	Judge Merchant, the corrupt judge whose daughter is enriching herself off of this case.
	to the tune of tens of millions of dollars, has come out and issued a new ruling that we are going to look at.
	We're going to be examining that, plus we're going to look at the underlying accounting activities in this case and how there are no real crimes identified at all.
	They are literally just going after Trump because they can.
	We're going to check in with our good friend Michael Cohen, who is a complete and total lunatic who has lost it.
	He seems to be doing quite well.
	We'll check in with him in a little bit.

	We're going to look at the U.S.
	Army calling up reserves with retirees being forced back on active duty.
	Yes, this seems like a big story that nobody's really covering, but the Army and the military in general, the Army and Air Force specifically I should say, are calling on retirees to return to active duty amid a quote-unquote recruiting shortage, but Could it be that there's more that they see coming down the pipeline and they need bodies to be in the uniform?
	We're going to look at that.
	Plus we're going to talk about the invasion that never ends.
	You know, you guys remember when you were a kid and we had that, that the song that never ends.
	It just goes on and on my friends.
	Some people started singing it not knowing what it was.
	And they'll continue singing it forever just because this is the song that never ends.
	Yeah that's that's the border right now.
	Except instead of song it's invasion.

	It's the invasion that never ends.
	It is consistently flooding this country with illegals.
	And this is getting to a point where I really do feel like, well, we already know it's intentional.
	So it's not a feeling it's it's obviously intentional, but this is going to cross a point of no return.
	You know, when helicopters or planes go out on missions, they have this thing called a point of no return.
	And that's, I believe that that's the point where it would They wouldn't have enough fuel to get back if they needed to, so they have to keep going forward, right?
	And that's really what is happening on our border right now.
	They're trying to tip the scales.
	They have record numbers of illegals registering to vote en masse.
	This is insane.
	They're telling us it's fake news, but we all know it's not.
	You know, Elon Musk, as much as I dislike him and think he is very much a threat to humanity as an individual.
	I will say he gets it right sometimes, and at least he says things that people don't like, so that's something.
	But he came out and said this is very disturbing, to which every fake news outlet in the country No, we have to fact check him.
	No, illegals aren't registering to vote.
	This is an abortion.
	This is don't believe your lying eyes, you know?
	Nothing to see here, move along.
	But the reality is, we all see quite clearly what's happening, right?
	I mean, it doesn't take a genius to figure out the strategy that they are employing right now to flood our country with illegals that then allows them to gain a larger apportionment in Congress, which then allows them to gain and garner more power to create a one-party state.
	That is the game plan, folks.
	They are executing it as we speak.
	It's exactly what they did in California.
	They're just rolling it out nationally.
	I mean, you ask yourself, how does California go from being one of the biggest conservative states in the Union to now being a one-party Democrat state?
	It's this strategy and tactic right now that they are doing as we speak.
	Flooding major cities with illegal immigrants to create one-party systems in those cities, which then will end up controlling the entire state.
	In this case, the entire country.
	So, that's the plan, that's the strategy, that's what they're doing.
	It couldn't be more clear, it couldn't be more obvious.
	But, you know, we're the ones who should be in trouble for pointing it out, right?
	Oh, we're racists!
	Oh, you're racists!
	You're heartless, racist, misogynist bigots!
	See, these are all clever tactics of these communist Marxist infiltrators and these subversives who are truly trying to destroy our country.
	I mean, you have TikTokers from Venezuela who have just came here illegally instructing other illegals on how to squat in your home, on how to purchase firearms to start a revolution.
	Really?
	That seems like a reasonable thing to do.
	But no, nobody's doing anything.
	We're not arresting them.

	Other countries take themselves seriously, right?
	That's the difference between us and other nations.
	We don't take ourselves seriously, right?
	Because the right is so, you know, super consumed with itself and, you know, gender pronouns and things.
	Look, I'm not for men and women's sports or, you know, these pedophile groomers going into your girls' bathrooms because they say they're a girl, but You know, we are being invaded by a hostile enemy force that is trying to destroy this country as we speak.
	And of course it's all part and parcel of the same package, but...
	At some point, we have to put this in a triage situation and figure out what the most pressing issue is, and perhaps it's the thousands and thousands of Chinese illegals who are just flooding across our border, and other foreign nationals creating sleeper cells to attack us from within, that our government is just ignoring.

