Hey Josh, you busy?
Hey Josh?
Josh?
Do I have your attention now?
Uh, yeah.
What's up, Gerald?
I need you to make a Watchtower ad.
Can you get on that right now?
Yeah, I'll get right on it.
Thank you.
I love the rock tower.
Let's go.
I'm gonna get it.
it it
kept Whoa, whoa, whoa!
What are you doing, man?
What's going on?
It's the watchtower thing you told me to do.
Watchtower?
Gun manufacturer, Josh.
Commercial, not whatever this is.
You meant the Made by Americans for Americans firearm company.
Yes.
Got it.
Got it.
Josh, do you?
Yeah.
I mean, we could still use all this stuff, incorporate all this into the ad, right?
I have no idea how.
I do.
There must be some way out of here.
Tell the joker to the thief.
Ah!
For a high-quality rifle made by Americans for Americans, visit WatchtowerFirearms.com today.
And for good music, don't come to me.
He's the OG.
He has his own show here on Mug Club, Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m.
Eastern.
I've been watching your episodes four every hour last night.
I'm gonna have to get one of them silly masks.
I didn't even snore up till a few years ago.
Well, luckily my wife sleeps in another house, but listen.
That's why I'm still using the app.
They already got me, whacked me for the year.
But how many times can you listen to self snore the next one?
It's like, yeah, okay, I know that.
I farted at 4.05.
The fuck else you got?
He's the OG.
He has his own show here in Mug Club, Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. Eastern, Nick DiPaolo.
I'm gonna have to get one of those.
That's what I know.
You're a stranger, but I'm beautiful.
I'm gonna be the best.
I'm gonna be the best.
That was a good one.
It was turbulent.
A lot to get to today.
Thank you so much to all of you new MugClub subscribers supporting us after the investigative journalism piece went out.
So today, a little more slow news day, so more comedy heavy.
So, you know, you'll see what we do.
People come in and go, is it every day?
You know, a multi $10,000 investigative piece?
No, no, no.
Because we don't have the money.
But we're getting there.
Today we have a recap of the Michigan primary because there are a lot of dynamics there that tell you exactly how this is going to go.
Of course, you have this in Illinois right now.
A judge just decided to boot Trump from the ballot, which doesn't seem like a big deal.
But again, you see how the winds are blowing with these stories.
And of course, former Vice President Biden has visited the border where there have been no crossings, and Donald Trump We'll be at the border where there have been a lot of crossings and solutions.
So the contrast there is pretty interesting.
Also, um, well, I guess that doesn't matter.
If at some point today, it's Mitch McConnell.
If at some point today you're watching here on YouTube and you see this.
Just head on over to Rumble, because we get that you're on YouTube, but at some point, you know, put in a little bit of effort because they hate everything you stand for.
It's a live show, 10 a.m.
Eastern, so if you don't see us, just head on over to Mug Club and watch it.
We're always on.
So, alright, let me ask you this.
Should red states kick Biden off the ballot?
Comment below.
I say yes.
I say yes.
Just, I think we should do a little more tit for tat.
Tit, fun to say.
Even funner to see.
Oh boy.
Yeah.
I don't believe that we should hold ourselves to this state.
I think that we should be... I don't think there's anything unethical about it.
Nah, we're gonna kick him off.
Why?
Because that's what we're doing now.
That's our thing.
Just kick him off the ballot.
Fight fire with fire, which at first I didn't understand because I thought you fought fire with water, but then it's a controlled burn.
We had a firefighter fan who was like, you know, it's really ignorant when you say you should fight fire with water.
I'm like, well, I've been doing it wrong this whole time.
So have all firefighters throughout history.
For the most part.
Burn the rest of your house down.
Yeah, what happens, you know, if you get a little bit of a, you know, you get a little bit of a fire in the kitchen, something, and I just... Light the rest.
I just, yeah, light up the island.
It's not even attached!
Yes, it's the Fire Bucket Brigade.
So I have a... I think that's how the Holocaust started.
Hey!
Aw, Josh.
It may be, I don't know, I'm not a qualified historian.
Number two, he's back from the hellscape that is...
Of course, of course!
He's back from the hellscape that is Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
Though nice people there, but the place is awful.
CEO number two, Captain Morgan, how are you?
I'm doing well.
I am much warmer now than I was.
Negative 11 wind chill, making fun of my jacket.
You can't tell anyone the story that you told me there earlier, can you?
No, no, not yet.
Okay.
I'll tell you.
I'll tell you.
It's about a shirt.
It's about a shirt.
It's not where he grabbed it.
It's the shirt.
It's about a shirt.
Okay.
And a little bit of tit for tat.
No, it's not.
Sure.
Not at all.
No.
A little bit of... How are you?
Fine.
Yeah?
In third chance, you hear this.
You thank him for his service, first and foremost, but he's going to be in the Funny Bone, Des Moines, Iowa, tomorrow!
That's tomorrow, March 1st.
You can follow him on the Instagram at Josh underscore Firestein.
Thank you for your service.
How are you, Mr. Firestein?
Good.
There's going to be more than just Funny Bones, if you know what I mean.
Maybe I don't.
I think I know.
All right, yeah, come to the show.
I'm going to drink.
I'm going to stay.
I'm going to get a little drunk Saturday.
I don't have to do anything.
Well, leave your drinks unattended, and hey, we'll see you in Des Moines, Iowa.
You've got to be sneaky, baby.
Also, hey, we very rarely have sponsors, but we're very excited about these guys.
Watchtowerfirearms.com.
A lot of the firearms that you purchase out there are not actually American.
These are made in America, for Americans, where the money goes to a company that actually supports your Second Amendment rights.
And I will tell you this, they're fantastic.
I've had a lot of AR-15s.
And I've had some problems with them.
These things are, like, clockwork.
Yeah, and the Etched version, by the way, I know a number of people were asking about that.
The Etched Mug Club Ladder Crowder versions, those are available now online.
I think it comes in one.
I can't remember which one they chose, but we were doing some testing, so you can go get that right now.
But look, I know we make fun of, like, you know, where they got the name from and everything, but the actual origin of the name is from World War II.
It was basically Guadalcanal.
There was Operation Watchtower, and there were 7,000 lives lost during that battle, so this pays tribute to those soldiers.
Honestly, it stands up kind of a quote-unquote watchtower here by arming civilians to be able to stand up against tyranny.
And so that's why they chose the name.
It's shortened.
It's stumped.
Also, I do have... Oh, we also have a 7 plus 1 this week, I forgot.
7 plus 1 reasons Nikki Haley is still staying in the race.
So, I do have an announcement to make, you know, and I try not to make it all about me.
This is about you.
Yeah.
Malcolm, it's a love letter to you, but every now and then there's something that's significant.
Through a lot of consideration, I may or may not Be retiring from head host of the show in November 2027.
Probably not.
I'll probably stay.
Yeah, but... I don't know.
But it's news.
Yeah.
Thanks, Mitch.
Please don't leave.
Let's move on.
I thought that would work better.
It's the Mitch McConnell thing.
It's the Jay Leno.
I'm going to retire in nine years.
Tell us when you're a year out.
I don't know.
