Torrey Lanes has been hospitalized after an attack at the California prison where he's serving a 10-year sentence for shooting hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion.
A spokesman for the State Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation did not specify how Lanes was attacked.

He was taken to a hospital outside of the prison.
A message posted on the rapper's Instagram account claimed Lanes was stabbed 14 times in his back, torso, head, and face.

Keep up with the logic that they use is a difficult task in and of itself, but...
Yesterday was an interesting one.
So, apparently the Trump administration has finally greenlit the arrival of refugees from South Africa.
Now, if you don't know the situation down in South Africa, it's been quite dire for quite some time.
Basically, they've openly embraced racist...
Policies similar to that policy which the liberals and others will say was one of the worst gorges in the modern history of the world.
The apartheid that took place in South Africa where there was open and flagrant racism has now been met with an equally vitriolic and violent ideological So,
U.S. officials have declared that these people can apply for and receive refugee status and come to the United States.
And, you know, these are people who are facing quite heinous conditions of torture and persecution, which You know, look, you have to be ideologically sound, right?
One way or the other.
The shoe has to be able to go on the other foot.
So, I've always said, and I've always been an advocate for the idea that there should be people who receive refugee status in America.
That it should not be a situation whereby we say we're closing the doors forever to everyone no matter what.
This is why Trump said, I've repeated and sort of, you know, endorsed the idea that we have a big beautiful door, there's a line, there's a legal and lawful way to come into the country, and when you do it by those means, then it is something that I would say is acceptable.
It's not ideal.
We don't want countries being emptied out because of the horrific treatment and heinous violence.
But it's something that is a part of the world and that it's a part of what we do as a first world nation to help other nations.
I think that's reasonable.
Right?
And it's not just about helping people, although that's a great thing.
We should have that altruistic endeavor to help others who are suffering.
That's not just what it's about.
It's also, there's diplomatic reasons and there's other, you know, we have to get along in this world type reasons.
But what I find interesting is that we have this group of white South African Afrikaners.
Who have now been deemed refugees and have received refugee status and are being brought to the United States.
And the visuals are strikingly different than what we've seen with other quote-unquote refugees and immigrant scenarios that have played out over the last several years because these people happen to be white and they happen to be what appear to be, you know...
Lower middle class, probably families of white people coming from a country that is falling apart, essentially, at the seams right now.
And they're being given this refugee status to relocate and move to America.
Okay.
Now, I think that it's not about the color of their skin, although that's what the press is going to try to portray it as.
I think it's about the fact that you have Really, really vicious things happening to these people.
And it's all documented and it's all been...
And it's not just like in some countries where you see the violence being...
Conducted by, you know, criminals, criminal gangs, etc., where, you know, all countries have gang activity and violence, and it's something that is worse in some countries than it is in others.
And, you know, to say that everybody who suffers any form of criminal violence is, quote-unquote, a refugee and should be allowed to come to America would be essentially opening the door, the floodgate, and saying everybody should be able to come to America.
And I'm not, I don't believe in that.
But when you have the political regime in power facilitating and calling for the genocide of an entire race, which essentially is what is happening to a degree in South Africa, then I think that does warrant a more urgent response, if you will, which is what we're seeing with this.
Declaration and move by the Trump administration.
So these people are arriving, and what does the media do?
Well, they have to do what they do in every case, which is make it about race, because they have to continue to divide us.
It's all a divide-and-conquer tactic.
It is all about race.
Well, Trump only wants white refugees to come to America.
He doesn't want those brown and black ones.
I'm seriously doubting that that is the truth, but we'll talk about it when we come back.
Make sure you stick around.
We'll be back after a quick break.

No, say I'll never fall in love again But it's real and the feeling comes shining through I'm so caught up in you Little girl And I never did this bad thing So caught up in you Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And we're talking about this story and how the media is covering it.
You know, I mean, it's not surprising at this point.
This is the story they sell us time and again.
How we should always be divided by these things like race and other things.
They try to divide us and divide us and divide us.
And this is just another example of it.
As we are looking at the story, U.S. officials welcoming the first group of South African Afrikaner refugees who happen to be white, which was a total of 59 individuals, primarily families with children arriving at Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C. This is a new refugee program established by an executive order signed in February.
Now, this is following President Trump and his promise to help one of the world's most persecuted yet ignored minority groups, white South African African runners.
Now, this is also following a February 2025 executive order by President Trump, which halted all USA to South Africa.
Citing the government-sponsored, this is a quotation, the quote, government-sponsored race-based discrimination, end quote, which includes racially discriminatory property confiscation.
So what they're doing is they're going around and they're taking property from white people.
Now, if you follow the thread and the logic of it all, obviously there are some issues with what happened during apartheid in South Africa.
We get it.
But it's the same thing as in America, where you don't fix the issues of the past by basically just reenacting the same atrocities of the past in the present and the future.
It only is going to lead to more suffering and more death and more destruction and more chaos, and it's going to create a world that is antithetical to one that you want to try to...
Build.
Right?
Which I am a firm believer in the content of character.
The idea of believing in looking at the content of somebody's character as opposed to anything else first.
Right?
And foremost.
You look at who the people are.
So, it's all along the same lines as what they've tried to do here in America.
Saying that white people are evil and that, you know, reparations, we should just take all the money and take it for what happened in the past.
Well, I mean, to the extent that I'm able to understand that, I'm also able to understand that if you do that, you're going to create, you're basically just going to create the same problem in an inverse way.
Right?
They're going to create a disenfranchisement of a people based on the color of their skin for no other reason than to benefit another set of people based on the color of their skin.
Right?
And then it all becomes this sort of never-ending tit-for-tat and it will never fix it.
Nothing will ever be fixed.
The solution, obviously, is to uplift all people and to promote people based on merit and to have a meritocracy as the basis for how your society is built and to uplift all people in an equal way.
But show favor to those who are people who do the right thing.
Good, moral people who have, I don't know, like, a high level of morality and character.
Those people should be, you know, obviously the ones who get the most benefits from...
I mean, this is all like...
It is like ideal pie in the sky because we know the real world doesn't necessarily work that way, but that's what we should at least strive toward.
But in Africa, I mean, they have...
