	I don't know if he's going to be announcing his run for governor, but the rumor is that Byron Donalds is going to be running for governor of Florida.
	I was in CPAC last week in Washington, D.C., and as many of you know, I have been first.
	I was the first person three years ago to announce to the conservative movement and the Republican Party that Casey DeSantis was going to be running for the governor of Florida, and people said that I was a conspiracy theorist.
	They said that I was making it all up and that I just hated the DeSantis family.
	And the reality is, is now Ron DeSantis is refusing to endorse Byron Donalds after President Trump issued a preemptive endorsement of Congressman Byron Donalds from the great state of Florida.
	If he were to run for Florida, Florida governor, that announcement might be made any moment now.
	So we have a lot to talk about.
	The show tonight is about the billionaire baby trap, this story that is really taking the Internet by storm.
	But unfortunately, not as many people are talking about it as they should be because, well, a lot of the conservatives in the conservative movement are a bunch of grifters.
	And you know what I tell you about these people?
	They all just want to protect their own interests, right?
	They all want to protect their own interests.
	And so you have a lot of these conservative journalists and conservative media types who are refusing to talk about the fact that a known...
	Woman who has been LARPing as a conservative and as a Trump supporter for several years now appears to have completely manipulated and set up Elon Musk and baby trapped him into getting her pregnant and having a baby with him.
	And now she's filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk.
	We haven't talked about this on the show because this news broke while I was in Washington, D.C. We all knew about the fact that Ashley St. Clair announced on Valentine's Day.
	In fact, we have this statement here, so we can refresh everybody's memory.
	Let's get Ashley's statement from Valentine's Day pulled up on the screen here so that everybody can see the statement that she posted on her Twitter.
	I sent it to my producer.
	He's going to get this pulled up.
	But it was very dramatic, right?
	It was the evening on Valentine's Day.
	And of course, on Valentine's Day, you kind of know when someone likes you, right?
	I think we all know that you are able to tell when somebody likes you or whether they want to be with you or whether or not they have aspirations to really...
	Treat you like a significant other.
	Have a future with you.
	And you know that because generally speaking, you'll hear on Valentine's from that individual.
	Whether it's a good morning, happy Valentine's Day, how are you?
	Right?
	Whatever it may be, you're going to hear something.
	And so.
	And this clearly sent her into a jealous tirade because, well, the day before Valentine's Day, Elon Musk was spotted at the White House with Siobhan, who, of course, has three children with him. of course, has three children with him.
	And there were photographs of Siobhan with...
	With the Prime Minister of India, Modi, and they were in the White House, and you see her children, who are Elon's children, hanging out with Modi.
	So here's Siobhan, and here are their kids together.

	So this was the day before Valentine's Day.

