	I'm so excited to begin this new journey with Rumble on a free speech platform and I really appreciate all of you who have tuned in to my first episode of my new show.
	Recently, illegal immigration, or rather, the full-scale invasion of America could best be described as a tidal wave.
	Our porous southern border has allowed an endless flood of illegal alien invaders into our country, often without any legal accountability.
	If the past few decades were a tidal wave, then 2023 has been a tsunami.
	According to a USA Today report from the end of September, it's estimated that around 2.8 million illegal border crossings have occurred in this year alone.
	And that's just an estimate.
	Who knows how many more illegals snuck across the border in the dead of the night or were stowed away in a semi-truck that weren't included in that number.
	Just to put that number into perspective, 2.8 million people would be the equivalent to the entire city of Miami crossing our border six times.
	Obviously, that raises the question, where are these people going, and more importantly, who are they?
	The sheer volume of migrants coupled with the Biden administration's complete refusal to enforce any sense of law and order has made the border a complete disaster as well as a major national security risk.
	As a result of this chaos, you can be sure that we have no idea who precisely is coming into our country, let alone their intentions.
	Currently, these illegal aliens are merely being given a notice to appear in immigration court and then casually let loose into our nation to do as they please.
	Naturally, very few of these people ever show up to their hearing, and why would they?
	There is zero legal accountability for these people, and some reports have shown that the migrant court dates have even been scheduled as far out as 2027.
	It is essential to recognize that this presents a massive national security risk.
	And while we understand that illegal immigration alone already is detrimental to our country and its societal fabric, consider what having 2.8 million unvetted illegal aliens show up in just nine months could mean for our country.
	We know that these illegals are not just coming from Mexico anymore, but they are arriving in the thousands from Africa and the Middle East.
	And if Mexico wasn't sending their best, just imagine what is being sent from places like Syria, Nigeria, or Iran.
	Just this last week alone, I reported on how directly following the call for a global day of jihad by the former leader of Hamas, U.S.
	Customs and Border Patrol encountered dozens of men from Iran and Lebanon who were trying to illegally enter the United States via the open U.S.-Mexico border.
	These people do not speak our language, they do not share our values, and they do not easily assimilate into our culture, which by itself poses a massive problem.
	But imagine what else might be lurking within these hordes of people.
	What is stopping terrorist cells from entering and operating within our nation?
	Certainly, nobody at the southern border would stop them.
	ICE and the Border Patrol have their hands tied by Biden, and he can barely complete a sentence, let alone solve the immigration crisis which he and the Democrat Party have enabled from the moment that he was sworn into office.
	These people just get a free pass to some liberal sanctuary city where they can lay in wait to capitalize on the next crisis.
	And while you may think that this sounds like an exaggeration, just look at what has happened in Europe over the last few years.
	Much like our situation here in America, there has been an unending flood of migrants from the global south into European nations.
	European governments have generally sat back and watched as a foreign population has resettled in their once European homeland.
	The EU made sure to quell any dissenters to this replacement regime, and they have even gone so far as to implement hate speech laws to stop people from speaking about Islam and mass migration.
	Now, in countries like France and Germany and England, a mass of people who are entirely disconnected from the natives can be agitated into action at a moment's notice.
	We are currently witnessing that this week following the global call for jihad after Israel was attacked by Iranian-backed terrorists in Hamas and Hezbollah.
	Given the slightest spark, these migrants will drop any pretense of being French or European and devolve into their original tribal identity.
	And suddenly they are once again Muslim, Algerian or African, whichever is applicable at the moment.
	We witnessed this phenomenon play out in France, just last June, after Nahel Mazourk, a 17-year-old kid of Algerian and Moroccan descent, was shot by a white French policeman.
	The entire country of France descended into chaos, and within 24 hours, tens of thousands of other black African Muslim migrants around France began rioting.
	Their rallying cry was that they had been attacked, because Nahel was one of them.
	At that moment, they were not French, nor European.
	They were simply foreigners living in a foreign land that was oppressing them.
	Their response?
	Destroy, burn, and loot their own neighborhoods.
	People always ask, why would anyone want to pillage their own community?
	The answer is simple.
	They did not build it.
	They have no love for respect for it.
	For them, their surroundings are just enemy territory.
	Even now, we see what the war between Israel and Hamas has sparked.
	In places like London, Paris, and even the United States, there have been massive protests and even violence in support of the Palestinians.
	There were even calls to make last Friday a global day of jihad.
	And as that war continues, expect the violence from Muslims living in the West to grow, as they are now taking their rallies to the streets of major American cities, college campuses, and as we saw yesterday, even the front gate of the White House.
	All of this raises a very important and pressing question.
	How can civilized countries continue to function when entire swaths of their populations are totally incompatible?
	We should not have to live in a society where the police can't do their jobs for fear of sparking national riots.
	We should not have to live in a society where we must tighten security around the country for supporting an ally.
	We should not have to live With or among people who cannot carry civilization forward nor have any inclination to even try.
	Yet that is exactly what is happening all across the Western world.
	Instead of recognizing the real and present threat posed by uncontrolled immigration, the feckless government in Washington, D.C.
	is preoccupied with hunting down conservatives and Trump supporters.
	Just last week, Newsweek released a report that the FBI has actually created an entirely new category of extremists to track.
	It's unbelievable.
	MAGA supporters, they say.
	That's right.
	As millions of illegal aliens and actual Islamic terrorists swarm into our country, the FBI is more concerned with the 74 million Americans who voted for President Donald Trump in 2020 and are open about it.
	Now, we know that millions more Americans support President Trump, but they sadly choose to live their life in the shadows as a silent majority due to increased fears of political persecution and weaponized government.
	This is, of course, in lockstep with the Biden White House, which has used the January 6th protests at the U.S.
	Capitol as a pretext to harass, imprison, and demonize conservatives as an existential threat to democracy.
	So, just to be clear, while FBI agents are snooping through your online chats to make sure that you aren't saying anything that's considered anti-democratic, New York City is currently putting illegal aliens up in luxury hotels.
	Their reward for breaking the law and illegally entering our country is a cushy Manhattan hotel room with a view and endless handouts.
	Your reward, on the other hand, for voting for the 45th President of the United States?
	Well, of course, you're going to be labeled as a domestic terrorist and, who knows, possibly even receive a 22-year prison sentence on charges of seditious conspiracy.
	Now, two weeks ago, Newsweek published an exclusive report about how supporters of President Trump are being targeted by the FBI as the 2024 election gets closer.
	Every single American should be outraged by this Newsweek report because it is a sign that America's taxpayer-funded federal law enforcement agencies are literally hunting down American citizens as a means to interfere in the outcome of the 2024 presidential election in which President Donald Trump is the leading candidate on the ballot.
	And yet you have probably not even heard about this story because there's been nearly zero media coverage about this report.
	Stories like this and the media and Deep State's collusion to silence and censor conservative Americans and to illegally interfere with President Trump's election and to silence him with unconstitutional gag orders is one of the main reasons why I have decided to start my own show, Loomer Unleashed, which premieres tonight.
	And for this very reason, I have decided to make this story the focus of the first ever Loomer Unleashed monologue.
	And I would like you to know that every single Tuesday and Thursday going forward from now, October 17th, until at least the end of the 2024 presidential election, I'm going to be bringing you the important stories and the news that the media should be telling you about, but are intentionally suppressing and hiding from you.
	Things are only going to get worse in this country, and so it's important that you know the truth so that you can not only prepare for yourself, but also for your family.
	My show is not going to be a place for hopium and copium and broken and empty promises like the GOP establishment likes to give out on a daily basis.
	But rather, my show is going to be a place for the truth, which is why I often say that the two L's in blackpilled stand for Laura Loomer.
	And so I hope that you will enjoy this show and my quest to deliver you, the American people, the truth.

