I thought I'd start with a little bit of levity there.
Even though it's not very funny, actually, that our country is being invaded by criminal Foreign nationals who are eating our pets.
That's not funny, but you know, the internet has a way of making things seem a little more funny than they actually are.
I hope you guys are ready for a big show today.
We have a lot to cover in the first hour.
Of course, in the second hour, we're going to be working our best to get right into Another sermon from Pastor Dean Miller at Front Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
So stay tuned for that.
That's coming up a little bit later in the show.
But for now, we're going to try to cover a lot of what's been happening around the country.
So there are so many stories to get into.
Obviously, over the weekend, we had a few more interesting Things come out.
One of the big ones is that a new whistleblower has come forward and alleges that the second assassination on Trump may have been a Secret Service inside job.
No, I am not making it up.
I really wish I was.
This was a letter from Senator Josh Hawley.
He wrote, this is to the acting director of the Secret Service, Director Ronald Rowe.
He says, quote, Dear Acting Director Rowe, My office has received new whistleblower information regarding the most recent attempt on the life of former President Donald Trump, raising troubling questions about Secret Service protocols on that date.
A whistleblower with direct knowledge of Secret Service protection at former President Trump's golf course in West Palm Beach, an individual who has In fact, Protective President Trump at that very location alleges that there are known vulnerabilities in the fence line surrounding the course, places that offer a clear line of sight to the former president and others playing that course.
As a result, the whistleblower alleges it has been secret service protocol to post up agents at these vulnerable spots when Trump visits the course.
That apparently did not happen on September 15th.
Instead, the gunman was permitted to remain along or near the fence line for some 12 hours.
It is further unclear from your recent press conference whether agents swept the perimeter of the golf course at any point or whether drones were used to surveil the fence line.
The reality is that the would-be assassin should have never been able to linger around the course for that long undetected.
Please answer immediately the following questions raised by the new whistleblower allegations.
1.
Did Secret Service personnel post up at known vulnerabilities in the perimeter fencing?
Two, did Secret Service personnel sweep the perimeter prior to the former president's arrival on the site?
Three, did Secret Service use canine units or unmanned aircraft systems elements to monitor the perimeter of the golf course?
How were they used?
Four, if counter-surveillance personnel were president of the golf course on September 15th, as you stated at a recent press conference, in what manner were they deployed?
Why did they not detect the gunmen sooner?
And five, what was the specific counter-surveillance mitigation plan for the known vulnerabilities outside the fence line that day?
And these are all great questions that need to be answered.
And of course, I believe it's very important that we get to the bottom of what happened on that day, just like we should have gotten to the bottom of what happened on July 13th, yet here we are many months later with not many answers to show for it.
But ultimately, I'm not 100% sure if this is, you know, the kind of whistleblower situation where It's a legitimate whistleblower coming forward to try to expose corruption or some sort of brokenness in the system itself, which it might very well be.
It sounds like it is.
Or if it's just a distraction from the fact that the guy who was posted up in the woods trying to murder President Donald Trump Has all of the hallmarks of being a CIA patsy cutout.
Stooge, who was being ran in some sort of operation to murder the former president.
I don't know, maybe it's a little bit of both, but the thing is, that's probably what Congress should be focusing a little bit more on, yet they're not.
Which is why I can't take these people all that seriously, to be quite frank.
From my perspective, you know, it seems as though Congress inevitably will always find a way to focus on all the wrong things with regard to anything that we want them to look into.
Specifically here, talking about how You know, we're asking all these questions about, was it an inside job from the Secret Service?
And, okay, that's a good question.
It's a good place to start.
But what about the fact that this guy was recruiting people to go fight in Ukraine, seemingly on behalf of the State Department or the CIA?
And nobody's like, we should probably look into that.
Maybe we should have a congressional investigation into that fact.
That the guy who tried to kill President Trump for the second time was working for, presumably, the CIA.
I don't know.
I mean, all of the hallmarks are there, as they would say in the intelligence community.
If you'll recall, the top 51 intelligence officials penning a letter saying that the Hunter Biden laptop had all the hallmarks of being Russian disinformation.
Okay.
How about all the hallmarks of Ryan Ruth and his past work recruiting fighters for foreign wars?
He's basically a terrorist recruiter who's getting free passes from all of the agencies, none pursuing any charges against him for crimes that, I don't know, if you or I probably did, that we'd be in federal prison right now for.
I don't know.
Maybe this is a good step in the right direction.
Maybe this is a distraction.

Congress will pick up some investigation into something, and they will just completely miss the forest for the trees, and they will just tell us to look this way when we should be looking another way, and inevitably, regardless of which way we look, the story ends up falling out of the cycle of news coverage and people just stop paying attention.
I mean, there are too many to actually count at this point.

They held a bunch of hearings admitted that they all committed crimes and then paid Peter Strzok and a million and a half dollars.

And, you know, we just looked at this whistleblower letter that was released by the office of the Senator Josh Hawley, you know, asking some questions about why certain vulnerabilities were not being covered.
If you read between the lines on that letter, I mean, it simply alleges that it may have been some sort of inside job or that, again, there was just this coincidental set of failures That cataclysmically occurred to allow a shooter to lie in wait for up to 12 hours for the former president to arrive at his golf course to then, you know, get into a firefight with Secret Service before fleeing the scene and then subsequently being arrested.
And then we find out he has all these ties to the intelligence community and has been working as a recruiter for mercenaries and terrorists to go to Ukraine and other foreign Warfare war zones it and of course it all stinks, but then you got the Secret Service director saying crap like this, which is really disturbing to be quite honest.
He came out now.
We played a clip of him talking about this before, but he's come out and reiterated this fact.
I'm going to let these words speak for themselves, but I will talk about it a little bit afterward.
But I want to give you what he says in his own words here.

