	We broke this story, just a quick update about this high school intern at a vocational program, Ohio Jail, who was coerced by inmates into having sex with these inmates, including a violent felon murderer.
	This took place in the jail cells and she was of course charged with smuggling contraband.
	Here's a brief recap.
	I can report to you today that the U.S.
	Marshals have opened an investigation into a massive cover-up within the Butler County, Ohio Jail.
	And I know that exclusively because of our undercover unit and you, the supporting members of Mug Club.
	And the problem is that the local department there just can't stop lying.
	It seems they can't.
	And this is the issue, right?
	It seems like a local issue, but it's the issue of corruption that can take place in any publicly funded program.

	They worked for months on this, and actually now it's reached over half a billion people, this woman's story.
	That's insane.
	A teenage intern at the Butler County Jail is facing charges tonight after her alleged relationship with two federal inmates comes to light.
	The 17-year-old was an intern with the Butler Tech Criminal Justice Program.
	Sheriff Jones says inmates and their parents signed paperwork before the internship starts.
	They sign a document.
	They're told they can't bring drugs into a facility.
	You can't have sex with prisoners.
	Is it believed that she also had sex with those inmates?
	I'm not gonna discuss that right now.
	I wouldn't.
	I'm sick too.
	Watch for the line.
	It was arrested back in March, but the US Marshal says they weren't made aware of it until last week
	We notified her family We notified the school and the Marshal service was no

	In a statement, the U.S. Marshal's Office says it learned of the alleged relationship
	from an investigative journalist just last week.
	The statement said, in part, quote, upon learning of these allegations, the U.S. Marshal's Service
	immediately notified the proper authorities who have the jurisdiction to investigate matters
	such as this.
	I sat down with Butler County Prosecutor Mike Moser Friday to discuss the allegations.
	A podcast first released documents on the case this week, even though the former Butler
	Tech intern was charged as a juvenile back in March.
	So you heard Sheriff Brimley there say that he told the U.S.
	Marshal.
	Marshals while taking a break to address his diabetes.
	This is the lie, and I'm going to tell you exactly why.
	And this happens all the time across this country.
	He told us that exact same lie, then reiterated it on local news, that he told the U.S.
	Marshals.
	It was their responsibility because they were notified of the incident.
	Here's him live on our program saying so.
	One of the allegations you guys made, which is false, is that the marshals were not notified.
	That's not true.
	They were notified.
	I know you won't put that on the air.

	So tell him to accuse the marshals.
	So he is saying that the marshals lied.

	Marshals was notified about this incident?

	Okay, so to be clear, the local department, before we ran this story, said they had notified the U.S.
	Marshals.
	He said that live on air and accused us of smearing him, accused us of fake news.
	He then said it again to local news.
	Well, the good news is we reached out to the U.S.
	Marshals to corroborate the Sheriff's claim.
	Once again, for a third time, they issued this following statement.
	In the late afternoon of June 14, 2024, the United States Marshals Service for the Southern District of Ohio was contacted by an So hey, that's pretty clear.
	We learned this day from one of our journalists, and then I spoke with them myself, and then we actually put it back in the hands of the people who have the authority to investigate it.
	They told us they do not.

	This guy, I wish I loved anything as much as this guy loves being on television.

	He doesn't like being on television when he's called to the mat.
	So let me ask you, comment below, who's telling the truth here?
	It would seem like the U.S.
	Marshals obviously being on the record and actually responding to this.

	Maybe the sheriff has some explaining to do, and if it's his job to investigate this and ensure that it is not continuing, and he bragged about this program continuing, maybe he's not the best sheriff in town.
	Maybe there's only room enough for one sheriff and it's not him.

	August 24th, 2021, the Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin issued a memorandum mandating, right, COVID-19 vaccine for all members.
	There are 8,000 members of our military and armed services.

	for refusing to take the vaccine. 8,000 people. Also, quick note, we have a recruitment shortfall,
	but that's neither here nor there. Remember, they were there, uh, right, they were at that moment
	in time, uh, to try and protect you and anyone who didn't get the vaccines as it relates to
	the military or you. I want to, I want to spend some time on this really quickly.
	This is going to be a little bit of a longer montage.
	But it's important that you don't allow this to be memory hold, because now they just try and change the policy a little bit, but not acknowledge that they destroyed lives which can never recover.
	People have developed new lives, whether it's business owners or people who are serving their country in the military.
	But they had to develop their new lives from the ground up.
	So there's no excuse.
	No excuse for anyone being unvaccinated.