Whole rallies, political rallies, where they're talking about killing the Boer, which is some slang for white Afrikaner farmer, and they're saying that they should steal their land.
Steal the land, kill the Boer, they say and shout at political rallies with tens of thousands of people in attendance, pretty much all black, saying we need to kill the white guy.
I mean, and if the shoe was on the other foot, well, we can only imagine how that would be covered.
But if it was an entire regime of white people saying that they should kill black people and steal their land, I'm sure there would be a little more pushback and this narrative framing would be a little different.
But this is just where we live, you know?
This is the world in which we exist.
Unfortunately, for better or worse, there are no perfect answers.
It's just what we have to deal with.
So Julius Malena, who was the head of South Africa's EFF, it's a political group there, who has called for genocide against white South Africans at a rally last year, he told supporters this, quote, We must be able to explain to our people what black consciousness is and why it cannot coexist with the idea that white people are inherently superior and one of the two must die.
Okay, that's interesting.
So, and there were other quotes from that rally that were even worse than that, believe it or not.
Like I said, they were just all outright saying, we need to kill them.
Kill them all, they say.
As they scream and dance.
I mean, look.
There are things that happened in the past that are horrific.
And, you know, me as a Christian, I think I have an interesting take on it, as many Christians would have.
Something similar, at least.
In that, yeah, in my life, I've had people...
I've done stupid things.
I've had people do horrible things to me in my life.
A great example.
When I was very young, my father was killed by a drunk driver.
And I share that, I've shared it before, but that was a horrible thing.
You know, that was unfair and was wrong and was very evil.
You know, very, at minimum, it was careless and reckless and just a really bad thing that happened to me.
But I've come to a point in my life, Where I am able to, through my relationship with Jesus Christ, forgive that person and move forward and understand that any anger or hatred I held in my heart against that person was ultimately, the person who killed my father, was ultimately going to destroy me.
It was what would drive me to hurt myself in the long run.
This is the whole thing about forgiveness, right?
And that once I let go of that, I was able to move forward and grow and become stronger in not just my faith, obviously, first and foremost, but in being able to help myself and others.
So that's just one example.
And I'll use a personal example because, you know, why not, right?
I don't like to give out too much personal stuff.
I don't get too much into my history or my past.
But that's an example.
And I'll share it openly.
Because it, to me, in my mind, and maybe this is naive or foolish, but I feel like a lot of these issues are the same thing.
If your parents are hurt by something...
Are you going to spend your life just trying to destroy that thing and contemplating how much you hate it and letting that consume yourself?
Plotting ways to get things in recompense or in compensation for what you've been slighted?
Or do you move forward with your life and do you build positive pathways toward Becoming stronger.
Do you forgive or do you hold a grudge?
Perhaps I'm being too simplistic with it all because we understand all the effects that this sort of stuff has, and I'm no expert on quote-unquote race or race relations, whatever that may be, but I just see it in those simple terms.
And if you continue to, if you, you don't, you don't fight fire with fire, but then somebody was, well, you could fight fire with fire.
Sometimes they like, you know, control fires to keep forests from burning.
And sometimes they, you know, well, I get that.
But you don't fight fire with gasoline, I guess would be the point.
If your house is burning down, you don't.
Pull out a five-gallon bucket of gas and dump it on it.
You get some hoses and water and you fix it.
So, I don't know.
I go on and on.
I always have been interested to hear what you guys think.
877-536-1360 is the number if you want to call or text.
But this story goes on and on.
And some of the things they're doing, to be quite honest...
In South Africa are horrific.
I mean, here, Eric Prince was talking about this.
Listen to some of this.
It's horrific.
The amount of farm murders happening in South Africa is horrific.
And it's not just Rob, it's true terrorism, because they'll take a baby and they'll put it in a microwave.
They will...
I mean, it's awful.
So Trump is right to offer them refugee status, because there is absolute...
And again, it is a communist.
The ANC government has direct communist origins.
All the leaders of the ANC, where do they study?
Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow.
And the entire sub-Saharan anti-colonial movement was largely funded, organized, trained, enabled by the Soviet Union.
There is a huge amount of economic damage.
Some of the countries are starting to come out of it.
A lot of them are not.
And then you have competition for minerals now.
The Chinese have really pushed into a lot of those areas because they really don't care about the rule of law.
They will do black bag diplomacy, so they'll pay off.
If you're an energy minister, foreign minister, or head of state, From a target country that China wants to do business with.
They bring you to China and they take you to the foreign ministry.
In the basement of the foreign ministry, there's a vault you walk through with all kinds of safe deposit boxes.
And they take you to one with your name on it.
And it's filled with gold dory bars, cash, diamonds.
And they say, this one's for you.
Here's the key for it.
As long as you play ball for us while you're in office.
And so they do everything like that to undermine the rule of law.
But there's actually been quite a bit of backlash, particularly in Africa, against that kind of Chinese investment because the politicians get rich and the people get screwed.
Because when the Chinese build a mine, they take everything with them from China.
They hire as few locals as possible.
They treat them horribly.
And they don't buy anything from them.
And so there is a great opportunity for Western capital.
That is responsible because there's actually quite a bit more accountability and responsibility in our court system, in our public markets, that incentivize Western capital to behave well when they go abroad to do that.
So that's really, I think it comes down to that global competition of governance philosophies.
responsible capitalism that is underpinned by the rule of law and some kind of human rights versus a very centralized communist statist relationship where the people are effectively serfs ruled by a maximum.
No.
It's black.
All right.
Well, that was from the Harvard Republican Club.
That was Eric Prince on what's happening in South Africa and many other African nations.
So that's another reason why this isn't good, just generally speaking.
Anyway, stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host Craig James and we were listening before the break to Eric Prince explain why the situation in South Africa is so dire but not just in The realm of the literal effect and toll on life that's being taken there,
but also what it's all about, really, ultimately, is communism infiltrating and spreading its disastrously corrosive, cancerous ideology, which then metastasizes into outright genocide.
And meanwhile, you know, the leaders are getting paid, you know, black bags full of money to look the other way while, you know, these larger nations like Russia and China, particularly China now, come in and just loot these African countries.
And nobody's held account.
And meanwhile, it's the same thing that's happening here in America.
It's funny how, you know, it's all the same sort of thing when you look at it.
