Hello.
Bienvenue.
Willkommen.
Welcome.
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
Welcome.
Thank you.
Thank you for joining us.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you.
For your support.
Carol Valley was just listening to Lens Warriors.
Thank you.
Everyone's here today.
Joey B. Donnie Newell.
Everybody.
JoJo.
Ace.
Everyone.
We have so much to discuss today.
So much to discuss.
And we're going to have a little bit of a different tack here.
A different tack.
And I'm telling you.
Nobody is doing this.
They're still looking at the news based upon what is presented to them.
They sit back and they say, okay, what's the story today?
Okay, it's going to be about the Mar-a-Lago raid.
You notice how that's done.
It's finished.
I want to discuss the psychology of America, of what you're going through.
Have you ever had, and please, I've seen this.
See, people understand.
When you're a lawyer, not one of these, I mean, nothing wrong with it, but corporate types or appellate, there's no humanity.
It's very backwards.
Trial lawyers, street lawyers, Dealing with people.
You're invariably dealing with some kind of human emotion.
These people don't know this.
Trial judges see it.
Appellate, not so much.
And everything that I've seen in my professional life, in my regular life, deals with how people interact and the psychology of your life.
I've seen relationships with marriages, children, jobs, you name it.
And it comes down to psychology.
We're going to explain that as well.
Also, a little bit of endorsements.
Trying a different thing.
And how we are spinning our wheels.
And you may not like this, but what I'm telling you is I'm trying to pull you away from what you're normally...
Seeing, and I'm trying to tell you again, you're not understanding this.
They're not telling you what's going on.
You're not following this.
If you watch news, if you read what you're doing, you will get a sort of a textbook, kind of a lecture series.
That's not what's happening.
That's not what's happening.
It's beyond that.
And I'm telling you again, and I'm going to say it again, What we are dealing with is something called learned helplessness.
You.
You are made to just give up.
You have given up more than you can imagine.
And just pointing things out and tweeting things or liking things, that's not what I'm talking about.
Okay?
Okay, but first, a couple of things.
I want to thank you.
For your support.
As I was telling you, for reasons that we do not understand, for reasons that I've never had explained to me, we have been demonetized.
Demonetized but not demoralized.
And people have asked, how can we support?
If you go to the description section, right here, the description, there it is all there.
PayPal.
Cash App.
Patreon.
Cryptocurrency.
Name it.
Patreon.
It's all there.
It's right there.
And I know people don't...
I always read the description parts.
Whenever I watch a YouTube, I like to see who the person is, what are they doing.
Sometimes they're overwhelming, all this stuff.
But if you want to continue this and make a donation, a statement of support, as you have said and as you have done and as we thank you, it is right there.
All of the information that is there for you, right there.
It is available through all of the various aspects.
PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, blah, blah, blah.
It's all there.
Cannot tell you anymore.
Cannot explain it anymore to you.
Cannot be any more clear than that.
Okay?
Good.
Secondly, you're catching on and God bless you.
You are the smartest people around.
Let me tell you something.
I'm not saying this just to be gratuitous.
I'm not.
One of the reasons why And I think this is important.
One of the reasons why advertisers love you is how smart you are.
And it's not meant to be.
Again, it sounds like, well, what do you mean by that?
Well, what I mean by this is very simply this.
When it comes to certain things, you do not mind.
Listen to me carefully.
You don't run when somebody tells you, listen, here's something to be concerned about.
Now, we've talked to you about food shortages forever.
Some people immediately, they just, they don't want to hear this.
Global supply chain problems, they haven't gone away.
Somebody today was saying, remember all the problems stores are having?
They didn't go away, they just stopped reporting them.
Oh, really?
Yes!
Because people think that, well, if there's a problem, you're going to hear about it, and that what you hear about are the problems.
There's a domino effect on everything regarding food production.
It's a very simple thing.
Farmers aren't able to plant as many crops because of ESG, fertilizer problems, fertilizer is scarce.
Are you seeing what's happening?
It's coming.
Food shortages.
Food shortages are coming.
Specifically, when you run out of food that we have now.
And here's something else that's important, and this is critical.
You don't have to have a complete and total shutdown of everything.
Once stores start getting squeamish, once people start getting crazy, remember who we are.
We're the same people who buy toilet paper for reasons nobody understands.
When COVID came out, we bought toilet paper.
We're the same people who run to the stores to buy bread and milk when there's a snowstorm, which I don't understand.
The first time there was any sense of long-term emergency, Any kind of problem, you're going to see stores closed because people are going to go nuts.
Look what's happening.
The message out there is very simple.
Catastrophe, cacophony, riots, swarms, hoarding.
Hoarding!
Now right now, my Patriot Supply, God bless them, has the deal of forever.
$250 savings off of a three-month food supply from my...
Patriot Supply.
Do you have things in your garage and storage that you're wondering, what is it there for?
