Breaking news. | |
Kevin McCarthy has threatened to hold Christopher Wray in contempt.
Now what does this mean?
What does this mean? | |
Tell me what This means.
It means a lot. | |
That's why you come here.
So I can tell you. | |
So I can say, wait, wait, wait.
Unlike these other people who do things just so that they can make a big deal out of it.
To pretend that they know.
Well, they don't know anything.
They don't know anything.
I know. | |
That's why you're here.
Let's go through this. | |
This is pretty good news.
I wouldn't necessarily...
I think at any moment that Mr. Ray is going to be going to prison because they're going to be able to skiddle out of this.
But let's go through this very, very slowly, shall we?
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
Have you seen his socks?
Oh, please. | |
This guy's never, ever, ever done anything.
He is something else. | |
And by the by, My friends, by the by.
As my good friend Bert Sugar used to always say, by the by.
There is a brand new, brand new video.
Here we go. | |
This is for you to watch.
Just did it as we speak at this very moment.
And it's provided to you.
There we go. | |
There we go. | |
Right there. | |
So enjoy that one while you're at it, which is very, very important.
In any event, let's go through this, shall we?
Everybody ready? | |
Because this is important for you to grasp, to understand what is happening here, because I cannot say enough how important it is for us to enjoy anything, anything that is in any way even remotely similar to What appears to be any incremental success whatsoever.
I will take anything that even resembles that.
Let us begin, shall we? | |
I hope everybody's had a good day today.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy threatened.
Now understand the context of this.
He threatened. | |
Threaten, mind you, threaten to hold a vote to bring contempt of Congress charges and you know, ask Roger Stone how important those are.
If you're on the wrong side of that, they mean a lot.
But to bring contempt of Congress charges against Christopher Wray and the FBI if he Fails or refuses to comply with a subpoena from the House oversight requiring the Bureau,
the Federal Bureau, to turn over what appears to be what is alleged to be an unclassified record or document that purportedly and allegedly details allegations of a criminal conspiracy, of a...
Scheme involving Joe Biden when he was Vice President and some foreign national dude.
Now, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comet had given Christopher Wray until Tuesday.
And that will be today to comply with this subpoena.
And on Fox News, Mr. McCarthy said as follows, quote, Let me tell Director Christopher Wray right here, right now, if he misses the deadline today, I'm prepared to move contempt charges in Congress against him.
I personally called Director Wray and told him he needs to send that document.
Today is the deadline. | |
And he also said, this is, um, yes, he said, quote on Fox, we have jurisdiction over this.
We can send, he can send us that document.
We have the right to look at it.
Republicans and Democrats alike in that committee.
And if he does not follow through with the law, he says, we will move contempt charges against Mr. Wright and the FBI.
They are not above the law.
How do you like them apples?
Now this subpoena came after Chuck Grassley's office was made aware of this FBI-generated document.
It's a whistleblower form.
It's called the FD-1023 form.
And it allegedly outlines a series or a scheme, almost a script if you will, involving the exchange of money and consideration for Now listen to this.
You're going to love this.
This is what Mr. Grassley and Mr. Comer wrote.
This is a letter. | |
Quote, Includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed, as well as its purpose.
Based on the alleged specificity within the document, it would appear that the DOJ and the FBI have enough information to determine the truth and accuracy of the information contained within it.
This is from Chuck Rastley and Mr. Comer.
And it's kind of like laying the groundwork of that.
Quote, it remains unclear what steps, if any, were taken to investigate the matter.
Meaning, you had this information in 2020.
You had enough information to do something about it.
The question is, what did you do to address it?
Now, it goes further. | |
Quote, I'm liking it. | |
The subpoena then directs Mr. Wray to turn over.
All FD1023 forms created or modified in June of 2020 containing the term Biden.
Now, the New York Post is involved in this.
And a source told the New York Post that this alleged...
Work with me on this. | |
This alleged... | |
You've got to say alleged every five minutes.
Which is true, it's just alleged.
