Congressman Byron Donalds from my home state of Florida has just taken the stage.
And so we're going to cut straight to the congressman speaking and then into President Trump, who is moments away from speaking in Wisconsin tonight.

But we're none of those things.
We are red-blooded Americans, and we're taking America back in six days.
Let me tell you what garbage really is.
Garbage is massively overspending and doing dumb things with an economy to take away the purchasing power of the American people.
That's garbage.
Let me tell you what garbage is.
Garbage is leaving our southern border wide open so the drug cartels move illegal aliens and fentanyl into our country.
That's garbage.
Garbage is watching young girls be sold into sex slavery and losing 350,000 children in the United States.
That's garbage.
Garbage is watching Afghanistan fall and America looking absolutely ridiculous and leaderless.
That is garbage.
But we got a guy who's going to fix it all.
He's going to fire Kamala Harris with your help, and he's going to be the 47th president of these United States.
and his name is Donald J. Trump.

You know, in every place I go, the mission is clear at this point.
It's your time to get out and vote.

I mean, the man, there is no telling what he will do to market the correct message in these last few days of the election.
It's so true.
Donald Trump is a marketing genius, a PR genius, and he will take any message that may be negative and flip it and twist it to make it work in his favor in the best way.
And it's really common sense, like you were saying earlier.
He goes to McDonald's, works at McDonald's.
Does it more than Lyon Kamala Harris and then reaches out to the hard-working men and women in this country because he believes in them.
He understands it because of his business prowess.
He's willing to work with unions.
He's willing to work with others in all different forms of our industries because he understands them.
And that's why his family is so wonderful, including his children.
They understand that.
How to create a great business and how to take care of the families that benefit from American jobs.
That's absolutely right and we're just moments away from Donald Trump hitting the stage.
He was just spotted in Green Bay, Wisconsin in a branded Trump garbage truck with American flags flying and he was hanging out the window in his garbage truck driver outfit taking questions from the media.
Of course the expert troll that he is There's a video of him right now.

And I have to begin by saying 250 million Americans are not garbage.
This week, Kamala has been comparing her political opponents to the most evil mass murderers in history.
And now, speaking on a call for her campaign last night, crooked Joe Biden finally said what he and Kamala really think of our supporters.
He called them garbage.
No way.
No way!
And they actually mean it, even though, without question, My supporters are far higher quality than Crooked Joe or Lion Kamala.
Higher quality.
Higher quality.
My response to Joe and Kamala is very simple.
You can't lead America if you don't love Americans.
It's true.
You can't be president if you hate the American people, which I believe they do.
And Kamala Harris is not fit to be President of the United States.
In no way is she fit.
She doesn't have the intellect, the stamina, or that special quality that real leaders, people like Brett Favre have.
They don't have it.
They don't have it.
They don't have what he's got.
Few people do, to be honest with you.
Joe Biden's comments were the direct result of Kamala's decision to portray everyone who isn't voting for her, which is a lot of people, as evil and subhuman.
And we know it's really what they believe because look at how they've treated you.
They treat you like garbage.
They treat our whole country like garbage with open borders, with all of the horrible things they've done to hurt our country.
Inflation that should have never happened.
Allowing Russia to go into Ukraine October 7th and Israel.
all of these things would have never happened if you had a different president.
For the past nine years, Kamala and her party have called us racist, bigots, fascist, deplorables, irredeemables, Nazis, and they called me Hitler.
Boo!
They've bullied you.
They've demonized us.
All right, I'm going as Halloween this year as a garbage man.
It's official.
Number one Halloween costume, garbage man.

They've taken your money.
They've thrown open your borders to criminals and terrorists.
They've flooded your towns with deadly drugs and death.

She talks about the border, but why didn't she do it three and a half years ago?

We're going to help the environment.

We had the best environment.
By the way, we had the cleanest water and the cleanest air at any time in recorded history.
She talks about what she's going to do about inflation, which has destroyed our senior citizens and our middle class.
What they've done.
You know, I had no inflation and we had the best economy in history.
That's a nice combination.
But she did nothing about it or what she's going to get.
She's going to talk about how she's going to get the economy going.
Oh, I watched her last night.
I watched her.
She didn't say anything.
She said, I'm going to get the economy.
But she didn't say how.
I said how.
I said, we're going to bring companies in.
We're going to protect those companies.
They're going to take advantage of all of the things that we're doing.
They're going to hire people at numbers that you wouldn't even believe.
We're going to have hundreds and hundreds and even thousands of companies coming in to our country.
And I will use a thing called the most beautiful word to me ever.
Ever.

Well, let me say this.
How about third?
Let's put religion number one and love number two.

And then we'll put the word tariff number three.
Tariff!
They're going to have to pay us to come in and use our wealth and take our jobs and do what they've done.
But nobody ever did that except me.
China paid us hundreds of billions of dollars.
They weren't happy, but I still got along with them very well.
And then COVID came and I wasn't happy.
That was a bridge too far.
But we're the greatest economy in the history of our country who took in hundreds of billions of dollars from China and others.
And we were just getting started.
But remember this, Kamala and Crooked Joe head up the worst administration in the history of our country by far.
He's the worst president in the history of the USA and she is by far the worst vice president in the history of the USA. Remember, five months ago they said you couldn't even think about using her.
She's grossly incompetent, right?
Then all of a sudden they wanted to get politically correct and they chose her above 12 other people that frankly were much more capable.
But what they did to Biden, and I'm no fan of his, but you know what the rumor is?
He likes me more than her.
Can you believe that?
He likes me!

