Fernando Cortes: "Massive Mexican Immigration--a Business of Crooks" (2016)

Text
Our next speaker, Fernando Cortes, is first of all a Mexican nationalist.
He has been involved in nationalist politics for more than 15 years.
But he's also a fervent identitarian and supports identitarian movements all around the world, including in the United States.
And he sympathizes with our desire to be able to preserve our heritage and our nation and our nationality.
Fernando Cortes, last year, He organized the International Identitarian Congress in Guadalajara, Mexico.
This is how he feels about the importance of identitarian movements.
And I'm looking forward very much to his analysis of massive immigration into the United States, which he characterizes as a business of crooks.
So please welcome Fernando Cortes.
Thank you, Jared, for that introduction, and thank you very much for having me.
This is actually the second time that I speak publicly in a foreign language, so I hope that my English doesn't disappoint.
I thought of starting the talk with a joke about a Mexican national giving a talk at an American Renaissance conference.
But then I thought, well, that joke kind of tells itself, right?
The people from the Southern Poverty Law Center also had something to say about me being here.
And I analyzed it a bit because at first they were saying that American Renaissance was going through some sort of identity crisis by having me here.
It was really strange to see how they start using those lies and exaggerations that I've heard other people here talk about.
Because they were saying that the American Renaissance Convention or Conference was going to have a self-proclaimed anti-Semite talking.
And that's very weird because I've never proclaimed myself an anti-Semite and I'm not even one of those.
They claim that we are having a crisis while they are resorting to lies and defamation to kind of stay alive and still have attention from people.
Thank you.
Another thing that I analyzed, and it's always been a point that I don't really understand, is how they call people like yourself, American identitarians, white supremacists, right?
And people that hate other...
Other nations and other ethnicities, but you are giving me the chance to be here and to talk to you and to make my points and to get my message through.
You see me as somebody worthy of speaking in this conference hall while they try to see us.
Like an oppressed minority that needs a liberal cover and help and food stamps and aid to actually survive and be a functional nation, which would be Mexico.
So who really has a supremacist stance?
Who is looking down on us?
And... applause applause applause Thank you.
The answer is them.
They are the supremacists.
So I think this is a very important step for Mexican identitarians and for American identitarians and for identitarians around the whole world to start having these kind of conversations and this communication because we are seeing both the The left,
our opponents on the left and our opponents in the neocons or the cucks, having a collapse.
They're starting to collapse into their own lies and their own mistakes, the ones that they've made over the years.
And it's a pretty clear sign that we are getting ready for our time, for our turn.
There are three points that I want to make clear during my talk here.
Give a clear message about them, and at the end, everybody is free to ask me questions.
I'm not politically correct, so insults or whatever are welcome.
I can take them.
The three points are immigration.
What is the stance of Mexican identitarians about massive immigration?
Free trade and the so-called Reconquista.
So I'll start by saying who we are and why we are not in power.
Obviously, I don't have time to go into Mexican history because it would take me hours, if not days.
But summing it up, Mexican identitarians, Mexican nationalists, the descendants of the Hispanic Empire and the Mexican Empire, we have been, through generations, systematically shunned, persecuted,
and many times killed by the international forces.
Who do not want to see any form of identitarianism in Mexico, and they don't want to see any remains of European culture in Mexico or in white America.
Even though we speak a European language, we have a European religion, we have a European culture, we eat European food, and we have a predominantly European genetic makeup.
We are taught by them in public schools that we are victims of Europeans and that we were oppressed and ransacked by the Spaniards.
And it's always funny for me to see, you know, a guy that's my height, sometimes with a lighter skin tone than me and a mustache and hazel eyes, and his last name is Sanchez, telling me about how the Spaniards stole from him,
right? But I guess they grind it into their minds so much that they start losing focus of who they really are and they don't understand that they are actually the descendants of the conquerors and they don't see in history that it was actually the native Indians that helped the Spaniards colonize and actually take hold and root the territory that is now called Mexico.
It was different than what happened here in the North where the Native Americans or Native Indians were a lot more aggressive.
That's one way to call it.
So the forces that installed the Mexican government during the revolution, they backed the same families of liberals and corporate puppets that control the Mexican government today.
There is no plan for Reconquista in the Mexican government.
There's only a plan to create a perpetual third-world situation in Mexico, which in turn needs massive migration to sustain itself.
The third world doesn't work without massive waves of migrants leaving.
You can't have one without the other.
So what the Mexican government perpetuates is that state of poverty in Mexico, and it knows that it includes migrants leaving.
As seekers of truth, we must understand that even though difference between cultures, races, and identities are real, much of the tension between common white Americans and common Mexicans, specifically immigrants,
is being stimulated and promoted by globalists.