But this bribery scheme or this conspiracy is not believed to involve China.
This particular piece notes that Ukrainian officials Ukrainian officials apparently held a press conference in June of 2020 to display $5 million in cash offered to end apparently some kind of an investigation into Burisma's
founder, Mykola Zlochevsky.
This is Burisma. | |
This is a natural gas founder.
They held a press conference, Ukrainian officials, to display $5 million that was offered to end an investigation of Burisma's father.
Now, Biden's son, Hunter, as you know, served on the board of directors from 2014 to 2019 for a salary of up to a million bucks a year.
So it gets better. | |
The FBI refused to produce the document on May the 10th.
Noting that tips are unverified and saying it had concerns about informant confidentiality.
See, this is the way they do it.
They always say, this goes to terms and processes, and this goes to practices and procedures, and we don't want to do anything to get in the way of that.
It says, in fact, the FBI told the Post, releasing confidential source information could potentially jeopardize investigations and put lives at risk.
The FBI remains committed to cooperating with Congress's oversight request on this matter and others as we have.
Now, after a telephone call to Ray on the 19th, Kevin McCarty, the Speaker, indicated or said that he believed that the FBI would hand over the document.
Comer sent a letter To Ray on May 24th, threatening to bring contempt charges if the Bureau fails to apply with the subpoena deadline.
Because the FBI is just forgetting.
Like, oh, did we say that?
Did I say that to you? | |
I don't know. | |
Did I say that? | |
Oh, I didn't know that. | |
Quote, instead of working with the committee, the FBI refused to even acknowledge whether the FD-1023 form exists.
And the agency has made no attempts to engage in a reasonable accommodation.
This is according to Comer.
The FBI's refusal to produce a single document is obstructionist.
Kevin McCarthy said today that he told Ray that the FBI could redact and remove portions, you know, edit out portions of the document that might compromise ongoing investigations.
Quote, but we have a right to see it.
He does not have the right to choose what he can, he cannot show us.
We oversee the FBI, and if he thinks differently, he will see a concept of Congress charge.
There's enough problems in the FBI, he said, but I will not sit back and allow him to ignore this.
We will get this document.
He knows that there's a document, and we have the responsibility to see it, and Comer is set to speak with Ray on a call on Wednesday.
So let's see what happens.
So what does this mean? | |
Where are we going with this?
What is all this? | |
Is it good news? | |
Anybody happy? | |
Is there any good news? | |
Anybody have any good news?
Anybody? | |
Well, here's the good news.
Number one, yes. | |
At least, at least something is being done even remotely similar to asking the FBI to do something.
It's almost like... | |
It's like a writ of mandamus almost.
It's almost like ordering you to do something.
Do something. | |
Do your job. | |
You had this information.
You should have done something with it.
You could have prosecuted it.
You had all of the data, all of the files, all of the evidence, all of the information, all of the evidence you needed to pursue this scheme, this conspiracy, whatever, and you didn't do it.
And you never told us why.
And you give us a, that's it.
So that's good. | |
At least they're doing something.
Up till now, nobody's ever said anything.
Nobody seemed to care about anything.
Nobody cared. | |
Okay? | |
That's good. | |
So that's good. | |
Good for them. | |
Number two, it's setting up Joe's exit.
You see where this is going?
We're setting up Joe's exit.
You got that? | |
You got that? | |
We're setting up Joe's exit.
He's on his way out. | |
They're going to claim that Joe, by virtue of a lot of stuff, is unable to compete the task.
Joe's senescence, you will see how bad this is by how badly Joe acts.
Now we know, and I've been telling you, it's going to be Gavin Newsom.
The question is, how do you get Gavin out of there?
Or get Joe out, get him. | |
It doesn't matter, because the American people, you can do anything to them, but they won't say anything.
They'll just say, oh, okay.
They're probably going to go to somebody somewhere.
You don't want to have a court action.
You don't want to have something.