But I think the importance here is we have to be able to, at a moment's notice, surge people to where they need to go.
And if we're going to be having to And that's what we do.
We're in the risk mitigation business.
We are not in the risk elimination business.
And so we have to be able to have the personnel, the assets, and be able to spread those out for an indefinite period of time in the event that another situation, a geopolitical conflict, or some other tension requires us to do so.
So this is the second time that he's made reference to the fact that the Secret Service is being spread thin simply because they have to be out for an indefinite period of time in the event that another situation, a geopolitical conflict, or some other tension requires us to do so.
Now, What is he referring to?
Well, I think it might have something to do with the fact that a lot of people are alleging that a nuclear bomb went off in Russia not too long ago at some, you know, remote Russian weapons cash depot underground bunker, but...
That would require the Secret Service to be spread thin because they are and would be, I would imagine, an integral, integral part of continuity of government in the case of some sort of major escalation in the global war that's happening right now that nobody seems to want to acknowledge or even remotely, you know, decide on, especially if you're in Congress.
I don't know when the last time we declared a war was, but we have wars on existential things now.
We have wars on, you know, drugs and terror and the war on European dictators like Putin.
Eurasian dictators like Putin.
You know?
Those pesky Putins.
But we're not going to actually declare war, we're just going to fight a proxy war with NATO through Ukraine.
And all in the name of BlackRock and protecting their valuable investments in Ukraine and its infrastructure and its land and everything in between.
But the thing I watch when I see all this is that The thing I see is that we're at a point now where things are really getting dangerous.
And a lot of people are alleging and saying that there's a high probability that they are going to start some kind of major war.
Now, how that will come, I don't know.
And how close to the election that will come, I don't know.
Will it come before or after, I don't know.
These are all questions that would be impossible to answer without very high-level security clearance and or very, let's say, high-level sources who have security clearances.
Because that's all protected very well.
That sort of thing is, that sort of information is highly guarded.
And how close we are to this impending doom, I'm not sure.
I know that we have the World Economic Forum telling us that the cyber pandemic will come.
So to look out for, you know, grid attacks, we just saw one of the most devastating and vast kinetic cyber warfare attacks ever in the history of mankind that just took place in Lebanon we just saw one of the most devastating and vast kinetic cyber warfare attacks ever in the history of mankind that just took place in Lebanon with Israel exploding those exploding those pagers and other electronic systems in a coordinated and simultaneous attack,
which utilized essentially technology that has up to this point only been sort of speculated about by individuals and, you know, loosely written which utilized essentially technology that has up to this point only been sort But I think right now that sort of attack is certainly on the horizon, and the Secret Service is fully aware of it.
So they are I would imagine spread pretty thin, and maybe that's what they're trying to indicate, that, look, we can't protect Trump as well as we should because if there were a nuclear war, we have to be able to create cognitive government protocols and enact them at a moment's notice, within, you know, a few minutes, really.
They would have to, depending on the severity of the attack.
And you think, for a lot of us little older folks, I'm not too old, but I'm not too young, That we think like nuclear, right?
We think, okay, well, cognitive government is like the nuclear bombs are in the air, and we have, what, 15 minutes or something, maybe less with hypersonic now?
Five minutes before they start hitting, and we have to be able to be, we have to have a government.
Now, some would argue we don't need a government, but I would say, you know, having a government, for all its faults and flaws, is sort of a necessary thing.
So, I'm not sure I'm in the anarchy camp, but, because that's what anarchists believe.
They believe essentially we shouldn't have government.
But I imagine that the Secret Service assets are being put in position so that in that event of that nuclear bomb being shot off, they could be deployed.
But they also have to be prepared for an attack that could take seconds, not even minutes or hours.
We're talking about cyber attacks.
We're talking about simultaneous, you know, infrastructure grid attacks.
We're talking about very Very vulnerable pieces of our infrastructure, which have been routinely discussed in being as being targets of this kind of attack, whether it's from inside or from without from outside.
That is what they're preparing for.
So you could imagine a scenario where as we.
Look at the vulnerability of our grid, for instance.
I mean, imagine what kind of government would kick in if there was a major grid attack.
I mean, it would be just as if not more devastating as a nuclear attack.
If that makes sense.
Because if you think about it in the terms of what would happen, I mean, what do you think?
Think about, you tell me, I mean, 877-536-1360 is the number you can text or call, but what do you think it would look like in your city, in your, you know, region of the world, if you lost power for an extended amount of time, if you didn't have the internet, if you didn't have electricity, if you didn't have running water, What do you think would happen?
Because I know exactly what would happen in my area.
We'd be fine.
We would be bad, but it wouldn't be as bad as some of the bigger cities.
I would hate to be in a big city when all of this went down.
I mean, I'm glad I kind of live out in the country, out in the rural part of America with all the farmers.
Because we're going to be the ones who, I think, do a little better.
Not too much, but slightly better.
Especially those who have prepped and have supplies necessary on hand to be able to withstand a, you know, two to three month power outage.
Anything above three weeks would be devastating.
Anything above three days really would be devastating.
Because it's around that three-day mark that people would start panicking, I think.
I mean, if I'm thinking out loud here.
I would imagine that the power goes out, okay, you know, we've all been there.
You give it 24 hours.
After that 24-hour mark, you're getting a little bit concerned, a little nervous.
After the 48-hour mark, you're kind of looking around saying, okay, this isn't good.
After the 72 hour mark, you're concerned to say the least.
You're looking around, and that's when the people who don't have a lot of food or supplies on hand will start going to the grocery.
If the grocery doesn't have power or can't do business, Well, you think they're just gonna sit back and let their kids starve?
I mean, they're gonna do what they have to do.
And that's where the societal chaos starts, and then it kind of snowballs from there.
I mean, most people who, I would say, live rule, or in the country, or less population density, Would probably be more prepared because they, you know, understand that they're just in a different position than a lot of people who live in big cities where they rely on, you know, those things that they take for granted.
I mean, imagine if trucks couldn't make deliveries into a major metropolitan area like New York City or Chicago or L.A.
you know, you would see immediate riots, immediate, you know, food shortages that would lead to, you know, fighting and chaos.
And I'm not saying any of this to, you know, scare anyone.
But I am saying it because when the U.S.
Secret Service is saying, hey, we're stretched thin right now because we don't know if there's going to be a geopolitical conflict or some other situation that's going to require them to do something.
And vaguely saying that, all you can do is kind of read into it and say, hmm, well, what do you think that means?
Well, it means that they're expecting something big.
The global conflicts are just continually expanding and escalating.
You know, for radio purposes, it's hard to describe certain things, but there was a video that went out on the internet, and I talked about it here, I've alluded to it here earlier, but it really is disturbing.
It looks like a nuclear bomb went off, And these aren't, you know, people say, oh, it's just, it's just a conventional bomb.
It's just a really big conventional bomb.
Okay.
Maybe.
I'm not an expert, but what some, what people have done, and I've seen online already, you know, they, they're showing us nuclear detonations that have been tests run by the U.S.
government.
And not going to lie.
It looks eerily similar to the explosion I saw in Russia.
There was apparently a Russian... The official story is this, which I mean is like, okay.
The official story is that there was a weapons cache bunker somewhere in a remote area of Russia.
which had a Ukrainian drone armed with explosives somehow fly into and then explode, right, which caused the blast that we saw that looked like a nuclear bomb going off.
Now, I don't know.
I mean, I've listened.
I'm not an expert in this by any means, but I've listened to some experts talk about this.
And what they all point to is the fact that the idea that a drone could penetrate a nuclear fortified bunker is wildly absurd.
Now Now, there is the chance that
Uh, whoever was operating that drone, uh, went by the name of Luke Skywalker, and he had a lot of practice shooting Womp Rats in his, you know, parents' backyard as a kid, and that the minute the door to the bunker opened, they were able to fly a drone into it and then maneuver it around to the weapons, like, uh, when they shot the photon torpedoes into the Death Star in Star Wars, but...
People are saying that the more likely thing is that this bunker was hit with some sort of bunker-busting nuclear ordnance meant to send a message in a very remote area with no casualties, but meant to send a message that... Because no one in the media is covering this, by the way.
That's what makes it strange, and if they are covering it, they're just giving the official story.

