We're going to give you your daily rundown of the news, get you informed so you can go out and make good decisions today.
And that's the point of the show.
So I hope you guys are very much prepared because a number of stories we're going to be covering here today include, but aren't limited to, new information on the Dolly Black Box and CCTV footage from the ship that crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the Patapsco River In Baltimore, which has cut off the port of Baltimore from the rest of the world.
We're going to talk about a little bit of what happened there.
We've been talking about this for the last few days, so we're not going to spend too much time on it, but interesting.
All other update on that is that the Coast Guard says the cargo ship had 1.8 million gallons of fuel as well as 56 containers with hazardous materials on board.
So Interesting, interesting news there.
We're also going to be updating you on the Stormy Daniels case against Donald Trump, which is coming to a theater near you on April 15th from the New York courts.
And I'll tell you what, it's going to be something very fascinating to see unfold.
Because at this point, we have new information coming out About the former lawyer, liar, who is and was convicted of lying under oath, who spent time in prison for it, Michael Cohen now, he is actually involved in this in a way that you may not believe.
Michael Avenetti, the former extortionist slash lawyer for Stormy Daniels, has made a groundbreaking revelation in this case, accusing Michael Cohen of engaging in a torrid affair with Stormy Daniels.
So it looks like there was a conspiracy against Donald Trump once again to extort him for money.
We're going to give you details on that.
Shocking, right?
I mean, who would have ever thought that a dirty, slimy, corrupt, lying lawyer, extortionist like Michael Cohen, would have concocted a plot to try to extort money out of his former client, Donald J. Trump.
I mean, it's almost unbelievable, right?
I mean, who would have ever put this stuff together?
We're also going to talk a little bit about what's going on in New York.
It's only getting worse.
They're already rewarding criminals with debit cards that are prepaid to the tune of thousands of dollars.
You know, I feel like sometimes it would be nice if I just walked out of the country and came back in illegally.
Not that I would do this, but hypothetically, if you did do that, you seemingly would get more benefits as an illegal than you would as an actual citizen.
How about that, for irony?
But again, this is them telling you how they feel about you, which is you are meaningless to them, and that includes our corrupt politicians running Denver and the state of Colorado here.
You know, as they funnel our tax money into buying hotels and, you know, room service for illegals, we are sitting here footing the bill when These people should be deported, but you can't deport the individuals who are going to allow you to reapportion more seats in Congress so that then you can take over and make it a one-party state like they've done in California.

Posting pictures of Trump behind jail bars as her profile picture online, which is totally normal at this point.
I mean, it's exactly the same thing that was happening with Judge Angoran in the corrupt Letitia James quote-unquote fraud case, where his wife, Angoran's wife, was posting pictures of Donald Trump in a jail cell as well on social media.
So, you see where these people's motivations lie.
They are not being motivated by law and order and justice.
They're being motivated by political subterfuge and sabotage and election interference.
Those are their end goals.
These people are probably being worked by intelligence agencies or something alike or akin to that.
It's only going to make things worse for them when we all get together and expose these people for who they are and what they are.
We also have Keith Ellison, the Attorney General from Minnesota.
Get this.
This is probably the best story of the day.
We may cover this in the second hour.
So, they're investigating automakers for making cars that are too easy for young people to steal.
You can't make this stuff up, folks.
This is the clown world we live in.
Keith Ellison is not mad at the, you know, criminals who are stealing cars.
No, no, no, no, no.
We need to go after the automakers!
You make it too easy!
Huh.
And that's something.
But again, these communist Marxists don't believe in private property, so that is their end goal, to get rid of it anyway.
So you shouldn't even have the right to own a car.
But if you do have a car, the onus is on the automaker to make sure you can't get into it.
Or at least that these pesky criminal kids can't get into your car to steal it.
As if there's some conspiracy behind closed doors with all of the automakers saying, we should make this really easy to break into.
Well, you know, there was this thing we used to have here in this country before they flooded our country with, you know, unmitigated criminal immigrants and just inundated us with cultural cancers like pornography and rap music and other things, television and degeneracy.
We had this thing called a high trust society where, you know, people didn't lock their doors at night.
Remember those days?
Your kids were able to go out and roam the streets freely without fear of being abducted or beaten to a pulp by a gang of racially motivated hate criminals.
It is, uh, it is a new world we live in today, folks.
So a lot to cover.

Quickly I want to give you an update on what happened with the Dolly cargo ship that crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the Patapsco River in Baltimore which has shut down the Port of Baltimore and many other strategic military Operating points.
We're going to look at this quickly because we've been talking about this for a while now.
I don't want to spend too much time on it, but according to the NTSB, they've released data on Dolly's black box, which reveals no CCTV footage was found.
Oh, it's like an Epstein jail cell, I guess.
It's impervious to closed circuit television.
Uh, the sensors were cut off, and then turned back on, and of course, the voice recorder from the black box was disrupted by background noise.
So, you know, nothing to see here, move along, um...
A lot of people say this is possibly deep state or some kind of false flag to blame Russia.
If it were that, just like after 9-11, they would have already come out and said this was Russia.
So my theory at this point, working theory, is that this was Russia.
Until I'm proven wrong, I guess.
That this was Russia in retaliation for the Western-backed, U.S.
intelligence-backed ISIS terror attack that took place in Moscow, which killed over 140 innocent civilians.
That this was some form of retaliation for that.
Other updates on the ship itself say that the cargo ship Which hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge was transporting 1.8 million gallons of fuel and 56 containers of hazardous materials.
Hmm.
How many of those hazardous materials washed off, fell off the ship into the Patapsco River?
I'm sure they will tell us after everyone is poisoned by it.
Vice Admiral Peter Gutierre said during the White House briefing that of the 4,700 containers on board, 56 contained hazardous materials and two are missing overboard.
So the ones that are in the water do not contain hazardous materials, he told reporters.
So there's no threat to the public at the moment.
Okay, well, good to know.
So, if you believe that, then that is what the official story is.
One other thing I found interesting, a cyber security and counter-terrorism expert named Marco Figueroa put out a statement last night about this incident.
And here's his breakdown, which I thought was worth sharing.
It says, My thoughts on the maritime incident that occurred yesterday.
Indications of a cyber security breach in my eyes.
Upon reviewing this particular video showcasing a maritime incident, several critical observations suggest that the vessel may have been compromised by a cyber attack.
Number one, intermittent power outages.
This video records two distinct periods where the ship's lighting system fails.
First, he gives the time marks, and then he says, such disruptions could potentially indicate unauthorized control over the vessel's operational technology systems.
Two, unusual navigational patterns.
It appears the ship was intentionally navigated towards bridges or bridge supports, a maneuver that raises questions about the integrity of its navigation systems.
The anomalous behavior strongly points toward external manipulation, likely through cyber means.