But their administration makes Jimmy Carter's administration look absolutely brilliant. .
And in all fairness to Jimmy, he didn't let 21 million people pour into our country with thousands and thousands of criminals and murderers and drug dealers, people from mental institutions.
They're emptying out, think of this, they're emptying out mental institutions from all over the world, from the Congo, In Africa, all over the world, from Asia, from the Middle East, from South America, they're emptying their jails.
Think of that.
They're emptying their jails.
They're emptying their They're mental institutions and insane asylums into the United States of America, and these two stupid people allow it to happen.
13,000-plus murderers, many of them committed more than one murder, and they're walking around in our country, free and clear, to kill again, and they will.
They'll kill many times.
And last night, Kamala made a speech with a lot of paid audience.
They had a lot of paid audience.
They came in buses, the same buses, all those same buses.
You know what that means.
They bus people in.
We didn't bus any people in here.
We could have sold this place out four times.
No, they come in, they bust them from someplace.
They pay them or something.
They bus them in with every bus.
Beautiful bus company, I will say.
They did a nice bus.
And then they leave.
They leave before she finishes.
But listen, the worst was, oh, four nights ago, they got Beyonce.

They said, ladies and gentlemen, they said, Beyonce is coming to sing.
And she came, but she didn't sing.
And then Kamala came on as Beyonce was leaving without singing even one song.
and they booed the hell out of both of them.
But we don't need Beyonce.
We don't need anybody.
All you got is me, and I don't have a guitar.
I do not have a guitar.
But if you look outside, you could have sold this big arena out four times.
And at Madison Square Garden the other night, you could have sold that great, incredible look.
Madison Square Garden, MSG, the greatest, I think, the greatest, right?
It's got to be.
It's Mecca for the great championships.
In the history of Madison Square Garden, they told me, Jim Dolan, everybody, the fantastic, the job they did for us, Sunday night, they said, you could have sold this thing ten times, we've never seen.
In all of those years, they had crowds of people, and I don't mean lines, I mean massive groups of people, all the way back down to the Hudson River, we could have sold it out ten times.

Just based on what we're saying.
But she spoke last night.
And it was boring as hell, but I have an obligation to watch it.
You know, because she's our competition.
We have to win.
We can't take any...
They would destroy this country.
If they won this thing, they would destroy.
You'd have 300 Million people coming through, not just 21.
Can you imagine?
Open borders policy for the entire world, for every criminal in the world.
But she talked last night and all she talked about was Donald Trump.

He looked like Cary Grant in his prime.

And I said, man, this is bad, because now I have all the cameras that are all watching.

So I said, man, if I don't get up there, this is going to be very embarrassing.

And they said, "It would be unbelievable if you could wear it on stage." And I said, "No way!" I got 25,000 people standing outside.
I got all these people here.
There's no way I'm wearing it on stage.
They said, oh, okay, sir.
I said, get me my jacket.
But if you did, you know, it actually makes you look thinner.

And they got me.
I said, I want to wear it on stage.
When they said I looked in it, I said in that case, I'll wear it.

I may never wear a blue jacket again.

So anyway, so we had a little fun about a very serious subject.
We had a little fun about a time where our country is not having a lot of fun because we're not doing well as a country.
But we're going to be doing well very shortly.

And I guess you've been reading and seeing the news as It's big stuff.
That's all they talk about now is the election.
Boy, six days, five days.
But we've set an all-time record in early voting, and the Republicans have set the highest record.
They've never even come close.
And for you, That want to know tomorrow is the last day for you right here.
We've been doing great.
This is a great state.
This has always been good.
Remember this.
When you're getting ready to pull that lever, I gave you a boat contract just before I left.

So tomorrow is the last day to request a mail-in ballot, and you still have a few more days to Do early in-person voting, but the main thing is to get everyone out and vote, vote, vote.

