The never-ending campaign of lawfare against President Trump is set to enter its next chapter on Monday, April 15th.
The criminal case regarding alleged false business records and so-called hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels is set to begin in New York City and it will most definitely bring the media circus to town.
That is the one being presided over by Judge Juan Marchand, who we've talked about a lot on this show.
For those of you who aren't familiar with my previous reporting on the case, I have exposed Judge Mershawn, who is originally from Columbia, by the way, as being a liberal activist with deep family ties to Biden and the DNC.
His daughter, Lauren, has actually worked for major Democrat campaigns and fundraising organizations, including an organization known as Authentic Campaigns, which she is the president of.
She has been paid by the Biden-Harris campaign, a current client of hers, as well as many other Democrat candidates and campaigns, including Adam Schiff.
This is a clear conflict of interest, yet has been allowed to continue because the fix is in against Trump, right?
Get Trump!
That's what they're all obsessed with.
My reporting on this scandal has since been picked up by major media outlets and hundreds of influencers in and around the MAGA movement, including President Trump, who shared my reports on TruSocial.
That is because the level of corruption here is hard to ignore.
Across America, Donald Trump has been subjected to seemingly endless amounts of court proceedings.
As we've covered on the show prior, these lawsuits and criminal investigations are being intentionally manufactured by the left and the deep state.
Next week, I'll be traveling up to New York to cover the court proceedings live all week as they happen.
It is personally very important to me to be there to support President Trump And to continue to uncover the corruption surrounding Judge Mershawn's kangaroo court and the lawfare campaign being directed against Trump by the DNC, Biden's DOJ, and the swamp.
Whether you are a massive fan of Donald Trump like I am or not, anyone and everyone should be able to recognize that what has happened over the past few years to Trump is not the American way.
We do not harass presidents searching for an ounce of wrongdoing out of a deep-seated hatred for them.
Make no mistake, this is a campaign predicated on hate.
It is a hatred for a man who brought the system to its knees.
It is a hatred for policies, America First policies, that would reverse the decades of managed decline, intentional decline, in this nation.
And it is a hatred for half of America, the MAGA patriots who simply want to live in a peaceful, prosperous, and traditional society.
That is what it ultimately boils down to.
They hate you, and they hate Donald Trump, and they're going to make you pay for their hatred of Donald Trump.
Fortunately, the MAGA base understands this.
In spite of everything that Donald Trump has been through, in spite of all the allegations, investigations, and sabotage, Trump has continued to climb in the polls.
At this point, he now dominates Joe Biden in almost every single swing state.
Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and North Carolina all currently appear to be solid red states.
For Trump.
As long as they don't cheat.
But that's the problem, right?
Is President Trump is now currently polling above the margin of cheating.
So this is truly a testament to Donald Trump's ability to transcend the normal boundaries of political discourse, to his base's commitment to see through the smoke and mirrors of the deep state, and to the horrific record of Joe Biden.
Not even the most loyal Democrats can say in good faith that this country is better off today than it was under Trump four years ago.
Everyone has suffered as the price of literally everything has increased by leaps and bounds, otherwise known as Bidenflation.
For many Americans, a trip to the grocery store is now an excruciating experience as they watch the total on the cash register climb well into the hundreds.
And even that isn't enough to feed you and your family for the week, as many Americans are unfortunately finding out.
At the pump, we've all noticed that gas has now reached twice the price it was during the tail end of Trump's administration.
And just a couple months ago, it was three times that amount.
Skyrocketing to almost five and a half to six dollars per gallon in some states, depending on where you live.
Housing prices have ballooned nearly exponentially, along with the interest rates to get loans to afford them.
Even here in Florida, the highest homeowner insurance rates in the entire country.
But worst of all, we have watched as the cultural core of America has been further eradicated by endless tides of immigration, this invasion, anti-white policies, and the increasing crime and drug abuse all across our nation.
Additionally, Joe Biden's mental fortitude is obviously declining, in case you haven't noticed.
Anyone with eyes can clearly tell that he is an elderly man stricken with dementia or some other type of brain rot.
There's nothing to be ashamed of as that happens to people as they age, right?
It's part of aging, but you're supposed to age gracefully, right?
And if you choose to age gracefully, people genuinely are not mean and malicious about your aging, what they call senior moments.
But as we've seen with Joe Biden, a person struggling with mental acuity should not be at the head of the most powerful nation in the world occupying the White House.
The Democrats have curiously refused to present an alternative candidate, instead choosing to circle the wagons around Joe Biden for one last ride into the sunset.
But given the amount of gas, gaffes, confused stares, I'm sure there's some gas too, and gibberish coming from Biden, is it any wonder that he is struggling to woo the voters of America?
The conditions are primed for a triumphant Trump return to the White House in November.
The MAGA base is energized and they still Hold a chip on their shoulder from their treatment over the past few years by the establishment GOP and the radical left.
Trump has parlayed this enthusiasm into taking control of much of the RNC and cleaning house in the GOP, a mission which he completed just a few weeks ago with the installation of Laura Trump as co-chair and mass firings at the RNC, which has been overseen by Trump campaign manager Chris LaCivita.
Yeah, for some unknown reason, many Republicans in the House still haven't gotten the message that the base rests on Trump and America First policies.
Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, just keeps refusing to fully get on the same page as Donald Trump.
Since taking over the gavel, Mike Johnson has dropped the ball on a number of key issues, including the government shutdown, the January 6th tapes, which, uh, hello, where the hell are they?
Budget bills and Ukraine funding.
Just this week, Mike Johnson flip-flopped his opinion on FISA regulations.
We saw that today in Congress.
You will recall that the FISA laws were used as a pretext for the FBI to illegally surveil Donald Trump and his supporters in recent years at the command of Barack Hussein Obama.
Now that there is a chance to pass a bill which would further regulate the abuse of FISA, Mike Johnson has suddenly come out in support of the intelligence community and the expansion of FISA.
Even though we know that FISA was used to spy on President Trump during the 2016 election, And let's be honest, we're not naive here.
It will likely be used to spy on him again if Joe Biden could have his way ahead of the November 2020 for presidential election.
You see, Mike Johnson doesn't know how to handle confrontation.
He's very demure.
He's very weak, okay?
He doesn't really seem to have much testicular fortitude.
And he apparently doesn't know how to tell the truth either, as he is now claiming that he wasn't fully informed.
Oh wow, what a convenient excuse, Mike, until he took over the speakership.
Oh yeah, so then why the hell are you speaker?
Okay, isn't that your job, Mike, is to be informed on a daily basis?
If you can't handle the heat, if you can't handle the job, you have unlimited resources to have interns and staffers to update you, to give you briefings, to have somebody follow you around like someone follows President Trump around on a daily basis with a golf cart and a printer to give him 24-7 updates You're not fit to be Speaker of the House, buddy, so give me a break.
We need people like Johnson to be in lockstep with President Trump and the America First wing of the party.
Not just sometimes, when it's easy or politically expedient, but always.
The Democrats are almost always in lockstep with each other, even if that means defending the most outrageous positions, right?
Like the terror supporters Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib in Congress, or post-birth abortion, which is what they are now openly defending to cover each other's asses.
Because where one goes, they all go, unlike the GOP.
So my question is, where's that same solidarity over here at the MAGA end of the GOP?
Are these Republicans incapable of even pretending, right?
Can they just pretend that they're all on board with each other for the next seven months?
Would it kill them to pretend until we get Donald Trump back into the White House?
I'd hope that they wouldn't have to pretend, but can they just pretend for the sake of our country?
You see, this type of solidarity only seems to exist with the MAGA base, the Trump supporters around this country who have stayed loyal And true to Trump through thick and thin.
It's missing, though, in Congress and the Senate.
It's missing.
These people cannot take their heads out of their ass to support Donald Trump and be in line.
Donald Trump says kill FISA, so you better kill FISA.
But nope, Mike Johnson's not gonna do it.
Most Republicans not gonna do it.
But you know what?
Many of us are loyal, including me.
And that is why I'll be in New York City on Monday and all of next week with my crew.
I will be there in lockstep supporting President Trump as he continues to battle through the next wave of lawfare on his way to saving our nation from the destructive path of decline it is currently on.
And I hope to see many of you there with me.
There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.
If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems would be fixed in about five minutes.
Chained herself to square.
Chandler's... ...and I know...
...and I know...
I'm your host, Laura Lumer.
We are live on Rumble right now, so please be sure that you repost this link live.
Share it on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, wherever you are watching right now.
True Social, Gab, Getter, Telegram, whatever you're using, please just share the link because this is a very important episode.
Tonight, we're going to have special guests.
First, we're going to be joined by President Trump's impeachment lawyer, the very renowned lawyer, friend of mine as well, David Schoen.
So he'll be joining us tonight and we'll also be joined by Joe Altman and then we'll also be joined by Charles Downs, our Lumar Unleashed DC correspondent and contributor with some updates because he actually, if you haven't already seen the video today, he actually confronted FBI Director Christopher Wray as he was walking into The hearing on Capitol Hill about the continued funding, right?
Especially as it relates to the FBI and the continuation of FISA.
So we have a very exciting Uh, information-filled show for you tonight.
Uh, I hope that, uh, you will learn a lot about the upcoming Trump trial with this interview with David Schoen that I have planned, and then, of course, uh, you're gonna be entertained, uh, by these, uh, Lumar Unleashed videos.
Uh, but, uh, before we get started, I wanna, I wanna show, uh, these videos, if you haven't already seen it.
Every single day, Donald Trump is obviously dominating in the polls, as I mentioned in my monologue, but, uh, look, I don't know how the media is gonna continue Calling Donald Trump a white supremacist and saying he's got problems with black people because he went to Atlanta, where he's currently being persecuted and prosecuted and targeted by Fannie Willis in Fulton County, and he went to a Chick-fil-A.
And this was a great stop.
I love seeing these videos.
So Donald Trump walks into an Atlanta Chick-fil-A.
Like, obviously, you know, pretty much everyone in Atlanta is black, okay?
So, predominantly black.
And if Donald Trump has a problem with black people, look at the faces on all these women, okay?
They are so fixated on Donald Trump.
Every single person working in this Chick-fil-A is black, not a single white person.
And they're all smiling.
They're all smiling, happy to see Donald Trump.
And then you see these videos, and we're going to play some of these videos for you tonight.
Donald Trump is in there and he's talking to black people and he goes, they go, Oh, Mr. Trump, we love you.
We love you so much.
Don't listen to the media.
We don't care what they say about you.
And President Trump says, you guys want milkshakes?
And then he goes, yeah, milkshakes for everybody.
So look, they're getting desperate.
President Trump continues to rise in the polls, even though he's faced four indictments, trials.
They want to try to accuse him of sending money to some washed up, disgusting and, uh, you know, D-list porn star, Stormy Daniels.
Okay.
You even have Michael Avenatti.
Who is like Trump-hater extraordinaire to the point where CNN once made him a legal correspondent with back-to-back coverage calling in from jail saying, yeah, Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen are lawyers and this is no way to be treating Donald Trump.
This is election interference.
I'm sure we could pull up this article too about Michael Avenatti.
The world must be coming to an end if Michael Avenatti, of all people, is defending Donald Trump, okay?
So, look, even your most diehard Democrats are now realizing, okay, this is pretty much Banana Republic Third World justice.
Injustice in our country.
This is not how our justice system is supposed to operate, and I don't really think it's leaving a good taste in people's mouth ahead of this upcoming trial that we're going to be seeing.
I think we have the video, too.
You could see.
We'll download the video, and we'll play.
Here's Ari Melber, the worst.
I mean, this guy is awful.
We can show the article for now.
Here we go.
Imprisoned attorney Michael Avenatti does surprise interview with MSNBC on Trump hush money case.
Avenatti, who was convicted of defrauding former client Stormy Daniels, says the hush money case against Trump was stale.
Yeah, because it's all a bunch of bullshit.
Okay?
Everybody knows this.
I got in a fight with Stormy Daniels over the weekend, actually.
We could pull that Raw Story article up as well if you can find it.
And I got in a fight with Michael Cohen.
I think we have the video, right, of Michael Cohen on TikTok having an absolute meltdown.
If we can, let's pull that video up too.
But Michael Cohen decided to have a meltdown on TikTok attacking me.
Oh my god, Laura Loomer is so crazy, you know?
People just need to stop listening to Laura Loomer.
She's got such a megaphone and she's out here lying in support of Trump.
I'm not lying, Michael.
You're the liar, okay?
You are the one that you're the person that was actually stripped of your license to practice law because you're a liar.
You spent time in jail because, yeah, oh, you're the liar.
And now there's allegations that maybe Michael Cohen had an affair with Stormy Daniels.
Allegedly, I don't know.
We'll see if that gets mentioned during this trial.
But we have the clips.
We can go ahead and we can play this clip of Michael Cohen attacking me on TikTok.
and then we can show the Stormy Daniels article as well.
But it's gonna be a circus show, and of course, Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels, the two key people involved in this trial next week, are attacking me, of all people, on X because, you know, I'm a ride-or-die Trump supporter.
I support President Trump.
I'll be there to support President Trump no matter what.
And even Stormy Daniels herself signed a statement, which we have, saying that she did not have an affair with Donald Trump.
So go ahead and play this video of Michael Cohen, who is such a loser that he's now been relegated to Chinese communist technology like TikTok, where he's just bitching and moaning about, oh, little old Laura Loomer.
Play the clip.
Why the whole thing is so stupid.
And when you have somebody like a Laura Loomer, when you have somebody like that, who has A significant size microphone or megaphone.
It's kind of incumbent upon people who have that, we'll call it volume of followers, to do at least, at least a monocle of homework before they decide to go think that they're protecting their Fuhrer.
First and foremost, Donald doesn't need your protection.
Right?
You're kind of inconsequential.
But now you just make him very much like the guy Little Johnny.
You make yourself look stupid.
And when I mean stupid, I mean like really fucking stupid.
Right?
Little Johnny Two Scoots.
That's the saddest part.
That's the saddest part.
The only person that you're really hurting is yourself.
And you think that you're doing it in the name of your fury.
Listen, Michael, okay?
Listen, buddy.
If anybody is quote-unquote really fucking stupid, it's you.
So much so that you spent time in jail because you are a liar and you committed perjury.
Look who's calling who stupid.
You should take a look in the mirror, buddy, okay?
Before you want to call me stupid.
And if I'm so inconsequential, Michael, why are you keeping my name in your mouth, right?
Keep my name out of your mouth if I'm inconsequential.
Because I don't really think I'm inconsequential.
And I don't think it's inconsequential when you and Stormy Daniels both can't seem to keep my name out of your mouth.
Right?
That's not how it works.
If I'm so inconsequential, why is it that my exclusive reporting is being cited in President Trump's motion requesting recusal of Judge Marshawn?
Huh?
If I'm so inconsequential, why is it that the media is having a meltdown about Donald Trump reposting my articles from Loomerd.com?
I am not an inconsequential person, Michael.
You are.
And I hope that by the end of this trial, you are spending the rest of your life in a prison cell, buddy.
Let's look at this article.
Here we go.
Be mad.
Look at this lady.
She's such a, like a dirty, dirty, dirty hooker.
Okay, be mad.
Stormy Daniels denies writing incriminating statement posted by Trump ally.
So I am the Trump ally, of course, and it isn't an incriminating statement.
You can scroll down.
Adult film star Stormy Daniels on Sunday was forced to defend herself from claims that she gave a sw- it's not a claim, it's real.
