The truth.
It is the middle ground between light and shadow, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge.
This is Just Informed Talk Radio, where we are not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God's power for salvation to everyone who believes.
One thing, I don't know why.
It doesn't even matter how hard you try.
Keep that in mind.
I designed this rhyme to explain it to time.
All I know, time is a valuable thing.
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings.
Watch it count down to the end of the day.
The clock ticks like, but it's so unreal Didn't look out below Watch the sound go right out the window Trying to hold on, but you didn't even know Wasted it all just to watch you go Put on notice, if you fuck around with us If you do something bad to us We are going to do things to you that have never been done before The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer.
2024 is our final battle.
2024!
They stole our jobs, and they plundered our wealth.
The future does not belong to gloves.
The future belongs to King Prince.
The activation word of Ronald McDonald.
We will fly!
Pass out the communists.
America will start winning again.
Winning like never before.
We will bring back our jobs.
We will bring back our borders.
And we will bring back our dreams.
Alright, welcome to another Justin Forb Talk Radio Show.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And just a little pump-up video, because today is Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.
Which, of course, means it is Election Day.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, prepare yourself for a magnificent MAGA victory in this year of our Lord, 2024.
But welcome, of course, to everybody who's joining us.
I hope you're all having a great day.
Make sure if you are not or have not voted yet, go out and get in line.
Go vote.
Go drop off your ballot.
Do whatever you got to do to make sure you get your votes in today.
It's a vitally important thing that everybody listening to this program participate in this election and make your voice heard.
Make your vote and send it in.
Make sure that we send a message, clear message, to those running our state and our country that we want change and we want change now.
So that's my encouragement to all of you for today.
It is November 5th.
We are finally here.
Remember, remember the 5th of November.
That is where we are at today.
I want to thank all of you out there for joining us.
Of course, we're joined today by a special guest co-host.
You guys might know him.
He's our friend, co-host, Benghazi whistleblower, military intelligence insider, US Air Force veteran Nick Ngo.
Nick, welcome to the show.
How are you doing today?
I am pumped, Craig, because President Trump is going to be back in the White House sooner than we know it.
I'm telling you, man, I feel it.
I got the energy today.
I got something positive brewing up inside of me.
I'll tell you what, I have no negative thoughts about this election right now.
I think we're going to win, and we're going to win in a landslide.
I think we're going to take all the key battleground states, and maybe a few surprises may pop up along the way, but...
I mean, that's where I'm at, Nick.
Where are you at?
Too big to rig, Craig.
Too big to rig.
That's right.
That's right.
We're going to win by such a large margin that not even their scorecard and hammer vote manipulation systems can do anything to it.
Somebody was pointing out there's this meme that's going online kind of viral where it's got that same kind of, you know, the graph where it's got Trump's numbers going up and then Joe Biden, then it jumps up and goes ahead of Joe Biden, you know what I'm talking about.
Yeah, yeah, the one that's obviously fraud where it goes directly up and then across.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, they have that now, but they're posting it with sort of Trump's image in there and the arc goes above his head and the jump isn't high enough to cross where Trump's at.
So I'm thinking that that might be a good indicator of what today will yield for us.
They're going to sell us every psyop known to mankind today to demoralize us, to make us feel like we're powerless, to dissuade us from going out and voting and participating.
Be prepared for this kind of onslaught which is coming and has been being waged against us for time now.
But it's going to get worse today.
They're going to tell you that it's hopeless.
They're going to tell you that your vote doesn't matter.
They're going to try to convince you that, you know, waiting in line is a futile endeavor.
But I encourage everybody out there, please, make sure you go out and get in line or drop off your ballot or do whatever you got to do to get that vote in.
Right, Nick?
Absolutely.
It's worth waiting in line.
They might delay things, make it take forever, but I assure you it is absolutely imperative that you wait in line.
You stay there.
Yeah, because, I mean, the idea is that if we get enough people activated and at the voting location, I mean, right now, it's actually looking very good for us as far as what is being reported.
The early voting numbers are all seeming to skew in favor of, all seeming to skew in favor of I want to play this short clip from even CNN can't deny it.
Listen to this.
The math doesn't work.
The Democrats are down 1.7 million early votes in the battleground states in urban areas.
They are down 1.4 million votes in the battleground states among women voters.
Rule voters have overperformed early by 300,000.
Democrats have to win their races early.
Republicans generally win them on Election Day.
and the margins don't add up right now for the democrats in any of these battleground states you hear that all the margins aren't seeming to line up for the democrats in the key battleground states which is i think an indicator that we're on a good path but that doesn't mean you should get complacent that doesn't mean you should sit on your laurels and just act like everything's going to take care of itself and even here You hear that?
In the state of Colorado, people are very much starting to wake up to what's going on.
And I think even if you're in a state like we are here in Colorado, where it's most likely going to go for Kamala, go stay blue, we can vote in the down-ballot races.
We can vote in the different amendments and propositions.
These are key and critical issues that we've got to get out and vote on.
When we come back, I'm actually going to do a little bit of a recap of what I've done before and take you through all the different amendments and propositions here on the Colorado ballot and what they are, what they mean, and what a vote for or against would look like as far as your support because and what a vote for or against would look like as far as your support because they intentionally make these amendments and propositions in some cases very difficult to understand with the language that they use, and they don't clarify
A lot of people are saying just vote no against everything and, you know, if you were to Default to something, that probably wouldn't be the worst as far as the conservative principled vote goes.
But I'll take you through all those.
But don't let them even in Colorado convince you that your vote doesn't count because it matters.
So go out and vote.
This is very important, right Nick?
Absolutely.
It's absolutely imperative that we overwhelm the system with our votes for Trump so that they can't cheat.
Yeah, that's what it's going to take.
So, stay tuned.
When we come back, I'm going to take you through all of the different amendments and propositions on the Colorado ballot and what a vote would look like for each one.
Stay tuned.
We're coming back after the break.

No, said I'd never fall in love again But it's real And the feeling comes shining through I'm so caught up in you Little girl That I'd never get to you Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, with our co-host, Nick Ngo.
And as our good friend Kevin shared on social media earlier today, remember, remember the 5th of November, the Democrat treason and plot.
I know of no reason the Democrat treason shall ever be forgot.
And I couldn't have said it better myself, as a matter of fact.
It's a great movie, Nick, the V for Vendetta, right?
Yes, it's kind of strange how the Q operation was in a way so similar, but then the plot line is even similar.
They had, quote-unquote, a virus that was released by the leadership, and then they tried to control everything even further from that.
And the parallels with today are just staggering.
I need to re-watch that movie because, honestly, there are so many crazy things in there, like you just pointed out, like Easter eggs, that if you look for it, you're like, wow, that is insane, especially with regard to the plot, right?
Okay, so like I said, it's Election Day.
If you aren't voting...
Get your head out of your new-know-what and go out and vote.
Don't sit this one out.
I would say, Nick, a choice not to vote is a vote for Kamala, right?
Absolutely.
If you don't vote at all, it's going to go to Kamala.
They're going to take all the leftover ballots.
Well, if you don't vote, they're going to see you didn't vote, then they're going to take your ballot after the fact and, you know, send it to the polling station so it can be counted on Friday, right?
Absolutely.
I mean, that's what these liberals out here are already saying.
Don't worry, don't have any anxiety, because when you go to bed and then you wake up, the votes are going to change.
That's what they're saying.
You know what?
It's funny enough.
I'll play this clip, because it is absolutely insane.
Listen to this.
Alright, so let's talk about election night.
Don't be anxious if the race isn't called exactly when the polls close in your state.
Georgia and North Carolina, we're going to get those results earlier than we get in other parts of the country.
But there's also going to be states that don't even start counting ballots until later in the day and it's going to take a while to count them because we're going to have so many people turning out.
This is a journey we are all going to be on together, and we're going to stay together as we see.
And some states we're up, and some states maybe votes come in, and we look a little behind, and it's going to shift over the night and in the hours after the polls close.
But you're going to stay with us.
We know every single vote's going to count, and at the end of the day, we're going to have more votes than Donald Trump.
What?
They're like, no, we're going to lose, but then we're going to win, so it's okay, right?
Yeah, that music almost sounded like that one song.
You know, they're chasing people around in cartoons.
That's old English humor.
But yeah, British TV. But here's the thing.
I understand that they've predictably programmed us to accept this narrative where they're going to say, well, we can't count all the votes on Election Day, so we're going to have to wait a couple days, maybe a couple weeks, don't worry.
But, I don't know.
Sometimes I get upset that we accept that.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, this should not be the norm in an election.
