Good evening.
First, let me apologize to you and yours for causing you any difficulty whatsoever in delaying your chance to speak with us this evening.
Again, we send you felicitations and a series of mea culpa's in expiation regarding the delay in our signing on to you.
We're so sorry and apologize vastly to you and to yours.
Regarding such, I say hello to you, a hearty hello, and a high old server, and a welcome this evening to tonight's Sunday version of this thing of ours.
I'm your host, Cathcart Devereaux.
Welcome to this evening, and let me say hello to you.
Good day, and good morrow.
Now...
So much to discuss today.
We had a wonderful discussion this morning.
A wonderful, wonderful review, a peroration, if you will, of all that is going on.
And I would like to discuss some things with you.
And first of all, I want to say to you, welcome.
Please, just for some reason before, the Wi-Fi went gone.
And it was most disconcerting.
And I again extend to you my mea culpa, my apologia to you and yours for causing the delay.
May I tell you something that happened to me odd today?
Mrs. L and I were having a lunch at a wonderful place.
It was beautiful.
I was listening to Princess Anne.
On some old YouTube.
And I'm talking like this for no particular reason.
And I'm sorry.
I'm trying to get out of it.
So, we were sitting there.
And this is, I thought, very, very odd.
This fellow came up to me.
He was a server or something.
He says, excuse me.
Are you Michael?
That is, of course, my Christian name.
I said, yes.
He said, your mother's on the phone.
Now, as you probably know, that would be impossible.
I mean, it's not impossible, but my mother is no longer with us, so I don't think she's on the phone.
And just for a moment, I thought, this is the oddest thing.
And I recognize it was a mistake, it was something.
But I must tell you, for the...
For this time, I thought, what if she could be on the phone?
What if a loved one could be on the phone?
See, yes, the honeyman joins us.
What if that's possible?
Now, let me ask you this question.
And before you immediately jump off, before you say, oh, come on, stop it.
As you know, I am not one who is prone To things which are magical, mystical, beautiful, even if they are comforting.
I don't necessarily jump to that, but I can entertain it.
Is life after death possible?
Does it exist?
And what will happen one day, listen to me, when AI AGI, Artificial General Intelligence, Artificial Super Intelligence, is able to take your loved one,
reduce your loved one to either a hologram or somehow, through some connection portal, continue your loved one in some form, something that it inhabits.
And you can say, well, that's not the person, but you would be surprised at how.
Remember, four things that artificial intelligence can do.
When it does this, it changes everything.
Number one, recursive self-improvement.
It writes its own code.
This is...
You could just stop right there.
Number two, understands psychology.
Understands how you work.
Understands how to read you.
Number three, has access to everything about you, where you were born, where you're from, your parents' name, your children's name, your family name.
So this version is familiar with you.
And number four, can write its own apps through API.
Think of what this is.
Not only a hologram, but a version of your loved one as they were, not when they were ill, but is able to reconstruct by virtue of information, input, input that perhaps you might have been putting into something.
Maybe I will be, by virtue of the thousands and thousands and thousands of Hours of voice that I have been putting out.
Maybe if somebody were to say, you know what?
We kind of dig not only his patois, his pattern, his sentence structure, but kind of the way he thinks.
Could you take me and continue me, or anybody you want, because there's so much information, there's so much data, and continue me in an AI?
In an AI world.
In an AI cloud.
And then you're going to have to ask yourself, well, is it me or not?
What is me?
What is me?
Is it the soul?
And is a soul only created naturally by God?
Think about that.
Could God therefore say to you, if this is created through your genius, by constructing something that is smarter than you, than my power that I gave to you to allow you to do this, allows you to construct and continue yourself in perpetuity.
So it is through God.
God gave you the intellect, the insight, the ability to create something even smarter than you.
What is consciousness?
Think about this.
Now you may say, well, what if you're sitting there and this is your mother, this is your father?
Maybe...
I don't know if you're looking at them, if you see an actual visual image, but at a time when they were well, and you know, this is exactly, this is their personality.
Let me see if I can say some things.
Let me try to trick.
Let me ask this person something that only a parent or somebody would know.
Be ready to be freaked out in levels you cannot imagine.
Gertzel's talking about it.
Kurzweil's talking about it.
Being able to take, and also being able to take you, let's say some type of a connection between you as alive and being able to plug into the Wi-Fi of the universe.
Prepare yourself to go in areas that are unknown, inexplicable.
Are you ready for this?
Well, even if you're not, it's going to happen.
Now, let me ask you something.
Life after death as is.
Is there any scientific...
Is there any scientific...
Any scientific basis for that?
Does it exist?
Does any of this...
By the way, today's decency, deviancy, dizzying dementia and disparate diversion, the world spins out of control.
