	Welcome to another Just Informed Talk Radio show.
	I'm your host, Craig James, and we have a show for you here today that you're not going to want to miss.
	We're going to be talking about everything that went down on Capitol Hill yesterday, the hearings that took place.
	Again, we're very interesting, yet, you know, I still get that same feeling that it's all a whole bunch of talk and a whole lot of inaction.
	So, that's really what we get from Congress, so we're used to that.
	We understand that's the norm.
	Our expectations should be lowered in that regard.
	Congress is nothing more than a symbolic body that has no real power, at least at this point, except to pass laws that decap the American citizenry and put us further in debt.
	And that's something they're great at doing and really effective at as well.
	But you know, when it comes to actually going after the corruption within the federal government, they're really good at giving long, Very heavily worded speeches about how bad it is, yet doing nothing because, I mean, again, I don't want to blame everyone in Congress, because that would be, I think, more of a pessimistic way of looking at it.
	Let's assume the best intentions from those involved.
	And let's just say the system itself is broken because how do you get a corrupt system to go after itself?
	Right?
	I mean, that's the conundrum that we're facing.
	How do you get the DOJ, which is wildly corrupt, to investigate itself?
	It's a very difficult question to answer, I think.
	That's why I like people like Ivan Raklin, who is a former Green Beret, and an attorney who has been very much a proponent of a plan that I proposed a long time ago as well, which is the idea that we need constitutional sheriffs to start enforcing the laws that our federal government will not.
	And enforcing the laws in ways that hold to account the federal law enforcement officials and their corrupt cronies in the Deep State Uniparty bureaucracy.
	And I know that there are a lot of, you know, agencies within our government that have a license to kill and a license to steal and a license to lie and cheat.
	But At what point does that roll off the rails so far that we realize the train has crashed, right?
	Meaning, the train being our constitutional republic, it is so far away from the Constitution that it's almost impossible to imagine how we've gotten here, except that it's been a slow crawl.
	There's been a lot of propaganda.
	There's been a lot of lies.
	There's been a lot of deception, a lot of gaslighting, a lot of manipulation, a lot of everything.
	Um, and interestingly enough, the hearing yesterday was with Merrick Garland, the disgruntled United States Attorney General who has a vendetta against Trump because when Trump took office, his So, this is really the danger of our republic right now.
	to become a United States justice in the Supreme Court.
	So this is really the danger of our republic right now.
	The danger our republic faces mainly is this constant infighting, which is only based on political agendas.
	Everybody has an agenda that they want to affect, and if they don't get it, then they will burn it down.
	Like a toddler having a tantrum when they don't get their way, these people...
	Will destroy the country to make sure that nobody gets their way, right?
	Nobody gets to have a country if they can't have it.
	And that's the fundamental difference I've seen between the conservative right and the liberal quote-unquote left.
	It's simply that they have a propensity toward violence that we have not had.
	And people will say, oh, well, January 6th, January 6th, that was, that was basically 9-11 and Pearl Harbor combined, Craig.
	Are you crazy?
	And I would say, no, really?
	Because I remember 2020 very differently, right?
	As far as I was concerned, after what I saw in 2019 and 2020, in the lead up to quote unquote, the insurrection, um, The insurrection, quote-unquote, was nothing compared to what I saw happen in cities across the United States.
	Violence.
	I mean, violence on a level that you could not imagine.
	And it was all intentionally done by our adversaries.
	I'm of the firm belief now With hindsight being 2020, that our enemies as well as our enemies domestic and foreign seized on the opportunity to attack Trump because he sought to make our country great again.
	And I don't mean that they hate, you know, this whole like, oh, make America great again is racist.
	No, no, no.
	He sought to make our country great again, as in to make it a singular world power.
	And our enemies couldn't stand that.
	A, our domestic enemies, those in our government and corporations and in other globalist institutions who had sold us out to the highest bidder.
	They had a vested stake in disrupting the elections and causing chaos and turmoil and destroying this nation until they got their way.
	And B, our outside adversaries like China, who were being sanctioned and had, you know, all of these tariffs put on them.
	Uh, to essentially even out the trade disparagement that had been taking place, you know, for so long, where China was just robbing us, essentially blind.
	They were stealing our IP, intellectual property.
	They were getting all of these, you know, World Trade Organization favors for, you know, carve-outs so they didn't have to play by the same rules.
	And Trump said, no more.
	So what do you think they did?
	That's the thing, like, people don't understand.
	It wasn't just our own domestic enemies, it was the foreign enemies as well.
	I mean, you had China... Look at what communists did in the Russians in the 70s and 80s during the Cold War.
	What do you think they did with the Black Panthers?
	They were working with Black Panthers in the United States to disrupt our government, right?
	You don't think China was doing the same thing?
	I mean, we look at the Confucius Institutes and the higher learning facilities across the nation.
	So, it was a two-pronged attack.
	And, of course, we, most Americans, are just asleep to this whole thing.
	They have no idea.
	And if they do have an idea, they see a very You know, kind of cursory glance of it all.
	They don't understand the nuance and depth and complexity, but we'll try to break it down here.

	Yeah, I think that's a fair assessment of it all.

