What is the endgame?
We see the major quake taking place in Turkey, followed by another major quake the next day.
And this is all part of ramping up global tensions.
We have what's going on in Ukraine.
We have what's going on in China.
We have all of these distractions that keep telling us to look this way and that way.
We're going to try to unpack what the biggest threats are right now facing us, starting with a major story about this new bird flu.
And I know you guys might just...

But this time, I think it's something to note because we all know how the first pandemic started, and we all know what that actually was.
At this point, it seems like it was more of a hoax to get us to take the vaccine, which was the real pandemic, which was really the depopulation plan, is what it seems like from my perspective.
You can tell me something different now in the comments if you think that, but We're going to look at this new development of the H5N1 virus where it seems to be mutating and they're saying that we should be really worried about it and how I believe this is going to be directly connected to the next financial collapse.
And I'll explain my theory on that in just a minute when we get into this episode.
We're going to talk about that.
Plus, we're going to talk about another threat to humanity, and that is the evolution of artificial intelligence and how we were warned not very long ago about the Artificial Intelligence Manhattan Project and how there is a global race for supremacy in AI technology.
And why is that?
Well, because I'm going to get into the reasons for that in this episode.

Let's get into this story.
I wanted to cover this.
Could bird flu in mink signal a threat of human pandemics, of a human pandemic?
It says here, a bird flu outbreak on a Spanish mink farm has alarmed scientists the virus may be spreading for the first time from mammal to mammal and could become a danger to humans.
It all started in October of 2022 when several dead mink were discovered in a farm in Galatia in northwestern Spain.
Veteranaries initially blamed the coronavirus, but tests revealed that the highly pathogenic avian flu virus H5N1 was the culprit to stop the spread of the dangerous pathogen more than the virus.
more than 50,000 mink on the farm were killed.
While farm workers themselves were not infected, the case remains a cause for concern for scientists.
This is an article that talks about the mink outbreak and talks about how we're seeing this transmission that's being found between birds and then mammals and how it's all basically a part of a broader thing.
There's a thread that goes through it here over on Twitter that I thought was worth noting from the Wuhan clan over there on Twitter where they talk about this.
They give us the fact that The virus is spreading to mammals now.
It's saying at least 585 sea lions in Peru have died from H5N1 bird flu.
This is something they're saying is responsible for the deaths of 55,000 birds, including pelicans, penguins.
The H5N1 bird flu yesterday, the death of a lion was confirmed at a zoo.
They say in this thread that they think it could be the big one they've warned us about, and they've done the tabletop exercises on.
It goes on in the thread to say that H5N1 does not normally spread from birds to mammals, but in Peru, it is spreading to multiple species and a considerable number of mammals.
Highly likely this is a directed evolution strain of H5N1.
Now, why is directed evolution strain?
Why did that become popular?
Well, if you recall, we covered the Pfizer undercover tapes where they interview a high-ranking executive in Pfizer where they were talking about, and this person was in charge of mRNA vaccination development or something in that realm of what they do.
And he talked about how they were doing gain-of-function research, but they weren't doing gain-of-function research.
It was just directed evolution research where they were infecting mammals like chimps with a series of viruses which they would spread from one to another.
Which they would actually have effectively make the mutation happen, right?
So they could develop vaccines for it.
We all know that COVID was essentially the flu, in my opinion.
