Time Text
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to Radio Renaissance.
I'm your host, Jared Taylor with American Renaissance, and today is May 15th, 2024.
With me is not my indispensable co-host, Paul Kersey.
He was detained and cannot be with us today, but I will soldier on and I have every reason to believe that he will be back big and bold as ever next week.
But as usual, let us start with comments from listeners.
One writes in to say, On YouTube I was looking at old footage of the 1972 European Soccer Championship and noticed a distinct lack of non-white players in every nation.
Half a century on, just about every team that will be taking part in this year's tournament will have non-whites.
From just one or two, to as is the case with France, practically everyone being black.
Do you think sport is a factor against the racial identity of European nations?
Yes, I think unquestionably it is.
The number of young whites in the United States who grow up with a poster of a black basketball or football champion on their walls is large.
And this kind of adulation of sports is definitely, I believe, a weakness among whites.
Some people have suspected that one of the reasons that South Africa gave up on apartheid was because since it was a pariah nation and kept out of international sporting events, that is what finally broke the will of the whites to maintain separate development for blacks and whites.
So yes, our obsession with sports and in endeavors in which blacks unquestionably perform very well, I think that goes against A healthy sense of racial identity among whites.
Another comment.
A listener writes to say, my wife says there is no wall high enough to keep illegals out if there is no downside for making the attempt to cross.
If we had the will to enforce our border with live ammunition, even a single strand of yarn strung up to mark the line would be enough.
Give the world one week's clear warning that trespassers will be shot.
And be sure to aim for the white liberals who would undoubtedly try to cross along with the illegals.
If we did this, far fewer people would die.
We would not be enticing people to trust their lives to people smugglers, and the hundreds or thousands of deaths caused by unsuccessful immigration attempts would stop instantly.
Now, I would simply add that I'm simply passing along this observation.
This is not my own observation, but I certainly thought it worth considering.
Here's yet another comment about immigration.
Mr. Taylor last week mentioned the Darien Gap in Panama.
He said that it's now practically a highway built through it.
And it was put together, built by smuggling cartels that make huge profits by taking people through the Darien Gap on their way to the southern border of the United States.
However, according to a recent documentary I saw, the migrants say they've had a very hard time still passing through.
Secondly, there is much abuse, including rape.
It is so common, in fact, that the NGOs that help people through should be tried for crimes against humanity.
In the case of the documentary I mentioned, the narrator also said Chinese take boats around the Darien Gap, which also suggests it is still a pretty rough trip.
Well, perhaps I was misled by the article from NBC News that I was reading from last week, which seemed to suggest that perhaps it's not a superhighway that going through the Darien Gap But I did get the impression that the cartels that make so much money shepherding people through want to increase their volume of trade and had therefore made passage easier than it was before.
Another comment.
I often hear you dreaming about deportation and re-migration.
That would be sending people back.
But I've never heard discussion about the obvious fact that for many serial immigrants, deportation is only a minor inconvenience.
When I was living in Mexico about a decade ago, one man I met told me he'd been deported from the United States seven times.
I guess he just wasn't very good at blending in.
He just got drunk and disorderly so many times, or he made such a spectacle of himself that he attracted attention.
In any case, he told me he just turned around and went back after having the opportunity to catch up with friends and family in his hometown with one way of the trip paid for by U.S.
taxpayers.
If Chinese have to pay smugglers $10,000 a head to get into the United States, deportation might be a deterrent.
But for people from nearer places, why bother?
We have to make deportation stick.
Yes, we do.
We have to make people stay once they have left the country.
Of course, one of the best ways to do that, aside from enforcing our immigration laws with live rounds, as the other As the other listener suggested, would be to have impenetrable barriers.
Make sure they just cannot come across.
Now, I would add that Mr. Kersey and I love to hear from our listeners, and we like to hear your views on the kind of coverage we should make, what stories we should talk about, and especially any time we make errors.
I'm really almost obsessed with that.
I make mistakes all the time.
And I'm always glad to have corrections because I don't want bad information being propagated over the air by your servant.
The way to get in touch with me is go to amren.com, A-M-R-E-N dot com, where you will find all sorts of podcasts, videos, many wonderful things.
And if you hit the Contact Us tab, you can send a message directly to me.
And also you can reach Paul Kersey by BecauseWeLiveHereAtProtonMail.com BecauseWeLiveHereAtProtonMail.com Indeed, we are happy to hear from you, so please do not be shy.
Well, let's move on to an article about our wonderful president.
Mr. Biden referred to Hispanic immigrants as voters during an interview on a radio program.
He was talking about the recent surge of immigrants and he said it's even a bigger influx now in terms of Hispanic voters or Hispanic citizens who want to become citizens.
First, out of his mouth, they are voters.
Then they're citizens.
And then they're merely people who want to become citizens.
I'm sure in many cases he's wrong on all three counts.
Plenty of them probably don't want to become citizens at all.
But, certainly, when they are illegals crossing the border, they are not yet voters, but that clearly seems to be his idea of what they should soon be.
He also said 28 out of every 100 students in school speak Spanish.
And the idea that you're going to ignore that?
That's our future.
Our future, ladies and gentlemen.
One of the reasons that we're growing so much is we have a significant influx of immigrants coming into our country.