I like that.
Let me ask you something.
Do you believe this?
I was talking to a friend of mine today who's very devout.
I said, do you believe in life after death?
Is there any scientific basis for it?
Well, I don't know.
Have you ever heard of there being a scientific basis?
Are you aware of people who are not necessarily those whom you would consider to be religious who might believe in this?
Let me bring you Or make you aware of something.
Which I find fascinating.
And, in some respects, very, very calming.
If there is such a thing.
As you know, scientists have been looking for this answer of, is there life after death?
And we can talk about, well, what is death?
You mean the corporeal and the cessation of human life?
Of heartbeat?
Cognition?
Soul?
I don't know.
But now some people are saying that there is no death to consciousness, which sort of, I think, makes a little bit of sense, at least more to me, because of my rudimentary and perhaps pedestrian understanding of conservation of energy.
Now, there were two scientists, there are.
Stuart Hameroff and Sir Roger Penrose.
And they believe...
And they've stated that it's merely, and by the way, this has been around for quite a while.
This is five, six years old that I've heard of this.
But they believe there is something called Orchestrated Objective Reduction, or ORCH-OR.
Orchestrated Objective Reduction.
And they believe it's...
Perhaps evidence of some that protein-based microtubules, listen to this, which is a component of human cells, carry quantum information.
Information that is stored by the subatomic level.
Let me say this again.
Under orchestrated objective reduction, they believe that these microtubules contain This is the structural component of cells, contain quantum information at the subatomic level.
So what they're saying is, if the heart stops beating, if the blood stops flowing, if the brain stops working, the microtubules lose their quantum state.
And the information within these little microtubules, they believe is not destroyed.
It can't be destroyed.
And it just distributes and dissipates out to the universe at large.
If a person is resuscitated or revived or somehow brought to, this quantum information goes back or reverts back or returns to the microtubules and the individual says, I had a near-death experience.
Now, I'm not saying this.
Some New Age star wizard is not saying this.
We're talking about Hameroff and Penrose.
And researchers at the Max Planck Institute in Munich agree.
And they believe that the physical universe that we live in is only our perception.
And that once our physical bodies die, there is the infinite beyond.
Let me just stop right there.
Let me just stop right there and let me tell you something which really should mean something to you because for me to say this, it means a lot.
I am not somebody who believes necessarily in jumping in to anything just because it makes me feel good.
But there is something to this and I ask you, spend some time, listen to what they have to say.
Because I think intuitively, At least I believe that I could absolutely have with no problem in understanding that we go through a transformational state.
That what we see right now, this is one version of this.
The somatic, the cellular, the microscopic, the molecular, that's me, that's what you see, that's this thing right now.
And what you're seeing is also the experiential.
Personality, the fact that I was raised in this particular epoch or this particular time, the phrases I use are consistent with the idiosyncratic whatever it is, the way people speak, the way people think and act and all that.
But that's all just information.
That's just data.
And that this is the manifestation of this.
Take this, reduce it to this quantum level, and move it into something else.
And you have something else.
You have another iteration of this.
You have something.
Now, I don't know how you figure out how God figures it.
I don't know about this, and I don't want to step on any kind of toes.
But I think, I think, I hope, I trust, That God will be saying, go ahead.
Keep going.
Now you're getting it.
Keep going.
This is what's happening.
This is what's happening.
You're finding out how I'm doing things.
You're able to have an in vitro fertilization test too, baby.
That's okay.
It's still me.
It's still my world out there.
You're just figuring out how to play the strings.
You're just playing it.
But it's my world.
It's my stuff.
Keep going.
Keep going.
This blows my mind.
Artificial intelligence one day might be able to crack this thing where you can say, guess what?
There is no such thing as death.
There is no such thing as death.
There's a corporeal death.
There's a physical body.
But the thing that makes us who we are, I don't want to spend too much time on this.
All I know is I've been thinking about this all day.
And what I'm saying to you right now is your internet has the ability for you to just run this microtubule life after death and just read this and just play with this and just listen.
And there are people out there who are blowing everybody's mind with levels of physics that nobody even...
Because when you get into the really weird super quantum, there's two kinds of physical practice.
Two laws, if you will.
The big stuff.
Relativity.
Planets.
Light.
Gravity.
That's the Einstein stuff.
That's the big stuff.
It's there.
But then there's the quantum level.
The subatomic.
And then you get into things that are so weird and springs and this and gravitational.
I mean, it blows people's minds.
That's what I want to say.
I want to make a little bit more of a little bit more.
Take what you're believing in.
Take your spiritual side and supplement it with science.
Don't just sit back and just think cosmically.
Look in research.
People are the worst researchers.
There's more information there than you can imagine.
Next, there is so much information that journalism is telling us.