	What do you see here?
	You see the three children.
	Ashley Sinclair, in my opinion, always thought that that was going to be her.
	In my opinion, she's thinking that, oh, you know, I'm just going to...
	Wrap Elon around my finger.
	There's a story out today in the New York Post.
	I guess some of her friends are starting to leak now that they realize what a psychopath this woman is.
	And just how calculating she was in terms of the way that she went about setting Elon Musk up.
	We're going to get into it all tonight.
	We're going to get into all of the screenshots.
	We're going to go through the lawsuit.
	We're going to go through all these other articles.
	There's an article out in the New York Post today.
	The title of it is exclusive.
	Ashley Sinclair bragged that she had Elon Musk wrapped around her finger could get him to retweet anything.
	This is out today, and it has a lot of these so-called friends, right?
	A lot of people were quiet, and when we saw the announcement, let's get Ashley's announcement up on the screen from when she announced on Valentine's Day that she was, you know, the mother of Elon's child.
	So, of course, she tries to sound more intellectual than she is.
	She does not speak Latin, putting Latin on the screen because, well, she's trying to not come off as a bimbo and a floozy, which is really all that she is and all that she really ever be.
	But she's trying to mimic Elon Musk, right?
	Because you see that Elon sometimes also posts Latin phrases online.
	And she...
	She really aspires to be just like Elon, right?
	And she's never going to be that intelligent.
	And so what do they say, right?
	Fake it till you make it.
	And I guess she was faking it until he impregnated her.
	And well, now she has a baby with him.
	So here we go.
	Here's the statement, if you didn't see it.
	Valentine's Day.
	Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world.
	Elon Musk is the father.
	I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety.
	But in recent days, it has...
	It has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, so regardless of the harm it will cause, I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment.
	For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child's privacy and refrain from invasive reporting.
	And then you see she hired a crisis manager.
	You can see the bottom of the screen there.
	It says, Brian Glicklich, digital strategy.
	Okay, so Brian Glicklich is a...
	Crisis PR manager.
	I believe he's based out of Nevada.
	But there's a lot of interesting ties between him and Israel and the United States government.
	And so we're going to get into that tonight because we have a lot to talk about as it relates to the baby trapping of Elon Musk.
	But go back to that New York Post article that came out today.
	A lot of information is now coming out, right?
	Because for those of you who aren't aware of the situation, Ashley announced on Valentine's Day that she wanted privacy and people were shocked.
	I mean, there were a lot of us who knew that Elon was having an affair with Ashley, right?
	I was one of the people.
	And a lot of people knew about the fact that she had a baby with Elon Musk because Ashley was showing up to events with her own security details.
	She's walking around wearing, like, scroll down to this photo right here.
	Scroll down on the bracelet she's wearing in all of these different photos.
	She's wearing Van Cleef jewelry, which is very expensive, right?
	Here you go.
	You have the Van Cleef bracelet that she's wearing.
	That's a little clover-shaped bracelet.
	Very expensive jewelry.
	People were saying that they had visited her condo in New York City, which is, you know, the expenses associated with her condo are over $40,000 a month.
	And Elon Musk has been footing the bill for this.
	Where she's living with...
	Her first son that she had with her previous baby daddy, because she's now a single mom to two children from two different dads, having never been married once.
	And so you can see here that she's in her high-rise apartment wearing her designer clothes, has to pose.
	And these photos were taken, they say, right, because there was a whole scandal that erupted this weekend, they say that this story and these photos were taken on February 15th, the day after Valentine's Day.
	So there's a bunch of New York Post articles because you're going to see tonight how the New York Post has really been serving as Ashley Sinclair's personal PR company.
	And so let's get this article up.
	So everybody can see the sequence of events here because you have to understand the timeline to understand everything we're going to be talking about tonight.
	So on February 15th, less than 24 hours after Ashley came out on Valentine's Day and said that she wanted privacy, that the media was threatening her, told this whole sob story about how they were trying to dox her baby.
	Oh, boo-hoo, I'm such a victim.
	The media was following me.
	They were trying to dox my child.
	I had to come out.
	I had to do this.
	I didn't want to have to do this.
	Oh, you know, it's so terrible.
	Well, look, it's pretty clear that Ashley planned all of this.
	Here's the article that came out.

	The author of this article, pay attention, scroll up.
	So people can see John Levine, okay?
	John Levine is somebody I've known for years.
	It's also somebody who Ashley has known for years.
	Ashley and John Levine are actually pretty good friends, and they've known each other for a while.
	In fact, if you go to Ashley's ex account, you'll see that she wrote a children's book.
	I mean, she says she wrote it.
	Who knows if she had a ghostwriter?
	But she says she wrote this children's book, and this book was written several years ago.
	Even though she was like a no-name individual back in the day, the New York Post ended up doing a full spread on her and her book, right?
	Righty Night Night.

	So it says John Levine is the author.
	So Ashley writes this book.
	Supposedly.
	And then John Levine writes the article.
	And you're wondering, like, why is John Levine doing all these articles for Ashley Sinclair?
	Well, because they're friends.
	And essentially, as you're going to see, the New York Post is actively serving as Ashley Sinclair's personal PR weapon so that she can...
	Publish and have all of these hit pieces on Elon Musk published and control the narrative and try to portray herself as a victim and pretend like she is some type of victim of Elon Musk, even though, you know, she knew exactly what she was doing and she plotted this.
	And we're going to show you all the screenshots tonight that prove that Ashley Sinclair didn't just wake up and decide that her child's life was in danger from media.
	No, we're going to show you how this woman calculated from the moment she met Elon Musk, actually years before she met Elon Musk, to seduce him.
	And I would even go so far as to say entrap him into having a baby with her and footing the bill for all of her expenses so that she could become a millionaire by having Elon Musk's child.
	And then suing him when he doesn't text her back on Valentine's Day.
	So let's go back to the article from February 15th.

