Thank you.
Thank you.
Episode 94 of Loomer Unleashed.
I'm your host, Laura Loomer.
In just a few days, Donald Trump will assume office as America's 47th president.
When the sun rises on Tuesday morning, it will mark the dawn of the first full day of his second administration.
The question on everyone's mind is, what will four more years of Trump in the White House look like?
When each president enters office, they typically usher in a sweeping series of changes in their first few days.
From executive orders to landmark legislation to critical appointments, the first week of a president's term sets the tone for what the next four years will look like.
Tonight on Loomer Unleashed, we will take a look at what to expect in the first seven days of Trump's new term.
There are a handful of Trump campaign promises that we, the voters, are expecting to see his administration deliver on.
Firstly, and most important, is immigration reform and border security.
This was the preeminent issue of the campaign trail, and it was one of the worst aspects of the feckless Biden administration.
Under Biden and Harris, millions of illegal aliens crossed the porous southern border, with many of them relocating directly into local American communities by the federal government's assistance.
This overwhelmed institutions, it strained our infrastructure, and it even transformed the character of towns like Springfield and Charleroi, leaving them almost unrecognizable.
Donald Trump has vowed to secure the border, a task he can begin on day one by directing ICE and Border Patrol to ramp up enforcement.
He also plans to resume construction on the border wall and enhance current security measures.
However, securing the border is only one part of his immigration agenda.
Trump and his new border czar, Tom Homan, have both promised to conduct a massive deportation operation.
The goal of this is clear.
Remove tens of millions of people who have no business being here, alleviate the strain on our communities, and begin restoring the cultural fabric of America.
That said, there have already been signs of backpedaling from within Trump's circle, with some advisors suggesting the focus will only be on deporting violent criminals.
And while targeting violent offenders is essential, Trump's campaign mandate called for mass deportations.
The American people expect action, and any illegal entry into the country is, by definition, a crime.
So it's time to enforce the law.
No exceptions.
Donald Trump has also proposed ending birthright citizenship, a policy that grants citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil, even if their parents are here illegally.
This outdated practice has led to the phenomenon of anchor babies, where individuals cross the border and then they give birth knowing it complicates our deportation efforts.
Birthright citizenship is rare globally, and it was originally intended to grant citizenship to freed slaves after the Civil War.
Reforming this antiquated policy would be a major step toward addressing systemic immigration issues.
A second goal in Trump's first week is to free the January 6th political prisoners.
This issue has been something Trump became vocal about on the campaign trail.
Just today, I received a phone call from J6 political prisoner Joseph Biggs.
Now, everyone with common sense can see that J6 was a clear setup.
Whether the federal government intentionally choreographed the events of that day or not, Well, they certainly did very little to stop anybody from entering the Capitol grounds, and surveillance footage released has revealed that Capitol Police even opened the doors for many of the protesters, welcoming them in.
Additionally, the retribution brought forth under Biden's DOJ following January 6th was beyond brutal.
The unfair, outsized, and even cruel treatment of protesters was shameful.
And much like the immigration issue, though, we're hearing admin orbiters backtracking on this issue as well.
Let's just take a second to say that we all know the only violent person that day was the officer who murdered Ashley Babbitt in cold blood.
You need to grant all of the January Sixers a full pardon, Mr. President.
And finally, we can expect Donald Trump to make significant moves on foreign policy.
Just in the last few days, the Israel-Gaza war has nearly been resolved, but the peace deal is now stalling in the 11th hour.
Meanwhile, the war in Ukraine continues to rage in a bloody stalemate with no end in sight.
So we can expect Donald Trump and his Department of Defense and his new State Department to be very aggressive in seeing these conflicts brought to a close.
This will likely involve some strong rhetoric from Trump towards adversarial countries, followed by some classic Art of the Deal negotiation.
Trump's foreign policy has always been defined by pragmatism.
He recognizes that America cannot and should not police the entire world, but he also believes in using America's influence tactfully to prevent chaos.
Trump's first week in office is poised to deliver a seismic shift in Washington, D.C.
His goals are clear, secure the border, uphold rule of law, restore justice for January 6th protesters, and realign America's role and stature on the global stage.
Through executive orders, bold dealmaking, and perhaps even a touch of being a so-called day one dictator, as Trump has half-jokingly suggested, Trump is ready to begin undoing the damage of the past four years to usher in a new golden age for America.

We're going to talk about Joe Biden's farewell address and President Trump's plans for his first week in the White House.
We're going to be joined soon by special guest Jason Fick, who's going to be talking about this complete 180 or I think it's fake.
You know, I don't really think it's a 180, but of course, it's all theatrics from.
We're going to talk about what Joe Biden had to say about the tech oligarchy and his farewell address, which he delivered.
Last night.
So let's go ahead and just jump right into this.
We're going to go ahead and play a clip of what Joe Biden said.
And look, I don't agree with Joe Biden on practically anything.
However, I do think that...
He's right about this.
I think that he's right about the fact that a wealthy tech oligarchy is taking hold of the White House.
And this is something that I've been addressing a lot in the last few weeks.
It's one of the reasons why I have now found myself completely demonetized on X and censored and shadowbanned.
And it's something that we really need to have a serious conversation about.
And that, of course, is the influence of the big tech executives who have traditionally always been anti-Trump.
Assuming massive amounts of power and really putting into question our anti-trust laws and whether or not they're going to have more power than the President of the United States and how much influence these people are going to have given the fact that it's now been announced that they're going to have front row seats at the inauguration and in the case of Elon Musk also have office space in the White House.
So let's go ahead and play this clip from Joe Biden in which he last night was addressing the tech oligarchy taking shape.
Before he leaves the White House.
An oligarchy is taking shape in America of extreme wealth, power, and influence that literally threatens our entire democracy, our basic rights and freedoms, and a fair shot for everyone to get ahead.
We see the consequences all across America, and we've seen it before.
More than a century ago, the American people stood up to the robber barons back then.
And busted the trust.
They didn't punish the wealthy.
They just made the wealthy play by the rules everybody else had to.
Workers want rights to earn their fair share.
You know, they were dealt into the deal and helped put us on a path to building the largest middle class and the most prosperous century any nation in the world has ever seen.
We've got to do that again.
Now, you can dislike Joe Biden all you want, and I have my fair share of things to say about Joe Biden.
But the reality is, is he's not wrong about this.
We've seen that Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, the CEO of TikTok, a lot of very powerful tech oligarchs are now coming around and all of a sudden supporting President Trump after not supporting President Trump.
And now these people have enormous influence.
And yes, we can say that Joe Biden and the Democrats are hypocrites because, well, you know, They were happy to embrace the tech oligarchs when they were funneling $450 million, like Zuckerberg did, into drop boxes ahead of the 2020 election to help the Democrats steal the election.
And when they had nothing to say when people like Jack Dorsey were censoring people ahead of the election and when they deplatformed Donald Trump while he was still a sitting president.
However...
It still needs to be said that technocracy and the tech oligarchy is probably...
Not just probably, it really is, honestly, the greatest threat to our country, our national security, and humanity as a whole.
So, again, you know, we see a lot of hypocrisy because Joe Biden, of course, he awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Alex Soros, and I believe Bill Gates, too.
We can get those articles up and show you those clips from just a couple weeks ago.
And so, if he really cares so much...
If he really cares so much about the tech oligarchy, then maybe the Democrats should take some of their own advice.
And he did.
He had Alex Soros.
Let's get those clips pulled up.
We have Alex Soros at the White House just about a week or two ago where he was there for...
He awarded George Soros the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Let's see.
Mac and Furious over George Soros' Medal of Freedom.
From Biden.
Disgusting.
Yeah, it is disgusting.
But, you know, the Democrats, of course, now they want to criticize big tech because now big tech is...
Swinging the pendulum over to Trump.
But look, whether it's the Democrats' embrace of the big tech oligarchs or President Trump's embrace of the tech oligarchy, it still poses a threat to our democracy.
It still poses a threat to our way of life here.
It poses a threat to free speech.
It poses a threat to freedom of association.
You know, it's not exactly a good situation for our national security, given the fact that so many of these tech executives are compromised by China or dependent on China.
I mean, look at Elon Musk, for example, right?
He has his Gigafactor in Shanghai, and he's very close with Xi Jinping and Li Kuang.
And just moments before my show began tonight, it was reported.
Let's get this pulled up, too.
We have a graphic and we have a statement from the Chinese Communist Party as well.
China is sending a representative to the inauguration.
Xi Jinping is not coming, despite the fact that he was invited by President Trump to attend the inauguration.
Instead, the vice president of China is now coming.
So let's go ahead and get that.
We have that graphic pulled up.
Here we go.
Chinese Vice President Hong Jane to attend Donald Trump's inauguration.
And I have it in the chat as well.
We have a statement here from China.
But Hong's attendance will mark the first time a senior Chinese leader has been present at a U.S. presidential inauguration.
So I don't really know how I feel about this.
Let's scroll down.
Let's continue reading.
China says that Vice President Han Zheng will attend the U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration in Washington on Monday.
The announcement was made by China's Foreign Ministry on Friday, and we have that screenshot, so let's go ahead and get that screenshot pulled up here.
So, President Xi Jinping's Special Representative Han Zheng to attend the inauguration ceremony.
The Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced China follows the principles of mutual respect.
Peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation.
In viewing and growing its relationship with the United States, yeah, they're so respectful, right?
So that's why they hacked the U.S. Treasury Department a couple weeks ago.
And just tonight, let's get this pulled up, too, because this news broke right before Loomer Unleashed aired tonight.
It's been reported that China actually hacked the email of Janet Yellen.
So, yeah, if they were so respectful, you know, they probably wouldn't be hacking our U.S. officials just an hour ago, this news story.
Chinese hackers accessed Yellen's computer in U.S. Treasury breach.
Let's scroll down.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen's computer was hacked and unclassified files were accessed as part of a broader breach by the Treasury Department by Chinese state-sponsored hackers, citing two people familiar with the matter.
The computers of two of Yellen's lieutenants, Deputy Secretary Wally Adeyemo and acting under Secretary Brad Smith, were also breached, according to the report.
And then, uh, China has always opposed all forms of hacker attacks, Mao Ning, a spokesperson for China's foreign ministry, said.
Okay.
Yeah, but it clearly says that they were Chinese state-sponsored hackers.
So, uh...
They can say whatever they want to say, but clearly they have no problem with allowing their hackers to hack our infrastructure and hack our U.S. officials.
And they know that President Trump opposes the reunification of Taiwan.
Clearly they do not support or respect the United States of America because if they did, Xi Jinping would not have given a New Year's address in which he said that he...
Well, he was pretty confident that nobody and nothing.
He said that.
So let's go ahead and get that pulled up, too.
Xi Jinping's New Year's address.
So he actually said just a few days ago that nobody and nothing is going to stop the reunification of Taiwan, a.k.a.
the invasion of Taiwan.
So clearly he doesn't respect Donald Trump because if he did respect Donald Trump, well...
He wouldn't be...
Here we go.
Here we have it from Reuters.
So Xi says nobody can stop China's reunification with Taiwan.
So no one can stop China's reunification with Taiwan.
Chinese President Xi Jinping said in his New Year's speech on Tuesday laying down a clear warning to what Beijing regards as pro-independence forces within and outside of the island of 23 million people.
I mean, clearly they know our position on this, and so how is it a feeling of mutual respect?
President Trump has said that he's going to impose tariffs on China, so it's going to be very interesting to see how these new tech oligarchs and these Chinese officials react to that when President Trump is...
You know, officially inaugurated.
And whether or not these big tech executives who have such ties and financial reliance on China, like Elon Musk does, okay?
I mean, there's no denying this.
It's not derogatory to say.
It is factual information.
His relationship with China and Xi Jinping.
What's going to happen?
Are they going to put up money to oppose U.S. senators and U.S. representatives that oppose the reunification of Taiwan?
This is a question that we should be having because there's a lot of China hawks in the Republican Party and a lot of them, I'm sure, have concerns.
In fact, I know that some of them have concerns because some of them have spoken with me off the record.
I'm not going to say who they are, but some of them have spoken with me about how they're concerned about how President Trump's relationship with some of these tech executives who have these very cozy and I would say also kind of inappropriate relationships with Xi Jinping.
The proximity of their access to the White House, especially now that some of them are going to be getting office space in the White House.
What is this going to mean for our national security?
I want to get your thoughts and your comments in the chat, so please let's head over to the chat.
Because I definitely want to see what you have to say.
Let's go ahead and play the clip of Soros and Hillary Clinton at the White House for the Presidential Medal of Freedom ceremony just a few days ago so you can see the hypocrisy.
I mean, look, there can be truth and also hypocrisy at the same time in Biden's statements, right?
So, yeah.
Okay, he's right.
There's obviously a tech oligarchy forming.
That's pretty obvious.
I mean, I've been speaking out about it.
Steve Bannon's been speaking out about it.
A lot of people want to speak out about it.
But they're scared that Elon Musk is going to retaliate against them and take their...
Monetization away, the same way my monetization was taken away.
So a lot of people are just kind of sitting back and quiet.
But you can also be a hypocrite, but right at the same time.
So yes, okay, Biden is correct.
But he's also a hypocrite because, well, look at the oligarchs he invited to his own White House.
Let's go ahead and play this.
Let's play this video.
Stepping on behalf of George Soros is Alex Soros.
The Presidential Medal of Freedom is awarded to George Soros.