The only reason our economy is so good.
We're not a xenophobic nation.
Other nations are.
We're not.
And that's why our economy is the best in the world.
Thus saith your and my president, Joseph Robinette Biden.
I wish he were a little bit more economically literate.
I wish he had understood something about the actual terrible drag on our economy of immigrants.
But he's got his story and he's sticking to it.
Then another little anecdote about the leader of the free world.
On a campaign stop in Pittsburgh, Joe Biden told a story about his uncle, During the Second World War, and I quote now, he flew those single-engine planes as reconnaissance over war zones, and he got shot down in New Guinea.
They never found the body because there used to be, there were a lot of cannibals, for real, in that part of New Guinea, close quote, suggesting that his uncle was eaten by cannibals.
Well, his uncle was named Ambrose Finnegan.
He was not flying a plane.
He was not shot down.
It was not a single-engine plane, but a Douglas A-20 Havoc with two engines.
Not only was he not a pilot, he had no qualification as a pilot, he was merely a passenger.
The plane had mechanical problems and crashed near New Guinea.
It did not disappear into a sea of cannibals, but into the actual sea, the ocean, when he and other passengers failed to get out of the wreckage as it sank.
Well, I know a lot of you think that Mr. Biden is really just a wind-up toy and with no will of his own.
And is taking instructions from those around him.
I think he's got a little bit more autonomy than many of our listeners probably believe.
And let me remind you that he has agreed to debate his opponent, Donald Trump.
The first debate to be June 27th.
The second debate to be September 10th.
So, if all goes well, the two will once again face off.
Under the bright lights.
I'm sure that Joseph Biden will be tanked up with caffeine and Adderall and methamphetamines, and he will probably put on a relatively creditable performance, given a man of his obvious mental feebleness.
But I will tune in, and I think it will be certainly an interesting show.
Moving across the Atlantic to Great Britain.
A proposal made by former Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick and backed by 40 Conservative MPs was a straightforward one.
Ministers would present an annual report to Parliament detailing the nationality, visa status and asylum status of every offender convicted in British and Welsh courts.
Mr Jenrick has warned that Britain could be importing crime.
What an idea!
And he called for greater transparency to inform policy and public debate.
We want to know who is committing the crime, where they're from, what their visa status is, and, well, we might be curious about their sex, their race, their religion, a few other things.
Mr. Jenrick, the former immigration minister, cited the example of Denmark, where the regular publication of detailed data has shown that some migrant groups Such as those from Somalia and Lebanon are over-represented in criminal statistics, certainly compared to Danes, and while other foreign nationals from Japan or Argentina, for example, are under-represented.
What do you know?
Who would have thought?
This is just earth-shattering stuff!
On the other hand, the civil service remains resolutely opposed to putting together data of that kind.
Anything that would hint that immigration is anything other than an unalloyed good.
It's hard to think of any other reason why this data would be withheld.
And on this subject I just received a photograph from a friend who had looked into his pocket and pulled out a 50 pence coin and on the obverse, on the reverse I should say, that's the tails side of the coin, it said diversity built Britain.
What?
What an absurdity!
Diversity built Britain?
The idea that they had Africans, Muslims, people from Indonesia, no doubt, maybe some Eskimos.
Did Eskimos build Stonehenge?
Oh, yes, I'm sure that was it.
What nonsense!
Diversity built Britain.
Well, that's what the coinage now says, ladies and gentlemen.
Back to the United States.
A conference On Israel.
About Israel.
In these vexed times.
To be held in Nashville, May 20-22, has been cancelled, or at least kicked out for the time being, by its venue.
This was on the guidance of the Nashville Police, due to pro-Hamas and Antifa activists who bombarded the hotel with serious threats.
The organizers are looking for a new venue, and they haven't got much time to find one.
The speakers included Michelle Bachmann, so they are not all marginal, wide-eyed crazies by any stretch of the imagination.
The organizers, in their notice of the fact that they had to pull the plug at least for now,
said, the police were concerned that the Sona Sota Hotel, its guests, local businesses,
and the attendees at the Israel summit would be in physical danger due to the threatening nature
of the calls and messages they have received. They went on to say freedom of speech and
religious freedom are no longer protected American values.
Well, we know about that.
We people who have been attending American Renaissance conferences ever since the first
one in 1994 now have found that since 2012 we cannot meet in a private hotel because they get
exactly the same kinds of threats that the Sona Sota Hotel got and they have canceled their
contracts with us.
They invariably had to pay a hefty cancellation fee, but we wanted a conference.
We didn't want a cancellation fee.
And twice, two years in a row, we simply had to cancel the conference.
One of the most bitter and humiliating experiences in my entire life.
That is why we meet at a publicly owned facility, Montgomery Bell State Park, in Burns, Tennessee, outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
Insofar as this is being held in Nashville, I wonder if the Israel Summit will end up meeting in Burns at the State Park.
My suspicion is no, because they probably already have so many rooms and so many spaces booked up that they cannot suddenly hold a major conference.
Now, I suspect that the Israel Summit would have had absolutely no sympathy for us.
Knowing that we wicked racists, we alleged white supremacists, etc., etc., were shut out of a private hotel, I suspect they would have thought this is just what we deserve and they wouldn't be moaning about freedom of speech no longer being a protected American value.