You know, as they've always tried to distract us here while they rob us blind, it's the same thing on, I guess, a less complex, less comprehensive level in Africa, right?
that people are convinced to war with each other tribally based on race while China comes in and strip mines the nation down to nothing and pays off their politicians with big bribes that ultimately enrich a very small few and leave the rest of the nation holding the bag, as it were, and there won't be a seat for them when the music stops.
So, I feel like...
Ultimately, that's the juxtaposition, to use a fancy word, if you will, in which we find ourselves.
But here was Trump on it.
This was what he said.
Listen to this.
Because they're being killed, and we don't want to see people be killed.
Now, South Africa leadership is coming to see me, I understand, sometime next week.
And, you know, we're supposed to have a, I guess, a G20 meeting there or something.
But we're having a G20 meeting.
I don't know how we can go unless that situation's taken care of.
But it's a genocide that's taking place that you people don't want to write about.
But it's a terrible thing that's taking place.
And farmers are being killed.
They happen to be white.
But whether they're white or black makes no difference to me.
But white farmers are being killed.
Brutally killed, and their land is being confiscated in South Africa.
And the newspapers and the media, television media, doesn't even talk about it.
If it were the other way around, they'd talk about it.
That would be the only story they'd talk about.
And I don't care who they are.
I don't care about their race, their color.
I don't care about their height, their weight.
I don't care about anything.
I just know that what's happening is terrible.
I have people that live in South Africa.
They say it's a terrible situation taking place.
So we've essentially extended citizenship to those people to escape from that violence.
Well, there you have it.
I mean, that's Trump's position on it.
You've heard kind of all sides of that story, and I think it sort of speaks for itself.
I do wish, though, that we lived in a society that was more focused on just doing the right thing as opposed to, you know, what we are focused on, which is divide and conquer tactics, manipulation, propaganda, deceit.
All those things are very dangerous.
And I love that, you know, it's so telling.
See, this is how you know that everything, the other side, Trump advocates for is disingenuous, right?
Because if they are these altruist people who believe in saving everybody all around the world, no matter what, then they would be embracing the idea of Trump, you know?
But this is how it's being talked about in the left-wing media.
Trump has virtually halted refugee admission in America.
For people fleeing war and famine in places like Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Back with Rick, Mark, and Eddie.
Rick Stengel.
Yes.
So deeply and morally wrongheaded and repulsive.
These are the descendants of the people who created the most diabolical system of white supremacy in human history, apartheid.
They're not directly responsible for it.
But it was a system that actually moved black people off of the arable land.
So they inherited the land that the black people had to give up.
It was called forced removal.
It was something called a ban to stand policy where they moved black people out of the cities and farmlands into these remote areas with non-arable land.
I mean, it was just one of the most worst processes ever.
But what has happened in this strange, bizarre world we're living in is that the Afrikaners have become the darling of these right-wing, white supremacist movements around the world.
It's like the lost cause for them.
It's like the old confederacy.
They're held up as these white Christians who are being dispossessed of their land.
It's like this is a modern replacement theory in a country where, by the way...
White people make up 7% of the population and own 78% of the farmland.
So it's actually, there's no injustice here.
As you mentioned, it's taking places away from refugees who are really being crushed by authoritarian governments and military governments for these folks who have never had anything happen to them.
And Trump, amazingly...
Called it a genocide, one of the worst lies I've ever heard him say.
There's just been a small handful of farmers that have been killed over the past ten years.
No land has actually been expropriated.
So it's just a farce and a sham and a moral ugliness.
Yeah, so that's the left's perspective.
So, reasonably speaking, you could even give them a second of saying, okay, well...
I understand, I guess, your point to a degree.
You're saying that there are other countries where there are heinous things happening.
But it all falls short because, like, what they're arguing essentially at the end of the day is that it's not happening, which it is, because it's obviously happening.
And they're arguing that, well, it's not that many people.
It's only a few people who have been murdered.
You know, because of the color of their skin and what their ancestors did.
But, you know, there's other refugees in other countries.
So, you know, this is white supremacy.
It's like, oh, white supremacy.
Because, like, if you do the calculation on numbers for, like, refugees coming to America, like, real refugees, not, like, illegal immigrants even.
Like, the refugees who have been relocated to America and given benefits like that.
I would argue, and I don't know the exact numbers, but just guessing off the top of my head that the percentage of those refugees who are white is, I would say, below 5%.
And that's...
The 5% thing may be generous.
So it's been 95% people of...
Color, as they are so proud and happy about, which I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, but it's like, the point is, you turn around and you bring, oh, well, he's not bringing every refugee from every country in the world here, but he's bringing these white South Africans?
Oh, no!
He's a white supremacist!
It's such a joke.
These people are so disingenuous.
And they're, by definition in how they act and what they say and do, they are racist.
But they're racist against white people, so it's okay for whatever reason, because we've normalized that in this society that we live in, this bizarro world.
Man.
Very sick people, man.
I really can't tell you how much I do not like them.

Samuel Adams Welcome
back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And you know, I mean, not to belabor the point.
Is that a word?
Belabor?
Sometimes I use words and I love them because they sound great.
So hopefully they fit.
But not to go on too long about this, but...
The point is simply that when you look at the way the media covers it, when you look at the way the left is treating it, when you look at the fact that, like, the Episcopal Church, one of their, I think it was one of their people, or the church itself said they're withdrawing from the refugee aid programs with the United States help because of this new move to help these white Afrikaners.
It tells you everything you need to know, I think.
I think it makes it just all but too abundantly clear what the agenda is.
It's this whole DEI thing.
I mean, they say we're white supremacists, but the majority, not all, because there are some people who have those strong opinions one way or the other on it, but the majority of people I hear, overwhelmingly, On the conservative side of the issue, basically are saying something similar to what I'm saying, which is white, black, whatever.
If we bring people here, let's do it legally, and let's have it be for a good, justifiable cause, and let's bring good, decent, hardworking people here.
And let's have some sort of control on it, and let's have caps on it.
Let's not flood our country and destroy it by overrunning it and overwhelming it and depleting our resources and making us incapable of taking care of ourselves.
Because one thing you learn at some point in your life, if you're given discernment enough to find out, is that you can't help others if you can't help yourself.
Right?