	Shout out to everybody I met down at the Naturally Inspired Health Summit on this last Saturday.
	It was a blast and I really enjoyed getting to hang out with some of you guys, listeners.
	And I really enjoyed it.
	So thank you for that.
	All right.
	So I told you we're going to play some of these clips from the hearing that took place on or yesterday on Capitol Hill with Merrick Garland.
	Now, interestingly enough, you know, there's there's always two sides to every story.
	And sometimes I listen to the other side and I just think they're living in a separate reality from where we're at.
	Intentionally, unintentionally, ignorantly, or maliciously, it doesn't matter.
	They just are on a different planet, you know?
	Perhaps that's how they feel about us.
	I'm sure it is to a degree, some people.
	But when you understand that there's a very heavy reliance on the divide and conquer principle happening within our country right now, they want us to continually fight one another.
	And I want to try to break away from that Impulse because I'll give you an example just to give you an update on what's happening online.
	You know, the censorship is really kicking in.
	We talked about it in yesterday's show briefly.
	InfoWars, they're attacking now, trying to shut down the studio, trying to put it basically under lock and key so it cannot operate.
	You had the CFO from the Epoch Times coming under indictment.
	He's going to be going under trial for some sort of money laundering scheme.
	Who knows if it's true or not.
	That's really the danger when you weaponize an institution like the Department of Justice, is that even if these people are criminals, we cannot take you seriously knowing how corrupt you've been in so many other arenas, right?
	And that's all by design.
	It's the same reason why they say defund the police while they have, you know, Soros-backed DAs go into power, like here in Colorado and other places.
	They're not DAs here.
	We've got the Secretary of State and then the Governor and all these other cronies who get put in positions of power and then immediately undermine the legitimacy of the institution itself.
	And this creates distrust, this creates chaos, and it's all intentional because from, from their own words, you know, out from or out of chaos, order out of chaos, right, is what they say.
	So this is what they want.
	And they at the same time always want us divided.
	They want us fighting each other.
	And I think that's something that we should all be paying very close attention to, especially in our own lives.
	They want you to go home at Thanksgiving or Christmas and yell at your family members.
	And maybe you're yelling at them rightfully so, if they believe crazy things that they shouldn't believe.
	But we've wandered so far away from what I believe that the true definition of freedom is, right?
	And, you know, freedom is having your individual free will.
	That is paramount for freedom to exist.
	But in a society where free will is relegated to Little more than, you know, you have the right to submit to a tyrannical government who wants to subjugate you and experiment on you and feed you poison and poison your air and poison your water and
	Do horrible things to unborn children and, you know, normalize the worship of demons and idols.
	There has to come a point at which you say no more, right?
	And everything that we saw in this hearing, you know, I have a tendency to get on these tangents and go down these holes, but With Merrick Garland, I think kind of encompasses where we're at societally.
	So the disparate realities exist.
	Merrick Garland, ignorantly or malevolently, whichever one, I'm assuming malevolently, but, you know, these people aren't the brightest apples in the bunch.
	We all know that.
	Sometimes they're chosen because of their ignorance and stupidity.
	Look at Kamala Harris.
	But regardless of how you see it, he gets up in front of Congress and gives this full lengthy testimony that, you know, he will not be intimidated, and he will not be coerced, and he will not be threatened, and it's like...
	There's a tactic that we all are very aware of.
	It's written about in a book by Saul Alinsky called Rules for Radicals.
	It's kind of like the Communist Manifesto, if you will, a sort of Communist Manifesto offshoot, where by a tactic of deception, And to disarm your enemy, which in this case the enemy of the communist is the free man, that they will in fact accuse you of doing things that they themselves are engaged in, right?
	I mean, this is something they do often, and they've done it to a point now where it's almost predictable, right?
	If a Democrat gets found out or caught doing something criminal, then it's only a matter of time before they accuse you of doing it.
	I'll give you an example.
	Here's an example.
	So, with Donald Trump, right?
	We had all this information come out about Joe Biden and these horrible things that his daughter wrote about him in her diary, which was made public because of her own neglect and because it was just a piece of information that became publicly known.
	Where, you know, she said at a young age, Joe Biden showered with her inappropriately and this was a form of abuse that she, you know, felt made her sexualized at a young age.
	Okay.
	And then you have also, you know, Hunter Biden calling his father pedo Peter and is in his contact list, which we'll get into that a little later because I do want to talk about Hunter Biden's trial, which you'll never believe it, but guess what?
	They've admitted into evidence in the trial against Hunter Biden, his laptop that they told us was fake before the 2020 election.
	Huh?
	That's interesting.
	We'll talk about that later.
	But taking Joe Biden and then on top of that, the videos of Joe Biden groping children, sniffing kids, doing weird, creepy things with children.
	You know, you take all of that in its entirety and you really do start to understand that this man is a sick, sick man.
	And then you couple that with what we know about Epstein.
	And what these elites do, like Bill Clinton and others, who go to an island to presumably, you know, rape children, and how, you know, just like Maxwell's the first person to ever get convicted for sex trafficking no one to no one, right?
	Anyway, they're doing all of these things.
	And then, They put together this story using some, you know, being, just being honest, washed up models from some Miss Teen USA pageant who were paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to come out by, you know, these fake news organizations and say, Donald Trump looked at us while we were undressing during the Miss Teen USA pageant.
	And, but that's the tactic, right?
	So we have all this evidence of these crimes that have been committed by the left in this pattern of behavior, which shows a propensity toward this disgusting, you know, assault on children.
	And immediately, you know, the press manufactures a story that Trump was looking at women, looking at teen girls dressing in a dressing room before a contest that he was running for beauty.
	And then so they equate those as equal and say, well, you know, all sides are really doing it, but then they also at the same time dismiss the fact that Biden's even doing it.
	I mean, you had the intelligence agency come out and sign a letter saying that Hunter Biden's laptop was not real.
	Now you have to ask yourself some really serious questions at that point because They said it had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation operation.
	And these are like the top intelligence leaders in our country saying this in an open letter before the 2020 election to undercut the validity of a story that was breaking that would have swayed millions of votes one way or another.
	Right?
	Are they ignorant?
	Are they that dumb?
	Or are they that evil and malicious?
	That's the question you really have to ask yourself, whichever one you want to believe.
	Because now we know, which we've known for a while, but now the Hunter Biden laptop has been entered as a fact into evidence in a trial against Hunter Biden.
	Think about that.
	So they told us it was all a lie.
	And it turned out it was 100% true.
	So, again, I'm kind of getting off on a tangent here, but the point is that every time they're doing something, they accuse you of doing what they are doing.
	It's a way of disarming you.
	It's a way of disarming your contention about them, your argument against them.
	It's a way of selling an alternate narrative to people who are all too willing to believe anything but the truth because of cognitive dissonance or political bias or a combination of both.
	And it's an effective tactic and strategy that is working very well, might I add, on a lot of people.
	So, it's something that, once you understand it, It all becomes so clear how the testimony I'm going to play for you, how it's all meant to work and operate.
	Now, in all fairness, I want to make sure that I play both sides of it so I can't be accused of, you know, cherry-picking what I want.
	I'm just going to play you some of the highlights, but I will play a portion of Merrick Garland's opening remarks.
	Why, you ask?
	I know it's full of lies.
	I know it's infuriating.
	But I'm intentionally showing you what he said so that you can understand clearly what the opposition narrative is, what most people, the unassuming masses who, as I said before, whether it's the unassuming masses who, as I said before, whether it's because of their cognitive dissonance or political bias, are incapable of seeing the lies sown in.
	I'll show it to you when we come back.
	I'll play it and then we'll play some of the counterpoints delivered by Matt Gaetz and Jim Jordan.
	And again, you know, it's frustrating because it's Congress, right?
	Nothing's gonna happen.
	These guys just all I mean, Joe Biden could be literally slaughtering puppies and they would just write a strongly worded letter saying, you know, Joe Biden slaughtering puppies on live TVs is a disgusting display of how un-American the Democrats are.
	And it's like, dude, he's killing puppies.
	We should probably try to stop him.