But now it's happened to them.
Let us hope that they are wiser and sadder people.
Let us hope.
Now, At the same time, things are really happening in surprising ways for American Jews, I fear, and we find that the Jewish News Service has suddenly discovered a book called The Camp of the Saints.
This has been a popular one in our dissident circles, but one that I suspect most Jews have scorned.
However, listen to this article from Jewish News Service.
The author writes, the West and the East are very different places.
The East is rife with unending blood feuds, vigilante injustice, illiteracy, poverty, disease, cruelty, and above all, hatred.
We cannot blame any of this on imperialism or colonialism.
These customs were all indigenous.
Wow, what a startlingly sensible thing to say.
The author goes on to say, "...the situation is now beyond surreal.
Swarms of angry, radicalized, and indoctrinated Arabs, Muslims, and American students are attacking Jews in Israel all over the world.
Many of us in the Diaspora..." The author is, of course, Jewish, part of the Diaspora.
"...many of us are traumatized.
Where can Diaspora Jews run to now?"
Well, I suppose if they are intent on running, The place would be Israel, but that looks a little bit like a frisky place for the time being.
She goes on to say, I've written about the French novelist Jean-Ross Spy before.
Has anyone read his haunting and apocalyptic dystopian novel, The Camp of the Saints?
Well, yes, I have.
And so have, as I say, many of us in our dissonant circles.
The book imagines a flotilla of millions of immigrants traveling from the Ganges to France.
An all-powerful, politically correct intelligentsia swiftly joins compassionate French Christians in ecstatically welcoming the mass invasion that annihilates France.
She goes on to say the novel is every bit as brilliant as Orwell's 1984.
That is high praise.
I found the book slightly overwritten, but in its own way it is just as perspicacious and just as much of a prophecy as 1984.
She continues, must the West share all its resources with the barbarous East, even if it means our own demise?
Excellent question.
Excellent question.
She continues, what will the consequences be for the West and specifically for France if it welcomes profoundly hostile immigrants?
Raspi's vision has come true in our lifetime.
Well, I suppose it would be rude to point out that for years, oh, ever since the 1920s in the United States, Jews have been actively promoting the idea of diversity, the idea of immigration from anywhere and everywhere.
But now that it seems to have negative consequences for Jews, there seems to be a bit of an agonizing reappraisal.
Well, better late than never.
Meanwhile, the real problem is Islamophobia.
I know you all were suspecting that was the case.
Well, your suspicions have been confirmed.
The fact is nearly 100 organizations have called on President Joseph Robinette Biden to introduce a White House Islamophobia strategy that centers government accountability and solidarity with Muslims and Arabs.
Demanding that the Biden administration honor the lived experiences of people who have faced Islamophobic attacks.
that have ramped up since Hamas attacked southern Israel last October.
So here we have Jews complaining that they're victims of anti-Semitism, Arabs claiming that they're victims of Islamophobia.
They have all learned the lesson that being a victim is a ticket to a high place at the head table.
The coalitions, this is the coalition of 100 organizations, they have a 26-page community memorandum.
They released it publicly.
This is what they sent to Joe.
And this was on the same day that he talked about fighting anti-Semitism in a speech marking the U.S.
Holocaust Memorial Museum's Days of Remembrance.
Now, I would point out that all of this howling about antisemitism on college campuses, for example, is profoundly misplaced.
These people who are shouting from the river to the sea are not traditional antisemites by any stretch of the imagination.
I'm sure they are not secret Hitler admirers.
I suspect many of them have never even heard of the Protocol of the Elders of Zion.
I suspect that if they've ever heard of Franz Boas, they thought he was a wonderful guy.
And I doubt that they know much about the history of the Rothschilds and what is said about them.
I don't suspect they're too concerned about alleged Jewish domination of the media or banking or Hollywood.
I suspect they don't fit that pattern at all.
This is not, again, I repeat, this is not anything that would be traditionally called antisemitism.
I'm absolutely convinced that this is anti-whiteism, if you want to call it that.
These are people who have been marinated in the idea of fighting racism, fighting white supremacy, fighting settler colonialism.
And what better people to find, if you want to call people settler-colonialists, than the Israelis?
They did show up in large numbers after Palestine was already inhabited by Muslim Arabs.
This is a very clear extension of the idea that white people are inherently evil, and in the case of Jews, I believe many American Jews assumed that they would never be considered white in the same anti-white sense as Gentiles.
I believe they thought that the idea that they were victims, they were victims of the Holocaust, this would protect them from being lumped in with all these horrible white people Who are the cause of every awful thing that's ever happened to any non-white group ever since the beginning of time.
I think they felt they were exempt.
Now they're discovering that not only are they white, but if anything they are uber-whites because Israel is seen as a newly apartheid state.
It is a bunch of light-skinned people dominating and, in the views of some, trying to exterminate dark-skinned people So, all of the trends in society and certainly at universities that they helped set in motion and they encouraged are coming back to bite them, as one of my Jewish friends says, in the tukus.
Well, be that as it may, let's continue with this message to Joe Biden.
The coalition emphasized the direct role of the White House in perpetuating Islamophobia.
The White House is perpetuating Islamophobia.
