So, the first question would be about the Great Replacement.
Do you believe in the Great Replacement?
And can you explain to us what is the Great Replacement?
Well, the Great Replacement is clearly taking place, not only in Europe, but in the United States.
Here in the United States, in 1960, about 90% of the population was white.
Now the projections are that due to immigration, the white percentage will become a minority.
In about 2040 or 2042, that's just in a period of 80 years for whites to become a minority after having been 90%.
That's a very substantial change.
And if this continues, where will whites end up?
10%, 5%, 0%?
That's clearly a replacement.
And the same thing is happening in Europe.
More and more people are coming from the Arab world, Muslims, Africans, Asians, into Europe.
And the projections are that even in a country like France, Frenchmen could become a minority by, what, 2080?
Maybe 2060?
This is clearly a change of one population being replaced by another.
So it is clearly taking place.
But who is planning this replacement?
I'm not sure anyone is particularly planning it.
It's just that white people have been browbeaten into thinking that it is wrong to resist replacement.
And there is a natural force of movement of people from third world countries into successful Western countries because white people build desirable societies.
Most non-white people do not build desirable societies.
And that's why so many people are trying to escape their failed societies and move in with Europeans.
That is the natural push.
of demography.
And unless white people are prepared to say, well, I'm sorry, but this is a nation that my ancestors built for us.
And so we will ask you to stay where you are or go home.
Unless white people have the will to do this, they will be overwhelmed and overrun by people who will not carry their own Western civilization forward in a meaningful way.
In Europe many right politicians say that the Great Replacement is planned by the globalist elite to have a lower manpower and the citizens more obedient.
That may be the case.
There are probably people in Europe who think in those terms.
Certainly there are managers, executives in the United States who want.
Low wages, and they can get low-wage people from the third world.
But again, the main force is one of demographic dispossession from people who have failed in building their own societies and want to come enjoy the successes of Western civilization.
You could have the same sort of forces into Japan or Korea or Taiwan, which are relatively successful countries also, but the people there are willing to withstand those demographic pressures.
They understand the importance of maintaining the homogeneity of their own populations.
You speak often about white genocide.
I don't speak ever of white genocide.
So there is not a genocide.
I read something about you who I was speaking about.
Never. You know, the Wikipedia page about me says that I am a believer in white genocide theory.
That's completely mistaken.
I have spoken against this idea.
Most people think of genocide as a deliberate attempt to exterminate a people.
I don't think anyone is deliberately attempting to exterminate white people.
But the effect in the long term is the same.
If white people are replaced, if there is constant encouragement for whites to have mixed marriages and whites are increasingly bred out of existence, replaced by people who come in large numbers, then whites eventually will disappear.
But I don't see it as any kind of plot concocted to rid the world of white people.
I don't call it genocide.
I think it's alarmist and hysterical to call it genocide.
Many define your theories as real racism.
Is it correct?
Racism? Real racism.

Well, what's unreal racism?
I don't have any theory about it at all.
I'm just describing what's happening.
Is it racist to describe a fact?
It is a fact.
That both in Europe and in North America, in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, all white countries, except for a few in Eastern Europe, whites are being replaced by non-whites.
That is a reality.
What is racist about describing reality?
I don't think the word racist really has any meaning anyway.
It's really name-calling.
And if someone calls me a racist, I want to know, well, wait a minute, what have I said that is factually incorrect?
Or what illogical conclusions have I drawn?
Simply to call me racist is the most graceless way of admitting that you've lost the argument.
In your opinion, are there differences between black and white people from a racial point of view?
From a racial point of view?
Well, obviously they are.
All you need to do is look at them.
They're not the same.
They're not identical.
About the intelligence.
Are white people more intelligent than black people?
The evidence is overwhelming that there is a difference on the average of about 15 IQ points between whites and blacks.
And I know that there are many people who insist otherwise, but there is no evidence for this.
What is the evidence that would make you think that the average Zulu or Congolese pygmy has an IQ that is on average the same as that of a Korean or a Dane?
