Welcome to another Just Informed Talk Radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.

We're going to be getting into some stories that you're going to want to hear.
The first story that I'm really wanting to cover is this Prairie Vigilance 24-3 exercise which was recently held in the United States.
It was simulating the launching of nuclear missiles against Russia and China.
I think this is a big story for the simple fact that most people had no idea that this exercise even took place, and that this training exercise involved not only the air component of the nuclear triad, but also the naval one, namely the nuclear-powered ballistic submarines.
So we're going to talk briefly about that, and we're also going to look at Russia's veto of U.S.-authored United Nations resolution banning nuclear weapons in space, and then we're going to talk a little bit about how the West, led by America, is currently trying to instigate a nuclear war.
And I think people oftentimes will dismiss this as an impossibility and the mutually ensured destruction doctrine would kick in.
But I would argue that there is a high probability that within the next Year or two, unfortunately we may in fact see a limited nuclear exchange, which I'll talk about in the show today.

I want to get into that a little bit.
Also, a big story coming out of Arizona.
As Trump 2020 alternate electors have been indicted in Arizona in Democrat A.G.
May's witch hunt, Trump is listed as an unindicted co-conspirator.
Yes.
Which he's also listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Michigan trial for the Trump alternate electors.
And this story is playing itself out across the country as we speak.
Individuals who stood up to do the right thing during the 2020 election and enact the will of the American people in the face of fraud and criminal malfeasance, corruption in our elections, are now being persecuted ahead of the next election.
And remember, All of this is being strategically timed to run right into the 2024 election.
This is nothing more than a publicity stunt for Democrats to play to their base and say that the crazy and deranged Trump supporters tried to steal that election in 2024.
And we can never let that happen again, right?
So that's a story that I want to cover and dive into a little bit.
Plus, I do want to talk about what's happening to Donald Trump in New York.
Again, he is being persecuted as we know, but the case being brought by Alvin Bragg, the district attorney there in New York City,
is fatally flawed and will ultimately lead to the case falling apart I believe given some new revelations with the charging documents that have just been released where we have the actual charges being identified by Alvin Bragg which he was refusing to identify previously
But now they have been identified in this case, and it seems as though the law that they're using to go after Trump is not being applied correctly in this case.
But, oh man, shocking surprise, shocking surprise, a corrupt district attorney is using the law to enact his political motivations while Using it incorrectly.
I mean, this is like shocking from it would be front page of the New York Times and Washington Post and headlines on CNN and MSNBC if it were the other way around.
But again, crickets silence from the fake news media because they are all complicit in this persecution and election interference scheme.
And it's just like what happened after 2016 with Google.
You had the heads of Google get together for an all-hands meeting and they're crying.
And they're saying, oh, we'll never let Trump do this again.
Democracy has been defeated today because we didn't help steal an election by rigging our algorithms and censoring our political opponents.
It's like, Really?
Okay.
I guess that's how this country is going to be ran from here on.
It's very sad.
It's very troubling.
And it's something that we should all be paying close attention to.
Another story we should all be paying close attention to, and we'll hopefully have time to cover here today, is the World Health Organization and their pandemic treaty.
It seems as though they've taken a step back away from it, and Japan has come forward as a big opponent of this mandated, you know, authoritarianism coming out of a globalist regime in the World Health Organization.
So we're going to talk about that.
It really is disturbing, especially when you couple that with the fact that Joe Biden himself is considering declaring a national climate emergency.
And guess what?
He's going to give himself COVID-like powers without congressional approval.
Oh, I wonder if they'll just send another, you know, trillion dollars out of the Federal Reserve and continue to inflate our currency so that everything becomes continuously completely unaffordable.
Could you imagine?
Can you imagine what four more years of this is going to yield for our nation?
The eight-year plan, if it is enacted, will be a death blow to America.
I mean we're already on life support right now as it is but if they get another four years in office I mean, you might as well just say goodbye to the country you once knew, because it will not exist anymore.
Our country will be fully invaded.
The Democrats will create supermajorities in all of their stronghold states.
They will rewrite the law so that they cannot be taken out.
And you think, well, that's impossible.
Well, no, that's exactly what happened in California.
And as they say, as California goes, so goes the nation.
So I lived that firsthand after spending three years in California, and I've seen it.
I know what it looks like, and it looks like exactly what we're seeing the slow crawl of happening here across the nation in real time.
I personally witnessed what it was like living in a one-party communist regime state.
And Colorado, to be quite honest, where we are right now, here in the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies, but Colorado's state is starting to look more and more like California every single day.
The supermajority down in the state capitol with our state legislature is completely To unhinge from reality.
They are pushing demonic agendas, they are pushing destructive agendas, they are trying to legalize crime, and they're trying to criminalize patriotism and independent conservative values.
This is all by design, this is all a part of a very strategic plan.
And you go to these, you know, protesters across these college campuses in the United States and it's Antifa all over again.
BLM, we'll talk about that too.
BLM 2.0.

