Speaker Time Text
alex jones
Andy in Kansas, you're on the air.
Thanks for holding.
unidentified
Hello, Alex.
jordan holmes
I'm a first-time caller.
unidentified
I'm a huge fan.
I love your work.
alex jones
I love you.
dan friesen
Hey, everybody.
Welcome back to Knowledge Fight.
I'm Dan.
unidentified
I'm Jordan.
dan friesen
We're a couple dudes who like to sit around, drink novelty beverages, and talk a little bit about Alex Jones.
jordan holmes
Indeed we are, Dan.
That's what we do.
It's been our stated objective for a long time now.
dan friesen
Quite a while.
jordan holmes
I feel like we have a pretty significant body of work, but...
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Say you've never heard this goddamn show before, Dan.
What would you say our hook is to inspire people to listen?
dan friesen
I would say that people will find the dynamic interesting between a person who spends all of their time studying Alex Jones and a person of me...
jordan holmes
Who doesn't know anything about Alex Jones.
dan friesen
...in the person of you.
jordan holmes
Yes.
dan friesen
Guys, this is going to be fun.
We have a lot of interesting stuff planned for y 'alls to enjoy tonight.
But before we get into the show, I need to make a...
unidentified
Yes, yes, Dan, you made a...
jordan holmes
Just an unstoppable mistake.
Just an egregious error that can never be apologized for.
dan friesen
One of our principles and one of the things that we believe in is that when we get something wrong and we are aware of it, we must make it clear in as much of a public forum as possible.
unidentified
Right, which is why we are not popular.
dan friesen
I put out an article wherein I went and investigated the radio stations that Alex Jones is on and to the conclusion that I...
I came to, I found, 32 stations that he was on in the United States.
However, I accidentally stumbled onto another list of Alex Jones affiliates last night, and I went through all of them.
A bunch of them were not accurate.
They have dropped him.
jordan holmes
Great.
dan friesen
A couple were inconclusive, and I found 10 additional stations that Alex is on.
So I can...
I can reasonably say at this point that Alex Jones may be on 42 stations in the United States.
unidentified
Well, that changes my view on this entirely!
dan friesen
I'd like to apologize for the inaccuracy of the first version of the article.
The article has been updated.
But, again, it doesn't matter.
jordan holmes
No!
dan friesen
Because Sean Hannity is on 500-something, Glenn Beck is on 500-something radio stations, Rush Limbaugh is on 590 radio stations.
jordan holmes
It doesn't matter.
dan friesen
The difference between 30 and 40 is very...
jordan holmes
All I know is that in those extra 10 radio stations that you've discovered, we've discovered the 10% of the United States!
That's where the other 30 million we're hanging out on.
dan friesen
It all makes sense.
jordan holmes
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We put it...
dan friesen
Also, tonight we are drinking White Claw.
jordan holmes
We are finishing the White Claw hard seltzer, which I discovered describes itself as the purest hard seltzer in the world, which I...
Do not understand at all.
dan friesen
You're uncomfortable with seltzer purity?
jordan holmes
I don't know what that means.
dan friesen
I also don't think it's a worthy thing to hold up on a pedestal, the purity of seltzer.
jordan holmes
All I know is that all of these have a promise ring around them, so that is entirely possible.
dan friesen
I will say that it's actually a lot better that I'm not super hungover.
jordan holmes
That usually helps.
dan friesen
Last time we tried to drink these, they tasted like shit.
jordan holmes
I was not hungover at all, and they were delicious.
dan friesen
Yeah, they're great now.
So speaking of things that are great now, I'd like to give a shout-out to a couple of new donors.
What's going on out there, Kevin?
alex jones
I'm a policy wonk.
dan friesen
Thank you so much for joining us.
jordan holmes
Thank you very much, Kevin Hart.
Maybe tweet about us, you goddamn famous person.
dan friesen
Hey, come on now.
jordan holmes
I'm sorry.
dan friesen
Wait, who's Kevin?
jordan holmes
Kevin Hart.
dan friesen
Oh, you said Kevin Hart?
I missed that part.
I immediately got defensive of Kevin.
jordan holmes
Just any Kevin?
Or this?
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
Yeah.
We appreciate it very much.
jordan holmes
Could be Kevin Owens.
dan friesen
Also, I'd like to give a shout-out to someone who did donate.
Bumped it up.
jordan holmes
Hell yeah!
dan friesen
We appreciate it oh so very much.
This lady is a delight.
I'd like to give a big old thank you out to Sonia from Sweden.
jordan holmes
Sonia from Sweden!
dan friesen
You're a hero!
You are now a technocrat.
alex jones
I'm a policy wonk.
unidentified
Four stars.
Go home to your mother and tell her you're brilliant.
pastor david manning
Someone sodomite sent me a bucket of poop.
alex jones
Daddy Shark.
Jar Jar Binks has a Caribbean black accent.
He's a loser little titty baby.
I don't want to hate black people.
I renounce Jesus Christ.
dan friesen
Thank you so much, Sonia.
If you would like...
jordan holmes
Thank you so much, Sonya.
dan friesen
If you'd like to become a policy wonk yourself, you can by going to our website, knowledgefight.com, clicking the support the show button.
We would appreciate it very much because, hey, look, Soros ain't coming.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
No, I don't think it's happening.
dan friesen
And I want to make this public declaration just because...
unidentified
You know what?
jordan holmes
And let me be honest with you.
If you just want to put a dollar bill inside of an envelope and don't...
Don't put any address on there.
Chances are it will show up at our place.
alex jones
Yeah, probably.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
I think so.
alex jones
I think I believe that.
dan friesen
I want to make this public declaration because I think I've been wrestling with this.
jordan holmes
Okay.
With depression?
Shout out to Marty DeRosa.
dan friesen
No, although great, great show.
Sad to see it end pretty soon, I believe.
I don't know.
He's wrapping it up.
But the...
I've come to a realization that I would reject Soros money if it was ever offered, which, let's be clear, it has not been.
jordan holmes
It will never be.
dan friesen
It has not been, nor will it.
jordan holmes
No.
dan friesen
But I realize that just based on how easy it is to attack that, I wouldn't want that to be a piece of who we are and what the perception of what we do is.
jordan holmes
Of course not.
dan friesen
So I make this promise to the audience.
We will reject Soros money if it's ever offered, and it has not been.
alex jones
No.
jordan holmes
Never will be, and it would need to be, God, it would need to be a lot.
It would need to be a lot.
dan friesen
Far out is getting really smart in the chat room, suggesting that we're just trying to neg Soros.
jordan holmes
I'm going to be honest.
If Soros did offer us like $3 million, I would put that into a CD.
And let me tell you something.
I would live off the interest.
dan friesen
Well, that's a whole different issue.
alex jones
Yeah.
dan friesen
If it's $3 million.
jordan holmes
I'm just saying that if I have enough money to create a good financial strategy, I would do that, and then I would begin voting Republican.
dan friesen
Of course.
I'm talking about him offering like $60,000 a year.
jordan holmes
I can't handle the capital gains tax on $1.5 million?
dan friesen
No.
jordan holmes
Actually, we wouldn't split it equally.
You have to get...
I would say $2.5.
unidentified
Nonsense.
jordan holmes
We'll go to you.
dan friesen
Nonsense.
jordan holmes
I'd take $500.
dan friesen
Nonsense.
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
dan friesen
Split it on the middle when it's $3 million.
unidentified
Not a chance.
dan friesen
Anyway, guys.
unidentified
With the way we live, $3 million would put us up for life.
jordan holmes
Because we would live the exact same way.
dan friesen
I wouldn't change a damn thing.
unidentified
No, of course not.
dan friesen
But that's what everybody says, and who knows if that's true.
I might get a yacht.
jordan holmes
You couldn't afford a yacht.
dan friesen
I got a yacht on Lake Michigan.
It's tiny.
Anyway, enough of this bullshit.
Let's get to business.
jordan holmes
All right.
dan friesen
Today, Jordan...
jordan holmes
To defeat the Huns?
dan friesen
Indeed.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
We will be going over the April 4th, 2018 episode.
That is from Wednesday, and boy...
jordan holmes
Famously known as April Fool's Day.
dan friesen
No, the 4th.
404.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
What?
What are you doing?
jordan holmes
I'm sorry, that joke was not found.
dan friesen
No.
There it is.
unidentified
You found it.
jordan holmes
Ah, there we go.
dan friesen
So, this show is a mess.
It is super messed up.
A lot of really stupid stuff happened.
It's the day right after the shooting at YouTube headquarters.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
And weirdly, Alex does not talk about that very much.
jordan holmes
That is weird!
It seems like the perfect one for him to talk about.
dan friesen
You would think.
jordan holmes
Yeah, she's, you know, like what, a PETA activist?
Like, of course!
dan friesen
You would think that he would make hay out of it, but he doesn't, except to sort of say, like, hey, it's interesting that no one's talking about this much.
jordan holmes
Pretty sure every...
Everybody talked about it loudly.
dan friesen
Yeah, quite a bit, but then it sort of petered out a little bit.
But I think that's because no one died, except for the shooter herself.
And that makes it a little bit less severe, and we have more pressing issues.
The conversations that people were having were articles that I read that I thought were really interesting about how California's gun laws actually probably prevented this from being way worse.
jordan holmes
Right, because she didn't have an AR.
dan friesen
Yeah, and statistics have shown that you can't really stop someone from doing something like this, but you can limit the number of people who get killed.
jordan holmes
You can mitigate the damage, hopefully.
dan friesen
And studies have consistently shown that.
Of course, Alex doesn't want to engage with that.
That flies counter to his narrative.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
But he does say one thing about the shooting, and I think it's going to infuriate you.
It made me pretty mad, and it is how we start our investigation.
jordan holmes
Great, great.
Off to a good go.
dan friesen
Of 4-4-18.
alex jones
And I think it's terrible what happened to YouTube and the terrible that happened to the employees of Google.
But this is what happens, as Kennedy said, what was his famous quote?
Those that make peaceful elections impossible make violent revolution inevitable.
dan friesen
What do you think about that?
How does that grab you?
jordan holmes
No!
No!
First off, did Kennedy even say that?
dan friesen
I don't think that's...
I think he's misattributing and missing the quote.
jordan holmes
Yeah, I don't think that...
Also, he doesn't even understand the fucking quote.
alex jones
No.
jordan holmes
Did he not get the fucking point of that?
dan friesen
No.
No, not at all.
unidentified
I mean, that runs counter to his entire narrative.
dan friesen
Somewhat, but how he's pitching this and selling it to his audience is that, like...
YouTube shouldn't have fucking banned her then.
But she didn't get banned.
She had her videos demonetized when YouTube changed its sort of structure.
And that's something that they're well within their rights to do.
They didn't ban her.
They didn't censor her.
They just changed their business model in such a way that smaller channels can't get ad revenue when they don't have ads on their videos anymore.
I mean, it sucks for people.
I get that.
I empathize with that.
And I think it's probably shitty.
Of YouTube in some ways, but it's not.
It's not ethically wrong, it's not illegal, and it's not banning people.
jordan holmes
I mean, at worst, it's exploitative, which is something that we have just accepted is fine for corporations to do.
dan friesen
But it's not necessarily exploitative if you have these small channels that don't have ads on their videos that you're just giving a place where they can put them up.
Sure, your overall traffic rises, but it's infinitesimal compared to the big channels that have millions of subscribers and hundreds of millions of views on their videos.
Maybe not hundreds of millions, but tens of millions of views.
jordan holmes
It's still content that you are not...
It's exploiting.
Look, if you're...
dan friesen
It's exploitative in terms of expectation.
Because they're pitching this idea of a world where you put videos up on YouTube, and if you play your cards right and you're interesting, you'll make money off it.
When in reality, that's not the case.
There's a very small minority of people who are posting videos to YouTube that make any reasonable amount of money off it.
They pitch this idea of like, this is a way that you can build an audience and build an income stream off of it.
And I think that a lot of people are disenchanted by the idea of even that fantasy being taken away from them.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
It's like Amway.
It's like being an Alex Jones sales pyramid scheme member or whatever it is.
They sell it hard and then it doesn't work out and they fuck you.
dan friesen
I admittedly...
Don't understand everything about this shooter or their motivations, but I will say that Alex is wrong.
Alex is pitching a stupid narrative.
jordan holmes
I understand she had a fucking gun and she used it to shoot people!
dan friesen
Yeah, there's that.
jordan holmes
That is a big problem!
dan friesen
That's probably a foundational problem.
jordan holmes
Yeah!
dan friesen
And the other thing is that I'm just uncomfortable with Alex's like, this is what happens!
Like, hmm.
jordan holmes
That's not okay.
Frankly, at this point, I understand that reaction.
Not from Alex, though.
Not from Alex, that's true.
dan friesen
Not given his prior comments.
jordan holmes
But it's hard to not be fucking anesthetized to this constant, unending stream of gun violence that has been going on for what?
All of America?
dan friesen
It's been a while.
jordan holmes
It's something that will not be addressed.