	I'm your host Craig James and like I said we're going to get into these stories here starting with Judge Merchant overseeing the Trump case in New York City.
	This is the quote-unquote hush money case that they're telling us Trump is guilty of committing crimes.
	We're going to go over how I don't think there are any crimes here but we'll see if there are or not.
	So Let's start here, though.
	Judge Merchant, who silenced President Trump from talking about his shady financial ties to Hush Money case, has rejected President Trump's presidential immunity delay effort for upcoming trials.
	So, apparently what has happened here is that the judge in the case, Judge Merchant, Judge Juan Merchant, has decided that Trump may not use the presidential immunity as a part of his defense.
	Trump previously raised the immunity argument in a March 20th legal filing where he asked Murchin, the judge, to postpone the trial until after the Supreme Court has ruled on the extent of presidential immunity in a separate Trump case involving special counsel Jack Smith Excuse me, it's one of those things.
	Which deals with bogus federal election interference charges.
	The 45th president claimed that the Supreme Court's review of the case would reduce the risk of having to retry it because the New York court didn't apply the immunity doctrine properly.
	Merchant was unmoved, however, claiming Trump had ample opportunity to raise the claim before last month.
	He went on to say the motion tests the court's fragility.
	This court finds that the defendant had myriad opportunities to raise his claim of presidential immunity before March 7, 2024.
	Merchant wrote in his Wednesday ruling, the circumstances reviewed or viewed as a whole test this court's credulity.
	Trump's accused of falsifying business records to obfuscate an alleged affair involving porn star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential campaign.
	Specifically, prosecutors outlandishly claim he covered up a $130,000 hush money payment by disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen.
	Of course, it's being reported that this is just all another witch hunt, which we know it is.
	But of course, of course, there are a few things that are interesting that we should be covering.
	Trump's not allowed to reference, he's been issued a gag order.
	What's the gag order cover?
	Well, he can't say anything about Michael Cohen because he's one of the witnesses.
	He can't say anything about the court or the judge.
	He now can't say anything about the judge or his family.
	And why do you think they're trying to silence him?
	Well, there's a few reasons.
	First of all, the judge's family is currently being paid by Adam Schiff over $10 million Adam Schiff who happens to be the guy who conspired with Michael Cohen to try to persecute Trump and impeach him previously.
	So this is just like round whatever, round three, round four.
	Trump's not allowed to say that the judge's daughter is a Democrat consultant whose clients, the Biden campaign and Adam Schiff, are fundraising off Trump's indictment.
	The judge's family is getting rich off Trump trials and he's the one presiding over this.
	If Trump is convicted, his family's financial benefits, or the judge's family will financially benefit, of course.
	And instead of recusing himself because of the glaring conflict of interest, the judge is now gagging Trump for pointing out the conflict of interest.
	Even the criminal lawyer Michael Avenetti in prison says that's nuts.
	Just another example.
	Judge Merchant also is a big donator to ActBlue.
	He earmarked his donations to ActBlue to the quote-unquote Stop the Republicans Fund and the quote-unquote Biden for President Fund.
	Oh, and not to mention, his daughter also worked for the Biden-Harris campaign.
	But nothing to see here, folks.
	This is all normal.
	In a Banana Republic dictatorship that's ran by criminals, corrupt bureaucrats, deep state intelligence agencies who murder presidents, this is all normal.
	There was an ex-account that Trump and other conservatives said to belong to Nalorne Merchant, And that is something that they are claiming.
	Merchant previously oversaw the tax fraud cases of the Trump Organization, the Trump Organization's former CFO, Allen Weisselberg, where they were ultimately found guilty, of course.
	So that's kind of a rundown of what we're facing.
	Now, let's check in with the star witness, the convicted felon perjurer, Michael Cohen, who has obviously an axe to grind with Trump.
	He's got a vendetta.
	He has vengeance on his mind.
	But let's just check in with Michael Cohen over on social media.
	Oh, Michael's doing a live stream?
	Okay, let's just jump in on that and see what's happening there.
	You hear people, that's right, even people, thank you user, even people like Taylor Swift, Beyonce, they're all out there.
	Millennials hate, and they hate MAGA, and they hate Trump.
	So you don't have the millennials, you don't have Gen Z, you don't have women, you don't have black...
	Who do you got?
	Muslim Americans will not vote for him.
	Because push come to shove.
	Wait till all the ads come out reminding them that he wanted to throw them all out of this country.

	That's the guy they're going to put on the stand to testify against Trump.
	And it's interesting to me also that, you know, Lev Parnas was the guy they brought into Congress in the Biden corruption hearings that took place the other day.
	And Lev Parnas, another convicted felon.
	It's like, what is wrong with Democrats?
	Are the only witnesses they can find convicted felons to go lie and further their schemes and plots?
	I mean, that's what it seems like we're dealing with here.
	We have somebody texting in from the 970.
	They say, good morning Craig, how can these gag orders be allowed?
	And then they say, why isn't Trump's defense team arguing this?
	Well, the long and short answer is, they are legally binding at the moment.
	Now, I'm not sure the exact level of recourse you have in so far as an appeal goes, but the problem is not with Trump's legal team.
	The problem is that the justice system, which was created to be ran impartially, has been hijacked by political activist judges Who are trying to legislate from the bench, right?
	Meaning they are trying to enact their will on the political outcomes in American society from a position where they are supposed to be ruling objectively based solely on the law.
	So Trump's lawyers can argue until they're blue in the face, But it is all coming to nothing.
	So this is why I've said that I'm not advocating for it, but I fear that there will be a larger conflict that spurs from this kind of behavior because... Here's the thing, right?
	My contention has always been this.
	You can hate Donald Trump, right?
	You could be the most left-wing person in the world and hate Donald Trump with every fiber of your being, for whatever reason.
	Because the TV told you so, right?
	Or because he said something mean that hurt your feelings.
	But, if you can understand that the weaponization of our judicial system is the most dangerous destabilizing thing our country could ever, ever have happen, you're a fool.
	You're fooling yourself.
	Because today it's Trump, tomorrow it may be me and you, the listener, right now.
	But at some point, if we have enough time to get there before we become a one-party communist Marxist state, The tables will turn, and this will come back on every single person who participated in it.
	And they will be the ones who will be unjustly persecuted.
	And they've chosen this path.
	We have been arguing endlessly for them not to do it.
	We've been begging them not to do it.
	We've been trying to tell them, hey, you don't know the can of worms you're opening.
	You're opening Pandora's box.
	And that's what they're doing.
	And again, I've said it before, I'll say it again.
	These people are willing to destroy this whole country if they can't take it by force.
	By coercion, blackmail, bribery, whatever.
	Extortion, lies, deception, propaganda.
	If they can't take this country by those methods, They will destroy it.
	And they are destroying it.
	That's what these court cases are.
	The destruction of America.
	I mean, and you can argue whether that's good or not.
	That's on you.
	That's not for me to tell you.
	But I look at this country and I see that it's been broken by corrupt, feckless, useless politicians Weak men and women who decided to enrich themselves as opposed to do what is right.
	And they have left us in complete and utter chaos as they have their 70, 80, 90 million dollar mansions, which they go hide in up in Aspen here in Colorado which they go hide in up in Aspen here in Colorado or Vail or up in the Hamptons in New or down in, you know, wherever they go.
	Martha's Vineyard.
	They just run away to their mansions, and then they let us fight one another.
	You know, for them it's basically Thunderdome.
	Okay.
	Um, they also ask in text message, somebody, they just texted him again, so why can't judge who ordered it be dismissed due to conflict of interest?
	Well, see, that would take a whole other legal process, which I'm sure the legal team for Trump has been looking into, but essentially, as I understand it, once the judge has been assigned to the case, as I understand it up to this point, only he can recuse himself.
	That's one of the ways our legal system works.
	Because once this judge and this, whatever, jury trial, if it is a jury trial, once there's a ruling made, then it can be appealed to another court, but I think for now, Trump's stuck with this court, and there's nothing that he can do.
	So, when you understand it in those terms, as I do, and if I'm wrong, please fact check me, if I'm getting any of the details wrong here, but, as I understand it, there is no actionable recourse for Trump at the moment.
	Because trust me, if he could have gotten this judge to step down, he would have.
	Just like he would have in the last case with Judge Ngoron, another liberal left-wing lunatic.
	Except in this case, the judge is even worse.
	More biased.
	More overtly biased, and his family stands to gain huge financial benefits from this case going the way that the judge obviously wants it to go, which is with Trump being found guilty.
	I think Alex Jones would have done the same thing.
	If he could have just gotten rid of the judge who was overseeing that Sandy Hook fraud sham case.
	You know, sham of a case where they're saying he owes the GDP of France in a restitution.
	It's like, this is insane folks.
	I'm not calling for it, but this is what a civil war is going to start over.
	Because There's going to come a point where they're going to normalize this with Alex Jones and Donald Trump, just like they did with censorship online.