	Now, like I said before the last break, we're going to play a short clip here of some of the opening remarks.
	From Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland, who told Congress that he will not be intimidated and that the Justice Department will not be intimidated after they asked him to release the audio recording of President Biden's interview with the special counsel that came out and investigated his corruption in dealing with the documents.
	Now, there's obviously a double standard here where you have President Trump Having an FBI team, and I'm only laughing because it's so crazy and absurd, kicking in his door and stealing the documents out of his home, and meanwhile Joe Biden has coordinated a very subtle and easy transition where he just turned the documents over peacefully, right?
	But it's not just that, it's that they were doing the exact same thing, presumably, and one was legal and one was not, if you understand the law, yet the one that was legal is now under indictment, and the one that was not legal, there are no indictments.
	And talking about the difference between, you know, Joe Biden and Donald Trump and who, and how they held documents that were quote-unquote classified, right?
	Let's go over and let's listen to a little bit of Mayor Garron's opening remarks here.
	I will not be intimidated and the Justice Department will not be intimidated.
	Thank you, Chairman Jordan, Ranking Member Nadler, and distinguished members of this committee.
	Since I last appeared before you, the more than 115,000 employees of the Department of Justice have continued their work to fulfill our mission on behalf of the American people.
	To keep our country safe, to protect civil rights, and to uphold the rule of law.
	Just 10 days ago, we secured the extradition of one of the lead sicarios, or assassins, of the Sinaloa Cartel, one of the most dangerous drug trafficking organizations in the world.
	Just last month, we secured a 27-year prison sentence for a man who attempted to kill NYPD officers in a terrorist attack in Times Square in 2022.
	I just want to point out that in his opening remarks, you know, he's giving us these, you know, set of accolades that they've done, these achievements that they've accomplished, which, you know, it's so hollow, right?
	We got one of the members of the Sicario cartel and we got him under arrest.
	Oh, really?
	How many members of the Sicario cartel and every other cartel in Mexico are just walking back and forth across our border every day, unchecked, smuggling humans, trafficking, sex trafficking children, smuggling drugs.
	Oh, but you got one of the Sinaloa cartel members?
	Oh, man.
	Congratulations.
	All right, let's just keep playing.
	In just the first three months of this year, we charged seven members of a hacking group Backed by the Chinese government, we disrupted a botnet controlled by Russian intelligence services, and we seized over $108 million and 500,000 barrels of fuel that would otherwise have enabled the government of Iran to further support Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist groups.
	We have continued our work to drive down violent crime, work that we know is paying off.
	Last year's historic decline in homicides The largest one-year decline in 50 years is continuing.
	In the first quarter of this year, we have already seen an 18% drop in murders.
	We know we have much more to do.
	We have also remained steadfast in our commitment to the Justice Department's founding purpose to protect civil rights.
	We have aggressively investigated and prosecuted hate crimes that victimize individuals and terrorize entire communities.
	And we have brought justice to the perpetrators of those crimes.
	Like the woman who was just sentenced to two years in prison.
	The 76-year-old woman, I believe, who was sentenced to two years in prison for praying at an abortion clinic.
	Is that the hate crimes you're prosecuting, Merrick?
	Let's just listen to his examples.
	Like the defendant in Florida who attacked two black women because of the color of their skin.
	The defendant in Michigan who defaced synagogues with swastikas.
	The defendant in Missouri who set fire to a community Islamic center.
	And the defendant in Tennessee who committed a series of arsons targeting Catholic, Methodist, and Baptist churches.
	We have worked to protect the reproductive freedoms that are protected by federal law.
	In Idaho, we sued to ensure that women in the state would have access to the emergency care guaranteed to them under federal law.
	There you have it, folks.
	These are all very, very plain ways of saying, you know, innocuous ways, I should say, of saying that they were protecting the right of Women murder innocent unborn children.
	We have continued to protect the right to vote and to have that vote counted.
	We successfully challenged a redistricting plan in Galveston County, Texas.
	The district court recognized that the plan violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act by depriving the county's black and Latino voters of an equal opportunity to participate in the political process and elect a candidate of their choice.
	We have continued to prosecute fraud, and we have challenged illegal monopolies that drive up prices for consumers.
	This year, we sued to break up Live Nation Ticketmaster.
	That's a good one.
	So they sued to break up live... and other ones, I could comment on all of these things in detail, but the Live Nation one's funny.
	So a bunch of these politicians' daughters couldn't afford or get tickets to Taylor Swift's big concert tour, and so...
	So of course this drove Congress to act because if the politicians who worship Satan can't bring their children to be indoctrinated and cast spells on by a demonic witch who is, you know, The most popular witch in the world, then we need to change the system.
	The system's broken, guys.
	I mean, think about it.
	Our border's wide open.
	Kids are being sex trafficked by the thousands into our country.
	Drugs are being trafficked into our country to kill our youth.
	And what's the DOJ doing?
	Making sure that their kids can get tickets to Taylor Swift, you know?
	So that she can teach them about how to live a terrible lifestyle that will lead to depression and death at an early age.
	Par for the course.
	It's monopoly of the live concert industry.
	And we sued Apple for monopolizing smartphone markets.
	We have also continued to fulfill our responsibility that underlies all of our work to uphold the rule of law.
	That is why we have worked to combat a worrying spike of threats of violence against those who serve the public.
	Those threats have included targeting of members of Congress, police officers, judges, jurors, election workers, and the Justice Department's own employees.
	Let me be clear.
	If anyone threatens public servants with violence, we will hold them accountable.
	Is it violent to say that we want them legally and lawfully held accountable for the crimes that they are committing on a daily basis that violate their constitutional oath and violate the rights of the citizens of the United States?
	I wonder.
	I wonder what Merrick Garland would say to that.
	It'd be interesting.
	We'd probably get put on at least a watch list, right?
	As if I'm not already on a watch list.
	I'm sure some of you are out there.

