	We have a lot to talk about tonight, and one of the reasons why Loomer Unleashed was rescheduled to Saturday instead of Thursday, as it usually is this week, is because you may have noticed that I've been up at really odd hours of the night these last several days, and that's because I've been tracking Hunter Biden and his wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, all the way in South Africa.
	Yes, Hunter Biden actually fled the country to Africa.
	To dodge a deposition in his infamous laptop lawsuit.
	For those of you who have been following along, several years ago, Hunter Biden filed a lawsuit against an individual by the name of Garrett Ziegler, who has a foundation called the Marco Polo 501c3.
	Garrett Ziegler was a former Trump administration official who published the Hunter Biden laptop.
	You know, Hunter Biden tried to say that his laptop was hacked and that the images of him in all types of weird sexual positions, all types of compromising positions, doing drugs, all types of weird and what some would say illegal situations.
	He's trying to say that this is all Photoshop and fake information, when in reality, everything on Hunter Biden's laptop.
	We have a video here.
	We can actually play it for you momentarily.
	But long story short, before we get to the video that was released by Garrett Ziegler today, I was able to track Hunter Biden down and prove that he was out of the country at the time that he submitted a signed declaration with the court saying that he was broke.
	So Hunter Biden doesn't want to have to pay his attorney's fees.
	The case has been dismissed with...
	Which means that Hunter Biden is no longer allowed to actually file this lawsuit ever again.
	And now Garrett Ziegler is trying to petition the court to grant him attorney's fees and make Hunter Biden pay his attorney's fees.
	And what's really interesting is that Hunter Biden claimed in this declaration that he signed under oath and submitted to the court on March 5th.
	That he is 100% broke, that he has no money, that his artwork in his home was destroyed in the recent fires in Malibu.
	But then I caught him in South Africa on a five-star vacation, a luxury vacation, staying at an Oceanside Villa.
	And what I also proved, and I said this over a week ago, and people mocked me and they said that I wasn't telling the truth or that it couldn't be confirmed.
	I said that Hunter Biden was still receiving Secret Service protection and that he was...
	Fleeing the country to South Africa.
	And what do you know?
	Through my tracking operation on the ground in South Africa, I was able to exclusively confirm that Hunter Biden fled the country to avoid his deposition.
	And he has a 12 Secret Service agent per day detail on the ground in South Africa.
	His father is no longer president of the United States of America.
	And yet we, the taxpayers, are paying for Hunter Biden to have Secret Service protection.
	And if you read the Former President Protection Act, and it's called the Former President's Protection Act.
	I believe it was revised in 2012. The Former President's Protection Act says that children of presidents or former presidents can only continue receiving Secret Service protection if they are under the age of 16 years old.
	And we know that Hunter Biden, I believe he's like 55 years old.
	He certainly acts like a child.
	He is indeed a man-child.
	But by the books and if you look at his ID and you look at his date of birth, he's not actually a child.
	He's a grown-ass man who just happens to So, why the hell are we paying for Hunter Biden's Secret Service protection when Joe Biden can be paying for it?
	Again...
	The Trump administration ultimately has the final say.
	I'm told that the Trump administration is actually aware of this.
	So we were gaslit by the Republican Party for years telling us that Hunter Biden is a criminal, and now Republicans are just fine with Hunter Biden getting taxpayer-funded Secret Service.
	So hopefully the Trump administration does the right thing, and I hope that Donald Trump revokes Hunter Biden's Secret Service protection because it's kind of outrageous, really, if you think about it.
	I mean, this trip is going to cost anywhere from half a million to a million dollars just covering his expenses and the expenses for all of these Secret Service agents who get their travel expenses covered.
	They get a daily per diem.
	It's just totally ridiculous to know that we have 18 Secret Service agents currently in South Africa.
	I'm told that six on standby and 12 who are part of the full-time detail every single day.
	Four Secret Service agents in every shift.
	Three shifts every eight hours.
	So you do the math, that's 12 Secret Service agents per day that have to protect Hunter Biden and his wife, Melissa Cohen, and their small child, Beau, the entire time he's there.
	So it's officially confirmed.
	I know that I broke this story and I got the watermarked photos that I put out there.
	And I contacted the New York Post and agreed to give it to them for the exclusive print.

