TRUMP CONVICTED: The End of Our America
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
What good means to me?
Every day, every day.
Every dog has its day, every sparrow has its song, and every radical anti-American protest
has its anti-Semitic ringleader.
We are Zionists!
Who have entered the camp!
And serve the camp!
Who have entered the camp!
Now what you're watching is by no stretch of the imagination a grassroots or organic social movement.
It's a fake revolution that's been organized from the top down, tied together by dark money, connecting not only shady activists, but multinational NGOs, state actors, and actual terrorists.
Students at Columbia Campus set up what they call the Gaza Solidarity Encampment.
The next morning, NYPD officers arrest 120 protesters and clear the encampment from the campus.
However, this intervention by the police does not mark the end of the protests, but the beginning.
of a radical, violent, anti-Israel, and more importantly, anti-American movement
that will sweep college campuses from New York City to Los Angeles.
All of this in the name of divestment from a bunch of kids who largely couldn't point
out the Jordan River or the Mediterranean Sea if their lives depended on it.
This all really begs the question.
Why do these students suddenly and exclusively care so much about this specific cause?
How the hell did these people organize themselves on hundreds of campuses all over the country?
This is a movement funded from the top down because it hates America.
That's what you're watching.
Good morning.
Normally we are here with YouMugClub only, but obviously there's some things that have happened that make that That schedule changed just a little bit.
I normally host the Friday shows when I have an opportunity to.
Steven's out on a planned vacation right now.
I know he's chomping at the bit probably to be able to get here and do something about this because I think a lot of you probably felt like I felt last night.
Um, when you heard the verdict read, when people started reporting on it.
Um, there are a few days in life where you remember very, very, very clearly where you were, what you were doing, who was with you, details about what was going on around you that you don't remember on most days.
Those days are burned into your mind.
They're vivid memories.
May 30th, 2024 will be remembered as one of those days.
I, like many of you, I think, I was angry.
I was incredibly frustrated with a process that I saw playing out in front of me.
I hated the gloating that I saw.
I forced myself to watch what the left was saying about this, so CNN, MSNBC, Twitter, X. I hated That every time I saw somebody talking and gloating about this conviction, they tried to hide it.
They tried to hide the fact that they were absolutely thrilled that democracy was dying.
Right in front of our eyes.
And that's not me overstating what happened yesterday.
Maybe you follow the trial, every single text thread that came out because they didn't allow cameras in the courtroom.
Maybe you didn't.
Maybe you were like a lot of people that said, oh, it's just one more thing they're trying to get him on.
They're trying to convict a man of a felony.
In this case, they got the verdict.
We'll see if it stands.
But not telling you that he actually broke any laws.
I don't know of another time that that has happened.
I can't think of another opportunity that they would have had to do this in history where they could take somebody to court and not have any crime.
And yet a conviction comes, not only that a unanimous conviction.
We're going to dive into some of the details of the case and what's going on.
But first I want you to know.
Donald Trump, so far, has raised, according to media reports, $34.8 million.
Trump supports $34.8 million.
As of this live show, 9.15 right now, central time, $34.8 million.
There's some really big donations that came in, understandably so, last night by some
people who maybe not necessarily huge Trump supporters beforehand, but they certainly
And guess what?
I'll be donating.
I hope you will too.
I hope this motivates people to get in the game.
We're not just talking about stuff.
We're actually doing something.
And like I said, normally this is a Mug Club only show on Fridays.
There's a handful of times that we've broken in and done a full show on Fridays.
But if you want to help us fight Join Mug Club.
It's the best way that you can do it.
Today is the last day of Military Appreciation Month.
The promo code MILITARY gets you $10 off your Mug Club membership.
10% of the proceeds will be donated to military charities.
You do not need to be in the military or have been in the military to use the promo code for this specific month, but today is the last day.
This is a perfect opportunity for you guys to join the fight with us.
Now, why do I say that?
Do I just want more Mug Club subscriptions?
Is it just about, you know, getting more dollars?
No.
We are pushing all of the money that we are getting right now into gearing up for this election so that we can bring you the truth.
Some of the people in this studio, who I'll get to in just one second, are working tirelessly to make sure you don't have to go through the mainstream media anymore.
To get information on what's going on in polling.
To get information on what's going on live on election night.
To get you the information that you need to know.
Talking with people on the streets of Detroit.
We'll talk about that probably next week or the week after.
We are putting people on the ground.
We are pushing money into the field to make sure that we can be the alternative.
I don't see anybody else doing it.
So we're going to do it.
We had the largest election stream in history in 2020, 2022, the largest one off of YouTube.
And this year we want to break every single possible record that there is and have people get their information here.
Because we will be giving you the information unfiltered from the media, not having to depend on them.
Other people want to join in?
That's fantastic.
Let's all do it together.
But that is why I'm asking you to join Mug Club.
That is how you can make a difference.
There are other ways.
Get involved with the campaign.
Donate to the campaign.
That's fantastic.
Those are great ways.
Another way I'll get to in just a second, but before I do the rundown, obviously we're going to talk about Donald Trump and the verdict.
I've told you how I felt about it.
How angry I was last night.
I needed a minute to get through it.
And then what we're gonna do is cover his press conference that he's gonna give today as well.
I think that's at 11 a.m.
Eastern time.
But we're covering that on Mug Club.
So if you wanna see us cover that, join Mug Club now's a great time to do it.
Do it now.
You can hit the Mug Club button right there on Rumble.