I mean, look at every other election.
In France, they were able to do it all in one day.
That's a big country with a lot of people.
I mean, why are we incapable of running an election in one day with all of the resources we have?
I mean, we have so much wealth and resource And so much wealth and resources, it's almost unfathomable other than it's intentionally made this way so that they can facilitate some fraud, right?
The scary F word you're not allowed to say because you'll get banned from all the websites.
Do you think they're going to start banning people again on all the social media and YouTube and everything when they start talking about all the fraud?
Or do you think that they're going to let that one slide?
Well, President Trump said he's going to go after the people who are committing election fraud and interference at all.
So they might try, and if they do, I think that they're going to pay for it.
I think they're going to be put in front of a jury, and they're going to get a fair trial for all their crimes.
But after they're convicted, It's going to be on public display for everybody to see how these people thought that they could take over our country.
It looks like to me, Craig, that the cheat is on, but it's not going to be enough, not even close.
Yeah, I agree, but I also think that Trump's made it abundantly clear that he's not going to really seek retribution against a lot of these people, which for better or worse, you know, you can play, you know, the dark side advocate and say, it's national security, it makes us look bad internationally, if we do da da da da.
I've heard all those arguments and kind of thought about them, but I don't know.
We'll see.
If people are going to go as far as to interfere in our elections, I think there should be major consequences.
I'm thinking perhaps severe long-term prison sentences.
I think that would be a fair way to deter future prison.
I'm not saying we need to have the guillotines and the French Revolution type stuff here, but I think, like you said, fair trial.
I mean, for instance, our Secretary of State here, Griswold, I mean, the fact that she is not under indictment right now and hasn't had her office raided by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation or any law enforcement entity is just...
Absolutely insane, given the fact that they've completely tainted our elections here with the leaking of passwords that compromised voting machines in 63 of our 64 counties.
No big deal, though.
I mean...
It's just Colorado, right?
She tells us, it's like, I feel like I'm living in an Orwell novel when that story breaks, and on the same day, practically, she comes out and is like, we have the safest and most secure elections in the country.
It's like, what?
You've literally just posted online for two months out of the election the passwords to all of the voting machines, almost.
And We are somehow the safest.
It's just...
I don't know, Nick.
Sometimes I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
I think she's stunning and brave.
Stunning and brave.
Yeah.
We better not say anything bad about her.
I may end up in the Colorado Gulag when they open that up.
Yeah, they got underground gulags around there.
Yeah, they'll disappear me.
I'll end up in a CIA rendition or something.
I'll just be pulling my teeth out like...
Making me watch Kamala on replay.
And I'll just have to sit there.
Stunning, brave, beautiful.
Stunning, brave, beautiful.
I swear.
I love Kamala.
Let me go.
Let me go.
I don't know if you're a Star Trek fan out there.
Have you ever seen the Star Trek episode where...
Oh gosh, I don't remember who it is.
It was one of the captains.
One of the captains gets kidnapped and he's put into this torture thing and they're like, how many fingers am I holding up?
And he's holding up like three and he keeps saying three and they want him to say like four or something.
And they just keep doing it over and over and over again until finally after he's tortured long enough he's like, four!
That's where I feel like I'll be.
Alright, so that's fun.
I actually hope that doesn't happen.
That would be terrible.
Could you imagine having to watch Kamala on repeat that long?
That would be terrible.
Oh my gosh.
Yeah.
Oh my gosh.
I'd say anything to get out of this situation, man.
Yeah, I love communism.
Get me out of here!
No, I don't love communism.
That's not true.
Alright, let's go over some of these amendments and propositions for the Colorado ballot, just to give you an idea of what they are and, you know, kind of walk each one through.
So we have the first one here, Amendment G. It would modify property tax exemptions for veterans with disabilities.
So this one sounds good on its face.
It's basically reducing property taxes paid by some veteran homeowners by expanding the existing homestead exemption for veterans with a 100% service-related disability to include veterans whose disability is rated as making them unemployable.
So, you know, I'm neutral on this one.
I think it's good.
But people, critics, conservative critics, have pointed out that one of the flaws in this is that it would lower the standard of disability down to, like, 1%.
And meaning that it would really expand who's available for it.
And then on top of that, they also, you know...
Limited government conservatives and fiscal conservatives would say, you know, somebody's going to have to pay for these tax exemptions, obviously, but, you know, it is what it is.
I would say I'm neutral on it.
I would say, one, an up or down vote is what it is.
Amendment H. This is the Judicial Discipline, Procedures, and Confidentiality.
So this is one I'm not very much aware of, you know, anything on.
And usually when I'm not very aware of things, I will vote against them just because I don't want to vote for something I'm not sure of.
But this creates an independent adjudicative board.
Made up of citizens, lawyers, and judges to conduct judicial misconduct hearings and impose disciplinary actions.
Currently, a select panel of judges conducts judicial misconduct hearings and recommends disciplinary actions.
So anytime you're getting citizens involved, I think you're getting these NGOs involved.
And I would say that my opinion is a no on this would be if you're against that kind of thing.
So that would be my humble opinion on Amendment H. Okay.
for first degree murder.
So this is another one that a lot of people are in support of, but there are reasons to be skeptical as well.
It basically allows judges to deny bail to a person charged with first degree murder when the judge determines that the proof of evident or the proof is evident or presumption is great that the person committed the crime.
Currently, judges must set bail for each person charged with first-degree murder.
So what we've had here is because we've had a Soros-captured government here in Colorado, they've made it so that you have to give bail to everybody.
The thing about this that people are pointing out, conservative critics, is that although it sounds good on its face, you know, to allow a judge to say, you know, you clearly murdered this person, so we're not going to give you bail, that's all great and good, but the critics of it have essentially said that basically...
You know, A, this would hurt people who are innocent, right?
Because if you're convicted falsely and you get a bad judge, you could be, you know, you could be revoked or denied the right to bail.
And that would be, in some cases, depending on the crime you're convicted of, that could in and of itself be a death sentence.
And secondly, they basically say, well, and they basically say that, you know, Again, this would be giving more power to the state, which, you know, limited government conservatives aren't really for.
What do you think, Nick?
Yeah, absolutely, because you always have the presumption of innocence, even if the evidence is great or whatever, so they're going to...
And that's completely arbitrary, too, whenever they say when the proof is evident or the presumption is great.
Well, the proof is evident that illegal aliens are taking over Colorado, and the presumption is great that they don't have good intentions.
So, yeah, I'm just teasing.
But look, that one's one...
And on top of it, I mean, there's nothing that, as far as I know, there's nothing that keeps the judge from if there is a case where there's a clear and obvious case of murder and the judge could set the bail at $10 million or $50 million or $100 million.
I mean, it's not like the judge can't essentially deny you bail in that way, meaning, like, you don't have the money to pay for it, so you're going to be locked up.
Yeah.
So I don't know.
I mean, that seems to me like a vote no would be the limited government conservative viewpoint on that.
Although, again, some of these bills, they sound so great on the outside for conservatives.
Like, oh, Judge, yeah, I mean, if the guy committed murder, he shouldn't be able to have bail.
And you're like...
Well, yeah, no, I kind of agree with that, but then at the same time, our state is run by a bunch of corrupt communists, so, you know, what's to say this couldn't be used against people who are innocent in the same way?
It's better to have, what was it, better to have a hundred guilty men go free than one innocent man go to jail, be convicted unrightfully, or something like that.
Yeah, the way I look at it, too, is, you know, they...
If they're illegal aliens and they're accused of committing one of those crimes, that's what they should have put up there on the ballot.
If someone's an illegal and they're accused of first-degree murder, then they get no bail.
I would say automatic deportation to, like, Myanmar or something.
Like, somewhere where they really don't treat criminals well.
Like, yeah.
Bye-bye.
Have fun.
Singapore.
Yeah.
Like, send them to a country they're not from.
That would be a good punishment.
All right.
Stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
We had a few texters texting in.
Also, we're joined by our special co-host, Nick.
No, our special co-host.
No, our special guest co-host.
I'll just say co-host.
I like it.
He's special.
He's our special friend, Nick, joining us.
No, I meant special guest.
But the funny thing is, we had a few texters texting our friend.
Kevin said this.
He said they did the same thing in the movie 1984 with John Hurt.
He eventually had to say five fingers or something to get the torture stopped.
Yeah, I think that was where that scene was based out of.
But I just thought of the Star Trek one, because that one, it's almost hilarious, because there's an alien with, it's rather funny.