So as we sit here, 30, 40 trillion dollars in debt, whatever it is, and the nation is, the infrastructure is not doing too well here, we're being outpaced by other countries in education and healthcare.
I don't think the answer is, let's flood this country with as many people from any country, anywhere, anytime, no matter what, illegally, who cares?
I don't think that's going to make things better, and I don't think that's going to make us more able to help ourselves, and thereby it will make us less able to help others.
And I also don't think that we should have a, you know, a test for, you know, eligibility that's based on race for refugee status.
Although that is essentially what the left are calling for.
If you listen to the stuff they say, the literature that they produce, the university classrooms that they teach in, that's all diversity is, the DEI stuff.
Essentially, it boils down to critical race theory, which essentially boils down to the fact that historical...
Disenfranchisement means we should implement race-based policies that favor people of color in many ways over the oppressor.
Because it's always in communist terms, the oppressor versus the oppressed.
Right?
So who was being oppressed?
And who was the oppressor?
So now those people, not those people, because they don't exist anymore, by the way.
The oppressors...
Mostly are dead.
There's plenty of people who oppress people in this world, that's for sure.
But the oppressors that they're labeling as the villains are presumably dead, so their children or their children's children or their children's children's children should suffer for the sins of the father or the grandfather or the great-grandfather.
Or the great-great-grandfather.
Or in many cases, most cases I would argue, nobody related to that person other than related by some ancestral, genetic, skin color disposition.
Racial disposition.
Which is the funniest thing of all, because how, like...
I hear these race theory people, the critical race theory people, all the time saying that, like, white people are evil, and they did this, and they did, look at the slavery they did.
How many people are, you know, here in this country who have to be white, who are descendants of people who never owned slaves, who weren't even here, who maybe came after World War II?
Yeah, I know people like that.
I know a lot of people like that.
So, The whole thing is broken.
The whole thing is sort of a joke, but the reality is the more absurd, the more outlandish, the more ridiculous, the more asinine the things are that they can get you to accept the premise of so they can do these things, the more control they have societally and the more they'll be able to basically plunder, steal, all the wealth.
And it's all a fight for that.
It's all a fight for power, control, money.
That's what it is at the end of the day, unfortunately, for better or worse.
And the churches are all in on it to one degree or another.
I mean, not all churches, but I'm saying that a lot of these churches, the Catholic Church to a large degree, had, you know, the funding of these illegals being shipped into America, the Episcopal Church.
The Jewish, you know, foundations that get involved in it.
So it's not like one of those things where you just sit back and go, okay, no, Trump's a white supremacist.
He just wants white people to come.
Well, that's the...
I watched the nightly news with Lester Holt tonight, and I'd get my entire worldview based on 30 minutes there, five nights a week.
But, as with all things, there is nuance.
And understanding the nuance is a part of understanding the truth.
So, when we come back, we've got a lot more to cover.
I'm going to try to get into some other stories.
I want to cover some more.
Keep it locked in.

Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to Just Informed Talk Radio, and I'm your host, Craig James.
And, you know, I'll just put a little fine bow on this story.
You know, I mentioned earlier that churches are ending their partnership with the U.S. government.
The specific story I was referencing was the Episcopal Church, which has ended its refugee partnership with the U.S. government.
Now, what have they said?
They've cited moral opposition to resettling persecuted white Afrikaners from South Africa.
Okay.
So basically, what they've said is that they're severing their nearly 40-year partnership with the U.S. government to resettle refugees because the Trump administration has classified white South African Africaners as refugees in need of protection.
Now remember, this is the same Episcopal Church that's prided itself on aiding persecuted people from war-torn regions all over the world.
Now they're walking away because the next wave of...
Refugees are white Christian farmers.
Now, I hate to break the news to you, but there are churches that exist that are not churches at all.
If your church has a rainbow flag outside and your pastor is a lesbian woman, that's not a church.
You are not at a church.
You're a...
A false teaching, blasphemous, anti-God organization that's trying to steer you in the wrong direction.
Okay?
And what do I say?
I mean, because quite simply put, this is insane.
A supposedly Christian, I'm using air quotes, church, is now refusing to work with The administration that's trying to resettle Christians who are obviously in need of refugee status and are coming to America because they don't want to face certain death and persecution in their homeland.
land.
I have no words to describe the evil that we're experiencing here other than to say this.
What they're claiming now is that they're doing this because no new refugees have arrived and hundreds of staff and resettlement agencies around the country have been laid off and the funding for the programs has been uncertain.
But the truth is this.
They're doing this because of that and the fact that Everything they do is a lie.
They're deceitful.
They're immoral.
They're lovers of self and pleasure.
They ignore Scripture.
They ignore the teaching.
They mislead others.
They encourage others to do these horrible things.
Anyway.
I could go on, but I'll tell you what.
I'm relieved that these people are showing their true colors, at least.
It all becomes so obvious the more we get into the weeds with it, but anyway, we'll come back.
We have a bunch of other stories.
Stay tuned.

Since the closing of the gold window in 1971, the Federal Reserve has led the way in the explosion of debt and the devaluing of your money.

All right, so again, we're in hour two.
We have more to talk about.
I want to get into this drug price thing again because people are sort of...
I'm seeing a lot of talks out there.
And I want to reiterate some points.
I want to address some sort of, you know, objections and that kind of thing.
Trump's obviously signed this executive order, and he's made it very clear that the goal is to normalize pricing in American pharmaceuticals.
And I've heard all kinds of arguments from all different kinds of people.
You know, obviously the left hate anything Trump does because they hate Trump and they have Trump derangement syndrome.
That's to be expected.
But a lot of the conservatives have, you know, some issues with, you know, price controls and what that technically is and how those can create conditions that are less favorable to...
Capitalistic ventures, which then becomes an issue of, you know, our socialism and what are we doing?
But the fact of the matter is simple.
A lot of people are saying, oh, well, I heard one argument earlier that said, well, the problem is that if we force the pharmaceutical companies to normalize pricing,
Across the board, meaning they lower it here in America, but then increase the price in other nations, right, where it's already, like, basically where America's been subsidizing the other nations who have some sort of price controls in place already, or that, you know, are lower economically advantaged countries.
Who can't afford necessarily the prices that most drugs would fetch here in America, for instance.