She signed it, okay?
This is not a claim, it is a document that exists with her signature on it.
Look at the way the media says things to manipulate people with semantics.
Adult film star Stormy Daniels on Sunday was forced to defend herself from claims that she gave a sworn statement indicating that she never had an affair with Donald Trump at an event at the heart of the former president's upcoming criminal trial happening in New York.
Early on Sunday, controversial Trump ally... Oh yeah, so controversial, right?
Because, uh, yeah, it's controversial to call you people out on your shit.
Because you're all a bunch of liars, okay?
You lie about President Trump, the greatest president that we've ever had in this country, and I don't really care if my exposés, if my reports are quote-unquote controversial.
I don't care if I test the line by, you know, exposing the family members of judges.
I'm going to keep doing what I do because it is the right thing to do for our country.
Okay?
I don't care if it's controversial.
I don't care about making friends, pissing people off.
I don't care if Republicans are mad at me, if they think I'm unhinged, if they think I'm over the top.
I don't care because I'm not here to make friends.
I'm here for one reason and that's to get Donald J. Trump back into the White House.
That is literally all I care about, if you haven't noticed.
Loomer has been shouted out by the former president at various rallies, and he frequently shares her reports against his critics on True Social.
Yeah, they're so triggered by this.
They are so triggered by the fact that President Trump watches Loomer Unleashed.
Hello to President Trump, if you're watching tonight.
They are so triggered by the fact that President Trump shares my reports.
Loomer, in the past, has targeted Judge Wan-Marshawn's daughter, but in this case, she turned her sights on Daniels.
Well, they're all involved in this case, so why not?
Why wouldn't I?
Uh, quote, in her own sworn statement, Daniels admits she never had an affair with Donald Trump.
Uh, people like you are what's effed up with our country, and it's people like you who made me decide I will never believe in forgiveness or grace for idiots, liars, and people who want to destroy my country.
Loomer wrote to a critic asking about Trump's purported affair.
May they all rot in hell for eternity if they continue to lie when the truth is known.
That's what I said, and I stand by it.
But Daniels responded directly, beginning with laughter.
One time, look at how disgusting and low class this woman is.
I mean, honestly, I told her on X, a stray dog's mouth is cleaner than your coochie, Stormy.
Okay?
That's what I told her.
I said, a stray dog's mouth is cleaner than your coochie.
It's disgusting.
Yeah, I know you like attention, Stormy.
Yeah, I know you like attention, Stormy.
How do you corner a sex worker, by the way?
She goes, oh, because I was cornered.
I mean, when you literally are a walking neon sign that says my legs are open, how exactly does somebody corner you?
You're a sex worker, you hoe.
Like, you think that people respect you?
You think that people are going to have boundaries with you?
You are a sex worker.
There's no such thing as cornering a sex worker.
That's what you are.
You are an open sign encouraging people to come and corner you.
Okay?
If you don't want to be cornered, then maybe you shouldn't open your legs.
Okay?
Maybe you should have chosen a more respectable career than being a hoe.
I don't know.
Another user responded to Loomer saying about Daniels, she admitted in court that they never had an affair.
What more do you want?
Oh yeah, because I'm really gonna trust a whore, right?
I'm going to trust the word of a sex worker?
You think that I am going to believe all women like the Democrat Party tells me to?
I don't think so.
I don't think I'm gonna believe a whore like Stormy Daniels, okay?
Daniels responded to that post, adding, quote, I haven't been to court accompanied by a laughing emoji.
Indeed, the trial begins this month.
Yeah, and I'm gonna be there.
I'm gonna be there, so maybe I'll see her.
Another user pointed out that Daniels previously said she was forced to sign the statement which she said was written by Michael Cohen.
Quote, exactly, but they don't like to check facts.
I have the messages from that time as well, proving I was made to sign it, and that as soon as I was out of that room safe, I told the truth.
Oh, okay.
Is that why you owe Donald Trump over $300,000?
When are you going to pay Donald Trump the money that you owe him, Stormy?
Pull that article up, too.
Look at all the money that Stormy Daniels owes Donald Trump.
She lost the defamation case.
Do I need to remind everybody about that?
When you're pulling that article up, let's go to the chat really quick and see what people are saying.
So disgusting.
Sigh.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Let's scroll up and see what a few people are saying.
I'm so sorry, you have to go through that.
They said, Nikki said, they are so triggered, Laura, because you are effective, keep doing what you're doing.
Yeah, they are triggered, right?
They are triggered.
Scroll up.
Uh, let's see.
Tell it like it is, Laura.
Take these liberal back, uh, kindergarten class.
Yeah, you know?
Uh, these people are so stupid, man.
They really are so stupid.
Michael Cohen is a filthy liar.
Yeah.
Yep, let's go to this article so that you can see as well.
So, Stormy Daniels owes President Trump a lot of money.
Stormy Daniels, it's more money than that actually.
It's over, I think it's like $300,000 if you look up another article.
I saw another article, but Stormy Daniels must pay over $122,000 of Donald Trump's legal fees that were racked up in connection to the failed defamation lawsuit.
So, she needs to pay up.
It's time for this hooker to pay up.
Alright?
It's time for Stormy Daniels to pay Donald Trump, the money that she owes him.
$670,000 she owes Donald Trump.
Okay?
Written by Jeffrey Toobin.
Here we go.
Dark and stormy.
You know the guy that got caught jerking off on camera?
Isn't that?
Isn't that?
Is that Jeffrey Toobin?
The guy that got caught Toobin on air?
Is that the guy that got caught jerking off?
Can we see?
I don't want to defame anybody, but I'm pretty sure that's the Trump hater from CNN that got caught jerking off on a webcam.
Oh, it's a Zoom incident!
Oh, is that what we're calling it now?
So apparently when you get caught jerking off on Zoom, it's called a Zoom incident.
Okay, cool.
So that's what happens when you're a Democrat, right?
So Donald Trump has to have a trial, and he gets to get accused of paying off a porn star who admits to not even having an affair with Donald Trump.
But if you're somebody like Jeffrey Toob, and you get to write in defense of porn stars, and you get to have the media say, oh, it's a Zoom incident when you get caught jerking off, that's nice.
It makes sense why he'd defend porn stars, though.
It does, right?
Right?
What do you think, Cannon?
Yeah, no.
I mean, he clearly has a penchant for porn.
He has a penchant for something indecent.
My God.
I mean, could you imagine getting caught on Zoom?
Zooming while tubing?
Tubing while Zooming?
Oh my God, these people are just so uncouth.
It's so gross.
Oh, God.
Disgusting people.
And then they have the audacity.
These people have the audacity to go after President Donald Trump.
I mean, it's just... This is the media, you guys!
These are the people that want to tell you that you're not gonna have Donald Trump as your next president because they say so.
You think that we should be taking the word of a disbarred lawyer and a hooker?
I don't think so.
Even Michael Avenatti, who is currently in jail, has enough common sense.
And I actually confronted Michael Avenatti.
I think we have the... Can we pull that video up?
I think we can find it on YouTube, but...
A few years ago, I actually confronted Michael Avenatti at Politicon, and he was attacking President Trump.
And we could probably play that clip later on, of course, because we also have David Schoen coming on.
And let's see, maybe we can find this clip.
Let's pull up the Avenatti clip in the meantime.
Let's go to the chat while we're downloading that, and then we'll play the Avenatti clip, and you can see what a 180 Michael Avenatti has done from this video in 2018 of me confronting him in California.
So we have me going head-to-toe with Avenatti several years ago, and now we have Michael Cohen attacking me, calling me effing stupid on TikTok.
I'm not using Chinese technology.
You are, loser.
And then we have Stormy Daniels, who is calling me stupid, too.
I don't think I'm stupid.
You're the one that chose a career as a porn star, lady.
So, now Michael Avenatti, this Trump-hater, is the one talking common sense, right?
What's up is down and down is up.
Do we have the clip?
Alright, let's go ahead and play the clip.
There should be a compilation.
All right, let's play it.
I'm a lawyer.
I gotta go.
I just gotta go.
You know, you claim to care about women so much, but all you do is use some tools so that you can have your fancy dinner at the present.
You're a pimp.
You're a pimp.
Congratulations.
What is the money?
What is the money?
I have a billion dollars.
I have a billion dollars in purchasing power.
You want to run for president in 2020?
Are you going to let me finish or are you just going to bark at me?
I know you love talking, so go ahead.
Are you going to keep barking at me?
So do you.
So do you.
Why don't you let the man talk?
Before I ever met Stormy Daniels, I had over a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements.
I was a highly successful attorney with nearly 20 years of experience, so you have no idea what you're talking about.
I have never, I have never, I have never taken advantage of any involvement in any claim to the contrary by you.
Are you going to let me finish?
You know those allegations aren't false.
No, they're 100% true.
You're saying that Brett Kavanaugh is a gang rapist?
Why wouldn't you let the FBI investigate?
Why is your president... You think that Brett Kavanaugh is a gang rapist?
No, he's not my president.
You're a pimp, Michael.
- They were the creepy porn lawyer.
- Laura, can I get one of my shots?
Can I get one of my shots? - You're a pimp, Michael.
- You're a male showman as pimp. - Hey, it's creepy porn lawyer, Michael Abanelli.
Hey, how are you?
Are you a big fan of the creepy porn president?
You know, you claim to care about women so much.
I do.
I do.
I represent.
I do.
That is ridiculous.
I have a billion dollars.
I have a billion dollars.
I have a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements.
Are you going to let me finish or are you just going to bark at me?
I know you love talking.
Are you going to keep barking at me?
So do you.
Before I ever met Stormy Daniels, I had over a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements.
I was a highly successful attorney with nearly 20 years of experience, so you have no idea what you're talking about.
Are you going to let me finish?
No, they're 100% true.
Why wouldn't you let the FBI investigate?
Why is your president... He's your president too.
No, he's not my president.
No, he's not.
No, he's not my president.
No, he's not.
He's not my friend.
You know, you lost the case and now the money is gonna go towards Donald Trump for his illegal fees.
That's not true.
You don't know what you're talking about.
You don't know what No, they call me a creepy porn lawyer because they know that I'm going to kick your president's ass if I run against him in 2020.
I'm not going to beat him.
I'm going to destroy him.
And you want to challenge John Jr.
to an MMA fight?
Why don't you fight me?
Fight me!
Your client now has to pay Donald Trump.
How does that work?
No, that's not true.
Brett Kavanaugh did not organize any gang rape.
Even the liberals are laughing at you because of your accusations.
Brett Kavanaugh is a criminal.
He's a criminal.
You know what?
You know what?
I'm going to take your money.
Show me a single form of evidence that shows.
Bye, creepy porn lawyer!
Bye.
You just stopped moving, Abinadi.
Hold on.
All right.
So, I mean, look at the change in tone, you know?
It's like, this guy... Let's go back to the side view of that article, right?
Of Avenatti.
So, Avenatti...
was literally telling me in 2018 at Politicon, I'm gonna kick Trump's ass.
I'm gonna take Brett Kavanaugh off the court.
He's a rapist.
Not my president.
Not my president.
You know, like that real Shaniqua type.
He's not my president, you know?
And now look at it.
Imprisoned attorney does surprise interview on Trump.
He says, let's scroll down and see.
Do we have the clip, by the way, of Avenatti?
Did we download it?
Disgraced former attorney Michael Avenatti, scroll up, joined MSNBC for a surprise interview from Prison Tuesday and discussed the New York hush money case against former President Trump.
He said, I think what I'm about to say is going to surprise a lot of people and that is that, you know, I think this is the wrong case at the wrong time.
I think that this case is in many ways stale at this juncture.
So, I mean, look, this guy is one of the biggest Trump haters.
You see, I thought I was gonna get in a fistfight with Michael Avenatti, okay?
I literally thought that he was gonna swing at me.
You saw how close he got up in my face, right?
There were people holding us back from each other.
It was the biggest spectacle at Politicon.
And that was in California and Los Angeles.
People actually thought that Michael Avenatti and I were about to get in a fistfight.
And I'm a woman, right?
And look, I wasn't, you could see I was a little chubby at that time, right?
I was not the most fit woman.
But I'll tell you right now, I beat Michael Avenatti up a flight of stairs, and I ran up those stairs to get him when he was trying to go to his next interview.
And he was so close to punching me in my face that There was security and other reporters there trying to break us up if you saw.
You saw at the very end right there how people got in the middle of this.
I'm not making this up.
So let's go ahead and play the clip.
And you join us at a very newsworthy time.
Some of your lawyering led to the exposure of the evidence in this case.
The New York trial now will be Donald Trump's first and possibly only trial this year.
How do you assess the strength of the prosecution's case?
Well, I think what I'm about to say is going to surprise a lot of people, and that is that, you know, I think this is the wrong case at the wrong time, Ari.
I think that the case is in many ways stale at this juncture.
You're talking about conduct that occurred some eight years ago.
I think the fact that it's occurring in state court in New York is a mistake.
And I think that when you are going to I think it's a mistake to do it based on a case of this nature.
millions of Americans of their choice for the presidency of the United States, whether we agree with those folks or not, or regardless of what we may think of Donald Trump, I think it's a mistake to do it based on a case of this nature.
I was hoping, frankly, that there would have been less hand-wringing, less bed-wetting, and that the January 6th case would have been filed in a more timely manner.
There's no excuse or reason as to why that case could not have been brought in 2021.
And it should have been brought in 2021.
And had it been brought in 2021, we would not find ourselves in the situation that we're in right now.
Now, I know a lot of people have been critical of the United States Supreme Court.
So that's a pretty big change of tune, you guys.
I mean, look, I'm looking at the chat right now, and a lot of you are like, oh, I've never seen that clip before.
That's so crazy.
Yeah, it's crazy, right?
Because he's so, so hostile towards Donald Trump.
Someone said, who was the chubby girl in the red dress?
That was me.
I was a little chubby.
So I was a little chubby and I had shorter hair at the time, but I've lost a lot of weight since then.
And I'm never going to be that big ever again.
Right?
Because I watch what I eat.
But that was a crazy day.
That was also the same day that I confronted Alyssa Milano from the Women's March and exposed the Women's March as being a terror front for Louis Vuitton Nation of Islam and all the Jew haters.
Right?
Uh, that was a crazy day and I had so much fun at that Politicon conference.
I was like literally the front page of every single media outlet because no one was really confronting anyone at that time.
And I just went in there and, you know, it was like a, like a bull in a China shop, as they say.
So I thought it was fun.
I thought it was great.
It was so much fun.
But those clips are all on my YouTube, right?
You can watch those.
Those are in my Loomer compilation as well.

As many of you know, I'm going to be in New York City next week and on Monday I will be outside of the courthouse in anticipation for the first day of President Trump's trial.
And joining me now, somebody who knows the President very well and somebody who represented President Trump during the second impeachment trial, David Schoen.
David, so thank you so much for joining me on Luma Unleashed.
It's great to have you.
Brilliant legal mind.
Thank you.
Thank you very much for having me.
Of course, it's a pleasure to have you.
So, as you know, the trial is expected to begin next week.
I guess they're going to start with jury selection, and so who knows how long this is going to be, but it's officially beginning in New York City on Monday, April 15th, Tax Day, of course.
And a lot of publicity around this trial, not just because of the media spectacle surrounding Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen, but also the recent revelations about Judge Mershawn and his daughter, Lauren Mershawn, Who is, of course, a Democrat operative at a Democrat political consulting firm.