And the craziest thing is, I think there's a serious chance, if we were to fucking do it, that we could repeal the Second Amendment.
I bet we have more than two-thirds of states that would be willing to.
unidentified
No.
jordan holmes
I disagree.
dan friesen
Look at the fucking governors.
jordan holmes
Their legislatures wouldn't agree to it, but the people as a whole would.
dan friesen
I don't believe that.
jordan holmes
That's the problem.
It would be the legislatures that have to vote on that.
unidentified
And we couldn't get two-thirds of that.
jordan holmes
No, the governors are not in play.
Whenever it comes into repealing an amendment, I'm sure I'm going to be corrected in the chat room almost immediately.
Almost immediately.
dan friesen
Well, to repeal an amendment, you have to make another amendment.
That's how you have to do it.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
There's no other way to repeal an amendment.
You can't just be like, hey, let's get that one off there.
You have to now come up with another amendment that undoes what that amendment did.
Which has, I believe it's been done before.
Yeah, it has.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's why we can drink.
So that's the big reason.
dan friesen
I'm literally doing...
jordan holmes
Yeah, exactly.
You are literally repealed an amendment right now.
dan friesen
Yeah.
Sure.
I disagree with you.
I don't think it's possible.
And I don't think it's necessary.
I do think that maybe the Supreme Court re-looking at D.C. versus Heller.
jordan holmes
Not the one we have now.
Nope.
Not until we start...
unidentified
All right.
dan friesen
So then that doesn't work either.
We're left...
jordan holmes
We're fucked.
dan friesen
We're left where we are.
jordan holmes
Right.
Which is, of course, why we're anesthetized to gun violence.
Because it seems like there's no real avenue to correct it.
dan friesen
Yeah, I agree.
It's a mess.
And then the other thing, too, is that Alex always talks about victim disarmament zones being where shootings happen.
You know, like schools.
There's no guns in school.
So that's where shooters go.
This is work.
This is your workplace.
And workplace shootings are fairly common.
But also, it's not like it's just a matter of people are disarmed at this Google headquarters.
There's intense security there.
That's why she shot through the back door to get in.
jordan holmes
She shot through the back door to get in?
dan friesen
That's my understanding of it.
jordan holmes
Like a fucking movie?
dan friesen
Yeah.
Because there's heavy security at the entrances and stuff.
And so, I mean, it's not a disarmament zone.
It's not like a situation where, hey, you know, the suggestion with Parkland is like, let's arm teachers.
That's fucking stupid.
Now you turn into a disastrous world where you're teaching people with a threat of a gun.
And now you're like, oh, now you can't go to work without maybe people, your boss having a gun.
jordan holmes
Yeah, it seems like the two solutions that are being realistically proposed by either side are, hey, let's limit guns, because, duh.
And the other side is, hey, what if everybody had a gun?
Nobody'd be shooting anybody.
That's it.
dan friesen
We're legitimately pushing ever closer to the Deep Space 9mm video becoming reality.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
Everyone in society had a Mexican standoff with each other.
unidentified
Huh?
jordan holmes
Huh?
alex jones
Yeah.
dan friesen
So, in this next clip, Alex talks about a new initiative that Trump is probably maybe thinking about.
I have no idea.
Great.
I think this is bad, and I think if anybody else did it, Alex would be super against it.
But, of course, because Trump's doing it, he's thrilled.
jordan holmes
Gotta support it.
alex jones
From Jerome Corsi's sources and my other sources in the White House, I was told months ago that he's been talking to Peter Thiel and that he's been talking to other folks like Elon Musk and that they are developing a plan with his new 2020 campaign head, who was just their tech head, who's a great guy as well, I'm told, to go after leftist monopolies in the Internet, which is Facebook, Twitter, Google.
The Axios thing that Trump loves Facebook is not true.
He does say, oh, you know, if other people are getting censored, that's a problem, but at least I'll break through it.
That's what he says.
He goes, they don't censor me, but he's now learning that all these channels that amplify him and the channels that carry his speeches are being banned on Facebook.
He is getting briefed.
Let me just tell Facebook.
He's been briefed face-to-face by three people I know in the last month.
dan friesen
Doubt this is true.
alex jones
That he is being turned down, his volume from 11. A.K.A.
Spinal Tap down to about a 1 or maybe a.5.
It's less than 10% of what it was.
Ahead of the midterms, they're dialing everybody back.
Congresswomen running for Congress, again, you know, been banned.
People running for Congress are having their very milquetoast videos banned on Twitter and Facebook and YouTube.
They're not letting them share them.
They're banning them.
jordan holmes
Yeah, those milquetoast, all of these shootings are false flag videos.
alex jones
To talk regulation of big tech.
And so that is the big enchilada.
dan friesen
It's always fun because Alex says everything's the big enchilada, but also right there at the end, Trump is pushing for regulation of big companies.
jordan holmes
It's a great idea as long as it supports or benefits conservatives.
Regulation is great.
dan friesen
It's wonderful.
jordan holmes
It's a great thing whenever it helps you.
It's odd that you're not for regulation.
But whenever regulation is good for you, it almost seems hypocritical, Dan.
And I mean, I'm sure...
Look, frankly...
dan friesen
It's like, hey, this business doesn't want to put up with my bullshit.
Regulate them!
jordan holmes
Yeah!
dan friesen
Hey, the government wants to say that there's emission standards because, you know, some cities are...
jordan holmes
Government overreach!
dan friesen
Exactly.
unidentified
Government over...
dan friesen
Some cities have unbreathable air.
jordan holmes
Also, the very concept of a leftist monopoly is an oxymoron.
That is not a possible thing.
If you are a leftist, you are aware that monopolies are inherently damaging to any functioning society.
dan friesen
I think there's some left-leaning movements over history that have veered towards bad economic...
But that's as they became authoritarian systems.
jordan holmes
Which, again, if you are a leftist, you cannot be for an authoritarian system.
dan friesen
In principle, it's tough.
We're going to get more into this in a minute in a fun way.
Okay.
It might be fun.
It's fun to me.
jordan holmes
Because you love torturing me.
dan friesen
Well, I like reading things.
Yeah.
jordan holmes
You've got a lot of research going on?
dan friesen
I have a wall of text to read to you.
jordan holmes
So you're going to infuriate me and then delight in your research?
dan friesen
I'm kind of sick of the bullshit about something, and it comes to a head on this episode, and I just want to clear the air about some stuff.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
But before that, on this episode...
jordan holmes
If it's about Roseanne, I'm going to kill you.
dan friesen
It's not.
I don't really care about that.
Although, I'm kind of sick of that, too.
Yeah.
unidentified
Me, too.
dan friesen
Something I'm not sick of is Alex making stupid claims.
jordan holmes
Love the transition, Dan!
dan friesen
In his next claim, Alex Jones announces that next week he's going to be in Washington, D.C. But why?
alex jones
Why?
So, here is one announcement I do want to go ahead and make for everyone.
And there's a video breaking it down on Infowars.com.
Democrat plan to repeal First Amendment discovered.
Alex Jones to hold press conference against Soros-backed lawsuits on Tuesday, April 10th.
Alex Jones, myself truly, will make a statement and take questions from the press in Washington, D.C. Yep.
jordan holmes
I can't wait to watch that.
dan friesen
He's also going to be...
It's a three-hour press conference.
He's just doing his show from the press club.
unidentified
I know!
dan friesen
I can't wait for that episode.
It's going to be amazing.
jordan holmes
I'm all about it.
dan friesen
But also, I want to be clear about this because this is something that I had to look into because of the Larry Sinclair research that I did.
Remember the guy who claimed he smoked crack and blew Obama in a limo and is a completely lunatic individual.
You can just rent out the press club.
That's why he did a press conference at the press club.
Alex Jones is just paying to rent out a room at the press club.
jordan holmes
That's nice.
dan friesen
They don't have editorial oversight of, like, who comes and does a press conference.
They just allow people to do it.
So, congratulations, Alex.
How much does it cost?
It's probably not cheap.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's a good point.
dan friesen
Larry Sinclair could afford it.
jordan holmes
I was going to say, I think we should definitely press conference.
dan friesen
I'll look into it.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
Let's fly to D.C. and give a press conference.
dan friesen
Let's finish this clip and then we'll look up numbers.
alex jones
On the anti-free speech lawsuits targeting his First Amendment rights, the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., Zinger Room, 9 a.m. Eastern.
And it'll go for three hours.
I'm also going to broadcast from there.
jordan holmes
Who would have guessed?
alex jones
I haven't got around to this, but I'm going to call C-SPAN and say, don't you think you should also carry this?
Everybody should call C-SPAN right now.
The listeners should and say, hey, carry this.
Live streams of the press conference will be available at Infowars.com forward slash show.
To attend the press conference, press must RSVP via email at, and we have that linked, M-E-D-I-A-L-N-T.
At Infowars.com.
And I don't know why we have such a weird, weird, weird email name for that.
I want to change that and then change it in the press release and have both there.
I mean, we could have like...
How do you spell that?
That's the name.
Make it as hard as possible.
I know, media int.
I know.
I just want to change it.
I just read this here.
I don't know where.
I'm not mad.
I just do this live on air.
It's a cockamamie name.
Anyways, and...
unidentified
Long pause.
alex jones
And then put Alex Jones' National Press Club speech in email subject line.
I didn't rank this press release.
dan friesen
We know.
We know you didn't.
alex jones
I don't...
I never learned how to read!
dan friesen
Yeah.
I mean, what the end result of this is going to be is, like, I hope someone slips through the cracks and can ask him real questions.
But it's gonna be, like, Jerome Corsi's gonna be there asking questions.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It'll just be a round table of dicks.
It's gonna...
Excuse me, Alex.
I've heard your dick is huge.
Can you comment on that?
But yes.
unidentified
Okay.
dan friesen
I have sources that, yes, yes it is.
Excuse me, Alex.
unidentified
I understand you're the smartest child that's ever been.
dan friesen
I honestly think we might have to do an emergency episode next week because this is on a Tuesday.
Like, we might have to.
Because this is going to be a zoo.
It's going to be the most ridiculous thing.
Who knows?
jordan holmes
He's trying to make it as hard as possible for the media to RSVP, apparently.
dan friesen
He's broadcasting.
We can watch it.
jordan holmes
He doesn't want to.
unidentified
We're the press.
jordan holmes
He doesn't want anybody to go there.
dan friesen
So, spoiler alert, on Thursday's show this week, he announces that at that press conference, he's going to name the first two people he's suing of ten quote-unquote enemies of the republic.
jordan holmes
All right.
All right.
I want that brief.
I want that brief, Dan.
I want to read that.
I want to file an amicus brief because I hate enemies of the Republic.
dan friesen
I also hope we're one of them.
I hope against hope.
jordan holmes
We would have gotten a letter by now, right?
dan friesen
I would think so, yeah.
But, man, how great would it be?
jordan holmes
I'd love it.
dan friesen
I also can't wait to see what these ten enemies are going to be because I think it's probably just the people who are suing him.
I assume that it's just all countersuits.
jordan holmes
It's countersuits, yeah.
dan friesen
And then the Pope is going to be named.
unidentified
Well, the Pope is an enemy of the Republic.
dan friesen
Depends on what you think the Republic is.
jordan holmes
It's a great restaurant?
dan friesen
It is a book by Plato.
jordan holmes
Oh, that's true.
dan friesen
Anyway.
jordan holmes
Popes have always hated Plato.
dan friesen
In this next clip, Alex is talking about dem leftists.
The leftists are...
They're a scourge.
They're a scourge of the world.
jordan holmes
They are, with their monopolies, and their repealing the First Amendments, which, you know, Peter Thiel loves the First Amendment.
dan friesen
Especially with Godfrey.
jordan holmes
Absolutely, absolutely has never tried to infringe upon First Amendment rights.
dan friesen
Has demonstrated his commitment to...
jordan holmes
Commitment!
dan friesen
Yeah.
In this next clip, though, Alex is probably, I guess he's seen some affluent leftists in Austin.
jordan holmes
Little Goatman?
dan friesen
He's mad at them.
Nope, not Little Goatman.
alex jones
And then I just walk all over Austin and see UT students with Mao Zedong shirts on, and they're not joking around like wearing an old Russian shirt or something.
You know, it says CCP or whatever.
And they're into it, and they love it, and they got tattoos of it, and they got smartphones, and $100, $200 skinny jeans.
dan friesen
Shut up, Grandpa.
alex jones
And they're getting in nice cars their parents are paid for.
And you go, this doesn't ideologically make any sense.
Yeah, it does.
They want power, and they want to direct everybody, and they want to kill the Midwest.
They don't want to just reorganize things.
They want a giant bloodletting.
It's their religion.
They hate flyover country.
They hate bitter clingers.
Hillary hates you.
They all hate you.
It's in the WikiLeaks.
If you're black, if you're white, if you're Hispanic, if you're Asian, if you're a Christian, if you're a conservative, if you are self-sufficient, if you are not a Satanist, if you are not mentally ill, they want to put you on a forced labor camp and watch you starve to death because it makes them feel powerful.