Peaceful relationships between proud and traditional identities, even when they border each other, Have happened through thousands of years.
It is globalism and forced assimilation that has broken this balance in its failed plan of equality and open borders.
Promoting and supporting massive migration from Mexico into the United States is one of these artificial phenomenons.
Even though migration between neighboring countries is historically natural, the rate and speed that we see today It's unnatural and destructive for both nations.
Massive migration, perpetual economical crisis in Mexico, and tension between identities is a circular business of corporate greed and globalist ideologues, which benefit from every part of it,
from the strangling of the Mexican economy to the slow but steady dissolution of white America.
Both the neocons and the liberals, our opponents, benefit from this situation.
I will try to explain why in a few points and how.
The misery and the poverty in Mexico allows for transnational companies to use and create cheap labor and profit greatly without having to give Americans or Europeans those jobs.
They outsource.
Justify wages of poverty with the economical crisis of Mexico, which in truth is just thievery and intentional mismanagement of the Mexican government, especially in finance.
This also strangles the birth of Mexican national industry and enterprise, because it is much more regulated and hindered compared to the benefits that transnationals acquire.
When they bring investment to Mexico.
One of the examples of what transnational companies are allowed to do in Mexico that Mexicans are not allowed to do and we wouldn't do it anyways if we could is that they make six months contracts with Mexican workers so the workers don't get any pensions or history in the corporations to get some kind of Bonus when they retire.
So they make six months contracts that they renew every six months.
And they give wages of $4 per day.
So that's 50 cents per hour.
50 cents of dollar per hour is the minimum wage in Mexico right now.
So the people fixing the Xboxes and making the cars and working the maquiladoras, that's what they're being paid.
That's the industry and transnational labor in Mexico right now.
So where are the Mexican independent farmers, the ones doing the meat and corn and beans and all the agricultural business?
NAFTA was the death blow to Mexican agriculture.
The government combined NAFTA with the abandonment of functional support for Mexican agriculture to force Mexicans to leave the fields, These kind of transnational corporation jobs in the borders or in the cities,
and then ultimately, when they didn't find any, to start migrating to the United States where they could keep working the field, which is what they knew.
Mexico, nowadays, after NAFTA, we import corn and beans from the United States.
We can't even produce it anymore because we can't compete with the prices.
NAFTA competition was purposely lost and unattended by the Mexican government.
They knew it was going to create an unnatural displacement of cheap laborers into the United States.
And the American big corporations yearning for cheap labor, they knew it too.
They pushed for it.
Even when Mexicans start or have started competing with the products of Canada and the United States in a favorable way, Like it happened with pork meat.
Wall Street takes care of destabilizing the currency rates, dropping the peso to a point where it doesn't really matter if we're competing healthy and we're getting an advantage because dollars are worth more from one day to another, just overnight.
And farmers and people that raise meat cannot compete with those financial international attacks.
They cannot understand Those currency fluctuations and how global finance works.
Frankly, neither do I. So, the system wants Mexicans to migrate to the United States.
It's not Mexicans themselves that want to migrate.
That's the truth.
It's the situation that forced them to do that, especially the ones that have no education and simply cannot find a job.
So, as nationalists, In Mexico and the United States, would we be on opposing sides or on the same side?
We're on the same side.
Mexican migration increased 400% after NAFTA, which we call TOC.
So I could give you the specific numbers of how many thousands of Mexicans were migrating to the United States before NAFTA and after NAFTA, but we all know that it's simply too many, and not just Mexicans, but from everywhere in the world.
We have never had an immigration in Mexico from other countries like you have it here, but it would really only take a tenth of that for Mexicans to start rejecting.
Immigration from other countries.
I think that white America, if anything, is very tolerant of so many immigrants coming into this country.
I don't judge you as extremist in that sense.
I understand it and I see people leaving Mexico, both the good, educated people that we could use in many parts of the government, in industry and enterprise, and also the labor that we could be using in Mexico to create a sustainable economy.
This promotion of migration, both legal and illegal, supports the artificial life and illusion of a functional free trade and free enterprise by having cheap illegal labor available in the USA.
They hide the fact that numbers are not adding up for the American working class.
While the CEOs of the American big corporations and the bankers are living in their mansions and their...
Jets and their yachts.
Number two, it erodes the working class of the USA.
Ethnically, morally, religiously, and economically.
Slowly pushing for a melting pot of cheap Ovidian workers who have lost everything related to identity.
Sometimes, and nowadays, even their gender.
It's true.
Thank you.
They live enslaved by inflation and debt.
