It doesn't even matter how hard you try.
Keep that in mind.
I designed this rhyme to explain it to time.
All I know.
Time is a valuable thing.
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings.
Watch it count down to the end of the day.
The clock takes life away.
It's so unreal.
Then look out below.
Watch the sign go right out the window.
Trying to hold on, but you Welcome to another Just Informed talk radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And yes, we have quite a show for you.
Hope you guys are doing well, I guess, as well as you could be here on the precipice of global nuclear war, apparently, given what we're hearing coming out of Ukraine and Russia.
Now, I'm not going to sit here and try to scare everybody, but it does sound like the situation is escalating rather quickly and people are becoming quite concerned.
We're going to talk about that.
We'll talk about a lot of things in today's show, but I think that's where we should start, obviously, given the importance and severity of the situation.
With regard to these Atakums missile systems, which were greenlit by the Biden administration for Ukraine to start firing into the sovereign territory of Russia.
So there are a lot of people out there who are saying that this is what will start the nuclear escalation, which will eventually lead to all-out nuclear war.
I'm not going to say that, but I will say that I've been making this prediction for a while now With regard to the fact that they would be willing to start a war to prevent Trump from getting into office.
And this is and has been a part of the plan for quite some time.
Now, if they're able to pull it off is a whole different story, but we said this before, right?
We talked about this very situation unfolding before the election.
We said they would start a nuclear war with Russia.
and or a larger conflict with Russia to justify their invocation of martial law here domestically which they then would use to say The original prediction I had made was that they would use that as a reason to suspend our elections, basically, to not have our elections.
But it seems as though they could also use this same scenario as a way to justify not making the peaceful transition of power, which we have prided ourselves on for so long as a nation, I guess until Donald Trump became president, then it was rather questionable whether or not we would have peaceful transitions, and some people are calling for that not to take place.
Now, this is going to be an interesting series of events that unfolds.
The story is as follows.
As of this morning, we have something that has happened that is very disastrous, okay?
And here's basically the gist of it.
Let me just pull this up.
I want to read it verbatim from what I'm hearing so that you guys can make up your mind for yourself.
But Russia has come out and taken it with a grain of salt and said that the Ukraine has attacked it with U.S.-made missiles and this has escalated the conflict to a level that we are not sure Really where it goes from here, to be quite honest.
Although there are some out there who think they have a better idea than others.
So, as was reported previously, the U.S. greenlit the use of these Atacum's missile systems, which now have apparently been used.
So, I want to...
Read this.
This is a report from Bloomberg.
It says, Ukraine deployed attack rooms, missiles, their ATACMS missile systems, which were used to strike a military facility in the western Bryonsk region.
Ukraine reported on Tuesday, citing an unofficial, or excuse me, an official in the nation's military.
It was the first known attack following the decision by President Joe Biden's administration.
To approve Kyiv's limited use of weapons to hit targets inside of Russia.
Ukraine's general staff confirmed a strike on a warehouse in the city of Kharkiv.
Detonating ammunition stored in the site some 115 kilometers from the border.
It's about 71 miles from the border with Ukraine in Russia.
Neither the general staff nor the defense ministry would comment on what missiles were used, saying the information is, quote, classified, unquote.
Putin's decree has people worried though.
So in an interesting move, this earlier this morning for us, we have A series of events that have taken place that people are noting and saying it's very disturbing.
You have Russia expanding its nuclear doctrine.
So this was a choice that was made by Russia to further expand its nuclear doctrine for deterrence and for engagement.
This is basically saying that there are a number of scenarios where When these missile attacks come into the country of Russia from Ukraine, that They could use nuclear weapons as a response.
Now, look, I don't think I need to break this down very far for anyone to understand the severity and the implication here.
Is this more, you know, nuclear saber rattling from Russia that's going to fall on, you know, deaf ears in the West and is going to lead to more bloodshed?
Yeah, to a degree it will.
Is this just saber-rattling?
I'm not sure.
I think at this point, from what I've observed, Russia will retaliate, and they will retaliate directly against Kiev.
And that's coming from other sources who have sources inside of Russia who are saying that the response will be devastating.
They have claimed that Russia has made plans for this very event to escalate the conflict in non-nuclear terms but in a way that is quite devastating for the country, the nation of Ukraine Given that Russia has access to arsenals and weaponry, that even though they have nuclear weapons, they have weapons that are non-nuclear, which are devastating.
People have said hyperthermobaric bombs are going to be used that will essentially level most of Kiev's strategic...
Parts of their city there, government sector at least, and some of the people who are waging this war, it looks like those are the people who are going to be targeted in this response.
And when we come back, I'll play a clip that explains exactly that.
However, I'll say this.
If you...
If you really believe that this is as bad as it seems, I would suggest that you start praying, and we'll start praying here.
Lord and Heavenly Father, I pray that you bring peace to this war and end it quickly so that we may not continue to escalate this death and destruction.
But Lord, be with us.
In Jesus' name, amen.
Got to call on God, you know, to come into this because God knows we need all the help we can get.
So when we come back, I want to play a clip that will explain in detail the strategic response that is anticipated from Russia, given the fact that it is confirmed now we have six separate missile strikes crossing the border of Russia from Ukraine that were greenlit by the Biden administration.
And look, I'm not saying panic, but we should all be very concerned about what's happening.
So, stay tuned.
We're coming back after the break.

No, say I never fall in love again What is real and the feeling comes shining through So come in new, little girl That I never disrespect anything So come in new back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
There are some interesting questions being put forward here about what's happening.
We've seen the escalation continue in the Ukraine-Russia conflict, and of course, you know, the timing is no coincidence as the Biden regime and the deep state are facing, you know, a domestic threat of being extinguished politically.
Um, Here at home, that loss of political power is something that they cannot accept, and they're going to try to do everything they can to make sure that they stay where they are and are needed.
And, you know, one way to make sure that you can't get rid of the deep state or that a number of the bureaucrats representing the military-industrial complex are irreplaceable, um, In the midst of this Trump transition into office, would be to start a war, a very big war, and make it so that when Trump walks in, he's got a lot of problems going on in a lot of different places.
Now, look, here's the game plan, okay?
They're going to do everything they can to make sure Trump can't do what he's saying and posturing that he will do In his upcoming administration, whether it's Matt Gaetz coming in to clean house in the DOJ,
or it's Robert Kennedy coming in to clean house at HHS, or it's John Ratcliffe to clean house at the CIA, or it's Kash Patel to clean house, presumably at the FBI. All of these things are very dangerous,
but moreoverly, the people Trump surround himself, Tulsi Gabbard at the Director of National Intelligence's office, these people represent an existential threat to the deep state bureaucracy, which Needs war.
It needs war.
It needs war to continue to do what it does globally and domestically, enriching themselves at the taxpayers' cost.
And this is why they'll escalate this conflict as quickly and as recklessly as they can, which is what it looks like is happening right now.
The question is, are they trying to spark World War III before Trump's inauguration?
That is really what a lot of people are wondering now.