Born into a Jewish family in Hungary, George Soros escaped Nazi occupation to build a life of freedom for himself and countless others around the world.
Educated in England, he settled in America as he became an investor and philanthropist supporting key pillars of open societies, rights and justice, equity and equality, freedom now and in the future.
His inspiring generosity reminds us all of our capacity and our obligation to stand up to the abuse of power and to be guardians of democracy and all people yearning to be free.
Thank you.
So, look, obviously, you know, there's hypocrisy in what Joe Biden is saying.
But, look, if we're being honest, we have to admit the fact that, yes, there is, in fact, a tech oligarchy that is now starting to occupy MAGA and the Trump administration.
Let's get another article pulled up.
Today, it was also announced that the TikTok CEO were in the middle of discussing whether or not TikTok is going to officially be banned from the United States of America.
And amid these discussions, Because TikTok is Chinese-come-his-propaganda, and it's already been decided upon in a bipartisan manner that they pose a serious national security threat.
TikTok poses a serious national security threat to our country.
In fact, if you are a government official or you are a member of the U.S. military, you're not even allowed to have TikTok on your phone.
So go ahead and type this in, TikTok CEO Trump inauguration, so that you all can see this in real time.
Just so you see just how, you know, absurd this is.
I woke up this morning to this news and, I mean, it's just, look, I'm a Trump supporter, but at some point you just have to call this out for what it is.
It's just absurd.
It's just getting to the point of absolute clown world.
And I love Donald Trump and I support Donald Trump, but since when are we allowing for alleged agents of the CCP to have a front row access to inauguration?
I mean, there's a reason why no Chinese officials have ever attended a presidential inauguration before.
Because America is supposed to oppose communism.
Hello!
Hello!
I mean, do we really need to have a conversation about this, okay?
I thought that this was easily understood by people.
I don't understand how this is even up for discussion right now.
It's kind of crazy to me to see how all of these policy positions are suddenly changing with Trump's realignment with The big tech executives.
But yeah, there's a reason why China has never really sent a representative from the government because the CCP, why do you want a representative from the CCP at the inauguration?
It doesn't exactly send a good sign, right?
It doesn't send a good sign when China's talking about invading Taiwan and they're hacking the Department of Treasury and the Treasury Secretary.
I don't think that China should be rewarded by having front row access to President Trump's inauguration after their state-sponsored hackers just hacked Janet Yellen's computer and her emails, right?
So I don't understand what's going on, but here we go.
TikTok CEO Xiaochu, or however he pronounces his name, certainly not American, expected to attend Trump's inauguration with other tech leaders.
As a last resort, the platform is preparing for a total shutdown Sunday, the day a U.S. ban is set to go into effect if the Supreme Court doesn't overrule it.
And just today, there was another headline.
You can pull this up if you want.
The Biden administration doesn't want to have to be the one to tell all of the Zoomers, hey, it's the Democrats.
You know, we banned TikTok.
So they're leaving the decision to Donald Trump.
So the inauguration is on Monday.
The website is supposed to shut down.
And the Biden administration is just like, well, you know what?
We're just gonna leave it up to Trump.
TikTok is probably not going to be banned then because Donald Trump submitted a brief to the Supreme Court expressing his opposition to the TikTok ban, which is kind of strange because, I mean, look, if we're being honest, President Trump always supported a ban on TikTok.
So I'm not too happy to see the flip-flopping because, you know, as an original Trump supporter, I... I supported President Trump's calls to ban TikTok.
Here we go.
Biden decides not to enforce looming TikTok ban, leaving Chinese apps fate up to Trump as he returns to the White House.
So now, right, if Donald Trump says, OK, well, we're not going to ban TikTok, then the narrative is going to be that, oh, look, Donald Trump has undermined U.S. national security by allowing for the Chinese communist propaganda app to continue, you know, without without being shut down or banned.
So this is not exactly good for Donald Trump, in my opinion.
I know that Donald Trump personally has flip-flopped on his position and now supports TikTok because, I don't know, originally he championed the TikTok ban until Elon Musk and a lot of the people from Club for Growth or Club for China Growth, as I like to call it, started to intervene during the election season.
President Trump criticized Ron DeSantis for taking money from Jeffrey Yass.
Who I exposed to even shared my video.
And when I made this video, and the video's on Rumble, we can even pull it up just as a...
You know, a flashback down on Memory Lame so that we can show you all the video that I published that Donald Trump even shared.
Donald Trump was using my videos attacking Ron DeSantis for taking money from Jeffrey Yass, who is the largest U.S. shareholder in ByteDance.
Okay, he's also a billionaire who happens to be the largest donor for Club for China Growth.
He gave them a $25 million donation last year.
And right after that, after they were supporting DeSantis and running anti-Trump ads, Club for China Growth, then all of a sudden, David McIntosh was like, OK, well, you know, we're just going to support Trump.
And then they had a meeting and got Jeffrey Yass in front of Trump and then, you know, committed all this money from Club for Growth to President Trump's re-election campaign.
And then all of a sudden, Donald Trump went from supporting a TikTok ban to not supporting a TikTok ban.
So I think that we can pull this up.
We have this.
It's from several months ago.
It's from, I have to get my producer to pull this up, but my poor producer.
I'm always throwing curveballs at him midway through the show.
But it's about Ron DeSantis, hypocrisy, TikTok ban.
Just type that in.
Loomer Unleashed, TikTok.
Something like that.
You can type that in, and it will pull up.
But I'm just trying to show you guys, because, you know, not to derail the conversation, but I want to show you how quickly all these MAGA policies are all of a sudden changing.
So, no, it's a video.
I'll find it.
But it's very problematic.
It's very problematic, in my opinion, because, well, you know, TikTok is Chinese communist propaganda, and now, all of a sudden, While people are waiting and anticipating the TikTok ban, you have tons of people who are now all of a sudden just...
No, just I'll find it.
Just TikTok's pro-CCP billionaire investors donate.
That's the clip.
Let's play it.
We're going to load this video.
But it's very problematic because now you have millions of people.
Millions of people are now downloading this other app.
That they're calling Red Note.
It's not Red Note, okay?
The actual translation of this app is Little Red Book, and it's in reference to Mao's Little Red Book, which is a book full of quotations from Mao, who, of course, is a Chinese communist leader.
This social media app that is supposed to be, I guess, the replacement for TikTok because, you know, they're saying that TikTok is Chinese communist propaganda, is Chinese communist propaganda on steroids.
So if you thought that TikTok was bad, well, then you don't want to see what Little Red Book is.
But I'm just going to go ahead and play this video.
It's a bit long.
You know, it's 14 minutes, but we're going to play sections of it just so that you can see.
This is a video that President Trump shared during the primary.
And the only reason why I'm playing this right now is because I want you all to see how the position has rapidly changed, only because big tech is now throwing massive amounts of money at Donald Trump and also the Republican Party.
And I have to maintain my integrity.
I support Donald Trump.
I love Donald Trump.
I love MAGA, but look, I mean, we have to call a spade a spade here, and the fact of the matter is that Donald Trump was always opposed to a TikTok ban, or was always in favor of a TikTok ban.
He opposed Ron DeSantis taking money from CCP-tied...
TikTok-affiliated investors and billionaire donors.
And now, all of a sudden, you know, those people are giving money to Trump and his position has changed.
We just have to call it out the way we see it because it's true.
And it's very concerning.
And we're no better than the Democrats if we sit here and we make excuses for policy flip-flops.
So I like President Trump.
I love President Trump.
I understand that TikTok was a big part of how he was able to get the Zoomer vote.
Look, guys, it's hypocrisy.
I love Donald Trump, but it has to be called out because we can't allow for these people to infest the Trump administration.
This is not what we fought for during the primary.
We were attacking Ron DeSantis for taking money from these people, and now all of a sudden it's okay.
I just don't understand it.
Let's go ahead and play some of these clips from this video from over a year ago that Donald Trump himself shared on True Social.
Hey, everybody.
Welcome to a new episode of Loomer Unleashed.
I'm your host, Laura Loomer.
And on today's episode, we're going to talk about how Ron DeSantis has completely sold out to the Chinese Communist Party via his donors in Wall Street and big tech.
Now, you may have heard Ron DeSantis publicly say things like, as governor of Florida, he's been tough on China.
As governor of Florida, he's called for a ban on TikTok.
And most recently on the campaign trail while visiting the state of New Hampshire, Ron DeSantis said that he would consider a ban on TikTok.
If he were President of the United States.
However, there's just one big problem with Ron DeSantis' statement that he's going to somehow be tough on China, economically speaking, and that he's going to ban TikTok.
And that's the fact that some of his biggest campaign donors for his presidential campaign and some of the largest donors who are donating millions of dollars to the Never Back Down Super PAC, which is the official Ron DeSantis for President Super PAC, happen to be some of the biggest investors in TikTok itself.
Let's take a look.
Now, at the end of July, the financial reports for Super PACs were released.
And as you know, I'm always sifting through financial reports and FEC forms with my fine-tooth comb.
And what did I discover when I was looking at the Never Back Down PAC? Reports?
Well, I discovered the fact that Doug Leone, who happens to be one of the global managing partners at Sequoia, which is one of the largest venture capitalist firms in the country that has significant ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
He donated $2 million to Ron DeSantis' Never Back Down Pack.
Now, why is Doug Leone's $2 million contribution to the Never Back Down Pack of significance?
Well, it's because in his position as one of the global chairman of Sequoia Capital, it's important for people to understand that Sequoia is the largest U.S. venture capital funder in China.
And they also happen to own 10% of ByteDance, which is the parent company of TikTok.
And recently, Sequoia announced that they've decided to partner with Ken Griffin of Citadel Securities, giving them a $1.5 billion cash infusion and allowing Ken Griffin to enter the stock and bonds market in China.
Sequoia Capital happens to be one of the largest venture capitalist funds in China to date, and that of course means that they are heavily plugged into and associated with the Chinese Communist Party.
How exactly does Ron DeSantis plan on being tough on China?
And how does Ron DeSantis plan on banning TikTok when two of his biggest donors, Ken Griffin and Doug Leone of Sequoia, are bankrolled by the Chinese Communist Party?
This is going to pose a massive conflict of interest and a big problem for Ron DeSantis, who is clearly being strung along by his billionaire donors in Wall Street and big tech who are encouraging Ron DeSantis to modify, change and are even influencing his foreign policy decisions. change and are even influencing his foreign policy decisions.
But don't take it from me.
Take it from Ron DeSantis.
At a recent fundraiser for Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign that was hosted in California's Central Valley by donors of Kevin McCarthy, who also happened to be donors of Gavin Newsom, by the way, Ron DeSantis told these donors that he doesn't agree with President Trump's policy on being tough on China, Ron DeSantis told these donors that he doesn't agree with President Trump's policy on being tough on China, Ron DeSantis expressed support, rather, for open trade.
And this is no surprise, given the fact that Ron DeSantis himself has been supported in the past, dating all the way back to his time as a member of the United States Congress, by the Club for Growth, or as President Trump likes to call them, the Club for China Growth.
Now, as governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis claims that he signed legislation that would keep TikTok off of government devices and out of Florida schools.
However, it appears that while running for president and trying to amass a war chest of millions of dollars in his effort to undermine the MAGA America First movement and make it so that Donald Trump cannot secure the GOP nomination, Ron DeSantis seems to have a different public position than his private position.
You see, publicly he tells people that he wants to ban TikTok.
But behind closed doors, he's taking money from some of TikTok's biggest investors.
Now that I showed you how Doug Leone of the CCP-tied Sequoia Capital Firm donated $2 million to Ron DeSantis' Never Back Down PAC in an attempt to buy political influence and have a revolving door of access for the CCP in the White House, regardless of who gets elected as president, I'd like to introduce regardless of who gets elected as president, I'd like to introduce you to another CCP-tied donor who is bankrolling Ron
Meet Jeff Yass.
Jeff Yass is a Pennsylvania billionaire and investor who, in 2005, founded a venture capital firm called SigChina.
SigChina was established with the purpose of investing in emerging Chinese technology.
Why does this matter?
Well, given the fact that Jeff Yass has a net worth of $33 billion and he happens to be the wealthiest man and the wealthiest billionaire in the state of Pennsylvania, it's important to note that most of Jeff's wealth comes from his investment in ByteDance, which, of course, as mentioned before, is the parent company for TikTok.
Now, according to financial reports, on February 7th, 2023, Yas, who is one of the largest investors into TikTok, donated $2.5 million to Ron DeSantis' State committee PAC in an effort to support Governor Ron DeSantis after he had already secured a second term as governor of Florida.
Yass has also expressed interest in supporting Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign.
And not only that, but according to FEC reports, in this year alone, Jeff Yass has contributed over $15 million to the club for growth.
Why does this matter?
Well, the Club for Growth is notoriously anti-Trump.
In 2016, when Ron DeSantis was a congressman and Club for Growth was praising him as a member of Congress and giving him a glowing review, especially given the fact that as a member of Congress, Ron DeSantis both signed off on and voted in favor of the TPP, which Donald Trump has publicly condemned and even went so far as to remove when he was president of the United States.
The Club for Growth has publicly said that they will not be supporting Donald Trump for re-election in 2024 and will instead Now, it's no secret that Club for Growth has aggressively opposed Donald Trump's tough on China trade policies, and Club for Growth itself is notorious for being a free trade organization that opposes all tariffs on Chinese trade.