What are your thoughts as we get ready to see another, I guess, circus show trial in New York City this coming week?
Yeah, I thought this indictment was dead on arrival.
I still think it is.
I think it's only being resuscitated by this Judge Murchan for his own purposes.
But I say that for at least two reasons.
One, I think the indictment is absolutely defective as a matter of law.
And two, I think Judge Murchan absolutely has to be recused from this case.
He's making a critical mistake not recusing himself.
And so I think those two alone are reversible error on appeal if there is a conviction in the case.
I can explain both of them in more depth if you like.
Yeah, I would love that.
I would love for you to explain what you think about that and also what you think about the President and his legal team filing a motion requesting Judge Mershawn recuse himself.
Did you think that it was a strong filing?
What are your thoughts on the filing and whether or not Judge Mershawn should recuse himself?
The filing is certainly better than the previous one.
In the previous one, on the first page of the motion that they filed, the recusal motion that the lawyers filed last time around, they said that he should be removed because of his appearance of impartiality.
It's exactly the opposite, of course.
He should be removed because of his lack of impartiality.
But obviously they just made a mistake in that one.
but they also didn't raise all of the grounds that they needed to raise, thanks to you in large part.
They now have a lot of facts, more facts than they had then.
But I think the recuse of motion absolutely must be granted.
Without going into any sort of dealings that I've had inside with President Trump, let's just say that in the current motion, they raise a ground that should have been raised the first time around, but certainly has to be raised.
and I believe it absolutely requires his recusal.
I'll explain.
There are some bases, you know, for recusal or disqualification in a case that just revolve around the appearance of impropriety, the appearance of a lack of impartiality, and this certainly has that.
But under a particular section of the New York Code, 22 NYCR, it's 100.3 ED13, it doesn't matter exactly the number.
But it provides, in certain cases, the judge shall disqualify himself.
And one of those cases is a case in which the judge has a relative, a relative to the sixth degree, which is pretty far out there.
This is his daughter, so it's much closer than that, where a relative to the sixth degree could Have an interest affected by the proceedings before the court.
Not has an interest, shall have an interest, etc.
It's just could.
Whether it could be affected.
Based on all the information you've proven to be true and brought out and so on, there's no question in this case that the judge's daughter Interests in her company are, and have been, affected by these proceedings.
They can market off of it.
She's raised tremendous amount of money, as you showed, as the New York Post $93 million story showed.
You know, they fundraise off of this case, and it's in her interest, and therefore the judge's interest, to keep the case going, to never grant a motion to dismiss.
because it supports Democratic office holders who then raise money off of this kind of case, saying President Trump is a crook and so on.
So I think it's a reversible error if he doesn't recuse himself.
But the real question is, why on earth would he stay on this case if he had any intention of being a fair-minded judge and presenting a system with integrity to the public?
There are many, many dozens of judges on this court, justices on the New York Supreme Court in New York County.
Put somebody else on the case that doesn't have this kind of background or these kinds of influences because now you've got at least half the population who's going to question any result in this case and thinks that it's all checkered by the judge's influence and they fairly can say that.
Absolutely.
And that begs the question, then, why do you think that this judge, with all this evidence presented, and obviously even the Court of Public Opinion, you had a funny clip the other day, I'm sure you saw it, of a retired federal judge in the Southern District of New York, went on CNN with Caitlin Collins.
And Caitlin Collins, of course, is no friend to President Trump.
And she asks her, what do you think about the motion requesting recusal that was filed by President Trump and his legal team?
And even the judge, who I'm sure she's probably not a conservative, you know, said herself, well, you know, I think it's actually very strong.
And the daughter is definitely going to benefit given the enormous amounts of money that her firm is raking in from these anti-Trump Democrats.
You know, you should have seen the look on Caitlyn's face.
You would have thought somebody shot her mother in front of her face the way that she looks so despondent, right?
But given that, why do you think the judge is not recusing himself?
Why do you think that this judge is so insistent?
Do you think that there's something more sinister at play here?
Because to everybody involved, even CNN's chief legal correspondent penned an article calling on Judge Mershawn to recuse himself.
Well, you raise a great question.
I'm glad you brought up the Judge Shira Scheindlin interview, because she's a very well-respected judge, and she clearly said those things.
She's very troubled by the issues surrounding the recusal.
I think he's staying on it for a number of reasons.
I think ego is a primary one.
I've been in front of this judge I found him to be a horrible judge, in my opinion.
He cited cases in the case that I had that had little to do with it and certainly weren't on point.
He was very insecure when that was pointed out.
He sort of threatened me in the case.
But I think there's a bigger picture here.
Remember, this judge was handpicked for this case.
This case did not go through random selection.
The Chief Administrative Judge says he picked him because of his competence.
I don't think that could really have been the reason, given my appearance before this judge.
But this is the same judge that was picked for the Bannon case, for the Trump Organization case, out of all of the justices on this court.
There's a history in this court of the District Attorney's Office skewing the judicial selection process.
At one point in the 1990s, New York State Bar Criminal Defense Association lawyers wrote a letter and then brought a lawsuit trying to stop the system by which the district attorney could handpick the judges in their criminal cases.
So the case went to federal court eventually.
The court said there's no due process right.
To random selection.
However, if this case were brought on direct appeal, this issue, it might well result in a reversal.
So the District Attorney's Office claimed to have stopped this practice.
But we know here that Murchan was handpicked.
I think it's about him.
It's about the reasons that he was handpicked for the case.
It's about his daughter.
It's for all of the wrong reasons.
And what it's not about, again, is the integrity of the system.
That has to be primary.
And that clearly is not a concern of his.
Right.
And it's not just his daughter.
As I also exposed, we're now finding out that his wife, Laura Mershon, worked under Letitia James as well.
So, you have a lot of conflicts of interest here, especially given the fact that Letitia James campaigned for office on trying to get Trump.
That's what all these people seem to be primarily interested in.
It's getting Donald Trump.
So I'm glad that you've seen those reports, and I don't think that the judge is going to recuse himself.
It seems like even though President Trump is now even suing this judge, the trial is expected to still take place according to schedule on Monday.
That brings me to my next question.
Obviously, you are a brilliant lawyer.
In my opinion, should be on the Trump legal team.
You did wonders for President Trump during the second impeachment trial.
The President was, of course, acquitted, thanks to you.
So, the President's lawyers have done some things that some in the legal community think are controversial or have some people scratching their heads.
In other cases, they failed to do some things that other lawyers think are mistakes.
If you were currently representing President Trump like you did during the second impeachment How would you do things differently?
Well, first of all, they filed a motion to dismiss, and the judge denied that motion.
And that's based on what I say is the defective indictment.
I don't think their motion really hit the issues, and I don't think it was thorough enough.
And the judge's order makes that clear.
Here's what I mean by that.
This is a cockamamie charge that was brought here.
It's the, you know, as you know, the underlying charge is misstating business records, which is a misdemeanor.
However, under New York law, that misdemeanor can become a felony if they can prove that the business records were misstated in order to commit another crime or to intend to commit another crime.
They raise that issue, but the defectiveness of the indictment is a grand jury problem, which I think is fatal to the indictment.
The target crime, what it was that he supposedly doctored up the business records to commit, is never identified by the grand jury.
A defendant has a due process right to know exactly what he or she is being charged with so that you can mount a defense.
And so here, if the theory is the business records were doctored up in order to commit tax violations, that's one defense.
If it was for so-called election interference, that is, to cover up his payment to Stormy Daniels because it could hurt him in the election.
That's a completely other defense.
The judge, in his order denying the motion, said, well look, the government put forward four theories on the reasons he might have doctored up his business records.
Nobody can go to trial defending against four different theories.
That also creates a double jeopardy problem down the road if there were a conviction.
And so, you know, the lawyers asked for a bill of particulars, asking the prosecutors to specify what the target crime was, and the judge denied it.
A bill of particulars wouldn't satisfy the situation here.
It's not for the prosecutors to designate the crime.
President Trump had the right, constitutional right, to have the grand jury decide What it is that he's being charged with exactly, and to defend against that charge and only that charge, or some lesser-included offense.
That didn't happen here.
That's why I think it's defective.
I also am not satisfied with the preparation that's gone on in the case in terms of witness interviews, but I don't really want to go into the specifics of that.
But I'm well aware of certain situations.
Listen, you know, I don't think this is the team he should have had for this trial, to be perfectly blunt about it, for a couple of reasons.
But what matters is whether the client's happy.
And if the client's happy with it, then, you know, it's his life and that's who he goes forward with.
Well, I've always been an advocate for you from the beginning.
You know, you're a friend of mine, full disclosure, but also I just think that you are a brilliant attorney and I think that you should have been put on the legal team.
So I always scratch my head asking that question.
Another case involving the classified documents, or they say supposedly classified documents, in the Florida documents case, what do you think about the judge's ruling to keep the government witness list sealed?
Yeah, I'm not so concerned about it.
Look, she's really been tremendously under the gun.
And so if that's the worst that things get, I think that's fine.
I think what she has done is really called the bluff on this theory that Jack Smith has that the Presidential Records Act is in no way relevant to this case.
It may be that the Presidential Records Act doesn't provide a complete defense to all of the charges in the case, but to say that it's not relevant is absolutely absurd.
The charges in this case require a certain mens rea, a certain state of mind, had to have knowingly acted, intentionally acted, depending on the charge in the indictment.
The fact that President Trump understood from his advisors that under the Presidential Records Act, he had the right to designate certain records at his prerogative, personal versus presidential records, and that he understands that to be supported by a 2012 case from his, well, a Trump hater, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, in the U.S.
District Court in D.C.
Um, who clearly said in there that only one person under the Presidential Records Act can designate the status of documents, and that's the Chief Executive, the President.
He understood from his advisors that he had the right to do that, and he so designated the records, and therefore never believed that he was doing anything in violation of the law.
That's directly relevant to the charge in this case, and the fact that he relies on the Presidential Records Act, whether rightly or wrongly, whether the advice he got was right or wrong.
is directly relevant, and he can't be convicted if his state of mind was to believe that he was doing something completely legal.
In contrast, I must say, if somebody ever should know that keeping presidential records wasn't permitted, that would be Joe Biden.
President Trump was a business person who came to office directly from a very successful business career, but not a career in government.
Joe Biden has been in government his entire life, and he wasn't the president when he took the documents that he had no right to take.
So if anybody should have been charged criminally, that would have been Joe Biden.
I'm not in favor of charging any of them criminally, but it's absolutely absurd and inexcusable to charge President Trump and not President Biden.
And this excuse that, well, Biden gave back the documents, that's not the complete scenario of the charges.
The charges also involve having those documents in the first place.
He clearly had what's called defense information in the documents, and many of them apparently were classified.
I'm talking about President Biden at this point.
Yeah, and you know, as you pointed out, it doesn't really seem like Judge Cannon is very entertained or amused by Jack Smith and his antics.
And President Trump and his legal team have presented an argument in the Florida case that Jack Smith's appointment is illegal, essentially because he was not a Senate-confirmed U.S.
attorney at the time of his appointment.
And they have also questioned the legality of the funding of Jack Smith's investigation into President Trump.
What do you think of these arguments?
It's a serious argument.
They should have raised it in the D.C.
case, and you saw it come up in the D.C.
case.
I had said this for over a year, that the argument must be raised at the outset of that case and the Florida case.
There are two scholars, one of whom, Steve Calabresi, a very well-respected conservative scholar, Northwestern University Law School, who's written almost a treatise on this, a very comprehensive law review article, showing why under the Constitution Mueller's appointment at that time, but the same would apply to Jack Smith, was unconstitutional under the Appointments Clause in the Constitution.
That he's the kind of officer that can't be appointed this way.
There's no authority to appoint him.
He hasn't gone through the Senate confirmation like a real U.S.
attorney would.
He's not an inferior officer, and he makes a very thorough argument.
You saw in the D.C.
Circuit case, the original appeal of the immunity case that's going on, It's now going to the Supreme Court, that Ed Meese filed an amicus brief in the case.
And in that, he made this argument, that Jack Smith's appointment was unconstitutional.
In a very unusual move, the D.C.
Circuit ordered President Trump's lawyers, this guy Sauer and all of his lawyers, to address, be prepared to address the issue that Ed Meese raised in his amicus brief.
When the time came up during oral argument to address that issue, President Trump's lawyer said, oh, well, we haven't raised that in this case.
That's a horrible situation to be in when the court clearly is interested in the issue.
Now, they might say strategically they didn't raise it there because there's a D.C.
case that goes against them.
But the issue can be waived if it's not raised.
So even though they might have lost the issue there, it should have been raised.
Now in Judge Cannon's case, it's in the 11th Circuit rather than the D.C.
Circuit.
The Supreme Court has never decided that issue, the Appointments Clause issue.
And so it is raised there, and it's an important issue.
I hope they know how to properly argue it.
And then that that was a lack of preparation, then, on behalf of President Trump's legal team.
You said a few moments ago that you're not really pleased with the lack of preparation.
That, I guess, would be an example of the lack of preparation.
Well, now they would say that they intentionally didn't raise it.
I can tell you this.
I was given an assurance that it was raised earlier.
Every time that I raised the thing, I was given an assurance by someone in the background, who we both know, and it just wasn't right.
It wasn't raised.
Listen, there were many things.
I don't think that the lawyer was prepared for the oral argument in the immunity case.
I think he blew that SEAL Team 6 question.
But look, we're going to see what's going to happen now in the Supreme Court.
The court's going to have to address the problem.
I think it's a mistake to come in with extreme arguments when you're in something like immunity, because I do think immunity ought to apply, but in a way that's constructed similar to the Nixon versus Fitzgerald case, it ought to apply in criminal cases.
They're arguing something a bit more extreme than that.
Anyway.
Yeah, that leads me to my next question then.
So Judge Cannon, in this case, does not really seem very impressed with President Trump's assertion that the Presidential Records Act grants him immunity and shields him from prosecution in this case.
What do you think of that argument made by President Trump and his legal team?
Well, the immunity issue is going to have to play out.
I think we're going to see the parameters of that kind of thing from the Supreme Court.
It's argued later this month and then eventually when the decision comes out.
But I think what she has said is that the Presidential Records Act, she's not convinced yet it provides a complete defense.
She seems to be convinced that it is relevant and that it's an issue that's going to be raised at the trial.
And I think that's right.
If she rules Eventually, otherwise.
On that, I think she's going to be reversed.
It's clearly relevant to his state of mind and to whether he's guilty of a crime or not.
So the Presidential Records Act.
Jack Smith's just wrong that it has no bearing on this case.
And you can see how terribly he's scrambling to virtually threaten the judge in this case based on some of her rulings.
I thought it was a brilliant move asking for these jury instructions that she did.
It's unusual, but she wants to see how the parties see those issues playing out.
So, one of the things that has been argued by President Trump and his supporters and the legal team is that the media and the Democrats and even Jack Smith are really trying to re-litigate the topic at hand of the second impeachment of President Donald Trump.
Do you think that the Senate acquitting President Trump in the second impeachment, which you represented him in of course, shields him from prosecution in the January 6th indictment brought against him by Jack Smith before Judge Chutkan?
What I've said before is, and I stick by this, I believe that nobody is immune from an investigation.
So what I said during the impeachment trial is, first of all, there should not have been an impeachment because he was no longer the president.
I believe, as many scholars believe, that removal is the only real mechanism for impeachment.
If a person is not in office anymore, he shouldn't be impeached.