That what will happen is that those countries will then steal the IP, the intellectual property that creates the medicine, right?
And then manufacture it themselves for much cheaper because a lot of the, for instance, in India...
A large number of the material, the source material for the medication itself is obtained there.
So they'll just take the patent, take the IP, and then produce it themselves for really cheap and sell it to their own population.
That's one of the arguments I've heard.
And then that would basically cripple U.S. pharmaceutical companies because...
Then they would lose a huge amount of revenue and it would affect their R&D and so on and so forth.
But the fact of the matter is...
So you're saying that we are basically being extorted, is what they're saying.
I mean, if you read between the lines on that, that's essentially saying the American people are being extorted and I guess there's nothing we can do about it.
It's just, oh well.
Better pay more.
Better pay, you know, some of these medicines $400 or $500 for a month's supply.
Or more, $1,200, $2,000, $3,000.
Some of the medicines are completely unaffordable.
And then that feeds into the corrupt insurance companies.
And it really is a very broken system.
Obviously, many of us know that.
And there are people out there who don't care because of whatever reason, you know, a lot of our older boomer friends don't care because it's all subsidized through their Medicare or Medicaid, and they don't see the cost.
It doesn't appear on their, you know, balance sheet at the end of the month.
You know, it doesn't hurt.
It hit their budget.
In the same way it does for people on private health insurance and those struggling in lower income positions.
But if you subsidize both ends and then you squeeze the middle, you're just going to basically flatten the whole society and make everybody poorer and less healthy.
Now, again, I'm not even an advocate for pharmaceuticals as much as holistic treatments where you treat...
The body holistically, and you actually address symptoms and issues, not just through pharmaceuticals, which are great and do help in some cases, but can be deleterious and have unintended side effects, that you treat the whole body.
You can treat it.
Food is a great medicine.
There are supplements, teas, herbs, everything you can imagine that could help.
But the point is, people who are saying, clutching their pearls about price controls, I mean, Trump pointed it out the other day.
He said this.
Listen to this.
I think you're going to see a tremendous cut.
I don't think.
I mean, I know you're going to see it in Medicaid and Medicare.
That cut will be massive because drugs are 50%, 60% of the cost.
So Medicaid costs are going down and Medicare costs are going down because of what we're doing today.
And it's not like, oh, gee, well, maybe it won't happen.
It's going to happen because...
The other countries have no choice.
Now, the drug companies are going to have to say, listen, if you don't pay more, we're not going to give you the drug, and they're willing to do that.
So that's it.
We have to equalize.
How do you respond to price controls?
Say it.
How do you respond to the fact that this...
It's not price control.
No, no.
What was...
Price control is before.
If you want to talk about it.
Price control is what they were doing.
They were making us pay.
They set a price.
And they said, here's what we're going to pay.
And anything else charge America.
Because at that time they had a very stupid president.
And it really went crazy during the last four years.
And remember this.
The Democrats are the ones that allowed this to happen.
They were the ones that were the protector of this pricing system.
And I think it's going to be very hard.
You have to ask Democrats, are they going to vote against the one great, big, beautiful deal that's being negotiated now, tax cuts, etc.?
Well, we all know they will.
So, I think you make some good points.
I'd like to comment on it a little bit when we come back and look at some other stuff, too.
Some other clips that are interesting.

Why does it seem America is slowly sinking?
Whose fault is it?
It's not Biden, Obama or Trump.
It's not the Democrats or Republicans.
It's not the military, corporations or foreign countries.
It's the Federal Reserve.
A central banking system made up of private bankers that corrupt and control virtually all aspects of the world's money supply and the economy.
All of the major problems of the world can be traced back to the Federal Reserve and central banks of other countries.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And of course, you know, we're talking about this, the big price controls, right?
Trump's putting in on pharmaceutical companies and the drugs they produce.
But I think he made a good point, which I agree with.
And when Trump's wrong, I disagree with him too.
But on this point, I think he's accurate.
Like I said before, what Trump's basically saying...
And what a lot of people who are arguing against this are basically saying is that we're being extorted.
Because when he was asked about price controls, he goes, price controls are what we have now.
Because essentially, like he said, other countries are dictating their terms and pricing, and then we are just absorbing the effect of that.
And it's all an extortion racket because apparently if we don't acquiesce to the demand, then they would steal our IP, produce the medicine for cheaper, and do an end around of U.S. pharmaceutical companies altogether.
So it's like a mafia saying, okay, well you either do what we say or we'll put you out of business.
Which is essentially extortion.
Right?
So, in a way, I mean, although Trump understands, I think, fully that there are ramifications to what he's proposing and that there's going to be pushback, the point is that when it's all said and done, if you don't do anything at all, then you're just allowing the continuation of this practice, which is, I mean, talk about disenfranchisement.
Talk about...
You know, squeezing people, extorting people's wealth.
You know, when you're paying exorbitant prices for medicine because you need it to live, you don't have any choice.
And the sad truth is, yeah, there are things we can do societally to get ourselves away from pharmaceuticals.
I mean, I believe that wholeheartedly.
There are supplements.
There are things you can take and do in your life.
There's stuff we try to promote here at the station that, you know, basically for health and well-being and wellness, you know, go over to 1360khnc.com, check that stuff out if you're interested.
You know, we got like that Tahibo tea and, you know, there's all kinds of stuff.
There's things you can do outside of Big Pharma to stay healthy and be healthy.
But there are certain things that, Big Pharma does and that they make that keep people alive.
For better or worse.
I would argue for better.
It's good that people are alive.
We should want to help people and make them healthy.
So...
It is a difficult thing to argue in favor of quote-unquote price controls, but at the end of the day, like I said, and like Trump said, price control is what we already have.
And the reason Democrats hate it is not just because they're captured by the pharmaceutical lobby, which they are, and so are many Republicans.
It's not just a one-party issue there.
But the issue is, moreoverly, that The entire system, you know, if you think about it, when you've created this incentive structure so that the sort of insidious way that all of these entities work together to create this huge extraction of wealth from the American taxpayer, right?
The pharmaceutical companies and their deals with the insurance companies and their deals with Medicare and Medicaid and their deals with the hospital systems and their deals with doctors' offices and how it all works together, right, to incentivize this structure to remain the same, right?