We have a lot of stories to cover so I might as well just get started.
The big story of the day that I'm going to be getting into here is this Active phase of the Prairie Vigilance 24-3 exercise which was recently held so This exercise spanned the entirety of the United States.
It is a part of the United States strategic offensive force training Organizations and the exercise Included 14 B-52H strategic bombers who practiced training launches of nuclear missiles against Russia and China.
There was also another training exercise that involved not only the air component of the nuclear triad, but also the naval one.
Namely, they used the nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines, or otherwise known as the SSBNs.
This exercise took place spanning the entirety, as I said before, of the United States of America.
Some of the areas of operation that you probably would have noticed around the country would have been in places like Northern California and Northern Nevada.
There were exercises being held just on our front doorstep in the front range of the Colorado Rockies in western Kansas and northern Oklahoma in the Panhandle.
Also there were exercises held in central Texas and of course they had exercises in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota.
They also and these are where the B-52s and the planes were practicing and other strategic assets were practicing their launch operations.
You had operations in eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina, South Carolina and northern Georgia.
You also had operations up in Maine and over off of the coast of Greenland and there were other submarine based operations that were practicing their exercises in the basically all down the Pacific coast and all up the Atlantic coast.
So that those were the areas of operation for this training exercise and somebody had texted in and said, There was a pretty intense military exercise last week in Chattanooga, Tennessee, repelling out of Blackhawk helicopters in the downtown.
Flashbangs and simulated fire.
Brad Barton out of Tennessee has been putting out some info about it.
Thank you, that was a text from the 303, and yeah, that probably was related to this operation.
I'm not sure 100% if it was, but it may have been because this operation was essentially, as we said before, simulating launches of nuclear missiles against Russia and China, which would include operations of, you know, what which would include operations of, you know, what would the response be to it, which could include some kind of operations being ran by other military forces.
So, some other aspects of this military exercise include that there were a total of eight bombers, and of the bombers, there were five B-52Hs from the Minot and Barksdale Airbases, as well as three B-2As there were five B-52Hs from the Minot and Barksdale Airbases, as well as
The B-52Hs were loaded with cruise missiles, while the B-2As carried nuclear bombs and they flew to Greenland to practice simulated strikes.
At the same time, the SSBNs, otherwise known as the Nuclear Powered Submarines, were located off the east and west coast in coordination between the aviation and fleet of the United States Navy, which was carried out by E-4 B airborne command and control aircraft from several US air bases.
So ultimately, the purpose of these actions was primarily to maintain quote unquote readiness of the strategic offensive forces and not necessarily related to any imminent preparation for a conflict.
And these, you know, these kind of exercises are not new, obviously, but when you look at the tactics of what was happening, this looks like they are preparing in inevitably for a all-out nuclear war that is going to involve at least two parts of the nuclear triad, if not three.
So, What is the nuclear triad?
Well, we'll talk about that in just a second.
But I want to talk about what has been happening at the UN lately, because I think it all relates back to what we're seeing happen here on our own shores.
For instance, the Russians have come out and vetoed a very rare and interesting resolution set before the United Nations Security Council, which was particularly focused on banning nuclear weapons in space.
The treaty barred signatories, including the US and Russia, from placing in orbit around the Earth any objects carrying nuclear weapons, or any other kinds of weapons of mass destruction, or anywhere else in outer space.
So on Wednesday, Russia registered the loan veto which shot down the draft resolution aimed ultimately at preventing a future nuclear arms race in outer space.
China was the only abstention, interestingly enough, while the U.S.
was among the 13 United Nations Security Council members that voted in favor.
It had been drafted and brought forward by the U.S.
and Japan.
In February, the US government alleged that Russia was preparing to deploy a space weapon, which might be a nuclear weapon, which subsequently set off a frenzy of media speculation.
Reuters had reported at the time that the, quote, Space-based weapon U.S.
intelligence believes Russia may be developing is more likely a nuclear-powered device to blind, jam, or fry the electronics inside satellites than an explosive nuclear warhead to shoot them down, analysts said.
The Kremlin had blasted what it characterized as a malicious fabrication.
They claimed the U.S.
officials were seeking to distract the public and ram through more foreign aid and defense spending in Congress.
The U.S.
press release summarizing Wednesday's failed resolution included the following description.

This is what their press release response was to Russia vetoing the U.S.
authored U.N.
resolution banning nuclear weapons in space.
It says, the detonation of a nuclear weapon in space would destroy satellites that are vital to communications, agriculture, national security, and more worldwide with grave implications for sustainable development and other aspects of international peace and security.
The diverse group of co-sponsors of this resolution reflects the strong shared interest in avoiding such an outcome.
Additionally, the National Security Council spokesman John Kirby warned that in the absence of any international prohibition or treaty, nukes in space could cause, quote, physical destruction on Earth, end quote.
So, obviously what we're seeing unfold before our very eyes is a strategic attempt to undermine the National defense and security of the United States by foreign adversaries.
Obviously, that's the official story that they want us to be focused on now.
Is the truth closer or further away from that?
I'm not 100% sure at this moment.
I don't know how close we are to going to war with nuclear weapons, but I do know that it does raise a number of interesting questions.
You could look at some interesting factoids when you analyze everything that's been happening lately, but I think ultimately what we're seeing here is the continuous escalation of aggression and the number of forces that are being brought in with regard to this
you know, operation really is concerning, especially when you look at the number of exercises and the scope and scale of the exercises and how they're continuing to expand to a point where, you especially when you look at the number of exercises and the scope and scale of the exercises and how And I've read it before, but I'll read it again.
I mean, the West, led by America, is, in fact, trying to instigate a nuclear world war.
Now, why would they want to do that?
Well, I have a number of reasons why I believe they want to do that.
I've said it here on the channel before, and on the show, that they have every reason to want to start a nuclear war it basically would be the last necessary step before they could implement their one world government that they want so badly and the people who would instigate this nuclear war
uh understand fully that they would be 100 safe and taken care of and hiding away in uh government bunkers that were built using billions and billions and billions of dollars of our taxpayer money.
So...
So they have no real fear of this sort of outcome.
They would just go hide in their bunkers until we all eventually either die off or kill each other.
And then they would come out and say, we need a one world government, we need to come together and never let this happen again.
And there is your most dire scenario and outcome for this nuclear war scenario that they keep, you know, they keep using it as an existential threat to keep us inside the trauma based mind control, you know.
know but ultimately i wouldn't be surprised if this is what they have had planned for a long time anyway Anyway.
If you listen to what Russia is saying, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a recent Moscow Non-Proliferation Conference told an audience that the West, led by U.S.
forces, is inching closer towards nuclear conflict as it interferes with Russia's effort to remove Ukraine from the clutches of the Western Deep State.
Now, a lot of people have also claimed Including North Korea recently came out and said that this whole thing with Ukraine and Russia is all, it's all a big, you know, it's a theater act.
It's all a play.
It's all a movie.
You're not really, this has all been planned.
And if that is the case, so this kind of goes back to the theory that a lot of people have postulated about the fact that the United States military
And the evolving warfare that we are facing has created a scenario in this nation to where they can achieve the goals that they set forth under President Trump while using, let's just say, actors as individuals that they could deceive the American public with, and the world at large, so they could achieve their ends, right?
And what do I mean by that?
Well, think about this from, you know, a few different perspectives.
Yes, a lot of people point to the fact that our border is wide open, and that would make no sense militarily if you are trying to, you know, work this 4D chess type scenario.
But, you know, if you're looking at the grand scheme of things, right?
If the goal was to take out the Deep State, and we know who runs the Deep State, who owns the Deep State, it's these globalist banking cartels, these old globalist families, the Rothschilds, the Soroses, the Sauds, all of these other factions in between, the old aristocracies of Europe, their royal lineage, they
Perhaps would deceive the public by putting a puppet president like Joe Biden in place.
Because again, all the world is a stage, right?
And with the advent of the Internet, everything, communication is instantaneous, information is instantaneous.
So at that point, if you were in the military, you'd have to understand that your tactics would have to adapt to that reality, which would mean that you would have to create an alternate reality for the world to live in while you are executing the means of your operation.
So, I don't know if that's the case.
That's what the whole cue operation seemed to imply.
And in that scenario...
If we know that one of the deep state strongholds was Ukraine and Russia's completely been eviscerating Ukraine and we're just sitting there throwing our hands up saying oh well you know we're helping Ukraine and we're we're sending all this money but in reality we're just sending all of these Ukrainian Nazi Azov battalions to their own slaughter I mean, there is some sort of argument that could be made that that is a part of the grand scheme and things, but I'm not going to go that far.
I'll just say it is interesting.

