So we're going to get into that.
We're going to dive into it.

No, I kid, but yeah, the power did go out today, so we only got about half a show up.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the power back on at the station until after my show had ended.

We got all that out of the way, and I guess where we're going to start is pretty simple.
I don't suspect this is going to be a very long show today because I'm tired.
It's been a long week.
I've had a lot of stress and a lot of things going on.
I was actually, believe it or not, I wasn't even supposed to do a show today, to be honest with you guys.
I was actually supposed to be on Anomaly's channel today, but he basically canceled on me.
I challenged him online to a debate about Trump versus what his opinions are about Trump.
And, you know, it just seems like he's not doing too well.
I think he's kind of burnt out right now on everything.
I think he's got some, you know, like I said before, in my humble opinion, I think what he is doing is playing Trying to fight against these internet trolls, but trying to engage his base so that he gets higher revenue on Twitter, which is now X, because you can earn money by people engaging with your comment threads.
So now he's making a lot of very controversial talking points that he keeps posting, opinions that he keeps posting.
And I'm not going to suspect that he's doing it just for the clicks.
I think those are his actual opinions.
But I, being the kind of person that I am, I challenged him to a debate.
I said, we need to debate this online.
We need to discuss this in person and online.
And I, in fact, a matter of fact, I invited him on my radio show.
But then he asked if I would come on his channel instead.
Today was supposed to be the day.
And now he's, I guess, backing out because He's tired or something.
He said he's tired.
He's burnt out.
He's going to take a few weeks off and then he said he would schedule me to come on in a few weeks.
I don't know.
I'm not going to hold my breath on that because I was supposed to be on there today.
That's why I wasn't I wasn't even going to do a live stream today here folks.
I was not going to do a podcast today because I was going to be doing an interview not too long ago with Anomaly, the popular YouTuber and musician who, you know, you guys may know him, you may not.
He's been on this channel before.
I do consider myself, you know, a fan of some of his work and a friend in a certain regard.
So I wanted to kind of challenge his viewpoint and see if I couldn't change his mind in a debate, which is how you're supposed to do things in a society, a civil society.
So, you know, we were Basically exchanging emails and finally he just said, look, I'm tired.
I'm burnout.
I'm taking a few weeks off.
I'll try to schedule you on the show later.
I was like, okay, that's fine.
But That's why this is all kind of an impromptu show.
There wasn't a whole lot of prep for this show because I was prepping for that debate, but not really.
I didn't, to be honest with you, I didn't really do much prep for that debate because I do this every day, so I pretty much knew what I was going to say and what I was going to talk about with him.
Talk about as far as what he believes and what I believe and then see if I couldn't change his mind and see if he can't change my mind.
Because that is also the reason you do a debate is because you have to have the humility going into a debate to say, yes, there is room where my mind could be changed on certain things, not everything.
There is there are certain topics that I don't think you could ever change my mind on.
But there are certain topics where I haven't opened enough mind that if You say something or bring up a point that I didn't know or didn't realize or didn't think about in that way or regard, then yeah, I'll look at changing my mind always.
I'm not that closed-minded or myopic to believe that everything I think and say and do is correct.
But I digress because that was what I was supposed to be doing this afternoon.
I was not supposed to be on here doing a live stream.
But here I am with you guys and I'm thankful for that.
So let's get into this.
Story I'm going to talk about here.
So apparently the attorney general Merrick Garland came out today and he had this major announcement.
He did a press conference at 1215.
A lot of people were speculating it was going to be more about Trump.
It was going to be more about indictments against Trump or something related to what Trump's doing and saying, but actually it turned out it was about Hunter Biden.
And it literally, I have the clip of the conference here.
Watch this.
Let's listen to it.
In keeping with those regulations, I have today notified the designated members of each House of Congress of the appointment.
In February 2018, after being nominated by the former President and confirmed by the Senate, Mr. Weiss was sworn in as the United States Attorney for the District of Delaware.
Mr. Weiss had been a career prosecutor, having served previously in the office for more than a decade.
Beginning in 2019, Mr. Weiss, in his capacity as U.S.
