
I don't think that's...
I wouldn't bet a lot on that one.
Because they're going to argue, you weren't acting in the capacity of your...
But anyway, but it could be theoretical.
And he's going to try his best, too.
And he tried it in the state court in the Alvin Bragg case, but...
And what difference does it make anyway?
He also gets a better jury pool in Northern Georgia federal court, okay?
Versus federal court in Washington.
So just be aware that when you hear of removal, they're going to talk about this.
It's worth a shot.
It's worth a shot.
I wouldn't put a lot of money on that one.
I think I wouldn't take that one to the bank.
Here's the good one.
Racketeering.
Why in the hell does she charge racketeering with this?
It's one thing if you're a member of MS-13.
It's another thing if you're involved in some kind of an event with gangs or whatever.
But why in the name of God does she charge this?
Now take the people.
Take Sidney Powell.
Take...
Meadows, whoever the hell, Jenna Ellis, Rudy, were they a part of an enterprise, a group, a crime family?
Something similar to what we see in the case of crimes, of actual, you know, the Gambinos, the Lucchese family.
In that case, you have to be a made member.
You have to be initiated.
You have to be brought in.
You have to be pledged.
You swear fealty to the organization.
You get your button, your badge, you're straightened out.
You're made.
You're in.
That's classic, Rico.
Classic.
This is another story.
This is crazy.
Do you think Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell pledged and swore that they were a part of this organized racketeering group to get Trump in and to subvert the laws like the Trump crime family?
Or were they a bunch of people working to overturn an election as Alan Dershowitz did?
As Larry Tribe did, as half of the Democratic Party did in 2000.
Al Gore said, I won.
The Democrats said, we won.
Bush said, no, you won.
They hired every lawyer.
There wasn't just some 65 project that attacked the Democratic lawyers then.
What the hell's the difference?
They're going to say, oh, no, no, no, this is different because, you see, Trump thought.
Trump thought he didn't think anything.
All he was doing was saying, I won this election.
And when he calls up the Secretary of State, he didn't say, hey, listen, do me a favor, yeah.
I want you to get 11,000 plus.
Yeah, just get them.
Just dig them up.
Make them up, right?
Yeah, just steal them.
He's not talking about that.
Everybody knows that.
And here's the best part.
Let's assume he did.
Let's assume he said, do me a favor.
This isn't racketeering!
It might be a conspiracy.
This might be a good conspiracy.
The confederation of a group of people, two or more people, conspiring to bring about some effect which was illegal.
But racketeering?
What are you talking about?
It's insanity.
Racketeering?
Oh my god.
Again.
If there was, think the Gambinos, think the Lucchesis, think the Hells Angels.
Think about a group of people where you're saying, I'm a part of this group.
It's almost like a Gambino, a straightened out member would say, I'm a straightened out member.
I'm not, I didn't get made so that I could be involved in this drug dealing or this loan sharking.
No!
I'm involved in the loan sharking because I'm a part of the organization.
Now, good luck.
That means that there's an appellate court and an appellate judge and somebody who will understand what the hell you're even talking about.
But that's precisely what this is about.
That's precisely what we're talking about.
So understand something.
We can go through all of this.
In this case here, you save the best for last.
It's the worst!
Because by its very nature, it's not that Sidney Powell and Rudy conspired, but they conspired for the enterprise, for the group, for the family, for the Borgata.
There's no such thing as that.
This is not racketeering.
I mean, you can use sometimes a legitimate organization like labor unions, but this isn't the case.
So think about that, dear friends.
Think about this.
And don't forget what I said about the removal.
It's theoretically possible.
I don't know about that.
It could.
But what about the other, what, 7,500 co-defendants?
What about us?
How do we go to trial when this guy...
You understand?
Good.
So do me a favor, my friends.
Please, follow me.
I hate to keep saying that.
Follow me.
Follow me on Twitter.
Oh, I keep calling it Twitter.