	And the military has now, I'll foreshadow here, has now admitted that this obviously did take place because of the vaccine
	that was forced.
	And of course we've seen metadata that obviously tells us that there are side effects. There are
	many lawsuits taking place with the federal government. It doesn't mean that everybody
	who gets the vaccine has horrible side effects. It doesn't mean that every conspiracy theory you
	read out there is true. It...
	It does mean that when you were told you couldn't transmit the virus if you had the vaccine, that wasn't true.
	When you were told that you wouldn't get sick if you got the vaccine, that was true.
	And when you were told that there were no serious side effects, that was untrue, as seen by other countries actually, barring particularly young men under the age of 20 from taking the vaccine, and certainly in children.
	Remember, they wanted this vaccine, come one, come all, everybody, and certainly everyone in our armed services.
	Well, let's look to Carolina Stancic.
	This person, and this video actually I believe is live now, but it was sent to us this weekend, ended up suffering from debilitating heart issues caused directly by the Moderna mRNA injection.
	Meet Karolina Stancic, a specialist in the Army National Guard.
	She takes 27 pills every day after suffering her first heart attack while on active duty.
	Did you have heart issues before you joined the military?
	Not a single heart issue.
	I could run 10 miles at a time, play basketball, and now I have trouble just standing up.
	What's to blame?
	I mean, the only thing that would have changed was the COVID vaccine, and that's when everything flipped upside down for me.
	So, is this Army memo an acknowledgment That your heart condition is the result of the COVID vaccine.
	It 100% is an acknowledgement that it was a result of the vaccine.
	Good thing I have that memo.
	Here's the M.O.
	of their M.O.
	issued by the Department of the Army.
	It says, Research has confirmed a link between a COVID-19 infection and POTS or postural orthostatic tachardia syndrome that has been diagnosed in some patients.
	POTS was also linked to a lesser degree to COVID-19 vaccination with an mRNA Vaccine.
	Here's something pretty interesting.
	Stancic never tested positive for COVID.
	Only the vaccine.
	Got the vaccine, didn't have COVID.
	So they just basically said, hey, COVID can do it.
	And to a lesser degree, they kind of minimized it, to a lesser degree, the vaccine.
	And she's like, well, never had COVID.
	Yes.
	It kind of narrows it down.
	Yes.
	Think about that for a second.
	Think about that.
	You were told that didn't happen.
	You were crazy.
	Now, we don't know how many more people to whom this has happened, because they fight it, they fight it, they fight it, until they're caught red-handed, and we'll get to that in a second.
	There have been more than 13,000 injury claims that have been filed with the federal government, okay?
	There have been nearly a million reports to the VAERS system over the COVID vaccine, which they will now say, well, that's just self- that was the system that was always used for vaccine side effects.
	Before COVID, just to be clear.
	It was the gold standard, they want to tell you now that it's not.
	And guys, give me the number on this.
	The last time we talked about VAERS, I think they said that only 1 out of 100 are reported to VAERS.
	So if that number, that's 100 million.
	Yep.
	If that's true.
	Guys, confirm that if I remember correctly.
	That could be a general estimate.
	It's at least a million.
	It's at least 10 times more than any other vaccine, mainly because this is not a vaccine.
	In modern recorded history.
	Now let's go to 2022.
	The army, so Stancic, this story is getting out now.
	The problem is she doesn't get this time back.
	She was released from active duty and the military, the army, claimed that her condition had nothing to do, even though it was the vaccine that was mandated.
	They said, no, it has nothing to do with her time in the military, which of course left her to pay her own medical bills as the direct result of the mRNA injection.
	In April 2022, Stancic was released from active duty and told us she lost her health insurance and about $3,300 in monthly income.
	I would say it's a culture of silence but also at the same time there's a fear of retaliation from the military and the government.
	Yeah, I can imagine that's the case when you have $90,000 in medical bills and she had to live out of her car because she took an injection that the military forced her to take and then said, we're not going to cover it because it has nothing to do with the military.
	If she wasn't in the military, would she have taken that injection?
	Probably like a lot of Americans, she would not have.
	And now she has POTS.
	By the way, I was tested for POTS.
	For those people who don't necessarily know what it is, almost think of it as like a broken actuator.
	Your body regulates sort of blood pressure.
	When you get up really quickly, people with POTS often might get dizzy.
	It's sort of like low blood pressure.
	What happens is Your body regulates blood pressure.
	It says, oh, I got to make sure that all the blood doesn't drop to your legs here.
	When you get up, you have to make sure there's equal blood distribution across the body.
	Of course, this is a gross simplification.
	When you have POTS, it doesn't really happen.
	You don't really have that switch to tell you how to regulate it properly, and that
	causes heart problems, like we talked about, tachycardia.
	It comes with a lot of other complications, cold hands, cold feet.
	Sometimes it's misdiagnosis, Reneau syndrome.
	So it can be something that's very serious.
	I was tested for it at one period in time, and that's how I know about it.
	And it does seem as though it's something pretty damn common to happen with these injections.
	It's induced by them.
	So, now, let's talk about the heart.
	Now we have, actually, Jeremy Sorensen, a service member advocate.
	He made it pretty clear that Stancic's vaccine, and we now see it from the military to be clear, it was obviously suffered in the line of duty.
	Wait a second, because I want to understand something.
	So you've got a 24-year-old who followed orders, got the COVID vaccine, believes she's COVID vaccine injured, and that's not in the line of duty?
	Well, by law it's in the line of duty.
	But the Army and the National Guard abandoned Carolina Stancic for 19 months.
	So they didn't admit it until 19 months after the injury.
	And then, here's a memo, after a thorough review of the medical documents, SPC Stancic's POTS is considered in line of duty by the preponderance of evidence.
	SPC Stancic was released from active duty without having a line of duty completed or having her medical condition stabilized.
	So, for serving her country, and by the way she's a woman so they should have been extra thrilled about that, debilitating heart condition, $100,000 in medical bills, unceremoniously released saying, nah, this has nothing to do with the military, and she had to fight and claw her way back for the justice that she deserved.
	How many people have experienced this across the country?
	How many of those VAERS reports?
	How many of these complaints filed with the federal government?
	And you still have people claiming that you are the bad guy.
	It's cooled a little bit, because you have many, many people who got the vaccine who... At what point does anecdotal become empirical?
	Because everyone knows someone who was vaccinated, who got the mRNA injection, who has experienced some side effects.
	I'm pretty sure you know one.
	I know one.
	I don't know about Tool Man.
	I don't know if Josh does.
	I do.
	I know several people.
	I know people who I would love to have on this show.
	Because of where they lined up, because of their line of work, and the side effects were so severe, but they can't because they'll be fired.
	I know these people.
	Right now I'm thinking of two people in my mind who I wish would come on the show, but of course I would never out them, because it actually is their private medical decision.
	So, it's cooled a little bit.
	But we still have the DNC parroting this point.
	You still have Trudeau parroting this point.
	And you know what, I will say this guy, Mr. Sorensen, summed it up as effectively as I think anyone could, so there's no need for me to do it.
	I can't explain.
	How any military officer could mistreat our service members like has happened to Specialist Stancic.
	It hurts me deeply because it takes away my faith in our own Defense Department, our own government, which I swore to serve.
	And I would willingly do that again.
	But I'll tell you what, I wouldn't recommend anybody else do it.
	That's a very hard thing to say.
	I know that.
	Yeah, just take a minute.
	Think about that for a second.
	The crisis of conscience that people have been thrust into against their will.
	Not just the people to take.
	The mRNA injection.
	And by the way, I've known people who actually have neurological conditions, where they would be exempt from all of the vaccines.
	These people who are not vaccine deniers, who have seizure disorders and conditions, where they're not supposed to take a flu shot, they could not be exempt from the COVID vaccine in their line of work.
	This goes to show you this dynamic.
	You can support your military, support your troops, support the people out there who are fighting for this country, because there's a huge divide between those people out there with guns, and that includes a lot of commanding officers, and the people with pencils.
	The people determining the policy, whether it's DEI recruiting or COVID mandates, they share nothing in common with most of the people who actually want to serve the America as it was, not the America that the people with pencils in Washington, D.C.

