GOODBYE ROE

Time Text
Hi everybody, I'm gonna let some people tune in here.
Boy, it has been a while since I have talked to you guys and done a live stream.
It's been at least nine months, I know that, and sometime after.
How exciting is it that the first video that I'm doing live or even talking to you guys in is about Roe v.
Wade being overturned.
That is so exciting.
The fact that I never thought that I would see this happen in my lifetime and my baby is in the second month of life.
Like, and it happened, it happened now.
This is just insane.
I'm so excited.
I can't wait to tell my baby one day about how hard I fought and how hard so many people in this country fought to get this to happen.
Now, it is no coincidence, of course, that these Supreme Court justices are Catholic and it is a very holy weekend in the Catholic Church.
And I don't think it's a coincidence that they made this ruling about preserving life and saving life and cherishing innocent babies on the feast of the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ.
And then tomorrow is a feast honoring Mary and her Immaculate Heart as well.
So that is, I don't think there's any coincidence.
And she's right back there, as you can see.
So one thing that I do want to say to everybody that I don't think I could write in a Facebook post is that this is not the end.
This doesn't mean that everything's done.
And this is a great first step, but this is important because now the states, we can elect people at our state levels to abolish abortion.
This is just the beginning.
This is now where we go to pressure the people at the state level and tell them, hey, now we need to abolish it.
It needs to be done completely.
Like Missouri just said, Missouri just made it illegal.
That's amazing.
That's the best thing that has happened so far out of this.
And I can't wait to see how many states actually take this step.
I don't have any hope for New York and California.
So just, let's just pray for those states.
So one other thing that I want to mention is that this is the legacy of Donald Trump's presidency.
It's not anything that happened during his presidency.
Joe Biden is the president.
And these amazing rulings from the Supreme Court are happening now.
This is what, I think this goes to show how important a president is because they can put people at the highest core of our land and the decisions they make will be in effect for, you know, decades to come.
And the fact that we just had a very, very great ruling about concealed carry and carry permits and the right to carry a firearm to protect yourself.
And then the next day we have a pro-life ruling.
And these are people who came from Donald Trump.
That's amazing.
This is his legacy in his presidency.
You know, gas prices sure are high right now, but it doesn't seem so bad when you know that millions of babies potentially are going to be saved.
And this is just very, very, very exciting news.
One thing that I want to encourage everybody to do is pray that the women who are going to find themselves without the option to get out of their pregnancy and without the option to kill their children, that they find joy in motherhood, that they find peace with, I mean, they're the ones who got pregnant.
So, I mean, it is what it is, right?
But, you know, women had this option before in many states that they could just go and get an end and get rid of their responsibility.
Pray for them that they find the joy in motherhood.
It's hard.
I'm here to tell you, it's very hard, but it's very, very, very rewarding.
And it's the best thing anybody could experience.
And just pray that they find that as well and they realize that they never needed abortion in the first place.
I think that's something that women might end up realizing coming from this is that women who thought they might have gotten an abortion and maybe Missouri where it's where it's now illegal, they come to find out that, oh my gosh, I never needed this.
I'm so glad that I did not have this option because now I have a precious baby.
And I never needed it in the first place because I'm strong enough to be a mother and I'm smart enough and everything's going to be okay.
Which, you know, as you guys know, this is my first video since giving birth to my baby.
And I said at the beginning, so for people who are tuning in right now, I'm just so happy that this is the first video I've gone live about and that I'm able to talk to you guys about.
I really, really, really want to get back out on the street and interview people.
It's just parenthood is so it's just unpredictable.
So I never know when I'm going to have that time.
But I'm very excited to eventually get back out and talk to people and make the content you guys all love.
And I'll just take this time right now to say thank you guys for your patience as well.
Thank you for being super patient with me and allowing me to have this time with my family and figure out how to become a mom.
It's been so fun.
Motherhood is funny.
It's funny.
And that's something I didn't expect is how funny it was.
And finding humor in all of the circumstances you find yourself in has been one of the best ways to cope with also the stress and the lack of sleep.
But yeah, and I'll end on this.
I'll end on this.
All the years that I've spent and other pro-life activists have spent trying to tell people you can't kill a baby.
You can't kill a baby conceived out of rape.
You can't kill a baby because they might grow up poor.
You can't kill a baby because the mom is too young.
All of that doesn't matter now.
We don't have to stress that to people now.
We don't have to stress that right now.
We can take a break.
For a moment, I feel like pro-life activists can take a breath.
They can take a break.
And we can say, we've spent decades preaching this to people, trying to get them to understand.
But the people who understood that really mattered were the Supreme Court justices.
And I'm just so thankful that we can take a breath, we can relax, and then we can pick it back up and we can go to the state levels.
We no longer have to fight federally.
And that's just one obstacle out of our way.
And, you know, I also encourage you guys, find your local pregnancy pro-life centers and donate to them.
Make sure you're donating to them.
Make sure you're spreading the word because now they're going to have a lot of people coming to them.
And that's amazing.
That's great.
That's what we need.
In fact, there are more pro-life pregnancy centers out there than Planned Parenthoods and abortion clinics.
They're out there.
They just aren't given a lot of government funding.
And they aren't talked about a lot because, well, you don't make a lot of money saving babies.
You make a lot of money accepting cash to kill them.
So let me go through my notes just to make sure I mentioned everything here that I wanted to talk about.
Yeah, that's pretty much, that's pretty much it.
I think I talked about everything.
It's weird.
I haven't done this in a long time.
I really don't.
I forget how to make a video.
I'll end with this.
Just be thankful today.
Be thankful that this happened.
Be happy.
And then let's continue the work to abolish abortion and criminalize it.
I think it's so funny when people try to say, I'm pro-life, but Kate, you take it way too far.
You're too extreme about being pro-life.
And it's like, one, when have I ever not been too extreme about a topic?
And two, it's only logical.
If it's illegal to kill humans that are just walking around on the sidewalk, it's illegal to kill them in the womb.
And if it's punishable in the court of law to kill someone, it should be punishable to kill them in the womb.
If a woman pays someone to kill her child, she should go to jail.
She should be, we'll just keep it as she should go to jail.
And that's why this is so important because we know laws, laws come from a place, they're supposed to be from a place of right and wrong.
And I'm sorry to those of you out there who think that you can't legislate morality.
Well, you can and you should because we know what's right and wrong.
And it's common sense.
It is what it is.
And so I'm all for that.
I'm all for big government doing what I know is right.
And I'm all for government protecting babies and protecting the rights of those who have been genocided for the past 60 years.
So I'll leave it at that.
And I hope you guys have been doing well.
Thank you again for your patience.
And I'm so excited to continue making videos for you guys again.
And thank you guys also for praying for me so much throughout this entire my pregnancy, my birth, everything like that.
And now through motherhood, I've seen all of your comments.
I really, really appreciate everybody taking the time to say a prayer for me.
Continue praying because sometimes I'm just so tired.
I don't know what's going on.
So I'll leave it with that.
Thank you guys for tuning in and listening and I will see you eventually.
