A Barack-appointed liberal leftist judge in San Francisco has decided unilaterally, you know, on his own accord, because we all elected the federal judge in San Francisco, right?
Edward Chan.
I remember that election very clearly where Edward Chan got, you know, Tens of millions of popular votes in the majority of the electoral college so that he could be the commander in chief of our nation's armed forces.
I remember that very well.
And I'm being sarcastic in case you didn't pick up on that.
But he's come out and said that, you know, there are 350,000 people here who should just stay, even though they came here illegally.
Because, you know, the Venezuelans and the Somalians and every other nation's people that come here illegally make our country more diverse.
And at the end of the day, you know what's more important than security and safety and prosperity?
It's diversity, equity, and inclusion, okay?
And if you don't like that, then you must be one of those Trump-supporting, misogynistic, you know, xenophobic, anti-immigrant, whatever.
You know, they have all these names, right?
You're everything that's evil.
You're a Nazi, they say.
You're a fascist Nazi, they say, as they firebomb your business.
And march in lockstep down the street, gyrating obese men in thongs in front of your ten-year-old child, telling you if you don't force them to watch it, it's somehow a sin against the homophobic transgression that can never be forgiven?
It's a wonderfully strange world we live in, right?
And of course, Edward Chan, you know, he's, he's out there.
He's, he's doing his thing.
He blocked Trump from ending the temporary protected status for the 350,000 Venezuelan illegals.
So I guess we're just supposed to pretend these illegals were not costing the US millions.
But actually that rather they're bringing in billions in economic prosperity, right?
They're making this country greater.
I mean It's like what's your definition of greater at the end of the day, right?
I think we all can agree greater to me means more diverse You know meritocracy is quite overrated when you could have You know, queer, Latinx, you know, illegals running your daycare with your children so they can dress up like demons from hell and read children's stories to them.

What kind of normal, healthy, functional society would ever do that?

Welcome back to Usformed Talk Radio, I'm your host Craig James, and we're talking about these judges, and particularly these judges are like, you know what we need more of in this country?
We need more transgenders in the military.
We need more illegals from other nations, criminals mostly, to be protected and given social security cards, you know, because that makes our country better.
We also need more DEI programs, HR departments.
We need more HR departments, people.
There's one thing this country would die without.
It would be a thriving HR, a set of HR departments across all corporate institutions and government entities.
Whatever would we do without, you know, our...
I don't want to be mean.
It is insane, but this is where we live in, right?
This is why we have participation trophies, people.
Or this is what, I should say more overly, this is what a society that gives participation trophies produces.
It produces HR departments, okay?
I said it, I'm not taking it back, and I stand by it.

