We're going to be getting into this major story that is not being reported in the mainstream media at all, where we have a nuclear emergency alert being broadcast in Russia, warning people to not only shelter for impending nuclear annihilation, but to start taking their anti-radiation warning people to not only shelter for impending nuclear annihilation, but to start taking We're going to talk about what this was.
Was it a next-generation warfare move by the U.S. as we have actual hypersonic missiles being fired by Russia into Ukraine?
And could this be some sort of warning to them that we will escalate if necessary?
We're going to look at that.
Plus, we're going to get into a bunch of other stories surrounding this, including the censorship that has come via social media in America and the press in general.
It is staggering, and we have hearings going on on Capitol Hill as we speak about it.
We're going to touch on those and get into some of the details there, looking at some of the testimony between Matt Tybee and Schellenberger, two reporters who are responsible for reporting on, with Barry Weiss, the Twitter files, which we're going to talk about all of that and a whole lot more.

So we're going to get right into it.
We have a lot of things to cover, but we're going to start with this story right here.
Russia deploying warships with hypersonic missiles to the waters around Ukraine.
Well, they didn't just deploy warships to the waters around Ukraine.
They're actually firing those hypersonic missiles as we speak into Ukraine and assuredly hitting US-backed troops and Probably, you know, intelligence service and other type, you know, clandestine force, mercenary type stuff, where we know it's U.S. forces actually working through NATO with Ukraine against Russia on the ground there.
Russian military has come out with this statement today from RT. Watch this.
In response to the terrorist actions organized by the Kyiv regime on March 2nd this year in the Bryonsk region, the armed forces of the Russian Federation inflicted a massive retaliation strike.
High-precision long-range air, sea, and land-based weapons, including the Dagger hypersonic missile system, hit key elements of Ukraine's military infrastructure, enterprises of the military industrial complex, as well as facilities that provide energy to them.
The target of the strike has been achieved.
All assigned objects have been hit.
According to the Defense Ministry, Russia launched a massive retaliatory strike using hypersonic missiles.
Officials say that some key elements of Ukraine's military infrastructure, companies of the military industrial complex as well as energy facilities that supply them with power were hit.
Now apart from that, the Defense Ministry says that Ukrainian attack drone bases were also destroyed.
The strikes disrupted the railway transfers of Ukrainian army reserves and foreign weapons and destroyed maintenance and repair facilities of military equipment as well as disabled the production of ammunition.
Ukraine claims that 11 people were killed.
However, Russia's defense ministry has said time and again that it only targets critical military infrastructure.
Air raid alerts remained in place throughout Ukraine earlier on Thursday morning.
Online footage showed smoke rising in one of the districts of the Ukrainian capital.
Mayor and former professional boxer Vitalik Leshko confirmed explosions and emergency electricity blackouts were introduced.
Now, Odessa and Kharkov were also without energy.
According to local authorities, explosions were also recorded in various places across Ukraine.
Basically, the entire country is under air raid alerts.
Now, several trains of the Ukrainian railways have been delayed for hours due to the absence of power.
Meanwhile, here in Donetsk, Ukraine used American-made multiple launch rocket systems called HIMARS against civilians.
One person killed and two were wounded.
At a civilian bus depot near Donetsk, according to officials, six HIMARS rockets were launched, four were intercepted, and two reached the civilian target.
Okay, so, I mean, take it all with a grain of salt.
Obviously, that's Russia today.
You know, it's Russian state propaganda, if you want to call it that.
I mean, it's just another news network as far as I'm concerned.
They're all propaganda, right?
No matter who's...
It's just who are they propagandizing for is really the question you have to ask yourself.
In that scenario, though, we're hearing things we're not hearing a whole lot of in the U.S. press...
Other than the skew that we get, obviously, from the news reporters when they report on it, telling us that Russia is the evil empire that we have to all fight against.
Whatever.
You can believe what you want.
But...
As that's happening, we're having a major story develop that is seemingly underreported by the U.S. press in its entirety.
This story right here.
Terrified Russians are ordered to take anti-radiation pills and rush to nuclear bomb shelters as TV station servers are hacked.
TV and radio stations in Moscow and Sverlotsk region were interrupted.
It's the third time such hacking in the past month, which hijacked Russian broadcasts.
And, you know, no big deal.
They just were telling people to go to nuclear bomb shelters and to take anti-radiation pills.
Let's watch what it is.
Or what it was.
Watch this.
So that's kind of a sample of what they saw on their screen.
Now, the question is this.
Is it just some group of random Ukrainian hacktivists or hackers who are working on behalf of this mercenaries type operation from inside of Ukraine against Russia to try to scare them?
You have the psychological warfare that goes hand in glove with the real physical warfare, the kinetic warfare that's happening right now.
Or is this a part of next generation warfare that we've heard about from our own Department of Defense?
They've talked about this in their white papers.
They've made it all but wildly apparent and clear that these are the kind of tactics that they would use If we were to go to war with a major nation like Russia, because this is the kind of psychological warfare operation that is meant to scare the public, to cause panic, to cause chaos, to cause discord, to do all these things, would this be a part of their strategy?
Well, I think it would.
They're already putting out the narrative, though, that it was just a cyberattack and nothing more, just a cyberattack by some, you know...
Crazy hackers, you know?