Optimal observation perspective.
The video angle provides a clear and comprehensive view of the incident.
It is a clear, or it is clear as day, I wish could work on this IR for the investigation for this because to me this video supports my hypothesis of cyber related attack on the vessel.
Finally concluding saying this incident underscores the growing complexity and sophistication of threats in the maritime sector, highlighting the critical need for robust cyber security measures.
The patterns observed in this video serve as a stark reminder of the potential vulnerabilities within maritime operational technology and the importance of vigilance and advanced security protocols to protect against such threats.
Now a lot of other rumors are flowing and circulating online.
Some of which include a, uh, some sort of connection to Mitch McConnell through his wife, Elaine Chao, and his deceased sister-in-law, uh, who passed away in a rather strange and ominous accident where her, I think, electric vehicle drove itself, I guess, or she drove it into a pond or lake and subsequently drowned.
But we're not 100% sure on that.
It seems as though that's a conflicting report where some are coming out and debunking it and others are claiming it's true.
I haven't seen any evidence that it is 100% verified, but hey, I wouldn't put it past these people, so take it with a grain of salt.
So I wanted to give you a quick update on that.

Now, uh, one of the big stories I want to get into today that I didn't mention really in the opening is.
A key thing that was taking place while we were all obsessed over this bridge collapse, because of course, even though the bridge collapse is big news, and it is indicative of, I believe, escalation in the asymmetric warfare domain that we're seeing in World War III happen right before our eyes, there are other stories, of course, and some are very important, including
This new story that was put out by Reuters that says Swift is planning to launch a new central bank digital currency platform in the next 12 to 24 months.
Hmm.
Well, that's interesting.
I have a few videos I want to share.
First, I have this individual giving us a breakdown of the story itself.
Go ahead and listen to this.
While we were all busy watching the horrors of the Key Bridge collapse, this story was buried in the news.
This is the most important thing that is going to hit every single person on the planet in the next 12 to 24 months is the time frame.
It is put right there in the title.
This is an article from Reuters.
It came out on March 26.
Let me explain to you as quickly as I can what this means for you.
So basically, a central bank digital currency is not the digital dollars that you operate in today.
It really has Nothing in common except that it's going to enable you to buy things at the store and send money to one another.
The important thing is how.
How is it going to work?
So this, what they're planning here, the trick is that it is programmable money that is entirely centralized and it is going to be controlled 100% by your federal government.
You will not have a bank that you go into necessarily, or if you do, the bank is actually going to be representative of the federal government and the bank would just be nothing but like, you know, a false storefront.
And so the challenge here, and that it's programmable money, it means that they can turn it off, shut it down at will if they don't like what you posted, what you tweeted, what you said, what you did, or basically they don't like the look of the nose on your face.
And who is they?
Well, it's anybody that works inside the government, who to you would more often than not be faceless and nameless.
And so the challenge of course is that if they were to shut you out of your account or deny you reasonable access to your funds when you wanted it and for the purposes that you wanted it, then you're not gonna be left with any recourse because generally speaking, there's this legal rule that the government is immune from lawsuits from private citizens. there's this legal rule that the government is immune from That there has to be written into the law a private right of action for you to have the permission to be able to go in and enforce your rights against the government.
And a lot of government agencies, and especially law enforcement, well they've got immunity for the behavior unless it is specifically written into the code.
And so this is a major problem.
So we're seeing this in central bank digital currencies that are being issued in various jurisdictions around the world, the most notable of which would be the Chinese social credit system.
And so if you do not behave, they'll be able to shut you out of your account, lock you out of your account and deny you access to your funds.
And I see that we're headed in this direction anyway.
You know, I do kind of lean towards the conspiracy theories and I do see how Congress is Intentionally spinning us into a situation of hyperinflation, which means you're going to continue to pay more for your goods and services because the money that Congress is churning out of the banking system is not making it into your pockets.
It's making it straight into the pockets of the elite and the corporate fat cats who are enjoying bigger profits than they ever have, and they're enjoying it at the lowest wages comparably.
than we have seen in this nation for half a century.
And so all of the cards are stacked against you.
We see that the interest rates are sky high, that the cost of housing is through the roof, and that the only folks that can afford it are the big venture capital companies that are buying up these properties left and right, holding on to them, and then renting them back to you.
And so what the plan is, of course, here is if I'm right, right?
And what I foresee is happening is And I've unfortunately been on the money for the past eight years since I launched into the study of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and fintech.
But basically, the plan is to spin us into a hyperinflation, put us into a position as a people to where we are begging for some sort of relief there and come in with this central bank digital currency and say that this is going to be our savior, because they're going to argue that it's de-inflationary, but it's actually not.
And then at that same time, I anticipate they're going to roll out or reinstate many of the features of artificial intelligence, commercially available tools, that we saw back in November, December, and January of this year.
November, December of last year, which would have been 2023, January, February of this year.
I've noticed in the past two to three months that the functionality of these commercially available tools for JATCPT4, CLAWD, Google's BARD slash Gemini, they changed the name, right, are in the crapper.
They have put so many guardrails on it that it's just essentially unusual.
I can't get it to do anything and neither can anybody else that I know.
It's like pulling teeth.
It's incredibly lazy.
It refuses.
It says that it can't do it.
It won't answer the question asked, right?
And so it's regressed substantially, but definitely it is not regressed in the lab.
So it's only regressed from the perspective of our perspective and using it as a tool.
Basically, as AI is rolled out in big corporate America, our jobs are eliminated, we're suffering from hyperinflation, and we're going to be positioned into a position of desperation, and they're going to roll this out, and they're going to say, this is your chance, right?
This is going to be the new financial system.
And it's very, very dangerous for all of the aforementioned reasons, because it's going to put you in a position of being controlled and manipulated by a bunch of nameless, faceless drones that you cannot identify that work behind some sort of curtain, and you don't really know who's pulling the strings, and you don't necessarily automatically have the rights to enforce your ownership over your funds when you need them and for the purposes that you need them.
Well there you have it.
I think that's a fairly clear and concise way of describing how they're going to foist upon us this central bank digital currency system that is akin to what we see in communist China with their social credit score system that actually can restrict your ability to travel.
Restrict your ability to shop at certain stores.
Restrict your ability to get certain jobs because you are not qualified based on your lack of discipline with the communist Chinese.
You know what I mean?
That's, oh, you lack of discipline is what they're going to say to you when you try to apply for that, you know, job or try to go into the grocery store.
Oh, your credits don't seem to be valid here because you said something not nice about the corrupt pedophiles running our government.
So, I see this as the future, the direction we're headed.
Also, it's not like it's a big surprise.
One of the mayors, one of the candidates for mayor in London came out with this statement the other day.
Listen to this.
The 15 Minute Cities is something that the WEF has created called C4Zero and it's called C4Zero Cities.
I would urge you to certainly look on the internet about it and then go to all of the TikTokers and see what they're really really saying.
Basically you won't be able to drive a petrol or diesel car anymore.
You'll have to buy electric.
If you want food you will get a calorie controlled system sent to you by text saying this is what you can eat today.
This is what you can have today.
If you violate any of these things they'll freeze your bank account.
That is the next step.
These are stages in which they're going to implement this stuff and this was signed up by the WEF and the WEF has signed up with our Our mayor in London has the chair and he has gone around the world to communicate this C4Zero to all of the countries in the world and most of the countries are looking at adopting it.
Now I am going to abolish it.
It is a hopeless position.
We are going to be in an open prison or shall we say a Covid for the rest of our lives.
We will not be able to work Unless it's in our 15-minute city.
It's diabolical.
It's not right.
This is not the right thing.
And it's been hidden from the public.
No one's talking about it.

