The truth.
It is the middle ground between light and shadow, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge.
This is Just Informed Talk Radio, where we are not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is God's power for salvation to everyone who believes.
It doesn't even matter how hard you try.
Keep that in mind.
I designed this rhyme that was played in two times.
All I know.
Time is a valuable thing.
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings.
Watch it count down to the end of the day.
The clock takes life away.
It's so unreal.
Didn't look out below.
Watch the sun go right out the window.
Trying to hold on, but you didn't even know.
Wasted it all just to watch you.
Go, go.
I kept everything inside.
And even though I'm.
Welcome to another Just Informed talk radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.
Today is a special day.
We're going to be having a very special guest joining us here in just a minute.
This is a Friday episode.
It's not a tinfoil Friday episode, unfortunately.
Today is a very special interview that we're very excited to have.
We're hosting our good friend, Nate Kane.
He is a candidate for U.S.
Congressional seat in the 2nd District of West Virginia.
He's the owner of Canaan Associates LLC, a cybersecurity expert with 27 plus years of experience.
military veteran and a federal whistleblower we know that he's had an extensive career working uh in intelligence and and really some interesting stories that i'll let him tell i don't want to get get ahead of him on that but we're also joined right now by our good friend nick no nick are you there yes good morning craig good morning nick uh uh You might want to get your mic checked out.
We're picking up a lot of background noise off of your mic, so just go ahead and I'm going to put yourself on mute and try to get that fixed if you don't mind.
We'll bring you back on in a second.
All right, so let's take a second here and let's welcome our guest, Nate Kane.
Nate, are you there with us, sir?
Yes, I am.
Hey, it's good to be on with you.
It's great to have you on again.
I know that you're joining us today because you have a lot of information that you want to share and bring public awareness to.
We've been, both Nick and I, reading through your latest press release, and it's an incredible story.
It's a story that we've kind of already seen, but there's even more to it now coming out that people need to be made aware of.
But Nate, you know, we haven't had you on the show for a while, so if you don't mind, let's start with giving our audience a little bit of a background on your history, what you actually did as a whistleblower, because that story in and of itself is very fascinating, and I want to refresh the audience's mind as to who you are, because I know you're running for Congress as well, and your background is pretty incredible.
So you want to give us kind of a brief synopsis of that?
Sure.
So, you know, some people have said that if there was one word to, you know, to tie to my life, it would be whistleblower.
It seems that I can't get away from, you know, these situations where, you know, I end up having to expose something.
Back in 2017, 2018, after a very long career in cybersecurity, I was offered a job, you know, really making twice my salary.
It was a wonderful opportunity to go to work for the FBI as a senior subject matter expert in cybersecurity.
security.
And I ended up unfortunately, you know, coming across or being seen or hearing a conversation that made me look into things and I found that the FBI was, planning a cover-up of Hillary Clinton's crimes related to Uranium One, and it also included money laundering, public corruption, securities and exchange fraud, and terrorism financing.
And those charges, by the way, were what were listed on the evidence that the FBI had on Hillary Clinton and her foundation.
So I ended up basically at that point deciding that I could not sit by and watch that cover-up over political reasons.
And after much prayer, I, you know, made a plan on how I would, you know, bring that to the attention of Congress.
And so I did reach out to Congress.
I had two disclosures.
The first one was the first disclosure was in October 31st of 2017.
It was right after, not too long after, Comey had gone before, he'd gone out there and made this speech about how Hillary Clinton had all this classified email on her server and, you know, in her basement bathroom.
Uh, in her home in Chappaquiddick and there was, uh, thousands of classified emails.
Uh, I think there were 14 top secret emails.
There were seven email chains with what they call special access programs, which are pretty significant.
That's above top secret.
And I ended up, you know, hearing this and I'm thinking, oh, they're going to indict her, especially knowing what they had on her, you know, in regards to uranium one and money laundering.
So, But instead, he gets up and he says, but no reasonable prosecutor would bring a case against Hillary Clinton over something like this.
And that's when I knew that the rumors that they were going to cover things up were true.
So at that point, I made my initial disclosure to a senior staff member, to Devin Nunez, who was the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chair.
And that staff member asked me if I would Then go back in and get more information.
They were looking specifically for an intelligence document that would prove that the FBI, you know, it would prove what the FBI knew and when they knew it.
And I did find that document, and that document did prove that you had everybody from, you know, Comey himself, you had Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, and also Michael Atkinson, who was the Intelligence Community Inspector General at the time.
Now, at the time of Uranium One, all four of those men were involved in the investigation into Uranium One, and they basically did nothing.
Even though they saw and they knew there was evidence that this company, Rosatom, a Russian energy company, was trying to infiltrate our uranium supply chain, They did nothing to notify or warn the CFIUS Committee about that.
And instead, you know, the CFIUS Committee, which is the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S., allowed for the sale of a company that processes 20% of U.S.
uranium.
And that was the company, a Canadian company named Uranium One.
Long story short, I ended up going through a year-long process of getting protection under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act.
I was the first whistleblower ever in history to use that act to blow the whistle with the Department of Justice.
And I went through Michael Horowitz, who allowed me to maintain my anonymity and then take that information to both the House and the Senate Intel Committees.
And about four months after I completed my disclosures, the House changed hands to the Democrats.
Adam Schiff became the chair of the of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and then a month after that, the FBI raided my home with 16 agents, and then one agent in particular pursued trying to basically bring a witch hunt against me, and I eventually filed a complaint.
He was removed from his position as a FBI agent, but it was after a year of just You know, him going after me and my family and trying to, you know, smear our names, and it was a horrible experience.
But it was one that I believe God put me in the position to do something about it, to say something about it, and I did.
And that experience, I think, strengthened me into the person that I am today.
You know, and honestly, it's It's why when this situation occurred that we're talking about today, I had no problem going forward with it at all and exposing it because I think that the best way to clean up corruption is to shed light on it.
Amen, brother.
And you know what?
God is putting his hand on you, man.
And we're going to bring you back and get a lot more information.
Everybody stay tuned.
We're coming back with Nate Kane right after this quick commercial break.
Any major disaster, especially weather-related, when the power goes out, can cause people to suddenly panic.
Within hours, grocery store shelves in your area can be picked clean, food supply lines get interrupted, and food is hard to find.
At that point, it's too late to do anything about it.
You must survive only on the food you already have in your home, or risk waiting for the government to respond while you're standing in food lines.
So ask yourself, Do you have enough food in your home to last for weeks or months?
That's why the smart move is to secure your family's personal supply of the most reliable emergency food you can buy.
Having at least four weeks worth of food is not a luxury.
It's mandatory.
If you don't want you and your family to end up in this situation, go to 1360KHNC.com and click on the Patriot Supply button at the top of the page.

I never knew there'd come a day When I be saying to you, don't let this good love slip away Now that we know that it's true, don't you know the kind of man I am?
No, said I'll never fall in love again But it's real as the feeling comes shining through I'm so confident, you little girl And I never did just find that thing Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, And we're joined, again, for everybody who's just joining us by Nate Kane.
He is running for the U.S.
Congress for the seat from the 2nd District of West Virginia, and he's been telling us a little bit about his background as a whistleblower.
And Nate, you know, when you go through that whole story every time, It just sends chills up my spine because it completely validates a lot of the corruption allegations that we've been seeing made against the FBI for so long.
And it's really incredible that you were a first-hand witness to a lot of that.
Especially with regard to the Uranium One scandal with the Clintons.
So, you know, that is in and of itself an incredible story, but I know it kind of goes even further beyond that.
If you want to expand, you can, or we can go right into the topic that you brought here for us.
I know we got cut off a bit by the break, but wherever you want to go, Nate, we can definitely go.
Well, you know, it's interesting because the FBI, what I blew the whistle on back then, was obstruction of justice by the FBI and over a national security matter of urgent concern.
And it was determined to be a national security matter of urgent concern by the DOJ IG.
So, ironically, or coincidentally, I guess you could say, Uh, there's nothing seems to have changed because in this situation that I'm blowing the whistle on now, the FBI was notified about this and it seems that they have no desire to investigate or do anything about another national security matter of urgent concern.