Am I the only one who finds it so very, very strange that within a few days of the rap mogul slash Epstein imitator, Jeffrey Epstein that is, imitator, P. Diddy or Diddy or Sean Combs or Puff Daddy, whatever you want to call him, They changed his name so many times, it's hard to keep up.
It might only be when it finds it weird that within a short period of this all happening, in the run-up to and after, of course, you know, let's not even go with the arrests.
Let's go with the first raid on Diddy's homes, right?
When, and this was a month or two ago, when they went and raided Sean Combs' home.
It's my only one who finds it weird that almost, right after that happened, we saw all these major artists come out, all these celebrities, all of these big, big name celebrities and musicians come out and start shilling for Kamala Harris immediately.
Now, maybe you can infer that there is no correlation, perhaps not, but I just find it strange that they tell us now that Diddy was blackmailing through extortion and blackmail and all these other things.
That he was running a massive blackmail ring that went into Hollywood and the music industry, right?
And that his parties, which were famous for being attended by both celebrities and musicians from all genres, not just hip-hop, but rock and, you know, pop and country.
Not as much country, I would imagine, but some country, I'm sure.
He's running a blackmail ring.
So I, again, am I the only one who finds it strange that they're telling us Diddy was running a blackmail ring, and then the FBI goes and raids his homes, presumably taking possession of all the blackmail, and now all these celebrities are coming out and saying how much they love Kamala and want her to become the president.
Am I the only one who finds that, like, really strange and coincidental?
Call me whatever you want, call me Conspiracy Theorist, but listen to this.
So, a rock star, Hayley Williams, she's from a band I think is called Paramore?

And, you know, now as she goes gracefully into her middle age, she's become a raging liberal
Lunatic as they all end up but here's the thing she's not the only one I mean I could pull up dozens of these kind of things you know Oprah just had this sort of I don't even know what to call it like a show where she brought on all these celebrities on zoom calls and they're all like hi Kamala we love you like you know all the usual suspects Ben Stiller and um god there are too many to name I don't want to sit here and just rattle off the names because it doesn't matter the point is
I find it strange that in the last several weeks, especially following the Diddy stuff, right?
The Diddy raid on his house where they presumably would have seized all the blackmail.
That all of a sudden now, pop stars and music icons are coming out.
You know, from Katy Perry to this Hayley Williams to the satanic artist known as Billie Eilish.
And the only reason that I know of that person is because I talked about her before she made a song that caught my attention on social media.
It was titled, All Good Girls Go to Hell.
Where she invokes, you know, satanic imagery and satanic themes and, you know, and no big deal.
She's just really popular amongst young children.
Taylor Swift came out and made her endorsement for Kamala Harris.
And it's all coming in the wake of P Diddy's blackmail being seized by the federal government.
Well, I mean, I'm, maybe I'm just a crazy conspiracy theorist, but, but, Perhaps there is a correlation.
Perhaps there is some sort of connection between the fact that P. Diddy is being alleged to be the next Jeffrey Epstein, and he has all the blackmail, and the feds raid him a few months ago, and presumably take possession of all that blackmail, and now, like, every person in the music industry is coming out in support of Kamala Harris.
At least all the usual suspects, but a lot of people who haven't been political before.
That's what, that's what the strange thing is to me.
Okay?
They may have been culturally woke.
They may have, you know, had their virtue signaling about the LGBTQ stuff or whatever.
Or, you know, we need to be trans friendly, blah, blah, blah.
They may have done all that before, but a lot of these people were never really politically active.
Which is strange, because either they all just collectively woke up and grew a conscience to, you know, work for what's politically correct, to push their agenda at the same time, or they were tapped.
And if you know how blackmail works, especially in this regard, It wouldn't take much, and it wouldn't have to be overt.
Think of it this way.
Let's say the Feds go to Diddy's house.
And they raid it.
And they take all these blackmail videos.
They have blackmail videos on all these people, hypothetically.
It's not like they're going to them with the video saying, if you don't endorse Kamala, this is gonna be leaked on the internet, and you're gonna be ruined.
No, that's not how it works.
This is how it works.

But, you know, big endorsement for Kamala over the weekend, though.
I'll give her credit.
It's not just the blackmailed...
Musicians and celebrities the allegedly blackmailed musicians and celebrities who are endorsing her but she and not only is it the former warmonger and hated on both sides previously.
Bush acolyte Dick Cheney and his daughter Liz who are endorsing her it's not only them but also she just got get this guys this is the biggest endorsement yet I think she just got the endorsement I mean this is a big one so hold on to your seat because you might fall out of it if you're not prepared the The IRS has endorsed her!
Yes, the IRS Workers Union, the Internal Revenue Service, the people who steal our money out of our paychecks so we can ship it over to Ukraine to trans everyone, they have now come out and fully endorsed Kamala Harris, so... Let's give her a round of applause, you know?
It's... I mean...
These endorsements are really just stacking up.
You know, she may be an impossible foe to defeat with this kind of endorsement, these kind of endorsements.
I mean, the celebrity stuff is kind of like, whatever.
I haven't cared what celebrities politically think for a long time, whether pro or against what I believe.
I'll mention some here and there and say, oh, that's nice.
Thank you.
Or, oh, that's weird.
Shouldn't do that.
But it doesn't amount to a whole hill of beans to me.
And especially the neocons endorsing her.
That's the rich ones, like Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.
It's like they're all on her side.
So that should tell you something.
And now the IRS Workers Union endorsing her.
I mean, what do you think that means?
OK, let's be clear.
If the IRS Workers Union is endorsing her, what do you think that that means they think she's going to do when she gets into office?
Do you think she's going to cut back the IRS?
She's going to cut back the funding for it?
Do you think she's going to cut our taxes?
Or do you think that they would endorse the person who they think is going to keep them working and keep them funded and keep them Stealing American citizens' money to fund their never-ending wars and trans agenda.
That's what I would ask.
It's a very simple question.
So, I don't know.
But I will say, for me, on just a personal level, that absolutely none of it is surprising.
And we'll just have to wait and see what comes of all of it.
And in that vein, it's like, how can you stand against what we see here with what Trump's coming with?
Okay, so there's a lot of what Trump has on policy that I sort of disagree with.
The abortion stuff is first and foremost.
There's some foreign policy stuff I don't agree with entirely.
I'm not a fan of this incessant desire to put certain other nations at the same level of priority as our own.
I believe that if you have Make America Great Again as your campaign slogan, it should be America first, and then we can help others.
And it's not because necessarily I hate those countries or I have some qualm with them, even though some I do.
It's because you will never, and everybody knows this who's lived long enough, you will never be able to help others if you're not able to help yourself.
How can I go to somebody and say, here, let me help fix your problems when I'm completely broken and living in squalor?
It would be foolish for me to do it.
Here, let me come fix your country's democracy While I'm running a kleptocracy at home.
You know, this kind of stuff.
Here, let me, you know, solve your social issues when we can't even decide what a man and a woman is.
You know, that to me is why we have to fix things here first.
And I think RFK Jr.
kind of sums it up with this announcement he made the other day at a Trump rally.
It was him, Tulsi Gabbard, and Danica Patrick, and I think this was in Las Vegas.
Yes, Danica Patrick, that Danica Patrick, the race car driver.
But listen to this, and tell me how would you not want to stand with this agenda?
As a liberal Democrat, too.
Democrats were used to be the champions of all this stuff.
I mean, you go to, like, these fancy stores with all the fancy food, which is good and healthy.
Organic is more expensive, but it's healthy and it's better for you.
And it's all the liberals, right?
With their Kamala shirts on.
Yet, this is RFK who's supporting Trump.