But they might. | |
And a judge, I think, would probably defer, depending upon what, to the FBI and says, listen, people could lose their lives here.
Let's have an in-camera hearing.
What does that mean? | |
That means we go to a judge's office, kind of like a skiff room.
You provide the information.
Comer, McCarthy, you bring in one of your people, Republicans bring in one of theirs, FBI's, and we sit and you show us.
Show me what you've got.
Show me what you've got.
But don't tell anybody yet.
We'll determine later on how much of this information has to be made available.
McCarthy and Comer are going to look at this and they're going to say, you had enough.
You had nothing there that was impeachable.
You had nothing that in any way, impeachable in terms of evidence.
Constitutional impeachment.
You could have done something and you didn't do anything.
You did not do anything.
You didn't do anything because you think you're above the law.
And that's kind of where it goes.
Now, if it turns out that this really gets tough, the next thing is Biden is going to get real sick.
I don't mean sick where he's, you know, and we don't wish him any harm, but he's going to become, he's going to...
See with Rosalyn Carter today?
Rosalyn, she's got dementia.
Jimmy, he's there. | |
Bless their heart. | |
Joe is either going to get COVID-3, monkeypox, something somewhere.
He'll have a fall. | |
He will do the gallon thing and he'll say, you know what, I'm going to step down.
And he will be basically, as we say in West Tampa, he'll be gone, gone.
Untouchable. | |
What? | |
Joe, did you Burisma? | |
Who? | |
Burisma. | |
Did I see who? | |
No, Burisma. | |
What about her? | |
No. | |
Anyway, see where he goes?
That's the beauty of this.
Hunter. | |
Hunter. | |
We'll then say, I'm a drug-addled, meth-crack addict.
I'm a perv. | |
I'm a lech. | |
I don't know where I am. | |
I am mentally ill. | |
I will have four, five, six, seven, ten psychiatrists leading universities testify that I am out.
I am out of it. | |
I can't compliment. | |
I will plead to some de minimis charge, maybe some charge alleging the violation of a gun statute, maybe some minor income tax, something.
Just get me done and get me out of here.
And I'm going to go into a program, into some monastery at the top of a mountain in Tibet or something.
I don't know. | |
I'm going to get out of here.
Then we move. | |
Well, what happens then?
Well, you're not going to see Carmelita Harris there.
Because that would be disastrous.
Not for the country. | |
They don't care about the country.
But for the ultimate nominee, Gavin Newsom.
But wait, you say. | |
What about Bobby Kennedy?
Ah! | |
Bobby Kennedy Jr. | |
Bobby Kennedy Jr. is going to come into this thing and he's going to make this thing so interesting.
Have you seen how many shows Bobby Kennedy has been on every conceivable show there is?
Did you know that? | |
He has been on every show there is.
He is on every show. | |
He's on that, what's his name, Thorne?
He's on comedian shows.
He's actually on shows with comedians.
He is showing everybody.
You know, I'm not as stiff as you think.
And sometimes, you know, with the voice, with the spasmodic dysphonia, it's kind of a...
You know, we can get along.
We can deal with it. | |
I had a friend of mine who had a very pronounced stutter.
So much so that people liked him so much, they would take on the stutter as well.
They started to, themselves, Do it.
It was the weirdest thing.
So you see where this is going?
Joe's over here. | |
He's on his way out. | |
Carmelita's on her way out.
She's probably, she could very well go to Feinstein's position.
Feinstein. | |
If, if, if Feinstein quits, Gavin Newsom gets to pick the senator, and they're going to pick Kamala.
Is that good? | |
Adam Schiff might be better.
Because what they do is, the Democrats are realizing a couple of things here.
First, they're realizing it's better for us to get somebody who is, yes, corrupt and all that kind of stuff, but also it's better to get somebody who really knows the routine, who understands this implicitly, who understands how everything works implicitly.
Do you follow what I'm saying?
Do you follow what I'm saying?
I hope you do. | |
That's the thing. | |
Because they're realizing, we don't want any more.