Yeah, we're talking here about this nuclear war scenario.
And I was talking about how, according to Russia, you know, the United States is trying to instigate a nuclear war.
And I see the world in a very, you know, different way than a lot of people.
I see all sides of all arguments, I think, to a degree.
I'm not saying I've, like, omniscient or something, but I try to look at all sides and all perspectives, and I've seen both sides of the argument for and against You know, this military operation that's been taking place and then I try to cover it as objectively as I can without interjecting my own opinion, although that is almost impossible because we all have our own opinion and biases that we, you know, that come through when we speak on certain topics.
But I was talking about this idea that there's some secret operation taking place.
And I would think at this point that it should be almost common knowledge to people who are paying attention that what we're seeing publicly is a disparate reality from what's happening behind closed doors.
I think that should be fairly obvious.
Now, whether what's happening behind closed doors is dark and nefarious or light and, you know, good, those are up for you to decide.
That's up for you to decide.
I could see either scenario playing out in real time.
Now, I don't have any insider information to be like, oh, well, I know that this is happening, but I can tell you right now I've heard from sources who I trust.
Inside of, you know, intelligence and military who have said, like, look, what you're seeing in front of your eyes, you know, every day, it's all a play.
It's all an act.
It's all theater.
And then I would respond to that by saying, like, look, I see the border wide open.
I see people coming into the tune of millions.
I see our country being invaded.
I see Democrats taking control of state legislatures.
I see, you know, corrupt Democrats in Congress waging lawfare against our president to try to You know, skew the election and interfere in it, and I'm like, if that's all the illusion, then God help us with what's happening behind closed doors, right?
If that's what we have to project out to the world to, you know, affect the ends of our, to affect the ends of the means, then, you know, truly I mean this without taking the Lord's name in vain, God help us.
Because we are in deep trouble if that's how drastic it has to get for the outside looking in in order to achieve things like take out the deep state.
So let's say Ukraine is the deep state stronghold.
Russia is eviscerating it right now.
Are governments sending all this money so that Ukraine won't surrender because they want Ukraine completely wiped off the map?
They don't want anything left?
Let's say the military does want to destroy one of the biggest strongholds for the deep state.
They want Ukraine to fail.
If you really wanted Ukraine to fail, then you would do exactly what the United States has been doing, which is advise them not to accept peace on any terms, and to continue to slaughter your own citizens until there's no one left, and expend all of your military resources, and basically destroy yourself by thrusting yourself headfirst into a meat grinder, which is going to war with Russia,
You know, I mean, that kind of does make sense to a degree.
But if the way we achieve that is by opening up our borders and letting Democrats take control, even if it is for a limited while, I don't know.
But again, there's other people who have told me, hey, it had to get this bad because people had to see for themselves and feel The repercussions of allowing these communists to be in control.
Because a lot of people who are part of the whole Q narrative, the QAnon narrative, you know, which I covered it for several years, so I'm not trying to distance myself from it.
I'm just saying that I've been given the blessing of having perspective of seeing all sides, I believe.
So, the perspective and the argument from that angle would be, things had to get this bad in order for people to wake up.
And people still aren't waking up, so it surely will probably have to get worse.
And I think that's true to a degree.
I mean, look at how... look at the state of affairs in this country.
Right?
Just look around yourself.
Ask yourself some very interesting questions here.
As you look around at the state of the country that we are in right now, You have border wide open.
You have a corrupt pedophile president.
You have states like Colorado being overtaken by leftist regime, Marxist demons.
And people still aren't doing anything.
People still are just happy, you know, they're comfortable and happy.
Well, you know, it'll take care of itself.
Somebody else will do it.
I'm too busy.
I got that, you know, football game coming up.
Football season's about to start.
I'm, you know, NBA playoffs.
Can't, can't miss that.
NHL, Stanley Cup.
Sorry, I'm busy.
I mean, The leftists will do everything.
They'll riot, they'll protest, they'll burn buildings down, they'll take siege to entire cities.
What do the conservatives do?
Oh, and you say, well, they did January 6th.
That was good.
Well, maybe.
But that fizzled out quickly.
And the truth is you cannot make all the arguments you want.
I'm just trying to play to give both sides, right?
So you could argue that January 6 happened and the FBI has been persecuting all of those people involved.
And even now, you have people from that protest rotting in prison.
People like Enrique Tarrio and Joe Biggs and a number of others who are rotting in prison now, 20 plus year sentences, and nobody's doing a thing for them.
You don't see any big, you know, funds set up for legal defenses.
I mean, yeah, they get, they get support through funding people donate, but it's not like the left where it's like a mechanized system.
Right.
And you can argue, again, you can say, oh well, they have the system in their pocket, they have the DAs, they have the AGs, they have Soros, they have all of it.
Okay?
Complaining about that and pointing it out does nothing for our situation.
I mean, if I were just, I'm just thinking out loud here, but if, if I were, let's say, a part of the faction within our government that is fighting against this stuff that we see as evil and corrupt and broken, well, you're asking them to essentially do it alone.
Whereas the left has the ability to mobilize the masses, and they can do it completely Without any trouble.
So perhaps that is the idea behind what they've said before, and especially people from the QOP and stuff, that things have to get so bad that people wake up and get activated and start going and taking back our country by any means necessary.
I'm just thinking out loud here.
I'm not making any proclamation.
I'm just saying Perhaps that's what's happening because like Yuri Besmenev said, that's a tongue twister, say that five times fast.
Yuri Besmenev said, Yuri Besmenev said, Yuri Besmenev said.
But like he said, you can march these people up to the gates of the concentration camp and say, look, look what your government is doing.
And it won't register in their mind until the cracking of the boot hits their backside.
I sail, I sail.
Well, I think we're in that moment now where the cracking of the boot is hitting our backside, and that's what's going to eventually wake us up.
That seems to be a reasonable way of looking at it, but you let me know what you think.