	So I want to show the screen so that you can actually see and follow along with this report yourself.
	This report came out on October 4th, 2020, 2023.
	And the title is exclusive Donald Trump followers targeted by FBI as the 2024 election nears.
	And so in this report, you have FBI director Christopher Wray saying that still to this day, the 2021 January 6th breach of the Capitol building was not an isolated event.
	And that in his opinion, and according to the FBI, this threat is not going to, quote, go away anytime soon.
	You can see in this report, in a joint report to Congress in June of this year, the FBI as well as the Department of Homeland Security said that Threats from what they're now calling DVEs, so that's a new term that we now have inserted into our vernacular here, right?
	MAGA extremists and DVEs, domestic violent extremists is what that stands for, have supposedly increased in the last two years And according to Christopher Wray, any further increases in threats will likely to correspond to potential flashpoints, including campaign events.
	So they're saying that a rise of MAGA terrorism is directly related to campaign events.
	So what is this?
	What does that mean?
	Well, they're trying to suppress turnout for President Donald Trump.
	Ultimately, what they're saying is that, oh, as President Trump continues to rally across the country and continues to campaign for reelection for 2024, you're going to see a rise in what they're calling domestic violence extremists.
	And so ultimately what this is, is it's the Biden administration and the DOJ and the FBI prepping to not only just silence President Donald Trump, which they're already doing, I mean, yesterday we clearly saw that, you know, President Trump for the last several weeks has had to waste his time instead of campaigning for president, which he should be doing in places like Iowa and Ohio and Nevada and in Florida.
	The president's time has been wasted sitting in a New York City courtroom dealing with these ridiculous witch hunts and dealing with these Absurd, you know just bloodthirsty judges and and and prosecutors people like Jack Smith and the Obama appointed Judge Chuck and in DC and so Very, very concerning information coming out of this report.
	Additionally, the FBI, according to this report, is apparently laying the groundwork for the narrative that Trump supporters who protest any future elections can be categorized as domestic violent extremists.
	And so we know that majority of the GOP base believes that the 2020 election was stolen.
	In fact, I just saw a couple weeks ago, there was a poll out that was featured on CNN.
	Okay, this is not Right-wing media.
	This is traditionally left-wing media that says that over 70% of Americans across party lines believe that our elections are not legitimate anymore, that the 2020 election was somehow tampered with or stolen, okay?
	And so whether or not people want to actually use the word stolen or they want to say that they don't really feel that the election was legitimate, does that mean that now 70% of the American population is going to be designated as what they're calling a I mean, it sounds like some kind of, like, explosive device, you know?
	Like, I'm thinking of, like, IED, DVE, right?
	It's like, it's crazy.
	This is wartime terminology that they're using to try to make it seem like Trump supporters and President Donald Trump and his campaign staff are violent people.
	And so you don't see any media attention about this.
	You know, we often get accused of hyperbole.
	You constantly see the press saying things like, well, you know, these Trump supporters, all they ever want to do is exaggerate and say that, you know, they're under attack.
	But no, we actually have now explicit confirmation from Newsweek, which Isn't exactly known as right-wing media, okay?
	It's not like Newsweek is considered a right-wing publication, okay?
	It's actually pretty leftist.
	Finally confirming that no, we aren't a bunch of conspiracy theorists.
	The FBI actually is targeting us.
	And, you know, not only are they trying to designate us as domestic terrorists, but they're actually increasing funding.
	And it seems like just as we saw in the 2020 election with coordination between the FBI and Big Tech and the Biden administration, it looks like Joe Biden is taking his cues from people like Christopher Wray or maybe even vice versa because there's another report out this week about how, you know, Joe Biden was in Arizona where he said that MAGA backers pose a grave threat to democracy.
	You see that the FBI is being weaponized at the highest levels because they're pushing out messaging that's being funded by the taxpayers, okay, as a federally funded law enforcement agency that is really in lockstep with what the Biden administration is saying.
	And so this is very dangerous, okay?
	Very dangerous things happening here in America.
	Also, according to this FBI report, they're saying that their data shows that the main targets of domestic violence extremism investigations are Trump supporters, okay?
	With J6 cases making up 1,146 of the total, right?
	1,446 full investigations.
	And so, out of the FBI's total list of investigations into DVEs, domestic violence extremists, right?
	All 1,446 of them are Trump supporters.
	So, yeah, we're not gonna consider Antifa or Black Lives Matter or any of the Hamas or Taliban supporters that are now openly waving, you know, Hamas flags or Taliban flags across our country as DVEs, no.
	100%!
	100% of the FBI's investigative reports consist of Trump supporters.
	I mean, that should concern everybody, especially now, as we saw this last week with global calls of Islamic terrorism, as I highlighted in the monologue.
	I mean, you mean to tell me that of all of the threats of terrorism, real, imagined, and actual threats that are taking place, In real time in our country and around the world at this current moment, that a hundred percent of the investigations at the FBI are all MAGA related.
	Unbelievable, really.
	Truly shocking.
	And again, you know, Loomer Unleashed is really going to be a home, not just for pro-Trump news content, but also for this type of information that you need to know, that the media doesn't want to talk about.
	And even unfortunately now too, a lot of Republicans don't want to talk about.
	Because as we've clearly seen, the GOP is an absolute dumpster fire right now.
	The Republican Party cannot get its act together.
	We still, to this day, do not have a speaker, okay?
	We don't have a speaker.
	You see that there is not alignment with President Trump.
	You see that not all House Republicans have even endorsed President Trump going into 2024.
	And so you need advocates, not only in the media, but you need voices of reason and sanity to actually start sounding the alarm On the bullhorn, right?
	As I'm so notorious for doing, which is why, of course, the official logo for Lumer Unleashed is a bullhorn because we are sounding the alarm here because we are going to lose our country.
	And the message that I want all of you to take away tonight is that You know, the episode title is 45 Gets Gagged as FBI Says Trump Supporters Are the New Terrorists.
	If President Trump is not elected as the next president of the United States of America, and if we allow for the FBI to weaponize our government and steal this election once again, What they have done to President Donald Trump is going to happen to all of you and I don't know anybody else who knows this better and knows the threat of what it's like to be gagged in America and to have his due process violated and to be silenced and prevented from being able to defend himself than my good friend and President Trump's longest serving advisor and