A canoe, a bike that's never done, a pool table.
Where is food shortage?
Where is storage?
Where is it?
Why do you have a canoe but no food?
I don't get this.
And I know you understand it, but a lot of people just think, well, this is America.
Right now, you can save $250 on a three-month food supply with PrepareWithLionel.com.
Go to the description section of this video.
It tells you right there, PrepareWithLionel.com.
Those who know what's happening are preparing now.
This is not a joke.
This is not a goo-gah, some little trifle, some trinket.
This is food storage for up to 25 years.
2,000 calories a day.
Three-month food storage for $250 you can save.
Lowest price in three years.
Do it now.
PrepareWithLionel.com PrepareWithLionel.com And thank you.
Now let's talk about something.
I want to talk about you.
People don't ever want to say this, but I have seen this my entire life.
I have seen people who have been abused by so many people throughout history.
I have seen this in friends.
I have seen this in colleagues.
I have seen it in parents and neighbors, wives.
Families, people who after a period of time do not know how to handle it anymore.
You have given up.
Now let me tell you something.
You have given up and you don't realize it because you think that what you're doing now is doing anything.
How do I say this?
Now, don't take it the wrong way.
What I'm about to tell you is problematic.
But you've got to understand the truth.
It's like we're calling the big guns now.
This situation is so bad, so horrible.
It's like a bad marriage, a bad job, a bad everything.
It's like it is so...
Bad.
It is so inextricably intertwined and connected.
You're seeing people, people that are just absolutely who have taken over our government, our system.
And here's the part where I lose people.
And I know I'm going to lose you because I know the message doesn't work.
It doesn't fit.
It doesn't comport.
With what you're hearing.
It's not left and right.
You're arguing from the 1980s.
This is not that.
This is not that.
I don't know what we're talking about.
I don't understand what is happening.
First and foremost, let me tell you, the biggest waste of time It's the Republican Party.
They're not even the...
They're not the staged...
I guess the staged resistance, you know.
They're just these people that just...
I don't know what it is.
Let me go...
Let me start with this.
Let me start with this.
And this message goes out to all of the Donald Trump and whatever it is.
Dr. Oz is an idiot.
Now, I don't know how to tell you this.
And if you don't know this, if you...
Maybe it's because, is he, what, a cooled guy?
Is that it?
Do you think...
I mean, do you...
Somebody said, well, he's a controlled opposition.
What?
He's an idiot.
Pennsylvania!
Now, I know this isn't funny, I don't want to say this, but he's going to probably lose to a guy who's had a stroke, who wants to basically reset everything, and can't put two words together.
He sounds like John Gielgud compared to the President.
What is the matter with you?
This is the Republican Party?
See, people are dumping on Mitch McConnell.
Mitch McConnell.
He says, well, the candidates aren't that good.
They're not good.
They're not that good.
I don't understand this.
Can you please explain to me why he's there?
Can you explain to me why Dr. Oz?
Who picked this clown?
What's going on here?
Seriously, who?
What is he offering?
What's going on here?
The other day I saw an ad and it was very good of Mr. Carlson.
By the way, when he laughed, when Tucker laughed, God bless him, doesn't he laugh like the fellow from Amadeus?
You know that actor?
What is his name?
He does that laugh.
I mean, it's Tom something.
Yeah, you know that actor?
The laugh is just It's...
Everybody has a laugh and a sneeze that is their own.
Anyway.
I don't understand what's happening here.
So the other day they had this Dr. Oz.
Who?
H.U. Hulse.
Okay.
It's very interesting to note...
When Dr. Oz was trying his best, he is so disconnected.
So disconnected.
He is one of the most.
He's a garbled, mush mouth.
He never did anything when he explained anything.
If you didn't know he was a doctor, I don't know what doctor.
And don't give me this Harvard business.
I'm sure he's great, whatever he is.
But he's great at explaining constipation and things like that.
But there he was.
Talking about, you know, here we are, I'm at the store.
He has ten houses.
Right?
They said he has ten.
I don't know.
He has more money than most people.
And he's in a store.
And he goes, look at this.
Okay, my wife sent me out for crudité.
Now, nobody says this.
Stop.
Who in their...
Somebody approved this.
Somebody actually approved this.
Think about this.
This is the part that crudités.
These are French appetizers consisting of sliced or whole raw vegetables.
Blah, blah, blah.
You know, nobody says that.
And here's this gazillionaire.
Look at this.
Insider.
Fetterman raises over a million dollars off of Oz's crudités gap.
This is...
Of course.
And whether this is true or not, Dr. Oz's inability to correctly identify the grocery store in which he was complaining about inflation while shopping for crudity has been a boon to his Democratic opponent with the campaign of Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman.
I don't even understand this.
Let me explain to you about something.
And I want you to understand, again, this goes back to, what are we talking about?
We're talking about psychology.