From drugs.
Since the year 2000, drug overdoses in the United States of America have increased by over 300%.
In that same time period, fentanyl overdoses increased by around 7,000%.
Just last year, over 74,000 Americans died from fentanyl overdose alone.
To date, drug addiction has taken more American lives than all U.S. soldiers killed in all American wars combined.
With an estimated price tag of $500 billion, the value generated by U.S.-Mexican drug traffic is so large that if it were a company, it would be as valuable as Exxon, Visa, or Walmart.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, 90% of fentanyl that makes it into our country comes in over the U.S.-Mexico border.
American citizens are Mexican drug cartel's biggest clients.
Just in the years 2020 to 2023, fentanyl seizures at the US-Mexico border increased from 4,600 pounds to 26,700 pounds.
That's an increase of 480%.
This amounts to more than 386 million deadly doses of fentanyl, more than enough to kill every single person living in the United States of America.
In August of 2024, at the port of Lukeville in Arizona, CBP seized 4 million fentanyl pills, weighing 1,000 pounds, the largest fentanyl seizure in CBP history.
In April of 2024, CBP found 50 pounds of meth smuggled in an ice chest full of fish at the Calexico Port of Entry in California.
In September 2024, CBP officers at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in San Diego, CA seized 187 pounds or $4 million worth of cocaine in the rear cargo of a commercial passenger bus.
In August of 2024, CBP seized over 4,500 pounds or $5 million worth of methamphetamines disguised as watermelons at the Ote Mesa commercial facility in San Diego, California.
In April of 2024, US citizen Jack Rode and his two Australian friends, Jake and Callum, were found shot in the head near the Sinaloa cartel-controlled city of Ensenada, Mexico.
Officials believe that the three men were victims of a carjacking turned homicide after they tried resisting the robbery.
In March of 2023, four Americans crossed the southern border near Brownsville, Texas and headed into the Mexican city of Matamoros.
While they were driving through the town, a group of assailants, believed to be connected to the Gulf drug cartel, fired on the vehicle, killing two of the Americans and wounding another.
The gang members threw the survivors in the back of a truck and dumped the two slain Americans in a small wooden shack.
In April of 2024, Raul Flores was convicted of the murder of four rival drug dealers killed in Orange County, California.
Three of the men were shot to death with their bodies set on fire inside a burning car in a residential neighborhood.
A car on fire and smoking in the middle of an unsuspecting Southern California neighborhood with three bodies inside.
One tied up, another stabbed, all found shot.
A week later, another body found in a car.
33-year-old Raul Flores from Phoenix convicted in California for the four murders among other charges.
According to authorities, Flores was hired by the mastermind of the attack, a man who had been cut out of two brothers' drug dealing business run by the Sinaloa Cartel.
Flores drove from Phoenix to California with AK-47s and handguns.
Two other defendants charged in connection with the murders remain at large.
In 2007, the bodies of Linoshka Torres and her boyfriend Luis Campos were found under a bridge near Dallas, Texas.
They had been held hostage in a shed where they were beaten, electrocuted, and strangled to death.
Linoshka was pregnant.
Three men were convicted of the murders.
They were tied to the notorious Gulf Cartel.
The three murderers were searching for people who had stolen money and drugs from them.
Linoshka and Luis were innocent and had no ties to the murders or any of their illegal activities.
Their ringleader, Nicholas Menares, first served 10 years in federal prison for a separate drug-related offense.
After his sentence was up, he was supposed to be transferred back to Texas to serve 15 years for the murder conviction, but that never happened.
The Dallas County Sheriff's Department never notified ICE to let them know to keep Menares in the country.
So, Menares was released back into Mexico.
Dallas County Sheriff Marion Brown released the following statement.
There were mistakes made with the initial disposition of the case in 2016 that were not noticed upon the subject's release from FCI in 2021.
We continue to work with our criminal justice partners to improve our processes.
In 2020, 14-year-old Alexander Neville took what he thought was an oxy-coton pill that he bought from a drug dealer on Snapchat.
I quickly recognized something was off about him and I asked him if he was using something.
At first his response was no, but then about 36 hours later Alex came back to his father and I and explained what had been going on.
He told us about oxycodone, and he cried about it having a hold on him.
He told us he met with a dealer on Snapchat.
We contacted a behavioral clinic to assist us.
They needed to get back to us with their recommendation.
The next day, he spent time with his dad.
They went out to lunch.
He went and hung out with friends.
He came home later that evening, went to his room, and that was the last time I saw him alive.
The next morning, I found Alex, pale, blue, and lifeless, lying on his beanbag chair.
His dad performed CPR while he spoke with the 911 operator and looked after my daughter.
Amy Neville's 14-year-old son, there he is, Alexander, died after taking a counterfeit pill he bought from a drug dealer on Snapchat in 2020.
She's one of dozens of parents who protested outside Snapchat headquarters today.
They carried those signs with their child's faces with the message, Snapchat is an accomplice to my murder.
From sadness to frustration, a Southern California family seeking justice after their daughter died when a drug dealer knowingly gave her a pill laced with fentanyl.
Now they're taking their case to a judge.
In 2019, 20-year-old Alexandra Campolotu was found dead by her young sister in her home.
She was home on Christmas break from Arizona State University, where she was majoring in sociology on a full academic scholarship.
She was killed by a lethal dose of fentanyl and a pill that she thought was oxycodone.
She ordered the drug through a dealer on Snapchat.
It was delivered straight to her door.
In the spring of 2020, Devin Noring was scheduled for dental work for cracked teeth and a diagnosis of his recurring migraines.
When the COVID-19 lockdowns were enacted, all of his appointments were canceled.
Devin had previously been prescribed Percocet by his dentist, so he tried to purchase some through a dealer on Snapchat.
On April 4, 2020, Devin's younger brother found him lying unconscious in his bed, but it was already too late to save him.

Yesterday marked four years since we lost Devin.
He was just 19 when he died after he bought a pill containing fentanyl on Snapchat.
I've wondered every day for the past four years if there was something I could have done to save my son's life.
When the United States government opened our borders, it declared to the drug cartels that we were open for business.
Cartel members could now simply walk into the United States of America, receive a free apartment, some extra cash, and a fresh new customer base of Americans to kill off with their poisonous drugs.

