#206: March 4-5, 2009

Today, Dan tells Jordan about a couple days back in 2009 and all the nonsense Alex Jones had to say back then. The gents discuss the sudden arrival of Alex talking about George Soros, and the suspicious circumstances surrounding that. Also, Alex lies a whole bunch about a bioweapon outbreak, and Dan explains exactly where he's getting his information from. Hint: it's not "the mainstream news."

Speaker Time Text
alex jones
Andy in Kansas, you're on the air.
Thanks for holding.
unidentified
Hello, Alex.
I'm a first-time caller.
I'm a huge fan.
I love your work.
alex jones
I love you.
dan friesen
Hey, everybody.
Welcome back to Knowledge Fight.
I'm Dan.
jordan holmes
I'm Jordan.
dan friesen
We're a couple dudes who like to sit around, drink novelty beverages, and talk a little bit about that boy, Alex Jones.
jordan holmes
Indeed we are.
dan friesen
Which is not how I'm going to phrase it from now on.
jordan holmes
No, that boy, Alex Jones.
dan friesen
Yeah, yeah.
unidentified
Hmm.
jordan holmes
All right.
dan friesen
Yeah.
I feel like it's a rap reference, but I'm not sure what to.
jordan holmes
I don't think it is.
Or it's just a general reference entirely.
dan friesen
I really feel like it's a rap song I'm unaware of.
jordan holmes
For any situation where somebody says, that boy.
dan friesen
That boy.
jordan holmes
That boy.
dan friesen
Anyway.
jordan holmes
All right.
dan friesen
Alex Jones.
jordan holmes
Dan.
dan friesen
That's who we talk about.
unidentified
Dan.
dan friesen
Yep.
jordan holmes
What was the first time you went swimming?
dan friesen
First time I went swimming, I actually remember this, I believe.
I'm not sure as a really young boy, but I have a very distinct memory.
So I used to live in Cambridge, Massachusetts, back when my dad was at Harvard.
jordan holmes
Whoa!
dan friesen
I know, dropping names.
But we moved from there when I was about seven or so.
So before that, we went to a pool.
And I remember I was able to, the first time I was able to dunk my head underwater, it was only notable because my parents were proud and we went to the Mass House of Pizza afterwards.
unidentified
Wait.
dan friesen
As a little bit of a reward.
unidentified
Because you dunked your...
dan friesen
Because I was doing so well in my swimming program.
jordan holmes
Oh, you were in a swimming program.
unidentified
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, okay.
dan friesen
So this had to have been before...
jordan holmes
I thought it was just like a random situation where you got into a pool and you put your head underwater and your parents were like, Yeah!
We're going to get pizza!
Check this shit out!
dan friesen
This kid got dunked!
Let's go get food!
jordan holmes
Yeah!
dan friesen
I don't know.
It had to be before 7. I don't know how much before 7, though, because most of my life is kind of a blur, except for weird, specific memories like that one.
jordan holmes
Yeah, I know!
It's a very strange, weird...
dan friesen
I mostly only remember that, I think, because my parents had a mass house of pizza magnet on our fridge for years and years after that.
And that memory was associated by them telling me that story about that from the magnet.
But otherwise, I don't know.
I swam.
I almost choked to death at a pool in Missouri once because I ate a hot dog.
I swallowed too much of it.
I tried to...
I tried to get my friend Matt to recognize that I was choking, and he just sort of laughed at me.
So I threw myself on a chair.
jordan holmes
Oh my god, that's a metaphor for your entire goddamn life, Dan.
dan friesen
It really is, more than you know.
jordan holmes
That's brutal.
That is brutal.
I nearly drowned.
I was in Champaign, Illinois, and I didn't know how to swim yet.
And I slipped into the deep end.
And I was drowning.
And then I grabbed my brother and climbed on top of him like Sylvester Stallone in Over the Top.
dan friesen
And then he drowned.
jordan holmes
And then he drowned.
I was the winner.
dan friesen
Congratulations.
jordan holmes
Thank you very much.
dan friesen
And thus we are able to do this podcast.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Wherein I know a lot about Alex Jones.
jordan holmes
And I only know what you tell me about Alex Jones, Stan.
dan friesen
So on our last episode, Jordan, I'd like to thank everybody for a lot of great feedback that we got from our last episode.
We learned that Alex Jones is starting his new career as a mid-level distributor of a multi-level marketing scheme called Juness.
jordan holmes
Great start.
dan friesen
So we're going to, you know, I don't know how much I really want to be in the present.
going forward.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's harsh.
dan friesen
But I think that today we have just as important of an episode from 2009.
We are back in the past.
Very excited about what we're going to be going over today.
But before we get to that...
jordan holmes
We have to acknowledge that...
This is like the third time on that episode that I have tried to figure out what the name of Legends of the Fall was.
dan friesen
Is that right?
jordan holmes
I think it was.
I swear to God, we've tried that before and it did not go well.
dan friesen
I kind of feel like that's just our rhythm and it feels very familiar where I don't want to talk about whatever movie you're trying to bring up.
So I intentionally say the wrong movie and in this case Fight Club.
But it is possible that you've been trying to pull the name Legends of the Fall for years.
It's possible that that is a theme in our show.
But before we talk about Legends of the Fall, we've got to give a shout-out to a couple of new donors.
I'm very excited.
I think people are responding quite well to the idea of us having goals.
And I want to thank everybody who has joined up and say, hey, we're now almost 85% of the way to having to do another documentary.
jordan holmes
Oh, no!
unidentified
No!
jordan holmes
Quit donating!
Quit donating!
He's the one who lives off of it.
I don't need this.
dan friesen
It may come sooner than we expect.
So there's that.
Please give us your suggestions of what...
I'd rather not do the Obama deception, but any of the police state documentaries are up for grabs.
Any of that stuff.
jordan holmes
A nine-hour day is going to be a rough one.
dan friesen
Yeah, it may be.
jordan holmes
Another nine hour.
dan friesen
But what is not rough is my feelings about our new sponsors, donors.
Great transition.
Thanks.
To someone who's just joined up with the team, we thank you so much, Paul.
You are now a policy wonk.
alex jones
I'm a policy wonk.
dan friesen
Thank you, Paul.
jordan holmes
Thank you very much, Paul.
dan friesen
Also, I'd like to give a shout-out to someone who's been around and been a big booster of the show for quite a while.
Very thrilled to have them on board.
Thank you so much, Lucy.
You are now a policy wonk.
alex jones
I'm a policy wonk.
dan friesen
Thank you.
jordan holmes
Thank you very much, Lucy.
dan friesen
We appreciate it so very much.
jordan holmes
And I would like to give a thank you to everyone who has sent me gifts on Pokemon Go.
Thank you very much.
We are now all good friends.
dan friesen
I've seen proof that you have a Charizard.
jordan holmes
I do.
dan friesen
Very exciting.
jordan holmes
I do.
It's a fantastic life.
dan friesen
And then finally, I would like to give a shout-out and thank you to someone who took their donation, bumped it up a little bit, and is thus a globalist.
Thank you so much, Drew.
alex jones
I'm a policy wonk.
pastor david manning
Someone sodomite sent me a bucket of poop.
unidentified
Thank you, Drew.
jordan holmes
Thank you very much, Drew.
dan friesen
Yeah.
So, Jordan, we're back in 2009, like I said, and today, hey, look.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
I want to be perfectly clear.
jordan holmes
Sure.
dan friesen
Our last 2009 investigation episode, I said that, hey, I got sick and tired of listening to March 4th, 2009.
jordan holmes
Cut off halfway through.
dan friesen
And boy, that was a big mistake.
jordan holmes
That was a big mistake.
dan friesen
I will be the first to admit that that is a classic knowledge fight fuck-up.
jordan holmes
Oh, okay.
dan friesen
Perhaps the only time I've ever done that in the history of our show been like, look, I just listened to the beginning.
We'll get back to it.
That's weird that the first time I did that, had I have not gone back and listened to the rest of the episode, we would have missed something massive.
jordan holmes
Yeah, the last time, or the few times you've done it before now, you've just been like, fuck this and we've never gone back to it.
dan friesen
No, but I've still listened to it.
jordan holmes
Oh, okay.
dan friesen
I've still listened to the end of those episodes and been like, I was right to just chop it off there.
Who gives a shit?
jordan holmes
This is the first time you've been wrong.
dan friesen
Well, yeah, sure.
jordan holmes
Clock right.
Once every, twice a day.
dan friesen
We can say that I was wrong, but I'm here to make amends and make things right by actually getting back to the March 4th and getting into what happened at the end of the show, because it's super important to our investigation.
Then, the rest of the episode will be about March 5th, 2009, where Alex does something wild that I think is going to be a lot of fun for everybody.
jordan holmes
Oh, yeah?
dan friesen
Except for his listeners.
Not so fun for them.
jordan holmes
Super fun for Nick Cannon, though.
dan friesen
Yes, absolutely.
So here we're going to start with the March 4th.
Alex, at the beginning of this episode, had referenced that he had a clip of George Soros admitting that he had crashed the price of oil intentionally.
And at that point, I was like...
Fuck this.
I looked into George Soros' comments about oil around this time, and we discussed that, how he was talking about the bubble that was created was largely due to over-speculation about the price of oil, and was advising people to work towards that bubble not bursting.
Nothing to do with intentionally crashing the price of oil or anything like that.
So I assumed that was just going to be him saying, I have this clip.
I didn't realize at the end of the episode he would actually play the clip.
jordan holmes
Oh!
What?
dan friesen
Now...
jordan holmes
He doesn't do that.
dan friesen
It doesn't.
jordan holmes
Because any time he plays the clip, it proves him wrong.
dan friesen
And wouldn't you know that this is the exact same thing.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
So here is Alex playing the clip that he purports to say is George Soros admitting that he crashed the price of oil.
See if you can get that from this clip.
More importantly, see if you can figure out what actually is making Alex mad.
jordan holmes
Okay.
alex jones
Here is George Soros admitting that, oh, it's okay that oil is plunging.
This is being used basically as a weapon to bring down the Arab states and other nations.
Here it is.
unidentified
Bad bank efforts going on in the United States, but there's so much else to be discussed here because this is, after all, the World Economic Forum.
jordan holmes
Let's talk for a moment about the price of oil.
unidentified
What are the implications of $40 oil in your mind?
george soros
Well, it's a sudden reversal of fortunes for the oil-producing countries.
And in the Gulf States, you have quite a few bubbles.
You know, Dubai was probably the biggest real estate bubble in the world, and it's now bursting.
However, it's not all bad news, because the major oil-producing countries have been the enemies of the prevailing world order: Venezuela, Iran, Russia.
And it's not so easy.
To finance a Bolivarian revolution with $40 oil.
So I think Venezuela, Chavez, probably his days are numbered.
And in Iran...
I think that he's not going to last a year.
I may be wrong, but I mean, he's under considerable duress and his influence is going to decline.
In Iran, Ahmadinejad is up for elections in 2009.
And unless he can provoke some...
I think that he's liable to also be defeated and you may have a more reasonable regime.
What about Russia?
Now, Russia is more troubling because Putin has been using oil for a number of reasons to re-establish.
Russia's geopolitical influence to enrich the rulers, to maintain themselves in power, and to bribe the rulers of the neighboring countries to gain control over their gas.
But through the success, he was very popular.
jordan holmes
Not so easy now.
george soros
Now, suddenly you have had a financial collapse.
Inflation, ruble falling, living standards falling.
And there is a danger that he will be more adventurous trying to have some foreign adventure, Ukraine, whatever, to divert attention.
jordan holmes
I'm afraid we have to end it there.
George Soros would like to thank you very much.
We didn't get to China, but we heard lots about Russia.
unidentified
That is George Soros, live from Davos, the World Economic Forum.
dan friesen
So that's the clip that Alex plays, and to my ears, that's mostly analysis.
You could characterize that as economic, geopolitical analysis based on what the price of oil is, the way that Putin was able to game the system, the way that places that are outside of the sphere of sort of what George Soros would call the world order, which scares Alex.
jordan holmes
It also gives an editorial bent towards the analysis as well, saying that because oil has...
dan friesen
Come back to the levels it was before the hyperinflation.
jordan holmes
It has been regulated, or it's like come back to even.
Normalized.
That's the word I was looking for.
The countries who were relying on the oil speculation driving up the cost of oil...
Filling their coffers.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
Had more money to invade and cause havoc.
dan friesen
Or to bribe leaders.
jordan holmes
Exactly.
dan friesen
As he's pointing out as it relates to Russia and Putin.
unidentified
Right.
jordan holmes
And that makes it look to the people like they're doing a good job.
dan friesen
Which is also something that we've already seen in our 2009 analysis.
We were talking about when Russia shot off the gas that was going through Ukraine.
And Alex said that that was Ukraine's fault.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
So we already have this...
His analysis is, I don't particularly care to get into whether he's right or wrong or anything like that.
That's secondary to any of my interests in this.
jordan holmes
I think it was two for three.
Chavez did go down.
Ahmadinejad didn't just yet.
dan friesen
A little bit later.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
Not too much longer, but not soon enough for me.
dan friesen
Perhaps not in the time frame that he's predicting.
jordan holmes
And then Russia totally did.
Some exploratory adventures.
Some adventures in Ukraine, so to speak.
dan friesen
So nowhere in that clip is he even indicating in any way that, like, I crashed the price of oil.
And he's saying that there are benefits to it that come from these regimes not being able to use the price of oil to their advantage, certainly.
But that does not imply in any way that, like, I did that shit.
jordan holmes
We did that.
dan friesen
Oh, what up?
unidentified
We did it!
dan friesen
And also, let's remember, along with Putin, Venezuela.
unidentified
Iran.
dan friesen
Alex's dad lost a lot of money because of that, too.
jordan holmes
So you might have something personal going on there as well.
dan friesen
I don't know if that's necessarily the piece of it.