So I'll give you an update on the P. Diddy story.
So rapper P. Diddy is engaged in what is being alleged to be a massive sex trafficking operation involving children.
and uh hollywood artists and actors of course this is right out of the playbook which they always use but some of the interesting things that are breaking out here lately are homeland security raiding his homes in la and miami shortly followed by him seemingly trying to flee the country and and then coming back
Apparently he has not been arrested yet, but he is under investigation for this aiding and abetting and operating a pedophile sex trafficking ring.
Another individual who has been pulled into all of this is an individual, a music mobile and CEO of Universal Studios named Lucian Grange.
He's being investigated on charges of aiding, abetting, and inducing P. Diddy to run at this sex trafficking ring, according to allegations that are being posted online as far as breaking news surrounding this story.
He is, famously, was knighted by Prince William, and he is a record executive who has overseen the careers of many up-and-coming artists who I'm sure you're very familiar with.
Even if you don't know their music, you surely know their names, as they have become ubiquitous with what we culturally glorify here, which is degeneracy, depravity, immorality, and homosexual you know debauchery so those people are all under investigation and it's really looking bad for them
a lot of rappers and other musicians have come out and made accusations about what happens at p-ditty parties i've heard reports that in one of p-ditty's mansions they found hidden cameras in every room similar to what we heard about epstein and his private island and the mansion there where they were blackmailing high-level politicians and actors and other celebrities to control them
It seems as though P. Diddy may have been operating a very similar type of operation which involved blackmail of high-level musicians and artists to control them and their careers going into the future.
Now again, these are all allegations and none of this has been substantiated yet.
We will wait for a court of law to fully substantiate all of these claims, but I will say at this point, it doesn't surprise me one bit in the least to know that that's what these degenerates are doing.
And of course, this goes all the way back and connects to the royal family again with Prince Harry being a, uh, let's just say a buddy of P. Diddy's.
So who knows what kind of nefarious things are being done here in the name of Controlling the narrative and controlling industries, right?

