We have a lot to cover here today.
As you guys can tell, we're talking about Operation Lockstep and the virus-like particle weapons that seem to be unleashed against us.
But we're going to dive into what's really happening here.
Now, as we get force-fed the lab leak theory being shoved down our throats by the fake news media industrial complex, it has to really start to make you wonder, why do they want us to believe that theory so badly?
And what are they trying to hide?
What connections can be made between the actual weapon itself that came through COVID and everything else that's happening around the world?
There is a lot to cover here, and we're actually going to be getting into some detailed reporting.
We're going to listen to some theories about these virus-like particle weapons and how they were used previously on the battlefield in places like Iraq and Afghanistan and how now it seems as though they're being used right here on American soil and probably where you're at, whatever country that may be as well, given that this was a global attack.
We're going to look at that, how they're being used, what they are, what they do.
A lot of that information is very, very controversial, and I'll let you guys decide for yourself.
I'm just going to show you what people are saying about it.
But, I mean, it does stand to reason that that's what we're facing here is a global attack using these kind of weapons.
What are they and how dangerous are they?
Well, we're going to get into all that here in this episode, plus a whole lot more.

We're going to get into the connections to the Ukrainian bio labs through Vladimir Zelensky and his father, believe it or not, who is connected to Kolomoisky, who is the one who is the central linchpin between the American deep state Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and the bio labs in Ukraine, that according to Russia, we're being used to do this kind of weaponry, which is being deployed through China and Wuhan now.
We're going to tie it all together and see what it looks like at the end.

All right, let's get into the first story here.
Votes to declassify.
The Senate now is voting to declassify all government intelligence documents related to COVID-19 origins.
Now, of course, this is what everybody is ingesting, broadly speaking, and they keep telling us that this is going to be the smoking gun, right?
In the report here, which I'll try to make bigger so that you guys can read it along with me, Josh Halley saying, tonight the Senate unanimously passed my bill to declassify all intelligence the government has on COVID origins.
Let the people see the truth.
Well, I don't know that that's what's really going to happen, but we'll see.
The passage of the bill, which was also sponsored by Senator Mike Braun of Indiana, comes one day after U.S. Department of Energy and the FBI confirmed that a lab leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology is the most likely origin of the pandemic.
Hmm.
So they're telling us that now the conspiracy theory that we said was probably true from day one is true.
But why are they so quickly having us point to this fact and reality?
Well, it's because when you dig a little bit deeper beyond that, it becomes clear and apparent that it wasn't just the vector of Wuhan from where this virus spread, but the origins of COVID, the true origins of COVID, which a lot of people argue, you know, oh, I hear it in the comments all the time.
You keep saying COVID exists, it doesn't exist.
It does exist.
It's not denied.
It may be just the flu.
It may be a figment of our imagination.
But it does exist.
That's like saying...
Anything else that's been widely talked about and is a real thing doesn't exist.
It's crazy to think that.
Now, what is the virus-like particle weapon?
Now, that is the real question, all of this.
And what does this come from?
Well, first we have to look at the State Department funding censorship group punishing conservative websites for circulating the lab leak theory.
So if you think about it, as they were basically working to destroy and undermine the lab leak theory, why were they working so hard for three years to destroy it?
And why are they so quick to get out the narrative that they want about the lab leak theory now?
Think about it.
They spent three years calling us conspiracy theorists, chastising us, criticizing us, censoring us, trying to shut down our ability to speak truthfully about what was happening with this virus, right?
Because it took them three years to shape a narrative that did not include the true facts possibly surrounding COVID.
Things like the origin from the Ukrainian bio lab that everybody keeps saying is a very highly likely possibility.
And what these virus-like particle weapons, which we're going to talk about in a second here, were doing and what they're still doing to us to this day and how it's not just the vaccine that is the weapon.
It's a combination of these things.
Now, I'm going to bring up an investigative journalist who you guys may like, you may not like.
You may think he's a crazy person.
You may think he's an opposition research disinfo, limited hangout, government stooge.
You can think what you want about him.
He's been doing a lot of work on this reporting, and his name is George Webb.
And I've met him before.
He's a very nice guy.
We've had a cordial meeting.
We met down in Florida a few years back, and he seems like a very nice individual, and I appreciate his work.
I look at his work.
Sometimes I agree with what he's doing, and sometimes I don't.
The point is, though, that he is covering this, and this is what he says about the bioweapon that was released.
And let me just give you a kind of a summary of what these virus-like particle weapons are, and then he'll kind of explain in his own words.
The basic theory is that these are the true...
What they're covering up with this directed evolution talk and the advanced research being done in DARPA and in Pfizer in congruence with the government research agencies.
These were advanced weapons that were launched and used in places like Iraq and Afghanistan and they were used to track terrorists.
Now what they would do is...