Given those facts, it's no wonder why the Club for Growth is lining up to support Ron DeSantis and his presidential campaign.
And let's not forget that when Donald Trump was in the White House during his first term, he publicly stated that he wanted to ban TikTok.
And of course, in response to those statements, Donald Trump received a lot of public backlash.
So given the fact that we are now once again in a presidential election year, it's no surprise as to why some of these biggest venture capitalist investors and hedge fund managers who own very large stakes in ByteDance, the parrot company of TikTok, are lining up to give millions of dollars to candidates like Ron DeSantis, who are anti-Trump.
By donating millions of dollars to Ron DeSantis and his super PAC never back down, Donors and billionaires like Ken Griffin, Doug Leon, and Jeff Yass are ensuring that there will be a constant revolving door of access for all of them and their business associates, as well as the Chinese Communist Party, to have access to the White House, very much like we see as the current situation with Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, who have completely sold our country out to the Chinese Communist Party.
So while Ron DeSantis can publicly tell people that he wants to ban TikTok as a way to protect children and to stop data mining and that he's going to make sure that a key part of his economic policy is being tough on China, as he recently told the Wall Street Journal this last week.
His actions and his fundraising reports suggest the exact opposite.
Now you may have heard some people say, oh, we have to vote for Ron DeSantis because Ron DeSantis is basically Trump without the baggage.
But as I have clearly shown you in this video, that couldn't be further from the truth because Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump clearly have Opposite views when it comes to how to deal with China and our economic trade policy with foreign nations.
While Donald Trump is not an advocate of free trade, Ron DeSantis and his associates at Club for Growth, or Club for China Growth as President Trump likes to call them, are clearly in favor of America last trade policies that export our jobs overseas at the expense of American factory workers and American manufacturers who are losing their jobs to cheap labor overseas in countries like China.
While speaking at a conference in China, Wall Street billionaire and Citadel CEO Ken Griffin publicly said that he is looking to support Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign and During the same conference, he actually praised China's communist leader, Xi Jinping, for his commitment to, quote, accelerating China's economic growth.
Now, I think that it should set off a lot of red flags and alarms that Ron DeSantis' top donor, Ken Griffin, who, according to financial reports, gave him $5 million for his re-election campaign, is saying, Publicly, that investment in China is a center of focus for his company Citadel.
Do we really want to elect somebody as president of the United States who is bankrolled by billionaires who are completely compromised by the Chinese Communist Party?
I don't think so.
We've already seen on both sides of the political aisle, whether it's Ron DeSantis or Joe and Hunter Biden, how dangerous it can be when our politicians allow themselves to become slaves of corporate interests and foreign nations.
Getting our country back on track and restoring an America first strong economy means decoupling ourselves from China.
This is something that Ron DeSantis' hedge fund billionaire donors, people like Jeff Yass, Ken Griffin, and Doug Leone, completely oppose.
And that's exactly why they They are supporting Ron DeSantis as opposed to Donald Trump.
Along with donating $5 million to Ron DeSantis' re-election campaign, Ken Griffin of Citadel received a $1 billion investment from Sequoia Capital in 2022. This is a considerable financial backing that helped facilitate Ken Griffin's re-entry into China after an enforced exit by the Chinese Communist Party five years prior.
And what does this mean with regards to the 2024 presidential election?
Well, it means that financial powerhouses Citadel and Sequoia, along with the Chinese Communist Party, clearly have a vested interest in seeing Ron DeSantis in the White House.
Lax trade policies with China, including a reduction or complete elimination of tariffs, means that all of these hedge fund billionaires, who also happen to be GOP mega donors, will make billions of dollars on their investments and their business dealings with the Chinese Communist Party.
And what does this mean?
Well, for people like Ken Griffin and Doug Leone and Jeff Yass, it means that they're going to get richer.
And for Ron DeSantis, it means that his campaign coffers are going to be flooded with millions of dollars of more donations.
But for the average American, they're going to be left paying the ultimate price as American manufacturing and products and labor is shipped overseas to China.
It's pretty obvious that Ron DeSantis will say and do anything if it means getting a large financial contribution from a Wall Street or hedge fund billionaire.
My policy was...
You know, if you want to give money to me, I'll take any lawful donations.
We've seen the financial reports and there's no reconciling the fact that he can't have his cake and eat it too.
Ron DeSantis can't be telling voters on the campaign trail that he's going to have an economic and trade policy that's tough on China and that he's going to ban TikTok for the sake of improving our national security and protecting children from predators online.
And then behind closed doors at his swanky fundraisers be taking millions of dollars in donations from some of the largest investors into ByteDance, which is, of course, the parent company of TikTok.
There's a reason why Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign is being called an absolute disaster.
In fact, it's been described by many political consultants as one of the worst political rollouts in U.S. history.
And as Ron DeSantis continues to lie through his teeth on the campaign trail and flip-flop on policy positions, as I just showed you, he will continue to plummet in the polls.
The choice is pretty clear for voters this election season.
If they wish to continue to have an economic...
So for those of you just tuning in and, you know, we are live right now, you're probably wondering, why is she playing a video about Ron DeSantis and his CCP donors from over a year ago?
Well, because I'm trying to drive home the point about how, you know, President Trump was always opposed.
To TikTok.
He wanted to ban TikTok.
And then Ron DeSantis said he wanted to ban TikTok.
And then one of the things that I exposed during the campaign was that one of Ron DeSantis' biggest donors were the largest shareholders in TikTok ByteDance.
The fact of the matter is, is that when I published this video, President Trump shared it on his social media.
And it was a talking point used by President Trump on the campaign trail.
Now, fast forward a year, and what do we have?
Well, we have Ron DeSantis playing golf with President Trump at his golf club just a few days ago.
We have Elon Musk running the America Pack.
Elon Musk, who of course is very close with Xi Jinping.
His America Pack, of course, is now staffed by...
Ron DeSantis campaign staffers and PAC staffers, including Janera Peck, who was the campaign manager for Ron DeSantis before she was replaced by James Uthmeyer, who just today was appointed the Attorney General of Florida, despite the fact that he was caught during the presidential primary.
Trying to pressure, illegally, this is totally illegal by the way, trying to pressure lobbyists while he was the chief of staff for Governor Ron DeSantis in his gubernatorial office to write checks to Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign.
Or else the governor wasn't going to assist them in any of their goals.
So why am I bringing this up?
Because a year later and everything that we fought for and everything that we said that we were opposed to is now being welcomed back in.
And all these donors who were mentioned as having ties to the CCP in that video that I spent 14 minutes laying out.
Documenting all of the TikTok ties, documenting all the ties to the CCP. All these people are now going to be sitting on the platform at inauguration because they've given million-dollar donations.
And all these people who have deep-seated ties to the CCP and are completely compromised by Chinese communists are going to be sitting in attendance with the vice president of China, the Chinese Communist Party.
On the platform of the presidential inauguration.
So, look, I love Donald Trump, but this has to be called out.
It has to be called out because, look, Biden's not wrong when he says that the White House is quickly being ensnarled by a tech oligarchy.
This is not hyperbole.
This is really happening, and I clearly just showed you firsthand how this is taking place.
Why are they doing this?
Well, because the Supreme Court is about to issue this ban and the company is going to have to shut down by Sunday.
And so what is happening now?
Well, the CCP is making a full-blown push for this Little Red Book app that's just translated very poorly from Mandarin to Red Note.
It's not Red Note.
It literally means Little Red Book.
But, you know, they're not going to tell you that because, well, then they're going to have to say, well, you know, why is it named Little Red Book?
Oh, yeah, it's because Mao has a book.
There's a book called Little Red Books that has all his quotations about how amazing Chinese communism is.
They don't want to have that conversation.
So why are they doing this?
Well, because you've seen the conversations about the bid for TikTok.
So if Elon Musk controls both X and he also controls TikTok, then he's going to have office space in the White House and he's going to be able to have his hand over President Trump.
And he's also going to be able to control our internet connections via the satellites with Starlink.
He's going to be able to control people's cars with Tesla.
And then he's also going to be able to control the flow of information via TikTok and X and the X Everything app because he wants X to be an everything app from payments to TV to everything.
and then what if he decides to wake up one day and you piss him off the way I pissed him off three weeks ago talking about H-1B visas well then he could use it to subvert the people who elected Donald Trump, the Trump loyalists which is what he's doing right now and then he could sell them out to his friends in Beijing this has to be called out this is not hyperbole this is literally what is happening right now Bloomberg did an article about it today and people are like oh well how do you expect to be monetized again if you keep talking shit about Elon Musk I'm not even talking shit I'm literally just telling you what is happening.
I'm just telling you that as a journalist, I have been completely demonetized on X for calling out the H-1B visas and bringing awareness to the fact that an appointee, Cyril Kirshnan, who is now going to go work in the Trump administration with David Sachs under AI, donated to pro-impeachment and...
And anti-Trump, pro-indictment Democrats a month before the election.
So yeah, I think that this is extremely concerning.
So where do we go from here?
Well...
There's alternatives.
You have Kevin O'Leary, who is leading the people's bid.
So you can look this up if you want more information about it.
And I tried to get a representative from the people's bid to come on my show tonight, but sadly, nobody was available.
But you can go look this up.
Kevin O'Leary is leading the people's bid.
And, you know, the only reason why Elon Musk is now being discussed as somebody who could potentially...
Be given over control of TikTok by the CCP, even though both parties are denying these reports, is because he's loyal to Xi Jinping and he's loyal to Beijing.
This is without a doubt, it's factual information.
This is not even like, oh, you can't say, oh, well, he's an American.
How can you say he's loyal to Beijing?
You have to be loyal to Beijing in order to do business in Beijing.
You have to.
You have to be loyal to the CCP in order to do business in China.
His entire Gigafactory in Shanghai would be shut down if he wasn't loyal to Beijing, if he wasn't loyal to China, if he wasn't loyal to the CCP. People understand this.
So, no, it's not an anti-Elon Musk tirade to be saying these things.
This is factual information, and everybody knows that if you're any but critical of Xi Jinping, not only can you go to jail and not only can you be arrested, but your entire business can be shut down in China if you say anything critical.
That's why you never see Elon Musk say anything critical of China.
That's why he talks about a million news stories every single day.
You'll never see Elon Musk say, you know what, China, you shouldn't be hacking the United States.
You know what, China?
You shouldn't be hacking Janet Yellen's computer.
You're never going to see Elon Musk criticize China.
Ever.
Ever.
His entire operation, from his money manager to him to his lawyer, they're all affiliated with the CCP. And again...
This isn't an attack on Elon.
This is just factual information so that people understand what is happening right now with the realignment of technology and information.
And when people like to say, oh, Elon's so base, Elon's so great.
Okay, you can be grateful.
We can all be thankful to Elon Musk for donating over $270 million and helping Trump get elected.
But what does this amount of concentrated wealth and power mean when one person has it?
I don't give a shit if it's Elon Musk or George Soros, okay?
I don't want one person having this.
Nobody should want that.
Nobody should want that.
It's a threat to true free speech absolutism, and it's a threat to freedom of the press.
It's a threat to freedom of association.
And what's going to happen if Elon Musk and Donald Trump get in a fight?
What's going to happen?
What's going to happen?
So these are just things that I'm hoping that everybody can start paying attention to.
And speaking of the Treasury Department and also speaking of China and possible attacks, what happens if we get an EMP and then China shuts down our banking industry with an EMP? Well, that's something that we need to talk about.
And so what happens to your money in the bank when the BRICS nations...
Or when China, let's go ahead and thank our sponsor tonight, Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
What is going to happen, you guys, if China were to launch...
What's going to happen if they start launching these surveillance balloons or the surveillance technology like we saw during the Biden administration, which he denied.
He said it was a hot air balloon, and then we found out that it was actually a spy balloon by China.
What's going to happen if tensions continue to escalate with the CCP in China?
They launch an EMP. Do you know what that's going to do?
We're going to have a fried electrical grid and your banking system could be completely shut down.
So what happens to your money if this happens or money in the bank when the BRIC nations continue their economic warfare against America and they start dumping their U.S. Treasuries in retaliation to the Trump tariffs?
What's going to happen?
Are your bank assets truly safe?
Did you know that FDIC only has about 1.2% of all deposits insured?
It doesn't take much for a bank run significantly worse than what we saw after Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and First Republic failed.
So what do you need to do?
You need to get out of the banking system and you need to get right with the world's safest assets, silver and gold.
Let the buyer beware that there's a lot of garbage companies out there that will sell you high-priced collectibles, silver, and gold.
But don't fall for it.
This is why I've decided to partner with Kirk Elliott Precious Metals because Dr. Kirk cares about you.
He cares about free speech.
He certainly doesn't want CCP takeover our country, okay?
He certainly doesn't want people to be tied up in the banking system if China launches an EMP or if there's a run on the banks.
He's trustworthy, he's honest, and he educates you before you make a purchase so that you can make sure that it's right for you and your family.

Look, guys, this conversation gets me heated because I spent the entire primary trying to expose people like Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis for their ties to the CCP. I tried exposing all of this.
And Donald Trump himself shared all of this information.
And now, oddly enough, all these people that we were all criticizing during the primary are now getting front row seats at the inauguration and they are infiltrating the Trump administration.
So we're going to have a lot more.
To talk about tonight, Jason Fick is going to be joining us soon.
He's having some connectivity issues.
In the meantime, let's go ahead and highlight some of these other entertaining moments, I guess you could say, from Joe Biden's farewell address and some of the other things that are happening in these last four days as the Biden administration starts to wind down.