	Does that make sense?

	I don't want this to veer into anti-military sentiment, because we know so many people in our military who... We don't like to say this because they're obviously brave people.
	That term is misused.
	They're actually brave, putting their life on the line for this country.
	But they are the victims of the policy of people with pencils.

	Like, that's what you saw on that.
	That guy was a fighter pilot.

	This was widespread, people that knew better and should have had our backs, and they did a terrible job.

	But it started with people protesting a statue, or statues, and people saying, hey, this is a part of our history, we should keep these statues up, that were being vandalized, that were being damaged.
	And the media, right, they said that Donald Trump called Nazis, including Snopes, Donald Trump called Nazis very, very fine people.
	You remember this, but this is just a refresher because they've changed their stance.
	What did we hear?
	When asked, we heard, quote, there were very fine people on both sides.
	That was the response we got when asked about what the person thought.
	What did he say when asked?
	He said there were good people, some good people, on both sides.
	Making a comparison saying there are good people... Don't let them forget.
	He said there were, quote, some very fine people on both sides.
	That man's a liar.
	There are very fine people on both sides.
	Still think Joe Biden's a good guy.
	People say he's a Democrat, you know, he might be going around the bend, but I think he's a decent guy.
	No, he's not.
	When asked about what happened, the famous quote, there are very fine people on both sides.
	Still think Joe Biden's a good guy.
	People say he's a Democrat.