Of nuclear ICBMs, it seems, being transferred through the United States.
This is a video apparently from Montana.
I believe this is from very recently, though you could fact-check me if this is from a longer time ago, but I do believe this is a fairly new video.
This is the kind of security that they get when you transfer nuclear weapons through the United States.

They have a special unit assigned just for defense of these actual nuclear weapons.
So when they're transferred, they actually are accompanied by, as you can see here, multiple vehicles, multiple teams, multiple units.
These are very highly protected assets.
And that's what it looks like when you transfer nuclear weapons around the United States.

That's the kind of things happening here in the United States.
And you've got to look at it and ask yourself, well, what is this all indicative of?
Well, it's indicative of the fact that we are at war.
And people don't want to admit it.
People want to hide it.
People want to pretend that it's not true.
World War III has already started.
It's happening right now.
As we have stories like this that are just, you know, being completely ignored again by the media at large.
Chinese rocket that delivered military spy satellites just breaking up over Texas.
No big deal.
China's just flushing their space junk on our sovereign territory.
That's not a big deal.
That's not a sign of aggression.
That's not them flexing on us to say, what are you going to do about it?
As they prepare most likely for an invasion of Taiwan, which we've talked about here on the channel, ad nauseum, there is...
Another story, though, that has gone wildly unreported, and it is the fact that, you know, as we've seen the kind of the arc of this story come out, you have what happened in the Nord Stream pipeline where Joe Biden and Victoria Nuland and a bunch of other U.S. Department of Defense, State Department people came out before it was blown up saying, if Russia invades Ukraine, the pipeline will no longer exist.
Then, magically, mysteriously, the pipeline itself is destroyed in an explosive accident or terrorist attack, if you will, and the U.S. immediately blames Russia through the fake news media, leaking stories to key reporters at key news outlets to indicate that Russia was the one who destroyed their own pipeline into Europe through Germany because who knows why.
Because they wanted to shoot themselves in the foot for no reason.
And then it came out with Seymour Hersh did his article that, in fact, it was U.S. Special Forces, but more specifically it wasn't Special Forces, it was U.S. Navy divers who were working in a joint exercise in the, I believe, the Baltic Sea.
I don't know.
And that was the specific and detailed reporting of Seymour Hersh, which they didn't really deny, especially since we had all the proof before that about Biden saying the pipeline wouldn't exist, etc., etc.
Then, then the CIA or some other clandestine service, intelligence service, decided that it was a direct act of war for the United States to blow up a sovereign nation's pipeline like Russia.
And to blame it on them, it was almost an act of war against our NATO ally as well.
Right.
They talk about what was it?
Article four, Article five, NATO, you know, the one where we all have to have a suicide pact in case things hit the fan.
So all that aside, they went, the clandestine CIA services said, well, we can't have this narrative out there that Joe Biden ordered the U.S. Navy divers to put charges on a pipeline that belongs to Russia and Germany to blow it up.
So what they did is they concocted this incredible story about a disaffected group of Ukrainian nationalists who were so angry at Russia that they decided to take matters into their own hands and get on a secret yacht and go out into the middle of the ocean and then go to the bottom of the ocean floor and plant remotely detonated charges on the pipeline to explode it.
What can only be construed as a James Bond-esque level operation conducted entirely privately and without the sanction of United States Armed Forces or clandestine forces.
No, they had nothing to do with it.
It was obviously that.
Now we have, this is Sergei Lavrov, one of the representatives of the Russian delegation here, coming out.
And telling us in no uncertain terms that the reaction from the West in believing this concocted lie, which it seems that that's what this is, about disaffected Ukrainians getting on a superyacht, going in the middle of the ocean and planting charges, he tells us how Russia's reacting to that entire scenario.