	The conservative influencer, who claims to have given birth to Elon Musk's 13th child, revealed to the Post how she was driven to lead a life of secrecy.
	After a whirlwind romance with a billionaire ex-owner.
	In an exclusive sit-down from her glitzy Manhattan pad, Ashley described the 53-year-old Tesla and SpaceX mogul as funny and down-to-earth, but claimed that he wanted to keep their baby a secret for everyone's safety.
	St. Clair asked to keep her son's name a secret, but revealed he is healthy and happy.
	So the initials of the baby is R.
	It's R-S-C.
	And personally, I feel like if she really wanted it to be a secret, she wouldn't have revealed in the legal documents when she sued Elon Musk this last weekend that the first initial was R.
	But knowing the eccentric names that many of Elon's children have and the fact that Ashley herself, and we're going to bring on our guest tonight soon, Isabella Moody, who is a friend of mine and also a former friend and colleague of Ashley Sinclair's.
	And she's going to be able to testify to this herself and go through.
	We're going to get her framed up right now.
	But Isabella is going to be able to give you a first-hand account of how Ashley plotted for many years now to, I would say, entrap Elon Musk, become pregnant with his child, and that this was all very calculated from the beginning.
	And so you're going to see text messages tonight that Ashley Sinclair sent Isabella.
	That Isabella and I decided needed to be released.
	We made this decision when we had lunch with each other at CPAC this last weekend in Washington, D.C. And I actually would be surprised if the child's name is Rocket.
	Because Ashley, and you're going to see from the screenshots that we show you tonight, said that she wanted to have Elon Musk's rocket babies.
	She wanted to have Elon's rocket babies.
	And the baby's name starts with R. So I would not be surprised if the baby's name is Rocket.
	We're going to have to see how this lawsuit continues and how things progress.
	Because we can show the article up on the screen about how...
	Ashley filed the lawsuit against Elon.
	So here's the timeline, right?
	She says she wants privacy in the announcement from February 14th.
	If you're taking notes, you can write it down on a piece of paper because you're going to come to the same conclusion that I've come to by the end of this episode and that Ashley Sinclair is a pathological liar and she never wanted privacy.
	February 14th, she comes out and says she wants privacy.
	Then the very next day, after claiming that the media was going to dox her and that she feared for her baby's life and that she really wanted the media to respect her privacy, she invites the media into her home.
	However, we have reason to believe and screenshots and metadata from photos that leads us to believe that the photographs and the photo shoot with Ashley Sinclair likely took place on February 2nd inside her condo and not February 2nd.
	And that she is not being honest about the timeline of events here.
	Because from sources that I've spoken to who know Ashley, and I know Ashley as well, and I know John Levine, and John Levine was following me around like a stalker at CPAC, begging me to give him Elon Musk's phone number, begging to get in contact with Elon Musk, trying to snoop around and see what I was doing my entire time while I was at CPAC. And the reality is...
	John Levine is best friends with Emma Jo Morris, who is the female girl pal that was cited in the New York Post article as the woman who said that Ashley Sinclair was feeling jilted and terrified.
	We have that article as well.
	We have the article as well.
	But if you want privacy, you're not inviting the New York Post into your home the very next day after claiming that you want privacy, right?
	You're just not going to do that.
	We have this article here too up on the screen so you can see what I'm talking about.
	So then February 14th, she announces that she had the baby and she wants privacy.
	February 15th, she then says that she...
	She invited the media into her home, and they do a sit-down, tell-all interview.
	February 17th, her female friends, who used to be the politics editor at the New York Post, puts out a story that says Ashley feels jilted and terrified after Elon refused to protect her.
	Well, we know that this is a lie because I confirmed firsthand that Ashley has private security.
	Elon Musk's private security guards are protecting Ashley Sinclair.
	with people who attended Turning Point galas, people who attended the New York Young Republican events with Ashley, and they all told me that Ashley had private security guards with her everywhere she went, and she would arrive in motorcades that often were accompanied by Tesla vehicles and black SUVs.
	And so Ashley's lying when she says that Elon is refusing to protect her because, well, she lives in a condo that is upwards of $15,000 to $40,000 a month with her expenses.
	She has a private chef.
	From my understanding, private security.
	And she travels private everywhere she goes.
	She's even flown on Elon's private jet, from my understanding.
	And so the reality of the situation here is that Ashley has been lying about Elon Musk because she wants to create this narrative that she's a victim.
	And of course, she's been planning this for a long time because we're going to get into this tonight.
	She filed a lawsuit after leaking this information.
	Right, in this sequential order.
	So Valentine's Day, February 15th, February 17th, and then February 21st, of course, is when this lawsuit was filed.