They would take these virus-like particles, which I'll actually pull this up so that we can read about it because I think it's very important to understand.
Let me just...
I have it right here.
Okay, so what is a virus-like particle?
Let's start there because I think that's very important.
So we'll start here on the Wikipedia page and I'll just make this a little bit bigger so that we can hopefully all see here.
Virus-like particles are molecules that closely resemble viruses but are non-infectious because they contain no viral genetic material.
They can be naturally occurring or synthesized through the individual expression of viral structure proteins, which can then self-assemble into the virus-like structure.
Okay, so that's the general definition of what these things are.
They're used in therapeutics.
They're used in these vaccines.
They're essentially...
It's used for this very, very highly advanced technology that we're going to talk about here in this episode.
I'll try to get to explain more clearly.
But these cells were aerosolized, apparently, according to the research from George Webb and what I've been able to put together.
They were turned into an inhalant, something that could be sprayed like a chemtrail through the sky.
Now, what they would do is, and I'll let George Webb explain this in his own post, but they would essentially land in your lungs and stay in your body, and then they would have a very unique chemical signature, a biosignature, if you will, that could be traced and identified in whatever way it is expelled from the body.
In this case, it would be through your excrement.
So you would pass this through your body, and then it would be able to be tracked, whether it was through urine or the other type.
You would essentially leave a marker of where you work.
So they spray a sky with a virus-like Particle weapon, right, that you then inhale that sits on your lungs.
Now, this was also meant to be a weapon because they could be loaded with, you know, bioweapons inside of these virus-like particles, which would then, you know, if you were the enemy, right, if you were...
Spraying this over in the middle of Afghanistan, over the Taliban, and you're fighting the Taliban, and they're inhaling it, and it can have an effect of limiting the blood oxygen uptake in the lungs, limiting lung capacity, essentially, making your enemy slow and tired and unable to think clearly because they're not getting enough oxygenated blood into their brain.
Well...
If you think about it, it's twofold.
They were using it as not only a weapon in that scenario, but then they were also using it because you could put a signature on these virus-like particles, which then, when they were excremented and they were passed into the water supply, could be traced so that if you were trying to...
Say you sprayed it over a very remote sect of the Taliban in the middle of nowhere...
They inhale it.
And then all of a sudden you pick up large concentrations of these particles in places around Iraq.
You would say, oh, well, the terrorists that were in this part of, you know, where we know the Taliban were, are now in this part.
And this is a great example, and it's explained here probably a lot better by George Webb.

Your lungs.
I'm going to create your lungs here in the frying pan.
This is your lung here, and this is your lung here, okay?
Okay.
Get it?
So the two napkins are your lungs.
And I'm gonna add virus-like particles through the water, through the air.
Okay?
And for those who don't like sugar, refined sugar, I'll do unrefined sugar.
Okay?
But however they're going through the air, through the water, through the food, The nice part about virus-like particles is that they don't get broken up in the digestion cycle and then you can later actually do the surveillance in the water.
So if the terrorists are peeing this stuff out, these virus-like particles out, you can see that, hey, all of a sudden we have a thousand-fold increase in virus-like particles where we sprayed out in Tora Bora.
We sprayed all the Osama bin Laden terrorists on Torbora, and now here they're all in Fallujah.
This is the Fallujah water system, and all of a sudden we see all these virus-like particles here, a thousand and one increase.
Does that mean a thousand, about a thousand terrorists came here to Fallujah?
And all we have to do is look at the lungs through a LATO scanner.
This is the, if you want to go to earlier this morning, I did a A space on this.
These are called LATOS step program, the LATOS lockstep program.
You may be familiar with the operation lockstep with the Rockefeller operation lockstep.
Just the whole idea of locking down a community for overthrow or locking down to quell a disturbance or quell a insurrection.
So let's go back to our example of this is your brain, this is your brain on drugs only.
This is your lung.
With no virus-like particles.
And this is your lung with virus-like particles.
And eventually they dislodge.
Eventually these dislodge.
Right?
I don't want to mess up the table too much.
Eventually these dislodge and get into your effluent, let's call it.
Right?
Causing things like lung COVID. Over time, gradually, over time, until they're all in the sewage.
And that's the story of virus-like particles.
It's a track-and-trace particle that's been around since Operation Blackjack.
And you can also see some of this activity as people go to hospitals and so forth.
You can do what they call digital detection.
Dr.
Andrew Huff talks about this digital detection.
He's an expert in it.
We did a space last night talking about who was the one who did this early detection in Eastlake for Wuji Apothek making the virus-like particles in Wuhan.
For military personnel and U.S. State Department personnel and Air Force personnel and all the people running the blackjack program.
Who did that?
Right?
And he says he's doing that.
So he's looking actually.