	So it's a great honor for me to be with you today on your maiden show.

	Biden that is, of course.

	So, Roger, as I as I highlighted in this monologue, you know, we see this report that just came out that says exclusive Donald Trump followers targeted by FBI as the 2024 election years.
	And, you know, look, I think it's kind of funny that they're now just admitting that they're now just being targeted by the FBI because you know more than anybody.
	I mean, you and General Flynn, of course, know what it's like to be targeted by the FBI because of your support of Donald Trump.
	And so I just kind of wanted you to share your thoughts on this Newsweek report and additionally the gag order that was just issued against President Trump yesterday by Judge Chuck, an Obama appointee, because you actually predicted this before anybody else did in a Substack piece that you wrote because you actually predicted this before anybody else did in a Substack piece that you wrote many months ago, and you know Yeah, it really is.
	I've already seen this movie, as it were, so none of this is surprising to me.
	I think that the gag of President Donald Trump, just as the gag of me, when I was charged with lying to cover up Russian collusion that never actually happened in my voluntary testimony before the House, Intelligence Committee.
	I was really charged in order to pressure me to testify falsely against President Donald Trump, which I refused to do.
	But this really has three steps.
	Before they lynch you, first they destroy you financially.
	So essentially I lost my home, my savings, my car, most of my insurance, my ability to make a living, because being gagged I couldn't write or speak.
	I also could only travel with the permission of the court.
	Then they gag you so you can't defend yourself.
	The rationale for the gag, by the way, is that your defense of yourself on what meager social media I had left at the time, because I was banned for life on Twitter in 2017.
	I was banned for life on Facebook.
	Continue to be banned there.
	By the way, there's a Roger Stone at Facebook.
	Don't follow him.
	That's not me.
	Most definitely not me.
	Banned for life on YouTube.
	Banned for life on Instagram.
	All these things continue to be true.
	But the argument was that my speaking out in defense of myself might taint the jury pool.
	Well, what about the Washington Post?
	Or CNN?
	Or MSNBC?
	They were dominant in the jurisdiction in which I was to be tried.
	Did they taint the jury pool against me?
	There are certainly no restraints on them.
	And then the broadness of the gag order in my case, and again, in Trump's case where it's not just he who is gagged, but members of his family.
	And then in my case, Supporters.
	I'm not sure what that means.
	In other words, when Tucker Carlson spoke up to defend me or Alex Jones did, were they technically in violation of the gag order?
	I certainly didn't ask them to say anything on my behalf.
	So in my case, My lawyers thought this was unconstitutional from the day it was issued.
	By the way, there's a false narrative that I threatened a federal judge.
	That is false.
	I have addressed it at length at The Gateway Pundit, also at StoneZone.com.
	It's one of those false narratives they keep recycling over and over again to try to justify my gagging.
	But the gag included members of my family.
	In other words, their constitutional rights were violated.
	Now, in my case, we appealed the gag order to the circuit, to the appeals court in DC, and they essentially sat on my motion for eight months and did nothing.
	That's eight months under which I was sustaining really substantial damage day in and day out at the hands of MSNBC, CNN, and others.
	And then, just literally days before my trial was to open, That court ruled that my motion was not right for a decision because I had not asked the trial judge in my case to remove the gag order which she had put in place, which of course she never would have done.
	So they basically just let the clock run down.
	I fear that if Donald Trump appeals this, which I think he should do on constitutional grounds, he should seek to bypass the The appeals court if that is possible and go directly to the Supreme Court, but Let's remember, 21 state attorney generals appealed to the U.S.
	Supreme Court regarding the last election, and the Supreme Court seemed to have no stomach to handle those questions.
	So those conservatives out there, those Trump supporters, those Republicans who are counting on the U.S.
	Supreme Court for relief, I'm not sure you can count on that.
	In the meantime, President Trump needs to be extraordinarily careful.
	Because if he violates this gag order in the opinion of the judge, based on a motion by the government, trust me, they will incarcerate him.
	They will lock him up prior to him being convicted of anything in D.C.
	So it's extraordinarily dangerous.
	Paul Manfort, you'll remember, was locked up for 18 months, most of that time in solitary confinement, for violating the gag order in his case.
	Right.
	And this is before we've been convicted of anything.
	Yeah, and as we know, you know, these people want President Trump dead, right?
	And in an interview with Tucker Carlson a couple months ago, Tucker even asked him, do you fear for your life?
	Do you think that they're going to try to kill you?
	Or do you think that they would try to kill you?
	And President Trump said yes.
	And so people need to understand that whether it's a direct assassination attempt or whether it's locking him up in prison, that's a form of taking President Trump's life.
	I mean, they want this man who's in his late 70s to essentially die in a prison cell, which is why some of these charges brought against him through these witch hunt indictments, you know, have up to 700 years in prison.
	So What do you think about that?
	Because I know that, you know, just from our own personal conversations over the years, you were fearful that they were trying to kill you as well.
	And I know you and I had many conversations about, you know, what life would be like if they put you in a jail cell as a man who's also in his 70s.
	And maybe you can touch on that and what it would mean for somebody of your age and President Trump's age to be locked away for life in a prison cell.
	In my case, there's no question that being sent to a dank Georgia prison where there were over 200 cases of COVID with a lifelong history of asthma, as I've had in my case, was a death sentence.
	That's what it was meant to be.
	It is only because of my prayers to the Lord that Donald Trump saw the falsity of my prosecution, the political nature of my prosecution, and he not only commuted my sentence, And by the way, you can't find this almost nowhere.
	He also gave me a full unconditional presidential pardon.
	Go read the biography of me that Newsweek has posted.
	It doesn't even mention that.