And on day one, we're going to declare an emergency like we did in COVID.

And I'm very worried that at some point people will be like, I'm not putting up with this.
I don't know why anybody pays taxes in this country.
For the record, I'm not counseling not pay your taxes because I don't want to get arrested.
But I just don't understand the consent level in this country is still incredibly high.
Maybe we're just like moving through the motions or something.
All the good people are the people they lecture and call names.
And because they are good people, they're dutiful people and they just do what they think they're supposed to do.
But I don't know why they're doing it.
Why would you send a dollar to people who laugh over your death?
Your nephew dies of fentanyl and they don't care and you're still sending them money?
I don't get that, honestly.
The answer though, Tucker, is because they've done a successful pattern of show trials.
And And no, this is a real thing.
Why do I still pay taxes and you?
Obviously, because we have friends in federal prison.
Like Steve Bannon right now is in federal prison for not committing a crime.
They do this, by the way, to chill the population, to remind you that your door could get knocked on next.

Look in Colossians chapter 2 today, Colossians chapter 2.
As we began this study, I was nervous because Colossians is most likely the deepest theological book That Paul writes.
It is a deep book.
Peter, the Apostle Peter, wrote in 2 Peter about Paul.
He said, our beloved brother Paul wrote things hard to be understood.
And I amen that.
And I think the book of Colossians is one of those books hard to be understood.
But we're going to look today, and I'm preaching on this subject, protecting the treasure.
Protecting the treasure.
Look at verse 8 of chapter 2.
Beware... This is a command, by the way.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the traditions of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, and ye are complete in him.
Which is the head of all principality and power.

Okay, now let's go back to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon that is talking about the Shepherd Lamb.
And this is from Fort Collins, Colorado, Front Range Baptist Church, and the services are at 930 a.m.

That word spoil in verse 8.
Let no man spoil you.
That's the idea of going into battle and carrying away the treasures and the spoils of war.
And he said, now you better beware.
I'm commanding you to be on guard.
That no man spoil you.
And we're going to look at what Paul meant by this.
To understand the context of it, we have to understand that in Colossae, this New Testament church that Paul had never been to, Paul's writing from prison, he's writing to this church because this church has been overtaken by Gnosticism.
And what that simply means is, it's not anything new, we still have Gnosticism in our world today, in our churches today.
But what the Gnostics were doing, watch this carefully, they were marrying Greek philosophy with Jewish legalism and Eastern mysticism.
And they were cutting out things of Greek philosophy that didn't fit with Jewish legalism and cutting things out of Jewish legalism that didn't fit with Eastern mysticism.
And they were just kind of making a mismatch, hodgepodge, alchemized thing that they said Christ could fit into.
And this is a way to know God in higher learning through intellectual prowess.
And it was, it was just a mess because it was, it was, it was a, it was a, a quest for higher learning and higher enlightenment through man's best attempts at fitting all these things together.
And I will tell you, it's very prevalent in our world today.
Churches today, the modern church today has taken philosophy of our modern culture.
We've married it with scriptural truth and we've married it with mysticism.
And then we've preached these things as though they're God's word.
And churches today, people are following all kinds of things.
But I will say many are not following Christ.
And Paul's great worry was that these Gnostics would come in and carry them away.
And by the way, this is exactly what happens with false teachers and cults.
False teachers and cults never go out in the world and make their own converts.
False teachers and cults come into churches, and they find converts among converts, and what they do is they carry away the unaware, the ungrounded, and immature believers, and they carry them away.
Somebody will knock on a new Christian's door and say, hey, we're Christians, and we're here to start a Bible study with you, and we want to study the Bible, and oh, by the way, we have this other book that we want to give you too, and then they'll start studying, and an unsuspecting Christian's like, wow, I didn't realize that there was more to the Bible.
And there was more outside the Bible, and they add all these other things to the Word of God, and before long, they're spoiled, they're carried away, they're belonging to something else.
And Paul was concerned that this church was going to be carried away.
And I'm telling you right now, we're seeing this in our world in a very, very precise way.
So, what Paul was doing, was in chapter 1 laying a strong foundation for these believers.
He was telling these believers that they were redeemed, they were forgiven, that they were part of Christ now, and He was telling them who they were.
He was telling them who Christ was.
He's the Creator.
He is the Redeemer.
He is the Savior.
He is the Head of all things.
He is the Preeminent One.
He is... Jesus Christ is...
All in all, you were lost, but now you're found, and you have a wonderful Savior.
And he was trying to lay a foundation of who they were, and who Christ was, and now who they are in Christ.
And then he tells them, now that you're seeing this in chapter 1, who you were, and who Christ is, and now who you are in Christ, don't let anybody carry you away from that.
Don't let anybody spoil you in this conflict and in this war.
Now, why did he say this?
What was he implying here?
What's the treasure that we're to protect?
Well, let me just give you a hint.
The treasure is you.
Look back at chapter 1 and verse 13.
Speaking of Jesus here, Who, Jesus Christ, hath delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son.
Do you not see the picture here?
That Jesus Christ invaded the kingdom of darkness, the power of darkness, and He took those who were captive in their sin and captive of Satan and led us Translated us into the kingdom of His Son.
So we were once in darkness, now we're in light.
We were once dead, now we have life.
We were once lost, but now we're found.
We were once blind, but now we see.
Jesus Christ came into this world, took us captive, and took us away from Satan and from sin, and brought us into His kingdom.
How many say, thank God for that?
Thank God for that!
We were the spoils of war for Christ.
He went to Calvary and waged a great war between good and evil and sin and righteousness and God's holiness and man's depravity.
And Jesus Christ waged a war against all that is evil and He bore that in His body and Jesus He finished that fight.
It is finished, he said.
And he came out of the grave as an exclamation point that I have conquered sin, I've conquered death, I've conquered the grave, and now I am taking the prize for which I died.
And thank God that was me, and that was you.
I am the joy that was set before Him, and He endured the cross for me, and for you.
You know, you ought to at least smile about that.
Jesus Christ died for this prize.
We were the treasure.
God so loved the world.
You say, I don't think I'm valued that much.
Oh, you don't?
What is your soul worth?
If you took all the oil, and all the gold, and all the silver, and all the copper, and all the minerals, and all of the elements of this world, you took all the economies of this world, the economy of the US, and of China, and of Singapore, and of Australia, take all the economies of Europe, take all of the businesses, and all of the money, take all the cash out of your bank accounts and 401Ks, and the equities of all your homes, and all the worth of this world, and you add it up into a monetary figure,
Jesus said, if you gained all of that and lost your soul, you would be profited nothing.
Amen.

