Walt Disney's earnings are stronger than expected, though its revenue for the quarter, the money it takes in, only matched forecasts.
It made 15% less from its TV networks.
Disney Plus and Hulu added subscribers.
Spending was up at Disney's parks despite new competition from Comcast Epic Universe, located near Walt Disney World in Orlando.
McDonald's shares up more than 2.5%.
Earnings and revenue were stronger than forecast in the recent quarter, and sales rose.
Traffic to restaurants is down, but customers are buying more per visit.
The return of the snack wraps and the Minecraft happy meal helped.
Uber technology shares are down 3%, even though Uber's earnings were upbeat.

We're going to get to it all, I'm sure.
But, you know, I just want to start by saying, of course, thank you to everybody who's joining us.
Everybody who's listening.
You guys are what make this show great, and we really appreciate it.
It really does make a difference.

So where to start?

Where to start?
Well, I thought one of the more interesting places to start in today's show was to discuss, again, this continuing controversy about the redistricting in Texas.
Of course, we have a number of Texas lawmakers.
As a matter of fact, it seems pretty much all the Democrats fleeing the state en masse to Chicago, of all places, to hide out, to prevent the Texas state legislature from having a quorum,
which thereby makes them incapable of holding an open session so that they're, again, unable to pass redistricting legislation reform that would redistrict portions of Texas's congressional voting districts that many people say would eliminate many Democrat representatives from Congress,
including Jasmine Crockett, who has become famous for her ineptitude and stupidity, and others like Al Green, while also creating, you know, at least five more Republican seats in the House of Representatives.
So this story has been quite controversial.
People are looking at these voting districts and saying, you know, what's this whole story about?
Well, basically, it's this thing called gerrymandering, which, you know, each side accuses the other of engaging in.
But it is quite clear when you look at the lines and how the districts are drawn that this is a practice Democrats have gained quite an expertise at executing over the last several years.
And this is how, you know, as we pointed out in yesterday's show, in states like New York and California and Illinois, I believe, you get these disproportionate numbers of representatives from each party that don't reflect the voting population's proclivity, right, or propensity.
So as we pointed out in yesterday's show, you know, you have 40% of California voting Republican, yet they're only represented by, they're only represented in the House proportionally to the tune of something like 12%, right, of the elected representatives and the House representatives from California are Republican.
The rest are Democrat.
And this is because they've redrawn the districts, or excuse me, 20%, not 12%, 20%.
But that's because they've redrawn these districts to basically cut Republicans out and keep them from being represented.
So that's one example.
You have another example like New York, where, of course, it's a similar number where you have, I think, around 40% of the state or so voting Republican and only being represented by 26% of the allocated House seats in the state of New York from the House of Representatives.
So again, that's another example of this.
So Texas, again, is engaging in a practice that Democrats have been engaged in for quite some time, which is redrawing these congressional districts to, some would argue, better reflect the demographics of the state and not selectively try to cut out voting bases And slice up the electorate to make it disproportionately represented by a party that's not actually
represented at that level in that state.
And Democrats are losing their ever-living mind about it.
Of course, as we said before, they fled the state.
You have other states coming out and saying that they are going to enact these new reforms that are going to redraw their districts, right, to get back at these Texas Republicans because they're basically claiming that what they are doing is tantamount to, I don't know, disturbing the balance of order in Congress, right?
So now what they're saying is: well, in response to Texas redistricting and creating this different balance that is more proportionately representative of the electorate in that state, states like Massachusetts and their governor,
I believe, have come out and said that they're going to gerrymander their state to basically just get rid of all representatives, all Republican representatives, representation in Congress.
Listen to this comment that was made just yesterday.
Many Democratic majority states are now threatening to rewrite their old maps if Texas follows through with its plan.
Donald Trump, Greg Abbott, Ken Paxton have left us no choice.
That's the reality.
Nobody came looking for this.

Oh, okay.
So Donald Trump, Greg Abbott, and the Republicans have left them no choice but to cut out all representation of Republicans basically in their state and reorder their districts to basically completely obfuscate the majority of people that are in their minority, but the population will not be represented proportionally.
So that sounds really democratic.
And, you know, the more we get into this stuff, the more you see how undemocratic Democrats really are, right?
For all their talk about wanting to preserve democracy and save democracy and how, you know, Trump and MAGA is destroying democracy.
They will set the, you know, bonfire ablaze and toss democracy in as soon as it becomes inconvenient for them or they see that there's some threat to their, you know, their schemes and scams that they run.
Which, you know, look, of course, this is politics, right?
So we should expect it to a degree.
This is how it all has run for quite some time.
But at the same time, I mean, the more they do this, I mean, it's only going to escalate, right?
This is a battle of escalation that's happening.
So I think it's clear to most who are paying attention that if this is the route they would like to take, it's going to be an interesting ride from here going forward because this may become a thing in a lot of states where you're going to see this happening on both sides.
And I don't know what this is going to do, but it's definitely going to change the way Congress looks.
Because if you think about it from the other perspective, well, Democrats are more than happy to flood these blue states and blue cities with illegals to pad the numbers for the census so that they can get a disproportionate amount of seats going in those states and then have these untouchable strongholds.
And then the minute the Republicans go to redistrict, they go, we are going to have to redistrict everything.
This is insane.
Republicans are forcing our hand.