Yeah, so my reporting was actually confirmed yesterday.
For over a month now, I've been warning everybody that Mitch McConnell was going to have the Senate GOP leadership vote take place on November 13th.
And that's the day, of course, that all the senators come back from their month and a half long vacation.
The presidential election is Tuesday, November 5th, so do the math.
Eight days after the presidential election, when ballots may still be counted in places like Georgia and Arizona and Pennsylvania, we may not even know who the winner of the election is by November 13th.
Mitch McConnell wants to have another secret ballot vote for the Senate GOP leadership race.
And John Cornyn and John Thune have both been groomed by Mitch McConnell to be his heir.
And I can confirm that just last week, John Cornyn was on Trump Force One.
Kissing Donald Trump's ass.
Two months ago, Senator Thune had a meeting with President Trump at Mar-a-Lago where he was kissing his ass trying to bed for support to become the next Senate GOP leader.
And yet both of these men have a history of hating MAGA and obstructing President Trump's agenda during his first term.
I had Senator Rick Scott from my home state of Florida on my show last night and I had the honor of interviewing him.
He's also running to become the next Senate GOP leader.
All of these consultants and anti-Trump operatives, well, they're whispering into Donald Trump's ear that Rick Scott, he can't get the votes.
He can't get the votes when he absolutely can get the votes and he should be our next Senate GOP leader.
He's the only Trump loyalist who is running right now to become the Senate GOP leader.
And I just wanna remind people of some of the things that John Thune and Cornyn have done.
John Thune and Cornyn were both disloyal to President Trump in his first term.
If you recall, when Nancy Pelosi actually shut the government down because the Senate refused to provide the funding for Trump's border wall.
Thune actually blocked President Trump's emergency declaration to build the border wall.
He also has He said that with regards to the stolen 2020 election and the challenges to the stolen election, that the challenge to Joe Biden was going to go down like a shot dog.
So do we really wanna have a Senate GOP leader who is against election integrity?
Also, John Cornyn is notoriously anti-Trump in the primary when President Trump announced he was running.
He said, and you can pull the screenshots up, that Donald Trump has no chance of winning in 2024.
And that time has passed him by basically saying he's too old.
He also was entertaining an endorsement of Ron DeSantis and Senator Thune endorsed Tim Scott, as you recall.
Yeah, hang on for a second.
What Laura's trying to get at is that McConnell's putting a quarter of a billion dollars in nine MAGA candidates that have no shot to win and no money, not one penny for a very winnable seat, which is Kerry Lake.
I want everybody to understand.
Also, let's say what the story is.
What Laura's talking about is that McConnell wants to have a blocking function on Trump as Trump's presidency and we can get Jordan and our leadership in the House.
They want to de-Trumpify.
Right.
The government, and that's what this is all about, with John Cornyn, who is an absolute, total disgrace, and in no way should he be the guy who replaced Mitch McConnell's puppet.
Well, and this is why they are so terrified of Carrie Lake.
Can you imagine?
When Carrie Lake wins, she's going to be going to Washington, D.C. She will owe nobody anything other than Donald Trump, who worked hand at hand.
But these people didn't spend money on her.
And do you understand how dangerous that is?
Carrie Lake has already proven that she cannot be bought, she cannot be bribed.
And if you have a politician going to D.C. who cannot be bought, cannot be bribed, and has not received any help from Senate leadership, then That is a terrifying concept for both Republican and Democrats, and that is why Carrie Lake will be so effective and a woman of the people.
It's because no one person bought her seat, no one donor bought her seat, no one corporation bought her seat.
Carrie Lake and the people of Arizona will have done this together, and she will be going to D.C. completely unburdened by what has been with GOP leadership.

But without further ado, I want to talk about an issue that is gaining national attention, and it's really honestly split Republican voters here in the state of Florida because Ron DeSantis, who, as you know, I'm really no fan of Governor Ron DeSantis, Has decided to once again counter signal President Trump.
And we saw that, you know, there was a very contentious primary and still to this day, Ron DeSantis is very bitter.
He's very bitter about President Trump winning in his own state.
And he still decided to counter signal President Trump on the policy initiatives that President Trump is supporting here in the state of Florida.
And one of these amendments, you know, there's six amendments on the ballot for voters here in the state of Florida.
And, you know, a lot of these ballots range on various issues from housing to legalization of marijuana.
Amendment 3, which is what we're going to be talking about tonight.
There's also Amendment 4, which is basically abortion on demand, which I encourage all of you to vote no on.
But Amendment 3 is the legalization of marijuana for adults 21 and older here in the state of Florida.
And there's been a lot of ads that have gone out from the Republican Party of Florida, unfortunately, and Ron DeSantis himself, who have said that the legalization of marijuana is going to turn Florida into California or it's going to turn us into Colorado.
And that's just simply not true.
He endorsed Amendment 3 for a reason.
Do you think that President Trump wants to turn Florida, the state that he and Melania Trump live in, the state that is home to Mar-a-Lago?
Do you think that he wants to turn our state into California or Colorado?
No!
That's just silly propaganda coming from a governor who is bitter that he is not the candidate for president this election season.