	By the way, Newsweek is not the Newsweek magazine of old.
	Newsweek is owned by the Daily Beast.
	They merely bought that masthead.
	Nothing written at Newsmax is accurate or true.
	It's essentially a propaganda arm of the Daily Beast, just to be very clear.
	Some older folks remember Newsweek as a competitor to Time.
	They may confuse this with journalism.
	This is not in any way journalism.
	Yeah, and you said you also credit your prayers, right, to the Lord.
	And so I know the other day you and I were talking and you actually shared a really nice, really sweet, touching story about President Trump.
	And I hope you don't mind me putting you on the spot here, but I'd love for you to share that with the audience because you said that it shocked you, your conversation with the President the other day and what he asked you to do on the phone.
	Yeah, I'm certainly taking a beating for it in social media with all these phony leftist Christians.
	By the way, judge not lest ye be judged.
	Who is to say that you, only you, can interpret the word of the Lord?
	So, the story is really quite simple.
	I was About a month and a half ago, I was leaving for church.
	I go to Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale.
	It's a great evangelical church.
	It was founded by Dr. D. James Kennedy.
	It was dedicated by the great Billy Graham.
	It's a very vibrant, dynamic church.
	A place where I feel very welcome.
	My family and I feel very welcome.
	And I was leaving on a Sunday morning.
	I had called President Trump the night before, but I hadn't missed him.
	I left a message and he was returning my call Sunday morning.
	And I said to him, he said, is this a good time?
	I said, well, not really.
	I'm walking out the door to church.
	Can I call you back this afternoon?
	He said, you're going to church?
	I said, yes.
	He said, right now?
	I said, yes.
	He said, um, could we, could we pray together for a moment then?
	And I was, I wouldn't say shocked, but I was a little surprised.
	And I said, sure.
	And he said, okay, you, you, you lead off.
	And then I said a few words of prayer.
	Uh, he said, amen.
	And he said, I'll talk to you this afternoon.
	And he hung up.
	Now that is an absolutely true story.
	You wouldn't believe it if you went to the fever swamps of X and the fever swamps of some of the other social media platforms where I'm not allowed, so it doesn't really matter.
	But that's a true story.
	Now, I don't think anybody could be President of the United States who did not feel the weight of that responsibility and did not turn to the Lord.
	Lincoln has written about it extensively.
	Theodore Roosevelt read about it extensively.
	Dwight Eisenhower was baptized in the White House, was re-baptized in the White House because of the weight of the office.
	Dwight Eisenhower was not known as a deeply religious man.
	So I think that the President is a believer and his courage continues to amaze me.
	Going back to the gag order, you may not have seen this Laura, but he said in Iowa yesterday That if he has to run from reelection from prison, he will do so.
	Yeah.
	If they're going to incarcerate him, he's prepared for that mentally.
	That shows enormous courage on his part.
	By the way, he should not think that that's a joke or that's unlikely.
	I actually think they are now laying in wait.
	He has to be very, very, very careful with this gag order.
	It is going to be interpreted as widely and broadly as possible, and they would like nothing better than to slow his campaign by taking him off the stump entirely.
	As you point out, it's bad enough that he has to waste his time in a courtroom in New York, and that's just the beginning.
	He's got upcoming trials in Georgia.

	Any claim that I knew in advance about was involved in or condoned any illegal action whatsoever on January 6th is categorically false.

	And what I found is that, you know, she has her own financial secrets and she has her own, I did.
	attempts to conceal financial documents as it relates to a dark money loan.
	And I'm sure you saw the Substack piece, correct?

	She also, as you know, she's already had to make refunds under the campaign matching finance scheme of New York City.
	Right now, even as we speak, she's in a restaurant in the Bronx called Concefrido, where she's engaging in a straw donor, illegal donor scheme.
	There needs to be a full-fledged investigation into the financing of her campaigns for Attorney General.

	And you know, she's trying to go after President Trump and say that he's illegitimate.
	And if you look at this report, you can see firsthand I obtained access to Letitia James' mortgage documents and all of her housing documents in New York, where she owns a multi-million dollar brownstone property.
	And what's really interesting about this is that You know, as a candidate, and you know this, Roger, because you've been a political strategist and advisor and, you know, you've been involved with many political campaigns, you know that every single candidate is required to submit their financial disclosure forms.
	And so failure to properly disclose loans or any type of debt or any type of income or asset on your financial disclosure form Is not only an ethics violation that you can be held accountable for as both a candidate or an elected official, but it's also a crime.
	And so I wanted to get your take on Letitia James evading the reporting and intentionally obfuscating this $770,000 dark money loan that appears to have no proper documentation regarding who provided this loan and who the dark money loan that appears to have no proper documentation regarding who provided this loan and who the original origin of the loan came from or
	And also through my investigation, I found that it looks like Letitia James used an alias, used an alias as the name for the origin or the provider of the loan as a way to conceal the true identity for the person behind this loan.
	And you have to ask yourself, what would be the purpose of intentionally hiding loan information and not admitting to this on your financial disclosure form as a candidate for New York Attorney General and then as an elected New York Attorney General?
	And also, too, it really makes you wonder, who are these individuals who provided her with this loan?
	But The problem here, Laura, everything you say is true.
	Tish James has a long history of consorting with known convicted felons and other criminals.
	I have a good friend, Officer Salvatore Greco, who's done a huge amount of research on Tish James.
	He may have an opportunity to question Ms.
	James on the stand shortly in an upcoming federal lawsuit.
	But we have a two-tiered justice system.
	So she will not amend her filings in New York and nothing whatsoever will happen.
	Nothing whatsoever.
	That is the sad truth.
	If Donald Trump spits on the sidewalk, he would be arrested.
	But these people get away with egregious crimes.