Let's go ahead and play clip number 10. Joe Biden in his dementia phase saying end of quote in his farewell address.
Now, his farewell address, President Eisenhower spoke of the dangers of the military industrial complex.
He warned us then about, and I quote, the potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power, end of quote.
And we're going to be speaking with Jason Fick about all the censorship.
So during his farewell address, Joe Biden didn't miss a beat, but he was not going to give up.
His power in the White House without one last call for more censorship.
So let's go ahead and play clip number 11. Joe Biden calling for more censorship in his farewell address.
Americans are being buried under an avalanche of misinformation and disinformation enabling the abuse of power.
The free press is crumbling.
Editors are disappearing.
Social media is giving up on fact-checking.
The truth is smothered by lies told for power and for profit.
We must hold the social platforms accountable to protect our children, our families, and our very democracy from the abuse of power.
It's kind of funny, though, because even though Joe Biden is right about the tech oligarchy, you know, see, he's mad because the tech oligarchy isn't censoring enough, right?
He's not mad that, oh, there's a tech oligarchy because, you know, they're getting too much power and they're tied to the Chinese and it's too much of a conflict of interest for the guy in charge of SpaceX to be having Doge out of his own office and, you know, the guy who's getting government contracts and subsidies to be having office space.
No, that's not what he cares about.
You know, he cares about the fact that, oh, you know, there's a tech oligarchy.
So while Joe Biden is right about the tech oligarchy, he's right for the wrong reasons, right?
He's right that there's a tech oligarchy, but he's upset that the Democrats are no longer funneling almost half a billion dollars into Democrat election efforts like Mark Zuckerberg did in 2020 to steal the election from Trump during COVID. You can be right and you can be wrong at the same time.
Let's go ahead over to the chat.
I want to see what some of you seem to think about this.
Any comments?
Do you all agree with me?
Are you all concerned about the fact that Donald Trump is allowing for all of these pro-China CCP individuals who seem to have conflicts of interest with the CCP to now have a position at his inauguration and also a position in the White House?
Press 1 in the chat if you agree.
We might have a conversation about this because You can be a Trump supporter, but also call things out when things are wrong.
And personally, I think that something has gone terribly wrong.
And I think that it's going to be the nail in the coffin for the GOP if we don't figure this out soon.
Let's go ahead.
Hopefully, if you agree with me, you'll press one in the chat.
I want to see, because look, I'm like, am I going crazy here thinking about this stuff?
Or, you know, do other people see what I see too?
Some people are like, oh, you know, you're just fighting.
I'm not trying to fight with Elon Musk.
I'm just trying to point out the fact that some of these conflicts are posing a threat to our country.
They're posing a threat to our national security.
It's posing a threat to the integrity of the Trump administration.
And you shouldn't want any one person to have that much power.
The pendulum can swing at any moment, as we just saw.
So I just think that, you know, people need to put their biases aside regardless of what they think about Elon Musk.
You can be grateful for the fact that he bought X and you can be grateful for the fact that he gave a donation to Donald Trump.
But do we really want one person having that much power?
I am not in support of Elon Musk getting TikTok.
I'm not.
Not because I don't like Elon Musk.
It has nothing to do with that.
It's because I don't think that it's a good idea for one person to have that much control and power and influence over our media, social media, and telecommunications.
This is why we have Sherman antitrust laws.
This is what Sherman antitrust laws exist for.
People need to put their own bias aside.
Like, oh wow, this guy's so base.
Oh, he's so cool.
Oh, I like him.
I like him.
It doesn't matter whether or not you like someone.
We're not supposed to be giving power to people we like.
That's not how it works.
You have to put checks and balances in place to make sure that people are protected.
You have to have consumer protection laws.
You have to make sure that people can't just be completely shut down.
These companies now are essentially becoming utilities.
So, you know, people can get mad and look, I'm sure that me saying this is only going to piss off Elon even more, but I'm not trying to be antagonistic.
This is just anything that I would say about anyone.
I would say it about a Democrat.
I would say it about a Republican.
I've said it about Democrats.
And I'm saying it now about Elon Musk.
I think it's concerning.
And so I think that the bid should go to somebody else, personally.
I don't think that he should be allowed to acquire TikTok.
I just don't.
I think that the CCP views it as a form of leverage to, you know, have control over Elon because of his business ventures with Tesla in China.
That's what I personally think.
And so it's not even a matter of what I think.
It's what is factual.
And that is a fact.
They have leverage over him because the CCP is a retaliatory, tyrannical operation.
It's not like here in the United States where you can speak badly about the President of the United States and your business will be fine.
In China, if you say anything critical of the CCP or Xi Jinping, you are shut down.
The hammer comes down on you like that.
I don't know if people really understand it.
I don't really think your everyday person understands this because your average person doesn't really seem to have an understanding of this.
Do we have Jason?
Jason is having a very difficult time connecting.
In the meantime, while we're waiting for Jason to connect, let's go ahead and play Merrick Garland's final remarks.
Merrick Garland, clip number nine.
More than 40 years after I first entered this building, it is now time to say goodbye.
It will be hard to leave these hallowed halls.
It will be hard to leave the leadership team.
That has guided the department with such extraordinary skill, integrity, and 24-7 dedication.
Lisa, Ben, and Vanita before him, all of our component heads, the leaders of our law enforcement agencies, our U.S. attorneys, and my long-suffering staff.
It will be even harder to leave the career workforce.
Who have been my colleagues, my mentors, and my friends over so many years.
But it will be hardest to leave this job, where every day is another opportunity to uphold the rule of law, to keep my fellow citizens safe, And to protect civil rights.
I will miss it.
I will miss all of you.
I could not be more honored than to have served alongside you as Attorney General.
And in these last few days, I think everybody can agree that we just can't wait for this nightmare to be over.
Even CNN has called the end of Biden's presidency pretty terrible.
Let's go ahead and play clip number 12. I think the way he's leaving office has been, frankly, pretty terrible.
He's going to be remembered for a few things.
But politically, it's mostly for when he was vice president, he and Obama sort of ushering in the Trump era initially.
And then as he's leaving office as president, Bringing back Trump and Trumpism stronger and more popular than ever.
Today, Biden has like a 61% disapproval and Trump is over a 50% approval and more popular and his ideology is more popular than it's ever been.
If everything you say is true, the Democrats should have had no trouble getting reelected in this election.
I think it's an issue of a communications failure.
I know.
And for Democrats, it's always been about communication and no introspection.
about the policies that led to him leaving office as one of the most unpopular presidents.
When I watch this tonight, I remain astonished that he, his family, and other people around him thought he could ever run for another term.
I mean, there's no way he could serve another six months, let alone another four years.
The fact that they pursued that farce for as long as they did, to me, remains one of the most astonishing things about this term.
I mean, yeah, look, I'm glad that CNN waited for the last four days of the Biden administration to finally tell some truth.
So joining me now, I'm glad that we got these connection issues resolved.
Who knows, maybe it's big tech right now trying to interfere in our connection, is Jason Fick, the founder of the Social Media Freedom Foundation.
Jason!
Can you hear me?
Good to see you.
I can hear you.
Okay, great.
Yeah, that was very bizarre.
It's very weird.
We have never had that happen before.
But look, you don't put anything past big tech these days.
Jason has been at the forefront of suing various social media companies and runs a foundation focused on raising awareness about social media censorship.
And it just took him over 30 minutes to try to connect to my show.
I've never had that happen before.
Two computers, two internet providers, two cell phones.
I mean, I've never seen anything like I couldn't get audio in one.
I mean, it was like, what is going on here?
And I've always used this before.
So, strange considering today we're going to drop some bombs.
We're going to throw some things out there that are going to be kind of interesting.
Sound good?
Absolutely.
So, you know, Jason, you and I have known each other for several years.
I think I first met you in 2019 when I was running for Congress.
And you and I both found ourselves in this weird predicament because we were some of the first people to be completely nasty platformed off of meta, Facebook, Instagram.
At the time, you know, there was all this gaslighting from the GOP saying that it was just a right-wing conspiracy theory, that it was just extremists who were being censored and shut down.
And then, lo and behold, you know, a lot of politicians started to find themselves being shadowbanned, and they were getting shut down, and their accounts were being throttled in the middle of an election season.
You and I have really, we're probably some of the first people in the country, I'd say, that you and I, we are some of the only people to have lawsuits against Facebook actually go all the way to the Supreme Court.
You and I both have that in common.
And so I wanted to bring you on tonight because I'm sure you've seen, just like many of us have, and we've been talking about this extensively on the show here on Loomer Unleashed.
Since the program has returned in the new year, about how all of the big tech executives all of a sudden, they seem to have the same PR person.
They're all saying the same thing.
Make a $1 million donation to the Trump inaugural fund and go on Joe Rogan.
That must be like, you know, the magic sauce.
I think that's like the magic sauce, I guess, that this PR whiz or PR guru.
Okay.
This is what you're going to do.
You're going to get forgiven and Donald Trump's going to give you a steak dinner at a front row seat at the inauguration if you write a $1 million check and you go on Joe Brokin and you blame everything on Joe Biden.
What do you make of all of these tech executives crawling out of the woodwork with their checkbooks, you know, days before the inauguration and the announcements that these people are now fraternizing with Donald Trump and they're actually going to be front and center?
That's the Trump inauguration after gaslighting us for the last eight years, telling us that we were just a bunch of neurotic, schizophrenic conspiracy theorists that were imagining a state-sponsored censorship campaign.
Yeah, there was no censorship.
It wasn't occurring.
But you know what?
We're going to stop now that censorship that wasn't occurring.
That's basically their message to us, right?
That's what Zuckerberg is out there saying in his statement.
There's a lot going on behind the scenes.
As you said, we go way back.
And I know that you're one of the very few that I trust is really going after the problem.
There's only a few of us that are really just beating away at the problem.
There's a lot of talking heads.
And like you said, gaslighting.
They lie to us constantly and so forth.
So let's drop some bombs as to what's really going on behind the scene and what I think is really driving this situation.
Over the past six years, you know I've been in legal fights with them.
Yes, gone to the Supreme Court twice.
Now we're going a third time because the Ninth Circuit Court has completely blocked justice.
They don't care about constitutional rights.
The California courts are flat out broken.
The reason I say that is because we now have three circuit splits against the Ninth Circuit.
The Ninth has actually got conflicting law against itself, and there are cases that are just absolute bombshells right now.
In fact, There's a case out of the Third Circuit, Anderson versus TikTok, that blew it all up.
They basically said, wait a second, there's a difference between treating somebody as the publisher or speaker and their own conduct in recommending or manipulating content.
All of a sudden, wait a second, you mean they're on the hook for actually censoring?
Unlawfully?
Yes, that is what has just occurred.
Now, from there, December 19th, there has been no word about this publicly.
There's a Fifth Circuit case called AB versus Salesforce.
That case, I sent you over a couple screenshots.
We don't necessarily have to go through it because we might not have the time.
But I can tell you, they did exactly what we have been trying to get the California Court to do for six years.
They did a textual analysis.
They annihilated the problem.
So now, we have multiple circuits split.
I have a constitutional challenge that...
Now, this is how bad the courts are.
My constitutional challenge was dismissed because it was, quote, freestanding, which means separate and independent, right?
It was separate of the actual case.
It was kind of like just a standalone thing.
And then in the same breath, the Ninth Circuit Court argued that I needed to bring a, quote, separate and independent action for the constitutional challenge.
And it was like, that's a circular argument.
They literally just dismissed it for the same reason they're saying I had to do it that way.
There's no justice in California.
Giving up on that.
So we're going back to the Supreme Court for the third time.
I've learned that first year too with, you know, my defamation cases against them.
And anytime you sue these tech companies, people are always like, well, why can't you sue anywhere?
Because they have clauses with their terms of service that redirect all of the litigation back to the Northern District of California.
And so that's why a lot of people have not been successful with their litigation against these companies is because it always gets redirected back to the Northern District.
Well, of course, they're all, you know, leftist Democrat appointed judges who are a lot of times brought out and completely compromised either through their marriages or their children interning with these companies.
There's so many conflicts.
I mean, even when I tried to sue these companies for my RICO case, it took me over nine months to find a lawyer.
It took me over nine months to find a lawyer that either one, didn't have conflicts of interest with these companies, or two, Had the courage to actually take them on because they try to destroy the lawyers and the law firms of the individuals who take on clients when they represent them in matters relating to big tech social media censorship.
Well, so just a caveat with that and actually to address exactly that.
The terms of service, everybody thinks they're stuck in that.
They're actually not.
It's called a contract of adhesion.
You can argue that it's unconscionable because you cannot get justice in California.
My case serves as an evidentiary trail of what happened in California.
What I would say is if you're going to sue big tech, sue in your home state, fight the what's called a motion for transfer, fight it right there.
It is way easier than trying to fight it in California.
Now, with that said, let me drop a couple of truth bombs here.
Those circuits that have just split, what that means is, and I think, remember, Facebook is the first one that is all of a sudden making this mysterious change.
Why?
Because they know that their entire business model has been built upon content provision, which means that they're subject to To liability for all of their content moderation decisions.
That is an existential threat to Facebook.
That is why they have had to get rid of fact checkers because fact checkers are their own speech.
They hire these people to create content for the perception that it's independent.
We knew all this, Lara, all these years.
Well, now the courts are saying the same thing, meaning accountability is coming.
They know it.