And again, that determination made by another federal agency, not by me, although I would say it definitely is one.
So I'll go ahead and get right into the story because, you know, just for the sake of time.
But I will tell you that, you know, the first people to kind of bring, shed light on this whole thing, and I want to give them credit because I think they've taken a lot of heat.
And unfortunately, they've suffered a lot of attack by even people in our own government.
And that is a true the vote, Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips.
So they had first.
You know, made this information aware about China infiltrating our election systems and particularly the PII.
This would be like voter registration information, poll worker data, poll judges or election judge information and whatnot.
They had somebody had approached, I think, Greg Phillips and, you know, it showed him that he got online, was able to, you know, get into some Chinese servers and, you know, was seen Tons and tons, terabytes of data on U.S.
election systems and voter registration.
So, they contacted, and through the vote, contacted the FBI, and they were working with them and had introduced this gentleman to the FBI, who incidentally became a confidential informant for them.
And then, when the case got pulled into Washington, D.C., and that's generally where all the problems are, They politicized it.
They turned it around.
They started targeting Greg and Catherine.
They started, you know, basically running a cover-up on this to, you know, silence them and silence, you know, any information about this.
Ultimately, Connick, this company based out of East Lansing, Michigan, and their CEO, Eugene Yu, An American who, you know, is Chinese in origin, but he is a naturalized citizen.
They sued through the vote for defamation, and they brought, you know, a lawsuit against them, ultimately a corrupt judge in the federal courts down in Texas.
Uh, wanted them to name this confidential informant, which they were not willing to do because that is a violation of the law.
And they were willing to name him, you know, under seal, but they were not willing to name him publicly, you know, uh, without being under seal.
And the judge, uh, he basically, you know, threw the book at him, threw them both in prison.
And, uh, eventually the, uh, appeals court, you know, overruled it.
And you know, but this is the kind of corruption going on in our courts today.
So, but before that, they had had an event that they held at in Arizona called the pit.
And from that event, they exposed all of this about China.
There was Los Angeles County had an investigator who had showed up there and his name was Andrew Stevens.
And so he saw all of this information, brought it back and in the Deputy DA Eric Meth decided that it was worthy of, you know, of holding a grand jury because Connick itself, you know, or I should say, Eugene Yu had signed a contract with Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
And it was, or sorry, with L.A.
County.
And that contract was for millions of dollars, but he had stipulated two things in there that were, you know, patently false.
One of them was that the software was being developed by U.S.
citizens, and the second thing was that none of the PI would be stored overseas.
It would all be stored in the U.S.
Well, the evidence showed that that was not the case, so they held a grand jury.
The grand jury then issued an arrest warrant and a search warrant, and the charge was embezzlement of public funds because he knowingly lied on this contract to get these millions of dollars.
So they went out.
My company was contracted by L.A.
County District Attorney's Bureau of Investigation.
And we were there and assisted the L.A.
police.
And this was also, you had the East Lansing PD, you had Meridian Township PD, and I think the Sheriff's Department for that area as well.
And we were there on site.
We conducted the search warrant, at least the cybersecurity capture parts of the search warrant.
We did this in accordance with the law and under a court-ordered search warrant.
Well, during that time, one of the employees who worked for Connich became a cooperating witness and provided all the credentials and had informed the investigating officer, Andrew Stevens, that, yes, in fact, they were sending information yes, in fact, they were sending information on a regular basis to China, to Chinese developers that their software, in fact, was being developed by a Chinese company and that they had all of this evidence of that.
Could be found, but they would have to log into these cloud-based servers.
So we were asked again if we could extend our services to do, you know, that type of work as well.
So I assembled a team of 12 experts.
These are all Cyber Protection Team members.
And actually their mission and job as members of Cyber Protection Team with the Army National Guard is going after hackers hacking into our national critical infrastructure.
So these guys are experts in this.
That's what I was also trained in as well when I was with NSA.
And so we formulated our team.
We had shifts.
We did everything by the book.
One of the guys was an FBI cyber forensic specialist and the other one was a DEA cyber forensic specialist.
And so I had two experts from law enforcement on my team that helped us to craft our, you know, basically our methodology so that everything that we did would be usable in a court of law.
We captured more than just L.A.
County.
What we found was we confirmed that the servers that they were transporting all of this data onto were based out of Beijing, China.
We also confirmed that a Chinese company based out of Wuhan was actually making all of the software development changes to their software, PollChief, which was used in multiple counties across the United States.
We also found leaked data, PII data, from multiple counties.
One of the biggest ones was Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, where we found the entire inventory of their election systems, including all the serial numbers of the tote bags that bring the ballots into the perimeter of the thumb drives, which move the ballots, the electronic ballots, onto the tabulators.
I mean, literally, they had everything that you would need if you wanted to commit fraud.
They also were developing the software.
The Chinese development company had a flaw that was in there, and we have emails that were going back and forth between the company's CTO that proved this.
But they had a flaw in the system that allowed for a user account to be turned into a super user account, so we can assume that the Chinese company had full-blown access into every, you know, poll chief account in every county.
We also know that their system touches the voter registration and possibly other parts of the election system because it pulls down any kind of record required to be maintained for 22 months.
And it can store that.
And so that's problematic as well.
The voter registration rolls is definitely one of the key areas that is critically important to protect because that's the one part Where if you alter the voter rolls and you create fake ballots, well then, you know, that's something that you're not going to see in a hand recount.
So it's very, you know, disturbing what happened.
You know, we're not making claims that, you know, that elections were, you know, were stolen using this, you know, this flaw or this, you know, this exploit.
But what we do, what we are saying is that the possibility
For for any kind of things is there and there should be further cyber forensic investigations on any touchpoint of poll chief to the election systems because those touchpoints are vectors for attack and And we other the other thing that we found and this was kind of like what pushed things over the edge for me So where I had to report this to defense counterintelligence security agency was we found a ticket that
Uh, from, from, um, Poll Chief to these Chinese, uh, uh, this Chinese development company requesting a encryption key, uh, that would give access from CIDL into Poll Chief and vice versa with no username and password.
We also found a ticket that had Eugene Yu himself listed as the quality control person for software being developed for the Chinese Communist Party's own election system.
And my thinking is, why would they allow Americans, you know, to develop their election software unless that person was part of, you know, their team, part of their club?
So, we then investigated further.
One of my guys got behind the Chinese firewall and found two documents that proved And that showed that this company, this Chinese development company, was in fact working for the Chinese Communist Party and providing intel to the PRC.
They were getting an award for their assistance in collecting intelligence on American companies.
And so at that point, this became, you know, a cyber espionage case.
So I reached out to DCSA.
the defense counterintelligence security agency.
They maintain and manage all of the clearances for a cleared contractor, which I am one.
And so I gave them a copy of all the evidence.
I gave them a sworn statement, which I believe you have a copy of.
And that sworn statement details our findings.
And then, you know, they handed it off to an analyst.
That analyst reviewed it and said, yes, this is a national security threat of urgent concern.
And they then referred it to the FBI's counterintelligence division for further investigation.
But it's been over a year and nobody from the FBI has contacted me or my business partner or anybody from my company.
And once we contacted, we contacted Allegheny County to let them know about the breach because so much of their data had been breached.
And I spoke to the police superintendent for Allegheny County Police and Michael Pierce and gave him all of that evidence.
They thanked us for that.
One of my sources followed up with him later and he said that when he went to the FBI, they said they were not interested.
I mean, Nate, I don't even know where to begin.
That's so much bigger than what has been reported so far on Connick and Eugene Yu.
Oh yeah.
This is so much bigger.
I mean, the allegations were kind of Originally about just Los Angeles County and, and, and I guess this, this company, and then you had him brought in by, which, I mean, you have to be really corrupt for a Soros DA like Gascon to sign off on, on the grand jury, right?
But.
Well, that's just it.
He didn't sign off on it.
So Eric Ness, who is the deputy DA, he's the one who signed off on it and Gascon was upset and angry.
So Eric Ness just filed a tort.
Uh, you know, you talk about divine providence, um, I have not talked to Eric Neff in over a year.