I'm your host, Craig James, and we're getting back into some of the interesting sort of intricacies of this redistricting story.
Of course, you know, as I said before the break, there are a lot of people out there who are looking at this and, you know, kind of scoffing at the whole thing.
It is rather ridiculous to watch the messaging from it all.
You know, Democrats fleeing the state to prevent democracy from happening is being reframed and explained to the American public through fake news mediums like CNN and MSNBC is these are brave individuals who are fighting to protect democracy.
And it's like there's nothing more Orwellian, in my opinion, than some of the ways that the news will rewrite history in real time, right?
As the events are occurring, they reframe them in ways to make it seem as though, I mean, basically, to just give you a complete, completely removed from reality picture of what's going on, right?
So, this is what they're, you know, basically running on right now.
They're saying that, you know, this is this is, you know, the Democrats have no choice but to flee the state.
Otherwise, they will lose the house and this is going to be some, you know, a tragic affront to democracy.
And it's like, so your answer is you're running, you're fleeing the state to prevent the legislative, the legislation, the state legislature that was Democratically elected from legislating.
And that's how you save democracy.
It's like there's only so many ways you can describe that.
And Orwellian, I think, is one of the best ways I can describe it.
But even beyond that, Tommy Lauren went on to, of course, Fox News of all places, which I don't like Fox News.
You guys know that.
I know it's fake news.
But again, from time to time, even a broken clock is right.
And Tommy Lauren makes a good point here.
Listen to this.
First of all, the Democrat Party has been reduced to essentially a social media stunt at this point.
That's the only way they can get any attention.
It's not through legislation.
It's not through ideas or policy.
It's through stunts, whether it's getting arrested at a press conference or outside of an ICE facility or skipping work to go to Illinois.
Also, the hypocrisy here for Democrats now to clutch their pearls when Republicans play the same way that they've been playing is really rich.
Please spare me.
Also, incredibly hypocritical.
Democrats had no problem for a four-year span of time importing millions and millions of people into blue sanctuary states and cities to pad their numbers, to pad the census.
But now they want to cry wolf and they want to cry crocodile tears because Republicans want to draw new maps in Texas.
Democrats would do it every single time.
They don't like it.
The Republicans are playing the same game.
We learned from you.
We're going to be cutthroat like Democrats and we're going to win where we can.
Yeah.
I mean, look, Tommy, for better or worse, she is correct in the points that she was making.
It is very rich to watch them sort of clutch their pearls in this whole thing and tell us that, oh, wow, you know, you guys are really, really taking this too far.
It's like, hmm, okay, interesting.
But even beyond that, what I find interesting is that there's a law that Texas is trying to use right now.
The Attorney General, I think, Ken Paxton, has come out and said that they're, you know, going to be looking at moving forward possibly with this enactment of a law that could theoretically allow the Democrat congressmen who fled the state to be removed from office.
So I want to tell you about this story.
Texas Democrat lawmakers have fled Democrat states in order to prevent a quorum necessary to pass legislation they oppose.
While these tactics have existed in Texas politics for over a century, it seems like an egregious violation of the Democratic process where the will of the majority of voters is being silenced by these shenanigans.
There's a little used legal remedy known as a quo warranto, which could theoretically be used to remove the lawmakers from office.
However, there's strong opposition to the governor invoking the law in this way, as some legal experts warn it could set a dangerous precedent, allowing governors from majority parties to vacate the seats of lawmakers who oppose them.
In this case, however, it would be used to remove lawmakers who fled the state to block a vote.
The complication is that under Texas law, lawmakers are permitted to break quorum by fleeing, making the legal basis for removal far from clear.
Texas House Democrats left the state on Sunday.
And let's fast forward.
That's just a recap there.
I'm reading this story here from Antonio Gracefo.
And it says, Texas House Democrats left the state.
The Texas Constitution requires two-thirds of elected members to be present for the legislature to conduct business, 100 of 150 House members, and 21 of 31 Senate members.
This is a higher threshold than the U.S. Congress, which only requires a simple majority.
The all-Republican Texas Supreme Court acknowledged in 2021 that the Texas Constitution allows for members to deprive the House or Senate of a quorum.
Legal experts say the founding fathers of Texas very intentionally wrote a constitution that gave a minority of legislators the ability to influence the legislation in that way.
Denying quorum has been part of Texas politics since 1870, with notable instances in 1979, Killer Bees, I guess, 2003 and 2021.
Other states, including Oregon, Indiana, and Minnesota, have also seen legislative walkouts in recent years.
House Republicans have voted to authorize civil arrest warrants for the absent Democrats, Empowering the sergeant in arms and state troopers to arrest and bring them to the Capitol.
However, these warrants are civil in nature.
Members are not charged with a crime, but may be taken into custody and returned to the chamber.
Moreover, these powers are largely symbolic once members have left the state.
Governor Abbott's threatened to remove lawmakers from office, citing a 2021 legal opinion from Attorney General Ken Paxton that said it would be up to a court to decide whether a lawmaker who left the state to deny quorum had forfeited their office.
However, legal experts say there would be no grounds for a judge to rule that participating in a quorum breaks or break warrants removal from office.
So it sounds like this is not going to be something they're going to be able to get away with, but it also brings up some interesting questions, right?
Beyond the whole idea of, well, let's go arrest these people for leaving and bring them back to the House and force a quorum.
Again, I think the optics of it speak volumes, right?
You know, a picture's worth a thousand words.
Well, these people's actions are worth a million then, because they're telling us everything we need to know, that they don't believe in democracy if it doesn't serve their purpose or their end.
They don't believe in, you know, this sort of cooperative political, you know, gamesmanship unless they're they will throw the two, they will, you know, flip the board over and walk away like an angry child after losing a game of monopoly.
So that's my takeaway from all this.
And I think there is some interesting other stories to go with it, including the fact that the plane apparently that carried Texas Democrats to Illinois was, of course, funded by Beto O'Rourke's PAC.
That's another interesting little tidbit to make note of here: that Beto O'Rourke was behind funding this operation.
So that's something to keep in your back pocket.
And Obama's wingman, Eric Holder, has now pushed a lie about Texas redistricting.
And he's saying now that the GOP-led House may not certify elections.
Really?
So Obama's corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder came out on MSNBC this week to again peddle some more fear-mongering and lies about this Texas story.
And here's the clip: let's listen.
This is not a Texas problem.
The focus of this issue is Texas, but this is a national problem.
And you've got to understand: if somehow, some way, Republicans are able to hold on to the House next year, and in spite of the fact that I think they should lose because of the big budget bill that took health care away from millions of people, that gave tax breaks to billionaires who didn't need it.
If they were somehow able to hold on to the House in 2026, that is the House of Representatives that would have to certify who won the presidential election come 2028-2029.
Now, if you want to play with fire, and that's what we're doing here, you put in a bunch of partisan hacks who are not supposed to be in the House, who are there because of gerrymandering and a whole range of other things that Republicans are doing, and then put at risk the possibility that that body would not certify who the next president was.
That's why this is a national problem.
This is not something only the Texans ought to be concerned about.
I do find it rather hilarious where Democrats will insert that, you know, this sort of outlandish hypothetical as a reason to not be okay with something when these people are the ones who would gladly do any of these things in a heartbeat if it served their political ends.
You know, and then to even frame it further to say, okay, when they gerrymander districts for their purpose and they do it really, Really insidiously and nefariously, these people are, you know, Jasmine Crockett is a product of the will of the American people.
Jasmine Crockett is a, you know, a high-character, high-intelligent stateswoman with, you know, just the utmost level of integrity and so on.
She is not a byproduct of this corrupt, broken system that elevates, you know, functionally, I want to use a very controversial word there, but let's just say functionally dishonest people into positions of power to be exploited by their controllers and handlers.
Because you see what I said, they're going to gerrymander the districts, and then a bunch of people are going to be elected democratically, but it won't be democratically, and that those people are going to be partisan hacks.
And based on nothing, they don't even know who the candidates will be that will be elected in these redistricted elections, right?
He's just inferring that any person who is put forth by the Republican Party in these districts that will be created will be a partisan hack and will be working against, and will basically go and not certify the next election if it doesn't go their way.
Well, that's a whole lot of suppositions and that's a whole lot of speculation without much to back it.
I mean, this is the definition of fear-mongering.
This is like the people in the old folks' homes, I hate to say it, who are watching this.
MSNBC, I don't know where their viewership lies.
It's probably that and I don't even know.
You could get into the demographics and break it down, but the people who believe this stuff still is what I'm saying.
The disaffected, neoliberal, you know, people, both old and young, who watch this stuff and believe it, whose brains have been broken by Trump derangement syndrome, right?
Or who are not paying attention, what I call, again, the unassuming masses.
They listen to Eric Holder and they get afraid.
Well, if we don't stand up against what's happening in Texas, they're going to not certify the next election when we win with Kamala again.
So it's how it all operates.

