U.S. Senate's First Bill is Anti-BDS Legislation

	Adam Green here, no more news.
	It's January 5th, 2019, and an article just came out here from the Intercepts Glenn Greenwald, and it's uh Congress, even though uh United States government is shut down right now.
	Congress has came out with their first bill.
	Uh it's uh HR1 came out, and usually the first bill of the year has uh really lets you know where Congress is gonna have their priorities at.
	It really sets the tone, and the f the bill that they come out with really illustrates where the priorities of Congress are, and it really uh emphasizes where the allegiance to Congress is.
	So we have U.S. Senate's first bill in midst of a government shutdown, is a bipartisan keyword defense of the Israeli government from boycotts.

	So the bill is back, and we got Schumer here in front of APEC.
	So we're gonna go through this.
	So when each new Congress is gaveled into session, the chambers, so they're just saying HR1, it sets the message.
	In 2017, this the GOP controlled uh Senate said uh they were doing tax cuts and job acts, but not in 2019, they're not hiding it anymore because in 2019, the first bill considered S1 is not designed to protect American workers or bolster U.S. companies or address various debates of uh border security and immigration.
	It's not a bill to open the government back up from the shutdown.
	Instead, according to multiple sources involved in legislation, S1 will be a compendium containing a handful of foreign policy related measures, a main one of which is a provision with Florida GOP Senator Marco Rubio as a lead sponsor.
	Remember, he was Sheldon Adelson's first choice before Trump, uh so they say, to defend the Israeli government.
	This bill is a top legislative priority for APEC.
	So Apex getting exact what they want.
	First bill for this Congress.
	In the previous Congress, the bill was known as S 170, and we have that here, S 170.
	It's uh they explain what it is here.
	They say S 170.
	It gives state and local governments explicit legal authority to boycott any U.S. companies which themselves are participating in a boycott against Israel.
	So you own your your own small business, your own corporation, your your your own company in the United States, you don't want to buy from Israel, you don't want to sub uh be uh do business with Israel, you want to vote with your dollar, you're not allowed to do that.
	Local gov state and local governments can come after you, companies themselves.
	And the Intercept reported last month that 26 states now have enacted some version of law to punish or otherwise sanction entities which participate in or support the boycott of Israel.
	While similar laws are pending at at least 13 additional states.
	And uh what just happened recently, the Texas elementary school tea uh speech pathologist was fired.
	Uh we got that here that was covered in the intercept also by Glenn Greenwald.
	Texas elementary school speech pathologist refused to sign a pro-Israel oath, now mandatory in many strict states, so she lost her job.
	How sad is it in the United States that we are being forced to sign pledges and oaths, like Cynthia McKinney in Congress had to sign the oath and the pledge to support Israel.
	A foreign name nation.
	Why are we being forced to support a foreign nation?
	And if we say anything about it, they call us anti-Semites.
	Newsweek teacher sues Texas after being fired for refusing to sign pro-Israel contract.
	See the teacher here getting fired, and I'll show you a few more examples in a second, but she teaches autistic and speech impaired children in Austin and she re of Texas, of course, where Alex Jones is from.
	She refused to promise not to boycott goods produced.
	So Israel used white phosphorus on Gaza, they bomb Gaza, they do all types of bad stuff.
	We should have the right to boycott them and say we're not gonna support them economically anymore.
	And they're trying to take that first amendment right away.
	Thus far, two federal courts have ruled that these type of bills are unconstitutional via the first amendment, but that doesn't stop this new bill from going in and trying to push states to do it.
	These are the Israel defending free speech punishing laws, which Rubio's bill is designed to strengthen.
	Although Rubio is the chief sponsor, his bill attracted broad by bipartisan support, as is true of most bills designed to protect protect Israel and which are supported by Congress.
	Last year, Senator Cardin introduced a bill that would have criminalized participation in international boycotts of Israel.
	And it was on the verge of passing with significant bipartisan support until the ACLU sounded the alarm on how gravely unconstitutional that bill was.
	And that newly elected United States Congress would choose to prioritize protection of this foreign nation at the expense of constitutional rights of American citizens over countless bills.

	This uh from the um ACLU is saying how bad it is that uh it's gonna weaken America's first amendment protections, and it's talking about how uh Democratic co-sponsors has 60 votes, so they're gonna be able to overcome the filibuster.
	Chuck Schumer, the minority leader uh from New York, Jewish APEC loyalist, Senate's most reliable APEC loyalist, says he uh supports the bill and he's not gonna whip against it, and he didn't want to return for comment.
	And if the bill does pass, it goes to this uh to the House, and with Nancy Pelosi, a longtime Israel advocate, but also a supporter of the First Amendment, sure she is, takes it up and passes it into law.
	So look at what the world is coming to now.
	CNN fires Mark Lamont Hill in wake of remarks criticizing Israel and calling for a free speech, free Palestine.
	So you can't stand up for Israel, you can't talk about the genocide and the ethnic cleansing that's gone on there.