	So they normalize it with Donald Trump and Alex Jones and these big figureheads, and then they roll it out against everyone else.

	It's not a coincidence that some of Bobby Kennedy Jr.' 's biggest contributors are Donald Trump's biggest contributors.
	So here we are all these years later and just this twisted path has led us to where somebody named Kennedy is putting himself in a position To elect Donald Trump president, a guy who, whose life now is dedicated to reversing the work of Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy.
	Ooh, they must have just got those polls back from the African American voters.

	But in Trump's case, I think it is something we should look at a little more closely.
	So, there's this exchange I want to read, right?
	It's an article.
	That was published by I think Joe Huft is the author of it, but it talks about the case against President Trump is based on accounting activities that are not crimes.
	They aren't even adjusting the entries.
	I mean at one point they talk about here that The Bragg case is based on accounting activities that the state of New York says are crimes, and then they outline the several ways how these activities aren't crimes, and how they don't even make sense.
	So the corrupt Soros-backed DA in Manhattan, Alvin Bragg, and the Trump-hating gang of former Obama White House and Biden DOJ members, like Mike Calangelo, dropped a B.S.
	indictment against Trump in April of 2023.
	The indictment is as follows.
	It talks about, here are the reasons why the indictment is totally false, and no crime exists.
	It says...
	One, the indictment is BS for many reasons, but one of the major reasons surrounds the timing of the activities claimed to be crimes in the indictment.
	The activities for which President Trump is charged all occurred after President Trump handed his multi-billion dollar organization over to the control of his sons.
	President Trump shares, uh, shared that, but President Trump was not running his companies at the time of these events, and he had handed over control of these operations to his sons at that point.
	Two, none of these activities are crimes in the first place, which is why Bragg never lists any crimes.
	The indictment doesn't even say what the crimes are because there are none.
	There was a reporter who asked Alvin Bragg this question.
	The reporter asked, quote, the indictment does not specifically say what those crimes were, what laws were broken, the reporter asks.
	District Attorney Alvin Bragg responds, quote, the indictment doesn't specify because the law does not require.
	Here's an indictment with no crimes, but the law says I don't have to tell you what crimes are there.
	Okay.
	Number three.
	Even if President Trump was running his companies at the time that these accounting entries were reportedly performed, he almost certainly had nothing to do with them in the first place.
	Now, of course, this is talking about them cooking the books to cover up a hush money payment to Stormy Daniels, right?
	This is wild.
	President Trump never made and caused a false entry into the books of his company, as is stated in the indictment, because he never made an entry in the books of his company!
	He wasn't running it!
	Somebody else was obviously doing the accounting.
	It wasn't President Trump.
	This is how illegitimate this case is.
	But it goes on.
	Number four.
	The accounting entries were made years ago and the statute of limitations ended years ago.
	Again, how are we going after him on crime?
	This is why they don't specify the specific crimes, because if they specify the specific crimes, then it would be clear and obvious that the statute of limitations had run out.

	As Hunter Biden and the DOJ waited until the statute of limitations passed before addressing his tax crimes with President Trump, the Soros-backed brag ignores the statute of limitations, which has already passed four years ago and makes up crimes out of thin air.
	Number five, Bragg claims that the 2007 activities somehow impacted the 2017 election.

	How are you going to do something in 2017 and have it affect the year before?

	Number six, no auditors would ever identify or make the claims made by Bragg, not in a billion dollar business.
	These entries are so small, they would likely never be found or addressed by an auditor.

	No auditor in 2022 would go back to 2017 and locate a $100,000 entry in a billion-dollar business.

	It is likely that no one in history has ever been charged with a felony for receiving an invoice from a vendor.
	Number 9.
	President Trump didn't commit a felony when one of his many accountants made an entry in his books.
	At number 10, President Trump has a multi-billion dollar business.
	The likelihood of him knowing about these entries and desiring to commit fraud is next to impossible to prove.
	Well, sounds like he's got an ironclad case.
	If history tells us anything, that's a... I see a guilty verdict in Trump's future, even with all of that.