This is where intellectual terrorism, or how they call it, political correctness, comes into play.
Because if you speak up, you get fired, you get isolated, you get attacked, and you lose everything.
So I see people here in the United States...
So much for the free speech that was supposed to be one of the pillars of the United States.
Number three, by having illegal immigrants compete for resources in America, wages need to stay low, and it furthers the justification for strangling the American working class.
They create social programs for legal and illegal immigrants and the American workers who fell into poverty because of this situation.
And by doing that, insurance companies, government contractors, and big pharma profit greatly because people get sad and people get sick and people need a house.
So it all kind of works out for them, for the big corporations.
Number four.
Racial tension and identity politics are used by the media and politicians alike in a hypocritical, half-truth, and contradictive way according to what they see fit during elections or during a media distraction.
I always see in the United States how the media, obviously it always has that liberal and progressive tune, but it uses it In different ways, sometimes that even contradict each other, depending on how they want to manipulate the mass.
They say that people who are easily offended are easily manipulated.
And I see that a lot here in the United States, where people really are being made very sensitive of all kinds of issues.
So the media just presses their buttons every time.
"Oh, this guy, you know what this guy called you?
I'm gonna tell you." And that's when the tensions start.
Five, transnational corporations produce goods for the Americans with American brands outside of the USA, favoring from NAFTA to profit immensely while paying little taxes or no taxes, and ask the Mexican media,
when we speak of specifically Mexico and the Mexican government, to praise and be thankful for the thousands of jobs.
And we see that in Mexico, the government actually saying, oh, it's so good that transnational companies come here and create so many jobs, but they don't talk about how much they're paying the workers and the conditions they're in.
In truth, these jobs are paid in ridiculous minimum wage that, on top of that, is paid in a peso that is worth whatever Wall Street decides every morning.
This makes the Mexican working class a poor class.
That cannot live without aid from some sort of corruption.
From workers, laborers, to police and teachers, everybody needs something on the side to survive in Mexico.
Thus, promoting yet again an atmosphere of corruption, impunity, and civil decay in Mexico, which then spills into the Mexican families.
It spills into the values.
And then that spills into the USA through massive immigration.
So that's how the cycle of this civil decay is kind of sustained nowadays throughout the last decades.
We see all these vices and all these problems, the crimes, both in Mexico and the United States, but we don't see the spoils.
Many people like to say, liberals, that the Spaniards took so much gold from Mexico.
But what they don't say, and they maybe don't know, Is that after NAFTA, in the last 10 years, 10 times the gold, the gold that has been extracted from Mexico in the last 10 years is 10 times more than what the Spanish crown ever extracted from Mexico.
And none of that gold is staying in Mexico.
I calculated it based on what gold is worth today to about $46 billion.
American and Canadian corporations pay the Mexican government of taxes is 1%.
I try to follow the money to see how much taxes they pay to the American government or to the Canadian government or the Australian government, but you can't follow the money.
I even talked to some people here and in Mexico, lawyers, journalists.
These are the names of the corporations extracting the gold in Mexico.
Where is that money ending up?
And they can't find it, because they're the same corporations that own big international insurance companies and technology companies and weaponry and stuff like that.
But I can almost guarantee you that nobody in Tennessee has seen the benefits of one penny or gram of gold that has been extracted in Mexico after NAFTA.
So we're only left with the problems between identities and between our people, while those same small families and small corporations, while small in the sense of how many people they are, are keeping everything.
Six, this business cycle of corporate greed and sometimes good-intentioned yet blind liberals and also many crooks and sociopaths that know what they're doing, That cycle is the source of massive immigration.
And it's used by liberals to pretend that they are helping the third world develop with their aid and their institutions of anti-racism and anti-discrimination.
Maybe they do think that they're helping, but they're not.
And every time somebody opposes that scam, they call them racist and they call them supremacist.
And that's why they need Mexico to stay that way.
Because for them to be able to help the third world, they need Mexico to be part of the third world.
They don't want any conversation about race, identity, or heritage to be done between Mexicans and Americans.
They need Mexicans to be poor and wanting to migrate.
To keep their open border and their one world idea alive.
But the truth is, if Mexico were financially healthy, liberals and open border advocates wouldn't have a purpose.
An economically independent Mexico would enormously reduce Mexican migration.
And that doesn't fit into their plan.
Right now, like I was saying before, we are simply exporting and importing cheap goods and decadents, and also immigrants, people, cooking and burning in this melting pot brutality and individualistic survival of the fattest,
which is also in Mexico now.
Luckily, us identitarians, we have endured through history, and we are still here to set things straight.