So we have a lot more to cover here, and I want to get into a news story that kind of broke yesterday.
Leaked FBI documents now come out, which reveals Jeffrey Epstein was a secret FBI informant.
Hmm.
RadarOnline.com revealed that disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was not only shielded by the U.S. justice system, but was in fact a covert FBI informant effectively working for intelligence years before his notorious 2007 plea deal.
So this document was released from the five or the May 8, 2018 FBI Vault release.
Epstein also provided information the FBI has agreed upon.
And people are basically connecting the fact that this means that he was, in fact, working for intelligence.
Which, I mean, it's like, okay, tell me something I don't know, but it's an interesting connection here.
According to the uncovered documents released under a successful Freedom Information Act lawsuit on September 11, 2008, case agent advised Ryder that Epstein is currently being prosecuted by the state of Florida and is complying with all conditions of his pleas with the state of Florida.
Epstein has also provided information to the FBI as agreed upon.
Case agent advised that no federal prosecution will occur in this matter as long as Epstein continues to uphold his agreement with the state of Florida.
Case agent also advised that no further forfeiture assistance will be required for this case.
Case agent is requested to contact Ryder in the event this matter moves forward on a federal level.
So Radar Online now reports that the file extends the timeline of Epstein's ties to the FBI even further back than previously believed.
The News Outlaw reported that a source close to the case told this masthead these are the smoking gun documents.
They show Epstein was an active source for the FBI way before his plea deal in 2007.
And they point to different documents that were obtained via the FOIA.
The revelation has reignited a long-standing suspicion that Epstein's immunity plea or immunity deal was not the result of powerful lawyers or elite connections alone, but due to his value as an intelligence asset, one source familiar with the investigation said: the real reason the FBI has been stonewalling for years because these files blow up the official story.
Epstein wasn't just evading justice, he was helping them.
Epstein's 2007 non-prosecution agreement included language almost unheard of in federal agreements, immunizing both known and unnamed associates accused of exploiting underage girls.
These included Sarah Kellen, now 45, Adriana Ross, 41, Leslie Groff, 54, and Nadia Marsenkova, now 39.
A source added, but this is only the beginning.
We now know the FBI had a working relationship with Epstein going back years, and we can recall that Alex Acosta served as a U.S. attorney in the Southern District of Florida from June 2005, 2009 under George W. Bush.
Previously, he claimed he was told to back off Epstein because he belonged to intelligence.
So, okay.
Wow.
Jeffrey Epstein was giving information to the FBI.
I mean, this is a bombshell.
No, not really, but it is something to think about in understanding again how this story will never be fully unveiled.
And I bring up this story because, of course, it's a new story that just came out, but this is coming directly with the story that just came out about this list of subpoenas.
We talked about this yesterday, issued by the House Oversight Committee and James Comer related to Epstein and the Epstein investigation.
And again, if you'll recall yesterday, it basically is a set of subpoenas that are going to go out for the Clintons, both Bill and Hillary, pretty much all the last, I don't know,
five or six former attorney generals, the last, or two of the former directors of the FBI, James Comey and Robert Mueller, who apparently, according to a story that just came out today, Robert Mueller is now living in a memory care facility.
So he seemingly is suffering from some sort of bout of Alzheimer's or some sort of neurodegenerative memory-related illness.
Conveniently, I mean, I'm not Saying that he's faking it.
I would never say such a thing because that can't be proven.
But it is, you know, an interesting coincidence, if nothing else, that he's being subpoenaed and then it comes out he's living in a memory care facility.
Oh, I can't remember.
You know, he's kind of maybe pulling a Joe Biden, as they say.
But even beyond that, I mean, we've already uncovered so much about Epstein, right?
And now the left's trying to revive this thing with Hunter Biden, of all people.
When we come back, I got to play this clip of Hunter Biden talking about Jeffrey Epstein, right?
And making some interesting claims that I just have to share because you can't make this stuff up.
The Democrats, I don't even know how they think they can get away with it, but you know, here we are.