And when the same day that Harry Howery, my business partner, and I went public about this, that same day, Eric Neff filed a tort accusing the deputy – or accusing the DA, Gascon, of basically dismissing the case Gascon, of basically dismissing the case for political reasons because he had heard him say that he did not want to give any help to Trump at all.
And so that's why L.A. County dismissed the case, and then they settled for $5 million in a lawsuit from Connich for wrongful arrest.
But there wasn't a wrongful arrest.
It was legitimate.
So we're looking at corruption at the local level and at the federal level.
All right.
We're going to come right back and get further into this because this is so huge – I don't know how you're not on every major network across the country right now.
We'll be back.
Everybody stay tuned.
You've probably been hearing me talk about YREFI for a while now.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we're joined by Nate Kane, who is running for Congress in the 2nd District of West Virginia, but he's got a more incredible story to tell than just that, which he has a number of incredible stories to tell, but this one is really
Nate, you know, we're talking about Connick, we're talking about Eugene Yu, we're talking about this infiltration of our election system by communist Chinese, seemingly, forces who are being given complete and total access to the keys to the kingdom, if you will, and being able to have the capability to rig elections.
And to interfere with them at minimum.
And again, I appreciate you're clear in saying that you're not making an allegation that they did this in 2020.
But if you don't mind, I will take that step to say, if this capability existed during the 2020 election, I don't know how much more evidence you need than to, and this is what gets me frustrated, is that they dismiss it openly and say, there's no way, we're the safest and most secure elections in the history of the United States.
Do you think the 2020 election was the most secure election in the history of our country?
No, I think it was the exact opposite of that.
You know, I worked on election integrity work after the 2020 election, I think because You know, I passed the Trump-Smith test for what I did with, in regards to Hillary Clinton, but also because of my background, you know, of over two decades of cybersecurity work, and particularly with certifying, you know, federal systems, and particularly the work that I've done with critical infrastructure.
I was asked by the White House to come down and join a team, and so we worked on things.
I was an expert witness in seven cases, including the one that went to the Supreme Court.
So I know quite a bit about our election systems.
I know quite a bit about their vulnerabilities.
And the biggest vulnerability, quite honestly, is in the voter registration.
Because, like I said, if you're worried about the machines themselves, like flipping votes, there's an easy way to basically validate that, and that's to do a hand count of the paper ballots.
Um, but the problem is, is that if your paper ballots at the very get-go are corrupt because you have counterfeit, uh, votes in there, you have counterfeit voters, not real voters, but people who are, you know, printing these out in bulk, and there was plenty of evidence of that.
We did find evidence of that in 2020.
Uh, then, at that point... Well, another thing, and if you don't mind, I just want to interject... A recount won't help.
I just want to interject real quick.
One thing I found in my research of all of this is that they were actually able to create – if what you're saying is true, which I'm – it sounds like it's very legitimate.
They could have created phantom registrations, and then that could have been the way that they printed these extra ballots.
So they make a fake registration.
The order goes out to print all these extra ballots at Runbeck, and then Runbeck, you know, prints all these ballots.
And then, you know, it wouldn't take much for one of these nefarious actors to pull a truck up and say, all right, load up the ballots, and then that truck just never arrives.
It's held until election night.
Then you use some kind of system to monitor elections in real time, and then you know exactly where you need to take the ballots, where they need to be done.
A system like, yeah, a system like CIDL, you know?
Listen, everything is there, like I said, everything is there if you wanted to conduct election fraud.
All of the, you know, everything is there.
And, you know, they had direct connection to the voter registration.
There was a CITL connection into Poll Chief, which CITL is an election monitoring system.
You had everything there.
Now, mind you, L.A.
County dismisses it.
The FBI basically ignores it.
And I've got to ask the question now.
Is the FBI compromised?
By the Chinese Communists, because let's face it, what did they do about what looks clearly to be bribery by the President's son?
Nothing.
What have they done about the infiltration of Russians into our uranium supply chain?
Nothing.
It seems to me That the FBI, especially their counterintelligence division, has a very poor track record of actually investigating crime and prosecuting criminals.
It seems that the FBI has been turned into a politicized weapon to go after conservatives.
I think you're 100% accurate in that assessment, but I would take it one step further.
I mean, I've had and we have Nick Ngo on the line here with us.
He's a co-host who usually joins me on Fridays and he's here.
But we've talked about with regard to Hunter Biden, right?
You have Maybe there's an element of intelligence agencies stepping in and marking it counterintelligence operations, right?
Oh, go sell access to the Chinese communists.
It's all counterintelligence.
So don't worry, you're not going to be prosecuted.
It's because it's a part of a bigger, you know, plan that we have.
Nick, do you want to comment on what Nate was just saying?
Do you have any thoughts on it?
Oh, absolutely, Craig.
So this, this is the way I understand it, Nate, is that now everything that they do that's a crime, they just slap the word counterintelligence on it and say, look, we're monitoring it.
So you go ahead and do your thing and you're going to be helping us out big time.
When really, you know, they're just, you know, they're really facilitating the corrupt goals and strategies and laying those out for the people that are trying to dismantle the United States.
So one thing that I want to point out, Nate, and Craig is that back in 2003, I believe it was, the FBI and CIA kind of made a merged office that moved to Colorado where they, you know, at first the FBI said, no, we're not, no, you guys don't have jurisdiction here in the United States.
And then they lamented or they eventually gave in and then they created an office in Colorado for CIA domestic affairs.
So the CIA, I believe, has been meddling in everything.
Look at Peter Strzok.
He actually worked for the CIA, not the FBI.
Nate, I don't know where your thoughts are on that.
Well, you know, it is interesting.
One of the things that I want to point out, you mentioned right before the last break, Um, you know, how is it that this isn't all over the media?
I mean, this is a huge national security story, and it should be covered by all the major networks.
I actually have the evidence.
I mean, that's the difference here.
I have evidence.
It was not collected by, you know, an unknown person who we can't give the name to or anything like that.
No, I have evidence that I myself and my team collected that we collected under a court-ordered search warrant.
And so, you know, this is not anything that can be refuted at all.
Oh, you mean you don't just rely on anonymous sources out of the ether telling you things like the fake news does?
Listen, I have, in this case, We filmed, because we did this in a method, we used methodologies in order to ensure that this evidence could be used in court, which means we actually filmed, you know, we had screen capture going on the entire time that we were doing collection.
We hashed the files while being videoed so that you can look at the hash file now And you could verify that nothing has been changed or manipulated, that this is all exactly as it was done on video.
This is ironclad evidence, and yet it's being completely ignored.
So, the media, though, I want to share something with you, because this, to me, it strikes of, like, Department of Homeland Security, censorship, or, you know, some federal agency that is... Yeah, Nina Jankowicz got involved.
Listen, we have about 20 seconds before our next break hits, and I know that you're going to go into a thing on the media and I want to do that, because my real question is, you know, what are your thoughts on why the media isn't covering this?
And when we come back, I want you to break it all down for us, because I think that is even more important to a degree than...
The reason like we all know why the FBI is not gonna touch it because like you said there's a high probability there's some sort of compromising element to that but if that goes all the way into our media where like you said you're sitting here with court-ordered you know you know sanctioned documents that are like legit as it gets and they won't touch it with a 10-foot pole that might tell you a lot about what our media's motivations are so everybody stay tuned
Nate's going to answer that question when we come back.
We're going to give him the floor and let him just break it all down.
Everybody stay tuned.
You're listening to Just Form Talk Radio.
We'll be back.

Oh Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
We're joined by Nate Kane.
Of course, we want to keep telling you guys he's running for Congress.
He's running for the 2nd District of West Virginia.
He's looking to get the seat there and I think y'all should go support him.
We'll give you information on how you can do that later in the show, but You know, Nate, you were about to give us a breakdown of the media.
You're talking about this incredible set of evidence that you have seen firsthand, that you got firsthand with your teams.
You have a background in cybersecurity and you've been investigating this infiltration of our elections by the Communist Chinese.
We kind of talked about how the FBI won't touch this.
They've ignored it.
But I said that before the break, one of the more disturbing parts even is that the media won't touch this.
The information you've just brought so far today on the show, Nate, I mean, I'm thankful you're here.
God bless you.
Thank you.