It was around that time that all this started happening and I think we all know where it goes from here, right?
But one interesting conversation I saw take place was a conversation here between Senator, I think his name is Ted Kennedy, not Ted Kennedy.
Senator Kennedy, I know he's a senator from Louisiana, right?
I forget his first name for some reason.
Whatever, doesn't matter.
He had an interesting conversation about these judges and what they're doing with these nationwide injunctions, and the constitutional basis on which they're being done, and how it just doesn't exist.
So listen to this, and let's talk about it.
Listen to it.
Senator, a universal injunction is what we call an order from a court enjoining the government in a way that goes beyond the parties to the case but applies nationwide or in some cases universally to enjoin the government.
Is it sometimes referred to as a nationwide injunction?
Yes, it is, Senator.
What's the statutory basis for a federal judge issuing an order that affects people other than the parties before the court?
I'm not aware of a statutory basis, Senator.
There is no statutory basis, is there?
No, Senator.
What's the United States Supreme Court opinion which interprets the Constitution in a way that allows a federal district court judge to do this?
Can you name me that case?
I'm not aware of one, Senator.
There isn't one, is there?
I'm not aware of one, Senator.
Explain to me how this works.
How can a federal judge issue an order that affects everybody else other than those in front of him or her?
How is that possible?
It shouldn't be possible, Senator, but district courts do it all the time.
I think on the theory that the courts need to enjoin a federal policy from going into effect, and they often will enjoin it as nationwide, so all non-parties are protected by that injunction.
I thought that if you wanted to affect parties who aren't in court, you had to file a class action.
That's correct here, Senator.
So why don't the federal judges, instead of issuing a universal injunction, With no legal basis, tell the plaintiff, look, you've got to go file a class action if you want to impact parties who aren't subject to my court.
Senator, the Department of Justice makes that argument all the time in our briefs.
I think in many cases class actions would be inappropriate.
They wouldn't, the plaintiffs couldn't satisfy Rule 23 to establish a class.
So they couldn't?
Correct. So they preferred to ask for a universal injunction?
Yes. Does this encourage forum shopping?
Yes, Senator.
Not only does it encourage forum shopping, but also district shopping and filing multiple strategic lawsuits to find one judge that will enjoin a single policy nationwide.
If you have five lawsuits, only one of those five cases needs to be successful.
Okay, we've established that there's no basis in statute and no basis in Supreme Court precedent for universal injunction.
How about a common law?
I mean, this is, universal injunction is basically an equitable remedy.
Did this exist in common law courts in England on which our law is based?
I don't believe so, Senator.
I think we've, the government has cited cases from the Supreme Court that says, you know, courts are really bound by the scope of relief that a court in equity would have granted back in England before the founding, and the courts at that time would grant relief to the parties in the case, not Far beyond.
A universal injunction as a remedy is unknown in English common law, is it not?
I haven't done the research that far back, but I'm not aware.
I have.
It's unknown.
It wasn't part of equity.
Only about 27 universal injunctions were issued in the 20th century.
Does that sound about right?
That sounds about right, Senator.
But 86 of them were issued against President Trump in his first term.
Is that correct?
I don't know the specific number, but they were a high number.
And so far, in President Trump's second term, 30 universal injunctions have been issued against him.
Have they not?
Senator, I don't have a specific number, but that sounds about right.
A universal injunction has become a weapon against the Trump administration.
Has it not?
Yes. And tell me again, in my last 10 seconds, tell me the basis for universal injunction in Article 3. I read Article 3, which defines judicial power.
Where does it mention universal injunction?
It does not, Senator.
It says courts are to decide the case or controversy before them, which is based on the parties to the case.
So the Congress could act and say, look, federal judges, You render a decision to a plaintiff or a defendant, but you can't impact people outside of your courtroom other than through a class action.
That's why God created class actions, isn't it?
Yes, Senator.
Well, you know, I think Senator Kennedy has a great point there with regard to how there is no basis in the law for any of this stuff, right?
You have them Basically acting in a rogue fashion against Article 3 that makes this sort of an interesting conversation where you have judges just saying, you know, we've established this norm and notice how,
what, 90, I don't even know the percentage if you did it, but It seems like 60, 70, maybe 80% of the universal injunctions that have been performed in basically the history of our system, at least the modern history, have all been against Trump.
Which is a funny thing when you think about it, because it begs so many very serious questions, right?
I really do think that there's a lot more to this, but we'll get into all of that as we go on.
And I do hope, though, that you guys understand that this is, you know, this may seem like, oh, this isn't important, but you don't understand, maybe, the gravity of what this implies for our system, right? There is no way out.
And if that's your belief, then that's your belief.
But We can change it, and hopefully it will change here as we continue to build cases around it, which Congress needs to act on.
I think Senator Kennedy has a great point, and when we come back, we'll get into much more.
I want to make sure that you guys get the full point, though.
We may spend the whole show on this, as a matter of fact.