You know, Adam Schiff would be terrific.
Adam Schiff would be great.
Adam Schiff would be wonderful.
Adam Schiff is terrific.
He knows what he's doing.
Gavin Newsom. | |
Great! | |
Knows the routine, knows the drill, no more gaffes.
Has the look, has the pedigree, has the this connected in California, part of that.
Oh, he's part of that California mafia.
You know that, right? | |
The D 'Alessandro's, who's Nancy's family, and the other, it's perfect.
The Browns, the... | |
The Pelosi's, of course, on Paul's side.
And then, what's his name?
Don't forget also that Gavin Newsom's ex-wife is Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Kimberly Guilfoyle of the famous The Best is Yet to Come.
You notice you don't see her anywhere.
You don't see her anywhere.
And that's good. | |
Good for the President.
Because she is a liability like you can't believe.
She is a liability. | |
She is... | |
She reminds me of Bezos' wife.
You notice that? | |
You ever notice that? | |
Not that that matters, but it's kind of scary.
Okay. | |
So, a lot of movement here.
So, I think what's going to happen is Biden's out, Carmelita goes somewhere else, Gavin Newsom is going to be, they're going to keep Joe there, but Gavin Newsom is going to be the Democratic nominee, but problems because of Kennedy.
Now either they're going to threaten Kennedy, they're going to scare Kennedy, they know stuff about him.
I'm not going to in any way suggest anything.
But let me just say, if what everybody has whispered about in the past regarding Bobby Kennedy is true, I'm not talking about, you know, crimes or things like that.
Just, you might not want to go through with it.
He might say, you know what?
I don't really need this.
And what he'll do is this.
He'll say, listen, you know his wife?
Carol, uh, what's her name?
Hines? | |
Carol Hines? | |
I always say Connie. | |
Huh? | |
Cheryl. | |
Cheryl. | |
Or Carol, she's also known as.
Cheryl Hines. | |
I used to call her Connie Hines, who was...
Wilbur's wife and Mr. Ed, which made no sense.
But they may say, listen, she can't get any work.
Because him and the vaccine and all this stuff, so we'll make you a deal.
We own everything. | |
You go away, back Newsome, be on some kind of, I don't know what, just do something, and we'll help your wife out.
Because she's just sitting at home like, what am I doing here?
I was doing alright. | |
I'm on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I liked it. | |
I was alright. | |
I married this guy and that's it.
It's almost as bad as marrying a Trump.
Gone. | |
She's wondering, this stinks.
And he says, wait a minute, maybe I'll work something out.
Okay, look, I won't, I'll drop a, but you gotta help my wife.
Oh, no problem. | |
Oh, no, she's, wait, what do you want?
What do you want, a hit? | |
I'll call Larry David. | |
Whatever you want. | |
Have her own show? | |
Want to write a book? | |
Spotify show? | |
What do you want? | |
Name it. | |
Name it. | |
Okay. | |
Because she must be miserable.
She's walking around saying, what am I doing?
Why did I marry this schmuck for?
I mean, you know. | |
You don't think that matters?
Now, again, remember these are the Kennedys.
They're not notorious for being very overly...
Concern about their wives or spouses.
But, believe it at that.
So then we have this. | |
Now, it gets even more important.
Are you seeing what's happening?
Do you see DeSantis going?
Can you smell him? | |
Do you see what's happening?
He's rising. | |
He's rising. | |
Do you see what's happening?
And now you got that Don Jr., acting like a fool?
Stop it. | |
Don't make fun of DeSantis because of his clothes or what he looks like or any gifs.
Do not do this. | |
Get on the phone. | |
Talk to all your Florida operatives.
They'll give you list after list of everything that he did that stinks and go at him very surgically, respectfully.
Stop doing this Don Jr. babyfied stuff.
Don't do this. | |
Notice how Eric's nowhere to be found.
Nowhere. | |
Stop doing this. | |
And as far as Trump goes, enough.
Quit acting like a child.