	She's not owed any of this.
	If anything, she's only owed...
	Monthly child support payments to cover the needs of a child.
	Now, somebody like Ashley who wants to wear designer clothing everywhere she goes and wear designer bracelets and designer jewelry everywhere she goes will have you thinking that she needs to be receiving a million dollars a month in child support.
	And don't be surprised if she asks for such obscene figures when this goes to court.
	Because Ashley, from my understanding, you know, was...
	Telling many mutual conservative influencers who we both know that she could monetize and make a lot of money based off of her influence and her association with Elon Musk.
	The article, of course, came out today explaining that in the New York Post.
	So I'm not the only one that knows about this information because clearly other people who know Ashley have now come out on the record and said that she was bragging about her closeness to Elon Musk.
	She was bragging about how she could get Elon Musk to retweet anything that she wanted him to retweet.
	She was bragging about how she could make a lot of money because people were willing to pay her anything that she wanted in order to get close to Elon Musk.
	So she really abused her privacy arrangement with Elon Musk.
	I don't know if she had an NDA with him or not, but if she did...
	You know, I would assume she probably did.
	She definitely has violated his trust.
	We've seen that she has been taking photographs and recording her communications with Elon Musk on a second telephone, trying to record his encrypted messages.
	So that is a violation of trust.

	There was a plot from the very beginning to seduce Elon Musk and to entrap Elon Musk is Ashley Sinclair's former friend and former colleague and one of my friends, Isabella Moody.

	But long story short, Ashley Sinclair lied to me because...
	And one of the reasons why I'm so invested in exposing the truth in this story is because I know so many people who have been duped and deceived.
	I mean, every single day I'm getting messages from people.
	I'm literally getting screenshots of people who work at X who are friends with Ashley Sinclair.
	People telling me that Ashley Sinclair was allegedly directing employees at X to not allow for certain conservatives to be accepted into higher tier content programs, right?
	There's different tiers for people who don't understand how this works.
	And so I haven't even published all of the information that I've received yet.
	But apparently the way it works is that when you're a content creator at X or when you are a journalist and you have subscribers...
	There's different tiers in terms of ad revenue.

	But now we've seen through her own statements that Ashley Sinclair is full of shit.

	Or why are you getting paid so much money from X? She would say, oh, well, I just post really interesting content.
	And maybe you just need to post better content.
	And stop spreading conspiracy theories.
	She actually said that she doesn't have a relationship with Elon Musk.
	So that was like a direct quote from Ashley.
	She said that she didn't have a relationship with Elon Musk.
	And now we know that that is obviously like total bullshit because, well, at the time that she was making these statements, I think, Cannon, let's get the screenshots up on on on screen from I believe I posted them yesterday.
	Her reply to Andrew Meyer when Andrew Meyer called her out, because this is just a clear cut example of the pathological liar behavior that we're going to be analyzing tonight, because a lot of conservative influencers and people that many of you follow online are implicated in this thing. because a lot of conservative influencers and people that many They traveled with Ashley on Elon's private jet.
	Many of these people received very large payouts, and it really makes you wonder if they were being rewarded for being quiet about the pregnancy or if Ashley was using her position to boost these friends of hers who all knew about the fact that she was pregnant with Elon's and it really makes you wonder if they were being rewarded Even though they all talk a big talk about conservative family values, they all denied it.
	They all denied it when people asked them, oh, do you have a special relationship with Elon Musk?
	Do you have a special relationship with X?
	Why are you getting so much more of a payout than other people?
	So let's get the screenshots up on the screen, Cannon.