My point is I'm going to keep an eye out for 2027 and probably nothing will change.
I'll lose my mental faculties and we'll see what happens.
I could.
Maybe I won't.
That's a little soon.
You can comment below.
Tell everybody.
Tell everyone you know.
I think it should be front page news.
Peace-ish.
I think he'll do a Brett Favre comeback.
Oh, I thought you meant send dick pics.
We all know he's done that.
Or defraud the state of Mississippi.
Either one.
You stick your pick.
I don't know.
You know, I'm a cheesehead.
So, alright.
Tuesday was the Michigan presidential primary.
And, you know, in an upset shock to nobody, President Trump dominated Nikki Haley.
CBS News projects Donald Trump will win the Republican Michigan primary.
This was three minutes after voting started.
for the former president and it stayed.
I think it's a right to me.
Her home state of South Carolina.
So the final tally was President Trump 68%
to Nikki Haley 26%.
Wow!
Nikki, what happened to your 40?
That's what she said after her homestay.
She's like, 40 is not a small contingent of- that's smaller than the spread!
Talk!
Jeez.
So she did give a brief concession speech.
Of course, it went as expected.
I told them that if they would do this, that South Carolina would wrap their arms around them and take care of them.
I now officially work for you.
There is nothing that you can need that we won't make sure that we deliver.
Sorry, right clip.
Nikki Haley has decided, though, she is staying in this race.
Oh, Nikki, you're so down, you're so down, you shouldn't run.
Hey, Nikki!
Hey, Nikki!
Oh, Nikki, sorry, hon, you just got picked by the gun.
Hey, Nikki!
We were going to fit that in yesterday, but of course news broke and you were in Chippewa Falls, so it's a reach today.
But we paid for both!
We're doing the work, we're not slackers.
Did you see this too, Josh?
Uncommitted was on the ballot for both parties.
Now here's what's interesting to me.
Former Vice President Biden, respect the office, lost to Uncommitted as a selection in the heavily Muslim areas, largely over his Middle East policy.
So in Dearborn, Uncommitted won 57% of the vote.
And then in Hamtramck, where you can actually hear the Islamic call to prayer anywhere in the city, He lost 261% of the vote went to uncommitted.
Dearborn and Hamtramck.
Why do you go to the polls to say I don't know how I'm going to vote?
I don't understand that logic.
Do you know how you're going to vote?
Not really.
I'll decide when I get there.
I'm still uncommitted.
That's because slip over your hover round wasn't on the ballot.
I don't know, I'm uncommitted.
I don't know.
Stupid.
And then to lose to it, it's like, okay, whatever, fine.
People got out of their apartments.
Yes, in cold weather.
And went to go vote to check uncommitted.
It's not a mail-in ballot?
Not on this day.
Don't you just stay home and wait till you're committed?
Yeah.
Figure it out?
In other words, people dislike Muslims in the United States, a significant majority in these areas, dislike Joe Biden so much, they'd rather get out than just stay home and do nothing.
There's a chance that they thought Uncommitted was a person.
Yes.
I will vote for Uncommitted.
I don't know everything about Uncommitted, but I like what I'm hearing.
Is this an Indian Muslim?
I like what I'm hearing.
I'm ready to hear more from Mr. Uncommitted.
I would like him to take a position.
Yes, I would.
By the way, hit like if you think that Biden's going to croak before the election.
And I don't celebrate it, I just think it's likely.
Actuary tables, they're a bitch.
Now!
Here's something interesting, too.
Is the rosary ready?
Yes.
President Trump, and this is why I say these are very interesting sort of weather bells, I guess.
Those weather bells.
Bellwethers?
Bellwethers.
Weather bells.
Admonish me.
I have a French-Canadian mom, and so I often do the weather bell.
Bellwether.
It's like a bell that goes off to warn you that there's a tornado coming.
Yeah, exactly.
Wow.
The problem is my weather bell is uncommitted.
Oh, come on!
You're stuck with the rifle?
Bellwether, and wasn't it, I think Mission Control can pull us out, because freest and most fair election in history.
You guys don't have to dump that because we're allowed to say it on YouTube now because they want to be able to claim that the election was stolen when Biden loses horrendously.
The Bellwether counties, I believe it's, there's either, one year there was like 18, there might be 21, and I think it was Donald Trump won 18 out of the 20?
I thought it was all but one.
It might have been all but one.
And these are counties that they select based on their demographics, based on their history, say these are the most emblematic of how the United States would vote.
And so if you can see, there has been nobody who has won a majority of the bellwether counties and not won general election.
Donald Trump won it by a wider margin than I believe anyone had had in recent memory.
So this is what we're seeing here, too.
Again, you're kind of reading the tea leaves a little bit.
There are a lot of things that could change, right?
There are a lot of variables at play here.
For example, unconstitutional actions on behalf of judges and rogue courts.
However, you can't just let this exist in a vacuum.
When you look at these numbers within context, it paints a very clear picture.
And that's why this week, you know, we bring you to Items of Great Joy.
There's a lot to like here.
So he ran unopposed in 2020, right?
The GOP primary.
and Biden ran unopposed in the 2024 primary.
That's why we're picking these years.
Donald Trump won, in 2020, he won 93.5% of the vote.
Biden, does go around.
81.8% of the vote.
Yeah.
That is not typical for an incumbent.
Especially if you're running unopposed, like it just shows you that like 12%, that's a pretty big gap of people in the Democratic Party are basically saying like, I'd be considering another guy.
Right.
If there was another option.
I'm still not sure.
And I don't know if this is, I guess this is a Michigan primary we'll be talking about Donald Trump leading right now in all, in seven swing states.
Which is very interesting.
We'll get to that a little bit in comparing it to Nikki Haley because, well, he wasn't leading in the states that he won in 2020.
In places like Michigan, he was behind significantly, and then he won.
And in 2016.
Sorry, 2016 is the number that, right now I was thinking about the primary.
Yeah, in 2016, he was not leading these states, or he was by a very, very slim margin.
He's leading in seven, including states where the RCP average did not have him leading, and he won, ultimately.
So, it doesn't exist in a vacuum.
These are important numbers to keep in mind.
Now, some of the best reporting, of course, because You all know about these numbers, but what's funny is seeing the media try and spin this.
Here is CNN reporting on these primaries trying to muster some enthusiasm in an empty high school gym.
Full walk and talk here, since obviously we've got a little bit of an absence of voters right now.
They've streamed in over the course of today.
And you mentioned, look, there's no surprises necessarily on who is expected to win on the Democratic primary side, on the Republican primary side, but a lot of general election clues that we could get based on what voters are saying.
Jack Johnson.
I like that song.
We just lost the John Mayer vote.
Now.
You may remember this reporter who did some other great work at an Upper Midwest event in 2020.
What you are seeing, the common theme that ties all of this together is an expression of anger and frustration over what people feel like has become an all too familiar story playing out in places from across the country, not just here in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Nothing is real.
That's the lesson.
Fiery, but mostly.
Nothing is real.
You can hear or see people have been lining up to vote.
Did you look over your shoulder before you started speaking?
Yeah, but then he goes, and as you can see there's not a lot of voters here.
I think there was none, sir.
Yes.