He put out a tweet last night saying, hey, I'm 6'5", you know, athletic build.
Who could play me?
I think James O'Keefe's going to play him in the movie, but we'll see who ends up playing him.
But I said, wait a minute.
That's me.
You, they cast...
Alright, so he gets on a little bit of a rant there about this thing in the movie, but what he just explained there is a pretty...
I hope it's a clear way of saying it.
Now, there's a few things he mentions there.
First, he mentions Operation Lockstep.
Now, if you guys don't know what Operation Lockstep is, it's pretty simple here.
I have an explanation over on Wikispooks that I thought was worth looking at, and I'll try to make this bigger for you guys here.
But Operation Lockstep is...
And again, I'm still getting over my cold I got on Monday, so bear with me.
But Operation Lockstep is one of four scenarios in a paper produced by the Rockefeller Foundation, Cooperation Global Business Network, released in May of 2010.
The scenarios for the future of technology and international development.
Lockstep is a scenario in which a pandemic...
Blanketed the planet, leading to tighter top-down government control in almost all countries.
The start of this simulation was in 2012, and it's summarized as a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.
The overview is, I
adults.
The game plays out for scenarios, but the foundation does not state which outcome it prefers.
However, of the four scenarios, only lockstep came to happen in the government planning.
The foundation has influence over not in the severity of the pandemic.
And it, it, and it has its advantages, uh, Larger philanthropies like the Rockefeller Foundation will retain an outside share of influence and might be chosen to align themselves more closely with government objectives.
It goes on to give predictions like China's government took only one that took extreme measures.
Well, that sounds pretty interesting.
Isn't that pretty predictive to protect citizens from risk and exposure in order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems, including rising poverty leaders around the world to a firmer grip on power.
By 2025, people seemed to be growing weary of so much top down control and letting leaders and authorities make choices for them.
The feeling lingered that sooner or later, something would have inevitably upset the neat order scanners using advanced functional magnetic.
uh, this is all like part of the predictions they were making.
And then the scenarios depicted here, uh, If you want to understand that, I'll leave a link to it and you can read about it more.
But what he talks about in his reporting, George Webb at least, talks about the connections that you can make actually between these set of companies, a few of them based out of Florida, And this program that was being run by the U.S. government, now Operation Blackjack, there's only so much you can find online about this as far as just my first glance that I was doing some research this morning while I was trying to get ready for the show.
The one blackjack I did find was mentioned here in DARPA. And DARPA is doing this project, Blackjack here, with the National Security Space Assets.
This is critical to U.S. for warfighting capabilities.
Interesting.
Basically, it talks about taking these geosynchronous satellites in orbit, and they're going to deliver persistent overhead access to any point on the globe.
Now, this is very similar to what we're seeing with...
Elon Musk and his company, which is called Starlink, right?
We're the global internet.
It's almost exactly the same, having a wide array of satellites that are basically geosynchronous satellites that are stationed all around the world that monitor every inch of the world.
Now, when you talk about particle-like weapons, and then you talk about the ability to observe these excretions from the body once you inhale an aerosolized version of it, and then it's able to be tracked, now, are the tracking systems, are they on and then it's able to be tracked, now, are the tracking systems, are they on the Or is this something that if you had a delicate enough instrument or tool on a satellite that it could detect?
I mean, we know the satellites, the systems that the satellites use, like are pictured here in this DARPA article, they are, you know, satellites that can pick up radioactive signatures, which is how they basically can track radioactive materials from the space, basically.
These space-based satellites can track radioactive materials being moved and stored on Earth or on the, you know, ground and planet.
So could that be a part of what the system is that he's referencing?
Because the other reference is obviously to Blackjack and Fallujah and these operations that were taking, these clandestine operations that were taking place there.
Another reference to Blackjack that I could find just kind of speaking out here is interesting, too.
Speaking of nuclear, because this was a National Guard drill that was conducted by the, I believe, the 152nd Airlift Wing Army.
They did this Operation Chemical Blackjack, which was a three-day course basically simulating a series of radiological attacks and chemical and biological attacks to which they had to prepare themselves for.
Now, all of that aside, it doesn't change the fact that there is some more interesting things that, let's just say, when you talk about these tracking, these viruses, that George Webb talks about in a second video here.

The two people that spent their career at Hanscom Air Force Base doing virus-like particles, all right?
And they have a name that sounds like bananas.
Howard Bananas and Virginia Bananas.
Remember, Virginia Bananas, or She gets all the bids before, three months before the breakout at the October Wuhan Military Games and then all the bids for WHO. She's also the person who is dispatched to go to Wuhan with a germ team or some type of remediation team to do leak training.
What did Chris Ray, the FBI director, say yesterday?
That it was indeed a leak from the Wuhan lab?
Wouldn't there be couriers, NATO couriers, going back and forth to take virus-like particles if there was going to be a simulation or a live exercise?