	John Brennan, he lied to Congress.
	What about FBI Director James Comey?

	Appears to have committed mortgage fraud but also appears to be withholding, well actually is withholding, information pertaining to this loan that looks to be tied to anti-Trump media operatives.

	It's an excellent piece of investigative work, but Laura, I urge you to dig deeper into Tish James' campaign financing.
	She's as dirty as can be.
	Straw donors, you see, they have an extensive matching system in New York City, so your campaign contributions are matched.
	But if the straw donor, if the donor's not real, or the donor's giving in someone else's name, then the match is illegal.
	And the law is actually fairly vigorously enforced.
	So I would urge you to dig in even further into her campaign financing.
	I think you'll find some very interesting, interesting things.
	It is very clear to me that the, and there's a lot of disinformation about this, While the Trump lawyers were successful in getting a stay from the state, taking away their business licenses, seizing Donald Trump's very valuable real estate properties in New York State and otherwise, and either auctioning them off or taking control of them, those are only delays.
	The overall case, which should be dismissed, was merely put off for trial, but will go to trial.
	This is an outrageous case, but the The story you may have read, that Trump is not entitled to a jury trial because one of his lawyers forgot to check a box someplace in a forum.
	This is completely and totally untrue.
	It's 100% false.
	Letitia James specifically brought these charges under state law that by law provides no jury trial.
	So there was no error by Trump's lawyers.
	That is a MacGuffin.
	We have the statement from President Trump in response to this new investigative report.

	The president said, her fake case against me should be dropped immediately.
	My financial statements are extremely conservative and her numbers are way off, including the fact that she undervalued Mar-a-Lago and Doral by billions of dollars.

	You know, I know that you have had David Schoen on your show multiple times, and of course, David Schoen, for those not familiar, a brilliant criminal defense attorney who served as President Donald Trump's lawyer.
	What do you think about President Trump's legal strategy and the job that his attorneys are doing thus far?
	You know, we see that we're not messing around here, and you even said yourself, Roger, that That these judges wouldn't think twice.
	They wouldn't even blink before putting Donald Trump in a jail cell and locking him up and completely silencing him as a way to kill him.
	Are you confident in President Trump's legal team?
	I don't know any of them personally.
	And I'm not going to criticize from the outside.
	But I do wish that they would be somewhat more aggressive.
	And I hope that they are realistic about the intention of some of these judges, particularly a Fulton County judge, a DC judge, to incarcerate the president if he violates this new gag order.
	I think they need to be more proactive and more aggressive, but beyond that, Laura, I'll be honest with you, I don't think it helps the president to criticize from outside, so I'm not going to do so.
	Yeah, well I'm not asking you to criticize.
	I just wanted to see if you maybe, you know, had any more, you know, legal analysis or any more predictions since you've been completely spot-on thus far with your analysis of the President's legal case and You know, many people said that you were wrong or that you were overreacting in April when you published your substack about President Trump being gagged, but here you are right again.
	And so I just wanted to give you an opportunity to maybe highlight on any more future predictions you have for how you think this is going to unfold as we head into 2024.
	I would simply say that I think David Schoen is the most brilliant criminal defense lawyer in the country.