You know, I really do think that this whole scenario that we find ourselves in is a much bigger problem than people are giving credit to.
But it is good because, you know, they're exposing themselves.
Trump's going to change the system, hopefully, if he can, if Congress acts and there's some reform.
This is a good thing.
You know, you provoke people and then they respond and then you can metaphorically strike, right?
However you want to interpret that.
But I do believe that there are other stories that we can get into here today.
Um, and let's just do it.
Let's just do it.
You know, one of the funny stories that I saw pop up on my radar, and I don't mean funny, like, ha ha funny, I mean funny like, hmm, that's strange, that's weird, that's, that's an interesting, uh, story, is this story about Virginia Giffray, I don't know how to say her last name ever, it's Giffray, Giffrey, Giffrey, whatever.
She was one of the women who was involved in the Epstein Uh, story, right?
She had this incredible account of her interactions with Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein and how she was trafficked as an underage, uh, girl with these people and what she did.
And she's in the famous picture with Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew, and she's a young girl, obviously underage, it seems.
And this is all basically her being one of the people who came forward and testified against Epstein and Maxwell and, you know, the most famous trial in the country, the trial of sex traffickers who were guilty of sex trafficking to no one, right? Which is one of the most impressive sex trafficking operations I've ever heard of, right?
Where you're guilty of trafficking people Presumably underage women for sex with no one.
Huh. All the clients we can't know.
Now, I'll be fair.
Let's give credit to the fact that we've been told that These prosecutions are coming forth soon, and that the client list is going to get exposed, and all these people are going to be brought up on charges.
I'll believe it when I see it.
My cautious skepticism makes it difficult for me to believe it, but what is interesting is that Virginia Giuffre was apparently In a car accident not too long ago,
she was allegedly run into by a bus, which Jiffrey claims in a post she put up, that she has just days to live now.
And she says this.
She claims she has just days left surviving a car crash.
She says she's in renal, I think kidney failure.
Um, and she basically made it clear.
She posted some photos of herself, um, beat up and bruised.
And people are saying that, you know, people are trying to connect all kinds of things to this, right?
The one thing that is universal is that people's initial thought on this is that she is being attacked or hurt by the people involved in the Epstein trafficking I don't know.
syndicate which makes sense given her history and what we know about her so it would stand to reason that she would be the victim of some kind of retaliation in this manner or fashion you know kind of like people who have evidence that will lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton who end up you know
Hanging themselves on a tree and shooting themselves with a shotgun simultaneously, uh, or, or, you know, shooting themselves twice in the back of the head, you know, that kind of thing.
Which, um, I think both those things are actually true stories, right?
But that's, you know, totally normal.
And this is what they're saying.
So she's on social media, she's posting that, Hey, you know, You know, I've been in an accident.
The doctors say I only have a few days to live.
My kidneys are shutting down.
I'm in renal failure.
And I'm thinking to myself, and she's posting pictures of her all beat up and bruised.
And then I'm hearing conflicting reports, right?
So I'm hearing reports that the bus driver, I guess, involved in this is saying it was a low-speed collision, that it wasn't that severe as it seems to be being made.
and that it was an accident.
One of Prince Andrew's ex-girlfriend's lady, Victoria Hervey, has come out and said that this is karma that she is getting for what she did to him, I guess, which that's insane.
But what's fascinating to me about the whole thing is that my initial take on it was a little bit different than most people's.
You know, I've seen this sort of play out before.
And it is interesting, and I think, if I were a betting man, and I don't know for sure, so, you know, take this all with a grain of salt, but this sounds very similar to how one may enter a program like the Witness Protection Program, if that makes sense.
You know, you watch these movies, you see these shows where it happens, and it always, you know, happens in some form or fashion as follows.
You know, a person will be a party or a witness to a crime, or a victim to a crime, and the powerful people who do the crime end up We're good to
go. Now, I'm not saying that's what's happening here with her, but, you know, she's on social media saying I have a few days left to live.
Perhaps this is her final time as Virginia.
I don't know.

I personally think that the Virginia Jeffery story is sad, and if she is on the verge of death, which she claims to be on social media, that is, you know, a horrific tragedy that I am very sorry to hear about.
This was her post over on social media.
She said, In her own words, this year has been the worst start of a new to a new year.
But I won't bore anyone with the details.
But I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110 kilometers, as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can have gone into kidney renal failure.
They've given me four days to live transferring me to a specialist hospital and urology.
I'm ready to go.
Just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.
She says basically crap in one hand and wish in the other and I guarantee you it's still going to be crap at the end of the day.