But it's interesting because he plays that clip and then he comes back to it a little bit later.
And let's see what his analysis focuses on.
Does it focus on Iran?
Does it focus on Venezuela?
jordan holmes
Boy, I'm going to go with no.
alex jones
Now remember, Lindsay Williams, months before they snuck attack, Russia-controlled territory in Georgia held since the early 90s.
Historically part of Russia.
jordan holmes
Uh-oh.
alex jones
He said they're also going to start stuff with Russia.
No one was even talking about that.
That just came out of the clear blue one morning.
It did not.
jordan holmes
Oh, it so did not.
alex jones
I played that, Lindsay Williams, because I wanted to, you know, have you be able to comment before we get into the latest developments on why do you think the elite are now basically admitting everything that you were saying, but you said it before it was even announced or it even happened.
lindsey williams
Well, Alex, you have to understand, I'm just an ordinary, everyday guy.
It puts on my pictures just like every other man every morning.
jordan holmes
No, I'm just an unfrozen caveman.
unidentified
A number of years ago, I had the privilege of living with the elite of the world for three years.
lindsey williams
As a result, I've kept in touch with some of them, and they have kept in touch with me sometimes over these past 35 years.
They knew in advance.
Alex, folks, I plead with you.
Everybody out in this audience today, I beg of you.
Please listen and believe every word Alex Jones is saying.
He has tried to tell you for years.
dan friesen
All right.
So this is Lindsay Williams, the guy who is an absolute shill and a liar trying to pitch his DVDs that he sells, presenting this idea that he, because he was a chaplain at an oil derrick or something like that, he has inside information.
We went over him a couple episodes back.
He is a scam artist that even the Infowars community on their message boards were like, stop having him on!
jordan holmes
Because also in that clip, clearly he has no idea what anybody was talking about, and he was just kind of rambling on, just like, well, you know, I was around those people, and all I can tell you is to listen to what Alex says.
dan friesen
And believe every word of it.
jordan holmes
I don't know anything about it.
dan friesen
But also, that's what we see over and over again with the guests that have staying power.
They butter Alex up and really flatter him.
So he knows that part of the game, and God bless him for it.
I don't know.
I mean, it's strategically a good move for someone as a guest on his show.
jordan holmes
Right.
No, no, no.
I'm for that.
dan friesen
So, Alex's main analysis seems to be about Russia.
It seems to be about how...
The 8808, the South Ossession and Abkhazian separatists that attacked Georgia.
He's using that as like, hey, that was a sneak attack against Russian-held territories.
It was ethnic cleansing against native Georgians.
jordan holmes
Used to be part of the Soviet Union.
dan friesen
Right, right.
jordan holmes
So...
Technically, it still is.
dan friesen
It always will be.
jordan holmes
Technically, it still is.
dan friesen
Right.
Much like Texas is a part of Mexico still.
jordan holmes
Right.
Absolutely.
Remember the Alamo.
dan friesen
His analysis of this and clearly what has set him off about Soros' comments, because it's not that he's saying that he did this, he crashed the price of oil, because that's nowhere in the clip.
He's getting defensive about the idea that Soros is against Russia.
Holy shit, isn't this exactly what we predicted?
jordan holmes
I don't know.
dan friesen
I still don't know if this is enough in terms of, like, I'm not satisfied with the investigation of when does he start talking about Soros and shit like that to make a clear-cut case that this is it.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
I still need to listen to a bit more to figure out, like, the ins and outs of it, because he's still not saying George Soros is a demon who runs everything.
jordan holmes
Right.
But this does have the germination of a thought.
dan friesen
Yeah, yeah.
jordan holmes
This is pretty big.
dan friesen
And the fact that it's connected to Russia very clearly means...
jordan holmes
and the fact that we know Russia has communicated with Alex Jones, not to the level that they would later.
dan friesen
Well, we don't know that.
jordan holmes
We don't know the date on that.
He has been an RT at this point in time, right?
dan friesen
Yes, absolutely.
jordan holmes
So at the very least, we know that somebody is able to contact him.
Yes.
unidentified
And perhaps if he were to, out of the blue, start criticizing George Soros, it's possible somebody may have listened to the show and been like, hey, we like it when you criticize George Soros.
dan friesen
That was good stuff.
jordan holmes
Perhaps you should continue doing so.
dan friesen
That's too speculative on our part, but it is possible.
jordan holmes
It's plausible, I would argue.
dan friesen
Sure, sure.
It has a certain narrative reality to it.
Yeah.
But we can't say for sure, although it is just fascinating that this is sort of where things...
I mean, at least a prologue to him being anti-George Soros as a demon and stuff like that.
So we move on now to the fifth.
I think it's really important that I need to really just put a button on this.
Soros didn't say in any way...
That they had anything to do with crashing the price of oil.
Alex is absolutely saying that that clip proves that.
It doesn't say that at all.
jordan holmes
If it was on fucking Mad Money, it would be the same analysis, but he would hit something with a bat.
It'd be the same shit.
And also, that was very obvious stuff.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Like, oh.
This country that was previously flushed with cash is now in a depression.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
So the leaders, who presumably are no longer popular, might be kicked out.
dan friesen
They're going to have a much more difficult time getting away with the things that they have been getting away with now that they don't have those oil revenues that came from a hyperinflated price point on oil.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's good analysis, but it's not exactly like...
Mind-blowing analysis.
dan friesen
Also, the secondary aspect of it is the price of oil coming down means it's cheaper for people to buy gas for their cars.
Why is Alex so invested in the price of oil being super high and therefore more expensive for Johnny Lunchpail?
jordan holmes
Dan.
dan friesen
I know.
jordan holmes
He cares about the little man.
dan friesen
I know.
jordan holmes
He cares about the middle class.
We've got the strongest middle class in the place.
dan friesen
It's very weird.
So we move on to the fifth, and man oh man, Alex is coming in hot.
Hot on the 5th.
unidentified
Okay.
dan friesen
I thought when I listened to the rest of the 4th, I was like, oh, shit.
This is going to be the point where Alex brings in the already existing 10th Amendment narrative that he's been spreading for the last month of his show.
He's going to now have this Soros crash the gas.
It's going to sort of mutate into something.
It's going to combine.
The Tea Party is going on already.
There's a lot of weirdos who are starting to come on Fox News.
Glenn Beck is becoming a little bit more ascendant within that right wing community.
I thought like, oh, I think he's going to zig in and said he's I thought I saw like, OK, this is going to start.
And so when he says this again, Dan, maybe not.
When he says this at the beginning of the show, I think that's where it's going.
alex jones
Usually every five, six months or so, I will say, prepare yourselves for this information.
jordan holmes
Fill your hands!
alex jones
It is that important.
I don't want this information I'm covering to be lost in the overall chatter of my coverage of the Panopticon or the Pantheon or the Panacea.
jordan holmes
Nope, none of those.
alex jones
The cornucopia of things happening in the world.
jordan holmes
Still somehow incorrect on all the stories you read.
unidentified
Thank you.
alex jones
Normally, it is every six months to a year that I come across something this big, this important, this insane, this out of control.
But because things are accelerating, like birth pains, they're getting closer and closer together.
The last time we did this was January 27th of this year.
jordan holmes
1984.
alex jones
What, just a month and eight, nine days ago.
dan friesen
That was when he had the proof that FEMA camps were being created and they're going to try and shove you in them.
jordan holmes
Stop traffic.
dan friesen
So that was the last time that he got all crazy.
Now, the reason that I kept that clip in as long as I did was because he's talking about the birth pains and things are accelerating and stuff like that.
jordan holmes
Right.
So you're thinking Tea Party.
dan friesen
But that's the same language that he used later with Trump, like about the idea that time is accelerating, things are coming closer together, there's birth pains of this new...
Patriot salvation.
jordan holmes
This phoenix that shall rise from the ashes of the old republic.
dan friesen
Exactly.
So when he uses that language, I'm like, maybe that's compartmentalized in the part of his brain that is only for patriot resurgences.
And he's starting to, like, maybe this is it.
jordan holmes
White supremacist resurgences.
Hold on.
dan friesen
I was like, this is the Tea Party.
It's gotta be, right?
It's gotta be.
jordan holmes
Nope.
Definitely not.
dan friesen
At this point, he moves along.
And he cucks out his own FEMA camp story in favor of promoting this story that he has for today.
alex jones
Now, that said, this story that I said was a red alert a month ago is nothing.
This story is nothing.
jordan holmes
Agreed.
alex jones
I'm going to say that again.
Nothing compared to what we're going to cover.
dan friesen
This is nothing.
alex jones
When I saw this story last night and then spent hours researching it and confirmed it was accurate, I had trouble sleeping.
I basically became upset at my stomach.
dan friesen
First of all, I love that.
jordan holmes
I became upset at my stomach?
dan friesen
I love that phrase.
jordan holmes
That is a weird phrase.
dan friesen
I am so mad at my stomach.
jordan holmes
I do not have an upset stomach.
Instead, I am upset with the failures of my body.
dan friesen
My stomach is out of line.
jordan holmes
Oh, that bastard.
alex jones
So much acid was produced.
jordan holmes
He does anthropomorphize everything.
alex jones
I'm somebody who can have, you know, maybe because I'm stupid.
It's not because I'm tough.
You're not going to have some MP threatening me putting a.45 to my chest and I don't get upset.
It's almost like I'm numb to things like that.
jordan holmes
But I eat that spicy chicken.
alex jones
My hands started sweating.
I started sweating last night.
My palms were sweating.
I had sweat.
My house was cold with the air conditioner on.
It's already gotten warm here, and I was sweating over this.
dan friesen
It sounds like you had a cold, man.
unidentified
I mean, the flu.
dan friesen
It sounds like you got a bug or food poisoning, any of those things.
All of those things are symptoms of a slight bug.
I was sweating when it was cold inside.
I was upset at my stomach.
I couldn't sleep.
All of that is just like, yeah, you ate some bad chicken.
jordan holmes
Yeah, how about NyQuil?
Have you tried NyQuil?
dan friesen
Sure, or Zzzquil.
Was that out yet?
That one that just helps you sleep?
alex jones
I don't know.
dan friesen
That NyQuil.
That NyQuil that you're supposed to chug to go to bed, I think.
jordan holmes
I call that whiskey, my friend.
dan friesen
Indeed.
Indeed.
So, um...
At this point, all we know is this is big news.
jordan holmes
It's huge news.
dan friesen
And Alex...
jordan holmes
It is the FEMA camp where you're going to be forever.
unidentified
Forever.
jordan holmes
When the government comes down.
dan friesen
And they're going to kill your family.
jordan holmes
They're going to kill your family and put you in the FEMA camp.
That story?
dan friesen
Nothing.
jordan holmes
Nothing!
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
I'm going to say it again.
dan friesen
Dumps like a truck.
Nothing!
Dies like what?
unidentified
What?
What?
jordan holmes
So what could be more important than you spending the rest of your life in a camp?
dan friesen
Well, I will say the first thing is based on his tone and the fact that he said he couldn't sleep last night.
I think he needs a nap.
But then secondarily, he kind of teases what this is about as he goes out to break.
jordan holmes
Okay.
alex jones
I'll give you a hint what it is.
You know, from all the little pieces of info I've got and knowing the enemy operation.
jordan holmes
Someone.
Somewhere.
alex jones
I was able to peg 9-11.
Even the target months before.
jordan holmes
Alright, alright.
alex jones
Well.
jordan holmes
I'm a child.
alex jones
I'm telling you it's going to be bio-attack.
jordan holmes
Oh, it's going to be bio-attack.
dan friesen
It's going to be a bio-attack.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
So, I mean.
jordan holmes
Was this right around when Bioshock 2 came out?
dan friesen
It might have been.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
But, you know, in terms of him pegging 9-11.
jordan holmes
Like it was a Reagan.
dan friesen
He gets so much mileage out of the fact that he said they're going to attack the Twin Towers, it's going to be Bin Laden, but all those pieces were like...
He wasn't nearly the only person who said that.
That was a very popular prediction.
jordan holmes
I believe the biggest person who said that was Osama Bin Laden.
dan friesen
Oh, yeah, yeah, he did say that.
jordan holmes
Remember when he said that?
dan friesen
A bunch of times.
jordan holmes
Yeah, it was kind of a thing for him.
dan friesen
Yeah.
But, I mean, it's one of those things, like, I can't take away from Alex that he did say that in advance.
But I can take away that it means anything that he said that in advance.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
Or that he has some kind of secret information.
So I don't give him a lot of credit for that.
And I'm going to give him a lot less credit as we get into this bio-attack thing.
So the bio-attack is the big news.
jordan holmes
Bio-attack?
dan friesen
Bio-attack.
jordan holmes
What kind?
Like disease?
dan friesen
Boy, I'm not going to get into it just yet.
Because I...
Alex takes for...
Fucking ever to get to the story.
And I want to recreate that experience for our listeners.
jordan holmes
You son of a bitch.
dan friesen
I want them to...
jordan holmes
I want to torture them the way I was tortured.
dan friesen
Not so much that.
I want them to feel the frustration with Alex.
That, like, if you're listening to his show, we're already, you know, a couple commercial breaks in and all he said is, this is big news, FEMA campsite got shit on this.
And then as he's going out to break, it's a bio-attack.
But you think that when he comes back from break, he'll be like, all right, here's exactly what I'm talking about.
unidentified
Sorry I scared you by going out to break saying it's a bio-attack.
dan friesen
But instead, he doesn't.
jordan holmes
Because, you know, what we love to do on our show is make our listeners frustrated.
dan friesen
But they know that we will get to it eventually.
Whereas you don't know if Alex is.
jordan holmes
That's a good point.