Remember, we said it was a delegation from the very start.
So be very careful when you hear this.
We said it was a delegation of armed diplomatic services security people that were taking, that were going back and forth.
Not one particular armed diplomatic security services person, but a person, one of the people in the delegation going back and forth to the lab from our Which is the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at Fort Belvoir.
Remember, Robert Malone's contract is for DTRA with Hanscom Air Force Base up by Boston.
It's the only airfield in the United States Air Force that doesn't have an airfield.
Why?
Because they did bio-agents all the way back, all the way back into the Korean War.
And that's because they don't make it up the platform.
They make the delivery payload.
They're payload folks, and they still are payload folks.
Now remember, this is track and trace.
These virus-like particles could be used to slow the enemy down, cause them to weaken their blood, weaken their immune system, weaken their lung capacity, weaken their cardiac capacity, cause cardiac fibrillation, etc.
Also, though, they can be used to track and trace, but it's the same delivery platform.
It's just different payloads that they have been worked on.
And we said, wrote a book about it called Adam Schiff, The worst nightmare.
We said all the way back to Task Force, my research partner in 2017 and 18, that eventually those warfare tools of low intensity warfare, either for tracking and tracing or for slowing down the opponent.
Remember, you want to build the blood capacity and the carrying oxygen, carrying capacity of your troops.
But you also want to reduce the oxygen capacity of the enemy.
And you don't have a collateral damage problem if you reduce oxygen capacity when you drop a virus-like particle or spread a virus-like particle.
You just slow everybody down, if you will.
So we're looking at these contracts.
We set it to Donnie O'Sullivan in March 2020.
We set these names.
We set the Hanscom Air Force Base.
We talked about the bids.
We talked about this program.
You can look it up.
I'll leave a link to the full video if you want to watch it.
But it is interesting to talk about there.
He talks about exactly what we looked at and how these were obviously perfected and used to track terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Now it looks like they may have been used in the Wuhan games.
Now, what he says, his contention is, is that this was how the virus was spread and that the virus-like particle is a delivery platform.
It's not necessarily that that is, I mean, they could have filled it with the coronavirus, which was essentially just a weaponized gain of function version of the flu, which then they aerosolized and sprayed over Wuhan and infected the athletes there.
And that's how it was able to spread out across the world.
And again, what's he talking about?
It's doing the things that he's talking about there when you talk about limiting people's oxygen, you know, ability to oxygenate the blood and having cardiac effects.
That's what we're seeing across the board.
You know, the whole died suddenly thing, people having cardiac, you know, myocarditis and other problems from this virus.
So there's a lot to look at and unpack here.
He talks about a lot of the companies, tries to do a lot of research.
I don't necessarily trust George Webb as much as it's just...
I look at all of the information.
I try to bring it all under the same roof and say, okay, well, what's real?
What's not?
What do I need to know?
What do I not need to know?
What is fake?
What is real?
That's why I'm bringing this to you guys because I want your help in looking at this and understanding what this is.
Now, speaking of tracking and tracing, I mean, would it not stand to reason that our own government would be doing this to us anyway, considering things like this keep coming out as whistleblowers now revealing how corrupt the FBI is using a threat tag to target pro-lifers as domestic terrorists?
Oh, isn't that interesting?
That they're tracking us anyway with these databases.
Why wouldn't they be trying to track us with these viruses?
Now, it all connects back as well according to George Webb to Zelensky, which is very interesting, where he has these graphics he posted.
You know, did you know that Zelensky's dad was a good friend of Victor Kolomoisky?
Really?
I didn't know that either.
Here, here are some slides kind of putting this together.
Kolomoisky and the AC battalion, Azov battalion being connected to this billionaire Kolomoisky and his mercenary armies.
And this is what he was talking about back in 2020.
So he was pretty ahead of it.
If this all turns out to be true.
Now that's to say that he points out here, this is Alexander Kolomoisky, who is Vladimir Zelensky's father, He's connected to Kolomoisky.
And yeah, all that information is there for you to see.
And then he points to this interesting story that we saw the other day as another explosion in Ohio where a massive metal fabricator plant with multiple explosions was reported in Cleveland in an Ohio warehouse.
Now, could this be that these fires, especially in some of these particular things, are them destroying the evidence of their crimes?
Because think about it.
What do we know about these aerosolized, like the chemtrails that they spray over us, that they're used, they're aerosolized particulated metal, right, like aluminum dioxides, I believe, and things like that?
Well, what if those are just the carriers for the virus-like particles, right?
What if that is just basically the transportation on which it uses to then find its way into our lungs, which it's already got the virus in it.
It's already got the tracking, the chemical ability to be tracked.
It's interesting to note.
It's interesting to think about.
It's interesting to consider.