And so I told you before the break, we're going to listen to this clip, and we have to listen to this because it's just so wild, the gaslighting that they engage in now from the left, right?
So known child molesting drug crack addict slash international man of mystery slash, you know, money launderer for the Biden family slash degenerate pervert Hunter Biden is coming out now with
some pretty strong feelings about Epstein.
So first, he gives this long-form interview with a journalist, I guess, who's been following him around and they've been going through all these different things.
And clips from this interaction, this series of interactions are surfacing online.
And we had a clip surface recently that seems to have Hunter Biden implicating that Donald Trump is trying to hide the truth about Epstein because Epstein introduced Trump to Melania, his now wife, right?
And that that's where they're trying to protect, you know, him.
Okay.
All right.
Let's let's unpack that for a second.
A, we already know that this is an established relationship Trump had.
So anything they say about it, you have to take with a grain of salt because we can only prove so much about what they did with one another.
It's kind of like we have both sides of the story.
It's, you know, there's his side and the other side and then the truth.
Okay, fine.
But again, I've talked about here, the Democrats trying to blow up the Epstein thing means that either they know that there's something in there that's damaging to Trump, which is possible.
I leave room for it.
But the more likely scenario is that they're trying to blow this up because it's been framed to take down Trump.
Trump's called this the next Russian collusion hoax.
But even beyond that, I want to play this clip of Hunter Biden describing Jeffrey Epstein and I can't.
I'll get into it when we after this.

Do you think it was like a suicide?
Epstein?

Nobody does.
I mean, really, except for all of a sudden Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, nobody thinks it was.
Is that you have the renowned doctor, a coroner that did the post-mortem autopsy.

I don't know if that's what it's called.
He talks about all the different, you know, the different fractures in his neck and how it was impossible that he could have done that.
You can't simply lean to suicide by strangling himself.
What?
You can't commit suicide.
Exactly.
He says, even if you hate life.
Yes, exactly.
That literally is an impossibility and a fiction.
And there's this idea that what he did is like he leaned forward.
Well, none of it matches up.
There's that guy that just testified that, not testified, he was interviewed that was in the cell next to Jeffrey Epstein's.
And he said it's just absolutely impossible that he would have been able to do that.
Now you have the tape that comes out.
And it's not just one minute missing from the tape.
It's actually three minutes from the tape has been overburdened.
You know that standard protocol at the most secure facility in the country.
Yeah.
I mean, it's and that and just and just that alone.
You have someone that everyone absolutely knows that if anything happens to him is going to be, you're going to be accused of a gigantic cover-up.
And he dies, and the guy that is his co-conspirator in France, what's his name?
He just happens to, you know, commit suicide or, you know, died in mysterious ways in prison.
And, you know, the woman who's living in Australia, you know, she commits suicide just before the, I mean, like, I look, again, now I'm feeding into the conspiracy.
But clearly, who believes that he kills himself?
No one.
Nobody.
Okay.
So I'm not going to get into like, I don't want to get into the whataboutism, but we have to, right?
The gaslighting here is insane.
You have Hunter Biden, who was involved in some of the most infamous, notorious crimes of the last, you know, decade here.
We're talking about money laundering for presidents, from money laundering for presidents, like he was doing with his father, to all the way down to the most sick and disgusting things like molesting his own underage niece that we have proof of and everything in between on this laptop that exists that he's been pardoned for nonetheless by his father,
who his sister wrote about in her diary as molesting her at a young age with quote-unquote inappropriate showers that sexualized her, whatever that means, that led her to have underage sex often.
And this guy is telling us about Jeffrey Epstein and how he thinks there's a conspiracy there.
Well, I mean, I guess if there's one thing Hunter Biden is, it's an expert in conspiracies, given it seems as though his whole life is predicated inside of one.
And I'm just sitting here kind of like, I think you're supposed to be sort of in a state of shock.
This is a part of the way that they desensitize us.
This is a part of the way that they paralyze us because they make it so egregious and so just flagrantly ridiculous.
I mean, Hunter Biden telling me about Jeffrey Epstein is, I didn't have that on my 2025 bingo card.
Let's just put it that way.
But here we are.
So it really does.
It's a head scratcher at best.

One of the stories that I thought was interesting and worth covering today was the fact that Adam Schiff is under a federal investigation for mortgage fraud.
We know about that, but it seems as though this is going to come back to bite him in the backside.
Everything he said about Trump when Trump was under investigation, then indictment for the New York City case of, you know, taking a loan out and repaying it with no problem whatsoever.
This is exactly what they're going after Adam Schiff with.
And again, am I glad that this is happening?
I mean, it couldn't happen to a better person.
I know that.
But at the same time, Adam Schiff has done so many things that are so much worse than this that it almost is a little bit disappointing that this is all we're getting.
But, you know, it's to be expected at this point, right?
It's to be expected at this point that anything that they accuse you of, they themselves are doing.
That's clear.
And they're doing it in a much worse and more nefarious way.
That is another thing that's very clear.
So, what they're saying is that there's a criminal referral submitted by the DOJ or to the DOJ by the House by Housing Director Bill Pulte, Which accuses Schiff of falsifying documents, bank documents, and property records over a period of 16 years in order to score more favorable mortgage terms and rates.
Well, that sounds familiar.
I guess what goes around comes around, huh?