	And when she left the facility, she left some of her personal belongings behind in an apartment which she was living in.
	Now, fast forward a little bit of time, fast forward a little bit, and another person moves into that apartment and finds these belongings, which have been abandoned, mind you, in this apartment at this, I believe, rehab facility.
	Okay, that's interesting.
	looking at them and realizes that one of the items left behind was a personal diary belonging to ashley biden okay that's interesting so what do they do with the diary well they decide that the diary is of an importance to the national discourse because they find some pretty disturbing things inside of it now i'm
	I know it's somebody's personal diary, but again, once you abandon your property, you don't have a claim to say it's private anymore.
	Right?
	And so then they give the diary to Project Veritas, then ran by James O'Keefe.
	And James O'Keefe looks at it and thinks about it and realizes, no, I can't publish this.
	This is too much, right?
	So he contacts the FBI and says, look, I have this diary.
	I don't know what to do with it.
	What do you guys think I should do with it?
	So then they send SWAT teams to go basically raid the homes of the journalists and the reporters and the individuals who found the diary in the first place, right?
	And I hope you're getting all this right.
	Correct me if I'm wrong.
	But then somehow, someway, Patrick Howley over at the National File ends up publishing the story, some of the portions of the diary, one of which is a portion where Ashley Biden says one of which is a portion where Ashley Biden says that she was sexually molested by her father at a young age.
	and And this is our president, folks.
	Now just reverse the roles there.
	Imagine if a diary was found belonging to one of Trump's daughters, Ivanka, that said she was raped or molested by Trump in a shower when she was a young girl.
	Think about what would have happened from there versus what happens now with this corrupt criminal in office.

	They're trying to get her to be sent to prison for a four to 10 month stint there.
	They are, you know, in this case, trying to basically silence and punish those who expose these sick, devious, demonic individuals.
	So Joe Biden, according to the diary that we have seen published by
	Patrick Halle on National FileNet was seemingly confirmed by Ashley Biden herself in a recorded phone call where she tried to get her property back, and in doing so, admitted to the legitimacy of the diary itself belonging to her, wrote in her diary, I was sexualized, this is a quote, I was sexualized at a young age by my father with inappropriate showers.
	That's a paraphrase, excuse me, not a quote.
	But that was what she wrote in her diary.
	That she took inappropriate showers with her father which sexualized her at a young age and caused her to act out sexual fantasies on other people and she had other sick degenerate family stuff going on there too.
	Okay, that's interesting.
	But then beyond that, The story, as I said before, there was a woman, right, who was staying at a house in Delray Beach, Florida, where President Biden's daughter had previously been living.
	And I think this was a part of a rehab trip down there in Florida.
	She was at some rehab, right?
	They found her diary, tax records, private family photos, and her cell phone.
	This was in September of 2020, before the election.
	They then tried, the defendant in this case, tried to sell that property to Project Veritas, who then decided not to publish it.
	But, what's interesting is that They ended up selling it for $40,000 and that's what they're saying was the crime that they moved it across state lines to sell stolen quote-unquote property, right?
	And the diary entries were later revealed online and they're disturbing, to say the least.
	Could you imagine, again, if this had happened to Donald Trump, first of all?
	If Ivanka's diary had been found and leaked online and it showed her writing about Donald Trump molesting her as a child.
	I don't care who you are, left, right, moderate, whatever.
	If you can't see the difference in the way these two stories, in the way this story is being reported, in the way that story would have been reported if it was something that had happened, well then you don't understand how corrupt our media is in this nation.
	Because there's been a full-scale blackout out of it.
	And not only that, we have the documented text messages from Hunter Biden's alleged laptop Which show family members saying that essentially Hunter Biden's molesting his underage niece.
	I think her name is Naomi when she was like 13 or 12.
	And then there's pictures online of him exposing himself to her.

	Well, I mean, there's just so much going on as always, especially lately, the last couple of years, but this year it just seems like every day it's some new huge stories, you know, lots of them, so really anything you want to talk about would be fine by me, but they're just showing their desperation, brag,
	Fannie Willis, all of them, you know, Letitia James, every single one of these people are nothing more than paid to go after Trump in any way they can.
	And of course, they're all in these highly leftist liberal Marxist areas.
	They wouldn't be able to do it anywhere else outside of some of those areas like Fulton County, Georgia, Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, places like that, Washington D.C.
	of course.
	It's all pre-planned and just an attack on him to try to take him out because they know he's going to win.
	Yeah, I think that's basically what they're saying.
	It's disgusting.
	Yeah, I've watched it time and again here, and everybody's watched it.
	We all know this.
	We all see it.
	So I broke it down, though, in terms to make it understandable for everyone out there that these charges in this new case are just as bogus as the charges from the other cases.
	There are other things happening though with the anti-Trump stuff.
	Apparently now Joe Biden is a reformed man of faith who has the moral high ground to preach to Donald Trump about his Views on LGBTQ.
	Now, I don't know if Joe Biden's ever actually read a Bible, but the Bible that I've read, that I know, says that this stuff is evil, it's demonic, it's an affront to God.
	And this is what they've come out with though now.
	They're running ads attacking Donald Trump's faith and promoting Biden, uh, his, his embracing of the LGBTQ.
	Apparently they're trying to attack Trump now because he is selling Bibles.
	Which, I mean, J.D., I couldn't think of a more anti-Christian thing to do than to sell Bibles to the masses, right?
	Yeah.
	It's, you know, first of all, Biden takes the Biden administration, Obama administration, basically.
	Turn Easter into a day of transgender recognition or whatever they called it.
	And then now Biden has come out in one of these pre-programmed scripted interviews that he does, which isn't very often, but he just come out Within the last few hours, within the last 24 hours, and now he's saying that, he's literally saying that he did not do that, that he did not know anything about that.
	So, I'm wondering, which is it, man?
	I mean, obviously they're gonna go after that community, that group of people, because he's lost more than 30% of the blacks he's lost about 25% of the of the Latinos so who do you see him over the last week meeting with and talking to Latinos and
	The gay people, the transgender community.
	But I'm wondering, if he didn't know anything about it, then who's doing these things, you know?
	So which is it, Joe?
	Which is it?
	Are you doing these things to cater?
	Or do you not know what's going on because obviously you're not running things?
	No, I think it's always about leaving the...
	People in a state of ambiguity so they don't know what's actually going on.
	I think that's a part of how their whole operation works.
	If you think about psychological warfare, that's definitely a part of it.
	But what I thought was interesting is that they came out, right, and Trump was saying, and a lot of the right-wing conservative reporters were saying, Biden declared the March 31st Easter Trans Day of Invisibility, right?
	And then it was funny because they came out and they said, well, Biden didn't do that.
	That was established in 2009 under Barack Obama.
	And I was like, okay.
	But in his literal statement that he put out from the White House, Joe Biden said, I hereby declare and do proclaim March 31st's Transgender Day of Visibility.
	So, he did declare and proclaim it the Trans Day of Visibility on Easter, but facts, you know.
	The Snopes came out and said, tried to say it wasn't true, and I'm like, well, he put out a statement where he literally said that.
	So, here's another one that I thought was interesting.
	Joe Biden just posted, and we know Joe Biden doesn't post to his own Twitter pages or whatever, but Kareem Jean-Pierre posted on Joe Biden's Twitter page that Donald Trump won't do what an American president must do.
	He refuses to denounce political violence.
	I'll say what Trump won't.
	Political violence is never acceptable in America.
	Now, that's an interesting statement to make.
	I'm going to play this clip, JD, of Democrats calling for violence.
	I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country, and maybe there will be.
	People need to start taking to the streets.
	This is a dictator.
	You know, there needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there is unrest in our lives.
	Enemies of the state.
	Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.
	Do something about your dad's immigration practices, you feckless... When they go low, we kick them.
	How do you resist the temptation to run up and wring her neck?
	The biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized, up to the right.
	I thought he should have punched him in the face.
	I said, even if you lost, he insulted you, right?
	Yes!
	He came down the escalator and called Mexicans rapists and murderers.
	He said, well, what do you think I should have done?
	I said, I think you should have punched him in the face and then gotten out of the race.
	You would have been a hero.
	I'd like to punch him in the face.
	I said if we were in high school I'd take you behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.