Cy Hirsch!
Cy Hirsch!
What are you...
What are you...
Where is this...
How is anybody not understanding who this man was?
Who gave us My Lai?
Who gave this to us?
Let me stop right now.
For the Lionel Nation Crumb Cake Fund, bless your heart.
Kiaka or Kika 503, thank you immensely.
That's for you.
Crumb Cake.
Yes, yes, yes.
And I say that.
Hand crepitations for you.
This is my quantum tubule.
This is my, this is the distillation of my persona, my essence.
Thank you.
I'm sending it out to you and you and you.
Thank you so much for that.
Cy Hirsch.
Nord Stream 2. I'm looking, I'm looking at anybody talking about this?
No.
Anybody?
Fox News?
MSNBC?
Anybody?
Did we forget about that?
How are you forgetting?
I'm looking.
I don't see anything.
It's the most incredible story in the world.
Hey Germany, are you saying anything about this?
No.
How do you explain this?
I don't know.
That's even more interesting than this life after death business.
I can't figure that one out.
And now he's talking about where the money is going.
Where is the money?
It's a very simple question.
How much money has been Provided with 408, half a billion, a billion.
Where is this money going?
Where is the accounting for this?
Regarding Ukraine, we're not arguing about this.
Where is it?
Who speaks for this?
Nobody.
Nobody.
Marjorie Taylor Greene says something.
Okay, fine.
Anybody else doing this?
No.
Nothing?
Nobody?
No.
Nobody?
No.
Nothing.
How does this...
How does this work?
Then, this other story, which just kills me beyond...
This is just...
Title 42 comes to an end.
Title 42, which in essence stands as the means kieko.
The means, or kieka.
I'm sorry.
I don't want to spend my time trying to fanaticize something that may be random.
But Title 42 ends on May the 11th.
This was since the 40s.
It's 80 years old, roughly.
And it's the chance to limit the introduction of new migrants, if you will, into this country.
But it was stopped for a while by virtue of COVID.
Then they wanted to remove it, and then a federal court, a federal judge put it back in, and May the 11th, it drops.
Tens of thousands of individuals planning to come into our country, into our jurisdiction, and we don't know who.
There is not a ledger.
We don't know what tests are available, whether they are in any way carrying any type of communicable disease.
We don't know who they are, where they are.
We don't know.
Nothing.
Mayorkas basically sat there and was yelled at by Ted Cruz and by Josh Hawley and nothing happens.
Let me say this to you.
Let me...
There is...
No, we used to call it a uniparty.
There is no Republican Party.
They don't do anything.
Let me say this again.
Maybe you didn't hear me the first time.
They don't do anything.
Whether you like it or not, you might say, you know what, I think I don't like them.
I like there to be unlimited entry.
Okay, that's fine.
Where do they go?
What happens to them?
What about the unaccompanied minors?
Are these children okay?
Do we have any idea who's coming into this country?
Who is coming into this country?
We don't know.
We don't know anything.
We don't know anything.
And I'm not, I'm not xenophobic.
I am not in any way.
I'm not racist.
I'm asking a question.
Who is coming in?
Today we had Lunch with some friends and I think they came back from Italy or they're going to Italy.
They're going to bring their passport.
I said, well, can't you just go in?
What do you need a passport for?
Can't you just walk in?
Can't you just go to the Rome airport or wherever it is?
Just go?
Just walk in?
No, you can't.
Same thing here.
If you go to JFK, you've got to go through customs.
Well, why can't you just walk in?
So why is this border any different?
I don't know.
Let me say this again.
There is no one stopping this.
There is no one stopping this.
Next.
Every now and then, somebody will bring something up and then stop.
Every now and then, somebody will bring something up and stop.
Here's a question I have.
And it just stopped.
And it works like this.
The Wall Street Journal reported this week that former Israeli Prime Minister and head of the Israeli Military Intelligence, this is Amman, Ehud Barak visited Epstein's apartment monthly.
Monthly.
Now, let me see if I can help you with this.
Here's the question that I have.
Number one.
What connection do these people have?
Let's assume Jeffrey Epstein was El Chapo or was Pablo Escobar or Al Capone or whatever.
Don't you want to know kind of why they were there?
Ladies and gentlemen, Let me stop for a second.
A man who used to call us before, his name is Frank.
No funny names, no cute names, just Frank.
He says, I've been traveling all over the universe, but sometimes I always come back to my man, Lionel, to ground myself back to reality.
His name?
His name is Frank.
And he gives weird prime numbers, like 523.
Frank, thank you.
Where have you been, Brother Frank?
Pancho, where have you been?
Welcome back, my friend.
Hand crepitation to you.
Here is the question I have.
