In June of 2021, the Florida Supervisors of Elections, a nonprofit organization made up of the 67 elected supervisors of elections from the state of Florida, held a conference in Tampa.
This conference was in direct violation of Florida's sunshine laws, which state that meetings with public officials must be open to the public and announced.
At this conference, Mr. Alan Hayes was in attendance.
Alan Hayes is the supervisor of elections for Lake County, Florida.

Hey everybody, Laura Loomer here.
I am currently standing outside at the Lake County Supervisor of Elections office.
I am standing in front of supervisor of elections, Alan Hayes' car.
We're waiting for him.
The supervisor of elections office closes at 5 p.m.
And it looks like we're having a bit of a standoff right now.
It's a bit of a hideout.
He's, you know, still inside.
We were supposed to have a protest today on the one-year anniversary of the crime of the century, the stolen election, of course, the theft of the 2020 presidential election.
And, you know, ultimately the rally was canceled for some reason.
But I still decided to show up because today, right, today Alan Hayes had an op-ed in the Orlando Sentinel.
And the title was Lake Elections Chief, Put Up or Shut Up About Fraud Claims, in which he essentially, you know, accused the voters and the residents, the constituents here in District 11 in Florida, which is a majority Republican red district.
Of course, these are people who proudly voted for Donald Trump.
And from calculations that have already been made, over 75% of this constituency here believes that the 2020 election was fraudulent in some manner.
And they support an audit of the 2020 election.
And so he is the supervisor of election for Lake County.
And he is telling the people who he works for, right?
We don't work for him.
He's an elected official.
He works for us.
He's telling them to put up or shut up, right?
And that's just really disrespectful, right?
For an elected official who's in charge of our elections and preserving the integrity and the sanctity of our elections.
His job is to ensure that, you know, he conducts our elections and carries out our elections with the utmost professionalism and honesty.
And he's telling people to shut up and accusing them of being conspiracy theorists and accusing them of trying to undermine democracy, right?
The same thing that the Democrats and the FBI called people on January 6th, right?
Undermining democracy, right?
Insurrectionists, people who are, they're accusing us of promoting baseless facts about the election.
But the reality is that voter fraud is real, voter fraud exists.
And, you know, majority of the country believes that the election was stolen.
So far, in the data collected in Lake County, and we're still canvassing every single day, right?
Gathering more data, so far, at least 35 people have been identified as having their voter registration at 1898 Burley Boulevard in Taveris.
Well, what is that address?
That address happens to be the headquarter office for the Lake County Supervisor of Elections, Alan Hayes' office.
So, you know, last time I checked, I don't think they have 35 individual apartments inside the supervisor of elections office here.
So why are 35 people, right?
Maybe there's even more.
But why are at least 35 people registered to vote in the place where they count the votes, right?
Something doesn't sound right, and we're here to find out.

Three hours later.
Supervisor Hayes, can you come out and speak for a minute, please?
We just wanted to ask you a couple of questions.
We'd like to ask you a couple of questions if you have a moment.
Okay, well, I'll let them know.
Thank you.
laura loomer
Hi, Supervisor Hayes.
Supervisor Hayes.
You brought a copy of your op-ed in the paper today.
unidentified
We have a couple questions for you.
laura loomer
We've been waiting outside for almost three hours.
The office closed at five.
Can you just come outside, please?
He just walked away.
unidentified
Yeah, he said he's too busy.
laura loomer
Absolutely unbelievable, shameful behavior from Lake County supervisor of election, Alan Hayes.
We have literally been waiting outside this office for three hours to talk to him about a disgraceful op-ed he put in the Orlando Sentinel today in which he was disrespecting and trashing the voters of Lake County, telling them to shut up, basically calling them a bunch of conspiracy theorists who were trying to undermine democracy by presenting legitimate and valid concerns and questions about the 2020 election.
And so you'll see on previous video that we walked up to the window of his office right there to talk to him, right?
And he, of course, said that he was too busy.
Well, we caught him with his feet on his desk watching TV.
So he can't be that busy.
He's just hiding because this is his car and we are waiting for him to come outside.
The parking lot is empty and he doesn't want to come and talk to us.
And so now he has actually put his window screen down so that we can no longer film him.
So this is shameful behavior.
You have a supervisor of election.
He was elected.
He works for us and he is now putting his window screen down and refusing to come outside.
Well, if he really believes what he says, right, is he a keyboard warrior?
Does he just want to talk a bunch of crap online and tell reporters all these mean things about voters, but he's too scared to actually talk to people face to face?
unidentified
Right.
laura loomer
You can see his little feet there, too.
He's in there.
unidentified
Shameful behavior.
laura loomer
Lake Elections Chief, put up or shut up about fraud claims.
Disgraceful behavior, telling the voters of Lake County to shut up.
I think we ought to find someone to primary Alan Hayes.
What do you say about that?
That just happened.

The Lake County Supervisor of Elections office closes at 5 p.m.
Laura and her team waited for over five hours.
And at 10 p.m. that night, Alan Hayes was still waiting in his office, clearly hiding from Laura and her cameraman.
Alan Hayes refused to come out of his office and discuss with Laura about his comment where he told voters of Lake County to shut up about voter fraud, ban Dominion machines, clean out the phantom voter rolls, and audit 2020.
Help Laura get to Congress where she will fight for election integrity.