	When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?
	They're still gonna have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump, and that's a fact.

	In the parking lots of Home Depot and TJ Maxx, and this is upsetting some people, but let me play quickly this reporter, the same reporter who broke this story.
	I think her name is, I think her name is Brooker T. Jones.

	Denver, Colorado, the political director for Mike Johnson, the mayor of Denver, he was caught on tape.
	He received a big new group of migrants into his city, and he was telling these migrants, hey, migrants, this is not your final stay.
	You have not reached your destination.
	He said Denver is full.
	We've had over 40,000 migrants.
	There's no more jobs.
	There's nowhere to sleep.
	But don't you fear migrants because we know where you can go.
	And he suggests that these migrants can go to Chicago and New York.
	He even suggests sending them to the Canadian border.
	He also says we will provide you with a bus ticket or a plane ticket.
	Just to get you out of Denver.
	Remember how I told you how Venezuelans, someone told me how the Venezuelans are prostituting their wives out at Home Depot?
	I also heard they were doing that at a TJ Maxx.
	So they do not want that going on in Denver.
	So they are getting these migrants out.
	Today we've been investigating the migrant crisis in the state of Utah.
	Utah, they say, is not a sanctuary state.
	But there are a whole lot of migrants here, and many of the migrants that we talked to, they said that they went to Denver first.
	Denver gave them a plane ticket to Utah.
	Also, we spoke to one man from New York.
	He said New York gave him a plane ticket to Utah.
	So they're shuffling these migrants, and they are getting them out of the sanctuary cities and bringing them to cities that are not sanctuary cities.
	That's the news for today.
	J.D., that seems to be the strategy, and yesterday in my show I talked about how the strategy is essentially that they bring the illegal migrants in, they bribe them with the benefits of the taxpayer dollars that fund it, then they use them to create a new apportionment in the upcoming census so that then they can have a larger position of power in Congress, and that that's what they're being used for at the moment, but I was also pointing out earlier...
	I lived in California for three years, J.D.
	You ask, how did California go from being one of the most conservative states in the Union to a one-party communist state?
	It was exactly this strategy and tactic that they're doing now, which so they've just adapted now where the strategy started in California.
	Now, as they say, as California goes, the country goes.
	That's what they're doing right now to try to get a one-party nation.
	They want communist rule, and that's what they're doing.
	What are your thoughts, J.D.?
	Let me tell you this.
	This so-called political director that the Denver mayor recently hired is nothing more than a translator.
	That's what he is.
	As a matter of fact, last week someone sent me some audio that they recorded.
	They were on site down there in Denver.
	This guy meets all the bosses who, by the way, These buses are being sent up here, a lot of them, by Governor Greg Abbott of Texas.
	He's sending them to Denver and these different sanctuary cities.
	He has said, you're a sanctuary city, you want these people, here you go.
	And that's what's going on.
	And this translator is meeting these buses, he's meeting these people, and that reporter is absolutely spot on.
	He's telling them, you cannot stay here.
	We will not stop you from staying here, but we're telling you that the 40,000 illegals that we've already taken care of, that's our limit.
	We can do no more.
	You're going to suffer.
	And he actually used that word.
	If you stay here in Denver, you're going to suffer.
	We will give you a bus ticket to anywhere you want to go, including the Canadian border, the guy said.
	But here's the thing.
	Let me tell you why.
	This is why this is all of a sudden happening and why these Democrats are all of a sudden saying they don't want these people now.
	This is the real reason.
	Because Latinos all of a sudden are saying that they support Donald Trump.
	So you don't have to worry about them all of a sudden becoming legal voters anymore because now most of them When they are interviewed and asked this question, they love Trump.
	They're wearing Trump shirts, Trump hats.
	They think Donald Trump is going to be the next president.
	They do not like Joe Biden.
	So all of a sudden, the Democrats across the country are panicking and they're saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
	Let's start building the wall again, which they are, and let's stop bringing these people to our cities, which they have stopped, and let's take a look at this Sanctuary City designation.
	So all of a sudden, the Democrats are thinking that these people are not going to be pro-Democrat, and then it all stops.
	I agree.
	I agree.
	I would take it even further, though.
	I don't think it's really stopping.
	I think they're, like that reporter said, they're just basically shifting and sending them to red states.
	That's the strategy, though.
	That's exactly what they did in California, like I said before.
	You know, they bring them in illegally and then they ship them into areas where they want the demographic to change and shift.
	And, of course, you're correct in the assessment that most Latinos and any Americans who live in these cities who see this happening and are interacting with these people and being put in the same, you know, neighborhoods with these new migrants are seeing their neighborhoods, you know, be destroyed.
	They're seeing crime increase.
	So, of course, they're saying, we want to stop this.
	But I think it goes so far beyond just politics at this point.
	I think our country is in the midst of a full-scale invasion that is being orchestrated by forces that truly do want to destroy our territorial sovereignty.
	And I would take it a step further and say that, you know, when you see Democrats here in Colorado saying, OK, well, you need to go to other states, It's not because they can't handle it, it's because they truly just are realizing the political tides are shifting, like you were saying.