All right, so we have more stories to get into here, and I want to do it.
But real quick, I do want to recap something interesting.
Okay, there is an interesting dynamic to the whole gerrymandering thing that I have did not get to cover earlier in the show today.
And that is the fact that the reason Democrats are freaking out about this, there's an interesting reason, let's say, why Democrats are freaking out so heavily about gerrymandering.
Okay?
And I'll explain, okay, because the gerrymandering is the redistricting that we've been talking about here in these states, where they're redistricting and Democrats are freaking out because the Republicans are going to gain seats in Texas.
And this has led to, you know, different governors saying that, and different politicians coming out and saying we need to go nuclear against the Republicans and just start gerrymandering the rest of the states.
Well, there's an interesting thing to consider in all of this that I didn't get to earlier.
And that is the fact that do we know why the Democrats are freaking out about this?
It's not just because they stand to lose control of the House, right?
It's also because they've basically gerrymandered their states to the point where there's nothing left to gerrymander.
And I'll explain.
Here's a list of blue states with zero Republican House seats because they've been gerrymandered so heavily: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Hawaii, New Mexico, Connecticut, and Delaware.
Okay?
And not only that, there are, in fact, other states that have one Republican House seat because they've been blue states that have been gerrymandered so heavily: Maryland and Oregon and Maine.
And then you have other states that are blue states that have been gerrymandered to where there's only two to five Republican House seats in the entire state.
That's Colorado, Minnesota, Illinois, Virginia, and New Jersey.
But when you look at the inverse of it, this is why they want there's only two states left that can be gerrymandered to really have a big effect, and that's California and New York, right?
That could compete with what can be done on the Republican side, because on the Republican side, there are multiple states that have multiple seats that can be redistricted in red states that Republicans haven't attempted to do thus far, which could end up shifting the House by up to 15 congressional seats.
Texas and Florida alone could account for about 10 of those seats.
You have Ohio, where you could gerrymander your way to get two conservative Republican seats.
Indiana, you could get another two seats.
Missouri, you can get another one seat.
And depending on California and how it is restructured by whom, there's another possible five seats there.
Okay?
So this is why Democrats are freaking out, I believe.
It's because they've already gerrymandered their blue states so heavily that there's nothing left to take.
There's nothing left for them to basically steal with this redistricting scheme.
And if Republicans start engaging in this practice, well, let's just say that they're going to lose in the overall battle for the House for a very long time to come.
So it's an interesting dynamic that I hadn't necessarily covered earlier or considered.
So I thought that was definitely something to look at more closely.
But it's our two, of course.
We have other stories we're going to get into.
There were some interesting stories I wanted to get into here today.
But again, I got to talk about Jasmine Crockett because speaking of redistricting, speaking of Texas, speaking of people who are probably going to lose their seat when this redistricting goes through in Texas, Jasmine Crockett, the lowest IQ member of Congress, here she is on CNN.
Let's listen.
The David Crockett, the great old David Crockett.
But you have this woman Crockett, a very low IQ person.
Somebody said the other day she's one of the leaders of the party.
I said, you got to be kidding.
David Crockett did die Dalamo in 1836, but I wonder what is your reaction to what the president said about you?
Listen, he has nothing of substance to contribute when it comes to forceing me.
There's a lot that I talk about.
For instance, we've just had an entire conversation about gerrymandering and redistricting and why it's bad.
And instead of him being able to elaborate.
Wait, why it's bad when Republicans do it?
Because Democrats have done it to all the states.
And I love Caitlin Collins there.
She knows how stupid Jasmine Crockett is, like unintelligent, low IQ.
That she had to make reference to the fact she goes, of course, Davy Crockett died at the Alamo in 1836 in case Jasmine Crockett is too dumb to know who Davy Crockett is.
Okay?
Because there was a good chance that Jasmine Crockett would have said something like, Well, I don't know who David Crockett is, but I ain't related to him.
You know, or to think he's some, to like, to think he's someone he's not, right?
To remember him as some historical figure that he's not.
Well, I don't know.
Davy Crockett and Jim Crow must be the same person because he's compared.
It's like, dude, that's you gotta funny.

I beread on the fact that I'm unable to make a cogent argument or something like that, and then back into his argument that I'm low IQ.
He just knows how to throw that insult, but it's a common insult when it comes to people of color.
He just threw the same exact insults as Charlemagne the God.
And so I want people to see him and understand who he is.
This is a person that has a problem with people of color, period.
I don't care how many black MAGA out there with their hats.
I want to be clear when we look at who it is that he's kicking out of this country as people of color.
When we look at who he always disrespects and says that they are low IQ, even though when you look at his cabinet, this has to be the most incompetent cabinet we have ever had in the history of this country.
When we're talking about people that literally have the ability to drop bombs or order that bombs be dropped or make recommendations that bombs be dropped, and they literally don't know how to get the signal chat right.
So we're talking about low IQ individuals, but so long as they say that this guy is their guy, and usually if they work for a certain news network, that's the only qualification that's necessary.
I've got news for the president.
I am not going anywhere.
No matter how many squiggly lines they draw in the state of Texas, I will be back and I will be on his behind and making sure the real accountability that the American people are demanding, whether they're Democrats, Republicans, or Independents, that it is had when the Democrats take control of this House in the midterms.

I think the Congress will be well served when she is no longer a member of it.