Anti-Palestinian racism and anti-Arab racism through its ongoing support for the genocide and occupation in Palestine.
Oh boy.
Oh boy.
By supporting Israel, they are perpetuating Islamophobia, anti-Palestinian racism, and anti-Arab racism.
Oh boy.
Boy, what's a president to do?
The document includes a number of recommendations for agencies across the federal government, including a call for all agencies to vet potential employees for affiliation with white nationalist or white supremacist groups.
What has that got to do with what's going on in Gaza right now?
This is one of its big recommendations.
You fight Islamophobia straight from the head of the government by making sure that there are no white nationalists or white supremacists in working for the government.
Gee, I guess that's the real problem.
All the people in the government who support Israel are white supremacists.
Well, you see, that is what I was saying earlier.
They probably think that's the case.
If you support Israel against the innocent and noble and long-suffering Palestinians, you're clearly a white supremacist.
These are these apartheid, genocidal maniacs, and if you support them, then you're a white supremacist.
Other recommendations include Joe Biden must call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza and end all support for U.S.
bombardment of Gaza.
Also, while they're at it, the feds are supposed to close the Guantanamo detention center.
Now, whenever I see a collection of 100 organizations that sign some sort of politically charged document, I find it amusing and interesting to just see exactly who they are.
And among the signatories are included a group called Afghans for a Better Tomorrow.
I'd never heard of them.
I bet you never heard of them either.
But they exist and they are striving for a better tomorrow, at least for Afghans.
There's something called the American Muslim Bar Association.
I didn't know there was such a thing, but apparently there is.
All these Muslim lawyers get together and they work for the good, no doubt, of Muslims.
There's something called Muslims for Just Futures.
Now, I don't know why it's plural, but they are for just futures.
Well, I can agree with that.
I hope they have a future that is separate from my future.
I'm all for just futures, too.
Keep them separate.
One for them, one for us.
Then there's something called the Georgia Muslim Voter Project.
And now here's a good one.
This is MAMA's Activating Movements for Abolition and Solidarity.
Now I thought this must be just a P.O.
box or something, but nothing is just a P.O.
box anymore.
That is from the days of pre-internet.
It has got a website and this is how it describes itself.
The Mama's Activating Movements for Abolition Solidarity calls itself a fiery Chicago-based feminist-of-color reproductive justice collective unapologetically confronting and dismantling systems of state violence, including prisons, war, colonization, imperialism, and migrant injustices.
I looked them up, and they've got photographs of themselves.
Boy, they are people of color, all right.
And so I believe they, too, are now screaming about Islamophobia from precisely the point of view I mentioned before.
These people are anti-white.
They're not anti-Semitic.
They're anti-white.
Then, here is another group I've never heard of.
It's called Savage Daughters.
Savage Daughters.
They, too, have a pretty spiffy website, and they want, and I quote, A world where all marginalized people can flourish, free from the constraints of colonial labels and where the term savage is reclaimed as a symbol of strength, wisdom, and unapologetic authenticity.
I like this.
Just as black people use the n-word, which I am on pain of death forbidden from pronouncing, they are reclaiming the word savage.
We are savages, say they.
White man came along, yes, they found that North America was inhabited by people still living in the Stone Age, and they had customs that, well, we thought were savage.
And they're saying, well, okay, you call us savages?
Well, we are savages.
That's like homosexuals saying, you call us queer?
Well, damn it, yes, we are queer.
Well, the savages are going to say, we aim to bloom throughout Turtle Island.
Now for those of you not hep to the latest lingo, Turtle Island is reportedly what some Indian groups called the North American continent, or what is now the United States.
I've not seen the real authentic provenance of this term, but that's what they claim.
Turtle Island.
We're living on stolen land.
Turtle Island.
They want to, in other words, we aim to bloom throughout Turtle Island, nurturing a community that emphasizes the voices and experiences of black, indigenous, queer, and Muslim people.
That seems like an odd mix to me.
Black, indigenous, queer, and Muslim people.
Uh, well, I wonder where Hispanics fit in there, or if Asians fit in there at all.
Maybe Hispanics they would claim are indigenous, but in any case, these people are black, indigenous, queer, and Muslim.
Now, the other group that caught my attention, as I say there were a hundred of them, and so some were more colorful sounding than others, one is called Utopia Studio.
I'm not sure I found the right place, but I did find there are several Utopia Studios, some of them are plural, Utopia Studios, Utopia Studio, but one sells T-shirts, most notably something called the Aphrodisiac Premium T-shirt.
Anyway, it was quite an interesting and colorful group that signed this problem, signed this letter that explains to Joe Biden that the real problem facing America today is Islamophobia.
Duly noted.
Well now, let us take a look at some of the real consequences.
And when I say real consequences, these are things that happen to people personally, due to the changing population of the United States.
Some of these stories are really quite sad, but they show you how the demographic change, how the disappearance of the founding stock of the United States, the gradual disappearance I should say, affects people in their daily lives in just increasingly Heartbreaking ways.
A Minnesota mother is demanding answers after she says her nine-year-old daughter in third grade was jumped on at the school playground by a group of girls who said, who said they, who targeted her daughter because, quote, she wasn't Muslim.