And the reaction, the reaction, the reaction, the mass information on these facts, which in the past few days, of course, will not remain without any attention.
And any member of the community should be able to do a brief investigation of the investigative investigation, so that the terrorists of this terrorist act should not be able to leave the responsibility.
To try to explain with some sort of the specials that this is a deal of a urican-like legal, I think it is just a pity for those who have taken this version through I think it is just a pity for those who have taken this version Amen.

So that's the official Russian delegation's response to this Ukrainian-disaffected, super-James Bond scenario where they went out there with a mega-yacht and blew up the pipeline.
Fair enough.
I mean, the international community probably should be doing a little bit more, but what is the international community obsessed with?
Well, destroying Russia.
They tried the sanctions, and they're still trying the sanctions as the U.S. obtains warrant to seize a Boeing 737 that was owned by...
Russia's Rosneft.
The U.S. has obtained a search warrant to seize a Boeing 737 owned by Russian oil company Rosneft that is valued at over $25 million, the U.S. Department of Justice said earlier today.
Now, the Eastern District of New York, we know what they are working on.
The Southern District of New York is working on Trump, and the Eastern District, I guess, is working on stealing...
Russian aircrafts.
Because that's...
It's not like we're at war or anything, right?
And on top of it all, when you look at the whole entirety of the scenario, right?
You look at what we talked about at the beginning, right?
With this red alert warning, the hackers, right?
That were used to, I don't know, hack TV stations in Russia to issue nuclear warnings to say, go to your bunker and take your radiation medicine.
The end's about to come.
The missiles are coming.
Right?
Those same tactics and then the tactics of, you know, blowing up a pipeline and then concocting this crazy story and leaking it to the media with propaganda.
What does it all fall in line with?
Well, it all falls in line with this.
The U.S. government using deepfakes to wage psychological war on the public.
So federal contracting documents reviewed by The Intercept show that the U.S. Special Operations Command is ramping up its efforts to unleash Internet propaganda and other deception campaigns online using deepfake videos.
The entity responsible for some of America's most secretive military operations, SOCOM, is also gearing up to hack people's Internet-connected devices in order to eavesdrop on how they respond to said propaganda.
will they believe the deep fakes are real?
The news comes at a time of intense global debate over the use of technologically sophisticated disinformation campaigns and their effectiveness on the masses and the ethics of their use.
The United States government is constantly warning about the risk of deep fakes while at the same time deploying them as weapons against the population.
And I would argue, If they're already being shown to just be having these internal conversations about using deepfakes against you and me here in the United States, then why wouldn't they be using them abroad?
And I'm sure they have and are for quite some time now.
And It's all a part of psychological warfare.
It's all part of next generation, fifth generation warfare, whatever you want to call it.
There's a thousand different terms for it.
Irregular warfare, asymmetrical warfare, there's a thousand different names.
But the end result is the same.
The end result is this.
You have factions that are willing and ruthlessly willing to do whatever it takes to affect an ends that...
They don't care about the means and how they get there, essentially.
And in that, we have to really start asking serious questions like, You know, looking at Zelensky in Ukraine and the Maidon Revolution and understanding the subversion, the color revolution ran there.
And then, I mean, that was 2014, so you know they did that.
Then this intelligence service that we know has lied to us over and over again, we know has fixed the whole system and game against us all.
They run a color revolution in the United States, right?
They launch a bio...
Basically...
Joe Biden and his son helped fund a company called Metabiota that just so happens to build bio labs in Ukraine, from which we suspect COVID was created, the gain-of-function COVID, the coronavirus was created, which was then put into Wuhan or either released from Wuhan clandestinely and then blamed on the lab there or released from the lab there.
Either way...
It's seized upon as an opportunity to have a global lockdown, which was then capitalized on in order to bring in the mass mail-in voting, which we know that in conjunction with the Smartmatic and other voting systems that we know pretty much, almost without a doubt, were fraudulently gamed and fixed.
To have a color revolution in the United States to install Joe Biden as the president, and now we...
We're supposed to put Slava Ukraine in our profiles on social media and hang our little yellow and blue Ukrainian flags and say, I stand with the Ukrainian Paddington Bear voice actor Zelensky, the guy who is this degenerate homo actor that isn't even the exact archetype of what you would imagine a CIA-planted Manchurian-type candidate would be?
Well, you know, it draws everything into question.
And at the end of the day, I mean, Jack Posobiec's been doing this over on Twitter, and he's been catching a lot of heat for it, where he's been doing deep fakes and releasing them.
And I think it's because they see what's coming down the pipeline.
The next election, because you've got to imagine, they've stolen election, and they've stolen the country, essentially.
And now what's their next step?
Well, they don't have the pandemic in their back pocket anymore because people have wised up to it.
They can't run the same scams over and over again.
They've got to change the scam up, do something different, right?
And in that sense, if we know they're not going to bring in the pandemic again and do another mask and mail-in vote scam steal, then what are they going to do?
Well, the evolution of this warfare that we're in will probably suggest they're going to use deep fakes to steer the masses away.
Just like they used the big tech censorship regime to shut down anything that was related to the Hunter Biden.
I had a video I've been posting, trying to post on YouTube again.
And I had a video pulled down the other day, or just this morning, I woke up.
One of the videos I posted on YouTube had been taken down, pulled down, and flagged, and whatever.
I got a warning from YouTube about the fact that I literally just said the election was stolen.
And I only had a couple hundred views on that video.
So they've...
We've created a machine of controlling information and censoring and deleting information out of existence to the point now where this is unimaginable in America.
But it's what's happening.
People in other countries, Canada, Australia, UK, you guys may be used to it.
But in America, we have something called the First Amendment.