	When you talk about the swamp, when you talk about career politicians,

	You look at both sides, I think there's blame on both sides.
	And I have no doubt about it, and you don't have any doubt about it either.
	And if you reported it accurately, you would say.
	They showed up in Charlottesville to protest and you had some very bad people in that group.
	But you also had people that were very fine people on both sides.
	You had people in that group, excuse me, excuse me, I saw the same pictures as you did.
	You had people in that group that were there to protest the taking down of, to them, a
	very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.
	And of course he went on to say, I'm not talking about neo-Nazis or white supremacists who
	should be condemned totally.
	Right?
	Yes.
	He was talking about that they were protesting, and then on that side of the fence, some Nazis came in.
	And Snopes just finally admitted that Trump never called Nazis very fine people.
	Just changed it, says, no, Trump did not call neo-Nazis and white supremacists very fine people.
	And they quote him saying, not those people who should be condemned, white supremacists and neo-Nazis who should be condemned totally.
	He was very clear in his context.
	We've been talking about it for a very long time.
	These are the clips that they do not show you.
	And now they go, oof, hold on a second.
	More people are probably going to be looking this up after debates.
	Here's what they're doing.
	They're saying, after this debate, Joe Biden might try and bring up that talking point.
	Donald Trump's going to rebut it.
	And probably, if he's smart, if Donald Trump has a good strategy here, and I think he will, tell people to look it up.
	He'll do the same thing with, I said make your voices heard peacefully and patriotically.

	He said he was in Washington the other day for one of his trials.

	She never got such an offer and would not have had the power to reject it even if she did.
	He said the January 6th committee deleted all records.

	He said he finished the war in Syria.

	And got US soldiers out.
	He actually left hundreds of troops there.
	He said Syria and Turkey have been fighting over their border for quote 2000 years.
	That border is less than a century old.
	He said insane asylums are being emptied by foreign countries.

	to let people come to the US as migrants.
	His own campaign cannot substantiate this claim.
	And he also said prisoners are coming in from jails in the Congo over the border.
	His campaign can't substantiate that either.
	He said President Obama cannot deport criminals to Latin American countries.
	Obama in fact could. He said Venezuela's crime is down 72% because of emigration to the U.S.
	Venezuela's violent deaths are actually down 25% and that's for a variety of reasons.
	He said 17 or 18 million people have now entered illegally over the border.
	Experts say that's many millions too high.
	He said Biden's plans would quadruple your taxes. Total fiction.
	This is a segment on CNN, guys.
	He said cancelling the Fiscal Nexel pipeline costs 48,000 jobs.
	Every single one I'll go through.
	He said total inflation under President Biden is 40 or 50%.
	It's actually 19%.
	He said before he said it, there was a 500 billion trade deficit with China.
	It has never been that high.
	And in fact the record was set under Trump in 2018.
	He said no previous president has ever been that high.
	has taken even 10 cents in tariff money from China. It is Americans who pay those tariffs,
	and the US has actually had such tariffs on China since the 1700s. And finally, he said we're in the
	worst crime wave in modern history. Crime has actually plummeted in 2023 and so far in 2024.
	Well, that last one, of course, is as we did a segment on Jon Stewart, who was trying to carry
	this water because the FBI no longer actually reports crime the same way they used to.
	They changed it!
	I know.
	They changed it in one year and they started using a system that the vast majority of local police departments don't use to report crime.
	So let me set this up really quickly.
	What they do is they blend some claims with a very very weak, a weak fact check with some exaggerations or hyperbole, right?
	Donald Trump, it's very clear if you watch it when he's not He's not being literal, right?
	There's an exaggeration where he says, the worst crime wave in the history of the world.
	Haiti should be so lucky, right?
	You know what he's saying, you're like, okay, he's trying to say the crime is worse.
	We all know the crime is worse.
	When he says, you know, they basically embroiled us in foreign conflicts and you want to fact check it and say, actually, it's a proxy, we're just supplying Ukraine.
	You can do this a million different ways.
	So they try and blend these two so that then they can claim the total is 30 lies.
	Okay, let's go through these claims point by point, specifically the claims that really more so affect you because, hey, they would be at the center of this election.
	First claim.
	He said there was world peace in 2020.
	that Donald Trump said that he had world peace and this man fact checks it.
	He said there was world peace in 2020. There was very much not.
	Okay, well, here's the truth.
	Is that there's never really been true world peace.
	That's understandable.
	It's not lost on me.
	That being said, President Trump was the first Trump in modern American history to start no new wars, unlike Barack Obama and Biden.
	You know, keep in mind eight years of Barack Obama and then four years of Biden.
	Russia, Ukraine, with Crimea, what happened in the Middle East, what happened with the North Korean and Russian alliance.
	These are things that people are concerned with, which for some reason kind of came to a dead stop under President Donald Trump.
	That's something that might be a useful measuring stick to gauge foreign policy and our standing in the international community.
	We'll group these next claims together, two through five, where he talks about Donald Trump and his claims of the election being rigged.
	And don't worry, he handles it very accurately.
	He said he won Wisconsin in 2020.
	He lost.
	He said the Democrats rigged the 2020 election.
	A lie.
	He said people around President Biden cheat on elections.
	No.
	He said people's votes tend to disappear.
	They simply do not.
	Here's the truth.
	All of those claims could be made factually.
	Also, those exact same claims were made by the Democrats in 2016.
	Hillary Clinton, Amy Klobuchar, Joe Biden.
	Kamala Harris.
	Jimmy Carter.
	There was a whole Election Integrity Commission.
	I don't know if you remember that film, Kill Chain, that existed on HBO where they hacked Dominion voting machines to try and say that Stacey Abrams won the election, which she still has yet to concede.
	So the truth is, of course, that it was rigged in a multitude of ways.
	He didn't go through all of it, but let me give you a couple.
	18 out of 19 bellwether counties were wrong for the first time in 2020.
	That's never happened.
	There were windows that were boarded up, for example, outside of polling precincts in Detroit
	in the middle of the night.
	Remember, there was a pipe that burst in Georgia in an election in that election to Atlanta,
	Georgia.
	But then they said it wasn't actually a pipe bursting.
	They took they took Pelican cases.
	I don't know if you've heard of Pelican cases.
	I want to be clear because they fact-checked us when they said they were not in fact suitcases.
	They were pelican cases of votes that, of course, were breaking the chain of custody when that happened.
	There were mass mail-in ballot initiatives that were unprecedented in this country, many of which were violations of their own state constitution, as you saw in Pennsylvania.
	But the Supreme Court said, nah, at this point it's kind of moot.
	Audits, recounts were prevented entirely.
	And of course you have the suppressing of the Hunter Biden laptop story, which we now know beyond any shadow of a
	doubt that story alone, let alone media bias, would have guaranteed a victory for Donald Trump.
	So I guess they say, well, he can't prove that votes disappeared, but you would never know if votes disappeared
	because nobody investigates them.
	We had on this actual show, votes in Clark County, Nevada, that came from an address that didn't exist and someone who didn't live there and the county registrar said there's no way to change it, even though they tried to change the voter rolls to cover their tracks afterward, which by the way still Directed us to an address that didn't exist with someone who didn't vote from there.
	They will do anything to win this election.
	That's the truth.
	And trust me, rigging is something that takes place quite a bit.
	bit we've seen it firsthand from our very own HR department.