This is just developing.
The video seems to show it not being in the memorial itself, but outside of the memorial.
At this point, the earliest reports indicate one man has been seriously injured.
We will keep an eye on that as it breaks and continues to develop.
Not sure if that's going to really come to anything, but yeah, just keep your eye on that.
Now, a little bit more about this Diddy case.
You know, I'm only focusing on this because it is indicative of a culture that's been bred in this nation and a Activity of blackmail, which has been essentially overlooked and utilized by intelligence agencies for a long time.
They talk about honey pots.
They talk about blackmail.
These are common strategies of intelligence services and how they control others, but it seems as though they have been adopted by other individuals inside of industries who want to control Up-and-coming artists and actors to continually exploit them and force them to do whatever bidding they have for them.
Some of the people being named in this case are very, very big names.
Of course, you know, you have a rapper who goes by the name of Meek Mills and a singer who goes by the name Chris Brown were alleged, according to court documents, to have been involved in acts of pedophilia with underage children to have been involved in acts of pedophilia with underage children on a
Apparently, this is all something that took place under the watch of P. Diddy or at his bidding.
So we know that.
We also know, according to court documents, apparently that Prince Harry's been implicated in this as well.
That there was an affiliation with or and or sponsorship with Mr. Combs parties which garnered legitimacy and access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artists, musicians, international dignitaries like British Royal Prince Harry.
This is part of the documents in the court filing.
Now, of course, don't take this all as gospel.
We will see what a court determines as far as what's true and what's not, but again, I don't put any of this past these people.
I don't really believe for one second that they wouldn't do this.
They rap about it all the time, right?
It's kind of funny to me how we have a culture where they're like, they get on a song, right, and then they say it's just a song, and they're on the song like, I committed extortion, I robbed a bank, I sold drugs, I, you know, I did all these crimes, and there's nothing you gonna do about it, and the judge can't get me either.
And then, they get arrested, they go to court, as in some cases, which are fairly hilarious, and then the prosecution says, Your Honor, I'd like to enter Exhibit A into the record.
This song called, I Committed Every Crime, and You're Never Gonna Get Me, Judge, for the record.
And the lyrics, and then they read the lyrics, it's like, And then he said, I robbed a bank!
It was on 4th and 5th!
I took $275,000!
And I got away!
Your Honor, we would like to point out that, in fact, the bank on 4th Street and 5th Street was robbed by an armed individual in a mask.
And the amount stolen was $275,000!
And then they're like, well, that's just a song, man.
I wasn't really doing it.
I was just rapping about it.
I just heard about it from a friend.
Yeah, okay.
Okay.
I murdered that snitch!
I shot him in the head!
I left him for dead in the park!
While it was dark!
He was the mock!
His name was Clark!

Of course, that is a metaphor for how these people live and act, People like Diddy and these other degenerate rappers and artists, and it's not just rap, trust me on that.
You know, you have these, you know, homosexual, flamboyant, you know, just disgusting people singing songs glorifying the devil, giving lap dances to the devil.
And people go, oh, you're one of those Christian bigots.
You want to destroy this country because you want to bring it back to Christian morality.
I'm like, do you think for one second, do you think for one second that I get up and I think, you know, as these people consume their drugs and alcohol and watch their pornography and debase themselves for others' entertainment and practice materialism, Do you think that I worry about them critiquing me for having a strong foundation that's based on morality?
No.
Because not for one second do I envy these people or their lives one bit.
As a matter of fact, I feel sorrow for them.
I pray for them to repent, find Jesus Christ, and try to rectify this train wreck of a life that they've led.

The Attorney General, Keith Ellison, has come out and said that we're investigating automakers for making cars that are too easy for young people to steal.
So just like every other Democrat and leftist policy in this country, they never want to address the root issue, like that criminals with guns kill people, not guns themselves, or that people who cross the border illegally are not citizens and they do not deserve the benefits of citizens in the United States.
They are criminals who should be deported.
But in this case, they've taken it to a whole nother level with The idea that automakers are to blame for making cars too easy for young people to steal.
So, briefly I'll just give my thought on this and you can contribute what you think.

Communists and Marxists don't believe in private property to begin with, so of course, when it comes to these issues, they're always going to find someone else to blame for the crimes being committed against private property, because they don't actually believe in that as being a right that you possess anyway.
So, when Keith Ellison comes out and says that it's the automaker's fault for making their cars too easy to steal, what he's really saying is, you don't have the right to private property anyway, so if you're going to have private property, it's incumbent upon the manufacturer to make sure that the property is not easily stolen.
Well, that's an interesting thought.
I mean, could that apply to anything else?
Think of the number of ways you could apply this.
I mean, if somebody burns down your house, do you go after the person who built it?
For making it too easy to burn down?
I mean... I mean... If somebody murders you in cold blood, Do you go after the... well, of course, that's what they do.
They go after the gun, right?
They don't go after the person.
We need to get rid of guns!
Well, you know, the criminals, you know, they're just... if they didn't have access to guns, they wouldn't have killed you!
This is the logic we're dealing with here.

I fear for the future of this nation, but I am always filled with hope, knowing that God's grace is greater and that He will prevail.
God does win in the end, no matter what these communists do.
So we don't have to worry about it too much, but it is shocking to me that we've come to a point, societally, where this is the attitude of those in control.
We have a texter who just texted in from the 505 saying, Ellison was sworn in on a Quran.
He's a foreign agent along with the rest of Somalia in that region.

Yeah, again, this is why we need to have a great revival in this country.
We need to turn back to Christian principles.