So in that context, I was arguing against the impeachment.
And what I said is, there are other mechanisms.
That nobody is immune from the investigative process or the judicial process.
And so I think that there could have been an investigation into whether President Trump committed a crime with the January 6th thing.
I certainly don't think he committed any kind of crime with respect to that.
And the judicial process would have worked by dismissing it.
I think it could have been dismissed based on immunity, not necessarily from the acquittal, but because of a Nixon versus Fitzgerald thing.
I think this was what President Trump did and said on January 6th as part of his official acts, clearly within that zone, not even just the outer parameters.
And therefore, he should have been immune from prosecution.
The argument that they tried to make earlier that doesn't seem to interest the Supreme Court is that, based on the language of the impeachment clause, that A person can only be prosecuted if that person is first convicted in the Senate by impeachment rather than acquitted.
The Justice Department took that up in a very lengthy opinion in their Office of Legal Counsel and eventually concluded, for some scholars who are still around, That it does not bar, as a matter of double jeopardy, bar a subsequent prosecution.
But they did acknowledge that there are strong arguments on the other side.
I happen to think that not just by virtue of the acquittal, but the fact is that because it was an official act, President Trump should be immune.
That leads me to another question about the Colorado case.
So we saw in Colorado, of course, you had this organization named CRU that sued.
And of course, this organization is funded by George Soros.
We know that these are political operatives.
These are Democrat political operatives who are trying to get President Trump removed from the ballot off of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
with the insurrection clause.
However, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Trump, saying that he actually can be on the ballot and that he's not going to be removed from the ballot.
However, the way that the ruling read made it appear as though Congress does have the authority to bar President Trump from being on the ballot.
Some have argued, though, that his acquittal in his second impeachment, which you represented him in before the Senate, would void a congressional action on removing President Trump from the 2024 ballot.
What do you think of this argument, especially now, due to failed leadership by people like Mike Johnson and House Republicans?
We only have a one-seat majority.
And it doesn't really seem like the Republicans are very interested in keeping this majority since several of them, Kevin McCarthy included, and we just saw recently Mike Gallagher and Ed Buck, just to name a few others, are intentionally submitting their early retirements and resignations from Congress early before completing their full terms.
So, I would say that we have a strong likelihood of actually getting a Speaker, Hakeem Jeffries, who is very much in favor of keeping Donald Trump off the ballot and seeing President Trump go to jail, before the 2024 presidential election.
What do you think about this?
Do you think that if we, you know, it is a possibility, do you think if we get a Democrat House again that President Trump is going to be immune from congressional action on removing him from the ballot?
I think a lot of things about what you just said.
First of all, the Colorado case was a big abuse of the system, as I've seen in a long time.
You mentioned before, you know, Soros and so on.
There are many people behind these efforts.
Norm Eisen, Joyce Vance.
There are people who have, this has been really underreported, these folks have written Model prosecution memos before the indictments in the case, urging the Justice Department to indict.
Norm Eisen is involved with Crewe, and then became a so-called investigator for a congressional committee after writing a treatise with his partner about why President Trump should be impeached, convicted, sentenced, and so on.
There are all of these forces driving this, so I don't question for a second that they will try to use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment in Congress afterwards.
The case was wrong.
It was an abuse.
But they weren't the only ones who were wrong.
President Trump's lawyers were dead wrong to make an argument that they made in the hearing, in their briefs, and tried to make an oral argument but it didn't even come up, but in their briefs on the Colorado decision.
And that is, they made the argument that, well, the amendment really just prohibits one from holding office, not from being on the ballot, therefore he should be on the ballot.
I said from the start of this, when I saw that argument and reviewed the surpetition, you're making a huge mistake putting this in.
You're virtually inviting them to say, okay, let's let him on the ballot, so that afterwards, after all, it's his lawyers who argued it only prohibits you from holding office, not being on the ballot.
So I do worry about it, and I do worry about them making That argument.
But I think it's too late.
I don't think that after the fact now, they can do this.
Primarily because one of the deficiencies in Section 3 is that there is no process.
Section 5 of the 14th Amendment gives Congress the right to have a process for this.
If there is a process in place, then it's the insurrection criminal statute.
He wasn't charged with that, and intentionally wasn't charged with it.
Section 2383.
And Jack Smith certainly had it under consideration, because it was in the model prosecution memo.
So, I don't think they could succeed in that effort.
I don't question whether they might well try it.
Yeah, and you mentioned Norm Eisen, and I reported extensively on Norm Eisen, who, of course, was one of the executive directors and founders of CREW.
And, of course, he is a Democrat operative who has donated to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and Barack Obama and a lot of other Democrats as well.
And that's why I say it seems like this is all being done intentionally, because if you look at the early retirements from Congress, one of the most notable, of course, is Ed Buck from Colorado.
You have to ask yourself.
It is interesting, isn't it, how a lot of the pieces at play always seem to relate back to Colorado.
They always lead back to Colorado and it makes you wonder, is this a coordinated effort so that the Democrats can take back control of the House before November of 2024?
And and try to utilize a congressional action to keep Donald Trump off the ballot, because everybody's wondering what are they going to do, right?
We see the images yesterday out of Atlanta.
You have all these black people in a Dairy Queen rushing up to Donald Trump, giving him hugs, right?
Ordering milkshakes with him.
Everybody loves Donald Trump.
They can't use the racist card anymore.
They can't call him an insurrectionist anymore, even though they're going to try.
They can't say that he has a problem with black and Hispanic people and women, because we've seen all the videos, right?
He's been able to still rise in the polls despite all of these indictments.
So what's next, right?
It's either they're going to try congressional action or they're going to try to assassinate him.
Yeah, I think, and I've said this to him, I think unfortunately, though, these trials can be a game changer.
He's going to have to sit in a courtroom with a Trump hater presiding over it who loves to hear himself talk and be a big shot for six weeks or more in this New York case, not being able to campaign And having to listen to this judge, who's a bully in my opinion, for six weeks.
That's a very difficult thing that we haven't seen anything like in the past, certainly, obviously.
And I don't know how it's going to impact on things now.
So I think that's their what's next.
That's why this is all part of a campaign.
It's not coincidental that all of these cases were brought at one time.
It's not coincidental that the Stormy Daniels case was reviewed extensively by the Feds, who didn't prosecute, extensively by the Federal Election Commission, who did not follow through with any action, finding election interference.
It's all political.
And as you've already pointed out, you have a prosecutor, an Alvin Bragg, you have a Letitia James, literally running on platforms to get Donald Trump, a private citizen at the time, not under investigation.
That's outrageous, and there are no consequences to it.
Also, Chu, what do you think about the fact that our justice system, not only are we watching a witch hunt against President Trump, but isn't it a little interesting to observe the background of these judges?
Obviously, you are a very well-respected, renowned, high-profile attorney.
What I find to be really disturbing is the fact that you have Judge Mershawn, Judge Chutkan, and Judge Cannon.
All three of these judges are not even from this country.
It really does speak volumes about the fact that we have three immigrant judges, not even born in the United States of America, who are trying to, and I would say that Judge Cannon, maybe we'll remove Judge Cannon because I think she's been more fair compared to the others.
But when you look at just the viciousness of Mershawn and Chutkan, I want to remind people that these are foreigners.
Judge Chupkin is from Jamaica and Judge Marchand is from Colombia.
What do you think about this?
These immigrants trying to remove a president from being on the ballot and denying the people of the United States of America their right to have Donald Trump as their president.
Yeah, I don't know.
I've never really thought about that fact.
Look, we've had great judges who have been immigrants also in the past.
The argument to me, you know, you deal with a slave and an Omar, people who, you know, came to this country and now want to literally change the face of this country.
and are absolute Jew haters and that sort of thing, having an impact on legislation, so on, that troubles me more.
But it is a country of immigrants at the end of the day.
We've had some of our greatest jurists and so on have been immigrants.
So for me, that's not a factor, but I hear you.
Well, I just think it's interesting that Judge Mershon is a judge overseeing criminal cases in New York, and his daughter is a Democrat operative at a firm that represented Kathy Hochul, the governor of New York, New York and also the Brennan Center that is pushing for all this bail reform that is allowing for all of these invaders and all these immigrants to essentially get out of jail free, catch and release.
And now we see places like New York City that have become havens of crime and potential terrorism hotspots.
And really, is this what they want to waste all their time doing, is going after Don't they have some jihadist planning a terrorist attack or some, you know, illegal alien cop-killing Venezuelan invader that they can deal with instead of trying to harass President Trump?
It's crazy.
My last question for you is, don't you think that it is a little hypocritical of the left?
We talked earlier about the media and the frenzy and just, you know, the absolute hypocrisy and the cognitive dissonance when they're even faced with their own peers saying, well, you know, this looks pretty bad and I think the judge should recuse himself.
These judges want to object to Judge Cannon being on the documents case because she was appointed by President Trump.
However, they had no problem by Mueller, okay, and all of the people that were being tried before Mueller appearing before judges appointed by Barack Hussein Obama during the Russia collusion hoax, which was the basis for their prosecution and was hatched in Obama's office and Obama himself who abused FISA to hatch this plot against President Trump.
Do you as an attorney see Laura, the hypocrisy surrounding all of this Get President Trump movement is absolutely astonishing.
I've said this from the start also, and I don't understand it.
If they really thought they had a case, why not play it straight in a single one of the situations?
Why would you populate the Mueller Commission with all of the lawyers in the country?
With only people who hate President Trump.
Why would you put Andrew Weissman, who in my personal experience with him, has been the most ethically bankrupt prosecutor I have ever encountered.
Why would he be someone heading that team?
Why not just play it straight with people?
Mueller himself comes from the law firm that represented Hillary Clinton.
One of the lead lawyers on his team, Jeannie Rhee, was Hillary Clinton's lawyer in the case in which she was accused of destroying, you know, the hard drive and the documents in her own situation.
How is it possible, with all the lawyers around, that you'd have someone like that on your committee?
Merchant, we've talked about these kinds of conflicts and stuff.
Jack Smith is a person with horrible judgment, as he's proven in case after case.
So, just play it straight.
Call in really honest, legitimate people, if you think a crime has been committed, and have them review the situation, or sit as judges in the situation.
Not people who have already voiced their view against President Trump.
I'll give you one last example.
The January 6th Committee.
They appointed as the chair of that committee, Benny Thompson.
Benny Thompson brought a lawsuit against President Trump saying that President Trump was responsible for all the events of January 6th and that he, Benny Thompson, was personally injured.
They then appointed him to be the head of a so-called investigative committee as to what happened in January 6th.
All of the members of that committee gave press interviews.
Liz Cheney, all of those folks, Making their findings public before they even investigated.
This is what we've seen.
Talk about hypocrisy.
History's gonna write the record on that, I hope, but you've hit the nail on the head.
Hypocrisy, a conflict of interest, absolute banana republic.
I'm sure you've probably never seen anything so corrupt in your entire career as an attorney, and you work on some of the most high-profile cases in our country.
I mean, you don't just have regular clients.
I mean, your clients are Used to media spectacles.
Lastly, what are we going to see next week?
What is your prediction?
What do you think is going to happen?
How long do you think this trial is going to play out?
And what are you expecting to see on Monday, April 15th?
You know, I think this merchant's going to try to establish himself as the big boss right away.
He tries to put out this public persona in the courtroom that he's a mild-mannered, you know, easygoing guy.
Ultimately, he hates President Trump, from what I've seen.
And again, I have appeared before him personally.
And I think he's going to be, you know, try to read the riot act from the start.
And try to run the jury selection as smoothly as possible.
I'm afraid he's going to let some jurors get by, who probably shouldn't, but it's going to be a very difficult process picking a jury in this case and getting President Trump a fair trial in New York.
We'll see.
I don't know how long it's going to play out.
He may make some evidentiary rulings against President Trump that also will amount to reversible error.
If he doesn't allow witnesses to come in who are going to contradict Michael Cohen, then I think he's going to commit reversible error.
Given all of these issues and the prejudices and the bias, as an attorney, I mean, now things are a lot different now in this political age that we're living in.
Are you in favor, as an attorney, of Cameras being allowed in the federal courtrooms.
Are you in favor of this?
Because we are clearly not living in a fair America anymore.
It seems like you can't really get a fair trial.
So given the fact that all of these judges and prosecutors want to carry out third world banana republic tactics, do you think it's time for our system to be reformed so that we can actually have cameras in the courtroom?
I think, I'll tell you this, I think that in pulling these gag orders in the case goes a long way toward now requiring cameras.
Because President Trump and his team are really barred from telling the real story about the case, from telling the real story about witnesses and all that.
I think that's been outrageous.
The problem with cameras that I've always had is you see lawyers who now think they're sort of TV stars and they turn this courtroom into a circus and they just talk non-stop.
That's the problem.
The lawyers and the judges sometimes become a problem.
But I do think, I believe absolutely in the public's right to a public trial.
The Constitution demands it.
And that's something that I think is one of the real harms that these gag orders cause.
I really think that they infringe upon and maybe wholly deny the public's right to know and to a public trial.
Well, David, thank you so much for your expertise and your brilliant legal insight into President Trump's upcoming trial and his existing trials surrounding his indictments.
Where's the best place for people to follow you and read all of your legal analysis?
Because I understand that you frequently appear on, you know, different talk shows and also you have a column as well.
I just appear on some talk shows randomly and generally save my advice for President Trump if I have any real advice to give, I guess.
But I don't know.
Sometimes I appear on some of the networks.
Otherwise, just answer when I'm asked.
Well, I'll give you one reassurance.
If I ever find myself under criminal investigation or in trouble with the law, I know who I'm calling.
I'm calling and I'm hiring David Schoen.
David Schoen will be my attorney.
You've always been very kind to me.
He's the best, and he should be on President Trump's legal team, and I will die on that hill.
So, David Shone, thank you so much for coming on.
Great to see you, and I hope you have a great weekend.
Thank you very much.
You too.
Thank you.
Well, David Schoen, you guys, he truly is one of the most brilliant advanced legal minds in America.
He got Donald Trump out of the second impeachment, which was, of course, a very contentious media circus in itself after January 6th.
And if he's able to do that, I think that He's willing to work miracles in all of other President Trump's legal cases, and I don't know why.
I don't know why David Stone isn't on President Trump's legal team.
I honestly don't understand.
I scratch my head every single day wondering because, look, I've met President Trump's attorneys.
Some of them are very nice people.
Some of them...
I'm not saying about his current legal team, but some of the previous lawyers weren't always the nicest people.
But David Schoen is a wonderful person.
He has the president's best interest in mind.
And I would say that in terms of the caliber of lawyer, he's at a much higher caliber.
And if you're going to be representing President Trump, You can't just be anybody, right?
You can't just be any attorney.
And this isn't to dig or any kind of insult at his current legal team.
It's just facts are facts.
And David Schoen, when you compare him to other lawyers who work for President Trump, is at a much higher caliber.
And shouldn't we all be wanting President Trump to get the best, right?
The cream of the crop when it comes to legal representation?
We should, especially since they're talking about throwing President Trump potentially in jail for the rest of his life.
Look, I think that President Trump should hire and retain David Schoen to be on all of his cases.
I don't I don't understand.
So I don't understand why he hasn't.
We could stay here and we can talk about this all day long.
I'm sure David is asking himself the same question.
But with that, I will be in New York City on Monday.
I will be there for the entire week reporting on President Trump's trial.
And I really appreciate David Schoen providing his legal expertise and analysis Prior to that trial.