They want to rape your wife.
Just like in East Germany, if you want to be in the theater or be involved, you've got to have sex with the party officials.
They want to be able to kill and rape whoever they want.
They want authoritarianism to carry out criminal operations and the raping of your children.
Their religion is pedophilia and torturing people to death and starving you to death and murdering you.
It's why they're God.
Help round up Nazis when he was 14, 15, 16. He's talking about George Soros.
jordan holmes
This is troubling, if true.
dan friesen
Hold on, hold on.
He's talking about George Soros there at the end.
He's like, that's why their God is this guy.
But listen to this really quick.
alex jones
It's why their God.
helped round up Nazis when he was 14, 15, 16 for his stepfather and helped round up thousands and told 60 Minutes it was the best time of his life and he would do it over again and he's not ashamed.
dan friesen
Alex, I mean, accidentally just said that Soros helped round up Nazis because he's just riffing.
He's just doing his thing.
jordan holmes
He's just throwing it out.
dan friesen
Boy, that's intense!
jordan holmes
That is intense.
dan friesen
Can you imagine living in a headspace where you believe that was true?
Like, how much that would make an impression on you?
jordan holmes
Yeah!
dan friesen
Like, if you lived in a world where you thought Alex was a credible source, and you thought he knew anything, the idea that he's up there screaming about, like, our enemies want to watch you starve and rape your wife and children and create an authoritarian state, like...
jordan holmes
That's, if that's, if you believe that...
Then that is an existential threat on a level of, yes, of course you would grab a gun and go to a fucking pizza joint.
dan friesen
Or kill Soros.
jordan holmes
Yeah, why wouldn't you?
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
I mean, in the same way that if you...
dan friesen
Politically.
jordan holmes
No, I think if that's your worldview, I don't think you have any choice.
Like, if I believed that somebody was actually trying to do that, then the only rational response is to fight.
unidentified
With guns.
Or whatever.
dan friesen
Not politically.
jordan holmes
Not politically.
No, that needs to be addressed.
dan friesen
You'd think.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
It's a mess.
jordan holmes
That's not good.
dan friesen
No.
I think this rhetoric is incredibly dangerous.
jordan holmes
Could be.
dan friesen
But, Alex...
jordan holmes
Oh, you think they want to rape your wife is incredibly dangerous?
dan friesen
I think it is when you're just riffing and not basing this on anything.
In this next clip, though, Alex Jones gets into...
He gets into the Soros stuff.
Right.
jordan holmes
Do you mean he gets into God stuff?
dan friesen
Well, the leftist's God, yes.
He has a little bit of a breakdown on air, and I think it's really funny in some ways, but it's also super not funny in other ways.
So this is a Mike Down clip, because we've got to enjoy the nuances of Alex freaking out.
jordan holmes
Okay.
alex jones
It's why they're God!
Helped round up Nazis when he was 14, 15, 16 for his stepfather and helped round up thousands and told 60 Minutes it was the best time of his life and he would do it over again and he's not ashamed.
If somebody else didn't do it, he would have done it.
And by the way, I've said this and I love everybody.
But when we put together two different compilations of that video from that transmission, That I've aired before that they try to take down.
We didn't put it out with the parts where he said it was the best time of his life.
So I want another version of that, and I'm going to air today.
It doesn't matter what happens, it's going to air.
In fact, I'll just air the whole thing.
In fact, just get me the entire 60 minutes.
That's what I'll do.
I'll air the whole 12-minute segment.
I will not be stopped!
unidentified
Because I get on my knees and beg for something particularly.
alex jones
I don't get it!
But I'm not in a coma.
unidentified
Got that?
alex jones
I'm not in one.
unidentified
I'm going to stop that Nazi piece of crap.
alex jones
And you're going to stop him.
And he hates our guts.
Well, we're coming for you.
You got it?
But that's who they worship.
You understand, he's their god because he's a killer.
They love it.
They think it's sharp.
They think it's sexy.
I've read about they worship Zbigniew Brzezinski because he manipulated the Karamaru Rouge into killing millions.
And they just think, The more people you've killed, the more power you've got.
I'm going to go to rebroadcast and get that clip myself.
That's the answer.
Just got to take action.
What it's all about.
Get out of the coma.
dan friesen
So this is, I mean, this is dark.
jordan holmes
That's fun.
I enjoyed it.
dan friesen
It's fun because of the growling and how stupid he is.
jordan holmes
I'm a big fan of any time somebody dips into sinners in the hands of an angry guy.
I'm always a big fan there.
dan friesen
I mean, this is next level just a crock of shit.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
We've talked about Soros a bit in the past about how Alex is wrong, about him being a Nazi collaborator.
jordan holmes
Frankly, we've talked about Soros too much.
dan friesen
We have, but we haven't talked about him enough, quite frankly.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
Because I just think that...
Look, I think that any time you're a billionaire...
You're probably a dick.
alex jones
Yeah.
dan friesen
There's no way around that.
unidentified
No.
jordan holmes
I definitely don't worship any billionaires.
dan friesen
No.
jordan holmes
As you know, I'm very staunchly anti-billionaire.
dan friesen
And I think...
jordan holmes
Violently so.
dan friesen
I think it's worthwhile to always have a default position of skepticism and suspicion of people who are tremendously wealthy.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
That said...
I think that there's more we need to talk about as it relates to Soros, because it's not enough that...
jordan holmes
Oh, you've got your paragraphs right ready now, don't you?
dan friesen
I read his memoirs.
jordan holmes
I knew it.
I knew it.
dan friesen
I read some interviews with him, and I have some really important things that I think people need to know.
jordan holmes
You know, people digest things better in a...
dan friesen
That's true.
You should make memes about this.
unidentified
Mems.
dan friesen
Mems.
The issue that I come down to is that literally everything that Alex Jones says about George Soros is not true.
The only thing that I guess could be said is true, that Alex says is true, is that he has worked to overthrow governments.
jordan holmes
That's true.
dan friesen
But they were Soviet remnant governments.
You know, they weren't free societies.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
They were oppressive regimes.
That existed in the crumbling of the Soviet Union.
So you have people like Slobodan Milosevic in Yugoslavia that he funded...
A bunch of youth groups.
jordan holmes
Hey, you don't want to try and take him down.
That's bad.
dan friesen
Student groups and pro-freedom of speech groups and pro-democracy groups in Yugoslavia.
He sent millions of dollars worth of aid and photocopiers so they could create publications that they could put out in order to elevate free thought in a genocidal state that Slobodan Milosevic was running.
We have incidents of that, and Alex is...
Speaking the truth in some ways that he has worked against governments.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
But they are consistently across the board not democracies.
jordan holmes
No.
As opposed to our old pals Kissinger and the entire United States who have worked tirelessly to overthrow democratic governments.
If you want to go into fucking Iran, oh, everybody's so mad at Iran.
The reason you're mad is because of us.
We're the ones.
Who made that dictatorship?
That is owed to us.
We've overthrown so many democratic republics because they didn't think that selling us all of their oil was such a great idea.
They didn't trust the United States.
And man, we have sure proven them 100% right.
I wouldn't trust the United States because I fucking don't!
And I live here!
dan friesen
There is that.
But if you look at Soros' history, that's not the stuff necessarily that he's been involved in.
And the open society has been involved in.
I'm just saying all of their history is perfect.
jordan holmes
Frankly, anybody who supports rebels against an evil dictatorship, I'm kind of on board.
dan friesen
I also want to say this to the chat room.
The reason that my chair looks the way it does is because Selene climbs on the top of it and tears it all apart.
So if it bothers you, I'm sorry.
It's a side effect of having a very aggressive cat.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Hey, it happens.
dan friesen
So anyway, back to Soros really quick.
What Alex is talking about in that clip that he enjoyed that year.
When he was under Nazi occupation, when he was...
Perhaps 13 years old.
It's really important to consider the context.
And Alex never does that.
And when he's in that clip threatening to play the entire 60 Minutes interview, you know goddamn well he's not going to.
jordan holmes
Of course not.
dan friesen
Because it would reveal the context.
And now I want to further elucidate that context.
Because I think some of these things are really important to speak about in the face of this aggressive propaganda.
Oh, also really quick, one other really important thing to consider is...
We were talking about the crumbling of the Soviet Union and the states where he was funding initiatives for democracy and free speech, press, freedom, and those sorts of things.
Still doing a lot of that stuff about Russia.
And there might be a correlation there.
jordan holmes
I can't imagine why.
dan friesen
But back to this other issue.
The reason that Soros is talking about that being the best year of his life, it relates back to how much he loves his dad.
And I want to talk to you a little bit about some comments that he made about his dad in an interview that I think are elucidating and very important.
Quote, He edited a newspaper called The Plank.
It was written by hand and nailed to a plank.
The authors hid behind the plank and listened to the comments of the readers.
I remember seeing the collected copies of the plank as a child.
He brought them home from Siberia.
Then, he was elected prisoner's representative in the camp.
Some prisoners escaped in a neighboring camp, and the prisoner's representative was shot in retaliation.
He decided it would be better to escape than to be shot for other people's escaping.
He selected 30 people for their skills, carpenter, cook, doctor, and so on, because he had no practical skills, and they broke out of the camp.
He had a plan to build a raft and drift down to the ocean, but he made one major mistake because his geography was somewhat deficient.
He didn't realize that all the rivers in Siberia emptied into the Arctic Ocean.
They built this raft and they floated down the river, and it took them quite a few weeks to discover they were heading for the Arctic Ocean.
Finally, they realized that they would have to make their way through the wilderness to civilization.
That took them several months, and because of the revolution, they were caught up in the turmoil of the region.
At that time, a Czech officer ruled Siberia from an armored railroad car.
There were reds and whites, and they kept on killing each other and killing the population.
He went through some horrendous experiences that taught him the value of being alive.
So now to the point of this specific piece of him talking about the best year of his life being that year when his dad got him forged papers to live with this guy who went around and cataloged the possessions of Jews who had been sent to camps, not rounding up Jews, that part is completely not true.
The German occupation came in March 1944.
I was not yet 14. That was my father's finest hour, because he knew how to act.
He understood the situation.
He realized that the normal rules did not apply.
Obeying the law became a dangerous addiction.
Flaunting it was the way to survive.
Having experienced the Russian Revolution, he knew what to do.
He made arrangements for the family to get false identity papers, and he found places for us to live or to hide.
I can truthfully say that he saved dozens of lives.
This was a period of exciting adventures.
I could go on and on about it because it's etched into my memory, although I rarely talk about it.
The important and paradoxical point is that 1944 was the happiest year of my life.
It's a strange and almost offensive thing to say because 1944 is the year of the Holocaust, but it's true.
I was 14 years old.
I had a father whom I adored and who was in command of the situation, who knew what to do, and who helped others.
I was aware of the danger, but I felt invulnerable.
I was aware of the suffering around us, but we did everything we could to help others.
Just to give you a small example, we used to stand in line for cigarettes.
They were distributing five cigarettes per person, and then give them to Jews who were restricted from Jewish houses and couldn't line up.
Perhaps the only time I was physically affected was immediately after the siege of Budapest, when there were lots of corpses lying about.
There was one with its skull bashed in.
I felt sick for days afterward.
jordan holmes
Holy fuck!
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
His dad was a goddamn hero!
dan friesen
Absolutely.
And part of it was because of his experience that he suffered under the oppressive Russian regime.
jordan holmes
God damn!
dan friesen
So that informed his father's life, and in turn, the entirety of Soros' life.
George Soros' life.
And it's really, really bullshit to try and claim that Soros is trying to create some sort of authoritarian state, or he has a soft spot for communism, or anything like that.
I have pulled up some quotes of his.
jordan holmes
Because you are, because now not only is, like prior to this, I just assumed that Soros' dad, you know, was just trying to go along to get along.
And Alex is, of course, is exploiting the fact that his dad was just trying to survive and keep his son alive.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
You know, that kind of thing.
Now to learn that, Alex Jones is literally...
Fucking destroying the accomplishments of a genuine hero.
dan friesen
And if Alex has done any research into any of this, he knows it.
And he's willfully misrepresenting this stuff.
That's fucked up!
The alternative is that he hasn't done any research into this and then...
jordan holmes
Which is more likely.
dan friesen
Yeah.
So, to the point of Soros being in favor of communism, I will read you some quotes here.
Quote, I had lived through Nazi persecution and Soviet occupation.
Popper's book, Karl Popper, a philosopher that he studied under, Soros studied philosophy when he was in high school, and still to this day considers himself a failed philosopher, which is kind of quiet.
So Popper's book, Open Society and Its Enemies, struck me with the force of a revelation.
It showed that fascism and communism have a lot in common, and they both stand in opposition to a different principle of social organization, the principle of an open society.
In my philosophy, Open society is based on the recognition that we all act on the basis of imperfect understanding.
Nobody is in possession of the ultimate truth.
Therefore we need a critical mode of thinking.
We need institutions and rulers that allow people with different opinions and interests to live together in peace.
We need a democratic form of government that ensures the orderly transfer of power.