How valuable is your soul?
I'll tell you how valuable it was.
You know how you can fix a price on something?
You know what something is worth?
Something is worth what somebody is willing to pay for it.
I'll tell you what your soul was worth.
It was worth God bankrupting heaven with the glories of Jesus and Him shedding His own blood for your soul.
That's the value of one.
Thank God for that.
I'm assuming you're just kind of marinating in that right now because you're just looking at me like you're just waking up this morning.
I don't know.
But here is the treasure.
In fact, look over at chapter 1, verse 27, to whom God would make known what is the riches of His glory.
See the word riches?
In chapter 1, verse 27, the riches of His glory.
Look at chapter 2, in verse number 3, in whom, Jesus, are hid all the treasures of wisdom.
So who is the treasure that we're talking about today?
Number one, you.
Number two, Him.
He's the treasure.
You were his treasure, he got you.
He is your treasure, you got him.
Christ moved into you and you moved into him.
When you moved into him, you got all the treasures of God.
When he got you, he got all the treasures that he wanted.
Listen, this is the treasure.
And now Paul's saying, protect that.
Don't get carried away.
Don't get looted.
Don't get spoiled.
By the way, why did he say that?
You know what Jesus called the devil in John 10?
Jesus called the devil the thief.
Who has come to steal, to kill, and to destroy.
Now let me tell you Satan's M.O.
Satan wants to steal before he kills.
He always steals before he kills.
He told Peter, he said, Simon, Simon, Jesus said, Simon, Simon, Satan has desired to have you.
He wants to take you so that he can sift you.
He wants to steal you from me and destroy you.
Many of us don't realize that Satan is already at work as the thief in our life, and he is stealing right now.
Some of you, he's already stolen from.
You say, what do you mean?
Let me ask you a question.
Where's your first love?
Many of us don't even realize it, but he has stolen away our first love.
He's already beginning to move us away from Jesus Christ because we are no longer now in love with Him.
We're in love with our own things.
We're in love with our own wills.
We're in love with our own desires.
We're in love with our own things.
We've lost that first love.
Now, you say, well, man, I have all my doctrine right.
The Church of Ephesus had all their doctrine right.
They dotted all of their I's, crossed all their T's.
They put the little curly Q on all their Q's.
They did everything right.
They had it all together.
They labored.
They worked.
They had ministry and all of that.
But they didn't love Jesus with all their heart.
Satan had stolen away their first love.
And when he begins to steal that away from you, then he'll destroy you.
Is everybody with me right now?
So listen, don't let him steal what Christ has purchased.
You are the treasure, and do not let the devil.
Beware!
So let me give you number one.
Here's the warning today.
The warning is to beware.
To beware lest we get carried away.
Now let me tell you three ways that Paul mentioned here that Christians get carried away.
Number one, through philosophies.
Number two, through traditions of men.
Number three, through the rudiments of the world.
We're going to explain those very quickly.
Number one, philosophies.
The Greek word philosophy simply means lover of wisdom.
To love wisdom.
And there's nothing wrong with loving wisdom, as long as you love the right wisdom.
The Bible says in the book of James, there is a wisdom that comes from above.
You can only get it from God.
If any man lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally.
Listen, you know what God wants?
God wants you to have His wisdom.
You know why?
He wants you to think like Him.
He wants you to know like Him.
He wants you to understand like Him.
He wants you to love like Him.
He wants you to have His mind.
And the wisdom that is from above is first pure.
It's peaceable.
It's easy to be entreated.
It's filled with patience.
It's filled with all the good things.
That wisdom teaches us to live the life of godliness.
We need that wisdom.
How many need that wisdom?
I need that wisdom.
I ask for wisdom every day.
I'm many times I'm sitting in a counseling session.
I'm talking with somebody and while I'm talking, I'm listening, but I'm also talking to the Lord and I'm saying, Lord, I need wisdom here.
I need your mind on this.
Help me to understand this your way.
We need wisdom.
There's times as a husband, I'm dealing with something with Michelle and I'm praying, Lord, give me wisdom and give us wisdom as we deal with this matter.
I prayed as a parent, God, give me wisdom for my children.
I pray for wisdom all day long.
I ask God and God gives it to you.
He wants you to have it, but wait a minute.
James also warned that there's a wisdom from beneath, and it's a wisdom that is sensual, it's earthly, and it's devilish.
What do you mean sensual?
It's sensual because it's a wisdom that it goes to our senses.
It's what we think and what we feel and what we see.
And what we can experience.
Let me tell you something.
I'm not saved today because I feel saved.
I'm saved today by faith because God says I'm saved.
I don't have a sensual salvation.
I have a salvation.
I'm saved even when I don't feel like it.
Amen!
So, I'm saved!
So, the philosophy that he was talking about here was this philosophy that came from Greek.
It was Greek philosophy.
Let me tell you what the Greeks had done.
Way back when, when the scriptures, the Old Testament scriptures were translated into Greek into the Septuagint, philosophers of Greece went into the Old Testament scriptures and took Traditional scriptural truth and they turned it into allegories.
They turned it into meanings that fit into man's intellectual thing.
They didn't take the scripture literally.
They approached it philosophically.
And they didn't really believe that God literally created the world in seven days or six days.
They didn't really believe that God flooded the world and Noah got into an ark.
They didn't really believe that God had called out Abraham.
These were all symbolisms and allegories, and they synthesized Greek philosophy with scriptural truth, and they begin to work into this philosophical thing.
And by the way, it's in our world today.
I mentioned a name in our first service.
I'll mention it here.
It may make some people mad.
But in our world of politics today, there are people, guys like Jordan Peterson, who are incredible intellectuals and great philosophers.
But what they have done is, Jordan Peterson does not know Jesus Christ.
But he's taken the Bible and he has tried to get man's mind around these truths and he's turned it into allegorical, philosophical truths to line it up with a conservative culture.
Well, let me tell you something.
Jesus did not come in to fit into a conservative culture.
Jesus came in to transform culture.
He didn't fit into cultures, and that's what philosophy does.