They accused Trump that he would start World War III if he lost, if you'll recall, and now they themselves are the ones trying to do it.
This could also lead to economic disaster.
if there were some sort of global war because think about it what would that do to global markets it would spook and scare every person out there who's got money in any sort of international trade-based business that would lead to very disastrous consequences economically it would destabilize the incoming administration Of course, Biden's not really in charge.
The people running the show, it seems right now, are the Obama leftovers and Lloyd Austin at defense, Mark Milley, Joint Chiefs of Staff from the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Anthony Blinken at State Department.
Barack Obama has always got a hand in all of this.
And I'll just play some of the reports that we're hearing right now.
Let's check this out.
It feels like a significant escalation.
Does the U.S., and the U.S. actually, and President Biden gave the blessing to Vladimir Zelensky to use these very big missiles a couple of days ago.
Does that come with the guarantee that if Russia escalates, the U.S. is there to protect them?
Well, I think that this is a slew of questions that we do not yet have the answers to, Francine.
And just to recap some of the news that we just got in the last few minutes, because this all feels fairly significant, is what we got from Vladimir Putin was signing into a decree allowing Russia to fire nuclear weapons in response to any kind of massive conventional attack on its soil.
That would include drones.
That would include presumably long-range missiles.
that Russia would view aggression against itself or its allies by non-nuclear state backed by other nuclear powers as a joint attack in summary basically saying that if there was an attack on Russia by a member of a coalition that will be seen as an attack by sort of the full coalition ie even if it's a non-nuclear power aided by a nuclear power that would be seen as a joint attack this is something that Putin has been talking about just signing into as a decree since September This is officially happening now.
And it comes, obviously, Francine, just on the heels of that sort of news that we got from Joe Biden, basically permitting the Ukrainians to begin using some of these attackums within Russian territory in the Kursk region, not sort of all across Russia, but within that region.
They have a range of about 300 kilometers.
And this is coming at a time right now when we understand, again, from Ukrainian news agencies that those first missiles have been deployed.
So what we are getting this morning in the last few minutes is Putin, on the one hand, signing a decree that says that any sort of coalition strike that is backed by a nuclear power, even if it's by Ukraine, non-nuclear, striking within Russia, could see a nuclear response.
Again, that is why there has seen a huge move into the haven assets over the last few minutes.
You can see it on this sort of German treasure, German bonds have been being bought up.
You see the euro moving, you see gold moving, you see everything moving because there's a lot of uncertainty as to what this means.
Again, when we think about the possible red lines in Ukraine and when they are drawn, this sort of goes back to what we've been hearing from Olaf Scholz, who has been much more reticent for one to support any of these strikes within Russia, presumably to try to avoid a situation that could escalate severely.
Ali, on these attack comes, I mean, again, as you said, they're American-made army tactical missile systems.
There's these supersonic guided missiles.
Will we know what they've hit this morning and what this means in terms of escalation?
Or is the market just, you know, before they find out, they just want to get out of risky assets?
I think that that's what you have to assume, that people want to get out of risky assets.
When you hear sort of a Russian nuclear response in the same breath as a strike, you know, within Russia by some of these U.S.-made weapons, that you're going to get a lot of fear within the market, right?
And this is exactly the kind of thing that Olaf Scholz has been talking about at the G20. When he was asked, basically, will you follow Joe Biden?
Will you begin to deliver your own long-range missiles, a tourist system that has an even further range than these U.S. attack arms?
Will you be able to deliver those?
Will you begin to deliver those to Ukraine?
He said, no, absolutely not.
My position is unchanged.
And that comes after he is really the only G7 leader to have had any contact with Vladimir Putin.
They just had a call this Friday.
And basically saying that Putin had not really changed his position on anything.
And he's, of course, also fighting his own election within Germany, where some of the Germans are really very concerned about possible escalation.
And many of the voters here, particularly on the far right and the far left, which are doing very, very well here, want to see less involvement in Ukraine.
Not more involvement.
So this is a story that obviously has huge ripple effects within domestic politics across Europe.
But as you can see this morning across the markets, with catching a bid here from the German bonds and across really the whole sort of haven complex right now.
There you have it.
That was some reports from Bloomberg News talking about the economic implications.
But one of the things that I thought was interesting about that particular clip and why I played it is because what we saw there was a very clear illustration of the The relationship between Germany and Russia, there is a lot to be said for...
I mean, you've got to remember, this conflict goes all the way back to way before where we are today, obviously.
It goes back a long time, but there were some key moments to keep in mind when looking at what's happening here.
If you'll recall, it was the Nord Stream pipeline being destroyed that set a lot of this in a very, you know, downward tailspin, especially with regard to the whole idea that post-war, post-World War especially with regard to the whole idea that post-war, post-World War II, the doctrine's essentially been for NATO to keep Germany and Russia from coming
The doctrine's essentially been for NATO to keep Germany and Russia from coming together because that would be very dangerous and threatening to the United States and their relationship toward Europe, especially when it comes to supplying things like natural gas and resources.
So...
There would be a very dangerous relationship that could be made there, which I think is why Germany's walking a very fine line in all of this, and this is why we're seeing the escalation happen.
It's to further drive that wedge and to separate them.
But there were other reports that I should mention here that I think are worth mentioning, at least, especially one analysis from Our friend, you guys know him, Scott Ritter, who basically broke it down in the following terms, and I want to let him speak on this conflict and what this escalation really means.
Listen to this.
If Ukraine uses an Atakums missile to strike a target inside Russia, that is, in Kursk Oblast, Russia will say that that's an attack by the United States and will treat it accordingly.
It will be a state of war between the United States and Russia.
And from what I understand, I've been in contact with sources in Moscow.
First of all, let me just say that the Russians aren't panicked.
What the Russians are saying is that the decisions have already been made.
Anybody who's looking for a convoy of vehicles running to the Kremlin to decide, the decision has been made.
It is automatic.
The moment the attack comes as used, Russia will respond and the response will be catastrophic for Ukraine and devastating for NATO and the United States.
When I say catastrophic, Kyiv will be destroyed.
It won't be a nuclear weapon, but I've been told what the weapon probably will be.
And it will be a gigantic thermobaric bomb that will level downtown Kyiv, killing everybody there.
Russia will take Kyiv off the map.
And if I know this, the CIA knows this, Biden knows this, Zelensky knows this.
The thing is, they think Russia's bluffing.
They don't think Russia will do it.
It's not a gamble I'm willing to take because it's not just gambling away the lives, millions of lives in Kiev, but it's gambling away all of humanity.
If the West is wrong and Russia's not bluffing, there will be a war and that war will be nuclear and we will all die.
If Ukraine...
So that's, I mean...
One way of looking at it, I'm sorry for the, you know, nature of that.
That's pretty dramatic.
But this is a severe situation if you think about it.
If that is the enhanced doctrine that Russia's just put forward, which essentially Russia's updated nuclear doctrine states that aggression against it or its allies by a non-nuclear state supported by a nuclear one will be treated as a joint attack.