Because think about it.
What happens when a medicine costs $600 for a month supply?
Most people, pretty much all people, but there are some who don't, but most people have insurance.
Right?
And the insurance pays whatever.
And what happened, if you go all the way back to what insurance companies have done historically, but what are all these deals that are made with Medicaid and Medicare?
I think that's the biggest insurance thing going around, right?
As far as drain on government and resources.
So that extracts money from American taxpayers to subsidize these medicines that are overpriced.
And who's getting paid?
Well, I mean, there's a whole list of people.
It's too long to go through.
But there's people.
Everybody's taking a piece along the way.
And it creates this entire sort of economic system that depends on the high pricing.
Because the high pricing creates the necessity for all these middlemen who take their cut along the way.
By the time you pay what you pay at the pharmacy, you've paid 30 essentially useless people along the way.
To do nothing more than, in some cases, just lobby for the status quo to remain.
Right?
And I'm sure there's much more to it.
I don't claim to be some sort of economic genius, but my cursory understanding is that, as I've just explained.
Here's RFK, though, talking about Trump.
I thought this was interesting.
But he can't be bought, unlike most of the politicians in this country.
And he is standing here for the American people.
I don't know what, you know, there's writers like Elizabeth Warren or Robert Reich who are saying that President Trump is on this side of the oligarchs.
There has never been a president more willing to stand up to the oligarchs than President Donald Trump.
And I'm very, very proud of you, Mr. President, for your courage.
I'll say, because I don't want to be crude, your intestinal fortitude.
Your stiff spine and your willingness to stand up for the American people.
We have 4.2% of the world's population.
Our country represents 75% of the revenues for pharmaceutical companies.
We spend in our country $11, but he can't be bought, unlike most of the politicians in this country.
I mean, it's all true, what he's saying, to one degree or another.
And, I mean, look, if something's right, I'll say it's right.
If it's wrong, I'll say it's wrong.
In my opinion, this is the right move, but there are other things that could be done.
If we could take somehow the money out of politics, at least the extent to which it corrupts, At least even just mitigate that to a degree, then that would be a good step in the right direction.
Because like a lot of these politicians, Elizabeth Warren, as was pointed out there, Bernie Sanders, I mean, they've taken, and many others, I mean, the list is far too long to go through altogether.
But these politicians have taken millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars.
From these pharmaceutical companies to maintain the status quo.
And it's not just the pharmaceutical companies.
As I've said before, they take money from the insurance companies.
They take money from the doctors, you know, guilds and their sort of influence rackets.
What is it?
The American Medical Association or whatever.
So, you know, I think our system is so broken that It's going to take small incremental changes over a long period of time to fix.
And that's why I don't get too fatalistic about Trump one way or the other.
I don't think...
I know, as a matter of fact, that the problems that our country has that we're facing cannot be fixed by one man in four years.
It can't be fixed by many men in four years.
It's going to take decades.
It's going to take a heavy amount of investment in resources, and it's going to take incremental change, little by little.
That's just the fact of the matter.
There are things we can do drastically to change the system for the better, but even those drastic changes will take time to really have an effect.
And again, There are a lot of very drastic things that could be done which, you know, risk very...
They make huge risks with the stability of our nation, our security as a nation.
So I understand the impetus for some to say that, you know...
We should just get rid of all the pharmaceutical...
You know, there's some people who have drastic ideas about it.
You know, we should just get rid of the pharmaceutical companies and they exploit us.
Well, first of all, you know, then who will produce the medicine?
Well, then the government will.
Oh, great.
That doesn't work.
I'm not sure I'm a fan of that.
As a matter of fact, I know I'm not a fan of that.
So you do incremental change over a long period of time.
It takes time.
It's just going to be one of those processes.
And Trump's, for better or worse, doing, in this particular regard, a good thing, in my opinion.
Now, is it the answer, ultimately?
Time will tell.
We'll have to wait and see.
I mean, I hope it is something that will help, but it's a good step in the right direction.
And a lot of these people, to be quite honest, as I've said before, are all bought and paid for anyway, so it's like...
It's hard to even be able to trust people.
But this is really what led to it all.
I have this clip here of Stephen Miller talking about the breakdown in trade.
And trade is really what this stems to.
Because, you know, we talk about pharmaceutical companies.
This whole, quote-unquote, price control thing that everybody's talking about, it stems from these unfair trade practices which happen on a global scale.
And that, in turn, like Trump said, which I agree with, the price control was what was happening previously.
Right?
What we have now is essentially price control.
When other countries dictate the terms of our pricing to us by refusing to pay more, and then those companies have no other choice because they're being extorted to foist the bill onto us.
And this is how we got here, though, in a large degree.
Stephen Miller explains it quite eloquently.
I'd like to play this.
The original sin of how the modern economy in America is structured, the president talks about more than anything else.
I guess to Caroline's point about the overall economic vision.
The original sin was that we created a tax system that punished you for making something in America.
And rewarded you for making something in China or a foreign country.
So in other words, if you had your factory in America, you paid a sky-high corporate tax rate, you were beaten to death with regulation, you had radically unaffordable energy prices, and Washington just in every way made your life miserable.
And the political class didn't do anything about it.
They allowed it to happen.
They sat by and watched it happen for decades.
They actually wanted the opposite to happen, especially if you look at the 90s when we had NAFTA, we had the WTO, we had the entry of China into the WTO.
The goal very clearly was to remove U.S. tariff and trade barriers to make it easier for people to outsource to China.
Because once we gave China what we call permanent normal trade relations, all of your manufacturers in the United States who are thinking in short terms in terms of quarterly earnings and that kind of thing, they said, listen, now I can go move my factory from Indiana or wherever, I can put it in China, I can put it in Mexico, and I know I will have sure access to the U.S. market.
Today, President Trump is saying the best place Well, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, wanting to, you know, to bring back American manufacturing.
A lot of people criticize that and saying, oh, well, Americans won't do these jobs and, you know, it won't lead to what we expect or hope for.
But again, I'm one of those people, I mean, if it took us 100 years to get here...
And yeah, I'm aware of the banking cartels and their influence on all this.
It's going to take 100 years to get out of it.
You dig a hole that deep, you don't just jump right out of it.
