Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to episode 161 of Radio Renaissance.

That takes your subscribers up to about 13,000.
That's nowhere near where the main AR channel is, which has over 100,000 and I think has... About 120,000.
A number of years on us as well.
I think you each and every one of you.
So do me a favor if you haven't.
Make sure you subscribe.
And, make sure that you like the videos.
You can even go back and you can like all the past videos.
That actually helps the visibility.
So, subscribe and make sure that you know the moment, boom, the latest podcast is up.
Or, one of those little hors d'oeuvres that you might remember seeing last week when Jared put up the full audio of the interview that he did with NPR, which has been a huge viral sensation.
And I might add that the 13,600 subscribers we have on YouTube are only YouTube.
We have an approximately 5,000, 6,000, 7,000 that listen on other platforms.
So we think we're doing pretty well and we thank you very much.
Now it is my unfortunate duty to rattle the tin cup and do something that does not come naturally to me with my wasp reserve.
And that is to ask you for money.
The year is coming to an end, and those of you who itemize your deductions, and even those who don't, we would be very grateful if you could send money to us.
Again, this does not come naturally to me, to put the bite on people in this manner, but if you can make a checkout to Amren, A-M-R-E-N, For the amount of your choice and send it to Box 527, Oakton, Virginia, 22124.
I will give that address again.
It's Box 527, Oakton, Virginia, 22124.
And if the season of giving extends all the way to Oakton, Virginia, We will be deeply grateful and I know that I speak for PK when I express my appreciation for all of you listeners, those who give and those who don't.
We are very glad that you are part of our little community here.
And one more thing, we do want to make sure that we are able to stay in touch with you.
In case anything catastrophic happens to the YouTube channel.
So, make sure you send your emails so we can add you to the Ameren email list.
Either to BecauseWeLiveHere at ProtonMail.com.
That's all one word.
BecauseWeLiveHere at ProtonMail.com or You can come to the AMREN.com page, A-M-R-E-N.com, and click on the Contact Us tab.
And so, finally, after having spent 3 minutes and 37 seconds in introductory materials, we will get straight to the meat of the matter.
And our star performer on this occasion is Ayanna Pressley.
Yeah, you might remember Representative Ayanna Pressley.
She was the first Black individual elected from Massachusetts to Congress.
Black female?
Well, I guess for the lower house?
For the lower house, correct.
Okay, yes, because they've had a black senator.
They have had, but she's, yeah, you know, she's the first black woman elected to Congress from Massachusetts.
You're right, that's correct.
Well, it turns out that she's set to introduce legislation this past week to tackle a pretty big problem, Mr. Taylor.
It's the problem Of students of color, particularly black girls, who apparently face disproportionately punitive discipline in public schools across the United States.
It's a big problem.
It's a big problem.
Obama tried to address it, and the problem got even worse because, guess what?
Teachers weren't even stopping anyone.
And so there was all sorts of violence that we saw.
But hey, the Ending Push-Out Act That Representative Pressley's introducing is going to aim to stop discriminatory punishment practices that, quote, criminalize black and brown students, push them out of school, and exacerbate the school-to-prison pipeline, end quote.
This is the Ending Pushout Act.
Yes.
Boy, gosh, if you didn't know what it was about, the mind just boggles imagining what that might be, but yes.
Well, this is the first bill to come out of Congresswoman Presley's sweeping criminal justice reform proposals that she's been announcing that she's really getting excited about to start pushing through.
Harbinger of things to come as the Senate looks like it might go blue in 2020.
And how is she going to pass laws to stop black women from doing these things?
Well, let's get to that.
Black students in the U.S.
are significantly more likely than white students to be suspended, expelled, arrested at school, or referred to outside law enforcement agencies.
Of course, that's because they engage in anti-social behavior at rates far exceeding those of white, Asians, even brown students.
That's where Ayanna would tell you you're wrong.
I know she would.
So, black children make up about 16% of all U.S.
public school students, but they account for Roughly 40% of schools suspensions.
That's according to a 2018 Government Accountability Office report.
Black girls in particular face harsher treatment in school than their peers.
They're over five times more likely to be suspended than white girls, according to a 2017 report from the National Women's Law Center.
They looked at data from the U.S.
Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights from 2013 to 2014, so it would be fascinating to know what actually happened when Obama's No school discipline policies went into effect after 2014.
I believe it was 2014, 2015, and 2016 where those were really in place.
That's when it was at its worst.
It wasn't really no discipline, but the discipline had to be equal.
Correct.
Equity.
And so when a white kid dropped a blackboard eraser, he could get suspended just like a black kid who slugs a teacher.
That's pretty much what it had to be.
Hey, white kid, you're late to class by two minutes.
You get ISS.
No, you know what?
You get out of school suspension.
You're out of here.
So here's what the legislation entails.
Co-sponsored by, who do you think?
Oh, I can imagine.
Part of the squad, I imagine.
Representative Alon Omar of Minnesota.
