| We're going to tell you all about the 19 Retired generals, admirals, and former top defense officials who have now filed a Supreme Court brief against President Trump's immunity bid. | |
| They're claiming that Trump's act, quote, threatens national security. | |
| Wow. | |
| Wow, that is exactly what they've done, and we're gonna talk about what that is, how that's even coming together, but it reminds me very much of the top 51 intelligence officials who came out before the last election and told us that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation! | |
| Remember that? | |
| They said it had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation! | |
| And then, when it turned out they were lying, intentionally, of course, they Basically said, well, we didn't say it was Russian disinformation. | |
| We said it had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation. | |
| And that it appeared to be Russian disinformation to all of us who were looking at it. | |
| That's exactly, you know, that's the story. | |
| There's nothing more to look into there. | |
| It's not like they were helping rig the election on behalf of the corrupt Deep State Uniparty that runs this country secretly outside of the democratic institutions of our constitutional republic. | |

| Yeah, that's what we're facing right now. | |
| We're going to talk about that story. | |
| It's rather disturbing. | |
| It just came out today. | |
| We're also going to be talking about Kevin McCarthy and Paul Singer, two rhinos who are actively working to undermine President Trump. | |
| They're the ones behind the entire effort to pull Trump off of the ballot in 2024. | |
| We're going to look a little bit deeper in their operation. | |
| So I think that's going to be worth covering. | |
| We also have a story coming out here from Greg Reese, who works at Infowars.com. | |
| He does the Reese Reports over there and they are very insightful always, but his latest report is very interesting because it talks about the fact that there are no oaths on record, sworn oaths, of office on record for everyone, practically, of Biden's cabinet officials. | |
| And that's very important because it ties into the idea of Admiralty Law and the idea of what oaths stand for and how we are governed by a system of law that most of us don't even understand or realize is in place. | |
| So we're going to talk about that too here today. | |
| The judge is also, in the story of Daniel's hush money case, denied a last minute request to delay the trial because Trump was seeking a new venue. | |
| Oh, it's completely unreasonable that Trump would want to find a different venue to have his case be heard in, considering how wildly biased and tainted the jury pool is in all of these cases so far in New York. | |
| So the judge denied that, of course. | |
| But in a bit of interesting news, Trump has decided to sue the judge in question, which we'll talk about that story as well, Judge Juan Merchan, who we've exposed as being a Democrat operative who is obviously helping | |
| Push this new effort to try to persecute Trump further and he's doing it all the while his family is getting rich off of the trial itself and the persecution. | |
| No, you can't make it up. | |
| His daughter runs a very large Democrat-funded campaign organization that worked, she worked previously for Biden-Harris, for Kamala Harris directly, in her campaign, and now she's working for Adam Schiff, getting paid tens of millions of dollars by Democrats. | |
| But it's just a coincidence, and you should ignore it. | |
| Even CNN, I pointed out yesterday, is saying that this judge needs to recuse himself, but Because we live in a clown world that is ran by a bunch of criminals, I'm not sure that we're going to have that recusal anytime soon. | |
| But, I hope I'm wrong. | |
| We're going to talk about a number of other stories as well, give you an update on what's going on around the world. | |
| We have a few international stories. | |
| Brazil in particular is trying to ban Twitter slash X and they're trying to do it because it was too effective in spreading political messages that couldn't be censored by the regime. | |
| So therefore it must go. | |
| And that's kind of the same playbook. | |
| They're pulling the same play out of the playbook across the globe at this point. | |
| They're pulling the plays out of the Chinese Communist playbook and they're running them in Western nations where, of course, you know, they're trying to destroy us. | |
| So why wouldn't they? | |
| And never forget that one of the main tenet principles The core principles of the Marxist ideology, the communist ideology, is the dissolution of private property rights. | |
| So, that in and of itself should tell you everything you need to know about why they are so avidly trying, or so actively trying, to make sure that you don't have the right to kick people out of your property. | |
| You know, this whole squatter story that's been bouncing around the internet, squatters just going in and taking over vacant properties. | |
| But aren't really I mean, they're owned, but they're they're not being occupied. | |
| Therefore, you can just walk in, make yourself at home, then you never have to leave. | |
| You can just say, Oh, I'm here permanently. | |
| Sorry. | |
| Yeah. | |
| You know, that's one step away from communism. | |
| So they're going to keep trying to push over the edge. | |
| We're also going to talk about The fact that U.S. | |
| Justice Department officials are now refusing to cooperate with Congress and turn over audio recordings of Joe Biden's special counsel interview, even though the transcript has already proven that Biden lied. | |
| So there's a lot to cover here folks today. | |