If you're on YouTube, I have no idea what in the world you're still doing there.
At some point during the show today, you most likely will see this.
Head on over to Rumble.
Make sure you watch us there.
And remember, this is a live show weekdays at 10 a.m.
Eastern Time.
So, before we introduce everybody in the studio here, my question to you.
How did you feel when you heard about the guilty verdict?
A lot of different answers.
A lot of people went to Axe last night and told us exactly how they felt.
I think there's a lot of good responses, and I think there's also some very Potentially difficult responses to deal with.
We'll get to that in just a second, but before we do, when you hear this music... You know that Layin' the Brain Gingersnap is sitting in my chair!
And you have your sleeves cut off.
We don't make sleeveless shirts.
Did you cut those off yourself?
They were cut off by the wardrobe department.
Really?
Very nice.
Did you request it, Ricky Vaughn?
I said, make me look like Mac from Always Sunny.
But before he came out.
Are we having a gun show, Lane?
There's been this illusion of high politics in Washington and all that stuff.
There you go.
There's the mic.
But that's gone.
We're done with that.
Sleeves, they're also an illusion.
They are.
Did you do pull-ups before you came in?
Let's be honest.
I did.
You did do pull-ups.
He did have to get his pump on.
I get it.
I understand that.
It's just logical.
Hear this music.
You know him, you love him.
Josh Feierstein, you're going to be at Summit Comedy Club in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Friday and Saturday, June 21st and 22nd.
Go to jfeierstein.com.
Are you Katelyn Clark now?
Like, what's going on?
Oh, I'm better than Katelyn Clark.
How are you better than Katelyn Clark?
Well, because I'll be there and she won't.
Your new favorite team, Indiana, your new favorite sports team, the Fever, they're out of town that weekend.
Come see me instead.
Come see you instead.
Notre Dame is still the most popular sports team in Indiana.
I didn't even know I was in that state.
I just need you to... Can't do better than that, Josh.
That was great.
I don't know why I have this bottle of water up here.
Let me throw it down here.
All right, so really quickly, before we get into some of the details here, the question that I asked, I just want to ask you guys.
How did you feel, Josh, I'll start with you.
How did you feel last night when you found out?
And do you remember when you found out last night?
Uh, yeah, yeah.
I was just in my living room.
I was playing MLB The Show 24.
Eating mashed potatoes, because I know you love mashed potatoes.
Well, I wish, but I was losing, and that's the most thing, that's most what I remember, but... That's the moment seared into your mind?
Yeah, I just, I didn't... Trump guilty, oh no!
8-2 in the bottom of the ninth!
Got struck out by sale again.
But no, I didn't, I wasn't expecting it, so just a little... Was surprised.
Shocked, yeah.
Yeah, definitely.
Especially the unanimous counts and all that.
Yeah.
What about you, Toolman?
I was in the gym, where you weren't.
Dude!
Today's my day.
I don't work out on Thursdays.
My day, too.
Geez.
No, and a Twitter user just started, what's his name?
Sanders, I guess.
Oh, yeah.
He's like, oh, can you believe that?
I'm like, oh, let me guess.
He was found guilty.
And all I thought, it's Alex Jones.
That was the test case, was Alex's trial, and here we are.
I mean, if you thought anything else would happen, like, you're kind of daft.
Like, that's... This was going to happen.
That's an interesting choice of words.
I don't know.
I was English for two seconds.
Lane the Brain, what did you think?
I was just done getting this sick fade.
I just downloaded the WFAA app because we're getting all these storms and so I got a push notification, pulled it out from underneath the little rope thing, and I was like, huh, okay.
I expected it to happen, I completely expected it, but I kind of also It was still surreal to see it.
It's like, oh, okay, I guess we're here.
I guess this is where we are now.
I guess I was a little daft, according to Toolman, because I still held out hope that juror number two, because theoretically they got their news from X and from Truth Social, that they would hold the line.
Well, I read if all the jurors didn't unanimously find him not guilty, he was guilty.
No, we'll get into that a little bit.
I don't think that's true.
But either way, I was a little surprised.
I didn't think there was enough there.
I thought people would see through it.
But let's jump into it.
Obviously, late yesterday afternoon on Thursday, President Trump was found Guilty of 34 charges of falsifying business records.
The former president of the United States, now a convicted felon, having been found guilty of 34 felony charges by a jury of his peers in Manhattan, New York.
The mood changed entirely inside the courtroom.
Trump had been laughing with his lawyer, Todd Blanche.
They'd been talking a lot.
He was smiling.
It appeared they thought that this day was ending without a verdict.
And then after the judge had read the headnote, everything changed.
A unanimous verdict on all 34 felonies.
That is how Donald Trump became the first American president ever convicted.
In the entire history of this country and of the American presidency, not one president
or former president has ever been tried or convicted of anything, let alone multiple
felonies.
And in this rare instance, as somebody who's quite critical many times of the criminal
justice system, the system actually won't.
I wanted to be able to see this moment with my own eyes.
In about three weeks from today, I will have been covering Donald Trump for nine years.
There will not have been a day in the past nine years, I think, where I have not mentioned his name.
The smile, the media was gloating.
That's the brag that she makes of us.
Oh man, dude, I know.
I was covering Donald Trump for the last night.
I've talked about him every day.
I don't have a problem.
She wants to date him.
I think she wants a lot of things from Donald Trump.
Why are you so obsessed with me?
I won't pay that lady some hush money.