That's true.
dan friesen
You're a fucking boat in open water when you're listening to Alex.
jordan holmes
Yeah, he might just say it's a bio-attack and then never speak about it again.
dan friesen
Right.
Like he kind of does.
unidentified
What?
dan friesen
Listen to this shit.
alex jones
But I'll tell you right now that the news I've got in front of me, I should probably just suspend all the guests today and not even get into the economy.
dan friesen
Cancel the guests.
alex jones
Because it doesn't respect information of this magnitude.
dan friesen
You've got to respect this news.
jordan holmes
Do you?
alex jones
To just mention it and then move on.
You know, when we do that, when we focus on something like this but then just move on, we become acclimated to accept it.
They're acclimating us right now with...
Over 100 mainstream news articles a day.
You can go to Google News and type New World Order in.
There'll be over 100 news a day.
jordan holmes
Alex, stretch.
Stretch.
We don't have the PowerPoint up yet.
alex jones
It's in the thousands and thousands now, the last few months.
World government's good.
jordan holmes
World government will save you.
Graphic design is still working on the graphic.
unidentified
New local currency.
alex jones
New Amero.
North American Union's the answer.
Wall Street Journal.
Newsweek.
Time Magazine.
jordan holmes
Alex, stretch.
alex jones
New York Times.
Everything.
jordan holmes
We don't know how to do a Kyron.
alex jones
Everything.
They are in a full court press.
You want the economy to get better?
A world government run by the bankers.
Just the asinine, over-the-topness of it all.
And we're all becoming conditioned.
You know, now I see 100 articles plus a day.
dan friesen
No, you don't.
alex jones
Rothschilds and Rockefellers saying the world government is now here.
We're going to carbon tax everything you do.
And I'm so conditioned to it now.
jordan holmes
We're going to carbon tax everything you do.
alex jones
I've covered it so long that now that I've been proven completely right, and it's all right out in the open.
jordan holmes
What about groceries?
alex jones
I'm just sitting here.
unidentified
Carbon tax?
alex jones
We're all just sitting here going, okay, there it is.
Meanwhile, our detractors on radio and TV and on the websites and on the blogs and podcasts, they just keep calling us tinfoil hat heads and saying there's no global bank, there's no new world order, none of this is happening, everything's fine.
Of course, a lot of them are paid bloggers, that's been admitted, but many more aren't.
It's just a mentally ill, very, very sick society.
Large sectors of our economy and society and socioeconomic development, everything, spiritually, Are just really sick, evil people.
jordan holmes
So should they be in their bio attack?
alex jones
The majority that is half-decent people aren't engaged, aren't informed, aren't involved.
dan friesen
What are you talking about?
jordan holmes
When they tell a story of this magnitude, people don't respect it.
unidentified
And it only takes them...
jordan holmes
45 minutes to get that very short point out.
unidentified
I'm so great, and people lie about me in blogs.
dan friesen
Most of them are paid, but most people are good.
Some people aren't good.
Most people are spiritually unengaged.
unidentified
What the fuck?
dan friesen
You said you were going to cancel guests.
jordan holmes
Yeah, he's a biotech.
unidentified
He said he's going to cancel guests because he's got to get to this news that it does disrespect to the news.
jordan holmes
Yeah, but you have to preemptively defend against your news, Dan.
dan friesen
This is such shit.
Take that two minutes, and plus, this goes on quite a while.
jordan holmes
Oh, I assumed so.
dan friesen
Take that time, give it to a fucking guest.
jordan holmes
Preferably one who knows about bio-attacks.
dan friesen
Or do what you said you're going to do and get to the fucking news already.
jordan holmes
You could.
dan friesen
Because this is getting painful.
jordan holmes
Dude, four hours of show.
Come on.
dan friesen
So now in this next clip...
jordan holmes
There's a lot in four hours.
dan friesen
It's a little bit threatening here.
alex jones
Most of you listening right now to this show, if we don't turn this around, are dead.
You understand?
I'm dead.
You're dead.
Our children are probably going to die or not have parents.
jordan holmes
What else?
alex jones
And when it comes and when it happens, many of you that were laughing and giggling, you're finally going to freak out.
jordan holmes
That's me!
alex jones
You're going to run off and beg for the vaccine or whatever they've got for you.
And the first bioweapon they release, and this is the big news story.
jordan holmes
What about foxes?
alex jones
The first bioweapon they release in the next phase will be isolated.
It'll kill.
100,000 or so.
And then they'll teach you how to go under biohazard control and how to lock down cities and that they're the boss and they know best.
We've all got a thumb scan to buy and sell to stop it from happening.
And then the next one, as they beta test it, will kill a couple million.
And then it'll lock things down even more.
And then the next one will kill 2 billion people.
Then they'll totally lock down society to a level unimaginable, and you won't care if your neighbor's being drug off and arrested.
All you care about is that you get these proper vaccines to protect you from the progenian Zyklon 12. Why'd you say Zyklon?
jordan holmes
What's progenian mean?
dan friesen
Why'd you say Zyklon?
alex jones
And then, of course, they'll finally kill you, too.
That's their stated plan.
jordan holmes
I thought they already killed your family.
alex jones
When I saw the reports I'm about to cover when we come back from break, and I read them, It was stunning.
The room almost wheeled around me.
dan friesen
Again, I think you got the flu.
I think you got a bug, Alex.
jordan holmes
He's got a slight vertigo, at least.
dan friesen
Oh, man, another symptom.
jordan holmes
This is like when he said he had a six-hour dream that lasted forever and he could see the fucking future and everything, and he's like, oh, man, I had this bug, but I'll tell you what.
This bug.
This bug was information, Dan.
dan friesen
I happened to be reading something.
jordan holmes
I had the flu formation.
dan friesen
Right.
So, still no real details about what this story is, but thankfully he's promised he's going to read it on the other side of this commercial break.
jordan holmes
Of course he is.
dan friesen
So he goes to break, and he comes back...
Oh, no, no, I'm sorry.
He's still rambling a bit before he goes to commercial.
And this is where he gets caught by a hard-out from the commercial and does not get...
This is frustrating.
alex jones
For the balance of this hour, I am going to break down the most important story I have ever covered on this radio show.
It is more important than when I went on air and said they're going to blow up the World Trade Centers and probably blame it on their asset, Bin Laden.
They're going to do it the next two months, call the White House, tell them don't do it, July 25th, and did it for two months straight until the enemy carried out the operation.
This dwarfs that.
You see, 9-11 was only carried out to set the stage for the police state to suppress the general population as they financially bankrupt you in preparation to use the bio-weapons.
dan friesen
Gotta go to break.
So, this is the most important story of his career.
jordan holmes
So this is what?
This is 10 9-11s?
dan friesen
Probably, yeah.
jordan holmes
This is 9,000...
110?
dan friesen
In a global 9-11, too.
It's a bioweapon attack that's going to kill billions, maybe millions, maybe not.
jordan holmes
But the first one's only going to kill a few thousand, right?
dan friesen
Right, right, right, right.
jordan holmes
So we don't need to worry about the first one.
dan friesen
Spoiler alert, this one killed zero.
What he's going to talk about.
jordan holmes
Bird flu.
dan friesen
Bingo.
jordan holmes
Wait, for real?
He's talking about bird flu?
unidentified
You betcha.
jordan holmes
Bird flu.
So here's what happened.
This is one-to-one what happened.
He got a flu, and he decided that flu was a bioweapon.
Or he was inspired by having the flu to be like...
Well, obviously that's how they're going to kill everybody.
I had the flu.
I could have died last night.
dan friesen
There's a decent chance that there's something to that.
I don't have medical records on Alex, so we can't prove it.
Although his description of his symptoms do lead one to suggest that possibly he's suffering from a bug of some sort.
But the issue is that there was also a news story that had come out a little bit before this that sort of feeds into...
Alex's flu fears.
And he's going to make a disgraceful propaganda effort out of it.
I will be able to, over the course of this, trace where he's getting all this information from.
It's not the places he says it's coming from.
And this is so bad.
This is Alex at his worst.
Okay.
We've already seen him build this up.
This is the most important story I have ever come on air and told you about.
Right.
jordan holmes
Well, right behind swine flu.
That's slightly larger.
dan friesen
When we get to the bottom of this, it will be a terrible embarrassment.
But it's important that he comes back from break and he finally gets to the story.
And it's interesting where he's reading it from.
alex jones
Okay, what I'm going to do is I'm just going to read this news article.
Then I'm going to come back and go through all the points and why this is so serious.
And connect it to other background information to make it crystal clear.
This is by Paul Watson.
He wrote it this morning.
Did a great job.
I contacted him and Kurt last night and they got all this posted.
This morning, accidental contamination of vaccines with live avian flu virus, virtually impossible.
That's what government officials and top vaccine scientists are saying.
jordan holmes
Who you don't believe in.
dan friesen
Well, certainly there's that issue.
But put that aside for a second.
jordan holmes
Oh, okay.
dan friesen
Because the big news, he's reading this article, this news article, that was written by Paul Joseph Watson on Prison Planet, and Alex told him to write it.
So, the nature of this big story, you're reporting on your own shit.
You know what I'm saying?
This is not good.
That's bad number one.
jordan holmes
Right.
Well, he also had diarrhea that night.
dan friesen
Now, we will get to what Paul Joseph Watson is reporting on in a little bit.
But suffice it to say, it's not the news.
Anyway, as we get through this, we will see little claims that Alex makes.
And they're really, really troubling.
jordan holmes
I think one of the things that disappoints me so much is every time he introduces a story with...
Paul Joseph Watson wrote an article about it.
I'm like, fucking Christ, why are we doing this?
I don't even want to tertiarily hear Paul Joseph Watson write.
dan friesen
So I guess what I should do up top is kind of give you...
The reality of the story that he's telling.
So there was an issue of what I would describe as gross mismanagement at a Czech plant where a company called Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Baxter International, they farmed out some of their work in terms of flu vaccines to this Czech plant.
jordan holmes
And a bunch of pigeons showed up.
They knocked all the vials of flu on the floor, got the flu, and that's where bird flu came from.
dan friesen
No.
jordan holmes
Oh, okay.
dan friesen
A Czech company called Biotest was also involved in H5N1 avian flu research, and it appears that they were responsible for a mix-up that happened at this Czech lab, not Baxter International.
Quote, our company sent a clean flu virus to the Czech company Biotest for research, and it was replaced by a bird flu virus.
A replacement of the test material, says Baxter's Richard Tischler.
But the problem is slightly more complicated even than that.
The origination of the contamination wasn't even necessarily biotests' fault.
As it turns out, it all traces back to an Austrian company called AVIR Green Hills, who had hired out a biotest lab.
Quote, the contamination has only occurred during the process for which this particular research project for AVIR Green Hills in Baxter's laboratory, and this specific process will not be repeated.
jordan holmes
Oh, so they rented it out for like a...
Staff birthday party.
dan friesen
Sure.
I mean, if you want to go that far with it, yeah, whatever.
This is kind of complicated, so I'm a little up in my head about laying out the exact details of it.
jordan holmes
I get it.
dan friesen
But suffice it to say, there was this AVIR Green Hills that was running a test that involved avian bird flu at...
This facility that was overseen by Biotest.
Biotest was also doing some work for Baxter International.
Baxter International had sent flu vaccine to this Biotest lab where AVIR Green Hills was also doing research on the bird flu stuff.
They had some sort of a mishandling mix-up of some sort.
It's unclear exactly what happened.
The working theory, as I understand it, is that there were some samples of the avian flu, H5N1, that were unlabeled and ended up commingling with the other stuff that was the clean sample that had come.
jordan holmes
This is like the plot of every 50s movie where something turns giant.
dan friesen
Yeah, yeah.
jordan holmes
It's the plot of every 50s movie where it's like, the giant woman!
They went to one lab and then she exploded.
dan friesen
It has great potential to have gone way worse than it did.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
But fortunately, there are some protocols in place that end up catching things like this, which it did.
The samples that ended up being tainted, they were...
So what they do is they test them on ferrets, which makes us feel very uncomfortable, obviously.
Because it's like, oh man, poor ferrets.
But they test it on the ferrets, and they're supposed to not have a terrible reaction to it.
And that's how they know that it's not a tainted virus.
jordan holmes
So if they have a terrible reaction to it, then we can use that as control.
And it's like, holy shit, something's fucked up.
dan friesen
And so that's what happened.
They tested it on the ferrets.
The ferrets showed a negative reaction, and they ended up having to kill the ferrets.
They tested the blood of the ferrets and found out, oh shit, there's bird flu here.
And so the samples had already been shipped out to a couple locations from this Czech lab.
And so they ended up finding it in these places.
No one ended up getting sick from it.
The employees of the labs got Tamiflu, whatever inoculation they needed.
They were quarantined.
Everything was fine.
So it all got resolved.
jordan holmes
So this was less destructive than when, like...
A grocery store has to recall lettuce.
dan friesen
Yes.
Yes.
But it has such scary potential.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Because the idea that the avian flu, which is not really all that harmful to people, largely because, from what I understand, the nose...
jordan holmes
We're not birds.
dan friesen
The nose of the human is too cold for it to incubate.
And generally speaking, it dies before it ever makes its way into your system.
jordan holmes
That's interesting.
dan friesen
That's from an article I read in some scientific journal I don't know entirely.
But humans, for the most part, are not susceptible to avian flu.
And it's not airborne.
So the idea that it could commingle and mutate with the normal flu...
Which is airborne, is a really scary possibility, because the avian flu is much more dangerous for people.
It has a much higher mortality rate.
jordan holmes
Were it to mingle with a regular flu virus that can survive in your nose...
dan friesen
But it would need to incubate within a person in order for that to happen.
unidentified
Right.
jordan holmes
So it's the plot of outbreak.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
But the idea is there, and Alex is able to trade on the fears that that idea causes, but he is not dealing with the reality of the situation that actually happened.