| Welcome back to Justformed Talk Radio, I'm your host Craig James, and we're continuing here on this, what is this, Tuesday, April 9th. | |
| So we have a lot to cover, and I want to get through it all, and the story I want to lead with here, 19 retired admirals, generals, and former top defense officials have filed a Supreme Court brief against Trump's immunity bid. | |
| So apparently 19 of these individuals, just like the 51 intelligence officials who told us the 100-by-laptop wasn't real, have decided to file a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court, which is opposing Donald Trump's plea for immunity from prosecution. | |
| Now what they're saying is that granting such a request would pose a significant threat to national security. | |
| So, essentially, President Trump's legal team requested the Supreme Court to put a hold on the immunity decision-related Jack Smith's January 6th case in Washington, D.C., after a federal appeals court influenced by appointees of Joe Biden had denied Trump's immunity. | |
| The three-judge panel in the D.C. | |
| Court of Appeals, consisting of Florence Pan and Michelle Childs, both Biden appointees, and a Bush appointee, Karen Henderson, emphasized the importance of allowing prosecution to move forward, citing the public's interest in the structure of the government. | |
| However, Trump's lawyers have fervently argued that a former president is immune from federal prosecution for alleged offenses committed while holding office. | |
| In 234 years of American history, they said, no president has ever faced prosecution for official acts until 19 days ago. | |
| No court had ever addressed whether immunity from such prosecution exists, Trump's lawyers wrote. | |
| According to CBS News, to this day, no appellate court has addressed it. | |
| The question stands among the most complex, intricate, and momentous issues that the court will be called on to decide. | |
| Now, there's a lot of things to understand about all of this. | |
| Before we go further... | |
| So I'm kind of on the fence because I know they're using this against Trump, but every other former president and the current one have committed crimes in office that they should be held accountable for. | |
| And perhaps this is Trump putting himself on the chopping block and saying, you know, take me first. | |
| But he will be the domino that knocks the rest down. | |
| I don't know. | |
| Because he's already said that he's willing to go to jail for all of these things. | |
| Even though Trump did nothing wrong, perhaps it's better that he is prosecuted and proven innocent, and then we can go after the real criminals who are running this country. | |
| Perhaps that has been the game plan all along and we'll see how that all plays out. | |
| I mean that's just me thinking out loud, but it would stand to reason that people like Obama, the Bush cartel, Clinton, Biden, all these people have committed crimes while in office and they should be held accountable, yet they get away with it time and again because of this immunity that seems to protect them. | |
| And Trump, like of course the bull in a china shop that he is, has wrecked the whole thing. | |
| But on Monday, on Monday I want to talk about this, a group of retired military officers Which included four star generals, admirals, as well as past secretaries of the U.S. | |
| military branches filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court. | |
| The group warns of the alleged threats to national security and democratic principles if former President Donald J. Trump's claims of immunity, presidential immunity, for office of official acts were to be accepted. | |
| The 38-page brief has signatures for people who served under both Democrat and Republican administrations, Uniparty of course, going all the way back to the era of John F. Kennedy. | |
| They're cautioning that Trump's legal theories could set a dangerous president. | |
| Should the theory of absolute immunity prevail, the group argues, it will risk jeopardizing America's standing as a guardian of democracy in the world and further feeding the spread of authoritarianism, thereby threatening the national security of the United States and democracies around the world. | |
| Retired military officials also expressed concerns about the potential chaos and security risks that could arise if a president faced no accountability for criminal actions aimed at obstructing a peaceful transition of power. | |
| So we, I mean, I see the slant that they're coming at it with, which is obviously, oh, Trump tried to obstruct the peaceful transition of power. | |
| We can't let that happen. | |
| But I love how they're spending so much time and effort on this, and they've completely ignored and forgotten about the stolen election in 2020. | |
| It's just, to me, it'll never get Old seeing how quickly they just throw into the trash can every piece of evidence, every argument, every substantial, you know, exculpatory piece of evidence for our argument that the election was stolen. | |
| They just ignore, dismiss, ignore, dismiss, ignore and dismiss. | |
| Meanwhile. | |
| What we're really facing. | |
| Is a criminal regime who wants unlimited power and wants to be able to steal elections and then peacefully transition out whoever they don't like. | |
| I.e. | |
| the Uniparty Deep State wants to be able to transition away from populists, nationalists, who do stand for protecting American sovereignty. | |
| Because they're playing a much bigger game and their contracts at their defense contractors may be at risk or in jeopardy. | |
| They may not get that position on the board. | |
| You know, making millions of dollars if they don't play ball with the deep state uniparty that is in power that is taking control of D.C. | |
| The Marxist communists, specifically, globalists, So I don't know. | |
| I mean, I look at this and I see both sides of the coin. | |
| I can see one side where you could argue that there is a door that could be opened. | |
| If presidential immunity is stripped, then there's a door that's open to prosecuting presidents for crimes that they've committed. | |
| And the thing is, I don't even worry about Trump because let's say they don't give him the immunity. | |
| He never committed any crimes. | |
| The funny thing is, is that I think the specific case that this is referring to is the immunity that he's claimed in the documents case, which is in Miami, which the judge there, Eileen Cannon, has already blown a cannonball through, no pun intended, with her jury instructions saying, look, you have two choices for the jury, specifically. | |
| You can either A, Allow the jury to look at all the classified documents that were taken from Mar-a-Lago to decide whether or not they violate the Presidential Records Act because they are classified and Trump was not allowed to have them, which would be counterintuitive to the idea that they're arguing that the documents shouldn't be able to be seen by anyone because they're secret, classified. | |
| Or B, President Trump has legal authority to say that these docs are classified and his immunity provides that he can't be prosecuted anyway. | |
| And that that would basically throw the case out. | |
| I mean, it's also talking about the immunity he's claimed in the RICO case as well, where he says presidential immunity covers the conversations that he has with his high-level cabinet officials. | |
| And then they're alleging that there was some RICO conspiracy that then allows them to break the executive privilege and thereby go after Trump and take away his immunity as the president. | |
| So I think what's happening here, it's a very complex and very complicated, nuanced thing. | |
| But I do believe that when you look at the list of people signing this, you have people like General Michael Hayden, who also was the former CIA Director. | |
| It becomes very clear that this is deep state as it gets. | |
| And for them to argue that Trump doesn't deserve the immunities because they believe that they are going to be able to put him in jail or at least preclude him from becoming president once again by any means necessary because that's what these communist radicals do. | |
| And they all think they're right. | |
| They all think they have it all figured out. | |
| They think we're dumb. | |
| We're idiots. | |
| We don't get to have the ability to choose. | |
| We have no rights in this Constitutional Republic, and maybe we don't, but... Because they've taken them all away, essentially. | |
| But I don't know where this is gonna end. | |
| However, I will say this. | |
| That... | |
| In conclusion, the retired four-star admirals and generals alongside their military secretaries are urging the rejection of the claimed immunity and emphasizing the critical need to uphold the rule of law, accountability, and the peaceful transition of power to safeguard national security and democratic principles. | |
| Yes, democratic principles. | |
| That's what we're trying to protect here by allowing a completely corrupt Lawless, rogue, deep state bureaucracy to completely consume the Constitutional Republic and destroy what liberties and freedoms we have on a regular basis. | |
| I mean, I don't know about you, but who needs freedom? | |
| Who needs private property? | |
| I want to own nothing and be happy! | |
| Hey, where are those bugs? | |
| I'm feeling kind of hungry. | |
| Can I eat some bugs? | |
| I mean, that's what these people are, that's who they are, that's what they represent, and it's interesting how as soon as these people get theirs, you know, they get their money, they get their job, they get their wealth, they get their pension, whatever it is, all of a sudden it's really easy to become a communist because you're not going to suffer any of the consequences. | |
| You're not out here struggling in the real world. | |
| You're not out here, you're living in a fantasy land. | |
| You know, you talk about these liberal elites in these coastal cities who live in a bubble. | |
| Well, you know who lives in an even more of a bubble? | |
| These generals and these admirals and top defense officials. | |
| They live in a bubble that we can't even imagine. | |
| Alright? | |
| Because not only do they operate and control The largest military in the world, but they've essentially, with the help of the D.C. | |
| United Party, or at the behest of, however you want to look at it, have decided to go on a full-scale war against the American people because, what are we? | |
| Oh, we're a threat to the power that they have stolen. | |
| And that's why we have to be gotten rid of. | |
| Which I always find interesting how it's always just, oh, we gotta get rid of those pesky people asking questions. | |
| Alright, so that's them. | |
| Then we have this, the RINOs Paul Singer and Kevin McCarthy are the ones who are orchestrating the removal of Trump from the 2024 ballot. | |
| What's interesting to note here, is that the hidden Republican agenda to stop Donald Trump from taking back the White House at 24 has two primary drivers behind it. | |
| Paul Singer and Kevin McCarthy. | |
| These guys are rhinos, obviously, who hate Trump. | |
| We know that. | |
| But they've been working tirelessly to Help push members into retiring to try to collapse the majority we have in Congress ahead of the 2024 election so that Democrats take control and that then they can go and facilitate this deal in 2024 even more easily. | |
| So that's the game plan right now, and it's all being played out in front of us. | |
| You know, Marjorie Taylor Greene just filed a motion to vacate the Speaker. | |
| Everybody's come out now and said that the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, is compromised via blackmail, or at least that's the rumor that's been spread by Marjorie Taylor Greene. | |
| Now, I don't know about you guys. | |
| I like Marjorie Taylor Greene sometimes. | |
| She says things that I agree with. | |
| But then, she really strikes me as a snake in the grass. | |
| And I'll say, I'll explain basically why I believe it. | |
| Because if you look at her actions and what she's done so far, she's really ingratiated herself with the Rhino establishment, specifically Kevin McCarthy. | |
| She was one of his fawning sycophants, following around, you know, glowingly taking selfies with him. | |
| She was getting close to him so that she could get positions on committees while he was Speaker of the House, and she really | |
| took a turn about face around the time it came out that she was having multiple affairs allegedly uh... against her husband and that led to her divorce and that's the kind of person she is and i could say that about other members of congress who may be running may or may not be running in our current district right now harlot whores but i i won't say that i won't say that because i'm a nice man and i've told people that i will | |
| I will support the presumptive nominees as they stand who are supported by certain individuals. | |
| But, you cannot, you know, a tiger can't change its stripes. | |