Attorney and along with federal law enforcement partners, began investigating allegations of certain criminal conduct by, among others, Robert Hunter Biden.
That investigation has been recently referenced in federal criminal proceedings in the District of Delaware, and as noted in those proceedings and other public statements by Mr. Weiss's office, that investigation remains ongoing.
In February 2021, U.S.
Attorney Weiss was asked to remain as U.S.
Attorney for the District of Delaware and, in that capacity, to continue to lead the investigation.
As I said before, Mr. Weiss would be permitted to continue his investigation, take any investigative steps he wanted, and make the decision whether to prosecute in any district.
Mr. Weiss has told Congress that he has been granted ultimate authority over this matter, including the responsibility for deciding where, when, and whether to file charges, and for making decisions necessary to preserve the integrity of any prosecution consistent with federal law, the principles of federal prosecution, and departmental policies.
In a July 2023 letter to Congress, Mr. Weiss said that he had not to that point requested special counsel designation.
On Tuesday of this week, Mr. Weiss advised me that in his judgment, his investigation had reached a stage at which he should continue his work as a special counsel, and he asked to be so appointed.
Upon considering his request, as well as the extraordinary circumstances relating to this matter, I have concluded that it is in the public interest to appoint him as Special Counsel.
This appointment confirms my commitment to provide Mr. Weiss all the resources he requests.
It also reaffirms that Mr. Weiss has the authority he needs to conduct a thorough investigation and to continue to take the steps he deems appropriate independently, based only on the facts and the law.
Mr. Weiss will also continue to serve as U.S.
Attorney for the District of Delaware.
Well, that's so interesting that they're doing this now.
and responsibility that he has previously exercised to oversee the investigation and decide where, when, and whether to file charges.
Well, that's so interesting that they're doing this now.
It almost seems like this is some sort of move to do something to cover up what they've already been doing, which is corruptly covering up for Hunter Biden and his criminal father.
And why the timing now?
Well, of course, this is all just in time for an election cycle so they can hide evidence in an ongoing investigation, which is exactly what they're doing, folks.
Don't fool yourself or kid yourself for one second with this.
Don't make yourself believe that justice is coming for Hunter Biden.
It's not.
Don't make yourself believe that there's some sort of, you know, something else going on here that we can't see.
The truth of the matter is, is that they're going to refuse to hand over documents to Congress because they're going to say there's an ongoing investigation.
So as the impeachment proceedings come up against Joe Biden, they're going to say, Well, I'm sorry the Department of Justice can't cooperate with your impeachment hearings because we have ongoing investigations, which is exactly what they did with Robert Mueller, except in that situation, the special counsel investigation was withholding exculpatory evidence about President Trump.
It's almost like we live in a klepto-republic where everything is broken and these people are criminals and they just want to keep us fighting with one another and not looking up at who's controlling and pulling the strings on all of this.
The people who are really behind all the things like, for instance, I was gonna have a show today that got cut off conveniently by the power going out of my radio station, which was very interesting because only a few, I'm in the middle of a city there in Colorado, in Johnstown, and
We just so happen to lose power on the day I'm up there to talk about things like, I don't know, how about the USDA having a don't ask, don't tell policy for mRNA vaccines in organic livestock, or things like, let's see, climate engineering having severe negative impacts on our weather, food supplies, biodiversity and health, or things like schools Right here, you want to see this.
Schools storing your child's biometric data without consent.
Or how about this?
How about HAARP being a global concern because of far-reaching impact?
Or how about things like...
Oh, I don't know.
I have so many things I was going to go through in today's episode.
Here's one.
We have mRNA COVID jabs found to spread from vaccinated to unvaccinated via aerosols.
How about that?
Okay, how about microwave syndrome is on the rise as exposure to EMF increases.
These are the things they don't want you focusing on as we all fight over Trump vs. Biden vs. everyone else.
They don't want you looking at any of this information.
They don't want you examining it.
They don't want you studying it.
They don't want you thinking about it.
They want you concerned about Joe Biden asking for another $40 billion in emergency spending.