There was a poll worker going, well I'm gonna organize the pens again.
Just a bunch of stickers.
I voted.
I don't know what we do with these.
Put them all over yourself like office space.
Nothing is real with CNN.
And by the way, the same can be said for most of Fox News.
The same can be said for a lot of media out there, both left and right.
When people talk about objective journalism, you can again comment, when did it actually exist?
I don't believe that it ever has.
It's just that now you can see it.
Yeah.
And I do think they're probably a little more blatant.
For example, at CNN, the best thing would have been to just show nothing.
Or just do this before you start reporting.
Or go outside the building.
Yeah.
I'm sure it was probably worse.
That was his best choice.
It's the very best bad choice.
So we try and, you know, counterbalance it with your support, McClub, and that's why we sent our own on-the-ground
correspondent, Thomas Finnegan, to gauge the local reaction.
All right, Mr. Finnegan, what do you have for, um, are you in Sam's office?
Hi, Steven.
Yeah, what's going on?
You're supposed to be reporting from Michigan, and clearly you're not.
You've had two days, Thomas.
You've had two days.
Yeah, but it's cold up there.
So?
And I'll check CNN later, get the gist of it, and report back to you later.
No.
No.
That's not even... Why the... I don't know.
You have put me at a loss for words.
But I will say this, is that my cigar that you're smoking?
I've been saving that.
I've been saving that cigar.
Cut the mother******.
Absolutely no respect.
That's one for CNN, I guess.
That guy's getting pretty bold.
He is.
He is.
And it was cold in frickin' Chippewa Falls, too!
Yeah.
Do your job!
It was a dumb jacket.
And that's why you don't sign a seven-year contract with a local.
It automatically renews as well.
Gerald's jacket!
Is that Caesar?
That wasn't a Photoshop, folks, that was actually Gerald.
No, it wasn't.
Wait, I'm a little confused.
Okay, this is, yeah, we were supposed to have those numbers in the Bellwether counties.
Or the numbers on the Trump 2016.
Yeah, in some of the seven places.
Yes.
I'm sorry, because I need to get to our seven plus one, so things are a little bit disorganized today.
That's my fault.
And we also were going to be talking about Nikki Haley as well.
Yes.
But I don't know what happened to that.
Were we going to?
You know, it'll be down there somewhere.
Okay.
It's a busy 48 hours.
However, Nikki Haley is definitely, she's staying in this race, and we've talked about this.
No one really knows why.
uh, at least you would think you don't know why, but we actually have straight from her
campaign headquarters.
Yeah.
Um, the reasons that she is staying in this race, which brings us to this week's 7 Plus
1.
You forgot Sivan in the chamber!
This is seven plus one reasons that Nikki Haley is staying in the presidential, well, the primary.
Right.
Number seven.
Like most women, she's addicted to spending other people's money.
Ouch.
I've never met a woman who did that.
Seven plus one reasons Nikki Haley is staying in the primary.
Number six.
TV cameras add ten pounds to her tits.
Nice.
Josh Feierstein, number five.
Number five.
She can't let the nomination slip through her super long, freakishly long, witch-like fingers.
That's, yeah.
That's weird if this came from the campaign.
Not photoshopped.
Real.
There's a couple signs there.
You want to hit number four, Gerald, or no?
No!
No!
You!
Fine, well then I won't let you hit any of them.
Oh, come on!
Seven plus one reasons.
You know what?
I'll give you number two.
Gerald, say number four.
No.
I'll buy you a new jacket.
7 plus 1 reason Nikki Haley is staying in the race.
Number 4. It's none of your business. Stop looking at her tits.
That's because she's a strong, brave, beautiful woman.
Number 3. Turns out there are no...
Acetone in his eyeballs.
Number 3. Turns out there are no influencer campaigns for bony ass models.
That's a...
You've got to find some way to ring the register.
Seven plus one reasons Nikki Haley is staying in the presidential primary, Republican primary.
Number two, Joe Morgan.
Those flying monkeys don't pay for themselves.
Oh, I see it.
I get it.
It's a witch.
And the number one reason that Nikki Haley is staying in the GOP primary, Josh.
She tried to sleep her way to the top but was cock-blocked by Kamala Harris.
Oh, well there's only so much room on that pole of totem.
That's my best Kamala.
And the plus one reason, actually, she's fulfilling a child's make-a-wish for Nikki Haley to make an ass out of herself.
This has been this week's 7 Plus 1.
You forgot Sivan in the chamber!
Yes.
We actually, we already talked about Nikki Haley and the Trump thing in Michigan.
That's where we mentioned her.
So you were, you were thinking there was more, there's no more Nikki Haley.
There should not be more Nikki Haley.
I think it's because we did run through and I was like, oh, Nikki Haley.
And so everyone was being compassionate and saying, all right, we can just cut this.
Yeah.
Thank you God!
But look, it is the final day for the Ford Raptor plus $10,000 in cash giveaway.
Go back up just a little bit.
Use the promo code SHOW30 for 30% off storewide today.
Plus there's like random cash they're going to be dropping in today only.
And the order's up to $15,000 or $1,500 total for that process.
So look, make sure you go today.
It's the last day.
We're giving away a truck!
Well hold on, don't say make sure you go, just say if you want to win a truck and you want to support the program, thank you.
I never want to force people to buy high quality merchandise.
Go or hang.
You'll have to wear my jacket and minus 11 wind chill.
It's a really bad jacket.
It's a terrible jacket.
It is offensive.
It is offensive.
And I kind of felt bad that I set you up and said, it's cold out there, Gerald, wear a jacket.
And then I immediately said, that's a dumb jacket.
We were talking beforehand, and you were like, hey, we should be in front of the school, and I'm like, yes, I agree with you, Steven, and it's five degrees outside, so go screw yourself.
Well, you didn't tell him to wear a dumb jacket.
I didn't tell him, that's true.
That's the only jacket I had.
He editorializes.
There he is again.
I can feel my eyeballs freezing.
He mugged the DeRay Marshalls.
Alright, so let's go here to Illinois.
This is a story that would seem local, but this gives you a pretty clear picture as to what the left is going to try and do as it relates to President Trump going into this next election.
Also, CNN has already tipped their hand.
I maintain, and we'll show the clip, and I just caught it, I think it was a couple weeks ago on CNN, they believe that if Donald Trump, I'm telling you this, the left believes if Donald Trump is the nominee, they lose the election.
They believe that.
If you hear what they are saying, that's, well, that's exactly what they said several times.
And then they try and couch it and say, oh, this is why Nikki Haley would actually be more of a threat in the general.
They don't believe it.
When they actually are discussing these court cases and the possibility of booting Trump from the ballot, they get giddy because they say if it does not happen, they have said this on air, then we likely know the next president of the United States.
You could interpret that as meaning Biden, but then you see their sad face and you know what they actually mean.
I interpret it as them recognizing that the American people have an idea in their head.
Yep, I think you're right.
I mean, you just need to look at the immigration issue now, how far that has switched.
You cannot interpret that as anything other than, okay, there's one candidate who's been very clear on what they want to do with immigration.
Hold on, I'm going to cough because I still have the SARS.
Do it!