He also says, Yakety Sax by Boots Randolph on the Benny Hill Show.
That's the song.
You know, the one that you were singing before, Nick?
Oh, yeah.
Yakety Sax by Boots for the Benny Hill Show where the cops are like chasing everyone around and it's like...
Also, he chimed in with Trump 2024...
Amen, brother.
Trump is going to win, and today is election day.
Make sure you get out and vote.
This is a very important day for we as patriots who love this country to make our voice heard and to help get this election going in the right direction.
Let's go through some more of these ballot initiatives and amendments, these propositions and amendments.
This is actually pretty good.
So we've done the first three, Amendment G, Amendment H, Amendment I. I think we've made a pretty strong case for limited government conservative voting no on all of those.
Also, Amendment J. Now, this one's very important, folks, especially for us Christians.
It's repealing the definition of marriage in the Constitution.
So this is, I'm not kidding.
You know, Nick, I wish this was some parody or joke.
But because we live in such a very rabidly blue liberal state, the people who run our legislature have lost their ever-living minds, and the people who run our government are insane communists.
So this amendment would repeal language in the Colorado Constitution that defines valid marriage as a union between one man and one woman.
Same-sex marriage is legal nationwide and in Colorado, to make it clear.
So this wouldn't be changing anything other than the language.
But, Nick, I mean, obviously a Christian conservative perspective is vote no on Amendment J, because marriage is defined as a union between a man and a woman.
Isn't it interesting how the communists always try to go after the language first, right?
They have to change the language.
It's such a critical component of how they operate, right?
Yeah, absolutely, because ultimately, these guys protect pedophiles, and eventually they're going to say it's okay for child marriage, and then the next step, and then the next step.
And then bestiality, and then all...
I mean, it's going to be...
It's so crazy how there's this graph, right, online.
It's kind of a meme, and it was a meme.
Somebody posted it in...
Oh my gosh, I think they posted on Reddit or one of the 4chan or something like maybe a decade ago and it was like it's this like downward graph and it starts with like legalizing gay marriage and then it like it was supposed to be a joke back then 10 years ago where it like one of the points down the graph as it as it slides down is like you know It's like transing children or something like that.
You know what I mean?
And so it's like that's the slippery slope.
And it's literally where we are.
I mean, people were predicting this a long time ago.
So you're right.
The slippery slope will only continue if we vote for this kind of stuff.
It will end up in child marriages and...
You know, people will marry inanimate objects, you know, like they do in Europe.
I've seen disturbing stories, like some lady married a building.
It's like, why do we have mental institutions again?
Like, let's make mental institutions great again, for crying out loud.
That's the one thing I'm pissed off about, Ronald Reagan closing down all of our...
Ronald Reagan did...
You know, everybody says Ronald Reagan's this, like, great conservative.
He screwed our nation so badly in so many ways, whether it was the way he destroyed California with the amnesty or the whole getting rid of all the mental health institutes or the mental asylums.
I mean, he did a lot of things that were really bad, right?
Am I crazy?
Yeah, he put restrictions on fully automatic weapons, too.
I mean, you know, I thought that was...
Yeah.
Some people might...
Why do people think he's such a great conservative?
He sucked!
Yeah, and look, there are some good gems that he got out of there, but maybe he changed his tune after that guy shot him.
Remember that guy who shot him?
He was actually having dinner with the Bushes the night before.
They're friends.
Oh my gosh, what's that guy's name?
John something.
John blank blank.
John Hinckley Jr.?
John Hinckley Jr., right?
So the Hinckleys were having dinner with the Bushes, right?
Wasn't that something I heard?
Yeah, the night before.
No, that's no big deal.
I mean, the guy like...
That's totally a coincidence, bro.
It's just like how George H.W. Bush didn't remember where he was when JFK got shot.
It's totally cool.
I mean, that's normal.
Yeah, yet he's on record with the FBI as calling in a threat to Kennedy that day.
That's weird.
No, I mean, that's totally a coincidence.
He could have forgot that, you know?
Yeah, and then there's a record of him.
There's a record of him with, what's his name, Hoover as well.
Hoover even wrote a memo, George Bush Sr.
came to visit me and threatened me, and he just put it in a regular memo, and it was eventually found anyway.
Are we sure that Hoover was one of the first trannies?
Is that a thing?
I think that may be true.
I've heard a lot of rumors about that, and it would make sense as to why he kept his mouth shut.
It also makes sense why they have a building named after him down in D.C., right?
Where the FBI stays.
Oh, gosh.
They should write FBI in rainbow colors.
All right.
So, essentially, you know, I'd say the Christian conservative view on Amendment J is vote no.
This may be easy, Nick.
They may be all no, to be quite honest here.
But Amendment K, it's to modify constitutional election deadlines.
So this makes deadlines one week earlier for citizens to submit signatures for initiative and referendum petitions and for judges to file declarations of intent to seek another term.
It requires that the content of ballot measures be published in local newspapers 30 days earlier than the 15 days.
This makes it more difficult for Colorado citizens To gather signatures for initiatives and the process of verifying signatures can be addressed with better administration and funding.
Ballot measure language is also heavily publicized and making this unnecessary.
My humble opinion.
All of these come down to, are you a limited government conservative?
Do you want to reduce the size of government or do you want to expand it and give it more power?
In this particular case, I would say conservatives believe that government needs to be accountable to the people and the increase in public awareness does not outweigh the additional hurdles to citizen initiatives.
That's what it would seem to me.
That's a simple way to look at it.
What do you think, Nick?
Yeah, there's one that's super important, too.
It's Proposition KK. They want to levy a 6.5 excise tax on firearms and ammunition.
We're going to get there.
Nick, we're getting there.
Don't get ahead of me.
I'm going to get him.
I'm going to get him.
It's like I got a pit bull here today.
I got my pit bull, Nick.
We got to put him, hold him back.
Hold me back, bro.
Hold me back.
We're coming.
We're coming.
It's going to be too big to rig the election day is upon us.
Make sure you go out and vote.
We're hitting a break.
When we come back, we keep going through these propositions and amendments, and we'll talk about them.
The next one's a big one, so you're going to want to stay tuned for it.
But remember...
Don't let anybody convince you that your vote doesn't count.
Even here in blue Colorado, it matters.
Go out and vote.
And when you vote, I would say voting for Donald Trump would be a vote for making this nation great again.
And voting for Kamala would be a vote for a communist one-party state that will never end.
So, the choice is yours, Colorado and the nation at large.
We're coming back after the break.

Welcome back to JustInform Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, with our co-host Nick Ngo.
Nick, we're going through all these amendments and propositions, and we're trying to, like, break them down in a way that, you know, gives the kind of just objective look at what it means for a vote one way versus a vote the other.
And we've landed now on Amendment 79, which this one to me is, I personally think this is the most important amendment on our ballot.
Here's the thing, and I would preface it by saying, Even if you're saying to yourself, I'm not going to vote because I don't like Donald Trump, you need to vote for Trump A. That's just a clear and obvious choice.
There is no perfect candidate.
You have to choose the one that's going to best push our country in the direction that you want to see it go and away from what you don't want to see it go, away from where you don't want to see it go.
This is one of the most important ballot initiatives we have here in Colorado, and this is the Amendment 79, which is the constitutional right to abortion.
So this is making abortion a constitutional right in Colorado and prohibiting state and local governments from denying, impeding, or discriminating against exercising that right.
This means that there will be no restrictions on abortion that can ever be passed in the future, and it would deny parents the right to be notified when their minor child seeks an abortion.
It also repeals an existing Colorado constitutional provision banning the use of public funds for abortion services.
So, I mean, look, do I really need to explain why you need to vote no on this if you're a Christian?
If you're a Christian...
I mean, there's no way you can vote yes for this, but even more so, this is going to be dangerous because it's going to codify into our Constitution, into law, basically, that you can do these abortions and that parents can't know when children go.
There are going to be underage girls who go get abortions, murdering babies without their parents' knowledge.
And it also will take our taxpayer money, it will make it so that the government can send our taxpayer dollars to help facilitate the murder of children.
So, the obvious and clear answer is to vote no on 79, right Nick?
Yes, even if someone is listening that's not a Christian, think about this.
If the government gets between you and your kid, and then it's established that that's law, that's a precedent, and then they're going to be able, for any reason at all, if you farted in the elevator, if you did whatever XYZ, they're going to be like, all right, we're taking your kids, and then your kids go get trafficked by these NGOs, man.
It's not worth voting that way.
I think I couldn't have said it better myself.