Let's just not, you know, shuffle around it.
And again, no, Jasmine, it's not because of your race.
It's not because of the color of your skin that people think you're stupid.
It is because you are, in fact, stupid.
You are, in fact, one of the dumbest people in Congress, if not the dumbest, which is a very low bar.
So go figure.
You know, and this is something I see so often, and it's very frustrating that anytime you criticize somebody on the left, they will find some way to make, and this is why they engage in the identity politics because it's also a defense mechanism.
So that anytime they are criticized, they can deflect and say it's because, well, it's because I'm a woman.
It's because I'm a person of color.
It's because I'm this, you know, Gender, you know, transgender.
It's because I'm this or I'm that.
I'm a victim.
Look at me.
I'm a victim.
But I'm also a bully.
I'm a cry bully.
I'll punch you in the face while crying and telling you to stop hitting me.
And that's what Jasmine Crockett is at the end of the day.
And she's propped up by this, you know, fake news.
I don't know.
I'm getting a little frustrated here.
I should probably just take a chill pill because it is frustrating.
You know, at some point, you just get a little exhausted with all of it, to be quite frank.
And how they can repeatedly do the same thing and get away with it.
And these people buy it.
There are people that watch Jasmine Crockett on national television on CNN saying all that and go, oh, yeah, I don't care how many hats they have.
How many, you know, where they hats is.
And you're like, come on, people.
Let's try at least.
Let's try at least.
You know.
Jasmine Crockett, I mean, her lack of intelligence really is more of an indictment on our education system than anything else.
I mean, I'm sure she's got some, you know, semi-fancy degree from some university that let's be honest, obviously didn't serve her too well, given the state of things at the moment.
I mean, yeah, it's great that she's a congressman and all, a congresswoman, but even that bar is not too high these days, given the likes of who serve in Congress.
So I'm frustrated, I guess, a little flustered today.
It's just one of those days where you don't want to be so negative, but it's hard not to be.
Somebody said, Davey Crockett, king of the wild frontier, Jasmine Crockett, queen of your biggest low IQ fears.
Yeah, that's one way of putting it.
And it is something to behold, to be quite frank.
The audacity that they have, putting her on national television to refute a joke made by President Trump.
You know, a sort of just an off-cuff remark joke about, I don't know if she's really a Davy Crockett.
The inference being she's no Davy Crockett, as people revere him to a degree.
But it is rather hilarious, though, to watch it all unfold.
So we have other stories we're going to get into here today, I promise.
I told you guys we're going to get into some other stuff.
One of the things I wanted to cover here today, which was an interesting story, is this new prospect about Russia Gate and this grand jury probe that's coming, right?
So they're impaneling a grand jury.
Seemingly it's going to happen in Florida.
And I want to play, this is one of the talking points they're putting on CNN now.
And listen, the only reason I play CNN is so you don't have to go watch it necessarily unless you really want to.
But you got to understand what the other side is saying.
Otherwise, you won't be able to counter these arguments that are being made, which is sad.
But listen to what they're framing this whole Rushgate grand jury probe as.
It's very interesting, quite telling.
I'm worried about the message this sends to Moscow.
They're going to be cheering that once again, Republicans and Democrats are going to be attacking each other over interference that Republicans and Democrats previously had agreed upon.
That they said Russia did try to run influence operations, not hacking, but influence operations to get people to vote against Hillary.
Not necessarily pro-Trump, but Putin didn't want Clinton in office.
And that was settled, and now it's going to get all opened up against.
Do they pay attention to stuff like that?
The American public?
No, Moscow.
Moscow, absolutely.
One of Moscow's main goals with influence ops is to create chaos in your enemy, turn people against each other just to weaken the nation.
That's exactly what these influence ops have done to the U.S. Moscow's going to win.
We're back to it, it's like, and we've come full circle.
We have made the full 360-degree revolution.
We're back.
We're back right where we started, where pursuing this is really what Russia wants.
You know, pursuing these grand jury indictments is really playing right into the hands of Putin.
It's like, at what point do you just kind of sit back and go, really?
Like, we're back to this again?
So it's like all those memes that circulated online where it's like, I wake up, I do this, then this happens, and then I wake up, and then I do this, and it's a big circle, right?
So it's like, you know, we have, you know, the Democrats commit a crime, then they blame Russia, then we expose the crime, then they say exposing the crime is what Russia wants, and Russia wins when we do it.
And then the Democrats commit another crime again.
So we're at that phase in the circular logic of it all where, you know, Democrats commit a crime, then, you know, accuse you of being a Russian for noticing.
Yeah.
It's so, it's ridiculous.
We know that.
But it shows you they have nothing left.
I thought that the point I played earlier with Tommy Lauren was pretty interesting where she just said, you know, all that the Democrats have left is these stunts and this, you know, political theater.
And the Republicans aren't too far away from it.
At least they're moderately focused on trying to achieve an agenda that is to help Americans.
But I mean, in order to keep the machine, the Democrat machine, running, if you don't have the 24-hour news cycle, you know, spurring the outrage and the hatred and the violence, then you don't really have anything else, right?
Because at the end of the day, Republicans will run on, you know, reform.
And I'm not saying all because gosh knows, God truly does know that we have problems in the Republican Party, right?
And how they're operating right now.
That's putting it mildly.
And they're no perfect little angels.
But, I mean, the Democrats really have a problem, just generally speaking.
There is no substance to anything they do.
They're literally telling us now that, well, you know, if you try to, you know, indict us for crimes that we committed, you're basically playing right into the hands of Russia because that'll make us fight with each other.
And you're like, yeah, but you committed all these crimes.
Like, well, you know, Russia wants it.
If you want to be a Russian asset, go ahead.
By all means, if you want to be Putin's lackey and puppet, go ahead and pursue this grand jury probe down there in Florida.
But we'll have no part of that.
Okay.

And it is what it is.