But this should be on NBC Nightly News, ABC Nightly News.
This should be on CBS.
This should be the biggest story in the country right now.
Well, you were about to break down your thoughts on the media.
I'd love for you to just go there.
So, so you guys, I think, uh, I think, uh, Jeannie sent you guys the press release that we put out.
Uh, we put this out and we put this out in a national press release.
Uh, and by far, uh, you know, it went out on the wire, which means it ends up on the news desks of, you know, you know, probably, uh, tens of thousands of, of news desks across the country and across the world.
Um, we have, this was by far, we've done a lot of press releases in my, you know, during my campaign.
By far, this was the most received press release that we have ever put out.
Meaning, we had more news desks pick this up and run the story than any other press release that we've had.
I mean, I'm talking, you know, hundreds and hundreds of, you know, these different news desks across the country.
There were other countries that picked it up, like Brazil, Canada, you know, I think you had the UK.
There were multiple stories, you know, this story ran in multiple news sources.
However, however, you go and try to search for this news story on Google, you will not find it.
It is absolutely being shadow banned on the search engines.
And that tells me that there's got to be some sort of government involvement in this.
There's some sort of federal agency, probably Department of Homeland Security or something like that, but they don't want this story being easily accessible because you try to find it and it's hard to find.
Do you think they're framing it as a threat to national security because if we implicate the Chinese communists there's broader implications there?
Is that generally what you think?
I think it's right before an election, and they don't want the American people just knowing how insecure our elections are due to Chinese infiltration.
But the problem is this.
It's a real simple solution.
Disconnect these systems from poll chiefs, and problem solved.
But I would assume that it's not just Poll Chief that's doing this.
I would assume that, you know, you've got all kinds of third-party software that, you know, accesses voter registration through API.
You know, Rock the Vote was doing that back in 2020.
You know, a far left-wing, you know, group.
Uh, there were multiple, um, you know, groups that were, you know, we're basically accessing voter registration and I think they were doing exactly what you detailed earlier is exactly how I think the 2020 election was stolen.
Was there some cheating that went on with direct hacking into the systems?
That's possible.
But I would say it's less likely than what you described and what I've seen, and the evidence that I've seen, which is that basically you had a bunch of phantom voters, and then right after the election, they erased them all.
So what is it?
It's Occam's Razor, right?
It's like the simplest answer is the most likely.
And I think that in regard to the fan registration, all that stuff, the way that there's a backdoor that nobody's really looking at.
Maybe you can do, I don't know if you know about this or if you've done any research on it or if you want to do research on it, but I've, through my research, found that there is a backdoor into these county election registration systems and it's called, you know, the company Ericsson, right?
They do a lot of the contracts for our cell towers, right?
And they have contracts that deal with a system, I think it's called Cradle Point, which is the organizational structure for our FirstNet responding systems, like FEMA, FirstNet, which is like the first emergency responder network, Amber Alert, all that stuff is hardwired in to our cell systems through this Cradle Point.
And if there was a back door that could be exploited directly into these county registrations, and especially the tabulators that get pushed through during the election to monitor it in real time, it would be It would be fairly easy, I would imagine, now you can, you're an expert on this, I'm not, you tell me, would it be fairly easy for that to be a point of access into these systems to monitor them in real time?
Like we said, if you can monitor in real time, then you know how many votes you need to ship where, right?
And you can get in the back door and you can put phantom registrations in.
This is all stuff that, I mean, I've seen out there, and I would like to see what you think.
So you're getting into an area that, to be honest with you, is extremely scary, because you bring up a very good point about Erickson.
And in fact, even here in West Virginia, you know, we have our tabulation counts and things like that.
They're traveling over like a person at, you know, emergency network.
And the problem is, you're absolutely right.
You know, Erickson's got, by the way, a very, very bad history.
And people don't, a lot of people don't know this, but they were sued because they were, you know, basically giving information to, you know, to ISIS that got, you know, on our soldiers and their movements and things like that.
And they were sued for, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars, maybe billions.
And they've just paid off, you know, they just paid it.
But the worst part about it is it's not even an American company.
You know, and we're allowing foreign companies to have any input.
To me, any foreign company that is providing IT services should not have any involvement in any of our national critical infrastructure, period.
We're going to get back into this when we get back, but when you say something scary, Nate, my ears perk up because I know that you've seen a lot of scary stuff with your work, and I trust your opinion.
So when we come back, I want to keep diving deeper in this.
I want to bring Nick in.
I know he has a few things that he wants to run by you, and we'll keep going as long as you can hang with us, Nate.
We're going to keep breaking it down for everybody out there listening.
Everybody stay tuned.
We're going to be right back.
You're listening to Just Inform Talk Radio.
Stay tuned.

Most people don't even know that the courts have already ruled once money is deposited into the bank, the bank owns the money and the depositor is merely an unsecured creditor of the bank.
Which means if the bank goes under, you get paid last.
After the financial crisis, instead of breaking up too big to fail, the government and the Federal Reserve created Dodd-Frank and made too-big-to-fail banks even bigger, while putting your deposits more at risk.

There's a man with a gun over there.
Telling me I got to beware.
I think it's time we stop.
Children, what's that sound?
Everybody look what's going down.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
We're joined, of course, by Nate Kane.
He's running for the second congressional district of West Virginia's congressional seat.
You're going to want to stay tuned.
We're going to give you all the information on how to support him in his campaign and everything he's doing because, Nate, I've got to be honest, as an American patriot, we want people like you in Congress as opposed to the people who are already there.
You know, we're breaking down a lot about this, this Connick and Eugene Yu, this in-depth investigation that you and your team of cybersecurity experts were responsible for conducting that showed this high-level penetration of our election systems, at least the capability for high-level penetration by the CCP, the Communist Chinese Party.
I briefly mentioned for the break that there are other backdoors that exist within our own infrastructure, and you made a great point in saying that Any foreign country that is manufacturing equipment that's vital to our national security interests or our election integrity or anything in that regard, I mean, we have to be so much more careful than we are.
It's almost like it's all being done flippantly by design, but Um, I want to bring Nick in real quick and see if he has anything else he wants that because we have a very short segment before we get into the second hour, which, uh, Nate, you know, I know we have you on for two hours, but if, uh, if any point, you know, you need to jump out, please, uh, it's okay, but we would like to keep you on for the whole two hours.
We have even more stories to cover with you, and I want to get your opinion on another big story as well.
But we have textures texting and we have a lot of stuff going on.
So I hope you stay around for the whole two hours.
All right, Nick, go ahead.
All right.
This kind of reminds me of the CHIPS Act.
So the CHIPS Act was passed recently, and it was supposed to make it so that of our components that are used for the government, especially in national security settings, would all be made down to the smallest component in America, even using ISO 3000, I believe, would all be made down to the smallest component in America, even using ISO 3000,
And it was getting ready to get passed, and Mitch McConnell gets in there and derails everything, and he made it so it's a subsidy for all the companies.
The whole issue was that if you...
If you were a U.S. company and you had any money or any dealings at all with China at all, then you were not allowed to get any of the money allocated by Congress or the Senate.
And he removed that provision and then just handed the money over to these companies that are in bed with China.
Not surprising.
Nate?
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know, there is so much compromise that I've seen evidence of compromise with our judges, with our members of Congress, with the executive branch.
I mean, it's just infiltrated, I believe, by communists.
And not just communists, but, you know, any kind of, you know, the globalists, the communists, whatever you want to call them, but people that basically do want to control everything.
And what What's disturbing to me is, you know, this Section 702 of FISA, which allows for unwarranted, you know, searches to be done on supposedly on foreigners, on foreign soil.
But we know from a judge that released information on this back in July of last year, that there were over 276,000 illegal Warrantless searches done on American people and yet here we are, you know, and they're continuing to expand and continuing to reauthorize it.
And why would, you know, the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, vote to expand that when it's been so abused?
Honestly, I think it's because these guys are compromised.
Dude, I'm telling you right now, I think we're on to something.
A really big threat here.
Let's take a break.
We're going to come back for hour two of the Just Form Talk Radio Show.
Nate, I want you to keep breaking it down, brother, because people are very interested.