	So in a tweet reply to Andrew Meyer, and I want to get your reply to this, Isabella, and then we're going to get into the screenshots.
	But this all really just needs to be teed up for people because they need to understand why this matters.
	People will say, oh, it's just gossip.
	No, it's not just gossip.
	We're talking about the richest man in the world who is now a Trump advisor who appears to have been manipulated by an absolute gold digger who lied and plotted for over a year to, I mean, we're talking like over five years, okay, to get pregnant by I absolutely disagree, and I also think that it is...
	It is probably going to be one of the most important men's rights cases of the century because if somebody like Elon Musk is able to get bamboozled by some bimbo and he's going to have attacks launched against him in court in New York City, which is the lawfare capital of our country, then what does it mean for all of the other men in our country who end up getting bamboozled by women?
	Here's the tweet on which she replied to Andrew on October 26, 2023. We know that Ashley began her relationship, her sexual affair with Elon Musk in May of 2023. And you can scroll down.
	Let's scroll down to what she actually said, okay?
	Neither of us have a deal with Elon, but reading this thread, it sounds like you have some conspiracy that we just hyped this platform to be boosted and monetized, which is false.
	Well, she did have a deal with Elon Musk because this was around the time, this was about three, less than 90 days before she conceived a child, according to her statements under oath in court documents with Elon Musk.
	And this was also several months after she began having sexual intercourse with Elon Musk.
	And so...
	Clearly they did have some kind of arrangements because she was asking him for money.
	Clearly, I mean, like, clearly she was asking him for money because he was paying for her and she was walking around in expensive jewelry.
	I mean, those are not benefits that you get from being married.
	So you have to ask somebody for that, right?
	Oh, give me private security.
	Oh, let me fly on your private jet.
	Oh, buy me this.
	Buy me that.
	Put me up in a condo.
	Pay for this.
	Pay for that.
	So clearly Ashley did have a deal, a sexual deal with Elon Musk.
	So she's a liar when she says that she didn't have a deal with Elon.
	We also know that she had extensive communications with ex-Tesla and SpaceX employees, many of whom, you know, Especially the employee's ex, who she relied on to do her bidding, according to screenshots that I've received and information that I've received, which is highly unethical.
	I mean, I just think that it's really disingenuous for Ashley to be going around pretending like she's a free speech absolutist when she is using her influence and her sexual proximity to Elon Musk to get people silence, censored, or boosted.
	So I wanted to get your comments on that, Isabella, because I know that you are another individual who has been gaslit by Ashley into thinking that she didn't have a relationship with Elon, even though she did.
	And so perhaps you can just walk through.
	For our viewers, your relationship with Ashley and instances through your relationship in which you started to realize that she was a very manipulative, pathological liar.

	But when I posted my tweet that ended up going viral about how Ashley, when I was suspended because I disagreed with Elon Musk on the H-1B visa issue, Ashley Was not only personally talking mad amounts of shit to Elon Musk, to me and other people as well, and I also have screenshots of her mother's ex-account.
	I was able to find out that Ashley's mother is actually living in the condo with her that Elon Musk is paying for, and I found her mother's ex-account, and I found messages where Ashley's mother was also attacking Elon Musk during this period.
	Like when the H-1B visa discussion was being had.
	And so it's interesting because certain people were completely silenced and demonetized, right?
	And Ashley had been arguing about the H-1B visa debate as well, but her account was completely fine.
	Like she was never once censored.
	She was never once silenced, even though her and her mother were taking jobs at Elon Musk while living in the condo in New York City that he's paying for.
	So I have all the screenshots of that, but it was just like very strange because it just seemed that certain people People who, you know, spoke out about H-1B visas, found themselves completely demonetized, and then, you know, they got their checkmark taken away.
	Yeah, well, I wonder if that was, like, at that time was the first time she was showing Elon, hey, I will publicly disagree with you.

	Well, part of that is to entice people to want to stay good with her because think about it.

	Dror holds a second-degree black belt in Krav Maga, created and led the volunteer security services at his local synagogue, and was the lead trainer for other Jewish security members.
	Roar also attacked President Trump and Netanyahu for their role in the Abraham Accords.
	His attack was published in an op-ed he wrote for Times of Israel called An Apology to My Israeli Brothers and Sisters from a Liberal American Jew.
	It was published on July 20, 2021 during the Biden administration.

	So that would have been, according to her own testimony in the court document, she said that she conceived the child with Elon on January 2nd or January 3rd.
	So that would have been less than a month before she conceived the child.
	She's saying, I think family court is the most vile institution ever.
	Yet, here she is, right?
	Here she is suing Elon Musk in court for full custody and paternity tests.
	What are your thoughts on that?