Number one, where are the, and Frank would want to know this as well, where are the videotapes, the audiotapes, the thumb drives, the hard drives, his home, his mansion, his island, his plane, his Palm Beach, everywhere was a recording studio.
And many people have suggested this was a honeypot.
That this was the place for him to record perhaps activities which later could be used in an extortionate way.
Blackmail and the like.
This is classic.
And it's not only Israeli intelligence, but American intelligence and others have well.
Do you understand this?
This is important.
This is critical.
Where are these tapes?
I say tapes.
Because our own CIA, everybody would want them if they perhaps hold what they might hold.
Namely...
Having very important, prominent people in compromising positions.
Now, a couple of things, right?
Number one, the question I would ask is, I would ask people like Alan Dershowitz, who was his lawyer for a while.
Might have been for a short amount of time.
Would you happen to know, not you, but would others as well?
This was a very prominent person.
Some people say, well, they don't really know him that well.
If you were to, you or any other lawyer, would a lawyer have those files, those recordings and the like?
And would the attorney-client privilege survive his death?
This is what I want to know.
Where are they?
What does Mr. Barak have to say?
What is this?
It just so happens because we're hearing all this.
You're never going to get to the end.
You're never going to find anything even remotely, even remotely similar to the truth.
And do you know why?
Because no one is looking.
That's how you know somebody's looking.
Somebody says, oh, not interested.
You want to see what that is?
Nope.
Don't want to see it?
No, whatever.
Not interested.
Not interested.
Really?
Nobody?
Nobody.
Here's a question I have.
FBI?
Yeah, can I ask you a question?
Did you ever go through these?
You don't have these tapes?
No.
Well, if you do have them, did you interview everybody from the time of his death?
Did you talk to the brother, the relatives, the people who worked at his various...
Properties, who took care of it?
Who was in charge of this?
You can go in and you can just see, oh look, there's recording devices.
We've been hearing about this.
Nobody?
Nobody.
Nobody's interested.
Again, nobody.
Title 42, Jeffrey Epstein, nothing.
Next, don't be surprised if one day You might think this is nuts.
Don't be surprised if one day they say, remember Ghislaine Maxwell?
She's back in the UK, in some halfway house.
You know who's here now?
Julian Assange.
What?
I'm not saying that.
I'm not saying that's happened.
Do you think that's possible?
Why would that be possible?
Are you kidding me?
Think about this.
Who's who?
Who does what?
And here's the best part.
Everybody knows that whatever they do, they don't have to worry about you and say, hey, wait a minute.
That looks weird.
You know why?
Because nobody's afraid of you.
And nobody cares what you say.
Nobody.
Nobody.
You will never know.
I could sit there.
And just talk about the Epstein case for the next 20 years.
Just questions I have.
Hey, FBI, did you ever find out you had the list of all these people, right, who have been there?
The young ladies who were involved in this, underage at the time, did you ever talk to them?
How many were there?
What numbers were there?
How many?
50?
100?
Did they all settle?
Did you ever show pictures of people and say, may I ask you something?
Did you, young lady, did you ever...
Have anything untoward happened to you while you were a minor with these?
Wait a minute, that man I know.
You know that man?
Yes.
I don't know his name, but yes, that man.
Okay.
Make a note of that.
Do you know who that man is?
Are you sure about that?
Absolutely.
Was there any investigation as to this?
Was there any investigation as to how many women were abused by?
And here's the other question I have.
Maybe you can answer this one for me.
I'm not suggesting Ehud Barak or anybody is involved in anything untoward involving young girls or underage girls or underage people.
Because whether people want to realize this or not, this man was the bell of the ball for years.
He had dinner parties.
People, they might have thought, well, they might have been.
And listen.
By the way, to be fair, if you were to eliminate speaking to everybody in Hollywood who was alleged to be involved in something which is depraved, you wouldn't be talking to anybody.
Or Hollywood, or entertainment, or Silicon Valley, or Washington, or any place else for that matter.
So, there were people who said, wait a minute.
I went to dinner parties.
I knew him.
Not everybody who ever dealt with him did anything wrong.
We don't know this.
Of course not.
We don't know.
That's just the thing.
But here's the story I want to know.
When you're Bill Gates or you're Bill Clinton or you're Ehud Barak or whatever it is, you have access to the greatest intelligence agencies ever.
Especially if you're an ex-president.
Especially.
If you're Ehud Barak, he has access to perhaps the greatest intelligence agency ever.
And somebody along the line, I think, would tell you the following.
Never go there alone.
We know all about him.
Here's what he does.
In fact, you might want to reconsider this.
Prince Andrew, MI5, MI6.
By the way, did you see how they booed Andrew?
Why are you with her?
Why are you there?
Why doesn't MI6, MI5, whoever, say you are not going to spend?