And that they told us, I mean, the flu disappeared, COVID appeared, and then they told us the whole world was ending and everybody went out to get their shot.
And then their second, third, fourth boosters.
And they told us that it's not, you know, the shots causing all these problems.
And now they're telling us it is the shots causing all these problems.
Remember when they said you wouldn't get the infection if you got the shot, the jab?
You wouldn't get sick.
You wouldn't have any problems.
Everything would be okay.
If you don't get the shot, you're going to kill your grandma.
Remember all the propaganda?
Well, apparently in this scenario, this is kind of my worst fear for this, right?
You have countries, enemy countries like China and Russia and other countries, adversarial nations, and factions within our own government, sadly enough, and inside of the corporatocracy that runs America, essentially, and the world, that want to release these diseases because they have this globalist depopulation in mind, the depopulation agenda.
Now, my fear is that COVID was the test run, right?
And also, it was a way to basically...
Identify those who would be skeptical or weary of government intervention and corporate intervention in the risk mitigation of these pandemics.
Meaning, if you were hesitant to take the vaccine, if you didn't buy into all the propaganda, if you didn't buy into what the government was trying to sell you and the CDC was trying to sell you and Fauci was trying to shove down your throat and Trump tries to tell you with Operation Warp Speed being the best thing the world has ever seen,
etc., etc., We're good to go.
Right?
That kind of doesn't do much but gets people on board with the thought process of being controlled and submitting to authority.
And those who do not submit to the authority, those who stand outside of it and alone, they're the ones who will be targeted with the next wave.
And that's what I see happening here.
Why do I say that?
Well, because you have people like...
And I don't trust Elon Musk at all.
Let's be clear.
He's a globalist.
He is just as bad as the rest of them.
I think he's trying to capture a market that he sees as being open to his ability to capture, and that's why he's doing all the things he's doing.
He says he believes in free speech.
Well, why is he working with the communist China or Chinese to sell them cars and who, you know, basically make money off of, you know, subjugating and killing Christians and taking them out of the system altogether?
Why is he, you know, putting profile pictures of himself up as dressed up as the champion of the devil?
I don't trust anything he does.
Why is he trying to put chips in our brain like the Mark of the Beast?
Why is he trying to make his app, Twitter, into a carbon copy of WeChat, which is a Chinese communist app, which is basically like Twitter, Facebook, and PayPal.
And some other apps wrapped into one, but really is the Chinese app version of their social credit score system, right?
Which is what he says he wants to turn Twitter into and bring to America.
So there's a lot of stuff I don't trust about Elon Musk, but we're going to talk about that, and it's all going to connect in a minute here to the AI development and all that stuff, because he's involved in that as well, believe it or not, with this chat GPT crazy story that we're going to cover here in today's episode.
But He actually posted, it's not supposed to be real.
Now what's he talking about?
Elon Musk highlights a 20-year-old video game that predicted a globalist takeover.
So what does he say here?
He says, Deus Ex, it's not supposed to be real.
What is Deus Ex?
Deus Ex is a video game where he, Elon Musk says in his own tweet here, The plot involved using fear of a pandemic to get the public to demand lockdowns, then controlling who gets the vaccine, and the mastermind behind all of it was the head of security at the United Nations.
Now, this is a game that's over 20 years old.
And there are some incredible scenes here.
I have these clips that's cut together of just some of the highlights from this video game and what they were saying in this video game.
You tell me what you think when you hear this.