| And if you're willing to cheat and break your vow of marriage, a vow you took before God, I don't trust you. | |

| Before the break, you know, I'm talking about McCarthy and Paul Singer, these two rhinos, and I got off on a little tangent about Marjorie Taylor Greene and how I don't trust her. | |
| And, you know, that just stands to where it is where it is. | |
| You know, she's a member of Congress, so there's only so much you can do, but I look at a person's character very closely, especially when they're trying to be a champion of a cause that I believe in, and then I, you know, ask some very important questions like, you know, Are they just saying what I want to hear so they can get elected or they can garner favorability? | |
| And sometimes people strike me as that, sometimes they don't. | |
| In certain cases I have a pretty good gauge on people, I think. | |
| I have a pretty good way of Reading people. | |
| I trust my own instincts. | |
| You should trust your own as well. | |
| But in my humble opinion, there are certain members of Congress who have engaged in torrid behaviors which I think are indicative of a two-faced and a false identity. | |
| Meaning, you know, they present themselves outwardly one way and inwardly they are different. | |
| And behind closed doors they do things that they would never do in front of you. | |
| And that to me is one of the biggest red flags you could imagine with congressional officials. | |
| And it was the same thing I saw with Kevin McCarthy when I was his constituent for three years in Bakersfield, California. | |
| I actually live there. | |
| For three years, as a constituent of Kevin McCarthy, and I saw the two-faced snake that he was, and I never stopped calling him out from day one, and I was very happy when he got removed from Congress as the Speaker. | |
| And now, him and Paul Singer, who are working overtime to try to get rid of Donald Trump, have come out and they're the ones pushing this mass retirement, have come out and they're the ones pushing this mass retirement, which we've seen here in the 4th Congressional District of Colorado with Ken Buck's Him stepping away from Congress. | |
| Well, of course, what they're trying to do is weaken the Republican Party from within. | |
| They're trying to make it so that we lose our majority and that the Democrats take over ahead of the 2024 election. | |
| This isn't going to stop. | |
| You look at two of these people. | |
| You have 14 of the retirees. | |
| Oh, here it is. | |
| Listen to this. | |
| It says, there's a mass retirement problem plaguing the Republican Party and a number of these retirees, six of the 14, who are retiring after their current term, to be precise, are funded by Singer, described as a never-Trump GOP mega-donor. | |
| Hmm. | |
| Interesting. | |
| Paul Singer. | |
| Paul Singer has a documented history of trying to undermine Trump's political efforts. | |
| He funded Marco Rubio's failed run against Trump in 2016 by lobbying two and a half million dollars in political donations to the quote our principles unquote PAC. | |
| Singer is also behind the infamous Steele dossier concocted by Fusion GPS. | |
| The wolves are in sheep's clothing folks! | |
| The enemy is inside the wire. | |
| It's not the Democrats alone. | |
| It is a uniparty. | |
| Trust me on that. | |
| Now, Singer is working overtime to try to get Trump's name axed from the 2024 ballot, so American voters are unable to vote for him. | |
| This will all ensure another Joe Biden win, or perhaps a Kamala Harris win should Biden somehow not make it to November. | |
| As for Kevin McCarthy, he was recently ousted by the Trump-supporting wing of the Republican Party. | |
| And this is after assuming he would become the next Speaker of the House. | |
| He was cut from the same cloth of RINO and former Speaker Paul Ryan. | |
| Matt Gaetz was the one who helped spearhead the destruction of McCarthy's grandiose visions, becoming the next Speaker. | |