	These people are psychopaths and they're maniacally driven evil individuals.

	We listened to some of Merrick Garland's opening remarks and just showed you the way that they lie and obfuscate the truth and manipulate and deceive.
	That's what they do.
	To say that you've arrested one member of the Sinaloa cartel It kind of obfuscates the fact that your entire border is wide open and we are being invaded in real time, right?
	Or to say that you're fighting to protect the right of women to have access to health care and reproductive health care, meaning you want to allow women to go and murder babies indiscriminately while they're in the womb.
	These things, folks, I mean, Satan could not have scripted it any better, right?
	And that's what they embrace, that's what they love, that's what they do.
	They see themselves as holier than thou.
	We had a couple texters, one person texted in from the 720 and said, these politicians and public servants have self-appointed themselves to kings and queens, and we the people have allowed it.
	That's the key point.
	We have allowed it.
	The question is, it's not if, but when we eventually take a stand against these criminals legally and lawfully.
	Don't kick in my door, FBI.
	I don't want to be raided.
	Even though they'll raid you for nothing these days, I guess.
	That's the question now in my mind.
	It's not if but when.
	So that is something I see coming down the pipeline.
	And somebody else from the 505 texted me and said that there was an 18% drop in reported murders.
	Yeah, reported murders, right?
	The funny thing is when Merrick Garland and all these these DOJ guys and the Biden White House brags about crime is historically going down now in this country.
	Well, did you mention the fact that most major cities are not even reporting crimes to the people who create the statistics that you're referencing?
	Right?
	Well, you know, that's, that's not important.
	What's important is that statistically crime is going down.
	It's like, well, yeah, I guess crime does go down if you just don't report it.
	I guess we're all just much safer.
	You know, I saw a statistic, a report on statistics on crime come out the other day that said Colorado is like the third most least safe state, right?
	as in the country.
	I'm like, man, how is that possible?
	I mean, I know we're having problems in Colorado.
	Trust me.
	I know that, uh, if you just go take a walk through downtown Denver, if you can make it without getting mugged or stabbed, um, you would see for yourself that things are changing down there.
	But I mean, it is kind of a joke when you're thinking, okay, so we're less safe than all these other States that are obviously way more criminally active.
	Hmm.
	Makes you wonder.
	And then you really wonder, you know, when you look at one of those maps that shows the United States and you see all the red, and then you see the blue, it's a county, like counties in the United States and how they vote.
	And all the, there's just these little blue specks, right?
	Where you have these major cities, high population centers, but then the rest of the country where it's, you know, kind of more rule and Less congested and the demographics are, let's just say, a little different as far as a lot of things.
	But it's peaceful.
	It's calm.
	It's nice.
	It's quiet.
	There's no... There's no violence, really.
	I mean, there's occasionally, everything has, everywhere has bad parts, but it's just so crazy, and then they want to just keep transplanting these major cities across the country, and that's what they're doing in Denver.
	I mean, the people who move here a lot of times are moving here for whatever reason, And it's like Texas and California, like they just bring their politics with them.
	Oh, I can't live in California anymore.
	It's too much crime, too much crime.
	No, absolutely no clue that they, their voting, their political beliefs are what created the crime.
	Their, their rejection of God is what created the crime.
	Or at least the spike in crime, right?
	You reject God, you reject the moral society, you live in a morally relativistic existence and then expect others to, you know, live in the same way, and then you shouldn't be surprised when another person's morals don't line up with your safety and well-being.
	Or your family's safety and well-being.
	Right?
	Anyway, I thought that was interesting.