	So, you know, I guess there's a lot more we could unpack there.
	You've been talking about the resolution that was put forth here in Weld County, where they wanted to make it so that we couldn't use our taxpayer dollars to fund this kind of invasion.
	And that is going to eventually spread to other places, but I don't know if these people really care, JD.
	I think they ultimately have one agenda, and one agenda only, and that is to bring in a subservient class to be exploited and used at their will and whim, however they can and will.
	That's pretty much the way I read it.
	Craig, and that's exactly what I'm saying.
	They only care about one thing, the Democrats, and that is being and staying in power.
	That's all they care about.
	Everything else can just forget about it.
	And when they see something that they were promoting going against them or shifting the other way, then all of a sudden that strategy goes out the window and they move on to the next one.
	And I'm telling you, man, I'm telling you.
	Look, I know a guy, I was just talking to him yesterday.
	I know a guy who is a construction superintendent.
	He's a Latino guy, born and raised in America.
	But he works for one of the biggest construction companies in the U.S.
	And they're doing a lot of these big infrastructure projects here in Colorado.
	And he was telling me yesterday, he said, you would not believe...
	In the last 12 months how many of the workers are illegals?
	I know, I believe that, but he said, but here's the thing.
	He personally, and he's a conservative by the way, which a lot of Latino Americans are, as a matter of fact, and he told me that he's constantly talking to these illegals and asking them about, you know, who do they like really?
	Who do you like?
	Do you like Trump or do you like Biden?
	Do you like Democrats?
	He said that probably three-fourths of these guys are saying Trump.
	They're saying Republican.
	Because they don't believe in any of the stuff that Democrats are pushing.
	And I'm telling you, this is what's happening, and that's why the Democrats are freaking out, and that's why the Democrats are all of a sudden putting on the brakes to their invasion from Latin America.
	It's funny how once the illegal, the criminals get here, they are invaders, so the criminal invaders, once they get here, they all of a sudden, I don't want to bring the rest of the people from my country here, are you kidding?
	Like, that's what I was trying to get away from, what are we doing here?
	Right?
	That's literally the mindset of these people.
	And the irony is lost on Democrats.
	They have no ability for self-awareness.
	Therefore, they cannot see the fact that they are literally making a third world country of one of the greatest nations in the world.
	You know, I think there's like this It's ignorant bliss, or whatever it is, it's ignorant naivety, whatever you want to call it, that Democrats live in where they just think abundance is never-ending, that there's no way that this, like, I don't know, you know, when you're raised a certain way, I guess, to think that the government owes you and that you don't have any personal responsibility to provide, or all of these things, it becomes this mindset
	That has been instilled in so many people.
	Everything's about, oh, I want to feel good.
	Signaling my virtue to others is all that matters.
	Not hard work, not meritocratic excellence.
	It's sad, JD, where we're coming as a nation.
	You can make a lazy man out of almost any man.
	They can get used to that, man.
	You know?
	I mean, all of a sudden, somebody wins the lottery or whatever happens, they get a good retirement, and they're like, wow, you know, I'm enjoying the good life.
	It's the same thing with all people.
	Most people.
	And the Democrats, you know, they know that.
	And they're trying to make lazy people out of everyone.
	But I'll tell you something else about Latino Americans.
	Latino Americans who are born and raised here, they don't want any of these people coming up across the Southern.
	They don't want them here.
	And the big thing that they hate about the Democrats is abortion.
	They are dead set against abortion.
	They hate that.
	And they also feel like Joe Biden is an embarrassment, like having Harvey the rabbit hopping around him at the White House and things like that.
	It's an embarrassment.

	So NASA has come out and announced they're going to be launching this mission during the solar eclipse, which is coming up in a few days, four days to be exact.
	And we already have certain states, including Indiana, issuing statewide emergencies ahead of the solar eclipse.
	A lot of people are asking some very interesting questions about it.
	I covered this in the show yesterday, talking about how there's all these different theories about it being the end of the world, but I ultimately come to the conclusion of, you know, I'm old enough now where I've been told that the world was ending enough times where I just...
	It's starting to become kind of like the sky is falling and chicken little.
	I'm not sure that we're going to be all, you know, suffering.
	Some people have claimed there's going to be a swarm of earthquakes along the New Madrid fault.
	Some people have claimed that there's going to be some sort of comet.
	That is going to be shown to us when the sun disappears.
	Some people even go as far as to claim that the Jews in Israel and some Christians as well are going to be sacrificing, which they will be sacrificing, red heifers to try to bring about the new temple, which, you know, Again, I'm not sure about any of this stuff.
	It all seems a little out there for me as far as, you know, people get really excited about these kind of events and then they like to put on those events, you know, their own thoughts.
	What do you think, JD?
	Yeah, it's the same thing.
	Anytime anything big happens, people are going to come out of the woodwork claiming this and that.
	All these things are going to happen.
	I have a lot of family in Indiana.
	Matter of fact, Raised right there in the area of Seymour, Indiana.