	Here's the truth.
	The estimates, even from local news, put it between 80 and 100-something thousand.
	Pretty damn close!
	Let's pretend it was half, Doug.
	It still decimates any Biden rally, which was the point that he was making especially of note, in a blue state like New Jersey.
	So 107,000.
	It was tens of thousands.
	The estimate, and you know that the media really does not want to have an estimate be larger than smaller as it relates to Donald Trump, puts it at 100,000.
	You're fact checking him over 7,000?
	You don't even know what the churn rate is.
	I'm sure some people left to go to the bathroom.
	They couldn't get back in.
	Here's another claim that they make.
	Donald Trump was lying when he said that, and again they don't provide the context, that he said he saved Kenosha for the 2020 riots.
	He said he saved Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2020 during rioting when the Democratic governor wouldn't act to intervene.
	In fact, that governor deployed the National Guard before Trump told him to.
	Here's the truth.
	He did after when it was necessary.
	President Trump did try to help.
	Wisconsin governor declined that help from Trump, which we all know was needed.
	That's why people like Kyle Rittenhouse were forced to step in and shoot serial pedophiles.
	Peace be upon him.
	Let's go to the next claim they make.
	It's like a couple.
	Let's group them together regarding the cocaine at the White House because the dollar amount is what's most
	concerning.
	Yeah.
	Hit it!
	Get it?
	was found at the White House about a month ago. That was actually about 11 months ago.
	He said it was hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cocaine. It was a little bag,
	maybe generously in the hundreds of dollars worth.
	Is this real life? I just, is this real life? He said an eight ball of coke is a little bag.
	It's nothing, dude!
	I did that this morning!
	That's the coke that we found, dummy!
	How much coke do you think you have to use to run out of cocaine and start smoking drywall?
	It's like Jesus having to turn water into wine.
	If it was Hunter Biden, you'd have to turn it into coke!
	That's how much coke!
	I wish I loved anything as much as Hunter Biden loves cocaine.
	And here's the truth!
	President Trump was obviously being tongue in cheek about Hunter Biden's cocaine even
	though he is a coke head.

	This is where they're trying to fact check technicalities.
	Donald Trump, the Al Capone comparison.
	He said he was indicted more than infamous Al Capone.

	Capone was literally indicted more than Donald Trump.
	Okay, that part is true.
	But Capone was really only nabbed on tax crimes, right?
	For everything that he committed.
	Donald Trump has been indicted on things that no one has ever been charged with before, and certainly not to this degree.
	But don't take my word for it.
	Even Mr. Nipple Barbell himself, former Governor Andrew Cuomo, admitted this this very weekend.
	That case, the Attorney General's case in New York, frankly should have never been brought.
	And if his name was not Donald Trump, and if he wasn't running for president from the former AG in New York, I'm telling you that case would have never been brought.