We know it.
And that may be prompting some of this, because not only are they losing their legal shield, they're actually losing their political shield, too.
Biden's gone.
Trump's not really going to do the same thing that Biden or the Biden administration did, so now they're all buddy-buddy, because the reality is that if this law gets sorted out, Section 235 is fixed, finally, after six years, right?
The censorship industrial complex loses all control over big tech.
It ends.
All the censorship ends.
They should actually want me to beat this in the Supreme Court.
Right?
Now, here's another crazy thing.
In all of these years, you know, like you, you're an expert in a lot of your fields.
I became an expert in this field.
As a result, I have worked on two of the largest cases that nobody's talking about.
No one.
Why?
Because they're bombshells.
They are bigger than Missouri versus Biden because Missouri versus Biden only went after Biden.
The Brighton case, which is Mike Adams and the Health Ranger, and the Bollingers, which is Ty and Charlene Bollinger, who were named Disinformation Doesn't Remember That Group.
Ready for me to drop a complete bombshell on this show?
Something that nobody knows right now.
Ready for this one?
Let's go back to what happened.
We had Charlene on the show, too, for people who remember, too, her docu-series on cancer.
We had Charlene Bollinger here on Loomer Unleashed, and she very briefly got into her litigation and how she was targeted as well.
But go ahead and...
I want you to explain the bombshell, and then I also want you to pivot into why you think this is happening, because I want to get your opinion on why you think all these tech executives are suddenly hiring Republican consultants, establishment GOP consultants, writing big checks to Trump, and changing their tune.
Okay, so the bombshell.
Go ahead with the bombshell.
Let's go ahead with the bombshell.
Ty and Charlene Bollinger's case, right?
What's their site?
TheTruthAboutCancer.com.
So you can find links to it there as well.
It's 282 pages.
I had, I think, eight months to work on it.
And they let me loose and said, okay, unravel this mess.
So I did.
That is exactly what I did.
The bombshell is this.
If we look at the timeline, so this is right around the election.
Biden has won the election, right?
So right after Biden wins the election, U.S. and U.K. announced a cyber initiative to go after mis- and disinformation.
So the United States Department of State and U.K. are now working together and they announced it publicly.
The U.K. company, the CCDH, the Center for Countering Digital Hate, is a U.K. company, was then granted semi-diplomatic status to operate in the United States under a 501c3.
So a U.K. organization comes into the United States.
This happened in December, January 23rd.
So Biden has now taken office, right?
And Flaherty immediately goes to Twitter and they go to Facebook and they start working on the censorship because they know they're coming in for the hardcore on the censorship for COVID, right?
Everybody knows that those things were kind of occurring, but nobody knew that the White House went directly to Facebook and Twitter and started asking them to provide them with information regarding vaccine hesitancy.
Now, this was in late January, right?
So that vaccine information, So the government's already working with Facebook and Google, right?
There's a problem with that, right?
They're not supposed to be.
But Facebook then says, okay, we'll give you the vaccine hesitancy information, and they gave it over, and I think that happened around like February 18th, right?
So the government gave the information to the White House.
The White House then provided it to the CCDH. The CCDH didn't write its report independently.
The government facilitated it.
They actually set it up.
So the CCDH, their goal was to target individuals.
It was originally RFK Jr., but it expanded to the worst offenders is what the government was after.
So the CCDH publicly puts out a target hit list on Twitter.
That same hit list says that they're using information from Facebook and Instagram, which was really strange.
It was like, wait, wait, how?
And then, because we went through the chronology, and then the CCDH writes this report, gives it to the White House, and gives it to, we have an email, they sent it in advance to the Connecticut Attorney General's office, who was CCing all the other Attorney General saying, hey look, you have till March 23rd to sign on to this essentially censorship regime front.
They were all getting together.
Remember the 12 attorney generals that came out with Letitia James and everybody else like that?
They pre-planned that.
Then the media was told, now this hasn't even gone public yet.
So all the government's already involved.
Facebook's involved.
Twitter's involved.
The attorneys general are involved.
The White House is involved.
And it hasn't even gone public yet.
Then...
When it gets to the 23rd, the interesting thing is the media made an interesting statement of the embargoed report, meaning the government held it at port.
They held it up to the 24th, right?
And the reason they held it for the 24th was for the 25th congressional hearing, meaning Congress was involved in this too.
Okay?
So now what I've done is, instead of the way that the world understands, the CCDH came out with this disinformation dozen, and the government reacted to it.
No.
The United States and United Kingdom worked in tandem prior to it even coming out to facilitate and create it.
They literally did it start to finish with the government.
So they all conspired together because everybody forgets the March 25th congressional hearing didn't happen spontaneously.
It was pre-planned.
The government...
Engaged in a conspiracy with Big Tech, CCBH, other countries, the attorneys general, and the media in a premeditated attack on free speech.
The whole thing was backwards of what we've been told.
That is what we've just, like, we just opened it up in their case.
Here it is.
Here's all the evidence.
It's all direct evidence.
It is absolutely the case.
Doesn't this also now also open up Mark Zuckerberg to be charged with perjury?
Because technically speaking, right, he just went on Joe Rogan's show and he said that, oh yeah, we were censoring COVID information.
In these legal briefings, they actually said in response to you and the disinformation dozen that they were not, right?
They also said it in my Rico case that they were not censoring vaccine information.
And then now Zuckerberg is on.
So that means that he lied in official court documents, which is the definition of perjury.
So, is he going to be held accountable?
I mean, that's really what I'm getting at here, what you just said and what you just revealed.
The bombshell, for those of you who, you know, got a migraine from listening to, you know, a bunch of complex legal jargon.
It's complicated, right?
It's complicated, right?
It's enough to make your head spin.
It makes my head spin.
But for those of you who kind of just want the cliff notes on what was just said, if it went over your head, is that Zuckerberg committed perjury.
That's what you're getting at here is that they admitted after these lawsuits were filed that, you know, oh, wow, we're noticing that we're getting banned for pushing out information, lifesaving alternative information to vaccines that are, you know, in some cases giving people myocarditis or making people drop dead.
They said that they were not censoring that information.
And they were that's why they were banning these individuals who were then deemed the disinformation doesn't by the Biden administration.
Now, Zuckerberg is going on Rogan and saying that he was ordered by the Biden administration to do that.
It doesn't matter whether he was ordered by the Biden administration to do it or not.
The fact of the matter is that he lied in his official court documents that were signed under oath by him and his legal team that they didn't do it.
And they did.
So the question now is, is how many more checks is Zuckerberg going to write to evade being held accountable for committing perjury?
Is Pam Bondi going to hold Zuckerberg accountable now for committing perjury?
Because I know that you caught it, I caught it, and I saw that even Candace Owens caught it, right?
Because I saw her tweet that, oh wow, you know, they said that they weren't doing this when they censored Candace Owens on Facebook too.
So they committed perjury in multiple...
Legal briefings as it relates to multiple people's separate lawsuits filed against Facebook.
I want to know.
Is it just going to be, you know, playtime with the big tech executives or Pam Bondi, who we just saw during the confirmation hearing yesterday when she was testifying in front of the Judiciary Committee and the Senate, said, oh, you know, I care about the little guy.
I really care about the little guy.
I care about the little guy.
I want to get justice.
Well, if you really care about the little guy, then, you know, you should probably go after Zuckerberg and the rest of these tech executives who literally committed perjury.
I mean, even though Elon Musk has purchased Twitter, we still don't have any accountability for the Twitter 1.0 executives who committed perjury when they testified under oath in front of Congress when they were questioned about the Twitter files and they lied as well.
And then we later found out that they were all coordinating on third party software called JIRA with DHS and Homeland Security and the Biden administration in a coordinated conspiracy acting as state actors, not just as individual companies, but in a coordinated conspiracy not just as individual companies, but in a coordinated conspiracy on a separate server with access to a server that the FBI and DHS had access to.
We learned this years ago, about two years ago, during a congressional hearing on big tech censorship.
None of those tech executives have gone to jail.
Nobody at the DOJ has investigated or charged them for perjury.
I don't expect Merrick Garland to do that because, well, let's be honest, Merrick Garland, you know, worked hand in hand with the tech companies to violate people's First Amendment rights and their Fourth Amendment rights to conduct illegal searches and seizures on their, you know, social media accounts to geotrace their location on January 6th so then they could raid their homes and throw them in jail for January 6th.
So I don't expect them to investigate.
But what about the incoming Trump DOJ? Do you think that we are going to see any accountability with Pam Bondi or Donald Trump?
And I guess that leads to our next pivot.
Why is this happening now?
Why is Mark Zuckerberg all of a sudden hiring all these, and they're not even really MAGA people.
I mean, let's be honest, you know, Joe Kaplan comes from, you know, the Bush cabinet and these are Bush people.
These are not Trump people.
I mean, they hired one guy, Francis Brennan, who came from Trump world and, you know, he ran the, The Trump Twitter account, but still, you know, for the most part, a lot of these guys that they're hiring are not exactly MAGA, with Francis being the exception.
Why do you think that we're seeing this happen now?
Well, you have to look at the entire board to understand the situation.
The situation is that they're losing their legal liability shields.
230 is actually sorting itself out.
So they're not going to have the judicial protections anymore.
The administrative protections are now leaving.
That Biden was in charge, but the DOJ is going to switch.
Do we know whether or not Pam Bondi is going to be helping us?
I can't profess to know that, whether or not she's going to do the job.
We need to talk, Pam Bondi and I. We have so much evidence because we've been working on this for so long that we have enough to prosecute.
We have evidence of treason, in fact.
The government conspired directly with these companies.
Now, if you're in...
Facebook's position or any of Big Tech.
Now, Facebook's a little bit more advanced because they are directly involved, and they have been directly involved for at least a decade with the government.
There is almost no difference.
And I want to change everybody's, just one word.
Everybody calls them state actors or state agents.
They're actually what, the actual reference is called a state instrument.
And the government is actually responsible for its employees, its agents, and its instruments.
Meaning...
This whole idea that there's this weird separation because they're a private entity, the fact that they were jointly participating with the government means that the government is responsible, they are responsible, and they know it.
So if you're Facebook looking at losing your legal shield, losing your administrative protective, he's got to go suck up to Trump because...
He could literally be looking at jail time.
I mean, this is criminal stuff.
He conspired and participated willingly.
Forget this idea that he was the victim.
He was not a victim.
You and I know very well he was not a victim.
He was complicit in this because it worked for him.
He even said, and we have this in documentation, he even warned the Biden administration that too much censorship might expose the cover-up.
How many victims tell their captors Hey, look, you might get caught for doing this illegal stuff.
That's not how victims act.
That's complicit in a crime, right?
And that's just it, is that all of these things have now metastasized themselves because the American people are sick of it.
So, okay, let's do our normal thing.
We'll say, hey, we made mistakes, and we'll promise to do better.
You know how many times he said that, right?
He said that in front of Congress.
He said, oh, sorry, we made some mistakes.
These mistakes got people killed.
They suppressed life-saving information during one of the biggest censorship attacks by the U.S. government in history.
People died as a result because one man at a company, remember, Mark Zuckerberg is the be-all, end-all.
He gets to make all the decisions.
So one man's bias has been controlling all information, and he knows he is now in the line of fire.
He's probably terrified.
I would be.
Because if Pam Bonny steps up and does the job, I'm so hoping she does.
I hope we can talk.
Because as I go back to the Supreme Court, I need the DOJ to come in with amicus so we can put an end to the censorship industrial complex as leverage.
That's 230. That's the ambiguity that we've been fighting.
Do that.
Plus, look at these other two cases, which are bombshells.
One of the things that was a problem in Missouri versus Biden is they sued Biden.
Biden's gone.
He's no longer a threat.
It's kind of a moot point at this point.
We didn't.
The Bollingers are suing the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, the GEC, the Facebook, Google, Twitter, CCDA. So all of the elements are there.
That was what was missing in Murthy versus Missouri.
When they kicked it back, they were like, where's Big Tech?
We didn't leave them out.
They're all on the hook now.
We are going after all of them.
So there is massive pressure, massive exposure, massive, like, Existential threat kind of liability coming.
And if that's all the case, put it all together in one big...
You know, and Trump coming in, they got no protections anymore.
Well, I bet Trump said, you better fall on the sword.
And that is exactly what you're seeing coming.
Like, that's what's happened.
I don't think we're actually going to see any accountability, though.
I mean, personally.
Probably not, because I think our government's broke.
I love President Trump, but look, I mean, honestly, there's no discussions that Zuckerberg is going to have, you know, a position on the Tech Advisory Board, potentially, in the Trump administration.
That doesn't really sound like jail time to me.
So we'll see.
I mean, look, it's going to be a major letdown to the base.
And I say that as Donald Trump's biggest supporter and his biggest fan.
Look, I love Donald Trump.
But at the end of the day, promise is made or promise is kept.
And he promised that he was going to, you know, hold big tech accountable.
He promised us for years.
He said that Zuckerberg would go to jail a week before the election.
Remember that?
Remember when he tweeted that out?
Zuckerberg's beware.
Don't try it.
He said it.
I just.
Exactly.
So I'm just hoping that we're not going to.
We're going to see another situation where it's like, like Hillary Clinton, where it's like, okay, you know, just for the sake of the country, we're not going to go after these people, even though they've committed real crimes.
But keep one thing in mind, Laura, before you get off this topic.
The reality is that he doesn't need to go to jail.
I don't even think that that's the real thing here.