Hello folks, Henry here from God's Feeding Station.
I'm sure you're all familiar with the term God's will, but do we really understand what that means?
Do you know what God's will is for your life?
Well, Jesus gives us a place to start.
In John 6, verse 40, he says, For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in Him should have eternal life.
And I will raise him up on the last day.
God does have a plan, and at the root of it is His desire to have a deeper relationship with each one of us.
At GodsFeedingStation.org, we'll explore this and all things biblical, using daily scriptures, daily devotions, weekly prayers, and weekly messages.
So if you're looking for help in discovering what God's will is for your life, come visit GodsFeedingStation.org, where we'll discover this together.

Welcome back to Just Informed Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
It is hour two of the Just Informed Talk Radio Show, and we're, of course, joined by our special guest, Nate Kane.
So for those of you who are just joining us here in the second hour, Nate Kane is a candidate for the 2nd Congressional District of West Virginia.
He's running for Congress.
He's also the owner of Kane & Associates LLC.
He's a cybersecurity expert with 27 plus years of experience, a military veteran and federal whistleblower.
He's worked extensively on election integrity.
And if you missed the first part of today's show, you're going to have to go check it out because it is incredible.
He broke down everything about the cybersecurity firm or his cybersecurity, everything that his cybersecurity firm found with regard to Eugene Yu and Connick Inc.
and the offshoring of critical election data in China.
But even further than that, The vulnerabilities that exist within our election system to this very day.
They were present in 2020.
They are present still today.
None of this stuff has seemingly been addressed.
And then we've been going into a lot of other very interesting topics with Nate as well.
So one of the things I wanted to talk about, Nate, and we're also joined by Nick Ngo, by the way, our special guest co-host who joins us on every Friday show.
One of the other things I want to get into real quick, Nate, is one of our viewers who lives out in Minnesota, a woman by the name of Kathy.
She's great.
She's always contributing great information.
She's been bringing, trying to sound the alarm on an organization.
I don't know how much you know about it or if you want to look into it, but if you know anything about it, you could share with us your thoughts on a Cambridge, UK-based company called Darktrace, which is currently providing cybersecurity services for critical infrastructure in many U.S. counties. which is currently providing cybersecurity services for critical infrastructure in
We're talking in general about how all of our cybersecurity and our infrastructure seems to be getting offshored into foreign countries that are operating all of our systems, making all of our parts, doing all these things.
Have you heard anything about Dark Trace?
Do you know anything about that?
And if not, you know, we would encourage you to use your expertise and look into it further.
Yeah, no, I have not heard of that.
But, you know, Cambridge Analytics and some of the issues that exist with them, you know, I would be leery of anything that comes out of that group.
I'm going to have to wrap things up because I've got some other calls that I've got to do, but I did want to just mention a couple other things, and please do, you know, share my contact information with that lady, and I would love to look into that because I do have major concerns about the offshoring of cybersecurity services.
One other thing that I want to mention about Connach that I think is important that I can't believe I even have to say this, but Connach has, They received contracts with the Pentagon to provide all of the election services for our military soldiers that are overseas.
Now, my concern as a cybersecurity expert is, how are these systems connected to the Internet?
Are they connecting through the base's administrative systems?
And then doing that, is that giving a backdoor to the PRC onto our base networks?
I mean, this is serious stuff here.
And people are not taking this seriously enough.
It needs to be, I think, investigated and there needs to be full forensic investigation to any system that Police Chief or any of their other systems have touched at this point.
And, but, you know, it has been Pleasure being on your show, and I definitely want to talk more about this, so maybe get with Jeannie, and we can set up another time, you know, get more into depth, and maybe I can do a little research into this other group that you're mentioning as well.
Because there's a lot of things that are going on in this country, and a lot of them are actually happening outside of this country, but are affecting us.
And we need to, you know, we need to do our due diligence to bring this stuff to light.
And then people need to contact their members of Congress and, you know, and ask them why is nothing being done about this?
You know, Congress has oversight, you know, of these, you know, these agencies.
And they need to be, you know, dragging their butts in there and, you know, questioning about them.
Honestly, this is one of the things that I think, you know, make me a good candidate for Congress because I do have very deep knowledge of cybersecurity threat.
And you better believe that it's going to be one of the biggest threats to our nation moving forward because...
It's a very inexpensive way of bringing down a country through their national critical infrastructure and cyber warfare.
That's why the military has created a whole domain dedicated to it.
But anyways... Well, like you said, Mike Johnson, you know, we might have some compromise there.
We hope to get you in Congress.
All right, so let's do this real quick.
We only have a couple minutes, so I'll just let you tell everybody where they can find you, how they can support you, and then we'll let you go.
Sure.
The best way that people can support me is to donate to my campaign.
I am running a 100% grassroots campaign.
I'm not taking any money from any PACs or Super PACs or any of these corporate PACs.
And the reason why is because I need to be able to have the freedom to be independent and not be owned by any of those organizations.
The only people I'm taking money from are individuals.
And so, you know, it helps When people donate, there's a lot involved in running a campaign.
The costs are quite expensive, but we are working hard.
The biggest thing, more important than the money, is that we need your prayers.
There's a lot involved in getting out there.
It's exhausting.
Of course, we're under spiritual warfare.
We need your prayers.
My family needs your prayers.
People can find out more about my campaign by going to natecaine4wv.com.
That's n-a-t-e-c-a-i-n, the number four, w-e-dot-com.
There is a link, a donor link, in the upper right-hand corner.
And people can register to receive our newsletter to see what, you know, what we're doing, where we're going, you know, and I believe in complete transparency.
And so, you know, we are, you know, telling people where we're going, what we're doing, what we're spending their money on.
And I tend to have that level of transparency even in Congress.
And so one of the things I've made a commitment to is that, Lord willing, I get elected, I will absolutely ensure that every conversation with the lobbyist is recorded.
And at the end of each session, when it's no longer an issue, I will release those conversations so that the public can see how the sausage is made.
I'll also, at the end of each meeting with them, we will release at least a level of highlighted minutes so that people can see the topics that we talked about.
Sometimes you can't release that immediately because there may be discussions about how you're going to get pills passed or who you're talking to and strategy and things like that.
There's no reason for that stuff to be, you know, hidden from people long-term.
And so I think that we need to have more transparency.
Transparency is, I believe, the cure for corruption.
Anyway, so thank you guys so much for having me on.
Let me just say a quick prayer for you.
Dear Lord and Heavenly Father, I pray That our audience goes and supports Nate and that you put your hand on him more importantly than that, Lord, and you guide him and his actions, his decisions, Lord, help him do great things for you, honoring your name and bringing glory to you through everything he does.
Amen.
Thank you, Nate.
I can't say how much I appreciate you jumping on here.
We'll try to get you back on soon.
It's always a pleasure to have you on and we're going to let you go, but thanks for joining us.

I'm your host, Craig James.
And, you know, Nick, I know we didn't get to hear a lot from you with Nate on, but man, what did you think of that interview?
Well, you know, I want all the listeners to know that, and Nate won't tell you this because he's very humble, but based on his credentials and all of his experience, there is practically no other person, well there's probably a handful of people that have Exactly his experience.
He's top tier cyber security expert.
There aren't very many people that even come close to his experience and his education and his mission work.
So, you know, he's not a person that is an amateur.
That's for sure.
I want everybody to know that.
Yeah, he worked with the NSA, he's worked with the FBI, he's worked with all of these organizations, so he has firsthand knowledge of how they operate, and when he comes out and says, hey, you know, they're compromised, they're corrupt, you know, or at least it appears that way,
Then, I mean, again, like I was saying before, my ears perk up and when he says that there's scary things out there when we were talking about, you know, Erickson and the infiltration of our cellular tower infrastructure systems and first net responder systems and how they could backdoor right into our election systems and be used to basically rig the election.
So it's like, not only did he just uncover that The Chinese Communist could easily have not only altered the 2020 election, but it can still alter the 2024 election.
He did, in my opinion, basically confirm that that same capability would exist for anybody who had access to the back door coming in through Erickson's infrastructure with Cradle Point and the First Net Responder system.
So I think that's something that we should all be paying close attention to, right, Nick?