	Probably because those cases have never been brought before.
	Here's another claim that he makes.
	As far as the fact-checking... Trump D.C.
	trial that must not be... I don't know, watch.
	He said he was in Washington the other day for one of his trials.
	He was actually there for meetings with congressional Republicans.
	Okay, here's the truth.
	I guess there's no trial going on right now, but I can't imagine that his meeting in D.C.
	Didn't involve discussing cases?
	And keep in mind, he was charged in D.C.
	over the 2020 election.
	The only reason there's no trial schedule is because the Supreme Court is weighing his presidential immunity.
	So there is a potential trial in D.C.
	He met with people in D.C., very likely to discuss this trial.
	But he's a liar who's unfit for office.
	And he's so unfit for office that if you vote for him, they'll make sure he's not eligible anyway.
	Let's go to the next claim about Nancy Pelosi.
	Sucks that she actually admitted this fact check is bullcrap on video.
	He said Nancy Pelosi turned down his offer of 10,000 soldiers on January 6th.
	She never got such an offer and would not have had the power to reject it, even if she did.
	This one hurts because the truth is, uh, well, let the old hag tell you herself on video.
	They clearly didn't know, and I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for war.

	The House Charter of Arms, who reported to Pelosi, Repeatedly denied requests that were offered for the National Guard.
	Fact check!
	So many of these, even when I go back through them, I'm like, how do they actually think they can get away with calling us a fact check?
	They are indicting themselves!
	It's so bad!
	Alright, here's the next claim they make, because I really want to memory hole this, about January 6th and Donald Trump claiming that records were deleted.
	He said the January 6th committee deleted all records, just did not happen.
	Mm-hmm.
	Okay.
	Well, just didn't happen.
	The truth is that the committee did delete some very critical records, and more importantly, they failed to hand over video evidence, for example, of people being invited in on walking tours who weren't even committing vandalism or trespassing, some of whom were actually doing hard time in prison for crimes that were never committed.
	This was withheld for a very long time until people like us and then Tucker Carlson brought it forward.
	So they did delete They actually deleted some evidence, and they withheld evidence in order to put political prisoners in jail.
	Fact check!
	Let's go to the next claim that he makes.
	I don't even remember what it is, but I'm sure it's bullshit.
	He said he's the only president who didn't start a war.
	Jimmy Carter didn't start any wars.
	Such a weak argument.
	Truth!
	It's kinda true!
	He didn't start any wars, but uh...
	Tell that to the hostages in Iran.
	Remember that whole crisis?
	I remember him not doing anything.
	Still has repercussions to this day.
	The media tries to blame Ronald Reagan for that.
	We didn't have that.
	And you know what?
	It's certainly the first time in Americans who were born since 1980 that there haven't been any new conflicts.
	I would consider the Iranian hostage crisis something of note.
	Let's go to the next claim from CNN.

	Donald Trump in Syria.
	He said he finished the war in Syria, no, and got U.S.
	soldiers out.
	He actually left hundreds of troops there.
	Yeah, so here's the troop.
	Donald Trump did pull troops out from northeastern Syria after Barack Obama turned that place kind of into a quagmire.
	I don't know if you remember this.
	Barack Obama had these red lines that completely failed and he didn't enforce and people didn't respect us.
	Josh, you can probably speak to this.
	I mean, this happens after you fight wars all the time where you maintain a very small presence.
	The conflict is over, but it's to just ensure some type of peaceful or stable transfer to the people who are going to be in charge.
	Right, because every president said the same thing, right?
	Obama said that he took everybody out of Iraq, but Iranians killed U.S.
	soldiers this year.
	Right.
	In Iraq.
	Yeah, in Iraq.
	So, what are you talking about?
	The war in Iraq is over, and the majority of the troops are gone.
	And I don't think also... We got guys in Japan still.
	Right, yes.
	Truman's like, we're gonna leave Japan!
	All right, kind of, not really.
	Kind of, mostly, when you think about it.
	Don't think about it too much.
	We got troops in Turkey, we got them in Qatar.
	All of our enemies have troops in their lands.
	At the very least, though, we can fact check that when Donald Trump left Northeastern Syria, they didn't get a hold of all of our helicopters and weapons.