Several people on and one of the guests, which I want to mention, she was talking about this pro-life initiative that they are trying to get on the ballot this November here in Colorado.
And as a matter of fact, one of the ladies involved, Anita McAllister, who a lot of our listeners know already, she'll be in there at the station today at 1 p.m., and she'll be she'll be in there at the station today at 1 p.m., and she'll be there for two or three
So people can come into the station and they can sign this petition to try to stop this insanity that's legal here in Colorado, which is late-term abortions all the way up until birth and actually even a little which is late-term abortions all the way up until birth and It's incredible.
Yeah, I never understood the left's fascination with murdering unborn babies, JD.
I had an experience not too long ago.
It was about two weeks ago.
I was having a beautiful walk on a sunny Saturday with my wife and our family, and we're walking around, you know, Windsor Lake, right?
Yeah.
It's a beautiful trail.
It's like three miles.
We're just pleasantly walking, having a wonderful time, and all of a sudden, out of nowhere pops up this little hobgoblin demon woman with piercings all over her face and tattoos all over her body, and she has a clipboard in her hand, and she stops us on the trail and says, Would you like to sign this petition to protect a woman's right to choose in Colorado?
My wife, of course, she's more timid than I. I immediately said, you want me to sign that so you can kill babies?
She immediately went into defensive mode trying to sell me on how it's about women's reproductive rights.
And I said, no, you want to murder babies.
And I would never sign that.
And again, I even preached the gospel to her.
I quoted scripture and I told her that she needed to repent and stop, you know, trying to get people to murder babies.
And of course, it struck me that, you know, I'm glad that you have this woman coming in for this petition.
And I encourage everybody out there who's listening right now to make a point to come down to South Parish in Johnstown, Colorado and sign it.
This is the level, this is what we're dealing with.
I mean, imagine being so demonically possessed that you pick a beautiful Saturday to go confront families.
I mean, like, most of the people on that trail, JD, were families with young children.
And to confront families with a petition to murder babies, that's what we're facing.
That's just pure evil, right?
Yeah, I cannot imagine somebody wanting to go out there and do that and confront families.
I mean, you gotta be a special kind of something to do that.
Gotta be a special kind of evil, in my opinion.
I told her that to her face.
I was not ashamed.
I agree.
I basically said, look, you know, what you're doing is evil, but it also struck me as I was talking to my wife after, I was like, you know, Could you imagine being so broken internally that you feel the need to go, you know, do this, you know, without, and I'm sure she was probably being paid by some leftist organization, so she probably is making money doing it, but...
I mean, if she wasn't being paid, I can't even imagine the level of depravity and just degenerate mindset you have to have to go do that to families.
I mean, it basically ruined our walk for the final portion of it after that happened, and not because of anything other than, I mean, imagine you're out with your family, JD, your lovely family, And you're just looking at nature and you're talking about good times and you're talking about how much you love the Lord and how great a day it is and then you're confronted with that.
I'm hoping, as I told my wife, that my interaction may have been one of several that will change that woman and get her away from what she's doing because I don't know that everybody else on that trail would have had the gumption to tell her to her face that what she was doing was evil and that what she was promoting was pure degeneracy, but I digress from the point, which is that you have your guest going to be here today from 1 to 3?
Is that right?
Um, she'll be there at one, and I think she's going to be there for, I know, at least two, if not three hours.
So hopefully, maybe till four.
But she's going to have this petition that the listeners can come into the station and sign.
Because here in Colorado, there are no restrictions, no laws, no nothing.
And like Faye Barnhart was talking on the show last night, you know, these babies, especially late term, I mean, how can somebody not see?
Because she was talking about how, of course, they feel pain and experience pain and all these things.
And it's hard for me to even think about.
the murder of these of these children and bottom line is we have to put a stop to this here in this state, and I hope that that leprechaun or that woman or whatever it is that you met.
The hobgoblin.
I hope that maybe your words got through to her.
I hope and I pray that a lot of these people change their attitudes about this subject.
It's just indicative of the culture that's been bred in this nation.
I was saying this earlier today where it's just complete and utter degeneracy that's being promoted and sold to our youth.
They're being brainwashed and, you know, ideologically, you know, inculcated into believing that it's somehow empowering for them to do this.
Could you imagine believing that murdering unborn defenseless children is somehow an empowerment to you?
You know, somebody pointed out, and I thought it was pretty accurate.
Yeah.
You know, if we didn't care about them, JD, we would say, go ahead, kill your children, because then you won't reproduce, and then your kind will go into extinction.
But we don't, because we actually care about not only the unborn child, but the person who's killing the child as well.
We don't want them to go to hell either.
I get frustrated.
All it is is population and birth control.
That's what it is.
Well, yeah.
That's the truth behind it.
They hide it behind, you know, these Hollywood actors and all these, you know, sexy ideas of, you know, what it means to be a feminist of power.
But it's really, like you said, about population control, and they can't even see that.