All right, so what's the takeaway?
The left has gone completely authoritarian.
here. There is no argument about it. Let me give you the key takeaways. Number one,
that Democrats are completely terrified if Trump is going to win in November. Well,
they're terrified that he's going to be the nominee and that means he will win in November.
Number two, they're going to do everything they can, of course, to try and stop him.
And number three, that means throwing out due process.
Throwing out the actual law.
They're willing to do that simply to prevent him from winning.
So, last night, Illinois became the third state to remove President Trump from the state's primary ballot, but the how and why is what is so perverse.
More breaking news.
An Illinois judge has just ruled that Donald Trump should be kicked off the ballot in the state.
The judge there in Illinois, writing that Trump is not eligible to be on the ballot because of his actions on January 6th.
That makes Illinois the third state, along with Colorado and Maine, to use the 14th Amendment's insurrection ban to remove Trump from the ballot.
Now, they just say that.
Insurrection ban.
So you would think, oh, he's guilty of insurrection.
No, no, no.
Hold on.
You are stupid.
So.
Here's what Cook County, uh, the judge there, Tracey Porter, uh, ruled.
Can you say that again?
Where the judge is from?
Cook County.
County.
A county judge.
Right.
A county judge.
Is the one deciding this stuff?
Are you serious?
And her name is Tracey.
I get that it's Chicago and it's Cook County, but come on!
Yeah.
A county judge?
Named Tracey.
Named Tracey.
So, Tracey, the Honorable Tracey, said... Trace...
Trace!
Trace!
Violate constitutional law, Trace!
That's so Trace.
Trump falsely swore that he was legally qualified, in quotations, for the office he sought because the Colorado Supreme Court had already ruled that the former president had been found to engage in insurrection.
Let me translate Trace talk.
I'm fluent in Trace.
One Democrat-run court decided That Trump wasn't eligible.
Therefore, it must be true.
Right.
And remember, there was not actually a trial for that.
There wasn't counter evidence presented, witness testimony.
There wasn't, you know, I don't know, maybe a federal charge brought, which is what would have to happen for a federal matter.
These guys are playing around and throwing out due process.
They're using the 14th Amendment.
Well, hold on.
First, before we... Has he been convicted?
Of insurrection?
No.
No?
No charges for insurrection have been brought.
It's confusing to use the word court because it's not... nothing about the court decided this.
Right.
It was a lady.
Yes.
It was an opinion.
Just a gal pal.
Yes.
From Cook County.
Yes.
It was an opinion and then they basically are saying he committed perjury by falsely swearing that he was qualified.
And they're saying you're not qualified because you are an insurrectionist.
There is no legal basis for that.
Right.
That's several lies deep to remove.
And by the way, this is not just... They could do it to any of you.
Yeah.
You all have the right to run for office.
This is a fundamental right of an American if you meet those qualifications.
You may get two votes.
This happens probably in every single one of your states.
You also have a right to a trial.
You can't just say somebody did something.
There is no other place in our system of democracy where that exists at any shape or form.
They can say, hey, Steven, you just killed a guy.
Right.
I did not.
Well, I'm going to have to produce some evidence here and you're going to have to come to court and talk about it.
And then you do and you prove that you didn't do it.
That has not happened here.
Jack Smith had the opportunity to charge Trump with insurrection.
He didn't.
They're basically just playing games here and they know that this won't be upheld, but they're doing it because they know they're safe in their liberal cities where people will go, that's good, keep that guy off the ballot.
Not because it's legal.
And I think, honestly, that is a greater threat to our democratic republic than anything that Trump is doing because they're saying, the law doesn't matter anymore.
Runaway courts.
Exactly.
Everyone should be a little scared and concerned about it.
Yeah, absolutely.
Everyone should be.
Runaway courts.
I mean, go back to Schoolhouse Rock, right?
What are the three branches of government?
Legislative?
Executive?
Judicial.
And they are meant to check each other.
And the judicial branch of government is... The corruption is so rampant, or at least the overreach.
I don't want to say corruption because, I don't know, Trace could just be an idiot and not know.
She cites the 14th Amendment, claiming that Trump violated the Insurrection Clause.
Now, maybe she doesn't know that that's not actually true, that that has not happened, that you are required to go through this process and be convicted of insurrection.
And by the way, it's very similar to what happened with January 6ers who lost their rights People who were invited in, invited in on 9-11, you know the sequel as the left tells you, invited in on a walking tour to the people's house.
They're people.
It's a house.
And then they were put in jail.
They were put in prison for over a year and many of them just got trespassing charges.
Imagine if that was you.
How many people weren't even planning on going in and someone said, come on in, just stay in line, single file, all right, let's stay peaceful, okay, cool, all right, that's where they sit.
Or the push of the crowd.
Yeah.
There were several people that talked about that, like I was stuck, I had nowhere to go and there was people pushing and I could not get out.
Yeah.
What do I do?
Too bad, Whitey.
Yeah, exactly.
Pretty much.
Let's also get into this.
The court, by the way, is reviewing Colorado law and Trump's case.
So even the court's liberal judges are skeptical of the state's ability to remove candidates.
So Elena Kagan, not a fan, even said, I think the question that you have to confront is why a single state should decide who gets to be president of the United States.
In other words, this question of whether a former president is disqualified for insurrection.
It sounds awfully national to me.
Elena Kagan said that!
Yes.
I mean, the only other person that could come out and say that, you'd be like, wow, I'm shocked, is Kentonji Jackson-Brown.
Or Sotomayor.
Sotomayor as well, yes.
But she might come out and just say, I don't know.
No comprende?
No me gusta.
Thank you, Supreme Court Justice.
And Clarence Thomas would say, WHO SAID THAT?
WHO THE F... SAID THAT?
Alright, I'm sorry about that bullshit.
Say that again!
You want me to rule and shit?
I love Clarence Thomas.
Keeps his pimp hands strong.
When people try to say, oh, they're not black enough, you can't say that about Clarence Thomas.
No, you can't.
You can't say it about Clarence Thomas.
He's black?
That guy, you tell you about the black upbringing, that guy is playing professional ball.
He's not on the B team.
By the way, they're doing, they're talking about this right now, Supreme Court here, Trump's immunity claim in April on CNN.
Oh, let's listen to a bunch of unqualified rubes.
I think it's, I think it's really hard to see this thing going forward.
Is that Johnny Knoxville?
Hey, Caitlin, this is not what Jack Sparrow wanted.
The special counsel.
What's up, Shoulders?
they wanted. Although the special counsel did ask for something that looked like this.
If the Supreme Court wanted to hear it, the special counsel, they wanted them to hear
it a long time ago. And they also wanted them to not hear it at all. They wanted it to stay
with what the lower court, the DC circuit, said in their strong, unanimous opinion, saying
Trump would not have immunity. But the special counsel asked for a schedule that would be
quick and they wanted the Supreme Court to settle all of the questions here. The Supreme
Court said that they would do both of those things. And what the special counsel also
said is they they've never said. Here's something I'm always kind of amazed by.
Hmm Just to be clear here, like, we don't really use tele- they have a teleprompter phone.
They have someone else operating a teleprompter.
Yeah.