Yeah, and look at it this way, too.
So they got sued for giving ISIS info about our troops.
And it was probably used in an attack, okay?
So, and they won.
So they had to pay the damages.
Okay, where are the criminal prosecutions?
That reminds me of E. Howard Hunt and how he lost in civil court and was basically order to pay for being a part of the JFK assassination.
He didn't have a criminal indictment, but he had a civil court he lost.
The same with OJ.
He lost his civil court case, and one is criminal, but no one ever went to jail for the ISIS problem.
I've heard the acronym ISIS could stand for something else.
I'm not going to bring that up right now.
But it doesn't surprise me, man.
I'm guessing it has something to do with Israel.
Israel and the United States created ISIS, We all know that.
Yeah.
So, you know, I thought that was interesting.
And then there's a point that I want to bring up too, when he was talking about how corrupt it was when he blew the whistle and nothing happened.
Who was on the International Crimes Task Force at the time that could have known that this was coming and prevented any sort of stuff from happening?
And it is none other than Brian Ettinger, who is I mean, that's just something that, when you keep diving down the rabbit hole on this stuff, which today's not even a Tinfoil Friday episode, folks.
That was just Nate Kane breaking down truth and facts about his investigation into this Connick company.
You know, if you keep diving into the rabbit hole on it, there's just so many, there are so many connections that can be made, not only to the Chinese Communist Party, but to our own government in the backdoor access of these networks and how they're being, you know, how they could be exploited.
You know, it was, you know, very diplomatic answer for Nate to say that he didn't, He wasn't saying that there was election interference in the 2020 election, but he was saying there's the capability of it.
But he also said that he believes that what I described is exactly how they rigged the 2020 election.
They created a bunch of phantom registrations.
They sent those over to Runback, the company that was responsible for printing the ballots.
They printed a bunch of ballots for phantom registrations that didn't exist.
Those ballots were picked up, held off site somewhere.
They were able to monitor in real time the elections, whether it was through this conic connection of backdoor access or through other means, like I described, the cell towers and the first net responder backdoor.
And as they monitored it, they knew exactly where they had to bring the ballots and they dropped them off and then they, you know, that's how they rigged it.
That's how you get 81 million votes for Joe Biden, which is so unbelievable but even more unbelievable than that is I mean like Nick you've seen the graphics right where it's like he loses 18 out of 19 bellwether counties he loses uh the the three bellwether states that would like he he basically Joe Biden in 2020 lost every
Known metric that would indicate that you won the presidential election, yet he won in this incredible most vote ever landslide.
It's so unbelievable that, like we said with Nate, it's Occam's razor.
The simplest answer is usually the right one.
Or the most obvious answer is usually the right one.
So that's where I'm coming from, Nick.
What do you think?
I think that's right, and who needs, you know, a hammer to hack into all these voting machines when you just get the information as it comes in?
You can alter it right there, from that back door.
You know, it's actually, it seems like it was designed that way almost, Greg.
I want to bring up how Nate was talking about how he's going to record his conversations with lobbyists.
I think that is the best model that we could use in Congress.
They won't ever vote for it, though, because they don't really have conversations.
They have people show up.
They say they're going to have some dinner.
Then they pull out an envelope and slide it across the table.
And then it shows them with pictures of them speeding through a school zone or whatever it is.
And they say, all right, we need these things.
We need these things and that's why they can't ever have those recordings because they don't even really happen.
I mean obviously there's greasing of the wheels but then there's plenty of that going on too.
The interesting thing with regard to it all is that there is a common thread as well when you look at
The bribery right so to be a lot of times these lobbyists they don't even have to do the whole blackmail thing because these these congressmen and women are just they're already corrupt they don't care they just will take the money and in some cases it'll be like oh we're throwing a you know a luncheon at in Hawaii at the Four Seasons you know or at the Grand Uh, whatever, Grand Hyatt Resort and you're invited and then they fly them out there.
They get a four star stay for, you know, a week and, you know, that's, that's as simple as it.
Okay, well, here's the legislation we're trying to get passed here.
Let's, we'll show you all, you know what I mean?
Like, well, I think there was one not too long ago where the Democrats, they rented out like an entire resort in Hawaii and they're like, and you're sitting there and I think it was during COVID as well.
Which was why people were so pissed off, but I'm like, you're more pissed off that they're going there during COVID than the fact that they're going there and in all expenses, you know, five star trip to Hawaii to go learn about some stupid piece of legislation that's going to benefit some corporation that, you know, it probably is going to be fleecing the American taxpayer for another, you know, 10 or 20 or $30 million or more.
Um, that's really the problem.
So I do appreciate what Nate said about recording his conversations with lobbyists and showing full transparency.
I hope we continue to pray for Nate that he will win, but I know that there is a large A force that is set up against him, or at least people like him.
Maybe not directly against him, but people like him to keep them out because they don't want people like him who want full transparency in.
It's a club, and some people just aren't in it.
Right, Nick?
That's right.
His opponent he's going up against is actually John Podesta's protégé.
So if anybody knows anything about John Podesta, he's not a good guy.
Not at all.
He's pretty much evil.
And you can find that out with a Google search.
And then go look at his WikiLeaks files.
Not exactly.
Spirit cooking, having children Uber to his house for a time in the hot tub.
Doing all kinds of disgusting things with his brother and their artwork.
We all know what these guys are.
Pizza related handkerchiefs.
Nick, you ever had a pizza related handkerchief?
Do you know what that is?
I can't say that I have.
Yeah, well... You know, it reminds me, you know, it's from that movie, but look, one of the artworks too, Craig, you know, you say artwork, this artwork is disgusting, and not to mention... It shows kids being abused, it shows Jeffrey Dahmer's victims, it's like, these people are demonic, dude.
They are mentally unstable, demonic hobgoblins, as Alex Jones would say.
I mean, that's literally what they are.
So...
Alright, we got a lot of stories to cover.
You said you wanted to talk about something else.
Is there anything else you wanted to get into with regard to Nate before we move on?
No, I think we covered it.
Alright, so we have a few stories we're going to get into here today that I think are very important.
The first one I want to start with here is all related to this Supreme Court case that's being heard right now.
The Supreme Court case that is being heard as we speak is dealing with the presidential immunity.
So this is all related to Trump, essentially.
They brought up this case, you know, arguing.
I think this was Trump's attorneys, if I'm not mistaken, who brought up the case all the way up to the Supreme Court because they're dealing with this special documents case down in Florida.
They're dealing with this case in Atlanta.
They're dealing with this case in Washington, D.C., and they're all interrelated because they all hinge on, in some form or fashion, the concept of presidential immunity.
And some of the oral arguments that are being heard now are just wild.
At this point, the Supreme Court is currently hearing oral arguments on Trump's immunity claim.
And the liberal justices are floating absurd hypotheticals.
So, you know, our liberal left wing justices are saying that if presidential immunity exists to the extent that Trump's attorneys are arguing, then there would be nothing to preclude the president from, quote, ordering assassinations, unquote, or, quote, ordering assassinations, unquote, or, quote, killing arrival, unquote. or, quote, ordering a coup, unquote.
So those are the kind of arguments that the Supreme, the left-wing justices are making.
And what's fascinating about that is that you have examples of all of those things being done by previous presidents.
Like, what are we even talking about?
What world do they live in?
And rightfully so, people like Judge Kavanaugh, Justice Kavanaugh, have pointed out, like, in regard to responding to some of these wild claims about presidential immunity, like, he basically said, well, should Obama be brought up on charges for killing an American citizen?
And it's insane to hear the government's lawyers argue that it's okay for Obama to drone murder, use a drone to murder an American citizen abroad, but it's not okay for Donald Trump to keep a bunch of newspaper clippings from when he was president.
Like, this is insane, Nick.
What do you think?
I think it is.
And don't forget that that person was only 17 years old, I'm pretty sure.
Not even 18 years old.
They would have gone to juvenile if they were a criminal.
Possibly.
If they didn't get tried as an adult.
Think about it that way, too.
This person wasn't even an age of reason.
Let me play the clip with Justice Kavanaugh.
You gotta hear this.
Just listen to this.
How about President Obama's drone strikes?