This happened April 29th at Hidden Valley Elementary School in a place called Savage.
Savage is in Minnesota, a town named Savage.
Perhaps the Savages that we discussed earlier might decide to move there.
But this is, of course, due to her race and the fact that she wasn't a Muslim.
These are fellow third graders.
It wasn't until the next day when her daughter started to bruise that the mother realized the severity of injuries.
She noticed that her daughter had a black eye, and I've seen photographs now that have been published.
She certainly had a black eye.
She had bruises on her arms, a bruise on her back, bruises all over her legs, and the daughter told her that the girls pulled her down by the hair I'm assuming, by the way, this being Minnesota and these being Muslims who attacked her for not being Muslim, my guess is that these are Somalis, but they are not identified.
In any case, they were of a different race, my guess, Somalis.
They pulled her down by her hair.
Whenever you see black people fighting, black women in particular, they always grab each other's hair.
It's the strangest thing.
Two-thirds of the time, the hair comes off because it's not really their hair after all.
It's a weave or a wig or something like that.
But they haul each other around by the hair, drag each other across the street by their hair.
Very strange.
Some sort of hair fetish going on here.
In any case, they pulled her down by her hair and started punching and kicking her.
She says her daughter has switched classes and is going to finish out the school year.
But she said, the sad thing is, this isn't happening only to my daughter.
This is happening to hundreds, thousands of children all over the country.
Well, good for her for putting it in those terms.
She adds, it's the lack of consequences kids have nowadays to their actions that's creating bigger issues at school.
And the mother is absolutely convinced that circumstances would be different if it were Christian students or white students who attacked Muslim or non-white students at an elementary school.
This would be all over national news, she says, and she's right about that.
Yet another white lady who sees things as they are, and I suspect yet another young white girl who has learned in the most unpleasant way the consequences of racial diversity.
So here's another story about what happens when demographics change.
A high school soccer game at a public soccer field in East Harlem was canceled after a group of migrants, as the press calls them, refused to leave the pitch so that the children could play.
About 40 boys from both teams showed up at Thomas Jefferson Park for the match scheduled for 5 p.m.
However, about 30 men Who appeared to be Africans?
Well, I suspect they appeared to be Africans because they are Africans.
And who spoke little English wouldn't leave.
Even when the cops showed up.
How is that?
How is that for arrogance?
The cops show up and these blacks who've taken over the field, they won't even leave in the face of the cops.
To resolve the conflict, the police asked to see a copy of the club team's city permit.
I suppose it's first come, first served if you don't have a city permit.
However, as Eric Johanson, the coach of the Manhattan Kickers, a boys travel team of 17-year-olds, he says, when you show up with two teams in uniform, a ref, and two coaches, usually nobody asks to see your permit.
And by the time Johansson's assistant was able to forward a copy of the kicker's permit, which they had, they just hadn't brought it along because, as he says, guys show up in teams, they got coaches, they got referees, nobody's gonna say, well, let's see your permit, especially if they're Africans who don't speak English.
But the game had been delayed by 30 minutes by the time the copy of the permit showed up and the teams did not feel safe.
Johansson said this, Even when the game is over, you don't know if they're waiting for you.
So even if the cops kick them out, it might not be over.
So we all agreed, this is too dangerous.
So, okay, maybe after seeing the permit, the cops told the guys to leave, the cops leave.
But they still felt threatened by these African migrants.
This sort of thing infuriates me.
It's as bad as this nine-year-old child being beaten up.
This stuff is absolutely outrageous.
The way people come to our country, you would think they would behave like guests in a foreign country.
Absolutely not.
They kick the natives around.
It's just the most disgusting thing.
In any case, in his home country of Sweden, Johansson says, that's where he's from, It saw a massive influx of migrants in recent years, and the clashes on soccer fields are all too common.
I've seen this before, he says.
I know how bad it can get.
That's Sweden for you.
Parents of the soccer players said they were rattled by the incidents and don't want to play at that field anymore.
Johansson said they don't plan to return.
It's so frustrating that the guys who refuse to follow the rules won, said Maud Maran.
A Soho mom whose son plays on the team.
Yes, it's so frustrating when the people who refuse to follow the rules win.
Well, when you have a mix of people who come from countries where nobody follows rules, that's what you get.
The East Harlem field is packed with teams competing with adults for weekend time on the turf, park goers said.
Randall's Island Which sits on the other side of the Harlem River, was converted into shelter space for 2,000 migrants last year at the expense of several popular youth soccer fields.
So, in order to house these people for free, you have to obliterate a certain number of soccer fields.
And what do they do?
They take over the ones that remain, and they make sure the natives don't get to play in them.
This, again, this stuff just makes me furious.
It makes me absolutely furious.
And this is the world that we are building for our children.
Let us hope that our children draw some lessons and will resolve to act.
Here's another annoying story.
The Washington Elementary School District, which serves the students of the Phoenix and Glendale, Arizona areas, at least it's still called Washington, And I'm sure it's not for George Washington Carver.
I suspect it's for the first President of the United States.
It's still named after that wicked slaveholder.
They had an ongoing contract with Arizona Christian University for five years.
This enabled the Arizona Christian University student teachers to be placed in schools for field experience.
The contract opened up opportunities also for recruitment and hiring.
