She's also talking about forcing people to bake cakes now.

Pam Bondi on Stephen Miller's wife's podcast calling for hate speech laws.
These universities are complicit in allowing conservatives to be harassed on campus.
And what happens when you allow a university to harass conservatives and don't expell or don't take an action is what happened last week.

And, you know, on a broader level.
See, Charlie getting attacked is because they're not taking enough action on anti-Semitism.

My guess is you have something in your contract that says you have to behave in a certain way in public.

So I think it is time for this to be uh to be a crackdown on people.
And like I say, it's perfectly uh legal, legitimate, particularly if it's part of the contract process.

And you know, it's it's unbelievable that it seems that it's always conservatives that are being targeted.
Uh they're talking about getting people fired from their jobs, right?

Because then they can play the victim, and they say they're trying to shut me up because I have something that everyone else wants.

And so the minute that you start to enforce speech.

I've always understood that was the law.
Human beings different than any other type of being on the planet.
Aristotle said we are the speaking beings.
That our capacity to communicate is who we are.
And I actually think it creates an act of citizenry when bad people are allowed to speak.
If it advocates for an illegal action, advocacy is directed to inciting or producing eminent lawlessness, lawless action, and is likely to produce such action.
Both federal and state laws address incitement to violence and riots with potential penalties, including fines and imprisonment.
So we already have laws.
Are they just talking about enforcing them?

And employers, you have an obligation to get rid of people.
You need to look at people who are saying horrible things.
And they shouldn't be working with you.
Businesses cannot discriminate.
If you want to go in and print posters with Charlie's pictures on them for a vigil, you have to let them do that.
We can prosecute you for that.

So it doesn't have to be mutually exclusive.
I would love to see Christians follow Charlie's lead.