We know what they're doing.
We all talk.
We know what this is.
We know what he's there for.
He's not a billionaire.
He's not a financial genius.
We know more than you'll ever know.
Get out of there.
Don't go there anymore.
No more.
If you're Andrew, if you're whoever it is, and you have some bizarre interest, you can satiate that any way you want, but not with a man, and we know what he's doing.
None of it makes any sense.
Here's the good news.
Nobody's going to be talking about this.
Nobody's discussing this.
Nobody cares about this.
Because they don't care what you think.
Let me explain this to you.
They don't care about you.
You don't scare them.
What do they care about?
They don't care about me.
They don't care about you.
What are we pointing things at?
So what?
Yeah, but you can't.
Uh-huh.
So what?
What's going on with it?
I don't know.
What do we care?
You're not going to do anything.
Title 42, you don't do anything.
Nothing.
Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Clinton got away with it.
Do I have to go through?
Let me ask you a question.
Tell me one time, and whoever the, I don't know who these folks are, if they're Democrats, I'm not sure what you call them per se, but let me ask you a question.
When?
When?
When did these folks ever get caught?
With anything.
Does anything make any sense to you?
When have they been caught?
They're not afraid of you.
What are you going to do to them?
What?
What are you going to do?
Have a meme?
You're going to go on TV?
What?
You think Sean Hannity is going to straighten them out?
You think Mark Levin?
Oh my God.
Mark Levin!
Nothing.
They're not afraid.
They're not afraid of anything.
Nothing.
What have you ever done to stop them?
New question.
New question.
Why are they letting Hunter Biden show up to an Arkansas courtroom to talk about paternity?
Why didn't somebody say a long time ago, look, here's what we're going to do.
Hunter, come here.
This is the money.
We got to your baby mama.
I hate that expression.
We got to her.
She's not going to do anything.
We paid her.
She's going to go away.
Non-disclosure.
And that's it.
Because we don't want her going into your finances.
We don't want her.
You think Joe Biden would say, no, you're not going to go into it.
But who's Burisma?
Wait a minute.
What?
No.
Stop.
Stop.
Stop this.
Pay her.
Why are they allowing this?
Can you imagine some Arkansas court would say, can you believe this?
Burisma?
Who's this mayor of Moscow?
What is this?
We've got a Chinese hedge fund and a billion...
Oh my God!
He's the big guy!
Let's get that Bobulinski in here.
Is this what you're talking about?
You're going to risk anywhere even approximating this?
Over a what?
Over reneging on a payment to pay child support?
Let me stop.
Do you know why they're doing it?
You know what?
They're not afraid of you.
You mean nothing to them.
So what?
What are you going to do?
Go look for something.
Hey, I found something.
What?
I found the Burisma.
Go ahead.
What are you going to do?
What?
Call Merrick Garland.
He'll laugh in your face.
Call the DOJ.
Call the FBI.
What's going to happen?
Nothing.
You don't understand this.
Nothing's going to happen.
Nothing.
This is the answer.
We talk a great game, we point things out, and nothing happens.
It's incredible.
And we've got stuff that is, oh my god.
Wait until I don't want to keep trying to scare you.
I really don't want to do that, but I've got to tell you something.
What's going to happen?
What is going to happen?
I haven't heard anything about this U.S.-Chilean journalist, Gonzalo Lira, who was ostensibly arrested by Ukraine for criticizing Ukrainian Zelensky regime, as it were.
And I promise you, Good luck in trying to find anything about that.
Good luck.
Here's something for you.
Remember this fellow Jordan Neely.
He was the man who was tragically killed during a carotid restraint from the Marine Corps.
Well, from the New York Daily News, it says that Mr. Neely, this is a new topic, was arrested 42 times across the last decade with his most recent bust in November 2021 for slugging a 67-year-old female stranger in the face as she exited a subway station.
The senior citizen, two years older than me, had a broken nose and fractured orbital bone.
He pleaded to felony assault and received 15 months in an alternative to incarceration program that, if completed, would have allowed him to plead to a misdemeanor assault and get a conditional discharge.
Isn't that wonderful?
And then in 2019, he was arrested for punching a 64-year-old man in the face during a fight in a Greenwich Village subway station.
And then he was also busted in August of 2015 for attempted kidnapping after he was seen dragging a seven-year-old down an Inwood Street.
That's up Manhattan, uptown.
He pled guilty to endangering the welfare of a child who was sentenced to four months in jail.
And this is this fellow, and he is, something tells me, going to enjoy a status.
And by the way, lest you think I'm...
Losing my objectivity.
I think this Marine is going to have a hard time because that carotid restraint was put on for far too long.
Nobody is quibbling with the fact that you try to help or assist in the protection of others' self-defense, but this was too long.