The real thing is, if the DOJ aligns with us as we go to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court accepts our petition, we're giving them the solution to stop censorship.
What it does is it takes the power of bias out of these platforms.
They have to become neutral public forms.
I'm not going to explain all the intricacies, but the reality is that that is all that we need to do is the Supreme Court to affirm that 230C1 does not protect any conduct at all.
The Good Samaritan general provision has to apply to the entire statute, and they can't apply it with unlimited immunity because that's a violation of due process.
Those three things End all of this.
They become a neutral public forum.
They have to be good Samaritans.
They have to act in good faith.
And all of a sudden, the Internet's fixed.
In the last few days before January 6th and also before the transition of power, Donald Trump said he wanted...
Republicans to repeal Section 230. So he even advocated for them to attach it to the National Defense Authorization Act.
So if you recall, he did say he wanted to repeal Section 230. I have also called for Section 230 to be repealed.
Do you think that there is an easier fix than a full-blown repeal of Section 230?
Yes.
The fix is very simple that we're asking the Supreme Court to do.
Apply the statute as it's actually written.
That has not happened in the California courts.
We now have three other circuits that are saying that we were right from day one, six years ago.
All we need the Supreme Court to do is to look at those three other cases, look at the California courts, look at the whole mass and say, no, 230C1 does not protect conduct.
All of a sudden it sorts out, the whole thing gets fixed.
We do not need to repeal it.
And anybody calling for amending it, one, doesn't know what they're doing because If you fix the law in the courts, there's nothing wrong with it.
It's perfectly fine.
We just can't get the courts to apply it correctly.
The text says what it says.
Do what it says.
That's all it is.
That would fix the whole situation.
And I can explain that to any lawyer worth your soul.
I can explain exactly how it works.
If I can talk to Pam Boddy, I can explain how everything resolves and we're fixed.
We don't need to repeal it.
We don't need to amend it.
Well, whether it's jail time or some type of, you know, financial reparations, I mean, look, not to sound like a leftist, but there has to be some kind of a reparation fund for the people who have had their businesses completely destroyed by big tech.
They should be made to pay billions of dollars in fines if they do not face prison time.
So it's either jail time or billions of dollars of fines.
I mean, I guess I would be OK with them not going to prison if they had to pay billions and billions and billions of dollars in fines.
But, you know, the reality is that either of those options is probably not going to happen, given the fact that they're now just opening up their checkbooks and getting cozy with GOP consultants.
So, Jason, in closing, where do people find you?
Where do people follow you?
Where do they read more about the work that you're doing to combat big tech tyranny and the work that you're doing at the Social Media Freedom Foundation?
Thank you, Laura.
Socialmediafreedom.org is our 501c3.
As we go back to the Supreme Court, we could always use donations because this is an expensive sport to go after big tech.
It is going to cost us tens of thousands of dollars, again, just to buy the books to go back to the Supreme Court.
So that could help us.
Socialmediafreedom.org.
There's a lot.
All of these cases, all the documentation are on the documents tab.
You can find out a lot more about it.
The other thing, too, is if you just want to follow along.
I mean, I drop bombshells all the time on X. I'm surprised they haven't actually taken me out because I was watching your whole situation that was going on there.
I've never tried to get money out of these jokers.
I mean, I remember I was making 300 grand a month when they annihilated me.
I mean, this was back in the day when you could actually do something and not be retained by these companies.
There is no such thing as a good guy in this mess.
All I know is that if we can get this law straightened out, we stop them.
And that is what the Social Media Freedom Foundation is all about, is we are trying to protect.
It's just like you and me.
All we care about is we the people.
At the end of the day, we're getting slaughtered by a government that is out of control and we're tired of it.
I mean, that's the reality of this world.
Thank you so much for having me on.
I mean, we have a lot to talk about.
There's so much to catch up on.
A lot's happened.
But I think it's coming to a head.
If we can get the DOJ to help us out with this one, we could put this thing to bed.
I mean, we could legitimately stop online censorship.
Absolutely.
And we'll be sure to have you on again here, Jason, on Loomer Unleashed as your case progresses.
So keep me posted on when you get to the Supreme Court and also keep me posted on any type of revelations or more big tech bombshells that you encounter because I'm sure that we're in for a lot of surprises now that big tech has completely encircled the Trump administration and they are now giving office space to big tech oligarchs.
They're associates in the White House.
So it'll be very interesting to see, right?
All of the MAGA peasants standing on the Washington Mall, freezing their asses off, you know, paying homage to President Trump, the guy that we slaved away to get elected, while the people who work to oppress us and steal the election are going to be sitting in a heated tent on the platform.
Next to President Trump.
So it's interesting.
I think we'll know pretty soon whether or not he's really going to do what he says.
If he does what he says, I'll be so impressed.
Like, let's just take these people apart.
Let's stop it.
Let's preserve free speech.
Let's preserve the Internet.
Let's do the right thing.
That's all I want to see.
I guess we're going to find out pretty soon, aren't we?
Maybe he's just taking their money and it's a matter of keep your enemies closer.
Exactly.
I believe that President Trump is an ethical, moral person.
I wouldn't have slaved away and worked as hard as I did to support his presidential campaign if I thought that he was a bad person.
But at the same time, it is a little concerning to see him get so cozy with the people who literally tried to destroy him.
I mean, just in the aftermath of his assassination attempt, I was still censoring images of the assassination attempt and saying that it didn't happen.
So there's going to be a lot more to talk about, Jason, but thanks so much for coming on and hope to see you soon.
Thanks Laura.
So momentarily, we are also going to be joined by Loomer Unleashed DC contributor Charles Downs.

Some people have a hard time.
But if you're one of these people that does have a hard time swallowing capsules, the great thing about this is you can even just break the capsules and you can put it on your food and you don't even really taste it, honestly.

All righty!
Now that we talked...
Now that we talked about the CCP invasion of the incoming Trump administration, and look, it pains me to say that as a diehard Trump supporter.
It really does, but you got to call a spade a spade, unfortunately.
And now that we've talked about, you know, all the litigation and the lack of accountability.
For the big tech social media giants, well, it's time to talk about the Senate confirmation hearings.
And who better than Lumerun Leach DC correspondent Charles Downs?
To talk about the Senate confirmation hearings, if you've been following Loomer Unleashed on Twitter and you've been following Loomer.com for daily articles and updates and you know that every single morning for the confirmation hearings, Charles and I, we get on the phone and we coordinate our questions and then we go and we deploy for the day and we ask all the senators their questions about how they think they're qualified to be overseeing these Senate confirmation hearings when...
They themselves are hypocrites.
So we're going to be joined now by Loomer Unleashed DC correspondent Charles Downs.
Charles, thank you so much for joining me tonight live from Washington, DC. How are you doing tonight?
Oh, thanks for having me, Laura.
I'm doing fantastic.
You know, I thought these Senate Democrats were stupid during the election, but they've really, really taken their level of hypocrisy and stupidity to a whole new level this week.
It's actually quite remarkable to see.
I guess I'm doing alright because I think my IQ dropped a little bit hearing Elizabeth Warren and Spartacus and all those other goofballs make the stupidest arguments in the United States Senate.
It's wild.
It time warps you and makes you stupid.
Like I said, hearing Schiff and Warren and all these people talk about how Pam Bondi and Pete Hegseth are unqualified when they themselves support dangerous open border policies.
Richard Brulenthal, how's he qualified to attack anyone?
He literally lied about his service.
And it's just remarkable to watch.
Yeah, for those watching who aren't familiar, so Senator Richard Blumenthal is on the Senate Armed Services Committee, and they had the hearing the other day, the first confirmation hearing.
Of course, was earlier this week with Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Defense, and Richard Blumenthal.
We actually predicted what these people were going to say.
We knew that they were going to say that Pete Hegseth and the rest of the Trump nominees were unqualified or extremely dangerous or that they posed a threat to national security.
And so we asked...
Richard Blumenthal, how he was qualified to say that Pete Hegseth was unqualified when he himself lied about serving in Vietnam.
For those of you who do not know, Senator Richard Blumenthal literally serves on the Senate Armed Services Committee and he lied about serving in Vietnam.
So let's go ahead and play this clip.
It's just more Democrat hypocrisy.
They love talking shit.
They love running their mouth during these hearings and they love trying to say that everybody except for them are qualified, right?
Everybody except the Senate.
Senate Democrats are unqualified.
It must be pretty amazing, right?
It's like these H-1B visa holders, right?
It must be pretty amazing to be the only qualified person for the job.
So it's just incredible that a guy who lied about his own military service, essentially stolen valor, which is a crime in our country, is now serving on the Senate Armed Services Committee with the power of voting on whether to confirm President Trump's pick for defense secretary.
It's unbelievable.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
I always watch it and I have more to say about this goofball.
What qualifies you to vote against Pete Hegseth when you lied about your service?
Would you like to answer, Senator?
And even President Trump has called him out.
Even President Trump.
We can get that article pulled up.
It's on Lumard.com.

We have new updated reports, videos, and documentation of these hearings.
And we've been running a full-scale tracking operation.
We hold Democrats and Republicans accountable.
And we are questioning all of them about whether or not they are going to be supporting President Trump's nominees.
And if they are on the record saying that they will not be, well, we're holding them accountable and asking them why.
And we're using real-life examples, exposing their own hypocritical statements to show why they are in the wrong for not supporting President Trump's nominees.
Here we have the article here, Loomerd.com.

Do not rely on Democrats like Elizabeth Warren on the Senate Banking Committee to be in control of your finances and dictate the flow of money in our country.
Protect yourself with assets like gold and silver today.
Here's the video Richard Blumenthal confronted over his Vietnam service and opposition to Pete Hegseth.
We have the tweet, actually.
Keep on scrolling down.
I believe we put the screenshots of President Trump's tweet in there.
Here we go.
This is good.
In 2019, Donald Trump tweeted, How is Connecticut doing, by the way?
His war stories of his heroism in Vietnam were a total fraud.
He was never even there.
We even talked about it today with Vietnamese leaders.
Unbelievable.
It's totally crazy.
And then in 2018, again, President Trump said, Senator Richard Blumenthal must talk about his fraudulent service in Vietnam, where for 12 years he told the people of Connecticut, as their attorney general, that he was a great Marine war hero.
Talked about his many battles of near death, but was never in Vietnam.
Total phony.
So yeah, he lied about his own service in Vietnam, like a total sociopath.
And yet he's going to say that Pete Hegseth, he actually said that Pete Hegseth is unqualified.
I think we have the clip.
While we're continuing the conversation, let's see if Cannon can find that clip.
Because it's really, truly unbelievable how he says that he's unqualified.
He's unqualified.
When, Senator, do you have any self-awareness?
You're the one who's unqualified.
You literally lied to your constituents about serving in Vietnam.
You made up stories about how you were on your deathbed in Vietnam fighting in the war, and you were never even there.
And I think the most remarkable thing of this whole questioning, our question, Then him going into the hearing and saying, oh, he's unqualified.
The senator's going through the side, so, like, you can't get all this on video, but I wish we could have, but it's impossible.
But inside the hearing room, obviously, there's a bunch of active duty and veterans.
And it's, like, Green Berets, Navy SEALs.
A bunch of Navy SEALs actually held a rally for Pete Hegseth right before the hearing started.
And they were like, hey, U.S. Senate confirmed Pete Hegseth.
We really like his record on surveys.
We really like his policies.
Please confirm them.
So it's remarkable to see people who have literally fought in the most dangerous war zones in the world for our freedom and our safety.
And they are demanding Pete Hexeth be confirmed.
And then in comparison, the Senate Democrats are rolling out some washed up goofball senator from Connecticut who lied about his military service to get elected.
But just the amazing contrast going on right now is remarkable to see.
And it's easy to see why President Trump has such a strong mandate with the American people, because the only other option are these crazy Senate Democrats.
And they don't know what they're doing and they don't care.
They literally don't care about you.
They will be hypocrites and they will lie over and over and over again, because all they care about is pursuing power and obstructing President Trump's agenda.
And I'm sure we'll get into more of this soon.
One of the reasons why they really want to obstruct is to save Kamala's open borders.
We have the clip now.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
We have the clip of Senator Blumenthal literally saying that Pete Hegseth is unqualified, even though the senator himself is serving on the Armed Services Committee.
Imagine what an insult that is to all the veterans and military service members in our country to have a guy who literally...
Committed stolen valor.
Okay, he should be in jail for that.
It's a crime.
You can go to jail in this country for committing stolen valor.
But he's making decisions about who our next defense secretary is going to be.
He's making decisions that impact our veterans and our armed services.
It's really, honestly, the most abusive form of gaslighting I've ever seen from a member.
The United States Senate.
I think it probably is one of the most egregious forms of hypocrisy I have ever seen from a member of the United States Senate, which says a lot because every single day there is egregious hypocrisy that comes from our Congress.
Go ahead and play the clip.
1,300.
Those numbers dwarf any experience you had by many multiples.
I don't believe that you can Tell this committee or the people of America that you are qualified to lead them.
I would support you as the spokesperson for the Pentagon.
I don't dispute your communication skills, but I believe that we are entitled to the facts here.
I've asked for more documents.
I assume you'd be willing to submit to an expanded FBI background check.
That interviews your colleagues, accountants, ex-wives.
Let's do the FBI background check before cash gets in.
We've got to do it now.
So we can make up some stuff, find some accusers, share a blase for this shit, and let's try to sink it.