	Then months later, he gives it to them.
	It is abundantly clear that Zelensky even wanted to go to Israel to do a tour there to drum up more money.
	At least the Israelis said, you know, Volodymyr, now is not the time.
	Not the time.
	Yeah, and you know, I think it's important to highlight, too, one of the reasons why Israel did that is because now there's actually a congressional investigation that was just opened up this week into whether or not U.S. funding of the war in Ukraine, over $250 billion of our taxpayer money, and the weapons that have over $250 billion of our taxpayer money, and the weapons that have been sent overseas to the Ukrainians are now being used by Hamas
	There were videos, I don't know if you saw any of these videos yourself, Roger, but there were actual videos that were being uploaded by Hamas terrorists during their attacks on Israel because they were all equipped with GoPro cameras and were live streaming and recording themselves genociding Jews.
	And in one of these videos, you can actually see Hamas terrorists talking about how they were able to get weapons from Ukraine so that they could carry out their attacks against Israel.
	I just think that, you know, not enough attention is put on the fact that there's absolutely, one, zero accountability, there's no audit whatsoever for where this money has gone to and whose hands it's passed through, and two, the billions of dollars of military equipment that Joe Biden left in Afghanistan during the disastrous withdrawal that is now under possession by the Taliban, that of course is in support of Hamas and Hezbollah.
	We saw the other day that the Taliban said, Yeah, it's really, it's quite extraordinary.
	Things are spinning out of control.
	Lebanon, they would help Hamas and Hezbollah take Jerusalem.
	Yeah, it's really, it's quite extraordinary.
	Things are spinning out of control.
	I fear, Laura, that we are vaulting towards World War III.
	And notice how the whole shift of media attention away from Ukraine to Israel now.
	The war propaganda here in the United States would have you believe that the Ukrainians are kicking the daylights out of the Russians.
	No military authority that I know or respect believes that.
	I'm very concerned that this administration could, Could start a war, a formal war, in order to use the War Powers Act in order to postpone indefinitely the next elections.
	There's my greatest single concern.
	Yeah, I know that you obviously have always been anti-war, and I think it's important for people to know that, you know, a lot of politicians and a lot of people running for office love to say things like, oh, you know, I want world peace.
	But President Trump really, and this is something that he doesn't get enough credit for, he's the only really modern-day president to begin his term and end his term without entering the United States of America into any more foreign wars.
	He's already tried and true with his foreign policy, and you see he's constantly mocked by the media and people within the Uniparty, the Republican and Democrat Party, for saying things like, oh, I will make a deal with Russia and Ukraine on day one.
	I will prevent World War III.
	And this is something he spoke about extensively at Club 47 when I saw him the other day in Palm Beach.
	You know, knowing that you've known President Donald Trump for over 40 years, and you knew him of course long before he ever decided to run for office, and of course you were very instrumental as a lifelong friend and advisor in encouraging him to run, what can you say about President Trump's foreign policy?
	And do you think that President Donald Trump will be able to prevent World War III even if You know, Joe Biden continues to accelerate to potential nuclear war as we head into 2024.
	Donald Trump subscribes to a specific foreign policy philosophy that he shares with President Dwight Eisenhower and President Ronald Reagan.
	It is peace through strength.
	It is the exact opposite of the neocons who want to go around the globe looking for international wars to get in the middle of where we have no inherent interest.
	Trump also has, I think in the Ukrainian theater particularly, substantial credibility.
	It was Trump who cut off the Russian oil pipelines.
	It was Trump who gave the Ukrainians long-range offensive missiles, something when Barack Obama would only give them pillows and blankets.
	He has credibility with all the world leaders, but mark my words, here's the real The real biggest potential problem.
	If the war in Israel grows wider, if America is sucked into that war, if the war in Ukraine continues, and we continue there, if this emboldens the Chinese, and the Chinese do in fact move on Taiwan, the monopoly that Taiwan has on the manufacture of computerized chips is going to have a very, very, very
	Deleterious effect on the American economy, specifically the stock market.
	This is a bigger problem for the country and potentially a huge problem as well for President Joe Biden.
	Yeah, I agree with you.
	And, you know, really, in conclusion, Roger, I really want to thank you, of course, for your time.
	You've been really gracious tonight.
	What is your message to Trump supporters and to Americans who are really just watching the world and our country completely spin out of control right now?
	And what's your message to them about the importance of 2024 and what they can do?
	What do you recommend your average person do as we go into 2024 so that we can help get President Trump reelected?
	I saw an extraordinary broadcast the other day in which Rachel Maddow said that if Donald Trump won the next election, it would be the last election we ever have.
	She has that exactly wrong.
	If he does not win the next election, it will be the last election we ever have.
	Donald Trump is the last, best hope for our constitutional freedoms and to restore the strength and vitality of this country.
	So first and foremost, when people ask me, what can I do?
	What can I do?
	I tell them to pray.
	No, that's not some Brahmite or some cliche.
	It's something I deeply believe because I've seen the power of prayer in my own life, as has my wife.
	By the way, it's my wife's birthday today.
	And happy birthday to her.
	Two and a half years.
	Yes, happy birthday to Nydia.
	I love Nydia.
	Two and a half years now, almost two and a half years, cancer free.
	Thank you, Jesus.
	And President Trump also attended your wedding, right?
	He also, you could tell that story, because I think people need to know just how, you know, loyalty matters.
	And there's not many people that have been loyal to President Trump.
	And I think we're really starting to see, Roger, who's loyal and who's not, who's real MAGA and who's fake MAGA.
	And as we go into 2024, You know, you're gonna see a lot of people abandon President Trump because a lot of people are just not really ride-or-dies as you have.
	I mean, you had your entire life taken from you, okay?
	Your home, your finances.
	You have been completely attacked and really just eviscerated by the federal government that wanted you to falsely testify against President Donald Trump.
	And so, I think it's really nice when people hear these personal stories.
	So, if you don't mind sharing that, because I know that President Trump attended your wedding, right?
	Yes, indeed.
	He was, uh, 31 years ago.
	Uh, he attended my wedding to my current wife, Nydia.
	Uh, you know, you know how this works.
	Uh, I danced with the bride, the first dance.
	My father dances the bride, the second dance.
	Donald Trump danced with the bride, the third, uh, the third dance.
	Uh, we were incredibly proud to have him, uh, at our lawyer, at our wedding.
	It's interesting.
	There were a number of US senators, congressmen.
	Right.
	At least one cabinet officer, one Supreme Court justice.
	But you know who everybody wanted to see?
	You know who everybody wanted to have their picture taken with?
	Donald Trump.
	Donald J. Trump.
	And this was long before he ventured into politics.
	So he's been extraordinarily good to me and but I honestly think he's the last best hope for this country and people should not Give up above all they should not say.
	Oh, it's all too much.
	The system's too dirty.
	It's too corrupt It's too wired.
	We can't do anything.
	No now is the time you must stay involved I guess that is my message.
	So pray for America, but secondarily stay involved and also With all of these FBI soundings, do not be goaded into some stupid, senseless act of illegality or violence.
	That is exactly what they would like to do.
	They call it a false flag.
	Conduct yourself very, very carefully in an orderly and perfectly legal way because they would love to entrap you in something That allows them to vilify you and destroy you.
	I think that's an important piece of advice.
	Keep it peaceful, keep it civil, keep it legal.