radio I'm your host Craig James we're still going so another story I want to cover NPR CEO Catherine Mayer, Mar, Mayer, Mayher, whatever you pronounce it, however you pronounce it, she was interviewed after this testimony she gave in front of Congress which obviously was an exhibition of the wild bias that is running these public institutions like the NPR and PBS.
She being the CEO of NPR has interesting connections we established.
Not just NPR, but her connections to Wikipedia where she worked for quite some time.
I think she still works there.
She also is the chairman of the board on Signal.
The app, of course, that just magically and coincidentally leaked those private messages to a reporter between the vice president and Pete Hegseth, which they've turned into the next or attempted to turn into the next Russia collusion hoax.
So she was exposed fully through this congressional hearing as being a rabid, racist, left-wing lunatic.
Right? Who believes that, you know, white people are inherently evil, and this is the prevailing orthodoxy.
Now, this is a middle to late-aged white woman, just for reference, not that I I don't care what skin color she is, but it is important for context given her latent racist proclivities that it should be mentioned that,
you know, she is one of the people who is categorically anti-white and racist against We're good to
go. Some sort of weird sexual fetish that you call a sexuality, right?

But it's, you know, obviously they fail to comprehend the irony of any of it because In their mind, they are righteous, and their virtue will be signaled for all to see, so you can see how good they are, right?
And of course, you know, Katharine Mayer is virtueing her, or signaling her virtue, for the whole world, because she's a rich white woman, which puts her below a regular white woman.
She's like a fraction of an inch above a regular working class white man.
In the hierarchy of, you know, racial grievances that exist within the left's ideological paradigm, which they have installed over our society using an insidious plot to infiltrate every HR department across the land, right? So, here we are with Catherine Mayer, the CEO of NPR.
She literally is, you know, On her social media, saying, we need to give reparations, and I think white people are less, they're evil for the sins of their fathers, and we must do la la la.
Never ends, never ends, never ends.
Right? And she got called out on all this, right?
But then also they said, look, your media organization that you're running is like, A mere reflection of you and your personal beliefs and what you've written about on your social media accounts.
And this is not right.
The taxpayers should not be funding what essentially amounts to a organization that works on behalf of the Democrat Party to indoctrinate and program the masses into thinking the way that the left wants you to think.
Right? There isn't supposed to be a political bias in the national public radio.
Because it's for the public.
Right? Public consumption.
It should be objective.
At minimum.

You know, one of the things she was questioned about on Capitol Hill was basically the fact that NPR dropped the ball on the Hunter Biden laptop story, which she says, we admit, we admit, we dropped the ball on it.
But who could have known?
I guess if you're a brainwashed leftist who only consumes the fake news media and believes it, I understand that argument.
Like, who could have known that the videos, text messages, emails, thousands of which were in full and total circulation on the internet, who would have ever thought that the videos of Hunter Biden weighing crack rocks The recordings of him talking about making deals with the head of the Chinese Spy Bureau.
I mean, who could have thought that Joe Biden openly admitting to what was exposed on the laptop in front of everyone, the quid pro quo, where he says, son of a you know what, I'll be damned if they didn't fire that prosecutor.
After he started an investigation into my son and his business dealings.
I mean, who could, what kind, how could you expect a journalist?
I mean, just a lowly peon journalist to be able to put all that together.
The videos of Hunter abusing women, smoking crack, the recordings of him discussing his I mean, who could have thought?
Who could have put together that this was all real?
Especially when 51, you know, former intelligence officials signed a letter saying it had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
Huh! It's hallmarks!
This guy looks like he was probably the Russians!
I mean, these are probably all deepfakes.
Hundreds of deepfake videos of him smoking crack and gallivanting with his fake teeth.
And texting his family members not to ban him from communicating with his underage niece who they imply he molested.
Or... The circumstantial evidence of Ashley Biden's admittedly her own diary describing her father's abuse of her as an underage girl.
I mean, how could NPR have ever known?
It's almost unfathomable.
What kind of expectation do we have?