Oh yeah, a squaddie.
A squaddie for sure.
It would establish 2.5 billion billion with a B, and new grants for states and schools to
provide educators with implicit bias training, invest in counselors
and social workers, and adjust school discipline policies, notably around appearance and grooming for primarily black
students, probably their hair, I'd imagine, with input from families and community members.
So to be eligible for the funds, schools would have to ban suspensions and expulsions in all grades
for being late or chronically absent and for quote minor infractions end quote like violating grooming policies.
Most other suspensions and expulsions would have to end for kids up to the fifth grade.
So the schools would also have to ban corporal punishment, isolation, and restraining students.
Now here's what Presley said, quote, not only are our girls carrying trauma from their personal lives when they enter school, but for far too many, Schools have become a place that criminalizes and harms girls of color."
There you go.
Well, as usual, it is the federal dollar being handed out on a stick.
Although, it seems to me any sensible school district, any sensible locality, is not going to want money that's got to be spent on implicit bias training.
Well, not only that, basically it's a jobs program as well, if you actually look at what they're saying.
This is a way to get the community of color hired and ensconced into the educational bureaucracy.
And of course, we have a majority Democrat House, but this might be the kind of thing that President Trump might have the backbone to veto.
However, our next story gives me a certain amount of pause, because the Trump Justice Department has filed a lawsuit alleging that the city of Hesperia in San Bernardino County, California, has been discriminating against African-American and Latino renters.
You see, Hesperia had something called the Crime Free Ordinance.
This required landlords to have a clause in the lease that required the eviction of the entire household of any member caught in criminal activity.
Also, if one of their guests were caught in criminal activity, out goes the family.
And what had happened is the landlords were required to submit the names of all applicants for tenancy, everybody who wants to rent the Sheriff's Department for criminal background screening, and also to screen then current tenants for criminal history.
Now, what was the consequence?
Well, the consequence is exactly as you can imagine.
It turned out that African-American renters were nearly four times as likely to be evicted as whites.
And Hispanic tenants were 29% more likely to be evicted than whites.
And it's on this basis, on what is strictly disparate impact, that this suit is being brought.
Again, this is by the Trump Justice Department.
This isn't Barack Obama.
This is Donald J. Trump himself.
Now, the city is standing up strong for this.
Mayor Pro Tem Bill Holland says the crime-free ordinance, quote, has nothing to do with the race and everything to do with reducing crime in the city.
And I think that's a pretty good deal.
I mean, in a way, it's sort of beggar thy neighbor because you're going to force out all the criminals from your area and they have to go live someplace else.
But what's wrong with saying if you're a criminal, you're not going to rent in our town?
But be all that as it may, the Justice Department has taken them to court because,
although the numbers involved are really not all that great, between January and December 2016,
137 households with a total of 258 people were kicked out because of the ordinance.
As I say, these aren't huge numbers.
And 75- What was that number again?
Only 152?
No, 137 households with a total of 258 people Okay.
because they fell afoul of this crime-free rental housing program.
And at the same time, at least 75 applicants failed the tenant screening mandated and had to be kicked out.
But once again, this is precisely the kind of argument Ayanna Pressley is making.
And here you've got, you know, Donald Trump's Justice Department at one time was trying to cut back on this disparate impact stuff.
At one point.
Yes, they were making a strong point of the fact that statistical differences do not mean discrimination.
You know who was in charge of the DOJ at that point though, don't you?
Well, that was our good friend Jeff Sessions.
Jeff Beauregard Sessions.
Beauregard Sessions, and he is no longer there.
Hopefully he'll be back in the Senate.
But to me, it's appalling.
It's appalling that Donald Trump's Justice Department, its thinking is exactly the same as Ayanna Pressley's.
If there is a difference, if there's a difference in outcome, it's got to be pure discrimination.
But once again, all the city of Hispania is doing is that if you're a con or an ex-con, if you commit a crime, out!
And of course it's going to have a disparate impact.
They should have known that at the beginning.
But I guess they figured it was a free country.
Well, it's not a free country.
Just a little item here on the cost of educating illegal aliens.
The Pew Research Center estimates that no fewer than 3.9 million or 7.3% of K-12 students in the United States are either here illegally or are the children of at least one parent illegally in the United States.
Repeat that real quick.
Yes.
4 million.
It's 3.9 million.
We'll round up to 4 because it's probably at least 4 by now.
Or 7.3% of K-12 students in the United States are either here illegally on their own hook or one of their parents is an illegal.
Now, how much do we spend on public education for this population of students that is not even here legally?
Is it in the billions?
Yes, it's in the tens of billions.
$60 billion.
$60 billion.
So what's that per people spending right there?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Usually these days, I think per people spending in the United States, K through 12 is about $12,000, $15,000, something like that.
And the federal government also, of course, mandates English as a Second Language, ESL programs, for the roughly 9.6% of all U.S.
students who cannot speak it in class.
And its states and local residents have to put the bill for that, too.