	I mean, it just goes to show how many times she contradicts herself, right, publicly.

	I mean, look, I'm not a psychiatrist or a psychologist, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was ever found to be unfit to be a mother.

	But she also used a photograph in the exhibit of herself in one of the images of her with her breasts out, like basically taking like a boob photo that she sent to Elon Musk, in which he said, hi, cutie.
	And she's like, oh, can't wait to see you.

	In her lawsuit that she just filed against Elon Musk, Ashley submitted a photograph of herself and senior Trump advisor Lynn Patton in a text message she sent to Elon.
	For full disclosure, and I've said this, I love Lynn Patton.
	I like Lynn.
	She's a great person.
	I get along with her personally.
	We travel together on Trump's private plane together during the campaign season.
	But again, Ashley could have blurred Lynn's face in the lawsuit exhibit.

	So this is one of the exhibits that was submitted in Ashley's lawsuit, okay?
	And it was, you know, yesterday she took a photo of it, so she was obviously trying to trap him.

	And then he's saying, I want to knock you up again.
	Elon Musk apparently told her in these messages that he wanted to knock her up again and have more kids with her.
	Kind of crazy.
	But that's Lynn Patton.
	She's a senior advisor to President Trump.
	Let's go back to the tweet.

	You'll notice that Ashley didn't blur Lynn's face out.
	She could have, but I truly believe that the reason why she's not blurring Lynn's face is because she wants to try to use people in Trump's circle or high-level people As witnesses, right?
	That they had been to her place and that they knew that she had a baby with Elon because Elon hasn't come out on the record yet and claimed this child as his own.
	I don't think he's going to deny responsibility, but Ashley clearly wants to have a media spectacle.
	And you have to ask yourself, you know, why did she submit a photo?
	That had a Trump senior official in it when she could have blurred the person's face.
	She's clearly trying to implicate Lynn.
	She's clearly trying to make it a scandal about a Trump administration official.

	And I think that she's just jealous because she's not the baby mama that Elon Musk is bringing with him to all these other events.
	Like Siobhan Zillis is in the White House with Modi.
	She's in the White House with Trump.
	She's at New Year's Eve at Mar-a-Lago with President Trump.
	Ashley Sinclair knows all these people and she's just at home with his baby and she's not the one doing it, right?

	And then that child, in my opinion, is going to have more love for their father and just nothing but animosity and resentment for their mother.
	So I don't really know if Ashley thought about this before she did what she did, but that child is going to grow up to have deep-seated resentment for his mother, in my opinion.

	I actually uncovered a custody document from her mother and her father.
	Her father's name is Michael Sinclair and her mother's name is Don Sinclair.
	A custody legal document from their own custody battle in Broward County, Florida.
	From when Ashley was a teenager.
	And I actually tweeted it.
	We can pull it up.
	There was some dispute about whether or not Ashley was 26 or whether she was 31. This legal document that I posted proves that she's 26. She'll be 27 this year in July.
	But I bring that up because her mother also had to get custody payments and child support payments from Ashley's father.
	And this is kind of what happens in these broken household systems where kids grow up without both parents in the house.
	There's a lot of dysfunction.
	And obviously, Ashley clearly doesn't value family values.

	Ashley clearly doesn't have any respect for family values because if she did, she wouldn't be trying to create a situation where she only has custody.
	So Michael St. Clair, Don St. Clair, you can see the oldest minor child, Ashley St. Clair, whose date of birth is July 31st, has graduated high school and will turn 18 on July 31st, 2016. So she is, by that definition, 26 years old.

	And then you have kids that grow up with parents that resent them because their parents never wanted to be parents.

	I'm here to tell you that there are a lot of parents out there that resent their children.

	Ron DeSantis having to be an obstructionist, as he always is.

	Let's go to the documents I posted earlier today.