| And if you just take a second and follow the money, then it becomes wildly clear how we've come to this position. | |
| Singer supported McCarthy to the tune of a million dollars in 2019 for his Congressional Leadership Fund Pact. | |
| So, of course, these guys have paid a lot of money and they're pissed off that they lost their man in Congress who was helping divert the spending budgets to their personal projects that they would enrich themselves from. | |
| He also contributed to Paul Ryan back in 2016, giving over a quarter million dollars. | |
| So this billionaire hedge fund manager is also said to be hedging his bets on McCarthy for quite a number of years now. | |
| Speaking to Jesse Waters on Fox News, McCarthy proclaimed that Republicans, quote, lost the majority in the House of Representatives after moving him as Speaker. | |
| McCarthy repeatedly emphasized it's the same for the current state of the House. | |
| By quitting early, along with three other Republicans, McCarthy, who has also left office by the end of his term, appears to be paving the way for Democrats to regain control. | |
| So what Singer and McCarthy are essentially wanting to do, or do not want, is a House of Representatives controlled by Republicans who support Trump in any way, shape, or form. | |
| What they want is a RINO-controlled House, just like the old days, but The old days are not the current days. | |
| So that's, that's that in a nutshell. | |
| So that's what we're facing here. | |

| New York Appellate Judge on Monday evening denied Trump's request to delay it. | |
| Trump on Monday sued Juan Merchant, the judge in the case. | |
| The lawsuit is currently under seal, but the court docket reveals Trump requested a change of venue and asked for a stay on the expanded gag order. | |
| The appellate judge did not address Trump's request for a change of venue or his request to stay on the gag order. | |
| CBS News reported an appellate judge Monday denied an 11th hour request by Donald Trump seeking delay the start of the trial. | |
| Trump's made multiple attempts to push back the trial, this time by suing the judge just one week before the jury selection is to begin. | |
| In a pair of sealed filings Monday, Trump asked an appellate court for a change of venue and a stay of the gag order, meaning stop it. | |
| And apparently the judge in that hearing did not weigh in on either of those things. | |
| Judge Merchant on Monday evening issued a letter explaining how he will be conducting jury selection. | |

| So, the jury selection is going to be conducted. | |

| He probably doesn't even remember, you know, those quote, inappropriate showers, unquote, with his underage daughter that sexualized her at a young age, according to her own diary entries. | |
| He probably doesn't even remember that. | |
| You know, his memory's not that good. | |
| You know, he probably doesn't even remember the family text message exchanges between his family members where they, you know, talked about Hunter Biden, his son, molesting their underage niece and how that was fairly inappropriate and how they needed to separate the two. | |
| He probably doesn't remember any of that. | |
| He probably doesn't remember all the millions of dollars that he took in bribes from all those foreign companies. | |
| So, he's just well-meaning, you know? | |
| He didn't mean to do it. | |
| He's sympathetic. | |
| So they won't release it. | |
| And of course, Joe Biden came out and attacked the special counsel investigator, Robert Herr, who was in charge of the case. | |
| He came out and said, there's even reference that I don't remember when my son died. | |
| How in the hell dare he raise that? | |
| Biden previously told reporters in an impromptu White House press conference. | |
| Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it wasn't any of their damn business. | |
| Yeah. | |
| You know, that's what they say. | |
| People with, you know, degenerative conditions like Alzheimer's and dementia will, you know, involuntarily have bursts of anger and rage because it's frustrating and confusing when you can't remember things that you think you know you should remember. | |
| Perhaps that's what we're seeing. | |
| Or maybe it's all an act. | |
| Maybe it's all a very elaborate ruse to keep us thinking he's this sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man. | |
| James Comer, the head of the House Oversight Chairman, or the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, came out on Monday and said, quote, The Biden administration does not get to determine what Congress needs and does not need for its oversight of the executive branch, Comer said. | |
| Quote, The American people deserve to hear the actual audio of President Biden's answers to special counsel, her. | |
| Now, there's either two reasons. | |
| Either they're withholding this because Joe Biden does sound like he's got some degenerative, you know, Alzheimer's type, dementia type condition and he can't speak at all. | |
| Or, or he sounds too good. | |
| He sounds too aware, too defensive, too argumentative. | |
| Maybe he's, it would pierce a hole through the narrative that he's cognitively impaired. | |
| One way or the other, they don't want it coming out and they're fighting against it. | |
| Comer went on to say it was curious that the Biden regime is refusing to release these audios. | |
| But of course, that's where we're at with all of this. | |
| So take it with a grain of salt or whatever. | |
| Take it with whatever you want. | |