We're talking about emotions.
We're talking about the way people act.
First and foremost, let me tell you about what Trump did, which is very, very simple.
Let me tell you about what Trump does.
Trump said to you, I am not going to wear a funny hat.
I am not going to do shots.
I don't drink, he said.
I am not going to bowl.
Remember when Obama was bowling?
Remember when Hillary was, she was in some Scranton iron workers bar.
She's doing shots of Jaeger and she's dancing to something.
Remember that?
She was doing all this stuff.
She was as phony as you can believe.
And the first thing I want to tell you, I don't care what you're doing.
I don't care what it is in life, if you're in sales.
I've got to believe you.
You've got to come across like you really know what you're talking about.
Like you really, you mean what you say.
Everything else doesn't matter.
Everything else doesn't matter.
Two examples.
Donald Trump.
Donald Trump said, I'm rich, I got a plane.
That wasn't a part of it.
He never talked to you about other than things that you recognize as legitimate.
And you believed him.
I don't know why.
I don't know what the word is.
I don't know what he said.
I don't know how he phrased it.
But he did this.
He said it in a way that made complete and total sense to you.
FDR.
Greatest example of all time.
As patrician.
Patrician, by the way, a word which doesn't even mean anything today.
Nobody even grasps what a patrician is.
This guy had absolutely nothing in common.
Today, people with no money, excuse me, people with money, there's no, like Jeff Bezos and that wife with that Mask?
It's scary.
These aren't classy.
Zuckerberg, it's the opposite.
They're not patrician at all.
Bill Gates is a slob.
Everybody's a slob.
There's nothing about them.
In fact, they go out of their way with their stupid t-shirts and jeans to look like, you know.
But there was a time where FDR had absolutely, he and Eleanor, with their Mid-Atlantic accent.
He, people loved him.
Why?
He sold you.
There was something about it.
Do you ever go up to dogs?
Anybody here have dogs you can get along with?
Mrs. L is like that.
Dogs, animals, really connect with her.
I don't really have that.
But they just, there's something.
I don't even know what it is.
It's a wavelength, an aura, a color.
I don't know what it is.
I have no idea what it is.
Donald Trump did the same thing.
Donald Trump came across to people, and it was so interesting, and it was so, so interesting.
And I said, I don't know how he's going to do it, and he did it.
And you know what he did?
He came out with his ties were very, very long, and somebody told me, maybe he thought his abdomen, his belly was distended or something, and maybe this, I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm not sure.
He always wore a blue suit.
It's the same thing all the time.
But he came out and he acted like one of the guys.
And by the way, did you read recently where now they're saying this Jared Kushner, I don't trust this guy.
I'm telling you, when I tell you something, listen to me.
I'm right.
I don't trust him.
Never.
Ever.
Ever.
But they're saying that he was the one who suggested, believe it or not, that lo and behold, a while back that Trump wanted to make amends with Hillary after the lock her up business, put him on the map, which is what he did.
Lock her up, drain the swamp, build a wall.
Simple.
Simple.
People connected.
I don't know why.
I don't know why.
It just, it happens.
Can you explain to me?
Time out.
I don't understand the Beatles.
They're good.
They're not that good.
They're good.
They're not that good.
They ripped off Brian Wilson.
They're okay.
I want to hold your hand.
That's good.
What was so special about them?
What?
I don't know.
I don't know.
No, really.
What's so special about them?
I don't know.
It just happened.
And I've got all these friends of mine, they all think they're Beatles.
I think Paul McCartney was better in Wings.
Now I don't even understand what he's talking about.
I don't care.
It doesn't matter what I think.
Sometimes things work.
I'm going to tell you something right now which is funny.
Macaroni and cheese.
I've talked about this before and I'm going to say it again.
Macaroni and cheese, people love.
Why?
Because there's macaroni and there's cheese and you eat it and it tastes great.
Kids love it.
Anything a kid loves, anybody loves.
Kids have the best taste for inherent, they know exactly like basic, you know, sweet, savory.
They know umami before anybody else did that.
Umami crap.
Donald Trump did this.
Now he is so, so weak In so many respects, and so popular.
You know John Daly, the golfer?
People love him.
Why?
Bad Boy, Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle.
Mickey Mantle.
There's something about Mickey Mantle.
Mickey Mantle was good.
He wasn't the only good one.
Ted William.
Mickey Mantle connected his smile.
I don't know what it is!
But whoever looked at Dr. Oz and said, that guy's got it, you're nuts!
You're nuts!
How about that fellow, what was his name, who won the, who beat the New Jersey, I haven't heard anything from this guy in New Jersey, who beat Ed Drew or Ed Doran.
He beat the New Jersey Senate leader or whatever, majority.
He just did it.
So Mitch McConnell's got a point.
Some people are not likable.
And I saw all these people on...
There was a black woman I liked a lot who was against Dr. Oz.