By having open borders, forced assimilation, free trade, global banking control, affirmative action, and the melting pot culture, the system is not helping us.
The system is killing us Mexicans, and they are killing white America too.
They are also killing themselves.
Their efforts to push these ideas are not just destructive, but in vain.
Because nothing good is coming out of it.
The world is getting worse and worse in every aspect that we can analyze, except technology, which has nothing to do with this.
The Mexican government, like the title of the talk implied, is controlled by crooks.
These are thieves trained, sponsored, and under orders.
From the same forces that are trying to dissolve European values and culture in white America.
The source of these forces is not white America, like the media tries to say sometimes, but it is here in America through corporations and many institutions that you all know about.
That is why it is so inspiring to me to see identitarians in America waking up and trying to build relationships with identitarians on other parts of the world.
Because the United States to me is like similar to Mordor, where the ring can actually be destroyed, right?
That's a Tolkien analogy for those that didn't get it.
The truth is, the real help for us Mexicans, and this is talking to, for example, the white liberals, the real help would be to actually enforce the natural Cultural and ethnic borders that we have.
To let both nations, even if in alliance, grown in sovereignty and in true freedom.
Creating an atmosphere of true, separate diversity with common areas in which neither side feels like the other one is stepping on the other.
An atmosphere in which we can find hope, work, art, science, and growth in our respective capacities and understandings.
Only in such ambience would we truly share values among identities and races.
True cultural enrichment only happens when each culture has its own folk, territory, and independence.
Thank you.
The aristocracy From both the United States and Mexico has been pushed out of power by the merchant caste.
And it's a caste which is loyal to no nation.
But every minute that passes now in the modern age just makes it clear that we exist for a reason.
Civilization needs us at the wheel to survive.
And the longer they wait, the harder the fall will be.
But we will be ready.
And we are ready.
White altruists or liberals need to understand that preserving and supporting the ethnic, cultural, moral, and economical heritage of all people, white America included, is a real and substantial help that they can give the so-called third world or anybody in the world.
We don't need open borders.
We need to be independent from Wall Street.
and international banking and international corporations.
International banking is being used to squeeze the blood from all people to see if by doing so, if by bleeding us dry, they can rescue their failed idea of laissez faire and laissez passer.
And it's weird to me that they call us retrograde.
They call us backward.
When they're still holding on to that idea of global economy and global financial domination so hard, when it clearly did not work and it's not working for anybody.
Pedro Varela once stated that the honest left is our best field of recruitment.
And it's a statement hard to swallow, but it's true nonetheless.
White altruists or liberals in America that actually are thinking that they're helping the rest of the world, when they understand that they're not helping it, but rather helping dissolve it, and they are helping destroy nations like Mexico, and when they understand that people like you and people like me actually want to build a better world,
I think that our numbers and your numbers can greatly increase.
That's why I'm speaking up so those people can start to understand that Mexicans are not afraid or not enemies of people like you, but we actually have the same point of view and we can actually build relationships and make plans together that worked even demographically for both of us.
I think that waiting for a collapse is too risky.
Because many people talk about the collapse coming and we can just sit back and wait and then kind of rebuild.
But when you actually sit down and start to write down a number of the consequences of such collapse of the West, you start to realize that it's not going to be just a collapse of the dollar.
It's actually going to be a threat to the survival of mankind and especially the West.
Just because of the...
Nuclear meltdowns that we could have if there's a shortage of personnel in nuclear reactors and stuff like that.
They say that they all have fail-safe systems, but we've heard many things like that in the past.
They don't anticipate a problem like that.
That's just one example.
But the truth is, there are many things that we can do before and to prevent such collapse.
And I think that communication and a possible alliance between identitarians around the world, especially Mexicans and Americans, is not only productive, it's not just like a treaty of peace or a truce, but it's actually something that could make us unstoppable.
Because we would simply be Too many, and the political force would be too much.
One of the things that I think also works in our favor is that our opponents are making many mistakes, and they have been for the last couple of decades.
Even the Donald Trump phenomenon, even if he kind of is not planning to actually do something strong that can turn things around.
Just the fact of him breaking the taboo of political correctness and making it a lot safer for subjects like this to be talked about, well, that's a mistake that they shouldn't have let it happen.
All the media, the alternative media that we see on the internet today, podcasts, blogs, videos, they can't control it.
And I think that many of these mistakes have to do with a psychological factor that invades people who are about to win.
When you see strategy games, for example, especially team games, whenever a team is about to win, most of the people in the middle start to relax.
They feel like, okay, it's done, we won, and when they relax, they start making mistakes.
In strategy games, that doesn't change the outcome because by that time, the opponent's, the losing side, is already demoralized.