The doctrine emphasized Russia's readiness to use nuclear weapons to ensure deterrence and permits their use if the sovereignty or territorial integrity of Russia or Belarus is critically threatened.
Ballistic missile launches against Russia are listed as grounds for nuclear retaliation, and the doctrine identifies adversaries against whom nuclear deterrence is exercised.
Providing territorial resources for aggression against Russia is also considered a basis for nuclear deterrence.
And we've launched six ATACMS missiles through our proxy Ukraine into Russia, across their territorial border, into their sovereign territory, hitting their facilities, their military storage facilities and other targets.
So why should we believe that this isn't going to escalate?
Again, the whole gamble here is that Russia is bluffing.
That's the gamble that they're taking as we speak.
I don't know about you, but I know how psychotic these people are running the show at the moment and how desperate they are.
And like we talk about, any cornered animal is the most dangerous animal there is.
And as we push the deep state and the bureaucracy and the uniparty into a corner, it seems as though they are lashing out as violently as they possibly can, going as far as to...
Intentionally violate the doctrine of a sovereign nation which has stated clear intentions to use nuclear weapons in response to said escalation.
But I'm sure it's no big deal, right?
Convenient distraction, too, from a lot of things that are happening here in the United States.
They need this, so we'll see how it all plays out.
I mean, you guys let me know what you think.
877-536-1360 is the number.
Do you think that this Atacum's missile launch will lead to Russia making a drastic move?

Carjackin' old lady at a red light.
Pull up We have never been closer to World War III than we are today
under Joe Biden.
A global conflict between nuclear-armed powers would mean death and destruction on a scale unmatched in human history.
It would be nuclear Armageddon.
Nothing is more important than avoiding that nightmare.
We will avoid it, but we need new leadership.
Every day this proxy battle in Ukraine continues.
We risk global war.
We must be absolutely clear that our objective is to immediately Have a total secession of hostilities.
All shooting has to stop.
This is the central issue.
We need peace without delay.
In addition, there must also be a complete commitment to dismantling the entire globalist neocon establishment that is perpetually dragging us into endless wars, pretending to fight for freedom and democracy abroad.
Well, they turn us into a third world country and a third world dictatorship right here at home.
The State Department, the defense bureaucracy, the intelligence services, and all of the rest need to be completely overhauled.
And reconstituted to fire the deep staters and put America first.
We have to put America first.
Finally, we have to finish the process we began under my administration of fundamentally re-evaluating NATO's purpose and NATO's mission.
A foreign policy establishment keeps trying to pull the world into conflict with a nuclear-armed Russia based on the lie that Russia represents our greatest threat.
But the greatest threat to Western civilization today is not Russia.
It's probably, more than anything else, ourselves and some of the horrible, USA-hating people that represent us.
It's the abolition of our national borders.
It's the failure to police our own cities.
It's the destruction of the rule of law from within.
It's the collapse of the nuclear family and fertility rates.
Like nobody can believe is happening.
It's the Marxists who would have us become a godless nation worshipping at the altar of race and gender and environment.
And it's the globalist class that has made us totally dependent on China and other foreign countries that basically hate us.
These globalists want to squander all of America's strength, blood, and treasure, chasing monsters and phantoms overseas while keeping us distracted from the havoc they're creating right here at home.
These forces are doing more damage to America than Russia and China could ever have dreamed.
Evicting this sick and corrupt establishment is the monumental task for the next president.
And I am the only one who can do it.
I'm the only one that can get the job done.
I know exactly what has to be done.
Well, there you go.
That's Trump on what we're seeing happening here from before.
And I think, you know, This escalation is only going to get worse from here.
It looks like our good friend Kevin's calling in, so we'll just bring him on.
Kevin, you know, what we're seeing here is rather, I think, important to cover.
What are your thoughts on the escalation?
Well, as far as, you know, you said that they're rolling the dice that Russia won't retaliate against Those very large...
What are they called?
The missiles that we...
They're hypersonic, long-range missiles.
Yes.
Well, that's a gamble they shouldn't take.
Russia...
Scott Ritter laid it out.
The decision's already been made.
You know, if they...
If Zelensky is foolish enough to fire...
Those, I'm sure he's already fired some, but, I mean, if he tries to hit, like, the Kremlin, you know, Moscow, somewhere in that neighborhood, Putin won't, he won't hesitate.
Well, for reference, six have already been launched this morning, right before the show started.
So, we've already launched, or they've already launched, Ukraine's already launched six.
This is why it's such a dramatic point for us here, and, um...
That's probably where I think this all heads.
I think Russia's going to respond in kind, and who knows where it goes from there.
But right now, the West is banking on, like you pointed out, they're banking on Russia bluffing.
That they're saying all of this to deter us, but they're not willing to escalate the conflict further because they understand that bringing in more of the Western forces against them would be disastrous, not just for them, but for the whole world.
It is sort of a mutually assured destruction scenario playing itself out here, but I'm not sure that these limits have been tested this strenuously ever.
No, I think you're right about that.
And what Trump said, you know, our greatest threat is these bureaucratic swamp rats in D.C. They're the greatest threat to us.
They...
Make a fortune.
They're making a fortune off war.
War profits.
War profiteering.
I think that should be treason, really, if you want to know the truth about it.
I agree with you.
I agree with you.
All right, well, if that's all you got for us today, Kevin, we'll let you go, all right, brother?
You got it, man.
I'm just in a state of shock, really, you know, right now.
Well, all we can do is prepare and pray.
Pray and prepare.
Yep.
That's the plan.
That's all we got.
That's my plan.
Prepare and pray.
So a lot of stuff are out of our hands, right?
Prayer first.
Yeah, prayer first.
That's right.
Prayer first.
Yeah.
Then prepare.
Absolutely.
God bless.
I love you, man.
You take care.
God bless you.
All right.
Take care.
Bye.
Alright, that was cool.
We also have our friend Henry texting and saying, praying Trump is on the phone with Putin, convincing him to be patient until January and not take the bait.
Yeah, I would hope so, but then again, is that also a part of the trap?
Because as I understand it, would that be a violation of the Logan Act?
And would they then use that to go after Trump?
I mean, that's an interesting question, because if Trump were on the phone with...
If he were on the phone...
With Vladimir Putin, this would be a violation of the Logan Act, which is basically a federal law that criminalizes unauthorized citizens negotiating with foreign governments having disputes with the U.S. So, this is, I mean, from 1799, this is when it was created,
but it basically is something that they've thrown around a lot in the past to say, you know, Any time Trump talked to foreign leaders, like, is it a violation of the Logan Act?
Is it a violation of the Logan Act?
I think if Trump was talking to Putin right now, trying to negotiate on behalf of the United States, I'm not sure if there's, like, a gray area where he's president-elect, but he's not sworn in, so technically he wouldn't—he would be— I mean, that's really where this gray area gets in there.
I mean, maybe there's some constitutional scholars out there who know the answer to that better than I do, but...
I think that maybe this is the trap.