I thought she was great.
Oh, they didn't like her.
No, no.
Oh, because Hannity and Trump.
Oh, no, no.
You know what that was to me?
A bunch of rich guys.
Is he a cool guy with you?
Is that it?
Is that it?
Is that what you think this is?
Is he one of your, like, well, he's, you know, we're the cool rich people.
Is that it?
Let me tell you one thing I will never forget and never forgive as long as I live.
I'll never forget this.
What Hannity did and what Dr. Oz did to Roseanne.
Ever.
They set her up.
They didn't help her at all.
They wanted to act.
They wanted to, they just, and they threw her to the side.
I mean, she didn't have a chance.
After all she, and I know this personally, Roseanne is a great, great person.
Roseanne is historic.
What Roseanne did for TV and for comedy, she is in the pantheon.
She's in the list with Carol Burnett, Lucy, Donna Reed, Mrs. Goldstein, or whatever.
I mean, she is Goldberg.
Yoo-hoo, Mrs. Goldberg.
And she went through this, and Dr. Oz set her Up.
And Hannity too.
I couldn't believe this.
What are you doing?
You didn't score any points with that.
You didn't score any points.
What was the purpose?
Somebody told her, get her.
You're going to make points by making a big deal.
And what she did was it was so stupid.
It was a big deal compared to whatever.
They just wanted to teach her a lesson.
And they wanted to go after her and her history and everything else.
These other people too, they're just, they forgave Louis C.K. a lot quicker.
What he did, she didn't expose herself in front of anybody.
She just said this.
I'll never forget that.
I hate that.
You have no idea.
And Dr. Oz was a bunch of cool guys that go, no, no, we're like this, Dr. Oz, hey, hey.
You know how it is.
We're the cool guys.
I hate the cool guys.
Never been a part of the cool guys.
Don't want to be a part of the cool guys.
Cool guys are no good.
Cool guys, mean girls, country club set, don't like these people.
Don't like them.
They think they're better than you, and they're not.
We can run rings around these people.
And I know it.
And I can tell immediately, especially when I meet somebody.
I know.
I can tell.
See, Mike Tyson can tell.
Some people are very good.
Other people, you can destroy them.
And some people, by virtue of some kind of a weird, I don't know what it is, not even a meritocracy.
There is no meritocracy.
There are people, and I'm not going to argue this point, like the Beatles.
Why are the Beatles a good?
I don't know.
They just are.
What are you going to do?
Complain?
Think about the great people in country music who never, who now compared to, who?
Carrie, anyway, anyway.
I'll never forget that.
Or they did to Roseanne.
I'll never forget that.
Never.
Because it shows me character.
It shows me, like, I see what you're about.
I see what you're about.
I see.
And by the way, you're in a position, you know, they were so big.
Hannity and, uh, and, uh, and this isn't meant to get Hannity.
God bless him.
But this let me down.
He could have done whatever he wanted to.
It would have affected nothing.
It would have affected nothing.
Not an advertiser, not a dollar, nothing.
Nothing.
You've got people in this country who are being called white racists anyway.
So they went after Roseanne.
But she's doing just fine, Rosie.
She's doing fine.
But I don't get it with these people.
Alright, let's stop right there.
What did we see the other day going to the Lincoln Tunnel?
It was so weird.
Listen to this.
We're going to the Lincoln Tunnel.
And over here, we're coming off of 9th Avenue.
They have people in this park.
They're shooting up!
This looks like, what is this?
Panic and Needle Park?
We've got this one woman.
Have you seen her?
This is a person with no teeth.
Skinny.
They all look alike.
They look like chickens.
I know.
But listen to this.
It's just...
So help me God.
This happened.
I'm looking, and she's with her mate, and they're trying to find, they're shooting up in their feet.
I mean, it was horrible.
And I'm thinking, oh my God.
What has happened?
What has happened?
And then as we turn the corner, what's there?
What was that sign?
What was it?
A sign for what?
A certain merchant whom we love.
No, no.
We're returning, and it was for Mike Lindell.
Right.
Right.
He was talking about a documentary about, and I thought, this is propitious.
I swear to God.
This guy, why he is not, we need a version, we need a version almost like of a national saint.
You know what I mean?
We need somebody who says, This is a saint.
And I guarantee you, ten years ago, I would have never really known that much about patriotism.
I mean, I did.
But I kind of took it for granted.
Not anymore.
Well, Mike Lindell is the guy.
And his whole theme is America.
The flag.
America.
Products.
Commerce.
Capitalism.
America.
Made in the USA.
This is it.
And I want you to support him for two reasons.
Number one, because he's a great guy.
And number two, he's the best products available.
So you go to MyPillow.com, MyPillow.com, MyPillow.com, and don't forget to put in special promo code Lionel.
That's it.
Special promo code Lionel.
And right off the bat, and I know this might be contrary to the particular message, but the slippers are incredible.