So the Office of Legal Counsel looked at this very carefully and determined that, number one, the federal murder statute does apply to the executive branch.
The president wasn't personally carrying out the strike, but the aiding and abetting laws are broad.
And it determined that a public authority exception that's built into statutes and that applied particularly to the murder statute, because it talks about unlawful killing, Did not apply to the drone strike.
So this is actually the way that the system should function.
The Department of Justice takes criminal law very seriously.
It runs it through the analysis very carefully with established principles.
It documents them.
It explains them.
And then the president can go forward in accordance with it.
And there is no risk of prosecution for that course of activity.
That's the lawyer for the special counsel of the Justice Department.
He's like, oh yeah, totally cool.
You can just kill somebody.
And it didn't meet any of the standards, but Trump with those boxes, he goes to jail forever.
It's like, what the hell is going on?
I don't know.
Stay tuned, folks.

Welcome back to Just a Forum Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we're joined by Nick Ngo, our guest co-host who joins us every Friday.
We had Nate Kane on earlier.
It was a really great interview, and now we're kind of talking about the Supreme Court oral arguments taking place now in the Trump immunity case.
A lot of the interesting exchanges are coming out, and like we played right before the break, Justice Kavanaugh asked the special counsel for the Justice Department, well, does the immunity count for presidents who murder innocent U.S.
civilians abroad extrajudicially?
Well, of course it does.
Of course it covers Obama being a murderous, tyrant criminal.
That should go without saying, right, Nick?
In the case of Trump, you know, having documents at his house, which Joe Biden did too, but it doesn't count because he's a Democrat, or a unit party establishment figure, more appropriately.
That's the crime of the century.
I mean, this is wild.
Well, yeah, think about it, Craig.
What they're really saying is if you leave our country and one of the presidents that is in power doesn't like what you're doing, for example, Tucker Carlson going over to talk with Vladimir Putin, you had the Ukrainians, quote-unquote, the CIA, actually try and kill him.
Yeah, wasn't the story that they tried to plant a car bomb on Tucker's motorcade?
with the CIA, they have no rules, but their jurisdiction is outside of the United States.
The second you step outside of the United States, you're fair game to them.
That's the way they see it.
That's what they're really saying right then.
That's what they said.
Yeah.
Wasn't the story that they tried to plant a car bomb on Tucker's motorcade, wasn't that the story?
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely, Craig.
That's what happened.
And, you know, they said it was Ukrainians, but obviously Ukrainians is really just the CIA.
They had, what, 12 bases?
And basically ran the whole country themselves.
They had bioweapons labs.
And with this attack that happened in Moscow, they were behind it.
They were behind it all.
And it's our CIA.
Our CIA is so out of control that I'm not even sure that it can be repaired.
They might have to break it up and sort it out.
See how we can figure it out.
But something else has to emerge from it.
Yeah, I say it on the show often, and it's a sad reality, but the last president who said he was gonna blow up the CIA and scatter it into a thousand pieces into the wind, they blew up his brain and scattered it into a thousand pieces behind his skull.
So, that was JFK, and that's the kind of entity we're dealing with here.
They're willing to... I mean, this is an organization who Everybody knows now, common knowledge, that they were responsible, at least in part, but probably in full, for the assassination of JFK.
So if they're willing to murder a sitting president, what won't they do?
Right, Nick?
That's right.
It's Bush Sr.
and his crew.
And then, of course, his predecessor before him is Prescott Bush, who was really controlling the CIA.
That's why they called it the family.
And Alan Dulles was actually just his buddy.
He was a banker, the first CIA director.
He wasn't even an intelligence person, and that's why he ran it from the shadows.
That's how Bush Sr.
was involved in the Bay of Pigs and the assassination of JFK.
He got promoted.
And Kitty History, what show was that on with the Kitty History?
It was 100% accurate.
Yeah, it's the whitest kids you know.
It's an old Comedy Center show, which is a sad story about the guy, Trevor, who was the head of that show.
He died and a lot of people are saying, a lot of people, there's a big conspiracy around that saying that he was killed by the CIA because his show was popular and he was saying a lot of, you know, quiet parts out loud and that they couldn't have it because it was reaching, you know, a demographic of people that You know, they didn't want to have access to that information.
It's the same thought behind that TikToker.
I can't remember her name.
I think her name was... Oh, I can't remember her name.
I don't want to say the wrong name, but there was a TikToker who was exposing Oprah and Diddy and, you know, exposing all of their nefarious dealings and she ended up just being found dead recently.
And one of the people speculated online that She would have been a target primarily because the people she was reaching were young women.
And young women make up the entirety of the Democrat Party voting base, almost.
And young single women particularly.
That these are the women who, you know, it's, it's really, it's so disastrously dangerous what they've done to young women's minds.
They've broken them.
I see videos on social media occasionally from time to time where, I mean, just it's, it's horrific demonic behavior.
Like, I saw one the other day, Nick, where a lady was, you know, pretending to cry because she had a positive pregnancy test, and she was saying, like, what am I gonna do?
And she's, like, crying.
And then, like, like a complete sociopath, she just stops crying and starts laughing and says, oh, it's okay, I have an appointment with the abortion clinic set up on Monday!
And then she takes a big swig of wine.
And she's like, I'm, I'm conservative's biggest fear, biggest nightmare.
And I'm like, these women have been broken, dude.
It's, it's, and that is, I mean, if you look at the statistics demographically, that's, that's the majority of what, who support the Democrat, you know, establishment.
And that's the people who are running around the campus right now, and it's because women, there's a set of biological reasons for all of this, and there's a set of cultural reasons for all of this, but, and you could go through all of those, but I think ultimately at the end of the day, they will latch on to anything that they can and exploit it, propagandize it, manipulate it, trauma-based mind control it, and then use it as best they can, right?
Yes.
Great.
They, you know, they're trying to destroy the family.
This is what they're doing to these young women.
They're telling them, you don't need a man.
You don't need a man.
You can do everything on your own.
Some of them can.
I gotta be honest.
Some of them I've met can do that.
Um, but most of them biologically are wired to mate and have children and then support those children and raise them themselves.
And this is what's driving them all crazy, I think, is that their instincts, you know, their gut, their hearts are telling them.
This isn't right.
Something's so wrong.
So wrong.
And then on the TV, they're saying, these are the people that are making it wrong.
These are the people making you feel bad.
It's them.
It's them.
Get them.
When really, it's their inner voice, their conscious, their soul telling them, I am here to, you know, I have a purpose.
You know, and with my, you know, like my professional one or whatever, but I also have my family.
And that's like, that's what they're trying to destroy, Craig, because families are the strength of America.
And if you think about it, the way they manipulate women, especially young single women in a large portion is they play to that maternal instinct.
You know, they show them pictures of, you know, crying orphans and say, oh, Trump's putting the kids in cages.
He's a monster.
He's evil.
The Republicans are evil.
You know, they're forcing you to have a baby if you're raped or if there's incest.
And it's like. - None of that plays if you understand life, if you understand family, but these women, they are being indoctrinated, brainwashed to a large degree, and the universities help with that process.
TV and culture does with pornography.
And, you know, it's crazy to me how the more, and I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, maybe it is, but it seems to me that the more women get involved in producing television series or content and movies and all this stuff, but it seems to me that the more women get involved in producing television series or content and movies and all this stuff, the more, surprisingly, the
Surprisingly, the more the content becomes pornographic, right, but also the more these storylines go away from, you know, the insinuation of strong women to victimization, like victimhood status.
So I think it's an interesting phenomenon.
Maybe it's all a coincidence, but when we come back, I want to keep going down this Supreme Court story, plus we have some other stories we're going to get into.
Everybody stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just One Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, joined by our co-host, Nick Ngo.
We had a great show so far today, and we're keeping it going.
You know, Nick, there's a lot we can uncover and unpack, especially with regard to how the Supreme Court is looking at this case.
Here's another clip I want to play, Nick, real quick.
In this last segment before our final segment, this is Justice Alito and he's wondering why Trump's the only former president charged for crimes like this.
Here it is.
You got to listen to this, Nick.
This is almost unbelievable.
It is correct, Justice Alito, but I think that we should also consider the history of this country.