| Donald Trump now and his allies are releasing a documentary which is accusing prosecutors of corruption as the story of Daniel's hush money trial begins in New York. | |

| Because a lot of people have this assumption, you know, warranted or not, That, you know, you can't get prosecuted in multiple jurisdictions if you're not actually a criminal. | |
| Because they've been trained by the media to believe that there is no such thing as conspiracies. | |
| I mean, conspiracy is just a word that essentially means, you know, one or more parties acting together in a coordinated effort to do something, right? | |
| Mostly nefarious. | |
| And that's what we're facing here. | |
| This is a coordinated effort to take out Trump. | |
| And I love when people say, oh, you're a conspiracy theorist. | |
| Well, I'm not a conspiracy theorist. | |
| I'm a conspiracy factist because everything here is fact. | |

| But factual conspiracies are what we are watching unfold in front of our eyes. | |
| You really have to start asking yourself, what is up with the coordinated effort to take out Trump? | |

| They have the dossier on them, and these sort of attack structures, you know, these people or, you know, these organizations, whatever, you know, however, you know, through secret societies or through different, you know, clubs or whatever, will, you know, afflict people, right? | |
| Cancel culture them, take out their reception, you know, stuff like that. | |
| You know, your guests, Nick Ngo, would know all about this stuff. | |
| Yeah, he would probably recommend you report it directly to the Criminal Investigation Division of the Army, because they would be the ones who are the white hats right now who will take your case very seriously. | |
| You can't really trust a lot of these other organizations. | |