Also, what were we talking about?
Mattress toppers, correct?
This?
Oh, we have everything.
Oh, yes.
We are a MyPillow household.
Absolutely.
And the mattress covers.
This is the most...
The toppers.
What else do we have?
The towels.
They wash well.
Listen to Mrs. Ella.
They wash well and it's about durability.
As am I. The pillows plump up right away as do I. That's the whole thing.
So you go right now.
Do me a favor.
God bless him.
I'm serious.
I love this guy.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code Lionel.
Do it right now.
Do it.
And if you're one of these folks, if you're OG, you know it that way, ask your grandkids, you can call 800-645-4965.
800-645-4965.
Now I've got to tell you something else that happened, speaking of which, because I guess today I've been meaning to talk to you about this because I'm so tired of folks who are missing the point exactly.
I read an article from somebody who said something about...
Well, Alex Jones has endorsed Governor DeSantis.
What does this mean?
And I'm thinking, who wrote this?
Who wrote this?
What difference does this mean?
Wait a minute.
What are you saying?
This is somebody who was saying, I want you to write this.
Write this and hope to God it means something.
Write a story that Alex Jones...
Oh, is Alex now?
God bless Alex, but is he the voice of the Republican Party?
What?
What does this mean?
This is how you can tell about an endorsement.
Ask Ron DeSantis.
Do you like this?
Do you want to be endorsed by him?
Watch what he says.
If he says no, that'll tell you everything.
And I understand Alex is radioactive.
As in many respects I am.
And I respect that.
And I like that.
To an extent.
Because if too many people like you, you are not dangerous.
You are anodyne.
You are saccharine.
You are boring.
You are unimportant.
You pose no threat to anyone if everybody likes you.
You're nothing.
It doesn't mean anything.
It just simply does not mean...
Anything.
It's the worst thing.
No hits, no runs, no errors.
You're just saying, okay.
But I want to explain something to you about this.
Let me ask you this.
Number one.
Let me ask you.
And I'm not trying to put words in your mouth.
Do endorsements mean anything to you?
If the answer is yes, I'm not saying who.
But if the answer is yes, press one.
If the answer is no, press two.
Do endorsements mean anything to you?
Yes or no?
One or two?
You say to somebody, you know, I don't know about this, but so-and-so likes him.
I'm going to vote for this person, not because of anything that I know, but because of the fact that so-and-so likes this person.
Does that make any sense to you?
And, contrary to negative endorsements, if somebody says, I don't like him, I don't like him.
Robert De Niro doesn't like Trump.
Alec Baldwin doesn't like him.
Does it make any difference to you one way or the other?
And the answer is no.
You couldn't care less.
That's why you're dangerous.
And I got news for you too.
You're not the only one.
Endorsements?
Do you think seriously that Donald Trump's endorsement means something?
It might, but does it really?
Does it really?
It's not helping Dr. Oz.
Could it be that Donald Trump happened to pick some people who were pretty doggone good?
Could it be?
Could that be?
See, because once you get into the endorsement game, then you think, oh, you're the kingmaker.
Is that what you're thinking?
It turns me off immediately.
As soon as somebody says, oh, I'm supposed to...
Okay, then I want him now.
What kind of a deal did they make with you?
Nobody cares about endorsements.
Nobody cares about that.
Nobody cares about that.
Nobody.
I don't understand it.
It's just the most ridiculous thing in the world.
Now, there is an issue right now which is so important to everybody.
Everybody.
Everybody.
Number one.
Kids.
Family.
Kids.
Family.
And not gender.
Kids.
Parental autonomy.
Parental primacy.
Kids.
Kids.
Number one.
Kids.
It is being handed.
You know how I know there's a God?
Because God said, I'm going to give you this.
Here is a woman who was...
Kicked out of the YWCA, I guess?
Because she said, hey, there's a man in our dressing room looking at little girls.
That's your issue right there.
That's it.
Not this dumbass Dr. Oz saying, hey, look at this.
You want to get some guacamole?
That's another thing, too.
He talks like this, because he's mush-mouthed.
He's, hey, where do you go get some crudités?
A little carrots.
Look at the carrots.
How much?
$4?
This is the worst waste of time.
Look at the celery.
What celery?
What is this?
What is this?
I mean, trumpet mushrooms.
We have some guac.
Guac?
How many people go, what is guac?
How many people don't?
Seriously.
Seriously.
Do you think, brothers and sisters, hermanos y hermanas y hermanitos y toda, do you think everybody's into guac?
Versus guacamole?
Do you think...
Does that?
Pico de Gallo?
Here's a nice...
Oh, come on.
Stop it.
When you do that, nobody told this multimillionaire, stop.
We're not going to go to a grocery store.
People are not...
I'm not going to vote for you for a Senate because my crudité is going up.
This is how detached these people are.