Talk a little bit about Amendment 3 here and why folks should absolutely be in support of it here in the state of Florida.
First of all, this amendment is an amendment about freedom.
It's an amendment about giving adults who are over the age of 21 the personal freedom to act like responsible adults and to get government out of our homes.
One of the reasons that I believe that President Trump Has been so supportive of Amendment 3 is because he understands and believes that we in the state of Florida, the great state of Florida, can do this the right way.
And that it's past time to stop arresting individuals for small amounts of cannabis and sending them to jail and ruining their lives.
I mean, we are talking about, again, ruining people's lives for small amounts of weed, right?
Which is absolutely ridiculous.
We live in a country where over 50% of Americans enjoy some form of access to legalized marijuana.
And the time has come.
The time is now.
And we have an opportunity also in Florida to make sure that the products, look, 3 million Floridians today are consuming marijuana.
800,000 of those folks are consuming it from the medical marijuana dispensaries.
There's over 2 million Floridians who are consuming marijuana from the unregulated and illicit markets.
And unfortunately, because of what's happening today in our society, that product can be really dangerous to the extent that it can kill people because of the contaminants and the additives and like fentanyl, right?
Yeah, we've seen a lot of that actually.
We've seen issues with fentanyl-laced marijuana, and you have these ads with Ron DeSantis and Casey DeSantis going around trying to demonize you.
They want to make you out to be the big boogeyman of Florida, and yet you yourself have children, right?
I understand that you're a mother.
You're obviously a very successful businesswoman.
You are the CEO of this amazing company.
I want to give you some time to talk about how you created this company from scratch.
It started with 10 employees and now you have created so many jobs here in the state of Florida.
Ron DeSantis wants to convince people that hemp products are somehow better.
These synthetic marijuana products are somehow better than actual pure, lethal marijuana.
And yet we know that there are many dangers associated with vaping.
And we're finding out that people are burning their esophagus.
Kids are getting cancer.
And kids are actually dying from drug overdoses because they're putting fentanyl-laced products inside their vapes.
And so Ron DeSantis is totally okay with vaping.
He actually vetoed a bill that would have cracked down on vaping.
And he vetoed a bill that would have helped protect children from these dangerous vape products.
And why is Ron DeSantis doing this?
Well, because Ron DeSantis and people within the Florida GOP are receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations from hemp companies.
Hemp farmers and people who are owners of hemp businesses.
And so perhaps you can elaborate on that and Ron DeSantis' hypocrisy and how he's basically bought and paid for by the hemp industry.
Yeah, I mean, here's what we know, right?
What we know is that in the legal regulated marijuana market, right, it is absolutely very strictly regulated.
Everything that we sell has to be approved by the state of Florida.
We are not allowed to have anything, any colors, any shapes, right?
Everything that we sell has to be in child resistant packages.
We're required to age gate.
It's a very strict program.
And in fact, you know, research shows and studies show that, and there was a new study just a couple of days ago from the FAU, that in states with legalized marijuana programs, again, we're talking about actual marijuana programs, teen usage declines, which is very important to me as a mom of two teens, right, to make sure that we're keeping our kids safe.
And the only way to do that is actually through legalization.
The other thing that I would tell you is that what's been very, very, you know, I would say maybe one of the most disappointing things about this campaign is the fact that the state of Florida and the current administration is weaponizing tax dollars.
They're utilizing $50 million of taxpayer money To go against this amendment.
And when you think about that, right, this is a citizen ballot initiative.
There were over a million Floridians who signed a petition to get this on the ballot.
And the fact that now their taxpayer dollars are being used to run these PSAs, to warn against the dangers of marijuana conveniently right before this election, it's really electioneering.
And on top of that, we just found out, Laura, that he's actually moved $4 million of opioid settlement money, money that was given to the state of Florida specifically to ensure that we're fighting and combating the opioid crisis to fight this amendment.
And the irony there is that marijuana is proven to actually help people get off of opioids.
It's a safer substance So that people can transition into a product that's not going to kill them, right?
You don't really ever hear about marijuana overdoses unless, of course, the marijuana is laced with a contaminant.
And so, you know, alcohol is dangerous.
And yet you see Ron DeSantis campaigning with alcohol.
And when he was running for president, he loved having these photo ops in bars and he filmed a lot of commercials with alcohol.
He tried to make himself out to be this relatable guy like, oh, wow, look at me.
I'm Barack Obama having a beer with the American people.
And yet you can die from alcohol poisoning.
And how many people die every single year from driving under the influence or alcoholism or basically they're, you know, Poisoning their liver or fetal alcohol syndrome.
You don't really ever hear about this with marijuana, which is a plant and in its purest form is medicine.
I mean, you have chronic pain disorders that are being treated with a plant and people are able to get off of opioids and other addictive narcotics that are killing people and are also laced with fentanyl in many cases.
So you would think that if you wanted to make America healthy again, which is what Donald Trump is really advocating for and what RFK Jr. is advocating for, that you would be OK with legalized marijuana.
And we played this ad before you came on.
I want to go ahead and play it again.
This is the ad that's being run by the Smart and Safe Initiative here in the state of Florida, highlighting the fact that contrary to what the Florida GOP and Ron DeSantis is saying, Donald Trump has endorsed your amendment.
Amendment three is and is in favor of legalizing marijuana.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.

It's got to be a certain age.