I'll spank you with a magazine, Mr. President.
That was one of the claims in the thing from Stormy Daniels.
I watched some people, and look, I didn't really plan on talking about this, but I watched people last night on CNN and I talked to my wife and I said, hey, she's like, hey, let's watch the news.
I just found out about this and I was like, like, oh, okay, cool. We're doing dinner. We typically try
not to watch TV during dinner. This is kind of a momentous occasion and our kids
are like, hey, what's going on? And we're like, oh, this is a very, very
important event. We'll tell you later on in life and you'll remember. But right
now you won't understand what's going on. And so she goes to turn on Fox
because she gets angry when she watches CNN for good reason. We have to do
it. So like We've kind of had our training in it, and so we're kind of immune to some of the anger that comes.
I'm like, I need to know what they're saying.
And one of the things that they were saying is, like, Stormy Daniels was so brave.
Is this vindication for Stormy Daniels?
I'm like, what?
No, I think she still owes him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Yeah, she still owes him a lot of money, but she also had nothing to do with this case at all.
Nobody got up there and said, you were right, Stormy.
Which time?
The time that you lied and wrote a note saying that it never happened?
Or the time you got on the stand and lied saying it did happen?
I don't think you've spoken truth.
And this wasn't about her at all, but they went like the touchy-feely route with Stormy Daniels.
I think the husband was being interviewed.
Stormy Daniels' husband, which I was surprised that there was such a thing, given who Stormy Daniels is.
But nonetheless, I was surprised that they were saying, oh, this is her redemption.
She's been vindicated.
What?
She wasn't bringing any charges against Trump.
Nobody was even talking about her.
It didn't have anything to do with this case other than there was this thing with money potentially being written incorrectly into the expenses.
An accounting issue!
But, as we can always depend on, Donald Trump came out and responded immediately after the guilty verdict.
The sentencing process.
Tell us more about that.
Yes, so what will happen is that Donald Trump will have to report to probation and probation will prepare what's called a pre-sentencing report.
I don't know if this is Trump to respond.
This is a different clip.
That is absolutely not Donald Trump!
This is.
This was a rigged, disgraceful trial.
The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people.
And they know what happened here and everybody knows what happened here.
You have a show respect, D.A.
True.
And the whole thing.
We didn't do a thing wrong.
I'm a very innocent man.
Look at the guy's face.
He's right.
I'm behind him.
He's got a page, remember?
our constitution. Our whole country is being rigged right now. This was done by the Biden
administration in order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent.
And I think it's just a disgrace. And we'll keep fighting.
We'll fight till the end and we'll win because our country's gone to hell. Absolutely.
Do you think he told him, like, hey, now when we go out there, I want you to stand behind me and look mad?
That was a good hype.
Make sure you hold that face.
I liked it.
I do, too.
I thought it was good.
I think he was genuinely pissed off, as all of you should be.
And so here's one of the other ways that I understand.
March, right?
Join Mug Club.
Those are things we're asking you to do something.
We're asking you to give us your hard-earned dollars.
I get it.
The reason that I'm doing it right now, go to everybody on here.
I've got the Trump Fight Like Hell on.
Josh, you've got the Trump Fight Like Hell on.
Lane has the formerly Fight Like Hell Trump shirt that he cut up.
I will make a special cutoff edition for you.
We're gonna hand cut those for people?
I will hand cut them.
You look like an 80s bully.
If you guys want it, Lane will cut up 50 shirts for you.
The first 50 people that want the Lane version of this shirt with sleeves cut off, he'll hand cut.
We'll make sure he does it too.
And we will make sure he does it.
We'll film it and we'll make sure we'll do it.
You get that version.
We've got the Trump 2024 change my mind across the deal.
We've got the Trump is king thing.
Move your mic Tim.
Look at that.
I know Christ is king is the thing that's been going around.
I know some people got in trouble for that.
But the Trump King shirt, that's one of the things that you can do.
Now, I'm not saying that just so we can, like, sell you shirts.
Of course I want to sell a shirt.
Again, all of the money that we're getting gets pushed into the field for us to do more during this election season.
We're not sitting here just padding bank accounts, right?
Promo code Trump for 20% off at CrowderShop.com.
Go there right now, grab one of these shirts, and wear it out all the time.
That's the part I'm getting to.
Start conversations with your shirt.
Make people ask you questions.
Make people make comments.
It is time to not hide the fact that you are a supporter of President Donald Trump.
But it's more than just supporting Trump, because he's the figure of this larger movement that is against this regime that wants to destroy the American way of life.
They want to destroy our systems and norms, and if I have to hear them say, we're protecting democracy, democracy's on the ballot, shut the hell up.
You've proven that you have no regard for the institution of the American Republic.
Absolutely.
That's a great point.
You're not just saying I support Trump because a lot of you out there rightfully so have some issues morally with Trump and on certain things that he does and says that piss you off that you don't like.
I get it.
I have the same hang up sometimes.
But he's done more for this country than any president that I can think of in my lifetime short of maybe a Ronald Reagan type person.
Right?
And that was when I was too young to even know what the heck was going on.
He is just the figure of us.
Right?
He is just the person, and he said this before, they're trying to get to you, but they're coming after me because I'm in the way of getting to you.
Something along those lines.
I'm butchering the hell out of that.
But go out there and wear a shirt like this to start conversations.
Oh, you're going to make friends.
Every time.
I know.
It happens again.
You know what?