Uh, somebody from the 763 says, did you know that John Dean from Watergate is working with Hillary's team again on Russiagate and Spygate this time?
He is one of the lawyers supporting all of these lawsuits filed against President Trump.
History repeats itself.
Yeah.
The summary from Meta AI about John Dean, according to this person, is that, uh, this is what they texted in.
That he was White House counsel under President Nixon, vocal critic of Republican politics, and associated with various individual organizations over the years.
His associations include James Comey, Robert Mueller, CNN, Washington Post, liberal political organizations, and other commentators.
Deans collaborated and appeared with various political commentators.
All right.
including woodward bernstein and lawrence tribe yeah um no i'm not surprised the same players are involved but like i was saying before you know it kind of makes sense if you think about it from the perspective that a lot of people will say this and and i've been the one to say this as well so i'm I'm not sitting here preaching down saying, oh, you guys are so stupid.
No, I've said this before, and I'm starting to realize, which maybe I'm just very slow, which is fine, but I'm starting to realize that, you know, we keep saying, well, why would they allow this to happen?
Why would they let our, why would they allow our border to be wide open?
Why would they allow you know, a criminal to become president, a guy who molests his own children?
Why would they allow the military to become woke?
Why would they do all this stuff?
And that is, you know, it's kind of a weird thing to realize that why would we allow it?
Perhaps that's the real question.
Why are we allowing them to invade our country?
Why are we allowing communists to infiltrate our state government and our local government and our federal government?
Why are we allowing Christians to be persecuted around the world?
And why are we allowing the Never ending wars to ultimately dictate this communist, you know, government, governing system that they're trying to implement to bring it about.
Why are we doing all of these things?
You know, because if there's one thing you can say about the left, as corrupt as they are, as deranged as they are, as deluded and demonic, they're committed.
And they're active.
And their presence is felt.
And they are willing to put themselves on the line for what they believe in.
You can critique them all day, you can chastise them all day, which I think is fair.
You can criticise them and say these people are evil, they're standing up for evil things, blah blah blah.
And it's all true.
But they are committed.
And they are willing to put themselves on the front line.
And they are willing to go to jail.
And you go, well, that's because they know they have the system in their back pocket.
They know the government is going to bail them out.
It's like, well, okay, fine.
It doesn't change the fact that they are fully committed to their cause.
And yeah, it's probably because a lot of them are stupid and don't know any better.
But there are a lot of them who are ideologically, you know, 100% driven and committed.
Now you could argue that some of them should probably be committed into mental institutions, but they are committed.
You gotta give them that.
They're willing to throw themselves out there, strap themselves to things, lock themselves on, you know, highways and block highways.
I'm not saying that I condone those activities, or even that I admire them, but I'm just saying that You know, and this is partially a revelation for me, just to hear talking, I mean, why aren't we as motivated to stop this as they are?
You know?
It's an interesting question, an interesting self, you know, a moment for a little bit of introspective thought, right, is that the correct word?
Um, I don't know.
I don't know the answer to that.
You know, I've committed myself to this battle for many years, you know, and I'm doing what I believe is the part that God has put me here to do, which is spread the truth and to get the information out there.
And that's what I've done.
And you know what?
It's cost me a lot.
It has.
It's cost me a very high paying career.
It's cost me, not that I'm not doing well now, but you know, obviously I was doing much better before and I had to make sacrifices to do what I believed was right.
And I did make those sacrifices, and I don't regret them for one second.
But, whereas I see a left wing in this country that's willing to make those sacrifices, a lot of people in this country aren't.
Especially on the conservative side.
Because they are too comfortable.
Because life is too good at the moment.
And that as bad as things get, they're still okay.
So if that's the case, then things are going to have to get really bad before anything really changes.
Because it won't be until those people who are doing well or comfortable enough or disinterested because it doesn't affect them until they get active.
I mean, I talk to so many people on a regular basis who say, you know, I don't get involved in politics because I just don't care and it doesn't really affect me.
And these are people who would be on our side, who should be active.
So I don't know.
Anyway, I feel like I'm just rambling now.

Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we have a lot of other stories to get into here today, so I'm going to try to cover a few of them.
I think it's very important that we dive into some other stories here.
We have the District Attorney in the Trump case, Alvin Bragg, in New York City, has made a fatal error, according to many.
When revealing the underlying crime that he is pursuing Trump on in this quote-unquote hush money case, which has been unfolding in front of our very eyes.
Now, the prosecutor involved in this case in New York revealed that the other crime Donald Trump is allegedly trying to conceal when he was falsifying, according to them, business records, and they claim it was to unlawfully promote his candidacy.
But there seems to be a fatal error in this New York statute that they cite.
The error is that it only applies to elections within the state of New York and not federal elections.
Since Trump was running for Federal Office of the President of the United States and not a state office, the premise of what the prosecution is trying to prove as the second crime used to get around the statute of limitations issue and to elevate his business records case to a felony level, it fails when it's tested.
Right?
Prosecutors also can't use a federal law as the second crime and additionally the FEC, the Federal Election Commission, declined on two occasions to prosecute the claim against Trump that the alleged hutch money payment was in fact a federal violation.
So you have to think about it in these terms.
Well, as Trump's pointed out and others have, The FEC, who would be in charge of, you know, prosecuting crimes involving federal elections, which is what this crime is essentially being predicated on.
This trial, I should say, is being predicated on the crime of.
They rejected this as being not even close to being a violation of federal law, yet here we are in the state court because the state is the only place for action to take place.
Which it makes sense because you have these corrupt state governments that have been infiltrated that are currently in the process of creating a Election interference scheme and enacting it across the many states.
So now with the, if you count these alternate elector cases, you have essentially cases against Trump that are going to act as election interference scams in Arizona, Michigan, New York, Georgia, Florida, and Washington DC.
So you have six different states now.
That are basically using politicized AGs, DAs, etc.
to wage a series of lawfare cases with the intent of interfering in the election and nobody's doing a damn thing about it.
Excuse my language.
Although it is 100% true that nobody is doing anything about it.
And that to me, again, this goes back to what I was saying before, and I don't mean to sound like a broken record here, but to be quite frank...
We're the ones who are allowing this to happen.
Where is Congress?
I mean, Steve Bannon has been hitting Congress so hard on this.
Like, where are you?
Why aren't you stepping in?
Why aren't you opening up investigations into these corrupt state actors?
Why aren't you doing what we sent you to Washington to do?
And you know why they're not?
It's because they hate us.
Because we're just an inconvenience to their six-figure salary, and their, you know, benefits for life, and their inclusion in the, you know, mystery schools.
They hate MAGA.
They want to get rid of us.

Another story I want to cover here, before we get back into the Trump trials, is the FBI Director issuing a chilling warning about terror attacks on the United States.
The Director of the FBI, Chris Wray, came out on NBC News and said there's an increasingly, or that he is increasingly concerned about the potential for some kind of coordinated attack on the homeland.
He said that the event may not be that different from what you saw against the concert hall in Russia a few weeks ago from ISIS.
So okay, that makes sense.
So we created ISIS with Israel.
And ISIS goes to Russia and kills a bunch of people with automatic weapons, and then it turns out that they were paid most likely by Western intelligence forces to do that as a destabilizing factor, a destabilizing attack against Russia, and now the FBI director is warning us that that's going to happen here!
Oh, okay, perfect.
You know what's funny to me is that the State Department issued a terror alert only weeks before the ISIS militant slaughter that took place in Russia, stating exactly that, that there would be a terrorist attack at a concert hall.
You can go look all that up, it's all true.
And now our FBI director is saying the same thing's gonna happen here.
Hmm.
I wonder why that is.
I wonder what that's going to be all about.
You know, is it just another distraction from failed politics, from failed election interference schemes?
As these court cases continue to fizzle out and produce nothing but an obvious and overt attempt to steal our elections once again, they have to distract the American people because we're becoming too aware of what's going on and our attention is too focused on these things.
See, you have to remember how this whole operation works for manipulating the public, right?
Trauma-based mind control and mockingbird media and propaganda.
They want you to pay attention to things like Trump being persecuted, right?
But they don't want you to pay so much attention that you realize it's all a scam.
So they want you to be hyper-focused on the headlines and completely ignorant of the substance.
So you are meant to only absorb What the headline from the fake news media prints and shows you, but then when it comes to reading the fine print, they do not want you to do that because any normal person, right, who's not a deranged lunatic, will read the fine print and go, wait, you're charging Trump for a hush money payment when the lady in the case has come out and said that none of it ever happened?
And that their star witness is a felonious perjurer who just got out of federal prison?
And that, you know, and oh, he's convicted of a, he's being convicted, he's being fined a half a billion dollars for taking out a loan and paying it back on time with interest?
Like, what?
And they're like, no, no, no, no!
Bombs!
Distraction!
Mass casualty event!
Terrorists!
Look!
ISIS!
They're coming!
Like, that's how it works.
So that then, they can continue to radicalize these left-wing activists, because I believe at this point, I don't think they've realized that the whole pro-Hamas thing is going to backfire on them.
Because the Pro Amos thing is doing two things, right?
It's waking up people to the genocide being committed by Israel, right, in that region of Gaza, which I've been against from day one.
If you've been listening to the show, I've said I'm against genocide on all sides, whether it's the Israelis against the Palestinians, or the Palestinians against the Israelis, or whatever.
I'm not for either of them.
But I don't think they realize that they've opened Pandora's box in activating this movement that could possibly unite Americans in understanding that we are being exploited by a military-industrial complex, a war machine, that only seeks to serve itself and not the American people.
Right?
That the globalists who run these NGOs and, you know, run these defense contractors, that they themselves have nothing but profit motivation and use ideological, you know, motives as the predicate, but the underlying true motivation is profit-based, power-based.
Control-based.
It has nothing to do with, oh, we're fighting for those Palestinians, or we're fighting against the Palestinians, or whatever it is.
That might wake people up.
So, I would postulate that in order to shift the narrative away from this possibly backfiring move, they will have some mass casualty event, which they can blame guns, Because look, one thing we know, right, that they depend on more than anything else is dividing us.
And look, I'll be honest, the left's done a good job of separating themselves from us by, you know, worshiping Satan and embracing demonic belief systems.
But I think what they're really afraid of is us actually agreeing on things.
You know, finding points of agreement that then we can both say, look, yeah, that is strange that we're being exploited in this way by our government.
So, I don't know, that's my simple observation.
And you gotta understand, from my perspective, I'm here just simply pontificating on the possible outcomes that are ahead.
And the possible scenarios and realities in which we may be existing.
I don't have every answer, only God does, and I put my faith in Him above all else to know that I don't know.
And I trust that he will provide answers and clarity and discernment as is needed for me to help all of you out there understand more and that you guys will do the same in helping me, by the grace of God, understand things that I don't understand.
So, it's definitely something that I see on the horizon.
They will have some kind of mass catch the event.
They'll blame it on guns or they'll blame it on radical Muslim terrorists and shift the narrative.
Oh, well, we can't have, you know, cause they don't.
I think Hamas, like I said, it's too unifying.
Like it could be too unifying for us because we could actually sit down and say, Hey, you know, we all definitely have a lot more in common than.
They want us to believe, and even though we may disagree on very important key things, and that may be a point that we can't come together on, I mean, if we can all come together on one thing, that terrifies them more than anything else.
Look for that to come, some sort of false flag, or, you know, they allow some terror attack to happen.
That's probably on the horizon.
And I hate to say it, but you have the FBI director coming out and saying, hey, that's what's gonna come.
We're telling you.
Another ISIS-style attack, like what we saw in Russia.
It's coming to America, folks.
Prepare.
So, they're priming us, and they're getting us ready.