Maybe what you just said is the trap they laid out for Trump to get him on the phone with Putin negotiating, and then they're going to come in and say, you know, Trump's filing the Logan Act.
We need to do whatever we have to do.
I don't know.
But I do know this, that they have very nefarious plans ahead for Trump and all of us in this nation, which we should be very careful with and be careful, you know, as we go in the future.
Stay tuned, though.

Nothing!
Nothing!

Thank you.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we're studying this escalation in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, which could lead to some very disastrous outcomes, up to and including nuclear exchanges, which are seemingly being put on the table.
I want to play for you real quick.
What's being reported in Russian sort of quasi-state-run media, RT, Russia Today, how they're reporting this and what their reporting looks like, because I think it's important that we understand both sides of it, right?
And I say quasi-state-run television because they are sort of journalistically independent, but then they're also kind of beholden to the Russian government.
So take it with a grain of salt what they're saying and how they're reporting on it, But here's a breakdown of the nuclear deterrence doctrine and what that really means and how Russians are kind of understanding it.
Listen to this.
In the updated version of the document, aggression against Russia by any non-nuclear state, but with the support of a nuclear state.
By the way, this is transcription, like they're transcribing what Putin's saying in real time.
So this is Putin speaking with an English interpreter here to begin the report.
It's proposed to be considered as their joint attack on Russia.
Russia will also consider the possibility of using nuclear weapons when receiving reliable information about a massive launch of means of aerospace attack and their crossing of our state border.
This includes strategic and tactical aircraft, as well as cruise missiles and drones, hypersonic and other delivery vehicles.
Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in case of aggression, including if the enemy using conventional weapons poses a critical threat.
It is important to note at this point that these are at this time proposals.
Proposals to amend Russia's nuclear weapons use doctrine.
We heard from Vladimir Putin multiple scenarios in which the rules and regulations governing how Russia can use its nuclear weapons will change.
The first scenario is if a non-nuclear power attacks Russia with conventional arms but poses a grave or critical A threat to Russia's sovereignty, the Russian leadership will be able to use nuclear weapons to neutralize that threat.
The second scenario in how things will change is if that non-nuclear power that is attacking Russia is aided, supplied, abetted by a nuclear power Then that nuclear power will be considered a party to this conflict, a joint attack on Russia, which will mean Russia will be able to use nuclear weapons both on the non-nuclear power and the nuclear power that it will consider attacking it.
Also, Russia will be able to use, preemptively perhaps, nuclear weapons if there is verified information, proof that there is an ongoing attack on Russia using aerospace assets or, for example, a mass launch of drones.
Again, I must mention that these, at this time, are proposals on how Russia's first use of nuclear weapons, its nuclear doctrine, will change.
Nevertheless, this is a stark warning to the West.
The latest in a slew of such previously, Vladimir Putin had come out and said that If advanced Western missiles with great ranges are supplied to Ukraine and used against Russia for strikes deeper to Russian territory, then those countries, the United States, perhaps, or Great Britain or France, which supply Ukraine with extended range missiles, That they will be complicit in an attack on Russia.
Russia has brushed off their arguments that they merely hand these weapons over.
Russia says it has evidence and there is no way that Ukraine can plan, launch and use these weapons without NATO troops being involved, without NATO technical staff being involved, without NATO intelligence and NATO satellites.
But this comes at a dangerous time, at a time when many Western leaders are saying ignore Putin and Russia's warnings, supply Ukraine with these missiles, and undoubtedly, even though they won't change anything, undoubtedly, Ukraine, they believe, will be able to resist Russia further.
An argument that both military experts and the Russian government have said is, in itself, Senseless.
So there you go.
I just want to play the report to give you an idea of how Russian TV is sort of portraying this.
And this was, of course, you know, a little while ago.
I believe this report was before the actual attack took place.
So they knew this was coming.
That's the thing.
I think they were trying to get ahead of it with, you know, reporting on a lot of this stuff because that's how they are, you know, meant to operate.
Ultimately, here's where we're at, okay?
The missiles have been fired.
There will surely be more coming.
The question is, how does Russia retaliate?
How soon, how quick, and how devastating will their response be?
And if it's anything like...
What Scott Ritter described, the thermobaric weaponry that could level entire city blocks in Kiev and essentially take out a very large portion of their infrastructure there.
This should be looked at as a very concerning moment.
And not only that, I mean, we have more stories we're going to get to here in the show today.
We have a lot of stuff happening here domestically that needs to be covered.
But this obviously is something that takes precedent because it is so...
It has so many disastrous consequences for so many people that we have to keep an eye on this.
And I know at this point it may sound like we're kind of beating a dead horse with regard to the story, but...
It's almost like I'm trying to stay up and refresh everything so I can see what the response is.
Because you have to imagine that the response will be swift and decisive.
And if Scott Ritter is correct and the decision has already been made as to what the response will be, then we should be, at this moment, moments away from seeing that response.
Now, how quickly can all of this spiral out of control?
Fairly quickly as I have studied this type of stuff historically, it can spiral very quickly.
Matters of hours or days, we can see things change and turn in a way that...
Could be disastrous.
So, we'll get back to it.
We have a lot more to cover.
Stay tuned.

Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I am your host, Craig James.
And look, what we're seeing unfold before our eyes is nothing short of a major catastrophe globally.
But we have other stories that we need to cover, so we'll get into those right now.
You know, one of the stories that I think people are feeling Failing to give enough attention to at this point is the story of what happened here in Colorado during our election with regard to our corrupt criminal Secretary of State Jenna Griswold and the leaking of passwords which were and could have been used to compromise Voting machines here in our
state elections and the federal election at large.
So basically what's happened here is that the passwords to the voting machines were leaked online for months and the person who's been hired to investigate it is a politically connected law firm whose partners contributed to Jenna's campaign.
But there's no conflict of interest there, I'm sure.
But not only that, recently released audio from a phone call between the Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Beale shows the Secretary of State's office had no intention of notifying the county clerks at all until they found out on their own and, needless to say, were quite upset.
This is a scandal that is beyond just a scandal.
This is criminal in nature.
And the fact that there aren't a slew of investigations taking place to uncover the truth about all of this and to hold the people behind it accountable is...
I mean, unimaginably corrupt.
It just shows you how broken this state is here in Colorado.
Our corrupt governor is covering up for the corrupt Secretary of State, and our law enforcement seems to be completely incapable of following through on, you know, upholding the law, as is their duty constitutionally.
So Jenna Griswold is not the only problem in our state.
She is one of many problems that we have, particularly with our Appointed and elected officials, but this woman needs to be held accountable.
And again, I'm going to make the call on all of our listeners out there to contact, you know, contact the sheriffs, contact whoever you have to contact.
The Colorado, is there the CBI, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation?
Whoever can and should be investigating this should be contacted, made aware, and we should put pressure on them to open investigations if investigations aren't currently open and to go after Jenna Griswold with the full weight of the law because she has violated, in my humble opinion, The trust of the Colorado citizens and voters, but moreoverly, I believe she's violated the law.