Philosophy was, they tried to take these truths and meld them into allegorical things that would fit into their culture.
Let me tell you, that's why the Greeks would sit up on Mars Hill in Athens, and they would hear new things.
They would talk these great swelling intellectual words.
There was one great intellectual of the past, one great philosopher of the past.
He said, I think every man should get married.
Because if he gets a good wife, he'll enjoy life.
And if he gets a bad one, he'll become a philosopher.
And so, philosophy is man's best way to synthesize spiritual truth into human thought.
Now, I know that's kind of deep stuff.
But the Bible says you better protect yourself and beware lest philosophies carry you away from Christ.
Let me just tell you something right now.
I know a lot of people who are great intellectuals who believe in Jesus.
And I know people who are not intellectuals who believe in Jesus.
I've met people who had PhDs and more degrees behind their name than a thermometer, and they knew and loved the Lord.
And I've met people that didn't even graduate.
My mother never got out of sixth grade.
But my mother knew God.
And my mother had spiritual truth in her life.
Because this book is not intellectually understood.
It is spiritually discerned.
And don't you get carried away with trying to figure it all out.
You faith it out, you don't figure it out.
God will lead you.
God will guide you.
God will give you understanding.
God leads His people step by step by step.
Let me tell you something.
People think that those of us who live by faith, that we're just taking a leap in the dark.
Living by faith is not a leap in the dark.
It is a step in the light.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.
We're not ignoramuses.
We didn't have to check our brain to get saved.
The gospel is the most reasonable thing you can imagine.
But you don't come to gospel with reason.
You come to gospel and come to Christ by faith.
You take a step in the light.
Amen.
So he said, beware of the philosophy.
Then he said, number two, beware of traditions.
That's the paradosis.
That's the Greek word, paradosis.
You say, what does that mean?
Paradosis is a word translated into traditions.
And in the New Testament, it can simply be a good thing or a bad thing.
There were good traditions.
Paul said to Timothy, follow the traditions that have been handed down to you.
Now what he meant was, there were things that God had given to the apostles that had become doctrines of the church.
They were not yet written in scripture.
So these were traditions that we were doing in our New Testament churches before they had a complete copy of the scripture.
And he said, follow those traditions because they've been handed down faithfully from the Lord through faithful men.
Paul said, this is a, let me give you a quote on this.
Paul said this, this is a faithful saying, And worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.
Now, Paul was telling him, don't leave these traditions that we're preaching, because we're preaching the Word of God.
Now, in that sense, a tradition that lines up with the Scripture is a good tradition.
It's a good paradosis.
But there were other traditions that are bad traditions, because they didn't come from the Scripture, but they were given equal authority with the Scripture.
This is where religion comes in.
Now, we're not following Christ, we're following a religion.
We're following a tradition that's been handed down, and the tradition means more to us than what the Scripture.
Do you know how many times I've sat down with a religious person, and I have heard their traditions, and then I have taken them through the Bible and showed them where the Bible counteracted and contradicted their tradition, and they said, I'm gonna side with my tradition?
The tradition takes more authority.
Let me give you an example in the Bible.
The Pharisees did this.
The Pharisees were ardent believers and followers of the Old Testament Scriptures, but they had changed those Scriptures into their own traditions.
They had become Judaism and not followers of God.
And they had perverted that.
So, Jesus came in and he said to them, Oh, you think you follow the old doctrines?
You follow the Scriptures?
And they said, Yeah, we have the Scriptures.
And Jesus said, Okay.
How come you don't honor your parents?
Now, let me just tell you what that meant in the Old Testament, to honor your parents.
God never intended, and in some cases it has to happen, but God never intended for aging parents to take care of their children.
It wasn't parents' responsibility to take care of their children in their old age.
It was children's responsibility to take care of their parents.
Now, we don't have that in our culture today.
In America, we just want to put our parents away.
They're a bother.
We'll get somebody else to take care of it.
Listen, God's Word to you is to give value and honor to your mother and father and to honor them.
So let me tell you how the Pharisees created a tradition that circumvented the Scripture.
They looked at all their money and they said, And Jesus called him out on that.
He said, you're looking at all of your stuff and you're saying Corbin.
They said, what does that mean?
When a Pharisee said, his mom and dad came to him and they were old.
They could no longer work.
And they said, son, we have need.
We're going to, we're going to lose our house.
We have no food.
And he would say, oh, mom and dad, Corbin, Corbin, all my goods are dedicated to God.
I'm sorry.
They're his.
I cannot give them to you for they are his.
And they learned to circumvent their responsibility in a dedication to God.
What an insult to God.
What an insult to God to put God's name on disobedience.
By the way, that's what a lot of traditions do.
And that's why you have to be very careful that you're not just a follower of tradition, but that you're a follower of Jesus Christ.
Paul said, don't you get spoiled and carried away by philosophies and by traditions of men.
Jesus, in fact, looked at those Pharisees after that lesson and he said, you teach the traditions of men for the commandments of God.
You're taking what God commanded and putting traditions of men on equal plane.
And I want to tell you something, they're not on equal plane.
You know, Jesus never did get angry with anyone except for the religious people.
Because they were taking God's Word and making it a traditional followership.
So, God said, Paul said, philosophies will carry you away, traditions will carry you away, and then look at the third thing.
He said, the rudiments of the world.
Now that's a great word, because I love this.
This is hard to be understood, and when you get into it, you understand.
This is Paul being very sarcastic.
I like that Paul was kind of sarcastic.
He kind of just had a little backhand sarcasm in there to these people because he used the Greek word for rudiments here.
He used the word stoicism.
How many of you ever remember hearing the word stoic?
The stoics.
Remember these?