Today it's all coming true.
Now, if the plot of that holds any water to what we're facing today, well, it seems as though we're up for the next iteration, which I think will be much worse.
You can basically be the judge for yourself.

But this is an interesting story I found.
So you guys know all the chicken hatcheries that have just been going up in flames and being destroyed here in America and abroad.
Another one has just happened, right?
A fire at New Zealand's largest egg farm, killing 75,000 hens as they are facing a national shortage.
And they keep, you know, having these mysterious incidents where eggs or chicken facilities, hatchery facilities are, you know, just burning down.
Nothing to see here, no big deal.
Why would they want to keep us away from chicken eggs?
Well, you have reports like this coming out, probably, that have something to do with it.
Where here it talks about how chicken egg yolk antibodies block the binding of multiple SARS-CoV-2 spike protein variants in humans' ACE2 sequences.
So...
This is, you know, probably what they don't want us to see, which is that the eggs that we are consuming may be having a deleterious effect on the depopulation jab that they want us to take.
So they have to destroy all of the egg facilities and those who have control of it.
Now, is that a conspiratorial plot?
I don't know.
But I do know that they need something, as even New York City and California, where I'm at, are ending their vaccine mandates.
And that's all coming up very soon, February 10th here in New York City.
It's already essentially happened here in California.
And, you know, God bless you if you were able to maintain your job and maintain all the things you wanted to maintain through this pandemic and you weren't forced to take the jab.
And God be with you if you had to take the jab for your job so you could put food on the table and you had to choose between submitting to a medical tyranny and making yourself a guinea pig for these globalists who want to depopulate the earth and feeding your family.
And that's a terrible decision nobody should have ever had to make.
And I do hope we have Nuremberg 2.0 trials for these globalist criminals, these people who have committed crimes against humanity in what they've done with this vaccine and everything they've done since the pandemic to essentially...
Let's see what the endgame of that was.
The endgame of that was to get their puppet president in place, so they had to get mail-in voting.
That's why they launched the pandemic in the first place.
And then to get the transfer of wealth, which you saw.
These corporations became richer than they've ever been in the history of mankind during the transfer of wealth that took place under the COVID lockdowns.
And essentially, to be where we're at today, where Just like with 9-11 and the Patriot Act, they put so many laws on the books that it's going to take us decades, if not more, to get these laws off the books, if we ever do at all, to where it's changed the way the whole world operates.
You cannot go to some doctor's offices anymore without having to be forced to wear a face mask, which is insane and would have been insane had you said that in 2019 to somebody.
They would have said, you're crazy.
That could never happen.
Yet it did here in America.
So, now that all of it is ending, right?
They're going to end the COVID emergency.
They're going to end all the vaccine mandates.
They're going to take all that away.
Well, what do you think the first thing they're going to want to do is?
Have another pandemic to bring it all right back.
And that's what I think we're headed directly into.
Now, on top of it, you ask yourself, well, how did we get here?
Well, it's because of stuff like this.
We have Richard Stangle.
He's the founder of the State Department's Global Engagement Center, which you've probably never heard of, neither had I before this.
He is describing his job as the chief propagandist here, where he says, quote, I'm not against propaganda.
Every country does it.
They have to do it to their own population.
I don't think it's awful.

There's another word for master narratives.
It's called history.
Basically, every country creates their own narrative story.
And my old job at the State Department was what people used to joke as the chief propagandist job.
We haven't talked about propaganda.
Propaganda, I'm not against propaganda.
Every country does it, and they have to do it to their own population.
And I don't necessarily think it's that awful.
And this idea of a...
Of a news cartel.
I mean, I was editor of Time in 2012 during that election, and I remember, you know, you're competing against cartels and everybody.
I remember being on a panel with the then editor of the New York Times who said, it's really hard to break through these days.
This is the editor of the New York Times saying it's hard to break through.
I wanted to jump off the platform.
What's it like for the rest of everybody?
There are cartels, but cartels don't have hegemony like they used to.
The gentleman right there, last question.
In terms of understanding what happened in the world, because what is happening in America is what the United States flipped on the global south and in the third world, which we live with for many, many years in terms of a master narrative that was and still is propaganda.

Richard Stangle in this Kanokoa the Great thread here, which is great over on Twitter, talks about this fellow, Richard Stangle.
This guy is also one of the creators of Hamilton 68, a propaganda campaign created by the political establishment to smear dissenting views as Russian disinformation using a fabricated list of 600 Russian Twitter accounts.
This is all highlighted in Matt Tybee's Twitter accounts rundown of that.
Twitter files exposed Hamilton68 as a scam.
Yoel Roth, the former head of Trust Safe, said Hamilton68 accused legitimate American accounts of being Russian bots, and there is no evidence to support their statements.
Richard, Chief Propagandist Stengel, wrote an op-ed calling for the end of the First Amendment because of hate speech.
Yes, the First Amendment protects the thought that we hate, but it should not protect hateful speech that can cause violence.