| You know, I can't speak to it because I don't know what his specific situation is. | |
| He seemed like he was under a bit of duress, so we'll just pray for him and hope everything gets better there. | |
| But we try to give him enough resources to say, hey, go report it to these people and hopefully they'll be able to help you out. | |
| However, I don't want anyone out there in my audience to think that, you know, we really could know anything about that guy's situation because for all we know, I mean we really don't know. | |
| We get callers. | |
| They call in, they say what they say, that's out of our control. | |
| However, we have a lot of other stories we want to get into here today, so I want to keep going in a certain direction. | |
| A few things that I thought were interesting to talk about here today were specific to what is happening with the CIA. | |
| We have the CIA now wanting Congress to expand top secret eavesdropping program. | |
| Now get this, what's their claim? | |
| To fight against the fentanyl crisis. | |
| Oh, really? | |
| So, we allow the Chinese Communists to flood our country with fentanyl across our southern border, which we refuse to do anything about, and now the CIA comes around and says, well, if you want us to stop it, just allow us to, you know, continue eavesdropping on you. | |
| And listening to all of your private communications. | |
| Hmm. | |
| So apparently the CIA, along with other members of the U.S. intelligence community, are pushing Congress to expand Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 in order to fight the ongoing fentanyl crisis. | |
| Hmm, interesting. | |
| According to the Brennan Center of Justice, Section 702 authorizes the government to collect the communications of non-Americans located abroad without a warrant from a court while the surveillance was While this surveillance is supposed to target foreigners, it inevitably always sweeps in Americans' private phone calls, emails, text messages, too. | |
| The CIA believes that in its current form, Section 702 limits the intelligence community from targeting everybody involved in the fentanyl trade overseas and are advocating lawmakers to expand it because we've got to stop those pesky fentanyl dealers. | |
| Yeah, US spies will have more liberty when it comes to going after criminals engaged in the fentanyl trade. | |
| Huh. | |
| It's interesting because the whole show we did on Friday with Nick Ngo talked about the NSA and how their programs that were exposed by Edward Snowden, even though he thought he was doing the right thing, was really doing the bidding of the CIA, will ultimately turn out, according to Nick, that | |
| They were having all of their operations exposed by, you guessed it, the NSA who was listening in on all communications and finding out that our intelligence community was engaging in some pretty dastardly and nefarious things. | |
| So now, essentially what the CIA is lobbying Congress to do is to expand Section 702 so that they can expand their intelligence collection operations, which will inevitably make them even more equipped to spy on the American public and to do things like, I don't know, Oh, what did they do back in 2016? | |
| Oh yeah, frame an innocent man for a crime he never committed to try to sway an election. | |
| Or, to come out after the fact and lie to the American public so that they could sway another American election. | |
| Oh, perfect. | |
| So they ran their color revolution here in America, the one that they've been, the style that they've been perfecting abroad in places like Ukraine. | |
| They brought that back home to America, but now they just want to make it legal for them to take even further, you know, even more from us as far as our liberty and privacy goes. | |
| So, that should be no surprise to anybody, but in the same breath, you have these disinformation experts coming out and telling people to only use trusted sources and avoid doing your own research. | |
| This is crazy. | |
| So, Brianna Lyman, the elections correspondent at the Federalist, recently reported on a panel discussion featuring Al Schmidt, a Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth, and Beth Schwenke, the Executive Director of the Pitt Disinformation Lab. | |
| Schmidt and Schwenke, speaking at a forum organized by the Spotlight Pennsylvania, voiced their stance on misinformation and disinformation surrounding elections. | |
| Strikingly, they recommended that rather than conducting self-led investigations, Pennsylvanians should place their confidence in trusted sources. | |
| These include certain institutions and media outlets that have unfortunately been tied to the past acts of censorship. | |
| Huh. | |
| They go on, quote, One thing everyone can do to make sure they are seeing accurate information is to use trusted sources. | |
| So in elections, that means using the Department of State. | |
| That means using your county elections office. | |
| It means using media organizations that follow that adhere to professional journal and standards like NPR. | |
| Oh, NPR, the most flagrantly leftist propaganda outlet out there is is who we should be trusting for information because that that makes sense. | |
| See, these people live in a disparate reality from where we are, and where we are is where the truth is, mind you. | |
| So they live in Fantasyland, and they want you to come join them in Fantasyland, and to trust the Department of State, right? | |
| Because they're going to tell you the truth about everything! | |
| They would never lie! | |
| The government lying? | |
| That just seems like it doesn't sound right. | |
| Remember, the most, you know, The safest and best thing you could ever hear is, I'm from the government and I'm here to help! | |
| Right? | |
| Isn't that what we were taught in school? | |
| Love the government! | |
| Speaking of which, Big Tech's censorship regime is secretly being driven by Homeland Security spook! | |
| So, the DHS is involved with Big Tech's censorship and a woman by the name of Kate Starbird, Who chaired the now-dissolved Advisory Committee of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency, advised social media companies about how to craft their moderation policies. | |
| Last June, in a closed-door meeting that was held in the lead-up to the House Judiciary Committee probe into the federal government's weaponized censorship operation, Starbird admitted to being involved in social media censorship. | |
| She also happened to head up the University of Washington's Center for an Informed Public, which just so happens to specialize in handling disinformation and misinformation. | |
| The Election Integrity Project also had Starbird in its ranks, this being the group that promoted censorship in favor of Joe Biden ahead of the 2020 election. | |
| The University of Washington, by the way, also received a $2.25 million award to fight disinformation from the National Science Foundation. | |
| Documents obtained by the Washington Examiner show that Starbird was heavily involved in Big Tech censorship, her name never having been previously spoken of much on the front of censorship. | |
| Apparently, speaking before Congress, Starbird was careful with her words, though still revealed quite a bit about the role she played in advising social media platforms to do the government's bidding. | |
| When asked specifically if she had ever directly advised any social media platforms, Starbird admitted that she, quote, sometimes had conversations, unquote, with them about censorship matters. | |
| Quote, I don't draft moderation policies, but I've had conversations with representatives of several platforms, actually, Starbird said. | |
| Not only does Starbird have these conversations, but she admitted to being happy with their outcome in terms of moderation tactics that social media platforms ended up employing based on her guidance. | |
| Quote, those are the kind of things that I'm happy to have a conversation with a platform about, like how you might want to go about labeling, which accounts you might want to not bother labeling, Starbird said. | |
| She goes on, quote, maybe you really only want to label, you know, I might advise, like, you know, you focus labels on the people that, you know, are verified accounts or have larger audience, you know, that kind of thing. | |
| Her contact with Big Tech started all the way back in 2017, around the time Trump became President. | |
| Oh, what a surprise! | |
| Reports indicate that the contact she was making was not yet tied to any government body, as was in the case of Starboard's later career. | |
| Quote, I did not consult with platforms around content moderation of specific pieces of content or accounts, she revealed, nor did I communicate with platforms as part of my role at the EIP or as a member of CISA, Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency Advisory Committee. | |
| See, we all know this is just a bunch of lies. | |
| The GOP-led panel that later compiled a report on the matter mentioned Starbird 41 different times, as well as the name Vijaya Gadd, an ex-executive at Twitter now known as X. Starbird was behind the digital suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal. | |
| The former professional women's basketball player also appeared on CBS's 60 Minutes program recently, where it was conveniently not disclosed that Starbird used to be on the now defunct CISA advisory panel. | |
| This is what they do, folks. | |
| They bring in these, uh, you know, no offense to anyone in particular, but, you know, we're talking about a former professional women's basketball player. | |
| And, you know, there are plenty of smart female basketball players. | |
| That's not my contention. | |
| My contention is they bring in people who know how to play with the team, if that makes sense. | |
| You know what I mean? | |
| They're team players. | |
| Remember that. | |
| And what team are they on? | |
| Well, they're on the blue team. | |
| So they're going to play for the blue team. | |
| There's that. | |
| And we have more. | |
| We have more, believe it or not. | |
| Couple more stories, Trump here coming out and blaming himself for Lindsey Graham. | |
| Earlier today, President Trump, and this was yesterday, Trump released a statement on his positions for abortion and abortion rights. | |
| Trump stated on True Social he believes an individual state should be allowed to make abortion policy. | |
| President Trump also announced his support of IVF treatments for families that want a baby saying the Republican Party should always stand for life. | |
| Following his remarks, Trump slammed Senator Graham for his previous remarks on abortion. | |
| Graham is famous for delivering the midterms to Democrats with his proposed abortion regulations after Graham announced legislation to ban abortion in the US after 15 weeks. | |
| Lindsay wanted to make sure Democrats have something to push them to the polls. | |
| Lindsay and the Republicans had no chance of passing such legislation. | |
| They were not in the majority, but Lindsay announced his plans anyway. | |
| After Lindsay's remarks, Democrats did surprisingly well in the 2022 midterm elections. | |
| So here's my, you know, my take on all this, okay? | |
| I agree that the states should have the ultimate say, because anything to take power away from the federal government, I'm 100% in on. | |
| Now, when you live in a deep blue state like Colorado, that's where it gets complicated because our state is advocating for abortions up to basically birth. | |
| So they are, and these are really evil people. | |
| You cannot stress how demonically possessed and evil a person would have to be to advocate for the slaughter of an innocent child just before birth. | |
| That is barbaric. | |
| That is insane. | |
| That is what we are fighting against here in this state. | |
| There are other states, however, who have taken the opposite direction. | |
| They've gone the opposite direction. | |
| They've tried to protect life and ban abortion outright. | |
| Now if you ask me, my personal position on abortion, it should be banned 100% of the time, always. | |
| No matter what, I don't have any exclusions written in to murder. | |
| Okay, there is no exclusion saying, you know, we should murder innocent children for any reason. | |
| And I know that some people disagree with that, and you're entitled to disagree with that, that's perfectly fine. | |
| But I will say this, that There is no room for it in my personal opinion. | |
| My religious belief disallows me, my belief in God and the sanctity of life disallows me from believing that there's any circumstance where we should be murdering innocent babies at any point from the moment of conception beyond. | |
| Now, this is a very highly contested issue. | |
| I don't know why. | |
| I don't know why young women have been brainwashed to murder their own children. | |
| I mean, they've essentially convinced half of its entire generation that genociding itself out of existence is a good thing. | |
| It's like, who needs the COVID vaccine depopulation plan if you can just convince these people to murder their babies? | |
| Because then there will be no population. | |
| That's my opinion. | |
| You know, I disagree with Trump on the 8 weeks, 15 weeks, whatever it is. | |
| I don't believe in any of that, but... or the exceptions, but... | |