We need a market economy that provides feedback and allows mistakes to be corrected.
We need to protect minorities and respect minority opinions.
Above all, we need the rule of law.
Ideologies like fascism and communism give rise to closed societies in which the individual is subjugated to the collective.
Society is dominated by the state, and the state is in service of a dogma that claims to embody the ultimate truth.
In such a society, there is no freedom.
I knew the communist dogma was false because it was a dogma.
If one could foster alternatives, open the door for other ideas, the falsehood of that dogma would become obvious.
By undermining the dogma, one would, in fact, weaken the regime.
I did not expect that the communist system would collapse, but I did want to weaken it from within by making alternatives available and supporting critical thought.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
So that's kind of counter to the way that Alex presents his philosophy or what he's all about.
jordan holmes
And at the same time, Alex will suck Putin's dick.
dan friesen
Oh, yeah, for sure, because he's male into anti-globalist ideas.
jordan holmes
Right, right, right.
Now, it just turns out that anti-globalist ideas are fascism.
Strange how that works out.
dan friesen
Yeah.
So, I read an article from the early 2000s about George Soros from the LA Times that I think is interesting.
Soros' efforts in Yugoslavia, that's talking about student groups fighting against Slobodan Milotovic, reflect just a small part of his enormous financial support over the past decade.
At first, tens of millions, then hundreds of millions a year for democratically-minded groups throughout the former communist world.
This work, which got its branch in Belarus expelled from that country in 1997, has helped strengthen thousands of non-profit organizations in countries where, up till 1989, communist parties ran almost everything.
Soros helped fund independent media in Serbia, the dominant Republic of Yugoslavia, to counter powerful state television, which functioned as a mouthpiece for Milosevic.
As communist control disappeared, resurgent nationalism, ethnic intolerance, pressure on free speech and authoritarian rulers threatened hopes for democracy.
Soros saw as the antidote strong citizen organizations, respect for civil liberties and minority groups, the rule of law, and the growth of market economies.
jordan holmes
It's a little bit frustrating that he's not doing it to the same extent in our essential Fascist, capitalist regime.
It would be nicer.
It would be nicer.
dan friesen
I think he's trying in some ways.
And again, this is not a Soros suck session.
A triple S. It's not.
It's just to say that this perception that Alex is creating of him is completely wrong on so many very intrinsic levels.
The part about him enjoying being a Nazi collaborator isn't true because he wasn't a Nazi collaborator.
And the part he's talking about enjoying is...
I mean, Alex...
We'll also talk about that he wants to overthrow Israel, and he talks about how it's in the WikiLeaks.
jordan holmes
Well, considering Israel is, what, tomorrow or Friday going to wind up killing hundreds of Palestinians, I'm kind of for overthrowing Israel at this point.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
Or not Israel, Israel's government.
Israel's fascist fucking government.
dan friesen
Alex talks about it being in the WikiLeaks that he wants to overthrow Israel, and it's very important to point out that he's misrepresenting that.
The texts that got leaked, the emails that were hacked, what you see is that...
jordan holmes
Legally hacked.
Everybody knows that it's illegal hacking.
dan friesen
Yeah.
Quote, There have been a number of successes in challenging Israel's racist and anti-democratic policies in the international arena and influencing EU-Israel bilateral negotiations.
What he's talking about is that you want to push for a not racist state.
And the issue is that people believe, I think, that respecting Palestinians would get rid of the Jewish character of Israel as a state.
I don't know what to say to that, but I would say stop.
Stop killing people.
jordan holmes
For the longest time, it was always a loaded kind of conversation to be like, I mean, I support Israel, but I don't like what they're doing.
And at this point, Israel's government, not the Israeli people, although Israel's government is very popular with the Israeli people, but they are now a genocidal state.
dan friesen
More or less.
jordan holmes
That's what they are.
So, fuck anybody who considers it a complicated question.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
Not only that, but they don't consider Palestinians within Israel.
They consider Palestinians, every single Palestinian, to be a rogue state.
And they are treating them as though they are at war.
So, like I said, Friday there's going to be a demonstration of 50,000 plus Palestinians, and the Israeli army is going to kill hundreds of them.
That is a guarantee.
dan friesen
We can't predict that, but it does seem like a...
jordan holmes
It's the most likely outcome.
dan friesen
It seems like a high probability.
Look, whatever the case is there, I want to focus more in on the Soros claims.
jordan holmes
Sorry.
dan friesen
Because all of them aren't true.
The crashing economy stuff isn't true.
If you look into it, one of the big things is his nickname is the man who broke the Bank of England.
And that's because he recognized a situation where the pound was going to collapse and he bet against it and made a billion dollars.
Everybody's like, oh, that's so evil.
It's kind of how these markets work.
He was able to predict a trend ahead of time and was able to capitalize.
jordan holmes
If I had a shit ton of money, I would bet against whatever it is America's economy is.
dan friesen
It's going to collapse at some point, maybe?
jordan holmes
So hard.
The hardest.
dan friesen
We have a lot of weird protections in place.
It seems like the sort of thing where you'll have a really bad spike and then it'll...
jordan holmes
Going to collapse hard.
dan friesen
Who knows?
We're not economic experts.
We can't predict those sorts of things.
The overthrowing governments, if you want to take that very loosely, you can say that...
Yes, he did work to try and help democratic organizations within former communist states.
So that's not really true.
Stuff about him being a Nazi collaborator isn't true.
It was the best time of my life.
That's not true.
And then I want to read this last quote because I think it really is important.
And that is, quote, You may consider it weird, but in my view, it is an essential feature of an open society that not everything should be to my liking.
If I tried to control the content of every program, he's talking about things that he even funds, I would not be creating an open society.
Right.
jordan holmes
Well, and I've talked about this as something that is seemingly impossible for people to understand.
It is not that I hate...
I think all conservatives are stupid.
The point is that there is no conversation whenever you're not admitting that there's a problem.
Like, if a conservative voice wants to come in and argue what the best way to deal with climate change is...
That is a conversation that an open society can have.
And we can disagree about the best way to deal with this problem.
But when you deny it's a problem, you are killing people.
And full stop.
dan friesen
And when you deny it's a problem and mysteriously you work for an organization that has $500,000 of funding from ExxonMobil and various Koch foundations and shit like that.
jordan holmes
When you deliberately mislead people in order to make money, you are a bad person on a genuine level.
dan friesen
I mean, it goes back to the impossibility of arguing with someone who's coming from a place of bad faith.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
So anyway, that's some of the stuff I wanted to talk about about George Soros.
And again...
I'm not sitting here defending him like everything he's done has been ethical and perfect.
There's some dicey shit in his past.
jordan holmes
Fuck him and his billionaire bullshit and I think his dad is a hero, apparently.
dan friesen
Christ.
I think that he has lived a very difficult life at its beginnings and then he was able to become really good at predicting financial trends and made billions of dollars and has given a lot of it back to causes that I think...
most right-thinking people would support.
But be that as it may, Alex Jones thinks that he wants to jack off to how poor you are, and that's what our next clip I mean, he might do that.
alex jones
And so that's what you have to understand.
They want to destroy you.
They want to make you poor.
They want to destroy you.
They destroy countries on purpose.
This is what they do.
Everywhere they get control.
Because they just want to rape and murder people all day.
And when things fully collapse and there's no more infrastructure, then good people don't have a way to fight back and they get to have their way.
So once you understand that, then you understand their whole ballgame.
Soros wants to do one thing.
Overthrow countries, destroy good economies, bankrupt people, have them as poor and stoned out of their minds with junkies and needles laying everywhere.
Because when you're a demon...
That makes him feel good when he glides around amongst the filth and skid row, when he flies over in his private jet and looks down at rotting cities and ugliness and ugly architecture and just steaming wildfires and death and starvation.
He just soars above the death like the angel of death, just smelling the spiritual stench.
Oh, I feel good now.
Oh, I'm just ruining life.
Oh, I'm going to pull him down in a pit with me.
unidentified
Oh, God, I love Aleister Crowley.
alex jones
Who knows Alistair Crowley?
dan friesen
I don't know how that relates to anything.
I don't know.
jordan holmes
Who doesn't love Alistair Crowley, though?
dan friesen
I don't know.
jordan holmes
Alistair Crowley, some Jack Parsons.
Give me some Jack Parsons.
I'm all in on the devil worshipping and trying to create elementals and the like.
dan friesen
I mean, look, Alistair Crowley was up to some pretty fucked up stuff.
jordan holmes
A lot of it's sex, though.
dan friesen
Yeah, yeah.
But from what I've, a lot of the reading I've done into him is, you know, his philosophy boils down to do what thou wilt.
That is the whole of the law.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
But it also includes provisions about, like, you can't just do things to people that would violate their ability to do what they wilt.
jordan holmes
Well, currently the Satanist Church is the best Christian organization out there.
dan friesen
Yeah.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
They're the only ones who seem to be trying to do good for people.
Kind of go with their side at this point.
dan friesen
I'm going to skip this next clip because it's just Alex pretending he's going to play the entire 60 Minutes interview and then he doesn't because of course he can't.
jordan holmes
Because of course he won't.
dan friesen
And just him getting mad.
But we already kind of experienced that in the last clip where he's like...
jordan holmes
How many times does he interrupt this?
dan friesen
He doesn't.
jordan holmes
Oh, because he's not playing it at all.
dan friesen
No, he plays a cut that they made where it jumps between different interviews and they try and make it look like he's referring to...
jordan holmes
We're back in Endgame territory.
dan friesen
Exactly.
Which, mysteriously, Endgame, made in 2007, has zero mentions of George Soros.
jordan holmes
Odd.
dan friesen
When George Soros has been relevant in terms of left politics in America since at least the 90s.
jordan holmes
Ah, but he was under the radar with the globalists.
He wasn't running the show yet.
dan friesen
Bullshit.
On Thursday's show, Alex says that when he was a kid, his mom...
We'd be watching TV and they'd be talking about George Soros being evil and shit like that.
jordan holmes
Oh, when Alex was a kid.
I was like, Soros was watching TV when he was a kid?
That's an odd timeline there.
dan friesen
According to Alex's own version of his own life, he should have been aware of Soros since he was a child.
But mysteriously, he's not in his documentary that he made about the globalist's endgame for society.
Weird.
Maybe it was because it was in 2007.
More on that in the future.
jordan holmes
Teaser!
dan friesen
Looking into that a little bit.
unidentified
I mean, I can't...
jordan holmes
How many times have we talked about the pointlessness of pointing out the hypocrisy of these fucking assholes?
dan friesen
It's not about hypocrisy.
jordan holmes
No, no.
Whenever you're talking about, like, Alex Jones saying, well, he wants to destroy infrastructure.
He wants to keep you high and poor and all of those things.
And you look at literally every fucking policy decision that the current Trump fucking government has made.
And that bears out!
Line by line!
Like, what has he done for the fucking opioid crisis?
Not a goddamn thing.
Is he funding the infrastructure issue?
Is he providing, like, a Works Progress administration?
Fuck off, no.
How many of these fucking things is he going to describe that the globalists are doing that you can draw a direct...
Parallel to what Trump is doing.
It's insane!
The best globalist that is Trump!
It's fucking ridiculous!
dan friesen
You don't understand.
jordan holmes
I can't!
Pointing out hypocrisy is fucking stupid!
But this is egregiously bullshit!
dan friesen
You, sir, are a fool.
jordan holmes
That's a good point.
dan friesen
And here's why.
jordan holmes
That is a good point.
I didn't consider that.
dan friesen
You, sir, do not understand.
That infrastructure, sure, we've got bridges collapsing.
Sure, we've got a lot of problems.
jordan holmes
Roads are falling apart.
dan friesen
Eroding roads.
jordan holmes
Oh, that's no problem.
dan friesen
Sure, we've got a lot of those problems, but there's more pressing issues, and that is brown people exist.
And some people aren't Christian, and they don't adhere to weird conservative Christian ideals, and that is a fucking problem.
And that's where you really need to fight the globalists, because...
Look, dude.
As long as women don't have access to healthcare, fuck a bridge.
You know what I'm saying?
That's the anti-globalist priorities that you have to understand.
jordan holmes
I feel like I'm a big enough man to admit when I'm wrong.
dan friesen
I appreciate that.
So in this next clip, Alex Jones explains that he did blow up on air, but it wasn't.
jordan holmes
It was fine.
It was no big deal.
dan friesen
It wasn't fake.
jordan holmes
Nah.
alex jones
We're going to get into the waterfront here, because I blew up in the last hour.
People like that.
The ratings go up when I do it, but it's not on purpose.
jordan holmes
People like that.
I have a financial incentive to do it, but believe me, it's just a coincidence.
dan friesen
Let's listen to this again, though, really quick, because I think it's so funny the way his voice goes like, it's not on purpose.
Almost like he's ashamed.
jordan holmes
Right.
alex jones
We're going to get into the waterfront here, because I blew up in the last hour.
People like that.
The ratings go up when I do it, but it's not on purpose.
dan friesen
It's not on purpose.
It's not on purpose.