I do that with my Jesus is Risen shirt for the same reason.
Right.
People have comments.
A lot of people, you know what it could be?
Somebody going, Yeah, I'm a Trump supporter.
I just never wanted to mention it at this tech company because there's not a lot of us here, I don't think.
Guess what?
There are more of them there than you think.
Guess what?
In medicine, nurses, doctors, there are more of them there than you think.
That is the thing that we need to do.
These people on the left have no problem coming out and saying, I don't care about the rule of law.
It is time for us to come out and say, we are supporting Donald Trump because we do care about the rule of law.
Promo code Trump for 20% off.
Go there right now.
Get your Fight Like Hell shirt for Trump.
Crowdershop.com.
Or Trump 2024.
Changed my mind.
I think that's probably my favorite one right now because he is going to be, you know, the next President of the United States.
He's a felon right now as the next President of the United States.
So hey, he's just breaking all kinds of barriers.
I like it.
All right.
So here, let's get through some fast facts really quickly.
And we do have Donald Trump coming up at 10 a.m.
Eastern Time.
He probably, I'm sorry, 10 a.m.
Central.
He won't be quite on time, but he'll be within a couple of minutes of that.
So we are making sure that we are catching up with him.
And then we're going to talk about what's going on on CNN live as they do it as well.
So fastback number one, Trump was found guilty of falsifying, falsifying business records.
Guys, they counted a check as falsifying business records.
It's so stupid!
That Michael Cohen stole from.
I know that he did.
He admitted that on the stand as well.
Has he been charged with anything?
No, he just got a stand in primetime slot instead.
He did.
Okay, and a book deal I hear is coming up.
Maybe he should use the funds from the book deal to repay the money that he stole, plus interest, plus fines.
I'll hold my breath.
Don't think so.
The crime by itself.
This is something that a lot of people missed, including myself early on in this deal.
The crime of falsifying business records is a misdemeanor that has a two-year statute of limitations.
For those of you not familiar with that, it means you can't be charged with a crime after two years of committing the crime of falsifying business records.
When did he commit this crime?
2016?
And what year is it?
I don't know, but it's eight years after that.
Oh, I'm not good at math.
24-ish.
So theoretically, you know, no, couldn't bring this.
Here's what happened.
DA Alvin Bragg elevated this to a class E felony by saying that Trump falsified the records to cover up another crime.
That is the issue.
Now, we'll get to what the other crime was in just a minute.
It's a classy felony.
It's a classy felony.
I wish I could do a Trump voice right now.
It's not just a felony, I was wearing tux.
The classiest of felonies.
She was an escort.
A classy.
Yeah, not a very classy gown.
So Bragg had to elevate it to a felony because the clock ran out on those misdemeanor charges, like we said, two-year statute of limitations.
The five-year statute of limitation for felonies didn't expire because it was paused during COVID.
And while Trump was out of the state of New York, convenient, Does that sound like justice to you?
OK, let's assume that Donald Trump falsified business records.
OK, fine.
That's the underlying misdemeanor.
Those charges should never have been brought because the statute of limitations.
But then let's say that Donald Trump actually had some charges brought against him that said, no, no, no, no, no.
You're covering up these other charges that were brought against you in this crime that you committed over here.
So therefore, it extends.
That would at least make some sense, but they're saying, no, no, no, no, because COVID, we have to pause everything.
And then by the way, if Trump took a vacation, we have to pause that because he was out of the state of New York.
a couple years after that. That would at least make some sense, but they're saying no no no no
because COVID we have to pause everything. And then by the way if Trump took a vacation we have
to pause that because he was out of the state of New York.
How does that matter?
That's like a kid changing the rules while playing tag.
This is base now!
It's almost like creating a new law so someone can sue Donald Trump for... It sounds a lot like E. Jean Carroll to me.
Where they changed that statute of limitations so that they could charge Donald Trump.
It's just a special case, don't worry everybody else, they're not going to do it to you.
The Southern District of New York federal prosecutors, federal prosecutors, never charge Trump for campaign related crimes.
Bragg himself never charged Trump with any New York state election law violations, which is what they were basically leaning on, saying that he influenced an election.
Illegally, the federal guys said no.
They're saying no, he did it in the state.
That crime, that charge, was never brought.
The jurors never even told what that was. Never even given any indication that a crime
had been committed other than the prosecution saying it had been committed. Is there any
other example in our country, in our history, of somebody being able to do that?
It rested all on that potential crime.
And the only thing they had to do is say that it had been committed without giving details of what the crime was, without bringing the charges themselves.
That is the only way they were able to do to Donald Trump what you guys just saw them do.
Does that sound like justice?
Does that sound like caring for the rule of law?
That nobody is above the law?
Or does that sound like we will do anything we have to do to nail Donald Trump because we don't like him and he's kicking our butts in the polls?
By the way, Bragg ran on getting Donald Trump.
That was his platform.
Go look it up.
We covered it on this show.
His video's talking about it.
So what's next?
Hey man, Letitia James, both.
Yep.
Remember when she was like, show me the man, I'll find the crime?
It's unbelievable.
She actually said that?
What a bitch.
You have a way of saying things, Josh.
Sorry.
You know, it's nice.
Well, I feel like you're saying, you're expressing emotions for me in a different way, and I appreciate that because you're giving voice to my inner frustration.
He cusses so you don't have to.
It's pretty much, yes.
You're welcome, Gerald.
Thank you.
Just do it like, Was it like this?
How about some more?