Now, is anybody going to talk about that?
No.
Is anybody going to ask, how did this man get through the cracks?
And by the way, let me also say something.
This is not about mental illness.
Mental Illness is not commensurate with or concurrent with or concomitant with violence.
Most folks who are mentally ill do nothing wrong.
Criminals are another story completely.
Frank, ladies and gentlemen, his name is Frank.
Frank says, remember back in 2016, When people like me were celebrating locking up one HRC, those were the days.
Oh, yes, Frank.
Remember the great days when President Trump would say three things he wanted to do?
What were they?
What were they, Frank?
What do you remember them as being?
The three things he said.
He wanted to drain the swamp, whatever that means.
I don't know what that means.
A figurative expression.
Build the wall, he started in part, and lock her up.
Nothing of the kind ever occurred.
And do you know why, Frank?
Because no one cares what you think.
Hillary Clinton said specifically, she said nothing was going to happen to her.
Nothing was going to happen to her.
Nothing!
The same thing with this.
And there were people who were, regarding this Mr. Neely, who were jumping on subway tracks, which is not a good thing to do.
There's a thing called a third rail.
That's the electric rail that powers the subway system.
If you touch that, you are fried to smithereens.
Isn't that something?
Is anybody going to discuss this?
Not at all.
Is anybody interested in this story?
Not at all.
Nothing.
How does this work?
Elon Musk!
Elon Musk!
Do you believe Elon Musk is as good as he is?
Elon Musk has to be some kind of a plant, don't you think?
He can't be this.
Yes, I know he's one of the richest people in the world.
But Twitter CEO Elon Musk yesterday questioned why the media represent the real situation when it comes to interracial violence to such an extreme degree.
Why do you think that is?
I don't know.
Why do you think he does this?
I don't know.
What is the reason?
What possibly could be?
For people to deliberately, to deliberately do this?
I don't know.
Now, there's some other interesting information which is fantastic.
Be on the lookout for claims now by members of the, I believe, the Proud Boys are going to make some form of a post.
They're going to make...
I guess either as a basis of grounds for appeal, motion for new trial.
They're going to claim that there was no plan to apparently storm the Capitol.
There was no plans to stop or interrupt the certification.
And one of the defendants they're going to said was perhaps in a different city.
But also they said and they're going to be looking at Some interesting information.
They're going to be saying that one of the jurors allegedly, imputatively said that it was the text messages back and forth which provided much of the information, which is fine.
And that it was the lack of evidence, the paucity of evidence, the adirth, the absence of data and information which led them to believe That the conspiracy was on because there was no evidence of the conspiracy.
Now, if you could figure that one out, good luck.
There will be a motion for due trial.
There will be a reinstitution, perhaps, of the motion for a judgment of acquittal.
There's going to be a number of appeals.
And it will go to the D.C. Circuit Court.
To see if they can address this.
But this is one of the things that's going on.
And it's a fascinating, fascinating case that I provide to you.
Now, some other information.
Anybody talking about that?
No.
Now, let me also tell you something.
Do me a favor and do yourself a favor.
If anybody ever asks you, hey, do you want to go to the Capitol?
And let's whatever.
Ask yourself this question.
Do I really want to do this?
Do I really want to do this?
And the reason is not because you were planning necessarily to do something violent, but it is probably the most unwise place for you to be, especially with how plenary The Seditious Conspiracy Statute is, and with the number of people who are there who may or may not necessarily share the same ideas you do.
It's a very, very, very dangerous, dangerous thing to do.
Okay?
And by the way, when you show a video of somebody who is physically, Inside the Capitol, it may seem to you like, come on in, come on in.
Under the seditious conspiracy statute, if it's force or storm or take by possession the government of the United States, it is the most plenary, the most overbroad, maybe, statute.
Please be very, very careful.
That's all I'm going to say.
And nobody really wants to think about that, but it's true.
And also, read the statute.
Never just say, oh, I think sedition is...
No, no, no, no, no.
No, no, no.
No, no, no, no.
Let me see some other interesting news.
I mentioned for Title 42, deadline looms.
Mr. Lira.
Here we go.
It seems that we're going to also have...
There might be an attempt to...
The...
Let me see.
According to the Intercept, the government created a new disinformation office to oversee all the other ones.
The new Foreign Malign Influence Center oversees efforts.
This is fascinating.
Did you see this one?
This is according to the Intercept.
Within the federal government, there are individuals dedicated and determined to fight a foreign disinformation and misinformation and the like.
And they are sprouting up from the Pentagon's new Influence and Perception Management Office to a number of others.
We have a new one called the Foreign Malign Influence Center or FMIC.
Now, let me stop right there.
Just stop and think about what I'm saying for a moment.