As members of the Court have observed, it's baked into the Constitution that any president knows that they are exposed to potential criminal prosecution.
My friend says after impeachment and conviction, we don't read the impeachment judgment clause that way, but it's common ground that all former presidents have known that they could be indicted and convicted.
And Watergate cemented that understanding.
The Watergate smoking gun tape involved President Nixon and H.R.
Haldeman talking about and then deciding to use the CIA To give a bogus story to the FBI to shut down a criminal investigation.
Mr. Sauer and others have identified events in the past where presidents have engaged in conduct that might have been charged as a federal crime.
And you say, well, no, that's not really true.
This is page 42 of your brief.
So what about President Franklin D. Roosevelt's decision to intern Japanese-Americans during World War II?
Couldn't that have been charged under 18 U.S.C.
241, conspiracy against civil rights?
Today, yes, given this court's decision in Trump v. United States, in which the, you know, Trump v. Hawaii, excuse me, where the court said Korematsu is overruled.
I mean, President Roosevelt made that decision with the advice of his Attorney General.
That's a layer of safeguarding.
Is that really true?
I thought Attorney General Biddle thought that there was really no threat of sabotage, as did J. Edgar Hoover.
So I think that there is a lot of historical controversy, but it underscores that that occurred during wartime.
It implicates a potential commander-in-chief.
Concerns about the exigencies of national defense that might provide an as-applied Article 2 challenge at the time.
I'm not suggesting today, but the idea that a decision that was made and ultimately endorsed by this court, perhaps wrongly in the Korematsu case, So there you go, Nick.
Court criminal prosecution under 241, which requires under United States versus Lanier that the right have been made specific so that there is notice to the president.
I don't think that would have been satisfied.
All right.
Well, we could go through other historical examples.
I won't do that.
Let me just touch briefly.
So there you go, Nick.
It's essentially they're trying.
See, here's where I get hung up, because I don't understand how they can keep telling us that Trump is culpable.
His immunity is irrelevant.
But then at the same breath, say other presidents are immune still, like Obama.
Now, in this case, they admit at least that Roosevelt could be held liable today for the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II, but even then, You know, they're putting all these layers and caveats upon it to say, well, you know, other people would be involved and there would be there would be other caseloads involved.
But it's all just a big go out and get Trump witch hunt, right?
Absolutely.
I don't know if that was a man or a woman, but sounded like there's a really thick liquid stuck in their throat.
I'm not sure what it was.
I need a drink of water or something.
It's taken me everything I have not to comment on that person's voice.
It's a man and it's a, I don't know, it sounds like one of the Muppets.
His voice is so annoying that he's probably won cases because they want him to stop talking and go away.
All right, all right, you win.
Just shut up.
We can't take it anymore.
All right.
Anyway, I don't like to I don't want to make fun of people because, you know, if we're going to make fun of that guy, it's because he's terrible at his job.
All right.
One of the other things I want to talk about here.
A court document has been released that indicates the Jack Smith and the FBI were after Obama and North Korea-related documents in the Mar-a-Lago raid.
I thought that was an interesting observation.
They came out and said that they were looking for specifically documents related to those two issues.
I wonder what documents related to Obama they could have been looking for, Nick.
Perhaps something to do with 2016 and the election and the whole crossfire hurricane.
Do you think that might have been what they were looking for?
Sure, but, Craig, it could have been whenever he tried to overthrow the election.
Using a hammer and scorecard with his VPN on a DoD VPN.
You know, maybe that was the issue that they're trying to hide.
Yeah.
If Trump was holding that and saying like, you know, look, I'm untouchable because I have this.
And then they're like, well, no, you're not.
We're sending an FBI team to get it.
I don't know.
We'll see how that all plays out.
We also have Judge Cannon in the documents case down in Florida alleging that Jack Smith's lead prosecutor had threatened the valet and tried to bribe him in exchange for testimony against Trump.
How about that for a fun thing that the FBI, talking about corruption, the FBI, right?
Yeah, I saw that, Craig.
I would have loved for them to try and do that to me.
I would have set him up and recorded him.
I would have got him.
Well, there's always time.
No, I'm joking.
No, we got a couple other stories I want to hit on real quick.
We have the leftist attorney general in Arizona who just filed this lawsuit or this criminal case with a grand jury indictment of the alternate electors from the 2020 election.
She was quoted on MSNBC last month saying, Quote, we absolutely have to get President Biden re-elected.
Listen to this right here.
Well, you know, as my colleague from Massachusetts just mentioned, we absolutely have to get President Biden re-elected because one of my fears is, despite the fact that Republicans said they wanted to send this back to states for states to decide, I think there's a real movement in the sort of extreme elements.
Yeah, no, that makes perfect sense.
You know, the lady who's trying a case now about alternate electors trying to interfere in our election now says that we have to get Joe Biden elected.
Well, seems like she's working hard on that.
Another attorney with a clogged throat.

At My Favorite Gunsmith, all I do is repair firearms.
I love freedom more than guns, but the only thing that separates a free man from a slave is firearm ownership.
I would only add that it needs to work.
All of my guns work.
Do yours?

When I was broken at the bottom, I found you're my healer and redeemer, Jesus.
That's who you are.
You brought me blessings out of a tragedy.
You turned my old song into a symphony.
And with your spirit living inside of me, I'm a new creation.
I'm a new creation.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
But it rose until I stumbled and made my mistakes.
Then I could know in my soul how amazing was grace.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
It's our final segment of the show.
Man, time's flying.
If you guys don't know, it's our God's Grace is Greater segment, which we do at the end of every episode.
But before we do that, I want to give Nick a quick second to give his final thoughts for the day.
Nick, what do you got?
I'll make a couple of statements.
You know, Mr. Cain, who came on, who's running for Congress in West Virginia, pointed out some glaringly obvious espionage going on from China.
An unfettered and uninhibited full access to the voting system to manipulate and do whatever they like.
Then you get all these attorneys that are representing You know, Biden has these clogged throats.
I really want to find out what's going on with that.
I think they got embedded stuff inside of there so Obama can use their throats to speak or something.
I don't know what's going on with that, Craig.
But, you know, in spite of all of this, look, all the evidence is there, all the receipts, audio recordings, documents, you name it, it's all there.
Even the digital forensic files are all there.
So there's, so basically all of this is going to be held, all of these people are going to be held accountable, Craig.
And that's why they're doing everything they can to stop President Donald J. Trump from being back in that White House, because the moment he is, accountability and law and order will be restored.
I hope so.
God willing.
And speaking of God, let's do our God's Grace is Greater segment where we do a little bit of scripture reading today.
We're taking a step away from Psalms and we're going to go over to the book of 1 Corinthians, specifically chapter 2, and I want to talk about spiritual wisdom.
Okay, and this is the wisdom that we should be seeking always, above all other wisdom.
The discernment that we get from scripture is incredible, and this is no different.
Today, we're in 1 Corinthians chapter 2.
I want to read from verse 6, going forward.
It says, However, we do speak a wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age, or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
On the contrary, we speak God's hidden wisdom in a mystery, a wisdom God predestined before the ages for our glory.
None of the rulers of this age knew this wisdom, for if they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory.
But, as it is written, what eye did not see and ear did not hear, and what had never entered the human mind, God prepared this for those who loved Him.
Now, God has revealed these things to us by the Spirit, for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the Spirit of the man that is in him?
In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
Now, we have not received the Spirit of the Word, but the Spirit who comes from God, so that we may understand What has been freely given to us by God?
We also speak these things not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people.
But the unbeliever doesn't welcome what comes from God's Spirit because it is foolishness to him.
He is not able to understand it since it is evaluated spiritually.
The spiritual person, however, can evaluate everything Yet he himself cannot be evaluated by anyone, for he who knows or has known the Lord's mind, that he may instruct him.
But we have the mind of Christ.
So that's my encouragement to all of you out there listening.
Remember, we have the mind of Christ.
Look to Him for your wisdom, and He will give you what you need to succeed.
That's where I'm gonna leave it.
Thanks to everybody.
Nate Kane, Nick Ngo, all the textures, everybody who listened.
You guys are the best.
We'll see you on Monday.