	And people are coming from all over the world, they're saying, to go to Seymour, Indiana.
	And my cousins and different people back there are saying, well, the reason that they're declaring these emergencies and things Same as they're doing up by Niagara Falls in Buffalo, New York, and some of those places.
	The only reason that they're doing that is because there's supposed to be so many people, so many people coming to witness this eclipse that they're worried about the numbers and the traffic.
	And, you know, that's why they have declared these emergencies.
	It's not for any of these other reasons.
	So you don't think that there's going to be a swarm of earthquakes along the New Madrid fault line, which is going to lead to our country being flooded?
	No, I know, I get it.
	No, I don't.
	And guess what?
	If I'm wrong, then nobody will be able to tell me I'm wrong because we won't be here.
	Yeah, that's kind of an interesting dynamic there when you think about it.
	But as always, I like to read comments from the show yesterday.

	That's not the problem.

	But as the mask doesn't work, and yes, the virus can't.

	So basically they're saying that the mask doesn't work.

	Here he says, the eclipse, another nothing burger being served, the public as fear porn burgers, ever fear porn posting that does not happen is reposted and reposted over the days, months, and years as though it's the first time and we do not notice.
	I along with millions of others are bored sick with four year long never ending movie.

	I agree.
	Uh, we have Demar993 saying, Harp helps eclipse earthquakes to happen if necessary.
	While I'm at it, I need this house because it's my private property that is paid for and not someone else's.
	Yeah, that's, we were talking in yesterday's show, JD, about these people who can just squat in your house and that seems to be like, totally cool.
	Um, as far as everyone's concerned, uh, with regard to that.
	That was interesting.
	I just want to read those comments out, JD, to give everybody an idea of what's going on.
	Yeah, we love it when people text in on the KHNC live text line.

	I want to get, those are actually comments from the Rumble Channel, but I do want to read the comments because we have a bunch of them too from the texters.
	Let's see, here we are.
	We have the people texting in say, how many times did she call them migrants?
	They are not migrants.
	They are invaders.
	All of them are criminals.
	Stop diluting the issue.
	Call them criminal invaders every time.
	I agree.
	I think that that's a very valid point.
	And somebody else wrote, Jesus knew who the enemy was.
	Democrat is not in the Bible.
	And then they referenced John 8, 44, which says, You are of your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desires.
	He was a murderer from the beginning and has not stood in the truth because there is no truth in him.
	When he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature because he is a liar and the father of liars.
	Yeah, I agree.
	I think that's Democrat or Republican or whoever.
	What are they talking about?
	Joe Biden there?
	You know, I don't know who they're talking about.
	My interpretation of what they said is that the enemy is those who are, you know, enacting the will of the evil one.
	And it doesn't matter if they're a Democrat or not, there's evil on all sides.
	And I think that that's true.
	So hopefully that's what they were saying when they sent that.
	If they want to clarify, they can always text again, JD, right?
	We don't hold that against them.
	There's a number of stories we could go with from here, but namely, I haven't talked about this yet.
	I figured I'd wait till you come on since you know her more personally than I do.
	But Lauren Bobert apparently was hospitalized the other day with an acute blood clot diagnosed with a May-Turner syndrome.
	And this is a very sad story, obviously.
	Thoughts and prayers with her.
	And she seems to have recovered fairly quickly, to a point where I saw her giving a speech yesterday, I think.
	After she just got out of the hospital she's back on the campaign trail so good for her.
	You know I have my personal I don't know if this is true or not.
	I don't know if you want to ask her, but I saw online and this could be just completely fake news.
	So fake news alert.
	myself to the notion that she will be the next candidate but i will say this jd that what i thought was interesting i don't know if this is true or not i don't know if you want to ask her but i saw online and this could be just completely fake news so fake news alert this might be fake news but somebody was saying that she is fully vaccinated do you have any do you know if that's true or not i I do not know if that's true.
	I have no idea.
	But I could ask her.
	That would probably be a good question, I guess.
	Yeah, that's a good question.
	She's coming back on here soon and I'll definitely ask her about that.
	Yeah, that would be my question, just because I think it's important.
	A lot of people are, they're obviously concerned for her health, A. But B, you know, if she is vaccinated, that would be something we should maybe look at closer, as far as all that's concerned.
	So, that was the story there.
	You know, obviously, we send our thoughts and prayers to her, hope for a fast, speedy recovery.