And especially also if you're a conservative and you're not a Christian, if that, you know, is a thing, then you can look at this as limited government conservative, you know, principles here.
You're essentially giving the state government the ability to take your money and fund this practice of abortion.
And say you're a fiscal conservative, that's not very fiscally conservative to me.
Even if you take out the Christian argument, which I think the Christian argument is the only way you can view this, but that's for me as a Christian.
But if you're going to view it through a different lens, I mean, fiscally conservative people should, you know, obviously be against taking our state-funded taxpayer dollars and putting them toward this kind of thing, which will, you know, it will not make society more safe or healthy or better.
As a matter of fact, it will make our society less safe, less homogenous in regards to, you Weak in society.
Yeah, weak in society.
That's how I meant to say it.
So, Amendment 79, whether you're a Christian, a conservative, or both, The limited government conservative would vote no on Amendment 79.
Okay, Amendment 80 is the constitutional right to school choice.
Now, this one's a little bit ambiguous, but it creates a constitutional right to school choice for K-12 children and their parents and specifies that school choice includes public, private, homeschool, and any future innovations in education.
It also creates the right for parents to direct the education of their children.
So, A lot of people are saying We'll make the dark side argument of saying, or not the dark side, the other side argument of it, which is, you know, again, you're giving more power to the government to say what you can and can't do, and in any regard, that could be a negative.
But overall, I mean, I am a right-to-school-choice advocate, and I think parents should have control of where their children go and have control of how, and I think we should take it even further, though.
I think The money that goes to the state for education should be directly dispensed or given to the parents.
I don't think that it should go to the school.
I don't think we should have these public schools because they're nothing more than indoctrination camps.
And, you know, all you have to do is watch five minutes of any, like, TikTok feed and you're going to see the, you know...
Pink-haired teachers waving the rainbow flags, having their students pledge allegiance to their queer idols.
It's really...
That's my opinion.
What do you think, Nick?
Yeah, and they didn't explicitly say for U.S. citizens, children that are U.S. citizens, they didn't explicitly say that.
So who's paying for that?
There's probably hundreds of thousands of children there right now that are illegals that are not even anchor babies there in Colorado right now.
That's a good point.
That's a good point.
So, perhaps no on 80?
Amendment 80?
Again, this is why some people have said just voting no on everything was actually the right choice here.
All right.
Proposition JJ is basically...
It's about retaining additional sports betting tax revenue.
So it will allow the state to keep sports betting tax revenue above the amount previously approved by voters and use this money for water projects rather than refunding it to casinos and sports betting operators.
I would say the obvious and clear answer is no if you're, again, a fiscal conservative, a limited government conservative.
Because essentially what you're signing off on, I mean, you may say betting's bad and immoral and you may say the casinos are bad and immoral so they shouldn't keep their money.
But they're essentially creating a precedent to say, well, you know, even though you're due this tax money back, we can just keep it and use it for whatever we want, which they say water projects, but...
We all know that the money will go to probably funding abortions and housing illegals and all this crap.
So I would say a vote of no on Proposition J.J. would make the most sense as a fiscal conservative, limited government conservative.
Okay, when we come back, we're going to get to Nick's hot-button issue, Proposition K.K., and we'll talk about that.
Stay tuned.
You're listening to Just Informed Talk Radio.
Hello, Church.
Henry here from God's Feeding Station.
And I'm here today to invite you to join me and Craig James from Just Informed Talk Radio for a day of repentance, fasting, and prayer on Monday, November 4th, the day before our election.
John Oswald, in his commentary on Isaiah, says that given God's terrifying holiness, His written revelation, and His desires to give His people light, dependence upon anything other than Him is sheer insanity.
And like Judah in the time of Isaiah, we have looked to others for guidance rather than God.
The time has come to repent of that and turn back to God and seek His will for this nation.
So please join us as we pray, not for any specific outcome, but that God's will would be done in this nation, and that we would abide by that will, and that He would be our God, and we would be His people.

What it is ain't exactly clear.
There's a man with a gun over there.
Telling me I've got to beware.
I think it's time we stop.
Children, what's that sound?
everybody look what's going down welcome back to just form talk radio I'm your host Craig James with Nick Ngo.
And Nick, just for reference, we're not telling anybody how to vote here.
We're giving you the breakdown of what each proposition and amendment looks like on the ballot.
And we're telling you what a vote from a Christian conservative standpoint would look like.
So again, don't just take what we say.
own research and make sure you're aware of the choices you're making.
But that's what this is.
We're informing you on the decision, right?
One of the things that they really want to get rid of is the informed consent, right, Nick?
That's what they hate.
They don't want you to have the information to make decisions that will affect your life, right?
Absolutely, Craig.
That's That's always their intention.
They always say, oh yes, we're the government.
We're here to help.
That's one good thing Reagan taught everybody.
That's a bad idea.
Yeah, Reagan had some good one-liners, that's for sure.
And I'm not going to throw the baby out with the bathwater.
He did some good things.
But, boy, did he make a few big mistakes as well, which I guess we're all human, so we all make mistakes.
But you do have a good point.
It was interesting.
After he got shot, things changed a little bit.
Okay.
Proposition KK. Let's do it real quick.
This is one you want to talk about.
This is firearms and ammunition excise tax.
So what I've described this as before is an end around to the Second Amendment.
If they can't take away your Second Amendment right, what they'll do is they'll use these workarounds to just make it so that you can't afford to have guns.
This would create a new 6.5% tax on firearms, parts, and ammunition, and it would use the revenue to fund crime victim support services, mental health services for veterans and youth, and school safety programs.
We all know where the money would end up going to the illegals.
So they're going to tax your guns and then give the money to the illegals.
That's basically what it seems to be doing.
It would increase state tax revenue by $39 million in just its first year and make gun ownership more expensive for hunters and for citizens who wish to protect themselves.
The beneficiary programs are already funded by federal and state taxes, so they don't need the money.
And anything that gives government more money, I'm against.
But anything that tries to impede the right for us to have self-defense and bear arms, I'm also very much against that, right, Nick?
Yeah, and look, this is what it says in the language, mental and behavioral health programs for children and veterans.
Look, they already got the VA. What are you doing, State?
Wait a minute.
What kind of health programs are you talking about?
Ones that try and track veterans and make sure they can come up with a reason to take their guns?
Is that what you're talking about?
Because that's what the VA is doing right now.
Maybe that's to help to support the VA so they can try and take guns from veterans if they ever said a mean tweet.
Yeah.
Or anything like that.
They can come after him.
It's trash.
It's the red flag laws, right?
We're against that.
Yeah, so this is ridiculous.
I mean, I don't know anybody who votes for taxes anyway, especially a conservative.
If you vote for taxes and you're a conservative, that...
May indicate you're not as conservative as you think you are.
But again, this is an affront to the Second Amendment.
I think it's a workaround.
I think the money that they say is going to go to these programs could be used for things like what Nick said and also, you know, school safety programs, quote unquote.
That could mean anything.
You know what I mean?
They're not going to be putting armed guards at the schools like they probably should be in a lot of cases.
School safety means we've got to make sure illegals have extra classrooms that your kids don't have access to and that kind of thing.
I could see this being very bad.
And if you're a Christian conservative, limited government conservative, fiscal conservative, you would most likely vote no on Proposition KK. So we'll go through the rest of them.
It looks like we got our friend Kevin hanging on the line.
We're going to take a break.
If he wants to hang out for the break, we will bring him on in hour two.
But make sure, go out and vote!
Go out and vote!
Go out and vote!
Vote!
Vote!
Go vote!
Vote!
Stay tuned.

Hello Church, Henry here from God's feeding station.
1 John 4, 16 says, So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us.
God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in Him.
That's who God is.
His love for us is boundless.
It is incomparable and incomprehensible.
And it is demonstrated in the sacrifice on the cross by His Son for our sins.
And Paul tells us in Romans 8, verses 38 and 39, nothing can separate us from that love.
For I am sure, Paul says, that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Come explore this love with us at GodsFeedingStation.org, a proud sponsor of Craig James and Just Informed Talk Radio.

And if my mind works backwards just for a minute, I'll fall under you before the memory's gone.
I remember you.
You lift my spirit.
With you high is all I'm feeling.
Remember how we felt alive.
I remember you.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and it's hour two of the Justice Forum Talk Radio show, and we're going to keep going through some of these propositions and amendments.
Before we do that, though, I want to thank one of our sponsors.
You know it's our friends over at GodsFeedingStation.org.
It's an online ministry.
You can access it 24-7-365.
They also have an app you can download under the name God's Feeding Station at whatever app store services your smartphone or device.