The law just says, do it!
And you gotta pay for that yourself.
So, just a little tidbit to brighten your day on where some of your tax dollars are going.
$60 billion to educate the children who are illegal or who are the children of illegals.
And just another tidbit to brighten your day from New York State having to do with driver's licenses.
Yeah, this just goes, this is about to go into effect as we're speaking.
As many as 80,000 illegal aliens statewide in the state of New York who are living in the country, like I said, illegally, including 30,000 on Long Island, will be able to obtain valid New York State driver's license.
Licenses beginning this coming Saturday.
The starting date follows years of conflict and continuing divide among New Yorkers.
Supporters say the laws will make roads safer and help illegal immigrant families prosper.
It's funny, the way that the news story states it is they say, help immigrant families prosper.
No, it's illegal immigrant families.
You can't, come on.
Opponents call the law nothing less than a tool for terrorists.
The measure referred to as the Green Light Law was passed earlier this year and signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Making New York the 13th state to provide driver's licenses to those in the country illegally.
And remember, ladies and gentlemen, dear listener, this was only possible because New York is one of those states that has a super majority of Democrats in the state legislature, just like in California, like in Virginia now, and in a number of other places.
And unlike Republicans who spend their time You're going to have grateful illegals.
they actually use power to make sure that they're going to be in power for a
long time because they're going to give drivers license and what does that mean
vote at some point you're gonna have grateful illegals exactly someday be
grateful citizens and grateful voters if they have their way so mr. Taylor the
state will only issue standard drivers licenses to those illegal immigrants
which means they won't be able to obtain truckers license or other commercial
Why not?
Why not?
Exactly.
Isn't that discriminatory?
Yeah, I should think so.
Exactly.
They're inhibited.
So the standard licenses also won't meet federal standards for identification.
So holders won't be able to use them to board planes, or enter federal facilities.
Under the law these licenses also shall be visually identical to standard licenses Issued to U.S.
citizens, which begs the question, what's the point of U.S.
citizenship?
This is just crazy.
Well, you know, what they're saying is it's not going to be real ID.
Precisely.
And real ID, it looks exactly like a non-real ID driver's license, but it just has a little star on it.
So you can tell it at a glance, but otherwise, it doesn't look the least bit different.
So if you're just casually looking at somebody's license, you won't be able to say, aha, here's an illegal.
Because it's missing that little star.
Just a couple more things.
The Green Light Law also allows new kinds of records to be used by illegal immigrants.
Once again, this news story omits that illegal and just tries to make it sound like it's immigrants.
But it's illegal immigrants to apply for licenses.
These include an unexpired passport from another country, an unexpired identification number from a consulate, a foreign driver's license that is valid or expired for Less than 24 months.
If an applicant doesn't have a social security number, they need to sign an affidavit that they hadn't been issued one.
And then, lo and behold, you'll have a driver's license and you're allowed to operate a motor vehicle and make the great state of New York that much safer.
That's the line of thinking from Democrats.
And I'm sure a large number of Republicans.
And furthermore, you will feel welcome and beloved by the great state of New York.
Well, moving on to the other side of the country.
This would be Google and the CEO of YouTube, Susan Wojcicki.
I had to check on her how to pronounce her name.
I would have thought it was Wojcicki, but her name is pronounced Wojcicki.
Well, she recently had a 60 Minutes interview with Leslie Stahl.
And just a few highlights from this interview.
She pointed out that Google does employ 10,000 people who focus on what she calls controversial content.
Now, I would have thought if it's merely controversial, that adds spice to our lives.
But we must not have controversy these days, apparently.
And she says that these 10,000 people have to have time out for therapy.
Do you know why?
I have a hunch.
It's because these monitors are, to use the language of 60 Minutes Interview, they are beginning to buy the conspiracy theories.
Uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh.
In other words, some of them might listen to PK and think, you know, this guy's actually on the ball.
Or they might see one of your videos and say, hey, you know what?
There's some truth in what this guy's saying.
Let's get this video down immediately.
So, they have to have time out for monitoring to get sort of nudged back into the necessary grooves of contemporary egalitarian thinking.
And she said that, this is Wojcicki speaking, we're removing content that violates our policies.
We removed, just in the last quarter, how many videos?
It's definitely not in the billions.
I'll say 300,000.
Nine million.
Oh wow, nowhere near.
Nine million.
These numbers are really hard to estimate.
Yeah.
And of course Leslie Stahl, she says that according to Wojcicki, they have reprogrammed their algorithms to recommend questionable videos, much less questionable videos.
Which is why I'm going to pause you real quick and tell everyone again, make sure you subscribe to this channel.
Make sure you like all of our videos.
And please send the links to friends, the more the merrier.
Because I suspect that in the eyes of Susan Wojcicki, this is a questionable, this is questionable content.
And Ms.
Wojcicki says that due to these changes, they've cut down the amount of time Americans watch controversial content by 70%.
Seventy percent.
Seventy percent.