	Go tell that long Welcome back to Just Forum Talk Radio, I'm your host Craig James and I'm joined on the show here by my friend Jay Deplorable from Swamp Fight and JD, you know, we could go a few directions from here but one of the stories I wanted to cover Uh, before we get out of here, and I figured you'd be a good person to talk to about this, is that the United States Army and Air Force are now issuing calls for retirees to return to active duty.
	So apparently the Army's recruitment challenges have been mounting in recent years.
	And recruiting has been hampered by, quote, unquote, COVID vaccine requirements.
	But we all know what it's really about, the woke military atmosphere where, you know, could you imagine?
	I was talking to a young man the other day, J.D.
	He was a 19-year-old guy, you know, good, hardworking, good construction job.
	And, you know, we were talking for a while, and one of the things we talked about was he said, well, you know, I had the chance to enlist.
	And he said when he was 17, he had a chance to kind of get into whatever the pre-enlistment is there and do the ROTC stuff.
	And he said he didn't do it.
	And when I asked him why he didn't do it, he basically explained to me that he— He didn't want to serve Joe under Joe Biden and that he he thought Joe Biden was corrupt and he thought the military is is too woke and it had nothing to do with the COVID vaccine.
	It had everything to do with the fact that he didn't feel and this is a guy who JD like this isn't some like little soy boy.
	This is like a dude who could have served and been a great asset to our military who willingly chose to take kind of a lesser position and work for less money and struggle more to essentially get to a position similarly over a longer period of time because he just didn't want to serve in this army.
	And now, we're seeing these stories come out about recruitment falling by 25% or more, and them having to call up retired.
	JD, you may be recalled.
	I mean, I'm not joking.
	There was a guy I saw on social media the other day, who had been retired for 12 years.
	And he was recalled into, what do they call that, where you can be, he was called up into mandatory active service.
	So he had no choice in the matter.
	I mean, JD, what are your thoughts on what's happening in the Army right now and the Air Force?
	Did we lose you?
	JD?
	No.
	All right, well, we'll let JD take a minute there.
	He's probably just getting his mic set up and fixed up.
	But, you know, watching all this happen, it's really disturbing.
	I'm watching all these things happen, and I'm really, really concerned.
	JD, are you there?
	Uh-oh.
	Alright, looks like we lost JD, but it looks like now he's back.
	JD, are you there with us?
	All right, we're having a spot of technical difficulty on JD Connecting.

	Yeah, but I was going to comment on that, but that's what the military does.
	You know, they call up the guys, the people with the experience, especially anyone special forces.
	And by the way, which those levels of recruitment Um, the people saying now, a lot of times what happens is you go into the military, like in the air force, you go into the military and this is what happened to me.
	And you don't go in for any particular that, like you're going in for special forces.
	And while you're in bootcamp, they spot people in different things and then they approach you and say, Hey, would you be interested in, um, being a PJ and para rescue and things like that?
	But, but those numbers don't.
	Those are the people that they normally bring back, but from what I'm hearing, they're calling people back in all areas of service, which tells me, and I've never really seen that before, that tells me that The levels are definitely hurting.
	Yeah, I mean, when I was 17 and I enlisted, if there would have been a colonel or a general or whoever running around a man in a dress in the military addressing the public, I'd have been like, yeah, no way, man.
	Yeah, that's what I said.
	I'll talk to this guy.
	It's not happening.
	I even said to him, I said, could you imagine, or, well, he said, after he said something to me about it, I said, well, could you imagine, you know, you enlist and you're at boot camp and your drill instructor comes out and it's some, like, big dude in a dress, like, get down and give me 20!
	It's like...
	I mean, I couldn't even imagine that for these people.
	But that's what's happening with our military right now and it's quite disturbing.
	We have a couple more texters.
	I think it's 62, by the way, age limit to be called back is age Sixty-two, believe it or not.
	That's what I said.
	You're on the chopping block, Judy.
	They may get you back in there.
	Could be.
	I saw the guy who's twelve years out of the military.
	He said out of nowhere he got a notice saying he's back to active duty.
	Um, that's crazy, but that's what we're facing here in this country.
	And, of course, that's by design, too, because then they're going to make... So they do all that on purpose, right, JD?
	So then they can say, well, we can't get enough of our own citizens to enlist, so we need to make it so that illegals can enlist.
	And they already tried to get that through Congress, so that's definitely where they're going with it.
	But we had a couple texters I want to hit real quick.
	Somebody from the 970 said, Democrats had a name in Jesus' day.
	They lived south in Judea.
	Now they live at 777 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, New York.
	Candace Owens knows who they are.
	Obviously, I don't think you're referring to the Jews.
	But here's the thing.
	There are bad Jews, yes.
	We have to recognize that.
	But I'm not in the game of saying it's all the Jews.
	That's not my game.
	I don't do that.
	I call out people specifically, individually, for who they are and what they do.
	I think that's how we do it.
	Because then if we don't do that, then we're no better than the other side.
	Yeah, you can't call out groups of people.
	You just, I mean... No, you gotta be specific.
	Unless they're a cartel, then you can say, yeah, those people are bad, right?
	I mean, no, there probably is a Jewish Mafia.
	I agree with Candace Owens on that.
	Just like there's an Italian Mafia, just like there's, you know, the Chinese Triads and all that stuff, so yeah.
	That, and the Japanese Yakuza, but...
	Call out the people specifically, that's my only thing.

	They got rid of the resolution thing and now they've handed them a proposition that can go on the ballot this November and leave it up to the voters, which is what I said all along.
	That's the way it should be.
	So hopefully During the Monday meeting of that board, Weld County Commissioners Board, hopefully they're going to vote on whether or not they will let this be on the ballot or not.
	So we're going to find out.
	And if they say no, then they're going to go through the petition signature process, which should be no problem.
	So that's just a quick update on that.

	We've been in the book of Psalms.
	Now we're just going to take a little bit of a detour from there and go over to Romans real quick, because these words stood out to me today as we did our show.
	It's Romans 12, verse 1 and 2, and I want to share these words with you, and then we'll talk about them.
	But it talks about what a living sacrifice looks like, and it says, Therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God.
	This is your spiritual worship.
	Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you may discern what is good, pleasing, and the perfect will of God.
	And that's what we have to do, brothers and sisters out there.
	We have to allow ourselves to be transformed by the renewing, of our minds through the Scripture and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the understanding that we have eternal salvation by a sacrifice made on a cross, and not be conformed to what's happening around us in this age in which we live.
	You must go beyond that, transcend it, and make sure that you transform yourself and renew yourself.
	And how do you do that?
	If you haven't accepted Christ, open your heart, say a prayer, repent, and allow Him to become your Savior, and watch Him do great things.
	And if you have, Then continue to give your life to him every day and watch him continue to do great things.
	That's where we're going to leave it.