The number one issue, the number one issue that is from God is the notion of not being, not treating people differently, but protecting families and protecting kids.
It's it.
Number two, crime.
Number two is crime.
There's a joke.
Let me tell you this joke.
It's a joke which I think It's not really a joke, but it's a parable.
And I'm sure you've heard it, but I'm going to say it.
And for somebody who considers himself to be irreligious, it's something that I believe in, in terms of the beauty of the message.
There's a flood.
A guy's standing there with his arms crossed, and the water's right around here.
And this boat comes by and says, come on, jump in the boat.
There's a flood.
He goes, no, God will protect me.
God will save me.
Pretty soon the water's up to here.
There's another boat.
Come on, buddy, get on the boat.
Come on, let's go.
He goes, no, God will protect me.
Goes by.
Finally, he's on his tiptoes.
The water's almost going into his nose.
There's a helicopter.
They drop a rope.
And the loudspeaker says, grab the rope!
And the guy says, no!
God will save me.
And he drowns.
He's in heaven.
He sees God and says, you!
I want to talk to you.
What?
I prayed for you to help me and you said no.
And God says, what the hell's the matter with you?
I gave you two boats and a helicopter.
God sometimes gives you the answers.
He gives you either strength or as one Catholic priest told me, sometimes God tells you no.
That's my favorite.
Sometimes God tells you, no.
Not today.
Sorry ain't gonna happen.
And there you are, Dr. Oz.
And you're in Pennsylvania.
You have no idea.
Go in front of a place that was burned out.
Show familiarity.
Learn things getting the right...
Talk about Fishtown and Center City.
This is around Philly.
Talk about...
Talk about Scranton.
Talk about other...
But know Pittsburgh.
But know the language.
Know the lingo.
What's it called?
Schuylkill, Schuylkill, all this...
Get the right names!
You can always tell somebody from Philly, they say, Coke.
Coke.
This is weird.
I can spot it like that.
I can hear it immediately.
It's like a boot.
You know the Canadians?
Oh, a boot.
Canadian.
Gotcha.
Film.
You can go in front of a store.
This is a place.
This used to be a whatever it was.
Now it's burned out.
It was burned out during the...
It was during the year of our Floyd, as Ann Coulter calls it.
2020.
Yep.
Never came back.
Why is that?
You know what it was?
It was called the Breakdown in Law and Order.
And we can't have that, Pennsylvania.
We're the Keystone State.
Why?
I have no idea.
But anyway, we can't let that happen.
Parental autonomy.
Parental autonomy.
I can see that.
Hi, it's Dr. Oz.
Hi, how are you?
I'm a doctor.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
I'm a doctor.
I know Harvard.
Okay, great, great.
Imagine you're in a park bench.
Is that your first baby?
Yeah.
What are some of your concerns?
We want to make sure we give our child...
Well, I'm not so sure about that.
You better clear it with somebody.
Who?
With the government.
Not too sure whether you can give your child what you want.
It's called parental primacy, autonomy.
Not so sure about that anymore.
See, the old days we were growing up, you thought you could do that.
Sorry, it doesn't work like that.
That would grab people's attention.
What do you mean?
Oh no.
You know, in fact, we might just take that child.
Have a little baby.
Have a little boy walking around with a cowboy hat?
Or, how many here used to wear a Superman cape?
Did you ever do that when you were a kid?
Sometimes you'll see a little girl who thinks she's a ballerina.
Well, she doesn't think.
She just dresses.
You ever see somebody who walks around with a...
There's always some kid who loves the Halloween costume.
You ever notice that?
And this is, this is old Johnny.
Do you ever have that?
Does your doctor ever, does your doctor, does your kids ever have this thing like, okay, where is this damn, he's a, we used to have cowboy, I don't know if we have that anymore, but whatever it was.
He thinks he's a, remember that it was Power Rangers or whatever.
Remember that one?
And he thinks that.
Yeah.
What else do you think he should have the ability to control?
Now if he wants to tell you, if he says, excuse me, I'm the Lone Ranger, or whoever the hell, I don't know.
You know he's kidding, right?
You know he doesn't know what he's talking about, right?
You know he doesn't understand what that means, right?
Yes.
And by the way, the likes here are just absolutely pathetic.
Your child right now is thinking that he, or she, he, That they are sometimes...
What if your child wanted an appendectomy?
What would you say?
Or what if you said, you know what, doctor?
Yes.
Excuse me.
Doctor so-and-so?
Yes.
We want to have a prophylactic appendectomy.
Meaning, we don't want the child to have to worry about having the appendix taken out.
We want it taken out.
Good luck with that one.
Try finding a doctor who would say, okay, I'll do that.
I'll do that.
I'll do that.
Hi, doctor.
Yeah, listen.
You know what?
When I was a young girl, my periods were horrible.
It was called dysmenorrhea.
Just horrible.
My mother was the same way.