Was it like this when he stood there?
The Key and Peele sketch for Obama's voice?
Oh yeah, the anger translator.
You should be my anger translator today because I am frustrated.
So look, by the way, the word election doesn't even appear anywhere in Bragg's indictment of Donald Trump.
Look, there are a lot of arguments that we can get into over unfair treatment for Donald Trump in the media with Russiagate, with the peeing on prostitutes, with the fine people on both sides.
We can get into all those.
And there's evidence for all of those things that we can go, no, no, no, no, no.
He said this and they're going, no, no, no, no.
But he still said.
Is there anybody out there right now who can honestly hold the opinion that this is the normal course of business for a prosecutor in New York?
Well, it's not the normal course for Alvin Bragg, just like we were talking before.
He does everything he can to plead down felonies.
How so, Lane?
Tell me more.
In 2023, he didn't plead them down, but he basically diminished 60% of all felonies to lesser crimes.
So he didn't want people to go out of prison.
He didn't want to do the felony thing.
Exactly.
He wanted to do misdemeanors.
Yes.
Huh.
And these are people with business filing related crimes?
No, these are people that are robbing bodegas and holding up shop owners.
And beating people up?
Oh, that's not that bad.
And punching old Thai women in the head.
That's not that bad.
No.
Well.
But that's fine.
New York has a brand.
You gotta keep that brand up, right?
And look, just to be clear, no prosecutor anywhere.
Anywhere.
Anywhere.
It's underlined in the story.
In fact, no state prosecutor in New York or Wyoming or anywhere.
I think that was a Liz Cheney kind of dig, you know?
She's from Wyoming, right?
Has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime against anybody.
They've never done it.
Donald Trump is, again, a trendsetter.
And so the word predicate, like this is the crime that he was basically covering up.
What is that crime?
Nobody actually knows.
You're saying it's confusing and that maybe there's something I need to understand to go to law school?
No, no, no, no.
Nobody knows because Bragg never said it.
Never said, here's exactly what happened.
Here are the charges.
Here's the crime.
You can just say, committed a crime.
Now we get the statute of limitations we need so that we can go ahead and move forward with this case.
The defense did not even know what the prosecution was alleging until closing arguments were finished.
I've seen my cousin Vinny and that's not fair!
You have to disclose.
And I don't even get to be with Marissa Tomei in this one.
You don't.
Bullshit!
Bullshit.
It is absolutely...
Bullshit!
Thank you.
Let's go.
So Judge Merchant's instruction to the jury, by the way, gave the jury a way around all of this by allowing them to just assume Trump committed some underlying crime.
I'm not kidding.
Let me just read this to you guys.
Although you must conclude unanimously that the defendant conspired to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means, you need not be unanimous as to what those unlawful means were.
So, you don't even need to know what the crime was.
Now there are three possible crimes that they could have said he violated, though they did not do that.
Violations of federal campaign finance law would be one.
That one would make the most sense.
But it's wrong.
Right?
Federal campaign finance laws.
Falsifying other business records such as paperwork used to establish the bank account used to pay Stormy Daniels, bank records, and tax forms.
I don't think they falsified any business records there.
Pretty sure.
Violation of city, state, and federal tax laws, including by providing false or fraudulent information on tax returns, even if it does not result in underpayment of taxes.
I just, at this point, guys, are you seeing what's going on here?
So this is what Tim was talking about.
They didn't have to be, they could, they, there's three crimes, maybe four agree that it was this crime, maybe four think it was this crime, maybe three think it was this crime.
It doesn't, there needs to be no unanimity between the jurors, just something probably happened.
Yes.
So now we can convict on this felony that's going to put the front runner for President of the United States potentially behind bars.
That, that is something that floored me about this.
Like it just, it, it gets to the point at some, like when is enough enough?
Like when is too far?
Reached?
I don't understand.
I'm a very logical, I will think through things.
I don't react emotionally typically to stuff.
I don't get angry.
I'm very even keel.
I will work myself up into being angry about an issue after I've had some time to process it.
I try not to respond rashly to things.
But when's enough enough?
When is enough?
Because they're not saying That all of these things are true.
They're saying this is how the law should work.
The left is saying this is the proper course to take.
This was a beautiful prosecution.
This was wonderful.
Magnificent work by the prosecution team.
These dedicated public servants and average, everyday New Yorkers.
What was it, like 90% of which in that district voted for Joe Biden?
Average, everyday New Yorkers.
A jury of his peers.
This is how things are supposed to work?
If that's the case, time to tear it down.
I'm not calling for civil war.
What I'm saying is we have to change this.
If that is how they think the system will work and serve all of us, then it is time to change the system.
That cannot be the way things operate.
They are trying to do it.
They look at the Supreme Court, which is probably where this thing is headed as quickly as humanly possible, and they say, I don't like the process that we've gone through.
I want to add more justices so that I can get my ruling.
Time to tear the system down.
You cannot allow people to do that.
And I'm not talking about the system that you and I love.
I'm not talking about the Democratic Republic that we have fought and died for over the years to make sure that we have the freedom to speak, to make sure that we have the freedom to protect ourselves, to make sure that we have the freedom to not be arrested and thrown in jail on trumped-up charges.
It's time to tear whatever they've built on top of that Down so that we can get back to that system.
Just so you know, this wasn't an accident.
The judge actually prevented Trump and his team from bringing expert witnesses to rebut any and all of the predicate crimes to the jury.