I've been kind of teasing it in the first hour, but this is crazy stuff we're seeing here.
A whistleblower has come forward now, JD, and claimed that Michael Avenetti has revealed that the weasel, rat, liar, conman, felon Michael Cohen was apparently, according to Avenetti, who's also himself serving a long and lengthy sentence for extortion, among other things, was having an affair with Stormy Daniels since 2006.
And that they cooked up the hush money scheme to extort Trump before the 2016 election.
So, I'll give you some details on this story, but of course everybody knows that Donald Trump is facing another trial in New York.
This one is being ran by the District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who is basically coming after Trump on the charge that he somehow bought or paid hush money to stormy daniels to shut her up on claims that they had an affair which somehow some way is a crime just like his other crime was you know the crime of taking a loan out paying it back in full with interest
and uh you know that that's a a crime there but i want to read some of this story to you jd and the audiences It says, Tony Segura is a very popular commentator on Twitter.
In his profile, the conservative commentary commentator states that he's an Intel Ops CIA NSA contractor slash whistleblower.
This afternoon, Mr. Segura dropped a bombshell that, if true, could blow up the whole Stormy Daniels affair with Trump lie that the mainstream media and Democrats have been clinging to since 2015.
Segura claims he used to share an office space with the convicted felon and former attorney Michael Avenetti, who represented porn star Stormy Daniels in her case alleging that then-presidential candidate Donald Trump paid her hush money to keep her alleged affair out of the public.
Seguro's tweet begins, I spoke with Michael Avenetti, who at one time had an office in the same building as one of my businesses in Newport Beach, California.
In November 2018, a few days after his arrest on suspicion of domestic violence, Avenatti's law firm was evicted from those same offices in Newport Beach after skipping a $213,000 out on $213,000 worth of rent payments.
He explained how the conversation between him and the dirty lawyer, Avenatti, was initiated.
Avenetti was working on a long con against Tully's Coffee and actor Patrick Dempsey.
Avenetti Global Baristas, the parent company of Tully's Coffee chain that was founded by Michael Avenetti, had agreed to never again use the Tully's name, but Avenetti was lying.
He wanted to use the trademark attorney Rod Underhill to take Control of the Tully's coffee name and trademarks, I learned later it was yet another attempt to extort money from Keurig Green Mountain.
So here's where his story gets to be interesting, as it relates to Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.
In any case, he says, quote, Avenetti shared details of his client Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, case, and the fact that her and Michael Cohen were actually having an affair since 2006.
He goes on then to drop a bombshell, stating, quote, The whole hush money scheme was cooked up by Michael Cohen to extort the Trump Organization before the 2016 election.
Avenatti seemed pleased at how deviant Michael Cohen was.
He followed up his tweet by explaining how the shady lawyer Avenetti bragged about the scheme more than once and even bragged about it to former NBA star Dennis Rodman on the patio in Corona Del Mar, California.
In addition to being one of the all-time best defensive players, Dennis Rodman is known for his relationship with Madonna and his unusual friendship with the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, so it's pretty easy to believe Rodman could be friends with the flamboyant California lawyer Michael Avenetti.
The Segura goes on to say, quote, understand Michael Evanetti is a serial liar, but he did speak about his client that he would later steal from and Michael Cohen's affair touching on their scheme to build the Trump organization out of money.
He spoke about it on more than one occasion.
He was very passionate that Trump had not signed the NDA, making it null and void.
One time, in fact, he was bragging about it to Dennis Rodman.
And that's where we got that information.
Thoughts, JD?
I'll just take your initial thoughts on this.
Wow.
Doesn't surprise me.
There's a lot to unpack there, but it does not surprise me because these people, these attorneys, Cohen, Avenatti, they're scum.
They are total scum.
That's all they are.
But I think about Michael Cohen, who was actually Donald Trump's attorney.
And I think to myself, here is yet another Trump insider, whether they were part of his presidential cabinet or his administration or so-called friends or associates.
But here is yet another Trump insider.
Boo!
Did whatever they could do to profit illegally and criminally from the man himself, Donald Trump, and all these people.
I mean, just like the guy from England over there on the Russia hoax.
These people are all in the same category, man.
They have no conscience.
They have no soul.
It seems.
I shouldn't say that.
And they don't care who they hurt for money.
They really don't care.
And not only were they hurting Donald Trump, but they were hurting the United States of America in a big way with all that crap that's gone on for years.
Well, in the same way that our culture breeds this, you know, This, this idea of self-importance that is, you know, really in some ways, of course, you know, rugged individualism is good and we want that, but it breeds it to an extent that it glorifies all of the wrong things.
And I think that these people are opportunistic liars who just seize our opportunity to, you know, Take what they could while the getting was good.
They saw an opportunity and they moved on it.
That's exactly what Avenetti has been proven to be as he's serving his however many hundred year sentence in prison right now with probably no chance of ever getting out.
The guy tried to extort Nike.
I mean, how dumb do you have to be to as a small time compared to Nike lawyer?
think you could extort them for, you know, 20, 30, $40 million.
That's insane.
But that's how grandiose and delusional these people are.
Michael Cohen, the same thing.
We saw how he turned on Trump at the first, you know, first chance he could.
And if this story is true, J.D., it makes entirely even more sense why Michael Cohen did what he did to Trump and why he continues to do what he does to Trump to this day.
I mean, of course he has an axe to grind against Trump.
He just went to federal prison for lying.
And that was all connected to his relationship with Trump.
He of course has an axe to grind against Donald Trump in the first place, but then if you add this to the equation, that he was actually, he was the one having the affair with Stormy Daniels, and that it was a plan that they concocted together, now that makes a whole lot more sense that when Michael Avenetti got involved, what was one of the first things that happened?
You know, they went after Trump, but after they realized that it wasn't going to work, Everybody seems to forget that Stormy Daniels penned a letter, which she signed her name to, that said that everything that she said about Donald Trump was a lie.
And then she had to go to court after that and say that, well, even though I signed a letter saying that everything I said about Donald Trump was a lie, it was only because I was worried that he would come after me with the NDA.
Well, that doesn't make any sense at all.
Who flip-flops like that?
If you're really a victim, are you really gonna come out, make a wild allegation, then go and write a letter and sign it saying that everything you said was false, and then turn around, I mean, at the advice of these scummy, you know, opportunistic lying lawyers, and say, Well, everything I said in that letter wasn't true, and I was only doing it because I was worried that I was going to be, you know, in trouble for violating the NDA.
No, we see through it, especially with the number of other obviously false charges and accusations that have been brought up against Trump in every other jurisdiction and court across the country at this point.
We see it for what it is, right, JD?
Yeah, and I think that Stormy Daniels did a lot of things because that was what Michael Avenatti told her to do.
And, I mean, she has quite a checkered past herself, of course.
I mean, she's no angel.
Well, porn stars don't necessarily always have a great track record, historically, as far as I know.
Yeah, right.
And stripper, dancer, porn star, all those things.
Well, dude, she went on a tour.
After all of this happened, she toured and went across the country.
I saw a report on it.
She was going to strip clubs and, like, selling to the owner the story of her, you know, association with Trump as a way to make money.
So, of course, this is all some money grab operation, but go on.
I'm sorry.
I didn't mean to interrupt.
No, no, you're right.
And she went on a tour and took her clothes off during that tour as well.
But yeah, I mean, I think that she was She was in such financial trouble, well I know she was, and she bought Hook, Line, and Sinker, everything this Avenatti character was selling to her, and of course later she ended up suing who?
Attorney Michael Avenatti.
Well, and then on top of that, I mean, if the story about Michael Cohen's true and she was having an affair with him since 2006, then that, if that can be verified, JD, which I don't know how they verify it, but if it can be verified,
Yeah, that would be one of the most damning pieces of evidence against her there ever was, because that would show her explicit intent to defraud the Trump Organization, and then that could bring a whole slew of other charges against Cohen, Avenetti, and her.
So, I mean, I don't know.
I don't know what the statute of limitations is on that, but, wow.
Anyway.