That's literally what he said.
The guy who lied about his stories.
Oh yeah, I'm not disputing your communication skills.
I'd support you for spokesperson.
It's like, dude, you literally lied about serving in Vietnam.
Why are you even qualified to be deciding who should be the next defense secretary?
How are you even qualified to be a United States senator when you lied and made up stories about serving in a war when you never even went to the country?
Why is Chuck Schumer allowing this guy to be on the Senate Armed Services Committee when he lied?
It's remarkable.
And he's been on there forever.
The lie came out in 2010, so this lie's been out for 15 years, and Chuck Schumer hasn't removed this guy from the Senate Armed Services Committee.
Who is he?
And keep in mind, the Senate Armed Services Committee has a lot of say in, like, the VA benefits and all that stuff.
I don't know.
Maybe that's why the VA is broken, because people like, dang, what does President Trump call him?
Dang Nick Richard Blumenthal is on the Senate Armed Services Committee.
If he's willing to lie about his service and disparage veterans on that low of a level, of course he's going to support terrible VA bills and things like that because not only does he not care about the American people, he also doesn't care about veterans.
And you can't get any lower than that.
A United States senator who doesn't care about veterans, and even worse, uses veterans to his benefit.
And he doesn't give them anything back.
And then...
He goes and shits on the nominee that most veterans want confirmed.
Who is this guy?
Shame on Chuck Schumer.
Shame on Kamala Harris for even letting this guy have power in the United States Senate.
It's a joke.
And the Democrats really shouldn't have a majority for a very, very long time because their behavior over the last six months, including leading up to the election, is disgusting.
They've been acting like second graders who just want to lie and get their way.
And they don't care who they hurt and who they disparage.
It is another Democrat who lied this time about being an Indian, Native American, Pocahontas.
Elizabeth Warren.
So Elizabeth Warren is also on the Armed Services Committee.
And you caught up with Elizabeth Warren ahead of Pete Hegseth's confirmation hearing as well to ask her whether or not she was going to vote against Pete Hegseth and how she can say that he's unqualified when she, as a member of the Senate, voted for dangerous open border policy.
So she wants to say that Pete Hegseth is too dangerous or unqualified to be defending our country as defense secretary.
But then, of course, she...
Voted for policies to give amnesty to illegal aliens, and she has supported policies that protect and harbor criminal illegal aliens and terrorists in our country.
So let's go ahead and play this clip, because, you know, she's always in a rush.
Last time we saw her, she tried to, like, tomahawk me.
Remember that, when we were in D.C. together, and she almost hit me?
Yeah, no, yeah, she really did.
She was really mad.
She never has time.
She's always in a rush.
And I just think it's so funny because another reporter's walking next to her, too, and she has time to talk with her.
But she's always in a rush, always in a rush.
That's the quickest way to lose weight in Washington, D.C., is to just run away from Loomer Unleashed.
Because every single time we're in the halls of Congress, these people just run.
They just all run.
The Senate Democrats should be really thankful for us.
We really are making them very healthy.
Yes, it's their New Year New Me weight loss plan.
Just get chased by Loomer Unleashed.
The quickest way to lose 10 pounds.
Okay, let's go ahead and play this clip of Senator Warren running away, refusing to answer a question.
Again, exposing her own hypocrisy.
You cannot say that Pete Hegseth is unqualified when you, as a senator, voted for open borders, putting our country and our defense at risk.
Go ahead.
What qualifies you to vote against Pete Hegseth when you support dangerous open border policies?
Sure you don't want to answer?
Sorry!
Sorry, we gotta go.
Sorry, we gotta go.
I mean, you could just make that Irene tone.
If I had a dollar for every single time a staffer or a member of Congress or the Senate said, sorry, I gotta go.
Sorry, we gotta go.
It's just like that annoying tone.
Yeah, I bet you do have to go.
You don't want to answer any questions.
You just want to run your mouth nonstop.
They never want to answer any questions.
They just want to hurl insults and lies and smears during these hearings.
But again, you cannot be voting on a defense secretary or have the right, in my opinion, to cast a vote to confirm a secretary of defense when you yourself do not even understand or respect what it means to defend a country.
The very first step of...
Protecting a country, a sovereign nation, is protecting and securing and closing our borders.
I mean, full stop, okay?
It's a non-starter.
It's just a non-starter.
So the fact that these senators that have voted to make our country unsecure with open borders, just insecure borders, just unlimited illegal immigration, mass migration, amnesty, What even qualifies them to, one, be a member of the Senate, but two, have a vote or a say in who becomes our nation's next defense secretary?
No, it's remarkable.
And Elizabeth Warren loves open borders so much that she's even against remaining in Mexico.
She called the policy cruel and un-American.
She hates Donald Trump's wall.
She once posted, we should take down Trump's wall and use the funds to fight COVID. What does that even mean?
Well, don't you need, like, a...
Walls, you know, to stop people from coming in and stop the spread of COVID. I don't know.
What do I know?
I guess the Senate Democrats are smarter than me.
Who knows?
But the most remarkable thing of this all is everyone needs to remember that President Trump is on record saying many times that he's going to declare a national emergency and use the military for his mass deportations.
So this is actually all this, oh, Pete Hegg says a drunk.
He's a womanizer.
No, they don't care about that stuff.
And by the way, that stuff's false.
But they don't really care.
What they really, really, really care about is saving Kamala Harris's open borders.
And they know, if they can somehow, they, as in the Senate Democrats, know that if they can somehow obstruct long enough to where President Trump can't get his defense secretary in, then the mass deportations keep getting delayed, delayed, delayed.
And it drastically reduces the numbers that President Trump's going to be able to massively deport.
So it's all about saving Kamala Harris illegal immigrants.
And that's what actually a lot of these hearings are about.
Because if you really think about it, Pam Bondi, you know, the Attorney General, they're going to have a large say in mass deportations.
President Trump has also said that the FBI, once Cash Retail gets confirmed, will play a role in these mass deportations.
So if you really look at who these Senate Democrats are really fighting over, it's literally all the nominees who have a role in either securing the border or massively deporting people.
That's who they're really angry about.
And like I said, open borders are literally killing thousands of Americans a year if you, like, add in a fentanyl and stuff.
And that's what they want to do.
Defend policy that's killing thousands of Americans a year.
The elected Democrats in Washington, D.C. literally hate you.
And shame on any Senate Republican who votes with these crazy people who just want to obstruct and harm the American people.
And like I said, it's remarkable to watch in person.
It's just remarkable.
Speaking of Democrat hypocrisy and the Pam Bondi hearing as well, Pam Bondi testified for her confirmation hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Of course, she was appointed to be Attorney General by President Trump.
And we have a clip, I believe, of Cory Booker trying to grill Pam Bondi, saying that she lacks judicial independence.
And, of course, you know, we predicted that this was going to happen.
And so we scripted a question for Cory Booker.
And before he was able to grill Pam Bondi, before he was even walking into that hearing, Bloomer Unleashed, you, of course, caught up with Cory Booker, Senator from New Jersey.
And you asked him, you said, how can you criticize?
Pam Bondi for her independence when you're a client of Judge Mershon's daughter.
So I believe we have that clip.
Let's go ahead and get that clip of Charles confronting Cory Booker because it's just incredible how they can say that Pam Bondi doesn't have judicial independence, but then what are they doing?
They're literally taking money, giving money, and fundraising with a woman who is the daughter of Judge Juan Mershon.
This is the judge who oversaw President Trump's trial, the indictment brought by Alvin Bragg in the Hush Money case.
And, of course, you know, we saw that Judge Merchant sentenced President Trump just a few days ago, 10 days before the inauguration.
So isn't that a lack of independence?
I mean, how can you, as a United States senator, be grilling a woman for a lack of independence, but then also be a client of the daughter of the judge who is overseeing the trial of President Trump, who is also a client of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris?
So let's go ahead and play this.
I know that we have a couple clips that we're going to get loaded right now.
We have the clip of Cory Booker criticizing Pam Bondi, and then we have the clip of you confronting Cory Booker.
So let's play it in the right order.
Before the hearing began, you confronted Cory Booker.
Let's play that clip first, and then we're going to play the clip of Cory Booker grilling Pam Bondi just to show the absolute hypocrisy of these people.
My best friend, Senator Booker.
Real quick, what qualifies you to attack Pam Bondi's independence when you're a client of Judge Marchand's daughter?
Senator, how do you feel about Pam Bondi?
I know you could expand your empathy enough to understand why there are many that really worry about your independence.
But I've heard you over and over again in this hearing, as much as I've tried to...
Focus on it as I've gone back and forth between Senate Foreign Relations and another Floridian, Marco Rubio.
But I am hearing from you that you understand that the Attorney General's guiding star is the U.S. Constitution and her client is the American people, that there can be no argument about that.
Yes, Senator.
Yes.
And more than that though, I hope that you, should you be confirmed, understand that there is an urgency in not just Demonstrating through your actions that independence, but beginning to heal this country's lack of faith and shaken faith in that independence in the U.S. Constitution.
History may not long remember what any of us individually do here, but for the sake of our democracy, what you do to restore and repair the American faith, whether they be Democrats, Independents, or Republicans, is vital.
I want to switch here to say publicly That when Donald Trump appointed Craig Carpinito as the U.S. Attorney in New Jersey, it was over the objections of myself and then Senator Menendez.
I was wrong in my anticipation that he would not do good things in our state.
He partnered with local leaders like those in Newark, New Jersey to dramatically drive down crime.
He was good for the safety.
Part of his strategy was to focus his resources on the most violent criminals.
But that also meant that he used something that you know of called prosecutorial discretion.
His strategies aligned with that of local leaders and was able to create historic drops in our murder rate.
You know, through your experience, And you're intimately familiar that enforcement decisions prosecutors must make every day, which charge to bring, which plea deal to offer, or what sentencing recommendation makes, it's very important that local prosecutors understand that.
Given this enormous discretion, our legal system...
It's really just, you know, quite...
It's quite remarkable, isn't it?
I mean, we have the article up on Loomer Unleashed for those who want to see all the receipts, and you can see that...
Cory Booker has paid over $900,000 to Lauren Mershon's firm, Authentic Campaign.
So Cory Booker is saying, I'm very concerned about your lack of judicial independence.
Here we go.
Cory Booker confronted over his judicial independence hypocrisy in opposition to Pam Bondi.
Scroll down.
You can see I've posted a lot about this.
Keep on scrolling down.
Here you go.
We have multiple tweets there.
You can scroll down.
Keep on scrolling.
Keep on scrolling.
There you go.
Open the tweet below.
So when did I post this tweet?
Just to show everybody how far ahead we are.
So May 14th, 2024. And you can scroll up and we'll go through the top of the tweet.
Exclusive, New York Democrat Senator Cory Booker is a client of Judge Mershon's daughter's company Authentic Campaigns.
He pays Lauren Mershon, the president of Authentic Campaigns, for digital consulting, which includes social media management.
So she also manages his social media.
The indictment against Donald Trump for the trial, which is currently being overseen by Judge Mershon, was filed by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg on March 30th.
As you can see below, Cory Booker posted a tweet about Trump's indictment on the same day it was filed, in which Booker said the news of Trump's indictments is a testament to one of the most fundamental ideals of our country.
No one is above the law, not even the president.
So we may have a situation where Judge Mershon's daughter was even doing the social media for Cory Booker.
In tweets pertaining to the indictment of Donald Trump, the indictment that her father was overseeing as Judge Juan Mershon.
So you can see how incredibly unethical this is and how hypocritical it is for Cory Booker to be talking about judicial independence.
And if you reopen that tweet right there, you can see all the screenshots.
We are not going to get into this tonight, but you can go back and you can see the receipts that show all the campaign finance receipts there that show.
Let's open the first image right there.
Authentic clients, Kamala Harris, Senator Cory Booker.
So, oh, so it's not a conflict of interest, right?
It's not an issue of judicial independence for Merrick Garland to be overseeing the DOJ, supporting Joe Biden while, you know, the judge...
Who represents, who's overseeing the trial and the indictment against President Trump in this trial, the 34 felony convictions, has a daughter who is also doing work for Kamala Harris, the presidential candidate, right, on the Democrat ticket.
So you just see firsthand just how hypocritical they are from whether it's Senator Blumenthal, whether it's Senator Warren, or whether it's Senator Cory Booker.
They're just so hypocritical.
They're unqualified in the highest level to be telling.
Other people?
What?
What is acceptable, what is qualified, or what is unqualified?
They are completely biased, and all the receipts and original reporting and investigative reporting that we do here at Loomer Unleashed has proven that.
Any comments on that, Charles?
Because I know that you're up in D.C. all week, and we're going to be confronting these people together.
We're going to be holding them together.
Loomer Unleashed is going to be at every single one of the Senate confirmation hearings, outside of the doors at least, confronting these politicians, asking...
Yeah, it works, too, because it was really funny.
Right after we fired off the Blumenthal question and went real viral, Joni Ernst, who's also on the Senate Armed Services Committee, who was kind of up in the air about Pete Hegseth, was like, oh, wait, I support Pete Hegseth.
He's fine.
So part of me feels like Joni Ernst wanted no part of what we could have asked her because we could have asked her something really nasty, but we didn't because, you know, she's supporting Pete Hegseth and supporting President Trump's nominees is all that matters.
So if these nice GOP senators stay in line, we won't ask them dirty.
Nasty questions because they don't want to ask.