Trump 2020 alternate electors are being indicted in Arizona.
The Democrat Attorney General there, Mays, is helping facilitate another witch hunt, another election interference scam.
Trump has been listed as an unindicted co-conspirator, of course.

This was the press release they put out yesterday.

Hi, I'm Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays.
Let me start by thanking everyone for your patience as we conducted a thorough and professional investigation over the past 13 months into the fake electors scheme in our state.
I understand for some of you today didn't come fast enough, and I know I'll be criticized by others for conducting this investigation at all.
But as I have stated before and will say here again today, I will not allow American democracy to be undermined.
It's too important.
The investigators and attorneys assigned to this case took the necessary time to thoroughly piece together the details of the events that began nearly four years ago.
They followed the facts where they led and I'm very proud of the work they've done to date.
We're here because justice demands an answer to the efforts that the defendants and other unindicted co-conspirators allegedly took to undermine the will of Arizona's voters during the 2020 presidential election.
Arizona's election was free and fair.
The people of Arizona elected President Biden.
Unwilling to accept this fact, the defendants charged by the state grand jury allegedly schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency.
Whatever their reasoning was, the plot to violate the law must be answered for, and I was elected to uphold the law of this state.
The scheme, had it succeeded, would have deprived Arizona's voters of their right to have their votes counted for their chosen president.
It effectively would have made their right to vote meaningless.
Well, there you go.
Chris Mays, the Attorney General for the state of Arizona, coming out with that, uh, you know, really emotionally charged statement.
I mean, I, you know, besides talking about just how she sounded and her facial expression, it looks like she was drunk doing this, which I'm sure, you know, that a lot of these people they're popping pills or taking Xanax or something, and they're just blank, blank stares, you know, the empty soulless void where their eyes should be.
But this is her coming out and making these statements, and J.D., one of the things that I noticed immediately in that first, in what she said, she said that they've been investigating for 13 months.
Okay, so that would put us at, what, March, the investigation started in March of 23, 2023?
Well, J.D., I'm no expert, but this crime took place, according to her, four years ago.
So, why did they only start the investigation a year ago?
Can anyone answer that?