	Still sending it on a monthly basis, I think.
	It is kind of crazy.
	Let's go to the next claim.
	This one is the dumbest.
	I don't know how CNN makes this claim with a straight face.
	Then again, it's CNN.
	About Syria, Turkey, and Trump's claim, and actually it's a new conflict.
	I don't know what they're trying to say.
	He said Syria and Turkey have been fighting over their border for, quote, 2000 years.
	That border, Abbie, is less than a century old.
	Here's the truth.
	You're an idiot, sir.
	And I mean it's not even close.
	You think fighting started over there recently?
	And I get what he's trying to say as far as a recent conflict.
	Are you aware of the Turks and the Ottomans?
	The sacking of Constantinople?
	You've heard of the Crusades?
	I understand that borders change and countries change where what we define as a certain country today isn't the same.
	Because of war?
	See Palestine?
	Of course you could say the same thing regarding Turkey.
	Same thing with Africa.
	But the idea that there hasn't been fighting over borders there?
	For thousands of years?
	Basic history lesson says that CNN thinks all of their viewers, including you, are a moron.
	So I'm not going to give you an entire history lesson.
	You know what, start with the truth about the Crusades.
	I did that video back in, I believe, 2016, 2017.
	It's a good place to start.
	Okay, let's go through the next claims, which include like 20, 21, and 23 of their fact checks regarding other nations and insane asylums.
	Let's hear the moron say it.
	He said insane asylums are being emptied by foreign countries to let people come to the U.S.
	as migrants.
	His own campaign cannot substantiate this claim.
	How about you?
	Prisoners are coming in from jails in the Congo over the border.
	His campaign can't substantiate that either.
	He said Venezuela's crime is down 72% because of emigration to the US.
	Venezuela's violent deaths are actually down 25% and that's for a variety of reasons.
	Well, here's what I love about this next truth is that actually one of our sources, in fact,
	is none other than CNN.
	Let's bring up CollageN.
	Venezuela has been emptying jails and violent Venezuelan gangs have been infiltrating the
	We don't know to what degree because this administration is not very interested in actually studying that or enforcing our borders.
	But thank you, CNN, for fact-checking yourself, fact-checking the president.
	This is just a giant, hairy, testicular ball of embarrassing.
	Here's another one where they fact-checked Donald Trump on his claim of Obama and deportation.
	He said President Obama cannot deport criminals to Latin American countries.
	Obama, in fact, could.
	Okay, here's the truth.
	You're right.
	He could.
	But he chose not to.
	He had the lowest rate of deportation since Nixon, even though he oversaw a marked change in influx, which of course changed back when Donald Trump became president.
	So, you're right!
	He could have.
	He just chose not to.
	I'll let the American people determine which is worse.
	Let's go through the 24th claim that they make about illegal immigration.
	He said 17 or 18 million people have now entered illegally over the border.
	Experts say that's many millions too high.
	Really?
	Experts?
	Who are the experts?
	Here's the truth!
	The official number that we know of is at least 8 million, but that only represents the southwest border, and of course there are many, many, many more that we haven't caught.
	At best, you can say a slight exaggeration.
	At worst, you can say that CNN has been saying, including this morning, that there is no illegal immigration problem and nothing needs to be done about the border.
	So, plus or minus a couple million, and some of them are Venezuelans who were released from prisons in part of violent, roving gangs.
	The reason I know it's true is because you said so, CNN.
	Truck check, tweet, fact, true check!
	I feel good about this.
	Next one is the claim that Donald Trump makes on taxes, and this is one of those examples of hyperbole and CNN plays dumb.
	He said Biden's plans would quadruple your taxes.
	Total fiction.
	Okay, here's the truth.
	Biden's 2025 budget, the gross tax hike, is $5.3 trillion more in income tax and corporate tax from 2024 to 2034.
	Also, if you count inflation as a tax, and most Americans do, overall prices, which this is the invisible tax since Biden has taken office, gas is up 44%, energy overall 43%, food at home 24%, dining out 22%.
	So these obviously are considered a tax to the American people, but I understand their point that what's an extra 5.3 trillion in income in corporate tax when we have one of the highest corporate tax rates in the industrialized world?
	Let's go to the next claim.
	Regarding the Keystone pipeline.
	He said canceling Keystone XL, the pipeline, costs 48,000 jobs.
	That is wildly inflated.
	Wildly inflated.
	Here's the truth.
	The estimate that we have is anywhere between, because these are hard to estimate sometimes, lowest end 16,000, highest end 59,000 construction jobs and 3.1 billion dollars in economic impact.
	These were lost when Biden canceled the project.
	These are sourced from third-party sources.
	These are not bastions of right-wing extremism.
	Seems to me like President Trump actually kind of split the difference with that 40-something thousand number because it could be as high as 59,000, even a low of 16,000, 3.1 billion dollars still seems significant.
	I don't know at what point here this becomes quite clear that they're not looking out for you, the American people, because they don't want you to be able to vote anyway.
	That's what former Vice President Joe Biden just said.
	But let's continue along like the state of our country is not potentially in peril.
	This is where they make the fact check claim about Donald Trump and inflation.
	They really, really don't want you to understand inflation.
	He said total inflation under President Biden is 40 or 50 percent.
	It's actually 19 percent.
	Truth.
	No, I guess it's not 40 or 50 percent, but it's unbelievably high if you look at real inflation.
	Again, the CPI that they use, 19 percent.
	He says that with a straight face.