You see, it's very deceptive.
And so when I say deceptive, it's very deceptive because the Florida GOP has actually decided to put out these voter cards that tell you how to vote on the amendments and how to vote at the polls.
And so they tell you, you know, vote no on Amendment 4, which, you know, obviously we're voting no on Amendment 4.
And yet they say to vote no on Amendment 3.
When President Trump is really the leader of our party and he has said to vote yes.
Why do you think the Florida GOP and Ron DeSantis are doing this?
Do you think it's because they're compromised by their donors in the hemp industry?
Yeah, I mean, I think unfortunately, right, this has become sort of part and parcel to a broader conversation around the administration.
And I think they've unfortunately just kind of gotten caught up.
And I'd like to think it's because it's the lack of ability to see the forest for the trees here.
I mean, and the reality is, right, when we're talking about something, This is the third time citizens have attempted to bring this to the voters and to get this on the ballot, right?
So this is beyond time, and Floridians have asked for it.
They want it.
And so when you have over 50% of your party who is in favor of something and is asking for something, and yet you are instead not just going against them, but again, weaponizing tax dollars against them, it really is, it makes you kind of Take a step back and question the process in general.
I think that's what's wrong and that's why people get so disenchanted with politics and with politicians.
Again, I think that President Trump is supportive.
I think he knows that we can do this in Florida the right way.
We can regulate it.
We can make sure that we have bans on public smoking.
We can make sure that we have billions of dollars of tax revenue that's reinvested into our communities, into our police and schools.
And that we have an opportunity to again, stop the arrest and give Americans and adults the freedom to consume a plant that is safer than alcohol and the privacy of their own homes.
Let's get government out of our homes and give adults freedom to make their own decisions.
Absolutely.
And because we believe in providing the receipts for everything here on Loomer Unleashed, I want to go ahead and show everybody the screenshot of that report that you're talking about.
DeSantis uses opioid settlement funds for ads against legalizing weed.
So here you go.
And Ron DeSantis, if you follow the primary, is no stranger to using taxpayer funds and also funds that do not belong to him for pursuing his political agenda.
I mean, look at the way that he bribed the Florida Speaker of the House for changing the Florida Resign to Run law so that he could keep his job as governor and also run for president.
He's been caught using FDLE, which is, of course, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, as his own personal security while campaigning for president, another violation of campaign finance laws.
So, you know, we need to hold Ron DeSantis accountable and we need to be critical of the information that is being put out by the Florida Republican Party.
And Donald Trump knows best, and Donald Trump has said to vote yes on Amendment 3.
Now, Kim, you said that you're a mother, and I want to play one of the statements that was put out by Ron DeSantis in which he's trying to really scare everybody and talk about how you're not going to be able to leave your house without smoking, you know, Smelling the smoke of marijuana.
Your kids are going to be overdosing.
Your kids are going to become drug addicts.
And Casey DeSantis talking about how this is her job as the first lady of Florida to make sure that kids are not smoking marijuana.
Look, the reality is that teenagers are going to experiment with drugs and alcohol.
And anybody who tells you otherwise is naive or they just don't know anything about teenagers.
I personally am not a marijuana user, but I know that from going to high school and being around teenagers and, you know, as somebody who went to boarding school, I know that kids were smoking weed and experimenting with drugs.
I, you know, went to college.
I saw college students experimenting with drugs.
And wouldn't you want your children, if they were going to be utilizing drugs, to actually be using it from a safe source that wasn't tainted with a contaminant?
I want to play this clip and then I want to get your reaction, not as a CEO of a very successful marijuana company, but as a mother.
Let's go ahead and play this clip.
But this is written in a way that's going to have huge, huge ramifications for how Florida is governed into the future.
So if you're somebody that's out there, and I'm sympathetic to this view, say, look, marijuana's not for me, but, you know, people want to do it on their own time, in their home, whatever.
You know, it's none of my business.
I just don't want to have to be, you know, smelling it everywhere I go or seeing it being used or having people drive while high and all this stuff.
Just understand, the way this is written, you may not have any interest in marijuana, but marijuana will have interest in you.
And this will impact the quality of life and the culture of the state of Florida.
There's just no other way about it.
And I can tell you that you should never vote for an amendment If they're telling you, oh yeah, it's flawed, it can be fixed by the legislature.
Why the hell didn't they write a good amendment to begin with then?
Why should you vote for something and then pray that the legislature's gonna fix it?
It's BS! And then also, too, followed up by that statement from Ron DeSantis, the Florida GOP today actually put out a tweet that said, and we'll put this up on the big screen so you can see it, Amendment 3 would make marijuana more accessible to children, leading to more hospitalizations.
Worst part...
They can't get sued.
Mega Marijuana Corporations wrote Amendment 3 and they rigged it.
Vote no on 3.
So not only are they accusing you of trying to turn children into drug addicts, they're talking about you without having the balls to actually tag your company.
Obviously, they're talking about Trulieve and they're saying that you rigged it.
So basically, they're accusing you of committing some kind of nefarious election interference in And so I want to get your take as a mother on the Florida GOP's claims and Ron DeSantis' claims that this is going to be more accessible to children and that you're trying to turn children into drug addicts.
Yeah.
Well, again, as a mom, I've got a middle schooler and a high schooler, and that's absolutely preposterous.
And candidly, it's offensive.
Again, study after study shows that with legalization, youth usage and teen usage over time declines dramatically.
And I mean, let me say that again, it goes down, right?
And so we are actually going to make It's safer for our youth.
And to your point, right?
When you get a product from a regulated store and a regulated market, there's a label on it with a lab test QR code.
You know exactly what's in it.
You know the ingredients and you know the dosage.
To your point, the reality is that, let's just say that kids do experiment.
Isn't it better for them to have a product that you know exactly what's in it?
If there's an adverse effect, you can take the container to your medical professional and have everything right there at your fingertips.
I guarantee you, what he's talking about is he's talking about products in the unregulated and illicit markets.
Products that you get in gas stations, products that don't come With a lab test and don't come with an ingredient list and you have no idea how much you're taking, right?
I mean, there was testimony, believe it or not, actually in the House and Senate last year around the fact that some of these shops are selling 2000 milligram gummies.
The highest dosage that we are able to sell under Florida law is 10 milligrams.
So it's apples to oranges and it's ironic, right?
Because again, there was an opportunity to regulate that industry and that bill was vetoed.
And so now what we're talking about is we are talking about a structure in the medical program that already exists.
