Bernie's Rally Rumble 00:09:58
Bernie Bernie, why'd you kick me out of your rally at your town, your uh, your town hall meeting in Ohio?
Why'd you kick me out?
Why'd you kick me out, Bernie?
heard by now, Bernie Sanders has finally dropped out of the presidential race.
Since this is probably the last time we are going to see 78-year-old Grandpa Bernie running for president, we wanted to relive some of the best moments we've had with him the past year.

Are you scared?
Are you scared you're gonna lose?
So I'm being ejected from a public event.
I'm on the ground.
Yes, I'm on the ground.
Can I violate you on the staff?
Ma'am.
This is an event that we pay for.
This is an event that we have like the space.
I'm gonna ask you one more time.
If you are not, I'm gonna have to turn over to that.
And you just I'll leave.
That's fine.
But is it that I violate any rules or anything?
Ma'am.
I asked you one more time.
If you do not leave now, I'm gonna turn over to watch it.
It's funny that you're talking about private property, but I have a bigger job in the morning, but some support private property.
Can I ask what I did?
I still want to see a lot of money.
Can someone tell me what I think?
It is a private event, therefore it's considered private property.
It's a public event.
It is considered private property and a private event.
His website said it was a public event.
This is what I've been told by the campaign staff.
I am following their orders.
So you work for the campaign staff?
We are contracted through them.
I'm just doing what they've asked me to do.
I have no control over this.
They asked me that they would like me to leave for the day.
For what reason?
We are facilitating that because we are contracted by them.
I'm going to have to ask you, please keep walking.
We're just going to keep this as nice as possible, okay?
I'm not disagreeing with you.
I'm just saying, please, let's make this easy.
This is ridiculous.
What rules did I break?
Out the door, please.
Out the door, please.
Thank you.
I appreciate your cooperation.
Out the door, please.
Thank you.
Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for coming.
I do apologize.
This is public property.
This is a violation of the First Amendment here, getting kicked out for our political opinions.
I know it's been a problem.
It says that this is open to the public.
This is a public event.
It's not private property.
It's not a private event.
Yet, there's a socialist inside who supports nothing along the lines of private property.
But he's going to use it to his advantage to get people that he doesn't like from asking him hard questions.
The answer is yes, I support Bernie Sanders.
I support his staff, and I do not support you because you are a idiot.
Define socialism.
What is the definition of socialism?
I don't gotta define to you.
Who pays for free college?
Free college is a right.
So that's what you're saying.
Who pays for it?
I don't know.
Someone has to pay for it.
Where is it coming from?
Bernie, Bernie, why'd you kick me out of your rally at your town or your town hall meeting in Ohio?
Why'd you kick me out?
Why'd you kick me out, Bernie?
Bernie, are you scared of a little five-foot-four girl?
Are you scared?
Are you scared you're gonna lose?
Bernie, why'd you kick me out of your rally?
Why'd you kick me out of his rally?
Don't touch me.
Don't do that.
I'm asking my question.
No, you're getting in his face.
I did.
I tried.
No, you got to be a person.
You wouldn't let me.
I've asked you a question.
Then don't get in people's personal space.
Because you didn't like me touching you.
You didn't like people touching your personality.
I didn't touch anybody.
You got in his personal space.
Don't do it again.
So I don't know if that's like an undercover cop or if it's his campaign, but he told me, don't do it again or I'm not going to like it.
But I can't ask Bernie why he kicked out a five-foot-four.
There he is.
Bernie, please answer me.
Why'd you kick me out of your town hall?
He won't answer.
Bernie, please answer me.
Why'd you ask me out of your town hall?
Hello.
You won't answer.
Thank you very much.
Good afternoon.
How are we doing?
Bernie, stick up.
Don't get in my personal space.
You're not allowed to do that.
Bernie Sanders sign if you're going to disrespect him.
That does.
I'm disrespecting him.
I know, I know, doesn't it?
I tricked all of you guys.
