This upcoming trial in Washington could be the greatest moment for those of us who finally want there to be something called justice.
It's a very simple thing.
It's a very, very simple tactic.
I'm going to explain to you how President Trump will use the subpoena power that he has to put the entire shadow government on trial itself and put the 2020 election on trial and show people that not only did he have a reasonable belief and a reasonable suspicion that that election was stolen, but he'll put on evidence to show that in fact it was if he can.
He can't play defense.
He can't sit back and say, no, I was, you know, I thought that.
No, he's got to show people, this is what I thought.
This is what I saw.
This is what I believed.
And the reason why I believed it was because this is what happened.
And only a criminal defendant with the ability to subpoena those people relevant, only those people can help him and actually bring about, once and for all, a clarity that this country needs so desperately.
But let me explain something to you first and foremost.
Before we begin, let me thank you for watching.

But first, I ask and beseech and request that you listen very carefully to this most important word from our sponsor.
The U.S. dollar has lost 85% of its value since the 70s when the dollar decoupled from gold.
And the government seems bent on continuing the tradition.
From now until after the next elections, the government can print as much money as they want.
And the last time they did that, inflation went up 9%.
This means one thing.
The security of your future and your family's future is all in your hands.
Make sure you freeze the value of your wealth that you are holding.

One of the most important things that will happen, I trust, I hope, I believe, and I am anticipating, is that President Trump will use this opportunity to explain once and for all, this is why I said the election was stolen.
Put on evidence.
It's part of his defense.
Jack Smith is saying that he had no rational belief, no rational suspicion to think, to believe, to posit, to advance the notion that the election was stolen.
That it was insane.
It was nuts.
No reason to think that.
What are you doing?
What are you talking about?
You're crazy.
You're out of your mind.
See?
And if he says, fine, let me show you why.
This is what I believe.
Expert after expert.
Political experts.
Election experts.
Cephologists.
Those who study elections.
Historians.
Name it!
Individuals who saw.
Put on Dinesh D'Souza.
Put on his film.
Bring on everybody.
Bring in those individuals, now very carefully, who may have been discredited by others to explain in this case.
Not in others, and for whatever you please.
We're not talking about re-litigating dominion or any of that, but in explaining why he believed that the election was stolen.
If the jury hears this and says, well, that might have been wrong, but it's not irrational, that might be wrong, that might have not been the truth, but you know what?
I didn't know that.
And you know, more importantly, if I would have thought that if I had this belief, I would have done the same thing.
You see, that's what he wants.
He wants people to say, in essence, if I knew what you knew, if I believed what you believed, if I saw things the way you did, then you know, I would have thought the same thing.
But people don't know why.
People don't know why.
Because up until now, they've heard...
Oh, phrases, this one's, you know, deranged.
And even though we love the president's, well, some of his more poignant words of disgust, they don't really explain the case.
Listen, it comes down to simply this.
And also, let me add, jury instructions to explain, provided this judge goes along with it, jury instructions to explain that you have the right as an American citizen under the Constitution to opine, to believe, to say things.
Not in order to incur, to inspire, to incite, to aid or abet rioting and the decomposition of order.
No, no, no, no.
Nobody's saying that.
But what they are saying.
And what the First Amendment does apply to, and what it does provide, is that if you have a reasonable basis, if you have a good faith basis, and he will, he'll tell you, I believe this.
Now, how Trump does this without taking a stand, that's another story.
But in essence, his defense is very simple.
He's got to look that jury in the eye and say, let me tell you what they did to me.
Let me tell you what I've been through.
Let me tell you.
What these folks have done to me since day one.
Let people know.
When I go through the litany, when I go through the story, when I go through the list, ad seriatim, of what the shadow government did to him and his family, from the beginning, from the beginning, when I go through this and tell them, they can't believe it.
They absolutely can't believe that he went through this.
They can't believe it.
They can't believe what they're hearing.
They can't believe any of this.
And that's the issue.
That's the issue.
That's the critical part.
To let them know.
To give these people almost a day in their life, to use the civil trial analogy, to give them a look at what this man goes through.
The personal hell, the ignominy, the not shame, but the opprobrium and the attacks he has felt since the beginning, since his daring to enter into this world.
It's incredible.
Let people know once and for all what he went through.
Let people know what he had to endure.
Go through the list.
And ideally, you know you're winning when the prosecution yells, stop it.
Make him stop.
We give up.
We give up.
Oh, no, no, I'm just getting started.
Take people from June, what was it, from, where was it, June?
In 2015, I believe, 16th or so, when he went down the escalator at Trump Tower.
From that moment on, to this sort of bugging Carter Page, to everything from FISA.
Let people know what he's been through.
And the reason why that is relevant is that it will explain to a jury, this is why I was so adamant that they're doing it to me again.
I'm not paranoid.
They've been doing this to me since I announced.
Since I announced.
They impeached me twice.
Once, after I was even out of office.
I couldn't do anything.
I mean, it's like digging somebody up and executing them again.
And you think I overreacted?
You think there was no basis for me to think that these people are out to get me?
You think I'm what, paranoid?
Is that what you think?
You've got to be kidding me.
My whole legacy, everything I've been through, everything with these people since the beginning, since I dared to suggest, intimate, hint, that I wanted maybe to try to right the wrongs.
That have been foisted upon my countrymen, that I wanted to throw my hat into the ring, that I wanted to at least participate in the franchise.
From that moment on, they told me, no, no, you don't.
Who do you think you are?
You've got to go through us.
And look what they did to me.
Look what they did.
And he got 81 million votes.
81 million votes.
This man who never, who never, who never.
And this is what Trump's going to say.
This man who never campaigned.
He was.
What?
Narcotized and handcuffed to a radiator at some root cellar in Wilmington?
Nobody ever saw him!
I'm doing rally after rally.
They even tried, they even canceled one time.
Somebody, I don't know who, but they even canceled, bought tickets and nobody showed up.
Listen, they did everything.
Rally after rally, I stirred this country.
Just like, and our polls showed this, and then when it came time for the election, 81 million?
Come on!
Now, remember, this is what Trump has to say.
Trump doesn't have to literally re-litigate the 2020 election.
He has to show the jury that what he thought, what he believes, what he still holds as true is not the rantings of some crazy man, but somebody who has been through a hell.
An unconstitutional onslaught of tyranny, the likes of which nobody has ever seen.
We've never seen anything like this, ever, in the history of this country.
All brought to you by the most corrupt administration that makes Warren Harding look like a walk in the park.
Let the jury hear the whole story.
And if they do, Trump is triumphant.
I almost said magnificent, but okay, I'm going to say that.
Magnificent and triumphant.
Magnificently triumphant.
What do you think?