They would have probably argued against all of them because they didn't know which one they were being asked to argue against because nobody ever said it.
The jurors don't know.
The judge doesn't know.
The DA doesn't know.
The other prosecutors don't know.
Certainly the Trump camp doesn't know.
But that's the only reason they were able to bring the case in the first place.
Time to tear the system down.
I'm sorry.
Tear the system down that they have built on top of the one that we love.
Let's just remove the people.
Get the people who think the system should be operating a different way out.
I don't know at what point you have to say, okay, we're not going to see eye to eye.
Agree to disagree.
Bye.
Is that a normal thing for a judge to be able to prevent?
I mean, if you're Alex Jones, it's a normal thing.
The judge doesn't allow you to defend yourself there.
I mean, apparently if you're a conservative, it's a normal thing for the judge to say, no, no, no, no, no, no.
You can't defend yourself.
We can't let you do that.
Because then you might make a good case to the jury and they won't convict you.
This is America.
Guilty until proven innocent.
That's the status quo now.
Think about anybody else having to go through this.
Think about you having to go through this.
You're not Donald Trump.
Nobody's covering you 24-7.
You don't have people donating to you.
You just go to jail.
You just pay a fine, whatever the result is from this trial.
That's what I'm talking about.
That is what is wrong.
You can just start having this run down the line and say, it's for the good of the country.
We're fighting for democracy.
We're protecting our nation.
Look at this on CNN right now.
We just missed the polling information they had up there.
I don't know if they'll make a move to Joe Biden or they'll stay at home.
But people keep harping on these polls and I just giggle when they do because we're in May.
One.
Two, Joe Biden's doing extremely well amongst college-educated whites and seniors.
And three, people point out the fact that Joe Biden is underperforming with non-white voters and I don't think there's any secret that those numbers are only going to rise.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on.
Hold on, Bakari sellers.
I'm not buying what you're selling, sir.
I know that was cheesy and corny, but look, I'm not the comedy guy he is, and he didn't say it.
I am going to tell you something right now.
That's wrong.
You think his numbers are going to go up as we get closer?
Historically, they've tightened.
You idiot.
And he's doing well with white college-educated people and seniors?
How do you define well?
I'll get to some polling numbers in just a minute.
If a Democrat is touting that they're doing well with any sort of white demographic, especially seniors, they're boned.
Lane likes to put a fine point on things.
So we'll go back to this in just a second.
So what they were showing was the effect of the conviction on people's votes.
I think the polling was taken beforehand saying, if he is convicted of a felony, would it make you more likely, less likely, or would it make no difference?
The vast majority of people said no difference, and more likely and less likely were very close to the same.
24% more likely, 8% less likely.
Oh, that's a different poll than I saw then.
24% more likely.
Now, I think the outcome of this is yet to be determined because the sentencing is coming up on July 11th, and we'll get to that in just a second.
But again, join us in Mug Club to fight like hell.
We'll be covering Donald Trump's speech here in about 15 minutes.
I'll have to run through some of this stuff.
$89 annually, $9 a month.
If you'd like to go Mugless and try it out on a monthly basis, you can do that.
Today is the last day for Military Appreciation Month.
Promo code MILITARY.
For $10 off of your Mug Club membership and 10% of the proceeds are being donated to military charities.
I'm going to have to move relatively quickly to get to this.
We've had a lot of opinions, a lot of frustrations that we had to get out on the show.
We can hit some more of this on Mug Club.
Yeah, and we can definitely do that, so I'll give it its just due.
So, fast fact number two.
What happens now?
Sentencing, July 11th.
That's four days before the GOP convention.
Coincidence, again.
Wow.
I don't know.
That just seems weird to me.
He faces... This is actually... I want to confirm this.
So, Mission Control, do me a favor.
I've seen that he could spend up to 20 years in jail.
So what we have is, and what a lot of people have been talking about, but CNN has had this up this morning, up to 20 years potentially in prison, that he faces up to four years in prison.
And there are a number of other penalties.
But before we go to this clip, I just want you to understand, most people aren't talking about this because they want to show jail.
They want to say Trump could end up in jail, jail, jail, jail, jail, right?
I have an opinion about that, and we all do.
We'll talk about that in a second.
But here are all of the different possible scenarios for the penalties related to this conviction.
The sentencing process.
Tell us more about that.
Yes, so what will happen is that Donald Trump will have to report to probation, and probation will prepare what's called a pre-sentencing report, where they take certain information, and this is something they do in every case before sentencing, certain information about him, including whether or not he expresses remorse.
Wrong.
Because that is something that is normally taken into consideration for sentencing.
Just come back to that.
Didn't do it!
When Judge Mershawn actually sentences any defendant, he takes... Judge is an idiot!
Shut up, silly woman!
factors into consideration.
If you removed the name Donald Trump from his consideration, and it was somebody who came before him for sentence that
also had three open other felony indictments in three other jurisdictions in both state and federal
court, he's somebody who has been convicted of 34 felony counts,
was held in contempt 10 times for disobeying Judge Mershawn's orders.
He would absolutely fall within that 10 to 30 percent who would be sentenced to prison.
But because his name is Donald Trump, who knows what will happen?
Those are the exact factors that any judge in New York State would take into consideration.
And those are the people who are convicted of e-felons, felonies, that would go to prison.
Now he could, he could, there's a wide range of options.
He could get up to four years.
He could also do weekends in jail.
What?
That's a normal thing.