What we put up on here, and I have to operate this so everyone just kind of sees where we are, for example, this says like, okay, overlay.
It says clip, and I have quotes in here.
Because I'm not going to remember exactly what Elena Kagan said.
On CNN, that future Monsters, Inc.
secretary had to look down at her own notes for her opinion.
How does that happen?
7 plus 1.
Just comment below if you understand.
I'm not going to remember verbatim every single, so we have to print it out.
I'd have to look down to say, hey, I think this is... Bullshit.
This also isn't my opinion.
I don't really want to look at her tits.
No, no one does.
No one does.
Just a silly little... If the camera adds 10 pounds to them, she must be using a GoPro.
How many cameras?
The camera adds 50 to me, just so everybody knows.
I'm much thinner in real life.
True.
He looks like he has progeria.
Yeah, I look unhealthy.
Every time I walk in, I go, am I in a reboot of Philadelphia?
Oh, it's just Josh.
He's so thin.
Couldn't even see him there.
Alright, so it's just funny that CNN is doing this.
Nothing is real on CNN.
And by the way, all of our references are made publicly available, so you can check the link in the description, go to loudearthcreditor.com.
It's a bibliography, every single show.
Why?
Because I think it's necessary.
Because of what they do on CNN.
I wish we didn't have to do it, but they have to write down notes for their opinion, which also just tells you it may not necessarily be their opinion, to be clear.
So, what is happening right here?
Let's go through this, actually.
This is the perfect time to get into this.
The media playbook.
And I want you to be able to see these patterns and these warning signs.
You know, when they do these new IQ tests, I think it's Raven's Matrices, where they want to try and eliminate language barriers or, you know, sort of your fluid intelligence versus your, I think it's fixed intelligence, or crystallized intelligence is what they talk about.
Your fluid intelligence is your ability to learn.
And then you have your, I believe it's called fixed intelligence, or there's a term for it meaning what you have learned.
Because you can have some people who are geniuses, they've never gone to school and learned how to do long division, it doesn't mean that they can't do long division.
One of the key components of IQ is the ability to notice patterns and problem-solve and hold information in your mind, your short-term memory.
So the reason that I try and provide these for you is so that you can notice these patterns and hopefully work your way through future problems.
Because we can't give you, write a cheat sheet for every equation, but we can tell you the patterns and what to look for.
This is what you can look for here with the media right now.
They are obviously trying to delegitimize President Trump right now.
And they're trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court.
Why?
Because they know that this is a national issue.
They're hoping that you don't pay attention.
They're hoping that you get confused, sort of like when something makes it to the Senate
and the House and there's a process.
They're hoping you say, oh, isn't that bill done?
No, no, no, it's not.
Again, go back to Schoolhouse Rock, see how a bill becomes a law.
They're hoping that by the time it gets to the Supreme Court, you believe that Donald
Trump is already guilty.
When the fact is, none of this is relevant until it gets to the Supreme Court.
That's what Elena Kagan just said.
So Chris Hayes is now obviously in full attack mode.
Probably has to look at his notes.
He had a meltdown because the Supreme Court is considering.
And before I... I'm not convinced that Chris Hayes is not mid-transition right now.
And I don't say that as ad hominem.
Just take a look.
He doesn't look like the Chris Hayes of old, which was not particularly masculine to begin with.
Just let your freak flag fly, Chris.
We'll love you just the same.
That's just an aside.
He's having a meltdown because the Supreme Court is considering President Trump's challenge to this bogus insurrection claim.
Well today, in a single page order released at five o'clock, The court agreed to consider Trump's manifestly weak claim that he is immune from prosecution for the January 6th insurrection because he was acting in some senses in his official capacity as president.
But the order itself is not the story.
Look at the picture.
We're going to address that in a minute.
It's the timing.
It all comes back to the timing.
Let's remember, the court case, the trial of Donald Trump over his effort to subvert the Constitutional Republic was originally set to begin days from now in March.
All that is on hold because the Supreme Court wants to hear oral arguments for Trump's immunity claims.
Ready for this?
Seven weeks from now.
April 22nd, 2024, making it a real possibility, a likelihood in fact, that Donald Trump will not face a trial for the crime of attempting to overthrow the American Republic, will not face a jury of his peers, until after the next election in which he is the likely Republican candidate.
Okay, a few key components here.
I'm going to rattle through everything wrong with that.
And it's not that just because, you know, Chris Hayes is Walter White mid-transition.
It's because that crystallizes everything wrong with media.
There were so many lies that took place.
And not only lies, misleading statements, and there were also lies that you saw that were blatant, and there were lies that you maybe didn't notice that tried to fit in there.
So first off, let's address this.
This could happen in April.
Uh huh, uh huh.
When did you change the statute of limitations as it related to sexual harassment in Donald Trump's case in New York?
And by the way, What was the date you were aiming for as it related to trying to have Donald Trump impeached over in... Oh, before the national election because you were trying to disqualify him.
He is trying to act as though, can you believe that the Supreme Court may act well within the realm of their authority?
And we may not have this fake witch trial.
Look at their timing.
No, look at your timing.
And this is the reason they are lying in this segment.
CNN has already tipped their hand, and MSNBC.
This clip is just one that I like to use.
I haven't seen anyone else cover it, so we'll provide it publicly because I think you should go watch this.
They believe that Donald Trump will be president if he is on the national ticket, period.
You cannot overstate the weight of this because this case could determine who is the next president of the United States.
What it will come down to is Donald Trump going to remain on the Colorado ballot and on ballots across the country, which will determine who our next president will be.
And again, you can comment below if you think I'm misinterpreting that where they mean to say if Donald Trump's in the ballot, it's clearly a walk-off for Biden.
Go watch the whole segment in context.
It does not work that way.
Another lie, this is something that they're hoping you don't notice, is the Photoshop there.
The out-of-context picture.
Look at that.
They show the news because it looks like Donald Trump, his supporters are there to hang somebody.
You couldn't hang an Oompa Loompa on that.
What about a Chris Hayes?
Not even a transitioning Chris Hayes.
I don't even know if he... We shouldn't.
They love that photo though.
I mean, he probably would try and use it in his hotel room to Karadine.
Hopefully it goes right.
They had to zoom in enough, Josh, on that photo to make it look like it was big to get the Capitol in the background.
And so when it was on the cover of Time Magazine, I think it was even further zoomed in to make you think like, oh, there's a Gallows at the Capitol!
I can't believe it!
So you combine that with, and he's been found guilty, or the implication that of course the man who led an insurrection, and you see the picture and you believe that people actually went to the People's House, they were there in Washington D.C.
with a noose that could have hanged Mike Pence.
And then we can also add to this, the title of Mr. Hayes' video was, The Fix Is In!
Coup Trial Delays Reveal Supreme Court In Cahoots With Trump.
Come on!
Wow.
Seven weeks?
Are you serious?
It's the Supreme Court of the United States.
They weren't sitting around with a lot of time on their hands.
Think about this for a second.
Just think about this for a second.
So the Supreme Court, if they rule in a way, because it looks, again, like even some of the leftist Supreme Court justices will say, yeah, this is paper thin and this is wrong, we don't want to set this precedent.