You've got to ramp your way out, as they say.
Stay tuned.
We're coming back.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies.
The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated.
But those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Some other interesting stories.
Well, we can look at some of the more interesting stuff here.
So apparently now it's coming out that the White House was considering putting Biden in a wheelchair.
Yeah, no, this is real.
Listen to this.
I'm curious about what his advisors were saying at the time as you look at this, as you reported out this book.
So the White House physician, Dr. Kevin O 'Connor, was telling White House aides that President Biden's deterioration of his spine, the degeneration, was so significant that if he fell one more time that he might have to be in a wheelchair and serve in a wheelchair for his second term.
But everybody pushed off the notion that he used a wheelchair until after the election.
This is all part of a larger whole where the Biden White House tried to hide the extent of his deterioration, both physical and cognitive, as much as possible.
In fact, as we all know, we all saw as his shuffling gait got worse and worse from 2003 to 2004, they started putting AIDS around him as he was.
Walked to Marine One, the helicopter that was to kind of hide from public view how bad his gait was, how bad his walking was, his shuffling, and also in case he stumbled again to make sure somebody was there.
And this is just of a piece of an overall campaign to try to conceal from the American people the extent to which the president was really struggling to do his job.
So, I mean, if you...
There's that meme that goes around the Internet often.
It's like...
If you think you hate the media, you don't hate them enough, and then you watch some clip or see some statement or whatever, read some article, the point is insane that I have to make this again and again, but it just continues.
Their audacity knows no bounds, right?
The lengths to which they will go...
The ends to which they will go to justify and obfuscate the truth, to justify their lies and obfuscate the truth further, is really almost impressive if it wasn't so dastardly evil.
Dastardly and evil.
Because...
They're coming out now and saying, oh, well, Biden, you know, his gait was bad.
They thought he might have to end up in a wheelchair.
I mean, he's the gender of spine.
They admit he's got, he's had, he had dementia.
He was failing, so on and so forth.
But, I mean, there's so many examples.
When you go back and watch what they said before and how they denied all of these truths that were evident then, right?
And only now, when the White House physician comes out and confirms that this is the case, will they report it as if it is a real newsworthy and trusted source has reported that this was true, actually.
It's like, really?
Because we all saw it when it was happening.
I mean, that wasn't...
That wasn't something...
That was not something that was...
Obvious and clear to everybody at the time.
However, that's where we are.
That's where we are.
I mean, there's countless examples of it, even just in how they reported on the hypocrisy of the media.
I have a clip.
The first clip is a couple days ago on Meet the Press with Kristen Welker.
And Amy Klobuchar, and the second clip that you'll hear played in this same set of clips is from a year previously, about a year and three months.
Listen to this.
Would the party have had a better chance of winning in 2024 had President Biden dropped out sooner?
You know, everything we look at in a rearview mirror after you lose an election, yes, we would have been served better by a...
But we are where we are.
We're not on the History Channel right now.
As you know, concerns have been growing for quite some time within your party about President Biden's ability to win a second term.
The latest person to express this, Ezra Klein of the New York Times, who said this week, quote, "He is not up for this." Senator, what is your reaction to that stark assessment?
My reaction is, as someone who ran against Joe Biden, as someone who has spent significant amount of time with Joe Biden, that he is up for this job.
And I was with the president for over an hour and talked about so many things, domestic, international.
He was focused.
His recall was good.
Do you think it's time to pass the torch?
Again, I'm a believer in President Biden.
So, I mean, I understand Amy Klobuchar's need to defend the veracity and fortitude of Joe Biden, because if what we know to be true was admitted publicly by her, then it would stand to reason that she lost a presidential primary to a demented pedophile potato.
Again, the hypocrisy knows no bounds with these people, right?
They tell us in one breath, oh, he's the most qualified and strongest candidate ever.
And then in the next breath, they tell us...
Well, of course we would have been better served if we had had a real primary, but we're not here in the revisionist history, armchair, quarterbacking, history channel, watching, you know, a world that you live in, Kristen Welker, with your, you know, timely questions here, you know, only years after the fact.
I don't know.
I find it sort of fun and hilarious, but also sad and depressing to a degree because these people...
I often watch this and I think to myself, this is so absurd, it cannot be real.
But then I realized there are people that I see and meet here on the Front Range alone in Colorado, but I'm sure in many other places across the country, And around the world, unfortunately for us, who watch this stuff and believe these people,
believe that they are good faith actors, believe that they are forthright in how they conduct themselves, believe that they are altruistically seeking truth in journalistic endeavors, or altruistically seeking, you know, a positive betterment of society through their political endeavors.
But the truth is, man, these people are just, they are the opposite of those things.
They act in a way that's a complete opposition to those things at many points.
And then they've perfected the art of manipulation and psychological warfare and cultural social engineering to a degree that they can weaponize masses of people to go out and And fight for these causes which are so detrimental to their own life in general.
Their being, their existence.
So, I don't know.
I kind of look at it from the perspective that there are people who really do take advantage of others in the most Egregious ways.
And we just have to deal with them, I guess, and call them out as it happens, because that's about all you can do.
All right, when we come back, I want to read some of your text messages, get into some more stories we have, interesting stuff still.
Make sure you keep it locked in.
We're coming back after a quick break.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
So, I'll read some of your texts in a minute here, but focusing back on Colorado here for just a little bit in the show, I want to talk about a couple things.
CBS Colorado, believe it or not, has actually done some journalistic endeavor.
And remember, all the things they do, you know, when they tell you the truth, That's a part of their deception as well.
And I'll explain what I mean by that.
I'm not saying that their truth is a lie, but I'm saying that their truth is a part of a tactic to help them be able to further deceive you.
Because they tell you...
They know that they lose all credibility if they lie to you 100% of the time, all the time, no matter what.
So in order to...
Allow them to be the gatekeepers they are.
They have to tell you some truth.
Some things they can't avoid telling you truthfully.
And this is how media works.
Here's an example.
CBS Colorado on this investigation found that the Denver Democrat mayor, Mike Johnston, has been directing his staff to do something very interesting.
Listen to this.
Our investigation has found that Mayor Michael Johnston and about 14 of his appointees and advisors turned to an encrypted messaging app in January that automatically deleted their messages and conversations.