So, in this next clip, Alex has...
jordan holmes
Yeah, the musicality of that is very much like, people like it, the ratings go up when I do it, but it's not on purpose.
dan friesen
And he's fucking aware of it.
That's super...
I don't think they do go up.
jordan holmes
Even his shame is a lie.
dan friesen
I think what he's talking about is that people scream about...
Like, whenever he screams, people post videos of it on media matters and shit like that.
And so he gets a lot of...
jordan holmes
The ratings don't necessarily go up for his show, but he gets more attention.
dan friesen
He gets runoff traffic from people faking outrage about it.
So in this next clip, Alex, you know, he hates leftists.
jordan holmes
Who doesn't?
dan friesen
They're the worst.
jordan holmes
Oh, they have all these monopolies!
dan friesen
But Alex has an interesting theory.
jordan holmes
You know, Facebook's notorious for its lefty policies.
dan friesen
Absolutely.
unidentified
Yeah!
dan friesen
He has an interesting theory about leftists and where they come from, though, in this next clip.
jordan holmes
Definitely not Rhodesia.
alex jones
So, this is just incredible.
And you sit there with leftists and you go, why do all the top billionaires that are tax-exempt, authoritarian, want higher taxes than the middle class?
And they go, shut up, racist!
But just have an intellectual debate.
No, shut up.
Shut up.
Fake news, fake news, fake news.
You're going to be shut up.
You're going to be in prison, you Russian agent.
And I'm just like, you're the globalist agents.
You're the minions of these multinational corporations.
But they can't understand it.
dan friesen
Can't get it.
alex jones
They can't get it.
And it's a cult.
They are in the delusion that they're in the end club.
They weren't cool in junior high or high school.
And so, they all want to end up being cool, and so the system creates a system where they can be in the cool club.
dan friesen
The system creates a system.
alex jones
Now, most of the people that were the coolest in high school, on average, end up being losers.
dan friesen
Wait, wait.
jordan holmes
I don't understand what that means at all.
dan friesen
Wait, but hold on now.
unidentified
No, but wait, what?
dan friesen
There's more to this clip, but he's saying that these leftists weren't cool in high school.
jordan holmes
They want to be cool.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
Which is why they are, because everybody knows drinking the blood of children makes you cool, man.
dan friesen
But then the alternative is if you are cool in high school, you become a loser.
Neither of these seem like great prospects.
So anyway, let's see where he goes with this.
jordan holmes
So what's the best...
In Alex Jones' worldview, what's the best thing to be in high school?
dan friesen
I don't know.
Bang out 150 women and have 10 abortions and then get sent to a farm because you fight too much?
jordan holmes
Yeah, because that's not...
dan friesen
Get kicked out of school for a year?
jordan holmes
That's not really cool.
dan friesen
Maybe do crack a couple times at a beach?
Yeah, I don't know.
jordan holmes
That gets cooler.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
And he is a loser now.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
So there's that.
alex jones
Or just moderate level, serving.
Serving the nerd class like Bezos.
But that isn't glorifying the nerd class on average.
Because a lot of times that nerd class becomes very, very sadistic, very, very OCD, very, very, very Asperger's about their deployment of dominating and overriding people.
And they want to become hyper-dominant because they weren't treated physically as betas, even though mentally you could argue that they were really alphas.
But they're like twisted alphas because a real alpha wants to build a bigger system for everybody.
It wants to build a system of competition.
dan friesen
It's just dumb masculinity.
jordan holmes
That doesn't make sense at all.
dan friesen
It's just dumb masculinity.
alex jones
Not create a system where they try to make everybody as weak as possible so an overclass of brain bugs can sit there and run the show and believe their gods.
jordan holmes
Like from Starship Troopers?
alex jones
And the hatred of themselves projected onto the general population.
I'm Alex Jones, NewsWorks.com, InfoWorks.com, are the dreaded websites with the dreaded articles and the dreaded videos that Soros Yeah, let's go out to break on that one.
unidentified
I don't even know what...
jordan holmes
Give me an example of anything near what it is he's talking about.
dan friesen
I think it's just sort of run off from like...
Pick up artist websites, maybe, or something like that.
Men's rights type websites.
jordan holmes
Like a twisted alpha is not a real alpha?
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
Like, I don't know what that means.
And a real alpha, is that defined by trying to create bigger systems?
dan friesen
I don't know.
jordan holmes
That doesn't make sense.
And if you were treated as a beta male, but in reality, mentally, you were an alpha, he's not even projecting.
He's just randomly throwing shit at the wall, man.
That is a barrage of bullshit.
dan friesen
It's rambly nonsense.
Enjoyable in some ways.
jordan holmes
Is he...
He seems drugged out.
dan friesen
No.
jordan holmes
He seems a little bipolared up.
dan friesen
Nah, I think he just maybe took too much supermail.
jordan holmes
Took a little too much supermail.
dan friesen
He had a freakout in the first hour of the show.
jordan holmes
Started injecting testosterone straight into his balls.
dan friesen
I mean, when you have a freakout that early, you've got a lot of show left to do.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
So I think he's in a place where he's like, I gotta fucking fill time.
jordan holmes
Gotta keep that energy up.
dan friesen
And then he calls in the health ranger, Mike Adams.
jordan holmes
I will never not love that he's called the health ranger.
dan friesen
He does not advocate for a lot of things that are, like, health.
unidentified
Healthy.
dan friesen
He's anti-vaccines.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
He is a nonsensical pile of garbage.
He says something a little bit...
jordan holmes
But he made it to ranger.
dan friesen
He says something...
jordan holmes
It's tough to do.
dan friesen
He says something a little later that is very troubling.
jordan holmes
Have you ever looked into the qualifications you need to become a park ranger?
dan friesen
I think it's just a pen name.
No.
jordan holmes
To become an actual park ranger, you have to have a fucking degree.
It's incredible.
I was looking into it because I was like, I like parks.
Maybe I can range.
No.
dan friesen
I understand that.
I'm talking about in Mike Adams' case.
jordan holmes
Well, I assume that he's had to go through the same qualifications.
dan friesen
No, it's just a fun nickname.
Oh, that's disappointing.
I will say that he has done some studying.
And that is in how to butter Alex up and make sure that this interview goes totally fine.
jordan holmes
Okay.
mike adams
And by the way, this is something I didn't even mention.
I was going to mention this, but one of the reasons that your audience is so awakened and so able to process information is because your health products actually greatly enhance neurological and cognitive function.
dan friesen
This leads to a half-hour info.
unidentified
Alex, Alex, your products.
jordan holmes
Make your audience more pliable.
And that is healthy.
If there's one thing I know about health products, they make you susceptible to repetitive thoughts.
dan friesen
So the other reason that...
One of the main reasons Mike Adams is on the show is because he has...
jordan holmes
Because he's the only Infowars guest with a non-stupid name?
dan friesen
Boy, howdy.
If you want to know about Natural News and Mike Adams, you can look into it.
They have a very rich history of...
Birtherism.
They're a health website, and for some reason they're posting articles about the Boston bombing being fake and Obama's birth certificate being faked.
jordan holmes
Unhealthy to not be born in America.
dan friesen
But the main reason is he staked his claim here that he is really seriously going after David Hogg.
jordan holmes
That sounds right.
dan friesen
He has made a website called HogWatch.com.
No.
unidentified
No.
dan friesen
Dan?
jordan holmes
He had to spell it with two G's, right?
dan friesen
Yep.
jordan holmes
Because regular hog watch is taken, right?
dan friesen
I would assume.
It's about the big sows.
jordan holmes
It's about watching hogs.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
If you go to this website, it's basically a news aggregate website that's all written by a couple of his employees from Natural News.
jordan holmes
All I want is a live web stream of whatever it is David Hogg is doing at any given point in time.
dan friesen
It's legitimately a website that's created to harass the high school student.
jordan holmes
Remember the park that had a live webcam for whenever those eggs were hatched or whatever shit that was?
dan friesen
Hatch watch.
jordan holmes
Yeah, exactly.
We want the same thing.
dan friesen
For David Hogg?
jordan holmes
Yeah, for David Hogg.
dan friesen
Unfortunately, this website...
jordan holmes
He's a health ranger.
dan friesen
I'm going to read you some of the headlines of the hard-hitting news that's being done here on Hogwatch.
David Hogg, save your whining.
If you enter the public arena, ideas prepare to get burned.
Great.
Great.
Good article.
unidentified
That's...
jordan holmes
That's a headline?
dan friesen
Another headline.
Yet more proof that universities are social justice terrorist training camps.
Another headline.
Dear David Hogg, you're a lying, opportunistic, insufferable little toe tag.
jordan holmes
That's a headline?
dan friesen
That's a headline.
NRA board member Ted Nugent calls Parkland student activists liars.
Quote, they have no soul.
Hey bro, you adopted a 17-year-old so you could fuck her without her parents having anything to say about it.
You should probably calm down, Ted Nugent.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's just the rockstar lifestyle.
dan friesen
But you understand what's going on here?
This guy has created an entire website based on harassing and calling out bullshit and putting...
Those articles, their headlines...
I don't care to read the fucking content.
I don't even want to know what's in there.
But their headlines are personal insults.
unidentified
Or, hey, we're going to fuck you up.
dan friesen
That sort of thing.
All that succeeds in doing is not...
jordan holmes
Headline!
We throw shade at David Hogg.
dan friesen
This doesn't advance either side of the gun debate.
jordan holmes
Headline, David Hogg.
Poop face?
dan friesen
This doesn't do anything.
All it does is possibly endanger David Hogg.
Like, really.
If you think about it, the only thing that this can do is radicalize people who might hurt him.
I don't think that's a good thing.
jordan holmes
And they're not even good headlines.
Like, he could come up with some puns, like, David Hogg, we turn him into bacon, or whatever.
Like, you could really, really lean into it.
dan friesen
No, they had to get the toe tag lying in there.
jordan holmes
It'd be great stuff right there.
dan friesen
So, on this episode...
jordan holmes
David Hogg rolls in the filth.
Come on, man!
This writes itself!
dan friesen
So, for pretty much the rest of the episode, Alex is talking with Mike Adams, a.k.a.
the Health Ranger.
Alex makes this...
He wants to be clear.
jordan holmes
Only you can prevent vaccines.
dan friesen
Alex thinks that the globalists are vampires, but he wants you to be clear about it.
Not literal vampires.
alex jones
The globalists and their minions are now acting like horror movie zombies at the bottom, gremlins above that, and then basically like vampires above that.
I'm not saying they actually drink blood, but this is an act of dominance, an act of control, an act of trying to bring us down.
dan friesen
So, we've got zombies, gremlins, and vampires.
jordan holmes
We've got the hierarchy.
Zombies, want to eat your brains.
Gremlins, can't feed them after midnight.
dan friesen
Don't get them wet.
unidentified
Vampires, don't hold up a mirror.
dan friesen
Don't want to drink literal blood, though.
Unfortunately, last week on Alex Jones' show on March 29th, he was sitting around with a gentleman by the name of Doug Hagman.
We played it on the show already.
The clip, you can find it on knowledgefight.com.
My iTunes is glitching and won't let me play it.
But Alex explains that he believes that the elites want to put adrenaline into people's blood so they can drink it.
jordan holmes
Of course.
dan friesen
The adrenochrome narrative.
jordan holmes
That's not what vampires do, Dan.
They just drink it.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
The elites, they need to spike it.
They can't just drink it straight, Dan.
Come on!
dan friesen
But the thing that's bullshit about this is that we have two situations going on.
And that is that Alex...
jordan holmes
The thing that's bullshit about this?
dan friesen
Well, one of the smaller things.
If you want to talk about...
Like, literal or not literal vampires, you can go down one of two roads.
You can go down the literal vampire road, and then you are an idiot.
You're a fucking idiot, because you can look at the science about whether adrenaline in blood changes your effect that happens when you drink it.
That science has been done, and it doesn't get you high.
unidentified
A little bit.
dan friesen
It sounds like it might, because Hunter S. Thompson wrote about it in one of his made-up books.
jordan holmes
Yeah, famously, he made up a lot of shit.
dan friesen
And this is another one of them, the adrenochrome stuff.
And it's in a bunch of other pieces of literary fiction.
But the real-world science of it doesn't work out.
jordan holmes
It will be in my forthcoming novel, Hogwatch?
dan friesen
Sure.
unidentified
Hogwatch.
There you go.
dan friesen
So you've got the literal version.
You can go that way if you want, but be prepared for everyone to call you fucking stupid.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
Now you can go the other way.
The metaphorical vampires.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
And now you're being too vague to even mean anything.
You're not saying shit.
You're just mischaracterizing people and trying to demonize them without actually making any claims.
You can go one of two directions.
And the thing that's fascinating about Alex...
jordan holmes
Third way?
Smashing pumpkins.
dan friesen
Third way is Alex doing both.
They're both stupid, but Alex is like...