So, you have people like Chris Hayes, and of course, former Vice President Biden, saying, if the court doesn't rule the way we like, We'll add more seats to the court.
So hold on a second.
What's a greater threat to democracy?
Consistently changing the system if you don't like the results.
Sort of like changing in the qualifications, the requirements that need to be met for mail-in voting, voter ID, changing what kind of information is allowed to be communicated online.
Like, I don't know a major story that relates to the President's son and corrupt business dealings.
And then, oh, the courts didn't rule the way we like, so let's just add seats?
Or, now is that a greater threat?
Or, that occasionally these checks and balances don't line up in your favor?
I would say, if they say that Donald Trump was in charge of a coup trying to overturn the election, this is treason!
The guy said, I think I won the vote, which he was well within his right to say.
Yes.
And if you look at all of the other data that we have, there certainly is a strong case to be made.
Don't try and say he lost X number of cases.
That's not true.
Again, you're using these false numbers just like people try and say he was found guilty of insurrection.
It's not true.
It's just not true.
I think this is far more severe.
Well, let's pack the court.
Let's try and set a precedent in lower courts that are acting well beyond their authority.
And then, you know what, if none of that works, We're just going to have a media that says it's true anyway, and hopefully it'll just seep into the American subconscious.
And not to be outdone by Mr. Hayes.
Mr. Hayes, Mr. Rachel Maddow had his own meltdown.
Just the clip.
You know, if you think about the court as the Supreme Court of the United States and a rational actor and a decent one, that was a reasonable supposition and it just turns out they're not bad.
So the idea that this has to be taken up is them saying the sky is green.
Right.
Even for the non-lawyers among us to be able to say, you know what, the sky is not green even on our worst day.
This is BS.
You are doing this as a dilatory tactic to help your political friend, your partisan patron.
And he is voted out in 2028.
He cannot leave office and he is willing to commit, he is welcome to commit any crimes he wants to as long as he is still president in order to ignore the results of that election and stay in power for life because otherwise he is going to go to prison when he gets out.
Listen, so first off, the rest of the stuff is just like, I can't believe the court would even take this case up.
I mean, come on, somebody made a claim and it's the President of the United States, and it's probably one of the most consequential decisions that we'll ever have in our lifetimes, other than maybe overturning Roe v. Wade, and they're like, I can't believe they're going to hear that!
Chris Hayes was mad at the timing.
She's mad that it's happening at all.
Which one is it, guys?
And by the way, Rachel Maddow, do me a favor.
Help me understand how Donald Trump would be on a ballot in 2028.
He's been president once before for four years.
He's going to be president again in 2024 for the election, right?
Going into 2025.
How is it possible to run again?
You're a moron.
Well, she's trying to say that he won't give up the reins.
She's trying to say he won't.
He's gonna stay.
She said if he loses in 2028, he'll stay.
He can't even run!
He would just stay.
You wouldn't have an election.
You'd just be like, I'm here.
I think she's trying to imply like another coup that never happened.
But click like if you think that Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes have the same social security number.
It's an uncommon error, but it does happen.
It does happen.
They're both probably drawing from it too.
It's like saying the sky is green.
Well, by the way, tell that to people in Chernobyl.
Like, what is this bitch saying?
This has been green for very long.
And colorblind people, how dare you?
Yeah, how dare you?
How dare you, Rachel?
I do think, though, they're convinced that he's gonna be a dictator and stay in power for the rest of his life, which, by the way, is probably, I don't know, five more years.
Yeah.
If he was ever going to do that, there was no better time than January of 2021 to be like, ah, screw it!
I don't know if you know this, but historically dictators do lower taxes.
Yes.
And more freedom.
Avail people more freedoms to purchase firearms.
Yeah.
Well, it's like a new brand of, it's like a niche dictator.
Yes.
You know how fascists are.
They're always like, hey, speak up against me and also take up arms.
As many as you like.
Make your own bullets.
Yeah, please.
The first thing we have to do is make sure there is a gun in every household and you can speak freely on Twitter and Facebook even if I don't like your opinion!
Even for the Juden!
They must have guns!
Maybe eight or nine!
And lower taxes so you have more purchasing power!
Yeah, you know how all these fascists are always interested in, you know, a thorough court justice system.
Yeah, exactly.
Look!
These courts cannot act beyond the scope of their authority!
Colorado!
COLORADO!
I'll show them, Colorado!
I'll show them, Colorado!
This will go to the Supreme Court!
It would be appropriately seen because it's a federal issue!
We will go to the Supreme Court!
Up to the high courts!
What?
Maybe.
I'm proud to be a German!
Well, at least I know I'm free!
You know, all those fascists that want to keep their borders right where they are.
And we will start no new wars!
No new wars!
All those fascists, yeah.
Polar troops!
Polar funding!
You know how fascists are!
Why would we get involved in Ukraine?
Why would we get involved in international conflict?
That's not our role!
That's not our role!
We are dictators and fascists!
We will stay within our bubble!
Nine new territories!
Nine!
And if we go into countries, we will be sure that our motherland, Germany, will rise to a great power by asking for more!
All's nothing more than the land on which to bury the dead, for our troops who died for their freedom, we will make a
strike!
How does any of this work?
You know, all those fascists that put sanctions against other fascists.
Yes!
Record number of sanctions against other fascists.
And as my final act, I shall pardon Lil Wayne!
That racist son of a bitch.
Pardoned more black people than any other president in history.
I will be the first white fascist who will free non-violent drug offenders!
I'm just like, you'd have to, at this point you'd have to be a moron to buy it!
Yes, yes, yes.
Alright, let me give you some numbers here.
They're scared though, they're so scared!
They're scared because he might make fun of them.
Yes.
On true social.
Clutching to their box of green hair dye.
Just like, you know, it's like when you have a child and they throw a tantrum and you just ignore them.
That's Rachel Maddow.
And then they just sort of realize, I look stupid here on the kitchen floor by myself.
Yeah.
They still don't realize they look stupid.
The lady who was screaming when Donald Trump won the presidency, she doesn't realize how dumb.
You're sitting there screaming by yourself.
No one's accosting you.
There's nothing happening to you.
Gosh.
You're acting like you're being chained to a tree and roots.
You're sitting on the ground as people politely walk past you.
It's the same with Rachel Maddow or Chris Hayes every day.
This is a disaster.
Nothing is happening to you.
At least conservatives could say, well hold on, when Barack Obama was president, I got audited.
And we know that it happened because the IRS targeted conservative groups.
At least we can say, you know, we're pissed because our content has not only been thrown out, we've been suspended.
We've lost three plus million dollars a year in revenue as a company because Google decided to demonetize us in discussions with White House officials and senators.
Do you know how I know?
Because I watch the hearings when I see Hirono and Pelosi saying, like, Thieven Crowder needs to be removed.
I'm like, holy shit!
That's why I go, ah, there's some, there have been, there have been some, there's been some foul play.
No one is doing anything to you.
Rachel Maddow, you can go buy a gun!
Or get a buzz cut!
God, whatever you want to do today!
I don't know who did that song.
You guys can comment below.
All right.
So here's something.
This is also why they're scared.
Donald Trump is leading in the RCP average by two.