You're acting like a petulant, spoiled child.
Do not do this anymore. | |
You don't have to do this.
Pretend you're an adult.
Give it a shot. | |
Because I'm telling you right now, DeSantis is starting.
Can you see it? | |
Can you feel it? | |
I can. | |
And, you know, like I said, I'll vote for Rula Lenska if she's a Republican.
I don't care. | |
Anybody but the Democrats.
Larry Elder said something the other day which is interesting.
Larry Elder, one of the elders of California politics, said something to the effect that Mr. Trump Could walk on water or cure cancer or whatever, and people would still, that it's over with.
He's lost friends. | |
He's known for 40 years.
Trump is so divisive. | |
Remember, the thing you're going to be hearing is, this is not 2016.
This is not 2016. | |
This is not 2016. | |
And what you're going to be hearing, the people you're going to be hearing from, are the people who have nothing involved in it other than being internet-funded.
Hey, Jeff, I like you! | |
No, I like you. | |
No, you go ahead. | |
Go ahead. | |
I'm over here in the internet.
I'm just part of the family.
No, no, go ahead. | |
Do your... | |
I love you, man. | |
You're great. | |
You're funny. | |
Maga! | |
Maga! | |
Hey! | |
No skin off my whatever.
I'm not interested in this, but I'm here just for the beer.
I just like you. | |
I have no investment, either financially, intellectually, spiritually, nothing.
I don't care whatsoever.
I'm just, politics to me is just, I just love you, Mr. Trump, President Trump, and I just love you, and I'm going to be with you, so you go.
Cut a lot of that. | |
This isn't 2016 anymore.
You don't want to hear the truth yet about this, and I'm sorry.
You didn't want to hear it in 2020.
You didn't want to hear it then, and you don't want to hear it now.
And I know you. | |
I know you. | |
Think of me as your uncle, as your wise uncle.
And I've known you. | |
And I've kind of raised you.
I've raised you. | |
And I know how you get. | |
And you know that when I say things, I'm right.
And it hurts you. | |
And I know how you are. | |
But you know it doesn't look good for Trump.
And DeSantis I know this is petty.
Every time he speaks part of my soul dies.
I'm sorry. | |
Every time he speaks a part of me dies.
You understand this? | |
But yet as crazy and as ludicrous as what I'm about to say is in view of what I just said Donald Trump is so fun.
A friend of mine texted me before, and he said, wow, he texted me, he says, Elizabeth Holmes is checking into prison, and he, listen, he wrote, Elizabeth Holmes, no, Elizabeth Holmes is in prison, Trump is at one of his golf courses.
I responded, Elizabeth Holmes is a criminal.
He writes, oh, I forgot, sorry.
They just can't let go. | |
And when I see him, he's a great guy.
I love to tell him, you can't take it, can you?
This kills you, doesn't it?
And I lower my voice. | |
Because deep down inside, you admire Trump.
And you can't bring yourself to admit it.
You've never been able to do that.
Never. | |
That's why you're like this.
It kills you. | |
You've never had a candidate as exciting as this.
You don't really like Trump.
I saw a guy named Cat Williams.
Have you seen him? | |
The black comedian. | |
Very funny. | |
How he's on my route to...
One of the funniest things I ever saw.
About black folks waiting for a...
Waiting for a Trump announcement.
He said it was like... | |
Watching the playoffs.
Fantastic. | |
He says, don't! | |
I'm going to remove the expletives, which of course leave nothing.
He says, don't give me that stuff about Joe Biden being sick.
He's 96 years old! | |
And the numbers keep going.
He's 97. He said, but you voted for him.
So don't give me this business about, oh, he's tired.
You voted for him. | |
I like what he says. | |
It's kind of interesting.
By the way, speaking of which, I saw something which I want you to see this as an example.
Okay? | |
And this is an example of something I want to share this with you.
Rick Beato, who is Such a nice, nice, nice...
Do you know who Rick Biano is?
He does a very, very popular, very famous YouTube channel.