But what do they do?
Well, it's an online ministry, and you'll get access to Bible studies and daily devotionals and other scripture-based content that will keep you in the Word 24-7-365.
It's what we have to do every day.
Also, I want to let everybody know that we kind of joined with them yesterday, and one of our local pastors here, Pastor Dean Miller from Front Range Baptist Church, to do our day of fasting, prayer, and repentance.
And let me just say, it was a really great day.
Really good.
I hope you guys felt the same.
We fasted, we prayed, and we repented as a nation.
We repented individually, but we repented on behalf of our nation.
I feel as though...
I'm so happy I did that, if not just for the reason that I'm very much at peace with whatever happens now.
It doesn't mean I'm complacent.
It doesn't mean I'm not going to stand up against tyranny and wrong and injustice.
I know that it's in God's hands, and I've given God that.
And that's what we have to do in all of this, right?
There's only so much we can control, folks, especially on an individual level.
So there has to be a point in our lives where we just give it to God and let Him take control, because He's got a plan, and it's a good plan.
It's a great plan.
And if you trust in Him...
He'll do things that work for you better to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah 29-11 clearly outlines how that is, you know, what God's plan is for us, is to give us a future and a hope.
And I know that whatever happens in this election, I mean, I know I want it to happen a certain way, and I prayed to God that He would allow it to happen a certain way, but let's remember that God has a plan and we have to trust Him and we're going to praise Him no matter what the outcome is.
So, Again, thanks to our friends over at God's Feeding Station, Henry, for joining us.
Thanks to Pastor Miller, Front Range Baptist Church, for joining us.
Remember, GodsFeedingStation.org is the website, and Front Range Baptist Church in Fort Collins.
Services are at 9, 30, and 11 a.m., and all are welcome to attend.
Okay, so let's take a second and bring on our friend.
He's been on hold for a minute here, Nick.
Our good friend, Kevin.
What's your update, Kevin?
What are you hearing?
What do you got?
Well, I just wanted to touch on that abortion issue on your ballot this year.
Luckily, we didn't have none of that on Tennessee ballot.
It's only a matter of time, my friend.
That's what I was getting ready to say.
But any Christian, of course, is going to both know on that.
But Nick touched on, you know, if you're not a Christian, But you're an ethical person with any kind of moral compass.
You would vote no on that.
You don't want to see children murdered.
Yeah.
I mean, it's basically modern day...
Planned Parenthood is the modern day bail.
It's straight out of Satan's playbook, along with Democrat cheating and that Honey Boo Boo show.
Well, it's also, you know, it's also like...
The culmination of all of the eugenicists' best outcomes, right?
Like, the eugenicists of the early, you know, 1900s were the Margaret Sangers and all that.
I mean, these people wanted to cleanse the race of the unwanted and cleanse, you know, and they had a plan.
And it's crazy to me that the people who are most hurt by this plan are the ones who are the most in favor of it continuing.
You know what I mean?
Uh-huh.
Uh-huh.
Black people, she wanted to see them eradicated from the earth.
Yeah, it's true.
I believe her and the Gates family were real close.
Yeah, Bill Gates' father was a eugenicist from what I understand.
Yeah, well Bill is too.
Oh yeah, well of course he is.
He's actually wanted in the Netherlands.
He'll never step foot in the Netherlands again.
I saw that.
Over his promotion of vaccines over and the vaccine injury caused the citizens.
But you won't hear that on Morning Joe or ABC. Yeah, I think morning Joe's too busy worshiping at the altar of Kamala to be involved in anything else.
That's a great point, Kevin.
I always appreciate when you chime in, my friend.
I know you voted, so have you voted yet?
I did vote early, yes.
I voted early.
I got to go home last week.
I voted.
I'm going to New Mexico today for a delivery in the morning.
But stay safe, guys, because between Wednesday and January 20th, it's going to get pretty ugly.
Yeah, we're going to do our best.
And Wednesday, it's going to get ugly.
If Trump doesn't win, it might get ugly.
Yeah, I think we're gonna...
I don't think the American people will stand being cheated twice in a row out of their presidential pitch.
You know what I'm saying?
I hope not.
I hope not.
We'll see.
But thanks for the input, Kevin.
It's always good to talk to you, my brother, and we'll get you on again soon in the future, I'm sure.
Oh, yeah.
Guys, take it easy.
God bless.
Get out and vote, folks.
That's the only way we can win.
Get out and vote.
Alright, thanks Kevin.
God bless.
Thanks Kevin.
God bless.
See you guys.
God bless you.
I want to get to some of these propositions, but I think Kevin made a great point in regard to the abortion stuff.
It's like, even if you're not a Christian, which there are people out there who aren't, it is a morality thing.
It's good versus evil.
Do you want to sign on to further the...
murdering unborn children or do you want to stand against that?
I mean, it's a simple thing.
You have to be a pretty sick and twisted person to be in favor of murdering unborn children, right?
Yeah, and just look at it from another perspective too, where if you just look at why it was founded, it's because they wanted to keep black people from having as many babies and other undesirable races.
So if you buy into that, you're helping them...
You know, erase your DNA and your lineage.
And on top of that, you go look up on Google, you can find, I'm sure, how the satanic church has their own abortion clinics.
So they do abortions as a satanic ritual of killing the child.
Now, that's when you've got to say, okay, maybe there's something wrong going on here.
Even if you're not a Christian, wait a minute, Satanists are doing this, and then it's legal?
Something's wrong here.
Something's very wrong.
This is not supposed to be happening.
I mean, even if you're not...
Look, even if people aren't religious, I mean, I think most people would be like, I don't get down with Satan, even if they're complete atheists.
They're like, I don't even associate with those people, okay?
And these people are out here performing abortions and doing rituals, and it's allowed.
It's crazy to me.
It makes me sick.
I agree.
I agree!
It's evil!
So, stand against it.
That would be voting no.
Amendment 79 here in Colorado.
Okay.
When we come back, we have more to cover.
We're going to go through the rest of these propositions on the ballot here in Colorado Plus.
We're going to talk about some of the candidates, and we're going to keep encouraging everybody listening to go out and vote.
Also, we'll read the texts.
We have a bunch of texts we need to read.
877-536-1360 is the number.
Send us your thoughts on what we're talking about, but we'll be back after the break.
Hey folks, The Rev here.

right here on AM 1360, the roar of the Rockies.
We'll be right back.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and Nick Ngo is joining us to our co-host.
We're going through some of these interesting amendments and propositions.
So far, I think we've settled on the Christian conservative perspective would be voting no against all of these.
But here we are, Proposition 127.
So this would amend, and this one's the, it would prohibit bobcat lynx and mountain lion hunting.
This would amend Colorado state statutes to prohibit the hunting or trapping of bobcats lynx or mountain lions, and it continued to permit the killing of these animals under certain limited circumstances.
Killing lynx is already prohibited, and Colorado Parks and Wildlife carefully monitors and manages the population of predators in relation to overall biodiversity.
Basically, I would say the obvious and clear answer to this is Limited government conservatism would dictate that you don't want to continually give the government the power to regulate certain things.
And over-regulation is a problem.
And nobody's having a problem with this.
They just want to do it because of the, you know, environmentalists and all the bleeding-heart leftists who want to, you know, take away your right to hunt.
I mean, this is the slow...
They can't ban hunting, right?
So they have to ban something that they can sell on an amendment or in a proposition on a ballot.
So the language they use is always very much intentional.
They'll be like, oh, well, we're just going to ban the trapping and hunting of bobcats, links, and mountain lions.
Well, that's that today.
And then next week it'll be, you know, you can't hunt for deer or you can't hunt for elk.
So this is the slippery slope.
It's incremental.
It's a war of attrition on our right to hunt, to defend ourselves.
It's again, I think, an attack on the Second Amendment.
So I think the conservative position would be a vote no on Proposition 127.
What do you think, Nick?
I say no to them all.
No.
Get the bums out.
Yeah.
At first, when I went through this the first time, I was like, okay, some of these sound okay.
You could support them.
But now I'm realizing that most of them are not.
We're not good.
So this is Proposition 128.
This would be parole eligibility for crimes of violence.
So basically this increases from 75% to 85% the amount of prison time a person convicted of a certain violent crime or violent crimes of violence must serve before becoming eligible for discretionary parole or earned time reductions.
It also makes a person convicted of a third violent crime ineligible for discretionary parole or earned time reductions similar to three strikes and you're out.
Alright, so this one I'm a little torn on because I do think we should be tough on crime, tougher on crime than we are.