Someone should.
wanted to do that where you literally report to jail for weekends. He could do probation.
That's a normal thing.
Community service where he has to pick up trash on the subway. So could someone should do home
arrest. He could do home arrest. Every option is on the table with a class E felony like this.
Trump's like, please home arrest.
Love Trump Tower!
I love the idea of Donald Trump doing public, what does he say, public service?
Public service, yeah.
Is that what it's called?
Yeah.
I love that.
Community service?
Community service, yeah.
I love the idea of, like, just the media coverage of him next to a bunch of murderers on the side of the highway and he's like, I'm cleaning up America!
It's just a big campaign ad for him, like, awesome!
Put him in an orange jumpsuit and put him on the side of a highway, please!
This highway was adopted by inmate number 42736, Donald J. Trump.
If he sponsors the section of highway that he's cleaning up, he's like, I got all the money in the world for it, folks.
I'm making America great again, one can at a time.
Community services teaching inner-city kids how to play tennis, you know?
He's got the art of the deal right there, and he's teaching business.
I think community service would be a huge win, actually.
Oh, that'd be amazing.
I mean, it's better than being innocent.
Weekends in jail?
That's hilarious.
That's a real thing.
That's not just for this.
Really?
Yeah.
There's been a lot of... What?
That does... I mean, that is punishment.
Don't get me wrong.
Like, if you get... I mean, if you have to report Friday, you can go out, you know, partying, and Saturday you can't, but you got to go to prison.
That kind of sucks.
But you do miss church on Sunday, so that's a bad thing.
You're hungover as hell on Saturday morning, and you have to report to prison.
I had a friend who had to do that for a DUI.
It was two weekends only.
He had to spend two weekends?
Maybe it was two months of weekends.
I'm not sure exactly.
That's a funny sentence to me.
I'm sorry.
Yeah, it was a DUI.
Go out and work during the week.
I would just switch my week around.
I'd be like, I need a work remote job that I can do from prison on Saturday and Sunday, and then Monday and Tuesday are my weekend.
I'll be good to go.
Can I touch on one thing from that clip?
Super quick from that clip.
She said Merchant's going to want him to show remorse at his sentence.
Okay, well, that's the biggest catch-22 in the history of catch-22s.
It should be a catch-44.
I don't know if that's a thing.
Stop it.
So if he shows remorse, well, then he's admitting that he did something wrong, which they never proved that he did.
They never even insinuated that he did.
But if he doesn't show remorse, then they lock him up in Rikers, and so he has to run his campaign from a jail cell with the Secret Service running.
It's such BS, this whole thing.
Yeah, no, I agree 100%.
And do you think Donald Trump Is going to do anything other than between now and July 11th come up with the best possible burns?
that he can for the judge.
He cares nothing about, like, I don't think Donald Trump cares if he gets sent to prison for this or not.
He knows that will make him the President of the United States post-haste in November.
So, his team does have 30 days to file the notice of appeal and six months to file the full appeal.
What's six months plus the start of June?
Oh yeah, that's election time.
So, theoretically, we could have a president-elect That's an interesting place to be.
been rejected who is having to serve time. That's an interesting place to be. He can
also be hauled to jail immediately upon sentencing. If they do that, look out. That's one of those
like buy ammo, buy bottled water, and make sure that you're prepared.
Don't go start anything, but make sure you're ready to prepare to defend your family because that could get violent very quickly.
I know a lot of people that that's their line.
If they try to put Donald Trump in prison, And I mean, it kind of should be the line where you really get involved.
Now again, I'm not calling anybody to do anything violent.
I think we should try to do everything that we can prior to getting to those points.
But man, that is an absolute line for people.
You're putting somebody in prison trying to keep them out of the White House.
Imagine him losing the election from prison.
You think that 2020 was bad?
What are they trying to make happen in this country?
Exactly.
And this is one of the reasons that I don't necessarily think they're going to put him in prison.
I think they see the writing on the wall and are like, there is no good outcome from him being in prison right now.
If he's going to lose the election, let him lose the election without being in jail, and then we'll get him on one of the other charges, potentially, right?
If they even consider them after he's been defeated, right?
I don't think that'll happen.
Fast fact number three, Democrats are absolutely salivating over this.
They celebrated the conviction, including Hillary, celebrating with a bit of a smirk.
In this case, given the importance of the matter, I think... That's not the right one!
Wrong clip!
And not even in a funny, like, guy in blackface kind of way.
We ain't got... We ain't got the clip?
No, I don't have that clip.
She smirked.
You can imagine.
I bet it was gross.
Make sure we pull that clip up.
Let's go.
Michael Tyler said this.
No one is above the law.
Donald Trump has always mistakenly believed he would never face consequences for breaking the law for his own personal gain.
I got the dumb bitch smirking.
Oh, okay.
Thank you so much.
Anything going on today?
You're not president.
She looks like a bag of bones.
But that's going on every day.
She's like, I have a personal cell at Rikers Island for him.
She sucked all of Bill Clinton's life force out of him.
Oh, wait a minute!
That's interesting.
But hey, let's jump to the CNN thing real quick.
They're actually talking about the $34.8 million in donations.
But just as Aaron said, Wolf, this is not over yet.
I think that this really will be determined, the outcome, in November.
Kristen, do we know if Trump will just deliver a statement, a speech, if you will, or will he actually answer reporters' questions?
Wolf, we never know.
Right, because it's the future.
Of course.
Of course you will.
Well, you see, it hasn't happened yet, and that's in the future.