In other news, President Trump's campaign is now demanding that Joe Biden debate him.
And, well, why wouldn't we want to debate, right?
We want to see a debate between President Trump and Joe Biden.
But look, Joe Biden, as I mentioned in my monologue earlier, This evening is in rapid cognitive decline, and so Donald Trump wants to debate.
It's Joe Biden who doesn't want to debate.
And along with this statement today from the Trump campaign saying that they want additional debates and they want the showdowns to begin much earlier than initially scheduled, President Trump also released two statements criticizing Joe Biden.
One of them, of course, was criticizing Joe Biden for election interference, and we have that clip.
And then the other clip, let's see, what do we have here?
We have President Trump challenging Joe Biden to a debate.
Trump calling out Joe Biden for election interference via lawfare, of course.
I mean, it's just like It's so ridiculous, man.
You can't help but laugh at just the absolute third world banana republic that we've turned into because you're either laughing or crying.
It's such bullshit.
And then we also have another clip that I'm going to play for you all now before I bring on my next guest, Joe Altman.
We have some breaking news out of Colorado just now.
But before we get to Joe Altman, let's go ahead and play these clips.
The first one of, we're going to play them back to back, of clip number eight, President Trump calling out Joe Biden's election interference and lawfare.
And then clip number nine, Crooked Joe is a threat to democracy.
Go ahead and play the clips.
At what point are the actions of a sitting president using lawfare and weaponization against his opponent for purposes of election interference considered illegal?
I believe, as do various highly respected legal scholars, that crooked Joe Biden has long since crossed over that very sacred threshold.
He is a criminal.
He is a horrible president.
He's the worst president in the history of our country.
And the only way he thinks he can get elected is to take me to trials, take me to courts.
City, state, and federal.
They control them all.
All of these cases that you're reading about are crooked Joe Biden's case because he can't put two sentences together.
He can't do anything.
So they weaponize government.
And they take me to court on bullshit.
So we are going to win.
We're going to win big.
We're going to go through these horrible Biden trials.
And at the end of the day, November 5th, everyone's coming out to vote for Trump.
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
Crooked Joe is a threat to democracy.
We cannot let him continue in office.
All of this weaponization and lawfare that you're watching, all of these lawsuits against me, They're all started by the DOJ, the FBI, all of the people in government, even the state cases and the city cases.
They're being run by the DOJ.
They put their people in there, and they're being run by the DOJ.
We have to stop weaponization.
There's never been anything like it in the history of our country.
It's happened before, but only in third-world countries.
And we're becoming a third world country between our borders and all of the other things that are so bad.
So, so bad.
But we have to stop the weaponization and we have to stop it now.
The best way to stop it is November 5th.
We're going to beat them like a drum.
Thank you very much.
You see, you know, You know, if President Trump was able to debate Joe Biden and talk about all these issues on stage and get Joe Biden to say in front of the American people that he stands by using and weaponizing our Justice Department and our taxpayer money to carry out lawfare against Donald Trump, the leading, well, the Republican nominee now.
It's not even the leading candidate.
He is the GOP nominee for president.
People would be outraged.
People already are outraged.
But even the most Insane Democrats, I think, would have a cog in their head twist and they'd be like, you know, like they malfunction for a second and they'd like, you know, spaz out and they'd say, oh, you know, something isn't right.
And you'd have independents also sitting there thinking, oh, this doesn't really seem right.
Because it just doesn't sit well.
It doesn't leave a good taste in your mouth.
It doesn't matter whether you're Republican or Democrat.
I've talked to a lot of Democrats.
Look at even Michael Avenatti, okay, the biggest Trump hater of all, went from in my face about to fist fight me in You know, California, a couple years ago, to then being like, oh, you know, I don't really feel like this trial should go forward.
It's pretty stale at this juncture.
And speaking of lawfare, okay, we have today, breaking news out of Colorado, ex-Dominion executives' defamation claims may proceed against Trump campaign and supporters.
So more lawfare, okay, more lawfare right now in the middle of the election against President Trump and his supporters for speaking out against the stolen election of 2020.
And we're going to have one of the defendants join me now on Loomer Unleashed for an interview.
I'd like to welcome Joe Altman, the founder and the host of Conservative Daily, to the show right now.
Joe, thank you so much for joining me.
It must have been a very chaotic day for you today upon the release of this news.
What can you tell us about this?
How's your day been?
It's been okay.
I mean, I was on the phone with my attorneys for quite some time today, and we talked a little bit about it, and I asked them the question.
I said, hey, at any point, do you feel like I lied about anything?
Right.
And they said, no, no, you didn't lie about anything.
And just to be clear, I was a tech CEO.
I'm a two-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
I was set to sell my company for a quarter of a billion dollars.
I didn't step into this because I was just a quote-unquote supporter.
And I know that people in the lawsuit said that.
But I stepped into this because it was the right thing to do.
I actually don't care who the president is.
Obviously, President Trump is my pick.
He's the guy that has brought stability and he's helped the minority communities better than any other president in the history of this country.
But the thing that bothers me the most is that even after the mountains of evidence that we have, and we have mountains of evidence of election fraud, We have mountains of evidence in nearly every state, and I'm a system architect expert.
Why didn't Dominion Voting Systems sue me?
Why didn't they sue me?
They didn't sue me.
They threatened to sue a lot of people.
Yeah, they went after a lot of people.
You know, you've clearly done a lot more on this than I have, but I even received a cease and desist from Dominion a couple years ago.
In 2021, I received a letter.
They threatened to sue me for defamation as well when I was speaking out.
So they're very litigious.
They sued a lot of people, as we all saw.
Fox News had to settle with them for about $798 million, okay, almost a billion dollars.
We see that Mike Lindell is also in litigation.
You're in litigation.
I believe even Michelle Malkin, who is a friend of mine, was in litigation as well with this Eric Coomer individual.
So they're very litigious people.
What can you tell us about today's development?
This article that we have here, we want to get this full screen, Colorado Gazette, and I understand that you're very active in Colorado, and we're going to get back to that because I don't know if you just watched my interview moments ago with David Schoen, who of course represented President Trump during the second impeachment trial, Joe.
But doesn't it seem like all roads lead to Colorado, whether it's crew, Okay, Jared Polis, you have Ed Buck retiring early from Congress.
I mean, it to me seems like a deliberate play, like an arrangement.
You have Norm Eisen, Melanie Sloan, all these Democrat political operatives, including, okay, Jared Polis.
You have Ed Buck retiring early from Congress.
I mean, it to me seems like a deliberate play, like an arrangement.
I don't know what you think, but I almost feel like there's a conspiracy here where Ed Buck, maybe he made a deal with the Democrats so that, you know, they could get what they wanted.
Because what was the ultimate ruling at the Supreme Court in the case to remove Trump from the ballot?
They said, no, Donald Trump must be on the ballot in Colorado, but the ruling read so that Congress could potentially pass congressional action, if they wanted to, to keep Donald Trump off the ballot, which is what I discussed tonight with David Schoen.
Why do I bring this up?
Because Ed is retiring early, just like McCarthy, and you have Mike Gallagher and others as well.
Why?
Because we now have a one-seat majority, okay?
A one-seat majority in Congress with the Republican House leadership, and all it's going to take is one more either geriatric member of Congress to have a heart attack or have a stroke or, you know, to get cancer or get a health issue, die in a car accident, I don't know, slip and fall, hit their head.
These people are pretty much dying on their way out of Congress, right?
Or another early retirement and boom, we're gonna get Speaker Hakeem Jeffries and they might actually be able to get congressional action to remove Trump.
What do you think about this?
I think it's all orchestrated.
It's not just the Democrats that we have to worry about.
It's the Republicans on our side.
It's a uniparty system that they've developed, and they've been stealing elections for decades.
We have the movie Let My People Go with David Clements, and in that movie, we spell out very carefully that this is what they've done.
This is what Dominion has done, and this is how we've debunked everything they've done in the mainstream media.
But no one's paying attention.
No one's saying anything.
And you talked about the lawsuit with Fox News.
You know, we had 2,000 pages or 2,000 emails that came out with Dominion Voting Systems in the case with Patrick Byrne.
And he put it out there and And everyone acts like it's a nothing burger, but it actually spells out the fact that they had foreign nationals that were writing our election software, and that the people they were dealing with specifically was Eric Coomer, the Director of Strategy and Security at Dominion Voting Systems.
And so he was the quasi-CEO of Dominion Voting Systems, and yet all they want to tell us is that there's nothing to see here.
Everything leads back, you said Colorado, everything leads back to Colorado, which happens to be the headquarters of Dominion, and the other headquarters is in Canada, and the same floor is shared with Open Societies, which is George Soros' non-profit.
Headquarters for Dominion, headquarters originally for Media Matters as well, which happened to be, you know, A lot of people don't know that.
Headquarter for the lawsuits by CRU, the organization that is funded by Soros.
Headquarters for Jenna Griswold, of course, the Secretary of State there, that is trying to lead the way to give illegal aliens the right to vote.
She denies this, but I don't think that it was a coincidence that she and her office just happened to send out, what was it, 30 or 30,000 ballots or ballot request forms to illegal aliens, and they just go, whoopsies, I guess that was an accident, you know?
Just enough votes to tilt an election in a key state, right?
So I don't really feel like this is a coincidence, and as I have exposed on, you know, Loomer Unleashed in the past and previous episodes, and I had Dave Dave Williams, the head of the Colorado GOP, on my show to talk about this as well.
As we have been reporting, everything leads back to Colorado.
Everything.
And there's a reason why they chose to file the original case to remove President Trump from the ballot in 2024 in Colorado.
And it's because all of these political operatives, they're friends with each other.
Okay, Norm Eisen, Melanie Sloan, Jared Polis, Jenna Griswold, David Brock, Soros, his son, all of these people are tied in together.
They all are tied in with Hillary Clinton.
They're all tied in with Obama.
They're all tied in with Joe Biden.
They've donated to Joe Biden.
They've donated to Obama.
And now they're all uniting to get Trump.
Yeah, there's no question that that's what's happening.
But what's really even more disturbing than all of that is the NGOs are actually using their tentacles in order to raise money from government organizations, which is taxpayer dollars, in order to funnel it to these other people that are doing this harm.
And we haven't even talked about the judiciary and the fact that it's rotted to the core.
We saw what Ergon did to President Trump up in New York.
He didn't even give an opportunity to present the evidence.
We see what they did to Mayor Giuliani down in Georgia, and the fact that he wasn't able to present evidence, nor was he able to depose the two other people in Georgia.
Was it Shea and the two from the Georgia deal?
I don't remember their names.
And now you have this case, you have this case, which by the way, no one would be talking about Dominion voting systems.
Had I not been up Elk Hunting, had not someone sent me a thing, had I not been on that Antifa call and had he not said, Hey, don't worry about it.
Trump's not going to win.
I made effing sure of it.
And now he's saying he didn't say that.
But yet everything that he's also said, which the social posts don't exist, that he obviously is a left-wing fanatic, that he's not Antifa, and there's some other things that came out about him, but you have all of this information that came out about Eric Coomer, and I just happened to what?
Pick him out of 1,600 employees and say, oh yeah, the Eric Coomer Dominion, he just happens to be an Antifa guy.
He just happens to be writing articles and making them published over raping his wife, making her bark like a dog and peeing on her.
That guy, the guy that has Satan's tattoo on his arm, that was an ex-heroin addict, that guy, he's legitimate, who runs into a building, lies about it four times.
Somewhere along the line, that's the guy that should run 50% of the vote of the American people.
And frankly, it just flies in the face of just basic decency that the American people are stupid.
And I don't think they're stupid.
And I'm looking forward to my day in court with Eric Coomer.
The article now.
Happy loss, I do.
There we go.
When do you think that's going to be?
Because you know we we showed the article up on the screen it said today Colorado's second highest court agreed a former executive of Denver based Dominion Voting Systems may proceed with his defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump's presidential campaign and several prominent supporters of who publicly accused him of rigging the 2020 election based on the unproven claims.
I love how they say that, right?
Unproven claims of a conservative podcaster.
And of course, they're talking about you.
I'm not a podcaster.
I literally am one of the most prominent business guys in Colorado.
Yes, but they're referring to you.
They're calling you a podcaster to try to, they try to delegitimize people, right?
So I'm not trying to insult you when I say that, but I'm reading, that's, they're referring to you in the article, right?
But they don't want people to know that you're a successful businessman because then people may think, oh, well, why would a successful businessman risk his money and his reputation and his business, right?
These are questions they don't want people thinking about.
You understand that.
Those are not my words, those are their words.
Previously, the article continues, a trial judge found overwhelming evidence of defamation and the appeals panel similarly believed a jury could find in Coomer's favor.
Coomer's claims originated in a November 2020 podcast recorded by Joe Altman, who is also a defendant.
They say in the article, days after the presidential election, Oltman alleged he had recently listened in on an Antifa conference call, a reference to anti-fascist ideology.
On the call, an unnamed participant referenced Eric, the Dominion guy.
Oltman alleged Eric said, quote, don't worry about the election.
Trump is not going to win.
I made effing sure of that.
Yeah.
And he was on that call.
And I did all the due diligence in order to make sure that that was the right guy.
But I wasn't even looking for him, Laura.
I wasn't looking for him.
I was looking for Antifa journalist.
And I found Antifa journalist and I actually publicized on a deal on October 16th.
I stood at a place in front of six, 700 people.
And I talked about infiltrating Antifa.
All the things that they said are just, they're just bullshit.
I mean, I'll just call it what it is.
It's absolute bullshit.
And the reason why I'm so upset about it is because I didn't get into this because I wanted money, I wanted fame.
I don't even like people, right?
So the whole idea of me, I don't like being in a room with big people.
You and me both!
I call myself an equal opportunity hater.
I just want to be left in peace and quiet and I want Donald Trump to be back in the White House.
Look, I understand where you're coming from.
I'm just reading this article and I'm just wondering, you know, given we've seen the way the courts operate in Colorado, they're not friendly to Donald Trump.
The Supreme Court of Colorado ruled in favor of keeping Donald Trump off the ballot and this ultimately went to the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
We have video of Jenna Griswold getting bloomered, walked out of the United States Supreme Court when they lost, looking like a bunch of morons, sitting there thinking that they're going to get away with depriving us of Donald Trump being our president.
So what makes you think that you're actually going to get a fair trial in Colorado?
Are you worried that you, just like President Trump, are not going to get a fair trial in Colorado?
Because I'm looking at what's happened to Trump there.
I'm looking at the activist judge.
Who's appointed by Polis, funded by Soros.
All these judges there, they're Democrats who have received donations from Soros.
That's what they do.
They like to keep these judges in their pockets.
What do you do?
Because you're now a victim of lawfare.
Did you hear about this judge?
Did you hear about this judge who held a sign at an Antifa rally that says, if that was my son or daughter referring to George Floyd, I would have burned the world down.
Literally held the sign.
That was the judge in this case.
What's the judge's name?
Avery.
Judge Avery.
Avery.
Sorry, I'm not trying to put you on the... I'm not trying to... I put a name out of my... There's another judge here, Judge Carl Schock.
Is that a different judge, or is that... Different judge.
They went on rotation.
Okay.
But this Judge Avery... Actually, check on it, Chris, and see if you can find out who it is.
Judge Avery was literally appointed by Polis in March and put specifically on my case in May.
And we know that Polis hates Trump.
We know Polis hates Trump.