I've done way more research into this than I need to, and it's very complicated, and I pray to God I'm able to explain all of this.
jordan holmes
Good luck.
dan friesen
Because it will firmly demonstrate what a propagandist and liar Alex Jackson is.
jordan holmes
And I'll be interrupting you with jokes the whole time.
dan friesen
Fair enough.
So here's Alex getting into it.
He's not going to get into the actual story just yet, but he's going to, I don't know, try and make you scared.
alex jones
Now, this is a...
Strain of bird flu that kills 60 to 90 percent of humans it comes in contact with.
dan friesen
Not true.
That is not true.
jordan holmes
Where would you get that?
dan friesen
Well, because it can kill 60 percent of the people that get it.
But you can come in contact with it and not get it quite easily.
He's trying to mix the idea of being exposed to it and having it.
jordan holmes
I don't trust you because I think you might have bird flu.
dan friesen
I don't.
jordan holmes
You're doing bird flu propaganda in order to keep me here.
dan friesen
I do know someone who had bird flu.
jordan holmes
Oh, do you?
dan friesen
Yep.
They survived.
But, you know, it is very dangerous if you get it, but you can come in contact with it and not get it.
Alex is trying to muddy the waters of just how dangerous bird flu is, which seems not great.
So now here's his next lie.
alex jones
They gave it to ferrets.
And it killed all of them better than a hammer.
dan friesen
That is not true.
They killed the ferrets.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
They ended up killing the ferrets when they found that they had been exposed to avian flu.
The flu itself did not kill them.
jordan holmes
Would it have killed them?
dan friesen
Yeah, a lot of them it would have, probably.
jordan holmes
So because we saw that they had the symptoms, we know that they got the bird flu, and because the bird flu has a 60-90% death rate on the things that get it...
They decided to euthanize all of them, not least of which to keep them from just suffering.
dan friesen
There's a euthanasia aspect of it.
And then beyond that, it's just a situation where you don't want to run the risk.
jordan holmes
Yeah, and it's a safety precaution and all that stuff.
I'm trying to make it less awful that they're testing it on ferrets.
dan friesen
But it's also in fucking Eastern Europe.
So life is cheap.
jordan holmes
They test it on everything.
dan friesen
Especially of ferrets.
And we're going to get into a little bit the reality of what's going on here is an expression of a very lacking state.
Guidelines.
There's a very serious lack in the Czech Republic of rules and strict guidelines with which these materials are handled.
And that is why...
jordan holmes
I feel like that should be important.
dan friesen
That is why this situation happened.
It's not because of some nefarious attempt to create a super virus or anything like that.
It is a lack of oversight and a lack of regulation that caused this.
And I know that because I've read the investigation about this.
jordan holmes
So it's a comedy of errors to some extent.
dan friesen
Yeah.
It's less comedic, but yes.
jordan holmes
Yeah, right, right, right.
dan friesen
So this is a story that broke at the end of February, and we're now on March 5th.
Alex is going to say how important this is and then get very mad about it, and he's going to lie again.
alex jones
All right, we're back live.
Let's get straight into the most important article.
And I've never said this before.
This is the most important article with pieces of the puzzle, the tumblers falling in place, that I've ever covered.
This story itself, I'm going to cover many articles.
dan friesen
No, you're not.
alex jones
Headline, accidental contamination of vaccine with live avian flu virus, virtually impossible.
dan friesen
Real quick, that accidental is in quotes, and that's the name of Paul Joseph Watson's article.
So he's not pronouncing the quotes, but...
Hold on.
alex jones
This is in Canadian papers like the Toronto Sun.
It's in British.
It's in German.
It's in Czech.
It's in Russian.
It's in Japanese.
It's in Chinese.
English papers as well.
jordan holmes
Name four more languages.
alex jones
This story has been out for more than 24 hours.
I learned of it last night and nothing in the United States.
dan friesen
It's been out way more than 24 hours, and there was an article on February 24th about it in Bloomberg.
jordan holmes
So it's been out for a couple weeks.
dan friesen
Well, maybe a week.
But Alex is lying.
There's nothing about it in the American press.
It's in fucking Bloomberg.
I read the article.
You can find it.
So he's trying to create this idea that people are covering things up.
They're not.
You didn't know about it.
You're operating on bad information.
So in this next clip, he starts trying to read the actual article, and he doesn't make it far before he starts literally making things up.
jordan holmes
Like any time we hear him read.
dan friesen
He's just making shit up at the end of this.
alex jones
Accidental contamination of vaccine with live avian flu virus, virtually impossible.
And they were shipping this out.
But a subcontractor...
Did due diligence, because so many times they don't irradiate the regular flu vaccine right and it hurts people, that they tested it on ferrets, as they're supposed to do, and if they haven't irradiated it right, it makes the ferrets sick and they send it back.
Well, guess what?
It killed the ferrets, and so they tested the vaccine, and it had bioweapon in it.
dan friesen
Bioweapon!
So the issue here is vaccines don't need to be irradiated necessarily.
That is one method of handling them.
But it's not some sort of like, they weren't irradiated.
You can refrigerate vaccines.
That is one technique that people use.
You can heat them or you can use chemicals in order to make them usable as a vaccine.
Some processes do involve irradiation, but absolutely it's not the only way that things are used.
I don't see any information from the...
Primary sources that Alex is pretending to get the information from that indicate that this was a lab that specifically used a radiation.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
So I don't know about that, but he's trying to make a much bigger deal out of this, and the fact that he's saying that it killed all the ferrets leads me to believe that he doesn't have a handle on the actual information.
jordan holmes
Right, right.
dan friesen
Because he just keeps going back to that one piece of information.
So...
jordan holmes
My advice, if you're going to eat them, you're going to want to definitely freeze-dry them before...
Like, if you're going to wait...
A couple of weeks.
It's just like chicken, you know?
dan friesen
Sure.
jordan holmes
You don't want to leave it in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
It's going to go bad.
dan friesen
A couple of days it'll go bad.
jordan holmes
Yeah, you vacuum seal it.
You put it in the freezer.
That's my advice.
dan friesen
Irradiate that chicken.
jordan holmes
I don't know if I would go that far.
dan friesen
So now Alex gets to where he's getting his information from.
And this is deeply, deeply problematic.
alex jones
Check papers.
Question whether contaminated Baxter vaccine.
It was an attempt to provoke pandemic.
Mainstream national papers in the Czech Republic.
You ought to go read these stories.
They're all linked here.
Up on Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.
It sounds like I wrote them.
They're saying there's no way.
This is on purpose.
What on earth is going on?
dan friesen
So mainstream news is saying this, and it sounds like Alex wrote it.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
That makes perfect sense.
dan friesen
I went and I found all the Czech news sources.
The way I was able to find them is by reading Paul Joseph Watson's article and finding where he links to the Czech mainstream news sources.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
He doesn't.
jordan holmes
That seems so odd.
That seems so odd for him to not link to them.
dan friesen
He claims to.
jordan holmes
He cites his sources.
dan friesen
He does cite the sources as these mainstream Czech news places.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Now, the link that he uses takes you to a blog post on a website called 9-11 Blogger.
unidentified
9-11 Blogger.
jordan holmes
What does he blog about?
dan friesen
9-11.
So now 9-11 Blogger purports to have excerpts Of the translation from the Czech news articles.
Now, I went to the Czech news articles that he's claiming to source, and they don't say what he's saying.
I got these articles translated, I got a pretty good handle on what they're saying, and it does not match what 9-11 Blogger is saying.
jordan holmes
So it sounds like 9-11 Blogger...
What could have been written by Alex Jones.
dan friesen
More or less.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
So now, but you have an interesting issue that's at play, and I think that this plagues all of Alex Jones' journalism, is there are these Czech news articles.
They're being interpreted by 9-11 blogger, right?
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
Who's saying that that's what these articles say.
jordan holmes
Who we can trust.
If he's 9-11 blogger...
dan friesen
Bless you.
jordan holmes
He's coming with some truth into your twin towers of ignorance.
dan friesen
So the 9-11 blogger purports to translate these Czech articles and then also editorializes like crazy.
jordan holmes
Huh.
dan friesen
So then Paul Joseph Watson writes an article based on 9-11 blogger's interpretation of these Czech news stories and also doesn't make clear when he's quoting the editorializing of 9-11 blogger and when he's talking about the purported translation from the Czech.
Now, a further third step.
Is Alex Jones editorializing about Paul Joseph Watson's interpretation of the editorializing that 9-11 blogger did of the Czech news sources.
This is a crazy game of telephone.
jordan holmes
If I've ever played a game of telephone, there's one thing I know.
It is that it is boring because everybody always hears the same thing.
dan friesen
Exactly.
It's never funny at the end when someone is like, that's not at all what I said.
So I went to the Czech news sources, and what I found is more or less what I laid out at the beginning of this.
Biotest is the company that is most responsible for this fuck-up of running this lab where AVIS Green Hills and Baxter International had interest in, like, you know, Baxter is farming out some of their work to this Biotest lab, and AVIS Green Hills is also doing research at this lab, and somehow...
Biotest is mostly responsible for the fuck-up.
That's what I was able to glean from these Czech news sources.
Now, if you read 911blogger.com, it's very clear that what he...
I'm guessing it's a he.
I shouldn't gender.
They are saying it doesn't jibe with that.
Here's the first problem.
9-11 blogger states that, quote, the Czech company Biotest near from Prague got from Austria a testing batch of the new flu vaccine for 2009 from an American company Baxter.
In February, they have found that the vaccine was contaminated by the H5N1 avian flu virus.
This is not what the primary sources say.
They say very clearly that the Austrian company AVIS Greenhills was running tests on H5N1 in the labs run by Biotest, who were also contracted by Baxter.
This blogger is trying to imply that the vaccines coming from Baxter were contaminated from the beginning, which is not proven from the sources that he's citing.
So that's number one problem.
Number two problem.
9-11 blogger states that, quote, subsequently the same problem of the Baxter vaccine's contamination with H5N1 was found in the laboratories in Slovenia, Austria, and Germany, which confirms that the source of the contagion was in fact the Baxter vaccine.
This is also not true based on the primary sources.
The articles clearly say that the samples that ended up in Slovenia, Austria, and Germany all originated from that biotest lab where the AVIS Greenhills were running their tests under way too lax of standards and regulations.
You're taking notes.
Do you want to jump in here?
unidentified
I'm just putting together the pieces.
dan friesen
Problem number three.
9-11 blogger asserts that, quote, first the company Baxter was evoking the trade secret as an excuse and refused to comment on how the H5N1 virus got into the vaccines.
But then, when it was already clear that the source of the contagion was in fact the Baxter vaccine, the representative then confirmed that the contaminated virus was produced by Baxter Laboratories for the company AVIR Greenhills.
While it is true that Baxter said that they could not comment on how things had happened without giving out proprietary information about their process, their full statement was, It was a procedural error that took place in our branch, but I cannot tell you the details as I cannot reveal our business secrets.
But I can assure you that we've taken immediate action to prevent such a mistake implying in the future.
They were not forced into commenting because it's clear that they were the source of the contamination.
Anything like that.
This is complete editorializing and misrepresentation being done by 9-11 Blogger that is then being mirrored and parroted by Paul Joseph Watson.
jordan holmes
It's so crazy that somebody who is named 9-11 Blogger would...
Spread this kind of information.
dan friesen
And be so lax on standards.
jordan holmes
It's so crazy.
dan friesen
So problem number four.
jordan holmes
He's the AVIR of bloggers.
dan friesen
No, he's Biotest.
He's the source of the misunderstanding.
jordan holmes
I thought, so here's what I'm trying to understand.
dan friesen
It's kind of tough to keep everything kind of...
jordan holmes
I'm going to try and simplify it for what I understand the timeline of events to be.
Baxter and AVIR are working out of Biotest.
dan friesen
Yes.
jordan holmes
AVIR is working on...
dan friesen
AVIR more directly.
jordan holmes
Right.
And AVIR is working on the vaccine for avian flu.
Yeah.
dan friesen
They're at least doing tests.
jordan holmes
They're studying it, right?
Because of the lack standards of Baxter biotest and AVIR, Baxter's vaccine is contaminated with a flu vaccine.
Yes.
Baxter...
Is then sending this vaccine out to these other places.
dan friesen
From biotest.
jordan holmes
Because if it weren't...
If it weren't contaminated, that would be the correct process.
dan friesen
Yes.
jordan holmes
So it's all just that they were sharing the same lab and nobody is really doing a good job of paying attention.
dan friesen
Yes.
Because of lax governmental regulation.
jordan holmes
Exactly.
unidentified
Gotcha.
dan friesen
Which we're going to get to in a little bit.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
But the other thing that's important is that before it ever became a public health crisis at all, those safeguards with the ferret testing and stuff like that kicked in and everything was able to be locked down.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
And the source of it was found, which...
Is this biotest line, which is not the same company as Baxter.
It's very easy to make the misunderstanding.
They were subcontracting work for Baxter.
It's not the same company.
So it's important to make those distinctions because Alex won't do it for you.
jordan holmes
So even with the lax standards, there was still a failsafe of like, hey, are we murdering these things?
dan friesen
Yes.
jordan holmes
Gotcha.
dan friesen
So problem number four.
9-11 blogger says, quote, Czech authorities now will hopefully proceed with a prosecution against all companies involved, and of course, the suit for criminal negligence and public menace against Baxter is still on the table.
This is not found anywhere in the primary sources he's claiming to cover.
What they do say is that Dana Drobova, chairwoman of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, quote, will begin administrative proceedings in the coming days against biotest.
And if they find culpability, they could face a fine up to 5 million crowns, which is approximately $228,000.
This again is an important distinction because that's not the same company as Baxter.
He's saying that Baxter is facing prosecution.
It's not.
Biotest is.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
So problem number five.
jordan holmes
So Biotest is like the middleman.