Okay.
That seems significant.
But here's what's really significant.
He's winning in seven swing states, including Pennsylvania by six, Nevada by six, and Michigan by two.
And keep in mind, I don't believe that he was ever leading in any of these states in the polling before 2020.
And before 2016, if I'm not mistaken, pretty sure Donald Trump was losing in Michigan and won it.
So you may say, okay, he's only leading by two in Michigan.
That, for Donald Trump, is a record.
At this point, as well.
At this point.
Right.
In the election.
Because the closer we get to the election, the bigger the spread gets.
If Donald Trump is losing, he narrows the gap.
If he's leading, he widens the margin.
Right.
Right?
So that's what we're seeing right now.
Yeah.
By six in Pennsylvania.
That's a lot.
Oh, well, hold on.
They'll do the mail-in voting thing probably again.
Right, true.
You know, changing the rules against their state constitution, but whatever.
Print more ballots!
Yes, that's exactly right.
And they're willing to completely subvert democracy if that means that they keep Donald Trump out of office.
How do they do that?
By telling you that he wants to destroy democracy.
They've already done it.
They did it with Russia, which we now know they have all admitted was not true.
Donald Trump had nothing to do with it.
They've impeached him twice.
And now they're trying to do it by claiming insurrection, of which he has not been convicted, in another local court to try and say that another local court that is not the place that didn't even accuse him of insurrection should be the one to determine who's on the ballot in Texas?
And then they throw a fit if the Supreme Court says, well, hold on a second, this can't just be determined by Illinois and Colorado.
This is a national issue.
You're crazy if you believe that a presidential candidate being on the ballot is a national issue.
Don't let it work, to be clear.
Also, President Trump is not backing down and this is really just for laughs because he just, he dropped an absolute banger on his truth social.
The radical left Democrats are at it again.
They're constantly making up stories about me because their candidate is a mental and physical basket case.
There's never been anything like it.
He's also the worst president in the history of our country.
They say, oh, I don't know the name of the president.
Or when I imitate this guy getting off the stage, what they do is they say, oh, he had trouble getting off the stage.
I have no trouble getting off the stage.
Anybody that watches what I do at rallies would say, wow, that's amazing.
This transformation of a Democrat is unbelievable.
They do it because they have a horrible candidate.
Don't associate me with the mental midget that you portray because I want to tell you, he should not be leading this country.
And hopefully on November 5th, he's not going to be.
We're going to have a big election.
We're going to have a big victory and we're going to make America great again.
I still look forward to it.
They said they've never seen anything like it.
So we've got actually a Rolling Stone article about, you asked about Maddow, if she maybe owned a gun, well it says that her and her partner like to shoot firearms.
They both like to shoot firearms!
And it says Susan has the hand-eye coordination, oh I bet she does Rachel, but I can't control my movements.
Shut up!
That's gross.
With regards to firearms.
Hands out like a woman, not taking control.
Not taking accountability of her own body.
I can't control it.
So funny.
I'm Judge Tracy.
So we have a clip actually, a 10 second clip of Maddow doing something related to this.
I don't know.
Is she shooting firearms?
Is she shooting firearms carefully?
They're going to make me very comfortable.
No audio.
Oh, okay.
This is the Rolling Stone piece.
She's like Roy Rogers in the Rifle Lesbian.
I would call that a red flag.
It got pulled.
Camera guy down range He's like Roy Rogers and the Roy Rogers in the rifle
lesbian I Would call that a red flag yeah, I got pulled so yeah, we've
gone. She's gonna be in rust, too At least you'll be a consultant
Why does she look like young Anakin Skywalker?
She looks like a little boy.
I'm not my father.
No.
I don't know my father.
I guess I'll be the most powerful lesbian broadcaster in the whole world.
By the way, speaking of which, uh, by popular demand, uh, Gabe William was here yesterday, the Cuban-American, our agent, who is to the right of Attila the Hun.
We have him coming in.
We can just check in with him live so you can see.
I believe he's getting ready.
Backstage.
All right, Gabe William, he will be in here.
He will be here in a little bit.
Let's move on here with the, uh... What's he saying about you?
William, you don't need makeup on your mask.
All right.
Anything else you guys want to talk about?
No?
Okay.
By the way, your thing is March 1st?
March 1st, tomorrow!
Tomorrow?
Des Moines, Iowa.
We're gonna have fun in Des Moines.
Wow, Joe!
And then we're gonna get drunk after.
I'm a street rat.
By the way, you'll be surprised.
on butter snaps. I'm a street rat. By the way you'll be surprised.
Alright. President Trump and Biden are visiting border states.
I just wanted to clear the palette.
So, former Vice President Biden and President Trump, they're both going to be visiting, you know, the southern border today.
So, big difference, contrast.
The dynamic was sort of, remember during COVID, you had former Vice President Biden where he would just pretty much, people would say he stayed in his basement, and he would use social distancing as an excuse for his anemic crowd sizes, right?
They would do that sort of preemptively to say, well, you can't actually gauge how popular they may be.
Because Joe Biden is using the proper social distancing tactics, whatever they are.
And you're seeing the same thing right now where you have former Vice President Joe Biden going to a place in Brownsville where there are really no border crossings, or certainly not the same kind of a problem, whereas Donald Trump goes right into the thick of it.
He goes right into the freight Eagle Pass.
So to give you an idea, in 2023 Eagle Pass had 72% more crossings than Brownsville. And this is actually, I believe, only the
second time that former Vice President Biden is going to the border. When it's an
absolute catastrophe. It's a catastrophe and he's going somewhere where the catastrophe is not
really taking place. Oh, I believe we actually have a clip regarding the border crossings. Right.
The two leading candidates in the 2024 election are making a trip to the southern
border on the very same day.
Both President Biden and former President Trump will be in Texas on Thursday.
The president will head to Brownsville where he will meet with border patrol agents, law enforcement officials, and local leaders.
Trump will deliver remarks in Eagle Pass.
And agents here say that they're dealing with these smugglings on a daily basis.
They said that they could catch more migrants crossing here in a day than they can in Brownsville in a week.
So that just kind of shows you exactly what the difference is going to be for what Trump and Biden are going to see on the ground.
And really quickly, before we go on with this segment and bring in Gabe William, we just received word there's an update on the Nashville Manifesto.
Not the Chippewa, this is the Nashville Manifesto.
Which, by the way, is entirely because of you.
Thank you.
Do we still have the promo code undercover?
Undercover, yeah.
I do believe the undercover promo code still works.
Is it $10 off?
Yes, $10 off.
So this was the Nashville Manifesto where the mayor threatened to sue us.
Yeah, the mayor threatened to sue us.
So bring that back up.
This was just sent to me.
We'll dig into this a little bit further.
New court order to block more leaks of Covenant School shooters' writings.
So I know that the court was looking at releasing this the last time that we talked about it.
So I just want to say, Maybe court, what you're saying is, we're not going to release it to you.
Yeah.
But you got no control over the leaks, baby.
No, you don't.
I had to say the word.
You hate the word.
I hate the word baby.
Nonetheless, they can't control the leaks.
