They're going to use executive orders to expand housing.
The proposal announced, and you'll see, will be to encourage development around commuter rail stations, allow the state to override Local zoning rules for qualified projects and create benchmarks for communities to expand available units ultimately.
Now, let me explain to you what this means.
Low-income housing to rip up and destroy zoning rules, to put low-income housing and to destroy the idea of zoned, gated, Private, property, high-end, you're targeted.
They're moving in right there.
Let me make it even clearer.
What would cause the greatest, not equality or equity, no, no, no, no, no.
But what would cause the most problems?
Exodus, anger, destabilization.
Let me give you an example.
In New York City, we have something called NYCHA, New York City Housing Authority.