	That's not the first time that CNN fired somebody.
	Here's Newsweek.
	CNN Rick Sanchez fired after implying Jews run the media, calling John Stewart a bigot.
	So no, Jews don't run the media, but you get fired for saying it, and uh Lamont Hill gets fired for saying it.
	And of course, professors that uh criticize Israel or say that you know conspiracy theories, quote unquote, like this Sussex University investigates professor who claims Israel was behind 9-11 Twin Towers attacks with help from Zionists and U.S. governments, and they were talking about how responding to criticism.
	I don't know what that's uh he says, if criticism of the hardline Likudin Mossad for which uh several countries wrecked its virulent anti-Semitic, then I am guilty.
	And I they were talking about firing him or punishing him, but he's just like a retired professor emeritus, so they couldn't.
	Here's Canary Mission uh that fired, or they investigated and fired this professor or helped get this professor fired.
	Tony Hall, it's been reported by on uh Veterans Today.
	Just recently, the other day, Ohio doctor fired after anti-Semitic tweets surfaced, including threat to give Jews wrong meds.
	It was a joke, and it's a young female doctor, and just the other day, what date is this?
	Uh January 2nd, just three days ago.
	She's fired for tweets from 2014, so four years old, joking around.
	Uh, you have to be pro-Israel, apparently now.
	And if you if you're vocal on social media or anywhere, and with any criticizing criticism, you get fired from your job.
	And let's see, where are we?
	Okay, let's move over to here now, and I want to show you where this is headed.
	Some more examples.
	Hurricane victims.
	This was recently.
	Hurricane victims must support Israel to get relief.
	Texas City demands.
	So all those Zionists in the Bible belt down in Texas, like Alex Jones, this was uh last year.
	In October, you'll get fired.
	Or you must to get hurricane aid, you have to pledge to support Israel.
	Jerusalem Post says delegitimizate delegitimizing Israel soon to be illegal in South Carolina.
	So let's they're talking about states everywhere are enacting these uh these laws, these insane Orwellian laws.
	Uh LA Times, Trump embraces a dangerously broad definition of anti-Semitism.
	He's going uh forth with all this stuff.
	Horitz, the U.S. House panel approves bills on anti-Semitism envoy combating genocide.
	Is there any like uh anti-white panels?
	Is it or they spend so much time researching and investigating how much everybody hates them?
	Uh anti-Semitism doesn't come in a vacuum.
	That's what our friend uh Barry Trachtenberg said in my video last week when he's battling the ADL and the Anti-Semitism Act.
	But here's the ADL saying they welcome the House passage of the anti-Semitism Envoy Bill.
	Independent, 45 senators support bill that makes boycotting Israel a crime.
	That's back in 2017.
	And here's Democrats join Republicans in bill criminalizing criminalizing speech critical of Israel.
	This is coming.
	Bipartisan.
	Remember what George Carlin said about bipartisanship.
	The word bipartisan means some larger than usual deception is being carried out.
	Washington Post, this piece of pro-Israel legislation is a serious threat to free speech.
	APEC controls both sides.
	LA Times, free speech, and Anti-Semitism Awareness Act.
	Here's uh Barry Trachtenberg's article in the foreword saying Congress, Congress's Anti-Semitism Awareness Act doesn't protect Jews, it protects Israel.
	Very well said.
	Another one from Glenn Greenwald, another Jew that's speaking out against this.
	I guess they're the only ones uh brave enough or allowed to do it.