There are particular statutes with regard to this sort of thing, which have clearly been violated, and she needs to be held to account for her office and her leadership, which has led to this.
What kind of nefarious things could have been done with our election results here in Colorado?
With that sort of access to those machines, that in and of itself is a whole other issue, right?
That is a whole separate investigation, but if nothing else, the first investigation should be into Jenna Griswold.
And she probably, if Tina Peters is currently serving a nine-year prison sentence for leaking one password to a person who is doing an audit professionally, Janet Griswold should be serving, what would that be?
You know, how many consecutive sentences would that be?
Nine times 63, right?
So stay tuned, though.

Hello Church, Henry here from God's Feeding Station.
1 John 4, 16 says, So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us.
God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in Him.
That's who God is.
His love for us is boundless.
It is incomparable and incomprehensible.
And it is demonstrated in the sacrifice on the cross by His Son for our sins.
And Paul tells us in Romans 8, verses 38 and 39, nothing can separate us from that love.
For I am sure, Paul says, that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Come explore this love with us at GodsFeedingStation.org, a proud sponsor of Craig James and JustInformed Talk Radio.

So interestingly enough, there are a lot of factors in the Tina Peters case that need to be looked at more closely and reexamined, and especially in regard to what we're seeing now where, you know, this is not...
Relegated to simply Tina Peters and Jenna Griswold, even as far away as Bucks County in Pennsylvania, I believe, where you have the commissioner there, Diane Ellis Marsegalia, defying a court order and continuing to count illegal ballots with no legal representations, and she's been shot down by the Supreme Court.
But Tina Peers is serving nine years in prison for exposing voter fraud.
So this is the two-tier system in which we exist.
That was pointed out by our friend of the station, Trent Lisey.
But I want to also play, this was a recording of a conversation had between Jenna Griswold, or no, excuse me, not Jenna Griswold.
This is a conversation between Tina Peters about Jenna Griswold and the elections in Colorado.
This was during a visitation to her as she is serving out her nine-year prison sentence, just getting her take on the story that broke of Basically, Secretary of State Jenna Griswold doing the exact same thing that Tina Peters is currently serving nine-year sentence for, except she did it times 63, so 63 times more.
So, listen to this conversation.
We did subpoena Mike Frontera, Dominion's lawyer, but they found a way to not let us have our witnesses.
What Jenna did, though, since at least June, Those BIOS passwords, 670 of them, from 63 counties out of the 64 counties in Colorado, have been on the public website for the Secretary of State, which means they were out there for anybody to grab.
She should be locked up and they should throw away the key and let me loose.
Yeah, we need a prisoner swap.
Yeah, for sure.
So you think that this election in Colorado is definitely compromised because of the leaked passwords?
Oh, always.
I mean, in Mesa County, they were finding fraudulent ballots, they were finding the same person was signing the ballot envelopes, and they brushed it off like it was nothing.
As a matter of fact, what Jenna Griswold did with the password, she knew while I was going through the trial that that was out there and did nothing.
So those passwords were leaked out there during your trial before your sentencing?
They were out there since June.
But she knew about it and didn't tell the clerks about it.
And now she's apologizing to the clerks.
She should apologize to the American people, or at least the people in Colorado.
But there are other passwords besides just for Colorado, I've heard, for the United States in there, for Dominion machines.
So you think some of our other elections in other states can be compromised because of leaked passwords for the Dominion machines?
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
That's what's going on with the cartel in Arizona and Michigan.
I was so happy when I saw Florida for Trump and all these other places.
But just remember, Dominion's headquarters is in Colorado, Denver, Colorado.
And also, most people don't know that Dominion is out of Serbia as well.
And if you can play that Video by Gary Brunson, the 30-year CIA whistleblower, or look at the transcript, you'll see exactly how this all started with Hugo Chavez and Venezuela, and that's why this stuff with Patrick Byrne and all this coming out, it leads all the way back to Venezuela, and then the corruption worldwide.
Those were Tina Peters words herself.
Now, it's hard to watch as she sits behind prison walls, you know, in an orange jumpsuit talking over a phone in this recorded interview.
But it does everything she said stands to reason.
And it is interesting that here in Colorado is one of the headquarters, one of the headquarters for Dominion voting right here in Denver.
And nobody seems to want to investigate this further.
What she pointed out to, as well, is something important about this case, that some of the passwords that were leaked were sort of like generic passwords that could have been applied to other voting machines in other states, which A lot of people are not really looking too closely into,
but imagine that a Soros DA like Jenna Griswold in this grand conspiracy comes together and decides to leak these passwords, which don't just affect her voting machines in Colorado, but Affect voting machines across the country, and this may be a part of the reason why we see a lot of the states going the way they do.
A lot of the states where it could have been a lot closer, it seems as though it was, you know, brought out strongly for Kamala.
But it, in my opinion, came down to a point where it was too big to rig.
So even with the cheating, they weren't able to rig it because it would have been too obvious and it would have been too clear and apparent.
So that is, I guess, good for us, but also bad for our country now.
Now, ultimately, what I believe we need is sweeping election reforms, but I'm not sure we're going to get that.
One thing people do point out, which is a very interesting little fact, is that every state which was won by Kamala...
Also, so happens to be a state where you don't need voter ID. So you don't need an ID to vote.
And is that a coincidence?
Yeah.
No, I don't think so.
I think it's direct correlation, direct...
um there's a direct connection between those two things and that is ultimately what we're facing what we're going up against is a system that's so broken and corrupt i mean they're still counting ballots in california in case you were wondering they're still counting ballots or they were at least still counting ballots as of yesterday in pennsylvania they are still counting ballots in other states i believe they're still counting them in arizona
um but i mean california is the best example because you look at it and it's almost jaw-dropping to imagine that here we are and in the house election for instance they're still they only have counted 86 percent of the votes in certain parts of california And they get out of town 87% in others.
I mean, look...
If you want to know how broken and corrupt this whole system is, that should be an indicator.
86% of the votes counted, and what are we, two weeks out of the election?
Yeah, that's how broken this whole thing is.
Anyway, stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
So, in other news we're going to talk about here today, I want to talk a little bit about this mass deportation.
And, you know, it's a controversial subject for some, for others it's common sense, that in this country we have Tens of millions of illegal immigrants who have come here illegally and criminally and have committed felonies in crossing our sovereign border to enter our nation when they are not welcome.
They wanted to come in legally.
There's a big door, as people say, and there's a process for that if they are, in fact, asylum seekers, for them to legally petition the U.S. government to allow them into this nation.
However, through a series of intentional policy Positions that were deceptive and that were sold to other organizations that sold them to the Third World to convince them to come here.
And for a number of other reasons, our country has been essentially invaded by a number of individuals.
Now look.
I don't mean to say that every one of these people are evil and bad.
That, I think, would be categorically false.
But what would be categorically true is that every one of them are criminals.
Because by crossing our border, that is, in and of itself, a criminal act.