However, The school board has decided to dissolve the partnership.
No more student teaching from Arizona Christian University.
During the school board meeting, board member Tamelia Valenzuela criticized the university because of its, drumroll please, Christian beliefs.
Valenzuela describes herself as a bilingual, disabled, neurodivergent, queer, black, Latina.
Now how a bilingual, disabled, neurodivergent, queer, black, Latina got on the school board is a mystery to me, but there she be.
She said, I had some concerns regarding looking into this particular institution, and I think it's a really good time for us to take a moment and really pause about where our values lie.
Well, gosh, where do values of bilingual, disabled, neurodivergent, queer, black, Latinas lie?
She says, I understand we are currently in a situation across the nation that we have a teacher shortage and a recruiting crisis.
But my concern is when I go to Arizona Christian University's website, they are, quote, committed to Jesus Christ, accomplishing his will on earth as in heaven.
She says, that makes me feel like I could not be safe in this school district.
This has been going on for five years, lady.
Were you ever attacked?
She added that the board recently added their pronouns at the dais as a solidarity move with the LGBTQ++ community.
Now, plus, by the way, that means we're leaving initials open.
We're holding spaces for oddities and peculiarities yet to be discovered.
What in heaven's name?
Apparently, as I say, for five years they've had this contract.
They need teachers, and this gives the teachers at Arizona Christian University a chance to do some student teaching.
There is no suggestion at all that they have been trying to hold prayer meetings or try to baptize the students against their will.
Nothing of the kind.
Just the fact that they're Christian and that they want to do Christ's will on earth as in heaven.
But there you go.
This makes it intolerable, and so the school board decided Uh-oh.
Nope, nope, nope, nope.
They might just not have today's fashionable and obligatory views on sexual confusion.
Now, here's a bit of good news.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, that is the flagship public university of the state of North Carolina, the Board of Trustees voted to dismantle its diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Hooray!
They will reallocate the $2.3 million.
Is that really all?
I'm not sure they've really rooted it out, root and branch, but they've now got $2.3 million to spend on the campus police force.
The special meeting came before the UNC Board of Governors, which oversees all 17 public universities in the state, and it is expected to vote on eliminating DEI programs statewide.
Again, wonderful news.
Andrew Tripp, Senior Vice President for the UNC System Offices Legal Affairs Team, said the change would reaffirm, quote, the university's commitment to non-discrimination and institutional neutrality.
What an idea!
Non-discrimination.
Wow!
Boy, we're not going to bend the rules so we can have more What was her?
No more bilingual, disabled, neurodivergent, queer, black Latinas.
Or at least if they do, they got to meet the admission requirements.
However, inclusion efforts, such as tracking the university's diversity metrics and giving reports to university boards, will continue.
So they are going to continue counting the beans.
Now, what that means I do not know, but let's hope that they will be perfectly happy to discover that the black colored jelly beans are not going to be represented in equal numbers to their population in the state of North Carolina.
Now, this is something that sounds outright illegal to me, illegal to me, but in a different state, a little further north in the United States, Kathy Hochul, Governor of the State of New York, announced that a $2.3 billion tax-funded grant for the redevelopment contracts for JFK International Airport, every single bit of that grant has been awarded to minority and women-owned businesses.
They are what are called MWBE, Minority Slash Women Owned Business Enterprises.
Why they need the enterprises, I don't know.
They're businesses and they're also enterprises apparently.
It is a certification issued by the state that gives developmental benefits to businesses primarily owned and operated by a woman or a person who is at least Twenty-five percent black, Asian, Hispanic, or Native American.
At least twenty-five percent.
That sounds like a pretty lax rule, you know?
I bet you could probably get a lot of people to claim that, well, I'm quarter Asian, you know, don't you know about my...
My Japanese great-grandmother?
In any case, no, I guess to be 21% Asian, you'd have to have a grandmother who is Japanese.
If the business is publicly traded, the stock must be at least 51% minority owned.
In any case, here's $2.3 billion in tax-funded money that is going to only... I mean, if you're white, as long as you're a woman, you can get a piece of the swag.
If women own the company.
But if you're white and you're a man, you may be the best qualified, you may have the most experience, you may have the best track record.
Too bad!
You don't get even a bite at the donut.
The Port Authority aims for a 30% minority-slash-women-owned-business-enterprise participation rate in all of its capital projects.
I suspect that itself is illegal.
But to set aside $2.3 billion exclusively for those people?
This is outright, direct discrimination against white men.
And Governor Kathy Hochul is proud as can be.
Proud as punch to be doing this.
Well, good for Kathy.
Now here's a little story.
Just yet another amusing account of what our dusky brethren get up to.
This was a graduation ceremony for the nursing students at Howard University.
It ended abruptly and in chaos.
After angry family members chanted, let us in, and pounded on the doors and smashed a window after being locked out when the auditorium hit capacity.
This is a graduation ceremony, again, for nursing students at historically black Howard University.
Video footage shows dozens of people standing outside the auditorium chanting, let us in, let us in, as the ceremony began.
It also showed that a glass door was shattered during the commotion as people banged and smashed and tried to push past security guards to go inside.