Why would anyone think this?
There is no evidence to suggest this.
And I am quite confident that when the geneticists succeed in isolating the genes that are involved and contribute to intelligence, they will probably find that they are not distributed on an equal basis among all population groups.
So what people are more intelligent from a scientific point of view than black people?
On average, yes.
Of course, there are many.
Intelligent black people.
Obviously there are many black people who are smarter than the average white person.
But we're talking about averages here.
And of course, as you are probably aware, the scientific evidence suggests that East Asians are on average more intelligent than white people.
These are differences that are due to having evolved under different circumstances.
So intelligent black people are like exceptions.
Well, intelligent white people are exceptions.
There is a bell curve of the distribution of intelligence for people of all races.
And there are some very intelligent whites who are exceptions among whites, very intelligent blacks, who are likewise exceptions among blacks.
There's considerable overlap.
And black people, in your opinion, are more inclined to become criminals and to have mental disease?
I don't know about mental disease, but certainly in the case of Crime in the United States.
We keep very careful statistics on the basis of race.
Black people are overrepresented in almost all crime categories.
And the same is true in Canada or Great Britain or in any other country where crime statistics are carefully kept by race.
There are many possible explanations for this.
One is that black men have more serum testosterone than white men.
And a combination of high testosterone and relatively low IQ is something that is correlated with crime in all races.
At the same time, there are studies that suggest that black people are less able than white people to defer gratification.
In other words, they are less able to sacrifice in the present for rewards in the future.
And this leads to a kind of smash-and-grab mentality.
Now, I would point out to you that all of the studies that suggest this kind of difference between blacks and whites also suggest a similar difference between East Asians and whites.
In other words, East Asians have lower testosterone, a higher ability to defer gratification, and in fact, in the United States, where again we keep very careful statistics on the basis of race, you will find that in almost all crimes, East Asians commit these crimes at one-third to one-quarter of the white rate.
It's just silly.
To assume that every race is going to behave identically in all respects.
This is a completely foolish idea that has cropped up only in the last 40 or 50, maybe 60 years, and the facts are constantly disproving it.
And about mental diseases, I read you said that black people are more inclined to psychopathy, for example.
I have not done any research on that.
Richard Lynn.
Who is a British professor.
He has looked into this and he has found differential rates of psychopathy with higher rates among blacks.
These are data that I've never examined personally, but I think that could very well be the case.
But again, I don't consider myself particularly knowledgeable on that subject.
So what people are becoming a minority in US and Europe?
And which would be the solution?
The solution?
The solution is clearly to stop immigration.
Certainly any kind of non-white immigration.
And there is no reason why a nation cannot exert its sovereignty in that way.
Hungary, for example, has become notorious in the European Union because Viktor Orban says that Hungary is for the Hungarians.
Why is this shocking?
Why can't the Hungarians have a nation of their own?
The Japanese can have a nation.
The Turks can have a nation.
The Israelis in Israel can have a Jewish nation.
Why can't the French or the Italians have a nation of their own?
This is the most normal and natural thing.
It is only when white people say, well, no, no.
We don't want to be replaced.
We don't want to become a minority.
It is only when white people do this that they are considered hate-mongers or Nazis or some crazy thing.
This is a suicidal double standard, and until we are able to overcome this double standard, we will continue to be displaced, and this great replacement will continue.
Where will it end?
Until there are none of us left?
Really, these are questions that deserve to be answered.
And what about the black people are already living here?
Well, in the United States it would be impossible, impractical and I believe immoral for whites to try to take back the entire United States.
I believe the only solution is some kind of amicable separation.
This could lead to the creation of separate states within the United States.
It seems like a far-fetched possibility today.
So, black states and white states?
Yes, voluntary separation.

Whether in the United States or anywhere else, prefer to be in the company of people like themselves, a society that reflects their heritage, their culture.
Of course, if there are people who really do want to live in a multi-ethnic, multi-racial, multi-culti state, then let them do so.