But then, the thing that throws a wrench in all this, and I know it wasn't a violent crime with regard to Tina Peters, but I look at Tina Peters' case, and this woman is innocent, wrongfully accused, wrongfully convicted, serving a nine-year prison sentence,
and even though this is unrelated because she didn't commit a violent crime, If we codify something like this into our law, who's to say that they won't in the future codify another bill or proposition that will say something to the effect of, you know, our words are violence.
So if you commit a thought crime, you're committing a violent crime, and then if you're wrongfully convicted of that violent thought crime, then you can be imprisoned and you will be, if you do it three times, you don't have an ability to be paroled and you have to serve 10% more of your prison sentence than you already do.
That's where I go with it, Nick.
What do you think?
Yeah, I don't know.
It's really bizarre to think about, but I remember – if I remember – tell me if I'm right about this or wrong.
This is to be a contrast.
So the Colorado House Committee kills a bill to increase the punishment for pedophiles, but they won't – but they're willing to do it for violent criminals.
That's a pretty – I don't know.
I think that...
I like the idea of violent offenders going to jail and staying there longer.
However, if you put Tina Peters in jail, maybe they're saying words are violence, too.
The Democrats go, words are violence.
Mean tweets are violence.
So that's kind of arbitrary, and I just don't trust those guys at this point.
They'll say anything.
And that's why if you look at the committee thing they want for ethics, for using the judiciary there, Not judiciary, the judiciary.
They want to make that so that they can do things that are sketchy and then say, well, we kind of feel like it's okay, and then allow it to go.
And then they can say silence as violence or whatever they want to say, and then arbitrarily assign it whatever they want.
And that's what that's about, too.
So if they got those combined, we're in a bad position.
Yeah, I think the conservative position on that is no on Proposition 128.
See how easy this is?
You could have just said no on everything and saved a lot of time.
Proposition 129, which establishes veterinary professional associates.
So this one I'm very confused on because I don't know much about veterinary.
All I know is that when I take my dog to the vet, I always end up paying so much money that it literally hurts.
But this would establish the new regulated profession of Veterinary Professional Associate as a provider of veterinary care alongside veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary technical specialists.
This would increase job opportunities in small business formation and extend veterinary care to underserved areas of the state.
What?
How do they figure?
Making it more expensive to even do anything with them?
They don't pay much.
It doesn't even pay much the way it is for those jobs.
You want them to get a master's degree?
Who's going to pay for that master's degree?
That's expensive.
They're not going to be able to pay that.
Does it say anything about a master's degree?
I don't think it says anything about that.
I think it says...
It basically says just...
Maybe.
I don't know.
That's why this one I'm not as sure.
I'm not very well informed on.
But it says it would establish the new regulated profession of veterinary professional associate as a provider of veterinary care.
And they would work with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary technician specialists.
I don't know.
I mean...
I'd say I'm neutral on this.
I don't really, it doesn't bother me one way or another.
I mean, to make another, maybe veterinary professional associates will be cheaper than vets, veterinarians.
Maybe you don't have to go to vet school to become a veterinarian professional assistant, so maybe it'll make things cheaper.
And I'm all for making things cheaper, so I might be in favor of that, but Whatever.
Vote however you want on Proposition 129.
I don't have a really strong Christian conservative position on it.
I don't know what the Christian...
I guess you could vote either way and it wouldn't be the end of the world.
Proposition 130, this is funding for law enforcement, okay?
So this one is, you know, this one, the liberals are trying to sell hard and that's where you have to really start questioning things.
Provides $350 million in additional funding to local law enforcement agencies to improve officer recruitment and retention.
Well, why don't officers want to work in Colorado to begin with?
That's a question maybe we should ask.
And requires the state to provide a one-time $1 million death benefit to the family of each state and local law enforcement officer killed on the line of duty.
The sum is more than 10 times the most recent allocation of state funds to retention and recruitment.
This will require the legislature to fine $350 million either through tax increases, budget cuts, or some combination, and it's not clear that such a massive sum is targeted at real needs of law enforcement across states.
Look, I know it sounds good.
I know they're trying to reel the conservatives in with the whole, you know, you're going to give a million dollars to the families of slain law enforcement.
And I agree.
I think they should.
They deserve that money.
But again, it is...
You're talking about...
10x-ing the allocation of state funds for law enforcement in a state where they don't enforce the law.
To recruit more police for what?
So they can go door to door and arrest you when you make a mean tweet?
Or they can, you know, have more cops to come take your kids away when you don't agree to let them have an abortion or to chop off their genitals?
I mean, look.
I know law enforcement's great.
I support our boys in blue and I appreciate what they do.
And I'm always going to be an advocate for law enforcement, but I have a bunch of friends who are cops and I've talked to them about, you know, what it's like working.
I got a buddy of mine.
He's a Boulder police officer.
I won't say who it is, but I mean, I was asking him one day, you know, we were hanging out and I'm like, you know, What's it like?
And he just basically said, you know, I can't enforce the law.
They have my hands tied.
You know, he's like, I arrest a guy.
You know, there's a guy in a park shooting up in front of kids.
I arrest him.
He goes to jail.
He's out the next day.
Or he's out that night.
And he's doing it again.
So I stop arresting him because it's pointless.
And I'm against this, Nick.
I'm personally, but if you're talking about the conservative, if you're a fiscal conservative, You're voting no on Proposition 130.
What do you think, Nick?
Yeah, I agree.
I'm looking at the overview of 130, and they're talking about hiring additional police or law enforcement officials.
I bet you that they're planning on hiring illegals.
I bet you that's what it's all about.
And then, of course, they increase the salaries for police officers, sheriffs, and their law enforcement officials.
I like that idea.
However, it says that they provide one-time hiring, retention, and merit bonus to attract, maintain, and reward exceptional law enforcement officials.
Okay, well, exceptional law enforcement officials could be arbitrary.
Did you arrest a parent that was trying to talk at a parent-teacher conference?
Yeah, I mean, it's almost...
Exceptional law enforcement official.
It's almost like they're trying to get more money so that they can pay off the cops so that they'll enforce these corrupt laws that we have on the books here, and they'll do it because...
Yeah, so, I don't know.
I would say Proposition 130 is a no for me, but, you know, you guys vote how you want.
I'd say the conservative position would be no.
Proposition 131, our last one on the ballot, it's establishing all candidate primary rank choice voting general elections.
This is horrible.
It would create an all-candidate primary election for certain state and federal offices where the top four candidates advance the general election and allows voters to rank those candidates in the general election and votes counted over multiple rounds to determine who wins the election.
Ranked choice voting works better in proportional representation electoral systems.
Ranked choice voting can be confusing, does not guarantee majority support, and it reduces the role that political parties play in aggregating interests and vetting candidates.
And it would enshrine single-party rule in districts that are already non-competitive.
I think for all those reasons, I am personally a no on it.
But the conservative viewpoint is, you know, if you don't want a one-party state, vote no on 131 because that's essentially what it would be doing with the ranked choice voting.
For anybody who doesn't know how that works, it does voting in these rounds where everybody, you vote for every candidate in the order in which you would want them, right?
And then they take the votes from the candidates who don't get enough to meet a threshold and they add those votes to another candidate who is at the top.
So it is the most corrupt form of voting there is.
The people in Alaska adopted this and they are desperately trying to get rid of it because it's horrible and it's failing.
But yeah, so the conservative position on that is no on Proposition 131, right Nick?
Absolutely.
And don't forget, they put Tina Peters in jail when she discovered voter fraud.
She discovered voter fraud, proved it to the world, and then the guys who deleted the voter fraud from Dominion weren't even charged.
Those people are walking free, and the person that was...
You can't even have a clean election right now, Colorado.
You're not doing anything different.
Don't change a thing.
We can't even get an election right.
Look, our whole...
I've already said it.
I'm on record saying that with what Jenna Griswold did in the leaking of the passwords for our electoral voting machines, that I don't care.
You cannot...
For better or worse, right?
The results of the election in Colorado have been tainted and they should not be counted.
I don't care.
And I know that some people will say, you know, whatever.
Look...
It's been...
They've basically said, yes, we rigged the voting machines and we gave the passwords out to anybody who wanted them, but we're still going to have an election and you're just going to have to live with the results.
I mean, that's insane.
So...
Yeah.
Anyway.
Yeah, the Wayback Machine doesn't say it's on there.
Yeah.
Stay tuned.
We're coming back.

I'm your host, Craig James.
Boy, Nick, the text line has blown up.
It always does when you're here.