My sister was the same way.
In fact, all the gals in my family are the same way.
We were thinking, What about just a hysterectomy?
For old Morgan over here.
What do you say?
What do you say?
No, I'm not talking about gender.
I just want sterilization now.
I don't think kids, very frankly, if I could just avoid that, she won't have to worry about that anymore.
This is the worst.
In fact, we don't believe in the whole notion of, what if you just came up with an idea?
What if you just said, we have a particular faith in which we don't believe that people should, it's the Pinocchio, Peter Pan syndrome.
Yeah, but say you're out of your mind.
You're out of your mind.
What are you talking about?
But if you take what I just said and rephrase it, they say, oh!
Now we're talking.
Now do you think that's right?
Do you think that's right?
Dr. Oz on a park bench.
Who's going to stand up for you?
Who?
And you never mention the opposition.
Never.
Is there somebody running against me?
I don't know who he is.
Ronald Reagan never said it.
Ronald Reagan gave you a dream.
It's one thing about Trump.
He was anti-Hillary, but that's...
Because Trump is basically like a bully, but in a nice way.
He hits low, you know that kind of thing.
That's the worst when you don't even say the other...
Whatever it is.
When I was a kid, this is my family.
This is my family.
This is my brother.
This is my sister.
We're Turkish.
We're this.
We came to this country.
I love the American story.
We worked hard.
And this was my mother.
This was my father.
And nobody.
And there's one thing that we, that made us strong, was the family unit.
And I believe.
How about this?
Let me ask you a question.
Have any of you, have any of you, You don't have to answer this.
You've been through a divorce.
Have you ever heard about parental alienation?
Have you ever had your child taken away from CPS, Child Protective Services?
Have you ever had somebody anonymously pick up the phone and say, you're not doing something?
Have you ever heard this?
Have you ever had somebody one time?
One time I represented a family, and there was a waterbed.
This is how long ago.
Remember waterbeds?
And the waterbed, the family, loving family, no problem, but they didn't have it filled enough.
Anyway, the father, rather large, was on the waterbed, and there was like a divot.
Caused by the depression of the waterbed from him.
He was a rather large man.
And their son, the baby, kind of rolled into this thing.
And then when he got up, the water shifted and the kid's arm broke.
And they came in and some CPS worker, 20-something years old, always 20, no kids of her own, said, kids don't break their arms.
Kids' arms are like green twigs.
I'll never forget that.
They don't break.
They don't do that.
They put the kid in foster care.
Thank God there was a grandparent.
The kid's saying, why am I going to Grandma's house?
Why are the police here?
What the hell's going on here?
Because of this one.
So I, of course, had the expert witness that said, state your name for the record, Dr. Solomon, whatever.
I'm an emergency room physician.
Are you bored?
Absolutely.
How long have you been doing this?
35 years.
Doctor, have you had an occasion to mend a broken heart, to mend an arm or a leg of a toddler who broke his arm?
He said, more than you can imagine.
In fact, would you like me to bring in orthopedic A pediatric orthopod.
They do nothing but that.
Doctor, I understand that children's bones don't break at that age.
What?
Yeah, because they're like green twigs.
Who told you that?
Well, some people.
That's insane.
Granted, there's a little bit of leeway, but no, no.
They're not brittle like old people.
Osteoporotic bones.
Okay.
This woman just decided...
That's the power of the state.
That's the power of somebody who said, I don't like the way you do it.
How about this?
There was a family one time.
They were vegan.
And they were feeding the kid the wrong stuff.
The kid was failure to thrive.
Oh, these parents loved this kid.
As soon as they found out, oh my God.
They had no idea.
Stupid, perhaps, yes.
Take your kids away?
No.
No.
Have you ever been through that?
Have you ever been through that before?
You don't know what power is.
You don't know.
And you'll never hear about this.
Because these are kids sometimes...
Oh, and the ones who aren't taken away?
That's the one that kills me.
Let me tell you how bad this system is.
I had a, years ago, there was a court appointed case.
It was a dependency, meaning the state wanted to take the child away from the parents because the child was dependent on the state to protect it.
And you know why?
Truancy.
This is how long ago this month.
And I'm sitting there and I'm thinking to myself, what is the defense?
What do I do?
I don't know.
And the mother was like this.
Well, you know, the mother was a complete doofus.
But, alright.
So I'm sitting there and the judge is like this.
He's sitting there like playing with his pencil.
Like, what are we doing here?
So I ask the question.
I said, the...
Custodian of the records, and then here's the records, and then there was the principal.
Well, Johnny, I talked to Mom, and I hate the way they say that.
Well, Mom, Mom was not exactly open-minded.
Dad, well, there is no dad.
And Mom said, Mom.
And we told Mom that little doofus here had missed basically the entire year.
Never went to school.
Just never showed up.
Okay.
Which, by the way, in New York happens all the time, especially after COVID, because they just left.