And you know what?
A lot of that money, $4 billion of it, is not to build a wall on the border.
$4 billion of the dollars that Joe Biden is requesting right now is to shelter and help move the illegal immigrants further into our country.
And $24 billion is going to the scam that is Ukraine.
They don't want you to connect the dots on things like the Great Reset, the Artificial Intelligence Revolution, Global Boiling, Global Climate, aka the Secret Depopulation Plan.
Guess what?
You are the carbon footprint.
You are the carbon footprint.
Look at all that.

I have the information right here.
We were going to go through it piece by piece, point by point on today's show, but I'll save it for another Tinfoil Friday since I have so much other news to cover and look folks.
Maybe we'll do it here on the channel too as well.

It's been a long day.
I wasn't even planning on doing this live stream and I was supposed to actually be on another channel doing another interview like I said before so.
We'll get into it all.
We have plenty of time, hopefully, as long as the world doesn't end like Greta Thunberg keeps telling us, or AOC, or as long as the oceans don't rise and we all don't get swallowed up by them.
But they asked a very interesting question as Merrick Garland was leaving the press briefing which he gave.
It says, if White had the authorities he needed, why does he need a special counsel now?
Well, first of all, It's a token gesture because Weiss, even though he was appointed by Trump, is controlled by the government.
It was made very clear by the IRS whistleblowers and the FBI whistleblowers that Weiss, who was the special U.S.
attorney in Delaware, It was made very clear that he was not able to make decisions on his own because the Justice Department Ramon Merrick Garland was kneecapping him through the whole thing.
And on top of that, they asked the question, the fake news asked the stupidest questions.
We all know the answer to the question.
If he had the authorities he needed, but previously, why does he need to be a special counsel now?
Well, because he needs to hide evidence in ongoing investigations while Congress conducts its impeachment hearings.
Duh!
You don't have to be a rocket scientist to put this stuff together.
Jim Jordan described why David Weiss cannot be trusted to conduct a thorough investigation into Hunter Biden here in this clip from Congress.

The question is, who are you going to believe?
April 26th, in front of the United States Senate, the Attorney General said, David Weiss is in charge of the investigation.
October 7th, in a meeting with Gary Shapley, one of the whistleblowers, David Weiss said, I'm not the deciding official.
Who are you going to believe?
On February 28th, I wrote the Attorney General asking him why there's no special counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation.
He didn't respond, which is unusual in and of itself.
They always respond to the Judiciary Committee when we write something to them.
I wrote again on May 25th.
Again, the Attorney General didn't respond, but David Weiss did.
And here's what he said.
June 7th, he said this, I have been granted ultimate authority over the matter, including responsibility for deciding where, when, and whether to file charges.
That's what the U.S.
Attorney said on June 7th.
Three weeks later, Mr. Weiss wrote me again.
And he said this.
I stand by what I wrote, but I wish to expand.
Wow.
Already changing his story, 23 days later.
And he said this.
My charging authority is geographically limited to my home district.
Well, wait a minute.
You just told me 23 days before you have ultimate authority.
Now you change it.
Then again, on July 10th, Mr. Weiss wrote Senator Graham, and he said this, paragraph 2, to clarify, I have not requested special counsel designation, rather I had discussions with departmental officials.
Mr. Weiss can't get his story straight.
Three different stories in a five-week time frame.
On June 7th, he's Tarzan.
He's super.
I've got ultimate authority.
I can do what I want.
File charges where I want, when I want, and how I want.
June 30th, well, actually, no, I can't.
And then, of course, on July 10th, he says, to clarify, I haven't requested special counsel status, but I've been talking to the folks at Maine Justice.
Three different positions and a little over a month.
You know whose story hasn't changed?
These two guys.
And now, conveniently, he is requesting special counsel status.
And one has to wonder about the timing of all this and what it's going to lead to.
So there's that.
I just had to share that because it's clear as day.
Trump put out a post on it.
He said, quote, crooked Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and the entire Biden crime family have been protected by the Justice Department for decades, even though there is overwhelming evidence of credible testimony detailing the wrongdoing of lying to the American people and selling out the country to foreign enemies for the Biden cartel's own financial gain.