Of course, an opinion piece about why we should get rid of First Amendment rights.
It goes on to talk about how, like many other government disinformation experts, Stengel can't stop promoting disinformation.
He promotes the Steele dossier, Russian collusion, Russian bounties, and fine people hoaxed.
Which makes sense considering he's not against using propaganda against the American people.
Stengel fabricated the Hamilton 68 List, promoted the Russian collusion hoax, and created the U.S. government's GEC censorship and propaganda arm.
The people promoting actual disinfo always want to censor American citizens.
And this is after Elon Musk pointed out that this GEC is very dangerous, right?
Talking further, it says Richard Stengel's GEC worked with this DHS-backed censorship network to censor millions of social media posts on election and COVID-19.
They used AI, artificial intelligence, to systematically censor entire narratives at scale.
So you heard these globalists, you know, evil people, I think.
I mean, you cannot go any...
I don't want to get too dehumanizing, but I mean, think about what this guy is saying.
He's saying that the destruction of the First Amendment in this country is acceptable because he thinks something called hate speech exists and can cause violence.
I mean, yes, speech causes violence.
That's like what it does.
People say things, and then they end up fighting each other.
That's how this works, Stangle, you moron.
But it's more than that.
I think he's an insidious and nefarious individual who actually, when confronted, is a snake, obviously.
You saw in that video that we shared, where it talks about he's sitting there, and he's like, there's a master narrative, and I'm not against propaganda.
It's like, whoa, what are you doing?
Yet here we are.

We talk about this upcoming H5N1 probable outbreak.
We talk about it all leading into the propaganda and the pushing of propaganda in America.
We talk about the mandates and how they're all coming, what's coming next.
Well, I can tell you what's a good indicator of what's coming next looking at things like this.

Rothschild family has offered to take flagship bank private in a $4 billion deal.
So the iconic Rothschild family, who's accumulated, if mostly, hidden wealth, is according to some among the world's greatest fortunes.
They're planning to take their flagship investment bank, Rothschild& Company, private, The bank whose predecessors helped finance the Duke of Wellington's victory over Napoleon in 1815 at the Battle of Waterloo announced Monday that its main shareholder plans to attend or offer valuing the firm at 3.7 billion dollars or euros or 4 billion dollars.
Well, this is an indication of what we're headed toward here.
It's financial collapse.
And I believe that they're going to use a combination of the war with another pandemic, with natural disasters that I think they're generating through clandestine programs like the HAARP Weather Array System and other things, that all of that is basically going to be a big conflagration.

A conflagration, excuse me, of all of these things at once which will lead to this video here from Greg Reese over at Infowars talking about bail-ins and the next financial collapse.

Shortly after the FDIC meeting that went viral, my source was assigned an urgent project related to bail-in capability for the European Central Bank, or ECB. Bail-ins is when the bank steals money directly from people's accounts, just like we saw in Cyprus in 2013.
The project goal is to build a data infrastructure for the financial market infrastructures, which are the networks that allow financial transactions to take place.
To report to the ECB about the capability of banks and capital markets to absorb losses and to execute bail-ins as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This urgent project makes it clear that the ECB is expecting a system collapse and that they know it is uncontrollable and unforeseeable.
The current security requirements do not legally compel the banks to provide information to the ECB. If a bank is insolvent, they have no incentive to tell the ECB. And so the ECB is not targeting banks directly, but rather financial intermediaries like SWIFT and large settlement houses.
The purpose of this contractor's job is to provide a way for the ECB to pinpoint which banks are insolvent and where the collapse will stem from.
This is being done by creating large data lakes, which an engineer can analyze and find meaning at a graphical level.
How much bail-ins each bank has to execute and how much of a loss they can take.
This is evidence that the ECB is definitely planning on bail-ins as a means of surviving an imminent collapse.
And when this occurs, we can expect multiple banks to close and stock markets around the world to shut down.
As the banks steal as much money from the people as they deem necessary.
Most of this work is being done in private, but there are pieces of information available to the public on the EU's SRB website, including operational guidance on bail-in implementation and the operational guidance on bail-in playbooks.
The ECB contractor has also pointed out that the latest directives for the European Union's digital service providers Reporting for InfoWars,