I know I said I wanted to get into some real esoteric stuff today, and I actually thought about it.
And I think I'll save that for tomorrow when we're joined by Nick No, our co-host, since he's good at getting into some of the more woo-woo science-y type stuff.
But we'll just keep going with some of these other stories.
So, interestingly enough, Benny Johnson had Representative Annapolis Luna, who I'm not a fan of.
I've made that clear.
But, you know, interesting information that she's sharing at least about these burn bags that were discovered at the FBI.
I want to play this.
Let's listen.
Fascinating name here is Alberto Gonzalez and Robert Mueller.
He was the director of the FBI, and Alberto Gonzalez was the head of the DOJ when Epstein got his true get out of jail free card.
The actual cover-up was in 2005, 2006, 2007, when Epstein was allowed to skate, even though they had him dead to rights.
Those are, I think, going to be some very, very powerful and important questions.
What do you intend on asking, Congresswoman?
I'm asking them directly who authorized this information to be placed in burn bags and what information do they have about the former deputy director of the FBI destroying evidence pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein, which we know right now the FBI is actively investigating.
So this is not a conspiracy theory, this happened.
Actually, it was your show that kind of tipped me off to follow up with one of those whistleblowers.
And now that's a full-fledged investigation.
So, kudos to you, Benny.
So, hold on.
You're saying you're confirming to us that the FBI has destroyed Epstein evidence.
I'm confirming that there's an open investigation and that the leads on your show resulted in them finding burn bags pertaining to Russia Gate and potentially Epstein, yes.
Well, this is news to us, and we're excited to hear that.
A lot of these things happen, obviously, in a secured environment, but that makes us really happy on this program.
So, the entire burn bag saga began with our show.
Well, that's wonderful to hear.
Correct.
It had ties to it for sure.
So, look, right now, obviously, the American people are rightfully so really frustrated with how, you know, there's been just this lapse of justice within our own government for people that are very elite, very wealthy, very powerful.
And I'm just really happy to know that under this administration that people are being held accountable.
And I will say this: you know, there's a lot that happens behind the scenes, but the fact is that they are arresting.
They're going after these people.
And, you know, had Tulsi not come forward with that information in regards to Russia Gate, I mean, think about it.
Literally, people using their positions of power to violate constitutional rights, civil liberties, go after people, spy.
It can't be tolerated in a free and fair society.
So, thank you for doing what you're doing to cover all this, Benny.
All right.
So, the FBI had burn bags, all the Epstein stuff they were going to get rid of.
Surprise.
I'm talking about being a little bit exhausted with it all.
It's like at this point, the last thing I want is these show, you know, the show hearings in Congress, this kabuki political theater, where they get up there and they ask them a bunch of questions, and you just hear the smarmy, you know, little response from these weasels, these criminals that have been running this organized crime syndicate through our government saying, Well, you know, I don't know.
Your characterization is improper, ma'am.
I believe that those bags were not going to actually be burned.
The evidence was going to be merely shredded and thrown into the ocean.
So, please get your facts right, Bastille, before you start making accusations against me.
That's my best John Brennan impersonation.
But, I mean, it's the last thing that I think we want.
I mean, I'm glad she said people are going to get arrested.
I'm glad they're impaneling these grand juries.
I hope that that leads to actual arrests and accountability.
But at what point do you kind of sit back and say, All right, well, let's try to have some legitimate action, not this.
I mean, I just, if I see another congressional, and I'll probably watch it and I'll probably sit there and go, Oh, this is great for like about five minutes and then realize nothing's going to happen to these people.
And they're basically demoralizing us by telling us, A, either telling us about their crimes and how they got away with it, or B, denying their crimes publicly, knowing that they are not going to face accountability for it.
So, it's kind of like one of those things where you just sit back and you just kind of, you know, take it all with a grain of salt.
Let's hear John Solomon describe these multiple grand juries, though.
I think this is interesting.
To make it easy to gather evidence, I think the three places to look are New York and Washington just for assisting grand juries, but not for bringing indictments.
It's common that prosecutors use multiple grand juries because of where people live to save the travel costs.
I think the big banana grand jury, the one that will decide on indictments, will probably be put in Fort Pierce, Florida, which is the same area where President Trump's Mar-a-Lago-classified documents case was brought and ultimately dismissed.
The reason for that is that's where the most recent acts of an ongoing conspiracy may have been committed, which is that's where the raid on Mar-a-Lago was authorized from, where Jack Smith did his work, where it was determined that Jack Smith wasn't lawfully impaneled as a special prosecutor.
That's an important act.
And where there are now concerns, according to the Office of Special Counsel, the Whistleblower Office, that Jack Smith may have engaged in election politics While operating as a prosecutor.
So, the reason that's important is if you do the most current events and you impanel the grand jury in Florida for charging purposes, all the things that can go all the way back to 2016 can flow through that one grand jury as the charging instrument.
And the way we're going to see this evolve is that we've already had grand juries, right?
We had John Durham do grand juries.
He brought indictments.
People got acquitted.
They're not looking at this as Mickey Mouse little cases.
They're not looking at this guy lied, this guy filed a false report.
They're looking at what started with Hillary Clinton's clearing on the email case and the starting of Russia collusion through Ukraine impeachment, where they hide Hunter Biden's problems but try to pretend Donald Trump has a Ukraine problem, all the way through Jack Smith, is one ongoing criminal conspiracy.
And in that, the charge, the overriding charge of the conspiracy, will be a deprivation of civil liberties under color of government authority, meaning the United States government used its powers in the intelligence community and the FBI and the Justice Department to meddle in elections.
And by doing so, they deprive people like Carter Page and George Papadopoulos and President Trump and Mike Flynn of their civil liberties.
They may have deprived all Americans of their civil rights to a fair and free election.
And as a result, that is the overarching charge of the conspiracy.
Then there are many overt acts and subcrimes that could be charged against that false statements.
But when you take it in that context, well, when you take it in that context, yeah, deprivation of rights under color of law, that's a serious offense, right?
Almost as bad as misprision of treason, which is almost as bad as treason itself.
So, do I think we're going to get treason charges?
I don't know.
You know, they charged those guys, what was it, Enrique Tario?
Wasn't it him with the Proud Boys?
Didn't they charge them with a seditious conspiracy to overthrow government?
Right?
I mean, I'm not crazy.
Like, Enrique Tario got like 20 years in prison.
And I'm pretty sure his sentence got commuted when Trump got in office.
But I'm almost certain that they charged those guys with seditious conspiracy to overthrow government.
Maybe we should throw that one in there because it sure looks like that's what they were doing.
I mean, I'm no expert on it, but this did look like a seditious conspiracy to overthrow government that went far beyond, you know, the MAGA grandmas walking behind velvet ropes in the Capitol building on January 6th.
So, you know, there's a case to be made for that, clearly.
Will they make that case?
I don't know.
But it certainly seems as though that's what happened.
But you know what?
Maybe we shouldn't do anything because, you know, this is all playing into Russia's hands.
This is what Vladimir Putin wanted, I think.
So we better reconsider, says the folks at CNN.