Look, it's worse.
It gets worse.
A judge that literally already ruled against them, that you don't get depositions, don't get any of that, you either prove that you have something or you don't on the defamation, and comes in, does a status hearing, and does what's called a sua sponte response to the prosecutor, to the prosecutor in this case, Coomer's lawyers, and tells them That, hey, if you want me to reconsider what the 20-year bench judge said, just file a motion to reconsider.
In the middle of it, literally tells them to file a motion to reconsider the motion that you can't have access to discovery.
I mean, it's the most blatant, egregious behavior, most corrupt behavior you could find, and not one lawyer that was on this, from any one of them, any one of the defendants, and you mentioned Michelle Malkin, She literally, her lawyers couldn't believe it.
Nobody could believe it.
And at the end of the day, She literally created this case out of thin air.
We weren't allowed to call Coomer a liar.
We weren't able to bring up the fact that he was a drug addict.
We weren't able to bring up the fact, any of the details surrounding Eric Coomer, even the fact that he ran into a building and lied, none of that information was allowed to be made public inside of that suit.
They controlled the entire narrative.
And so, no, I'm not afraid.
I'm absolutely not afraid.
You know, I answer to God, period, end stop.
Well, We need more people who are not going to be afraid.
And how do you proceed from here?
Do you think they're trying to bankrupt you?
What do you think the endgame of this?
How are you surviving paying the legal fees?
I mean, obviously, you're probably in a better financial situation than a lot of people in this country that are also being subjected to lawfare right now.
But at the end of the day, money is still money, and you're probably, you know, taking a big hit and a big loss.
How has this impacted you, your business, your livelihood, and your ability to function?
Well, I got to tell you, I took back over my companies in November of 2023 after taking a three-year hiatus to get a PhD in politics, which is really what happens when you get in a room with a bunch of politicians that really are mostly shit, if I'm being honest.
So I did that, got back into my company.
Things have been going well.
But the other side is, is that it takes its toll on my family.
I live in a house with bulletproof glass, thermal cameras.
I've spent over a million dollars in legal fees collectively on all of this.
I beat one other defamation case that some Antifa, transgender, whatever you want to call it, brought against me, so I beat that case.
I'll beat this case as well.
It's gonna take a lot of resources from my side, but at the end of the day, I believe in the principle that what they do to one of us, they do to all of us.
I'll stand next to President Trump.
I want free and fair elections.
That's all I want.
I wanna have the ability for the American voice to be heard.
I want people to have a seat at the table.
I want to stop this ability for them to do and create this institutional slavery that they've created and this nihilistic government that thinks that we are lesser than them and that they can do whatever they want to us.
We do not have a free and fair election system and our judiciary is actually the root of the problem.
These are not judges.
These are activists.
These are activists, yeah, especially in Colorado.
Where do people follow you and how do people follow along with this lawsuit?
Well, the lawsuit should be fun.
I'm going to talk about it tomorrow.
I'm the host of Conservative Daily Podcast, so I guess that's where they got the I'm a podcaster part.
But I run every day on Frank Speech.
I hope to get you on Frank Speech.
I really want you to be on Frank Speech.
We rebuilt that platform.
I think we rebuilt it just so you could come on there and just let the lion loose.
Yeah, the Loomer Unleashed.
Yeah, look, I love... I think Frank's speech is great.
I really love Mike Lindell and all the work that he's done, and so I'd love to collaborate.
You know, I have...
You know, an exclusive, uh, deal on rumble as people know.
And so any way that we can make it work, I'd be happy to come on to Frank speech.
I just have to make sure that, uh, I'm not in a, you call it.
Yeah.
Look, I think that, uh, right now it's an election year.
I think that everybody's in favor of free speech.
I'd love to come over and do some collaborations over on a Frank speech.
You're always welcome on, uh, Lumar unleashed as well.
I was just on your show earlier today as well.
Um, but, uh, yeah, I would love to, uh, we need to, we need to all be working together to Make our voices heard in this election year.
I mean, obviously, you know, your opinions are your opinions.
My opinions are my opinions.
Everybody has their own opinions.
Everybody has their own projects that they're working on, right?
I think that everybody is involved in some form of litigation if they're actually making a difference.
People know I've been involved in litigation.
I have, you know, a judgment against me every single month.
I have to pay care.
I'm not even allowed to speak about care.
The judge who ordered the raid on Mar-a-Lago is the one Who essentially ordered me to, you know, pay this judgment and is overseeing that.
So everybody who's making a difference is now facing, you know, legal action.
They're involved in lawsuits.
It drains you of your money.
People have judgments against them whether they think it's fair or not.
I don't think it's fair.
I really don't.
I feel like everybody, and I'll say this again, I just said this, but everybody who is making a difference and is fighting is involved in litigation.
As I said before, I received a cease and desist from Dominion and they threatened to sue me in 2021, right?
After I had a protest outside the Smartmatic office.
So I hope that you will stay strong.
I hope that the other defendants will stay strong in this law fair.
It's unfortunate that President Trump is dragged into this as well.
Breaking news.
I mean, no one else is talking about this.
This is the first...
The first we're hearing of it today, which is why I wanted to make sure we got you on the show.
But again, one last time, where do people watch your show and where can they follow you on social media?
Well, I just got banned from Twitter X again for nonviolent violent speech.
That'll be the second time that I've been banned.
They can find me on Truth Social.
I hang my hat there mostly, at Joe Oltman, and obviously at CDAlerts on Twitter.
They can follow some of the things about me, but I want to say this, Laura.
The work that you do is super important, and I do listen to your Loomer Unleashed.
Podcast, and I'll tell you that I see the hits that you're taking, and I'll stay strong as long as you stay strong.
How's that?
Yeah, I appreciate it.
You know, it's hard sometimes.
You know, it's really hard.
And you obviously have a lot more resources than I do, right?
But these people really want to break you.
They want to drain you.
I've spent tons of money on legal fees too, and I'm not a wealthy individual.
They completely banned me everywhere.
I'm still banned.
I am still banned on every single social media site and payment processor.
Except for X. With the exception of X because I got my account reinstated when Elon Musk purchased the account, but I want to remind everybody that I didn't just have my X forever.
I was banned for five years and was only able to really build up my show.
That's why I have almost 900,000 followers on X and I only have about 45,000 subs on Rumble.
Because I wasn't able to really promote anything anywhere for the longest time, and I'm trying to rebuild, right?
And so that's what they want to do.
They want to censor people, they want to silence people, they want to destroy you financially, and then they want to ruin you with lawfare.
And I feel like I've been victimized by activist judges too.
I mean, how unlucky could I get, right?
The judgment in my case is being enforced and overseen By Reinhardt, the judge who ordered the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Okay?
You think this guy likes me?
You think this guy likes me when I'm, you know, Mrs. Trump superfan?
Okay?
I don't think so.
I actually don't think you're a Trump superfan.
I just think you want what's best for the country, and Trump is what's best for the country.
Yeah.
I mean, look, I love President Trump.
I certainly am a fan.
I want what's best.
But when they see the media headlines, right?
And they see that I'm constantly in the news advocating and supporting Trump.
I don't really feel like Judge Reinhart is going to think highly of me or that he's going to be sympathetic to me.
I don't think he has been sympathetic to me.
You know, which is why I have this judgment.
So it is what it is.
But unfortunately, you know, I have a bit of a gag order in my case, and I'm not even allowed to really speak about my Situation, and I have to give monthly payments, as I said, and a lot of people are in this situation.
Look at President Trump, just had to pay, what, $175 million?
So everybody is taking a beating financially, but we do it because we care about President Trump, we care about the truth, we care about our country, we care about fighting back against tech censorship.
That is really the result of my judgments, and ultimately we really want what's best for our country, and that is getting President Trump back into the office.
100%.
I can't argue with any of that.
Well, Joe, thank you so much for joining me on Loomer Unleashed tonight.
We wish you the best in your legal issues, and hopefully the truth will set everybody free, as they say, right?
Galatians 4.16.
Am I the enemy?
Because I tell you the truth.
That's the reality.
Thank you so much, and again, open invitation anytime you want to come on.
Thanks for joining me tonight.
All right.
God bless you.
Thank you.
You as well.
Thank you.
Pretty incredible stuff, you guys.
Pretty out of control.
So, that just broke tonight while we were on air.
Ex-Dominion executives' defamation claims may proceed against Trump campaign and supporters.
So, never ends for President Trump and his supporters, right?
So, another lawsuit against Donald Trump that we can expect to see.
All right, we are going to be joined by Charles Downs, of course, Loomer Unleashed DC contributor.
Before that, though, we have this article.
I believe it's from Axios.
Let's get this Axios article up on screen.
GOP revolts against Mike Johnson.
Tanks vote on FISA spy bills.
So, if you weren't paying attention, or maybe you were, I don't know.
There's a lot to keep up with.
They had a vote in Congress regarding the extension of FISA.
And what is FISA?
Well, we know that FISA was used to illegally spy on President Trump's campaign in 2016 at the order and request of Barack Hussein Obama.
A group of conservatives defeated a procedural vote on a bill to reauthorize FISA after House Republican leadership dared them to vote no amid GOP infighting over the controversial spy bill.
Why it matters.
Congress is facing an April 19th deadline to re-up the government's authority to conduct surveillance on non-citizens abroad with national security and privacy hawks fiercely divided on key language.
19 conservatives voted against the rule vote, saying they would not support it without warrant requirements they feel are necessary to ensure America's privacy rights, despite Speaker Johnson assuring an amendment would be brought to the floor.
So we have Speaker Johnson who flip-flopped, really.
He said originally that he was going to oppose it, and then he flip-flopped.
And even after President Trump posted on True Social, I think we even have a screenshot of that, posted on True Social, kill FISA, Mike Johnson seems to think he knows more than Donald Trump.
He thinks that he knows better than Donald Trump.
Last time I checked, okay, Donald Trump was the leader of the Republican Party, not Mike Johnson.
But apparently Mike Johnson thinks that he's better than Donald Trump because he went against President Trump's request to kill the bill.
Even though we know that Donald Trump has said that FISA was used to spy on his campaign.
Look at here.
I tweeted this the other day.
Killed FISA.
It was illegally used against me and many others.
They spied on my campaign, DJT.
This was posted by President Trump the day that, of course, they ended up voting.
Republicans, 19 of them, to kill the bill.
But Mike Johnson, of course, couldn't get the balls to do the same, unfortunately.
The big picture, according to Axios.
Johnson previously warned members that they would get jammed by the Senate if the House failed to pass its bill.
Well, joining me now to discuss this, along with his video confrontations for Loomer Unleashed up on Capitol Hill, including today, FBI Director Christopher Wray is Charles Downs, our Loomer Unleashed DC contributor.
Charles, thank you so much for making time tonight to join me on Loomer Unleashed.
How are you?
I'm doing great, Laura.
Thanks for having me.
It was such a fun week in Washington, D.C.
Yeah, it looks like you had a really busy day.
You caught up today with Christopher Wray, director of the FBI.
Tell us about that.
How did that go?
What ended up happening?
Yeah, I just want to give like a little more background to the pretext you were talking about how they used FISA to spy on Trump's campaign in 2016.
As we all know, they met up with a former M6 agent in Christopher Steele to create the Steele dossier.
And what's really interesting is Barack Obama was recently in London, like three weeks ago.
So we have Obama in London.
Then we have Obama flying with Biden to New York City.
And now we have Christopher Wray coming to Congress to demand that FISA, the same thing that Obama and Clinton used to spy on Trump in 2016, be reauthorized.
You can't even make this stuff up.
And it's obvious that they want to spy on Trump's campaign again.
And let me say this about Christopher Wray.
I'm going to call him now King Christopher.
I have never seen someone so entitled to themselves.
I'm sure we're going to play the video here in a second.
We'll see.
Christopher Wray can't open his own door.
So that's why I call him King Christopher.
Then he gets out of the car and he's really, really angry.
We're there.
And I don't want to ruin the rest, but it was just quite an experience because I got to see firsthand just how little the director of the FBI cares about the American people.
Yeah, and not just the director of the FBI, but also DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as well.
You confronted him.
Charles and I have these daily phone calls and we'll text each other and we'll say, hey, what's going on today up on Capitol Hill?
I think that you should go confront this person.
Charles, can you make it to Capitol Hill today?
Or he'll say, hey, this hearing is taking place.
What do you think I should do?
And that's what we do.
And we come up with the questions and people say, oh, how do you guys come up with this?
Well, it's that simple, right?
Charles is there up in D.C.
He, we send each other questions and sometimes I give feedback.
No, I think this question's better.
I think this wording is better.
And then we say, okay, go have fun.
He takes the train.
That's it.
That's it.
That's that simple, you guys.
You could all do it yourself, too.
It's not like we're getting funding to do this.
We don't get millions of dollars.
We're not a multi-billion dollar media company, okay?
We're not even a multi-million dollar media company.
It's about having the will to do it, finding these people, paying attention, showing up and asking them the questions, waiting by the door when they get out of their SUV, and confronting them.
So let's go ahead and play the clip of you today confronting FBI Director Christopher Wray, and then we'll play the clip of you After I get your take on this clip, we'll then play the clip of you confronting Alejandro Mayorkas.
But just watch this.
This was today outside of the Senate building up on Capitol Hill.
Christopher Wray, FBI Director.
You want to spy on the Trump campaign again?
Director Wray, do you want to reauthorize FISA so the FBI can spy on the Trump campaign again?
You wanna spy on the Trump campaign again?
I love it.
Christopher Wray, what a guy.
Let me say this.
I love it.
Christopher Ray, what a guy.
Let me say this.
I kid you not.
That poor guy who opened the door for King Christopher.
He was standing there for like 3 minutes, Laura.
He didn't come out of his car for a good 3-5 minutes.
I've never seen anything like it.
We see a lot of people coming and going from that spot on Capitol Hill.
Yeah, let's see what people in the chat are saying, too.
I want to see what people think about it in the chat.
People said, hashtag downed.
Woo!
We got loomered and we got downed.
I'm just reading you the chat because people love you.
People love you.
Be sure that you're following Charles on Twitter as well.
Let's get his Twitter up on the screen, too, so that all of you can follow him because He's great.
He's up there on Capitol Hill asking all the questions every single day.
And he's there, you know, confronting people, writing articles on my website as well.
And this is what you guys support when you support Lumar Unleashed with your contributions.
And when you subscribe on Locals and when you subscribe on Rumble, this is what your money goes towards.
Of course, you are helping fund these Lumared videos and these investigations so that I can have a full-time correspondent up in Washington, D.C.
To confront people.
Because, as you know, I live in Florida.
Sometimes I go to D.C., right?
But I need a full-time correspondent up there.
And that's Charles.
That's what Charles does.
And it's been a long time coming for me to build the team that I have.
And we want to keep on growing the team.
We want to keep on doing more.
Charles is actually going to be taking the train on Monday morning from DC to New York City to come join me when I am outside of the courthouse supporting President Trump, reporting on the trial that is set to take place this Monday.
And so that's what your money goes towards, of course.
Travel expenses, camera crews.
We're going to be flying the entire team out there with a camera crew so that we can do the show live from New York City.
Of course, we need your support to do that.
So, let's see.
Charles is the Real Deal Reporting.
Charles kicks ass.
Great work, Charles.
Love Charles.
Downed, let's say.
Way to go, Loomer.
Ray got Loomer'd.
They love you, Charles.
They love you.
Everybody loves you.