But we have the information on them too, just like we have on the Senate Democrats.
But hopefully they keep falling in line and we don't have to ask these questions.
But it's great confronting Cory Booker and all these hypocrites.
But that's what I wanted to add too.
Like I said, it was very funny how Joni Ernst came out to support Hexeth literally like an hour after our video came out.
And for the last two months, she's like, I don't know.
How are you feeling in these last four days of the Biden administration?
We're going to see each other.
I'm going to be in Washington, D.C. this weekend for the inauguration.
We're both going to the inauguration, so that will be very exciting.
I'm excited to see the inauguration of President Donald Trump on Monday.
So hopefully I see a lot of you all there because I know a lot of people who watch the show are going to be in D.C. Hundreds of thousands of people are going to be in Washington, D.C. on the National Mall for the inauguration.
It's going to be a great day as we watch the end of the Biden regime.
Any thoughts about the closing of the Biden administration as we head into a new era, this new golden era, golden age, as President Trump calls it?
All these D.C. residents are losing their minds.
It's really weird.
I don't know if you all saw this, but a car drove off the bridge today.
Like, it just happened like an hour ago, and people were like, oh, it's snowing.
Nah, it snowed like half an inch, so I don't know why a car drove off a bridge.
But all these federal bureaucrats are literally so scared that President Trump is coming back, and you can just kind of sense it, and you can see it.
Like I said, all these people are acting crazy.
Yeah, there was a story about that.
I hope, I mean, it's very tragic.
I don't know what the odds of, you know, surviving a plunge, but while we were live on air, there was a massive emergency response notification that went out because somebody drove off.
They said that it was multiple cars, but now they're saying that it was just one car, but somebody unfortunately slid off the bridge in Washington, D.C., and their car plummeted.
I don't know what caused it, but you can see now a big portion of the wall, the barricade, the bridge is completely broken open just four days before the inauguration.
So, you know, it's a danger.
It's a safety hazard because now you have a big portion of the bridge that is completely broken as hundreds of thousands of people are going to be pouring into Washington, D.C., driving over that bridge into Washington, D.C. For the inauguration.
So that just happened while we were live on air.
And also, there might be a snowstorm here on Sunday.
So everybody, I would pack like boots and stuff for Monday because I want to trust.
I mean, the national mall workers are great, but it snows like five inches.
Like there's going to be snow everywhere.
So make sure you pack warmly.
I think the snow will make it more beautiful in the background.
Actually, it's going to look so pretty.
But yeah, everyone make sure you pack warmly.
And if you're going to the rally, At Capital One Arena on Sunday, that might be the height of the snowstorm.
So plan accordingly.
I want an Uber.
I want to drive anywhere.
It's actually quicker.
I want an even metro.
If you only have to walk a mile and a half, just walk.
Go metro.
So I'm inside DC Tips.
I don't want a metro in this day and age.
ISIS terrorists and homeless druggies.
No way.
You couldn't pay me to take the metro in this day and age.
One of those really interesting, though, is on January 6th, Union Station used to be, like, homeless central.
Right after Congress, like, affirmed the election, all of a sudden, like, the homeless got moved out.
And it was really interesting because then you walked in there and it still reeked the homeless people, but there were no more homeless people.
So, like, that's the other exciting thing about being here and starting to transition is you can start noticing, like, real things like that happening.
Like, they're starting to pick up the trash in D.C. Move away homeless people.
You can go to Union Station again without worrying about getting mugged at 2 in the afternoon.
So little nice things like that are starting to happen.
And it's going to be really, really fun to see President Trump.
Yeah, we know that President Trump has talked about federalizing Washington, D.C. so that we can get rid of all the graffiti and protect all the monuments.
Protect the ground.
So I know that President Trump has publicly spoken about federalizing D.C. So we will see what happens if President Trump stays true to that.
So it's going to be very interesting because D.C. is very violent.
It's a very dangerous place.
And we'll see if it gets cleaned up under President Trump.
Charles, thank you so much for coming on Loomer Unleashed.

My flight is super early in the morning, and so I don't think I'm going to be getting any sleep tonight.
I'm very, very tired.
But hey, you know, you've got to work through it all, and it's exciting, so hopefully I'll get through it with an adrenaline rush.
But you've got to get through the show, and up bright and early for an early morning flight.
And I am headed to Washington, D.C. for the inauguration, so I'm very excited.
And I'll be sure to film it for those of you who cannot be there.
We're going to be posting cell phone footage.
Charles and I both will be providing on-the-ground coverage of the inauguration and inauguration festivities.
So I'm sure that I'm going to be running into a lot of high-profile people out there.
And I'll be sure to conduct some man-on-the-street interviews as well while I'm in Washington, D.C. So please be sure that you are following me on X and True Social and Rumble so that you don't miss any of my on-the-ground updates for the inauguration.
Somebody said, Laura, are you getting a seat in a warm tent?
I don't know.
We will see.
There's going to be a lot of people there.
It might be freezing.
But I bought a really nice red coat.
So I went shopping and I wanted to have a nice inauguration outfit because it's going to be very cold.
And I bought this really beautiful bright red jacket.
So it's going to match my hair.
It's going to match my red MAGA hat.
And it's going to match...
You know, just Republican-red in general.
So I'm really excited to wear my wool red coat.
It's very long and flowy.
It's like very normal.
So it's very perfect for a presidential inauguration.
And I got some matching gloves for it as well.
So I'll be wearing my gloves with my flowy red coat for inauguration.
Very excited.
Very excited for the inauguration.
I will be there.
There's going to be a lot of people there.
There's going to be probably over a million people, I'd imagine.
So when they say, are you getting a seat in a warm tent?
A lot of people are going to be there.
So who knows?
First come, first serve, right?
There's a lot of people who worked to help President Trump or people who are coming dignitaries or people, donors.
I mean, all types of people.
So just because you are an associate of or a supporter of the president doesn't mean that you're guaranteed a seat.
There's going to be a lot of people that are going to have to stand because you can only imagine how many people are coming and there's of course limited seating due to security.
I mean look it's a massive security.
I was there for the inauguration in 2017 as well.
And I remember getting chased down the street by Antifa.
I was at the deplorable.
I had piss thrown on me.
I had screaming people in Antifa threatening us.
And we worked for Project Veritas.
They uncovered a plot to attack the deplorable.
So there's going to be People are asking me what I think about Ashley Mooney being appointed as the new senator to fill Mark Rubio's seat.
I mean...
Whatever.
It's not like my first pick.
You know, I mean, we already knew that Ron DeSantis was going to choose one of his lackeys.
Ashley Moody is not a Trump loyalist.
She supported Ron DeSantis in the primary.
And James Uthmeyer, who is Ron DeSantis' campaign manager, who is a Trump hater, is now the Attorney General of Florida.
So I'm not happy about it.
I watched the press conference today.
I mean, I don't know what you want me to say.
You're asking me, like, putting in the comments over and over again.
I'm not upset with you for posting and spamming my comments, but it's like...
Of course I'm not a fan of it.
I posted about it today on X. You probably didn't see it because I'm shadow banned.
And again, I'm not upset with people asking the question, but what do you think I'm going to say?
Do you really honestly think that I'm going to be happy with the fact that Ron DeSantis chose two of his own individuals who opposed President Trump in the primary to one, fill the vacant Senate seat in the Florida Senate, and two, become the Florida Attorney General?
No, I don't like it.
I don't like it.
Somebody said, who threw urine on you?
It's crazy.
Women at the Women's March and members of Antifa, the night of the deplorable.
When we were leaving the deplorable, people took out bottles of urine that they had and they were throwing it on all of the attendees of the deplorable.
Yeah, Ashley Moody is a DeSantis loyalist, so what do you want me to say?
I mean, I've met her.
She's pleasant.
She knows who I am.
She always says hi and is smiling and whatever.
Pleasantries in person.
I don't hate the woman, but she's definitely not MAGA, I'll tell you that.
She was a Democrat before she was a Republican.
She's not even a lifelong Republican.
Nothing to really be excited about.
Can you show us the handbag you've chosen for today's outfit?
Well, I'm not wearing a purse with me right now, but I'm going to bring several purses with me to Washington, D.C. So I'm going to bring, you know, you can't really bring really big bags, so I'm going to bring some little ones.
That's why right now I have to go pack and I have to go pick out all my outfits because I haven't had time to pack.
And then I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight because I have a super early flight.
But I'll probably bring a few purses with me, a few jackets.
You can't really bring really big bags into these events, so I'll probably find some little clutches, things that I can mix up with my outfits.
If you're very interested in that, I'll post photos.
I don't have Instagram, but if you want to see my outfits, I'll post photos of them on Twitter.
Let's see.
you Thank you.
Monday is going to be freezing cold.
Yeah, there's probably going to be a snowstorm.
Some of you saying that Monday is going to be freezing.
Will my dogs be watching my videos?
Marnie.
Hi, Marnie.
Happy New Year.
Who knows?
You know, the dog sitter is going to be with the dogs, but I'll show the dogs my videos when I come back.
Thank you, Flaw Hustler, wishing me a safe flight.

So the subscribe button that used to be there is no longer there.
So you can subscribe on Locals instead since, yeah.
I'm demonetized.
I'm just demonetized now on X, I guess.
Big chunk of my income gone now, thanks to Elon Musk.
But that's what happens.
That's what happens when you speak out.
What was that, Cannon?
Oh, Flaw Hustler.
Thank you so much for all of your...
Cannon just told me that you gifted a bunch of subscriptions.
So thank you for that.
That's very nice.
I really appreciate it.
Let's see.
Much like Iowa.
Yeah, so I survived the snowstorm with my team in Iowa.
For the Iowa caucus, and our car literally like fell into a ditch, and we got stuck in a snowstorm, so Charles was with me when that happened.
So if I can survive Iowa when it's negative 45 degrees, I think that I can survive Washington, D.C. I have never in my life been in weather colder than what I experienced in Iowa.
Marnie and I, Marnie was with me, and we got VIP tickets to Trump's rally, and of course he gave me a shout-out there at the rally, and I just remember for like over an hour my hands were stinging.
Because when it gets to be that cold, your fingers literally burn.
God, it was so awful.
It was so awful.
Congratulations to the subscribers watching now who have just been gifted subscriptions by Flaw Hustler.
Very generous of you.
Thank you so much.
Really appreciate it.
Somebody said Musk didn't give you your money.
No, my ad revenue has been taken away and my subscriptions are...
Like, you can't subscribe anymore.
So, I'm demonetized.
So, no, it hasn't been given back to me.
Will3301 just gifted five subscriptions.
Thank you so much.
really appreciate it.
A bunch of you just got gifted subscriptions as well.
Thank you.
And if you guys are in D.C. or if you see anything that happens, feel free.
My checkmark has been restored, even though I'm still demonetized.
So please feel free to message me on Twitter.
My DMs are open.
Because if you have any tips throughout this weekend, like protests or anything that you see going on, feel free to send me the information.
And I'm happy to amplify it.
I always do.
Somebody said, why does Elon do that to you?
Because it's retaliation.
Because I spoke out of H-1B visas and I posted an FEC record from Siram Kirshnan, who's one of the new appointees to the Trump administration, showing that he donated to Democrats a month before the election.
So they said I doxed somebody for posting an FEC record with publicly available information.
Kind of ridiculous, but that's why.
So now my ability to monetize on X. It's bullshit if you ask me, but it is what it is, right?
The rules are constantly changing.
Just, I reported the truth and I'm being punished for it.
So for those of you who are like, oh, what happened?
How did that happen?
Basically, when you report the truth now, you're going to get shut down.
And some people will say, oh, don't say that.
You know, he allows for everybody to report the truth.
Well, I don't understand why I still haven't received an explanation as to why I've been totally demonetized.
So it is what it is.
All righty.
Well, I think that's enough comments and questions for tonight.
Thank you so much to everybody who tuned in to tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed.
I really appreciate it.
Again, please be sure that you're following me on X, True Social, and Rumble at Laura Loomer.
Make sure that you hit the notification button so that you always get alerts and notifications every time I go live.
I'm going to be in Washington, D.C. this weekend for the inauguration, so make sure that you go to my X account and hit the bell so that you get my reports.
Also, I'm being shadowbanned heavily on Twitter right now, so if you hit the notification button and the little bell, you'll get my notification and reports so that you're more likely to see my posts as opposed to...
Having them just get lost amidst all the shadow banning on X. So please be sure that you do that.
But yeah, next time I see you guys, there's no Loomer Unleashed on Tuesday because I'm going to be in Washington, D.C. for the inauguration, but Loomer Unleashed will resume on Wednesday.
So no Loomer Unleashed this next Tuesday, but there will be Loomer Unleashed on...
So tune in at 8.30 p.m.
Eastern for another live episode of Loomer Unleashed.
I'll see you next Wednesday.
And by then, Biden will be gone and we will be celebrating the presidency of Donald J. Trump.
Very exciting.
So with that, happy inauguration weekend to all of you.
And if you're going to the inauguration, be vigilant, stay aware, watch your surroundings, and have an amazing day.
And celebrate this moment because it's really incredible that Donald Trump has been able to overcome so much adversity and we're really witnessing history.
It's going to be an incredible moment on Monday to witness this with all of you.
All of us work so hard to get Donald Trump elected.
So I'm very excited and I hope that some of you also have the opportunity to go to the inauguration as well.
With that, thank you so much for tuning in to Loomer Unleashed tonight and I will see you next Wednesday.