It's like a place that just has a lap.
dan friesen
Yes.
jordan holmes
It's just like, we've got a lab, and if you guys want to do some tests, guess what?
You can rent out our lab.
dan friesen
Higher the services.
And because presumably they have clearance to do tests on avian flu type things, that makes it a very attractive place for AVIS Green Hill to do their research.
jordan holmes
So it's almost like a shared office space, where you can rent an office for a day.
dan friesen
You would need far greater controls over it than, let's say, WeWork or something like that.
But yes, absolutely.
jordan holmes
We could just rent a lab for a day.
Again, we're going to have a staff party.
dan friesen
It's staff infection party.
jordan holmes
There you go.
dan friesen
It serves the same purpose in as much as you have this company that needs a place to do work out of.
You have a place where you can do work out of.
You come together and everybody makes some money.
jordan holmes
And it's cost ineffective to have your own laboratory because you're not using it.
Or you do have your own laboratory, but it's not cleared to do tests on this particular thing.
dan friesen
So you need to do some of your work over there because it would cost way too much to raise all of your standards up to what you need.
jordan holmes
Exactly.
dan friesen
Now, unfortunately, as we know all too well, most people don't follow the standards until they're caught.
You know, a lot of people are humans.
jordan holmes
Dan!
How dare you suggest that capitalism has an inherent grift involved?
dan friesen
Well, the people who work at those places are still humans, and everyone cuts corners at the work they do, especially after a while.
You work there one day, and you fucking stick to all the rules.
You work there two years...
Eventually you find out what's going to get me caught, what's not.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
And before you know it, things are so lax that you end up getting bird flu in your normal flu vaccines.
jordan holmes
That's a tale as old as time.
unidentified
Indeed.
jordan holmes
That happens.
You know what?
You're just lazing around.
You're just Googling shit instead of doing your work.
And then you get bird flu.
That's just science.
dan friesen
Like, anybody who's had a job knows that's kind of the...
You don't like to imagine that that happens in official places.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
But it just might.
jordan holmes
Everybody's just kind of...
It's a gig for these people, you know?
It's still a gig.
dan friesen
Yep.
Speaking of gigs, 9-11 bloggers got one, and that's...
jordan holmes
No, he has a vocation.
He has a calling.
And that is to blog about 9-11, Dan.
dan friesen
And other stuff.
I don't know why this falls under the aegis of a 9-11 blogger, but who cares?
Problem number five with 9-11 bloggers coverage is that they close by saying, quote, but was this just a criminal negligence or wasn't an attempt to provoke pandemic using a vaccine against flu to spread the disease and then cash in for the vaccines against H5N1, which Baxter develops?
This is super irresponsible conjecture, and if he reads the articles that he's basing this post on, he would know that that's not at all what's being reported in the least.
He further goes on to ask, quote, It turns out this was not the actions of an American pharma company that caused this, but an Austrian company subcontracting a Czech lab.
And it also turns out, no, they don't have the regulations in place that force strict compliance to basic precautions.
It is not an American pharma company that's behind this.
jordan holmes
You know what's great?
This is the plot of the BBC series.
I don't know if it's BBC, but it's the British series Utopia.
It's fantastic.
It's great.
If you haven't seen it, I recommend it.
Some parts in the second season lag, but otherwise, absolute dynamite.
dan friesen
So that series may be great, but that blog post is fucking irresponsible.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
That's how they end the blog post.
Now, Paul Joseph Watson gets even more irresponsible as he adds his own layers.
Our boy PJ Dubs!
He adds his own layer of propaganda to reporting the 9-11 blogger post and pretends that he's reporting on stories out of the Czech media.
Quote from Paul Joseph Watson's post.
According to a compiled translation from Czech newspaper stories, the media over there is asking tough questions about whether the contamination was part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic.
And he quotes.
Was this just a criminal negligence or was it an attempt to provoke pandemia by using vaccines or vaccination against flu to spread the disease and then cash in with the vaccines against H5N1, which Baxter develops?
How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines?
Don't they follow even basic precautions in the American pharma companies?
States the translation.
He's using the last paragraph where 9-11 Blogger is editorializing on his purported translation, but Paul Joseph Watson is citing that in his Prison Planet article as something that comes from the translation from Czech media.
So he's presenting the idea that the Czech media is asking tough questions.
Was this criminal negligence or an attempt to cause a pandemic?
Do they even follow basic precautions in American pharma companies?
He's saying that that comes from a translation of Czech news.
It does not.
It comes from a 9-11 blogger.
jordan holmes
So he's quoting 9-11 blogger who is editorializing about his quotes from the Czech media.
dan friesen
His purported translation of these Czech news stories.
jordan holmes
So it's like a platformer.
It's completely unrelated parallel lines that are connected.
By Paul Joseph Watson's bullshit.
dan friesen
Yeah.
And Paul Joseph Watson uses 9-11 bloggers' misreporting of the Czech newspaper to draw conclusions like, quote, the fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun.
Even, he goes so far as to assert that, quote, there can be little doubt, therefore, that this was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then...
That sounds right.
That sounds right.
Which I would respond to by saying there are plenty of ways that it can happen if proper protocols aren't in place for handling of hazardous materials.
Samples could be unlabeled and get mixed up.
Surfaces or containers could be improperly sanitized.
There's hundreds of different little ways that contaminations could happen.
jordan holmes
In fact, I find it almost harder to imagine that it could happen on purpose than on accident.
dan friesen
It's a much more extreme...
jordan holmes
If it were to happen on purpose, then people would know that it was happening on purpose.
dan friesen
Someone would.
jordan holmes
The secret would get out.
Everyone would kind of be talking about that, whereas the only thing that makes sense in this circumstance for it to have gotten so far is that it was a fuck-up.
dan friesen
And when you look into the sort of check...
To check checks and protocols.
Are those wheat checks or rice checks?
Corn.
You do see that the conclusion that they came away with is it's way too easy for something like this to happen because of our lax governmental regulation of things.
jordan holmes
Just like the way we treat our nuclear stockpile in this country, where it's just kind of falling apart.
dan friesen
Perry's got that under control.
Don't worry about it.
jordan holmes
Okay, cool.
dan friesen
So, from here...
Paul Joseph Watson fills out his article with a standard template for an InfoWars article.
Assertions that the vaccine companies are trying to cause a pandemic so they can sell more vaccines, implying that rich globalists stand to gain a lot of money if they sell more vaccines, and of course the long-debunked claim that the globalists want to kill 80% of the population.
It's a very standard operation for InfoWars, but this specific instance gives us a very valuable opportunity to trace the roots from a Czech story getting misrepresented by a conspiracy blogger who is in turn misrepresented Almost like they were biotests.
It's insane, man.
It's crazy to look at this and see, oh, here's the original story.
Here's the first lie.
Here's the second lie, and here's Alex reporting on the second lie as if it were the mainstream news.
jordan holmes
And he then lies about even that.
dan friesen
He editorializes on the second lie, even.
It's fucking crazy.
jordan holmes
He's stage three cancer.
dan friesen
Yeah, it's nuts.
So now here's where things get really interesting.
I told you that...
Bloomberg had reported on this story on February 24th.
jordan holmes
They wrote that article in check.
dan friesen
A good week before Alex is reporting on it and saying that there's nothing in the American media about this.
jordan holmes
Never!
dan friesen
Bloomberg has put out an article about this, and I found this.
And it's interesting because in this Bloomberg article, they claim that Baxter was to blame for the contamination.
There's a couple problems that I found with this.
The first is that at no point in the source citations do Alex, Paul Joseph Watson, or 9-11 bloggers cite Bloomberg.
They don't bring that up at all.
jordan holmes
Mainstream media, fake news!
Blah, blah, blah, blah!
dan friesen
But the sources that they're using say the opposite.
But Bloomberg is saying what's in line with their conjecture.
So I'm confused why they don't bring that up.
jordan holmes
Oh, that actually is interesting.
dan friesen
It's very confusing because it actually...
jordan holmes
So they have a mainstream article that does kind of back up their bullshit.
dan friesen
Well, they conceivably could.
But the second problem is that I could only find that Bloomberg story by searching through the Wayback Machines archive.
And thus, I think it's entirely possible that article was based on bad reporting, which they issued a retraction for, then took down the page.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
I can't find the retraction for the story, but I have a really strong reason to believe that the Bloomberg story represents bad reporting.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
What's my feeling based on?
Well, Jordan, I was able to find a presentation that was put together by Carol Lehmert of the State Office for Nuclear Safety in the Czech Republic, reflecting the results of their investigation into the incident of, quote, potential human bird flu outbreak.
So, this presentation makes it abundantly clear what happened and who was to blame.
They reviewed communication records, lab documents, conducted interviews with everyone who was involved and the police, and it reflected that Biotest was, quote, found to break several paragraphs of the Biological Weapons Prohibition Act, including, quote, illegal handling of GMO with evidence freely given to inspectors.
The presentation reflects that Biotest was the company at fault in this case, not Baxter, and even concludes by saying, quote, officially nothing serious happened, and called the incident a result of, quote, a chain of regrettable blunders, which could be remedied with better communications between entities, enhanced cooperation between national agencies, and possibly added legislation.
jordan holmes
And, of course, firing the Three Stooges.
dan friesen
Indeed.
They further reflected in this report that, quote, Biotest was under hard pressure from AVIR Greenhill to break national legislation and speed up tests of the vaccine.
jordan holmes
See, now there is a big problem.
I think there we found our biggest issue right there.
dan friesen
Indeed.
jordan holmes
AVIR is just like, hey, hey, hey, get it done, get it done.
I don't care what fucking breaks.
dan friesen
Right, but that's an Austrian company that is doing this research.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
They're under the laws in place in their own countries.
Right.
And even so, what you see is this fuck-up is caused by them, AVIR, wanting to push through this at a breakneck speed, getting mixed up with samples that had come from Baxter that were clean, people fucking up because they don't have adequate regulation on the ground.
So that's...
jordan holmes
Now, question.
dan friesen
Hold on.
jordan holmes
Do Austrians hate the Czechs?
dan friesen
I don't know.
I don't know about that level of European bigotry.
It's entirely possible, but I don't know.
So what we have here is a very clear case of, when I read these Czech news stories, they completely are in line with the results of the investigation that the State Office of Nuclear Safety did.
All that matches up.
The things that don't match up...
Are the misinterpretations made by 9-11 blogger that Alex Jones is now reporting on, and this Bloomberg story that they aren't even talking about that has been taken off the internet.
So I am left with the conclusion that the Czech primary sources and their investigation that they did are correct, and that Baxter was found not to be at fault in this.
Now, the reason that Alex is going to make them at fault is because they're a vaccine company.
jordan holmes
Oh, no.
Mm-hmm.
So he's going to use this to turn it into a whole anti-Vaxxer thing?
dan friesen
You bet.
jordan holmes
God damn it!
dan friesen
But that's what's primarily motivating him.
jordan holmes
God damn it!
dan friesen
Now, before we go too far and make it seem like Baxter is some sort of a great company, they're fucking not.
They have been involved in a lot of mess-ups in the past.
jordan holmes
No, I'm not a fan of anybody in this story, period.
dan friesen
No, no, no.
jordan holmes
Especially not 9-11 Blogger for some reason.
dan friesen
No, 9-11 Blogger is the worst.
jordan holmes
Even if 9-11 Blogger was a perfectly legitimate journalist who reported on stories accurately every time, I'm not going to believe anybody who's a 9-11 Blogger.
dan friesen
Yeah, it's a tough hurdle for you to get over in credibility.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
But it's so important that we do make it clear that Baxter can go fuck themselves, too.
But in this case, they weren't in the wrong.
It was this biotest lab and the pressure that was being applied on them by AVIR Green Hills.
jordan holmes
Right, it's like if Blackwater doesn't fuck up one time, you're like, shit!
It's not your fault, but you're a fucking evil punch of shit.
dan friesen
You should be sued out of existence for other fuck-ups you've had in your past, but this isn't one of them.
So anyway...
unidentified
Who's there?
dan friesen
Who's there?
Oh my god.
jordan holmes
Dan.
dan friesen
Which one of us is going to play the other character?
jordan holmes
I don't know.
I forgot this bit.
I'm not sure whose team is whose.
dan friesen
9-11 blogger, you're busted.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
And Paul Joseph Watson, you're busted.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
And Alex Jones, you're busted.
jordan holmes
Of course.
dan friesen
This is such bullshit.
This is a disastrous, embarrassing propaganda effort that's being played out by multiple parties, and it's really difficult to see how much Alex is even aware.
You know, like, I don't know what he's aware of.
Does he know that 9-11 Blogger is totally wrong?
Does he know that Paul Joseph Watson is reporting editorial statements by 9-11 Blogger?
Absolutely not.
So he might be getting tricked by this propaganda.
jordan holmes
Maybe here's my feeling of his complicity.
He was like, hey, I had the flu.
I'm not going to get the flu vaccine.
Paul Joseph Watson, write me up an anti-flu vaccine thing.
Paul Joseph Watson grabs on any story, starts quoting shit, and then Alex, of course, because he's an idiot, just starts quoting Paul Joseph Watson.
dan friesen
Anything is possible, I can't say for sure.
But now that we know all of the relevant details, the facts, let's enjoy Alex.
Try and tell this story on air.
jordan holmes
Oh, boy.
dan friesen
Notice all of the points where he's just quoting 9-11 blogger as if it's the mainstream news.
jordan holmes
Really don't like 9-11 blogger.
alex jones
The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live, live, H5N1 avian flu viruses, reports the Canadian press, Toronto Sun, on and on and on.
Baxter flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1, otherwise known as the human form of avian flu, one of the most deadly biological weapons on Earth, with at least 60% kill rate, were received by labs in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovenia.
dan friesen
All that's just quoting from Paul Joseph Watson, quoting 9-11 blogger.
jordan holmes
You know, I will say this, though.