He's incredible. | |
Musically, he seems like just a nice guy.
Can grow a beard in front of you.
I've never seen anybody...
He makes Leland Sklar look like Ron Howard.
Okay? | |
But he's terrific. | |
So he was on with a phenom, that's the word, Nuno Betancourt.
This is a Portuguese-American guitarist who can play like he can't believe.
Nuno Betancourt used the F-word sometimes within the F-word.
You can see Rick's getting kind of like...
He didn't want to say anything.
I don't think Rick's ever said...
I don't think anybody's ever said anything.
He's done some of the best interviews.
Everybody from Al Demiola to Keith Jarrett.
Name it! | |
And they were always so interesting.
And this Nuno decides he's going to just kill this thing.
With the most... | |
Watch this! | |
If you want to see, why did you ruin this?
He's a great guitar player.
Lightning's great. | |
I don't get it. | |
I'm changing this subject, but I'd rather tell you something.
Please, do me a favor. | |
Do you cook? | |
Yes. | |
What's your favorite spice?
Know when to say that's enough.
You like garlic? | |
Enough. | |
You like garlic? | |
Not in pancakes. | |
Know when to do it. | |
Sometimes it's not right.
Cursing is a wonderful thing.
It explains things. | |
I'm changing the subject, but I've got to tell you this.
Especially if there's any kids listening.
I love great cursing. | |
Oh, I have no problem at all.
But I use it. | |
There's nothing wrong with the words.
I just don't want to overkill it.
I don't want to ruin it. | |
I don't want to ruin it. | |
Watch the Nuno Betancourt interview.
Horrible. | |
Let me also say something to you, and I know you don't want to hear this, but I'm going to say this.
There have been some wonderful, Speed, Yngwie, Malmsteen, and this, Steve Vai, maybe not Steve Vai, but this...
No. | |
Sorry. | |
There's acrobats, and there's ballet.
That's all I want to say.
So the good news is, my friend, the good news is, going back to our Christopher Wray thing, yes, something's being done.
Kevin McCarthy, I hope, at least inspires, rekindles the idea that, yes, we have the right to know what's going on.
Yes, we do. | |
Yes, we do. | |
And that's it. | |
Also, have you noticed a couple of things?
I know this doesn't matter, but it's just the media person.
You see what's happening?
Who has noticed? | |
Does anybody here still watch Fox News?
I'm looking at the numbers, and whoa!
We're about to see a real change.
You're going to see some things once the...
It's a weird thing how this thing works.
You're going to see a lot of the mainstays, this Fox powerhouse, those days, and it's starting to...
And wait until they start giving Hannity grief, and they say, listen, we want you to kind of lay off this Trump stuff.
I know he's your boy and everything, but that's enough.
Don't push it. | |
Don't push it. | |
Okay? | |
You got that? | |
And by the way, where's Tucker?
By the way, que sera, sera...
S-E-R-A S-E-R-A is what evening, what evening.
That is a S-A-R-A S-A-R-A is like the future of to be.
This is one of the things that Doris Day sang and she wrote K, Q-U-E versus C-H-E, which is Italian.
I don't know. | |
But in Italian, it's what evening, what evening.
One of my favorite things.
Let me see, meaning. | |
Yeah, sera. | |
Whatever happens, happens.
It's a phrase. | |
I think it's... | |
I like this grammarist.
There's all these ways.
Remember years ago, they said, Winston tastes good like a cigarette should.
They said, no, it should be as a cigarette should.
I thought that was so interesting that we were even arguing about that, in any event.
Thank you. | |
Oh, oh, there was another...
There was another mistake I heard people say.
I forgot about it, but I'm going to let you know.
In any event. | |
Is everybody doing well?
Look at Christos. | |
Tucker who? | |
I'm watching Newsmax. | |
I'm watching none of those.
None of those. | |
None. | |
None. | |
I just don't. | |
I don't. | |
I don't watch them. | |
Alright, dear friends.