All I'm saying is that those of us who wish to live in a more racially coherent society, we should not be demonized.
We should not be called haters.
This is a natural, normal thing, and we should be let alone to go our own way.
And in the case of European countries, where the process of dispossession has not gone so far, it is probably possible to create some sort of incentives to get the people who are already there to go home.
But the very first thing is to stop letting in more and more people who are not Europeans, who are not going to contribute to the development of Western civilization, and who are contributing to this great replacement.
And in Europe, about the recent migrants, in your opinion, one of the solutions should be to bring back them home.
To send them home?
Yes. It's a terrible mistake to let them come in the first place.
When the boats are coming across the Mediterranean and they're about to sink, if there are NGO vessels that rescue them, why must they come to Italy?
Why must they come to Spain?
Why can't they go back to North Africa?
That is where they came from.
That is where they should return.
And if it becomes very clear that Europe will not let these people in, they will stay home.
What do you think about Matteo Salvini, his policy?
Matteo Salvini is an Italian patriot.
He understands that Italy is a culture with its own history, its own heritage.
He recognizes that Italy has a...
Priceless, a beautiful heritage that is meaningful primarily to Italians, primarily to Europeans.
He understands that if Italy becomes overrun with people who are not Christian, people who are not European, Italy will change in dramatic ways that the Italians will find unacceptable.
And more and more Italians recognize that he is right.
Of course, the media are constantly criticizing him because the media seem to believe that being European or being white is a kind of suicide pact with the rest of the world.
This is insanity.
But he is courageous, he is patriotic, and I believe his courage and patriotism are being rewarded.
He often speaks about a great replacement.
He really believes in a great replacement, Matteo Salvini.
But obviously it's happening.
It's obviously happening.
Why should he not talk about the great replacement?

It's a question for me?
Yes. It's happening.
Yeah, but the numbers don't say the same thing.
The numbers don't say we have really a great replacement now.
Well, if they continue.
And look at France.
France has a larger number of non-Europeans than Italy.
I believe the current projections are that by 2060, 2070, I won't be alive.
You may be alive.

But by then, white Frenchmen will be a minority.
This is a replacement that's happening.
It's clearly happening in the United States.
It's happening all over Europe.
Look at London.
Look at Paris.
These places used to be clearly and distinctively European.
Now there are parts of, oh, even Swedish cities where white people dare not go.
There is a replacement.
It has begun and it is continuing.
And I don't see why it is at all wrong to call it by its proper name.
But isn't it natural?
The replacement of people.
The ancient Greeks, they couldn't be the ancient Greeks if the Dorians didn't arrive.
The Dorians came and conquered.
And when the Persians attempted to conquer Greece, the Greeks resisted.
Never in the history of the world.
Has an alien people been able to take over a territory without resistance?
It has always required overwhelming force.
It is without precedent in human history that a dominant group should say,"All right, come on in, take our lands, replace us, replace our religion, replace our language and our culture." For us to resist would somehow be immoral.
No people.
In the history of the world has ever, ever said this.
Yes, there have been migrations, there have been replacements, but they've always been done by force of arms, without exception.
But what do you mean for white people?
Who are the white people?

Do you have any difficulty telling who's white and who's not?
Yeah, I don't know.
The people from South America are white people, for example.
Italians are white people, in your opinion?
Yes, Europeans are white people.
In South America, you still have many people who are clearly European.
Now, some of the people who came from the Iberian Peninsula, they mixed with Indians, and you have a whole gradation from full Indian to essentially pure white, everything in between.
But Europeans are for the most part easily identified as Europeans.
If there's any ambiguity, there are genetic tests.
$70. You can send your saliva to a company that will tell you what percentage European you are.
These things are not difficult to determine.
But it's a cultural concept or is it based on the color of the skin?
It's based on genetics.
It's based on a whole variety of characteristics.
If it were cultural, it would be impossible.
For you to send a saliva sample to a company and it could determine that one of your great-grandparents was a subcontinental Indian, one of your great-grandparents might have been an East African.