A blanket of protection that has been completely shredded.
And that is what's so dangerous.

Now why is this important?
Well, what are they trying to do next?
Britain, for all my friends in the UK watching, Great Britain government is trying to require homegrown chickens to be registered to tackle the bird flu.
So you can't have your own chickens anymore.
Well, why are they going after the chickens, guys?
Well, I have this story.
Probably it has something to do with it.
Former Pfizer executive at BlackRock board member is pushing now for the mass chicken vaccination to cure avian flu.
Well, guess what?
As it says here in this article, if they can't get you to willingly take a Wuhan coronavirus vaccine, the next best thing is to secretly vaccinate you with tainted chicken meat and eggs from birds that were injected with a Zodius new avian flu injection.
Well, there you go.
That's the racket.
That's the game.
That's where we're at in this country.
And it is telling what we've seen happening so far.
This is the level of censorship we're getting.
This Twitter files was discussed on Capitol Hill today as we had hearings about it with Matt Tybee.
And I know his name's Schellenberger.
I can't think of his first name.
They're both the two reporters that did the Twitter files, right?
And in their questioning, they actually address the vaccine hesitancy story.

This is a part of a question time with Thomas Massey, the representative in the House.

Just quickly, we found just yesterday a tweet from the Virality Project at Stanford, which is partnered with a number of government agencies on Twitter, Where they talked explicitly about censoring stories of true vaccine side effects and other true stories that they felt encouraged hesitancy.

Censoring true?
Yeah, so they used the word true three times in this email.
And what's notable about this is that it reflects the fundamental misunderstanding of this whole disinformation complex, anti-disinformation complex.
They believe that ordinary people can't handle Difficult truths.
And so they think that they need minders to separate out things that are controversial or difficult for them.
And that's again, that's totally contrary to what America is all about, I think.
Well, if that's not terrifying and dystopian, then I don't know what is, especially when we know what these vaccines do.
And now we know that they're trying to plant them in our food so that if it's like a child, see how the way he said is perfect.
He said they think we need minders because they think we can't handle the truth.
It's like a parent when your little kid won't take a medicine and you hide it, or your pet if you don't have a kid, your dog, and you hide the medicine in a treat and then you get, oh yeah, here you go.
That's what they're trying to do to us.
They're trying to poison us.
And I look up in the sky every day out here in Southern California and all I see is straight lines.
It's like a freaking tic-tac-toe board or worse up there where all you see are chemtrails.
They're poisoning our air that we are breathing.
And then they lie to us, they propagandize us, they mislead us, and they do it all with impunity.
Nothing happens to them.