A graduate, Bria Flowers, said, while they were doing the keynote speaker, there was like loud banging for like 10 minutes straight, just like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
Dr. Gina S. Brown, Dean of the College of Nursing and Allied Health Services, She said to a roaring response of booze, because of the size of the room and because our relatives sometimes do not know how to act, the fire department is now here to shut us down.
I like that.
Our relatives sometimes do not know how to act.
Well, she's right about that.
Students and their families were left shocked and upset by how quickly things got out of hand.
Graduate student, or graduate, I'm sorry.
She graduated.
I don't know if she had a chance to walk across the floor and get her diploma, but someone who was supposed to be part of the ceremony, Kiana Hamilton, said, I'm confused why it got so crazy, how it got so quick, so bad, so fast.
Well, Kiana, I'm not confused.
I'm just not confused at all.
You get enough African Americans in one place and things can get crazy so quick, so bad, so fast.
They just can.
Other graduates lamented over how much money their families had spent to be there for this special day just for it to be canceled.
And in all fairness to the people who were smashing on the doors so hard that they broke through one of the glass doors, it's obviously bad planning on the part of the school.
Even my children's high school graduations, they will say, okay, each student gets X number of tickets that they can distribute.
No tiki, no participation.
And so they should have had some sort of way to keep control of the number of people who were there.
Here are all these people who are very happy that their child is going to become a nurse, and they are shut up.
I'm sure they were deeply frustrated.
This shouldn't have been going boom, boom, boom, boom.
Now, here's another College of Nursing story.
This was another graduation.
It's something called Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
I wasn't aware of such a place, but there are many universities in the United States of which I am unaware.
And the speaker at the College of Nursing who was announcing the graduates pronounced several very, very common names, including Thomas, Sarah, Molling, and Elizabeth, very badly, when this woman was calling the graduates to walk up across the stage.
I mean, I've seen a video of this.
It's astonishing how badly these names are pronounced.
I wish I could play it for you, because it's almost inexplicable that anyone should get this wrong.
Now, the reason This woman got it wrong, and she certainly sounded like one of our African-American fellow citizens.
There were phonetic spellings on her cards.
Even ordinary names like Sarah, Molly, Elizabeth, and Thomas were spelled in some phonetic way because so many people had unpronounceable weird foreign names that, in order to get them right, somebody spelled them out in some kind of phonetic code.
But this woman clearly had not looked them over ahead of time and bungled them Really lamentably, but there you go.
This is just one of the ways things go wrong when you have diversity of an uncontrolled and overwhelming kind.
And while we're still in the business of future medical personnel, let us talk about UCLA Med School.
UCLA!
This is supposed to be one of these top-flight medical schools in the country.
First-year students there are required to learn that weight has essentially nothing
to do with health.
The Structural Racism and Health Equity course at the School of Medicine includes required
reading to prepare classes on topics such as the sickness of policing and incarceration.
The sickness of policing and incarceration.
I mean, that's a disease that I suppose medical students are supposed to learn how to cure.
Anti-settler colonialism and indigenous health.
Well, okay.
Doctors are supposed to fight anti-Sutler, are supposed to fight Sutler colonialism.
And in Environmental Racism and Justice, there's an article by Marchesele, at least I think that's how it'd be pronounced.
I need some sort of phonetic cheat sheet in order to get it right.
But Marchesele Mercedes called No Health No Care.
Get that?
Not healthcare.
It's no health, no care.
The big fat loophole in the Hippocratic Oath, which says fat phobia is medicine's status quo.
Well, it's true.
The medical profession takes a dim view of fatness.
She goes on to say, it is proven that weight loss is a useless, hopeless endeavor.
Well, it's not muddy.
It's pretty clear.
Being fat is bad for you.
There are all sorts of diseases you're more likely to get if you're fat.
That was one of the predisposing factors in COVID, by the way.
cycling, whatever those risks may be. The relationship between weight and health is also
muddy. Well, it's not muddy. It's pretty clear. Being fat is bad for you. There are all sorts of
diseases you're more likely to get if you're fat. That was one of the predisposing factors in COVID,
by the way. People who were fat were more likely to get COVID and more likely to die from it.
And whatever people were saying, wash your hands, social distance, they should have added lose weight, but they didn't because, well, I guess they didn't want to be accused of fat phobia.
In any case, this lady says it's just perfectly okay to be fat and doctors should learn that it's perfectly okay to be fat and don't dare suggest to your overweight patients that they lose a few.
Earlier this month, at the very same UCLA Medical School, an invited lecturer instructed students to touch the floor, Mama Earth, with a fist while she made a non-secular prayer to Mama Earth and to our ancestors.
In January, UCLA Med School was forced to cancel a class exercise that divided students into racial groups after a civil rights complaint.
Wouldn't you guess?
Wouldn't you believe?
The Structural Racism and Health Equity class was established in 1920.
I'm sorry.
I beg your pardon.
In 2020.
And guess why?
It was part of the school's anti-racist curriculum shift in the wake of George Floyd's death.
Now, I've said this many times.
The idea that you are going to change something about the way you do business, the way your institution is run, the way you think about anything, because George Floyd died.
This is a sign of pure idiocy, pure herd mentality.
Nothing, nothing about the world is significantly illuminated by the fact that George Floyd died, most likely of a fentanyl overdose.