	Now, this is a bit of an anecdotal story, and I just want to share it real quick because it's happening, and I think it's rather interesting.
	We have... I have a YouTube channel, right?
	I had a YouTube channel that was very big.
	It was a very large, very popular YouTube channel that was, you know, very popular before the 2020 election and it got deleted along with every other major, you know, YouTubers channel who talked about things the government didn't want you to hear about and were not, like, willing to play ball with the censorship regime.
	And that channel was first demonetized, then it was, you know, given all the strikes at once, and then it was deleted.
	And that was a channel called Just Form Talk, and I had, you know, 300,000 subscribers and, you know, 60-plus million views, and it was a pretty substantial channel I'd built up in a couple years, about two or three years, really.
	I'd built that from nothing.
	And that was what happened before the 2020 election.
	And it wasn't just me, it was many other YouTubers who got, you know, basically the same treatment at the same time.
	And when I had that channel, I was also able, fortunately, to build a kind of a backup channel.
	Which was also monetized, and it was a channel I didn't really use often.
	It was just something I kept and had as a channel, and I've done different things with it over the years, but it has about 13,000 or 14,000 subscribers, and it's fully monetized.
	Well, yesterday I got some emails, because I've been posting our shows here from the radio on that channel lately.
	I've just been putting them up there.
	So I got an email yesterday from YouTube.
	Two emails, as a matter of fact.
	One email, which said that I have now lost monetization privileges.
	And I've seen this show before, so I know where this goes.
	They've lost monetization privileges on my channel, right?
	Which is like, okay, that's, you know, tell me something I don't know.
	But then I got another one that said something even more interesting.
	So the first email I got says, just informed our team of policy specialists carefully looked over your channel.
	We found that significant portion of your channel is not in line with the YouTube Partner Program policies.
	As of today, your channel is not eligible to monetize and you will not have access to monetization tools.
	It goes on to basically say that, uh, You know.
	Your channel's demonetized.
	You should not create new or existing channels to get around these restrictions.
	Okay.
	Then, I got an even more interesting email after that.
	To help keep our community safe we limit some of our more powerful features to channels who have built and maintained a positive channel history or have PRIDE verification.
	As of now your channel doesn't have sufficient channel history and it has lost access to advanced features.
	This may have happened because your channel did not follow our community guidelines.
	So how about that?
	So not only do they demonetize it, but now they've restricted it because of my community guideline violations.
	Oh no!
	Whatever shall I do?
	But this is happening to others.

