Let me just say something very, very clearly.
And to the point, I'm not going to equivocate or prevaricate.
God bless Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
For telling this Soros Lackey prosecutor where to go, to pound sand, to suspend him.
You have no idea what this means to me.
And I used to be a prosecutor in the 13th Judicial Circuit, the State Attorney's Office for the State of Florida.
It does me such incredible delight.
To see this finally happen, I'm going to tell you why it's important, and why it matters, and why I'm beyond elated.
But first, a word from our sponsor.
A new study reveals nearly 50% of adults rated vision loss as the worst possible health outcome.
Those questioned voted that losing vision would be worse than losing a limb, their hearing, speech, or even memory.
When your vision suffers, your productivity, driving, and quality of life all suffer with it.
Many notice their eyesight worsen as they age and assume it's that.
This is wrong. | |
The reason your eyesight is worsening is likely not because of your age.
It's most likely because of your supplementation.
The things you need for healthy vision cannot be produced by the body.
You must be supplementing them in your diet.
Otherwise, your eyesight suffers.
You need eye vitamins. | |
The eye vitamins you want to maintain and support healthy vision are in this amazing new pill.
This amazing product helps protect the eyes against the dangerous blue light emitted from phone and computer screens while simultaneously supporting visual contrast, eye processing, speed, glare recovery, cognitive function and more.
Plus the ingredients in it are the most potent and purest around thanks to their strict quality standards.
This product is notorious for selling out and it's often unknown how long until they become available again.
Luckily, they're available as of this podcast.

My good friend, in the state of Florida, there are 20 state attorneys.
There are 20 judicial circuits.
The state attorney is the DA.
And the state attorney that we're talking about is the state attorney for Hillsborough County, Tampa, or as we call it, TAMO, in Florida.
And I was a proud prosecutor there and worked with some incredible prosecutors, E.J. Salsinas, Bill James, and a host of others.
And first and foremost, you must understand that the prosecutor, the state attorney, has incredible discretion.
Discretion at his disposal.
At his discretion, hence the term.
As far as what charges to file.
For example, we had one years ago that, I think this makes sense, it might even be codified by statute by now, that says, we're not going to go after people.
Who basically are charged with shoplifting for food.
I had a case one time where there was a man who shoplifted or stole Pampers and baby formula.
And I'm thinking to myself, okay, is it wrong?
Absolutely. | |
But does it serve the people?
No. | |
No. | |
Does it serve justice? | |
No. | |
No. | |
Now sometimes people, you know, huge pallets of Tide Pods.
It's a different story.
So discretion is okay. | |
That's not what we're talking about.
What this feller did is a little bit different.
And by the way, this is funny because his name, as you know, is Andrew Warren.
And when I looked up his name, just to make sure, the first thing I had to see is...
Andrew Marvin Warren is an American convicted sex offender and former CIA operative.
Obviously another Andrew Warren.
But this is the state attorney.
And it works something like this.
And this is the reason why he was basically sidelined.
He refused to enforce laws passed by the legislature that crack down on child sex chain surgeries.
Abortion restrictions.
They said that there were problems where he didn't work with the police and whatever.
Now, let me explain this.
If you as a prosecutor don't like the laws, don't be a prosecutor.
What this Judge Rule did was he and others said, oh, I'm going to let you know right away.
We're not going to prosecute this.
Now, this is one of these Soros lackeys.
These lickspittles, these boot lickers, these toadies, these contaminated Soros types who get in.
Now, from what I hear, with all due respect, many people I know who worked with him said, he has been, and for the most part, In many cases, as far as the defense bar goes and others, he's been reasonable.
Okay, that's good. | |
But what this is is a little different story.
What this is is a guy who basically said, oh no, I'm going to basically veto a law by not enforcing it.