The chance for information, the chance for something that is designed To be nothing more than perhaps piquant, problematic, but legal when it falls under the category of misinformation, disinformation, and the like, good luck.
There is one of the most frightening assaults on this thing called the First Amendment.
Let me stop right there.
I could go on.
I could give you a great speech.
I could take my, now my worn constitution, I can show this to you.
My beloved constitution, dog-eared and paginated and the like.
With all my I voted stickers that I keep from the various elections.
My constitution.
I could go through this.
I could give you citations and quotes.
But here's the best part.
And I think you know what I'm going to say.
Nobody is going to stop this.
Nobody is going to rule this as unconstitutional.
They're going to say, well, let's see what this is.
Let's see what happens.
Why do they even have this mentioned?
So that you know what they're doing.
They don't have to mention this.
I would venture to say that The government does not need to have a division that goes after information which poses a real and actual threat to the sovereignty of the United States.
I don't think it needs to have a named organization.
I don't think so.
But it wants you to know this.
It wants you to understand this.
The short thing about this This iteration of government.
This shadow government.
It's not so much shadow.
Whatever you want to call this.
They absolutely have no problems in telling you exactly what they're doing.
And there's nothing you can do about it.
Nothing.
Mr. John McGuire couldn't get higher says there is a random low-level YouTuber who just got arrested in Ukraine for propaganda.
How long before you see something like this in the U.S.?
And there are actually people cheering this.
Yes, you're talking about Mr. Gonzalo Lira.
L-I-R-A.
Now, to be fair, John, and by the way, John, thank you so much.
John McGuire couldn't get higher.
Number one.
If you decide to do this in another country, And if indeed you are in their country, on their land, on their property, breaking their laws, all of the First Amendment protections that we have, all of our sense of free expression, mean nothing if you're in another country, on their dime, so to speak, speaking malign information about them.
So just like I say to many of the Individuals, I'm sorry to say this, on January the 6th, there were some who were basically saying, arrest me, I dare you.
Okay?
And they did.
Some, not necessarily correctly.
Others held for, maybe still held for all I know.
But in Mr. Lira's case, I will say this, he has always, he was missing once before.
Very mysteriously, he's gone, and then he's back.
He was off for a while.
We didn't see any arrest, as in this particular case.
There's evidence ostensibly of his being arrested by Ukrainian officials, with somebody purportedly saying, welcome to Ukraine.
So it's a different situation.
Some people thought his initial kidnapping or arrest might have been phony.
I don't know about that.
He's very loud, very flamboyant in terms of he's very loud, very demonstrative, he has a very taunting kind of a laugh.
He's basically come and get me, so to speak.
I wish him well, of course.
I believe people should be able to say whatever they want anywhere in the world.
But remember, when you're not in this country, if indeed that's where he was, if the story, as I understand it, is correct, you have none of these rights.
Be very, very, very, very careful.
Agree with your thought on being on different territory.
Just concerned about the cheers of joy from Americans.
John, you're right about this.
There are people I saw who were absolutely giddy.
Over the fact of what he was saying.
Now, as you know, whenever you have any kind of discussion regarding Russia and Ukraine, the thoughts are very high.
There are people who feel strongly on both sides of it.
And I understand that sometimes people can feel a sense of glee, giddiness over this.
And with that, freedom of speech comes out freedom of speech as well.
All I know is be very careful.
This is real serious stuff here.
This is very, very serious stuff.
But here's the best part.
This is so inside baseball.
It doesn't matter.
Believe me when I tell you.
You only know...
You're not going to hear any of this on any kind of a platform.
And by the way, speaking of Tucker, two things are happening.
Number one...
He is trying, through his lawyers, to get away from the yoke of Fox so that he can speak freely.
Some people say he was talking to Elon Musk.
He cannot work for Newsmax.
Let's just get this out of the way.
Newsmax knows we're not going to be able to pay for him, but we might as well put the name out.
Everybody's saying, we want him too!
Everybody's throwing the name out.
Really?
Yes, I want him.
The Food Channel wants him.
Anybody who gets their name out, we understand this.
But Tucker's not going to go to OAN or Newsmax.
You think, you think, do you really think, seriously, you think that the Newsmax Big shots would say, Tucker, go ahead.
Say whatever you want.
Really?
No.
That's the last place in the world.
But anyway, so he's fighting that one.
He's also claiming right now Fox is asking Where is this information coming from?
They're asking Dominion and others.
They're doing an investigation to see where is all this texted information about Tucker saying they don't fight like white men and all of these other allegedly, imputatively, racially scurrious comments.
Where are they coming from?
How are they getting out?
We don't know.
It remains fascinating though to see where this is going down the road.
The longer Tucker stays away, The longer he stays away, the more he risks of kind of losing that oomph.