So they don't take that advantage to capitalize on the opponent's mistake and turn things around.
But we are not demoralized, and I think we are growing in numbers.
Thank you.
Identitarians from white America and Mexico have very similar goals.
The same opponents and the same ideas for the future of our nations.
Progressives, thieves, and sophists prevent us from communicating.
They have us think that we are faced against each other, the USA and Mexico.
But in reality, there's the Mexican identitarians in Mexico growing.
And creating a conscience and an awakening.
And it's you here in the United States doing the same thing.
So in reality, what we're doing is that we're surrounding them.
We have them surrounded.
And they're collapsing into their own problems and lies while we start to close in.
When we see it in that sense, it kind of changes the perspective a lot to our favor.
One thing that should be clear is that Hispanics are not And have never been anti-white.
The concept, for example, of Reconquista of the United States is just like Cinco de Mayo.
It's only a thing in the United States.
I've never even heard of it until I came to the United States.
This has to do with Mexican Americans.
They are being manipulated by political groups with this idea of Reconquista.
To calm their reality and their confusion, their frustration.
And it's kind of the same reality that they had before the Mexican-American War, and the Texans and the Californians.
Because Mexican-Americans that have been here for a few generations, they can't be considered, they don't feel like they have a Mexican identity anymore.
Identity is created...
With a triangle of three things, which is a folk or a race, a territory, and common experiences.
That's how an identity comes to be.
So Mexican Americans, they have the genetic makeup of Mexicans, but they don't have the same country as we do.
And they didn't grow up with us or the same culture, the same food, the same songs, the same schools.
So they don't feel Mexican.
But at the same time, they grew up in an American territory and had experience with white Americans and Americans, but they don't share the genetic makeup.
So they can't really fit into that identity either.
So this whole Reconquista thing is more of a cry for appreciation And identification of Mexican-Americans.
I understand that part, but it's not really...
For example, if they were to take back the territories, California, for example, do you think they would give it to me?
They would probably kick me out, too.
So, my point is that it has nothing to do with a racial thing.
Mexico has 120 million people that are not going away.
We're going to be neighbors forever.
And many millions of Mexicans are white, tall and blue-eyed and everything.
Mexico is not and has never been anti-white.
You don't see one single act of violence in Mexico, in spite of its violence problem, done to someone for being white.
But rather you see white Mexicans, as well as European immigrants, Respected, trusted, and part of the functional communities.
That's one point I want to make clear because I know that many people have never traveled to Mexico or have never gone beyond the border of like Tijuana and those places that I don't like to be there myself either.
Latin America, as the term defines it, Hispanic, Roman, Latin, however you want to call it, has a European spirit and will always have it.
There are hundreds of identitarian and third-position ideologues and writers, philosophers, and teachers living and working in Latin America.
All we are waiting for is a horn to blow so that we know that we can actually do something, because we all know that it's the power of the United States that controls the political atmosphere of the continent.
We can't do anything by ourselves.
At least not morally.
All we need now is to connect the dots.
Because the international network of identitarians that an American ideologue once suggested is already there.
All we have to do is start communicating with each other.
And what better time than now by using the means that our opponents have given us to connect.
They gave us those means to try and push that Global, one world view, but in reality, we're just using it to troll them.
Hispanics denouncing white genocide and white Americans denouncing the corrupt Mexican neoliberal government is kind of the seal for this alliance, and it would increase our numbers dramatically in both countries.
Mexican nationalists, preferably with your support, We'll debunk the Americans took from us myth and rescue the imperial identity of Mexicans.
I'm done?
Thank you.
Okay, I got two minutes left for questions.
I talk too slowly.
Thank you.
I'll be real quick.
I think it is very important that identitarians of different nations and races talk to each other.
What are the major institutions or publications in Mexico that speak from an alt-right or identitarian position?
Everything, a quick answer to that would be that everything revolves around Salvador Borrego, which is a Mexican journalist and historian that has written more than 40 books.
We celebrated his 100th birthday last year in the Mexican Identitarian Congress.
So most of the institutions revolve around him and his books because he has been such an icon.
So for anything related to that, I would suggest contact him, anything related to him.
Last week I saw a little article about El Bronco, the new governor, I think, of Nulevo Laredo.
Could you tell us a little about him?
He seemed open to the idea of better relationships.
Maybe even identitarianism.
Well, this guy, Bronco, the...
Was that a question or a statement?
Okay. The independent candidate that won, he has a very big career in the political party and power, so we are identitarians.
We're waiting to see if he's actually genuine or if he was just...
One more chip to move and to use the people that wanted to vote for an independent candidate to give power to them as well through him.