A senior Trump administration official confirms to NBC News that investigation was first reported by Fox News.
These are unsubstantiated and largely debunked allegations by the Trump administration that former President Barack Obama and his aides in the intelligence community ordered a probe into the 2016 Trump campaign's connections to Russia to ruin his chances of becoming president.
The source tells NBC News that a letter signed by Pam Bondi instructs an unnamed federal prosecutor to begin presenting evidence to secure potential indictments, although it is unclear what the charges would be and exactly who the grand jury will be targeting.
We'll stay on top of that story.

And look, I'm sure there's uses for maybe she has some real problems where she needs it, but I mean, my gosh, listening to these people talk, it's like listening to just these ghouls and goblins, man.
It's like Alex Jones is saying, these pop-bet goblins on television, hobgoblins.
That's what it feels like sometimes, man, when you listen to these people talk.
And then beyond that, you know, the famous teleprompter reader, Nicole Wallace, telling us about how largely unsubstantiated and demuncted.
Really?
Would you care to elaborate, Nicole?
Would you care to explain how anything you just said is true?
No, that's the end of the show, folks.

We'll just sort of move on from this real quickly.
On to your next CNBC programming.
Another hour of Rachel Madhouse screaming at you about liberalism and how you're not liberal enough.
Yeah, so that's fun.
It is fun to watch all this.
Again, they're arguing that this is all one of the things that's funny.
When you listen to CNN, this is how they're talking about it.
So basically, they're losing their mind over this whole thing.
And one of the things they say here is that basically it's not illegal to.
Last time I checked, Chuck, it's not illegal to weaponize the U.S. government against political opponents using foreign disinformation while lying to the courts and trying to commit election interference.
Right?
Am I right?
Let's check CNN.
So that's my question.
I know I'm here to answer questions.
What's the crime?
I mean, what's even the potential crime?
Seriously, I mean, I'm not trying to be confrontational here.
Can anyone at this table even articulate what the potential crime might be?
Election interference, manufactured intelligence.
That's not a crime, not a crime.
You're overriding.
Obstruction of justice.
Okay, what you've said, you've said a crime.
Now, what is obstruction of justice?
Okay, this to be clear, this is CNN's legal analyst expert basically going off when she starts listing those crimes.
Well, that's not a crime.
That's not a crime.
Yeah, actually, everything she said is a crime.
If you're tampering with elections, yeah, that's a crime.
If you're depriving people of rights under color of law, deprivation of rights under color of law, yeah, that's a crime.
He's like, that's not a crime.
That's not a crime.
That's not a crime.
And then she says obstruction of justice.
He goes, oh, well, you finally said a crime.
It's like when you lie, this reminds me of when Cuomo was on CNN, right?
And he was like, and the WikiLeaks emails came out and he goes, you know, these emails are still classified and it's illegal for you to read them.
I'm allowed to read them because I am a journalist and I will tell you what's in them.
But if you read the WikiLeaks emails and you try to disseminate it, you are violating the law, says, you know, Chris Cuomo.
And it's like, this is the same thing.
It's like CNN.
I know I don't, I shouldn't have a high expectation for CNN, right?
The bar is very low.
I mean, I presume they're going to lie and gaslight and manipulate and do all these things.
But even to me, I mean, this is like, this is pretty bad, right?
Am I wrong?
That their own legal analyst doesn't know that tampering with elections and deprivation of rights under color of law is illegal?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Mildly infuriating would be a good way of putting it.
But if they desensitize you far enough, then this becomes an expectation, and that should never be the case.
You should be equally appalled by this today as you would have been 10 years ago or 20 years ago.
Don't let this war of attrition and demoralization get you to a point where you accept this as being okay.
It should never be acceptable.
And it should never be expected.
You know?
That's my final thought on this: is that just please don't ever believe that this is acceptable or expected.
Then they win.
They win the war of attrition against your mind and your will if you expect this.

We're going to read verse 6 through 13, and it says this: Jesus Christ, He is the one who came by water and blood, not by water only, but by water and by blood.
And the Spirit is the one who testifies because the Spirit is the truth.
For there are three that testify: the Spirit, the water, and the blood.
And these three are in agreement.
If we accept the testimony of men, God's testimony is greater because it is God's testimony that He has given about His Son.
The one who believes in the Son of God has this testimony within Him.
The one who does not believe, God has made him a liar because He has not believed in the testimony God has given about His Son.
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
The one who has the Son has life, the one who doesn't have the Son of God does not have life.
I've written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
Now, there's an interesting way of breaking this all down, and I'll just keep it simple to say That the water is clearly a reference to the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist, in which God came to us and said, This is my Son, in whom I am well pleased.
The blood is the blood that was shed at Calvary on the cross by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
And the Spirit is the Spirit that lives in us and through us that fills us with that hope that is illuminated by faith.
So when these three come together and are in agreement, that is the proof that we have not only through what's happened, but through what's in us, that we have this incredible eternal life that comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ and God.
And I just share those words with you to take with you today in remembering that that is what we have.
We have this incredible gift that was bought by the blood, but was also proven by the very word of God.
So take that with you and know that when you have this in your heart and you believe in the name of the Son of God, you have eternal life.
So we're going to leave it there.

Open your heart, say a prayer, call upon his name, and accept him as your Lord and Savior.