	I mean, earlier today, the judge was officially assigned in this case with Ashley St. Clair and Elon Musk.
	Let's pull it up so that everybody can see firsthand.
	The judge, his name is Jeffrey Perlman.
	Democrat Judge Jeffrey Perlman of the New York County Supreme Court has just been assigned as the judge overseeing the custody case filed by Ashley Sinclair against Elon Musk.
	Judge Jeffrey Perlman recently served as special counsel to Trump-hating New York Governor Kathy Hochul and as a special counsel to the transition following the resignation of the Democrat New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
	Records show that Judge Perlman is a Democrat.
	Perlman once served as chief of staff to the New York State Senate Democratic Conference.
	He was formerly counsel to Greenberg Targ, a private law firm where his field of practice included government affairs and litigation specializing in ethics, freedom and information law, election law and other client related matters.
	As I previously exclusively reported.
	So, Ashley Sinclair has hired George Bikel, an anti-Trump Democrat, Israeli lawyer to represent her against Elon Musk.
	It's looking like the Democrat lawfare machine is being mobilized in New York to engage in a lawfare attack against Elon Musk.
	And then, of course, CCP Skip Tracer, who you should all be following if you're not already following him.
	So it clearly says, assigned judge Jeffrey Perlman, and you can clearly see that he's a Democrat.
	Go over one more.
	And that he's been appointed special counsel by the governor, Kathy Hochul.
	Kathy Hochul announced a new administration.
	And Kathy Hochul is anti-Trump.
	And as we saw, Kathy Hochul supported the lawfare against Trump during the campaign season.
	She wanted Donald Trump to go to jail.
	She said so explicitly.
	Her client is Lauren Mershon, or Lauren Mershon, which is the judge's daughter, has her as a client.
	She has sent over $800,000 to the personal home residence of Lauren Mershon.
	So that's another story that we exclusively reported here on Loomer Unleashed.
	And how is this not a conflict of interest when Elon Musk is currently working with President Trump and his administration to defund?
	And defund all of these organizations and cut waste, fraud, and abuse.
	And New York State is leading the charge as it relates to this lawsuit against Doge and all of the state's attorneys generals.
	It's a lawfare machine.
	This judge has a major conflict of interest, especially as a Democrat, given the fact that he also, according to FEC records that we pulled up, donated to Democrats in 2020, which was a presidential election year with Donald Trump on the ballot.
	Ashley Sinclair is a horrible, horrible woman.
	Ashley Sinclair, in my opinion, is unfit to be a mother and she should have both of her children taken away from her.
	She should be made an example of on the national stage to show people what happens when you behave like a whore and you try to target men.
	The fact that this woman tried to make a career off of claiming that she is a conservative commentator and that she's a MAGA influencer when she supported Ron DeSantis and she supported Vivek Ramaswamy literally traveled with Vivek to Iowa.
	Give me a fucking break.
	There is nothing MAGA about this woman whatsoever.
	She is an opportunist.
	She is a liar.
	She is a fraud.
	And she is a whore.
	And she should be treated as such.
	And the conservatives who are embracing her and the conservatives who are propping her up should be condemned.
	And I'm going to start naming names.
	I'm going to start naming names and showing online which conservatives were well aware of her plot from the beginning and which conservatives traveled on private planes with her and who knew about her pregnancy and who knew about this plot from the beginning.
	Because regardless of what you think about Elon Musk, and yes, I've had my own disagreements with her, it is absolutely atrocious, okay?
	It is absolutely atrocious that she is now using lawfare.
	In a state and a city known for its attacks on the Trump administration and Donald Trump himself and is now launching lawfare against a Trump administration official and has hired anti-Trump lawyers who have monetized off of their attacks on Donald Trump.
	You know, there comes a point in time where sometimes you have to decide whether you care more about money or you care about the truth and you care about integrity.
	And clearly, Ashley Sinclair cares more about money and status and fame and access than she does about truth.
	Because if she truly cared about Trump and she truly cared about MAGA and she truly cared about the work that's being done right now to help our country, she wouldn't be embracing lawfare.
	She wouldn't be embracing anti-Trump lawyers in a city with a judge who is an appointee by Kathy Hochul, who's a...

	Everything that he does and says, there's a lot of things that I don't like about Elon Musk, but this is wrong.
	He is being victimized and he is being targeted and the right thing to do is to stand up regardless of whether or not you like somebody.
	And unfortunately, we live in a society where people only want to stand up for their friends and they don't want to stand up for people who are being victimized by an unfair system.
	But I do believe that Elon Musk is a victim of entrapment.
	I believe that Elon Musk has been targeted by a deceptive woman who wants to take his money.