Back to you, Wolf.
All I do know is that you will not blink for the next hour.
That's true.
That's absolutely true.
All right, come back to here.
We'll make sure that we cover that.
They're not saying anything of any consequence at all.
Other than the intrepid question asking of Wolf Blitzer basically saying, can you predict the future?
No?
Okay.
We'll see what Donald Trump has to say.
My bet is it's a speech.
Right?
So, just saying.
Here's another Dem post on X. We have a few of them.
From David Hogg.
No one is above the law.
Doesn't mince words, I guess. David doesn't know many after that. Robert Little Person Reich,
Trump's jury was made up of ordinary citizens who did their duty to consider the facts
and found Trump guilty beyond all reasonable doubt. I love how they use all of those. Ordinary
citizens, reasonable doubt, beyond all reasonable doubt.
They were not Democrats. Yes, they were.
They were not politicians. Nobody accused them of that.
They were Americans.
Barely.
Of course.
Of course they're citizens of this country.
Don't you have to be to serve on a jury?
In New York?
Is that possible?
Well, that's fair.
That is a fair point.
Robert?
You're a really stupid smart person.
Minus the smart.
He's actually kind of smart, but smart in like a diabolical kind of way.
Yeah, take that, Bobby.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, I don't like you.
He's very short, too.
He's like 4'11", I'm not kidding.
Yes.
He's really short.
That doesn't mean that you can't be better than you are.
You can.
It's just you suck and you're short.
So New York AG Tish James, no one is above the law.
Okay.
Eric Swalwell, oh lord.
Nobody's above banging Chinese spies.
I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
What I meant to say was Donald Trump is a convicted felon.
This verdict is not a win for any single person.
It's a win for an idea.
The idea that we all follow the same rules.
The rule of law won today.
We're all the same.
No one's above the law.
Really?
Nobody's above the law?
Josh, nobody's above the law?
Toolman, nobody's above the law?
Everybody agree that nobody's above the law?
Here are some people that are unconvicted felons only because the future hasn't happened yet.
2014, Ms.
Hillary Clinton deleted 33,000 personal emails from her private server.
The FBI said over 17,000 were work-related.
Yet, FBI Director James Comey said this.
In this case, given the importance of the matter, I think unusual transparency is in order.
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.
Wait.
Huh.
No charges filed?
Guess what?
Each one of those counts carries a fine and up to five years in prison.
Or bleach-bidding your server.
Exactly.
I mean, it makes sense, though.
No reasonable prosecutor would bring those charges because no reasonable prosecutor wants to die.
That's true.
You don't want to be killed by the Clinton Inc.
2012, Hillary's State Department completely fumbled a response to Benghazi.
Four Americans were killed, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glenn Doherty.
The State Department repeatedly denied requests for more security and when we tried to find
out what happened, emails got deleted. Weird. Interesting. It's almost like
that was an effort to cover up a crime, but a known crime. A known crime.
It's just the ambassador dying.
Right.
No big deal.
NBD, some special operators.
Who cares about them?
We have a few more people to get to, but really quickly, we've got about two minutes before the speech is supposed to start.
We'll do the rest of this behind Mug Club.
This is a great opportunity.
Make sure you join Mug Club, guys, if you are not already a subscriber.
Make sure that you do.
And really quickly, before we go, I'm going to mention two quick things.
We're going to get to this behind Mug Club, but Chris Pavlovsky tweeted out something this morning.
He is the CEO, founder of Rumble.
And I thought it was really good about how Google is trying to suppress your ability to donate to the Trump campaign.
You'll see that.
And then also, we used something today that we haven't used before in Rumble Studio.
We'd love to get your feedback to see what you thought of it, how the experience was.
But when we go to Mug Club, locals is Mug Club.
Mug Club is locals, right?
That is the logo that you will see on there.
It'll be blurred out if you're staying on Rumble.
It'll be blurred out and it'll say go here.
Click on Mug Club if you want to subscribe today.
Enter in promo code military for $10 off and 10% of the proceeds are going to be
donated.
Today is the last day we're donating to military charities, so make sure you take full advantage of that.
But we wanted to use rumble studio because this is one of the new things that
rumble has launched and a new piece of tech that is really helping them change
the game.
Look, there's not a lot of companies out there that fight for you
the way that rumble does.
I can't think of another one.
Everybody will point to Elon Musk and X as one of those.
There's some things they do that I don't like still.
I think their heart's in the right place and they're moving in the right direction.
These guys at Rumble are taking these people on head on.
They're taking on governments around the world.
They're taking on Google.
They're taking on big tech in every single possible way they can.
And they're launching new pieces of technology to make your lives better, your experience better, to make our lives as creators a little bit easier.
Tim Toolman, you love Rumble Studio.
You said it was cool and you don't say that.
Yeah.
And it just launched, so it's only going to get better.
So let us know what you thought about the experience today there, and we will absolutely keep trying this out.
We weren't going to roll it out for everything yet, but we might be able to transition over to that here pretty quickly.
Thank you again.
Support us at Mug Club.
Mug Clubbers, we're going to take all of the rest of the segment and also the speech.
You will not miss a single second of that speech.
We'll make sure that we bring it up for you.
Thank you very much, and to everybody else, You people on YouTube, I love you.
I don't have a problem that you go to YouTube sometimes.
What I want you to do though, here's how you fight like hell.
It's really difficult.
You type in Rumble.com and you watch us on Rumble.