| Laura Trump, who's now heading up the RNC, is focused like a laser on election integrity. | |
| This is her new strategy, which I think should have been the strategy of the RNC from the beginning, if they were being honest. | |
| And if they were actually trying to win elections, but we know that they were infiltrated just as well as anything else. | |
| And they were being compromised, which is exactly what I've seen here with my experience with the Republican Party in Colorado. | |
| I mean, boy, go to one of these Republican caucus meetings. | |
| They only happen once every two years. | |
| And we just had ours here in Weld County. | |
| And I'll tell you what, the rhinos are in full control. | |
| Now, Hopefully there will be people who step up in those positions and push them out, but it was pretty anemic. | |
| The level of The level of enthusiasm at these meetings, but Republican National Committee Chair, Co-Chair Laura Trump said Sunday the election integrity is a top priority. | |
| Of course it should have been in every election up until now, but now we're just figuring it out, I guess. | |
| We're just figuring out that we have the snakes running, the wolves in sheep's clothing running the whole show. | |
| We talked about election integrity. | |
| She says it is vital to the it is the number one thing that we are focused on aside from getting out the vote, which, of course, Donald Trump himself will do for us. | |
| We're making sure that we leave nothing to chance because we have to understand the importance of this election. | |
| Now I think they allowed Laura Trump to get into the position of power in a lot of ways this late in the game because they've already done untold damage in these Republican state, you know, parties. | |

| So, this is, you know, where we're at politically, and that's why they call people like us deplorable and extreme and, you know, they say we're domestic terror threats. | |

| You know, we never changed what and who we were, The world around us changed, and they tried to convince us that we must adapt, and we said, no! | |
| We're not going to adapt. | |
| We're not going to compromise our faith, you know, to appease a demonically driven force that wants to see death and suffering in the world. | |

| Welcome back to JustFormTopRadio, I'm your host Craig James, and we are getting into some more stories that I really want to cover here today. | |
| I told you we were going to talk about a few different things. | |
| The first story I want to get into, Ukraine, okay? | |
| We have the Ukrainian authorities being paid to test big pharma drugs on human subjects in psych wards in Mariupol. | |
| So this is a story that nobody's really been reporting on, of course, but we talk about Ukraine and we go, oh yeah, Ukraine, the bastion of democracy that we must protect the territorial sovereignty of at all costs. | |
| You know, we must spend all of our blood and treasure on defending Ukraine against those dastardly Russians and their overt aggression to take over the fertile farmland that BlackRock has already laid claim to. | |
| Right? | |
| We must go to war for BlackRock and the Rothschilds and the State Street, you know, big capital hedge funds. | |
| This is where we're at as a country, by the way. | |
| We must fight for them at all costs. | |
| We must go into war for them. | |
| Meanwhile, what they're doing is unethical experiments on mental health patients, including over 700 adults and children. | |
| A former White House correspondent for Executive Intelligence Review recently obtained documents that detail medical experiments that have taken place in Ukraine for several years. | |
| Big Pharma drug experiments are taking place in psych wards in Mariupol with the support of local Ukrainian authorities. | |
| The experimental subjects include over 700 people, including both adults and children. | |
| One of the drugs being used in these experiments is known as SB4. | |
| The experiments aim at developing highly profitable drugs to treat rheumatoid arthritis. | |
| However, SB4 is also known for causing several types of cancer. | |
| Mental health patients are apparently viewed as expendable. | |
| Ukrainian health officials do not care if these patients received informed consent or had someone advocating on their behalf. | |
| The officials in Ukraine do not care if these people aren't aware of what is happening to their bodies or if they develop cancers from these unethical drugs. | |
| The drug trials. | |
| These are taking place in the psych wards. | |
| Using a number of different experimental drugs, of course, according to documents, by November 2013, the study involved at least 777 patients, and they were from all over! | |
| From Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and of course the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Hungary, and Colombia. | |
| And these all are being reported as just, you know, par for the course. | |
| The companies that are doing these experimental, unethical research experiments include Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Celltrion, Novartis International, and these are, you know, US-based, UK-based, Swedish, Korean, Swiss, | |
| other kinds of companies cinefi from france galapagos nv from belgium abbott laboratories from the u.s jansen pharmaceuticals now johnson and johnson uh which is belgium covance which is now lab or which is now lab core drug development which is a u.s based merc german uh | |
| According to the documents, all of these companies are involved with Ukrainian officials in conducting experiments on Ukrainian psych ward patients. | |
| So, maybe that's more overly what we're protecting in Ukraine. | |
| Another story here, Elon Musk calling on lawless Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexander de Marias to step down after he threatens to ban X in the country. | |
| So this is an interesting story because Essentially, Brazil's activist Supreme Court Justice has ordered an investigation into Elon Musk after he vowed to defy a court order as part of an ongoing probe into social media accounts allegedly spreading misinformation and hate speech! | |
| Hmm. | |
| The flagrant conduct of obstruction of Brazilian justice, incitement of crime, and the public threat of disobedience of the courts and future lack of cooperation from the platform are facts that disrespect the sovereignty of Brazil, said Moraes, who Musk called Brazil's Darth Vader. | |
| Now, I've listened to a number of analysis on this, but one of the ones that I thought was most accurate was an analysis that was provided by basically what I would consider like an intelligence analyst named Mike Benz. | |
| He basically explained that this is the deep state intelligence apparatus of the United States trying to circumvent the Constitution and US law and going to Brazil and forcing them to go after X slash Twitter to shut it down because For whatever it's worth, I don't trust Elon Musk whatsoever, and I've made that very clear and I've given you all the reasons why, but apparently he has embraced the idea of free speech. | |
| If nothing else, that is something he is trying to advocate for, even though, as we speak, certain people are still banned from having accounts on X slash Twitter. | |
| And precluded from accessing their original accounts as I am in in this case I have had to make a new account actually several new accounts. | |
| But there's that. | |
| And apparently his analysis is essentially that the U.S. | |
| intelligence community is trying to circumvent U.S. | |
| law to try to take out X and go after Elon Musk. | |
| So that's what we're seeing happen. | |
| Also, one final story. | |
| Police in Scotland are being deluged with politicized hate crime reports. | |
| It's a rather funny story. | |
| Entirely as predicted, police in Scotland has been deluged with a vexatious and politically driven hate crime report, set of hate crime reports, with one top official saying we cannot cope, couldn't have seen this coming, Under the new legislation, anyone deemed to have been verbally abusive in person or online to a transgender person, including insulting them, could be hit with a prison sentence of up to seven years. | |
| Oh, you mean that the tranny freakazoids got mad when you said that they were mentally ill men and women pretending to be the opposite sex? | |

