	On the basis of evidence collected and examined.
	I have reasonable grounds to believe, on the basis of evidence collected and examined by my office, that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense Yoav Galant bear criminal responsibility for the following international crimes committed on the territory of the state of Palestine from at least the 8th of October 2023.
	The crimes include starvation of civilians as a method of warfare, willfully causing great suffering, serious injury to body or health, or cruel treatment, willful killing or murder,
	and intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population, as well as crimes against humanity of extermination and/or murder, persecution, and allegations of crimes of committing other inhumane acts.
	It's alleged that these crimes were committed in the context of the ongoing armed conflict and as part of a widespread and systematic attack against the civilian population of Gaza pursuant to a state policy.
	My office charges Netanyahu and Galant as co-perpetrators and as superiors in the commission of these alleged crimes.
	Israel, like all states, has the right to defend its population.
	It has every right to ensure the return of hostages that have been criminally and callously taken.
	Those rights, however, do not absolve Israel of its obligations to comply with international humanitarian law.
	Sounds pretty reasonable.

	The treatment of Jewish Americans on college campuses across this country and in particular at Harvard University is nothing short of a national emergency.

	I'd like to walk you through the last three weeks at Harvard to prove my point.

	Hundreds of Harvard students and faculty members set up encampments in Harvard Yard in direct violation of Harvard policies, demanding that Harvard divest all monies from the Jewish state.

	They screamed about globalizing the intifada, drew pictures of our Jewish university president with horns and a tail, and screamed at all hours of the day that, quote, Palestine.
	See how they love to highlight the oh, you're calling us satanic.
	You're picking on us religiously with the age-old stereotype trope of anti-Christian anti-Semitism, calling us satanic.
	See how they always point to that?
	They illustrate that, and that reinforces the sympathy card because of the Christian satanic dynamic.

	Perhaps most concerning, the protesters established their own rule of law on campus, creating self-appointed safety marshals to patrol the campus.
	These safety marshals follow Jews like me on our way to class, monitoring our every move.

	They drew pictures.

	They drew pictures.
	They often recorded us and demanded that we leave their encampment as if we did not have a right to exist at Harvard.
	But they didn't.
	You don't have the right to exist and provoke them in their encampments and film them.

	Nothing when their encampment participants physically threatened Harvard community members.
	Physically threatened.
	Oh, like you can interpret that as lots of things.
	What about the actual Jews that showed up at UCLA and beat up a bunch of the kids?
	That's the only actual violence there's been.
	Besides that, and the stormtroopers coming in and taking on the protests immediately because all of the big wigs told them to.
	This campaign was designed for one reason and one reason only: to intimidate, to harass, and to bully Jewish students at Harvard University.
	In fact, although President Alan Garber himself admitted that these students threatened both.
	It's not about the students at your university.
	It's about a foreign war that America is deeply involved in and backing.

	We're not allowed to oppose the war in the Middle East of the country that most of our leaders think is the Holy Land and the people they're fighting are chosen by God and they're going to get up here and play victims as they're slaughtering and conquering the Holy Land in Gaza and then play the victim as they're doing it.

	Students and employees, the encampment was allowed to continue uninterrupted for nearly three weeks.
	Like, does he seem scared?
	Does this guy seem scared and threatened to you, or does he seem like he loves this?
	He loves this opportunity.
	While the encampment finally ended yesterday, if you would like to see Harvard's anti-Semitism in real time, look no further than the fact that he seems like he's like on an executive like sales pitch or something.

	Harvard has agreed with almost all of the encampment leaders' demands.
	In exchange for leaving, the anti-Semites will face zero consequences.
	They will get to meet with the university to discuss a Palestinian studies department.
	They will meet with the corporation to discuss divesting from the Jewish state.
	And not once has Harvard publicly condemned the objective anti-Semitism that we Jewish students have faced as a result.
	Not once has Harvard's anti-Semitism task force said anything.
	More importantly, not once have they done anything to combat anti-Semitism at Harvard.
	What do you want to do?
	What kind of special things do you want to do for this supposed anti-Semitism that's happening?
	Mandatory classes for everybody?
	What do you want?
	You want them thrown in prison, kicked out of school if they say something that offends you?