I love you.
That's great to see, and I love all you guys, too.
You guys are fantastic.
It wouldn't be anything without y'all watching and sharing the videos, so.
Yeah, and it's great.
And like I said, you guys, be sure that you share the videos on Rumble as well.
But you also caught up with Alejandro Mayorkas.
And let's go ahead and play that clip as well.
We have that clip.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who also had to go.
These hearings, in case people are wondering, why was Christopher Wray and why were Mayorkas there?
They had to make the case to Congress as to why they should receive more funding for their agencies.
So you had Mayorkas there for DHS, right?
This open borders piece of shit advocating for why, you know, he's not securing our border, but hey, you know, give him more money so that he can fund groups like HIAS, like I exposed down in the Darien Gap in Panama that are importing invaders into our country, and oh yeah, of course, you know, the FBI, they need more money too, because they need A $300 million facility.
They need to continue their witch hunts against President Trump.
They need to continue their raids on grandmothers, okay?
They need to kick down the doors of 75-year-old women and 22-year-old e-girls who just want to bake cakes and post photos of their selfies all day, okay?
Those are the real Domestic terrorists in America, don't worry about the Iranian proxies that are probably going to be getting on a damn boat from this new port in Gaza that is being built by 180 million dollars of your taxpayer money from the Joe Biden administration that hates Jews and hates Christians and loves Muslim terrorists, okay?
Forget about that.
We gotta go after grandmothers and J6ers and we gotta go after Donald Trump.
Don't forget about that, okay?
Orange man bad, every single Trump supporter is evil, according to the FBI.
That's what your money needs to be spent on.
Right, Charles?
Oh, I agree.
Because we have nothing better to worry about.
Maybe when you go to New York City, you'll get blown up on the subway with me.
Maybe.
Maybe we shouldn't even take a subway, you know?
I've been thinking about that.
Man, I'm not going in those tunnels.
You can't even go in those tunnels.
I know, right?
My staff were like, I have the staff and some of these guys are young who work with me, and one of the guys goes, well, Cannon, I'm just going to say, shout out to Cannon's mother, right?
Don't worry, Cannon's mom, I'm not dragging your son to the subway, okay?
He goes, oh my mom said be careful on the subway and I said you better tell your mom I'm not crazy.
You think I'm gonna go bring my staff?
You think I want to be responsible for that kind of hazard pay or employee compensation when somebody gets stabbed by some junkie on the subway or pushed into the subway tracks or blown up by some jihadi Muslim?
Absolutely not!
I told my staff firsthand, I said we're gonna be taking cabs everywhere.
There's no way in hell I'm getting on that subway.
No way.
So since you're like Trump supporters, it's our fault too, by the way.
So they did a crime, but it's our fault.
But now going off what you were saying, Christopher Wray, like just to, I guess, be in his mind, it was just remarkable to see that guy strolled up to Rayburn to walk in and demand for literally billions of dollars of your money.
And he was annoyed that a reporter was asking him a question on Capitol Hill and he said, A question that has to deal with the 2024 election and a very very serious very true spying allegation.
It's just remarkable that the deep state literally thinks that they run Washington DC and they run America and they can just do whatever they want and We the people are their serfs, and how dare we question them?
How dare?
How dare we?
Let's go ahead and play this clip of you confronting Alejandro Mayorkas, and then also, too, after this clip, we will talk about another clip.
You caught up with Elizabeth Warren, who literally ran away from you.
And then we also have the clip of you confronting, was it the mayor of... Who else did you confront today?
Because we haven't even released all the clips.
The governor of Maryland?
We had a governor of Maryland, Barack Obama 2.0.
He showed up to Capitol Hill just before our esteemed FBI director.
It was quite an afternoon.
So we got some footage of you asking him about DEI and the bridge.
What is the bridge that the DEI higher press secretary, Corrine Jean-Pierre, says?
She can't even get the name of it.
It's, what is it?
It's called, yeah, it's called the Francis Scott Key.
But what did she call it?
What did she call it?
I don't know, she's such an embarrassment.
I don't even know, but just know- She didn't even get the name right.
Can't even remember the bridge name, named after the dude who wrote the National Anthem.
I know, how- I know, our black, lesbian, immigrantation, uh, female press secretary doesn't even know the name of the person who wrote the National Anthem, right?
It's like, oh, what's the name again?
What's the name again?
You gotta play that clip.
We gotta play that clip.
Do we have that clip?
We have to find that clip.
Because people just have to see what a retard this woman is.
It's just out of control.
But this is what DEI gets you, right?
Didn't earn it.
Didn't earn it.
You certainly didn't earn it, okay?
We did not, we do not deserve this in our country.
So, while we're downloading this clip though, let's go ahead, I wanna, do we have it?
We have it right now?
Okay, just go ahead and play it right now.
This is Karine Jean-Pierre, not even knowing the name of the guy who the bridge was named after.
The bridge that, of course, was hit by that Chinese boat.
Just another coincidence, right?
Just another coincidence that a Chinese tanker just happened to destroy a bridge that It's now going to cost our country billions of dollars and impact our economy.
Go ahead and play this.
The DEI hire.
Six individuals tragically lost their lives when the Francis Scott King Bridge collapsed last week.
Six individuals tragically lost their lives when the Francis Scott King Bridge collapsed last week.
Six individuals- The Francis Scott King!
Francis Scott King!
Yeah, probably.
She probably, she probably deep down in her mind wants to, she probably deep down wants to rename it after like Martin Luther King, right?
So she's already thinking in her mind of, oh, how can we, how can we make this bridge a DEI bridge?
Joe Biden, I want to know.
I don't know.
That like, she doesn't sound like a Shaniqua.
She actually has like a very annoying third world accent, but whatever.
I don't care.
I just, I'm sure Media Matters is going to clip that.
Oh, Laura Loomer says that Kareem Jean-Pierre has an annoying third world accent.
Yeah, she does.
I mean it, okay?
I don't give a shit.
Clip it.
I don't care.
I said what I said.
She's annoying.
She doesn't deserve the job that she's in.
I'll make a much better press secretary someday.
You'll see.
I agree.
That's gonna be an upgrade, okay?
Let's go ahead and play this clip right now of you confronting DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Secretary Mayorkas, will you apologize to all the families suffering from Joe Biden's illegal immigration crime wave?
Thank you.
Will you apologize, Mr. Secretary, to all the crime happening in the United States?
Powerful question, I think. - And he just walks there with his head, you know, I gotta put my head down, right?
Doesn't want to answer anything.
I think it's so funny.
Not funny that we have a crime wave, but it's funny how these people just sit there and they're like, oh, they want to talk so much shit online.
They want to say Trump's a racist and they want to say all this shit.
They love talking shit, don't they?
Christopher Wray loves saying that white Christian conservative men are the biggest terror threat.
Oh, wow.
Ultra MAGA!
Ultra MAGA is the biggest terror threat in the country.
But when you show up and you confront that son of a bitch to his face, he sure has nothing to say, right?
Nah, he's annoyed.
He's like, how dare you?
And let's talk about Mayorkas for a second.
When I asked that question, I had like all of America in mind.
It's so awful what's happening with Joe Biden's illegal immigration crime wave.
We obviously have the violent crime, murders and rapes and holdups.
Not good.
But we also have economic crime.
I mean, look what's happening in Iowa.
They're losing factories to go to New York because they can hire illegal immigrants for cheap wages in New York City.
So, so many people are getting affected by this crime wave, and Secretary Mayorkas can't answer.
And this happened yesterday, and I thought it was so telling that President Trump was on Trump Force One, going to Chick-fil-A, meeting with people.
Not just anybody, he was meeting with black people, you know?
Because, oh wow, Donald Trump's a white supremacist, that's why all these black people Many of whom are, you know, wearing dreads, and a lot of them are... I'm just saying, like, when I point out the fact that they're wearing dreads, it's because, you know, it's not just any type of black people, right?
They have people in Atlanta, urban black people, okay?
People who are not traditionally Republican voters, okay?
So it's important for me to point that out.
There's a difference between just regular black people and urban black people.
There is!
The culture is a lot different in Atlanta, Georgia.
And for people that want to say, oh, well, that's a bit of a controversial thing to say, no, go to Atlanta yourself and see what I'm talking about.
I was there in Atlanta.
I organized the rally for president Trump in front of the Fulton County jail the day that he was arrested.
And there's a difference between the blacks and Atlanta and the blacks everywhere else in this country.
There is.
Wouldn't you agree?
No, I do agree.
And like, I lived in Philadelphia too.
And I know what you're saying.
It's like a different cultural aspect.
Philadelphia is like that.
And they love Trump.
They love him.
We actually have a clip.
West Philly.
We have a clip.
Let's play it.
The clip of Chick-fil-A with the milkshakes and the black people.
And keep in mind, this is with Joe Biden's people.
- I don't care what the media tells you, You just love to see it.
We support you, Mike.
Okay, 4 p.m.
We're here, 4 p.m.
Come here, let me give you a hug.
That's so awesome.
You just love to see it.
I love it, you know?
And she's going to tell that story forever.
And I love to say he's a racist.
Yeah, you think some racist man is gonna be grabbing a black girl with dreads and hugging her and saying, oh, give me a hug, you know?
I am so sick of people saying that President Trump's a racist, that he doesn't like black people, that he has a problem with women.
Oh, yeah?
He has a problem with women?
Is that why every single black woman behind the counter at Chick-fil-A was staring at him like he was a king?
I mean, looking up at him like this.
Do you see the look on their faces?
Do they look unhappy to see President Trump, too?
I mean, look what illegal immigration does.
It really hurts inner city black communities.
And those people at Chick-fil-A, illegal immigration really hurts their career because it literally destroys their wages.
And again, look at the comparison.
Donald Trump's going around the country, meeting with people, talking about closing the borders while Joe Biden Mumbles some words with the Japanese prime minister, makes a total embarrassment of himself, and makes China laugh, and then goes back to the basement.
And then his people go to Capitol Hill and refuse to apologize for the horrific issues they've created.
Joe Biden and Secretary Mayorkas have killed Main Street.
And the comparison between Biden and Trump, in my opinion, can't be any more clear.
And I thought it was really, really well highlighted yesterday.
Absolutely.
And, uh, you know, there were a lot of articles about it.
I believe we have the headline, too, on Breitbart.
We have the... What was it that Joe Biden said?
You ain't black.
You ain't black if you don't vote for me.
Right?
You ain't black.
You ain't black.
And then Hillary Clinton said, I've got my hot sauce.
I've got my hot sauce.
Right?
You think you're gonna eat some hot sauce with Chick-fil-A milkshake?
Sounds disgusting.
She's disgusting.
I've got my hot sauce.
You ain't black.
Oh, she was here yesterday, too.
Hillary was.
I know, she showed up to a state dinner wearing a tablecloth.
Did we see that dress she was wearing?
We have that tweet, you have the tweet that I posted?
Look at this outfit.
I mean, look, I'm no fashionista, right?
You see me, I'm pretty caj.
I'm a pretty caj chick, okay?
I'm not really, you know, super high fashion.
I try to accessorize, whatever.
But I'm not a prima donna.
But honestly, it's almost like...
Hillary Clinton was invited to dinner at the White House, and it's like, damn, girl, you're supposed to go to dinner to eat, not go to dinner to steal the tablecloth off the table and wear it.
What's interesting, too, is, like, all this FISA stuff.
Remember, Hillary and Obama spied on Trump using FISA the first time.
Obama's hovering around England with the same people.
Then Obama's hovering around Air Force One, and oh, wow, Hillary comes to town, too?
No way, that's not a coincidence.
Oh, and Christopher Wray comes to Congress the next day to demand money for Pfizer.
Here's the clip of Hillary at the White House.
Let's go ahead and play this clip so you can see some high tablecloth fashion.
Here's Hillary Clinton pretending like she loves her husband.
Okay, play the clip.
Hello, everybody.
Hello.
How does it feel to be back?
Great.
Especially for this.
Oh, we're having a good time tonight.
Thank you.
Thank you all.
You know who I think you are, right?
- Thank you. - Thank you. - Mr. Rens, look how many guys.
How many of you? - Thank you all.
- Well, you know who I picked you up with. - You've been following the page in Manchester.
- Thank you.
- No, I'm pretty worried.
- Mr. President, who's your dress by?
- Hello, everybody.
- What did they say?
- It said, who's your dress by?
- It's just, Someone said that she's hiding her colostomy bag.
No, some people have said that she's sick.
Some people have said, and they say that Joe Biden as well.
I don't know.
Maybe.
I mean, look, I don't wish ill health on anybody, but they did say that Joe Biden had one.
You see the photos of Joe Biden with the pouch?
Yeah, those are pretty legit looking too.
No, it wasn't even photoshopped.
So again, I don't know.
I mean, you can still carry out a life and function fine with a bag, but look, they can't be lying and saying that he's in good health if he's not in good health, right?
I just think that they need to be disclosing this stuff because if that was Donald Trump, they'd be all over Donald Trump.
So.
I mean, we asked Joe Biden's brother and His Secretary of Defense and his son about his mental competency, and none of them wanted to say he was mentally competent to be president.
And the silence on that question, I think, speaks very, very loudly.
Like, think about it.
Joe Biden's, like, one of his most appointed cabinet positions as Secretary of Defense can't turn around in the halls of Congress and say, nah, my boss is mentally competent.
Stop that.
Joe Biden's own brother can't do the same thing.
Neither can his own son.
Something very, very, very bad is going on with Joe Biden's health.
And you're right.
The American people deserve to know.
Yeah.
Speaking of FISA and you were talking about them colluding, of course, you know, as there, it's no coincidence that as they are talking about renewing FISA, of course, you have Hillary Clinton at the White House with Joe Biden.
And we all know that Barack Hussein Obama is really in control.
This is his third term.
Let's go ahead and play the everlasting clip that has come back to bite Democrats in the ass.
This clip has aged like a fine wine.
It will be a classic forever.
The clip of President Trump speaking to Lesley Stoll on 60 Minutes saying they spied on my campaign and then her saying, oh no, there's no evidence of that.
Yeah, actually, there's a lot of evidence and that is why Donald Trump wants to kill FISA.
Go ahead and play the clip.
Was when they spied on my campaign.
They spied on my campaign, Leslie.
There's no real evidence of that.
Of course there is.
It's all over the place.
Leslie, they spied on my campaign and they got caught.
Sir, can I say something?
You know, this is 60 Minutes and we can't put on things we can't verify.
No, you won't put it on because it's bad for Biden.
We can't put on things we can't verify.
Leslie, they spied on my campaign.
Well, we can't verify that.
It's been totally verified.
It's been, just go down and get the papers.
They spied on my campaign, they got caught.
No.
And then they went much further than that, and they got caught.
And you will see that, Leslie.
No.
No, we can't report things that are not true.
That's why we spent two years, actually four years, uh, reporting on Russia collusion hoax and accusing you of, uh, of, uh, pissing on Russian prostitutes.
Yeah, you can't report things that are not true.
These people are such jokes.
They are So awful.
The bane of our society.
What a joke that that the media doesn't report things that they can't verify that are not true.
That's all they ever do.
That's all they ever do.
And it's 100% true that they weaponized FISA to spy on Donald Trump's campaign.
And that's what they that's what they just I get so passionate.
I just you know, I just hit myself in the face of a microphone.
They want FISA to be Extended, and that's why they're so pissed off about it being killed off, okay, in this bill this last week.