You know, it's sad that these institutions have been used in such a way, but I mean, this is what they They do.
It's a very dystopic sort of thing that they engage in.
The U.S. Institute of Peace is sending millions of dollars to Afghani warlords to make sure that China and Russia don't stop getting their fill of opium because we're still in a modern-day opium war.
Which is why China turns around and sends however many tons of Yeah, but this is what's happening.
This is what they don't tell you.
This is what they don't, you know, make.
This is not a part of the public policy agenda.
Let's just put it that way.
They're not putting this in any readouts anytime soon.
Like, yeah, part of our strategy is funding and protecting poppy fields in Afghanistan so that we can get Russians and Chinese hooked on them so that their country suffers economically and culturally, societally.
And then they end up doing it to us because we're doing it to them.
and that's the warfare.

It's like when they called that Nina Jankiewicz censorship bureau, they called it the Ministry of Truth.

um, Representative of a lot of the things that are happening in modern society that we just don't see.
And he gets these glasses, right?
And he puts on these glasses and everything.
And then he sees everything clearly.
He sees the people, they're like ugly alien looking people, but they have they have a mask of like skin that makes them look like normal humans.
And then he sees that all the advertising on the billboards, it's like, it'll be an advertisement for, you know, We're good.
You live in a matrix simulation.
President Trump was joined by none other than Kid Rock, the rock star, to sign an executive order that directs the FTC to work with the Attorney General to ensure that competition laws in ticket pricing are implemented effectively.
To prevent these sort of monopolies that exist where they artificially inflate the price of tickets for concerts.
And Kid Rock is dressed like, as Peter Doocy says, a guy who's about to get shot out of a cannon.
He looks like he's wearing an outfit that was designed in tandem by Liberace and Evil Knievel.
That's the best way I could describe what he's wearing at the White House.
And he's just, you know, he's just standing there.
Kid Rock, man.
We may be in a Matrix.
I'm not sure.
But, hey, you know what?
This is the world we live in.
I know, Kid Rock, he seems like a decent enough guy.
I don't have any problems with him.
He's got his flaws, as we all do.

And, uh, yeah, we were talking about the executive order Trump signed with Kid Rock.
I mean, it's, it, there is a problem with it, with the, uh, fact that, you know, they're artificially inflating these ticket prices.
They use bots to buy up all the tickets to these concerts, and then they resale them at an inflated value because all the tickets are held.
Right? So they become scarce and scarcity drives price.
And then it is sort of a price fixing scam that really is good that it's being addressed for anybody who enjoys live concerts.
I mean, I know we live next to one of the most prolific and famous venues in the world for music at Red Rocks down there in Boulder.
I've been down there.
I don't think I've ever seen a concert there.
I was going to see a concert there.
But then I ended up not being able to make it, which was unfortunate.
I had tickets to go see a great Christian rock band called For King and Country.
They were doing a show there, and I had tickets, and then I couldn't make it, and that was really sad.
I regret that.
I wish I was able to have made, I was able to have made the show, but regardless, um, I've been to the venue.
I mean, I've walked, you know, you can go there when it's not having concerts and walk around.
It's pretty cool.
But, yeah, I think that, you know, the price fixing on the tickets is an issue that needs to be addressed.
I think that's something that people should probably be looking more closely into.
Here's an interesting story I found, and this was kind of ominous, so it was hard to report on.
It still is.
Apparently today, according to Elon Musk, there is an arrest that is imminent with regard to a massive Social Security theft involving 400,000 stolen identities and a financial fraud scheme.
So, Elon Musk said that he believes someone is going to be arrested tomorrow, which is today, who stole 400,000 social security numbers and personal information from the social security database, who was selling social security numbers and all the identification numbers in order for people to basically steal money from social security, and that this is a particular avenue of fraud for illegal immigrants and voter fraud.
Because the main way that identification is established in the United States is via Social Security.
So... Yeah, I mean, do you think this sounds about right?
Yeah, I think it does.
I don't know who this big arrest will be, but I know that Elon has been repeatedly kicking a hornet's nest, and...