If this special counsel is truly independent, even though he failed to bring proper charges after a four-year investigation, and he appears to be trying to move the case to a more Democratic-friendly venue, he will quickly conclude that Joe Biden, his troubled son Hunter, and their enablers, including the media, which colluded at his troubled son Hunter, and their enablers, including the media, which colluded at the 51 intelligence officials who knowingly misled the public about Hunter's laptop, should face
Now, I'm at a point where I think by design, I'm getting wore out with this back and forth, you know, one day it's Hunter, the next day it's Joe, the next day it's Trump.
And it just goes back in a circle every single day.
They make Trump, you know, new evidence comes out about Hunter Biden, Trump gets another indictment.
New evidence comes out about Joe Biden, Hunter Joe Biden, Trump, Donald Trump gets another indictment.
And it just goes on and on and on.
Congress says they're going to impeach Joe Biden.
The special counsel from Delaware asked for special counsel, the U.S.
attorney and special, excuse me, it's been a long day, it's been a long week.
The U.S.
attorney in Delaware asked for special counsel status so he can hide evidence that would be used at the impeachment hearing in an ongoing investigation.
So, at this point, I have no faith in our criminal justice system.
As it pertains to these political people ever seeing any sort of repercussions, at least the ones on the left side of the aisle, and the neocon rhinos, they'll never see justice.
Trump, on the other hand, will most likely end up in prison.
And our country We'll continue to evolve into the klepto Republic that I think it is that it seems to be.
I'm not saying that to be like, oh, all hope is lost and nothing is, but this is the, this is the direction we're headed and why it's because we let it get this way.
At the end of the day, this is all our fault.
And I know people are going to get mad at that statement and say, well, I didn't do that.
No, but, but our apathy, our lack of,
involvement and our general disdain for both sides of the aisle has led to this apoplectic nihilistic defeatism that is just overwhelmingly apparent when you talk to people who are who are in the know, mostly the people who are like kind of on the outside looking in, you know, kind of, they don't have much
They don't have much skin in the game, let's say.
They don't have much time invested, if you will.
They don't see it for what it is, in a lot of ways, I believe.
They kind of look at it and say, you know, oh yeah, well, the good guys always win, right?
Well, God wins.
His judgment will come.
But in this life, in this fallen world in which we live, we have to put our faith in Him that much more because we have to resolve ourselves to the fact that evil is a part of this world.
These evil people, they may win in this life at certain things, in certain ways.
At certain times, it may seem like there is no justice that is coming to them.
But guess what?
I know something that you know as well, and that is that these people, they will face the ultimate judgment.
They will face the fiery pit.
So, I know we've already won.
The battle has been won.
But a lot of people look to the things of this earth and hope that they change.
Not understanding that, you know, what's more valuable to us now is arming ourselves with information about all that stuff I pointed out earlier.
About the chemtrails, about the microwave EMFs, about the Great Reset and the artificial intelligence that's about to really be disruptive and has a huge impact on us all.
About the mRNA COVID jabs that are spreading through aerosols from vaccinated to unvaccinated.
About the fact that the USDA is using a don't ask, don't tell with the MRNA injections into our organic livestock so they can still they're still calling things organic that are being vaccinated and then you're you're ingesting that.
Those are the things that we should be focusing on just so we can prepare ourselves so we can have you know take care of our family and you know uplift one another.
But it just seems like time and time again we're at this point where I guess the and I'm I guess maybe I'm guilty of it too here.
But the reason I cover this stuff is because at some point I feel like people are going to have to start waking up to how ridiculous this all is.
It's absurd.
And maybe it's just as Friday and I'm burnt out because it's been a long week and I get up every morning and do a two hour radio show and I'm up at the crack of dawn and I'm, you know, up late every night doing research trying to get all this information put together.

Chipper optimistic, but I am optimistic in the sense that I know the victory was won at the cross, and that no matter what all this comes to, it's not going to mean much.
But let's just cover some more of it because, hey, why not?