Trump made it very clear that a part of his administration's top priorities would be to have a mass deportation of these illegals because what had been Illustrated as the reasoning behind the left-wing push to bring in these criminal invaders was that if they could bring in enough illegals,
flood major swing states and cities with them, and promise them a bunch of free stuff, then they would have a guaranteed solid blue voting block which could be used to turn this nation into a one-party state.
I would love to see how The next election looks like once we start deporting these people by the thousands because that's what needs to happen.
It's not that we don't want to be compassionate and or caring toward people who may be in need, but this has gone far beyond that to where people have Come to America to exploit us,
essentially, to steal our tax paying dollars to fund their lifestyle so that they could live a life of ease and comfort, which, you know...
Compared to where they come from, it is very nice if you show up from a third world country, per se, here in America, and you're handed a credit card with thousands of dollars on it.
You're handed a cell phone that's paid for by the government.
You're handed free health care so that all you have to do is walk into any emergency room and you get free health care.
You get free education.
Your kids get to go to school for free.
And It's just something that, you know, these utopian, like, globalist, you know, hippies, if you will, want this, you know, utopia, right?
Where they're like, well, why should we have to pay for anything?
Everything should be free for everyone, and we should all just get along.
And maybe someday down the line we'll get there with AI. I mean, that's what Elon Musk has been saying.
But...
We're not there yet.
And at this point, it's become such a drain on our system that it's hurt our economy.
It's caused inflation.
It's caused, and not to mention the toll on human life, whether it's the sex trafficking that goes on with children and adults across our border where people come to this country illegally and then are exploited in the trafficking of sex workers.
There is the drug toll which is not just on the people who are being exploited by the cartels to bring the drugs into this country, but then the people who are in this country, citizens of the United States, who are getting addicted to these dangerous drugs and then losing their lives and wrecking their families and destroying communities.
Or it's the criminal toll where it's, you know, actual criminals and rapists.
I mean, people don't understand that although there are very good citizens of this country who are from Venezuela, who've come here legally, who've gone through the process, who've done it all correct, and are here working very hard and believe in good things,
Venezuela also simultaneously has emptied their prisons and flooded basically our border with their most heinous and vile criminals who are coming here to commit Very evil crimes.
And if you don't believe me, go watch the trial that's currently taking place for the person who murdered Lincoln Riley.
And it is horrific.
This is a man who was flown on taxpayer dollars.
He came here illegally, was brought to New York City, then was flown on taxpayer dollars down to Georgia for him to go and assault and murder Lincoln Riley, which, I mean, is horrific.
And that's just one example, okay?
There are Hundreds, if not thousands and thousands of examples of this sort of crime, whether it's sexual assault, murder, extortion.
I mean, we're living in Colorado where not more than, you know, an hour from where we're broadcasting this message, you have Tren de Aragua, a foreign national criminal cartel gang, We're overtaking entire apartment complexes and extorting the citizens therein, the legal citizens of the United States, that is.
And not one person on the left seems to think this is a bad thing.
As a matter of fact, they tell us it's just, you know, no big deal, nothing to see here.
And now Trende Aragua, this Venezuelan gang, has kind of metastasized across the nation, popping up in several other major large cities and doing exactly what they're doing here.
And you don't need to go very far here in Colorado to see some of the effects, especially with regard to just picking up a newspaper and reading about the organized theft criminal rings or the home invasions or the other violent criminal acts or the drunk driving or, I mean, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
And It's not to say that we as a nation are perfect and that we don't have these same problems with our own citizens.
It's to say your...
You're exhausting our resources and our ability to curtail and stop these things when you make policies that allow for people from other nations to come into our nation, use our resources, abuse our laws, and get away with it with impunity and then become some kind of protected class that we can't even speak remotely against.
Right?
Otherwise, without, you know, the fear of being castigated as xenophobic and, you know, racist.
So, this is what we're facing right now, and you don't have a country if you don't have borders.
This is clearly outlined in law, but also in scripture.
And If we don't stop this, I mean, eventually we will not have a country.
And that was the point, right?
That was the simplest of points.
So Tom Homan, who's been named as Trump's border czar, has been tasked with the order of coming in and getting rid of these people legally and lawfully.
And every time you hear somebody, a Democrat, make the argument, well, A lot of these people who came here illegally aren't illegal.
Oh, so you're talking about the brushstroke of a pen from some bureaucrat in Washington and some politician who says, you know, breaking the law isn't breaking the law, so you're here legally.
Here's a cell phone.
Here's $2,500 in food stamps.
Here's free health care.
Here's free education for your kids.
Yeah, it's all good.
Well, no.
I guarantee you if this was...
If the majority of the people coming across the border were Russian...
Then you would probably hear a different tune from those who are so in favor of open borders, but because those people come from the South American nations and can be exploited.
I mean, you remember Kelly Osbourne on The View?
That clip never will leave my mind where she said,''Donald Trump, if you deport all of the illegals, who will clean your toilets?'' That's the mindset of these liberals, by the way, who want to keep these people.
I remember not too long ago when, I think it was DeSantis or Abbott, one of those two, sent a busload of illegals to Martha's Vineyard.
Just dropped them off right there in the middle of it.
You know, the elite kind of bourgeois area where all the politicians go and have their winter or summer homes.
And the people there, I mean, that was the best example of the hypocrisy of the left, in my opinion, because you have these bleeding-heart liberals, right, who, as soon as you dropped off a busload of these immigrants on their front door, they were like, oh, hell no.
They ain't staying here.
Yeah, but we love you, right?
That's what they kept saying.
We love you.
We love you.
Just go back on the bus, and we're going to send you back to where you came from, but we won't make you leave the country.
You just can't stay here, right?
You can't be near us.
You can't come in our house.
You can't take our resources.
You can't make our community less safe.
But, you know, those stupid people over there in whatever, you know, flyover state, they don't matter, so you can just go live there.
The people in Aurora, you know, just send them back to Aurora.
Send them back to El Paso.
Send them back to Houston.
Send them back to...
You name the place, right, that they don't care about.
It was just the perfect example of that.
So that's what we're facing.
But here's Tom Holman on what Trump's agenda will be in prioritizing the mass deportations.
I think this is interesting.
Listen to this.
A lot of people have wondered, how is this going to work?
So how will it work?
Well, look, I think the president's been clear on the stage.
As far as the deportation operation, we will prioritize public safety threats and national security threats because they pose a big danger to the United States.
He's got three rails.
So we'll do the deportation operation with the priorities I just talked to you out of the gate.
That'd be the priorities.
Second thing is secure that border.
Lock that border down and catch a release and secure the border.
The third rail is we got over 300,000 missing children.
Over half a million children have been trafficked into the United States.
This administration released them to unvetted sponsors, and they can't find 300,000 of them.
And based on my three and a half decades, some of these children are in forced labor.
We already found some in forced labor.
Some are in forced sex trafficking.
Some are living with pedophiles.
We need to save these children.
That's going to be the third rail.
So that sounds like, you know, a very good prioritization.
I'm not sure I have any qualm with that.