In other words, this is just slashing into this terrible plague of questionable content on YouTube.
And that's, of course, why our numbers are not growing the way they used to.
Imagine, probably, in effect what it means is that our suggested videos are down by at least 70 percent.
So we're counting on you, our listeners, to make sure that people in your circle know about our broadcasts and our videos.
And just a little about Susan Wojcicki.
She is of Russian Jewish descent and she is an advocate for a number of policies of which she is very passionate.
One is paid family leave.
Because she has five children of her own, you see.
And so she thinks paid family leave is very important.
Also, the plight of Syrian refugees.
That is a problem that is very close to her heart.
So I guess she would consider our views on Syrian refugees questionable.
No, interestingly enough.
Invalid, probably.
Yes, interestingly enough.
Oh, also she's countering gender discrimination at technology companies.
Well, she's the head of it, you know.
Isn't she responsible if there's just gender discrimination going on?
Interestingly enough, her sister Anne Wojcicki is the founder of 23andMe.
So these, the hotshot Wojcicki sisters, apparently there's yet another one who's got a PhD in some sort of exotic scientific discipline.
So these are very high-performing Wojcicki's.
But they're working hard to keep questionable content from entering into and poisoning the minds of our fellow citizens.
Now, moving on to yet another topic, and this is the New York State Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators.
This is the state legislators.
There may be some other people as well, but they run a charity.
And the charity's job is to hand out scholarships to needy blacks and Hispanics.
Now, it seems to me that I just don't understand why that's legal, frankly.
I don't think we could have a giveaway program funded by American Renaissance exclusively for white people.
No.
No, you couldn't.
But here's this charity, and I imagine the money comes from shaking down corporations one way or another.
In any case, that's its job, is scholarships for needy blacks and needy Hispanics.
Well, how have they been spending their money?
Last year, they spent $500,000 on its annual caucus weekend.
This is basically a huge knees-up.
A real fancy clam bake.
They invite all their families and friends and have a wonderful hoop it up.
I gotta tell you, I've never heard that phrase, clam bake.
For our younger listeners who might not know what that means, is that like a lobster, you know, filet mignon?
Oh, you get out on the beach.
Well, no, you get out on the beach.
It's a party.
It's a party.
Okay.
And for two years running, they did not give out a single scholarship during their gala event, which is what they're supposed to be doing.
And this has come to the attention of the New York Post, primarily.
The New York Times is sniffily looking the other way.
But the Post has been badgering these people.
They can't get any answer out of the folks who run this.
And a woman who identified herself as the group's executive director refused to answer the post-repeated questions over the last three weeks.
And we have discovered that they failed to file their 990 on time.
Now even New Century Foundation, our parent organization, files its 990s on time.
But here these people have got half a million dollars to spend on a party and they can't figure out how to get their paperwork in on time.
Now, they do claim that they have spent a total of $50,000, that's one-tenth of the party budget, on scholarships, but they refuse to identify the students.
They'll just say, student got this much, student got that much.
How is that even possible?
I mean, you read this story, you hear this story.
It's a privacy question, you see, a privacy question.
And do you remember New York City Mayor David Dinkins?
I do.
He was the first melanin-enhanced mayor of New York City.
He is a board member and when asked, he at least answered the phone and he says, I know nothing.
I know nothing.
He can't explain where the money's coming from, where it's going.
Anyway, just a little tidbit on the New York State Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators.
I'm sure every one of those black and Puerto Rican legislators voted to ensure that the Green Light Law went into effect.
I imagine they did.
I imagine they did.
And they're green lighting more than they realize.
But now here's another little interesting state legislature question.
Vanessa Lowery Brown served in the Pennsylvania legislature from 2010 for five straight terms.
However, on October 31st, Native American Day.
In 2018, she was convicted on seven charges, six felonies, one misdemeanor relating to bribery.
Now, interestingly enough, between her conviction and sentencing hearing, she ran for re-election.
Okay.
And was re-elected with 99.6% of the vote.
Well, she ran unopposed.
So only 0.4% even wrote in.
But anyway, so she's convicted of bribery.
She refused to step down.
She says, look, I got reelected.
Well, she was finally talked into leaving office, but she said she resigned from her seat, quote, under protest.
So, okay, so she's gone in December of 2018.
Then what happens?
Well, the new rep, Movita Johnson Harrell was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from her district.
Now there's an extra piquant detail here because although they are both melanin-enhanced, Movita is a Muslim.
She's the first Muslim woman to go to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Well, now, oddly enough, she took office in only March of last year.
But barely got her feet wet before she was charged by prosecutors for stealing $500,000 from a non-profit organization that works with the mentally ill.
Oh my goodness.
Oh yes, yes.
Does it work exclusively with mentally ill of color?
That I don't know, but according to the newspaper reports the mentally ill are very very badly needing this money.
Well, it's an outfit called Motivations, Education, and Consultation Associates.
And it seems to me their bookkeeping must have been pretty bad for Movita to make off with a half a million.
