Representative Jim Jordan says, Breaking due to, and this is this morning.
Due to our oversight efforts, Google commits to offer all creators previously kicked off YouTube due to political speech violations to return to the platform.
So I got my channel banned and I think it was October 2020, right before the election, when there were election conspiracies, there were COVID conspiracies, they were doing mass bannings and get rid of a bunch of channels.
I have already appealed, I think like a year or a few months ago, they were saying like, oh, some people are getting their channels back.
if you appeal, like, you know, they're loosening the restrictions.
I tried that, and then they said no, you we decided, we reviewed it, and you're still banned, and that's still what it says today.
I don't even have the option to appeal again, but maybe they'll br they'll bring that back up.
That would be such a game changer if I were to get my YouTube channel back.
It it may be shadow ban and suppressed and not get a lot of uh views.
Who knows if they did give it to me back?
But I had a hundred and thirty-five thousand subscribers.
My average live stream before I was banned was hitting like fifteen hundred, twenty-five hundred people on a good night.
It used to be I would back in like twenty eighteen to twenty twenty, I would stream at night, I'd wake up in the morning and it would have twenty-five thousand views.
That's how it used to be before they took it away and they started suppressing and ban the whole thing.
But apparently the Jim Jordan has pushed YouTube and they should.
Oh, is cancel culture over?
Are we uh are the Republicans and free uh bringing free speech back, force YouTube to reinstate everybody's YouTube channels?
It's absurd that they were able to ban them all to begin with.
So they're pressuring Alphabet and YouTube to bring everybody back.
We will see.
I'm not holding my breath, but we we will see.
They talk a lot about how the Biden administration was pressuring them to ban channels over COVID misinformation.
Or just for political they they they went ban crazy before the election.
They were trying to shut it down as much as they could before the election.
So hopefully the committee has taken important investigative steps to highlight the onerous uh obligations under law, digital service.

YouTube also admits the Biden administration censorship pressure was unacceptable and wrong.
Confirms that the Biden admin wanted Americans censored for free speech that did not violate YouTube policies.
They promise us to never use a third party fact checker, ADL.
I know they'll probably let a bunch of the other accounts on, but not me.
They'll let everybody back in uh back on but me and some others.
Over the past few years, we haven't covered massive scandals relating to big tech censorship.
Hopefully they just don't pass the two thirty.
Remember, we covered that the other day and and and years ago that that's what that's what they want to do is reform or rebolish section two thirty so that they can sue social media for anti-Semitism or whatever else.
What does it mean?
Whether you were established YouTube presence with a massive following, or you were just starting out to express political views, you will have an opportunity, so not for sure, but an opportunity to come back under the platform if you were censored for engaging in political speech.
Well, I didn't say anything illegal.
Mine was all political and uh, you know, not violating policies.
They hadn't banned my channel and they didn't they didn't stop the trajectory I was on, I would have had hundreds of thousands, five hundred thousand, a million, a million subscribers on YouTube.
It would have been such a different world if YouTube didn't crack down and ban everybody.
And Facebook.
Okay, what does it say here?
The company terminated channels for repeatedly violating its community guidelines on elections integrity content through 2023 and COVID content through 2024.
Today, YouTube's community guidelines allow for a wider range of content regarding COVID 19.
YouTube will provide an opportunity for all creator to rejoin the platform if the company terminated their channels for repeated violations of COVID 19 and elections integrity policies.
So not for quote unquote ADL saying you're anti-Semitic, though, then they'll keep you banned if the ADL called you banned you for being anti-Semitic.
Is that what we're gonna see here?
They don't even give you a reason when they ban you, by the way.
Okay.
So we will see how that turns out.
Meanwhile, they're forcing TikTok to sell, selling it to a bunch of Zionists that are already put in a former IDF girl to censure censor TikTok.
And now they're retraining and securing the algorithm.
Remember the leaked the leaked audio of ADL Koveching about TikTok, not allowing them to censor everything that criticizes them.
And the algorithm, I know this is a question many of you have had, will be secured, retrained and retrained and operated in the United States outside of Bite Dance's control.
Um TikTok will remain global globally interoperable, meaning TikTok users in the US will be able to see videos posted by users in other countries, and vice versa.
While I don't have a number on the specific deal, we do expect um that thanks to the president's leadership and the securement of this historic deal, businesses using TikTok will generate as much as 178 billion dollars in economic activity within the US over the next four years.
So this is great news, not just for the millions of Americans.
I think I'm gonna start a new TikTok and see what happens with it now that they got the algorithm retrained, because what I see is a bunch of goislop kosher disinfo conspiracies, you know, running wild on TikTok.
Uh the last time I went on TikTok, every video was some end times Christian rapture video.
They really push the Jesus conspiracies.
American youth who use TikTok, their data will be safe and secure with this new deal.
They'll continue to use this very fun app.
But they the it's also great news for all the small business owners who have really been able to make a living um off of the use of TikTok as well.
And if I could just get one more as it relates to China on um crop crisis.
Could you imagine if they bring everybody back on YouTube and they allow TikTok be like a different it'd be game changer?
I know this is a question many of you have had.

And look, we think there's a window of opportunity right now to pursue it.
The only leader in the world, really, that can sort of broker that or bring that together is President Trump.
That's why every country in the region, and frankly, every country in the world, including many of those involved in this recognition effort, are begging the president to get involved in this issue.
There is no power.