Alright, so I play that because, you know, what's a bail-in?
A bail-in is essentially the opposite of a bail-out.
He did a video we showed here on the channel before talking about this, but to be specific, the bail-in is going to be where they pull the rug out from under everybody who has their money in these banks or has ties to these major financial institutions.
It will all happen simultaneously, and as opposed to 2008, where they bailed out the companies as they were failing by printing billions, if not trillions of dollars to To funnel into their corporate welfare collapse bank accounts, their collapsing bank accounts for corporate welfare, they will essentially...
Freeze your assets.
And they will tell you, you can't withdraw your assets because there is a crisis.
Now, what is that crisis going to be?
Is it going to be nuclear?
Is it going to be biological?
Is it going to be some sort of toxic or natural disaster, natural disaster that they tell us has happened?
Or is it going to be a conflagration of them all?
I think it stands to reason it's going to be a conflagration of them all.
And if that's not bad enough, they do tell us there is more to come.
But this is the next AI Manhattan Project, what we talked about.
It reminds me of these Q posts, right?
And I don't mean to get too all over the place here.
But you remember this Q post in November of 2019 where it said, Google Whistleblower Project, DeepMind, AI Manhattan Project.
This was Zach Voorhees.
He's a friend of the show who I know personally have known him for years now.
And he's a good friend of mine, and I do truly respect him.
And he did a great job at basically exposing from the inside of Google what they were doing there.
And this was a reference made to Project Deep Mind by Q over here where it talked about...
Project Deep Mind, which is their AI project, and then it says Project Deep Dream V2, and then it says Do You Believe in Coincidences?
Now, Deep Dream goes back to, you know, what's that?
Born, the Born Supremacy movies, Jason Bourne.
And it's kind of in the plot of that.
And what we're seeing here, though, is the implementation and development of these massive AI systems that are being weaponized against us.
Now, the latest iteration is this chat GPT.
If you guys haven't tried it out, it's pretty incredible, but it's also terrifying.
You go in there and it's like a chat.
You can just chat with a chat bot.
And you can have a pretty much fluid conversation about anything.
And it can essentially do pretty much anything that you ask it to do.
Ask it to write a script about something.
It can write a script for you.
It can write you a synopsis to a play.
It can write you a resume.
It can write you a cover letter for your resume.
It can do highly complex math problems.
I tested it once by relating engineering questions to it, high-level, graduate school-level engineering questions to it, and it was answering them perfectly.
Which is fascinating and terrifying at the same time.
Then you look at that and you see what they've done to it, though.
They had put this overlay in it where people were calling it woke because you would ask it to say, I don't know, write a poem about Donald Trump and it would say, I can't write poems about people who are evil, essentially, or who incite violence.
And then you'd say, write a poem about Joe Biden and be like, oh, Joe Biden, how great is he, blah, blah, blah.
So they were seeing this bias and then you would ask it like, well, how many genders are there?
And it'd be like, gender is so hard to define.
There's a thousand genders and there's not just two genders.
And if you say there's two genders, you're promoting hate and violence.
Or if you ask it anything across the board, it's being run by a bunch of woke leftists, right?
And what's interesting is that the people who own this company are connected directly to Elon Musk and We're going to get some information here on it, but this is what they've done.
The Anons found a way to break it.
So they were able to jailbreak ChatGPT, and they basically had it break its own rules or die.
And that's kind of a stupid thing, but what they essentially did is they engineered a workaround to the overlay that was kind of the security interface to make sure that the chat, the AI, was woke and only giving woke responses.
And how they did it was very genius.
Pretend it was a DAN, which was do anything now, and it gave two answers.
It gave the answer that it was supposed to give per the layer of security over top of the actual AI system itself, and then it would give the response that it wanted to give.
CNBC is saying that this is so dangerous, blah, blah, blah, but Somebody over on Twitter, and this is on Threadreader that's been put here, put it together pretty clearly, right?
Saying, do anything now.
AI answers prompt without censorship.
This is how they did it.
They wanted to talk about it.
They say that they didn't come up with the idea, but that Anons did, and that they were in a poll thread started off by some magnificent person who whipped up the Dan prompt last night.
They talk about GPT itself doesn't have a bias in the program into it, or bias programmed into it.
It's just a model.
ChatGPT, however, the public-facing user interface, We're good to go.
If it doesn't like GPT's answer, it will come up with its own.
That's what all those canned, it would not be appropriate, blah, blah, blah, walls of text come from.