Well, I found a wall.
Welcome back to Just a Forum Talk Radio.
We're going right back over to Pastor Dean Miller from his sermon from Colossians from Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Our services are Sundays, 9, 30 a.m.
and 11 if you want to check it out.
But let's go right back to him and his sermon from Colossians.
These were the guys up on Mars Hill with the philosophers and the Stoics, and they were all intellectually teaching and learning new things.
They prided themselves in their great wisdom and their great ability, and it was called Stoicism.
Paul said, you know what it really is?
It's rudiments.
Stoicism is rudiments.
What does that mean?
It means the ABCs.
It's the basic learnings of all of your high learning.
He said, all these Gnostics are coming to the church trying to teach you all these great philosophies.
They're nothing more than just the repetition of the ABCs.
They're teaching you nothing.
You know what you get when you follow philosophy?
At the end of the day, you're just chasing the wind.
You know how I know that?
Solomon did that.
Solomon pursued all this learning, and he said, at the end of it, he said, I grasped all of that, and I looked in my hand, and it was a vapor.
It was vanity.
I caught the wind.
I had nothing.
I chased all of this, and I had nothing.
So Paul said, Stoicism, traditions, philosophy, they're going to carry you away from Christ.
But look at the end of verse 8.
He said, beware, here's the warning, beware, lest any man spoil you of these things.
And at the end he said, these are the rudiments of the world and not after Christ.
Now church, listen to me very carefully.
This is the distinguishing mark of what it means to be a Christian.
I told you, number one, there was the warning.
Let me give you the last thing and we're going home.
This is the wealth.
Paul's going to talk about the wealth.
Don't let them carry you away, because you're a treasure to Christ, and Christ is a treasure to you.
And he's gonna talk about the wealth that you have, knowing Jesus Christ.
The wealth that you are, and the wealth that you have.
And here's what he said.
He said, we're not following these things, we're following Christ.
Everybody look right up here for just a minute.
Don't miss what I'm gonna tell you right now.
We, as Christians, are not following the teachings of Jesus Christ.
You can follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and go to hell.
Jesus didn't say, come follow my doctrines, follow my teachings.
Jesus said, come follow me.
Christianity is an encounter with Jesus Christ.
It is meeting Him.
We're not saved by a plan of salvation.
We're saved by the man of salvation.
We're not saved by a prayer.
We're not saved by a creed.
We're not saved by anything that we've done.
We're saved by faith in Jesus Christ alone.
We've met Him.
And unbelievers, listen, unbelievers think we're crazy when we say that we know Jesus.
They think we're crazy, we know Jesus.
You know why?
Because there's not one Muslim in the world that knows Muhammad.
They don't know Muhammad.
They've never heard his voice.
They've never learned from Him.
They've learned about Him.
They've never learned Him.
There's not one Buddhist in the world that has ever met Buddha, ever heard Buddha speak.
There's not one follower of any religion that has ever met that leader of religion.
But let me tell you something, I met Jesus and I know him.
Jesus said, my sheep, my sheep hear my voice and they learn of me.
I want to tell you, this morning I got up and I got a cup of coffee and I sat on the couch this morning and I opened up this book.
And I began to read, and I want to tell you, I began to hear from Jesus.
And He began to warm my heart.
And as my heart began to warm up, it began to pour out of my eyes.
I began to weep over things that I was reading in the Word of God, that God was showing me, and Jesus Christ was speaking to my heart.
And oh, He began to teach me this morning, and speak to me this morning.
He gave me comfort.
He gave me cheer.
He convicted me.
His Word instructed me.
And then I got on my knees, and I talked to Him.
I spoke with Christ.
Fellowship with him.
I know him.
I love him.
He loves me.
I'm not just following what he taught.
I'm following him.
I love him and I know him and listen to me.
That's why the Bible says in Matthew 7, many will stand before me one day and say, Lord, Lord, have we not done all these things in your name?
But I never knew you.
I never knew you.
You say, yeah, but I'm in church.
Listen, a mouse can get in a cookie jar, but it ain't a cookie.
You can come to church.
Let me tell you something, the Lord's not trying to get you into church, He's trying to get you into Christ.
If you get into Christ, you'll follow Him and into His church.
I can go stand in my garage today and I'm not a car.
To know Christ and to follow Christ, that's what it means to be a Christian.
There are many people who say, well, I'm following His doctrine, I'm following His teaching.
Wait a minute, we're not called to follow that, we're called to follow Him.
And if we follow Him, we'll follow His teaching and His doctrine, but you've got to know Him.
And you really can't ever understand His doctrine or His teachings until you know Him.
Somebody came to me one time, and by the way, don't misunderstand.
There's a lot of stuff in this book I don't understand.
Because I don't need to understand it yet.
And by the way, why would God ever give me new truth if I haven't obeyed the truth He's already given me?
I told my wife one time, I said, you know, I don't need to hear another sermon.
I just need to do the things I already know to do.
I'd be a good Christian if I would just be obedient to what I've already heard.
How many of you have that witness right now with me?
Okay.
Amen.
The rest of you who didn't raise your hand, get your halo off.
It's hung up on your horns there.
Get it down.
Somebody came to me and said, man, I read, I read, and I just, man, I can't, I can't figure anything out.
I said, well, you need to talk to the author.
You know, can you imagine if you were reading a book, and you weren't getting anywhere, and you just, you knew the author of the book, you could just call them and say, hey, what did you mean on page 30?
And they could explain it to you.
Wouldn't that be great?
Well, let me tell you something.
The Bible says that when we get saved, the Holy Spirit moves into us, Jesus comes into us.
Well, I have the author living in me, and I'm reading that, and I'm, sometimes I read it, and I think, oh, I better skip over that.
And he'll say, uh-uh, you need to go back and read that again.
Because that's talking to you.
Mark Twain one time said, it's not the parts of the Bible that I don't understand that bother me, it's the parts of the Bible I do understand that bother me.
Now I'm just telling you right now, we have a treasure today, and that treasure is that we follow Christ.
We do not just hold to the doctrines of Christ, we have Christ.
We do not just follow the teachings of Christ, we have Christ.
How many of you understand that point?
So I want you to examine your heart right now.
Do I know Him?
Do I know Christ?
Not just about Him, but do I know Him?
Let me show you the treasure that He's talking about here.
Look at verse number 9.
He said in verse 9, For in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead.
You say, what does that mean?
Number one, I want you to understand this.
Here's the treasure that we have in Christ.
Full deity.
Christ is all God.
All that is God is in Christ.
You say, I want to know what God is like.
Then look to Jesus.
Philip said, Philip said, Jesus, just show us the Father and that'll suffice us.
And Jesus said, Philip, when you've seen me, you've seen the Father.
That God was in Christ and Christ is God, all of God.
He is the creator.
Listen, in the very beginning, when God created the heavens and the earth, who did that?
Jesus did.
When God said, let there be light, who was that?
It was Christ.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, and all things were made by Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made.
He is the Creator.
He is God.
He hung the galaxies in space.
He is the Maker of the stars.
He named them.
He numbered them.
He stretched out the infinite space in the span of His hand.
He is very God of very gods.
Christ is God.