And to think that this has anything to do with how you should run your affairs is idiocy of the first order.
But moving to Europe and Austria, This is an interesting development.
Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer wants to curb the influx of migrants entering the country through family reunification.
And he is going to make them prove it by giving them DNA tests.
Austria's government announced the increased use of genetic tests to prove family relationships.
A move that he announced in the run-up to the EU parliamentary elections, who are coming up just next month.
His government has come under enormous pressure due to record levels of immigration.
The Austrian Chancellor belongs to the Austrian People's Party.
Now, one of the opposition parties, the Freedom Party of Austria, is calling for a far more stringent control on family reunification.
Including eliminating it completely.
That would sure work.
You wouldn't have to bother with DNA tests either, would you?
The FPO, the Freedom Party, wants no reunification.
That would drastically reduce immigration to Austria.
And if it were implemented throughout Europe, it would not only curtail immigration, but even lead to potentially millions of foreigners simply leaving.
If they really want family reunification, they can go back where they came from.
What an idea.
The issue of family reunification is plagued with fraudulent activity across the Western world, including in the United States, of course, with migrants openly flouting the system to bring in dozens of people they claim to be relatives.
Family reunification was slowed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
That's when we said nobody under no circumstances.
But things have picked up and in Austria they are flooding into Vienna.
As a result, the educational system is buckling under the pressure.
All social systems are buckling under the pressure.
The Freedom Party of Austria that wants absolute zero family unification.
Some of you may remember Jörg Haider.
He was the one, he didn't found the party, but under his leadership it grew into a real force.
A very sensitive force for controlling immigration.
His party did so well in the year 2000.
That was 24 years ago.
That it actually entered a coalition government.
I remember thinking at the time, wow, this is a serious and significant breakthrough.
A real solid immigration control party goes into a coalition government.
Of course, there was ear splitting, shrieking throughout Europe and the United States.
Oh my Lord, the Nazis are back in government again.
Unfortunately, the party fell apart because of internal wrangling that so often happens, but it was a remarkable breakthrough.
And Jörg Heider, alas, in 2008, he died in a one-car accident.
He had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, and he was driving way, way, way over the speed limit.
Maybe three times the legal limit.
In any case, that was a very sad end to Jorg Haider, who was really a remarkable person in trying to control immigration into Austria and to keep Austria Austrian.
Now, let us move to Martha's Vineyard.
A couple of podcasts ago, we talked about something called the U-Visa.
That's a capital U. U-Visa, not Y-O-U visa, although it might as well be.
The U visa, it allows illegals to stay in the country if they've been victims of crime and if they agree to help the government solve those crimes.
The incident that caused us to talk about it was one in which a scam had been set up.
People would pretend to, well some guy with a gun would pretend to hold up people who would then claim that they're victims of crimes.
It was all a phony job.
But the guy who walked up with a gun and pretended to hold up the people who pretended to be held up so that they could apply for U-Visa, the guy with the gun got shot by the bystander.
Oh dear, oh dear.
So, the joke was on them.
In any case, this is such an agreeable and interesting way to become a prominent resident that people set up phony crimes for which they can claim to be victims.
A handful of the migrants shipped off to Martha's Vineyard by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis 18 months ago are now legally allowed to work in the United States because they're considered victims of a crime.
They applied last year for a U visa after they claimed they were duped into bordering charter flights from San Antonio with the promise of jobs and housing.
At least three of the 49 migrants in the flight Which was spearheaded by DeSantis in September 2022, got bona fide determinations as they're called for their U visa applications.
Isn't this incredible?
They are now claiming that they were victims of a crime.
A free flight to that coveted vacation destination, Martha's Vineyard.
But now they're victims of crime and they're going to promise to cooperate with the authorities in trying to get this crime solved.
And their immigration lawyer, Rachel Self, told the Boston Globe that they have now received bona fide determinations.
They can now get jobs and they can't be deported.
while they wait for their visas to come through.
They say they were victims of a crime because they were allegedly exploited and hoodwinked
into making the trip as part of a political stunt.
That's a crime that is so awful, so traumatic, and such a devastating experience that they
should be allowed to stay in the country out of pure sympathy.
Of course, DeSantis is insisting the migrants boarded the flights voluntarily.
He said Florida gave them an opportunity to seek greener pastures in a sanctuary jurisdiction that offered greater resources for them.
And they did so voluntarily.
And of course that's what they got too.
It's quite famous.
They got there and yeah, they didn't suffer anything at all.
They didn't stay in Martha's Vineyard very long because the locals there, no matter how liberal they are, no matter how much they claim to love diversity, they don't want them in their backyard.
They don't want them in their front yard.
They don't want them walking down the street.
They don't want them hanging out sleeping in the parks.
They don't want tents in their underpasses, if there are any underpasses on Martha's beach.
So they shipped them over, shipped them across to the state of Massachusetts, where they were feted
and petted and slobbered over, and they had a grand old time.
And now they claim they're crime victims and can stay forever.
So that's life in these United States these days, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.
And as usual, we're running out of time, although it's only I, and not I, along with Paul Kersey.
In any case, again, I fully expect to be back amongst us next week where, once again, we can enjoy this privileged time of honor and opportunity serving you.
I look forward to doing the same next week.