	You know, as I was saying as we went into the last break, You know, my YouTube channel has been essentially targeted again, but it's not that I'm worried about that, because it's like, I wasn't making money off YouTube anyway.
	I mean, I wasn't even monetizing.
	The funny thing is that I was intentionally not monetizing any video I put on there so that I wouldn't have to jump through the rigmarole of all this garbage, but they still targeted my channel and demonetized.
	This is my backup channel.
	But you can't make channels to try to obfuscate it.
	It's like, okay, whatever, don't care.
	Anyway, this is what YouTube's become, right?
	It used to be a place where you could have free thought, free speech, to a degree, at least.
	And now it's just become this Orwellian nightmare, as most things have in life, with how these censors and thought police run and operate things.
	But then, uh, the funny thing was yesterday, you know, people always talk about how Twitter is the free speech platform, right?
	And, uh, yesterday I had my, uh, Twitter account locked.
	I'm just, I'm batting a thousand with these people as far as, uh, violating their little thought police rules.
	Um, because I, there was an article that was written that talked about how, um, Something about burning, I don't remember the exact article, but it was something about burning rainbow flags, right?
	Somebody said that they wanted to burn the rainbow flag and that was considered hateful.
	To which I replied, yeah, we should burn them and throw them in the trash.
	Because that's where they belong.
	Speaking about these LGBTQ pride flags.
	And of course, I got the email from Twitter saying, your account's been suspended for 12 hours for hateful speech and violent speech.
	And I was thinking to myself,
	You can get on Twitter all day long and talk about how you love burning the American flag and how America's evil and the damn ayatollah of Iran can jump on there and say death to America and I get on there and say we should burn the rainbow flags and throw them in the garbage where they belong referencing the LGBTQ flag and I'm the one who's targeted and removed and
	It's a joke.
	It's a joke.
	I mean, you can literally walk around the country, you can walk up to, you know, the governor's mansion in Denver, or wherever it is, in Boulder, and you can burn an American flag and spit on it and wave another country's flag and proudly say, I'm a Palestinian, I'm a Mexican, blah, blah, blah.
	But if you did that, if you did it to a rainbow flag, it's a hate crime!
	You're a hate crime criminal!
	And I'm thinking to myself, no, I'm not a hate criminal, I'm just a Bible-following Christian, God-fearing Christian, a Christ-believing Christian, who believes in the Gospel, who believes in the words that were written, that give us clear and concise Understanding of what the punishment is for those who engage in the behavior that that flag represents.
	Which is, they, I mean, Romans 1, you can go read it for yourself.
	The punishment is death, and that's the Bible.
	That's eternal death.
	That's not, you know, saying I'm calling for violence.
	It is the eternal death of the soul, which is the lake of fire, which is hell, right?
	But not only do they know this, it says in Romans 1, but not only do they know it, but they encourage and applaud others who do it as well.
	That's what that flag represents to me.
	That's why I will burn it gladly.
	Without fear of any consequence these sick and twisted demons have in mind for me here in this world.
	I'm not destroying other people's property.
	I'm not advocating for violence.
	I'm literally just saying that we should be able to burn the rainbow flag because of what it represents.
	If your First Amendment and everything says you can burn the American flag because it's a statement of free speech, why in the hell shouldn't I be able to burn the rainbow flag?
	Oh, it's hateful.
	Our society is run by a bunch of clowns who have just drank the Kool-Aid on this demonic force, man.
	They're under a spell or something, and it doesn't help that, like, here in Colorado, you know, we have a degenerate homosexual governor who believes in promoting These demonic ideas and principles to children and to other members of our society.
	I mean, look, personally, if he has a right to do that, then I have a right to say this.
	That would be my thought on it.
	And I'm a Christian nationalist.
	I've never hidden that.
	I've never tried to obfuscate that.
	I believe this country needs to return to its origin and foundational base, which is Christianity.
	We need to reject paganism.
	We need to reject the occult.
	We need to reject the satanic LGBTQ people.
	And I'm not saying it because I hate them.
	I'm saying it because I love my fellow men and women, my brothers and sisters, and I want a restoration of faith, a restoration of humility, a restoration of reverence toward God.
	Because I don't want to see this nation fail.
	I don't want to see it destroyed.
	But these sick people, man, From the little LGBT flag people all the way up to the Governor of Colorado, they will usher us straight to hell.

	Am I the only one who finds it disgusting and evil when you watch an award show and there's a guy dressed up as Satan dancing and singing on stage and everybody's clapping and little kids are watching it?
	Oh, but no, Satan's just misunderstood.

	This is what we're going... But we're reaping what we've sown.

	There are regulations.
	Under which the Attorney General appoints special counsel.
	They've been in effect for 30 years, maybe longer, under both parties.
	The matter that you're talking about, about whether somebody can have an employee of the Justice Department serve as special counsel, has been adjudicated.
	You appealed, let me interrupt for a second, because you appealed to a regulation, a rule, whereas the Constitution says, shall be established by law.
	The statutes?
	Right, the statutes.
	But you referred to a regulation, not to U.S.
	Code.

	The regulation cites the two U.S.
	Code provisions that permit the Attorney General's appointment.
	Attorney General Barr cited to the same ones.

	Alright, are you familiar with former Attorney General Mises' amicus brief?

	I know that he's filed one because I read it in the newspapers, but otherwise I'm not familiar with it.
	Well, he raises some good questions that I agree with in there.
	It seems like you've created an office that would require an Act of Congress, yet there's not an Act of Congress that authorizes that.
	And even if it didn't require an act of Congress, and you've already admitted it, there was no act of Congress that established this office, it would still require, according to the Constitution, a nomination by the President and confirmation by the Senate.
	I want to move on to January 6th.
	Is it accurate to say that the DOJ is on pace to arrest roughly one protester a day in 2024, nearly three years after the incident?
	I don't know what the pace is.
	Izaab is to arrest and bring to justice people who are criminally responsible, and as they are found, they will be arrested.
	Is your office preparing to drop charges against more than 340 January 6thers?
	Charged with 15-12-C-2 and released dozens from prison on that count if the Supreme Court this month reverses how your department has used that statute against them?
	We respect the Supreme Court.
	Whatever the court rules, we will act appropriately.
	So you'll have to drop the charges if the Supreme Court says that you did that wrongfully?
	I'm not going to answer hypotheticals.
	We'll wait and see what the Supreme Court says.
	What do you say in response to the D.C.
	Appellate Court overturning two excessive sentencing requests sought by your office?
	I say that is a United States system of justice working.
	If people think that they have inappropriate sentences, they can appeal their sentences.
	That's the way our system works, and we respect the results.
	So, you've refused to answer questions before us, including my questions about January 6th, on multiple occasions here in this committee, but the Inspector General is preparing a report Are you in receipt of that report yet?
	He's promised to examine the role and activity of DOJ and its components in preparing for and responding to the events at the U.S.
	Capitol.
	Are you in receipt of that?
	I'm not in receipt of any report.
	You'll have to ask the Inspector General.
	Isn't it true that it will go to you before it's released for review?
	I don't know about that.
	It will not go to me for review.
	The Inspector General is independent.
	I hope to see it before, but that's up to the Inspector General.
	Let me just remind you, I was not the Attorney General in January.
	Do we have your commitment to release that as soon as you see it?
	The determination of the release of Inspector General reports is up to the Inspector General.
	We give them independence.
	Congress demands that we give them independence.
	Okay, my time has expired, but we, so we have your commitment not to slow down that, the release of that from the Inspector General.
	Our Inspector General is a very independent person.
	There's no way I could stop him from doing what the law requires.