I kind of want people to think I'm doing both.
jordan holmes
I kind of want to skirt that line.
dan friesen
And that's what he does.
jordan holmes
Dip your toes into both worlds.
dan friesen
So Mike Adams has made a website about David Hogg, as we've discussed.
alex jones
Yep, yep.
dan friesen
And he has some complaints about people bullying him.
jordan holmes
Oh, no.
mike adams
We're standing up to you, bullies.
You try to take away our First Amendment rights, our Second Amendment rights, our Fourth Amendment rights.
You don't think that we have a right to exist.
And I say to you tyrants at NBC News, we are standing up to you bullies because these people like David Hogg, they're used to getting their way.
unidentified
They scream and cry and cry in college or high school.
alex jones
CNN says take me off the air because I'm critical of Hogg when he's a public figure.
What is it about Hogg?
No one is more protected because even Paul Watson, who's from Sheffield, England, they sent a team of reporters.
From multiple agencies, they're really intelligence operatives, to bang on doors from his high school yearbook, to ask people for dirt about Paul.
Everybody said, no, he was a nice guy.
But that's the level of even our writers now.
This is like joining the military to join Infowars.
mike adams
It's one step away from us receiving death threats from NBC News fans and trolls who want to take us off the air.
jordan holmes
So you're saying that you haven't received death threats?
dan friesen
I'd like to read to you from an article.
jordan holmes
Now, has David fucking Hogg received death threats?
dan friesen
David, I'll quote to you here from this article, David Hogg has become one of the most recognizable faces of the Parkland shooting, but his fame has turned into a dangerous situation for his family.
jordan holmes
Who would have guessed?
dan friesen
His family claims both he and his mother have received numerous alarming death threats from individuals both in and outside of the country.
So his mother, Rebecca Boldrick, contacted the FBI after she got a disturbing message on Facebook telling her she should have had an abortion.
According to TMZ, quote, you should have had an abortion, one user wrote.
Your son is a psychopathic douche.
jordan holmes
O'Doyle rules.
dan friesen
Another user threatened her, saying, quote, Wrong crowd to fuck with, idiot sticks.
So the idea that he's saying it's the next step removed from getting a death threat and the reality of the world that he's promoting through creating a website entirely about harassing and bullying David Hogg means you don't understand the scale of the influence you're playing with.
These people are pathetic.
This is...
This, to me, is inhuman behavior.
jordan holmes
It's absolutely inhuman behavior.
dan friesen
And before anyone compares me to Alex when he literally says people aren't human, I don't mean that.
I mean that this is intrinsically lacking of empathy.
It is intrinsically lacking of respect for other people's autonomy and their individuality.
And the fact that they exist not as a thing, but as a person.
You're complaining about your imagined First Amendment rights being trampled on, which they aren't, and you compare that to, hey, we're almost getting death threats.
At the same time, you are allowed to have a website specifically casting aspersions on a 17-year-old who is literally getting hundreds of death threats all the time.
jordan holmes
And then bitching about how you feel bullied.
dan friesen
Right.
It's the softest shit in the world.
Yeah, it's very pathetic.
jordan holmes
That's fucking...
I don't...
That's such a thing where your first instinct as an empathetic human being is to then lose empathy and be like, well, these people should fucking go away and be killed.
That's my first instinct is like, we don't want these people in life living.
dan friesen
The people like the health ranger?
jordan holmes
Well, no.
The people who would send a death threat, period, to a child.
Because the child is like, hey, my friends died.
My friends were murdered.
dan friesen
Oh, that's another death threat.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
The death.
jordan holmes
The dying.
The part where my friends were fucking murdered.
And it's just...
It's not acceptable to then respond to that with a complete lack of empathy, because these people are going, like, there's something wrong.
There's something very seriously wrong with somebody who is okay with typing off a message that says, I want you to die.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
It's not okay.
dan friesen
It's something that we've not done a good enough job of.
Not dealing with, because I don't really know how you deal with it, but we should take it seriously, and we should have years ago.
It's something that we probably...
jordan holmes
Well, Gamergate was the...
dan friesen
Well, no, that wasn't the beginning of it.
jordan holmes
It wasn't the beginning of it, but that was...
dan friesen
That was bad.
jordan holmes
That was the warning shot.
dan friesen
Well, I think that what it is is...
I don't know.
I mean, you want to take things seriously.
And we should have seen this coming, basically, is what I was trying to get to, with the internet.
Right.
As services where you could anonymously exist and that sort of cloak you can wear to play a character and stuff like that.
As those things happen, because that's even true back on AOL days.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
You could have screen names on Messenger and shit.
We evolved too quickly from a technological standpoint, and we didn't recognize the repercussions and the ramifications of it for our decency.
Absolutely.
It's really biting us in the ass now.
jordan holmes
It's kind of, on a macro level, understandable.
Because when you think about previous generations, you go back to fucking the greatest generation, their lives materially weren't all that different from their parents' lives, which weren't all that different from their parents' lives.
The acceleration of difference to the point where my life is completely different, completely different from somebody who is five years younger than me.
My life is completely different.
Growing up in a situation where you're...
dan friesen
Five is...
I don't know!
You're younger than me, so yeah.
unidentified
All right.
dan friesen
No, because I think that...
Well, I'm almost 34. I think someone who's 29 is probably pretty close to me.
jordan holmes
Right.
Well, you and I are very close.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
But consider somebody who grew up when Twitter was dominant.
dan friesen
Right.
jordan holmes
Like, as compared to us who grew up when the internet was...
dan friesen
Someone who was in their formative ages.
jordan holmes
Exactly.
dan friesen
I mean, it's even the same thing as, like...
I don't know why my mind drifted to porn, but the difference between coming up when the internet was just like you could slowly upload pictures on it, and now with the high-speed capabilities and tube sites and stuff like that, even that, now you apply that level of difference to all communications.
jordan holmes
Absolutely.
dan friesen
I took that to the wrong place.
I don't know why, but all technology involves porn on some level.
jordan holmes
Well, no, that's the driving force behind so many...
Spreads of technology.
Like, one of the things that occurred after, like, shortly after the invention of the printing press, one of the main reasons that so many people...
dan friesen
Nudie pics.
jordan holmes
Exactly.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Like, that was one of the ways that...
Nudie prints.
That those...
So many of those intellectual books were spread is through the same underground networks.
Like, Principia Mathematica was spread through the same underground network as fucking...
Erotic fan fiction.
dan friesen
That Alex would stare at for hours if he was around back then.
jordan holmes
Yeah, absolutely.
dan friesen
So, Jordan?
jordan holmes
The very first long-form films that lasted, you know, you go back to the 1910s and you're like, oh, well, it lasted eight seconds and that was a miracle.
Simultaneously.
Fucking.
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Like, simultaneously, the other films that lasted eight seconds were a dude fucking a lady in a goddamn stable.
dan friesen
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's a mess.
Jordan, we gotta move on to this next clip.
unidentified
Sorry.
jordan holmes
I wanna keep talking about porn.
dan friesen
I don't.
jordan holmes
It's got a long and storied history.
unidentified
It does.
jordan holmes
And if you look into it, it's really very fascinating.
dan friesen
Oh, for sure.
And there's titties.
jordan holmes
There's titties!
dan friesen
Can I steal a cigarette from you?
jordan holmes
Yes, you may.
dan friesen
And I'm asking you for a purpose.
jordan holmes
Yep, yep, yep.
Okay.
dan friesen
I would like a cigarette.
jordan holmes
All right.
No, I know.
dan friesen
But also, I'm asking you...
jordan holmes
You have ulterior motives as well.
dan friesen
I'm asking you that because cigarettes are carcinogenic.
jordan holmes
Oh, Dan.
dan friesen
And they cause cancer.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
And Mike Adams, the health ranger, has some thoughts about cancer that are a little...
jordan holmes
Smoking!
dan friesen
A little...
jordan holmes
Do it?
dan friesen
A little troubling, his thoughts about cancer.
mike adams
And they know that if they can convince you you have cancer, which is usually a fraud, the PSA test for prostate cancer for men is an absolute medical hoax.
It's a complete fraud.
But if they can scare you into it and they can convince you to start undergoing chemotherapy, the number one side effect of chemotherapy is chemo brain.
It damages your brain function.
It also damages your heart and your liver and your kidneys, and it causes more cancer.
The minute you undergo chemotherapy, you can no longer process information correctly, which is why, by the way, one of our Supreme Court justices...
alex jones
It's bug poison.
mike adams
It's poison.
But she underwent chemotherapy, Ginsburg.
And she should not be on the Supreme Court, in my opinion, because she has been cognitively impaired by toxic chemotherapy, which is based on chemical weapons.
alex jones
By the way, they're saying she hasn't known who she is for a while.
mike adams
Yeah.
Yeah.
She's just trying to hang in there so she can keep the liberal agenda going.
dan friesen
Oh, boy.
jordan holmes
Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Has written the recent absolvement of guilt from a police officer fucking acting with impunity when the Supreme Court voted 7-2 to be like, he didn't know he was breaking the law, so that's fine.
Like, Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote a...
Scathing dissent, and it was brilliant!
She is a brilliant writer!
She is truly a brilliant writer!
And these fucking idiots can't read!
That guy thinks chemotherapy causes cancer!
dan friesen
And, I mean, it is a poison, you know, in as much as you have to kill the...
jordan holmes
Well, that's the point!
dan friesen
Right, it's a drastic measure, and there are negative side effects, and that's the issue with a lot of...
jordan holmes
Well, it's like that famous bullshit, or not necessarily bullshit, but one of those health science articles where they write about how people use, scientists or doctors used malaria to help fight HIV.
Like, that kind of level of sometimes in order to kill something, you have to use something that kills.
dan friesen
It reminds me of the show House M.D. That's a far more relevant example.
There was a commercial for an upcoming episode that I'll never forget.
I loved House, by the way.
jordan holmes
I knew that from your smirk.
From your Harrison Fordian smirk.
dan friesen
Such a great show.
But there was an episode where the preview was, next week on House, in order to save his patient, House will have to kill her.
jordan holmes
Yeah, there you go.
dan friesen
I mean, that's an over-dramatization of shit, but...
jordan holmes
A delight.
I got it.
unidentified
It was such a terrible show, but I loved it so much.
dan friesen
Goddammit, Hugh Laurie is so good.
jordan holmes
That's right.
Knowledge Fight.
The only podcast where you're going to get all the shit that we do.
Because I'll be goddamned if I know what's going on half the time.
dan friesen
I would say more importantly, the issue that I have is like, okay, so...
Now, Mike Adams has introduced a worldview where the opinions of anyone who's gotten chemotherapy are disqualified because they can't think anymore.
jordan holmes
Cancer is usually actually just something they convince you you have.
dan friesen
Right, right.
jordan holmes
You don't even have cancer.
dan friesen
It's a scam.
jordan holmes
Amazing.
dan friesen
And this is the level of stuff.
Like, when I said I don't want to get into, like, the natural news and Mike Adams, it's partly because I knew that clip was coming up.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
And partly because it's such a list of just medical nonsense.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
That it would be, we would have another hour of the show if I went into his fucking resume.
jordan holmes
I worked in, I used to work in audiology, fitting people with hearing aids.
And I remember one person came in and they were like, Well, I'm not going to see you for a long time.
We're going to Florida.
My daughter and I actually have Lyme disease, and we're going to go see an alternative medicine therapist.
unidentified
And I was like, No!
jordan holmes
Don't!
Go to a fucking doctor, you idiots!
dan friesen
It'd be good.
jordan holmes
Yeah!
dan friesen
Even if you don't trust him, go, and then go to the other guy, too.
jordan holmes
I mean, yeah.
Well, but, you know, they're going to convince you that you have double Lyme disease.
That's what doctors do.
dan friesen
Yeah.
So, you know, Mike Adams is talking a lot of bullshit and, again, is running a website specifically designed to harass a 17-year-old, which is kind of low.
jordan holmes
Super adult.
dan friesen
But he has a theory about why people are attacking him.
mike adams
These are desperate days.
Remember that their attempts of censorship come from their position of weakness.
If they were really strong, they wouldn't mind our voices being out there because we would be unconvincing to people.
The reason they're attacking you so much, Alex, is because you are making so much sense that you're awakening people to what's happening.
You are a danger to their agenda, and to some extent I am as well, and that's why we're being so viciously attacked.
But we have to recognize that that's from a position of weakness.
dan friesen
I would posit that the reality is that you're spitting propaganda that appeals to people's baser instincts, and people are very worried about the implications of said propaganda and how it seems to have its roots in anti-Semitism, white nationalism, Christian identity movements, those sorts of things, and how, you know, generally when you look at...
Oh, also sovereign citizen stuff.
When you look into all those things, the end result is generally...
Murdering of minorities.
And your argument is persuasive to people because you play on their fears.
It's the same way that you present yourself as a populist and you are able to trigger people's populist fears when in reality that's not who you are at all.
jordan holmes
I say this all the time.
I absolutely despise the word populist.
dan friesen
That's why I said pretend.
jordan holmes
Yeah, it is a...
Disgusting moniker that is thrown about in order to kind of invalidate any opinion.
And I really, really don't like it.
The word we should use in these guys' case is fascist fucking moron.