Because you kind of forget, oh yeah, he was.
And then you start saying, is he the same?
Do you think he's the same?
I don't know.
Well, okay, we'll give him the first one.
And it goes like this.
And I want to say something too, with all due respect, because I respect his talent.
Tucker has never said anything.
That any of us here didn't know.
Let me say this again.
Let me make sure we understand this.
If you're watching me right now, chances are I know where you get your news sources from.
Kind of where you go when you look.
Because there's different places you can look.
You can look.
You can read USA Today or the Federalist Papers or whatever it is.
You determine the level of depth you want.
But what Tucker is saying is so shocking to people.
The Uniparty.
Oh my God, I've never heard anything.
He's suggesting that there's only one party.
That maybe this left-right paradigm is nothing but an illusion.
That they've been saying since the 40s and today is a Wendell Willkie.
But that's okay.
But to you it's news.
This is incredible.
Did you hear him talk about UFOs?
What did he say?
Nothing.
He had the Elizondo one.
What did he learn?
The Tic Tac gimbal thing?
How many of you have heard about the Tic Tac?
Tell me what you know about the UFO.
What?
Tell me what you've learned.
Nothing.
You want to go through the other stuff too?
There's other stuff?
Oh yeah.
You want to go elsewhere?
You can't.
You see, listen to me.
And again, please don't take this the wrong way.
I've got a lot of respect for Tucker.
If you're giving two minutes to anything, you say, tonight, we're going to dispute the lone gunman theory in a minute.
Are you ready for this one?
Today there was a big story.
Did you hear this?
Oh, listen to this.
This is my favorite.
This goes to show you.
Robert Kennedy Jr.
This is on May 7th today.
Blames the CIA for JFK assassination, fueling controversial claim.
Robert Kennedy Jr. blames the CIA for the November 16th assassination of his uncle, proclaiming it beyond a reasonable doubt.
Kennedy made the bombshell accusation about a murder that spun many conspiracy theories during an interview.
Sunday with a local radio station.
There is overwhelming evidence that the CIA was involved in the murder.
I think it's beyond a reasonable doubt at this point, Kennedy said.
The evidence is overwhelming that the CIA was involved in the murder and in the cover-up.
Now, Kennedy Jr. cited James Douglas' book, JFK and the Unspeakable.
Okay, fine.
Let me ask you a question.
Okay?
They're absolutely going crazy.
Does this shock anybody?
Who did not know this?
Who is shocked by this?
Who never heard this before?
Who never was aware of this?
Please tell me.
I beg you.
I beg you, who in their right mind, who is shocked by this?
And to think, oh, this was on a local radio station.
Did you hear him say this?
Where have you been?
Seriously.
If somebody said Bob Newhart was responsible, now that would be something.
Do you see how they work?
Really?
You're kidding me, right?
Wow!
You never heard that?
No.
You never heard that.
You see how people, they feign this?
Oh my God.
And also, this is a way to promote a radio station.
Did you hear it?
It was on my radio station.
What a bombshell.
Next thing you're going to say, he's going to dispute the magic bullet theory.
Oh, come on.
No, really.
Back and to the left.
Back and to the left.
Do you see how this works?
Do you realize you're on another planet?
You do understand that, right?
You're on another planet.
What you understand to be true, they haven't even gotten near yet.
They don't understand it.
This is nothing.
There is so...
The level of complexity of just...
And by the way, what about Bobby Kennedy Jr.?
Anybody want to talk about that?
No, of course not.
That's another one.
It's un...
It's believable.
And when you tell people this, and you say, they say, what?
And they call it a conspiracy theory.
By the way, a conspiracy theory doesn't mean a theory involving somebody conspiring, an illegal, unlawful confederation of, no, it means crazy.
That's what it means.
You see, you've got to understand something.
You're living in another.
Dimension.
What you know, what you understand, they've never heard before.
So to them, everything is shocking.
So that's it.
Alright, my friends.
You have a great and a glorious day.
Thank you so, so very much for your time, for your kindness.
It is incredible.
John McGuire couldn't get hired.
Thank you again, my friend.
Hand crepitation to you.
It is so important.
Our good friend Frank.
Frank, he just goes by Frank.
No names, no Franks and Beans 422.
No, no, no.
Frank.
Just plain Frank.
Thank you for that, Frank.
And, of course, Kiaka 0503.
Thank you immensely for your imane, brobdingnagian, and colossal Kindness and grace.
We'll see you tomorrow, my friends.
Same bad time, same bad channel.
8 a.m. Eastern Time.
Have a wonderful and a glorious end to your Friday evening, or perhaps beginning of your day, depending on where it is, or whenever you're listening to this.
And until then, as we always end with this valedictory, remember, the monkey's dead.