But she plans to plead guilty.
She's not going to fight it.
And she will resign from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives effective in three days.
So they're going to have to have another special election.
Sure.
Someone's going to run unopposed.
Yeah, someone will run unopposed.
Now, what did she spend all this swag on?
Well, fox fur coats, $16,000 on vacations, and I like this, $2,065.95 to cover past-due Porsche payments.
So Movita drives a Porsche and she kind of fell behind on her payments.
Then $3,000 for an overdue IRS tax bill.
She kind of fell behind there, too.
She's got a habit here.
And then, this is intriguing, $3,200 to the Philadelphia Gas Works.
How do you get $3,200 behind on your gas bill?
You just don't pay it.
I mean, think about cities that we've talked about before.
Think about Chicago.
A couple podcasts ago, we talked about how Lori Lightfoot, the current mayor, ran on getting rid of Turning off, or getting rid of the policy of turning off water for people who don't pay.
That's right.
I'm sure if you did a little bit of digging, you could find out that in cities all across the country, because predominantly people of color have their gas, their electricity, or water turned off, there are policies being implemented that, hey, you know what?
We're just not going to turn off your utilities if you don't pay because, you know, we can't have people of color complaining.
But once Movita got this half a million dollar windfill, she decided to square up with the Philadelphia Gas Works.
Then there's $4,741.20 for city of Philadelphia back-due taxes.
And then $8,000 to cover a restitution payment for a 2014 criminal conviction concerning failure to pay unemployment compensation tax.
This woman has been cut in corners all her life.
And on top of that, $20,000 went on overdue mortgage payments.
So, this girl needed that half million.
You go, girl!
She needed that money.
Just as a matter of pure coincidence, we discover that the district is 9.9% white, 83.4% black, and 2.5% Hispanic.
83% black.
Yes.
It's part of Philadelphia, the city itself.
So I'm guessing that her replacement will have certain similarities to both Movita and Vanessa.
It seems to be a black lady district.
Dare I say they'll be melanin enriched?
I'm guessing that's probably the case.
I think that's a requirement in that prerequisite.
Yes, that's a prerequisite.
But moving on to New York City, were you aware that there are 769,000 Muslims living in New York City?
Yes, they make up 9% of the city's population.
New York City?
Yes!
769,000 Muslims live there.
Yes indeed.
And they are feeling like they're under pressure and under attack and Islamophobia is rearing its horrible head.
And so in Brooklyn, a group of Muslim volunteers have created a new community patrol.
They call it the Muslim Community Patrol and Services.
Now, it swung into gear in March of this year, and the astonishing thing about this is they have patrol cars that are the very same model as NYPD patrol cars.
They're Ford Tauruses, and they're painted in identical colors with very similar badges, and it is easy to confuse them.
So who gives them the authority to do this?
Well, they do this with the implicit authority of the NYPD.
Apparently, you can paint a car to make it look like an NYPD patrol car, and apparently that's okay.
And they are self-funded.
After all, when you've got 769,000 Muslims, apparently you can come up with enough money to buy these cars.
And they've got navy blue uniforms in them, but I saw photographs of these, and they're drivers.
Now the drivers all have beards and skull caps, and they just look like they jumped right out of the desert.
But they're driving around in what looks like NYPD patrol cars.
They've got seven of them on the streets now, and they plan to buy 23 more in the near future.
They have a fleet of 30.
This is a substantial operation!
Like you said, for only 779,000 people.
Well, 769,000.
779,000 people. Well, 769,000. Well, as they point out, there are over 350 mosques in New
York City. And most of them don't have security.
So what they do is, they are on alert.
They cruise around at Friday prayer time to make sure that bad white people don't do bad things to these Muslims.
And also, they also go to the three Islamic schools in Brooklyn at opening time and closing time.
To make sure that everything goes well for the students.
Now, their job is to call 911 if they find something suspicious.
They are to take no enforcement action on their own.
And the police department spokesman says, we expect them to follow the law.
They are not sanctioned or regulated by the police department.
Something else they do, though, is they offer counseling for family problems, marital discord, and domestic violence.
In other words, this is creeping sharia law courts.
This just reminds me of, who's that author that wrote the book, the second, Thomas Chittum, what was his book called?
Oh, Civil War II or something?
Civil War II.
This is one of those signs of just, you know, separation, which this is, this is great.
I mean, think about it this way.
Think about if you were in an area like of Detroit and you had you know whites make up about I think it's 5% of Detroit right now maybe 7% and they decided to do something of this nature.
Oh my gosh, one of the headlines would be crazy.
What's actually funny is, in a lot of ways they already have.
Dan Gilbert, the CEO of Quicken Loans, when they relocated there, they basically fortified large areas.
He bought up these massive abandoned skyscrapers to try and convince white people to move back that it was safe.
Everyone complained because there's security cameras everywhere.
There's extra, they're not paramilitary, but they have extra security guys that supplement the police in the area.