This is a sped-up version of a part of this hearing that I thought was worth watching.

I want to introduce the country to somebody else.
I think you've mentioned it in some of your writings, Richard Stengel.
You know who that is?
Yes, he's the first head of the Global Engagement Center.
I want the American people to hear from him for 30 seconds.
Basically, every country creates their own narrative story.
And, you know, my old job at the State Department was what people used to joke as the chief propagandist job.
We haven't talked about propaganda.
Propaganda, I'm not against propaganda.
Every country does it, and they have to do it to their own population.
Every country does it.
Every country does propaganda, and they have to do it to their own people, is what Mr.
Stengel said.
If I understand correctly, he was the head of the Global Engagement Center at its creation, right?
He was, and in his book, Information Wars, there are a number of passages where he talks about creating a whole-of-government solution to the information problem.
He hastened to say that he didn't want to create a, quote, information ministry, but what he was describing roughly approximates that.
In the half-minute I've got left, he also was associated with Hamilton 68, right?
The Global Engagement Center certainly had ties to Hamilton 68.
I think it's closer than that.
That'll come out.
Okay.
I'd be anxious to hear that.
I hope I'll get yielded in a minute or two from somebody else down the way.
There's all sorts of stuff to disclose.
This committee has to uncover, not that single instance, but this system that you have described.
This is the hope that Americans have to set this right.
This committee.
And that hostility shows what we're up against.
And let me just say this, it's not just these propagandists inside of our own government, it's the fact that our government is now being incentivized through the money that is being distributed to censor and shut down free speech,
and to draw advertising money away from individuals who speak the truth that they don't want the public to hear, thereby bankrupting them, just like they did to yours truly, When they took away my YouTube channel and they deplatformed me off of all the social media networks and they debanked me by taking me off Patreon and making it impossible for me to earn a living, thanks be to God I've been able to build it back up.
But this is what they do and how they operate.
Another exchange, this one between Matt Gaetz and Matt Tybee, about how NewsGuard is being funded by the U.S. government to censor and to help promote the propaganda.

What you're reporting and what you're observing is that actually they view this as a growth industry, the information business, right?
This censorship industrial complex is a growth industry to the government.
I think the key thing, yes, and the thing to understand is that NSF... What is NewsGuard, and how are they part of the censorship industrial complex?
Yeah, and by the way, we talked about Richard Stengel.
He's on the board of NewsGuard.
NewsGuard and the Disinformation Index are both U.S. government-funded entities who are working to drive advertiser revenue away from disfavored publications and towards...
The ones that they favor.
This is totally inappropriate.
What I'm used to in this town is government officials pick their favorite outlets and they give them the best scoops and they give them the best stories.
And there's a fusion of media and government that has long made me uncomfortable.
But what you're describing now is literally the directing of revenue to certain media companies over other media companies designed and implemented with U.S. government funding and support.
That's right.
That is an astonishing way.
If we do not take a look at NewsGuard, we have failed.
Well, there you go.
And if you guys don't know what NewsGuard is, it's this ridiculous system that's been implemented, I believe, over on some web browsers where if it's a news website, it'll have this NewsGuard certification.
It'll give it a score as to how true or false it may be based on the track record, history, and overall designation by NewsGuard of a website, of any given website or news source.
So, for instance, you know, the Gateway Pundit has a very low NewsGuard rating, if any at all, and, you know, CNN has a top rating.
I'm not saying that because those are the exact numbers.
I'm saying that just as a random example of what they would do and how they skew me.
I think MSNBC has a terrible rating, but CNN's got a great rating.
It's ridiculous how this all works.
But the fact that we're using US tax dollars to incentivize the disenfranchisement of free speech and the punishing of people who speak truth against power is being funded and essentially is being, you know, what's the word I'm looking for?
You guys know the word I'm looking for.
It's being basically funded by the government, right?
And that is dangerous and that is destructive.
And that's where we're at in this society, in this world in which we live, which is quite disturbing.