	Here, uh, the House Judiciary Committee kicking off here ranking or chairman, excuse me, Congressman Jordan with opening remarks with AG Merrick Garland in the hot seat.

	...announced he was running for president.
	And the Attorney General names Jack Smith special counsel three days after President Trump announces he's running for president.
	Four months earlier, before Jack Smith is named as special counsel, the Biden Justice Department, under Attorney General Garland, approved a raid on President Trump's home, something we've never witnessed in this great country.
	This action broke every norm in our justice system.
	Don't take my word for it.
	Former Assistant Director-in-Charge of the Washington Field Office of the FBI, Stephen D'Antuono, said this in his deposition to our committee.
	Four standard processes were not followed.
	The Washington Field Office ran that raid, not the Miami Field Office.
	The operation was run out of headquarters, not from an assigned U.S.
	Attorney's Office, as is customary.
	The FBI didn't seek consent before doing the raid, and the FBI refused to wait for President Trump's attorneys to be present before this search was conducted.
	And there's Jay Bratt.
	Mr. Bratt's on the special counsel team.
	He met with Biden White House officials multiple times, including just weeks before Jack Smith indicts former President Trump.
	But what's most troubling is what Mr. Bratt did to Stanley Woodward.
	Mr. Woodward represents one of the defendants in the documents case.
	He was summoned by Mr. Bratt to department headquarters.
	At the meeting, Mr. Bratt informed Stanley Woodward, if your guy flips, if your client changes, it could help your chances for that judgeship you are interested in.
	Unbelievable.
	And of course, there's the fact that Jack Smith changed the sequence of the documents he seized in the raid of the President's home.
	Had to file this with the judge and with the court.
	The physical documents don't match the scanned documents.
	Many people call this tampering with evidence.
	Jack Smith mishandled the very documents he charged President Trump with mishandling.
	Well, there you go, folks.

	If you believe in Jesus Christ, you believe in the Bible, then you should say it very clearly and concisely, and you should not allow society to force you into being fearful of that truth.

	The second thing I would say is, you know, they're normalizing this stuff, and they're doing it in a number of different ways.
	The documentary that they're putting out from I think it's like Netflix or one of these companies is about transgender and or homosexual and gender fluid animals.
	Right?

	There are approximately 8.7 million living animal species on Earth.
	For centuries, we have been told that when it comes to gender and sexuality, all these millions of species follow a certain set of rules.

	It's absolutely everywhere.
	Dolphins have homosexual sex all the time.
	Penguins pair well with members of the same sex, too.

	On page one of his report, he said this, President Biden knowingly kept classified information.