| It instantly led to a flood of bad faith reports, including from conservatives making a mockery of the system, and from deranged left-wing activists trying to punish their ideological adversaries. | |

| We're still in the book of Psalms, believe it or not. | |
| It's a pretty long book, but Is it the longest one in the Bible? | |
| It might be. | |
| Anyway, we're in the book of Psalms, and we are talking about Psalm 73. | |
| We're in the third book, essentially, of Psalms that talks about God's ways vindicated. | |
| And I want to read this Psalm to you, everyone out there, and I want you to take solace and discernment from these words. | |
| But this is a Psalm of Asaph, and it says, God is indeed good to Israel, to the pure of heart, But as for me, my feet almost slipped. | |
| My steps nearly went astray, for I envied the arrogant. | |
| I saw the prosperity of the wicked. | |
| They have an easy time until they die, and their bodies are well fed. | |
| They are not in trouble like others. | |
| They are not afflicted like most people. | |
| Therefore, pride is their necklace, and violence covers them like a garment. | |
| Their eyes bulge out from fatness. | |
| The imaginations of their hearts run wild. | |
| They mock and they speak maliciously. | |
| They arrogantly threaten oppression. | |
| They set their mouths against heaven and their tongues strut across the earth. | |
| Therefore, as people turn to them and drink in their overflowing words, the wicked say, How can God know? | |
| Does the Most High know everything? | |
| Look at them, the wicked. | |
| They are always at ease, and they increase their wealth. | |
| Did I purify my heart and wash my hands in innocence for nothing? | |
| For I am afflicted all day long, and punished every morning. | |
| If I had decided to say these things aloud, I would have betrayed your people. | |
| When I tried to understand all this, it seemed hopeless until I entered God's sanctuary. | |
| Then, I understood their destiny. | |
| Indeed, you put them in slippery places. | |
| You make them fall into ruin. | |
| How suddenly they become a desolation. | |
| They come to an end, swept away by terrors, like one waking from a dream. | |
| Lord, when arising, you will despise their image. | |
| When I became embittered and my innermost being was wounded, I was stupid and didn't understand. | |
| I was an unthinking animal towards you. | |
| Yet, I am always with you. | |
| You hold my right hand. | |
| You guide me with your counsel. | |
| And afterward, you will take me up in glory. | |
| Who do I have in heaven but you? | |
| And I desire nothing on earth but you. | |
| My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart, my portion forever. | |
| Those far from you will certainly perish. | |
| You destroy all who are unfaithful to you. | |
| But, as for me, God's presence is my good. | |
| I have made the Lord God my refuge, so I can tell about all you do. | |
| And here's my takeaway from that. | |
| For everyone out there listening, I want you to remind yourself that As this song of Asaph explains, it may seem like those who are ignorant and evil and wicked and prideful, it may seem like they're winning, it may seem like they're finding success in their evil endeavors, but | |
| Remind yourself every day how quickly it all fails for them, how slippery the places are they find themselves, and how quickly their desolation comes. | |
| And that's as swiftly and quickly as God can change everything for you. | |
| If you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, now's your opportunity. | |
| Open your heart, say a prayer, call on His name, and watch Him do great things, and watch the wicked fall away. | |
| And also, if you have accepted him, go out and do great things for the Lord. | |
| That's where we're going to leave it. | |