I think that should be how we prioritize it.
Because you've got to imagine, and remember, this is going to be an amazingly vast undertaking.
Especially given...
The fact that it took decades to get to where we are at today.
Decades of failed policy, decades of open borders, decades of failure to secure our national sovereignty from people who are invading our nation and using our resources.
So to act like we can just tomorrow flip a switch and throw all these people on buses, that's just not realistic.
But I did like Harrison Smith's Proposal for his plan.
He basically said, let's offer them a free flight back to wherever they came from, and if they don't accept, then tell them that they're going to face imprisonment and forced labor.
I don't know.
Options there.
Stay tuned.

I'm your host, Craig James.
So, here's the thing.
We talked about a lot of things today, a lot of different stories.
We're going to keep you up to date if anything breaks on those.
But one of the stories I wanted to touch on quickly is a story we talked about yesterday.
The appointments that are coming in for Trump's administration, one of the most controversial being Matt Gaetz as Attorney General.
This has led a lot of people to say that they will not be supporting him, and especially the senators who are responsible for confirming his position.
And they've made it all but too clear that they do not want Matt Gaetz as Attorney General.
Now, there are a number of reasons for this.
We'll get into that in a second.
President Trump has been tirelessly now calling senators and asking for their support of Matt Gaetz and all of his appointments and it seems as though there's progress being made there but there are other options available to President Trump should he so decide that that's the direction he wants to go.
One of those particularly is right here is explained by Steve Bannon This is him saying that there is a Federal Vacancies Reform Act from 1998, which could be used in the very scenario where they do not want to allow Trump to have the recess appointment,
which if you don't know what the recess appointment is, essentially the recess appointment is a way for the President to make appointments while Congress is in recess, when the Senate is recessed, so that he doesn't have to go through the normal confirmation process, which would require a vote of the Senate.
So it is...
And basically how they circumvent that is by keeping the Senate in...
By not allowing it to go into recess, by keeping one senator there to keep the session open so that Trump never is allowed to essentially have his recess appointment.
So this is something Mitch McConnell, the former majority leader of the Senate, said that he would not allow Trump to do, meaning having his recess appointments, but the incoming Majority Leader John Thune has said he's all options are on the tables,
what I recall his last statement on it was, although he didn't make a promise that he would allow it, and a lot of other senators are following Mitch McConnell's lead and saying that they won't allow recess appointment.
Now, Steve Bannon here clearly explains how there is another alternative for Donald J. Trump in the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.
Listen to this.
Jeff Clark jump in at breaking.
Trump has told Senate Majority Leader Thune that if Matt Gaetz is not confirmed by the Senate, he will appoint him using the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998.
Now, you just wrote a piece on the power of the executive branch on these resource appointments.
Jeff Clark, Mike, if you and Darren can hang on for a second.
Is that along the lines of where President Trump just tweeted this out, or is there something different?
That's different from the Recess Appointment Clause.
So President Trump has both tools in his quiver, Steve.
He has the Recess Appointment Power, which is a constitutional power, and then he has the Congress giving him power under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act, or what we call the FVRA, that allows putting in officials temporarily.
So, both things exist, and you know, I'd actually written some internal papers and done a lot of research about the FBRA as well, so I know how that works.
And the last thing I would say is that, you know, Darren Beatty got on talking about the False Claims Act.
That was the act that the Civil Division administered, which I had charge of during the Trump administration at the end.
And also, the Civil Division has charge of defending FBRA challenges, and we faced a lot of them against Chad Wolf especially at the Department of Homeland Security.
So this is a key tool that President Trump also has to fill out his cabinet and sub-cabinet.
Does your paper and analysis say that basically President Trump can force the hands of both houses of Congress to basically put him into recess and then he does his recess appointments?
I just want to make sure that Nicole Wallace's head blows up appropriately today for her show.
Are you saying that President Trump can actually force the houses into recess and do his appointments then?
So, Steve, under the Constitution, if the two houses disagree about whether to adjourn or stay in session, then the president has the power to send them into recess, both houses, for as long as he sees fit.
So it's a very important power.
It hasn't been wielded in the past before, but the framers were keen on giving that power to the president.
It's an analog of a power that existed at English law.
So there you go.
There are a number of opportunities for Trump to fill the positions that the Senate is not willing to confirm, whether it's through the recess appointment or it's through the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.
So the options available are clear and obvious, and I think anybody who's paying attention knows that Trump will make this appointment one way or another.
But one of the reasons why they absolutely can't stand Matt Gaetz is because he's like a bull in a china shop when it comes to their corrupt uniparty schemes that they're running against the American people.
And to give you an example of that, when we come back, I want to play a clip of Matt Gaetz explaining some very interesting facts.
Jeff Clark.
And some interesting things that people have noticed, especially with regard to the way that they run Congress and how people get away with so many different crimes.
It is almost unimaginable.
And we'll talk right about that as we come back at the break.
I want to play the clip, but we only have a little over a minute, and the clip's about three minutes, so I don't want to start it here yet.
But there are other things happening here.
I mean, you can look at...
This, for instance, the guy who made salacious claims about Matt Gaetz is currently in federal prison, and I've made that clear after I read pieces by, you know, different fake news organizations, particularly ones here in Colorado, like Nine News and CBS News, Denver, CBS Colorado.
These accounts on X make these salacious headlines and try to sell them to the public without, you know, 8th or 9th paragraph of the story where nobody will ever end up reading the truth about it.
You know, one thing I'll remind people of, they made these crazy allegations against Matt Gaetz, right?
That he had an inappropriate relationship with a minor and that he wanted drugs and party favors from prostitutes.
And I'll just remind everyone out there that the claims being made against Matt Gaetz actually come from...
Well, I guess here's the simplest way to put it.
Essentially, I want to play this, to share this though real quick.
Essentially, the allegations against Gates were orchestrated by a man who's now serving an 11-year sentence for various public corruption crimes, A, and B, the man who is currently in federal prison,
who helped formulate these allegations, His business partner admits openly to being groomed to work for the CIA by intelligence officials while he spent time in Jerusalem.
Hmm.
But, totally coincidence.
Nothing to see here.
Right?
I mean, it's wild.
But I'll tell you another reason why they are targeting Matt Gaetz, and it's this clip I'll play when we come back.
So stay tuned.

Again, the best brass and bullets at the best prices.
Here's what's happening, alright?
And I want to kind of explain this.
The reason they hate Matt Gaetz, this is probably, if there was a list of reasons why there are so many in Congress who have the knives out for Matt, This might be near the top of the list.
Here is him explaining the problem with insider trading in Congress and why he wants to get rid of it altogether and disallow members of Congress from trading stocks.
This is probably one of the things they hate him the most for, among many other things.
Briefing.
That can inform your perspective on where markets are likely to move, what technologies are going to be deemed essential, and that information gets monetized.
It gets turned into cold, hard cash, and that's a really hard thing to argue against with an idea that would otherwise have merit and make common sense.