Again, I don't comment on that stuff because I have beliefs, but it's not even that...
I have humility to say I don't know.
I think one thing that's clear is that we really won't know You know, I mean, we have revelation.
We can read and try to interpret and understand it, but I don't think we'll really be able to know fully.
But do I think he is?
I don't know.
I think he's a self-serving.
I think that the anti-Christ, well, I don't want to get into that.
That's a whole different topic.
Let's put it this way.
I don't like Elon Musk because I think he's self-serving and he's got the neural link.
He wants to put a chip in your brain.
You know, he's done a whole bunch of stuff.
But I think he's just a guy who's pissed off that his son got transed.
I think that's what he is.
And he happens to be the richest guy in the world, so he has the capacity to do things that most people don't.
As a matter of fact, the majority of all of us don't.
I mean, he's trying to get into elections, giving millions of dollars away, and that's fine.
That's good, I'm glad, because it seems to be helping us in some form or fashion.
You know, I had a dream last night, and I'm not one of those people who's like, oh man, my dreams are so prophetic, because a lot of times I have dreams that are just...
I can't comprehend them.
But one thing about my dreams that I've always had is an uncanny ability to remember them.
Which is some weird thing.
Some people don't remember their dreams.
That's not me.
I have this fortunate and sometimes unfortunate ability to remember basically all my dreams in vivid detail.
So I'll have a dream and I wake up the next morning and I remember every little thing.
And I've had some crazy dreams.
But I had a dream, basically, where Elon Musk was We're good.
to work with the artificial intelligence that it just didn't work for humanity let's just say i don't want to bore you with the vivid tales of the dream but um and that he just along with everyone else you know it's like the path to hell is paved with the best intentions thought he was doing humanity this great service when in reality You know, helping to form the prison in which we will be enslaved.
I don't think that's...
I don't have a future that's tied to this world, though.
My future is tied to the world that's not seen.
My treasure's being built in heaven, and I hope that yours is, too.
But I digress off this story about the Social Security because I find it interesting to give commentary on Elon, but Yeah, I think we'll see today.
If somebody gets arrested today, and this is all uncovered, I have no reason to doubt that it will, but it will certainly be a situation that we've, you know, been waiting for, which is to shut down these fraud, the fraud, the waste, the abuse, and at least make it harder for them to steal elections.
At minimum.
And harder to flood our country with illegals, who then assume the identities of dead, or steal the identities of living people, and cause havoc and chaos, and end up hurting more people in the process, including themselves!
They become exploitable, they become, um...
In some cases, trafficked and abused.
It's horrific.
I think the humane thing to do is to help by stopping these people from hurting themselves.

And you know, we always end each show the same way, with our God's Grace is Greater segment, where we give you some scripture and some hope and encouragement to take with you today.
And, you know, since we did dabble in some, you know, talk about what's coming, a verse I use often to provide myself with the humility I need to
I remind myself of all of the words, really, in chapter 3, if you guys want to read the whole thing, but particularly speaking about when things will happen, it says this, in chapter 3, verse 10 of 2 Peter, it says, But the day of the Lord will come like a thief.
On that day the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, the elements will burn and be dissolved, and the earth and the works on it will be disclosed.
Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, it is clear what sort of people you should be in holy conduct and godliness as you wait for and earnestly desire the coming of the day of God.
The heavens will be on fire and be dissolved because of it, and the elements will melt with the heat, but based on His promise we wait for the new heavens and new earth where righteousness will dwell.
Therefore, dear friends, while you wait for these things, make every effort to be found at peace with Him without spot or blemish.
Also, regard the patience of our Lord as an opportunity for salvation, just as our dear brother Paul has written to you according to the wisdom given to him.
So, I take these words as a point of reference in understanding That I have to humble myself and know that I don't know that day or that time.
And that if anybody tells you they do know the exact day or the exact time, I believe they are most likely only fooling themselves.
I don't say entirely that I believe that because I do leave room for God's inspiration and prophets to give great messages to the people.
I don't know I leave it to the Lord.
I let his will be done, not mine so that's my message to all of you out there and make sure if you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior since we have air in our lungs and there's light on the ground and the sun is out and it's a beautiful day Call upon the name of the Lord, accept Him as your Lord and Savior, and watch Him come in and do things in your life that you may have not thought were possible.
That's where we're going to leave it.