That's why Mike Johnson is being so combative, because I truly believe that's what they want to do.
They want the Democrats to take back control of the House, Charles, and you can tell me what you think about this.
They want to take back and win back this one-seat majority So that we can have Speaker Hakeem Jeffries and then they want to use that Colorado ruling and they want to use that little semantic interpretation there to get a congressional pathway to kick Donald Trump off the ballot even if he is the official nominee after the RNC convention in Wisconsin this summer.
And then they want to use FISA to spy on his campaign and all of his supporters.
What do you think?
You're 100% right.
And our friend, Jamie Raskin, you know, the guy who says we need to be deprogrammed.
He literally said he's going to put a bill out on the floor in Congress that says Donald Trump can't be president because he's guilty of insurrection.
So Jamie, who everyone remember was one of the leading J6 committee members.
He's a lawyer.
He was the one who actually wrote the 14th amendment.
Flawed theory in the first place.
It said Trump had kicked off the ballot.
So everything this guy says, we should take seriously.
That's why we like to talk to him so much.
But yes, you're 100% right.
Jamie said that's what they're gonna do.
Because it's so funny.
The left is going to quote-unquote protect democracy from MAGA by literally destroying democracy.
Like, you can't make this stuff up.
It's such a hypocritical clown show.
And Christopher Wray literally believes it too.
Did you see?
I mean, obviously you saw.
I'm talking to, like, I guess the audience here.
You all should have seen Christopher Wray during his hearing today said there'll be great danger if I can't get FISA reauthorized.
We have that clip.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
This is from the hearing today after you confronted him when he walked into the hearing room today about FISA.
Let's let's take a listen.
So let me be clear.
Failure to reauthorize 702 Or gutting it with some new kind of warrant requirement would be dangerous and put Americans' lives at risk.
Second, we need people.
Dangerous because why?
You're gonna spy, you want to spy on Trump and if you don't get it, you're not gonna be able to spy on Trump and you're not gonna be able to come up with another hoax to steal the election.
Is that why?
Is that why it's dangerous?
Right?
I mean, these people are just so, it's comical.
It is comical at this point because they're so predictable, Charles.
They are so predictable.
And I was going to say this too.
That's such a powerful video.
So as he's saying that, those pro Joe Biden voters, All people code pink vote for Joe Biden, no matter what they say, are literally, who have literally held insurrections every week almost Congress has been in.
They held an insurrection.
They have a great time doing it.
They're in the back, literally throwing paint, making fools of themselves.
So Christopher Wray literally sends the FBI to Trump supporters' houses, knocks down their doors, ruins their lives, makes them go bankrupt over doing the same exact thing that these code pink people have been doing for months.
And he's saying, throwing a tantrum tantrum, that if you don't reauthorize FISA so I can spy on MAGA, that people are going to be in danger.
It's just a perfect hypocritical snapshot of Joe Biden's America, which is just a clown show of lawlessness.
It's just remarkable.
And obviously keep in mind, it's just after he had a little panic attack when he walked in and didn't want to answer our questions.
Right.
Crazy.
I'm just looking at the chat and people can't believe it.
Again, you also confronted the governor of Maryland today.
As we know, the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed after that very tragic incident with the Chinese boat slamming right into it.
Of course, no one wants to talk about that.
Perhaps there's some Mitch McConnell connections there too that is the reason why no one wants to talk about this incident.
Uh, but let's go ahead.
You caught up with him today as well, the Governor of Maryland.
Let's go and see this clip and see what he had to say.
Governor, do you have any comment on a bridge collapse?
Uh, we continue to pray for the, uh, for the victims and their families.
What do you think about, like, the, uh, do you think that played a factor in it?
I know you've been transizing that a lot.
Oh, we ain't going to talk about that.
You didn't earn it?
You didn't dern it?
D-E-I spells D-I-E.
Die.
We ain't gonna talk about that.
I love how willing he was to talk until he turned on a dime.
He was so happy to see you.
He's like, oh, yeah.
Hey, man, what's up?
I'm a celebrity.
Oh, you recognize me?
Oh, wow.
Yeah, you wanted to get my face with the camera.
He was like buttoning up his suit.
He was ready to go until you said DEI and he's like, oh, we're not going to talk about that.
You're like Obama's hand-picked guy, too.
Like, the Hill said, like, Obama's sitting next to him.
Of course, Obama 2.0.
If I had a son, that would be him, right?
That's his son, right?
After Trayvon Martin, right?
That's his other son.
It's just funny, too, because this is just another example of Democrats who love to go on MSNBC and CNN and talk shit.
Remember, he was like, how dare you criticize DEI?
You're racist.
You're racist.
And then when he's asked about his comments calling people criticizing DEI racist, he runs away like a scared coward.
It seems to be a theme among many on the left, running like cowards.
We need to play it again.
It's just too funny.
It's just too good.
Play it again.
Governor, do you have any comment on a bridge collapse?
We continue to pray for the victims and their families.
What do you think about GE?
Do you think that played a factor in it?
I mean, I know you've been straight-sized now a lot.
That was so funny.
Like, you can't call 77-plus million people racist who don't like DEI.
And then when you're asked about it at the United States Congress, a building owned by the American people, you know, 77 million people.
Yeah.
And we proved it.
We had an exclusive report.
We proved it in your exclusive report on Loomerd.com.
About how DEI played a role.
People can go to lumurd.com and they can read this.
We actually examined the standards for the boat company that owns the vessel that slammed into the bridge causing it to collapse, okay?
And they hire based off of DEI standards, so...
We broke that story on Loomer.com, and people went crazy, and they were like, oh, crazy Republicans, and Laura Loomer and her staff are trying to spread this conspiracy theory that DEI played a role in it.
No, DEI is D-I-E, die, okay?
Because if you didn't earn it, you're gonna die.
That's the policy, right?
So, do we have this article?
Do you have it?
You're gonna pull this up?
All right, we got the article.
Here we go.
Yes, and Mayor Pete encourages this too.
Under Mayor Pete, the Transportation Department, this is in the article, literally said, DEI is now our main focus.
Nothing else.
That's all we focus on.
And Mayor Pete, instead of spending time picking up East Palestine, Ohio, and other places, he was creating DEI departments within the Department of Transportation.
Let's just call them die departments.
Let's call them die.
Yes, I agree.
Because you die.
Or in the words of all the dindus, right?
We'll just call it D-I.
D-I.
D-I.
Okay?
D-I.
I prefer D-I-E.
Die.
Because that's what's going to happen.
You're going to die.
Let's get that article up on the screen.
Joe Biden and Mayor Pete's Department of Transportation embraces DEI as transportation companies involved in East Palestine and Key Bridge disasters place emphasis on race-based hiring.
This is an amazing article written by Charles.
He breaks down, you can see here, the centering equity at the U.S.
Department of Transportation.
You can see how our own Department of Transportation, headed up by BootyGag, or BootyGag as I like to call him, okay?
This is not acceptable.
This is why we're having all these disasters with Boeing flights.
I am scared.
I really hope that we're not on a Boeing flight on Saturday.
We were joking in the office.
We're like, oh my God, we got to fly on Saturday to New York.
I just hope we don't get on a Boeing plane.
I don't want to be on a Boeing.
My God, I hope I don't have a female pilot.
I hope I'm not on a Boeing.
I don't want to die on a plane.
At least for me, I'm on an Amtrak.
You know, they can't mess that one up.
That's like Joe Biden's only talking point is, you know, he loves the Amtrak, so.
If they mess up Joe Biden's favorite route, they really have no hope going into November.
So I actually feel pretty safe, but I feel sorry for y'all having to go to Marrakech's airports.
So it's really awful.
We also have a clip of Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas running away.
You showed up to Question people when you were questioning Mayorkas and they wouldn't allow you inside, but oh, they allowed for all the pro-Hamas jihadis in.
So the pro-Hamas jihadis were allowed to go inside and Code Pink was allowed inside, but Loomer Unleashed was actually kept out of the Senate hearing room by Capitol Police.
But all of the pro-Hamas, Code Pink, radical communist supporters were allowed inside.
And then when we were there and we were about to ask Senator Warren a question, she booked it.
I never knew Pocahontas could run so fast.
What is that song?
What is that song?
The Wind?
What's that song?
Yeah, play it.
I don't even know.
I want to sing it.
What is it?
What's the name of that?
Is it the Rhythm of the Wind?
What is it?
Someone in the chat tell me.
Let's say, let's see what it is.
Let's play the music.
Can we play that while we watch this video of her running away?
Congressional Democrats do not want to talk to us.
This video is hilarious.
They're so scared.
Honestly, this happens all the time now where Bloomer Unleashed is literally blocked by Capitol Police.
I don't understand why they're so scared.
We're just asking questions.
Go ahead and play the music.
Can you hear the song?
Play it.
Let's play the... Mute it.
If the savage one is me.
Can you hear the song?
Play it.
Let's play the.
Mute it.
Let's play the song.
The colors of the wind.
Don't know.
We got some lyrics I want to sing along.
You want to sing with me, Charles?
I'm not a very good singer.
I'm sorry, Laura.
It's okay.
Let's see.
Colors of the Wind.
Let's play it.
Go full screen.
Oh, you think you own whatever land you land on.
Make it full screen.
No, play the Pocahontas music.
This is Pocahontas.
This is Elizabeth Warren.
I know, but play it.
Let's let them see it.
This is Pocahontas.
Yep.
That's what she thinks.
That's her song.
She thinks that the only people who are people are people who look and think like her.
We got the video to prove it.
That's it.
That's her song.
Have you ever heard the wolf cry?
Yes, we have!
When she told us that she was a Native American, we heard the wolf cry.
Go ahead and play the video again.
She could be a track star.
Look how fast she runs.
Damn.
I never knew she could move that fast.
It's like I was holding her hand for us to test her.
Yep.
That's her song.
Come run the hidden pine trails of the forest.
Yeah, okay, that's it.
That's enough.
That's her song, though.
You ever heard a wolf cry?
Let's end that.
You ever heard a wolf cry?
I have, but now I just made the connection.
It all makes sense.
It all makes sense.
That's why we call her Pocahontas.
She was running really fast like she saw John Smith or something.
I don't know.
She had to run into that.
You have to go get her John Smith.
Yeah, John Smith.
She has to go give Zielinski more money.
Yeah.
Too bad he wasn't there that day.
Usually he's around Capitol Hill begging for money.
That's kind of what he does too.
Yep, wearing her blue colors.
Let's go to the chat.
Let's see.
What do you think, y'all?
Do you all think that that's her song?
Oh, the fastest fake Indian I've ever seen.
That song sucked.
Yeah, I know.
It does, right?
It's so funny.
Scroll up.
Yeah, we're being, have you ever gone back and listened to these lyrics too?
Like the land you think you own.
It's, we really were brainwashed as children.
We were so brainwashed with Disney.
Like if you ever go back as an adult and you listen to the lyrics of these songs, you're like, holy shit, they really were trying to program me into thinking white people were evil.
Go back and listen to the lyrics of that song.
It's crazy.
Scroll up some more.
I'm not going to sing, you guys.
Okay.
Oh, that song.
Just around the river bend.
Yep.
That's right.
They don't want to get loomered.
Let's see what else.
Well, Charles, anything else that you want to add?
You did great work this week with Loomer Unleashed.
Before we close out, you confronted Christopher Wray.
You got Elizabeth Warren to run faster than any Indian I've ever seen in my life.
You confronted Mayorkas.
You're on a roll.
You are on a roll.
You're absolutely killing it.
Oh, thank you, Laura.
I appreciate it.
And yeah, I can't wait to go to New York on Monday and see some friends like Miss James and that fantastic Esteemed judge.
Another D.E.I.
Shaniqua.
We're gonna go see some more D.E.I.
Shaniquas.
Yep.
Yep.
It was gonna be fantastic.
Alan Bragg.
Yep.
It's gonna be fantastic.
Another D.E.I.
hire.
Stormy Daniels.
Okay.
Porn stars.
D.E.I.
hires.
Wow.
You know, lions.
It used to be, what is it?
Oh, lions, tigers, and bears.
Oh my.
Now it's D.E.I.
trap queens and porn stars and corrupt judges.
Oh my.
Welcome to Biden's America.
It's a fun place.
Yeah, it's awful.
Charles, where do people follow you?
Obviously, they can go to Loomerd.com where they can read our reports.
They can follow me on X to see all the videos.

But yeah, definitely make sure you give me a follow because you never know.
Who's going to get confronted next?
Yeah, you never know.
A bunch of clowns coming to Washington, D.C.
It's literally the clown show of the earth right now.
So stay tuned.
It's going to be fun.
Yep.
Stay tuned.
All right, Charles.
Well, thanks so much for joining me.
Thanks so much for all your hard work.
And I will see you in New York on Monday.
Woo!
It's going to be so much fun, right?
Yeah, dealing with all the crazies.
See you Monday.
I'll be in there.
Everyone else and Stormy.
Can't wait.
Can't wait.
Oh yeah.
Safe travels on the train.
I hope there's no DEI disasters on Mayor Pete's trains.
No, they can't mess that up because that's the only thing Joe Biden cares about.
So I feel pretty safe, but... Okay.
Yeah.
Stay safe in the air.
I feel bad for you guys.
Have fun at Mayor Pete's Air Force.
They're a disaster.
Of course.
All right, Charles.
Thank you so much.
All right.
See you, Laura.

I will be in New York City this weekend.
I will be there all week next week.
So Lumer Unleashed will be live Tuesday and Thursday from New York City.
So be sure that you tune in.
Obviously, it's the same time zone as well, so unless something crazy happens, we still will be going live every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 p.m.
Eastern.
I will be outside of the courthouse on Monday morning, bright and early.
So if you're there, be sure that you also go follow my ex for updates.
I will be, you know, encouraging people to show up.
Bring your bullhorns, bring your Trump hats, bring your MAGA shirts, bring your Trump signs, whatever you want to bring.
Be peaceful, but show up and support President Trump because we don't want the media dominating the narrative.
We don't want to have a bunch of resistors and Antifa and the Palestinians are having their rally the same day they're going on their national strike.
Coincidence, right?
I don't think so.
On April 15th, the same day of the trial, so maybe we're going to get some of these Palestinian Jihadi freaks that show up as well, trying to take away from Trump's trial.
If you're there, please show up early.
I'm gonna get there early, probably like eight o'clock.
I don't know, probably earlier than that.
I just want to be there.
I'll be providing coverage not only for Loomer Unleashed, but also Real America's Voice, The War Room with Steve Bannon, and other Real America's Voice shows as well.
So if you watch Rav on Rumble, you can tune in and I will be providing coverage for them along with Mike Davis, I believe.
And they're sending a crew with them Uh, but they asked me to do some coverage and I will be doing coverage for them as well as Loomer Unleashed.
So be sure that you're following me on Xtruesocialgab and Getter at Laura Loomer.
Again, rumble.com slash Laura Loomer.
And I hope that all of you will follow all of my updates this coming week and support President Trump as he continues to go back into the belly of the beast and the corrupt, uh, Judicial Circuit of New York City where these corrupt judges really just want to destroy our country and they want to try to destroy President Trump's chances of getting into the White House.
We're not going to allow that to happen.
We're gonna stand with President Trump.
We're going to support him and I hope to see all of you there.
With that, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Thank you so much for tuning in to Loomer Unleashed.
I'm your host, Laura Loomer.
Have a great night.
There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.
If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems would be fixed in about five minutes.