	You know, I'm so lucky that he's my best friend and I can just, you know, pick up the phone and call him at three o'clock in the morning like I do on a weekly basis.
	But Roger's great.
	And, you know, it's so it's really important for President Trump to have loyal people in his corner.
	As we head into 2024, because as we have seen, you know, so many people have betrayed President Donald Trump.
	And we see this right now with the crowded GOP primary right now, and just all these people who have supported President Donald Trump over the years.
	And, you know, I was extremely agitated today, I will say.
	I was very, very angry watching this ridiculous House speaker vote.
	You know why I was pissed off?
	Because the Republican Party is completely in shambles.
	It's a circus act.
	It's a clown show.
	And you see that over 20 Republicans today voted against Jim Jordan for Speaker, even after President Donald Trump endorsed Jim Jordan and said that he encouraged people to vote for Jim Jordan.
	And so, when you go against the wishes of President Trump, right?
	In this case right now, when it's a pivotal time, we've removed Kevin McCarthy.
	Look, I was extremely critical of President Trump's decision to endorse Kevin McCarthy back in January when he did.
	But I've noticed President Trump has been silent about the removal of McCarthy.
	So, you know, in my interpretation, he probably doesn't really miss him that much as speaker, because let's be honest, it's not like Kevin McCarthy has really done that much or did that much as speaker of the House.
	You know, today, while watching this vote take place, and I was counting the number of no votes, you had 20 Republicans who voted against Jim Jordan.
	I just kept on thinking to myself about all these empty promises that the Republicans had made.
	What about on September 12th when Kevin McCarthy himself said that we were going to finally get an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden and that he himself was going to personally lead it?
	Are we just not going to have an impeachment of Joe Biden anymore?
	Are any of these Republicans going to talk about it?
	You know you see people like Marjorie Trader Green as I like to refer to her and Kevin McCarthy use these claims right to really just throw red meat to the GOP base without any follow-up whatsoever and they use it to raise money for their campaigns and you know we see how they move a lot of money around because today is October 17th and of course October 15th is When these new FEC reports came out and so I like to say happy FEC week, right?
	If you've been following me and my investigative reporting you know that one of the things that I really enjoy doing and I spend a lot of time doing is I like going through these financial disclosure forms and I like finding information about GOP representatives and the committees and all of the establishment Republican Organizations to see how they're spending donor money.
	And of course, if you read my reports, you'll see that I've extensively exposed how Ron DeSantis is being supported by all types of establishment donor types and even people who are funding the January 6th committee.
	People like donors to Liz Cheney and her PAC and people like Jamie Raskin.
	Who, of course, is one of the leading members of Nancy Pelosi's Witch Hunt Committee into the J6 Commission.
	And most recently, of course, I released yesterday my investigative report into Glenn Youngkin, who today and tomorrow is actually going to be hosting a summit, a donor summit in Virginia Beach.
	And you can read this, of course, on my website and see yourself these financial documents.
	Uh, having a, having a summit with the mega donors and the GOP, uh, some of whom are former DeSantis donors themselves, uh, for the sake of raising money and potentially being drafted, uh, to run for president against, uh, Donald Trump in 2024.
	Because, uh, as I have been reporting on extensively, We've realized that, you know, President Trump is leading in national polls by over 60 points, okay?
	He's up in Iowa by over 40.
	He's beating Ron DeSantis by over 40 points in his home state of Florida, where he just happens to be governor.
	And yet, what?
	The GOP still won't accept it.
	They won't accept it.
	They won't accept the fact that Donald Trump is the people's choice for 2024.
	And they are doing everything in their power to resist aligning with President Trump and an America First message.
	And not just the donors, right?
	But we saw this today with the Republicans in Congress who they took four days off, four days off, just to put this into perspective for you.
	Four days the Republicans took off this last week when, what, President Trump is sitting in a New York City courtroom being gagged by an immigrant.
	An immigrant judge who had the luxury of coming to this country and is now using her power after being appointed by Barack Hussein Obama to silence President Donald J. Trump.
	And you have these members of Congress who are just sitting back and, what, they're vacationing amid this attack on our elections and President Donald Trump and his free speech.
	You know, over these last few days, I've been working on putting together a report that shows just how many of these Republican representatives are using their social media access and using their platforms to post in support of President Trump.
	And you'll be shocked to see what we unveil on the next episode of Loomer Unleashed this Thursday when I present to you this information that I've compiled.
	And you can see firsthand how these GOP representatives are repaying President Trump for his endorsement that of course helped many of these people cross the finish line and get them elected.
	You would expect people who begged President Donald Trump for their endorsement to be, you know, at least posting a tweet in support of him or at least using their Twitter accounts or using their social media or their offices to issue statements condemning the silencing of President Trump.
	But yeah, what did we see yesterday?
	Nearly just silence while these representatives were on vacation.
	And I posted to my to my ex account I said I said in a post and and you can see on you know just take a moment to look at how how great the studio setup is you know I have to You know, I have to conduct these interviews and provide you with all this information, but I want you to take a moment to see how we've structured this screen over here.
	It's a giant screen that really looks like a giant cell phone or giant tablet, so that while we're reporting on live news and news and doing investigative reports, you can feel like you yourself are watching my X-Feed or participating in the investigation, because
	You know, while a lot of conservative commentators and a lot of pundits, which I don't ever want to be called a pundit because I'm an activist and I'm an investigative journalist and I feel very connected to the grassroots and I take a lot of pride in my relationships with the grassroots, I want people to also learn how to conduct these investigations and how to look at the FEC records and how to
	Do keyword searches on their representatives so that you can see when the last time they issued statements of support or, you know, how they're moving money and how they're spending the money that you're sending them.
	I want Loomer unleashed, and of course, you know, this is the premiere episode.
	I want you to be able, as the audience, to utilize my show as a platform to submit your tips.