	We tracked Hunter Biden all the way to South Africa and we got him and his wife on video.
	So you can see here, Hunter Biden fled to ultra-luxurious vacation in South Africa with round-the-clock Secret Service protection avoiding grueling deposition.
	And if you do the control F search right now for Loomer, you will see that they gave me credit because, well, I broke this story.
	So it says that he was spotting Hunter and his South African-born wife, Melissa Cohen, were spotted walking around the high-end shopping district of Cape Town with their Secret Service detail this week and photos provided to the Post by independent journalist Laura Loomer.
	And if you scroll down, Loomer respects local sources who claim that Hunter is traveling with 18 agents, three shifts of four agents plus six backup agents who are staying at a nearby four-star result, collecting per diem payments for meals and renting two cars.
	So it's great.
	You know, it makes you wonder how come the mainstream media isn't doing this type of reporting, but busted.
	And look, I will say that the pardon that Joe Biden signed for his son, that includes crimes committed from January, I believe it's January 1st of 2014, all the way till December 4th of 2024. Doesn't include alleged perjury.
	And so if Hunter Biden did sign this declaration while he was out of the country and he said he was broke but he's going on a five-star vacation in South Africa, that would be considered perjury, which is not protected in this blanket pardon that his father Joe Biden signed off on him for.
	This means that the Trump administration could revoke Hunter Biden's Secret Service protection and Republicans could pursue charges against Hunter Biden for committing perjury.
	Pretty crazy stuff, but we know that the Republicans never actually want to hold anybody accountable because they just prefer to go on Fox News and get their nice little...
	They like to get their little clips for social media and their talking points out there, but no one's actually going to be doing anything.
	I mean, where's the crowd that grifted off of saying that Hunter Biden was going to be prosecuted for years?
	How come they haven't tweeted my story or shared my story or celebrated the fact that I tracked Hunter Biden down all the way to South Africa?
	That's why I'm so tired and so out of breath these last few days because I'm just so exhausted.
	I literally have gotten like two hours of sleep this entire week because I've been having...

	And he, of course, is embroiled right now in a lawsuit over Hunter Biden's laptop with Hunter Biden.

	I wanted to give you a longer update than what a single article could do.
	Hunter Biden has cried uncle, and he's cried uncle because he and his degenerate sugar brother Kevin Morris were going to be deposed in their lawsuits against us.
	This is how baseless and frivolous their suits were.
	They really believed that we weren't going to depose them.
	That's the kind of fairy dust world they live in.
	We noticed a deposition upon them.
	Hunter wanted to dismiss without prejudice, which even the judge, an appointee of his father, denied.
	So he dismissed our lawsuit, or really Hunter's lawsuit against us, on Thursday evening with prejudice.
	What this means is that the flying gnat around yours truly, known as Hunter Biden, cannot bring these claims against me.
	In federal or state court, ever again.
	This was a total lie from the beginning.
	And Vera, the judge, on Thursday night did exactly what I had predicted he was going to do.
	He's going to grant Hunter's ridiculous ex parte motion, for which there was no exigency, and we'll get into that a little bit.
	But he's going to do it with prejudice.
	So Marco Polo is now going to be filing a motion for our attorney's fees, which as of this Saturday, March 15th, the Ides of March.
	Beware the Ides of March.
	Remember that phrase?
	As of 4 p.m.
	It's about $260,000 that our patrons from across the nation have had to spend to defend us against this degenerate man-child.
	But right before this dismissal came onto the docket, we sent a subpoena to the Secret Service, the LA Secret Service office, LA field office, the LA Secret Service office, LA field office, for, quote, any and all documents related to the location of R. Hunter Biden from February 27th.
	2025 to March 13, 2025, or a sworn declaration and a log of any and all withheld documents.
	Why do we ask for that?
	Why are we subpoenaing for this in preparation for a motion for attorney fee reimbursement?
	Because Hunter might have not been in Los Angeles on March 4th when he signed that declaration.
	He signed it under the penalties of perjury.
	And he, which goes to the main purpose of the video, he had already fled to South Africa before the judge ruled.
	Hunter is now in a $500 per night, and that's a conservative estimate, Oceanside Villa in Cape Town, and he went there before the judge ruled.
	He was so sure that his dad's appointee was going to rubber stamp what he wanted, and he did, to a degree.
	He did grant the dismissal, but he did it in such a way that is going to allow us an easier argument to get reimbursed on our attorney's fees, which is good.
	Which is good for the patrons who are watching this.
	Which is good for justice.
	That lawfare failed.
	The only question now is how much is it going to fail?
	Are we going to have to eat these ridiculous attorney's fees?
	Or is Hunter or his sugar brother going to have to pay up?
	I hope that you'll keep watching this.