Think about that. | |
If I don't think that there should be Marijuana laws, that I think marijuana should be legal, and I happen to think that, and for all practical purposes it is, but the best way to have that recognized is to go to the legislature and petition the legislature to abandon the law, to legalize it, to do whatever.
But when a prosecutor says, oh no, no, no, I'm going to go one step further, I'm just not going to charge it.
You can smoke your brains out in Hillsborough County because I ain't going to charge it.
That's a different story.
That's subverting the law.
Period. | |
That is malfeasance, non-feasance.
That is a deliberate obstruction and acting as an impediment to the will of the people.
Your job is to prosecute, to enforce.
The laws that we the people have decided.
If you don't like certain things, get out of the business.
I happen to be personally against the death penalty.
I don't like it for a variety of reasons.
Not because of the moral implications, but because I don't think it's enforced fairly.
I think there's a lot of reasons to it.
But if I'm a judge... | |
I'm not going to sit here and just reject the jury.
Nah, nah. | |
I don't like this. | |
No! | |
I'm going to carry it through.
By the way, it's constitutional.
Very constitutional. | |
Don't forget, life, liberty, and property with due process, meaning you can take life so long as you employ due process.
I don't want to get into that.
By the way, as a matter of fact, I happen to be pro-choice.
I am. | |
But I do not believe that the Constitution in any way provides a guarantee, a right to an abortion.
It doesn't exist. | |
Substantive due process, baby.
But what you have right now is the first governor with a pair of nads, steel, C.O. Jones, as we say in West Tampa, cojones, who really, finally did.
What nobody else would do.
See, here in New York, we've got this guy Alvin Bragg.
And Alvin Bragg is the DA.
And our governor, Kathy Hochum, or Hochul, she won't do anything about it.
She won't do anything about it because, well, she doesn't...
She's as woke as the rest of them.
This guy came up with policies as far as armed robbery.
I still can't figure out.
Did he have a gun? | |
Yes? | |
Was it loaded? | |
Yes. | |
Was it a little gun? | |
Alright, forget it. | |
It's weird. | |
They would have bail reform.
People would clobber people.
Kill people. | |
I mean, anyway. | |
It's a New York thing. | |
But nobody in Albany, the state capitol, would ever do anything to suspend a prosecutor.
No! | |
They like this. | |
Ron DeSantis is one of us.
And can you imagine Ron DeSantis teaming up with Donald Trump in 2024?
Don and Ron, oh my, sounds like a morning show.
Oh my God. | |
It would be beautiful. | |
It would be beyond beautiful.
It would be simply gorgeous.
And what DeSantis would do is, he'd be a great VP.
Normally you wouldn't want to do this, but...
To satisfy people who might say, you know, maybe Trump at 78 or whatever might be too old.
Hey, you got a young guy.
As opposed to Carmelita, who doesn't know where she is.
Other than tackling like some hebephrenic...
Anyway. | |
You have no idea. | |
The degree of elation I'm feeling.
No idea. | |
Today's been a great day for justice, in a weird way.
I mean, a very, very... | |
You've got, of course, this Brittany Griner story, which I'll get to later, which is just insane.
It's so funny how everybody's so worried about her due process, but nobody cares about some January 6th, some J6 American who dares to protest or dare to say, hey, I don't like these voting results.
Oh, dear me. | |
Imagine that. | |
Having the chutzpah to dare publicly disagree with.
The election! | |
Oh my God! | |
So anyway, listen to me and listen good.
You may not know me. | |
You may think, oh here's some Republican.
I'm not a Republican. | |
Believe me. | |
And I'm sure as hell not a Democrat.
And I'm not a conservative.
And I'm not a liberal. | |
I'm a realist. | |
And I do know this. | |
You can't have a prosecutor who decides on his own that he's not going to prosecute something because he happens to be ideologically against or contrary to a law that was passed by the will of the people.
This is a great day for America and a great day for my native state, Florida.
Now, I'd love to hear what you think.
I'd love to. | |
Please, don't be shy. |
