And if you're UNC, University of North Carolina, the 14th Amendment prohibits you from considering race.
Now, what I just explained to you is kind of interesting.
When does race, when does women, when does your non- You know, when I was in law school, we had some of the best, it was a very interesting class.
We had women who were older, some women who had, I think one was a grandmother, we had a guy who was a retired colonel from the army, and all this stuff.
Did it make the class better?

But it's very interesting.
So diversity is a good thing, but that's not your target.
What they are trying to do right now, what people are trying to do is they're saying, we want equity to rule.

We want to make sure that a certain percentage, a certain value, a certain number of those individuals in the world, I guess, We want to make sure, and it's important to know that there is this percentage every time.
And that is the most important, that is the most, absolutely the most critical, critical, critically important thing that you can get to these people.

So, how do they accommodate this?
They've allowed police officers to wear a beard, wear a turban.
They head up now with young people in military with tattoos and with all kinds of stuff on their arms.