It blows the mind to think what would happen if whites in Baltimore or Detroit would do something similar.
Yes, but this Muslim outfit is riding high.
Well, now that they've been in operation for a few months... Oh, and by the way, they don't have rooftop bubblegum machines, but they do have flashing lights on the front dashboard and the back window.
And we have a bit of a record of how they behave.
One is that some of them just have taken to flashing their emergency lights whenever they drive around because people are going to think they're, oh my gosh, and they're going to make way.
They're not allowed, they're not supposed to run stop lights, but they're getting a little bullshy about that too.
The other thing they do is they make sure that nobody parks near a mosque during Friday prayer services, even though they have no right to do that.
They'll go up to somebody and if he doesn't look sufficiently Muslim, they'll go and run their siren at him and drive them off.
The other thing they do is they patrol near mosques and if anybody has an open container of liquor, they will confiscate it and destroy it.
Now, it is against the law to have open containers of liquor, whether you're near a mosque or not.
And the police are very kind of negotiated about it.
They don't just snatch the stuff out of your hand, but these people will snatch it away and destroy it, pour the booze down the gutter.
And as one resident who preferred to remain anonymous said, these guys aren't police officers and they don't have the right to take someone else's property and destroy it.
Andy's right.
But this is this growing diversity that is coming to America.
Adversity.
It's insane.
It's the adversity of diversity.
Yes, so we have these Muslim and again I saw a group photo of the patrolman and they really I mean they really do look like this is a they're returning jihadis from the Islamic State.
They've all got the beards and little hats.
Well, if they're illegal aliens, we can thank the Green Light Law, which allows them to drive these Islamic cars around and as long as, hey, you know, if they have a foreign driver's license from Afghanistan or somewhere that's valid or expired, hey, less than 24 months, they can get that license.
They're good to go.
That's right.
That's right.
But let us leap from Brooklyn to Cleveland.
Tell us about Cleveland.
I want to talk about Cleveland because I found this story and I was holding it until I could actually find this study and I want to read the Cleveland.com.
I believe this came from the Cleveland Plain Dealer back in November and it was published on November 6 at Cleveland.com.
Cleveland's homicide victims are skewing younger in 2019 and black males account for the lion's share of the victims.
Statistics show.
There have been 10 homicide cases involving children this year in Cleveland compared to 7 in 2018.
They talk about how 40 people under the age of 25 have been killed in 2019.
The city has already exceeded the 28 killed in all of 2018.
And these are statistics from the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office.
As of September, nearly 87% of this year's homicide victims, 92 of 106, were black.
And 77 are black males.
Now, key word there.
Victims.
Homicide victims.
In 2018, roughly 75% of homicide victims were black.
What is missing from this story?
What do you think is missing from this story that the paper noted was a report from the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office that was a comprehensive report on homicide?
Well, do tell.
I'm all ears.
The offenders Those who were arrested for homicide.
They somehow just didn't get... That was omitted from the story.
That was on the cutting room floor.
So you know what I did?
I decided to look at that report.
And it's incredible.
Just as police data, data from prosecutor's offices at the state, community, or local level is, when you actually can look at it.
And this one was fascinating.
Cuyahoga County, Cuyahoga County, forgive me if any of our listeners are from the great area of Cleveland, a metropolitan area, Cuyahoga County is 63% white and 29% black.
So this report, which data was completely ignored by the local ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox affiliates there in Cleveland, it showed that out of 369 homicide suspects defendants, Between 2017 and 2019.
83% of those have been black.
And that's just for the homicide cases we know of.
Cleveland apparently has one of the lowest clearance rates.
You recall that fantastic study, I think the Washington Post did, where they asked, why do all these cities have such low clearance rates?
And all these black and brown people are being killed.
Well, who's doing it?
Well, who do you think is doing it, guys?
And the implication, of course, is that the police are just looking the other way when people of color They're not looking the other way.
Guess what?
Cleveland is a city that works with the First 48, that great show that documents what happens with homicide detectives when they realize they only have 48 hours to try and actually get some leads.
And guess what?
No one in the black community Just as in Memphis, just as in New Orleans, just as in Cincinnati, you name the city, they refuse to cooperate with the police.
You know, it's an interesting lapse in the data in that report that you mentioned because you frequently see this.
You'll see that black people and Hispanic people Let's get to a number that I know you love.
than whites to be killed and the implication is sort of left dangling
that it's probably kluxers and neo-nazis driving around the neighborhood just
mowing them down they never talk about the perpetrators well but I'm glad that
you were able to get to the bottom of this. Let's get to a number that I
know you love. So remember Cuyahoga County the prosecutor's office this
great study shows that between 2017 and 2019 83% of the suspects of the
defendants have been black.
Only 12% have been white.
The county is 63% white.
So some simple math here shows us that this means blacks in... Cuyahoga.
Cuyahoga County.
Oh, these Indian names.
Cuyahoga County are 15 times more likely than whites.
To be arrested for committing homicide.