	Just the perfect illustration and example of the control.
	And it they are freaked out about BDS.
	These are some highlights from the Al Jazeera documentary called The Jewish Lobby talking about BDS.
	The three-day conference brings together the constellation of pro-Israel lobby groups in the US.
	On the surface, things seem to be looking good for Israel.
	Israel's booming.
	It's the start-up nation.
	More venture capital is going into Israel today than at any other time in history.
	Talpiat, Israel 8200 takeover, Technion, advanced technology, BB's plan to rule the world with advanced technology.
	They're bragging about it, but that's just a side note.
	So why don't we just calm down?
	Realize that BDS is worthless, it's losing and ignore it.
	BDS task force.
	Maccabees.
	The Maccabees.
	So if we focus on the dollars, we can feel really good about ourselves.
	If we focus on the fact that an effort's being made to distance us, those who love Israel, Israel, from the rising generation.
	I think we need to worry.
	BDS is taking everybody's.
	They're worried.
	They're worried.
	And this is non-violent protest.
	This is the only means that we have economic, financial, going at them, voting with their dollar.
	They're trying to take away that right.
	And they're forcing us to buy from them.
	They don't have the right to force us to buy from Israel, to force us to do business with Israel.
	They're so blatant and overt and they're not even hiding this anymore.
	This insane rules and laws that they're trying to put to force us to support Israel.
	Um they're taking away our well, I'll get to that in a second.
	Here, we'll continue on.
	They're freaked out by BDS.
	These are these anti-BDS people working for Israel in the United States.
	And listen to what he says about BDS here.
	BDS has taken everybody surprise.
	It's come up, you know, uh behind everyone's back and picked them on the ass.
	Yeah, that's a complete mess.
	Um I can tell you that I don't think anybody's doing a good job.
	Um, we're not even doing a good job.
	We did some good research, but we haven't figured out how to do anything with it.
	So they pretend like BDS doesn't bother them.
	Netanyahu says, like, oh, BDS doesn't even do nothing, and we're having so much business and doing business around the world, and he he jokes and goes, I wish that BDS would have an effect so that I wasn't so busy traveling, making all these deals and turning the world blue and being a light into the nations.
	But this is where this is going.
	It's not going to a good place.
	It's just gonna get worse and worse.
	They're just uh incrementally boiling frog, getting their foot in the door, and this is where it's going.
	So Facebook CEO walks back defense of Holocaust deniers.
	So they're having a free speech debate on if Holocaust denial or quote unquote anti-Semitism should be allowed on social media, and since the ADL and the SPLC run it, you can bet the answer is no.

	So it's illegal there.
	Holocaust deniers in Russia now face five years in prison.
	That's what they want to bring here.
	New York Times, the EU adopts measure outlawing Holocaust denial.

	They're taking away our right to debate history, to question history.
	We know that history is written by the victors.
	And um they're taking away if we can't question the Holocaust and have free speech to debate anything, no matter what it is, then what's next?
	We're not allowed to debate if we're have to have mandatory vaccines.
	We're not allowed to debate what happened on 9-11.
	We're not allowed to question anything the government says.
	We're not allowed to have the right to just disagree and not believe the government and have free speech and express that.
	Holocaust denier jailed is what they're doing to people that do that, and that's the guardian over in Europe.
	British soldier jailed for quote anti-Semitic speech where he incited supporters to free England from Jewish control.
	So you can't even say that we just we're under Jewish control and want to get out of it.
	They say they'll throw you in jail.
	Uh Nazi grandma goes to jail in Germany for Holocaust denial.
	Nazi grandma, there's been others too.
	A Nazi salute and you go to jail.
	Like, if this is the most stigmatized taboo thing that you're not allowed to do, Nazi salute goes to jail.
	These are the countries' laws against Holocaust denial in Europe, all over Europe.
	It's illegal.
	Um all these countries can't question it.
	Facebook must adhere to German Holocaust denial law, says Berlin.
	So follow cost uh Facebook is complying with international rules.
	They just like Google and the social media companies comply with uh China's uh uh censorship.
	Jerusalem Post, uh Holocaust denial is not illegal in America, Facebook notes, but they are gonna listen to Germany, just we gotta make it illegal here too, and then they can ban it also.

	So they're wanting shut us down.
	Uh spreading Holocaust awareness through social media.
	There's like, oh, they're spreading it everywhere.
	We can't allow them to spread information.
	Uh Fox News, dear Z Mark, dear Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg just kicked the Holocaust denying bums off your platform once and for all.
	Whether you agree with Holocaust uh revisionists or not, you have to allow free speech and free debate on on historical on historical things on anything.
	It's time for Facebook to shut down Holocaust denial on its site once and for all, the ADL.
	And when I was in Israel or Palestine in the West Bank, uh I noticed that you know I knew about all this new calls to ban the Holocaust denial.
	So they're doing they want to ban it here.
	You can see where where this is going.
	Uh when I was in in um before I get into that story, US State Department, they already have anti-Semitism defined, they have the anti-Semitism envoy.
	These are the rules.
	Targeting conspi you can't say that they're conspiring, can't blame them, can't stereotype, can't say that they have power.
	Can't say that um you can't say that they exaggerated the Holocaust.
	You say anything less than six million, they'll throw you in jail.
	More loyal to you can't say that they're loyal to Israel.
	Can't say that uh the existence of Israel or its formation was racist.
	I mean, how do they think they can get away with all this stuff?
	You can't say that Jews killed Jesus?
	Really?
	You can't claim that Jews kill Jesus.
	They're gonna say anti-Semitic acts are criminal.
	All they gotta do is flip that switch, pass this law, and then maybe it won't be so bad from the start, but just give it, just you know, let them put some amendments in there and see where it ends up a few years from now once the law gets uh changed a few times.