Biology is what is reflected in those determinations because the people making those determinations have never clapped eyes on you.
This is a biological phenomenon and the idea that it is cultural, that somehow race is a sociological optical illusion.
Is so obviously wrong and so obviously stupid that only very smart people could possibly convince themselves that it's true.
What about the half white or half black?
They're half white, half black.
They're not white and they're not black.
They're not, no.
And half black can live in a white state or should he live in a black state?
I don't know.
These are details that will have to be worked out.
I'm not an absolutist.
I don't believe that Japan, for example, is under any threat of losing its cultural homogeneity if 1% of the population is composed of non-Japanese.
I'm not talking about a 100% purely white ethnostate.
That's perhaps desirable, but it's probably impractical.
There are going to be many difficult decisions that have to be made if we ever get to that point.
And do you believe also in the separation of schools, of supermarkets?
Black and white should have separate schools, separate supermarkets, separate buses?
If there are separate communities, this will all happen naturally.
And separation will result in all kinds of problems being eliminated.
I'm sure you're aware at the present time that there are constant complaints of racist American police persecuting black people.
Well, if black people have their own communities, their own police forces, this problem goes away.
I'm sure you're aware that there are always these discussions of are there enough non-whites in management roles or in government?
If we have different communities, different societies, all of these problems go away.
All of the problems and tensions and conflicts of diversity disappear in a community or in a nation that is homogeneous.
And you supported Donald Trump at the last elections.
I did.
It was the first time you supported a candidate at the election.
Is it true?
Oh, not the very first time, but the first time I supported one with any amount of enthusiasm, yes.
Why? Why?
Because... His campaign promises, if they had been carried out, would have very significantly slowed the process whereby whites are being reduced to a minority.
If he really was going to build a wall and stop all illegal immigration, illegal immigrants are overwhelmingly non-white.
So that would slow the process of dispossession.
If he was going to expel all illegal immigrants currently in the United States, that would have the same effect.
For the same reason.
Also, if he was going to ban immigration from Muslim countries.
Muslim countries are overwhelmingly non-white.
And so all of these would have the effect of slowing this process of turning the United States into a country that was formerly an outpost of Europe into an outpost of the Third World.
And this is something that I oppose.
Does Donald Trump share your same ideas about the differences between black and white?
I have no idea.
I've never met Donald Trump.
I've never spoken to him.
I have no inside information about him.
But I suspect that he does not.
He's constantly being called a white supremacist or a white nationalist.
This is complete foolishness.
Nothing he does is particularly consistent in this respect.
I think that at an instinctive level, he understands that some people assimilate more readily into the United States than others.
Muslims, for example.
Muslims have all sorts of different customs and requirements for those of white people.
We already have universities in the United States where they have to set aside swimming pool hours only for women, or you have to have foot baths for the Muslim students, or factories where you have to stop the assembly line and let everyone pray.
This is not compatible in a basic way with the way we run our society, the way Muslims treat women.
There are a whole host of ways in which Muslims have a difficult time assimilating, not only in the United States, but anywhere in the Western world.
He has an instinctive understanding of this.
He also understands that it is wrong for people to just march into the United States uninvited and then go on welfare, for example.
This is a basic understanding of national sovereignty.
Does he think systematically in terms of race?
Does he agree with me about the demographic future of the United States?
I see no evidence for this at all.
But in the United States, if you disagree on the slightest matter having to do with multiculturalism or immigration or the benefits of having people from all around the world...
Then you're a white supremacist and a Nazi and maybe a homophobe and an anti-Semite and secretly a Nazi.
There's just hysteria on the left to any kind of dissent from orthodoxy on these questions.
And what do you think about Steve Bannon?
What do you think of Steve Bannon?
Well, again, that's someone I don't know.
I've never met him.
I see no evidence that he thinks in terms of the demographic future of the United States either.
And many people make a connection between the white supremacist movement and Steve Bannon.
The white supremacist movement?