I don't know if that's you or it's just serendipity or...
If it's me, maybe it's me.
No, I'm joking.
It is funny, though.
I'm glad when you're on because we always do get a lot of people calling, texting, and everything else.
So let's go through some of these right now.
But real quick...
Just to go over some of the other candidates on the ballot, you have Gabe Evans running against Yadira Caraveo, and obviously Gabe Evans is the conservative Republican candidate, so I think he is, if you're a conservative, that's the choice.
You have in District 2, that's District 8.
In District 2, you've got Marshall Dawson running against John Negusey.
And I think Marshall Dawson is the conservative choice.
Matt Johnston is running against Scott Bright in District 13.
Scott Bright is the conservative choice.
You have Jennifer Parenti in District 19 running against Dan Woog.
Dan Woog is the conservative choice, and, you know, there's a good reason for a lot of these things.
You know, the people who I'm telling you the conservative choices are, they oppose late-term abortion, they oppose government funding of Planned Parenthood, they oppose government assistance for illegal immigrants, they support school choice, which, you know, We talked about that.
It is what it is.
They support the Second Amendment.
They support domestic oil and gas production, which I'm hugely in favor of.
If you want cheaper stuff, you should support oil and gas.
Trust me.
They oppose higher taxes.
They support voter ID laws.
And they support parents' control of their children in health care and education.
So...
Those are the reasons why these candidates are, in my opinion, the conservative candidates.
Of course, District 49, you have Steve Ferrante versus Leslie Smith, Steve Ferrante being the conservative choice.
District 50 of Mary Young versus Ryan Gonzalez, Ryan Gonzalez being the conservative choice.
And in the State Board of Education, District 8, you have Yasmin Navarro versus Rhoda Solis, and Yasmin Navarro is the conservative choice.
So just to give you an idea of what the ballot looks like here.
All right, Nick, my gosh, we have so many people texting here.
Let's read about through a few of these things here.
So 970 says 2 plus 2 equals 5.
Talk about trauma-based mind control.
Yeah, I think that's a good summary.
Right, Nick?
Yeah.
Don't look at all these people that are cheating.
Don't look at all these things.
That's part of the process, baby.
And don't forget, this is election week now, not election day.
Pretty soon it'll be election year.
It'll just be like, well, we're going to take forever.
Don't worry.
Somewhere in the 720 texted in and said, all amendments are meant to appeal to women with helping people, quote-unquote.
When the government is corrupt, they can't be trusted with a dime.
Yeah, I mean, the demographics and kind of the voter breakdowns do speak directly to not all women.
I know so many strong, great women who don't support any of this garbage and are very good, trustworthy, honest, you know, hardworking women who have very good brains, very smart.
But yeah, there is an appeal to women because women have the motherly instincts, blah, blah, blah.
But I think government is corrupt and it shouldn't be trusted.
Let's real quick bring our friend Anne on.
Anne, really, really quick, what do you got?
Okay, first of all, I like people to get a pencil and paper because it's real important.
Every one of the ballot measures, including the ones to ask for taxes in your county or your city, are put on by the following manner.
First of all, the Secretary of State, a representative from the Secretary of State, the Phil Weiser, I'll say Marxist Attorney General in the state, just one person, And then a legal representative from the legislative organization in the state legislature, those three people are the title board.
They gave the petition process six months for every one of these ballot processes, and the Democrats put on, the Democrat legislature put on all the rest of the ballot measures, okay?
So for that reason alone, I know that I'm going to vote no.
For instance, the $350 million that goes for the police goes into the general fund.
It does not go to the police, okay?
Well, Van, I don't know how much of the show you listen to, but for reference, we've gone through every proposition and amendment and concluded that the Christian conservative position is to vote no on every one of them.
Yeah, but I wanted to tell why.
I wanted to tell why, okay?
Well, we don't have that much time.
I listened to what you had to say.
I know, but we have a lot of show, Ann, so I don't have enough time to...
Okay, and the judges, if you vote no on the judges, you give more power to Polis to create more on the bench dream team.
So I voted yes on those, and I hated them, okay?
But I don't want them to have more power.
Okay, good point.
Appreciate it.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
There's more.
I appreciate you.
Ann, I know you've got so much more.
You can go the whole show, I know.
No, no, no, no.
I just want a minute.
Okay.
Thanks a lot.
Bye.
Thank you.
Love you.
Thanks.
She's great.
She's great.
But she can go for a long time.
Anyway, back to the text.
I wanted to get through this because we have so many, Nick.
They're piling up.
We have...
More text than, I don't know if we'll have time to get through all of them, but we'll try.
Let's see.
Somebody from the 505 said, mental asylums do have a dark seedy side.
They're referencing the Jackson class in New Mexico.
Folks kept in asylums have been subjected to all sorts of abuse.
Inmates are crazy, quote unquote, so who is going to listen to them reporting on abuse?
Not saying I have a solution, but there are no easy answers, particularly since asylums require a lot of regulation.
Yeah, I understand that.
I think part of the reason they ended up getting rid of the asylums was that report that Geraldo Rivera did back in the day about the Horrific abuse that was taking place at one of the asylums.
And it was horrific.
I mean, it was just beyond anything I've ever seen.
But...
If they can't identify what a woman is, I think that's a fair game to say, alright, there might be something wrong here.
I should probably put the context in to say, like...
We should have mental asylums, but they should not be run by the mentally ill, if that makes sense.
If you're a doctor and you believe that men can get pregnant and that a guy who chops off his...
You know, genitals is now a girl.
You should be legally barred from working at or running a mental health facility.
As a matter of fact, you perhaps should be committed to said mental health facility, right, Nick?
Yeah, anyone that's just denying straight-up regular biology and they're unable...
To distinguish between reality and their perception of the world.
I mean, there's some pretty basic stuff.
A chair is a chair, a woman is a woman, a man is a man.
It's pretty simple.
And if they can't get that down, then I think there's some serious issues.
Yeah, I agree.
So they also said regarding Proposition KK, school safety, it says...
Like tampons in the boys' restroom, boys in the girls' locker room, boys in girls' sports.
Yeah, that's school safety.
We need Tampon Tim to come fill the tampon dispensers in the boys' locker room.
Good point, Texter.
We appreciate it.
Our friend Calvin texted in and said, if a deaf-blind person can vote, you can vote.
That's right.
Go out and vote.
Thank you, Calvin, for contributing that.
Our friend in the 818 says, We are paying for the integration of the new arrivals.
Am I also expected to pay for their pursuit of happiness?
Maybe I want to vote yes on the...
Oh, no.
I don't want to read that.
No.
You don't conquer evil with evil.
You conquer evil with good.
They said maybe they want to vote yes on the abortion proposition.
No.
That is not how we solve this problem.
We do not conquer evil with evil.
We conquer evil with good.
That's how we win this battle.
When we come back, I definitely want to read through some more of these texts because, my gosh, the text line is full.
So we'll try to get through them all.

Welcome back to Just Forb Talk Radio on I'm your host, Craig James.
And, of course, we're joined by our co-host, Nick Ngo.
Nick, we've got a lot of text to get through here.
But let's get through them, okay?
Real quick, we have somebody from the 307 says, as a cop, no, they will use that money for DEI. So there we go.
See that?
We have a cop who just texted in and has agreed with us that the funding for police is not really funding police.
And I think that's great.
We really appreciate it.
Thank you for your work as a cop because I know how hard that job is, especially if you're a cop here in Colorado or wherever you are.
It's difficult, but especially here in Colorado where they tie your hands in so many ways and keep you from doing your job, but you still do it anyway, and we really appreciate that you do it.
720 texted in and said, Why did I have to write in Gabe Evans as the 8th District?
I also voted no on everything except one, but can't remember what it was.
My last statement is on DEI, which I say stands for Deity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Yeah, that's probably it.
I like the D-I-E. If you use DEI, then you will D-I-E as a society.
I don't know why you had to...
If your ballot...
Maybe you're not in District 8.
That's the only thing.
If Gabe Evans wasn't on your ballot, then there's a good chance that you may be in a different district.
You may be in District 4, or you may be in one of the other neighboring districts, and that might be something you've got to look into.
So...
Some people are confused.
They did move the districts around not too long ago here in northern Colorado, so I was a little confused, too.
I thought I was in District 4 when I first moved here, and then I realized I was in District 8, as a matter of fact.
Make sure you're aware of your districts.
720 texted in and said, they already license all vets and vet techs.
Now they want more money to license anyone working in a vet office, like assistant, secretary, anyone who is anywhere near the animals.