We have robust regulations.
Our facilities are inspected every single day.
And I think it's also important to say that, look, there are 25 companies currently That exist in Florida that sell medical marijuana.
So it is not about a single company.
And in fact, Ron DeSantis has 22 additional companies sitting on his desk that he could issue today, tomorrow, the next day.
So when this goes into effect, there's 47 operators.
So there's plenty of choice for consumers.
I think that's really important.
And in addition, the legislature has the ability to authorize even more and different types of licenses.
That's in the amendment as well.
Once this passes, and if you want to talk about the other point around immunity, because I think that's kind of an important point as well.
So there is immunity language that is the same as what is in the medical law.
Why?
Because our employees We need to make sure that they aren't stopped and prosecuted for drug trafficking.
So they have to have the ability to have chain of custody.
By the way, the lab tech and the state of Florida official who comes in and tests our product, they need that too, because they are handling a substance that is technically illegal under federal law.
It in no way, shape or form It gives us civil immunity from anything else.
Just to be clear, it's the same language as what is in the medical amendment now.
We currently have lawsuits.
We're a big company.
We currently have lawsuits that are ongoing today.
We have a car accident case right now.
We do not have civil immunity.
That is a bold place.
It's just a lie.
We also have that study here, too.
I want to show everybody, because I know that you said, as a mother, you find it to be very insulting that they're accusing you of this stuff.
And here we have this study that shows dramatic drop.
This is from...
From FAU, it says dramatic drop in marijuana use among U.S. youth over a decade, and they found a direct correlation to that drop in marijuana use among teenagers in states that have legalization of marijuana.
And so Kim is not just making up these statistics.
She is not just pulling these out of her ass.
There is actual studies from the state of Florida here at, you know, taxpayer-funded universities here in the state of Florida that are showing that actually when you legalize a substance, well, people don't want to use it as much.
And why is that?
Because what is the thrill of doing drugs if you want to use drugs?
Or what is the thrill of underage drinking?
Kids wanna drink when they're not 21 because, ooh, I'm not supposed to be doing this, and ooh, wow, I'm getting away with drinking, and they think that they're cool for drinking before they turn 21, or, oh, wow, I'm not supposed to be smoking weed, I'm not supposed to be doing this, I'm not supposed to be driving without a license.
Why do teenagers wanna do things that they're not supposed to do, right?
Because there's a thrill, there's an adrenaline rush associated with something that is illegal.
Whether or not you wanna admit that, You may think that you have the most perfect child in the world, but how many times have you caught your child or how many times?
We're all adults here, right?
How many times as a teenager did you do something that you were not supposed to do and you did it because you thought, wow, I can get away with this?
Again, legalization really takes away that thrill and the adrenaline rush and the psychological urge to do something that you are not supposed to do.
We also have that testimony here in the Florida House that we want to play.
Let's go ahead and play that testimony that you referenced.
And also, to protect the medical program.
And I'll tell you why the medical program is so important.
First of all, when you look at illicit marijuana that's bought on the black market, over 90% of it has contaminants, fertilizers, pesticides, other things that we preclude that the companies that are actually producing the medical marijuana struggle and work quite diligently to make sure their products are pure.
That's the first thing.
The second thing is, many of these companies are spending millions of dollars to develop genomic strains.
Those strains will actually, hopefully, once the federal government deschedules marijuana from class 1 to class 3, will be used to actually do research on other types of diseases where this particular plant could be effective for our people, for our citizens in our state.
Number three, I think it's important that the voters know that there are differences between medical use and recreational use.
And I'll give you one product that I'm sure we've all taken.
So again, that's a Florida legislature who is testifying to the fact that legalization is great because 90% of the illicit marijuana that is confiscated, whether it be at traffic stops or in drug raids here in the state of Florida, has been tested and they have to test it, I guess.
You were telling me this.
I was not aware of this, but maybe you can elaborate this for our viewers.
When drugs are confiscated, apparently they have to be tested by the police department that confiscates them to see if they have contaminants in them.
And you told me this really interesting fact that 90% of the marijuana on the streets has some type of contaminant in it, whether it's fentanyl or some type of fertilizer or other chemicals that are toxic, not natural to the marijuana plant itself.
Perhaps you can elaborate, Kim.
Yeah, so, you know, we have very, very strict requirements, right, as a regulated operator.
And those requirements, because that framework exists today, those requirements will continue into the adult use recreational program.
And so, yeah, whenever there is a traffic stop or a bus of any kind, they actually test the product just, you know, as part of the standard protocol.
And what they're finding more and more is that there are not only these contaminants but also illicit substances and actually one of the sheriffs who's a big supporter of amendment three sheriff morris young out of quincy florida the reason that he's on board is because about six months ago unfortunately one weekend in gadsden county there were nine deaths We have a fentanyl crisis here in the state of Florida.
It's really countrywide, but here in the state of Florida, certainly, it's why it's the number one topic for Attorney General Moody here in the state, which we absolutely agree with.
It's opioid crisis, and now it's morphed into the fentanyl crisis.
And I can testify to that because several months ago, one of my producers actually died from what they said was a fentanyl overdose.
And they said that it was fentanyl laced marijuana.
And so this is happening.
People will say, oh, that's outrageous.
You know, there isn't fentanyl laced marijuana.
No, he was supposed to do my show.
And I literally had to cancel my show because 30 minutes before I was set to go live, I got a phone call from a former colleague that told me that they found him dead in his room.
And they had said that there was actually a bunch of fentanyl-laced marijuana that had made its way through Indian River County.
And that week, there were several young teenagers and young adults who OD'd because they bought marijuana and they thought that it was just marijuana and it was laced with fentanyl.
So this is happening.
And I know somebody who died from fentanyl-laced marijuana.
And you hear stories about this all the time.
And so as somebody like myself who does not even smoke marijuana and I don't use marijuana, I am in favor of legalizing marijuana because if people are going to use it, and they are, one, I have no problem with people using marijuana.
Roger Stone is a very good friend of mine.
His wife had stage four cancer and she was able to heal herself from marijuana products.
A lot of people I know have been able to heal their cancer and their chronic illness.
My father is a physician who treats chronic pain disorders in Arizona and he told me that many of his previous patients, and he was a specialist who treated a disorder called fibromyalgia, many of them had a greater response to medical marijuana as opposed to narcotics.
And a lot of people get hooked on narcotics.
So I've seen this firsthand.