I don't think there is such a thing as a white supremacist movement.
White supremacy, if it means anything at all, other than a word to demonize white people, is the idea that white people should dominate people of other races and rule over them.
There was a time when that was something of a genuine phenomenon.
The colonization of Africa or race-based slavery.
You could describe those as white supremacist.
But there's nothing in the United States today that can be legitimately called white supremacist.
I've never met anyone in my circle or anyone I've ever read about who thinks that white people should rule over people who are non-white.
We just want to be left alone.
That's not white supremacy.
And so to talk about the white supremacist movement, I believe, is completely meaningless.
You mentioned the slavery.
Do you think slavery is the biggest scandal of the American history?
The biggest scandal?
Well, it certainly made into the biggest scandal, but slavery was universal.
The Middle East had slavery.
Ancient Greece and Rome had slavery.
Asia had slavery.
It is only in the United States where we continue to beat our breasts and lacerate ourselves on account of slavery.
It was white people who abolished slavery, not only in Europe, not only in North America, but also in the Middle East, in Africa.
We are the people who abolished a universal custom.
And yet, why is it that we are the ones Who are always supposed to be hanging our heads in shame over this phenomenon.
This is, again, just an example of the kind of capitulationist mentality that is common among whites who are unable to take their own side in an argument.
But do you condemn a slavery?
Of course, yes.
In the history of the United States.
Uncategorically. It was a terrible mistake to bring black slaves to the United States.
Which is the connection between your theory and Christianity?
The connection between white people and Christians?
Yes? The white man you're defending is a Christian white man?
Well, it doesn't have to be Christian, racially conscious white people who want their civilization to continue.
They can be Christian, they can be pagan, they can be agnostic, they can be atheist.
The essential point is to have an understanding of the importance of racial identity, both as an individual and as a member of a group.
Okay, now a question about Russia.
You have been in Russia in 2015.
That's correct.
And what do you think about Putin?
Is he defending the white man?
Not really explicitly.
He clearly is not accepting of immigration from all around the world.
Of course, at this point, there are not many non-whites who want to immigrate to Russia.
Vladimir Putin is a Russian nationalist and a Russian patriot.
He does what he thinks is in the interest of the Russian people.
And my impression is that most Russians think he's doing a good job.
And in that respect, I don't fault him at all.
Now, would he say that Russia must remain white?
I don't think he thinks in those terms.
In fact, the Russians fought a long war against the Chechens.
If I were running Russia, I would give Chechnya independence.
Chechens are not Europeans.
They are Muslims.
I think they should go their own way as an independent people.
To have their own destiny outside of Russia.
But the Russians killed who knows how many tens of thousands of people trying to keep them within Russia.
In that respect, I don't think Vladimir Putin thinks in terms of race the way I do.
But, again, he is a Russian patriot and he does what he thinks is best for the Russian people and I respect and admire that.
And have you ever met Alexander Dugin?
Never, no.
But you spoke at the same meeting, I think, in Hungary?
Is it possible?
In Hungary.
Well, he was invited to that meeting, but I believe he was told by the Hungarian authorities not to come.
And so he did not appear at that meeting.
I've never met Alexander Dugin.
And frankly, if you ask me whether I agree with Alexander Dugin, I can't make head or tails of what that guy thinks or says.
I don't understand his theories.
Okay, so you don't know if he shares your same opinions?
I don't know.
I find him almost impossible to read and understand.
I'm not smart enough to understand Alexander Dugan.
And in 2015, which was the focus of the meeting in St. Petersburg?
What was the focus?
It was on national conservatism.
And generally, it was on the importance of national sovereignty, of nations determining their own future in their own ways for the benefit of their own people.
That was the general theme of the conference.
You were one of the most important speakers at that meeting.
Oh, I wouldn't say that, for heaven's sake.
No, I wouldn't say that.
I was one of probably 25 speakers.
There were also many Italians during that meeting.
Did you meet anybody?
Gosh, yes.
Refresh my memory.