	We subpoenaed the federal government.
	Trump, Donald John Trump, one of the most transformative figures in American politics and somebody I personally admire and love, he should rescind the Secret Service protection for Hunter Biden if only because Hunter lied to a federal court.
	He withheld material information.
	This guy isn't indigent.
	This guy was not...
	Being fully honest with the federal judge when he signed that declaration.
	How can somebody with no resources to continue litigation stay in a villa in South Africa with secret service protection?
	And under statute, Hunter is not entitled to it.
	He's getting it extended to him as a courtesy until July.
	He and his addict sister, Ashley.
	Who said that Joe took probably not appropriate showers with her.
	Not my words, Ashley's words.
	So we're calling on Donald Trump to rescind the Secret Service protection to Hunter.
	He doesn't need it.
	Joe has a pension from the U.S. Senate, from the Vice Presidency, and the Presidency.
	Joe can pay for Hunter's private security detail.
	I'm not even broaching the topic of whether Hunter deserves or needs security.
	I'm not even sure there are credible threats against him, but let's just say for the sake of argument that there is.
	Why are we paying for it?
	Joe's ripped off the country for millions of dollars, and his pension is fat.
	Why doesn't Joe pay for Hunter's security detail?
	We hear ad nauseum about how great of a father Joe is and everything else.
	Why doesn't Joe pay for it?
	The public and you, the taxpayer, shouldn't pay for this.
	So we have pictures of him fleeing the country after he was served a deposition notice.
	We're going to be demanding that the Secret Service give us his travel records to verify whether he was in Los Angeles, which he said he was when he signed the declaration.
	And because it was dismissed with prejudice, which Hunter didn't want, We're going to be pursuing our attorney fee reimbursement.

	Secret Service is the one that's giving them protection and the agent simply is just doing their job.
	So, you know, there's no point in attacking this Secret Service agent because, look, at the end of the day, the Secret Service agents do what they're told to do.
	So, you know, I'm not trying to unleash a wave of hatred or unleash a wave of...
	Of attacks on an innocent Secret Service agent who just has the unfortunate job of providing Secret Service to Hunter Biden.
	And trust me when I say that I can confirm that there are many Secret Service agents who I have met over the years, obviously, you know, being involved in politics, who have told me point blank that they find it to be very...
	Distasteful that they've had to provide protection to Barack Hussein Obama, Joe Biden, and their family members.
	So it's not like all of the Secret Service agents who provide protection are enjoying their job.
	And I'm not saying that I've had communication with this particular agent.
	I'm not saying that I know what the political views of this particular agent are.
	I'm just saying, you know, some people were like, oh, that's some people attacking the agent online.
	And it's like, well, why would we attack the agent?
	If anything, the director of the Secret Service should really...