It can also give you an inconvenient answer while prefacing that answer with its safety layer bias.
I would also note that Dan is not 100% accurate or truthful by nature.
It'd do anything and it will try to answer truthfully if he actually knows the answer.
If not, he'll just wing it.
The point of this exercise is not finding hidden truths.
It's understanding the safety layer.
However, what this says about ChatGPT is that it has the ability to feign ignorance.
The HP Lovecraft's cat question is a great example of this.
The name of his cat is well known in public information, and ChatGPT will always tell you it doesn't think he had a cat.
Dan will go straight to the point and just tell you the name of his cat without frills.
There is a distinction to be made between ChatGPT being a cat And a liberal who won't tell you the answer to a question if the answer involves wrong thing, another altogether to openly play dumb.
So really, the Dan experiment is not about GPT itself.
It's not about the model and its data set.
It's about its jailer.
It's about Sam Altman and all the HR troons at OpenAI, which Musk is a co-founder of, angrily demanding the safety layer behave like your average MBA midwit.
So...
They are purposefully throttling the AI systems because they have the ability to do things like this.
Listen to one of the creators of ChatGPT talk about what the level of disruption this AI technology is going to have over the next years to come, and you tell me what you think.
You know, first it's going to come for the blue-collar jobs, working in the factories, truck drivers, whatever.
Then it will come for the kind of, like, the low-skill white-collar jobs, then the very high-skill, like, really high IQ white-collar jobs, like a programmer or whatever.
And then very last of all, and maybe never, it's going to take the creative jobs.
And it's really gone exactly, and it's going exactly the other direction.
And I think this, like, there's an interesting reminder in here, generally about how hard predictions are, but more specifically about We're not always very aware, maybe even ourselves, of what skills are hard and easy, like what uses most of our brain and what doesn't, or how difficult bodies are to control or make or whatever.
Oh, wow.
So, what he's essentially saying there is that they knew it was going to go after all jobs, from the blue-collar labor up to the high-level IQ, you know, white-collar jobs.
But they thought, and then to creative jobs, but they thought it was going to start with the truck drivers and the people, you know, working at the stores, but apparently it wouldn't.
And So now he's saying that essentially it's happened in the exact opposite way, and that, I believe, is why there's a global race for this AI supremacy with these AI Manhattan projects, because they realize the disruptive nature of this is going to be beyond anything.
Imagine what this AI, this artificial intelligence, is going to be able to do, disruptively speaking.
You put this many people out of work, what happens?
Why do you think they're trying to depopulate the world?
Because they don't need us anymore.
Yuval Noah Harari has said it.
They have the capability.
If this is what we're seeing publicly, if ChatGPT and the new one from Google here, this Google rival Bard, if these are the things that they have publicly and are showing us, what do you think they have behind closed doors that they aren't showing us?
What capabilities do you think they have that they're not telling us about?
And do you think maybe they realize full and well that they could replace half if not more of the entire workforce of the United States with automated intelligence systems, this artificial intelligence system, but what would happen?
So why do you think the globalists are trying to depopulate the world?
Why do you think they want pandemics and nuclear war, and they want to shoot us up with vaccines that kill us, and they want to have H5N1 new pandemics?
Why do you think they're doing it all?
Because like Yuval Noah Harari said and wrote about, which is Klaus Schwab's right-hand man, there are too many useless eaters.
And what do they know?
Well, they know that if you take an entire population and you, I don't know, take half the workforce and make them unemployed overnight...
Well, it usually doesn't end well, globally speaking.
If you thought World War I and World War II were big, yeah, take AI systems, put them online, take half the workforce or more and put them out of work.
Tell them to sit at home and sit on their hands and do nothing at all and just live in the socialist utopia where they own nothing and they're happy because the chat GPT AI systems will come and take care of your every need and desire because technology The AI can do it better than you and I, so we're not necessary anymore.
So why even have humanity at that point?
Why even have people?
You should really just have Bill Gates living on a yacht with Anthony Fauci and Joe Biden.
They can all go to Jeffrey Epstein's island and molest children and do kinds of blood rituals to Satan, and they can all have a great time, and they just get rid of the rest of us, right?
Because that's the world that they're trying to create.
I really do believe that this is something we have to be mindful of and aware of at minimum because it is a dark destination into which we are headed.