Whether it's Nancy Pelosi or a few others who have been sort of questioned about this kind of activity, you know, they'll say things like, well, this is a free market and Congress should be able to participate in that too.
How is it that they think that they're on, or at least are willing to say that they're on, the same kind of level playing field as the average American?
Yeah, I mean, Nancy Pelosi is on a level playing field from a free market standpoint with other traders in stocks, kind of like Mark McGuire and Sammy Sosa.
We're on a level playing field with, like, everyone else hitting baseballs in the 90s.
With extra information, then you have the ability to see the future.
And that becomes an incredibly valuable thing in the marketplace.
In some of these trades, Nancy Pelosi is making millions upon millions of dollars, and it strains credulity.
To think that someone could win so reliably and so consistently in the marketplace when they're one of the people who has more information than almost anyone else on the planet, right?
And why it's so hard to police and enforce.
Really, I think, kind of begs the question about the nature of information itself, right?
There's not like a digital trail on knowledge that you acquire while a member of Congress.
It's something that exists in one's mind, and so that's probably why you haven't seen effective prosecutions because so much of it just happens through the osmosis of this place and what you learn and how you can turn that into market gains.
Yeah, about that osmosis, I mean, it's not just Nancy Pelosi, it's others who say, you know, well, it's the shaggy defense.
It wasn't me.
You know, it was my husband, or it was my financial advisor, or it was, you know, my second cousin twice removed.
It was the one-armed man.
How do you get your arms around that when you're looking at legislation?
Well, that's why what we've done to date has failed.
There was this belief that you didn't have to ban Congressional stock trading.
You could just require disclosures and that those disclosures would shame people into conduct that was better and more virtuous and that created more public trust around lawmaking.
The reality is folks have become so brazen, like they're willing to tell you that they're on the Armed Services Committee and trading Raytheon stock.
They're willing to tell you they're on the Energy and Commerce Committee and killing it on energy trades that they're making.
They're willing to tell you they're leading the Ethics Committee and it's okay that they're making just the right precise moves on online gambling stocks, for example.
And the reason this is allowed to persist in the absence of stronger laws, because both sides are doing it, right?
Bipartisanship can be one of the most Insidious things in this town when it's bipartisan corruption, when it's a bipartisan consensus around self-dealing and self-enrichment.
And that's what we have here.
Powerful people on both sides of the aisle who are lining their pockets.
And these offenses are not victimless, right?
It distorts the marketplace.
And I just imagine some poor schmuck with their 401k working, squirreling a little money away.
Yeah, that's you and I, I guess, right?
We're the poor schmucks with our 401k, squirreling money away, working, you know, nine to five, trying to provide for our family, deciding to, you know, invest it.
And then, you know, Nancy Pelosi comes along and pulls the rug out on a stock so she can, you know, make more money or short sells it or whatever, and it ends up hurting the average person.
Joe, right?
And that's the point, though.
What he said is so true there about insider trading and the problems that we're seeing in Congress.
And what he just described to you, A, is part of the reason why they hate Matt Gaetz is because he says the things that they don't want to say.
But B, he points out the fact that it's bipartisan corruption.
It's not one party or another.
People have to understand it's not Democrat or Republican.
It is bipartisan.
Both sides exploiting the system to enrich themselves at the expense of the American people.
And it's not just that.
I mean, think about it in these terms.
You know, it disincentivizes them to do the right thing, which is to ban this sort of practice.
But on top of it, I mean, this is how you have people that get into office, stay in office for decades and become, you know, multi, multi, multi millionaires, right?
Because they have access to the information, and the information can be used as leverage to enrich themselves.
And this practice has been going on for decades and decades and decades, and it hasn't necessarily even stopped for one second on either side of the aisle.
And then this begs all kinds of other questions like what we're exposed to as far as understanding what book deals are.
When people do what the deep state wants, they'll use these publishers to give them book deals, and the book deals are then essentially a form of bribery that's untraceable, right?
And it's the same thing.
In the same way how artwork is used to launder money.
You know, why do you think that a canvas with a couple splashes of paint on it can sell for $150 million?
Do you think that there is an intrinsic value to that canvas and that the paper or the fabric and the wood and the paint that is worth $150 million?
Or do you think that...
You know, that money is being exchanged for some other service or good that they don't want to have to report, right?
That is the same problem we're facing across the board societally.
It's difficult.
It's difficult.
But that's probably one of the main reasons why they're so against Matt Gaetz becoming Attorney General because he wants to abolish or he wants to enact term limits and he wants to abolish the ability for congressmen and women to trade stocks, other things like that they don't like.
So, you know, remember that when you see all the stories about him.
Stay tuned.
We're coming back after the break.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And look, we've hit the end, believe it or not, of the show here.
This is our final segment.
You know, we reserve this time always for our God's Grace is Greater segment where we talk about Scripture.
We leave you guys with some hope and encouragement to take with you into the day.
And today is no different.
We're landing on Psalm 149.
And a very powerful psalm about praising God and praising His triumph.
And, you know, look.
In the totality of things, yes, there are a lot of dark situations we're facing as individuals, as a country, as a world, right?
As a global nation, if you will.
The things we all face, especially with wars and future pandemics and Elections and you name it, economic crises, etc.
There's going to be turmoil.
There's going to be all kinds of things that we can't stop and we can't necessarily prepare for.
But we can prepare our hearts to go to God humbly.
And that's what Psalm 149, I think, does and give praise to Him.
So this is Psalm 149.
It says, Hallelujah!
Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of the godly.
Let Israel celebrate its maker.
Let the children of Ziah rejoice in their king.
Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with the tambourine and lyre.
For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people.
He adorns the humble with salvation.
Let the godly celebrate in triumphal glory.
Let them shout for joy on their beds.
Let the exaltation of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands, inflicting vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, binding their kings with chains and their dignitaries with iron shackles, carrying out the judgment decreed against them.
This honor is for all his godly people.
Hallelujah.
And this, to me, is just a representation of the victory that we will ultimately find in God through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Being filled with the Holy Spirit, we will be able to overcome all evil in whatever way God plans.
And that's something we also have to remember is that submission to His plan and His will is what we must continually seek in our own lives.
I know for me...
One of the things I struggle with often is just giving my life to God in a way that I remove myself from the equation as far as my desires and my needs and trust in the Lord that He will provide what I need.
And He always has.
And I know that He always will as long as I faithfully go to Him and give Him my life, which I pray that we all do.
And if you're out there listening and you haven't given your life to Christ yet And found that relationship with God through the Son.
I encourage you now.
All you have to do, open your heart, say a prayer, repent of your sin, call on His name.
And once you do that, you'll find a peace that is everlasting.
And a hope that's eternal.
And then you can take that and you can grow it inside of you.
And you can share it with others.
But that's where we're going to leave it.
I want to thank you all for listening.
Thanks to the callers.
Thanks to the people texted.
Thanks to everybody.
We'll be back tomorrow.
Same time, same place.
God willing.
Until then, I'm your host, Craig James.
This is Just Informed Talk Radio.
