| Requiring the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, to turn over un-un, of course, unclassified, documents and records and data and evidence that purportedly and reportedly and allegedly imputatively detail allegations of a conspiracy, | |
| of a criminal conspiracy in enterprise involving then, then, Vice President Joe Biden and a, quote, foreign national. | |

| Let me go through the whole story first. | |
| House Oversight Subcommittee Chairman James Comer, Jimmy Comer, I call him Jimmy, had given Ray, Mr. Ray, until Tuesday, Tuesday, to comply with this particular subpoena. | |
| And during apparently an appearance on Fox News, Mr. McCarthy's McCarthy said the following, quote, let me tell Director Christopher Wray right here, right now, if he misses the deadline today, I'm prepared to move contempt charges in Congress against him. | |
| I personally called Director Wray and told him he needs to send that document. | |
| Today is the deadline. | |
| Further quotes were stated. | |
| He said, quote, we have jurisdiction over this. | |
| He can send us that document. | |
| We have the right to look at it. | |
| Republicans and Democrats alike in that committee. | |
| And if he does not follow through with the law, we will move contempt charges against Christopher Wray and the FBI. | |
| They are not above the law. | |
| So what's this all about? | |
| Well, this subpoena under punishment came after Chuck Grassley's office. | |
| Was informed of the FBI, apparently there's an FBI whistleblower form that's generated. | |
| It's called the FD-1023 form. | |
| And it allegedly outlines a scheme, a conspiracy of sorts, involving the exchange of sums of money for Policy decisions and effects and results and is said to have been, quote, created or modified on June the 30th, 2020. | |
| Now, this is important. | |
| Mr. Grassley and Comer wrote a letter to Ray and Attorney General Merrick Garland that says it has been alleged The document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed, as well as its purposed. | |
| Quote, based on the alleged specificity within the document, it would appear that the DOJ and the FBI have enough information to determine the truth and accuracy of the information contained within it. | |
| So then they said that it remains, at this particular point, unclear and unsure what steps, if any, were taken. | |
| So what goes on, and let me tell you what's going to happen. | |
| And while this is wonderful, and while I want you to be excited, and while I want you to say, yes, yes, yes, this is great, this is wonderful, this is fantastic, what does it really mean? | |
| Nothing. | |
| The department will say either there will be some type of a motion to quash the subpoena, they will claim that this violates Procedures and forms and practices that it will compromise ongoing investigations, | |
| that it will hurt investigations, that it will cause problems and all this kind of stuff, and that for this to go forward, for him to address this, it would let other people be made aware of what's going on. | |
| By the way, as a prosecutor, we had this sometimes, which was often the case when we had Confidential informants. | |
| And one of the things that defense lawyers would do is that when you wanted to get your case dismissed, you go to the court and you tell the court that it is important for me to meet with this confidential informant. | |
| I must meet, I must know these things in order for Me to get to the bottom of this, to defend my client, the police would say eventually, no, we can't do this, and the judge would dismiss it. | |
| What they're going to be claiming here right now is that this is an ongoing investigation, and they're also going to be claiming, how dare the Senate, how dare, excuse me, the House, invade the province, the lane, if you will, the jurisdiction of the executive? | |
| When it's investigating the executive. | |
| See, we need special counsels. | |
| This is just not working here. | |
| And they will go to a judge, maybe the D.C. Circuit or the D.C. District Court, and they will file an emergency here, and they'll say, this is the motion to quash the subpoena. | |
| Maybe there's an in-camera hearing. | |
| They'll offer in compromise. | |
| They'll offer something in lieu of this. | |
| But at least, at least it's starting the process where the American public is made to think and made to believe that yes, yes, there is a, | |
| that there is something Being done something somewhere to force, to demand that the executive, specifically that the FBI do something. | |
| See, the hardest part has been, how do you turn Merrick Garland off and how do you turn him on? | |
| How do you turn him off when he threatens to investigate parents who dare to attend school board meetings? | |
| Do you turn him off when he goes after individuals or the DOJ itself and the legal system under the 65 project who go after lawyers who dare to claim that there was some type of election shenanigans? | |
| How do you do this? | |
| How do you turn him off? | |
| And then turn him on, how do you get him to investigate what absolutely is positively evident? | |
| Prima facie case, prima facie evidence of conspiracies to commit federal agent recordation acts and registration, bribery, treason, you name it. | |
| This is serious. | |
| This is also going to be one of the... | |
| The precursors, this is also going to be the precursor that gets, that moves, and this is very important, that moves Joe Biden out, and then when they get hard on him, when they come down hard on him, he will then be able to claim dementia, his mental senescence will accelerate drastically, and he will be unable to answer the bell. | |
| So to speak. | |
| So that is what's happening. | |
| That is what will be happening tomorrow. | |
| And while this is good, this is good news! | |
| At least somebody's doing something. | |

| So anyway, so bottom line, good news, something's being done, but watch what happens, 11th hour, they're going to say, you know what, you can't do this. | |