This is the State Attorney General of Arizona.
This is all she's got to do?
Is this?
With all the problems they've got there?
With crime and on and on?
These Democrat Attorney Generals, Chris Mays, Jenna Griswold in Colorado, There's a whole group of them.
The one in Missouri... Griswold, just for reference, General Griswold is the Secretary of State, but yeah, I know what you mean.
Well, yeah, but I'm saying that these people, though, what I'm doing is I'm comparing what they're trying to do.
They're all trying to do the same thing.
And they're all funded by the same people.
Their campaigns, if you go and look and follow the money, they're all funded by the same people.
Yeah, she's going after some things that happened.
During an election four years ago?
And haven't they found mistake after mistake after mistake, problem after problem with Arizona's elections?
I mean, just recently there was another one that came out.
They don't have anything better to do.
This is just all part of the same plan to keep Donald Trump out of office and make him look bad.
Yeah, a couple things.
I mean, Maricopa County, I mean, you've had thousands and thousands of ballots that were basically invalid.
You had vote ballot harvesting schemes.
You had illegals voting in the election.
You had pretty much every kind of election fraud you could imagine taking place in the state of Arizona because they were desperate and needed it.
Arizona is the state that everybody is infamously known now as being called by Fox News and Brett Baier before they had like 2% or 3% of the vote in.
They had 3% of the vote in or whatever it was.
It was some very low number.
And Brett Baier was like, Fox News can call the state of Arizona for Joe Biden.
That other guy Fox had on there doing all that, you know, I forget his name, but he's long gone now because of all that.
But yeah, I mean, these are documented, proven issues that they had with their election.
I mean, remember when the last election, Craig, remember when they couldn't even vote?
These people couldn't even vote.
The whole system was down or something for like a couple of days.
Yeah, and they couldn't count the votes in time and it was all, you know, dragged out.
And I think that Joe Biden, I mean, if he did, quote unquote, win, it was only by a very small margin.
And at that they were saying, well, there's no fraud here.
It's all, it's all, we all, it's all on the up and up.
And the courts were throwing out case after case after case about the fraud, and not to mention what happened in the governor's race there with Carrie Lake and that whole debacle that took place.
And they're going after her, too.
Yeah, well, her case just got rejected by the Supreme Court, so there you go.
Um, this is, this is insane, but one of the things that I, again, what stood out to me the most, JD, was her proclamation that these, this investigation started 13 months ago, and it's just like every other one of these cases against Trump, which this is just another case against Trump, even though he's not indicted, he is an unindicted co-conspirator.
They chose to purposefully start these investigations so that the court dates and the trials would all run straight into the upcoming 2024 election.
They could have brought this case, JD, two years ago, three years ago.
Heck, they could have brought it four years ago when all this stuff was going down, but they chose not to.
They chose to strategically bring it because there's a coordinated effort.
There are orders being handed down from the DOJ and the Biden White House that all of these cases have to co-align and come at the same time.
See, because they know they're all BS.
They know they're all frauds.
It's all election interference.
It's all an election interference scam.
It's all election interference.
Yep.
That's 100% true.
And I'm thinking, if something happened four or five years ago, four years ago, whatever, I mean, is there not a statute of limitations?
I mean, they keep doing these things after the fact.
Well, there's a statute of limitations!
There was no crime!
What are they charging these people with?
Well, I know, but I'm saying, though...
They're charging these people with interfering in the election because they sought to rightfully restore the right of the Arizona people, citizens, to have their votes counted the way that they voted, not the way that the Smartmatic and Dominion voting machines decided that not the way that the Smartmatic and Dominion voting machines decided that they would vote or not the way that the illegals who voted in their election decided That's the crux of all this, I think, is that these people are frauds.
The reason they're bringing these charges and these trials and these cases is because they themselves are fraudulent.
They themselves were not legally, duly elected.
Katie Hobbs, the governor, she is not the governor.
Carrie Lake should be the governor.
She won that race.
They are frauds, they are criminals, and that's why they are bringing these cases, because if you accept the premise that they can have these alternate electors to represent the true will of the American people, then that invalidates them as officials, as officials in the state, you know?
So I think it's about themselves more than it is even about Trump.
Well, the crux is that you cannot question anything about an election.
That's the crux.
Well, unless you're a Democrat, then you can do it.
If you're a Democrat, you can challenge elections, you can say they're stolen, you can have protests, you can go take over Congress, you can have sit-ins in Congress, but when we do it, it's an insurrection and, oh, we're so dangerous!
It's mind-boggling how we've gotten here.
You can't question anything that they do.
Well, what's crazy to me, JD, is I have these clips that are insane.
I'll give you some flashbacks, you know, talking about when Democrats do it, it's okay.
Here is a flashback.
How about Stacey Abrams?
Well, I got some interesting stuff for you here.
We got CNN's Van Jones outlining the possibility of having two sets of electors in the case of a contested election while the courts and Congress settled the dispute.
Here he is on CNN Explaining how exactly what Arizona's charging these people with is perfectly fine and legal, I guess only when you're a Democrat.
Listen to this.
Vice President, federal law says all election disputes at the state level need to be wrapped up by December 8th so the electors can cast their ballots on December the 14th.
Now, each state governor has got to certify the electors' votes and then send them on to Congress.
So the results aren't official until the new Congress counts those ballots on January the 6th.
Now, it's usually a straightforward process, but let's say one of the candidates questions the legitimacy of the state's count.
The governor could choose not to certify the elector's votes.
Or, though this is really unlikely, the state legislature could decide to contest the election and send a different count to Congress, meaning Congress could end up with no results or with competing results from the same state.
Now that's a violation of federal law, so Congress would no longer have to honor that state's electors at all.
Now, the House and the Senate can then decide which result is valid, or throw out the votes from that state altogether.
Now, I know you think I'm crazy, but this actually happened.
It was 1876, shortly after the Civil War.
Samuel Tilden won the popular vote, but there were 19 electoral votes in dispute.
Congress had to step in and broker a compromise.
Rutherford Hayes was eventually named president in exchange for the end of Reconstruction and the withdrawal of federal troops from the South.
Here's where things get even more interesting.
If a candidate still doesn't have a majority of electoral votes by the end of this process, the 12th Amendment says the House of Representatives decides who will be president, and each state delegation gets one vote.
The Senate picks a vice president.
No matter what happens, somebody has got to take the oath of office on January 20th.
So help me God.
If both the president and the vice president are still undecided, the Speaker of the House temporarily gets that job.
There you go.
They don't want you to know that, JD.

And so, Jay, before the break, I played that Van Jones video, which kind of explained in detail how states are legally allowed to send two sets of electors and have alternate electors.
But, of course, you know, they want that video memory hold now because it counteracts the narrative that they are, or countervails the narrative that they are trying to propagate, saying that...
This is an affront to our elections to have alternate electors, and they're going after people like Tyler Boyer, who is a seventh generation Arizonan, who is part of TP Action, who's been brought up in this case as one of the people who are being, you know, persecuted is the best way to put it.
You know, what are your thoughts on just the whole corruption here?
Because I have more that I can unload on this.
Yeah, um, you know, what these Democrats are doing, they're trying to come up with anything and everything, any way they can to possibly keep Donald Trump from being president by bypassing the will of the American people.
And they don't care how they do it, whether it's at a federal level, whether it's at a state level.
And they're figuring out all these things, how to use these officials in these different states, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Governor, state legislatures, which in Colorado is a super majority state legislatures, which in Colorado is a super majority Democrat house.
And they're trying to figure out ways how to use all these different people to keep him out of office.
and And it's disgusting, man.
I mean, how many times, how many things are going to go to the Supreme Court?
We're talking about him.
Right now as we speak, the Supreme Court justices are speaking right now about something to do with Donald Trump, about his immunity.
Yeah, I mean, and one of the things that we always say about Democrats, which is, you know, very interesting, but it's an interesting observation, but it's true.
If they didn't have double standards, they have no standards at all.
Here's MSNBC in 2017, right after the election, talking about Hillary Clinton.
Just see if you notice the difference in the way they approach alternate electors then.