See, this is what happens, you know, when sources come and say, hey, by the way, the public has a right to know this because of who is being targeted by who or by whom.
That is a really important thing, and we have a right to know.
Sorry, you have it in your possession.
You don't want to release it.
I get it.
And by the way, I'm sure they can bring up headlines.
This is what they try and do, right?
What happened?
The stories came out and said, oh, the rest of the manifesto will be released in the coming months.
Right.
No.
The reason they were saying that was so that you would believe we were going to release it anyway.
Those guys just put people in danger.
They were never planning on releasing this, to be clear.
What was actually happening was the court was going to rule if the rest of the manifesto would be released.
It's very clear now that it's not.
So you see that headline, front page center, and in the dead of night they're going to create a new rule that this information can't get out.
Yeah.
Hey!
Prove us wrong, right?
There's more context to the manifesto.
This isn't about a transgender radical extremist, an ideologue who wanted to kill white Christians and made it known.
No, no, no.
We were lying to you.
Go ahead.
We welcome it and we will admonish all of ourselves.
Yeah, absolutely.
So let me read a couple of things from this.
They're just getting this to me now.
So the order blocks all parties from filing as part of the record in the case copies of three pages leaked online by a podcaster.
Just say our name.
Yeah.
I'm not allowed to be with Crowder, you jerks.
That podcaster in November...
It's much more than a podcast!
Did you see the 7 plus 1?
Yeah.
It's not a podcast.
At no expense.
Judge Miles will allow parties to refer to the leaked documents in court and filings.
However, she does not want copies in the public record, fearing that doing so would incentivize
further document leaks by the original leaker, putting records that are currently under seal
and at the center of the public records lawsuit into the public eye.
Whoopsie!
Already there.
Yeah.
This might encourage somebody.
It's already out there, you idiot.
It was the biggest news story of 2023 that we broke.
What are you talking about?
Yeah, let's encourage people to not seek truth.
You know what?
Anybody else out there?
LWCTips at ProtonMail.com.
Let's go.
And by the way, I understand there are things that you can't know, for example, if there is an actual, let's say, an ongoing mission in the military, right?
There are national security issues.
Let me ask you this.
That's typically the standard for something staying private, or if both parties in a lawsuit agree to keep something private.
Right, exactly.
This happens a lot with people in the public eye.
But with something like this, the argument that they would need to make is that it is a security risk.
Tell me this.
Anyone out there.
Make the argument.
Even play devil's advocate if you have to.
How are you made less safe by knowing the motive, the target, and the plan of the Nashville shooter?
And let me ask you this, how would you be made more safe by that being withheld From everybody, including parents in that school district.
How would that make you, how would their stance make anyone more safe?
We don't believe that the plan, the manifesto, the targeting, the motivation, the reason for targeting, the method of attack, we don't believe that the parents in this school having answers to these questions is helpful.
We believe that we make the public more safe By preventing them from accessing this information.
Especially, by the way, now with the context that we've accused journalists of lying in releasing inconclusive portions of the manifesto.
We believe that it's safer to handle it this way.
It holds no water.
They flagrantly disregard the law, courts, precedent.
You see it with the insurrection crap that we just talked about, and you see it with
this Nashville Manifesto, you see it happening at the Supreme Court, you see it happening
by the way, or if the court doesn't even rule, you can just have people in the executive
branch flagrantly disregard it, like rent forgiveness and student loan forgiveness.
You do not live in a country of rule and law, or law and order, if it's not applied equally.
And right here it's not. It's definitely not. Let me bring this back to Chippewa Falls so that you
guys can understand the relevance here. So if that report never comes out, the police report that we
released from Chippewa Falls kind of detailing the event that happened in October that we were there
just the other day for really, I can't even remember what day it was. Gosh, was it last night?
It was two days ago. The idea that this person was recruiting somebody else to help them in an
active shooter situation would have never been made public.
Parents could have never had these conversations with their kids.
We brought that up.
What if in the rest of the documents in the Nashville Manifesto, the shooter describes groups they're a part of?
People that they recruited, ideologies that they're espousing, things that the general public needs to know about, especially if those groups, places, things, whatever, are still there and still around the area that they need to be like, hold on, hold on, my son, my daughter is talking to these Groups of people that might be, how do we know what's in there?
Because we just have the one example where we know there was somebody actively recruiting, and then we came up with another example where they were actively recruiting again around the same theme in the spring of last year in Chippewa Falls.
Like, it's just, it's one of these things, you turn over the rock and all these things come running out, and it's like, oh, the public doesn't have a right to know.
We absolutely do.
We protect our children.
You help us do that, and I'm really appreciative of that, but it is our job, 100% primary job of parents, Not to depend on the police to do it, not to depend on the school to do it, not to depend on anybody in government to do it.
It is your job.
I'll take all the help I can get, but when you're a hindrance, get out of the way.
Well, I will tell you this.
They don't see their job as protecting.
They see their job as social engineering.
Let me give you proof of it.
When I went to school, if I had a migraine, I could not go to the school nurse and get a baby aspirin with written consent from my parents.
The punch bowl of condoms, however, Was a take a condom, leave a condom jar, and everyone just took condoms.
No one left condoms.
Yeah, but was it a bob for condoms?
Be kind, please rewind situation.
Punch bowl of condoms.
Take a handful.
Baby aspirin, even if your father has written express consent.
No.
That's a school board making a decision.
We believe that children are entitled to privacy, and they should be able to have sex with as many people as they want.
Of course, we also have moral and religious education here at school.
We teach them about contraception and all kinds of perverted, degenerate sex.
However, no, we can't actually help a sick child, even if you give us a medical note.
That happens in a lot of schools.
So, they don't view it as their job to protect their children.
This is the problem with public schools now.
It takes a village, they think that they are the village and you are not a part of it.
Right.
Please, please, if nothing else, take your children out of public schools and this is just another reiteration of that with the Nashville Manifesto.
We gotta get going here.
We do.
Border, look, no one's buying what Biden is selling.
We'll update you guys next week.
We'll update you next week.
So don't worry about that.
It's the biggest issue going into this election and the tides have turned.
A vast majority of Americans believe it's a serious problem and support actually building a wall.
And, of course, for the first time ever, Ever.
Ever.
In our lifetime.
Ever, ever.
They support actual physical building of a wall.
I don't mean this in just some sense of, you know, better border security.
A physical wall.
Hey, who was the one who made their entire campaign about building a wall?
Are they on the ballot?
Depends.
Not if Rachel Maddow had her way with the green sky.
Tell us how we have to go about it.
Yes, so remember, look, final day for the Ford Raptor.

So we're going to go to chat Thursday on Mug Club and by popular demand we're going to
have back today, let's bring him in, Gabe William.
So, Gabe William was here yesterday.
He is our agent.
He is Cuban-American to the right of Genghis Khan.
But then after we were on air, he started telling us stories about his Cuban mother.
Uh-oh.
Where I thought, there's no—well, there's no way he's lying about this, but this is absurd.
And he's saying, I thought you knew about this, right?
You're a Cuban—very, very passionate lady.
Very.
Oh, he didn't know he was on air yet.
If you're watching, we're going to keep this because we had to hit the YouTube dump button yesterday.