That's one word, by the way.
I made it a word.
dan friesen
All hyphenated?
jordan holmes
All hyphenated.
dan friesen
We'll get that into Webster's next year.
jordan holmes
That would be fun.
dan friesen
I just love that line, though, the idea that, like, they attack us because we make too much sense.
jordan holmes
That happens.
dan friesen
Please.
So this next clip is actually...
jordan holmes
He did say one thing that was true, which is that we are in desperate days.
dan friesen
Well, that, yeah.
jordan holmes
Which is one of the reasons that your stupid fucking propaganda works so well.
dan friesen
Yeah.
So this next clip is going to be controversial.
I have a take on it that I think is actually alternative to...
jordan holmes
Like the Smashing Pumpkins.
dan friesen
Yeah.
A lot of people have a position on this that's attacking Alex, and I'm going to unpopularly defend him a little bit afterwards.
jordan holmes
Classic Dan Jordan.
alex jones
For all the fair-weather patriots that got so mad at him, and Coulter, who likes to be the guardian of everything, and Paul Stein said, I'm not against her.
This is good to have somebody keeping people honest.
But with Trump, that's not what's happening.
Now he rejects all DACA because they weren't reasonable.
He's going to put troops on the border.
Until the wall's built.
mike adams
It's the best idea ever.
alex jones
Which is exactly what everybody always said.
It's common sense.
That's what the military's supposed to be.
So he's talking about having a press conference and a...
This is the inside baseball.
dan friesen
Real quick, I'm going to go ahead and just deal with this ahead of...
Alex says bullshit at the end of this clip, and I'm not going to defend that.
But he's talking about Trump sending troops to the border.
jordan holmes
I believe it's the National Guard, not necessarily troops.
dan friesen
That's what I'm going to get to.
It's in response to this idea that there's a caravan of like a thousand people coming up from Central America.
jordan holmes
Yeah, yeah, I've heard.
dan friesen
But they're not recognizing, and Alex is pretending this isn't the case, it's a group.
That does this to raise awareness of the plight of people in Central America.
And they've done this since 2010.
Kind of a regular thing.
Yeah, it's something that happens all the time.
And it stopped in Mexico City.
The Mexican government dispersed this caravan.
And the idea that Trump is responding to it in a way that's so opportunistic and so...
jordan holmes
Stupid.
dan friesen
I would say...
Triggering of racists.
That part I'm really against.
And I'm against the idea of putting military on the border in order to defend against immigrants or what have you.
But I need to be very clear about this because a lot of people, I've seen tons of articles about this and people have been saying that Alex is such a fucking hypocrite because he would scream about the Posse Comitatus Act.
And about how the military is not supposed to operate on domestic soil in terms of domestic operations.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
And enforcing law enforcement stuff in the United States.
jordan holmes
Rubicon crossing, etc.
dan friesen
And if you go back to the Constitution, it says in terms of the armed services that they exist, quote, to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions.
I think it's insulting.
jordan holmes
Which is a troubling...
Statement in and of itself.
dan friesen
But I think it's insulting to insinuate that these immigrants that are coming up are an invasion.
But that's the way Alex tries to present it.
This is not the part I'm defending.
The part I'm defending is in the Posse Comitatus Act.
It's very clear that what they're talking about is the Army and the Air Force.
They are not talking about the National Guard.
The National Guard very clearly can be called in if the state governor allows it.
The state governor has to welcome the use of...
of the National Guard in their state, and then it's okay for them to operate in terms of domestic law enforcement.
It has been done in the past pretty consistently.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's kind of a normal thing.
Right.
unidentified
When you hear they called in the National Guard...
dan friesen
And so the idea that Trump is sending the National Guard to enforce the border is troubling.
But it's not hypocritical for Alex to be okay with that and not be okay with, let's say, Jade Helm.
Even though Jade Helm was fucking stupid and Alex was wrong about that.
It's not a complete contradiction of his principles, the way a lot of people are presenting it to be.
Because it is the National Guard, it's not the same thing.
Also, I understand and strongly disagree with his idea that it's an invasion from the South that people are protecting against.
But if that were the case, the Constitution does say the military can be used.
And then further, the Posse Comitatus Act does allow for the president to unilaterally say that the federal laws are being broken and they can use the military.
Yes.
unidentified
And it has been done in the past, like Dwight Eisenhower bringing in troops to allow for the desegregation of school.
dan friesen
It's a trend against what he stood for in the past.
But if we're being totally fair to him, it's not what people are making it out to be.
jordan holmes
You are a scholar of Alex Jones, and I would bet all of the money that I've ever made and have that if you looked for it, you could find a clip where he said bringing in the National Guard is...
Illegal or whatever the fuck it is.
dan friesen
I'm certain if we look through all of the years that Obama was a president, yes, you would find that.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
And in that case, yes, we could point out the literal hypocrisy of that.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
But again, as we've gone over, hypocrisy doesn't matter.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
And I don't think that he's saying this based on principle.
But we...
I mean, our mission statement is to be fair.
Our mission statement isn't to paint him in a bad light for things he doesn't deserve.
And I'll defend him against, like...
These articles that I've seen and these posts that I've seen that say he's abandoned all of his principles because he's okay with the National Guard being sent down to the border.
jordan holmes
Right.
He's abandoned all of his principles for way different reasons.
dan friesen
And long ago.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
But this isn't one of them.
This, I think, is...
jordan holmes
Yeah, are you guys just catching on to this now?
dan friesen
Yeah.
jordan holmes
For real.
dan friesen
Yeah.
But a little bit later, Mike Adams says that because of so many immigrants being in California, they should have their senators and congresspeople taken away.
jordan holmes
Mike Adams is the dumbest motherfucker I think I've ever heard.
dan friesen
It's not good.
jordan holmes
This is insane.
dan friesen
So, now this next clip is...
jordan holmes
Let me ask you a question.
Does Mike Adams sell a product of some sort that he claims will...
Cure cancer.
dan friesen
I'm almost certain he does.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
But I have no idea.
I can't conform or deny that, but I suspect he does.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
So in this next clip, Alex Jones talks about the liberal media.
jordan holmes
Oh, that liberal media.
dan friesen
And he does so in a very specific way that I know exactly what he's talking about.
jordan holmes
Okay.
dan friesen
And it's pretty interesting.
alex jones
This is a war.
We're in a war.
I'm not saying I'm like a military-charging machine gun nest, but this is 21st century war where they're going to attack your family.
They're going to attack you.
They're going to pour coffee on you.
They're going to shoot you sometimes.
The left, if you've not seen, I'm not going to name names, but they're all over leftist media going, Alex Jones' son is a captive.
He's brainwashed.
He doesn't need to be on air.
We're concerned about it.
They're all for their own young people being anti-gun, but because he's pro-gun, they want him off the air.
And then they say things like...
Well, Jones got his start in Sinclair broadcasting is that whole thing about them scripting things.
But I've never been on one Sinclair station, not one Sinclair station or those TV stations.
That is fundamentally lies.
But that's what the media does.
They just push total lies.
dan friesen
He's saying that the leftist media is saying this.
The only person who has made both of those claims is his ex-wife, Kelly.
He is trying to say that things that Kelly has tweeted out from her own account, He's ascribing them to the leftist media.
She tweeted out that Alex got his start on Sinclair Radio, and I do not believe that to be true.
jordan holmes
No, that doesn't sound true.
dan friesen
I don't know for sure, and I will cop to the fact that She was around, and she may have a better awareness than I do.
jordan holmes
She may have fucking signed the contract.
dan friesen
That's possible.
And if those sorts of details were to come out, my position would change.
But from everything I can tell from the research that's available, Alex Jones existed on KJFK, and one of his sponsors was Ted Anderson and the Genesis Communications Network.
And then when he got fired, he got picked up and syndicated from a home radio station that he was running, his home kit, onto Genesis Communications Network Station.
I don't know if there's any Sinclair influence that I can find in his early days of radio.
If it's there and I'm unaware of it, I'm interested to learn about it.
But it does seem like this...
Is more capitalizing on the fact that people are complaining about Sinclair because that video went viral.
jordan holmes
Why would it come up now of all time?
dan friesen
Right, because there was that video of all the people saying the exact same thing.
jordan holmes
It's in the Zeitgeist, so jump on it.
dan friesen
Which, again, that video, sure, it's shocking, but it's the exact same thing that was on John Oliver like a year ago.
jordan holmes
Right.
dan friesen
So, I mean, everyone getting like, oh, we've got to massively retweet this.
Good, good.
Let's get more awareness about that, but don't pretend this is the first time anyone's talked about it.
unidentified
Right.
dan friesen
But be that as it may, I think it's very disgraceful that Alex is pretending that things that his ex-wife is tweeting are the liberal media.
jordan holmes
Well, she's been compromised by the globalists.
dan friesen
Well, obviously.
jordan holmes
Now, his son has probably been brainwashed and is used as a prop, but...
Probably not Sinclair Media behind that.
dan friesen
That's another thing.
I don't have this clip, but there's another point where him and Mike are talking about the YouTube shooting, and they're talking about how, like, hey, with YouTube taking away all these people's channels and banning them and censoring them, which is not what they're doing.
jordan holmes
Not doing.
dan friesen
But, like, they're like, you know, they're putting their employees at risk.
Shootings like this could happen with people who have had their livelihoods taken away.
Do you not see the one-to-one parallel of putting your son on air in a contentious gun debate issue the way you're putting him at risk?
I don't understand the cognitive dissonance that's there, but who knows?
jordan holmes
Cognitive dissonance should be the name of Alex's show.
dan friesen
It should be tattooed on his fucking forehead.
jordan holmes
Yeah.
dan friesen
Like he's in a street gang called Cognitive Dissonance.
We have a couple clips left.
jordan holmes
Is there a band named Cognitive Dissonance?
I feel like there should be.
There has to be.
dan friesen
In this next clip, Alex pretends he's going to D.C. They only do Highwaymen covers.
Oh, that'd be great.
unidentified
A lot of their songs were covers, too.
dan friesen
Covers of covers?
jordan holmes
Yep.
dan friesen
So that is cognitive dissonance.
jordan holmes
That's cognitive dissonance!
dan friesen
In this next clip, Alex pretends that the reason he's going to D.C. is that he's going to do a parlay.
With some fucking globalists, like he's Stringer Bell.
jordan holmes
He's going to do a parlay.
dan friesen
Yeah, going to meet up with Omar.
He had Prop Joe come in and set it up.
jordan holmes
It's a good idea.
It's a good idea.
Prop Joe didn't do well.
alex jones
All this time later, it really feels good to have not sold out.
mike adams
Yeah, but they're going to keep trying.
But I know you and being here in person with you and being on a similar battle path.
You cannot be bought with money.
You are so far beyond that.
This is a spiritual war.
You're fighting for your soul.
You're fighting for the liberty of our country.
No one can buy you or me off with money.
Can't happen.
Doesn't matter how big the check is.
jordan holmes
We could buy Mac Adams.
alex jones
They've offered you a lot.
They've offered you.
mike adams
They offered me, you know, $10 million, which is a pittance now compared to what our operations were.
alex jones
That seems to be their ballpark.
unidentified
Yeah.
alex jones
And it's actually the real deal.
Contract, real deal.
I have to know some other folks what they've offered is even more.
mike adams
Oh, yeah, that was several years ago.
I mean, now they know nothing's for sale, you know, because I'm not selling my soul.
I'm not selling my platform.
alex jones
I told these people, I said, why do you want to meet?
Well, we know you think you don't want to hear this, but you really need to see what we're going to show you.
mike adams
Yeah?
Really?
alex jones
I actually want to see this.
mike adams
What are they going to show you?
Like aliens from planet Zorg?
jordan holmes
Everybody knows those aliens are from a different planet.
mike adams
Are they going to have inner demons come out and try to shake their hand?
alex jones
I don't know, man.
jordan holmes
What's going on?
alex jones
I was talking to this one guy.
In the CIA, and he told me this story when they took him in this room.
Anyways, I'll leave it right there.
But let's go ahead and go to Patrick.
dan friesen
All right.
jordan holmes
He was about to launch into the bit.
He was about to launch into that old street joke where it's like, the CIA goes in there and they're like, you have to kill your wife.
And then he can't do it.
And then the CIA guy goes in there and you have to kill your wife and he can't do it.
And then the CIA lady goes in there and she pulls the trigger and she finds out it's a blank so she has to beat her husband to death.
Like, it's the old bit.
It's an old street joke.
dan friesen
Is this the doctor was the mother?
jordan holmes
Yeah, essentially.
Of street jokes?
unidentified
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
jordan holmes
Absolutely.
dan friesen
I don't think...
jordan holmes
By the way...
I know a comic and I can't remember his name.
Dave J. Dave J closes with that street joke.
dan friesen
I saw.
jordan holmes
Also, he's a transphobic monster.
dan friesen
I saw.
jordan holmes
Fuck him.
I will never work with him again.
dan friesen
I saw a fucking big, big name comedian close a big show with a street joke one time and I was like...
Who was it?