He essentially said the intelligence community has seven ways from Sunday at getting back at you if you cross them in reference to Donald Trump when he won the presidency in 2016 and called out the intelligence community.
And to my shock and chagrin at the time, not anymore because there is no such thing as journalistic integrity in the corporate media, Rachel Maddow's response was not, you know, this is appalling, the intelligence agency going after a private citizen.

She kind of gleefully played along and said, well, how do you think they're going to go after him?

But he's taking these shots, this antagonism is taunting to the intelligence community.
If you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were motivated to... I don't know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.

Now that sounds like a very ominous thing to say, given especially the fact that, presumably, the U.S.
intelligence agencies, which I'm sure they're referring to specifically the CIA, that their charter dictates that they are only to be operating on foreign operations.
They're not supposed to operate domestically, so why would they say, why would the head of the Senate liberals, Democrats, tell A reporter on national television, a quote-unquote reporter, that the intelligence community is going to take retribution against Donald Trump for criticizing them.
I mean, you tell me, JD.
It's all scripted fraud.
Everything that comes out of their mouth when they are on these networks, these certain networks like MSDNC, all of them, it's scripted.
And I'll tell you something else, too.
Anytime somebody says, this is what I've been told.
Yeah, right.
This is what you've been told.
You know he's in on anything and everything that was going on at the time and still is, man.
I mean, this is what I've been told.
I've heard this while playing checkers and, you know, it's just so fake.

We have the same thing happening in this case with the Stormy Daniels hush money where now the judge, his daughter has been exposed on social media as having her profile picture Yeah.

And he's the guy who just put a gag order on Trump, saying he can't speak about the case that's ongoing in the New York City court.
This sounds really on the up and up, right?
Judge says, you can't talk about it, Mr. Trump. - Yep.

And the judge's own daughter is posting photos of Donald Trump in a jail cell.
That was a profile picture.
Do you need a better example of what's going on here than that right there?

As he continues to try and take away my rights, this judge, by issuing a vicious gag order, is wrongfully attempting to deprive me of my First Amendment right to speak out against the weaponization of law enforcement, including the fact that crooked Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and their hacks and thugs are tracking and following me all across the country, obsessively trying to persecute me while everyone knows I've done nothing wrong.
He continued, so let me get this straight.
The judge's daughter is allowed to post pictures of her dream of putting me in jail.
The Manhattan D.A.
is able to say whatever lies about me he wants.
The judge can violate our laws and Constitution every turn, but I am not allowed to talk about the attacks against me and the lunatics trying to destroy my life and prevent me from winning the 2024 presidential election, which I am dominating.
Maybe the judge is such a hater because his daughter makes money by working to quote unquote, get Trump.
And when he rules against me over and over again, he is making her company and her richer and richer.
How can this be allowed?
So to give context on what Trump is referring to, um, the daughter who represents all of these individuals is, uh, let's see, she's, Yeah, and I asked her, I said, can you believe the confidence of these people?
real quick yeah and and i asked i said can you believe the confidence of these people alvin bragg letitia james the judge uh uh the the prosecutor uh fanny down there in georgia and on and on and on Can you believe the confidence that these people have?
And they have absolutely no fear whatsoever about doing the things that they're doing and treating Donald Trump the way they're treating him and breaking the law, essentially breaking the law in all these cases.
And they aren't one bit worried about it.
That shows us and tells us how powerful the U.S. Department of Justice is.
And I've always said the president and the Justice Department, they go hand in hand.
So it's not only important to get the right person in the White House for this.
The American economy and crime and on and on and on and on.
But just as important is the justice side of it because who their Attorney General is going to be and who they are going to appoint to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
It's amazing how powerful the Justice Department is and how unafraid these people are to do what they're doing because the U.S.
Justice Department's got their backs.
Yeah, I agree.
And for reference, Lauren Merchant, the daughter of the judge, worked directly for the Biden-Harris campaign.
So there you go.