H5N1 does have the best live show.
dan friesen
It's true.
jordan holmes
They are great.
They sold out the Chicago Theater recently.
dan friesen
They opened for Girl Talk.
jordan holmes
Oh, so good.
dan friesen
So, you know, the reflection that I'm going to have for almost all the rest of these clips is he's quoting 9-11 blogger as if it's the news.
jordan holmes
That's not good.
That's bad.
dan friesen
Here's the next one, but this is also where Alex starts to just make shit up.
alex jones
This was seemingly an attempt to quickly change the story and hide the fact that the accidental contamination of a vaccine with a deadly bioagent like avian flu is virtually impossible, and the only way it could have happened...
Was by willful, gross criminal negligence.
And mainstream news is saying that, not just me.
Go read the Toronto Sun and others.
Go read the checks.
They're going, this is insane.
No, they're not.
Stop right there.
jordan holmes
Go just read the checks.
alex jones
That isn't even the evidence, as damning as that is.
That is secondary.
That is tertiary.
That is corollary.
That is on the side of the road.
jordan holmes
Give five more examples.
alex jones
What is in the middle of the road?
unidentified
That fucking chicken.
alex jones
The instructions they gave the companies for the mixture.
Of the falsely labeled vaccine was the exact complex preparation to create a mutagen.
unidentified
What?
alex jones
That's what gave you the 1918 Spanish flu that killed at least 50 million people.
jordan holmes
Is it?
alex jones
It was combined to mutate between the normal, extremely airborne, extremely contagious strain of flu with the bird flu to make it highly airborne and highly contagious.
Thank you.
jordan holmes
Are you starting to hear what I'm telling you, ladies and gentlemen?
dan friesen
They don't involve, like, none of these stories involve instructions to combine these things in order to create a pandemic.
He's just making that up.
That's not even in the 9-11 blogger stuff.
jordan holmes
Couldn't you put them in, like, the same test tube and that would do a good enough job?
dan friesen
Yes.
Fuck if I know.
jordan holmes
Just mix them, like an old mad scientist thing.
dan friesen
No, because the issue is that they need the incubation of human bodies to mutate and expand and stuff like that.
jordan holmes
I bet Dexter's laboratory could have...
I think they did a story like this.
dan friesen
It's possible, but look.
The issue of instructions is just made up.
That's not at all the issue.
jordan holmes
Two parts flu, one part avian flu, you got it.
dan friesen
But what we have here is this Toronto Sun article that Alex is also referring to.
jordan holmes
You do want some lemon zest in that, though.
That's really going to bring out the...
dan friesen
Sure.
That'll help make a pandemic.
But this Toronto Sun article is where Alex is getting a lot of these fears from because this is decent reporting.
They're discussing the science behind it and the possibility and the reason why this is a big deal.
So they write...
from the Toronto Sun article, quote, "Accidental release of a mixture of live H5N1 and H3N2 viruses could have resulted in dire consequences.
While H5N1 doesn't easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do.
If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.
That mixing process, called reassortment, is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created.
There's no suggestion that happened because of this incident, however.
So Alex is taking this possibility that they're discussing just as like, this is how you fill out copy.
You discuss the implications of the story.
He's taking that as some sort of a like, there was instructions in order to do this because it's going to be a pandemic.
And the next line is, there's no suggestion that happened because of this incident, however.
Because it didn't.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
It didn't happen.
jordan holmes
Because it was never injected into a person.
With both of those viruses in order to incubate a mutant virus.
And even then, really, you wouldn't know how it would mutate unless you had done this before.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
Right?
You couldn't possibly predict that it would just mutate the way that you...
Like, you couldn't just predict that it would mutate like you just put one in there and the other one in there and then it comes out that way.
dan friesen
I think even so, there's a...
A little bit of unpredictability and randomness to it, even if you know what you're doing.
jordan holmes
Yeah, exactly.
dan friesen
It's not like baking a pie where you have ingredients in you.
jordan holmes
Viruses don't, like, just do what you tell them to do.
dan friesen
I don't think they do.
Again, I'm not a scientist, so I'm not entirely sure, but I can read, so I can tell you that Alex is just full of shit.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
And making stuff up to fit the narrative that he wants to be the case.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
Because he wants to scare you.
alex jones
She, she, she...
If this would have gotten out and may have, we don't know.
See, instead of your child just throwing up for two days, they die.
They die.
They die.
jordan holmes
You die.
alex jones
I die.
We die.
Then they take those FEMA plastic coffins they've got stored all over the country, and they come in in bio-suits and they stick you in them.
jordan holmes
I'm going to stop right there.
alex jones
Remember my film Endgame.
Remember Dr. Eric Pianca at UT saying he wants 90% of the American people and people of the world to die.
He can't wait until...
Ebola becomes airborne.
And kills 90% of the world population.
dan friesen
So he's trying to scare you, and then he brings in his other narratives in order to reinforce all of them.
The FEMA camps, the coffins.
And then he brings in, oh, remember Endgame by Great Movie that has a full bibliography for sure.
Don't look at it, though.
It's a very full bibliography.
jordan holmes
However, do download the archived Encarta.
dan friesen
Sure.
jordan holmes
That's a good idea.
unidentified
Absolutely.
dan friesen
That's the only way you're going to understand any of that film.
jordan holmes
The only way you're going to understand any of it.
dan friesen
Then he brings in Eric Pionka, who was in Endgame.
Alex very harshly mischaracterized him.
His argument is that humans dying out would be great for the natural world, which is not an extreme statement.
jordan holmes
No, it's pretty much an accurate one.
dan friesen
Yes, we are doing a lot of damage to the natural world.
jordan holmes
We are destroying the natural world.
That's kind of what we do.
dan friesen
And if you are someone who believes that the natural world has more importance than humans, it makes sense that you'd be like, we should die.
jordan holmes
Or if you watch The Matrix and you were like...
Hey, that guy is right.
Humanity is a virus.
dan friesen
And then, this is so remnant.
Alex's thinking is so infantile and so childish that he can't understand what Eric Pianca is saying.
He's not advocating for everyone dying.
He's saying it would be good for Earth.
Now, it's the exact same thing.
In this episode, he screams about FEMA camps and FEMA teaching their agents that the founding fathers were terrorists.
And if you look at the video that he posts to make that argument, The guy's making a really fine argument.
jordan holmes
Yeah, to some extent you could absolutely say that they were terrorists.
dan friesen
If you look at the time, they were insurgents.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Now just because you're on their side doesn't make them any less terrorist in the activities that they were engaging in.
jordan holmes
Yeah, it's almost like they just staged an attack to inspire fear in a larger government because they couldn't...
Attack them directly.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
That was their recourse.
Interesting.
unidentified
Huh.
dan friesen
So, like, the only reason I bring that up is it's so indicative of, like, this inability to wrestle with ideas and just treat things like black and white concrete thinking.
It's legitimately what I'm seeing expressed is, like, it's really low-grade reasoning.
jordan holmes
It's good guys versus bad guys.
dan friesen
Yeah, but it's something that most people...
In terms of cognitive development should grow out of in their teens.
jordan holmes
You would hope.
dan friesen
Like, if someone were to tell me, let's say I was really into America and I loved it, I was very patriotic, and someone were to tell me that someone is saying that the Founding Fathers were terrorists, I would say, what do you mean by that?
And then I would hear, oh yeah, according to the British Crown, they were.
Yeah, yeah, that makes sense.
That makes total sense.
No reason to be worried about that.
But Alex doesn't ask the what do you mean by that.
He doesn't wrestle with the what is the actual thing that's being communicated.
He wrestles with concrete, literal fear and just extremes.
It's what children do.
jordan holmes
You absolutely cannot get into the mind of the exact person that you described because the answer to that is no.
They would be exactly as angry as Alex is.
Even if they purported to be a...
Reasonable, insane, patriotic patriot.
No.
No, they're fucking insane.
dan friesen
So, in this next clip, Alex again thinks, or is saying, it's hard to say what he knows and what he doesn't know.
But he's wrong, and he says that he's quoting mainstream news articles.
Again, this is just from 9-11 Blogger.
alex jones
Do you understand what I just covered?
jordan holmes
No.
Well, actually, yeah.
alex jones
According to a compiled translation from Czech...
Newspaper stories.
The media over there is asking tough questions about whether the contamination was part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic.
Mainstream news is saying this.
jordan holmes
Mainstream news?
alex jones
But not our media.
It's too controlled.
dan friesen
Again, Bloomberg had an article about it already.
jordan holmes
Wait, how is mainstream news both saying this and then also mainstream news?
dan friesen
Well, because it's check mainstream news.
jordan holmes
So Czech mainstream news is not?
dan friesen
The globalists haven't taken over the Czech media yet, apparently.
jordan holmes
Oh, I didn't know that.
dan friesen
I didn't either.
But this is how we learned that.
jordan holmes
So the Czech media is the only independent news source.
In the region.
dan friesen
Alex just can define things however he wants, whenever he wants.
It doesn't really matter.
jordan holmes
Fair enough.
dan friesen
But the mainstream media in America, he has many times said that Bloomberg is mainstream, even globalist-controlled.
They'd covered it days before he even touches this story, so that's out the window.
And then when he's saying everything he's reading from that article, the media's asking hard-hitting questions, all that.
He's just reading Paul Joseph Watson's article quoting bloggers editorializing as if it were from actual Czech news sources.
I know I keep repeating that, and I'm sorry to sound like a broken record, but it is so important.
It is so important to understand how propaganda works.
This is a Chai Com nesting doll of lies.
jordan holmes
It's a metastasized cancer.
dan friesen
And most people listening to Alex would never know what is in the middle of that nesting doll.
They would just see the outermost layer.
It is chocolate.
Czech chocolate.
The best.
jordan holmes
That's good chocolate.
dan friesen
Propaganda that the Belgians make the best chocolate.
The Czechs.
jordan holmes
Not true.
Czechs.
dan friesen
Yep.
So yeah, it is important.
You have to open up the doll and see what's behind it.
And it turns out, oh, it's a Prison Planet article.
Then what's behind that?
Oh, it's a 9-11 blogger.
What's behind that?
Oh, it's Czech news sources that say the opposite of what you're reporting.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
All right.
You're a liar.
You are bad at your job.
And most people would never know.
Most people listening to Alex would never know.
This is really sad.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
Very sad.
jordan holmes
Most people, period, would never know because nobody's doing the same amount of research that you are.
If you're talking about third removed sources, most people are not going to go that far.
You know, nobody goes to the second page of Google.
You read one prison planet and then the percentage of people who are going to read even 9-11 blogger, the guy that he's quoting.
Very low.
The percentage of people who are going to read both 9-11 Blogger and then fact-check 9-11 Blogger, insanely low.
dan friesen
Translate check articles.
jordan holmes
Yeah, exactly.
No, that's, like, in the same way that the human error is a reasonable thing to expect from a bullshit place like Biotest, in the same way it's reasonable to expect that a human error would not...
Triple check that news source.
dan friesen
And I wouldn't take it down this far necessarily every time.
Like every time I find a story, it's often much easier to be like, oh, there's where the lie is.
Yeah.
jordan holmes
No, the moment you said 9-11 blogger, I was like, oh, there's where the lie is.
dan friesen
It turns out it's a little deeper.
But the reason that I did as much looking into this as I did is I could smell this and I know this is going to be a big narrative for him.
So I wanted to make sure we had this covered.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
Pretty dead to rights.
jordan holmes
So as we go on for the next week or so in March, we're almost certainly going to continue on.
dan friesen
Undoubtedly.
jordan holmes
Don't ever take vaccines because that's the way that they're going to create the global pandemic.
dan friesen
And he's going to be saying that this bird flu is being released or something like that.
So we'll just be able to say, like, hey, he's back on that bullshit.
jordan holmes
Right, right, right, right.
dan friesen
And then refer back to this episode.
jordan holmes
This is one of our classic Waystone episodes.
dan friesen
I believe so.
So in this next clip, Alex thinks that this is a breaking story when, again, as I've already said, the events actually happened at the beginning of February.
jordan holmes
So this all happened a couple of months ago.
dan friesen
No, no, about a month ago.
jordan holmes
Or just a month ago.
dan friesen
jordan holmes
Okay, gotcha.
dan friesen
But it was reported by Bloomberg on February 24th, at least.
So it's not breaking, but Alex thinks, like, I'm on the pulse.
jordan holmes
He's got the scoop.
alex jones
And we're trying to track down where all it went, whether it's been shipped out.
We're going to continue to track this as it develops.
In fact, guys, keep Googling for me during the breaks and printing the articles.
New mainstream articles are coming out every hour.
Google accidental bird flu contamination.
dan friesen
Just Google that for me.
Just keep on Googling that.
unidentified
New mainstream news stories coming out every hour.
jordan holmes
Just hit refresh on the page.
dan friesen
The only places that I could imagine were actually covering this in the same way as Alex were.
jordan holmes
9-11 blogger, 9-12 blogger, 9-13 blogger.
dan friesen
9-12 blogger, that's Glenn Beckside.
jordan holmes
Oh, that is Glenn Beckside.
9-10 blogger is how we felt before 9-11, which was pretty cool.
dan friesen
I did see a birdflu666.blogspot.com.
jordan holmes
That's a great blog name.
dan friesen
I'm not going to click on that.
Oh, no.
jordan holmes
You should have absolutely clicked on that.
The devil is in the bird flu, Dan!
dan friesen
I decided there wasn't much I was going to be able to get out of that.
jordan holmes
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was to become the flu.
dan friesen
All right.
Fair enough.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
So, Jordan, at this point, his coverage of the story is pretty much over.
And what he does is he has Paul Joseph.
Not Paul Joseph.
He's still not an on-air talent at this point.