	And then on page 231, he told us why President Biden did it.
	Page 231, quote, Joe Biden had strong motivations for ignoring the procedures for classified information because he was writing a book, a book for which he got paid $8 million.
	President Trump gets charged for allegedly mishandling documents, but Jack Smith can mishandle documents?
	No problem.
	Joe Biden can mishandle documents?
	No problem.
	Never forget, this is the same Department of Justice who made David Weiss the special counsel in the Hunter Biden case.
	After Mr. Weiss spent four and a half years investigating President Biden's son, and had the sweetheart deal he took to the court laughed out of court, He gets named Special Counsel.
	This is the same Department of Justice whose Civil Rights Division has done nothing to address the attacks on Jewish students and college campuses.
	This is the same Department of Justice who can't tell us who planted the pipe bombs on January 6, who leaked the Dobbs draft opinion, and who put cocaine in the White House.
	And this is the same Department of Justice who told us in a memo from the Attorney General himself that moms and dads at school board meetings should be investigated Same Department of Justice who said pro-life Catholics are extremists.
	The same Department of Justice who censored Americans.
	And the same Department of Justice who retaliated against whistleblowers who came to this committee and told us about these wrongdoings.
	So, Mr. Garland, we're glad you're here today.
	We've got lots of questions.
	Many Americans believe there's now a double standard in our justice system.
	They believe that because there is.
	And we're going to have lots of questions about that problem.
	All right, so that was...
	Uh, Jip Jordan's opening remarks.
	I want to play some of this Matt Gaetz testimony, but I don't think I'm going to get through the whole thing, but I'll just play it.
	To allege that the Department of Justice is communicating with these state and local prosecutions against Trump, you can clear it all up for us right now.
	Will the Department of Justice provide to the committee all documents, all correspondence between the department and Alvin Bragg's office and Fannie Willis' office and Letitia James' office?
	The offices you're referring to are independent offices of state.
	I get that.
	I get that.
	The question is whether or not you will provide all of your documents and correspondence.
	That's the question.
	I don't need a history lesson.
	Well, I'm going to say again.
	We do not control those offices.
	They make their own decisions.
	The question is whether you communicate with them, not whether you control them.
	Do you communicate with them and will you provide those communications?
	If you make a request, we'll refer it to our Office of Legislative Affairs.
	But see, here's the thing.
	You come in here and you lodge this attack.
	That it's a conspiracy theory that there is coordinated lawfare against Trump.
	And then when we say, fine, just give us the documents, give us the correspondence, and then if it's a conspiracy theory, that will be evident.
	But when you say, well, we'll take your request, and then we'll sort of work it through the DOJ's accommodation process, then you're actually advancing the very dangerous conspiracy theory that you're concerned about.
	Now, you were a judge, once nominated the highest court in our country.
	When you were a judge, I'm just curious, Did you ever make political donations to partisan candidates?
	No.
	No?
	And you didn't because that would create the potential appearance of impropriety.
	I didn't because there's a federal rule barring federal judges from making contributions.
	Right, but under that same theory of a tax on the judicial process, shouldn't someone be owed Like a jury of their peers and a judge that's non-biased rather than getting a judge from your political opponent's donor file?
	I'm well aware that you're not asking a hypothetical.
	You're asking me to comment on a jury verdict in another jurisdiction which has to be respected.
	I won't comment on it.
	That case is still ongoing.
	Mr. Attorney General, I hadn't asked you about the verdict yet.
	We were getting there.
	I was talking about the judge.
	And so let me ask you this question about your time as a judge.
	Was there ever a time when you were a judge when you had a family member who was personally profiting off of the notoriety of a case that was before your court?
	Look, I'm going to say it again.
	It's very clear you're asking me to comment on a case in another jury.
	No, no, no.
	Hold on, hold on, Mr. Attorney General.
	Did you ever have a family member profit off of the notoriety of any case that you settled?
	I'm going to say it again.
	You're asking me... Yes or no?
	You're asking me to comment on a case currently...
	You're connecting the dots, Mr. Attorney General.
	I'm just asking you as to a general principle, but you are aware that Judge Marchand's daughter was profiting off of this prosecution.
	You are aware that that creates the appearance of impropriety.
	You know the very reason there's a federal rule against judges giving donations is because it is the very attack on the judicial process that we're concerned about.
	I'm sorry, I don't agree with anything you just said, but I'm not going to comment on it.
	Okay, so you won't comment on it Mr. Attorney General, but you had no problem dispatching Matthew Colangelo.
	Who's Matthew Colangelo?
	Oh man.

	One person from the 303 said, it seems to me that they are trying to shut down True Alternative Media because they are about to do something that they don't want exposed.
	Yeah, I think that's a reasonable, reasonable observation.
	Somebody from the 720 texted in and said, animals equal no morality.
	Yeah, it's very like I think Kevin said, do what thou wilt will be the law of the land, Aleister Crowley.
	It's, you know, Moloch worship.
	It's, it's Baal worship.
	It's, you know, Baphomet worship.
	They're all animalistic idols.
	That's what they want.
	They want us to become more like animals and not to be the people who have had been given dominion over the animals by God and all that.
	So it's really an affront to everything that is good.
	But We're doing our God's greatest, greatest thing.
	We're going to leave you with some hope and encouragement.
	We're in Psalms.
	We're in the book of Psalms.
	Psalm 97.
	And I want to read this to you real quick.
	It talks about the majestic king.
	It says, The Lord reigns.
	Let the earth rejoice.
	Let the many coasts and islands be glad.
	Clouds and thick darkness surround him.
	Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
	Fire goes before him and burns up his foes on every side.
	His lightning lights up the world.
	The earth sees and trembles.
	The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of all the earth.
	The heavens proclaim his righteousness.
	All the people see his glory.
	All who serve carved images.
	Oh, interesting.
	Those who boast in idols will be put to shame.
	All the gods must worship him.
	Zion hears and is glad.
	And the towns of Judah rejoice because of your judgments, Lord.
	For you, Lord, are the most high over all the earth.
	You are exalted above all the gods.
	You who love the Lord hate evil.
	He protects the lives of his godly ones.
	He rescues them from the power of the wicked.
	Light dawns for the righteous.
	Gladness for the upright in heart.
	Be glad in Yahweh, you righteous ones.
	And praise his holy name.
	And I couldn't agree more.
	And look, the serendipity of God is how we land on these verses.
	I don't go pick this verse for us to do today based on what we cover.
	I started in the book of Psalms a number of days ago, and we just landed on Psalm 97 today.
	But how appropriate that we did.
	Listen to the words where it says, All who serve carved images and those who boast in idols will be put to shame, and all the gods must worship God.
	And it also says in this very same verse that if you love the Lord, you hate evil.
	people.
	And that God protects the lives of godly ones and rescues us from the powers of the wicked.
	Remember that when you go out into this day.
	Take that with you.
	Take that as encouragement.
	Take that as a sign from God that we are on the right path.
	I don't plan these verses.
	They land where they land by God's design.
	It is not me.
	It is God's serendipitous nature that gives us this information.
	So, I thank God every day that He is with us.
	I praise with you.