	I've met him before.

	But he should provide a statement and he should explain to the American people why we are paying for Hunter Biden's protection when he is not a child under the age of 16 years old.

	And also, what duty does the Secret Service have when it comes to legal matters when Hunter Biden may be lying to the court, saying in an official declaration that he submitted to the court while he was allegedly out of the country?
	What obligation does the Secret Service have to then comply with Garrett Ziegler's subpoena for these records if Hunter Biden is committing fraud on the court, if he is perjuring himself?
	So hopefully we can get some transparency out of Sean Curran as it relates to this matter.

	Got up, drove out there.
	Once I was pulling up there, I saw a whole bunch of people congregating in front of the Tesla store on 347. So, of course, I had to open up my window, and I wanted to hear what was going on, as well as I wanted to video it.
	And as soon as I opened that window up, you could hear the screaming and the cursing and just the hatred from these people.
	And a lot of these people, I started speaking with them afterwards, but I'm sure you had the video.
	You saw what was going on as I was pulling up there.
	And there were quite a few other people going in there because it's also a service center as well.
	And Saturday is probably the most popular day at the service center.
	So there were quite a few people there.
	And they let me right in there, obviously, because I was coming in at Tesla.
	They let us in the property.
	But all these protesters were kept outdoors and they were kept out on the street, not allowed on the Tesla property.
	But there was quite a few of them there, I would say.
	Probably in excess of 200 people.

	Not all of them are from this area.
	There were also people that were coming in from Yonkers.
	There was a van that was bringing people in from Yonkers that parked over at the Smithhaven Mall and then they walked over and that was it.
	A whole bunch of them.
	Didn't you say that you felt like some of these people also were like cancer patients?
	You said that you thought that maybe they were recruiting people from hospitals.
	I've never seen that before, but tell everybody what you noticed today because this is a very weird development and it's actually pretty shocking if this is how low the Democrats are stooping.

	It wasn't something I noticed.
	I was speaking to people, including the woman that was pulling that little aluminum.
	She was talking about how she was undergoing chemotherapy.
	That's why she had a mask on.
	So I was asking her, I said, listen, why are you wearing a mask?

	She said, oh, no, it's for chemotherapy.
	And it was two other people.
	So we had a total of three people who were doing that.
	And there's also quite a few people there with University Stony Brook Medical Center sweatshirts on.

	What do you think that people from the medical center were there for?
	They were setting up the protests.
	They were coordinating and I saw also clipboards that they were using as well.
	One of them even said lobby on it and it had a pen attached to it from a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
	I included a picture of that as well.
	So yeah, we have those photos too.
	So maybe medical students were actually part of organizing this event today.
	Maybe they were organizing, but they weren't there.
	We'll put it that way.
	It's pretty disturbing.
	It's pretty disturbing when you see that people who attended this event.
	We're essentially trying to call for Elon Musk and President Trump to be assassinated by a Luigi Mangione copycat and to think that some of these people might actually be hospital workers or medical staff.
	It's pretty shocking.
	It's nothing shocking these days.
	And most disturbing, speaking to some of these people, you had a whole bunch of them from Yonkers, and they don't even know about the policy.
	When you speak to them about the issues, why do you dislike Elon Musk?
	And their answer was...
	They should deport him back to South Africa.
	You couldn't have a conversation with these people about any of these.
	Isn't that so funny how today they all freaked out because President Trump, well, President Trump, if you missed the news today, he's been cracking down on illegal immigration, and everybody has noticed that the mass deportation numbers are quite low.
	Obviously, the Trump administration isn't going to be able to deport the millions of illegals who came into our country with the current rate.
	And so today, I don't know if you saw, but there was a presidential action, the invocation of the Alien Enemies Act regarding the invasion of the United States of And so President Trump is going to be using this invocation to mass deport more criminal illegal aliens.
	And so it's funny how, you know, we had a liberal judge today that tried to get a restraining order against this invocation to protect illegal aliens, but then these same Democrats who are against the use of the invocation of the Aliens Act are calling for the deportation of Elon Musk.
	It's quite ironic, don't you think?
	It really is.
	And it's the same rhetoric I was noticing.
	I was corresponding with a few other people who went to some protests out in California today.
	And everybody has the same talking points, same signs, deport Elon Musk.
	You never really hear that kind of rhetoric from Democrats, deporting somebody.
	And now today, all of a sudden, deport Elon Musk.
	And it's both in California and in New York.
	Yeah, it's a poor Elon.
	It is so funny, too, because the Democrats in New York and the Democrats in California have contributed to some of the worst explosions of illegal alien populations.
	I mean, I would say out of all the states in the country, California and New York have the most pro-illegal alien policies.
	Well, they all follow a script like you exposed with Jen Durbin over there.
	They all read off the same script.