I have a brother who has epilepsy and he had to take a epileptic medication and then he started smoking marijuana and his seizures were pretty much non-existent after that.
He was hospitalized multiple times from having grand mal seizures.
So I have personally seen the devastation caused by dirty marijuana, contaminated marijuana that people buy off the street.
And I have seen the positive medical effects Of recreational marijuana use and medical marijuana use.
So if you care about people living a healthy lifestyle and having the freedom to make their own medical decisions, and we like to talk about how my body, my choice, not as it relates to abortion, but for those of you who opposed vaccine mandates,
well, then you should also be in favor of people having the control of smoking recreational marijuana, and they should have the right and the freedom to smoke Clean marijuana or consume clean medical marijuana products or recreational if they wish to do so.
We're all adults and I also do not drink alcohol.
I do not like alcohol.
I have no problem with people drinking alcohol, but I would rather smoke a joint.
If I had to smoke a joint or drink a beer, I don't do either.
I'd probably smoke a joint over drinking a glass of beer because, well, I feel like it's probably healthier for your body.
Yeah, I mean, absolutely.
That's why, I mean, honestly, there's millions and millions of Americans, right, who are making that choice across the country today.
I mean, we see, and that's one of the, candidly, one of the pushes and pulls here, right, is that alcohol sales are actually starting to decline because in study after study, it's been proven that cannabis is a natural alternative It's safer in a lot of respects.
It doesn't have the long-term impacts.
Candidly, for adults, you can choose to come home on a Friday night, have whatever cannabis product or marijuana product of your choice, and then you wake up the next day, you feel great, no hangover, and you can go on with your life.
Again, we're talking about adults who are over the age of 21 here.
And I mean, at the end of the day, like we're saying, Laura, right?
Marijuana is here.
We might as well make sure that it's safe, it's clean, it's regulated, and then candidly, generate some revenue that we can generate back into our community, that we can put back into our communities.
So it really is a common sense, very straightforward next step, I think, as it relates to the trajectory here.
And again, I think in Florida, we have an opportunity to really do this It's the right way.
It's a common sense way.
I'm surprised, frankly, that there's this much kind of hubba-blue over it.
I think that the Florida voters are going to speak and we're going to be able to turn the page here on Tuesday.
It's a shame on one hand, but on the other hand, we're just taking it as the opportunity to really lean in and educate folks here and have an opportunity to talk about the benefits and make sure that the program gets launched the right way.
How many jobs does your company truly provide here in the state of Florida?
And perhaps you can also talk about one of the other benefits of the pros of Amendment 3, which is economic growth here in the state of Florida and also the tax revenue.
Because one of the benefits you would think that the state of Florida would actually be in favor of Amendment 3 because they'd be able to tax it and then they would be able to generate revenue for the state.
Ron DeSantis said he vetoed the anti-hemp and anti-vape legislation because he said that it would have killed off so many jobs from vape stores and all these smoke shops that sell hemp products.
Well, how many jobs would the legalization of marijuana, according to your estimates, would legalizing marijuana create here in the state of Florida?
Yeah, we think that it would lead to approximately 10,000 drops.
Wow.
In the state of Florida.
And that's across the state.
And again, that's 25 companies currently, right?
Another 22 that would be licensed, plus additional licenses on top of that.
And so it's thousands and thousands of jobs.
And what's so great is that this is a new industry.
This is a new American industry, right?
When we think about that, that has agricultural roots, That has manufacturing components, that has product development, that has distribution, that has retail.
So when you really think about this all-encompassing, amazing opportunity for the state of Florida and for our country, really, to have these types of jobs, U.S. good, solid jobs, in a new industry for our youth.
There's opportunities for us to continue to partner.
We already do partner, but to continue to partner with universities across the state.
To make sure that our young people can create a foothold and really a career in this really exciting industry.
Lots of benefits.
Then on the tax side, what we see in other states is that we see tax rates approximately, again, 10%.
The Estimating Conference estimates about $400 million a year.
By the way, that's baseline.
On top of that, with the 10%, we estimate it's going to be billions of dollars, and that's a legitimate number.
Coming back into the state of Florida.
And just think about that, right?
Think about what we can do for our police and supporting.
I mean, I'm a law enforcement.
I'm a child of a law enforcement officer.
I'm a Jacksonville sheriff's officer for 25 years and a school teacher, right?
So when we think about police and schools and how we can reinvest into our police and schools to make sure that we have and continue to be a leader in the country.
And then on top of that, what I would say is that we also have an opportunity.
Look, we have some big issues here in the state of Florida.
We have a lot of folks who have moved here.
We've got strain on our infrastructure.
We had large hurricanes and storms come through and insurance problems that we need to solve.
So there's a lot of work to get done here in the state of Florida.
And for us to be able to lean in and to provide a new industry that can support that important work that needs to be done here is, again, I think just another reason, even if you don't use or you're not gonna consume, another reason that folks should consider voting yes.
Absolutely.
Kim, any last closing remarks?
The election, of course, is on Tuesday, November 5th, and that's in six days.
Early voting is still ongoing.
And so if you haven't already voted in the state of Florida, I encourage all of you to do what I did and to do what Kim is doing and to do what President Trump has encouraged all of you to do, and that is to vote yes on Amendment 3.
Anything you would like the viewers and the voters of Florida to know.
Yeah, I just would encourage you guys to certainly read.
I want everyone to be educated.
I think it's really important.
Voting is one of our most important civic duties and great part of our freedom as Americans, and I think we all should take part in democracy, so that's first.
And then second, I would just say to know that a vote for Amendment 3 is a vote for freedom, it's a vote for less government, and it's really a vote for personal freedom, and just yes on three.

Well, Kim, I applaud you for the work that you're doing and the amount of money that you have personally invested into this because, well, you've really put your money where your mouth is and you've been demonized, you've been targeted, and you have been villainized by the governor of Florida and many within the Republican Party of Florida,
and you're just trying to You provide a service to the American people and to the people of Florida and you're trying to promote liberty and freedom and alternative medicine and health to people who may need this and I don't see anything wrong with what you're doing and so I fully endorse Amendment 3 and I encourage all of my listeners and all the viewers of Loomer Unleashed, many of whom live here in the state of Florida.
I ran for Congress twice here in the state of Florida and both times I campaigned on legalizing Marijuana, because just like you, I see the benefits of it, not just here socially, on a social level, on a criminal justice level, but also on a public health level and an economic level.