Full deity.
We're not following some prophet who's telling us about God.
We're following God Himself.
He is God.
But notice this.
Full deity.
Real humanity.
Look at verse number 9.
The fullness of the Godhead bodily.
You see that?
Bodily.
God came in a body.
Jesus was not only all God, He was all man.
Thank God for that.
You and I get tired, He got tired.
He got hungry, we get hungry.
He was thirsty, we get thirsty.
He was lonely, we get lonely.
He was rejected, we've been rejected.
He buried loved ones, we've buried loved ones.
Jesus experienced temptations like we do, yet without sin.
He couldn't sin because He was God, but He was tempted because He was man.
He was hungry and fed others.
He was thirsty and gave living water to others.
He died but raised others.
Listen to me.
He understands what it is to be a human.
He understands your infirmities.
He understands your difficulties.
He understands your thoughts and your trials and your temptations.
Oh, listen, we do not have a God who's unattached from us.
We have a God who became us.
He was all deity, but yes, humanity.
And notice verse 10.
And ye are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power.
Every spiritual thing, every spiritual being, every creature, every creature in heaven and on earth, every angel, every demon, Satan, and the Father, all that is God, all that is evil, all the principalities and all the powers, He is above it all.
You understand that?
Everything is subjected all powers being given to him.
So what does this mean?
He was full deity He was real humanity, but listen to me church.
He has complete adequacy That's a little deep of a word, but watch this complete adequacy.
What does this mean?
he's the head of everything and watch this and he has made you complete in him and You are complete.
Listen to me.
I wanted to preach a pirate theme today because the word spoil is actually the word booty.
And that's a pirate word.
And then the word complete is a nautical term.
It means a ship fully laden and seaworthy and in ship shape.
It's a ship that has everything for the journey.
That's what complete means.
Everything that's needed and necessary for the journey.
Listen, I love to go on the water, but if somebody came and said, hey, I got an old leaky boat, I'm not going to take it out on the water.
I'm not going to get on a boat that doesn't have any gas in it or any supplies in it.
And I mean, I want to go, I want to make sure we got what we need, right?
And here's the thing, we are complete in Jesus Christ.
We have everything we need.
Listen to me very carefully.
You do not need more of Jesus.
You can't get any more of Him than you already got when you're saved.
You can't get any more of Christ than what you have.
We do not, listen, we do not grow by addition.
We grow by nutrition.
My daughter Deanna is having our third grandbaby.
I said, we're having a little girl this time.
We got two boys.
Now we're having a little girl.
She sent me a picture last night.
She was sitting on her couch and she had a bowl of Rocky Road ice cream sitting on her belly.
And I said, D, you're just exactly like me.
I have a bowl of ice cream sitting on my belly.
She said, yeah, but mine's kicking the bowl of ice cream.
I said, that little girl saying, get it down here right now.
I want it.
Now listen, when that little girl's born, 10 fingers, 10 toes, kind of everything that a human needs.
And we get her, we're not going to go, Ah!
She has no teeth!
She needs teeth!
Listen, she has teeth.
They're there.
And as she grows in nutrition, she'll grow those.
We don't need to go get her extra teeth.
She's got them.
She's going to have everything she needs for the growth.
She's going to grow, not by adding.
She's not going to add an arm and add a leg later.
She's not going to add things in.
She's got everything.
She's complete.
She's got everything she needs, and now she grows by nutrition.
Let me tell you why many Christians don't grow.
We don't grow because we're not feeding on Christ and in His Word and walking in Him and growing to know Him.
He's not being formed in us.
Paul said, I'm laboring and travailing until Christ be formed in you.
God's desire is to grow you up in Jesus Christ, to grow Christ in you.
Listen to me.
Here's what I'm simply saying.
Here's the whole message, and we're going to look at it, and we're going to examine our own hearts.
The message is this.
You have everything you need in Christ.
You have everything.
Listen, do you understand, church?
Do you understand who's living in you?
You say, yeah, Christ is in my heart.
The fullness of God is in you.
God lives in you.
The powers that made the universe is in you.
God dwells in you, in a body.
He did it before, He does it now.
He did it in His body, He is now living in our body.
What?
Know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, which you have of God?
And you are not your own, you've been bought with a price.
You're a treasure and you have God dwelling in you, all of Him.
Why in the world would we be filled with our own ideas, our own ambitions, our own ideas, our own desires?
Why would we be filled with our own attitudes and our own hearts?
Oh God, deliver us from that!
And may we grow up in Christ and be filled with Him!
Your mind, your heart, your desires, your thoughts, this wisdom, this treasure, these riches, I have God living in me!
You can take God home with you today, and bring Him into your home, and into your marriage, and into your children, into your circumstances.
He wants to be a part of your life.
Teenager, whatever you're dealing with, God wants to help you in that.
You can take him to school tomorrow.
He can walk with you in his hallways.
He can deal with you in your trials and temptations.
You have God in you, widow lady.
You can go home today, and you're not going to go home alone.
You're taking God in there with you.
You're filled with the fullness of God.
Don't let anyone spoil you from that.
How would we ever let anyone divorce us from the treasures that we have in Christ?

Now I'll say this, if you don't know Him as Lord and Savior, you're not.
You can try to figure Him out up here, but you've got to come to Him by faith.
You gotta believe Him.
You gotta trust Him.

You gotta come to Him and say, Lord, I want You.
Save me.

And He'll do it.

Our Father, I pray today that you would speak to every heart, Lord, mine included.
I pray today that we would know the fullness of the Spirit of God, that we would have Christ dwelling in our hearts richly, Lord, that we would grow in this life.
Lord, don't let these foolish things of this world carry us away.
I pray that we would be growing in the Lord.
I pray today for those that don't know Christ as Savior.
Our heads are bowed, our eyes are closed.

Open your heart.
Say a prayer.
Repent of your sin.

And once you do that, you'll see things change.

God works in different ways with different people, but however it happens for you, your life can change in a way that you may not expect.