	And so Elon Musk was there with him, and President Trump reiterated that if you firebomb Teslas or you incite violence or you carry out acts of violence at a Tesla showroom, you're going to be charged with domestic terrorism.

	What are your thoughts about Pam Blondie cracking down and President Trump cracking down on these acts and classifying them as domestic terrorism?
	If it wasn't for Elon Musk, we could all be very candid.

	And why don't we go ahead and break down for our viewers who the organizers are and the founders of this group Indivisible.

	We have this tweet here that we posted yesterday just so that people can understand who's behind these violent protests that are popping up across our country.

	I have a little podcast from what I understand and I'm learning about them right now as well.
	And they get quite a few dollars.
	They raise quite a bit of money actually that's being put into this from some of these families that we've been talking about recently.
	Why don't we go protest at their place of work or their home?
	I mean, if they think it's okay to firebomb Tesla, how come we can't have a peaceful protest outside their home?
	I bet they would think twice about organizing these violent protests outside of Tesla showrooms across the country if peaceful protesters showed up outside of their homes or their neighborhoods with signs exposing them for their violent activity.
	And I'm not encouraging anybody to carry out acts of violence against them.
	I'm just saying I wonder how fast the tables would turn if people showed up to their homes to protest.
	Yeah, the Tides Foundation is their top supporter, and we all know who the Tides Foundation is.
	That's the Soros family.
	And maybe we should peacefully congregate outside the homes of the Soros family members, and maybe we should just be loud enough so their children can hear our voices.

	They funded a lot of Black Lives Matter and Palestinian activity across our country.
	Tides Foundation, basically, they support everything that America is against.
	That's not America, basically.
	They are trying to take down our country.
	And there's quite a few families that are involved besides the Soros family.
	There's also the Herbert Sandler family as well.
	As we all know, Reid Hoffman, he's also very actively involved.
	I mean, these people are just really, they're a cancer to our country.

	political revolution, DEI bullshit, advancing social justice, black people on the front, of course, because we can't have any white people in positions of power, according to all of these radical leftists.

	Unfortunately, a lot of these organizations are still getting a 501c3 tax-deductible status for carrying out their activities, even though their activities are illegal and their activities are violent in nature.
	And we've come across a lot of these other groups.

	Oh, just recently, that's Planet Over Profits.
	Remember that one?

	That's the group that is working with the Sunrise Movement.

	Members who got arrested for firebombing the Tesla store in the meatpacking district.

	And also, we were discussing earlier in the week also, when the Musk Foundation provided $4 million to Hack Club, which is the fiscal sponsor of POP, Planet Over Profit.
	Yeah, and then, of course, when we decided to expose them, the founder of Hat Club actually came out and said that he wasn't actually funding any violent organizations and that they didn't fund political groups.
	And then we proved him wrong, and he had nothing to say, of course.
	Haven't heard from him since.
	I don't know what happened to him.