	That's the worst in our lifetime.
	But keep in mind that that CPI, that inflation index, doesn't include gas energy or home prices.
	And like we told you, gas is up 44 percent, energy overall 43 percent, food at home 24 percent, dining out 22 percent.
	Don't have the numbers on home costs, but I'm willing to bet that it's pretty high, too.
	So, overall impact to Americans as it relates to inflation is certainly very close to 30 to 50 percent, and you would be hard-pressed to find Americans who would claim otherwise.
	Let's go.
	We have two more claims, I believe, to rebut here.
	The next one is where they kind of want to touch on the trade deficit with China.
	He said before he took office there was a 500 billion trade deficit with China.
	It has never been that high and in fact the record was set under Trump in 2018.
	He said no previous president has taken an even 10 cents in tariff money from China.
	It is Americans who pay those tariffs and the US has actually had such tariffs on China since the 1700s.
	So this is one...
	Well, I ask myself, is he lying or does he not know better?
	For example, before Donald Trump was president, it was pretty close to that time, Barack Obama was on the way out, and he said, and women still making 77 cents on the dollar, and I went, argh!
	He doesn't have access to any academic Published research paper ever?
	That's an old talking point.
	He was lying.
	He knows that's not true.
	It's never been true, and it's certainly not true today.
	Here, when he makes this claim about it being its worst under Donald Trump, does he not know that there's a delayed effect when policies are put into place as it relates to tariffs?
	Or does he just hope that you don't do the research?
	Because here's the truth.
	President Trump took unprecedented actions.
	And you know this to be true, you just may not have the facts as it relates to the United States and China, including, by the way, 25% of tariff on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods.
	And the reason that when you look at that deficit was its worst into 2019 is because it had taken a while for that to take effect.
	And then, of course, COVID hit.
	By the way, these tariffs were so effective that silently Biden has decided to continue them, just not talk about them, while denigrating Donald Trump for being the first president in our lifetime to point out the paper tiger that is China.
	Anyone here, this is a question for you, anyone here actually feel like we're in better standing with China when the Democrats are in charge?
	Genuinely, comment below.
	Does anyone actually believe that Donald Trump is softer on China than Barack Obama, than George W. Bush?
	They want you to buy what it is that they're selling.
	And here's the final one, and they've been working really hard over time on this.
	Jon Stewart did the same thing, and it was embarrassing.
	They try to rebut the idea that Donald Trump said that we're seeing bad crime.
	And finally, he said we're in the worst crime wave in modern history.
	Crime has actually plummeted in 2023 and so far in 2024.
	Okay, well here's the truth.
	Crime is bad.
	Worst in ever in history.
	That's Donald Trump, Hillary.
	It's the worst in about 30 years, to be clear.
	Murder in big cities higher than pre-COVID levels.
	They're not just COVID, but higher than pre-COVID levels.
	And then when they say it's going down, well, here's the reason that it's going down.
	Crime is completely underreported by law enforcement to the FBI
	because they decided to use a different system of reporting crimes.
	We went through that in detail.
	It also looks like crimes are lower because they decided in these cities,
	particularly places like New York and San Francisco, right?
	The $995 discount, that they're just not going to prosecute crimes.
	So they can create the appearance of crime actually going down because it skyrocketed for several years, the first two years under former Vice President Joe Biden.
	Now keep in mind that gives you some context.
	They're not prosecuting crimes, sometimes violent crimes, that have been prosecuted really throughout all of modern American history with some variances therein.
	But they are prosecuting crimes against Donald Trump for which no men have ever been convicted or tried, certainly of a felony, at worst a misdemeanor or a fire.
	A fine in the past.
	Crime is up.
	It's worse.
	They're trying to tell you it's not as bad because they're not prosecuting crimes and they've decided to measure crime in a different way now.
	A way that, by the way, local law enforcement, up to one-third of all local law enforcement, cannot use as a method of reporting.

	But he's right!
	And he has a leg to stand on.
	Where's the fact check from CNN or MSNBC on lies coming straight from the White House on social media?
	Which, by the way, is thrust into your timeline even though if there was a Do Not Want button you would be clicking it until you got carpal tunnel.
	They make sure that you see it.
	Inflation is down.
	The economy is doing well.
	I've reduced the deficit.
	Cities are safer.
	None of it is true.
	It's about not applying these standards equally and applying them completely dishonestly.
	And the reason they're applying it with a dishonest approach is because you just heard former Vice President Biden say it.
	We're going to make very clear that this man will not be allowed to be the nominee.
	It's not just D.C.
	It's DC.
	It's New York.
	It's the entire news, media, entertainment, industrial, big tech complex.
	You have CNN put this out there.
	Snopes put it out there.
	They have to correct it.
	YouTube, Facebook, Google use these sources as authoritative so that if you speak out against it, they say that you are spreading misinformation in order to try and guarantee that Donald Trump is not president.
	And that applies to, by the way, any conservative candidates.
	And if that doesn't work and it's not, We'll just try and put you behind bars anyway.
	Or charge you for crimes that aren't crimes anyway.

	I still have yet to see them in the comments from someone who has a firm understanding of what they would actually be.