He has Paul Craig Roberts on to talk about how Obama sucks.
Great.
Great.
Take a nice diversion from your panic story about a pandemic coming and just talk shit on Obama for a bit.
jordan holmes
Obama for whom you have expressed giving him a chance and yet, again, day one to two months later is the worst human being that's ever lived.
dan friesen
And Paul Craig Roberts' big claim to fame is that he's like, we gotta vote for Obama because we have to repudiate George W. Bush.
And a week later he's like, fuck this guy!
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Well!
It's easier.
dan friesen
Also, it bears noting, we've talked about this a bit, but it bears noting that Paul Craig Roberts has a dicey...
Dicey resume.
He's written for Sputnik for years.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
Beyond that, he is also listed on the editorial board since at least 2000 for an organization, a publication called V-Dare, which is named after Virginia Dare, the first white child born in colonial America.
jordan holmes
Oh, boy!
unidentified
The 9-11 blogger of colonial America.
dan friesen
V-Dare is the sort of outfit that likes to spend their time defending cross-burnings that were specifically done to threaten black people.
unidentified
No, no, no, no.
jordan holmes
You can't defend cross.
You can't.
There's no defense of cross burning.
dan friesen
They consistently make the argument that diversity and freedom are inherently contradictory.
What?
And also they spend an inordinate amount of time defending people who deny the Holocaust.
It's a real dicey outlet.
jordan holmes
Can you give me one defense of a burning cross?
Like any defense of a burning cross?
dan friesen
I mean, if it's cold and you're going to die.
jordan holmes
Oh, that's actually a great defense of a burning cross.
dan friesen
That's one.
You can't defend it if it's a message.
jordan holmes
Right, yeah.
There's no good message.
There's no like, oh, hey, man.
Happy birthday!
There's no good burning cross.
dan friesen
Paul Craig Roberts is also listed as a contributing writer for years for the publication Chronicles, the magazine of American culture.
Chronicles is a publication with very close ties to the League of the South, a legitimately neo-confederate and white supremacist organization.
jordan holmes
Not good.
dan friesen
Additionally, Paul Craig Roberts is a contributor to the American Free Press, a publication put out by Willis Carto, a man so anti-Semitic that he was asked to leave the John Birch Society, which is crazy.
jordan holmes
That's really anti-Semitic!
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
You got...
You've got to be really anti-Semitic to be too anti-Semitic for an anti-Semitic organization.
dan friesen
American Free Press is the new name of a paper that used to be called The Spotlight.
The Spotlight and the organization behind it, the Liberty Lobby, were specifically used by Willis Carto to use revisionist history and outright lies to demonize the Jews.
That was literally his stated objective.
You can't get much more anti-Semitic than this quote from Willis Carto.
Quote, Hitler's defeat was the defeat of Europe and of America.
jordan holmes
Out.
dan friesen
How could we have been so blind?
jordan holmes
Pass.
dan friesen
The blame, it seems, must be laid at the door of the international Jews.
unidentified
What?
dan friesen
If Satan himself, with all his superhuman genius and diabolical ingenuity at his command, had tried to create a permanent disintegration and force of the destruction of the nations, he could have done no better than to invent the Jews.
jordan holmes
Wow!
dan friesen
So...
jordan holmes
That is...
Really direct.
dan friesen
So Willis Cardo.
jordan holmes
That is the definition of overt.
dan friesen
He created this paper, The Spotlight, which became American Free Press, which Paul Craig Roberts writes for.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
He also writes for this Chronicles, which is connected to the League of the South.
He also writes for V-Dare, which is named after the first white child born in colonial America.
It spends a lot of time defending Holocaust deniers.
It's a trend.
jordan holmes
Hey, man.
dan friesen
It's a bit of a trend.
jordan holmes
It's tough.
What do you get paid by the word?
9-11 block.
New Yorker doesn't make any money.
You've got to work for a publication, you know?
If you're not going to get published in the New Yorker, you might as well go to V-Dare.
dan friesen
I understand you like to have a lot of fun here.
jordan holmes
You might as well go to V-Dare.
dan friesen
Yeah.
So Alex spends a bit of time talking to that cat.
jordan holmes
No.
dan friesen
About how bad Obama is.
unidentified
Cool.
jordan holmes
Bad.
unidentified
Cool.
jordan holmes
I wonder why he thinks Obama's bad.
dan friesen
I wonder.
It's mysterious.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Oh, but also, at this point, he's probably also writing for Russian-owned media.
unidentified
Of course.
dan friesen
There's sort of a confluence of his deeply racist and Nazi-adjacent writing.
jordan holmes
It's synergy.
dan friesen
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, Alex does that for a bit on the show, and then we get to the end, or towards the end of the show, where he has promised to do this.
alex jones
I'm going to get a medical doctor on the last 30 minutes of the show today to talk about the connections to all vaccines and massive outbreaks like the swine flu epidemic where they admit the vaccine killed tens of thousands and how that ties in with accidental contamination of vaccine with live avian flu virus.
Virtually impossible.
dan friesen
So again, that's the Paul Joseph Watson article's title.
He's going to have a medical doctor in.
And man, we're in early 2009.
I was like, please be Dean Adele.
Please be Dean Adele.
Please be Dean Adele.
jordan holmes
Oh, not going to happen.
dan friesen
That would be amazing.
He'd just be like, Alex, what are you talking about?
jordan holmes
Not gonna happen.
dan friesen
Alex, you gotta read.
What are you doing?
jordan holmes
Dean Adele would never do that.
dan friesen
I think he's a persona non grata now at this point.
jordan holmes
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
dan friesen
Because I've not heard word one of him in quite a while.
jordan holmes
Surprise!
The guy who doesn't butter Alex up, but instead points out how dumb he is.
dan friesen
So I was like, who could this be?
He's getting a doctor.
jordan holmes
A real medical doctor.
dan friesen
So, Mike, is it going to be Rappaport?
Is Rappaport going to appear?
jordan holmes
Is Rappaport a doctor?
dan friesen
Yeah, I think...
No, maybe not.
Medical journalist.
I don't know.
He could just say he's a doctor.
Who gives a shit?
jordan holmes
That's entirely possible.
dan friesen
Yeah, he's got a lot of, like, medical woo in his sort of catalog.
jordan holmes
Is General Steppelbein a doctor?
dan friesen
Dr. Rima Lebo is.
jordan holmes
Oh, okay, that's true!
dan friesen
So I was like, maybe, maybe.
jordan holmes
Yeah?
dan friesen
What about Mike Adams, the health ranger?
He pretends he's kind of a doctor, you know?
jordan holmes
He's the health ranger.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
You've got to be a doctor.
Otherwise, they don't allow you to reign.
dan friesen
Who is this doctor going to be?
Or is he full of shit?
Is there no doctor?
I don't know.
What's it going to be?
So I could not have been more surprised when it gets to the end of the show.
alex jones
This is mainstream news.
This is deadly bird flu that we're trying to mutate.
But let's just go ahead and go to Dr. Rebecca Carley.
jordan holmes
Rebecca Carley.
alex jones
Tell us what's happening.
unidentified
Basically, they're trying to cause the pandemic.
They have already stockpiled at least 250 million doses of the bird flu vaccine.
You know, the shelf life of that vaccine has a certain amount of time by which they'll have to throw in the garbage.
So they have to start the pandemic so that they can give the vaccine.
dan friesen
Ah, okay.
That's a fine monetary explanation.
A little conspiratorial, perhaps.
Rebecca Carley.
Do you know who that is?
jordan holmes
Uh, iCarly?
dan friesen
Nope.
jordan holmes
Marley and me?
iCarly and me?
dan friesen
Alex has said he's gonna have a medical doctor on to talk about this.
Would you be surprised to learn that Rebecca Carly is not a doctor?
jordan holmes
What?!
dan friesen
It turns out that, quote, in 2003, the New York Board for Professional Medical Conduct found Rebecca Lee Carley, MD, guilty of, quote, practicing while impaired by a mental disability and, quote, having a psychiatric condition which impaired her ability to practice medicine.
What?
unidentified
And suspended her license for five years on the condition that she seeks psychiatric help.
dan friesen
That is really hard!
Yeah.
jordan holmes
They do not do that!
dan friesen
Oh, but they did.
jordan holmes
People who are deserving of that are never...
She's got to be going hard!
dan friesen
Wait till you hear this.
During ten days of hearings, Zev Labans, a psychiatrist who interviewed Carly, gave some pretty damaging testimony.
jordan holmes
She bit the head off a bat while I was interviewing her!
dan friesen
He found her to, quote, have a delusional disorder with the presence of narcissistic and borderline personality traits.
jordan holmes
That's not good.
dan friesen
From Quackwatch, a website dedicated to keeping track of dangerous medical practitioners and scam artists.
jordan holmes
That's the 9-11 blogger of...
dan friesen
It's not.
jordan holmes
Oh, okay.
dan friesen
Quack Watch is actually really good.
They do a lot of really good work and everything is cited.
Everything has the proper citations.
It's very professionally done.
jordan holmes
That's not a good name, though.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
I mean, what is it?
It's watching quacks.
What are you going to do?
unidentified
I don't know.
dan friesen
It's not like 9-11 Blogger at all.
jordan holmes
I mean, incompetent doctor watch?
All right.
You know, fair enough.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Quack Watch just doesn't inspire confidence.
dan friesen
Quack Watch!
Dr. Labans also testified that the respondent believes that her husband sodomized their son as a satanic ritual because she does not vaccinate and because she cures children with autism.
Dr. Labans stated that the respondent believes that her husband was fulfilling the government's role in performing anal penetration on their child and that this penetration sends a surge of energy to the child's brain resulting in the compartmentalization of the brain which she believes would cause multiple personality disorder.
Dr. Labans also stated that the respondent believes that the government is interested in pursuing all persons who are opposed to vaccinating children, which is part of the That came out in court.
jordan holmes
This is like if Alex was a doctor and they caught wind of him.
dan friesen
Yeah.
Oh, also, they did an investigation into that ex-husband and found that there was nothing to these claims, and he got sole custody of their children.
jordan holmes
Oh, God, that's so good, because that was a really fucked up thing that I really hoped wasn't true.
dan friesen
She just made that up.
jordan holmes
Okay, good.
dan friesen
That's just her paranoia.
jordan holmes
That was the satanic panic version of...
Okay, good.
dan friesen
100%.
jordan holmes
Okay.
Jesus, that was fucking intense.
dan friesen
She believes herself to be the target of a giant conspiracy because she alone can cure pretty much every medical condition known to man.
And thus, she's...
I mean...
jordan holmes
That would have been a way to fight the British.
dan friesen
Rebecca Carley is a dangerously deluded and mentally ill person.
While I'd never want to judge her solely for that, she's refused to get the help that she needs and is now being used as a prop by the anti-vaccination groups of the world and Alex Jones to create dangerous propaganda and is therefore beyond the limits of my empathy.
And...
She's a willing participant in the propaganda.
She's made a living out of it.
I don't feel all that bad for her.
I feel bad for her kid.
I feel bad for the people in her sphere that are affected by it.
But in terms of my empathy for her, just because she's mentally ill, she's had every opportunity to take responsibility and get better.
jordan holmes
Yeah, but she probably should be...
Like, I don't want to ever experience or even advise this, but at her level, it almost seems like...
unidentified
No, absolutely not.
but like an inpatient program might be beneficial.
jordan holmes
But something that does, because she clearly isn't capable of controlling this.
And when she's surrounded by this gaggle of enablers who are not only enabling, aggressive enablers, not only enabling her behavior but amplifying Amplifying it to the extent that it only reinforces her belief that she is the only one to do this.
That is a fucking abuse.
dan friesen
You have a vested interest in never getting well.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's an abuse of her.
dan friesen
It is.
And it's tragic, but I also don't feel bad for her because she's a part of this.
jordan holmes
Hey, you kill a million people, you're a bad person.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
She didn't kill a million people, but...
dan friesen
Alex has brought her in as the doctor.
To verify his fears about this avian flu release, which should tell you that most people probably wouldn't come on.
If he's pulling this out, if he has used the Googling that he has asked his staff to do, and they just Google her...
They would find this 2003 stripping of her license.
He would know that she's not a doctor and all she does now is offer holistic advice to people and detox advice and things like that that you can do without a medical license.
He would know all that, yet he's still choosing to present her as a medical doctor with some sort of a credibility in order to further his propaganda that...
This is a pandemic that the globalists are trying to create.
Every piece of this stinks.
And, just as a little added bonus, in 2012, Rebecca Carley would go on another conspiracy radio show and call out Alex Jones for being a shill for Israel.
jordan holmes
All right.
Okay.
Good.
dan friesen
Good.
Even he gets stung by this hornet eventually.
unidentified
Good.
jordan holmes
All right.
Fine.
I want to know her story now.
I'm really fascinated.
dan friesen
I think I told you most of it.
She was actually apparently a legitimate surgeon.
jordan holmes
That's what I'm interested in.
How long was she a medical doctor for?
dan friesen
I don't think very long.
jordan holmes
Yeah, before this kind of exploded on her.
She was probably technically proficient.
dan friesen
I read some article, and I believe, I don't want to be quoted on this, but as I recall, it was like...
Towards the end of graduating from medical school is when things started to get weird.
So I don't know.
I don't care as much as you.
If you want to write a biography, go for it.
jordan holmes
Well, I mean, it's just like if you've ever read An Unquiet Mind, it's a very interesting story to me.
dan friesen
Fine.
It could be an interesting story, but...
What I'm concerned about is she's being used as an expert of some sort here when she's delusional specifically about the things that Alex wants her to be an expert about.
jordan holmes
I agree.
I agree.
unidentified
All right.
dan friesen
So that's the most important thing.