	That's a real alligator head because You know, President Donald Trump is the only candidate on the GOP ballot who's really committed to draining the swamp, and that's what this show is.
	Yeah, I'm a conservative, but let's get something straight, right?
	I'm not naive to the fact that Washington is made up of a uniparty, so I like to say that I'm an equal opportunity hater.
	I hate the Republican Party just as much as I hate the Democrat Party.
	And the only reason why I have continued to remain a registered Republican, and I've been very open about this on my interviews and on my XFeed this week especially, is so that I can vote for President Donald Trump in the primary.
	Because in this primary, in which you see the RNC refusing to condemn all these ridiculous Pipe dream candidacies for president when everybody should be rallying behind President Donald Trump and endorsing President Trump.
	You need to understand that voting against somebody in a primary is just as important as voting for somebody.
	And so I would encourage everybody to, even if you hate the Republican Party like I do as a registered Republican, to still register as a Republican so that you can participate in the closed primary.
	You know, a lot of people are not aware of the fact that depending on the state you live in, You have open or closed primaries.
	What does this mean as we head into the presidential primary of 2024?
	What this means is that depending on the state you live in, you may have to be registered with a party if you want to participate and vote in that party primary.
	And so in the state of Florida where I live and where the show is broadcasted, okay, you have to be registered with the Republican Party to participate in the Republican primary.
	Uh, party primary because we have what's called a closed primary election, okay?
	And so, I know that everybody is feeling hopeless and people are feeling really down about the party because, let's be honest, what is there to be enthusiastic about with the current Republican Party?
	I mean, I was just watching the speaker vote today and it was absolutely pathetic.
	They go on vacation for four days, okay?
	They're getting paid for their vacation and they still don't have a speaker.
	So what are they going to do?
	Go take another four days of vacation so that they can maybe, just maybe, decide on whether or not they want to behave like adults?
	What we've seen is not just our country descend into absolute chaos with a stolen election, okay?
	Stolen elections have lethal consequences.
	But with the removal of President Donald Trump from the White House with the stolen election, we have also witnessed the Republican Party Completely disintegrate and just descend into a clown car circus act.
	And what we have also realized, and what I've come to realize, is that there is no alignment in the Republican Party unless Donald Trump is leading from the top down.
	When President Donald Trump was in the White House, we saw that the Republicans had a cohesive message for the most part.
	Of course we're always going to have rhinos, but The Republican Party is in control of the House right now and they still can't even come up with a speaker.
	And we're running the risk of having to compromise and make a deal with the Democrat Party to have a speaker that the Democrats themselves would vote for because the Republicans have such a slim majority on the House.
	I just want everybody to take this into account.
	Because, you know, there are people who say things like, oh, well, the elections are so corrupt, I'm never going to vote again.
	Yeah, I agree.
	The elections are corrupt.
	And I completely agree with what Roger Stone said tonight during this interview in that if President Donald Trump isn't reelected in 2024, and if the Democrats are able to maintain power for another four years, not only will another Republican never be elected to any position in this country ever again, but I don't think we're ever going to have another election in this country ever again because we're going to fail.
	America is an empire.
	And traditionally, when you look at empires throughout the course of history, the average empire only has a lifespan of 250 years.
	And if we look at America, America is currently 247 years old.
	And so we're right there, you know, we're right there teetering on the end of American greatness, the end of the American empire.
	And I truly do believe with all of my heart that the only way that we're going to be able to resurrect any sense of American greatness And to preserve the integrity of our elections and to preserve what's left of our country and hopefully what's going to be left of it if Joe Biden and the Uniparty doesn't completely destroy it by the time 2024 and these elections come around over these next 14 months, I believe America's over.
	I believe the death of America is looming over us before our very eyes unless we all come together and get President Donald Trump re-elected.
	And so I hope that this show, right, will be a place where people can learn not just the truth, right, and get information that relates to, you know, the world and American politics, but to understand that Yes, I do support President Trump and I'm fully committed to getting President Donald Trump re-elected, but this is a place for accountability.
	So I encourage people of all walks of life, whether you're a Republican, a Democrat, or an Independent, to follow me on Rumble and to share this live show every Tuesday and Thursday and to tune in because we all have more in common than we think.
	As American people, we're all struggling right now.

	Politicians commit some of the most egregious crimes we've ever seen.
	Look at the Biden crime family.
	Look at the crimes that Joe and Hunter Biden are getting away with on a daily basis, despite congressional testimony from their business partners, financial transactions, all types of reports.
	And yet finally, you know, finally in this country, the one time that they're going to hold a politician accountable and they're going to try to send a politician to jail, even though we have so much evidence of people like Obama and Hillary and Joe and Hunter and Menendez and every single day, right?
	I mean, every person in this country can probably speak to an act of act of corruption or malfeasance by their own elected representative or a representative that has lived or held office at some point in time in their lifetime.
	Sending politicians to jail and holding them accountable and holding them to trial is not the norm in this country.
	And so we're seeing it with President Donald Trump with such aggressiveness and with such vitriol.
	And you have to ask yourself, why?
	Why do they want Donald Trump locked up in a jail cell?
	Why do they want President Donald Trump to die in a jail cell?
	It's because the only thing, as he continuously says over and over again at all of his rallies and all of his events, that's standing in between government persecution and weaponized governments and the American people is him.
	He's the only thing that is standing in between the American people and a weaponized government.
	And mark my word, if they can get away with jailing President Donald Trump, if they can get away with the American people just rolling over and taking it and saying, well, you know, It is what it is, right?
	We're just going to let them take another election.
	We're just going to let them lock Donald Trump up, the most popular political figure in modern day American political history, the most popular candidate on the ballot ahead of 2024.
	Then what's going to stop these people from doing the same thing to you and your family?
	Nothing!
	Nothing is going to stop them.
	And so, as I highlighted in the monologue, this is not a place for hopium and copium, okay?
	Don't come to Luma Unleashed if you want a message of positivity, okay?
	Because we're not going to be pushing out, you know, hope and change Obama talk here, okay?
	This is a show for people that want to know what's really happening in America.
	This is a show for people who really want to understand how bad things are in this country.
	Not so that we can sit around and mope about it, but so that we can take action.

	We want to get people riled up, not for the sake of inciting violence, because we don't advocate for violence here, but we want people to take action.
	We're not just going to sit here and complain.
	This is not a show for people that just want to, you know, listen to conservatives complain.
	If you want to go do that, go watch some of the other conservative talk show hosts that sit on their lazy asses all day and make millions of dollars a year and don't actually do anything.

	We've got the bullhorn behind me, because that's what we do.
	We take action, we get in people's faces, and we get loud, and we show up to events, and we do more than just talk, because that's what it's going to take.
	And the Republican Party isn't doing anything to take action to stand up for President Donald Trump, which means we have to.

	That's what we talked about tonight when I was highlighting this report, right, about President Trump from Newsweek, his followers being targeted by the FBI.
	Do you think it's a coincidence that as the FBI releases this information and Newsweek is now reporting on this exclusive report that Joe Biden is pushing out the same type of messaging?
	No, this is a coordinated effort, you know?
	People are at a heightened sense of alert because they know that the election was stolen so they're on the lookout for obvious things like like ballot harvesting and and they're looking for people who are mules who are going to be trafficking ballots and voter fraud and things like that and so now the deep state okay and the media they have to actually try to designate people as terrorists and felons so they can strip them of their voting rights
	Because they know that people's eyes have been opened after 2020 and over 70% of Americans, if you can pull up and you can see the CNN poll for yourself, over 70% of Americans in this country across party lines do not believe that we have legitimate elections in this country anymore.
	And so let's go back to the chat.