Who was there from Italy?
Maybe Luca Bertoni.
I don't recall that name.
Luca Bertoni, an association from Lombardia, Russia.
You know, I don't remember.
There were Italians there, that's for sure.
And I believe they spoke also about the importance of national sovereignty and the importance of maintaining cultural...
Coherence and homogeneity.
Luca Bertoni is a beard man.
Fat. You know, I'm sorry to say I don't remember, but there certainly were Italians there.
And then there was also Roberto Fiore.
Yes, I believe I remember that name.

That's right.
I do recall meeting him, but we did not have any lengthy contact.
You just met each other.
And have you ever met Konstantin Maloufev?
No, never heard that name.
Okay, also Alexei Komov who was there.
And many people connect your ideas to some terroristic attack of white suprematists who speak always about great replacement.
What do you think about this connection?
Well, the connection I think is completely illegitimate to make.
Just because there are people in the name of a particular idea do violent, crazy, murderous things does not make the idea wrong.
I would point out that the Black Lives Matter movement in the United States has been a very popular one, but there have been people who have killed policemen.
In Dallas, we had the murder of about half a dozen white policemen by a guy who was doing it in the name of Black Lives Matter.
There were several other such murders.
of police officers by blacks who were very heavily influenced by Black Lives Matter.
Does that mean that the ideas of the Black Lives Matter movement were wrong?
No one says this because they basically agree with those ideas.
It would be the same if I were very eloquent and persuasive on the subject of climate change and I was Taking every opportunity to describe how harmful this is, we must stop climate change, and someone were influenced by my ideas and then went and shot up all the executives in Exxon Mobil or some other big oil company.
Would that mean suddenly I had to change my ideas?
Or would that mean that some crazy violent person had done something insane in the name of an idea?
But don't you feel any little fault?
None. None whatsoever.
I speak the truth as I see it.
I cannot be responsible for what some insane person does who may agree with something that I have said.
Remember, there are many leftists who have committed all sorts of crimes in the name of equality.
Does that mean the idea or the objective of equality is wrong?
No. You cannot suddenly tie some murderous act To the idea of white racial consciousness when you never ever do the same to a liberal idea.
That's completely wrong and unfair and illegitimate, but it's typical of media thinking in the United States today.
Is it crazy that in the last ten years white suprematists killed more people than ISIS?
First of all, again, you have to correct your language.
I don't think there are any white supremacists in the United States.
I don't know how many people have been killed by ISIS.
I don't know how many people have been killed by white people for racial reasons.
The number are these ones.
One thing that I can tell you is this.
When the Anti-Defamation League calculates the number of people who are killed for racial reasons, they include all sorts of crazy instances.
Some of them are committed by black people.
And if a Ku Klux Klan man gets into an argument with his wife and kills her, the ADL calls that an extremist murder in the United States.
If some white person who is unsuccessful with women goes on a rampage and kills women, they might very well include that in some sort of white extremist murder.
The numbers are extremely untrustworthy.
In any case, in any case.
What's meaningful is whether or not the ideas of people like me are correct or incorrect.
And again, if some lunatic spouts some of these ideas and does something murderous, that does not have any effect on whether I am right or wrong or whether I seek is moral.
And I believe that it is unimpeachably moral.
I seek the survival of my people.
All healthy people want the survival of their people.
And that is an utterly morally unimpeachable object.
And so to defend you can do anything?
What? To defend yourself?
No, I've never, no, I have never ever promoted any kind of equality.
Certainly never any kind of violence.
American Renaissance, my organization, has been consistent in that respect right from the beginning.
We condemn any form of violence or illegality.
We operate strictly within the law.
And last question, can I ask you who is funding your activities?
Funding? Well, we have a fundraising activity that is involved in asking our supporters for money.
It's almost exclusively individuals.
As you can imagine, we get no money from foundations, from the government.
No, these are patriotic Americans who believe that what we're doing is important for the future of the United States.

A billionaire?
Yeah. I wish that were the case.