I'm not going to say it.
jordan holmes
Name names.
I'm naming his name.
dan friesen
Fine, it was Dion Cole.
Be that as it may.
I would say, as to that clip, that's not what Alex is doing.
He was about to try and launch into some fake story that he is, you know, some like, hey, you know, I'm going to give you the inside dirt, but his brain didn't...
Fire right.
And so he couldn't get the details of the bluff he was about to present.
So he's like, better just make this conspiratorial.
I can't say this on him.
He does that all the fucking time.
It's disgraceful.
jordan holmes
I was talking to the CIA guy and he went into a room.
I'll leave it there so you guys think I've ever spoken to a CIA guy.
dan friesen
He's probably talking about Robert David Steele.
The guy who came on his show and talked about fucking Mars bases with child slaves by the globalists.
jordan holmes
Yeah, but they're not from Zorg, Dan.
Zorg isn't real.
It's the...
It's the other aliens that we need to be worried about who have the time travel and the med beds and can take you to Mars.
Come on, man.
dan friesen
You know what's fun about a lot of Alex's guests?
Their pasts are unverifiable.
Yeah, that's super fun.
It's super fun.
The way even like Dr. Group says he's involved in secret programs.
No way to confirm that.
unidentified
Nope.
dan friesen
It's like, all of these dudes could just be lying about everything.
jordan holmes
I'm a huge fan of Alex just like, anytime somebody says something absolutely crazy, they all just sign off.
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
jordan holmes
Like, oh, they offered me $10 million.
And Alex was like, that seems to be their ballpark.
Like, what are you fucking talking about?
dan friesen
It turns out he does know yes and.
Yeah.
jordan holmes
Yeah, that's a good point.
dan friesen
The other thing that I think is just like, this delicious, this piece.
I lost my train of thought.
Boy, it was going to be good.
jordan holmes
Dan, it was going to knock things out of the park.
It was going to be like that CIA bit.
It was going to crush.
unidentified
Ah, shit.
dan friesen
What was it?
unidentified
Nope.
dan friesen
No, it's gone.
jordan holmes
That's what happens to vampires who drink adrenochrome, Dan.
dan friesen
No, that's how they keep track of all the thoughts.
jordan holmes
Oh, okay.
dan friesen
I don't drink adrenochrome, and therefore sometimes I lose track of it.
jordan holmes
And that's why you lose your train of thought.
That makes sense.
dan friesen
Something about the globalists, certainly.
jordan holmes
That's why Stalin...
unidentified
What was it?
jordan holmes
No, it wasn't Stalin.
It was...
dan friesen
Soros.
jordan holmes
No, no, no.
It was the Italian...
Dictator, who always made the trains run on...
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
Oh.
jordan holmes
Was it Mussolini who always made the trains run on time, or was it Stalin?
dan friesen
I don't know.
I don't care.
All right.
jordan holmes
Anyways, it was going to be because of Adrenochrome.
That was terrible.
I'm sorry.
dan friesen
Good riff.
Certainly made up...
Certainly.
jordan holmes
Yeah, we both lost our trains of thought there.
Fantastic.
dan friesen
I appreciate your attempt to somehow try and save me from forgetting what I was trying to say.
Fuck, what was it?
Something to do with Alex Jones.
unidentified
I also appreciate you immediately shitting on me for it.
jordan holmes
I'm happy about it.
dan friesen
So, in this next clip, this is our last clip, Alex Jones is in the middle of talking about how the globalists Oh, those globalists.
They regret not recruiting George Washington because he was one of the best.
He was one of the best in the business.
jordan holmes
Okay, let's hear it.
I'm in!
dan friesen
I'm in!
jordan holmes
Jump on in!
unidentified
I'm in it!
dan friesen
That's just for context.
jordan holmes
What do you mean that's just for context?
Because what I just said is...
Globalists start!
Now we have to...
Have the globalists always been there?
unidentified
Yeah, of course.
jordan holmes
How far back did the globalists go, Dan?
dan friesen
Back to Sumerian times, as far as I can tell.
unidentified
I don't know.
jordan holmes
That seems like a good time to start.
dan friesen
I mean, if you're talking about this...
jordan holmes
Is that why their language is impossible to translate?
dan friesen
If you're talking about this trans-dimensional demon idea that Alex is selling about that's how the globalists get their marching orders, then yeah, you could go back to reading Sitchin and thinking about this dumb idea about the Anunnaki and what have you.
jordan holmes
Oh, so the globalists didn't start.
But it didn't start all the way back then.
But because they have time travel and can communicate with interdimensional beings, they could have gone back in time and gotten George Washington.
But I'm going to go with Bill and Ted stopped him.
unidentified
Mm-hmm.
jordan holmes
You want to go, is that the way we're going to go?
dan friesen
No.
So they could have got George Washington, but he was too good a man.
jordan holmes
He's too good.
dan friesen
And one of the things that Alex...
jordan holmes
He wasn't.
He owned slaves.
dan friesen
He's not a great guy.
jordan holmes
Nah.
dan friesen
But the riff that Alex goes on is about, that we're going to listen to here, is about how Jeff Bezos has sort of a googly eye.
All right.
jordan holmes
And this hits home for you, doesn't it?
dan friesen
Yeah, a little bit.
As a cross-eyed man, I found this to be actually delightful.
unidentified
Okay.
alex jones
No, no, you can Google this.
Search engine that British, they saw it as a royalty to have like a lazy eye.
They're like, I'm inbreeding.
No, it's not a mean thing.
It's a known genetic inbreeding trait.
The Egyptians had it.
The gypsies have it.
Most of these royalty eyes don't point the right direction.
If your eyes point the wrong direction, like, oh my god, this guy's going to be an admiral.
mike adams
It's like a marine creature of the deep with iPods pointing in different directions.
Trying to rule the world as an octopus.
I don't know.
alex jones
They call it an aristocratic eye.
mike adams
The globalist squid agenda.
dan friesen
So Alex says you can Google it and you can look up the aristocratic eye.
I did that.
If you Google it, you don't really find anything from England or Britain or anything like that, but you do find that in Mayan civilization, a highly desired physical trait in Maya culture was to be cross-eyed.
Maya mothers would suspend an object between the eyes of their infants in an attempt to artificially induce the desired cross-eyed trait.
It was in hopes that their child would be handsome, favored, and have a good fortune.
Having cross-eyed was considered to be honoring K'nish Aho, the cross-eyed Mayan sun god, also known as the sun lord, in order to appease and gain his favor.
Because of this, it was also considered godlike handsome trait as well.
So that's the only reference I can find for cross-eyes being valued by civilizations.
jordan holmes
Ultimately, all religions go back to some weird dude that people were just like...
Seems right to me.
It always goes back.
So many religions are based on guys who had seizures, who just conned people with it.
It's this whole thing where, oh, of course your god is cross-eyed.
Why wouldn't he be?
That makes perfect sense.
dan friesen
The only one that doesn't work for is in Grecian society, looking up to Hephaestus, because he had a limp.
You know, he had a bum leg.
unidentified
Right, right, right.
dan friesen
He was the only god who was physically flawed.
jordan holmes
But that made him endearing.
dan friesen
Well, certainly.
And he was able to create any magical piece of armor or weaponry or machinery.
jordan holmes
Hephaestus was a badass.
dan friesen
Yeah, yeah, but that's the only one that does it.
Because, like, you know, the Greeks certainly didn't admire physical deformity.
jordan holmes
Well, not just that, but the Greeks kind of...
Thought their gods were assholes.
unidentified
Wow.
jordan holmes
Like, one of the more amazing things about the Greek pantheon is, like...
dan friesen
They fought all the time?
jordan holmes
Yeah, well, their view of the Greek pantheon was always like, Jesus, guys, would you fucking...
Cut it out.
dan friesen
You guys are killing us, and that's why we make sacrifices.
jordan holmes
Yeah, goddammit.
You're throwing these fucking lightning bolts, and you're an immortal asshole.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
You fucking...
You fucked that lady as a swan.
Come on, man!
dan friesen
That's where the history of the idea of God-fearing as a concept comes from.
It's not Judeo-Christian.
I guess it is if you consider Grecian history as being a part of that, but it's not fucking super polytheistic.
Anyway, the other thing I want to bring up is Alex at the end says it's called the aristocratic eye, and what I think he might be getting confused is...
jordan holmes
The aristocrats!
dan friesen
If you look up, if you Google the aristocratic eye, it's just a bunch of articles about monocles.
Alex might be confusing that.
jordan holmes
Love me a monocle.
dan friesen
That people who are upper-class British wore monocles?
jordan holmes
Give me a Monopoly man any day of the week, man.
dan friesen
It's possible that that's where he's getting confused.
But anyway, that brings us to the end of this episode.
And I'm not triggered, I'm not offended by him making fun of cross-eyed people just because I have a lazy eye.
You're an aristocrat.
I'm over that.
I grew out of that a long time ago.
But what I've not grown out of is Alex Jones' stupidity.
jordan holmes
Do you remember when you went in to see a talent agent?
dan friesen
Stop.
Who are you, Gilbert Gottfried, post 9-11?
jordan holmes
Hey!
unidentified
Who are you, making a bad documentary?
dan friesen
I will never grow out of Alex Jones' misrepresentation of the world around him.
I will not grow out of Alex's lies about George Soros, who, again, I don't have any vested interest in defending other than just I hate this sort of shit.
And then I will never grow out of Mike Adams being stupid.
Oh, and Alex's dumb vampire non-vampire shit.
jordan holmes
Mike Adams is really fucking dumb.
dan friesen
He's a disaster.
jordan holmes
It's amazing!
dan friesen
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
He's way worse than even we are presenting.
jordan holmes
That's crazy!
It's crazy how stupid he is.
dan friesen
Yeah, he's a mess.
jordan holmes
But he's not stupid.
dan friesen
It's intentional.
jordan holmes
See, now, I don't know.
With our constant stupid v.
evil continuum...
dan friesen
No, he's evil.
jordan holmes
He seems fucking stupid, though.
dan friesen
He's evil.
And here's one of the reasons I know that.
unidentified
Yeah.
dan friesen
All of his articles that he wrote on...
jordan holmes
He's got a lazy eye.
dan friesen
He's aristocratic.
All of the articles that he wrote on naturalnews.com about how the Boston bombing was fake, about Sandy Hook and stuff like that, he has since taken down from the website and replaced with a boilerplate website page that says, you know, I wrote these when I was a political activist and now my mission is much different and that is all about health.
He doesn't say, hey, this is embarrassing for me to have up on my website.
This is stupid.
I'm sorry.
jordan holmes
Wrong.
He says, this was from back then.
dan friesen
I'm now a different person who's on a health mission.
jordan holmes
I still believe what I said, but I'm on a different mission, so I don't need to throw that in there.
dan friesen
He wants both ideas to be in people's heads.
To me, that requires intentionality, and I think it makes him evil.
Anyway, something that's not evil is our website, knowledgefight.com.
jordan holmes
Nicely done!
dan friesen
Which you can go to and check us out.
jordan holmes
Solid transition.
dan friesen
I'd like to thank everybody who has helped spread the word about the show.
Please keep doing that.
We are seeing great...
Growth in listeners and in our Facebook group.
Go home and tell your mother you're brilliant.
Sorry about that.
We really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.
Please keep that up.
It's really helping.
jordan holmes
And thank you guys for voting.
I feel like we've got a lot more votes than I was expecting.
dan friesen
Second round will be coming soon.
Also, you can follow us on Twitter.
jordan holmes
Currently, the favorites are doing well.
I don't think we have a lot of close races.
dan friesen
We'll see.
Yeah, I think voting's almost closed.
jordan holmes
Yeah, I think our quarterfinals are going to be the...
You are trying to close the show, and I'll tell you why.
dan friesen
Because I have to pee.
jordan holmes
You have to go to bed.
unidentified
I have to pee.
dan friesen
But you can follow us on Twitter at knowledge underscore fight.
jordan holmes
You betcha you can go on Facebook.
dan friesen
Yep, we're also on Twitter.

I think it's very clear.
jordan holmes

dan friesen
I already said it.
jordan holmes
No, no, no.
I mean, like, we write stuff, too.
dan friesen
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You have a new article out today about Syria?
jordan holmes
About how I fix Syria, yeah.
dan friesen
I have a calendar where every day's Alex Jones show has been written up.
Yeah.
You can check that out.
jordan holmes
That is a commitment to data gathering that is unfortunate.
dan friesen
Yeah, it's a disaster.
jordan holmes
Really, really harmful to everybody's sanity.
dan friesen
I only hope it's helpful to someone in the future.
unidentified
Yeah.
jordan holmes
When the fish people write our history, they will see you.
dan friesen
I hope they can access Squarespace.
Who's not a sponsor?
I think it's very clear at this point that, you know, Mike Adams, please go fuck yourself.
alex jones
Andy in Kansas, you're on the air.
Thanks for holding.
unidentified
Hello, Alex.
jordan holmes
I'm a first-time caller.
unidentified
I'm a huge fan.
I love your work.