Can you imagine having to get a license to clean up dog poo?
Really?
They just want more control and money.
Alright, so that's it.
I've changed my mind.
I'm no on the vet one.
No, I don't want the vet thing to be done.
If that's what it really is, then I'm against it.
So, that's just me.
Somebody from the 720 says, the bobcat proposition is a way in to stop killing animals, cows.
That's the real reason.
Yeah.
Oh, I could see that, especially with the cattle country like Colorado.
Oh my gosh.
Bro, I wake up some mornings to the smell of money, that manure coming in from our good friends over in Greeley, and they're the largest slaughterhouse in the country, I think.
They're the JBS slaughterhouse.
We have lots of cattle in Colorado, that's for sure.
So that's a good point.
Thanks for that texter.
Somebody from the 701 texted in and says, they want to increase pay so much that a prospective officer will overlook how the state doesn't support police.
Yeah, that's what we kind of were saying.
Like, they want to get enough money so they can essentially bribe the cops into doing their dirty work, and the cops will turn a blind eye because they get paid, you know, exorbitant amount of money.
And, you know, no decent and good cop would agree to that.
But that's what they're doing, so there it is.
970 texted in a few things.
They say, Craig, they have this deviant murdering of babies on 10 state ballots.
How can they call it reproductive rights?
They just snuffed out their gene pool.
Yeah, I mean, that's the other thing.
It's like...
I've never seen anything in my life where these people are all signing up for their, you know, genociding themselves.
Like, we're going to mutilate our kids' genitals.
We're going to take away their ability of children.
Then we're going to kill our children in the womb.
It's like, y'all are going to go extinct pretty quick if you keep this up.
And maybe that's the point.
I don't know.
So...
Yeah, I think it is the point.
The people driving those ideas and that culture are the same people who control the media, and that's a handful of people, six quarters.
We know.
We know.
I know where you're going with that.
You know where I was going with that.
I didn't say anything.
I just laughed.
The key word on 129 is regulatory, more money for government.
Yep.
131 would destroy self-government, so only the billionaire oligarchs would choose our candidates.
Yeah, I agree.
I think those are all good points.
We have to get through these quick, though.
Kevin texted in and said, you and Nick should do a rumble live this evening covering the election.
Well, we'll do our best.
Our friend Kevin, Nick, I saw you got cut off there.
Our friend Kevin just texted and said we should do a Rumble live stream this evening covering the election.
I don't know.
We'll talk about it, maybe.
I don't know.
Yeah, maybe.
Yeah.
Senator970 says, Excellent show.
Silence is consent.
Please vote.
Thank you.
Appreciate that, Sandra.
Our friend from the 970 texted in and said, wanted to let you know that we found that Andrew Bosenecker, he's running for Colorado House District 53, is a member of the Colorado Socialist Party.
You can confirm it on Wikipedia.
He hasn't seemed to advertise this fact.
DEI is divisiveness and indoctrination and exclusion.
Yeah, I agree.
And we've talked about Andrew Bosenecker, as a matter of fact.
He is a communist.
And our friend, Dr.
Donna Walter, is running against him and we had her on the show last week so vote for her in Fort Collins if you want to get rid of the communist who is the majority whip in the house of representatives here in Colorado finally our friend 970 says China won't accept meat from Greeley interesting that's
not good I don't think.
Well, that's probably because they own the other What is it called?
Smithfield Bacon or whatever.
Smithfield.
And they own the other companies.
Yeah, they own some other competing.
Because JBS, as I understand, is a Brazilian company, if I'm not mistaken.
So there may be some competing interests there that would be why China doesn't buy from them particularly.
Because, like Nick pointed out, they do own...
It's one of the biggest hog farms in the country, I think, China owns.
And Smithfield is who you were talking about.
And I also think they have a controlling stake in it or something.
So I think there might be more to it.
So that was all the text.
We actually got through it with five seconds to spare.
So Nick, final thoughts on any of the texts?
We appreciate you guys all texting.
Make sure you go out there and vote and tell all your friends to go out and vote.
It's important that everybody waits in line, even if there's tomfoolery going on and there's, you know, whatever they say, the machines are down, whatever it is, and don't let them just take your ballot and then take their word for it that they're going to put it in there.
Oh yeah, just leave your ballot with us and it'll be okay.
None of that.
Uh-uh.
No, no, no, no.
We're going to film you, put it into the box.
That's what's going to happen.
None of that stuff.
If you have any of that going on, make sure you call the local sheriffs right away.
Where it is legal, make sure you look up whatever law is applicable to your voting district as far as filming and all that stuff goes.
Anyway, stay tuned.
We've got our final segment coming up after the break.
Any major disaster, especially weather-related, when the power goes out, can cause people to suddenly panic.
Within hours, grocery store shelves in your area can be picked clean, food supply lines get interrupted, and food is hard to find.
At that point, it's too late to do anything about it.
You must survive only on the food you already have in your home, or risk waiting for the government to respond while you're standing in food lines.
So ask yourself, Do you have enough food in your home to last for weeks or months?
That's why the smart move is to secure your family's personal supply of the most reliable emergency food you can buy.
Having at least four weeks worth of food is not a luxury.
It's mandatory.
If you don't want you and your family to end up in this situation, Go to 1360KHNC.com and click on the Patriot Supply button at the top of the page.
That's 1360KHNC.com and click on the Patriot Supply button.

I was broken at the bottom.
I found you're my healer and redeemer.
Jesus, that's who you are.
You brought me blessings out of a tragedy.
You turned my old song into a symphony.
And with your spirit I rose until I stumbled and made my mistakes.
Then I could know in my soul how amazing was grace.
Welcome back to Just Informed Talk Radio.
It's our final segment.
Man, time flies.
But let me just say this to everybody out there listening.
Please go out and vote.
Make sure you bring your family, your friends, anybody who can vote.
Make sure they do vote.
Encourage them and say, well, only if they're voting for Trump and are conservative.
But if they are, they definitely get them to vote.
That's a joke.
Ha ha ha.
But seriously, make sure you go out and vote.
Ha ha ha.
Yeah.
Ha ha ha.
Make sure you go out and vote, and that's important today.
So, Nick, final thoughts?
Well, my final thoughts are the polymarket people on Twitter are out here saying the 2024 election forecast here for Trump is 61.8% chance and a 38.2% chance for Harris.
All right, these guys are trained in making predictions like this and all the different variables involved.
So the fact that they're putting out that big of a difference is pretty compelling.
But I do want to remind everybody that they also have a 23% chance the election will be called by tomorrow.
So don't get your hopes up, but tomorrow we're going to be joined by you again, Nick.
We may bring some other people on.
And we're going to cover whatever the result is.
Yeah, it'll turn into election month.
Who knows?
Maybe I'll be here every day.
You may never leave!
No, I'm joking.
All right.
So, thank you, Nick.
It's always a pleasure having you on, and we're going to do really quick our God's Greatest and Greatest segment.
This is out of Daniel chapter 9.
This is a part of Daniel's prayer that he makes, and it's his prayer to the Lord.
But I'm going to read a few verses, verse 17 through 19, because I think they speak directly to where we're at.
And he concludes his prayer by saying, Therefore, our God, hear the prayer and the petitions of your servant.
Show your favor to your desolate sanctuary for the Lord's sake.
Listen, my God, and hear.
Open your eyes and see our desolations in the city called by your name, for we are not presenting our petitions before you based on our righteous acts, but based on your abundant compassion.
Lord, hear.
Lord, forgive.
Lord, listen and act.
My God, for your own sake do not delay, because your city and your people are called.
By your name.
And without getting into the full context of that, I think that prayer can easily be used by us today in the position where we're at.
Our cities, our city, our state, our nation is in A horrible place, but God can get us out of it, and we have to go to Him humbly and call on Him to show His favor on us, call on Him to hear what we are saying, call on Him to see what's happening, call on Him to make an action, not based on our own righteousness, but based on His abundant compassion for us.
And that's what I think we should all be going to the Lord with today.
Once we vote and it's out of our hands, make sure that you go to God before, during, and after this whole process, calling on Him to intervene on our behalf, because we need God.
It's only by God's will that any of this will come in the way that we hope it will, and even if it doesn't go the way we want it to, we have to have the understanding and trust to give God All that we have in trusting him.
All right.
That's where I'm going to leave it.
Thanks to Nick.
Thanks to the callers.
Thanks to the texters.
We absolutely love you guys.
Go out and vote.
We'll see you tomorrow.
Same time, same place, unless the world burns down from this election overnight.
But we'll see you tomorrow.