Do you want it?
Yeah, I'll tell you.
Do you want it?
All right, cool.
All right.
Thanks for not stealing it from me like a real socialist would do.
Because you're a socialist.
I'm a socialist.
I'm not a socialist.
I'm a democratic socialist.
Okay, same thing.
Here's the thing.
So, what are you stealing the democratic socialism?
What do you represent?
Capitalism, free speech.
Capitalism, are your free market?
Let's see here.
A lot of socialist countries have capitalist systems.
That's how it exists.
Yes, tell me one that doesn't.
Tell me a socialist country that works.
Sweden, Denmark, Germany.
Yes.
What are you going to say?
They have specifically said to stop calling them socialists.
They're not socialists.
They want Bernie to leave them in the list.
Who said to stop calling them?
The people who run those countries.
It's not just about socialism.
It's about many different things.
So what should we do?
You can't talk.
But the thing about it is, the thing about it is that you came here and lied.
You had a Bernie Sanders sign and you lied about who you were.
I know.
It's like I'm a Democrat.
I'm lying.
It's like I'm a Democrat.
You're not even a humanist.
I'm not a human?
Okay, so I'm not a human, but they do believe that you can be like a cat.
So maybe I'm a cat.
I'm a species kin type of thing out here at this Pride Parade today.
We now have a president who is a sexist.
Who is a xenophobe?
Who is a religious bigot?
And who is a homophobe?
Check how progressive this sign is.
Right wing ends.
It's ending.
It's gone.
Wow, this is super cool.
Very cool.
We've got, oh, Genitalia.
We're from the TYT Army.
It's the Young Turks.
And we had a meeting here today.
Morgan Harper spoke.
She's a great progressive running in the third district.
Can we do the resist together with our hats?
Sure.
Yeah, progressive.
Bend down.
You have to kneel.
Okay, kneel.
Where's the national anthem?
Right?
Right.
Okay, very progressive.
Oh, photo up.
Okay, very progressive.
Okay, why do you want the right wing to end?
Well, the right wing has been leading us astray, and they're spreading lies that the country is more conservative than it actually is.
So we're here to stand up for progressives and to let everybody know that we're here and we've got the majority.
All the polling indicates that Medicare for all, that a Green New Deal, that getting money out of politics and ending the corruption, that's what we stand for.
Guns kill people.
People with guns kill people.
And the more guns you have, the more deaths you're going to have.
It bears out in the numbers.
I've got to go.
It's been great.
What's your name?
My name's Jenna.
Jenna.
Jenitalia.
Yes.
Thank you.
I'm here in Houston, Texas at the Democratic Debates, where all of the candidate supporters are behind me.
So if you had to describe your ideology in one word, what would it be?
One word.
It's tough with one word.
Communist?
No.
Socialist?
No.
Stalinist?
No.
Marxist?
No.
I run out of them that would describe it.
So you run out of your agenda book.
I don't know, the theft sounds like socialism and communism to me.
Are you afraid of those words?
Do you think it's bad to be a communist?
No, I don't think it's bad to be a communist or label as one.
I don't refer to myself as a communist because as a history major, I understand why these ideologies formed and where they did and how they looked like.
It looked different in China the way it looked like in Stalin.
It looked different in other places.
What my ideology is, we'll be progressive.
That idea is the same thing that people are talking about across the United States right now, which is a working class coalition of people, the majority of this country, the people who are doing the work in this country, and the people who are so often left out of this system.
Yes, yes, Daniel.
What do you think about communism?
There's been a new sensitivity of communism and what it could be.
What's the definition of communism?
Communism is an organization that's built up from the ground up.
You know, it's more democratic than what we see here, you know.
In the sense that you have people on the ground who are building up to their leadership in a communist party with a central committee and a chairman.
Yes, that's the definition of communism.
There you go.
What we have here.
Oh my goodness.
Okay, so communism is better than fascism.
Yeah, I think communism is better than fascism.