Ari, I've been receiving emails about this, people with tweets about this.
This is that bit of hope that Hillary Clinton supporters are holding on to, fact from fiction.
What happens here?
What happens here is nothing.
This is not going to change the outcome of the election.
It is certainly an oddity of our democracy that in almost every race we count the ballots and give the victory to the person who has the most votes.
Except for the presidency, where often, as we see this year, as we saw in 2000, as we've seen in earlier races, the person with the most votes sometimes does not become president.
In this case, by all accounts thus far, some counting still going on, Hillary Clinton.
But, here's why.
If you look at a map across the country, 29 states Under state law, bind their electors.
And five of those states have actual criminal penalties for it.
So what that really means is those electors, although it is a weird system, are bound by state law to uphold the results of their state.
And that is why they have to stay with what happened in the states.
The other point I'll make for people who are interested in systemic reform, not changing the outcome of this race, which, as I explained, isn't going to happen.
There is a proposal that has moved across the country for future elections to say, what if we switch the states to a national popular vote and set up what's called a trigger?
It's an interesting idea that basically says all the states would agree that once they all change their races and they all change the state law, they would all abide by one national popular vote because we're one nation, because this constitutional system that was set up in the 1700s is very different from today.
So that's an idea, and the reason why you do it with a trigger is no state wants to be the state to give up power along the way.
They will only do it, it's like a who goes first kind of thing.
But the oddity of our system doesn't change, I want to be clear about this, the laws, you know.
It is weird that someone in Idaho, representing a small number of people, has the same amount of power in the Senate as someone in Texas, but that is the rules.
We understand the rules, we play by the rules, until and unless they change.
Alright, well get ready for your Twitter to blow up.

As we say in the court of law, come at me dawg.
So essentially what they were insinuating with that report was that American democracy is a democracy where political candidates have the right to challenge elections with alternate state slates of electors.
They were conceding that fact back then, but now It's just a fact that we can't even acknowledge.
We have to pretend that that never happened, and then that way they can go after Trump's political enemies with this alternate elector scheme that was meant to destroy democracy, just like January 6th was worse than 9-11 and Pearl Harbor combined.
Yeah, so that's basically that, JD.
I had that for you today.
I have some texters texting in.
Somebody texted in, JD, and they say, from the 303, they say, tell JD I agree, the fruit pies are BS.
I don't know what that's referencing, but I'm sure you'll get it.
I don't know if you know what that's referencing.
Anyway, we have somebody also texting in, the biggest offender in the war on misinformation is the lie of quote unquote our democracy.

So Attorney General Bill Barr came out and endorsed Trump.
And this is Trump's response on True Social.
It's probably the funniest thing I've ever heard.
He says, Wow!
Former AG Bill Barr, who let a lot of great people down by not investigating voter fraud in our country, has just endorsed me for president despite the fact that I called him weak, slow-moving, lethargic, gutless, and lazy.
And then he says, based on, he says, based on the fact that I greatly appreciate his wholehearted endorsement, I am removing the word lethargic from my statement.

I just got a kick out of that.
That made me laugh this morning.
Boy, you know what?
That shows you how good of a candidate Joe Biden is.
Well, here's the thing.
I think all of these little swamp-dwelling creatures like Bill Barr and Mike Pompeo and all these guys, they have this delusion, J.D., that when Trump gets elected, which I believe he will, barring any Black Swan event-type scenario, that they're barring any Black Swan event-type scenario, that they're going to be put back in his administration.
Bill Barr actually, in his mind, thinks that after all he's done, if he nestles up to Trump, that he can somehow be selected, or Mike Pompei, or any of these guys.
And if Trump does that, then that's on him.
Because, you know, Trump's the guy who always tells that story about the snake.
You know, you ever hear him say that story?
It's like, well, you knew I was a snake when you let me in.
It says, why did you bite me?
I took care of you.
I brought you back to life.

From someone in the 701 says, just FYI on a previous segment, I participated in several prairie vigilance exercises over the years.
I just took a quick peek at the U.S.
Strategic Command website and I would say I see nothing out of the ordinary.
It's an excellent annual exercise to ensure we can safely, effectively employ our nuclear weapons when necessary.
I understand that, you know, this is a common exercise that happens.
However, the scope and scale of it continues to expand because we have this ever-changing existential threat nexus that they try to present to us.
And I would argue that, you know, It's something we should be paying attention to even more closely.
So yes, we do commonly have these exercises, but it's funny that these exercises happen and then nobody ever hears about it.
Nobody ever talks about it.
So that's why I brought it up today.
That was the beginning of the show, JD.
For you, if you missed it, we talked about the prairie, the prairie vigilance exercise.
I caught that.
So, uh, yeah, that's interesting.
But yeah, and that texture, the texture is correct.
Um, that has been going on for a very long time and they do do it.
It is a normal exercise, but, but, uh, there's no doubt that right now the threat levels, whether you look at, uh, You know, the military or FBI Director Christopher Wray, the threat levels all the way across the spectrum, and that's Wray's words, not mine, are the highest he's ever seen them.
And we gotta, I mean, we gotta pay attention to that.
When the director of the FBI says that, Yeah, that's not a good thing.
And it's 99% resulted from the southern border.
Without a doubt.
Yeah.
And I would say also, you know, we've never been this close to what I think is going to be a limited nuclear exchange.
So it's good to keep and pay attention to how these operations continue to expand.
This is an interesting one because it expanded into, like I said, two arms of the nuclear triad, which is worth taking a look at.
But we're going to stay on this.

I agree and But it is kind of fascinating, G, that those are the three only countries besides North Korea who aren't engaged in the globalist Western banking cartel syndicate.

We do our God's Greatest Creator segment, and I want to share some words with you.
And it's Paul's proclamation from 1 Corinthians chapter 2.
And I love this, JD, because I think it's a lesson in humility.
And I don't know everything, and I don't have all the answers, but Paul put it best when he said this.
In chapter 2 of 1 Corinthians, verse 1-4, he said, When I came to you, brothers, announcing the testimony of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom, for I didn't think it was a good idea to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
I came to you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling.
My speech and my proclamation were not with persuasive words of wisdom, but with a powerful demonstration by the Spirit, so that your faith might be based not on men's wisdom, but on God's power.
And J.D., you know, that's my humble words that I want to leave everybody with, is that I don't come to you with my own wisdom.
I come to you with the wisdom of the Lord and a strong belief in Jesus Christ.
And I pray that all of you out there listening, if you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, now's your chance.
Open your heart, say a prayer, repent of your sin, accept Him as your Lord and Savior, and watch Him do great things.
And yeah, J.D., that's my simple message for everyone.
I love that you do that every day.