The administration of Mayor Johnston says that they went to this encrypted messaging and auto-deletion because of President Trump and his immigration policies and the way he was treating cities like Denver.
Advocates for open records say that what we've uncovered here was an intentional evasion of Colorado public records laws.
Tonight at 10, we'll hear from some of them and from the Johnston administration.
Well, I mean, there you go.
Where's the feds?
Excuse me, FBI office.
Yeah, it sounds like the mayor down in Denver is committing federal crimes and trying to cover it up.
Perhaps you should start an investigation.
Said no one, apparently.
And that's just one example of what's happening in Colorado.
Colorado is not doing too well these days.
We've got a lot of problems, that's for sure.
Here's another example of what's happening.
There is something happening in Colorado which is not so good.
The corridor of people that don't understand the rural lifestyle that live in all the cities in Colorado are controlling that state.
This would be the end of farming and ranching and private land ownership in Colorado because what they propose is that they want to set up a committee that cannot have any farmers and ranchers on the committee to decide what happens to Our public lands and private lands.
In the name of conservation, they want to be able to say that put any species on this state endangered species list, which would dictate what you can do on your land if you have that species on there.
So they could just say, oh, this squirrel is endangered, and now you have 400 restrictions on your property that you can't use it.
You forget this.
You can't cut down this tree.
can't move cattle in this area this is an activist environmental proposal to take over that entire state because if they get control of that they can literally dictate the use of any land Yeah, that checks out.
This is like exactly what you get in Colorado.
And I love this state.
Don't get me wrong.
It's a wonderful state.
The people are great, mostly.
It's just been captured by...
I think one of the biggest problems, to be quite honest, are the wealthy people in the small little liberal bastions, Denver, Boulder, Vail, Aspen.
Who have essentially seized control of the political system and put morons in charge so they can be bribed and exploited for their benefit, you know, to get tax breaks on things and to be able to keep their, you know, keep their little, you know, Swiss chalet type mountain retreats safe from people who would otherwise be undesirable as they may.
Describe it.
And, you know, they bring...
And it's all these people with all this money who have this guilt who then try to, you know, dictate to society how they're going to make it better with broad strokes that don't work and are foolhardy.
But I digress.
So, yeah, that's another thing we need to look at here in Colorado.
I want to read some of your texts.
Someone from the 307 said, Amen, absolute defiance of God's word.
I think that was referring to what I talked about earlier with the...
The Episcopal Church and their stance on the immigration issue.
Somebody also asked, wait, I thought Elon took away all the Medicare and Social Security from the boomers.
And then they said, does the devil use globalists or do the globalists use the devil?
And the answer to that one is yes.
I think it's both ways.
Somebody said, Craig, I think you are wrong about you taking 100 years to get out of this situation.
It took 100 to get here.
They're here.
They could slowly get us used to the new system, and we wouldn't notice the changes from decade to decade.
I think we could fix this in 10 years if we put our minds to it, maybe even less.
I hope so.
I think the point I'm making, though, is I don't know if it's going to take 100 years, 10 years, 50 years.
But I know it's going to take a long period of time, and it's not going to be something that can be done with one person in four years.
And I know it's going to have to happen incrementally.
And I know, and those are things that I'm just saying, it doesn't have to happen that way.
Of course, anything can happen, but it could be drastic and sudden.
But then you risk, you break, the more drastic, the more sudden, the more, you know, Shocking, the more you risk.
So it's a risk-reward scenario, but I appreciate the comment.
All right, somebody texted in and said, the news would not report where all those eggs were sourced from and destined to in that crash on I-70.
So the truck was heading west.
Okay, interesting.
Yeah.
And somebody texted a lot of things.
I don't have time to read all your texts.
But thanks for the text nonetheless.
Appreciate it.
They basically said, what did Jesus do?
Or no, they said, see the neocons, Graham and Cook and Crook, cocaine-sorting guys, act like muscle, wanting more wars.
Yeah.
No, there's corrupt people.
I get it.
Anyway, let's take our last break, come back, leave you with some hope and encouragement.
Stay tuned.

So make sure you keep it locked in here for that.
It's gonna be cool.
You know, I got some stuff I gotta take care of, but I'll be back and just want to make sure you guys have that programming reminder, but We leave you with some scripture.
Today's no different.
1 Timothy chapter 4 talks about demonic influence, and this speaks to what we've talked about here today in the show.
It says, Now the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some people will depart from the faith paying attention to deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons through the hypocrisy of liars whose consciences are seared.
They forbid marriage and demand abstinence from foods that God created to be received with gratitude by those who believe and know the truth.
For everything created by God is good, and nothing should be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, since it is sanctified by the word of God and by prayer.
If you point these things out to the brothers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, nourished by the words of the faith and the good teaching that you have followed, but have nothing to do with irreverent and silly myths.
Rather, train yourself in godliness, for the training of the body has a limited benefit, but...
This saying is trustworthy and deserves full acceptance.
In fact, we labor and strive for this because we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of everyone, especially of those who believe.
Now, I'll leave you with those words in reference to a lot of what we've seen in this world.
We see it all around us.
Every day we wake up and there's more lies, there's more hypocrisy, there's more false teaching, deceitful spirits.
And this all is to be expected.
We are warned of such things, that they will exist and they will be things we encounter.
But, as it says here, what are we to do?
We must point these things out, right?
It's kind of what we do here on the show often.
We point these things out, and that is part of what makes us a good servant of Christ Jesus.
We nourish ourselves with the words of the faith and understand what good teaching truly looks like.
But also it says we are to have nothing to do with irreverent and silly myths.
Rather, training ourselves in godliness.
Because what has more benefit for our eternal soul?
The training of our body or the training of our spirit in godliness and reverence toward the Lord?
So, I hope those words spoke to your heart.
We're going to leave it there.
Thank you for listening.
I'll be back tomorrow, God willing, same time, same place.
We're going to do it all over again.
And keep going.
But that's it for today.
I want to thank everybody.
Thank the texters.
Thank everybody who listened.
We're going to start it all back up again tomorrow.
Until then, I'm your host, Craig James.
This is JustInformed Talk Radio.
We'll be back.
Until then, Godspeed and God bless each and every one of you patriots.