Free speech right is not absolute.
Obama Judge Chania Chutkan has delivered a mixed ruling on the Trump gag order.
And some of the things that are being said here are chilling.
Chutkan said there are limits regardless with what's going on.
I hate to say it, with his day job, that means there are going to be limits on the defendant's speech.
Saying, quote, I cannot and I will not factor into my decisions the influence it will have on a political campaign on either side.
Chuckin added, if Trump makes any comments that might intimidate witnesses, I will be scrutinizing those very carefully.
Chuckin also rejects another Trump proposal that would let his release info, if it otherwise becomes public, said Trump can still not share any sensitive discovery on those matters.
Chuckin sides with government on definition of sensitive materials to block share any witness testimony.
And Chuck Gannon is siding with DOJ and blocking Trump from taking notes with any personally identifying information from the evidence.
So in this regard, they've essentially succeeded in what they set out to do, which is drain Trump's capability to fund himself to speak freely about his persecution ahead of an election.
That's all this was about.
It's all it's been about.
And I guess my plea is this to anybody out there in law enforcement, if you're watching this, if you're in, and you're not one of the corrupt lunatics who betrayed your oath to this country and hate this country, and hate half hate the people who love it the most.
I just see what are you doing?
What are you doing?
Why are you sitting there doing nothing?
You people should be ashamed of yourselves.
You have betrayed your oath to this nation.
You've betrayed your oath to the Constitution and the people of this nation.
You're failures.
You're abject failures.
You are disgusting, treasonous, betrayers.
You're turncoats.
You're vile, wretched, deserters of the people when they are in need most.
You're capitulating and bowing down to a system that is even if it is not enslaving you and you and your family today, tomorrow or the next day or the day after that it will.
This country will be lost forever and it will be on your shoulders squarely for your failure to act when you knew you could.
There's scripture One of the things Jesus says often to his disciples and to those who he surrounds himself with, he tells them to have courage or to take courage.
And I think he does that because he, he knows, as he is the Messiah, the Son of the Lord, that in this fallen world, For men to do what's right, it will take courage.
And we are at a point in our history where it's going to take a lot of good brave men to stand up and have courage and take courage and do what's right.
And it may involve sacrificing.
It may involve making yourself vulnerable.
And it may involve In some cases, losing a battle in this life, but the war will be won, God will win, and you will be rewarded in that final judgment on that final day if you do the right thing and stand up for what is right.
I know that with my heart of hearts.
I personally could have Shut my mouth and censored myself and kept a cushy career with a comfortable living through a YouTube channel that was generating a very good income for myself and my family.
I could have done that.
I could have self-censored.
I could have played by their rules and shut my mouth like a good obedient slave and kept taking my paycheck and not Worried about it, but I decided to do what I believed was right, because I was called through the scripture by God, I believe, to tell the truth about these things.
And so I did lose a lot.
And through that loss, I had a lot of pain, a lot of suffering, a lot of affliction, a lot of hard times, and I'm still facing those today.
But let me just say this, It was the best decision I ever made, because although I might not have been able to see it as clearly at the moment, now looking back, I realized that that decision ultimately allowed me to come closer to God, to see who around me were my true friends and who were not, and to find a new path
That again, took me closer to God and helped me bring my family close to God and helped me bring others close to God.
And look, that's what we all have to ask ourselves at the end of this day, right?
What are we going to do in this life to stand up for what's right?
Have to have the morals and the principles that we are learned and given discernment through the Bible on.
And then how to enact those in our lives regardless of the consequences.
So that's my plea to anybody out there who knows who can make a difference.
And not just those who are in law enforcement, people who are in positions where they can directly make a difference, but to all of us together.
Let us continue to do the right thing.
Let us continue to understand that although there are consequences for every action in this life, that if we do them with God first in our heart, Jesus first in our heart, making that decision for Him, for what is right, what we know to be right, that ultimately we will be taken care of.
We will be delivered through that crucible.
And on the other side, as difficult, as painful, as harsh as it may be, I believe you'll see that that life is much better with that when you do the right thing.
So I don't know.