We're breaking down some of these stories that y'all need to hear about.
We were talking about Trump in this new case in New York City where, who knows, they'll probably ask for another $500 million when it's all said and done, I'm sure.
With the corrupt judge and his corrupt daughter politically motivated to enact this election interference scheme on behalf of the Democrat Party to try to kneecap Trump and bankrupt him and basically disallow him from being able to campaign as we go into this next election cycle.
The damage is already done, JD.
That's what really bothers me is that, you know, a lot of the damage that they're doing can't be undone.
There's no amount of, you know, There's no recompense, there's no compensation that can be enough to overcome the damage that they are doing in real time and they know that because when you put all these cases on this timeline of squeezing it into the run-up to an election, the damage they're doing just can't be undone, right JD?
Yeah, it's like we've talked so much about propaganda and how the left, the Sal Alinsky methods is to tell the lies and those lies will always be in the backs of people's minds and things.
But you know what blows me away is how everything with Trump, all these other agencies, whether it be, you know, The election agencies are on and on and on.
They'll decide not to charge Trump with something.
And a special counsel investigates something and they say, no, there's nothing there.
And all these other people and agencies that have decided not to charge him in all these different cases, yet These leftist Marxist prosecutors and judges and whatnot in these leftist liberal areas, they go ahead and do it anyway.
I mean, you talk about double jeopardy.
There is no such thing as double jeopardy when it comes to Donald Trump.
Yet with Hunter Biden, the Justice Department We'll let the statute of limitations run out on him on things.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
Of course.
That's what we're seeing happen.
It's election interference.
These people need to get away with it.
And the problem is, for all intents and purposes, as of right now, they can because they've installed their puppet resident pedophile, Joe Biden, who is not going to do a damn thing to stop it.
And here's the problem, JD.
We have a few texters.
I want to get to that, and I'll get into one more story before, as we wrap up.
Somebody texted in from the 505.
They said, I wonder about, and then say in parentheses, humor intended, Michael Cohen's ability to imitate DJD or Donald J. Trump and Stormy's gullibility.
Yeah, that would be interesting.
Somebody else texted in from the 505 says, C-grade media is compliant, complicit corporate crap, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, etc.
P-grade media is overt propaganda, which is CBP, NPR, PBS, WAPO, etc.
If someone depends on these, I consider them uninformed, imperfect as they are.
X, unknown, or variable is better as Fox and Newsmax are.
Remember, exceptions are rare, but possible.
That's an interesting way of breaking it down.
And finally, somebody from the 970 text in and said, Romans 1, 28 through 30 will explain why people stop you in the park with their debased requests.
God himself causes these people to be the way they are.
It's It's plainly in Scripture.
However, as Christians, we must be careful not to throw stones according to Romans Chapter 2.
Well, I mean, that's why I quoted scripture to that person, and I told them, tried to inform them as to what they were doing.
Obviously, the verses they're referring to in Romans is, and because they did not think it worthwhile to acknowledge God, God delivered them over to a worthless mind to do what is morally wrong.
Well, absolutely.
That's what we've said.
I read that entire verse yesterday in the show.
One more story, JD, and you'll like this one, okay?
Hippocrat, hypocrite, excuse me, hypocrite, hypocrite, John Stewart went after Trump for overvaluing his property, but here's the kicker.
Turns out he did the exact same thing with his New York City apartment.
This is crazy, but it is so indicative of the double standard that the left has, and they don't have, if they didn't have double standards, they have no standard at all, right?
But it says John Stewart benefited By 829% overvaluation of his New York City home, even as he labels Trump's civil case not victimless.
Recently ranted this week about Donald Trump's civil real estate case overvaluing his properties and how it was not a victimless crime, yet when it came to his own home, Stewart benefited from a similar inflation.
But it didn't take long for the internet sleuths to look into Stewart's own property history, which shows his New York City penthouse sold for 829% more than its assessed value And the records confirmed by The Post reveal that in 2014, Jon Stewart sold his 6,280 square foot Tribeca duplex to financier Parag Pandey for $17.5 million.

The property's asking price at the time is not available in listing records, but according to 2013 and 2014 assessor records obtained by the Post, the property had the estimated market value of only $1.882 million.
The actual Assessor valuation was even lower at $847,000.
Records also show that Stewart paid significantly lower property taxes, which were calculated based on the assessor valuation price, precisely what he called Trump out for doing in his Monday monologue.
J.D., does this surprise you, or is this just par for the course?
No.
Par for the course.

The hypocrisy is mind-blowing.
And it's like they can't even see it.
And if they can, they don't care.
I just can't figure these people out.
Well, it's like CNN the other day, right?
Three months ago, or two months ago, they were running a report saying, Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million, according to a judge.
Therefore, he committed fraud.
Then they come out, what, a week or two ago, and say, well, the property's worth at least $200 to $500 million, so we should be able to sell it, no problem!
And you're like, what are you doing?
Like, this is insanity!
But, again, It won't be until, as Yuri Bezmenev puts it, it won't be until the boot of the fascists cracks these people in the backside that they wake up and realize what they're doing and how destructive and corrosive everything they support is.
That's my opinion.
That's what I'm saying, man.
Until it happens to them, yeah, that's a great point.

Usually we're in the book of Psalms.
Today I figure we'll take a little bit of a detour into Romans because it was brought up by one of the texters and I want to read the entirety of that scripture from 28 to the end.
It says, And because they did not think it worthwhile to acknowledge God, God delivered them over to a worthless mind to do what is morally wrong.
They are filled with all unrighteousness, evil, greed, and wickedness.
They are full of envy, murder, quarrels, deceit, and malice.
They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, arrogant, proud, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, and unmerciful.
Although they know full well God's just sentence that those who practice such things deserve to die, not only do they do them, but even applaud others who practice them.
And that's what we're facing here in this world, folks.
But we can overcome it, because even though God's just sentence is that those who practice these things deserve to die, there was a sacrifice made on a cross that delivered us away from that sin.
And that was when Jesus, the Son of God, came to earth, became of the flesh, and then was sacrificed on the cross.
He was buried, died, and rose from the dead.
And that is the best gift of all.
That is our eternal salvation.
I hope you guys know that.
If you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, now's your opportunity.
All you have to do is repent of your sin, open your heart, say a prayer, ask God to enter, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and watch the great things He can do with your life.
