What can Trump do?
That nobody else can do.
Well, first of all, there is a Supreme Court case, Mesa, I believe, that says, and the Constitution bears it out.
Trump might remove this case to federal court.
Remember, we have state courts and federal courts.
A lot of times, the statutes are many times identical.
You have state drug laws, federal drug laws.
You've got different versions, obviously.
Some state laws, there is no federal.
There's no murder statute, really, per se, a lot of times.
There are cases where you can commit murder, deprive rights, but battery and the usual criminal code is state.
So while we have concomitant jurisdiction, concurrent jurisdictions, state court, Federal court.
Here's what Trump can do.
Trump can say that because he acted in the capacity as president, because he was acting under the color of title or whatever it is of the president, he can ask for removal from the Georgia state court to the federal court.
You see how that works?
From the state court.
To the federal court, to the northern district of Georgia, where I think he, maybe four out of the whatever, there's a goodly number of judges that he appointed.
Plus, you get it away from this publicity hound and say bye-bye to her, to Fannie.

Do you think Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell pledged and swore that they were a part of this organized racketeering group to get Trump in and to subvert the laws like the Trump crime family?

As Larry Tribe did, as half of the Democratic Party did in 2000.

The Democrats said, we won.
Bush said, no, you won.
They hired every lawyer.
There wasn't just some 65 project that attacked the Democratic lawyers then.
What the hell's the difference?
They're going to say, oh, no, no, no, this is different because, you see, Trump thought.
Trump thought he didn't think anything.
All he was doing was saying, I won this election.
And when he calls up the Secretary of State, he didn't say, hey, listen, do me a favor, yeah.

Let's assume he did.

Think about a group of people where you're saying, I'm a part of this group.
It's almost like a Gambino, a straightened out member would say, I'm a straightened out member.
I'm not, I didn't get made so that I could be involved in this drug dealing or this loan sharking.
No!
I'm involved in the loan sharking because I'm a part of the organization.
Now, good luck.
That means that there's an appellate court and an appellate judge and somebody who will understand what the hell you're even talking about.
But that's precisely what this is about.
That's precisely what we're talking about.
So understand something.
We can go through all of this.
In this case here, you save the best for last.
It's the worst!
Because by its very nature, it's not that Sidney Powell and Rudy conspired, but they conspired for the enterprise, for the group, for the family, for the Borgata.
There's no such thing as that.
This is not racketeering.
I mean, you can use sometimes a legitimate organization like labor unions, but this isn't the case.
So think about that, dear friends.

It's theoretically possible.