They just were absorbed into a black hole of vacuity.
So it was my turn.
I'm done.
I don't know what made me think of this, because you don't really ask questions on cross-examination if you don't really know the answer.
But I figured, I'm losing.
I got nothing to lose here.
I said, by the way, Mr. Principal, yes.
Little doofus here was held back, right?
What was that?
He was held back in his grade, correct?
Oh no.
I said, what?
No, he advanced.
Wait a minute.
This was, let's say, the fifth grade or whatever it was.
He's in the sixth grade and he never showed up for the fifth grade?
Yeah.
Well, what's the incentive of going there?
What's the purpose?
Does this child know this?
Yes.
So why would I want to go to school?
Other than you coming in and taking me away from my parents.
And the judge said, wait a minute, what?
I'll never forget this.
What?
And it was, I thought, what kind of a system is this?
This is a file.
We got a clerk.
We got a judge.
We got this.
We got that.
We got somebody who represents the state.
We have a clinical worker.
We have the clerk in the clerk's office to put the file in.
All of these people, that waiting room out there in that huge courtroom is filled with cases like this, and this person, the state wants to take the child away from the parent because the kid never went to school, but there was no reason to go to school because there's no penalty.
It is so bad right now.
Police.
Leaving in droves.
They can't get comps anymore.
This is the design.
God is telling you this is evil.
So what is Dr. Oz doing?
He's talking about crudité.
And do you know how many iceberg lettuce?
Did you see this one?
Well, if you go for like a romaine.
Let's say you're doing a Caesar.
Have you priced anchovies lately?
This guy's out of his mind.
This is the story.
And he's a doctor.
He's a doctor.
Not just any doctor.
He's Dr. Oz.
Is he talking about that?
Because he's an Oprah buddy.
Come on, man!
How did they fall for this?
But he's a cool guy.
So you know what?
Lose the Senate again.
Go ahead.
I don't care.
It doesn't matter.
You're not even trying.
There's no Republican leadership here.
There's no school.
There's nobody grounding and looking for the...
There's no A&R director for new people.
I don't understand where this is.
America is champing, actually champing, at the bit for leadership.
And guess who else is?
Black.
White.
Brown.
Asian, yellow, gay, straight.
Gay families have kids.
I don't understand what this is.
This is a gimme.
And crime?
Dr. Oz, did he see what happened to Philly?
I saw it.
Let me tell you something.
Philly is a tough place.
We've been there many times.
And I'm telling you, I've never...
It's the strangest thing in the world.
It's tough.
It's really tough.
And parts of it are really scary.
And they've got one of those Soros prosecutors there.
Nobody talks about it.
So what he's talking about?
He's talking about the price of romaine or whatever the hell he's talking about.
I don't understand it.
They don't want to win.
Because they're told, shadow government, cryptocracy, they're saying, listen, don't get too carried away.
Don't get too carried away.
We want you to, you know, talk about, eh, you can talk about inflation, but don't dig into it.
Don't go too deep.
Don't do it.
This guy, his opponent, Fetterman, whatever his name is, the lieutenant governor, with the stroke, bless his heart, who can't speak, What is he talking about?
Talking about completely rolling back everything and basically continuing the Biden agenda?
And this guy's going to win?
Now, if you don't know, if this doesn't look like a fix to you, I don't know what does.
Okay?
Alright.
So just think about that.
Now we can talk about all this.
You want to talk about Mar-a-Lago?
Go ahead.
I'm bored with Mar-a-Lago.
I'm also tired of the fact that my fellow lawyers have done nothing, nothing, to come to the defense of not President Trump, but the Constitution.
Nothing.
Because they're too afraid.
They don't want to lose big deals and the big firms completely worthless.
Worthless.
They're not going to lose a government contract siding with the Constitution.
What are you, nuts?
No way.
Even though you can't do anything without swearing fealty to the Constitution.
Same thing with doctors.
Same thing with doctors.
You ever heard any doctors come out and explain monkeypox?
No, no, no, no, monkeypox.
Excuse me, he's an STD.
Hold it.
Wait a minute.
No, no, don't get...
Nothing.
Nothing.
They're not going to do anything, anything to ruffle those feathers.
We have no one, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, there's no one here.
There's no one here.
And by the way, they're doing their best to give you this idea.
There was an article I read yesterday that said the Republican Party is apparently with Trump fatigue.
I think it's the opposite.
And what Trump is doing is he's handling this thing so he has never done what I said.
He has to have his own.
He has to speak every single day.
He can have his own channel and he never did that.
Why?
On purpose?
I would think so.
Man's not stupid.
Must be on purpose.
And the people that hang around him?
Jared Kushner, Gilfoyle, these other folks, what's the matter with you?
And you better watch DeSantis.
DeSantis is good.
He, on paper, what he's doing, superb.
Superb!
Alright.