Now we have one last clip that I believe is just, well, we'll call it a punchline to this whole thing.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
Because as we've clearly demonstrated, Alex is reporting a story as if it's truth using...
9-11 blogger and Paul Joseph Watson's misrepresentation thereof as if it were mainstream news in order to try and scare people into his worldview and reinforce his beliefs about FEMA camps and all this other bullshit that the globalists are trying to kill you.
In service of this, he brings a medical doctor who, six years prior, had her license revoked for being delusional and narcissistic and having borderline personality traits that make her a danger to the public to be allowed to practice.
jordan holmes
It's not good.
dan friesen
Now, here is how he ends this show.
alex jones
People watching, listen, you can't laugh at us anymore.
You can't say it isn't happening.
jordan holmes
Agreed.
Agreed.
dan friesen
I have proved my case.
jordan holmes
Wow.
dan friesen
You can't laugh at me anymore.
You've done nothing, Alex.
This is so stupid.
Anyway.
jordan holmes
That's heartbreaking.
dan friesen
No, it's not.
jordan holmes
No, no, no.
I mean, this...
Well, first off...
dan friesen
It's pathetic.
jordan holmes
I'm still wrapped up in her story, which is a tragic tale.
That's a classic tale.
dan friesen
Sure.
jordan holmes
And also, like, anytime you are this thorough, like, I stop with...
I don't have the, like...
I don't know, certain dance on the grave, so to speak, that you sometimes have because you fucking kicked ass?
dan friesen
Right, right.
jordan holmes
I'm still on the, like, holy shit, you can't be this bad!
Like, because this is bad!
dan friesen
I feel exactly the same way, even though I guess I'm dancing on the, hey, we got that episode done.
jordan holmes
Well, because you kicked ass.
dan friesen
I appreciate that.
But I am still confused, too, because there's parts of research that I can do and parts that I can't.
Like, I can lay out the facts based on the Czech stories, the Czech investigation, all that stuff.
I can do that.
But what I can't do is tell you what Alex believes.
I can't tell you if this is a manifestation of incompetence or willful deceit.
Now, further, I can't tell you what Paul Joseph...
jordan holmes
I assume lies.
dan friesen
I know he's not acting in good faith.
jordan holmes
Absolutely not.
dan friesen
But I don't know if he believes that the 9-11 blogger is accurate.
I don't know if his editorial standards are so low that he's just like, oh, fuck, this is absolutely true.
Or if he's trying to pull a fast one and knows that the source is bad, but it reinforces my worldview, so I'll just go ahead and use it.
I don't know.
I can't tell you.
So it leaves me a little cold, too.
Because I would love to sit here and tell you, Alex is fucking blah, blah, blah.
jordan holmes
I don't know.
We're on the stupid evil continuum again.
dan friesen
Right.
But stupid is still a little evil in this case.
jordan holmes
Right.
No, of course.
dan friesen
Evil is incredibly stupid.
jordan holmes
No, of course.
Absolutely.
I agree with you all across the board there.
I'm just fascinated by...
Well, first off, does Paul Joseph Watson have a significant other or partner?
dan friesen
I think he does.
I think he might have gotten married recently.
jordan holmes
We should put in a call.
dan friesen
It's not super interesting.
Their personal lives aren't really all that interesting to me.
jordan holmes
No, absolutely.
I'm just saying that I don't know if I've ever experienced Paul Joseph Watson acting in good faith.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
You know?
Like, if your entire life is built around...
Being a bad actor.
dan friesen
Right.
But, you know, this is an extreme example, but a lot of, like, serial killers, they have friends who say they're nice people.
unidentified
That's true.
dan friesen
Sometimes you can compartmentalize these really shady parts of yourself.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
And then, you know, be normal all the rest of the time.
jordan holmes
But then you kill your wife.
I think it's a...
dan friesen
I gotta push back on that just because you brought up Paul Joseph Watson's wife.
It's irresponsible to assume that they have a bad marriage.
jordan holmes
Agreed.
No, no, no.
I'm not...
He may be a great guy.
I'm not making a commentary on what is or is not.
I'm just saying, he's probably going to kill his wife.
dan friesen
You're like, that's super irresponsible.
jordan holmes
That might be irresponsible.
dan friesen
I do not stand behind you on that.
But, yeah, it is interesting, the idea of, like, where is sloppiness in reporting and strict evil...
Where's the line?
unidentified
I don't know.
jordan holmes
Where is propaganda versus just being shitty at your job?
dan friesen
Yeah, but secondarily, I don't think it matters all that much because the effect is the effect of propaganda.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
So even if you're just being sloppy, the way you're using that sloppiness is furthering evil propaganda, and so we must judge you based on that.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
Now, if we're judging you too harshly and you're just bad at your job, sorry.
I'm sorry about that, but...
jordan holmes
Also, you have a track record of being a propagandist, so the benefit of the doubt is not yours.
dan friesen
If this existed in a vacuum, we'd be much more conflicted.
jordan holmes
Yeah, exactly.
dan friesen
Since this is episode 200-something of this fucking show, I think we have a pretty good idea that Alex probably was acting intentionally, and Paul Joseph Watson was probably, he probably knew damn well that this was a bad source.
jordan holmes
Yeah, if it was like a Guardian article making this argument, you'd be like, alright, you guys just...
Just fucked up this time.
dan friesen
Or that's how I feel about the Bloomberg article that's taken off the web.
jordan holmes
Yeah, you fucked up this time.
dan friesen
It's very possible that you listened to a spokesperson for biotech and assumed that that was the reality.
Biotech spokespeople obviously are going to be shifting the blame somewhere else.
So if you report based on an interview that you did with the spokesperson for biotech...
I keep saying biotech.
Biotest.
jordan holmes
Biotest, yeah.
dan friesen
If you're doing that, then yeah, that's bad reporting.
jordan holmes
And if you're Bloomberg, you don't have a check office or anything.
You're not in on check affairs.
dan friesen
It's the level of acceptable sloppiness that you can do.
Right.
And good outlets, respectable outlets, when they behave like that, make every effort to, like, whoops.
jordan holmes
Well, not every effort.
Hopefully.
dan friesen
Make an effort.
jordan holmes
In our idealized world, hopefully they do a better job.
dan friesen
Well, most of the time they still print retractions.
Even if you don't see them all the time, they do have them.
jordan holmes
They're very low on the...
dan friesen
So that's the example, I would say, of just sloppiness.
And Alex is the example of malevolent.
Yeah.
Bad.
Bad, bad.
Bad production.
Bad stuff.
jordan holmes
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
dan friesen
Bad news.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Bad fake news.
alex jones
Bad.
dan friesen
I'm going to hit Alex with a rolled up newspaper.
Stop it!
We're done now.
That brings us to the end.
This was kind of tough because I think I mentioned this before we started recording.
The experience of researching this was the rollercoaster ride of the Source Trail.
And then getting to the Czech articles and being like, Alex is wrong.
They're reporting this wrong.
And then a little bit later, finding the Bloomberg article and being like, wait.
This is saying that Alex is right.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Why didn't they use this article?
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
What's going on here?
And then finding the Czech investigation and being like, oh, this is after they've already gone through all of the details.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
So the Czech articles were right.
It makes sense that the Bloomberg article is taken off the internet.
Alex is wrong.
But it was really...
Of the investigation, of the research that I've done, this was the one that really spiraled around a lot more than other times.
Most other ones have been much more linear.
jordan holmes
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
dan friesen
Like, Alex is wrong.
Here's more evidence that Alex is wrong.
Here's more evidence that Alex is fucking wrong.
jordan holmes
I'm always a big fan of when you, like, don't just research, but almost like you close a case.
You know, like, you follow down the rabbit hole, and then you catch the serial killer at the end.
I'm always a fan of that.
dan friesen
And no one's dead.
Alex is just a liar.
jordan holmes
No, he's just a liar.
dan friesen
Anyway, we have a website.
jordan holmes
Well, all the people died of avian flu.
dan friesen
That's true.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
unidentified
All of them.
jordan holmes
All of them.
unidentified
Millions.
jordan holmes
Well, the first, they only got the first batch out, though.
So, like, a few thousand people.
dan friesen
And by the way, like, let's look at this realistically.
There has not been a bioweapon release in the nine years since he did this episode.
jordan holmes
In Syria there has.
dan friesen
Well, that's different.
And Alex denies that.
jordan holmes
Oh, yeah.
That's a good point.
That's a good point.
When a bioweapon was released, Alex said it wasn't true.
dan friesen
But again, that's not a pandemic-related bioweapon.
unidentified
No, of course not.
dan friesen
So that's why it didn't come to mind.
I'm thinking of disease weapons and stuff like that that are contagious, because that's specifically what Alex is talking about.
But if we look at that Ebola outbreak that happened, what was that, a couple years ago?
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
There were some deaths from that, but it's amazing how well that was treated.
It is.
The fact that it was contained as efficiently as it was, if the globalists were trying to cause some sort of a bio-release the way Alex is depicting it, that fucking Ebola outbreak would have been a disaster.
So, to me, these arguments fall so fucking flat.
The idea that there's some sort of nefarious world power that wants to release something.
Because if they did, they would have done it.
jordan holmes
And it seems like if you were going to do it, the...
Extent to which you would do it would have to then be so overwhelming that all of the safeguards that we have in place, all of the people who are acting in good faith, trying to avoid these circumstances, would have to be overpowered in some sense.
dan friesen
Or you wouldn't create it.
But when that Ebola outbreak happened, you would have done little things in your power to make sure it spread.
jordan holmes
Yeah, you would have piggybacked it.
dan friesen
You would have taken that as an opportunity to do the thing that Alex is saying you desperately want to do.
And that didn't happen.
And so, to me, all of this seems like bullshit.
All of it just seems like fear to sell shit.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
And to get people more deeply entrenched in Alex's cult, which, nine years later, he would use as a multi-level marketing introduction.
So all this, like, the fact that we know...
jordan holmes
Oh, man, I don't want to live in the present anymore.
He's a medium...
He's not even a top dog!
He's in the medium range!
dan friesen
At best!
And it's really funny that, like, sort of we know where this all is going because of that.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
Like, it's kind of funny to look at the things he's doing in 2009 with the framework of, like...
We know where this leads.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
This leads to Avon.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
All roads lead to Avon, Dan.
dan friesen
It's really weird.
jordan holmes
We're going to be multi-level marketing scammers here very shortly.
dan friesen
It's so fun that this leads to legitimate legitimacy in terms of the election and all that.
He had his moment in the sun, and like Icarus, he flew far too close, and now he's fucking selling Mary Kay.
jordan holmes
The worst.
God, we gave him such good advice.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
We gave him such good advice.
dan friesen
Yep.
jordan holmes
What an idiot.
dan friesen
People don't listen.
jordan holmes
No.
dan friesen
Anyway, we have a website, knowledgefight.com.
We'd love it if you'd go check that out.
jordan holmes
Absolutely.
Oh, shit.
I'm going to do the thing that I always forget to do.
I'm at Zany's in Rosemont.
dan friesen
Oh, exciting.
jordan holmes
From Wednesday through Sunday.
unidentified
Of this week.
jordan holmes
Yeah, yeah.
Literally this week.
So, come out.
dan friesen
If y 'all in Illinois or Chicago, check out Jordan's stand-up comedy.
jordan holmes
I'm featuring at Rosemont.
dan friesen
Who's headlining?
jordan holmes
Fuck if I know.
dan friesen
Oh, boy.
jordan holmes
It's probably...
Oh, no.
I think it's Uncle Lair.
dan friesen
Uncle Lair.
jordan holmes
Larry Reeve.
Uncle Lair.
dan friesen
The Chicago legend.
jordan holmes
The guy who's been around for, goddammit, if it isn't all of comedy.
I think he started in the Catskills?
dan friesen
I think so.
jordan holmes
I don't know.
dan friesen
Yeah, that's great.
People should go check that out.
jordan holmes
Yeah, if you want to.
dan friesen
I don't know.
jordan holmes
Probably.
Don't buy them.
Find a way to get them.
dan friesen
Send Jordan a message to put you on the list.
jordan holmes
Yeah, they'll give away tickets to anybody.
dan friesen
They need to fill seats.
jordan holmes
Yeah, yeah.
Two drink minimum is all they need.
dan friesen
Yeah.
Also, we're on Twitter.
jordan holmes
Oh, we are on Twitter.
Are we on Facebook?
dan friesen
We are on Facebook.
We're in a group called Go Home and Tell Your Mother You're Brilliant.
jordan holmes
It's fantastic.
dan friesen
If you go to our website, knowledgefight.com, there is a button at the top that says support the show.
We would appreciate it if you like what we do to support the program.
I am in the middle of being very, very serious about preparing the rewards that we have for our goals.
And, you know, if people want to support that, even though it's a little mysterious at this point, we would appreciate it.
jordan holmes
Listen, I love all of the policy wonks, and I want there to be more of them.
dan friesen
Totally.
jordan holmes
Please make sure that we only get to 99% of the goals so I don't have to do this fucking documentary.
dan friesen
Well, see, that's what's fun.
That is a very attainable goal.
The other one that's further, you have to do nothing for.
So you sort of should be conflicted about the growth, as it were.
But, other than that, man, I don't know.
We're on iTunes.
jordan holmes
Indeed.
God, I feel like there's just...
Like, beyond the multi-level marketing scheme, there's something that you should remember about Alex Jones.
dan friesen
There is.
There is one thing.
jordan holmes
What is there?
dan friesen
So, this avian flu shit.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
It didn't kill anybody.
jordan holmes
It didn't?
dan friesen
But there's one guy who Alex Jones probably did kill, so his death toll might be higher than this conspiracy that he's selling.
alex jones
Andy in Kansas, you're on the air.
Thanks for holding.
unidentified
Hello, Alex.
jordan holmes
I'm a first-time caller.
unidentified
I'm a huge fan.
I love your work.