That just means the police force is 15 times more likely to be racist.
You know that.
Well, in the eyes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, and I'm sure the Cleveland media and the national media, that is the line of thinking that they operate under.
Well, but that is the consistent thinking not only of Ayanna Pressley when it comes to suspension and discipline of blacks in school.
That's all due to racism in the system and it is apparently the DOJ's view of What's going on in Hesperia?
It's all the fault of the rules.
It's all the fault of the people who implement the rules that these criminals are not allowed to rent, and it turns out to have disparate impact on blacks.
Well, anyway.
The more things change, the more they stay the same, don't they?
Now, we will now leap several thousand miles to the border of Mexico and its southern border.
Where it has been determined that the number of African migrants heading through Mexico more than doubled this year from about 2,700 in 2018 to 5,800 today.
This is the Mexican federal government that is providing these figures.
Now I suspect that the figures are probably pretty good.
I suspect if you are a Somali you're a bit of a standout in Mexico and not too many of them slip through.
Well, it was in 2007 that the Mexican government started counting Africans.
At that time, the figure was 460.
And, to repeat, 2018, 5,800.
That is considerable growth.
That's an astonishing number.
If I can interject real quick, think about how much it costs for Africans to illegally migrate to Europe.
It's an extraordinary cost.
It's in the thousands.
Oh, yes.
Depending on the year and the time, the route, $3,000 to $7,000, which is a lot of money for West Africa or East Africa, wherever they're coming from.
My point is, think about how much it must cost to get from Africa.
The last time I checked, there's a massive ocean separating the two.
Well, probably Ryanair gives them a really good deal.
But, now, there's worse here.
Apparently they face racism and discrimination because of the color of their skin.
What's even worse, in August the Mexican government stopped issuing African migrants transit visas to allow them to get to the US-Mexico border.
Because that's, of course, where they want to go.
They don't want to do the cucaracha, They would rather come north.
So, and this I find quite astonishing.
Officials are asking the migrants to apply for residency or a visa in Mexico.
Which maybe they will turn down.
I don't know.
But the point is, if they apply, then that makes it almost impossible for them to make an asylum claim in the United States.
Because they've already made a claim in the safe country.
But, as a result, These thousands of people who are, according to the sympathetic observers, fleeing from civil wars and ethnic conflicts are stuck.
This is the opinion of Rebecca Alemayehu, a California-based immigration lawyer who represents African asylum seekers and has made several trips to consult with these poor stuck Africans in Tijuana and Tapachula.
That's 5,000 potential clients right there for that immigration lawyer who's working exclusively.
Now she's found her niche.
Think about it.
We've talked about this before.
How these immigration lawyers are just rolling right now because of all the various And as the immigration lawyer who wrote into us explained, he says these are some of the smartest, most hard-working people he's ever run into.
They are absolutely beavering away trying to get these people into our country.
And this Rebecca Alamyehu, I'm quite sure I'm pronouncing that correctly because it's very easily phonetically spelled.
I have no idea where she's from.
Maybe she made the trek herself at one point from Africa.
She says, staying in Mexico isn't an option because black migrants are not safe.
A lot of them are getting robbed, beat up, and mistreated.
Well, so how do we solve that problem?
Well, members of the Congressional Black Caucus visited them at the border.
And they talk to people from countries such as Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Haiti, not necessarily Africa, but they're African.
It looks like the Black Caucus likes Haitians just as much as it likes Cameroonians.
And these people stuck at the border shared stories of companions dying along the trek from Ecuador to Mexico, and racially motivated mistreatment, denial of medical services.
Now, my question for you is, my question for the Congressional Black Caucus, Isn't it their duty to tell these people, turn back.
The United States is steeped in white supremacy.
The United States is a nation of incorrigible white racists.
So go back, go back to your home.
Isn't that what they should be telling you?
You would think so, but these individuals coming from Africa are going to help.
Wage the battle against whiteness.
I'm sure that's the case.
They will reform us.
That's what they exist to do.
They will be so lovable, they'll be so productive that we will get over all of our irrational prejudices and say we were wrong.
Yes.
But no, that's the logical thing.
They should tell them, you know, that's the funny thing.
All of these people who just can't stand white people, they seem to all want to come live with us.
It's just one of those odd consequences.
It's a paradox.
It's a paradox.
It's inexplicable.
But now, you had some interesting paradox for us with having to do with casting.
I thought this was funny because it's Disney, probably the wokest company out there.
A word I know that you dislike, but it's important that we use the nomenclature of the time, the vernacular.
Disney's facing criticism.
For his decision to produce a spin-off film focused on a minor white character from its live-action remake of Aladdin.
Now, I know you probably haven't seen Aladdin.
I have not.
This movie did quite well in theaters.
I believe it's generated, I think it's grossed over, it has, one billion dollars in the worldwide box office.
Now, of course, you can say, you could actually say that, hey, in the cartoon in the 90s, the genie was played, voiced by Robin Williams.
So, even though it's blue, it was a white guy.
Of course, in this version, Will Smith, the black actor, Will Smith was the genie.
And for a lot of the movie, he actually wasn't blue, he actually was just a black guy.
Well, get this.
This project, which was revealed by The Hollywood Reporter, will see the actor Billy Magnuson reprise his role as the affable, goofy Prince Anders, one of the few white characters.
So he was a prince?
He was a prince.
It's going to debut on Disney's new streaming service, Disney+, which I would actually recommend to our listeners out there if you have young kids or if you just want to have nostalgia.
There are a lot of great programs that they have on there from when Walt Disney was in charge Especially with Christmas coming up, you probably have your grandkids around, show them the Davy Crockett Show.
That was when American heroes, people we looked up to, were actually the pioneers who built this great country.
Great show.
I bet you could, do you think you could watch The Grey Ghost?
Was that Disney?
I don't know if it was... it would be all Disney stuff?
Yes.
I don't know who produced that.
I doubt it was Disney.
John Singleton Mosley, of course.
Back when you could have Confederate heroes on weekly television programs.
Back in the 70s, one of the top shows was the Dukes of Hazzard.
And you can't even have the General Lee anymore.
But anyways, the point is, so they're upset because they're taking this minor white character from Aladdin and giving him his whole show.
So some fan on Twitter, we have to give them the megaphone and they tweeted, so just after the news the actor who played Aladdin can't get work, Disney announces a spinoff about the token white guy in one scene.
OMG.
So many fans are confused by the decision.
Confused?
Exactly.
Do you think YouTube would find this questionable or controversial?
I don't know.
Apparently white fans are upset because, hey, It's a film replete with characters of color and yet Disney's focusing on the white one.
Wait, white fans are upset by this too?
Oh, white people are always upset.
White people are upset because they're remaking Ghostbusters in line with the original universe after the disaster that was the female reboot back in 2016.
I know you don't watch this but just real quick.
So they just released the trailer.
The son of the director of the first two movies was upset with this all-female movie.
And so they're putting out a movie that actually is in line with the original canon.
And the same people who probably complain, oh my gosh, they're going to have a white character, it's getting a spin-off, and this guy who played Aladdin can't even get casting calls back.
Well, they're the same people who are outraged.
We love the all-female Ghostbusters.
It was the greatest movie ever.
Why do all these white people who get mad about Star Wars casting non-whites in white
roles, why do they actually get their way?
Well, you know what?
Get a life, guys.
This is such a non-controversy.
It's so embarrassing that we can't be excited that some actor is getting a role when his
depiction of what was a minor character...
I've seen the movie and I barely remember this guy.
But the fact is that somebody said, you know what, we could probably make a show out of this guy.
That's kind of cool.
But hey, we can't have white people succeed and non-white actors.
Nope, nope.
This is typical.
Not fine work.
Entirely typical.
And well, another increasingly typical thing.
This was at a private college in which a student produced a play that satirized the Ku Klux Klan.
The play was cancelled an hour before its final dress rehearsal.
And the reason for this was that it was feared that this might trigger some people on campus.
This is making fun of us, of the KKK.
The KKK. Needless to say, these are certainly not the heroes in the play.
And the administration seeks to balance the right of free speech with our values of inclusion and compassion.
And the college's rationale was because some characters were dressed in KKK robes,
that could potentially upset some members of the campus community.
Oh, yeah.
Oh boy!
And as the president of the college, Kurt Landgraf, explained, the campus was not prepared for the content of the show and the decision was made to be respectful of our student population.
So even the mere presence of KKK robes would be so terrifying to these snowflake whites and hair trigger non-whites that they couldn't even have a show that had such characters.
But moving on and to conclude with a bit of good news.
Good news and once again proof of Asian superiority.
Some of our listeners may know that Pope Francis recently made a trip to Japan.
And while he was there, he said, Oh, you Japanese, you need to take in more refugees from the third world.
He said this to an audience of 900.
Well, there was an immediate social media backlash.
A typical response was, do that first in the Vatican.
Well, hold on.
The Japanese were upset.
Yes, yes, yes.
Japanese social media.
It wasn't, oh my gosh, why are they casting a white guy as a... Why is this white Aladdin character getting his own show?
Instead, this is actually a real important thing.
Japanese are saying, no way.
No way, Pope Francis.
Do that first in the Vatican.
And another one says, that wish we cannot accept.
Impossible.
Another one says, we've seen what happened to Europe and you still ask us to take in refugees?
Question mark, question mark, question mark.
Anyway, there is, believe it or not, a Japanese pro-refugee group.
There are such goofy Japanese.
And they begged Twitter to censor these comments in order to clamp down on this criticism against refugee resettlement in Japan.
But in Japan, nobody's worried it might hurt somebody's feelings.
They say Japan for the Japanese.
God bless them.
More power to them.
Yes, I hope at least if we can't remain European, I'm counting on the Japanese to stay Japanese.
